Silver BREAKING OUT! Don’t Make This Mistake Now! (Gold & Silver Price Update) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:01
A massive threat to your silver hiding right inside your home.
• 0:06
We're going to have some fun with that, and we're going to
• 0:08
talk about that a little bit later.
• 0:10
But we are experiencing historic moves yet again.
• 0:13
Seems like we're saying it every day, doesn't it?
• 0:16
In the silver and gold market. We're going to talk about what's
• 0:18
happening, why it's happening and what we can look forward to
• 0:23
in the future for the price of precious metals and the precious
• 0:28
metal mining stocks. We're going to I want to hear
• 0:30
from the silver, silver billionaire, the new Hunt
• 0:33
brothers. We're going to talk about a new
• 0:35
analyst telling us we could go well over $100 and silver
• 0:41
because you may be hearing we're going to hit 100 and pull back.
• 0:44
We'll we'll talk all about that in an unbelievable gold price
• 0:49
computation from a major in financial investment firm.
• 0:54
Man, there's so much and and then we're going to talk about
• 0:57
the big factors that are going to push the precious metals, not
• 1:01
just tomorrow, not just next month, next year, but for
• 1:06
decades to come. Why we could be in super, super
• 1:09
good shape. One thing I know for sure, we're
• 1:11
in good shape right now because you're joining me down here in
• 1:14
the basement. I hope you feel like you found a
• 1:16
new friend, a new home away from home.
• 1:19
And it's not just me, it's all the people in the basement
• 1:22
dweller community coming together to support the precious
• 1:25
metals, to support each other. Please subscribe to the channel.

• 1:39
section so we can learn from you and about you.
• 1:43
And most important, thank you for being here.
• 1:45
Oh yeah, super chats. Never expected, always super
• 1:48
  appreciated. So thank you.
• 1:50
And I got a nice $5 donation on PayPal this morning.
• 1:54
Really appreciate that. Thank you, guys.
• 1:56
OK, let's get started. Let's go look at the price.
• 1:58
Should we start in the United States or should we go to China
• 2:02
first? Let's go to China and let's see
• 2:04
how the silver price did in China last night.
• 2:08
This comes from the Kobesi letter.
• 2:10
They're big what, 1.2 million? You can see that 1.2 million
• 2:17
followers on the X platform alone.
• 2:19
This is a big, big, respected account on the X platform, and
• 2:24
they tell us that breaking Shanghai Silver prices soar to a
• 2:29
record $105 per oz. Hold on a second here.
• 2:35
Hold on a second, guys, make sure we're not having tech
• 2:37
issues. Oh boy, hold on, hold on.
• 2:43
Let me know if you can see me and hear me.
• 2:47
Hopefully we can shoot I. Can see the Kobesi.
• 2:57
Letter you can. OK, give me one second guys.
• 3:00
I will be right back and see if we can get this to work.
• 3:06
Here we go. OK, now we're back.
• 3:07
Kobesi letter tells us, right, that in China, $105 per oz now
• 3:13
trading at a massive $13 per oz premium to the spot price in the
• 3:19
United States. I mean, my gosh, $13 premium.
• 3:24
I remember when silver was $13 an ounce period.
• 3:28
The physical silver shortage in China is intensifying, and we're
• 3:32
getting all kinds of reports from our contacts in China that
• 3:36
that is indeed the case. There's the price in China,
• 3:39
unbelievable. Here's another report from China
• 3:43
from Macro Liquidity, our friend Sunil.
• 3:46
At the point at this time, it was a $12.00 premium.
• 3:50
The physical that this is physical stress.
• 3:53
The East is bidding for metal while the West is suppressing
• 3:58
with paper. And there you go there that
• 4:00
looks like it's from Bloomberg, but I can't say that for sure.
• 4:03
So guys, we are seeing a complete decoupling.
• 4:08
Is that the right way to say it? We talked about this three weeks
• 4:11
ago. What we're seeing is a
• 4:13
decoupling in the physical price in China, in the paper price
• 4:17
that who cares about the paper price?
• 4:19
What do you think's going to determine the price of silver in
• 4:22
the end? It's the physical price that
• 4:25
will determine it and it's happening right now.
• 4:29
We're seeing the paper price be drug higher, begrudgingly right
• 4:34
by the physical price and by China.
• 4:36
And later on we're going to talk about some crazy data out of
• 4:40
China that explains to us why this is happening and how it is
• 4:44
happening. I do want to remind you of one
• 4:46
thing I checked officially before we came on, OK, Today
• 4:52
we're sitting at let's go check. We're going to go take a look
• 4:54
and then I'm going to share an astounding fact with you about
• 4:57
what is happening right now in the world of silver in
• 5:01
particular. This is the world spot price and
• 5:05
right now we're at $3.55 above $90.00 per oz in silver.
• 5:11
I know it pulled back a little bit, of course, right, that's
• 5:14
going to happen guys. It's not just straight up, but
• 5:17
we are at $90.62 in the spot price.
• 5:22
I want you to look me in the eye because this is a fact.
• 5:26
One year ago today, we sat down here, we talked, right?
• 5:31
We looked at the silver market. The silver price was less than
• 5:36
$30 per oz. It was actually $29.69.
• 5:42
So don't make the mistake. Don't let your emotions get
• 5:45
involved as you're thinking about whatever investments you
• 5:49
may or may not have in silver, in gold, in precious metal
• 5:53
mining stocks. This is a crazy emotional time.
• 5:56
It's easy to get upset in a good way and a bad way with with
• 6:02
what's going to be some big volatility coming down the road.
• 6:05
OK, I'm not predicting a big crash or anything like that.
• 6:10
I'm just telling you, don't make the mistake of letting your
• 6:13
emotions make decisions for you. Anyone who's accumulated big
• 6:18
amounts of wealth. And look, I'm not saying I'm Mr.
• 6:21
Perfect, I'm just telling you from my experience and what I've
• 6:24
read from the gurus who've accumulated big amounts of
• 6:28
wealth over their lifetimes that that it's so important to not
• 6:32
  let emotions rule your decisions.
• 6:35
I'm not saying don't make decisions.
• 6:37
I'm just saying do them in a strategic, non emotional way.
• 6:41
OK, what about Bateman? Oh, and then we got this big
• 6:44
threat to your silver that we're going to have a lot of fun with.
• 6:48
OK, but what did Bateman, the silver billionaire, the new Hunt
• 6:52
brothers, the guy with 13 million plus ounces of silver
• 6:56
say? What did he share with us?
• 6:58
That I think is definitely speaks volumes up.
• 7:02
We'll go back to that one. I've skipped one, but we're
• 7:04
going to go here first, Bateman said.
• 7:06
This silver, silver is ripping faces off but still maybe only
• 7:13
one in 100 people have any clue, let alone are making purchases.
• 7:20
We are in the early innings one and only one.
• 7:24
Only one in 10,000. No, the monetary system is
• 7:28
failing and precious metals are the life raft.
• 7:32
OK. And is that is so, so true,
• 7:35
guys. I'm not trying to stroke your
• 7:38
ego or make you feel like you're better or worse than anybody
• 7:41
else, but very few people are interested and are educating
• 7:46
themselves on what is happening in the overall financial system
• 7:50
right now. And I agree with Mr. Bateman
• 7:52
again, to me, he's the new Hunt Brothers.
• 7:55
I think he'll go down in in history as a significant figure
• 7:59
in this unbelievable epic situation that we have unfolding
• 8:04
right now in the precious metals market.
• 8:07
And he pointed something out that's critical.
• 8:09
And there's a big reason why the silver and gold life raft, we
• 8:13
talk about it all the time. If this were if the if the if
• 8:17
the financial system were the Titanic, right?
• 8:20
And the Titanic started to list to one side, you and I and the
• 8:25
other people that understand what's going on are in the very
• 8:28
first lifeboat right now getting off the Titanic panic, OK?
• 8:33
When everybody else wakes up, it's unfortunately might be a
• 8:37
little bit too late. That's when they're going to go
• 8:39
to their local coin shop. And I'm hearing that it's almost
• 8:42
getting there right now, but they're going to go to their
• 8:44
LCS, their local coin shop, to try to buy some silver.
• 8:49
And the cases are going to be absolutely empty.
• 8:54
OK, now is there a big threat hiding in your home right now to
• 8:59
your silver? We're going to get to that next.
• 9:01
But first I want to say thank you to channel sponsor First
• 9:04
Mint. They're a silver mint in Las
• 9:07
Vegas, NV. You guys love them.
• 9:10
Thank you. Everyday Susie is sending me
• 9:13
just great feedback from your experience with First Mint.
• 9:16
I stopped sending them all to the company to them because I
• 9:19
felt like I was overwhelming them and obviously they're very
• 9:21
busy now anyway, but they are doing a great job.
• 9:26
World class silver bullion products in the hands of
• 9:30
everyday people like you and me. They're owned by First Majestic
• 9:34
Silver who mines the silver in Mexico, ships that the Las
• 9:38
Vegas, NV where then it gets shipped directly to you.
• 9:41
Literally it's from the mine to the mint to you, the Comex and
• 9:46
the LBMA. They're not involved, right?
• 9:49
This is the freshest silver on the market.
• 9:51
You can learn about them at First mint.com.
• 9:54
I'll pull up their website here for two seconds so you can make
• 9:57
sure you go to the right place. They got these beautiful display
• 10:00
boxes too. I have a couple of them here at
• 10:02
the house, but here it is first meant.com.
• 10:06
OK, I don't want to scare you guys, right?
• 10:08
We don't want to. We don't want to be sensational
• 10:10
and then we're going to. This is for fun.
• 10:12
We're having some fun here. But there could be a major
• 10:14
threat to your silver in your house right now and you may not
• 10:19
even realize almost. I can guarantee you, you don't
• 10:22
realize that it's there. Let's put a smile on our face
• 10:25
and look at this one. It's going all around the silver
• 10:32
and gold community. Silver Ape King posted this.
• 10:37
Here's the timeline. OK, when silver was $20.00 an
• 10:40
ounce, that spouse of yours, and maybe you know, maybe it's your
• 10:45
husband, maybe it's your wife is saying this is your silver.
• 10:48
What are you doing? What are you thinking?
• 10:50
And then right at 84 dollars, oh honey, look at our silver.
• 10:54
I love it. But then here's the real threat
• 10:57
at $300. They start saying, hey, that's
• 11:00
my silver. I absolutely love it.
• 11:05
So there could be a threat. You could be living with a
• 11:07
threat and not even realize what's going on.
• 11:10
I don't know about upstairs Susie.
• 11:12
Maybe she'll chime in here and give me some feedback from her
• 11:14
perspective, how she feels about all that.
• 11:17
And I'm going to go back to this one before I forget, there's a
• 11:22
lot of talk. There's a guy named Golly from,
• 11:26
I forget which company, maybe TD Securities, who was very bullish
• 11:30
on silver back about a year ago. He actually predicted that we
• 11:34
could have a squeeze type situation.
• 11:37
But then two times recently he had put on big short positions
• 11:42
and silver, saying it was overdone.
• 11:44
And Peter Spina shared this one. This is silver breaks past
• 11:49
$92.00 an ounce, right, triggering TD Securities.
• 11:52
So, yeah, it is TD Securities short covering stop loss limit,
• 11:58
but because he had put on a short position, I think back
• 12:00
around $75.80, maybe $85 an ounce again.
• 12:04
And we don't ever want to see anybody do this.
• 12:06
But obviously that's just a meme.
• 12:09
They're not too happy over there at TD Securities right now.
• 12:13
What about the US Mint? If you heard this interesting
• 12:16
news coming from the US Mint and what they are doing right now
• 12:22
because of these unprecedented, unprecedented times in the
• 12:26
silver market, breaking news from the Internet, International
• 12:29
Stacker, hold on here. That's not now, it'll work.
• 12:34
There you go. Now you're on the right page
• 12:36
from the International Stacker. Breaking the United States Mint
• 12:40
suspends all sales of numismatic products.
• 12:43
No more sales until they know how much to raise the prices.
• 12:48
Buckle up, this is going to get a lot crazier.
• 12:51
This was an e-mail a subscriber received.
• 12:53
And again, this is from International Stacker.
• 12:56
I think it's a YouTube channel. You might want to check them
• 12:58
out. But basically this is from the
• 13:01
US Mint and it says to maintain transparency and a positive
• 13:04
customer experience experience. We are reaching out to share an
• 13:08
important update. Due to metals cost, pricing
• 13:11
adjustments are being evaluated across all numismatic products.
• 13:15
In addition, rapidly rising silver prices may result in
• 13:19
silver numismatic products being temporarily removed from sale
• 13:24
while pricing is updated. We're working expeditiously,
• 13:27
blah, blah, blah. Basically they're they're
• 13:30
basically saying we don't know what to do right now.
• 13:35
So we're going to pull some things off the market because
• 13:38
these are unprecedented times in the world of silver and gold.
• 13:42
And Speaking of that, let's do a quick review of just four of the
• 13:47
big names and the big, big names, the big names and the big
• 13:51
financial companies and what they're telling us about
• 13:54
precious metals right now. Because guys, it's happening
• 13:57
with China, It's happening on the retail side, but it's also
• 14:01
happening with the big financial service companies.
• 14:05
Remember this, Bank of America recently floated the idea of
• 14:09
silver reaching $309 per oz. That was reported I believe even
• 14:15
on Kitco last week. Morgan Stanley's chief
• 14:19
investment officer is talking about this new allocation of
• 14:23
assets that that includes up to 20% in precious metals.
• 14:27
OK, that's Morgan Stanley. Bank of America, Bank of
• 14:32
America's Michael Hartnett. It had said something about 25%
• 14:37
allocation and Jeffrey Gunlock, the new bond king, right, the
• 14:41
guy that it is just super respected in the overall
• 14:46
traditional finance right. The the the normal conservative
• 14:50
world of finance world media told us that he's talking about
• 14:55
25% in metals is not like overstated.
• 14:59
So remember, this is happening on many, many levels, but it's
• 15:02
also happening with big names and big companies.
• 15:06
Ray Dalio, I mean the list goes on and on.
• 15:10
David Bateman, the new Hunt brothers, right?
• 15:13
Everybody is waking up to the need to protect yourselves with
• 15:17
  precious metals. All right.
• 15:20
And just so we don't lose track, we like to that, we like to we
• 15:23
love to look at this data point. Do you know how many ounces of
• 15:26
paper silver were traded yesterday despite the fact that
• 15:30
the price continues to go up? Those nice people who like to
• 15:34
adjust the price on the COMEX had quite a day yesterday.
• 15:39
We'll go to this quickly from the dude, the silver market
• 15:44
traded only 948 million paper oz yesterday.
• 15:50
  Easily, easily 20. Hold on.
• 15:54
Hold on, share screen. We'll go back to this.
• 16:00
All right, hold on guys, having some tech fun here.
• 16:04
All right, let's go back to here it is now You should be seeing
• 16:09
the right screen. Sorry about that.
• 16:10
The streaming software screwed up, not me.
• 16:13
Silver market traded 900 and 4900 and 48 million paper oz
• 16:17
  yesterday. That's a full almost 20 to 25%
• 16:23
more than the entire mining mining sector produces in an
• 16:29
entire year. The paper market did that in
• 16:32
just one day. To think or to even float the
• 16:36
idea that the silver price is not manipulated is is I think,
• 16:41
almost child's play. Next we'll go to Rashad, who has
• 16:45
been dead on with his predictions lately.
• 16:49
He puts this out this morning. While most expect silver to take
• 16:52
a big pause around $100, do I believe question mark, it's
• 16:58
going to make a surprise move higher, faster and higher than
• 17:02
most anticipate. So Rashad has been spot on, OK,
• 17:08
and he continues to think that a move to 100 and even further is
• 17:13
likely in the books. Again, I'm not a financial
• 17:15
  advisor. I don't have a crystal ball.
• 17:18
I could be wrong. But at this point with what's
• 17:20
happening in the silver market, looking at all the factors
• 17:24
involved, guys, we can't really rule anything out.
• 17:28
Next, we're going to talk about $39,000 gold.
• 17:33
You think that's crazy? What about $184,000 gold?
• 17:38
And these numbers come from one of the world's biggest financial
• 17:41
services institutions. We'll get to that.
• 17:43
But first let's talk about channel sponsor First Mining
• 17:48
Gold. I'm here because of the
• 17:50
sponsors. Thank you First Mining Gold for
• 17:52
sponsoring Ron's Basement, their development stage gold company
• 17:56
with one of them. Has a question.
• 17:59
OK, thank you. I'll get to I will get to the
• 18:01
Super chats. Thank you upstairs Susie.
• 18:04
And she still never gave us a comment on that her taking all
• 18:06
the silver even though we don't keep it here at the house.
• 18:09
But nonetheless, back to First Mining Gold, two big multi
• 18:13
million ounce projects, OK, years and years, $100 million
• 18:18
plus spent on drilling and developing, determining that
• 18:22
there's these millions of Oz in the ground in Canada, spring
• 18:27
pole in Ontario, du Parquet in Quebec, OK.
• 18:31
The big mining companies, they need to replenish their
• 18:34
pipelines. They also want to grow.
• 18:37
And there's also very few big development stage gold projects
• 18:41
in favorable jurisdictions. And 1st Mining Gold has that.
• 18:45
You can learn about them at firstmininggold.com.
• 18:48
Let's talk about these crazy gold numbers and then we'll get
• 18:51
to the Super chats guys. But we've got a report.
• 18:54
This comes from Kitco. Excuse me, Kitco from our friend
• 19:04
Ernest Hoffman who says $39,000 gold, 184,000 gold per oz gold's
• 19:11
true present day value as a reserve currency in this.
• 19:16
This isn't some, you know, crackpot with a calculator.
• 19:19
This came from Vanek. Now Vanek is a big global
• 19:22
investment management firm. They actually have over $180
• 19:28
billion under management and I'll tell you how they came up
• 19:32
with these numbers. Basically they're talking about
• 19:35
if we were to go back to well here, I'll read it to you from
• 19:39
for for most of modern financial history, this was not a
• 19:43
hypothetical question meaning having gold back money.
• 19:47
OK, this was this is the way it was done for most of modern
• 19:51
financial history. They noted that quote under the
• 19:54
classic gold standard paper currency was merely a claim
• 19:58
check for physical gold and a vault, not unlike those those
• 20:02
tokenized gold products like Tether is putting out with XAUT.
• 20:07
OK, Van that so they analyze these numbers and purple by
• 20:12
calculating the price of gold, the price gold, gold would need
• 20:15
to reach the back today's money supply.
• 20:18
We can see just how much paper money has been printed relative
• 20:22
to hard assets that once underpinned it all meaning gold
• 20:27
and silver. They divided money liabilities
• 20:29
by known sovereign gold reserves and red and green.
• 20:33
First they calculate MO, or the base money.
• 20:37
This is physical currency plus bank reserves.
• 20:41
They said in a classic bank run, this is the money that people
• 20:45
are demanding. So this is the money, the paper
• 20:48
money that people have, plus the paper money that people think
• 20:52
they have in their bank account that the bank usually almost
• 20:55
always doesn't actually have. The second category is M2, which
• 21:00
we're all familiar with. That's the broad money
• 21:03
measurement. This adds saving deposits and
• 21:10
money market funds to the MO. Alright, this is where it gets
• 21:13
crazy. If gold were to back MO, just
• 21:17
the base money, it would need to trade for $39,210 per oz.
• 21:24
If gold were to back the M2, more broad money, right?
• 21:28
The, the measurement that we hear about all the time, it
• 21:31
would need to trade at 1:00, $184,000 per oz.
• 21:38
OK, we're next guys. We're going to talk about the
• 21:40
silver miners and then probably the biggest factor that affects
• 21:45
the future of the gold and silver price.
• 21:48
Some of the big macro factors that are pretty simple and easy
• 21:52
to understand. We're going to talk about those
• 21:54
as well. But first I want to run out here
• 21:56
and check on these super chats again.
• 21:58
Super chats are never, ever, ever.
• 22:01
Oh my gosh. Never expected, always
• 22:04
  appreciated. Thanks for your efforts.
• 22:07
That comes from our friend Jay Giggles.
• 22:09
  I can't. I'm sorry.
• 22:10
My eyes are bad. Thank you for that super chat.
• 22:14
The next one from Michelle Kilmer, $2.00 super sticker.
• 22:18
  That's awesome, thank you Michelle.
• 22:20
Another one from road trip, Road trip adventure Rot rot.
• 22:24
I have 300 ounces of silver, half of which was purchased 20
• 22:28
years ago. Thinking of selling half for
• 22:30
gold when the gold silver ratio drops.
• 22:33
Or should I stay with silver? You know, again, I'm not a
• 22:36
financial advisor. A lot of smart people are saying
• 22:40
that they plan on doing just that if we get to a gold silver
• 22:44
ratio of 30 or 40. And really that's up to you to,
• 22:47
to decide. You can listen to me, listen to
• 22:50
other people, but ultimately you can make that decision for
• 22:52
yourself. But I love what you're saying
• 22:55
because it's a great reminder. People always are asking like,
• 23:00
should I sell my my silver? Should I sell?
• 23:03
Should I shell my silver, sell my silver?
• 23:07
  Right? It's great.
• 23:08
I love what you're doing road trip because you're thinking
• 23:11
about what you're going to do. I always say just my personal
• 23:14
opinion. I wouldn't want to sell silver
• 23:16
for paper Fiat money if I was going to transfer it into other
• 23:20
real assets. I think that's smart, including
• 23:23
gold. And an easy way to watch that is
• 23:26
that gold to silver ratio. So good job and good luck with
• 23:29
  that decision. George Lambert.
• 23:32
OK, thank you, George. I will check out your e-mail.
• 23:36
I appreciate the Super chat. Don W $2.00 wow, unbelievable.
• 23:40
Thank you, Don or Dan if I have that wrong, Dan, I believe and
• 23:45
Bob Brown silver is like the new plastic.
• 23:49
They make everything out of it. You know, that's interesting.
• 23:52
And plastics made out of oil. I've also made the argument that
• 23:56
silver is the new oil. It's the energy metal.
• 23:58
It's needed for nuclear power plants.
• 24:00
It's needed for solar panels. It's needed for the everything,
• 24:04
right. So that's but that's an
• 24:06
interesting concept. But a plastic is also made out
• 24:09
of oil. So our our theories stick
• 24:12
together. Thank you, Bob man, George, the
• 24:16
impending silver squeeze, structural deficits, market
• 24:19
dynamics, force majeure risk, Macham, GMO subject, the silver
• 24:24
  bug. OK, thank you.
• 24:26
OK guys, wow, let's talk about the silver miners and the gold
• 24:31
miners, which a lot of people feel like if not kept up with
• 24:34
the metals, but a lot of people think are due for an almost
• 24:37
slingshot move. OK, one or two things are going
• 24:40
to happen. Either the metal prices are
• 24:42
going to come down to reflect the slow depressed price in the
• 24:45
miners or what I personally believe and also am very
• 24:50
optimistic will what happened is that the miners could catch up.
• 24:55
But Michael Oliver had something very interesting.
• 24:58
This is one minute long to say about the mining stocks.
• 25:02
Let's pull this up. It was shared by Mark who edited
• 25:05
a part of a clip that he did on from the from the YouTube
• 25:11
channel Living Your Greatness. Hold on here.
• 25:16
I'm going to get this on full screen for you with the volume
• 25:19
on. And here we go, Michael Oliver,
• 25:22
the King himself. Miners, especially the silver
• 25:25
mining component of the gold, silver mining sector is the most
• 25:29
depressed and I think it is the one that could have the most
• 25:32
extreme volatility and price gain on the upside in terms of
• 25:36
multiple gains. So we're not talking about
• 25:39
silver going into a couple hundreds.
• 25:41
I think that's going to happen. Well, the silver miners, if you
• 25:44
look at GDX right now, the gold mining ETF, it does have some
• 25:49
silver miners in it by the way, but it is well out above it's
• 25:52
2011 price high, well out above it.
• 25:55
It blew through that. Couple months ago and it's.
• 25:58
It levels well above that still. The silver miners ETF is still
• 26:04
below it's 2011 high. You touch 91 more time and the
• 26:09
guys who've been selling that old 2011 high 90 bucks rounded
• 26:13
off are going to finally realize, oh, this ain't working.
• 26:17
And I think the silver miners could go berserk just like
• 26:20
silver does and outpace the gold miners.
• 26:24
And again, I think a lot of that could occur in a couple
• 26:26
  quarters. Oh, I'm muted.
• 27:04
Oh my gosh. We'll see what happens with the
• 27:06
gold mining stocks. OK, I'll start over again.
• 27:10
Not at the very beginning, but after that video.
• 27:12
Michael Oliver, the King, get ready for big things in the
• 27:16
world of the precious metal mining stocks.
• 27:18
I'm optimistic that that will be the case.
• 27:22
  I mean, my gosh, guys, even it, let's say I don't want, I don't
• 27:25
like to say this word, but even it's $60.00 silver, the silver
• 27:29
miners, for instance, are printing money.
• 27:31
Think about this. If a silver mining company is
• 27:34
producing silver for $20.00 an ounce and the price is $30.00 an
• 27:39
ounce, they're making $10 per oz profit.
• 27:42
If the silver mining company still is producing silver at
• 27:46
$20.00 an ounce and the price is 60, we all know that it's 90
• 27:50
today, but still for example purposes 60.
• 27:53
They're not making their cost don't go up by any measure
• 27:57
compared to the price that they're selling the silver for.
• 27:59
They go from making $10.00 an ounce to $40.00 an ounce.
• 28:03
It's absolutely crazy. Now I am going to get to the
• 28:06
Super chat at the end, but before I do that, the big one of
• 28:09
the biggest factors, two big factors that are going to
• 28:12
impact, right? We just don't want to look one
• 28:15
day at a time. We want to look 1 decade at a
• 28:17
time. And when we look out over the
• 28:19
next decade, I think there's two macro factors.
• 28:22
There's one China specific, one worldwide that are happening
• 28:26
right now and they're easy to understand.
• 28:29
But the there's a big reason why we want to pay attention to
• 28:32
these because these are the major like paradigm that are
• 28:37
going to be pushing factors, pushing the silver and gold
• 28:40
price into the next year's. The first one has to do with
• 28:42
China. Let's go out to the Silver
• 28:45
Academy to get this and they've got a big headline brace for the
• 28:53
mother of all short squeezes. China is buying real metal while
• 28:58
western banks are trapped in 4.4 billion ounces of paper lies.
• 29:03
This is fascinating to think about and I'm hearing this from
• 29:07
many sources that China is is actually doing QE right now and
• 29:12
he says fact one China will inject 1.4 trillion into the
• 29:16
market next week. That would be this week.
• 29:19
OK, yes, the same week where the Bloomberg Commodity Index
• 29:22
rebalancing was supposed to crash silver, but I digress.
• 29:26
They finally started QE and turned on the money printer.
• 29:30
So China is printing money like crazy.
• 29:33
But wait, there's more. Two more big factors we need to
• 29:36
consider with this, because printed money is always good for
• 29:40
for the silver and gold price. But look at these numbers.
• 29:43
China's $48 trillion shock. China's M2 money supply, like we
• 29:49
just talked about earlier, has now blasted past 45 to 48
• 29:53
trillion in U.S. dollar terms, the highest on record in more
• 29:57
than double the USM 2 money stock.
• 30:00
This is not a stimulus tweak. It's a full blown monetary
• 30:05
  event. Now what's interesting though,
• 30:08
and what we have to remember is China is printing money, but
• 30:12
what are they doing with a lot of that money?
• 30:14
They're buying real assets. They're buying things like
• 30:18
copper, they're buying things like gold.
• 30:20
  They're buying things like silver.
• 30:22
They are printing money like nobody else in the world.
• 30:26
I mean, you got to hand it to him.
• 30:27
It's pretty smart. Wouldn't you like to do it?
• 30:28
I know I would. I wish I could print money and
• 30:31
buy silver or buy gold. And that's exactly what China is
• 30:35
doing. What some people are now saying
• 30:38
is the world's largest economy, but at minimum the world's
• 30:41
second largest economy. They're doing that.
• 30:43
But wait, there's more, right? Because at the same time, in
• 30:48
green yet widely discussed market estimates now put just
• 30:52
two western banks, Bank of America and City, at a combined
• 30:56
4.4 billion ounces of silver. Short exposure.
• 31:01
Do you know how how big this is for silver?
• 31:05
We'll focus in on silver. The Chinese are printing record
• 31:08
amount. They're printing money out of
• 31:10
nothing. Got to hand it to them.
• 31:13
I wonder who they learned that from.
• 31:14
Hold on a minute, I have an idea.
• 31:17
Two days in a row they learned it from this guy.
• 31:20
OK, he loves printing money. Anyway, China is printing money
• 31:27
out of thin air and they're using that printed money to buy
• 31:32
this, right? Here's a one ounce silver round
• 31:35
from channel sponsor First Met. I wonder if they're A cause of
• 31:38
China's a customer of First Met. OK, they're printing money
• 31:42
  buying this. OK, smart, right?
• 31:45
And at the same time, in the West, what are they doing?
• 31:49
We're printing money, but we're not buying silver and gold.
• 31:52
I don't know what they're wasting it on.
• 31:54
You know, there's all this talk of government waste, but it but
• 31:57
to make it even crazier, in the West, our big financial
• 32:01
institutions have sold short all this metal city and whoever else
• 32:06
it was bank whatever, 4.4 billion oz that guy from London,
• 32:11
the the Super smart guy was coming today.
• 32:13
That's five years of global mine input that we've sold short.
• 32:17
So, but I'll say it one more time.
• 32:19
This is critical. While the Chinese are printing
• 32:22
money, buying real assets in the West, right?
• 32:26
Our leaders are printing money, wasting it, right?
• 32:29
And our big financial institutions have shorted the
• 32:32
  silver market. It's crazy.
• 32:35
OK, That is going to be continue to be a big supportive factor,
• 32:39
but now the big, big geopolitical factor that we need
• 32:43
to remember, and this is critical and this is real easy
• 32:46
to understand, think about, take a big step back and look at the
• 32:50
world right now. I got to read this because I got
• 32:52
a whole list. The world is on a scramble for
• 32:56
resources in general, all right? Why?
• 33:00
OK, because we have geopolitical chaos right now in the world
• 33:05
like no other time in your or mine life.
• 33:08
  OK, You're probably around. I'm 55, right?
• 33:10
  Even if you're 7585, whatever, 35.
• 33:14
Think about everything going on with Russia, Ukraine, Iran, of
• 33:19
Israel, the Middle East, green, the situation with Greenland,
• 33:23
where we're going to take over Greenland, what happened with
• 33:25
Venezuela, what's going on, Even some of these South American
• 33:29
countries, Colombia, what's going on with China in Taiwan.
• 33:33
And there's more and more and more.
• 33:35
That's just part of it, right? The world is, is geopolitically
• 33:40
not getting along right now. OK.
• 33:42
And there's a reason why this this relates to gold and silver,
• 33:45
don't you worry. But wait, there's even more
• 33:48
again, because we've got to consider that while all this
• 33:51
geopolitical tensions going on, we are also in the middle of of
• 33:56
financial what the how did I put chaos?
• 33:59
There's geopolitical chaos, but there's worldwide financial
• 34:03
chaos. All the rules are being
• 34:05
rewritten, but even more importantly, OK.
• 34:09
And one of the biggest reasons we know this is the case is
• 34:12
because there are debt levels around the world like the world
• 34:16
has never seen before. Remember what the guys at Vanek
• 34:19
said that if we wanted to back all the world's M2 money supply
• 34:25
with gold, it would cost like $186,000 per oz gold.
• 34:31
I wonder what would the silver price be at 186, at a 30 to 1
• 34:36
gold to silver ratio, what would that be, $6000 gold?
• 34:42
Hey, anything's possible. I still say in my lifetime we
• 34:46
could have silver to Infinity, right?
• 34:48
Because anyway, I digress. Let's go back.
• 34:52
Major geopolitical chaos in the world and at the same time,
• 34:56
major what we can call financial chaos, a world that is trapped
• 35:02
in a debt spiral. OK, where do people go?
• 35:06
There's this asset class that's been around for like 4000 years,
• 35:11
  right? Precious metals.
• 35:12
That's where they go. That's the safe harbor, right?
• 35:16
It's worked, right? Remember gold and silver, right?
• 35:19
They're showing up at the boxing match and they're like getting
• 35:23
ready to Duke it out with the Fiat currencies.
• 35:25
And they're like, oh, yeah, we've been in the same fight
• 35:28
before over the last 4000 years and we have a perfect record.
• 35:33
We win every single time. OK, So when you think about
• 35:38
your, we think about that life raft that we thought about
• 35:40
earlier that Bateman talked about, right?
• 35:42
The type. If you think of the Titanic even
• 35:45
as the world, I don't want to be doom and gloom, but it's just
• 35:47
the reality, The reality how I see it.
• 35:50
You're free to see however you like that the world financial
• 35:53
system, the world geopolitically is like the Titanic started
• 35:57
starting to show some troubles that we are on the 1st lifeboat
• 36:00
on the Titanic. Let me go out and see if we got
• 36:03
more super chats. Hold on a second here guys.
• 36:07
I'm going to try. It's easier for me to read them
• 36:09
here on my computer, OK? David Knight, silver miners
• 36:13
barely moving. Are you expecting a big
• 36:15
explosion in price once the quarterly figures come out, the
• 36:19
silver miners are going to report unbelievable earnings,
• 36:23
OK? That's based on the fourth
• 36:26
quarter. And the reason why even if
• 36:28
you're not invested in the silver miners, you that this is
• 36:31
very important to understand is because when the when the
• 36:34
investing world sees what the gold and silver mining
• 36:37
companies, the cash that they are generating, OK, that's going
• 36:42
to bring more attention to the overall silver and gold
• 36:45
ecosystem, the physical metals and the mining sector.
• 36:49
So it's going to be good for everybody.
• 36:51
What's even crazier with silver is to consider how much money
• 36:57
the silver mining companies are making right now with silver
• 37:01
prices at 8070 eighty, $90.00 per oz.
• 37:05
I'd I haven't looked, let's go look at the silver price and
• 37:08
let's see kind of what the silver price was in the fourth
• 37:12
quarter. Hold on here, I'm going to share
• 37:14
this. OK, wow, look at that crazy.
• 37:17
Hold on a minute here, guys. Am I sharing the right screen?
• 37:21
And yes, I am. This is the on CNBC, the
• 37:25
  futures, silver's futures market.
• 37:28
Hold on, get back up there. There it is right there, the
• 37:32
March contract. Man, look at this.
• 37:35
Doesn't this look strange to you?
• 37:37
This behavior, shoot, this behavior that occurred right
• 37:41
here in the last couple hours. I've looked at these charts for
• 37:46
you. I mean, there's a lot of like,
• 37:47
like up and down, up and down, up and down.
• 37:49
Crazy behavior there. That's not why we're out here.
• 37:53
We're going to go. We'll look just over the last
• 37:55
three months, OK, which will bring us back to October 14th.
• 38:01
So from October 4th, yeah, we were at like $50 silver, $50
• 38:05
silver. We got the 60 on the 1st, so we
• 38:11
really didn't have $60.00 silver till December.
• 38:14
And then from December, during the month of December, we rose
• 38:19
from about 60 up to 70. So the even crazier thing to
• 38:24
think about with these mining stocks and just for kicks and
• 38:27
giggles, since we're here, there's a one year chart of
• 38:30
  silver. Isn't that beautiful?
• 38:33
That is. And that's not a super spike
• 38:36
again, guys. And then we'll get back to these
• 38:38
mining stocks. But this is not a super spike,
• 38:41
right? This area in here is a little
• 38:44
spiky, but what this is, is a squeeze, a long drawn out
• 38:50
squeeze. Not this where we had a big
• 38:53
spike up and then a big pullback.
• 38:56
But what's even more interesting about the silver mining stocks
• 39:00
again will be how the price holds up throughout this first
• 39:03
quarter because we're going to see shocking numbers from Q4,
• 39:07
which will shock the overall market.
• 39:09
But what happens in Q1, which will be January, February and
• 39:13
March has the potential. Look, we're only two weeks into
• 39:16
January to be even more shocking.
• 39:20
All right, let me move down here.
• 39:22
Thank you for that question. David Knight, what do you think?
• 39:25
So silver will be that in 2007, 2028 and 2029.
• 39:31
I think that generally during those time periods we're either
• 39:35
going to have silver at around $120.00 per oz or we're going to
• 39:41
have silver at let's say 203 hundred 400 range is what I
• 39:46
would say out that way. I would say that there's, I'll,
• 39:50
I'll give you my, my break. I think there's about a 30 to
• 39:53
40% chance that we have silver in the 100 and 2000 and 3050
• 39:58
  range over that three-year period.
• 40:00
I think there's about another 1/3 of a chance that we get
• 40:04
silver much higher like numbers that that seem unreal to us at
• 40:09
this point. I do want to also recognize
• 40:11
there's always that possibility that they pull some kind of
• 40:14
rabbit out of their hat. And that maybe we get silver.
• 40:18
I just would be shocked. I would be I would be shocked.
• 40:22
I would almost eat crow live on a live stream.
• 40:25
If we get to a point where we see silver get below $60.00
• 40:29
again, sixty U.S. dollars during my lifetime, I think that the,
• 40:34
the silver price has been reset. And I mean, at this point, I
• 40:38
mean, I can't believe I'm saying this, but even if silver, if
• 40:41
silver got down to $60.00 an ounce again, I think I'd be
• 40:44
willing to make some pretty the major to back the truck up, as
• 40:48
they like to say. So thank you, Jordan, for that
• 40:52
question. And thank you for the Super tech
• 40:54
  mangle. Wow.
• 40:55
Oh my gosh, I started stacking 2 years ago.
• 40:59
I was ahead of the sheep. Yeah, the sheep that we like to
• 41:02
refer to, those other 98% of people out there that David
• 41:05
Bateman talks about that don't know what's going on.
• 41:07
We like the sheep warning. We like to refer to them as the
• 41:10
  sheeple. Right, The herd.
• 41:14
And when the herd comes, baby, we're going to be in good shape.
• 41:17
  And. Oh, my gosh.
• 41:19
  Hi. Yo, Silver.
• 41:20
  Thank you. Debbie's.
• 41:22
Wow, That's very generous. Thank you.
• 41:24
  Debbie's 6192. All right, guys.
• 41:28
I think everything points to a bright future.
• 41:30
I super appreciate all 2000 of you joining us live.
• 41:35
Yeah. Hold on, Upstairs Susie wants to
• 41:37
say something. For those of you who are new,
• 41:39
this is my wife upstairs Susie. She communicates via
• 41:43
  walkie-talkie. Susie, did you?
• 41:44
Susie, did you have something you wanted to say over?
• 41:47
Can't. Find it right now but it was
• 41:50
they sell some silver for gold when it gets to a ratio of 30 to
• 41:54
  1. Yes, Yep.
• 41:57
  OK. Thank you, Susie.
• 41:59
  Yeah, again. Right.
• 42:01
And and I wouldn't knock anybody for doing that.
• 42:03
If silver gets to a 30 to one ratio, what would that be?
• 42:07
I mean, what would 30 to 1 be silver price right now?
• 42:10
That would be what about $150.00 per oz converting some from
• 42:16
silver to gold. I, I would not argue that that,
• 42:20
that that would be a bad idea. I would say that would be a, a
• 42:23
smart idea. I don't know that I'll do it.
• 42:25
I've never traded or converted. I've given away a lot of silver
• 42:29
over the years, but never traded or converted.
• 42:32
All right, guys, between the silver billionaire, what he's
• 42:35
telling us, you know that threat to silver you need to keep out,
• 42:39
  keep out. Remember, remember, please
• 42:41
remain calm emotionally, make any decisions you make based on
• 42:46
logic and strategy. We've got crazy things going on
• 42:50
the on a micro level right now that are supported for the
• 42:53
silver price. But as we discussed on a big
• 42:56
macro level geopolitically in the world, but also on a
• 43:01
financial system, on a geopolitical level, things are
• 43:04
supportive in the future, I think for a decade to come for
• 43:08
the precious metals price. We are in a new arena, we are in
• 43:12
a new weather pattern, we are in a new paradigm when it comes to
• 43:16
the precious metals. Okay, for those of you who are
• 43:19
new, welcome. For those of you have been
• 43:21
  around a long time, congratulations.
• 43:24
Some of you been at this for decades, like I have, waiting
• 43:28
for this day to come. I don't think we're ever going
• 43:31
  back. I don't think we're going back
• 43:32
to the to the what was really a difficult period of time.
• 43:36
It was like a walk through the desert.
• 43:37
It was like the valley of despair for people in the
• 43:40
precious metals. Bye, bye to that.
• 43:43
Let's look forward to great days.
• 43:44
I had to come. Don't forget.

• 43:53
and the lovely and talented upstairs.
• 43:56
Susie, you guys are the best, OK?
• 43:59
Take care of yourself and I'll see you.
• 44:01
  Yes, you, next time.
