- 0:00Speaker 1: Sentiment is surging today. We're going to break it down
- 0:02Speaker 1: for you. There's a lot of things happening in the market.
- 0:03Speaker 1: Let's just jump right into it. I do want to
- 0:05Speaker 1: thank our sponsor, that is I Trust Capital. Very easy
- 0:08Speaker 1: for you guys to get involved in building out a CRYPTOIRA.
- 0:11Speaker 1: You can do this with both traditional crypto as well
- 0:14Speaker 1: as metals. So all of this is available in the
- 0:17Speaker 1: I trust account. All you have to do is jump
- 0:19Speaker 1: over to I Trustcapital dot com use our link. It's
- 0:21Speaker 1: going to give you a one hundred dollars funding reward
- 0:23Speaker 1: just to get started and do that. It does help
- 0:27Speaker 1: us out. There's a lot of things happening, not only today,
- 0:30Speaker 1: but I think this week that starts to layer in
- 0:33Speaker 1: the potential of what we might see on either a
- 0:37Speaker 1: new run here or could we see some pullbacks that
- 0:41Speaker 1: are waiting in the wings. A couple of things I
- 0:42Speaker 1: want to focus on. Us and I RAN are weighing
- 0:45Speaker 1: further on negotiations to extend and in two weeks ceasefire.
- 0:48Speaker 1: And here's kind of the breakdown the straight of her moves.
- 0:52Speaker 1: The blockade is now Trump's blockade, I should say, is
- 0:55Speaker 1: now active. That's the one where he's blockading the blockade.
- 0:58Speaker 1: The US are proposing a twenty year nuclear suspension. Iran
- 1:02Speaker 1: offered five China Link sanctioned tankers testing the blockade right now.
- 1:07Speaker 1: We'll see if you know what happens there. Saudu Arabia
- 1:10Speaker 1: is coming in and saying, hey, stand down, maybe we've
- 1:12Speaker 1: got something here. And you got dvance of course going
- 1:15Speaker 1: in there, pushing Iran to make a decision. One last
- 1:19Speaker 1: thing to hit on here. Brent crude also falling under
- 1:21Speaker 1: one hundred, as well as WTI, so both have started
- 1:25Speaker 1: to come down. So the markets seem to be pricing
- 1:28Speaker 1: in a deal that is in the work. So I
- 1:30Speaker 1: want to play a clip for you. This is Mark
- 1:32Speaker 1: cud Moore breaking down. Is this optimistic? Are we bullish
- 1:36Speaker 1: now or not? Take a look?
- 1:38Speaker 2: You know now it's a completely different scenario. What happened
- 1:41Speaker 2: is now. I think short term the optimism makes sense.
- 1:44Speaker 2: First of all, negotiations are ongoing. Expectations for the weekend
- 1:47Speaker 2: we're always super low. So the fact that they did
- 1:50Speaker 2: felt reaching agreement wasn't a problem. The point is they
- 1:52Speaker 2: didn't break down entirely. We still have negotiations there, so
- 1:55Speaker 2: that seems a positive. Certain investors are much more positive
- 1:58Speaker 2: on the negotiation than they were a week ago. Second
- 2:01Speaker 2: of all, part of the reason number positive is that
- 2:03Speaker 2: the blockade of Iranian ships is really really smart ultimately
- 2:07Speaker 2: around who was being seen as a strategic or economic
- 2:09Speaker 2: winner of the war up until a week or so ago,
- 2:12Speaker 2: because its oil was getting out at elevated prices, well
- 2:14Speaker 2: the rest was getting blocked, and that's now been changed
- 2:18Speaker 2: fundamentally by this. It's really cutting off their key kind
- 2:20Speaker 2: of winning point. And then also the fact that the
- 2:22Speaker 2: US Navy is going to implement a blockade or rain
- 2:25Speaker 2: imports shows they've got enough naval assets in the region
- 2:28Speaker 2: to soon start kind of building their own escort or
- 2:32Speaker 2: kind of outlining their own safe passage to this strait,
- 2:35Speaker 2: which means we're much closer to the reopening the strait
- 2:37Speaker 2: than we seem to be only a week or so ago.
- 2:40Speaker 2: So around the conflict, that dynamic is very positive.
- 2:42Speaker 1: If you look at the possibility here on polymarket, we
- 2:46Speaker 1: are now edging up for and into this conflict around
- 2:49Speaker 1: April thirty, that seems to be and it's flying fast here.
- 2:52Speaker 1: So maybe this blockade is the pressure that Trump needs
- 2:56Speaker 1: to put on our Ran to get them at the
- 2:58Speaker 1: table in terms of doing it deal. Kobe ec broke
- 3:01Speaker 1: one down talking about the S and P five hundred
- 3:04Speaker 1: now officially up and it's on the year and it's
- 3:06Speaker 1: just one percent away from hitting a new record high.
- 3:09Speaker 1: This is insane. That's five hundred and fifty billion per
- 3:11Speaker 1: trading day for ten straight days on that Just kind
- 3:16Speaker 1: of let that sink in for a minute of everything
- 3:18Speaker 1: that's going on right now, and you have the S
- 3:21Speaker 1: and P five hundred cruising as though nothing is happening.
- 3:25Speaker 1: That's it's just insane. I want to go to a
- 3:27Speaker 1: clip because this is Tom Lee saying, well, you know,
- 3:29Speaker 1: maybe war has been good for stocks. Take a look.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Is there anything that is going to stop stocks right now? Tom,
- 3:37Speaker 3: because they just keep going up.
- 3:39Speaker 4: Well, I think stocks are holding up because the economy
- 3:43Speaker 4: is actually doing better in the face of this war.
- 3:47Speaker 4: And I know it sounds counterintuitive, but part of it
- 3:50Speaker 4: is the defense spending, you know, at thirty billion a
- 3:53Speaker 4: month and it may end up being you know, sixty
- 3:57Speaker 4: billion a month. That's actually stimulative to the economy. This
- 4:02Speaker 4: twenty dollars rise in oil is only adding about twelve
- 4:06Speaker 4: billion a month to the household burden, So a net basis,
- 4:10Speaker 4: the war is actually helping earnings right now. The market
- 4:13Speaker 4: does have a really good way of sort of discounting outcomes,
- 4:16Speaker 4: and I think the reason it's going up is I
- 4:18Speaker 4: think it's we're going to end up with a favorable outcome.
- 4:21Speaker 3: For the markets right now. Is it the Iran war?
- 4:24Speaker 3: Is it corporate earnings which are starting to roll out,
- 4:27Speaker 3: or is it interest rates? People can vote now by
- 4:29Speaker 3: clicking on the QR code. How would Tom Lee vote
- 4:33Speaker 3: on that?
- 4:35Speaker 4: Well, I would say that of those three only one
- 4:39Speaker 4: can create tail events on both sides, which is the
- 4:42Speaker 4: Iran War. So I think that the most important thing
- 4:46Speaker 4: to watch and to really be mindful of is the war.
- 4:50Speaker 1: All right, So I would agree, I think the war
- 4:53Speaker 1: for the tail winds on both sides, and also the
- 4:55Speaker 1: longer lasting effect on how the markets can respond. Other
- 5:00Speaker 1: things you got to look at are going to be
- 5:02Speaker 1: fear and greed, And fear and greed in a very
- 5:04Speaker 1: short period of time has really started to blossom a
- 5:07Speaker 1: little bit. Remember this was just back in February and
- 5:12Speaker 1: we were looking at where is that? Yeah, fifteen, I
- 5:15Speaker 1: think eight at the lowest, and then here we are
- 5:18Speaker 1: at fifty four right now. This always concerns when we
- 5:20Speaker 1: see these kind of movements in a very short period
- 5:22Speaker 1: of time, and at the same time seeing things like
- 5:25Speaker 1: this right here, where you have Bitcoin breaking and getting
- 5:28Speaker 1: another five percent gain, this is now extending out to
- 5:30Speaker 1: seventy four k. Then you have things like this Crypto
- 5:34Speaker 1: is on track which for what could be the largest
- 5:38Speaker 1: liquidation event of twenty twenty six. It's two point eight
- 5:40Speaker 1: billion setting in right now in forced crypto selling is
- 5:44Speaker 1: expected to hit the market. This has happened on guess
- 5:46Speaker 1: what irs deadline? So do you guys think that this
- 5:51Speaker 1: is a short run up to that April fifteenth, which
- 5:54Speaker 1: is tomorrow, or do you feel this is just a
- 5:57Speaker 1: blast through that we're going to see continued growth on
- 6:01Speaker 1: both ether and bitcoin and a lot of these assets
- 6:04Speaker 1: that have been moving even the S and P five hundred.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Let me know when the comments down below bullish or bearish,
- 6:09Speaker 1: just put bullish bearish. Let's go to this tweet right here,
- 6:13Speaker 1: because one guy that is still bullish is of course,
- 6:16Speaker 1: Michael Saylor and Strategies portfolio is back in profit and
- 6:20Speaker 1: you can see it right there. It doesn't take much.
- 6:22Speaker 1: They're up ten percent right now, which is extensive. When
- 6:25Speaker 1: you look at this and when you look at what
- 6:28Speaker 1: Strategy is in right now, it's amazing to me that
- 6:33Speaker 1: they are in profit in a time in which bitcoin
- 6:36Speaker 1: is trading under eighty k. And the only reason I
- 6:40Speaker 1: say that is because many people would say that we've
- 6:43Speaker 1: been through a very significant bearish period. Yet Strategy Strategy
- 6:47Speaker 1: right now starting to sew some signs of life, So
- 6:50Speaker 1: pretty good moves there for sure. Speaking of that, if
- 6:54Speaker 1: you just take a look at the Strategy chart and
- 6:55Speaker 1: go all the way back into May of twenty two,
- 6:58Speaker 1: this was the time in which Strategy actually bottomed ahead
- 7:01Speaker 1: of bitcoins, So is that maybe what is happening right now?
- 7:05Speaker 1: And of course Strategy has been absolutely on fire since then.
- 7:09Speaker 1: If you're looking at where it's been trading, are we
- 7:11Speaker 1: near another bottom here for Strategy currently trading at one
- 7:15Speaker 1: thirty seven? One last thing I want to show if
- 7:17Speaker 1: you just look at the high of where it was
- 7:19Speaker 1: in November twenty four as to where it is right now,
- 7:21Speaker 1: that is almost eighty percent down, so much like an
- 7:24Speaker 1: all coin in many cases that you would see, is
- 7:27Speaker 1: this a play right now? Would you guys go in
- 7:30Speaker 1: on micro strategy as a hedge on what's happening with
- 7:33Speaker 1: the digital asset side. Let me know down in the comments.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Here was an interesting tweet by both theory that the
- 7:39Speaker 1: US is now introducing a bill that would make stable
- 7:42Speaker 1: coin transactions completely tax free. I thought we were trying
- 7:46Speaker 1: to work on a bill that would make bitcoin transactions
- 7:49Speaker 1: tax free. So how does that play into this going forward?
- 7:53Speaker 1: I just don't get that. I want to play another
- 7:56Speaker 1: clip here too, because all of this goes into one
- 7:59Speaker 1: thing that matters the most for crypto, and that of course,
- 8:03Speaker 1: is clarity. And here's Tim Scott talking about how long
- 8:06Speaker 1: they look.
- 8:08Speaker 5: Well, the White House came out with the report just
- 8:10Speaker 5: recently that suggested quite the opposite would be the case
- 8:13Speaker 5: that we have not seen any savings accounts leak into
- 8:18Speaker 5: stable coins. We actually saw an increase in the number
- 8:21Speaker 5: of dollars put into savings accounts since the third quarter
- 8:24Speaker 5: of last year. I wanted to dig into those numbers
- 8:27Speaker 5: and make sure that I understood and appreciated the reality
- 8:30Speaker 5: versus the fiction of this. The flight of savings deposits,
- 8:35Speaker 5: we haven't seen that, to be honest with you, since
- 8:37Speaker 5: the passage of the Genius Ade. So the question really
- 8:40Speaker 5: is what's the real issue, and the real issue is
- 8:43Speaker 5: fear is sometimes they say fear false evidence appearing real.
- 8:47Speaker 5: That's a fact. Today we have not seen the leakage
- 8:49Speaker 5: that people have talked about.
- 8:51Speaker 3: So when do you expect the markup of clarity.
- 8:55Speaker 5: Well, I won't be as clear on that as I
- 8:58Speaker 5: was on Kevin Morrish because there are three major components
- 9:02Speaker 5: that need to be solved. Number one, the rewards issue.
- 9:05Speaker 5: I believe we'll have that solved within the next two weeks.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Number Two, we've got to make sure that the D
- 9:11Speaker 5: five piece is in place, and I believe that that
- 9:14Speaker 5: is almost as close as the rewards piece. And then
- 9:18Speaker 5: number three, we need to make sure that every single
- 9:20Speaker 5: Republican is on the same page at the same time,
- 9:23Speaker 5: and frankly, I think that takes another couple of weeks
- 9:25Speaker 5: for us to get there. As well.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Lots of negotiations happening right now. Over the next few weeks.
- 9:30Speaker 1: We will definitely be on the lookout as we get
- 9:33Speaker 1: into that other things that are happening that are important
- 9:36Speaker 1: to not only the market, but I think also the
- 9:39Speaker 1: sentiment in general, because and that of course will be
- 9:42Speaker 1: Kevin Warsh and his basically his new job at the
- 9:46Speaker 1: Federal Reserve gets what he disclosed assets over one hundred
- 9:51Speaker 1: million dollars. What was interesting was the breakdown, and you
- 9:55Speaker 1: can kind of see a little bit of it. Some
- 9:56Speaker 1: of the names included Compound, this is defive, platform, Optimism, Solana.
- 10:01Speaker 1: So we went out and looked and said, all right, well,
- 10:03Speaker 1: let's go take a look at some of what his
- 10:05Speaker 1: asset structure looks like. And here's the breakdown. Infrastructure and ecosystem.
- 10:09Speaker 1: He had Salt of Optimism, Lightning, and then a decentralized
- 10:13Speaker 1: social platform, consumer applications in polymarket, Brave Browser, Dydx, Canvas,
- 10:20Speaker 1: and even friends with Benefits, so interesting. And then of
- 10:24Speaker 1: course specialized tools you had Crossmint, Dapper, Creator, Dow and
- 10:29Speaker 1: I mean, this is a digon portfolio, so very interesting.
- 10:34Speaker 1: He's on our side.
- 10:35Speaker 5: He's on our.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Side, so I'm assuming that that means we're going to
- 10:37Speaker 1: start seeing some activity at the FED. So I want
- 10:40Speaker 1: to put out Also, this is of course Palo or Data,
- 10:42Speaker 1: the CEO of Tether, announcing the Tether wallet. This is
- 10:45Speaker 1: a big deal because one it has quite a bit
- 10:48Speaker 1: of an effect on what's going on around the world.
- 10:51Speaker 1: The likelihood Tether being the most active stable coin out
- 10:54Speaker 1: there is the network that is getting ready to happen.
- 10:57Speaker 1: If you go to the website, you can kind of
- 10:58Speaker 1: see digital dollars is going to be coin of gold
- 11:01Speaker 1: and a lot of this is transacting on guess what,
- 11:05Speaker 1: ethereum And if you look at the actual ad that
- 11:08Speaker 1: they were putting out there, they're just I mean, they're
- 11:10Speaker 1: going all in on this, So pretty big deal. And
- 11:13Speaker 1: the unique thing is is that this is going to
- 11:15Speaker 1: end up not using the chain that is built on
- 11:20Speaker 1: and controls most of the stable coin. In fact, it's
- 11:22Speaker 1: going to be using ethereum within this. So imagine when
- 11:26Speaker 1: this gets ready to go into other assets other than bitcoin,
- 11:30Speaker 1: eh xaut et cetera. This would be a big deal
- 11:33Speaker 1: for sure. I want to play a clip here by
- 11:35Speaker 1: Larry Fink, and he is talking about how Americans are investing.
- 11:40Speaker 6: Forty percent of Americans do not invest in the financial markets,
- 11:45Speaker 6: but the sixty percent have grown dramatically. And the only
- 11:48Speaker 6: way this can make sense is a long term optimistic view.
- 11:52Speaker 6: And in almost every period of time in our lifetime,
- 11:56Speaker 6: if you bought the dips every time, you would have benefited.
- 12:00Speaker 6: I mean, think about it. If my letter talks about
- 12:02Speaker 6: if you invested on January first, two thousand and a
- 12:05Speaker 6: year later, we had a forty percent draw down, We
- 12:08Speaker 6: had the dot com boom, we had the Great Financial Crisis,
- 12:11Speaker 6: we had COVID, we had many other things. But you
- 12:13Speaker 6: made over eight times your money.
- 12:15Speaker 5: All right.
- 12:16Speaker 1: So what Larry was getting at is there's basically two
- 12:18Speaker 1: types of investors, the ones who don't invest and the
- 12:21Speaker 1: ones that do. Right now is a good example of
- 12:23Speaker 1: this K shaped chart. This is investors winning and everybody
- 12:28Speaker 1: else that's not investing, just like a regular person who's
- 12:31Speaker 1: getting a WT getting a paycheck. That's the sixty percent
- 12:35Speaker 1: that is basically getting beaten every year by inflation. You
- 12:40Speaker 1: know how much inflation is going up, but yet at
- 12:42Speaker 1: the same time, you're not going out and putting it
- 12:45Speaker 1: into any kind of asset, and the asset is the
- 12:47Speaker 1: only way that the market wins, so and you win
- 12:51Speaker 1: going forward. Other things that are hitting right now, which
- 12:54Speaker 1: is good news is that finally there's going to be
- 12:56Speaker 1: a transfer of wealth, and that is that Gen Z
- 12:58Speaker 1: and millennials are are going to be right now, forty
- 13:02Speaker 1: five percent of them own crypto. That's a good news.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Eighteen percent of Gen X and baby boomers do not.
- 13:08Speaker 1: But that means that we are going to see one
- 13:11Speaker 1: hundred and ten trillion in wealth transfer from older generations
- 13:15Speaker 1: to millennials and Gen Z in the coming decades. You
- 13:18Speaker 1: only know where this is going. This is shifting over
- 13:21Speaker 1: to digital assets. A lot of the upstart, whether we
- 13:24Speaker 1: see it in an AI or the next generation technology products,
- 13:27Speaker 1: they're going to be coming out in the S and P.
- 13:29Speaker 1: This is why you guys need to pay attention to it.
- 13:32Speaker 1: One more thing that is hitting on sentiment was this
- 13:35Speaker 1: right here, and this I think brings hope to a
- 13:37Speaker 1: lot of people, because hope is really a driver of sentiment.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Sentiment is a driver of action, and that means that
- 13:44Speaker 1: things change. And right here, Victor Orbon, who has been
- 13:48Speaker 1: in Hungary for quite some time, just got ousted in
- 13:51Speaker 1: the twenty twenty six results. This could also translate to
- 13:54Speaker 1: the United States in terms of the midterms for what's
- 13:57Speaker 1: happening in the Trump administration. This again, it's back here
- 14:00Speaker 1: and there's a lot of other countries that are also
- 14:02Speaker 1: facing this kind of scenario. Are we seeing a global
- 14:06Speaker 1: shift in this not only from a macro standpoint, but
- 14:09Speaker 1: possibly from a financial standpoint. Especially as digital assets start
- 14:13Speaker 1: to reign supreme. We're be covering this and a lot
- 14:16Speaker 1: more as clarity gets closer. Stay tuned. If you like
