A 66-year-old woman, Teresa Marie Mills, faces serious charges after leaving her dementia-stricken husband alone at home—resulting in neglect, abuse, and a horrific scene when police arrived: the house was filthy with urine, feces, and rodents, and the man was confused and unresponsive.
