- 0:25Okay, a good place to start here is
- 0:27uh you see this uh massive hearing, this
- 0:29major hearing.
- 0:31And you know, uh really about a uh
- 0:33truth be told here, Rand Paul is the
- 0:35one senator who has stayed on this thing
- 0:37amongst others.
- 0:40He's been he's he's in those cartoons, uh
- 0:41the wily coyote and the and all where
- 0:43he's just chasing uh Fauci down the down
- 0:45the road there is the way I see
- 0:47that one there.
- 0:49But let me just read you this to
- 0:51start off here with uh this uh hearing.
- 0:53And these are his opening remarks, uh, Chairman
- 0:55uh Rand Paul here, okay?
- 0:57The COVID-19 pandemic was one of the most
- 0:59consequential events of our lifetime.
- 1:02And to this day, the American people have
- 1:04never received a full accountant of where it
- 1:06came from, what our government knew, or why
- 1:08they had to fight their own government to
- 1:10find out, right?
- 1:13Today, this committee will hear from an intelligence
- 1:15community whistleblower about those questions.
- 1:18The witness will testify that CIA scientific analysis
- 1:21repeatedly concluded that a laboratory leak was the
- 1:24most likely origin of COVID-19, and that those
- 1:27conclusions were buried softened or withheld from Congress
- 1:30while the public was told to trust a
- 1:33different story.
- 1:36Boy, isn't that the truth?
- 1:38How many times have we talked about that
- 1:38story here?
- 1:40Welcome into America Out Loud Pulse here, Project
- 1:42Out Loud as Malcolm Out Loud here.
- 1:45And I've got Dr.
- 1:46Sherry Tenpenny in the house.
- 1:48First time we've ever talked on air, huh?
- 1:50Yeah, it is.
- 1:51Thank you.
- 1:51Thank you for inviting me.
- 1:53It's a privilege.
- 1:54I just uh you always have a warmth
- 1:55about you and a sense about you when
- 1:57you're on here.
- 1:58You do your people love you.
- 1:59You have I was talking to someone the
- 2:01other day, so I'd love to meet her.
- 2:02I'd love to meet her.
- 2:03I never met a uh uh like-minded person,
- 2:05but anyways, it's good to have you here.
- 2:07All right, so this hearing, um, you know,
- 2:09this is something we'll get into the pardon
- 2:11and all that when it comes to Fauci
- 2:13and and lot, there's a lot to that
- 2:15context here.
- 2:17But this whistleblower was quite extraordinary.
- 2:19Uh, the name again is Erdwin, I believe.
- 2:21Is it Erdwin?
- 2:22Uh Sherry, I believe.
- 2:23Uh Doc um the guy's name there.
- 2:26It's uh something Erdwin the third.
- 2:29Yeah, I remember the third.
- 2:32Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:33And uh yeah, it is there it is,
- 2:35James Erdman Erdman.
- 2:37Yeah, okay.
- 2:38And he is the whistleblower.
- 2:39So I watched it as well.
- 2:40You did.
- 2:41What was your what was your takeaway early
- 2:42on on this thing?
- 2:43Well, I I found it just uh just
- 2:46as it started completely disturbing that not one
- 2:50Democrat showed up for the entire hearing.
- 2:53Now, sometimes in those hearings, you know, people
- 2:55kind of float in and float out and
- 2:57have their minute of fame and shake their
- 2:59fists and yell at the at the person
- 3:01that they're interviewing, but not one Democrat, the
- 3:04entire it was about an hour and a
- 3:06half uh hearing, not one Democrat showed up
- 3:08for the entire thing, which I found really
- 3:10appalling.
- 3:12And then very at the end, when Senator
- 3:15Johnson read something from his phone of a
- 3:17text message from someone that's inside the CIA
- 3:20that was claiming that this was not a
- 3:22whistleblower hearing, it was just grandstanding, and that
- 3:25the person who was the whistleblower was doing
- 3:27it there without permission.
- 3:30If you're gonna be a whistleblower, who do
- 3:32you need to get permission from?
- 3:33And you know, they were just making a
- 3:35mess of the whole thing.
- 3:37And I think that at least the senators
- 3:39that were there, unfortunately, there's only five of
- 3:42them, they're really really angry about what has
- 3:44happened.
- 3:47And you know, when Johnson started out by
- 3:49saying, who is the deep state and who
- 3:51are the people that are pulling all the
- 3:53strings and making this happen?
- 3:55Uh, you know, um, ignoring um uh foyer
- 3:58requests or whatever other type medical record record
- 4:02requests from Congress, ignoring laws, turning down things,
- 4:05still stale uh stalemating and stalling, and then
- 4:08when they wanted all the records, come all
- 4:12the records uh about COVID uh about that
- 4:15they had about COVID-19, and they send them
- 4:18five pages, most of which was redacted.
- 4:22And even the whistleblower said, well, the first
- 4:24tranche would have been 2,000 pages.
- 4:26And you know, Senator Paul says, I've been
- 4:29trying to get the original records from 50
- 4:31years ago on the on the church committee
- 4:33about you know, all of the reviews that
- 4:35they did.
- 4:37He sent to a room that has 400
- 4:38banker boxes in it and said, here it
- 4:40is.
- 4:41You know, it's it's the you know, the
- 4:44the lifer bureaucrats that are in charge of
- 4:47our country that you know, we we, you
- 4:50know, so all this voting and all the
- 4:52campaigning is just theater because it doesn't matter
- 4:55who we elect, they're not in charge.
- 4:58The people that are in charge are the
- 5:00lifer bureaucrats run by our fascist government, big
- 5:03tech, big ag big chemical, big food, um,
- 5:05the defense industry, you know, they're the ones
- 5:07with the money and they're the ones pulling
- 5:10the strings.
- 5:12Yeah, it feels like we are.
- 5:14It feels like we've lost control.
- 5:16We the people I'm speaking about.
- 5:17Yeah, yeah, we the people have lost control
- 5:18of this.
- 5:19And it's it's been building for a long
- 5:20time, Sherry, as you say.
- 5:22Um, it has been, but it becomes very
- 5:24clear in a case like this, the political
- 5:26posture in that you're speaking about right there.
- 5:28Let me ask you this here.
- 5:30And I I I I always I try
- 5:32my goal is to try to not make
- 5:34everything so political because, but it is.
- 5:36I mean, it everything is political.
- 5:38So, but fair question here.
- 5:40Uh you talked about how they weren't in
- 5:42the room at all.
- 5:44And they've done that a few times in
- 5:46certain specific cases where they're sending a message.
- 5:48And I always wonder to myself, what kind
- 5:49of message are they sending to the American
- 5:51people with that?
- 5:52And how do they come to the conclusion
- 5:54of doing something like that?
- 5:56Because really, as an American, as an and
- 5:58a representative, you'd think they would be as
- 6:00concerned as anybody would be to be able
- 6:02to have the truth come out, because unless
- 6:04they are part of the culprits who did
- 6:06the bad deed, what the hell is it
- 6:08off of them to not have the truth
- 6:10come out?
- 6:12So it makes no sense to me at
- 6:13all.
- 6:14So why is it?
- 6:15Do you have any inclination as to why
- 6:17they're always on the side?
- 6:19It seems to me, and maybe I'm they're
- 6:21always on the side of the criminal, it
- 6:22seems.
- 6:24It's uh I don't in every aspect of
- 6:25life.
- 6:26It seems like the left, it I don't
- 6:28why is that?
- 6:30Do you find that?
- 6:31I don't know why it is, but it
- 6:33certainly has gravitated that way in the last
- 6:3620 or 30 years, you know, probably since
- 6:38Clinton became into came into office in 94.
- 6:41It kind of started there.
- 6:43And then, you know, we had, you know,
- 6:45Obama, I call him Obumber, Obama and uh
- 6:47Biden, and you know, all the stuff that
- 6:49happened during the election fraud and and all
- 6:52of those things.
- 6:54It's just, you know, the Democratic Party.
- 6:56Now, people that remain Democrats, they remember the
- 6:58John F.
- 6:59Kennedy Democrats and before that were were social,
- 7:00Democrats and before that were were social, uh
- 7:02uh socially adept, uh, always trying to help
- 7:02socially adept, uh, always trying to help the
- 7:05the down guy, and that the Republican Party
- 7:05down guy, and that the Republican Party was
- 7:07was kind of the fascist party with big
- 7:08kind of the fascist party with big tech,
- 7:10tech, big money, big business, you know, Wall
- 7:10big money, big business, you know, wall street,
- 7:13Street, you know, all those sorts of things.
- 7:13you know, all those sorts of things.
- 7:16But it's really flipped.
- 7:16But it's really flipped.
- 7:17They've totally flipped.
- 7:17They've totally flipped.
- 7:19Yeah, yeah, they totally flipped.
- 7:19Yeah, yeah, they totally flipped.
- 7:20The radical left have uh swallowed the Democrat
- 7:20The radical left have uh swallowed the Democrat
- 7:22Party whole.
- 7:22Party whole.
- 7:24So the party, as you just referenced of
- 7:24So the party, as you just referenced of
- 7:25JFK is long gone.
- 7:25JFK, is long gone.
- 7:27I mean, it's just gone.
- 7:27I mean, it's just gone.
- 7:28Nobody would recognize it.
- 7:28Nobody would recognize it.
- 7:29And I
- 7:29And I feel kind of bad.
- 7:30I don't know about you, Sherry, but I
- 7:31kind of feel bad.
- 7:32I've got friends that are in that left
- 7:34center, kind of center.
- 7:37They call themselves independent, but they really vote
- 7:38Democrat, but they call themselves independent, kind of
- 7:40thing.
- 7:41And I've got some friends like that that
- 7:43are I've known for years, 25, 30 years,
- 7:44you know, and and they all have TDS,
- 7:46by the way.
- 7:48They all have TDS, they just can't get
- 7:49over whatever it is that's going on with
- 7:51that.
- 7:52And uh, and and yet they they um
- 7:54they they're very hard fast on uh uh
- 7:56they they don't have a political party right
- 7:59now uh to represent them, is what I'm
- 8:01suggesting.
- 8:03They they're sort of floating out there.
- 8:06They they don't have um uh you know,
- 8:08it seems like the party has gone in
- 8:10a direction and they've lost complete track of
- 8:12what's happened.
- 8:14It's like it's like Rip Van Winkle.
- 8:16You wake up so many years later, you
- 8:17know what the hell happened here.
- 8:19It's kind of what it is with these
- 8:20people.
- 8:21And I kind of feel them sometimes a
- 8:22little bit like what you know, but they
- 8:24can't seem to get on with it.
- 8:26Now, at the same time, listen, in all
- 8:28fairness, the Republican Party has changed as well
- 8:30a lot.
- 8:31That is totally they're not the same party
- 8:33that they were, let's call it 20 years
- 8:35ago, even or 30 years ago.
- 8:36They're not the same party today.
- 8:38They're both changed dramatically.
- 8:39You just pointed that out uh very clearly.
- 8:42But but it seems like the radical left,
- 8:44which is the the globalists, extremists uh have
- 8:46swallowed that party whole and they seem to
- 8:48be intimidating many others that are in that
- 8:50center aisle or just left of center, don't
- 8:52you think?
- 8:55Oh, a hundred percent.
- 8:56You know, they it's um, you know, I
- 8:58I really feel badly right now for our
- 9:00country.
- 9:02You know, I we have a lot of
- 9:04this maha mega, still people that are rah-rah,
- 9:06it's so good off of these little winds
- 9:08that we have.
- 9:10And I call them little winds.
- 9:11It's it's it's um there are things that
- 9:14need to be changed, but they're like um
- 9:16just nibbling around the edges of things like
- 9:18the food pyramid and changing, you know, getting
- 9:20um nutritional education in medical schools and taking
- 9:23out red dyes and things like that, they're
- 9:25important.
- 9:27Everything that's screwed up, basically is what you're
- 9:29saying.
- 9:30They're trying to fix it.
- 9:32What I'm saying is that they're important that
- 9:34uh, but they're not monumental, and it's because
- 9:37you know, I think that that Secretary Kennedy
- 9:39has been told that these are the things
- 9:42that you're allowed to address.
- 9:44And you know, on my show that I
- 9:46have on America Out Loud, you know, I
- 9:48interview authors is my niche, niche that I've
- 9:50done there.
- 9:52And some of the authors that I've had
- 9:55on recently, you know, that talks about the
- 9:58about the Arabella uh groups and you know,
- 10:00the 150 some groups that are funded by
- 10:03the radical left, and um the George Soros
- 10:06agenda and um the red tsunami that um
- 10:09that um uh Casey Fleming wrote, and you
- 10:11know, the the um the the false flag
- 10:14about the real what is really behind the
- 10:17pride agenda, you know, there's some pretty heavy
- 10:19duty hitters that I've I was just gonna
- 10:22say you've been learning a lot, haven't you?
- 10:25I have I've learned a lot, and not
- 10:27a lot of it's been good.
- 10:30You know, I'm glad that I still have
- 10:31one day a week that I talk to
- 10:33pastors or our our authors that write from
- 10:35a biblical and faith perspective because that keeps
- 10:37me floating.
- 10:39But what I was starting to say is
- 10:42that they all paint uh this a similar
- 10:44uh picture from a different angle that you
- 10:47know, the CCP has been pounding on America
- 10:50for 40 years, the pride agenda has been
- 10:52pounding on America for you know 30, 40
- 10:55years, uh the Soros agenda and everything that's
- 10:58been happening there, that it's like death from
- 11:00a thousand cuts of what's happening, and that
- 11:03um Casey Fleming says that he feels America's
- 11:06already had 950 out of those thousand cuts.
- 11:08And I've uh St.
- 11:11John talks about that our um educational system
- 11:14is just it should be a five alarm
- 11:17fire because we're graduating 180,000 socialists every single
- 11:20year, and because that's what they're teaching them
- 11:23now in high school, and then going into
- 11:26college, it's even worse.
- 11:29And those kids in another five or seven
- 11:31years are going to be on city councils
- 11:33and the directors and making their way up
- 11:35the ladder, and the problem gets worse, and
- 11:37the problem gets worse.
- 11:39Yeah, so it's um yeah, you know, America
- 11:42really is uh on a five-alarm fire, and
- 11:44I hope that people understand you can't change
- 11:47a problem unless you understand it.
- 11:50And we have to understand the fact of
- 11:52of the things that are happening inside of
- 11:54big government, inside of the pharmaceutical industry, big
- 11:57egg, big chemical.
- 11:59You know, we beat back those the group
- 12:01of activists out here.
- 12:02There was a couple thousand of us that
- 12:05beat back that pesticide um immunity bill, and
- 12:07we beat it back, but it's not over.
- 12:10They're gonna keep trying to recycle it so
- 12:13that if that gets passed, that they get
- 12:15complete liability protection on 55,000 chemicals, 55,000 chemicals
- 12:18that could make you sick, cause seizure disorders,
- 12:21cause cancer, and you have no recourse for
- 12:23them.
- 12:26Yeah, these little things, as you call it,
- 12:28uh the red dyes, what you just speak
- 12:30about there, a lot of things that are
- 12:32wrong with geoengineer and this kind of thing.
- 12:34Uh, they're not really small in my world.
- 12:36They're things that have uh we've gone uh
- 12:38astray in so many ways.
- 12:40And and these kinds of things are killing
- 12:42people.
- 12:44I think correct me on this here, uh,
- 12:46but I think it's why we're having uh
- 12:49it's why our our health care in this
- 12:51company, you talk about a five-alarm fire.
- 12:54That's why our health care in this country
- 12:56is a disaster.
- 12:58And the way people, I mean, we're it
- 13:00seems like I don't know, we make some
- 13:02inroads, Sherry a couple of steps forward, but
- 13:05it seems like we're always taking more steps
- 13:07backwards sometimes than we're taking forward.
- 13:09I there are good people, as you said
- 13:11just suggest, that are moving the ball forward,
- 13:12and we got a lot of them on
- 13:14our network, in fact, that are doing those.
- 13:16No doubt about it.
- 13:17But the system seems to be against us
- 13:18in many, many ways.
- 13:20You're exactly right.
- 13:20And it sucks.
- 13:21I mean, that people have to see go
- 13:22through this.
- 13:23I mean, this is why you've got cancer
- 13:25and diabetes and cholesterol and obesity, and so
- 13:26many things that are wrong with so many
- 13:28people.
- 13:30And I I go, I just go bananas
- 13:31over this stuff.
- 13:32And we as a as humanity, as good
- 13:34people, I tell this to McCullough all the
- 13:36time.
- 13:38We should be doing a hell of a
- 13:39lot better here.
- 13:40And it's it really does uh unsettle me
- 13:43for one, Sherry, you know.
- 13:46Yeah, I agree with you.
- 13:47And I I think that the solutions have
- 13:50to come from um, you know, politics is
- 13:52f is national, but solutions are local.
- 13:55Local.
- 13:56And it has to come with our our
- 13:58local school boards, our what happened's happening in
- 14:00What's happening in our local communities, what we're
- 14:00our local communities, what we're allowed to happen
- 14:02allowed to happen here, uh, and a community
- 14:02here, uh, and a community level, then a
- 14:04level, then a county level, and then perhaps
- 14:04county level, and then perhaps at a state
- 14:06at a state level, but it's you know,
- 14:06level, but it's you know, we gotta we
- 14:08we gotta we gotta clean up our own
- 14:08gotta clean up our own house in our
- 14:10house in our own back door first.
- 14:10own back door first.
- 14:13Yeah, yeah.
- 14:13Yeah, yeah.
- 14:14Well, as you say, we live and we
- 14:14Well, as you say, we live and we
- 14:15learn.
- 14:15learn.
- 14:16Uh one of the problems I see, sure,
- 14:16Uh one of the problems I see sure
- 14:18that I talk about listeners hear me uh
- 14:18that I talk about listeners hear me uh
- 14:20talk about this a bit is the um
- 14:20talk about this a bit is the um
- 14:22it it I'd like your perspective on this
- 14:22it I'd like your perspective on this a
- 14:24a bit.
- 14:24bit.
- 14:26Part of our problem and challenge uh is
- 14:26Part of our problem and challenge uh is
- 14:28that.
- 14:29that uh Americans have short memories, very short
- 14:31memories.
- 14:34And we it we tend to be very
- 14:36optimistic people.
- 14:37I know I am in my life, like
- 14:38I would have everything you just said a
- 14:39moment ago.
- 14:41I would have loved to have said, uh,
- 14:43Sherry, I just agree with you, you're full
- 14:44of it, uh, but I couldn't, you know.
- 14:47But I would love to do that because
- 14:48I'm an optimist and I love our country
- 14:49and I love my life and I love
- 14:50people.
- 14:52And so I would love to say, Sherry,
- 14:53you're full of it.
- 14:54Why why are you talking that way?
- 14:55But it you're it's the truth, it's where
- 14:57we're at right now.
- 14:58So you kind of can't say that maybe
- 15:01at a different time, maybe I don't know.
- 15:03But uh, so you know what worries me
- 15:05is people move on with their lives.
- 15:08Americans are very resourceful people, they are very
- 15:11typically optimistic people, and we tend to look
- 15:14at our country, the American dream.
- 15:18We want to move the ball forward.
- 15:19We're very forward thinking people.
- 15:21I love Americans, I love we the people,
- 15:23and uh, I I just think it's a
- 15:26you it's the it's the um it's the
- 15:28fight in us, Sherry.
- 15:31It's our souls, it's our it's our hearts,
- 15:33it's our commitment to this dream and to
- 15:35this great nation.
- 15:37And and we've I don't think we've ever
- 15:39lost that as a people.
- 15:40I think we fight for it all the
- 15:41time.
- 15:42It's freedom never was free, it never will
- 15:44be free as we fight the bandits coming
- 15:46in the door here constantly.
- 15:49But that was always the the plan here
- 15:50from the framers and the founders.
- 15:52They knew what the world was, they knew
- 15:53it was a fight of good and evil.
- 15:55This whole thing is a fight of good
- 15:56and evil.
- 15:57It's always going to be a fight of
- 15:58good and evil, and we have to push
- 16:00back on the evil constantly, constantly.
- 16:01And we do that's the fight of this
- 16:03network, it's a fight of my life, it's
- 16:05the fight of the shows I do.
- 16:06It's good and evil, totally.
- 16:08I mean, it's what I do.
- 16:09Uh, but the short memory thing worries me.
- 16:11And to the point of this, we talk,
- 16:14you know, I you know we've had a
- 16:16steady drip drip drip fight here uh with
- 16:18our shows and our network, and we have
- 16:20such a diversity of talent and people, and
- 16:23and really pushing hard on a lot of
- 16:25these things out there.
- 16:27But I give you an example here.
- 16:30Um and you know, Fauci has been the
- 16:32poster child of this disaster.
- 16:35Uh um, he's the cat, he's the character
- 16:38that millions of Americans love to hate, uh,
- 16:40kind of thing, you know.
- 16:43I mean, he's just one of those characters
- 16:45that people point out.
- 16:46He seems to be at the center, the
- 16:47nemesis.
- 16:48He's like the like the villain in the
- 16:49cartoons, you know.
- 16:51He's always like, he is like the villain.
- 16:53Uh, and you know, he always shows up
- 16:54and you see his face, and he's sort
- 16:56of smug.
- 16:57He has a very smug, sort of like
- 16:59uh, you know, I'm better than Vow, or
- 17:01I know I'm getting away with murder, but
- 17:03it's okay.
- 17:05That's a that's definitely it.
- 17:06Yeah, kind of it's like it's like really
- 17:09horrible stuff when you see him, and and
- 17:11what uh what happens here?
- 17:13This gets under the skin of people.
- 17:15This really gets under people like you and
- 17:17I and many others uh in our circles
- 17:19here, it gets under our skin because we
- 17:21don't like that sort of villain.
- 17:24We don't we don't like that.
- 17:25Uh we we we route for the winners
- 17:26and the heroes.
- 17:28So here's this other piece that I'll unwind
- 17:29you in a moment here.
- 17:32Uh so on January 20th, uh 2025, uh,
- 17:35President Joe Biden issued a preemptive pardon to
- 17:37Dr.
- 17:41Anthony Fauci, protecting him from potential criminal prosecution
- 17:44regarding his role in the COVID-19 pandemic response.
- 17:49The the status now, as of May 2026,
- 17:52as we talk here, is despite the pardon,
- 17:55reports indicate that the Department of Justice has
- 17:58considered new criminal cases.
- 18:01They're they're looking at everything very clearly, trying
- 18:02to see.
- 18:04Although the preemptive pardon generally cannot be undone,
- 18:06they say, and this is very unusual.
- 18:10This preemptive pardon is not a normal thing.
- 18:12And I remember when they did it, they
- 18:13thought it's just gonna fly or not.
- 18:15Nobody really knew.
- 18:16This was a whole gray area, so nobody
- 18:18really, really knew.
- 18:20And uh in the New York Post, they
- 18:22say about that, by the way, whether the
- 18:25DOJ decides to charge Fauci or not, I'm
- 18:27not letting up, Rand Paul says.
- 18:30In fact, later this week, I'm holding a
- 18:32hearing with a whistleblower.
- 18:34This was just early this week, by the
- 18:36way, this past week here.
- 18:37Maybe the American people will finally get the
- 18:39answers they've been looking for.
- 18:41One issue complicating Fauci's possible prosecution is the
- 18:43fact that Biden on January 19th granted him
- 18:45that pardon for offenses spanning the proceeding 10
- 18:47years.
- 18:50Now, what what we what we all were
- 18:52shocked about at that point is if he
- 18:55didn't do anything, why do you need a
- 18:57pardon?
- 19:00I and why a preemptive part, and which
- 19:02is nothing normal about this, nothing normal about
- 19:04this.
- 19:07Why would you need that?
- 19:08What purpose does it serve?
- 19:10What are you telling us?
- 19:12And then their answer back to that was
- 19:14well, it's that rascally Trump, that rascally Trump
- 19:17might do something.
- 19:20That's they blame everything on Trump, basically.
- 19:22That rascally Trump might do something that is
- 19:25uh against the norms, not like we would
- 19:27do anything against the norms, Sherry.
- 19:30Not on the radical left, they would never
- 19:31do anything against the norms.
- 19:33They're perfect people, but but uh but just
- 19:35in case that rascally Trump does anything against
- 19:37the norms that we got to have that
- 19:40preemptive pardon.
- 19:42I about fell on the floor when I
- 19:43seen this thing happen.
- 19:45I thought, you you bastards can't get any
- 19:47worse than you possibly do when you do
- 19:49things like this, and you do it right
- 19:51in the face of everybody, right in the
- 19:53light and light of day on on right
- 19:54right in the middle of the intersection of
- 19:56America.
- 19:58You do this stuff, and you and you
- 20:00and the worst part about it is here's
- 20:02what I want to ask you here.
- 20:04You know darn well, up to this point
- 20:08now, they almost exclusively get away with everything.
- 20:13I mean everything.
- 20:15They have gotten away with everything, Malcolm, everything.
- 20:17There hasn't been one single arrest.
- 20:19You know, Fauci's assistant the other day got
- 20:22charged, but you know, he got in charge
- 20:24with an indictment, but so what?
- 20:27You know, he'll probably get off.
- 20:29Like you you started this by saying Americans'
- 20:33memories are really short, you know, and and
- 20:36it's um um and people we had a
- 20:40collective bad experience globally during COVID.
- 20:43We had a collective experience that everybody on
- 20:46the planet at this time will always remember
- 20:49that those couple of years because we they
- 20:52lost friends, family members, jobs, uh possibilities, pensions,
- 20:55you know, going to church, you know, sitting
- 20:57with someone who who died that they weren't
- 21:00Sitting with someone who who died that they
- 21:00even allowed to say their goodbyes.
- 21:01weren't even allowed to say their goodbyes.
- 21:03I mean, we lost everything.
- 21:03I mean, we lost everything.
- 21:05Are people still remembering that though?
- 21:05Are people still remembering that though?
- 21:07Just let's stop there.
- 21:07Just let's stop there, slow that down just
- 21:08Slow that down just a sec there.
- 21:08a sec there.
- 21:09Yeah.
- 21:09Yeah, not they're really not.
- 21:10They're really not.
- 21:10No, thank you.
- 21:11No, thank you.
- 21:11Thank you.
- 21:11Thank you.
- 21:12But they're that what they're saying is like,
- 21:12But they're that what they're saying is like,
- 21:14okay, that's behind me now.
- 21:14okay, that's behind me now.
- 21:15Let's move ahead.
- 21:15Let's move ahead.
- 21:16Exactly.
- 21:16Exactly.
- 21:17And the problem with that is huntavirus.
- 21:17And the problem with that is huntavirus.
- 21:20And there's no accountability.
- 21:20And there's no accountability.
- 21:22And the problem is now huntavirus.
- 21:22And the problem is now huntavirus.
- 21:24Yeah.
- 21:24Yeah, yeah.
- 21:24Yeah.
- 21:24Because they don't realize that what they set
- 21:24Because they don't realize that what they set
- 21:27up was a template, a reproducible template of
- 21:27up was a template, a reproducible template.
- 21:29fear.
- 21:31You know, it's a Hegelian principle, problem reaction
- 21:33solution.
- 21:35The problem, oh, we have another bad pathogen,
- 21:37and we're going to crank up the fear.
- 21:40You know, reaction.
- 21:41Oh, the problem is a pathogen.
- 21:43The reaction is crank up the fear.
- 21:45The solution is a vaccine.
- 21:47And they've got we have this, they have
- 21:49this template that people have used.
- 21:51I wrote a I wrote a substack uh
- 21:53Saturday, and it's been picked up and it's
- 21:55been just blowing everywhere.
- 21:57It's really blown the lid off.
- 21:59With and the title of it is Hontavirus,
- 22:01have we learned nothing?
- 22:04Nothing.
- 22:04Yeah.
- 22:05You know?
- 22:05Yeah.
- 22:06And hard to say if anybody has learned
- 22:07anything.
- 22:09They're not going to be able to pull
- 22:11the same game off with this one, however,
- 22:13because it doesn't have the transmission cycle that
- 22:14this other thing had.
- 22:17And now they can try with some of
- 22:18the fo the PCR tests.
- 22:20There's talks about them coming out with those.
- 22:22And as you say, uh the big farmers
- 22:23already trying to figure out how they can
- 22:25do mass-produced vaccines and kind of roll that
- 22:27out.
- 22:28And people start to get weird with this
- 22:29stuff.
- 22:30And they really think, I mean, you it
- 22:32again, as Dr.
- 22:34McCullough has been speaking about and and myself
- 22:36on pulse on a micro lot pulse and
- 22:38other things here.
- 22:40This is not really a person-to-person context sort
- 22:42of virus.
- 22:44I mean, it's it's very limited to what
- 22:45it can do with that.
- 22:46It's really rodent to person kind of thing,
- 22:48unless you keep dead bodies on a boat
- 22:50for three weeks, okay?
- 22:52And then you have another problem, and that's
- 22:53another story.
- 22:55And they actually did that, they kept the
- 22:56dead bodies on there.
- 22:58I mean, why you would do that is
- 22:59beyond me.
- 23:01And they kept people on there and others
- 23:02on there and just paraded the boat from
- 23:04being thing to thing to thing, and then
- 23:06locked everybody up and wouldn't let leave the
- 23:08boat.
- 23:10Uh, in fact, we talked about it last
- 23:12two episodes over the last two weeks, and
- 23:13we had both said, and I don't know,
- 23:15I don't know about you, Sherry, but if
- 23:16Dr.
- 23:18McCullough and I were on that boat out
- 23:20of the sea up in the shore, you
- 23:21know, where they were docked, sort of there,
- 23:23but you could see the shoreline there, and
- 23:24they were holding us hostage.
- 23:26We didn't jump right the hell overboard and
- 23:28swam to the shore and said, Up yours.
- 23:30We're not going to be locked into this
- 23:31boat here.
- 23:32But you your risk factor went up, went
- 23:34up tenfold, hundredfold by being on that boat
- 23:36with bodies on there.
- 23:38But yeah, but you know, a lot of
- 23:40people think they're kind of gonna do the
- 23:42same playbook in a lot of areas.
- 23:45We talked about that with Ebola, we talked
- 23:46about what's the bat thing.
- 23:48There was the um was so many of
- 23:50these the bat uh the uh the monkey
- 23:52pox, the monkey pox the bird flu, bird
- 23:54flu, yeah, all those things.
- 23:57Yeah, yeah.
- 23:58There was there's been a whole bunch of
- 23:59them, but uh I don't know.
- 24:01I don't think people are up for that
- 24:02kind of thing.
- 24:03Do you?
- 24:04I don't think well, I've been saying for
- 24:06you know, five years now.
- 24:08Fool me once, shame on me, fool me
- 24:10twice, ain't gonna happen.
- 24:12And I'm hoping that enough people will stand
- 24:13up and laugh at this.
- 24:15There's been a lot of activity on X
- 24:17and on Instagram of people saying this is
- 24:19just nonsense.
- 24:21You know, my first thought when all this
- 24:22started happening on a cruise ship, and I
- 24:24I've taken a lot of cruises in my
- 24:25life.
- 24:27Yeah, when I heard this is comes from
- 24:29mouse droppings, it's like, well, how unclean was
- 24:31that ship.
- 24:34Well, hold on now, hold on.
- 24:35On that point now, let me let me
- 24:37tell you, and uh, you know, I'm sure
- 24:39you know all this anyways, but there was
- 24:41uh when we uh today's uh okay.
- 24:43So the show this past week we did
- 24:45uh uh McCullough and I on a micro
- 24:47lap post to the point of what you
- 24:49just said, there's an interesting learning curve with
- 24:51this uh this huntavirus, and all right.
- 24:53So for instance, when you have the rodent
- 24:56droppings, rodent droppings, and we we don't I've
- 24:58never really thought of it in this terms,
- 25:01but uh they're active from what I understand.
- 25:04Uh two or three days, like if they're
- 25:06older, they're not they're they're not radioactive, where
- 25:08they're that's it gets into the ear, is
- 25:11what happens, it permeates the air, and you
- 25:13you're breathing in, you're breathing in this this
- 25:15thing here, and then you get the huntavirus
- 25:18kind of thing, is what happens.
- 25:20But so, for instance, though, but here's the
- 25:21learning curve in this thing, which is kind
- 25:23of fascinating, actually.
- 25:24And and for people who are listening and
- 25:26watching this, sorry.
- 25:27So, you know, we all go out in
- 25:28the garage here in the air, we go
- 25:30in the basement, we go in the attic,
- 25:31right?
- 25:32We go into these places, Sherry, right?
- 25:35And there are mice and rats that get
- 25:36into these things, and they're in the best
- 25:38of neighborhoods, it's got nothing to do with
- 25:40the worst of people, they're in the best
- 25:41of places.
- 25:43In fact, we were reminded, by the way.
- 25:46Do you remember that story coming out of
- 25:47California?
- 25:49Uh, with uh Gene Hackman and his wife
- 25:50died.
- 25:52Do you know the wife died from the
- 25:53hontivirus?
- 25:55Yeah, and I and I heard I read
- 25:56about that about how that happened.
- 25:58I forgot about that, but she died from
- 26:00the huntivirus, and of course, he had bad
- 26:01dementia and Alzheimer's.
- 26:03He was pretty sick in that way, and
- 26:04he deteriorated from that because they were there
- 26:06for a while.
- 26:07Now they found the rodent droppings all in
- 26:09her outer elements of the houses, the different
- 26:11on the property there, different areas of the
- 26:13property where she would go out to.
- 26:16She obviously picked it up, and that's how
- 26:17she died.
- 26:19And it was like, oh my golly.
- 26:21So my point is there's a learning point
- 26:23to this whole conversation.
- 26:25You know, uh, I remember going into some
- 26:28boxes in a garage one time, uh, not
- 26:30all that long ago, and seeing some drop-ins,
- 26:33and I said, What the hell is this?
- 26:36And well, sure enough, I don't know what
- 26:37it is a mouse, a rat or an
- 26:38ostrich.
- 26:40I have no idea, but something would have
- 26:41come under through the garage door or something,
- 26:42you know.
- 26:44I I guess I don't know.
- 26:45I mean, we don't we don't keep them
- 26:47there as company.
- 26:48Um, although my college-age daughter loves uh loves
- 26:50that sort of thing.
- 26:53She looks into all these uh weird creatures
- 26:54and stuff.
- 26:56Um, my wife and I are more more
- 26:58dog people, but she likes all the creatures,
- 27:01and but but some care probably wasn't an
- 27:03ostrich, but it certainly was something else coming
- 27:05underneath the garage, and uh must have got
- 27:07into some boxes or something in the garage,
- 27:10you know, and we all got now.
- 27:12And I I didn't dawn on me to
- 27:14connect the dots on that, but hell, you
- 27:15have to be careful.
- 27:17So, this is a warning to everybody.
- 27:18If you're going into a basement, you're going
- 27:21into an attic, you're going into a garage,
- 27:23you're going into anything that you don't frequent
- 27:25a lot, that sort of thing.
- 27:28And there's a little character that got in
- 27:30there, one of these little rodent fellas, okay.
- 27:33They have those droppings in there.
- 27:35Now, if you go into some of those
- 27:36things and you breathing that in, you can
- 27:38get the huntavirus.
- 27:40This is not a new virus, it's been
- 27:41around forever, it's been around a long, long
- 27:43time, as you know, right?
- 27:44Dr.
- 27:44Tenpenny, right?
- 27:46Yeah, it's been around since they've been tracking
- 27:48it since 1993.
- 27:50You know, there was a uh outbreak in
- 27:53the four corners area out west, and um,
- 27:5523 people, 27 people, something like that, and
- 27:58uh and a few of them died.
- 28:00And a few of them died.
- 28:01And so the CDC's been tracking huntavirus infections
- 28:01And so the CDC's been tracking huntavirus infections
- 28:04on average over 30 years, about 10 people
- 28:04on average over 30 years, about 10 people
- 28:07die per year.
- 28:07die per year.
- 28:10It's got a high death rate.
- 28:10It's got a high death rate.
- 28:11I mean, it's have a high death rate.
- 28:12It doesn't have a high death rate.
- 28:13Well, hold on.
- 28:13Well, hold on.
- 28:14Now, I understand from everything I've seen.
- 28:14Now I understand from everything I've seen.
- 28:16It's about it could be about 40%.
- 28:16It's about it could be about 40 percent.
- 28:18Is that not true?
- 28:18Is that not true?
- 28:20Well, let me explain to you how they
- 28:20Well, let me explain to you how they
- 28:22come up with those numbers.
- 28:22come up with those numbers.
- 28:24This is how they have this is what
- 28:24This is how they have this is what
- 28:25they did the same thing.
- 28:25they did the same thing.
- 28:26I wrote a book in 2005 uh called
- 28:26I wrote a book in 2005 called Foul,
- 28:28Fowl.
- 28:29spelled FOWL, Bird Flu, it's not what you
- 28:31think.
- 28:33And they did the exact same thing.
- 28:35This is their template that they do.
- 28:37Okay.
- 28:38We get a hundred people that get, let's
- 28:40say bird flu or hontavirus or whatever, a
- 28:42hundred people that can track the infection.
- 28:45You get about 10% of those people or
- 28:4710 people that are actually sick enough to
- 28:48go to the doctor.
- 28:51You get about five of those people that
- 28:53are that need to stay home from work
- 28:55and they they really are sick.
- 28:57You get about two of those people that
- 28:59get have to be admitted to the hospital,
- 29:01and one dies.
- 29:03That is a 50% death rate.
- 29:05I see.
- 29:05And that's how it gets reported out to
- 29:07the general population.
- 29:08And they do that over and over and
- 29:09over again.
- 29:11They did it massively during bird flu in
- 29:122005.
- 29:14So those death rates are based on the
- 29:16percentage of people that die that are sick
- 29:19enough to go into the hospital.
- 29:21Okay.
- 29:22They're not, it's not like 40% across everybody
- 29:24that gets Hontavirus.
- 29:27It's of four if four people out of
- 29:29a out of a hundred die go to
- 29:31the hospital, yeah, and two of them die
- 29:34of the four, that's a 50% death rate.
- 29:36That's how they crank the fear factor.
- 29:38Well, that's part of the fear campaign, right?
- 29:40It absolutely is.
- 29:42And so when they say 40% uh, you
- 29:44know, a 50% death rate, people think 50%
- 29:46of the people who get hantavirus are gonna
- 29:47die.
- 29:50No, it's 50% of the people who are
- 29:52sick enough, which is a small little percentage,
- 29:54small sick enough to go into the hospital.
- 29:57Yeah, yeah.
- 29:58So those sort of, you know, you always
- 29:59have to look at how they skew the
- 30:00numbers.
- 30:01Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 30:02And use it to uh crank the fear
- 30:03machine.
- 30:05Um yeah.
- 30:06Well, and this is a good point.
- 30:07Let me reset the stage here just a
- 30:08little bit uh to folks that were talking
- 30:09to Dr.
- 30:11Sherry Tenpenny right now.
- 30:12And uh, you know, as you say what
- 30:14you just said, which is a good reminder
- 30:17how they uh manipulate everything, basically.
- 30:19Uh, and that's what's happening here.
- 30:21Uh so um uh Libby, I want to
- 30:23give uh a couple of things here.
- 30:26I want to first give uh uh Dr.
- 30:28Sherry Tenpenny's site out.
- 30:29Um, and again, she has a show on
- 30:32the on our network on the talk radio
- 30:34network and uh plays on iHeartRadio and uh
- 30:36and again it is you all should know
- 30:38out there, you have the free apps on
- 30:41Apple, Android, Alexa, those totally free, and the
- 30:43network uh streams there 25.
- 30:45You go right to iHot Radio Listener.
- 30:47We have also if you go back to
- 30:50the uh news site at America Outloud.news, and
- 30:52if you hit the listen live button, there's
- 30:55an absolutely magnificent world-class media player.
- 30:57You can hear this from anywhere in the
- 30:58world.
- 30:59And I gotta tell you what we have
- 31:01listeners all over the world.
- 31:02Uh, you can see the analytics light up
- 31:03in a lot of these countries and stuff.
- 31:05It's quite uh quite interesting.
- 31:06People love uh well, people love America and
- 31:08they love America out loud, I guess.
- 31:10So that's a cool thing.
- 31:11Um, but um, all right.
- 31:13So uh I want to mention here, uh,
- 31:16Sherry, your site is okay.
- 31:18Here we go.
- 31:19It is uh dr10penny.com.
- 31:23Dr 10penny.com.
- 31:26And 10 penny is of course just as
- 31:27it is, how you spell it.
- 31:29And all and these links we'll put all
- 31:30in here as well when it goes to
- 31:32uh uh to the uh podcast networks and
- 31:33all of that.
- 31:35But um, Sherry, tell us a little bit,
- 31:36take a minute here, tell us about the
- 31:38mission because you have a great backdrop, first
- 31:39of all.
- 31:41Now I didn't talk about that up front
- 31:44here, but you you are become uh uh
- 31:47uh uh a very recognizable name out there
- 31:49and and really fighting against um really a
- 31:52lot of things we just talked about the
- 31:55medical corruption, uh the vaccine BS.
- 31:58You become and a lot of these people
- 32:00who do this, they're not anti-vaccine specifically, they're
- 32:01anti-bullshit, you know.
- 32:04So there's a difference between them.
- 32:05Is that is that fair?
- 32:06Is that fair?
- 32:07Uh, I don't know that there's a difference
- 32:09between the two.
- 32:11Not anymore.
- 32:12There's not, probably not.
- 32:14I'm not saying yeah, I wouldn't take one
- 32:16of any kind if you handed it to
- 32:17me.
- 32:19I wouldn't take any of them.
- 32:20So people ask me that all the time.
- 32:22I never took anything, and my family didn't
- 32:24either throughout that COVID scare.
- 32:26We stayed away from all of it.
- 32:27We're in the percentage, what is it, 20%
- 32:29of the country that didn't take anything?
- 32:31Is that what the number was?
- 32:3280% took them, right?
- 32:33I well, that's the number they tell us.
- 32:37Okay, you're a little skeptical, I guess.
- 32:40About everything.
- 32:41I can't imagine why.
- 32:42Particularly about that industry, and I have reason
- 32:44to be, right?
- 32:46Yeah, yeah, for sure, for sure.
- 32:47Uh, as you've mentioned here, but you've got
- 32:49a great backdrop of the things you've done,
- 32:51a great career uh spanning so many different
- 32:53things, and it's very a great author and
- 32:55the work you're doing here.
- 32:57What are some of the things I think
- 32:58in my world?
- 33:00Um it's about a healthy immune system.
- 33:03It's what I talk about all the time,
- 33:04and that's been my lingo telling listeners from
- 33:05the get-go, and that's what my wife and
- 33:07I work on.
- 33:08It's a healthy immune system.
- 33:10It's it's lifestyle, Sherry.
- 33:11It's it's it's uh it's lifestyle.
- 33:13It's it's walking, it's activities, it's doing things,
- 33:16it's taking the right things, it's a balance
- 33:18of all those things, eating well.
- 33:21It's it's taking responsibility for your own life,
- 33:23is what it is, not relying on the
- 33:25healthcare system because it that's just not gonna
- 33:26cut it for you.
- 33:29So, what is your mission within dr10penny.com and
- 33:31and maybe list out a product or two
- 33:34that you recommend.
- 33:37Well, our mission has always been to get
- 33:39people more aware of their body and they
- 33:42understand their body better, then that way they
- 33:44can take better care of it.
- 33:46I mean, you know, you are born with
- 33:48one body and you have the same body
- 33:50from the time you're born until the time
- 33:51you die, right?
- 33:53But you might have several houses, several cars,
- 33:55several wives, you know, you don't you might
- 33:57have all sorts of things, but you get
- 34:00this one from the point of conception till
- 34:02the time of death, and we don't we
- 34:04somehow think that we abdicate the care of
- 34:06that this body to someone standing over there
- 34:09in a white coat, or if we knew
- 34:11a little bit more about our bodies, and
- 34:13that's what our membership is about.
- 34:16You know, if you go to prime membership.dr10penny.com,
- 34:18our membership is about teaching you more about
- 34:20your body so that you can take care
- 34:22of it better.
- 34:25And so we've done you know, monthly things
- 34:27on and they're topical things like we do
- 34:29a month on on pancreas, we did a
- 34:31month on the immune system, we did a
- 34:33month on cardiovascular, and then our supplements during
- 34:35the month, our articles during the month.
- 34:37We have an Ask the Expert Masterclass that's
- 34:39at the end of the month, where it's
- 34:40where people come in and can really learn
- 34:42more about their body.
- 34:44So our mission about that is to get
- 34:46you to learn more about your body, then
- 34:48it makes sense on how to better take
- 34:49care of it, besides nutrition and lifestyle and
- 34:51supplements.
- 34:54Prime membership dot dr tenpenny.com.
- 34:58That's what I so you put the prime
- 35:00membership in front of it in that case.
- 35:00Membership in front of it in that case.
- 35:01Yeah, prime membership dot dr tenpenny.com.
- 35:01Yeah, prime membership dot dr tenpenny.com.
- 35:05Okay.
- 35:05Okay, take you right to the place where
- 35:05We'll take you right to the place where
- 35:06you can learn about the membership and hopefully
- 35:07you can learn about the membership and hopefully
- 35:08support our work.
- 35:08support our work.
- 35:10And that's something people can sign on and
- 35:10And that's something people can sign on and
- 35:12and do it monthly or so.
- 35:12do it monthly or so.
- 35:14Is that what it is?
- 35:14Is that what it is?
- 35:14And there's all kinds of things they get
- 35:14And there's all kinds of things they get
- 35:15for that.
- 35:15for that.
- 35:17And how long you've been doing that, the
- 35:17And how long you've been doing that, the
- 35:18prime membership.
- 35:18prime membership.
- 35:19Uh, this is our second full year that
- 35:19Uh, this is our second full year that
- 35:21we've been doing it.
- 35:21we've been doing it.
- 35:22We were doing, you know, things change, and
- 35:22We were doing, you know, things change, and
- 35:24we kind of you know, switch it up
- 35:24we kind of you know, switch it up
- 35:25a little bit.
- 35:25a little bit.
- 35:27You know, our biggest thing this year, Malcolm,
- 35:27You know, our biggest thing this year, Malcolm,
- 35:28as you know.
- 35:29as you know, has been taking on this
- 35:32five day a week interview show on America
- 35:35Outloud.news, which is the 10 penny files.
- 35:37It's my full-time job, and it's like drinking
- 35:39from a fire hose, man.
- 35:41It is well, you're you're you're having a
- 35:42the the challenge uh with that show, you
- 35:44took on a whole lot because you have
- 35:46to know what some of the books are
- 35:48about as well.
- 35:49So you either have to what I find
- 35:51in my world, uh Sherry, you either have
- 35:53to speed read, speed read like real fast,
- 35:55and I've learned to do that.
- 35:57I've learned to do that.
- 35:58Yeah, I've had to myself.
- 36:00There's no because I get books in all
- 36:00the time, and I just can't read them
- 36:01all.
- 36:03Uh, but I'd love to read them all,
- 36:04but I can't.
- 36:05And then other times you're you you know,
- 36:07darn well, you're it's show time, and you
- 36:09know, when show time is ready, the curtain
- 36:11goes up, you got to be ready, Sherry.
- 36:13So many times you're doing a summary, and
- 36:14you're have to go and look at the
- 36:16summary, and you have to look at whether
- 36:18it's the in the book and see, okay,
- 36:20this is what the context's about, and then
- 36:21lean on the expert to really deliver.
- 36:24Well, what we what I do is like
- 36:25when we book someone, we ask them to
- 36:27send us 10 bullet points of what they
- 36:29think their work is important about.
- 36:31And then what that helps me do is
- 36:33when I read the book, because I read
- 36:34all the books and I've learned to be
- 36:36a better, much faster reader.
- 36:37Wow, and some of us I read five
- 36:39books a week, and some of them I
- 36:41skim, and some of them are so good.
- 36:43I really read the whole really good.
- 36:46But from those bullet points that sort of
- 36:48directs your reading to look at what they
- 36:49really think is important at the end of
- 36:51the show, I always say, you know, there's
- 36:53a there's millions of books out there every
- 36:54year.
- 36:56Um, why should people buy your book?
- 36:59What you know, what and let them pitch
- 37:00it and sell it.
- 37:02And that most of the authors do a
- 37:03really good job of doing that.
- 37:05And or you'll ask them, why did you
- 37:06write this book?
- 37:08I mean, it's you know, one of my
- 37:10favorite books, one of my favorite guests, uh,
- 37:11my favorite books, I think that I've read
- 37:13in years.
- 37:15It's called The National Road.
- 37:17And it was about the uh George Washington
- 37:19had this vision because when George Washington was
- 37:21the president, the far west was oh the
- 37:23Ohio, Indiana, you know, the Mississippi River, and
- 37:26he had this vision that he had to
- 37:28connect the West to the East, or they
- 37:30was going to grow up as two separate
- 37:32countries.
- 37:35So he pushed this whole thing called the
- 37:36National Road.
- 37:38And this guy named Albert Gallatin, who I'd
- 37:39never heard of before in my life was
- 37:41one of the most important people in American
- 37:43history ever.
- 37:45And he was under he was the secretary
- 37:48of the treasure underneath Thomas Jefferson and pushed
- 37:50Jefferson to fund this national road.
- 37:53And this I could talk, I love this
- 37:54book so much.
- 37:56I could talk about it for hours.
- 37:57And at when I asked him why did
- 38:00he write this book, he um case um
- 38:02Brady is a um he's he's uh uh
- 38:05uh got a PhD in history and he
- 38:08focuses on early American history and he teaches
- 38:10at a community college in Pittsburgh.
- 38:13And he said, Well, I see all of
- 38:15these young kids that hate America and they
- 38:17cannot find anything good about it.
- 38:19They want to pull down the statutes, you
- 38:21know, this doesn't work, you know.
- 38:23Uh capitalism is bad, you know, all these
- 38:24different things.
- 38:26And he said, and so I want to
- 38:29write about some of the really good things
- 38:31that have happened in America and how they
- 38:33they force these things to happen through hard
- 38:35work and physical labor and true grit.
- 38:38And I want to lay the groundwork of
- 38:39you know the good things that have happened
- 38:41in America, and it just was such an
- 38:43uplifting read.
- 38:45And such I I mean, I started that
- 38:47book on a Saturday morning at 10 o'clock.
- 38:49I read till 10 o'clock that night, and
- 38:50I got up the next morning and I
- 38:52started again at noon, and I read till
- 38:53I finished it.
- 38:55It was so good.
- 38:56Now, this is just recent this one here.
- 38:57Yeah, it was probably maybe three, four weeks
- 38:58ago.
- 39:00Yeah, I just looked.
- 39:01Is that the one uh that was the
- 39:03program that was titled Um George Washington in
- 39:05America's first highway west?
- 39:07Yes, okay.
- 39:08That's with uh Brady Kreutzer.
- 39:10Kreutzer, yeah, Brady Kreitzer.
- 39:12Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 39:13And another interesting thing about him that kind
- 39:15of tells a story too, is that he
- 39:17said he almost didn't get that book published.
- 39:19And I said, Why is that?
- 39:21He said, Because the publisher said it was
- 39:23too happy, it said too many good things
- 39:25about America.
- 39:27He said, In fact, I wrote three other
- 39:30books, complete books, 80-page book proposals, submitted them
- 39:32to multiple publishers and could not get them
- 39:35published because they said they were too upbeat
- 39:38and too uplifting about early American history.
- 39:41Isn't that sick?
- 39:42It's really sad.
- 39:44Really sad.
- 39:45Um that is interesting.
- 39:47I I need to connect with that book
- 39:49and that author, I think, based on what
- 39:50you just said.
- 39:52Oh, he's really he was a good interview,
- 39:53too.
- 39:54Really good.
- 39:54You need to have if you want to
- 39:56look in for people, I can get you
- 39:57some really good people of the people that
- 39:58are interviewed.
- 39:59You know, Casey Fleming, his book about the
- 40:02red the red tsunami.
- 40:04Yes, Fleming.
- 40:05Now I wanted to ask you about him,
- 40:06please, because they his people have been in
- 40:08touch with us, and I'm gonna have him
- 40:09on at some point.
- 40:11I'm very fascinated with it.
- 40:12So you're like you connection there, right?
- 40:14Good.
- 40:15One of the top five interviews I've done
- 40:17in the last six months.
- 40:18No kidding.
- 40:19Why is that?
- 40:20Why is that?
- 40:21Um, very articulate, very knowledgeable, comes from an
- 40:23incredible background, IT.
- 40:26And he wrote this book from a perspective
- 40:28of you know, America needs he's written it
- 40:31as a as kind of a workbook.
- 40:33He lays out all this, and then at
- 40:36the end, he's got a 60-day solution for
- 40:38if we could just get America together and
- 40:41understand how infiltrated we are.
- 40:44We could we could excuse me, we could
- 40:46stop it and reverse it.
- 40:47So, and he's very just a great interview,
- 40:50very articulate, very well spoken.
- 40:54You know, and what I do, Malcolm, when
- 40:56I do these, um, we have a master
- 40:58spreadsheet that we share that have all a
- 41:00list of all these names and things as
- 41:02we get them booked on the show.
- 41:04Yeah, and after I that after I do
- 41:06the interview, I move them from that spreadsheet
- 41:08to a different tab on the bottom, and
- 41:11I grade the interview.
- 41:13I grade the book and I grade the
- 41:15interview so that you know, from an A
- 41:17plus down to a D, you know.
- 41:19So if I'm gonna be out of town
- 41:20or if I'm gonna be gone, we can
- 41:22and we're gonna rerun a show.
- 41:24We pull out the very best ones that
- 41:25I don't know.
- 41:26It's incredible what you're doing.
- 41:28I mean, I've loved, enjoyed seeing this.
- 41:30Now, I started watching the Fleming show, and
- 41:32I will finish that one for sure.
- 41:33And this other one with the that I
- 41:35just pointed out with Kreutzer.
- 41:36I'm gonna go look at that one.
- 41:38I've I'm now very intrigued to do that.
- 41:40And if you just go up on the
- 41:42menu, friends, and you go up to menu
- 41:43talk shows and podcasts and look for the
- 41:4510 penny files, uh, is what it is
- 41:46with Dr.
- 41:48Sherry Tenpenny.
- 41:49Go there and you'll see her whole library
- 41:50and litany of uh programming and what have
- 41:52you that you hear on the network.
- 41:54Uh, by the way, plays uh 3 p.m.
- 41:56Eastern time, uh, Monday through Friday on the
- 41:59uh uh talk on America Talk Radio Network
- 42:00Uh uh talk on America Talk Radio Network
- 42:02on the iHeart Radio Network.
- 42:02on the iHeart Radio Network.
- 42:04Um, you catch them all there, and and
- 42:04Um, you catch them all there and and
- 42:06all these very intriguing things.
- 42:06all these very intriguing things.
- 42:07And what I do like about this is
- 42:07And what I do like about this is
- 42:09she's taken these great books, but she a
- 42:09she's taking these great books, but she a
- 42:11lot of times you're I love the way
- 42:11lot of times you're I love the way
- 42:13you mesh it to current day, and you're
- 42:13you mesh it to current day, yeah.
- 42:15talking about things that are very relevant, which
- 42:15You're talking about things that are very relevant,
- 42:17is very, very important.
- 42:17which is very, very important.
- 42:19Uh so uh your topics and your headlines
- 42:19Uh so uh your topics and your headlines
- 42:21are uh are excellent, and uh it just
- 42:21are uh are excellent, and uh it just
- 42:23comes back to learning more and more about
- 42:23comes back to learning more and more about
- 42:25what's going on here.
- 42:25what's going on here.
- 42:27I mean, it's a phenomenal uh footprint of
- 42:27I mean, it's a phenomenal uh footprint of
- 42:28work here.
- 42:28work here going on.
- 42:30Just go look at it.
- 42:31It's incredible.
- 42:32Um definitely one one more plug out here,
- 42:34and then I'll change the topic.
- 42:37But if for people that are Christian listeners
- 42:39that listen on your show, yeah, yeah.
- 42:41Um, the there's a book, the interview.
- 42:43It's I don't think it's been posted yet
- 42:45because we just did it this week.
- 42:46I think it's going to be posted next
- 42:47time.
- 42:47Is that what Pedro Garcia?
- 42:49No, it's with uh it's not been posted
- 42:50yet.
- 42:52Okay, so it's it's uh Todd Hampson, H
- 42:54A M P S O N.
- 42:57It's called The Nonprofit's Guide to the Rapture.
- 43:00It is the best eschatology book I have
- 43:02ever read.
- 43:04And he's a he's an animator and he
- 43:06any an animator and a cartoonist.
- 43:09He's got a uh uh his his business
- 43:12is Tim Bucktoon, and he does a lot
- 43:14of things for in the Christian genre, you
- 43:16know, making these little cartoons and stuff.
- 43:19So he's taken a very heavy topic and
- 43:21made it easy to read and it's enjoyable
- 43:24with graphs and charts and all that.
- 43:26So if anybody is interested in end times
- 43:28and where we are right now, and I
- 43:30think a lot of people are questioning that,
- 43:33it is probably the best end times eschatology
- 43:35book I've ever read.
- 43:37Oh, that's interesting.
- 43:38Easy to read.
- 43:39Um, he's actually written nine books.
- 43:41We've already got him scheduled to come back
- 43:43on the show with a couple of his
- 43:44other ones.
- 43:45It's called the nonprofits guide to the rapture.
- 43:49All right.
- 43:49Well, we we are definitely have a lot
- 43:51of Christians uh washing and listening because that's
- 43:53the base of our network for sure.
- 43:55That's how it was launched.
- 43:56Um another thing that we do with that,
- 43:58Malcolm is we take all of our because
- 44:01we I interview authors, and if you go
- 44:03to bookstore.dr tenpenny.com, bookstore, we could we collect
- 44:05all the books in one place so that
- 44:08people if they listen to the show months
- 44:10later, they can instead of searching the million
- 44:12books on Amazon, they can find them all
- 44:15in one place.
- 44:17Right, absolutely.
- 44:18All right, fantastic.
- 44:20All right.
- 44:20So um let's get back to talking about
- 44:21some of the things we want to talk
- 44:22about before I get to the Hunter virus
- 44:24as well and take advantage of this time
- 44:25here.
- 44:26Uh, serious question.
- 44:28Um you have uh seeing the Senate here,
- 44:31and first off, with uh Senator Rand Paul
- 44:34and with the whistleblower now.
- 44:37It has gotten people's attention, I've noticed, uh,
- 44:40in the past couple few days here.
- 44:43Uh, do you sense anything comes out of
- 44:46this, or is this just another fruitless exercise?
- 44:49Well, we always have to have hope, don't
- 44:51we?
- 44:53And I think that I think that this
- 44:55hearing was a little bit different than other
- 44:58ones in terms of this is a somebody
- 45:00who works for the CIA being a whistleblower
- 45:03about the CIA.
- 45:06And you know, he's kind of taken his
- 45:08life into his own hands and is in
- 45:10his career by doing that.
- 45:12Yeah, you know, because remember, you know, when
- 45:14they who is the guy, um, Chuck, um,
- 45:16the head of the Senate.
- 45:18Um, when he told Chuck Schumer.
- 45:20Chuck Chuck Schumer said, you know, you mess
- 45:22with the CIA, they have 10 ways for
- 45:24100%.
- 45:26100% uh to have retribution against you.
- 45:28And one of the things he was saying
- 45:31in that whistleblower interview was that the whistleblower
- 45:33laws really don't protect people.
- 45:36So where I think that we will be
- 45:38interesting to watch the fallout from this will
- 45:41be what happens to him in terms of
- 45:43his career and his position and things like
- 45:45that.
- 45:48I don't know.
- 45:49I wrote an entire book called Zero Accountability
- 45:50in a Failed System.
- 45:53So I'm not it's zero accountability in a
- 45:54failed system.
- 45:56How big pharma weaponizes vaccines, public public vaccines,
- 45:59public health, and the law.
- 46:01And so, you know, and I haven't, you
- 46:03know, we haven't none of us, we've not
- 46:05seen a single arrest.
- 46:06No, we've not seen any perp rock walk
- 46:08people.
- 46:09We don't we haven't seen really anybody even
- 46:11lose their job, you know, from any of
- 46:13this stuff.
- 46:14So no, well, the deep state protects themselves,
- 46:17they protect themselves, they they really do.
- 46:19And and it really is you you opened
- 46:21up early on when we started here.
- 46:23You talked about the bureaucracy, and that's exactly
- 46:25one of the big points I talk about
- 46:27all the time is uh our government is
- 46:29run by uh people call it the deep
- 46:31state, whatever they call it, there's a lot
- 46:33of names for it, actually.
- 46:35Uh, but uh it is the bureaucratic state,
- 46:38actually, is what's happening.
- 46:40These people, the bureaucratic state, they uh don't
- 46:43run for elections, they don't have to run
- 46:46for elections, and they're embedded into uh oh
- 46:48my god, this large beast, this beast being
- 46:51the federal government.
- 46:54It is a beast, it's got many, many
- 46:56tentacles all over the place with all these
- 46:59agencies, and they are embedded deep in there.
- 47:02And when they don't like an agenda, they
- 47:04go against the agenda and they don't follow
- 47:06orders, uh, even though they don't answer the
- 47:08i mean many times a lot of these
- 47:10cats answer really to the executive branch, but
- 47:12they really do this to the executive branch,
- 47:14and they do what they're gonna do, basically,
- 47:16you know.
- 47:18And uh, so um yeah, it's a bad
- 47:20it's a bad setup.
- 47:21And in our country, it's one of the
- 47:23things I said with our framers that you
- 47:25know, I I I really think in our
- 47:27government, it you know, it's just like when
- 47:29when when the the uh tide comes in
- 47:30with the water, the tide comes in, the
- 47:32tide goes out.
- 47:34The same thing has to happen with the
- 47:35federal government, Sherry.
- 47:36And one of the biggest mistakes uh uh
- 47:38I think our frame is they we got
- 47:40lost in is by letting these people hang
- 47:42around too long, these career politicians.
- 47:44When you have to leave uh Congress in
- 47:46a in a wheelchair, an oxygen tank or
- 47:49uh or or a coffin, it's bad news.
- 47:51It's absolutely yeah, and we've seen them leave
- 47:53that way.
- 47:55They sit there forever and they just rot
- 47:57out, and there's too many of them.
- 47:59Very few, uh, very few are honorable, like
- 48:02the honorable uh my friend Senator Ron Johnson,
- 48:04who uh frequents here all the time, and
- 48:07uh he's one of the few who uh
- 48:09will put up the fight, and uh he's
- 48:12not a career politician.
- 48:14He's like Trump, he's a businessman.
- 48:16He's he's a total businessman, he's not a
- 48:17politician.
- 48:18Uh in fact, he had to convince himself
- 48:20and his wife to run the last time
- 48:21he wanted out.
- 48:23I don't think he's gonna do it again.
- 48:25I don't think he'll stay in it.
- 48:26I think he's pretty well had enough of
- 48:27DC.
- 48:28He probably wants his life back, and but
- 48:30he's trying to do the best for America,
- 48:31actually.
- 48:33He's trying to do the best for his
- 48:34country for all of us.
- 48:35That's what the frame is designed.
- 48:37This thing, but the deep state, uh see,
- 48:39I don't think not only the president is
- 48:42term limit, but I think all of Congress
- 48:44should be term limited Senate Congressman, and I
- 48:46think the bureaucracy of the agencies you talked
- 48:48about moment ago here.
- 48:51I believe at a certain level and up,
- 48:53and I really mean this at a certain
- 48:54level and up in those bureaucracies.
- 48:56I'm talking about the upper management of those
- 48:57agencies.
- 48:59I believe they should be timed out.
- 49:00should be timed out.
- 49:01You can only be allowed, you cannot sit
- 49:01You can only be allowed, you cannot sit
- 49:02in a position for 30, 40, 50, 60
- 49:02in a position for 30, 40, 50, 60
- 49:04freaking years.
- 49:04freaking years.
- 49:06Okay.
- 49:06Okay.
- 49:06You can sit there for so we'll get
- 49:06You can sit there for so we'll get
- 49:07we'll put a number on it.
- 49:07we'll put a number on it.
- 49:08You can sit there for so long, Sherry,
- 49:08You can sit there for so long, Sherry,
- 49:10and then you have to depart.
- 49:10and then you have to depart.
- 49:12Uh, and you can go do something else,
- 49:12Uh and you can go do something else,
- 49:13whatever it is.
- 49:13whatever it is.
- 49:15But I I think that's the only way
- 49:15But I I think that's the only way
- 49:17to clean up tied in, tied out, tied
- 49:17to clean up tied in, tied out, tied
- 49:19in, tied out, right?
- 49:19in, tied out, right?
- 49:21Well, and it's fresh ideas and it's fresh
- 49:21Well, and it's fresh ideas and it's fresh
- 49:22energy.
- 49:23energy, and it's um seeing things through a
- 49:24And it's um seeing things through a different
- 49:25different different lens, you know, brings in, you
- 49:26different lens.
- 49:27know, uh.
- 49:28You know, brings in, you know, uh that
- 49:30they've tried that a couple of times, you
- 49:32know, bringing in younger people, but as soon
- 49:33as they're there, the money starts flowing and
- 49:35they get sucked in.
- 49:38It's all greed.
- 49:38It's all greed.
- 49:39I mean how the hell do they end
- 49:41up how do they end up on their
- 49:43salary ending up with these mansion driven gate
- 49:45homes with a wall refrigerated loaded with ice
- 49:47creams and gates and houses here and houses
- 49:49over here and houses there.
- 49:52I'm these are ultimately so like AOC she's
- 49:55a multimillionaire many times over she couldn't even
- 49:57pay the the the the bar bill at
- 50:00the bar she worked at for God's sakes.
- 50:02Yep.
- 50:03100% and you could go down and name
- 50:04all of them all of them all of
- 50:06them left and right both sides of the
- 50:08aisle by the way 100% vast majority of
- 50:09them.
- 50:11Yeah it's not just a one sided thing.
- 50:13The system is corrupt as hell as the
- 50:15day is long and until they fix that
- 50:17and that's something I feel passionate about really
- 50:19really passionate about this point here driving the
- 50:21show I've said it for a while but
- 50:23I'm going to now say it a little
- 50:25bit louder uh Sherry or as we say
- 50:27out loud uh I call it Sherry the
- 50:29out loud truth the out loud truth and
- 50:31it's just from your heart it's just this
- 50:33is the out loud truth and you know
- 50:35some people can deal with that some people
- 50:37can't it's okay man it's okay we can
- 50:40we can still be truthful and be respectful
- 50:42as ladies and gentlemen.
- 50:45I'm a little I'm I'm a gentleman but
- 50:47as ladies and gentlemen we can have that
- 50:49conversation we've got a difficult conversation so all
- 50:51right so you think this hearing was a
- 50:53little different this time and so you think
- 50:54there could be something and you mentioned he
- 50:56did take his life in his own hands
- 50:58or Erdman there's no question about it.
- 51:01The question I wonder are that aren't there
- 51:03any other patriots in there why haven't others
- 51:05stood up and and rebel against the system
- 51:07is sad to me.
- 51:09It's a sad state of America that that
- 51:11hasn't happened is what I think.
- 51:13Well he sort of laid that out I
- 51:15mean that was a question that was asked
- 51:18to him in the hearing yeah and he
- 51:20said quite frankly the whistleblower protection laws don't
- 51:23protect no and they and even Johnson said
- 51:25you know Congress probably does the least amount
- 51:28to try to protect the whistleblowers that come
- 51:30to us and so you know there's lots
- 51:32of reasons to not take that into your
- 51:35own hands.
- 51:38If you got a family you got reputation
- 51:39oh come on I mean not everybody wants
- 51:41to uh sink themselves in life especially when
- 51:43you get to that point I mean come
- 51:45on there's a lot of responsibility and and
- 51:47you know the the the what you just
- 51:48said is important.
- 51:50You know many people in that position including
- 51:53myself I would not want to um put
- 51:55my family in jeopardy is the point.
- 51:58I and I in fact it's one of
- 52:00the reasons I'm very careful even in my
- 52:02life as a public figure now I protect
- 52:04my privacy very much because I won't put
- 52:06my children and my wife and in jeopardy
- 52:09you know so I'm not I'm not you
- 52:11know I don't get on and just there
- 52:13are things I don't I there are two
- 52:15different worlds you know the public persona is
- 52:17here and the private sector is none of
- 52:19your business that's how I look at it
- 52:21how about you very well put yep for
- 52:23sure you have to protect yourself at that
- 52:25point I've had plenty of you know that
- 52:27kind of bad messages come in and things
- 52:29you know death threats that kind of thing
- 52:31I don't I don't need to hear it.
- 52:34I don't need to hear it move on
- 52:36move on uh got enough going on here
- 52:38all right so we'll see if it only
- 52:41happens this time around to capsule that and
- 52:43this henta virus it isn't going to go
- 52:46anywhere is it sherry no it's not it's
- 52:48it's not going to be any big deal
- 52:51you know that's one of the things that
- 52:53I wrote in the substack that I wrote
- 52:55which is dr10penny dot substack dot com is
- 52:58you know the hontivirus have we learned anything
- 53:00like they every two years they crank up
- 53:03something we had COVID and we had monkeypox
- 53:05and then we had bird flu that they
- 53:07tried to float and now we've got Hontavirus
- 53:10which is nothing and and you know really
- 53:12truly I mean there's not any reason to
- 53:15have any hysteria about this they've been tracking
- 53:17this virus since 1993.
- 53:20Um there's it it's just I'm gonna say
- 53:23the same thing about huntavirus that I said
- 53:25about COVID the cure for early early on
- 53:28in COVID back you know in March of
- 53:312020 or uh April of 2020 that I
- 53:33have the absolute cure for COVID turn off
- 53:36your television turn it off go about your
- 53:39business pretend it's not happening there's gonna be
- 53:41a few people that are going to die
- 53:44just like there's 8000 people that die every
- 53:46year of the flu and no that doesn't
- 53:49even make a blip on anybody's radar screen
- 53:52and we know that the death rate from
- 53:54COVID ultimately was zero point two percent and
- 53:57the people most of the majority of the
- 54:00people that died died from medical malpractice they
- 54:02were given the wrong drug at the wrong
- 54:05dose at the wrong period of time 100%
- 54:08wasn't you know yes they may have gotten
- 54:10COVID but it's the difference of dying from
- 54:13COVID or dying with COVID dying with COVID
- 54:16with the REM desivere and the ventiles the
- 54:18ventilator having the right drugs but not having
- 54:21access to Ivorme there was no early treatment
- 54:23they laughed at us on early treatment we
- 54:26we were on the front part of that
- 54:29right here on this network from day one
- 54:31and preacher treatment and we talked about extensively
- 54:34uh and uh people were not getting the
- 54:37memo and the system was not getting the
- 54:39memo and everything went so the only reason
- 54:42they didn't get the memo was because they
- 54:45didn't turn off their television yeah yeah no
- 54:47you're you're right sephere campaign it is media
- 54:50induced okay all right uh dr tenpenny dot
- 54:53com is the site to reach uh Dr.
