- 0:09Speaker 1: back to give them La La podcast. Wow. I'm like
- 0:12Speaker 1: truly obsessed with myself today listening to my voice in
- 0:15Speaker 1: these headphones and.
- 0:17Speaker 2: You get a look at yourself. Wow.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Wow, this is the best day ever. Your voice is
- 0:24Speaker 1: calm me in these headphones. You know what. Thank you, Jessica,
- 0:27Speaker 1: You're welcome. I feel that welcome. Easton.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, how are you?
- 0:32Speaker 1: Yes, I'm so good. How are you guys? We're round
- 0:35Speaker 1: two in the studio.
- 0:37Speaker 2: What a trip, I know.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Do you feel a little bit less nervous tea, Yeah,
- 0:41Speaker 1: I'm not nervous.
- 0:42Speaker 2: It's just overwhelming still.
- 0:44Speaker 1: It is because we usually don't have producers sitting here listening.
- 0:48Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, they get to judge my podcast in
- 0:51Speaker 1: real time.
- 0:51Speaker 2: I hate that, I know, right, yeah, when they can't
- 0:55Speaker 2: see me, I feel like they can hear me.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I'd rather just send it into the world and then
- 0:59Speaker 1: have them judge. Like, well, it's too late, it's already
- 1:01Speaker 1: out there.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Let me ask you something. When you say something, do
- 1:04Speaker 3: you look for their laugh?
- 1:06Speaker 2: Yes? I do too, And when they don't it makes
- 1:09Speaker 2: me feel a little a little bit sad.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Really well, we have to get a laugh track on
- 1:13Speaker 1: the podcast.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Now give me the button.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I'm very excited about the podcast and everything that it's
- 1:20Speaker 1: doing and going to YouTube. If you guys have not
- 1:24Speaker 1: already heard, because you live under a rock, It's okay,
- 1:27Speaker 1: I live there too. Sometimes we're on YouTube, So go
- 1:30Speaker 1: to my Instagram page or the podcast page, give them
- 1:34Speaker 1: Lalla podcast and make sure you subscribe because you get
- 1:38Speaker 1: to see all the funny stuff that we do. Because
- 1:41Speaker 1: in my mind, I said this the other day, I
- 1:43Speaker 1: was like, in my mind, I am Amy Schumer and
- 1:47Speaker 1: they were like, oh, that is in your mind, isn't it.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I'm like, yes, it is. Don't burst my bubble. So
- 1:54Speaker 1: last week's episode we had how We Manned Out. That
- 1:57Speaker 1: was the episode that we find released after I want
- 2:01Speaker 1: to say, like almost a month, and people loved it.
- 2:05Speaker 1: We got a lot of love saying I'm so happy
- 2:07Speaker 1: that you were able to talk to him about his OCD.
- 2:10Speaker 1: It's a real thing. I struggle with it. There was
- 2:12Speaker 1: a lot of love, but there were also people who
- 2:14Speaker 1: were like, are you kidding me? We waited all of
- 2:16Speaker 1: this time for the Howie episode. So I want to
- 2:19Speaker 1: tell you guys, we did that episode. It's fully filmed
- 2:23Speaker 1: in Howie's studio. The entire episode will be released, But unfortunately,
- 2:29Speaker 1: there's a lot of cooks in the kitchen on this podcast,
- 2:33Speaker 1: especially the Howie episode, there were a lot of notes
- 2:38Speaker 1: coming in. I want you all to read between the lines.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say who was listening to the podcast
- 2:42Speaker 1: and approving and saying what could go in and what couldn't.
- 2:46Speaker 1: But I think we're all smart enough to understand what
- 2:48Speaker 1: I'm saying. Correct, correct, So we had to comb through
- 2:52Speaker 1: Howie's episode with a fine tooth comb. And yes, do
- 2:56Speaker 1: I wish that I could have released the entire interview. Yes,
- 3:01Speaker 1: it was amazing, it was juicy, it was mind blowing,
- 3:07Speaker 1: and it will be released. I just have to wait
- 3:09Speaker 1: until all the cooks in the kitchen do a taste
- 3:13Speaker 1: test and say it's ready to go. Are we all
- 3:16Speaker 1: on the same page.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Yes, yes, I'm curious, just because how he commented on
- 3:21Speaker 3: your podcast post but about that episode, he just said
- 3:26Speaker 3: I had so much I don't know exactly, but basically
- 3:28Speaker 3: the message was I had so much fun, but wow,
- 3:31Speaker 3: all the hate is crazy.
- 3:33Speaker 1: What did you think.
- 3:33Speaker 3: About the feedback? Did you get any feedback. Did you
- 3:36Speaker 3: look at any feedback or were you like it's out there.
- 3:39Speaker 1: I try to only have my team give me feedback
- 3:44Speaker 1: because I'm the type of person where I care about
- 3:48Speaker 1: the numbers that come in. I don't care if there's hate.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I need it now. If the numbers are reflecting what
- 3:55Speaker 1: the comments are saying, then obviously we need to reevaluate.
- 3:58Speaker 1: The episode did tremendously well. I heard from the team
- 4:03Speaker 1: that everything went great and people listened to the episode.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Some liked it, some didn't like it. That's life, and
- 4:11Speaker 1: I've been dealing with haters for a very long time.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I also was like going in on Howie Mandel when
- 4:17Speaker 1: he chose to do that interview with Sandobal, but like
- 4:21Speaker 1: meeting him, he was so kind, he was amazing in
- 4:24Speaker 1: a way. I was like, Wow, I'm really glad that
- 4:26Speaker 1: you live in a bubble, and I understand where your
- 4:29Speaker 1: head was at when you said, let's interview this guy
- 4:32Speaker 1: and have no preconceived notion of the situation at hand.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Like I was digging that. I don't think his daughter
- 4:39Speaker 1: was digging that very much. I think she wishes that
- 4:42Speaker 1: maybe it would have gone a little bit differently, but
- 4:45Speaker 1: at the same time, like there will be a day
- 4:46Speaker 1: where the dust settles and people aren't going to be
- 4:49Speaker 1: riding as heavy. And I think that when you get
- 4:53Speaker 1: to look back and go like, I'm glad I didn't
- 4:55Speaker 1: go as hard on that person because now everyone's forgotten
- 4:58Speaker 1: and I can say, like, you know what, I offered
- 5:00Speaker 1: grace in a time that not much grace was given
- 5:03Speaker 1: to someone. So there's my long winded answer to that.
- 5:07Speaker 1: I have a question always T T so.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Like how we in that space? Are you not allowed
- 5:12Speaker 2: to talk a lot about vander Pump as well?
- 5:15Speaker 1: No, especially after everything blew up, Like we're already put
- 5:21Speaker 1: our feeder to the fire when it comes to like
- 5:24Speaker 1: you have a podcast and you're on a Bravo show,
- 5:27Speaker 1: like you're not allowed to talk about anything. And that's
- 5:30Speaker 1: a really like fine line for me because I'm an
- 5:32Speaker 1: open book and I like to talk about everything, but
- 5:35Speaker 1: obviously I don't want to talk about things that are
- 5:37Speaker 1: happening in real time that are going to air later on.
- 5:40Speaker 1: So I'm sure that the audience is going to be
- 5:44Speaker 1: excited to see what this season holds. It's the first
- 5:47Speaker 1: time ever and I say this all the time, but
- 5:49Speaker 1: this is the first time that I have put my
- 5:53Speaker 1: guard down, and I immediately regretted it.
- 5:56Speaker 2: I was gonna ask you how you liked it.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I did not like it. I felt extremely exposed, and
- 6:02Speaker 1: for me, most people would say because I talked to
- 6:05Speaker 1: production about it, I was like, I never get in there, like,
- 6:08Speaker 1: but those are the moments that like show that you're
- 6:10Speaker 1: a real person. I'm like, I'm okay like not being
- 6:12Speaker 1: a real person on camera, like not to say that
- 6:14Speaker 1: I'm not a real person when we're filming. I just
- 6:17Speaker 1: feel like I put my armor on because you have to.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You're going into like a territory where it's like this
- 6:23Speaker 1: isn't just a conversation between you and I, this is
- 6:25Speaker 1: going to be like shown to the world. And I'm nervous.
- 6:30Speaker 1: So even though I'm being myself and maybe there is
- 6:33Speaker 1: no difference, the feeling inside when I know, like, Okay,
- 6:36Speaker 1: I'm gonna have my guard up a bit is completely
- 6:38Speaker 1: different and I feel a little bit more safe that way.
- 6:41Speaker 1: So we'll see if I can continue to be vulnerable
- 6:44Speaker 1: the rest of the season.
- 6:45Speaker 3: I know that was hard for you, but I am
- 6:47Speaker 3: very excited to see all of that because it is
- 6:50Speaker 3: you know, we see.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Vulnerable Lalla every day.
- 6:53Speaker 3: And it's beautiful and so yeah, I'm very excited to
- 6:56Speaker 3: see what you're talking about and how it comes across.
- 7:00Speaker 2: I am too really for people to see that side
- 7:03Speaker 2: because I feel like they only see filming Lalla. Whendn't
- 7:06Speaker 2: we get to see Lalla off camera?
- 7:08Speaker 1: Independent?
- 7:09Speaker 3: Guard up Lalla, don't come for me like it's what
- 7:11Speaker 3: you've said, what you've talked about before a lot of
- 7:14Speaker 3: times sometimes you don't get a defended ways other people
- 7:18Speaker 3: will because they're like, Laala's got it. She's like she'll
- 7:21Speaker 3: stand up for herself, She'll come for you. That's guard
- 7:24Speaker 3: up Lalla. But there's a very vulnerable beautiful. I think
- 7:27Speaker 3: they're both beautiful, but you know what I mean, there's
- 7:30Speaker 3: a very there's something so soft about a very big
- 7:34Speaker 3: part of you and vulnerable.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you, just yeah. I think just based off
- 7:39Speaker 1: I don't know what everyone else has filmed, but you
- 7:41Speaker 1: will see some sort of a turn where there's things
- 7:44Speaker 1: that I have maybe needed in the past that I
- 7:46Speaker 1: didn't get because people think that like, oh, she's got
- 7:49Speaker 1: her own back. There is a little bit of a
- 7:53Speaker 1: twist which I was very very thankful for. It's just
- 7:57Speaker 1: in a very interesting environment to be a part of.
- 8:00Speaker 2: I can only imagine.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Yeah, and there will be a day where the dust settles,
- 8:03Speaker 1: people move on. You know. It's the strangest season that
- 8:07Speaker 1: we've ever filmed, and for the first time, like usually
- 8:09Speaker 1: when we film, I'm like, oh, I can't wait to
- 8:12Speaker 1: see when this airs and this round, I'm like, you
- 8:15Speaker 1: know what, I'm just going to go and do and
- 8:17Speaker 1: be and then I'm gonna retreat because I'm very much
- 8:23Speaker 1: in a healing process right now. Last year was not
- 8:26Speaker 1: that way at all. It was like guns blazing. My
- 8:30Speaker 1: body was moving just out of survival and my mind
- 8:33Speaker 1: was trying to process. But the two couldn't keep up
- 8:35Speaker 1: with each other. And now they're working in sync, and
- 8:39Speaker 1: it is like, I'm freaking exhausted. I won't even lie.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I want to talk about this very very quickly. Since
- 8:47Speaker 1: we're in Barbie zone, everyone's talking about the Barbie movie.
- 8:50Speaker 1: They're completely obsessed.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I still need to see it, so do I I.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Mean, didn't it just come out. Yeah, I'm like the
- 8:58Speaker 1: twenty first.
- 8:58Speaker 2: And it's still we I walked by a theater yesterday
- 9:01Speaker 2: people still dressed up in that ship and lines, and
- 9:05Speaker 2: I thought I can give it a couple of months.
- 9:07Speaker 2: I'll see it at home.
- 9:08Speaker 1: I'll wait until it's on a streaming service on a
- 9:11Speaker 1: big screen. I don't either. Plus I think that I
- 9:14Speaker 1: don't know if it's like child friendly. I was just Barbie,
- 9:18Speaker 1: yeah is it?
- 9:19Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 9:21Speaker 1: It would be a little sexy Barbie.
- 9:24Speaker 2: You havn't for rated r What bring it back to
- 9:32Speaker 2: the old Wolf of Wall Street?
- 9:36Speaker 1: We all fell in love with her then, yeah, we
- 9:38Speaker 1: were Wolf of Wall Street, like to.
- 9:41Speaker 2: See and there was no wolf on that Wall Street?
- 9:44Speaker 1: Right? Oh my god, you liked it all. I feel
- 9:48Speaker 1: like I'm a part of a barstool podcast nowak.
- 9:53Speaker 2: I got myself hot.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Well speaking, I know Margot Robbie is hot. And apparently
- 9:57Speaker 1: on TikTok, the gen Zers you know, they they love
- 10:00Speaker 1: to like be gen Z are calling Margot Robbie mid
- 10:05Speaker 1: and I was like, what is mid? And apparently that
- 10:08Speaker 1: means like midshelf. Like she's kind of like, ah, like
- 10:10Speaker 1: if you go and to like buy weed, it's like
- 10:13Speaker 1: I'll take the middle, middle of the road, like you
- 10:15Speaker 1: don't got to be great, but like, don't give me
- 10:16Speaker 1: the shit, give me middle. And I'm like, on what
- 10:19Speaker 1: planet is Margot Robbie.
- 10:22Speaker 2: A mid I know, the people who say she's mid
- 10:25Speaker 2: weren't even old enough to watch Wolf of Wall Street.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Oh you should probably do that, so go home, sit down.
- 10:32Speaker 2: It's like all the people with the forward haircuts. You
- 10:34Speaker 2: get what I'm saying, Now, what is the forward haircut?
- 10:37Speaker 2: It's like trimmed in the back and it all goes forward.
- 10:39Speaker 2: I don't know what's going on with it.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Oh they like that, Now that's a gen z vibe. Yeah.
- 10:44Speaker 2: Yeah, those are the people who are saying Margot Robbie
- 10:46Speaker 2: isn't hot.
- 10:47Speaker 3: And for mid, she she's objectively I'm talking just biologically,
- 10:53Speaker 3: distance between the eyes, the shape of the nose, the face.
- 10:56Speaker 3: Objectively one of the most beautiful women in the world.
- 11:04Speaker 2: No, I was she got talent too. I don't know
- 11:07Speaker 2: what these people are saying. It's like they're getting off
- 11:10Speaker 2: to the model who just posts and face tunes this
- 11:13Speaker 2: shit out of it. I guarantee, Well, that's what I.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Was wondering like, And then I asked, I think it
- 11:19Speaker 1: was you, Jess, like where do they put Kim Kay?
- 11:21Speaker 1: And you were like, oh, she's top shelf. And by
- 11:24Speaker 1: the way, she's definitely top shelf. But like Margot Robbie
- 11:28Speaker 1: is also top shelf. I'm just confused because for a
- 11:33Speaker 1: minute there everyone was talking about how like everyone's deflating
- 11:36Speaker 1: their face, which made me very nervous, and I was like,
- 11:38Speaker 1: I don't think I can get on that track. But
- 11:41Speaker 1: then when they were like everyone's deflating their ass, I
- 11:43Speaker 1: was like, oh, hell yeah, I don't schedule the appointment
- 11:46Speaker 1: for the BBL no more. But I was thinking, like,
- 11:51Speaker 1: so if you have lips to like out to hear
- 11:56Speaker 1: froze as it gets in a BBL with no talent, like,
- 11:59Speaker 1: that's top sh else, which is great for me because
- 12:02Speaker 1: all I'm missing is the BBL. I guess you know.
- 12:05Speaker 1: But it's so crazy, Like I don't understand how she
- 12:08Speaker 1: could be who's judging this the people with the forehead?
- 12:11Speaker 1: Like are women judging the four people the forward haircuts?
- 12:15Speaker 1: Don't bring my people into the people with the foreheads
- 12:18Speaker 1: name to leave us out of that, Sonny what.
- 12:26Speaker 3: No, But every I do take the back that back
- 12:28Speaker 3: because I did say that about Kim.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I don't even think gen Z would say that about Kim.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Gen Z's all over the place, and I know that,
- 12:34Speaker 3: and I could say that because I have a little
- 12:36Speaker 3: brother who's gen Z.
- 12:37Speaker 1: They're all over the place. Who knows. They're all doing
- 12:41Speaker 1: all the things, but also none of that. They're doing
- 12:44Speaker 1: everything to like do something great in the world, but
- 12:48Speaker 1: actually not doing anything at all. Like if that makes sense.
- 12:51Speaker 2: It's different.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Let's be different. Let's save all the animals just by
- 12:57Speaker 1: posting one time and like talking about it. And I
- 13:00Speaker 1: would donate money, but like I don't have a job
- 13:02Speaker 1: because I don't want to give money to the man.
- 13:03Speaker 1: I don't want to work for the man. It's just
- 13:05Speaker 1: like very intense is ocean. She's coming for you, gen Z.
- 13:09Speaker 2: I think is coming from Margot Robbie. You know, I
- 13:13Speaker 2: don't do it again?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Infended by it? No, Okay, so we all agree that
- 13:17Speaker 1: she's a ten. Yes, if you don't agree, watch a
- 13:20Speaker 1: Wolf of wall Street immediately.
- 13:22Speaker 2: I'm gonna watch it for no reason today.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Are you?
- 13:26Speaker 3: He's got he's hot over here, so he's got to
- 13:28Speaker 3: watch it to get some of that heat out.
- 13:30Speaker 1: He's talked about. Margot Wolf of Wall Street.
- 13:32Speaker 3: That's Kyle's number top by the way, Margot Wolf Wall Street.
- 13:36Speaker 1: That's like, oh with the New York accent. And then
- 13:38Speaker 1: she like spreads her leg with no no undies, and
- 13:42Speaker 1: she's like messing with freaking Leonardo DiCaprio basically being like, bitch,
- 13:47Speaker 1: I run things around here. He's crawling toward her. Oh
- 13:51Speaker 1: my god, we're all we're all sweating.
- 13:55Speaker 2: I'll watch it together.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Oh my oh no, maybe alone?
- 13:59Speaker 2: I like that. Oh are you feeling okay?
- 14:06Speaker 1: So I was scrolling the gram and Garcel from Housewives
- 14:13Speaker 1: of VH addressed the unfollowing of Lalla Kent on Instagram.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Ooh what'd she say? She said, yes, she unfollowed because
- 14:22Speaker 1: of things that she had heard. And then she also
- 14:25Speaker 1: said that we were at a table together, which I
- 14:31Speaker 1: don't think I knew that. Maybe I did, did I
- 14:34Speaker 1: know that? I'm like, when was this the vander Pump
- 14:37Speaker 1: Dogs gala? Lisa, I guess put her at our table
- 14:41Speaker 1: and once they sat down, they noticed me and they
- 14:44Speaker 1: left because she needed to and I quote protect her piece.
- 14:50Speaker 3: Hi, her piece of mind, her just her energy. And
- 14:54Speaker 3: it was just you that was throwing off the piece
- 14:56Speaker 3: or everyone at the table.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I think, just me, Like the question was about me
- 15:00Speaker 1: on Watch what Happens Live, and that's what she said.
- 15:03Speaker 1: And then the girl who did it with her was
- 15:04Speaker 1: like protect your peace, honey or whatever. And in my head,
- 15:07Speaker 1: I'm like, I feel like I should have been the
- 15:10Speaker 1: one protecting my piece. I mean, like I'm over here
- 15:13Speaker 1: like doing right by God. You know, I may throw
- 15:16Speaker 1: that word around talk about some cookie, but at the
- 15:19Speaker 1: end of the day, like I live a pretty pretty
- 15:21Speaker 1: decent life. I think it's you who needs to be
- 15:25Speaker 1: worried about my piece. You know, well, what was what
- 15:30Speaker 1: did you said?
- 15:31Speaker 3: She addressed the unfollow and I'm assuming it was because
- 15:33Speaker 3: you had some things to say about her son Oliver correct.
- 15:36Speaker 1: I'm assuming so too. But I also said, we don't
- 15:40Speaker 1: control like when Ocean goes out into the world, Like
- 15:43Speaker 1: I can only do so much, right, Ocean's gonna one
- 15:45Speaker 1: day go into the world and be whoever she is,
- 15:47Speaker 1: and I'm gonna have to pray to God that she
- 15:49Speaker 1: doesn't like act a damn fool and hurt people's feelings,
- 15:54Speaker 1: Like I just have to hope that that happens. Right,
- 15:57Speaker 1: There's some things I can't control.
- 15:59Speaker 2: So well.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I always liked Garcel, I thought she was She's always
- 16:03Speaker 1: been kind to me. And then you know, everything happened
- 16:08Speaker 1: on vander Pump and with you know, the ex wife
- 16:12Speaker 1: and I was just very, very triggered by it. I
- 16:14Speaker 1: was like, oh, I've met a hundred of this person,
- 16:17Speaker 1: and I just I don't like like this at all,
- 16:21Speaker 1: and me wanting to protect other people. You know, you
- 16:24Speaker 1: got to talk about it because it could end very
- 16:27Speaker 1: badly where you don't even realize it. And I just
- 16:30Speaker 1: think people like that can sometimes become dangerous to your
- 16:34Speaker 1: mental state, especially, And I did not place blame on
- 16:39Speaker 1: her for that. You know, these are this is who
- 16:42Speaker 1: he is or maybe is not. I don't know, but
- 16:44Speaker 1: I thought it was so strange that I don't even
- 16:47Speaker 1: feel like I was very intense when I would say
- 16:50Speaker 1: certain things. I mean, y'all saw the reunion. I said,
- 16:52Speaker 1: I'm not going to talk about this. I don't want
- 16:55Speaker 1: to touch on it because I actually do like and
- 16:57Speaker 1: respect Garcel tremendously. It was just strange to have someone
- 17:01Speaker 1: say that they wanted to protect their piece from me.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Literally never heard that in my life anybody. You're the
- 17:09Speaker 1: one always protecting your piece.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Yes, in her I guess defense, not whatever, I get it.
- 17:16Speaker 3: I mean, just from knowing how you would be with Ocean.
- 17:19Speaker 3: It's her baby, yeah, anyone a single word. It's like
- 17:23Speaker 3: you're done.
- 17:24Speaker 1: You're done. I was just gonna say that just if
- 17:26Speaker 1: anyone came for Ocean, I don't care what she had done,
- 17:30Speaker 1: Like I'm the mama and you come for her and
- 17:32Speaker 1: you're dead to me. So I completely understand where she
- 17:36Speaker 1: was coming from. But when you read things about yourself
- 17:39Speaker 1: and you're like, why does this make no sense? Like
- 17:43Speaker 1: I feel like I'm reading another language, like protect my
- 17:45Speaker 1: piece from Lalla Kent, I was like, what, Like you've.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Gone at her a hundred times, can't do it again?
- 17:53Speaker 1: The one staging myself from the world every night, and
- 17:56Speaker 1: then Pello santoing and like opening all the windows and
- 17:59Speaker 1: being like out out smud so much like she wouldn't
- 18:03Speaker 1: even had to have left, because had I sat down
- 18:06Speaker 1: and they would have been there, like I would have left,
- 18:08Speaker 1: she could have enjoyed her evening. And I left early
- 18:10Speaker 1: because I was so littired. I wish that they would
- 18:14Speaker 1: have stayed, because I certainly would have left, yes to
- 18:17Speaker 1: enjoy their night about the dogs. I was having a
- 18:20Speaker 1: rough day that day anyway.
- 18:22Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, And it's funny, I don't even remember you
- 18:25Speaker 3: met you. I asked you the next day, how is
- 18:27Speaker 3: the gallon you said everything was great, and I feel
- 18:29Speaker 3: like if there was a thing you would have mentioned,
- 18:31Speaker 3: oh yeah, it was weird, Garsa got up and you didn't.
- 18:33Speaker 1: So I don't think I saw her. Okay, she must
- 18:36Speaker 1: have locked eyes on me and said aboard a board.
- 18:40Speaker 1: You know, I will say I appreciate anybody who decides
- 18:45Speaker 1: to protect their peace, even if it's against me. You know, like,
- 18:49Speaker 1: do what you gotta do. Your the piece is all
- 18:51Speaker 1: we got. He says, Oh, goah, it's a rough world
- 18:54Speaker 1: out there. Did you guys decide to watch the new
- 18:57Speaker 1: reboot of uh New York? You're not gonna like my
- 19:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna what do you guys do all day?
- 19:04Speaker 2: No other stuff?
- 19:06Speaker 1: Other other stuff than watch? No.
- 19:08Speaker 3: I here's what I do. I cannot wait to watch it.
- 19:11Speaker 3: I like to put my focus into.
- 19:13Speaker 1: It so where you can't wait because you don't been waiting.
- 19:16Speaker 3: What I did do was I watched clips, and I
- 19:20Speaker 3: did a little research, and I listened to some recaps,
- 19:24Speaker 3: and so I feel like I'm in the now.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Cliff notes, Yes.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Well, I didn't even do that.
- 19:29Speaker 1: So there's two episodes that have aired so far. We
- 19:33Speaker 1: did not. I didn't get to the second episode they
- 19:36Speaker 1: air on Sunday nights. I didn't get to the second one,
- 19:39Speaker 1: so next week I'll recap episode two and three. But
- 19:42Speaker 1: the reason we did not get to the second episode, Teter,
- 19:46Speaker 1: can you talk about it or will you get emotional?
- 19:48Speaker 2: No, I won't talk about it because we read up
- 19:50Speaker 2: on it. But our kitty died last night, passed away
- 19:54Speaker 2: and she is in a better place. I just hope
- 19:57Speaker 2: that you didn't suffer, because like, she was normal when
- 20:00Speaker 2: we got home from Palm Springs and then she just
- 20:03Speaker 2: suddenly was laying on her side and I knew something
- 20:06Speaker 2: was off, so we ran her to the vet.
- 20:09Speaker 1: He called my mom and I have.
- 20:13Speaker 2: To laugh about this because we own we've owned how
- 20:17Speaker 2: many animals. And I call and I'm like, so she's panting,
- 20:21Speaker 2: and so she goes, okay, I'll come down like it
- 20:24Speaker 2: was like okay, like I didn't know, and she goes, well,
- 20:27Speaker 2: how hot is it? It was?
- 20:29Speaker 1: It was pretty late. And when you hear like an
- 20:31Speaker 1: animals panting, of course, my mom's not gonna expect. And
- 20:34Speaker 1: the way you were saying it East and you were like,
- 20:36Speaker 1: she's just panting a lot, like you didn't go into detail.
- 20:39Speaker 1: So I will defend Mama, no, I will. She's like
- 20:41Speaker 1: an animologized a lover. And had you said, like the
- 20:45Speaker 1: real situation, well I think it would have been. It
- 20:49Speaker 1: just sounded like the cat was panting and like needed
- 20:51Speaker 1: some water.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Well that's the thing. So she called me and she goes,
- 20:54Speaker 2: how hot is it in your place? And I said,
- 20:56Speaker 2: I'm face timing you, so just look, and right when
- 20:59Speaker 2: I face tim during she saw she was like, I'm
- 21:02Speaker 2: coming over right now. So she came over. Luckily she
- 21:06Speaker 2: grabbed her and unfortunately she passed on the way to
- 21:10Speaker 2: the vet, but she did it in my mom's arms.
- 21:12Speaker 2: So I'm very happy for that.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Yeah, So I was on the phone with Easton because
- 21:18Speaker 1: obviously my mom was distraught. The cat's name was kid
- 21:21Speaker 1: Kitty like kid Cuddie, and my mom rescued the cat
- 21:26Speaker 1: from the Humane Society of Utah. I mean I still
- 21:29Speaker 1: lived in Utah and I've been in LA for ten years.
- 21:31Speaker 1: So we had the cat for a very long time.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Thirteen years.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, around twelve thirteen years we had the cat
- 21:38Speaker 1: at this point in time. The cat when we first
- 21:42Speaker 1: got her was like skin and bone. Her organs were
- 21:45Speaker 1: shutting down. She had just had a litter of kittens
- 21:49Speaker 1: that obviously were taken and put up for adoption. Her
- 21:53Speaker 1: fur was like so greasy, she wasn't cleaning herself. She
- 21:57Speaker 1: was obviously dying. So my mom brought her back to
- 22:00Speaker 1: the house. I remember they kept her in like this
- 22:03Speaker 1: warm little kennel area so that she felt safe and secure.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Syringe fed her for like weeks on end. She started
- 22:11Speaker 1: getting her groove back, which they did not think was
- 22:13Speaker 1: going to happen. We went on vacation. My mom was like,
- 22:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna bring the cat back to the shelter, hopefully
- 22:18Speaker 1: get her on her feet. Maybe she'll get adopted. We
- 22:21Speaker 1: come back, the cat is back to struggling heavily. So
- 22:25Speaker 1: we bring the cat back, nurse her to health. She
- 22:28Speaker 1: had a pinhead. She was so fat, Oh so happy.
- 22:32Speaker 2: She was a happy eater, Yes she was.
- 22:35Speaker 1: She had a great life. She would lick the pit
- 22:37Speaker 1: bull's face and they would cuddle. She was like just
- 22:40Speaker 1: the sweetest cat.
- 22:41Speaker 2: And you can tell that Pobby and Bernie in my pities.
- 22:45Speaker 2: They they're sad.
- 22:46Speaker 1: Yeah, well of course it's like losing a sibling for them.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Yeah. So yeah, the energy's off right now, but it'll
- 22:52Speaker 2: be back.
- 22:53Speaker 1: It'll be back. My mom's getting the cat cremated, so
- 22:57Speaker 1: we'll have some of that. She's getting the pot we're.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Getting it's like aquamated. That's not what it is, but
- 23:03Speaker 2: it's like and now it's a more eco friendly way
- 23:05Speaker 2: where it's like high pressure and you get like eighty
- 23:08Speaker 2: percent more of the ashes back. So we did it
- 23:11Speaker 2: that way.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Look amazing.
- 23:12Speaker 2: You guys can correct me on the term, but it's
- 23:15Speaker 2: like used with high pressure and stuff like that. So
- 23:18Speaker 2: we're doing it that way so we get more of
- 23:20Speaker 2: her bag, which is great.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Yeah, and my mom and Easton said that the vets
- 23:24Speaker 1: at Nash which is over in West Hollywood, they were
- 23:28Speaker 1: so amazing. I could hear them on the phone and
- 23:30Speaker 1: ocean could hear my mom crying and she's like, it's okay,
- 23:34Speaker 1: it's okay.
- 23:35Speaker 2: They did and what's it called. They called mom and
- 23:37Speaker 2: they were like, hey, are you close? And Mom was like,
- 23:39Speaker 2: we're pulling up and they were like, are you in
- 23:41Speaker 2: a gray car? And she goes yes, and two of
- 23:45Speaker 2: them came running out. Oh my god, and they just
- 23:48Speaker 2: said give us the cat. They took it and just
- 23:49Speaker 2: sprinted back. Yeah, and I just said, do CPR and
- 23:54Speaker 2: They just did it because I knew they would ask,
- 23:56Speaker 2: so I just said, do it.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I have. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know,
- 24:01Speaker 1: losing a pet.
- 24:02Speaker 3: It's only happened to me once so far, but it's
- 24:05Speaker 3: I don't have a child, so one of the most heartbreaking,
- 24:07Speaker 3: no really imagine.
- 24:10Speaker 2: So yeah, oh, very blessed to have had her as
- 24:13Speaker 2: long as we did and given her the life that
- 24:15Speaker 2: we did. Yes, we did very well for her.
- 24:17Speaker 1: She had a very very good life.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Teach you did, and thank you.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Easton has experienced such trauma. He's the one that found
- 24:24Speaker 1: my dad. He's the one that saw the cat with like.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Just keeps coming. I know, man, all right though, all right,
- 24:31Speaker 2: tick skin, we'll get by.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Well. I love you, TT and you're very strong. So
- 24:36Speaker 1: that's why we didn't get to the second episode. We
- 24:39Speaker 1: had other things going on.
- 24:40Speaker 2: For its watching it though it is good.
- 24:42Speaker 1: So when I heard that Ronie was over and they
- 24:47Speaker 1: were recasting and doing it full reboot, I was like
- 24:52Speaker 1: personally offended. I was like, you're telling me that there's
- 24:56Speaker 1: no more Sonia Morgan, There's no more lu Wan Ramona,
- 25:01Speaker 1: like all of these iconic women who started this franchise
- 25:05Speaker 1: and by the way, there were even women who came
- 25:08Speaker 1: on for like a couple of seasons that still fit
- 25:11Speaker 1: in so well. And it was just like an iconic show.
- 25:17Speaker 1: And what happened on it you literally felt like you
- 25:20Speaker 1: that they were just being followed by a camera. It
- 25:22Speaker 1: was the one franchise or one city a part of
- 25:25Speaker 1: the franchise where you were like, there's no producers here,
- 25:30Speaker 1: like literally because they were all so chaotic and freaking awesome.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Okay.
- 25:37Speaker 1: So I took that as like one of the greatest
- 25:39Speaker 1: heartbreaks that all experience in all my lives was when
- 25:43Speaker 1: they decided to rebrand the whole thing. So I was
- 25:48Speaker 1: going into the reboot. I first of all saw the
- 25:50Speaker 1: cast and I was like, I mean, they're hot, whatever.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Who are they? Yes, all right, I'm really excited.
- 25:58Speaker 1: And I loved how dive verse it was. It was like, okay,
- 26:02Speaker 1: it's diverse, all right, I'm warming up. I'm warming up,
- 26:07Speaker 1: and then I just broke and turned it on the
- 26:09Speaker 1: TV right twelve minutes in. I was like done, I'm
- 26:13Speaker 1: freaking obsessed with all of these women. The relationships feel organic.
- 26:18Speaker 1: The drama, hear me out. So the drama this this
- 26:22Speaker 1: episode was that Brynn, who's like the hot sexy vixen
- 26:29Speaker 1: single captain trying to steal your man, and she tells
- 26:35Speaker 1: her friend Ci that Aaron had made a comment. I
- 26:39Speaker 1: hope I'm getting their names right, brand I know it
- 26:42Speaker 1: is right. Brinn is right. I think Si is right,
- 26:44Speaker 1: and I think Aaron is right as well. Give me
- 26:47Speaker 1: a minute, because I will get the names down. Trust me.
- 26:49Speaker 1: By second episode, I'll be like, but it's about a
- 26:54Speaker 1: cheeseboard and that Cy said to Brynn, it was so
- 27:01Speaker 1: weird that like she was that Aarin was serving cheese
- 27:05Speaker 1: at her event as she put cheese in her mouth. Okay,
- 27:10Speaker 1: so that was the first That was the first red
- 27:12Speaker 1: mark for Aarin? Right, am I saying this correctly? I hope,
- 27:18Speaker 1: So you guys know what I'm talking about. The other
- 27:21Speaker 1: one was Aaron put a group dinner together. They bleep
- 27:24Speaker 1: out the restaurant's name because they're dragging it. Okay, but
- 27:27Speaker 1: I now know what the restaurant is. To tell the
- 27:30Speaker 1: restaurant is.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Catch it's so shiit.
- 27:36Speaker 1: No, I like your fucking tongue. Shame, shame, shame, shame.
- 27:46Speaker 1: I'm not even gonna listen. He eats like a six
- 27:48Speaker 1: year old.
- 27:49Speaker 2: I love eating nothing. This guy is I feel they
- 27:57Speaker 2: don't like Catch.
- 27:58Speaker 1: He likes baked lads who likes baked lanes?
- 28:01Speaker 2: Shut out les?
- 28:02Speaker 1: You go in for just the lays with the grease
- 28:04Speaker 1: on the fingers.
- 28:05Speaker 2: Oh, I love a good dry, cardboarded chip.
- 28:08Speaker 3: I understand like a oh, this restaurant is like whatever,
- 28:12Speaker 3: like old news, But I ketches food is amazing.
- 28:16Speaker 2: I'll give it another chance.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Apparently you shouldn't go there anymore because it's so twenty
- 28:22Speaker 1: twelve if you ask Brinn. But I will say I
- 28:25Speaker 1: was personally offended by the comment. And here's why I
- 28:28Speaker 1: have such a fond memory of Catch. I the last
- 28:32Speaker 1: time I went to Catch in New York, it was
- 28:36Speaker 1: with you in my drinking days. And I apologize for
- 28:40Speaker 1: what you experienced on this trip. I were you at
- 28:44Speaker 1: the dinner with us? Yes, you guys are gonna judge
- 28:47Speaker 1: me so hard. I'm a filthy, disgusting fun is okay?
- 28:50Speaker 2: Yes, And this is where I'm thinking about Catch too,
- 28:53Speaker 2: And this is why I don't like it.
- 28:55Speaker 1: That makes sense. We had an entire group of people, right,
- 28:59Speaker 1: And when I say, I am balls deep in my alcoholism,
- 29:03Speaker 1: Like we're there Okay, okay, you couldn't be any more
- 29:06Speaker 1: rock bottom if you tried, right. I put on this
- 29:12Speaker 1: mesh lingerie top, nipples out, nipples, nipples out to go
- 29:16Speaker 1: to dinner.
- 29:17Speaker 2: I'm there, Okay.
- 29:18Speaker 1: He sits there and all the boys or the man's
- 29:21Speaker 1: are like looking and I wonder, why is it is
- 29:24Speaker 1: my face just hitting that right? No, the nipples are out.
- 29:28Speaker 1: I then find an NBA baller who's who's trying to
- 29:33Speaker 1: clurb right. So we leave together and we're like popping
- 29:37Speaker 1: into all of these bars and nightclubs. We then go
- 29:40Speaker 1: back to Soho House where we're staying. I'm staying. He
- 29:44Speaker 1: comes in, We do the deed, say it was great
- 29:48Speaker 1: to meet you. By the way, he drove me in
- 29:50Speaker 1: his Ferrari to Soho House, which I was like, this
- 29:52Speaker 1: is pretty cool. It could have been a Lamborghini. I
- 29:53Speaker 1: wouldn't know the difference at that time. Could have been anybody,
- 29:57Speaker 1: could have been anyone. Are you with her?
- 30:00Speaker 3: Okay?
- 30:00Speaker 1: I ditched him. Okay, she gets.
- 30:02Speaker 2: God, don't want to be there for that one hey
- 30:05Speaker 2: in the corner.
- 30:06Speaker 1: No, I ditched him. And so for me, just where
- 30:10Speaker 1: I was at in life, I needed that experience. So
- 30:13Speaker 1: catch will forever hold a giant spot in my heart,
- 30:17Speaker 1: and whether it's twenty twelve or twenty seventy seven, I
- 30:21Speaker 1: will be at Catch. Okay, I think that's so beautiful Easton.
- 30:25Speaker 2: I need to go back and get a new memory
- 30:27Speaker 2: of it, because it's pretty.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Really really nice. It's not that kind of you you
- 30:34Speaker 1: had it.
- 30:34Speaker 3: I feel like that a lot of people with that
- 30:36Speaker 3: experience maybe would be like. And then at the end,
- 30:38Speaker 3: he was a what's the laala ism for a the
- 30:43Speaker 3: A word?
- 30:44Speaker 1: I said the effort on this podcast because I was
- 30:46Speaker 1: so offended by saying that didn't like Catch we're trying
- 30:50Speaker 1: to get rid of.
- 30:51Speaker 3: I was going to say, well, I was, you know, like,
- 30:53Speaker 3: and he was an asshole at the end, and then
- 30:55Speaker 3: I believe but he was nice, and.
- 30:57Speaker 1: He was nice every time I hopped back into New York.
- 31:01Speaker 1: I mean still to this day, if he sees them
- 31:02Speaker 1: in New York, he's like, Hey, what's up. But I'm
- 31:04Speaker 1: not going backwards. We have to move forward. If we've hit,
- 31:07Speaker 1: if I've hit before, we can't go back.
- 31:09Speaker 2: I hear you, Oh really, the guys he's cool. I
- 31:12Speaker 2: liked him and she did her well for whatever that,
- 31:15Speaker 2: Let's go back.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Let's all go back to catch and we'll make it.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Better for you, because how many people want to look
- 31:21Speaker 2: across the table and see their sister's nipples all dinner?
- 31:24Speaker 2: She's like, put that on?
- 31:26Speaker 1: What are you looking at?
- 31:28Speaker 2: Why are you looking at me? Funny when I help you.
- 31:31Speaker 1: It's when the nipples were in. Do you remember there
- 31:33Speaker 1: was a moment where I think one of the Willis
- 31:36Speaker 1: sisters was walking through New York with her nipples out.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Kim k had nips out like everyone Rihanna. So I
- 31:42Speaker 1: just wanted to like pretend like I was just one
- 31:45Speaker 1: of those people.
- 31:45Speaker 3: I feel like nipples have never gone out. But I
- 31:48Speaker 3: hear what you're saying. It was when everyone was walking
- 31:50Speaker 3: around with the nips out with like Mesh.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Mesh, yeah, Sam, not the Jennifer Anniston nipples out.
- 31:56Speaker 1: No, not like rock not rock Tip, no Rocket.
- 32:01Speaker 3: Heard rumors within like into like three or a few
- 32:05Speaker 3: seasons of friends those were actually fake because they were.
- 32:08Speaker 1: So famous, they were iconic. They were so.
- 32:10Speaker 3: Iconic that people were like, where are the nips? And
- 32:12Speaker 3: so she had to put start putting in like ones
- 32:15Speaker 3: that were hard twenty four to seven, basically hasties like
- 32:19Speaker 3: like fake nips.
- 32:20Speaker 1: You can buy fake nips. They're like petals. And actually
- 32:22Speaker 1: that's a genius idea because here's the thing about the
- 32:25Speaker 1: petals that cover the nip. Then you just look like
- 32:29Speaker 1: you've got giant areolas, you know, So what's worse.
- 32:33Speaker 3: No, that's so true because I'm taken off my bro
- 32:35Speaker 3: or taken off my shirt and be like, oh my god,
- 32:37Speaker 3: like jump scared, and I'll be like, oh, it's.
- 32:40Speaker 1: No way to the same thing. It's just after a
- 32:42Speaker 1: long night of film me. I'm like, my nipples stole off.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Holy shit.
- 32:46Speaker 3: No, it's scary, which which, by the way, we love
- 32:49Speaker 3: all size areolas. But for for someone who maybe has
- 32:53Speaker 3: a different you know, you take off your shirt and
- 32:55Speaker 3: I like it.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Whatever areola if it's your natural one. Yeah, but when
- 32:59Speaker 1: you have a and it's got these pedal marks, it's
- 33:02Speaker 1: like what like a man would be like, what's happening here?
- 33:04Speaker 1: She's got flower nipples. You know, it's not about the
- 33:08Speaker 1: size of.
- 33:09Speaker 2: The nip, it's about the pedal of.
- 33:10Speaker 1: The pedal of it, exactly what you knows that could
- 33:13Speaker 1: be cute.
- 33:14Speaker 2: Hey, we're just likey to see them, so thank you?
- 33:20Speaker 1: Did we did? We go on a tangent because you
- 33:22Speaker 1: we were talking about New York. We were talking about
- 33:24Speaker 1: New York. So back to New York, the cheese, they
- 33:27Speaker 1: end up squashing the beef everyone not everyone. Actually, I
- 33:32Speaker 1: threaded about this because thread is still popping right now,
- 33:35Speaker 1: and I really love it. I think if thread is
- 33:36Speaker 1: like my vacation home, love that for you because you
- 33:39Speaker 1: never were on Twitter, so this is great. Instagram is
- 33:42Speaker 1: like my apartment in LA. There's like sirens and people
- 33:45Speaker 1: screaming at each other, like it's just very chaotic and intense,
- 33:49Speaker 1: where Threads is like the desert of social media.
- 33:54Speaker 2: No app.
- 33:55Speaker 1: They use it, they use it, but everyone's so friendly,
- 33:58Speaker 1: Like I could say anything on there, like tooting my
- 34:00Speaker 1: own horn and everyone's like, you go girl, sleigh the day,
- 34:03Speaker 1: like they're so kind. So I posted like what do
- 34:07Speaker 1: y'all think about this? And there were just a few,
- 34:10Speaker 1: a few that said, I can't believe that the biggest
- 34:14Speaker 1: drama is about cheese. Let's go back. Are you a
- 34:19Speaker 1: real Housewives watcher? Just like throwback Days Bubbs, Mister Bubbs
- 34:24Speaker 1: is throw and through, So then I think you'd agree
- 34:26Speaker 1: with me on this. Okay, if you go back to
- 34:28Speaker 1: early seasons of like Housewives and the drama that they
- 34:32Speaker 1: had and why we fell in love with this franchise.
- 34:35Speaker 1: It is the silliest drama in the world. It's about
- 34:39Speaker 1: sprinkle cookies, It's about who didn't get invited to a dinner.
- 34:44Speaker 1: You know, like it's a very, very stupid, but it's
- 34:47Speaker 1: relatable because in real life, most people's drama is not
- 34:51Speaker 1: people going to prison or being indicted on like insurance fraud,
- 34:57Speaker 1: like whatever it may be. You know, like, in real life,
- 35:00Speaker 1: your best friend isn't going toes with the legal system
- 35:03Speaker 1: over seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars earrings. So maybe
- 35:08Speaker 1: there is a shift that's happening, and we've given the
- 35:10Speaker 1: people too much of like intense drama that they're bored.
- 35:14Speaker 1: But I would like the viewers to really go back
- 35:16Speaker 1: to like the first days of Housewives, the whole reason
- 35:20Speaker 1: why there's one hundred and seventy two cities of the
- 35:23Speaker 1: Real Housewives franchise, damn, the normal freaking drama that you
- 35:28Speaker 1: can relate to. You also have to remember, this is
- 35:30Speaker 1: me defending Ronie right now, because I think everyone should
- 35:33Speaker 1: give it a try. This is a brand new cast.
- 35:36Speaker 1: They're just getting used to having their lives filmed. Some
- 35:40Speaker 1: are gonna take it on better than others. Some are
- 35:43Speaker 1: gonna overcompensate, some are gonna get intimidated. Some are just
- 35:46Speaker 1: gonna thrive. And it's like like Aarin and gen alliance thriving.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Like I feel like if I were to meet them
- 35:54Speaker 1: in person, they would be the exact same person that
- 35:56Speaker 1: they are on camera. There are somewhere I'm like, oh,
- 35:59Speaker 1: I feel like you're a little bit more tamed than
- 36:02Speaker 1: you are on the show. I love all of it,
- 36:04Speaker 1: but I want people to give it a chance and
- 36:06Speaker 1: just know, like, of course it's going to be about
- 36:08Speaker 1: cheese right now, Like you can't just go in and
- 36:11Speaker 1: these people, for the first time ever, are having to
- 36:14Speaker 1: talk behind people's backs on camera. Usually normal people they
- 36:20Speaker 1: go tell their friend and then like GE's squashed, right,
- 36:22Speaker 1: and that person doesn't tell Now you got to say
- 36:25Speaker 1: that stuff, And then the next scene you better be
- 36:28Speaker 1: telling the other person what that person just told you,
- 36:31Speaker 1: because if not, someone's gonna step in and be like, hey,
- 36:34Speaker 1: remember that thing which you never have to do anything
- 36:37Speaker 1: you don't want to do, But at the end of
- 36:39Speaker 1: the day, it's gonna air. You might as well just
- 36:40Speaker 1: like air your dirty laundry to that person and not
- 36:43Speaker 1: have to deal with the repercussions at the reunion, because
- 36:45Speaker 1: that's when it gets intense and the audience calls you out.
- 36:50Speaker 3: If you wanted to, if you were to have one
- 36:52Speaker 3: of the new rony ladies on this podcast.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, that is so freaking hard. Would die
- 37:00Speaker 1: to have Jenna Alliance. Obviously she's an icon in her
- 37:03Speaker 1: closet's insane, but I think the first one would probably
- 37:08Speaker 1: be Brinn. Okay, yes, why I fell in love with
- 37:12Speaker 1: her once she said that her go to is massage
- 37:16Speaker 1: porn because that's what my go to is when I
- 37:18Speaker 1: do watch porn, which is like a rare occasion. Wow,
- 37:22Speaker 1: you hear that, fellas like when a massage goes like
- 37:25Speaker 1: a little too far.
- 37:27Speaker 2: You're like upstairs in the old massage parlor.
- 37:29Speaker 3: I heard that happens more than we think. My question,
- 37:33Speaker 3: I'm really glad you brought up Brynn Easton's like wait
- 37:35Speaker 3: and same morning, so I heard because I was again
- 37:40Speaker 3: doing research, so I've seen interview clips. I heard bren
- 37:44Speaker 3: is close friends with Pandora, Lisa vander Pump's daughter, and
- 37:47Speaker 3: there was talk years ago about her possibly being on
- 37:50Speaker 3: vander Pump Rules. Not only that she made out with
- 37:53Speaker 3: Peter on Halloween one time, so this is fun.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Peter like pulls mad hot, Like what is that? Bravo Peter,
- 38:02Speaker 1: Bravo Peter. He's pulled all the baddest. Yeah. Well, I
- 38:07Speaker 1: I tagged all of the girls in my threads post
- 38:09Speaker 1: and Brinn reached out and was like, I met you
- 38:12Speaker 1: years ago with Pandora Villa Blanca, and I was like,
- 38:14Speaker 1: I knew that she looked familiar. So yeah, she's like
- 38:17Speaker 1: very much in the circle of Pandora's life. Amazing, so
- 38:21Speaker 1: I would love to get her on the podcast.
- 38:23Speaker 2: You know what.
- 38:23Speaker 1: I also loved about watching these women. They talk like
- 38:27Speaker 1: we do, Like they say like that slaps. I think
- 38:31Speaker 1: it's Uba said during sex she's a starfish, And I'm like,
- 38:34Speaker 1: I talk about like I use those things because I'm
- 38:37Speaker 1: so used to watching these women who are so much
- 38:40Speaker 1: older than me, and of course they're fabulous, but it's
- 38:43Speaker 1: not relatable. And now we've taken a group of women
- 38:47Speaker 1: who are like so cool, all different age range, and
- 38:51Speaker 1: that age ranges overcho whor's it really hard today? But
- 38:57Speaker 1: like these women really are friends, Like that is new
- 38:59Speaker 1: York like a very diverse group of women who get along.
- 39:03Speaker 1: All of their houses are phenomenal gen alliance closet. I
- 39:07Speaker 1: want to live in there and to see her call
- 39:10Speaker 1: out and actually have producers keep it in. When Brennan
- 39:14Speaker 1: Aaron hug after Cheesegate is squashed and one is in
- 39:18Speaker 1: sequence and the other one is in lace, and she's like,
- 39:21Speaker 1: I was fine with the clothes being on, but then
- 39:23Speaker 1: they go to hug, and I was like, everyone knows
- 39:26Speaker 1: that if you are in lace or someone else's and
- 39:28Speaker 1: the other person, the opposing party is in sequence, you
- 39:33Speaker 1: go like this and you go whah whah, no touching
- 39:38Speaker 1: because the sequin will then attach itself to the lace
- 39:41Speaker 1: pull and then your fabric is screwed and the look
- 39:44Speaker 1: is ruined. Everyone knows this. Everyone knows this.
- 39:47Speaker 2: I know it.
- 39:48Speaker 1: So sequence you don't know that, No secuin, you don't hug,
- 39:52Speaker 1: absolutely not. If you came near me in sequence and
- 39:55Speaker 1: I was in lace, I would it's screwt. Thank god,
- 39:58Speaker 1: I've never been Oh wait, wow, I'm learning something. See
- 40:02Speaker 1: they're keeping little things in that are like so it's like, yes,
- 40:06Speaker 1: I love that they kept that in because it's so
- 40:09Speaker 1: important for the world to know that you air kiss
- 40:12Speaker 1: with puppy paws in the air. Back away, back away,
- 40:17Speaker 1: That's what I like.
- 40:18Speaker 2: It's like covid.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Well, it's six feet six feet when you're in lace,
- 40:22Speaker 1: six feet apart.
- 40:23Speaker 2: And then back to back to starfish? Is that like
- 40:27Speaker 2: dead fish?
- 40:28Speaker 1: Well, it's kind of like where you lay yourself like this, Oh,
- 40:32Speaker 1: dead fish. No, it's a starfish.
- 40:35Speaker 2: We always used to say fish. How did she? How
- 40:39Speaker 2: was she? She's a dead fish? She just lied there?
- 40:42Speaker 1: And people want to know what helps you stay sober?
- 40:46Speaker 1: Thoughts of that?
- 40:48Speaker 2: Do you remember?
- 40:50Speaker 1: Do I want to know? What else? I want to know?
- 40:53Speaker 1: In coherently?
- 40:54Speaker 2: I can't remember exactly where because I wasn't there, but
- 40:57Speaker 2: I think we were in Miami, okay, and you were
- 41:01Speaker 2: at a restaurant and you fell up the stairs and.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Everyone was disney World, disney World, and I got sober
- 41:08Speaker 1: that same same It was the same okay, the same
- 41:12Speaker 1: Disney World in your book because you talked about that. Yeah,
- 41:14Speaker 1: it was falling up the stairs of the hard rock.
- 41:17Speaker 1: What was it Red Robin or something? Red Robin?
- 41:20Speaker 2: Was it Red Robin or was it they had like the.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Captain Crunch like Planet Hollywood that thing.
- 41:27Speaker 2: That's what it was.
- 41:28Speaker 1: A tumble or a trip. It was constantly falling to
- 41:32Speaker 1: where my mom. I looked at her and I was like,
- 41:34Speaker 1: you have to walk me to the bathroom. I'm so drunk,
- 41:36Speaker 1: I can't even walk.
- 41:37Speaker 2: My mom was very embarrassed. So that tells you something
- 41:39Speaker 2: because she doesn't get that embarrassed.
- 41:41Speaker 1: She doesn't. She's so cool about that trip. I got sober. Wow,
- 41:43Speaker 1: well that was the trip that made me get sober.
- 41:46Speaker 2: That was my rock bottom moment, sliding downstairs.
- 41:50Speaker 1: The entire trip. Let's not go here. This is very
- 41:53Speaker 1: intense and how we're getting how we're getting dark. What
- 41:57Speaker 1: are my amas?
- 41:58Speaker 2: Baby?
- 41:58Speaker 1: Okay, we have some great ones today.
- 42:01Speaker 3: First, if you're allowed to answer, is it weird having
- 42:05Speaker 3: to film with Sandy after everything that happened?
- 42:08Speaker 1: Extremely weird, extremely freaking weird. I am not envious of
- 42:13Speaker 1: the people who used to have friendships with him, because
- 42:16Speaker 1: I feel like I get the long end of the
- 42:20Speaker 1: stick where it's like I never really cared for you,
- 42:24Speaker 1: so like there's nothing to repair. There's no memory I
- 42:27Speaker 1: can go back to of like you being a good
- 42:30Speaker 1: dude or fun times that we had. I don't have that,
- 42:33Speaker 1: you know, so for me, him coming around is just
- 42:36Speaker 1: like he's been around when I haven't wanted him there
- 42:39Speaker 1: for a really long time, you know. But also, I'm
- 42:43Speaker 1: not going to have Sandoval's presence dictate if I go
- 42:47Speaker 1: and have a good time in life. Where I understand
- 42:50Speaker 1: if other people do, is that I'm trying to give
- 42:54Speaker 1: just enough without getting in trouble. Yeah, that makes sense.
- 42:58Speaker 3: This next one, I believe answered before, But I know
- 43:01Speaker 3: people love when you talk about this, so I'm gonna
- 43:02Speaker 3: I'm gonna read it. I'm also sober, and first and
- 43:05Speaker 3: foremost want to congratulate you on your sobriety. Second of all,
- 43:08Speaker 3: how have you found that it has affected your dating experience.
- 43:12Speaker 3: I'm worried about dating for the first time sober.
- 43:15Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, it's affected it tremendously. I don't really date.
- 43:21Speaker 1: I've had some hookups here and there, but you're fully
- 43:26Speaker 1: with your thoughts and you can't calm anything down, and
- 43:28Speaker 1: there's there's no social lubrication. So it's definitely intense. And
- 43:34Speaker 1: I think if it's hard for you and triggering to
- 43:37Speaker 1: where you feel like you need to drink, I would
- 43:39Speaker 1: say halt and do some do some self work before
- 43:42Speaker 1: you throw yourself into the dating scene because I don't
- 43:45Speaker 1: think dating is worth giving up sobriety. You know, I
- 43:51Speaker 1: think if there was I think, if I'm going to
- 43:53Speaker 1: start dating, because I don't go out much, I just
- 43:55Speaker 1: don't see the point. I've seen what's out there and
- 43:58Speaker 1: it's like very, very grim. If I were to start dating,
- 44:03Speaker 1: I think I I'm warming up to the idea of
- 44:06Speaker 1: dating apps. Oh yeah, I know. I heard you mention
- 44:09Speaker 1: that a couple of weeks ago. I had never been
- 44:12Speaker 1: into them, but now just with everything I've experienced, and
- 44:16Speaker 1: there's a place like I don't think you're going to
- 44:18Speaker 1: meet someone at a bar. You're not going to meet
- 44:20Speaker 1: someone at a restaurant. Most likely. Maybe people have, but
- 44:24Speaker 1: I think just the new age dating takes place on
- 44:27Speaker 1: dating apps where people are there, depending on the one
- 44:29Speaker 1: you go to and sign up for, people are there
- 44:31Speaker 1: to like find their person, and we've all kind of
- 44:33Speaker 1: hit a wall. So I grew up with this girl, Danny,
- 44:38Speaker 1: and her sister is Whitney Wolf and she is the
- 44:41Speaker 1: creator of Bumble and I loved when she started this
- 44:44Speaker 1: that it was all female driven, you know, the woman
- 44:47Speaker 1: makes the call. They also take into account that like
- 44:51Speaker 1: safety is first and foremost. So if I do decide
- 44:56Speaker 1: to start dating again, which I'm not there yet, I
- 44:58Speaker 1: do think I'm going to dabble in the apps because
- 45:00Speaker 1: like the dms ain't working because that's a booty call,
- 45:03Speaker 1: just like I don't leave the house really unless there's
- 45:07Speaker 1: a reason. So like bumble is probably where I would
- 45:10Speaker 1: start dating. And then I can tell people like in
- 45:13Speaker 1: my profile, like I don't drink, so it's a different
- 45:16Speaker 1: type of dude that's probably gonna, you know, attach himself
- 45:20Speaker 1: to me, right right, So match with a different right men? Right?
- 45:24Speaker 3: Yeah, and I just missed the dating apps because Kyle
- 45:27Speaker 3: and I've been together for seven years. Bumble, you said
- 45:30Speaker 3: female let so that's like you I think I'm saying
- 45:34Speaker 3: this right. A guy can only talk to you if
- 45:37Speaker 3: you've swiped on him.
- 45:38Speaker 2: Now, oh, from what I know, because I don't have it,
- 45:42Speaker 2: but I thought if you match, the only like he
- 45:45Speaker 2: can't DM you unless she dms first. So even if
- 45:48Speaker 2: you match and then like she, I don't know if
- 45:51Speaker 2: you can read more about it, but unless she DMS him,
- 45:53Speaker 2: he can't even talk to her. Yeah, the woman is right,
- 45:57Speaker 2: which I like because now it's almost like getting shut
- 45:59Speaker 2: down nicely if you don't get that chat right.
- 46:02Speaker 1: And I like, I just like the the optics of
- 46:07Speaker 1: like my life being where I call the shots. Yeah, yeah, no,
- 46:11Speaker 1: I love that horrible No, I feel like my asks
- 46:15Speaker 1: aren't that intense. It's like I just need you to
- 46:17Speaker 1: like be kind to me and like don't cheat on me.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Like it's pretty simple, you would think, Well, you would
- 46:23Speaker 1: think it's actually very complex. All right, what's that next one?
- 46:27Speaker 3: Do you have advice for starting a new chapter in life?
- 46:30Speaker 3: I need a boost from my fave girl.
- 46:34Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, starting a new chapter. Well, I'm all
- 46:38Speaker 1: about the universe putting you exactly where you're supposed to be.
- 46:40Speaker 1: So I think my biggest thing was creating a relationship
- 46:45Speaker 1: with my higher power, making a list of things that
- 46:47Speaker 1: I want out of life, and then doing whatever I
- 46:51Speaker 1: possibly can to achieve those things. And I feel like
- 46:54Speaker 1: when you, I know, this sounds so cheesy and maybe
- 46:56Speaker 1: I'm like up in the night. This is just what's
- 46:58Speaker 1: worked for me. The relationship with the higher power on
- 47:02Speaker 1: top of like me me believing in the universe and
- 47:05Speaker 1: working with it has led me to a place where
- 47:08Speaker 1: I can live a very happy life. That's fulfilling without
- 47:15Speaker 1: needing anybody or anything in it. If that makes sense,
- 47:19Speaker 1: Like there's not one thing that I can think of
- 47:21Speaker 1: where I go. When I have that, I'll be happy,
- 47:24Speaker 1: Like happiness just exists. And I think, once you have
- 47:28Speaker 1: that dynamic with the universe, and maybe I sound like
- 47:32Speaker 1: a quack, but this is what's worked for me, So
- 47:34Speaker 1: this is what I'm going to project onto all of you.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Once you have that dynamic, you end up in a
- 47:39Speaker 1: place where you're like wow, for for the first time,
- 47:41Speaker 1: like I feel safe because I'm not relying on anything else.
- 47:47Speaker 1: That makes sense.
- 47:48Speaker 3: Yes, okay, I hope very profound. I have two more
- 47:52Speaker 3: this one. Do you think you'll ever want to get married.
- 47:55Speaker 1: I don't think I ever want to be legally married,
- 47:58Speaker 1: but I would most certainly be into a commitment ceremony
- 48:01Speaker 1: where like I invite a lot of people to come
- 48:03Speaker 1: celebrate a partnership that I hope is for life. But
- 48:08Speaker 1: the second, like a document is needing signing, is where
- 48:12Speaker 1: I'm like, no, you keep what you have. I'll keep
- 48:15Speaker 1: what I have, and like, if this doesn't work out,
- 48:17Speaker 1: like we part ways and you move along and I'll.
- 48:20Speaker 2: Do the same.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Like the marriage certificate is not important to me. Especially.
- 48:27Speaker 1: I said something to Mom last night. I like walked
- 48:29Speaker 1: in feeling like I had just come up with the
- 48:31Speaker 1: most profound thing in the world. I was like, Mom,
- 48:35Speaker 1: I'm about relations not relationships, because once you cross into that,
- 48:40Speaker 1: it turns into relationship. And she was like, how long
- 48:44Speaker 1: have you been thinking about that?
- 48:45Speaker 2: I was like a while, a while on her way
- 48:48Speaker 2: down to Palm and on our way back, I'm like.
- 48:51Speaker 1: Which a really good thing to shade it down? Count No,
- 48:53Speaker 1: but if you think about it, think about it. Kyle
- 48:56Speaker 1: and Mauricio what's the hot guy's name? And Sophia Viagara
- 49:01Speaker 1: and did Jason Momoa ended it with his long time Yes?
- 49:06Speaker 1: These people were all married.
- 49:08Speaker 2: What about Corey? And who's Corey Gamble?
- 49:12Speaker 1: And Chris they're not married and they're going strong. They're
- 49:15Speaker 1: not married. Actually, you know, Goldie Han and Kurt Russell
- 49:20Speaker 1: not married. Freaking right. Don't ruin a good thing for me.
- 49:28Speaker 1: Give me a nice, cute little ring. Don't even care
- 49:31Speaker 1: what it looks like commitment without like the paperwork. I mean,
- 49:37Speaker 1: I've had paperwork from someone in the legal system, and
- 49:40Speaker 1: it's not that much. I don't dig it that much.
- 49:44Speaker 1: And I think more people are seeing it that way now.
- 49:47Speaker 3: I know a lot more people now who are like no,
- 49:49Speaker 3: I know who are in healthy, long term relationships and
- 49:52Speaker 3: they're like no, I never want to get married. And
- 49:54Speaker 3: not even to bring it back to the dating app,
- 49:55Speaker 3: but it made me think that's another thing you can
- 49:58Speaker 3: cover before you go out with someone. Hey, not only
- 50:03Speaker 3: am I sober Number one? Number two, I'm never I'm
- 50:05Speaker 3: not a marriage person.
- 50:07Speaker 1: So if you are, I'm not the one for you.
- 50:08Speaker 1: And you can just say you don't have to waste
- 50:10Speaker 1: a date out. And I was just thinking about that.
- 50:13Speaker 1: That's like, yeah, I think I'll find someone like later
- 50:17Speaker 1: on in life, when I have what I want in business,
- 50:20Speaker 1: when I have what I want with my two kids,
- 50:25Speaker 1: and then then we'll decide to like go out and
- 50:28Speaker 1: find a partner. Right now, I'm feeling very.
- 50:31Speaker 2: Happy love that you're not going to get married.
- 50:34Speaker 1: No, he said, I think that's where we are there anymore.
- 50:38Speaker 1: We have one more?
- 50:39Speaker 2: Do you want more? Let's do it.
- 50:41Speaker 3: This is just so bride again. Sobriety and how you
- 50:43Speaker 3: stay sober with being social.
- 50:46Speaker 1: That was never a problem for me. I feel like
- 50:48Speaker 1: when I woke up on October twenty second, I just knew,
- 50:51Speaker 1: like I will never touch alcohol again. And I'm standing
- 50:54Speaker 1: firm on this because it just like felt dark, Like
- 50:57Speaker 1: I knew, it felt like an elephant lifted off of
- 50:59Speaker 1: my chin when I said I wasn't drinking anymore. I
- 51:02Speaker 1: loved that feeling. I liked knowing there was a light
- 51:04Speaker 1: at the end of the tunnel and I didn't want
- 51:06Speaker 1: to go back. So it kind of goes back to
- 51:09Speaker 1: the dating thing. If you're feeling triggered by going out
- 51:12Speaker 1: and being social and you want to drink, like you
- 51:16Speaker 1: have to stay home. Yeah, that's just the way. If
- 51:18Speaker 1: you have a drinking problem and going out triggers you,
- 51:20Speaker 1: and you have to drink when you're out. You have
- 51:22Speaker 1: to choose you and your health and know that like
- 51:26Speaker 1: bad things can happen when when you drink too much
- 51:30Speaker 1: and it's not worth it. Also coming up with like
- 51:33Speaker 1: a little drink, that's kind of what you know. It's
- 51:36Speaker 1: like your social lubricant, which for me, I'd have all
- 51:39Speaker 1: of the things that I drink depending on where I'm going,
- 51:43Speaker 1: if I'm going to a nightclub or filming late It's
- 51:45Speaker 1: like I have a diet Cocher or Red Bull if
- 51:47Speaker 1: it's like a pool day where people are having rose.
- 51:50Speaker 1: I have an Arnold palmer. Everything else is like, let's
- 51:54Speaker 1: have my sparkling water. So I think once you kind
- 51:56Speaker 1: of train your mind the placebo effect of like when
- 51:59Speaker 1: I have this, it put me in this mood, I
- 52:01Speaker 1: would start doing that.
- 52:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:04Speaker 1: I also love a stemmed glass. We love a stem
- 52:07Speaker 1: feel like you make it feel like you're drinking. Yes, Nancy, Nancy, Yes,
- 52:12Speaker 1: I love that. Before we sign off, what is We'll
- 52:16Speaker 1: start with you, t T what is your ache of
- 52:18Speaker 1: the day.
- 52:18Speaker 2: I have a stye in my eye. I think I
- 52:21Speaker 2: got it in palm springs from the wind, So that's great.
- 52:24Speaker 2: And now I've been crying because the cat. So now
- 52:27Speaker 2: it's just been a whole nightmare. So that's the egg
- 52:30Speaker 2: of the week because I don't see this going away
- 52:31Speaker 2: anytime soon. And then my relief of the week is
- 52:35Speaker 2: I get it clean. I gotta do this.
- 52:37Speaker 1: Oh that is a nice distraction after the night you had.
- 52:40Speaker 2: And then I get to go home and hang out
- 52:42Speaker 2: with Obo. Oh oboe, my little little stinker.
- 52:47Speaker 1: I love it.
- 52:48Speaker 2: So that's my relief.
- 52:49Speaker 1: Good, that's a good relief. What about you, Jess? Love it?
- 52:52Speaker 3: My ache of the week is probably I'm dealing with
- 52:55Speaker 3: We wear headphones now if you're watching the.
- 52:57Speaker 1: Video, and it's hard to hear my voice so close
- 53:04Speaker 1: to my ears.
- 53:05Speaker 3: It's like a bit like nails on a chalkboard to me,
- 53:10Speaker 3: to me and to some listeners, as we know, Okay,
- 53:15Speaker 3: it's good for me though, because I'm.
- 53:16Speaker 1: Dealing with patience. It's just so close.
- 53:19Speaker 3: And you know, some listeners used to DM me and
- 53:22Speaker 3: be like, your voice is like nails on a chalkboard,
- 53:25Speaker 3: and I would say, no, it's not really, But Mike's
- 53:27Speaker 3: don't lie, and headphones don't lie.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Like it's good for you to have them on. Yeah, yeah, patience, patience,
- 53:35Speaker 1: Maybe learn how to talk different, maybe deep in those voice.
- 53:41Speaker 1: I'm totally kidding. I feel like our voice is sound
- 53:43Speaker 1: the same I've always if you had an annoying voice,
- 53:45Speaker 1: I wouldn't be able to spend as much time with
- 53:47Speaker 1: you as I do. So anyone who's pointing that out,
- 53:51Speaker 1: tell them to kick rocks and kick and like, get
- 53:53Speaker 1: a life, because there's so much going on in the
- 53:55Speaker 1: world that like the last thing I would hone in
- 53:57Speaker 1: on is someone's voice on a podcast.
- 54:00Speaker 3: And to the lovely people because I've said this before,
- 54:02Speaker 3: I don't I love you so much. I don't need
- 54:04Speaker 3: the dms that are.
- 54:04Speaker 1: Like those people are rude. You have the best voice.
- 54:07Speaker 1: Thank you, I love you. But it is I'm getting
- 54:09Speaker 1: used to. So that's my ache. But I'll work on it.
- 54:13Speaker 1: I'll work on it. And my relief is I think
- 54:19Speaker 1: just I mean it is coming in today and being
- 54:22Speaker 1: with you guys. Yeah, that's my relief. This podcast, Yes,
- 54:27Speaker 1: my fam I love this. That's amazing. I would say
- 54:32Speaker 1: the ache of the week for me was probably the
- 54:35Speaker 1: Tahoe trip. It was completely emotionally depleting, and my relief
- 54:44Speaker 1: was going to the desert, even though it was one
- 54:46Speaker 1: hundred and twenty too hot to even get into a pool.
- 54:49Speaker 1: Just being in that house is so amazing. And I
- 54:55Speaker 1: slept in until ten am. Yes, Bravo, bravo. It was
- 55:02Speaker 1: much dessert freaking awesome and we get to hang out
- 55:06Speaker 1: with oh and the podcast. After a really like dark
- 55:09Speaker 1: and heavy night, we get to do the podcast. So
- 55:12Speaker 1: there's a lot of relief that came after some dark moments.
- 55:17Speaker 1: And I appreciate you all, you guys. I want to
- 55:19Speaker 1: thank you for listening to another episode up the give
- 55:21Speaker 1: them a LA podcast. I hope you enjoyed. I love
- 55:24Speaker 1: you all, Happy hump Day, and we'll catch you next week.
