  SPEAKER_00: Condemnation says you're a terrible wife.

  SPEAKER_00: You're failing.

  SPEAKER_00: You'll never be enough.

  SPEAKER_00: But conviction, on the other hand, other hand, gosh, sounds different.

  SPEAKER_00: Let's deal with this together.

  SPEAKER_00: There's freedom on the other side of repentance.

  SPEAKER_00: Conviction brings holy grieving, where condemnation brings shame.

  SPEAKER_00: And Romans 8 begins with one of the most freeing verses in all of Scripture.

  SPEAKER_00: It says, Therefore, there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

  SPEAKER_00: The enemy wants you to stay stuck in that shame, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Building up your walls.

  SPEAKER_00: Because yeah, maybe God's forgiven you and your spouse has forgiven you, but have you actually forgiven yourself?

  SPEAKER_00: Or are you holding the the stone on the tomb entrance when God has already blown the door off and you could easily walk out in the freedom of Christ?

  SPEAKER_00: The Holy Spirit leads you toward freedom.

  SPEAKER_00: One pushes you away from God, the other draws you into his presence.

  SPEAKER_00: So today, pay attention to the voices that you're believing.

  SPEAKER_00: I often say that the worst thing that you can do is to tell yourself a lie, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Tell yourself a half-truth, tell yourself something that is not in alignment with God's heart and to agree with yourself.

  SPEAKER_00: So go read Romans 8 1 through 17 and ask the Lord to help you recognize the difference between shame and conviction.

  SPEAKER_00: Because daughters of God don't live under condemnation, they walk in freedom.
