- 0:01Speaker 1: That they've decided to finally list Zoro Ranch. Well, what
- 0:05do you know, hallelujah. This place should have been listed
- 0:10so long ago. This should have been one of the
- 0:12first properties sold. Hell screw that, this property, along with
- 0:16the other ones, should have been seized. You know, if
- 0:21these dudes were out here selling drugs, everything they had
- 0:25would have been seized. But since they're just raping people
- 0:28and involved in human trafficking, it's all good, right, no
- 0:32big deal. Well breaking news, it is a big deal, okay.
- 0:37And these people who were involved in this, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 0:41all of his cohorts, they have all gotten away with
- 0:45it for way, way too long. And now you know,
- 0:48you have the news of Cosby getting out, And I
- 0:51see people trying to equate that to the Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:56situation in Glene Maxwell situation, And to me, all I
- 1:00see her apples and oranges, folks. So I don't see
- 1:06how anyone could equate those two situations. They're very different.
- 1:11One's estate case, one is federal. You know, there's really
- 1:15no similarities in the two cases besides the fact that
- 1:19they both have to do with sexual assault, rape and
- 1:23the abuse of power by powerful men. But that's where
- 1:28the similarities end in that case, right, So I don't know.
- 1:33I pretty much set everything that needs to be said
- 1:38about that ridiculous comparison on yesterday's morning update, But maybe
- 1:42I'll revisit that again later on, because I'll tell you what,
- 1:47it's absolutely a ridiculous comparison to make, in my opinion,
- 1:54just as ridiculous as the fact that there has never
- 1:59been any every one charged in New Mexico for Jeffrey
- 2:02Epstein's crimes. We know that girls were being abused at
- 2:08Zoro Ranch. We know this. They've said that, corroborating witnesses
- 2:12have come out and said what has occurred there. But
- 2:17yet the Attorney General of New Mexico, the powers that
- 2:20be in New Mexico, have decided, in all of their
- 2:24wisdom that they're never that no criminal case is necessary
- 2:28inside of their state. It's such a joke when you
- 2:33have these prosecutors, these local state prosecutors, who try and
- 2:37punt and give it to the Feds to handle instead. Look,
- 2:42your job as the attorney general of your state is
- 2:47to prosecute people who commit crimes in your state, point blank, period.
- 2:54And too many of these clowns don't want to do that,
- 2:57it seems when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, there should
- 3:00be an investigation in New York. There should be an
- 3:04investigation in New Mexico, Florida. Obviously we know because of
- 3:08the non prosecution agreement it's a bit squirrely down there, right,
- 3:11But every place where Epstein allegedly abused girls, there should
- 3:16be a concurrent state investigation running right alongside this federal investigation.
- 3:26Why wouldn't they want every single base covered less, of course,
- 3:35they got something to hide. Our article today is from
- 3:40the New York Post and the author of this article
- 3:44is Mary K. Jacob. Headline Inside Jeffrey Epstein's infamous New
- 3:50Mexico estate now on sale for twenty seven and a
- 3:54half million dollars. Jeffrey Epstein's roughly eight thousand acre New
- 4:02Mexico ranch, where the disgraced financier pedophile allegedly trafficked several women,
- 4:09has now hit the market for a whopping twenty seven
- 4:12and a half million dollars. The Post can confirm, Well,
- 4:16the good thing is that's just some pocket change, right
- 4:19who uh, who's going in with me? Go check out
- 4:22the couches at your house for some change. We'll all
- 4:25chip in and we'll buy this place. What do you
- 4:27think I mean, all kidding aside? Twenty seven and a
- 4:30half million dollars. Wow, it's worth it, Honestly. The property
- 4:36is awesome looking right, The lands and stuff out there
- 4:39is incredible. If you're into the wilderness and you like
- 4:42the high desert, you like nice snowstorms in the winter,
- 4:46you like the heat in the summer, this is the
- 4:49perfect place for you. And you would think, right, somebody
- 4:53who has the money to buy a place like this,
- 4:55somebody who ends up purchasing a place like this, would
- 4:59make it an awesome place, a place where your family comes,
- 5:02You ride ATVs, you go fishing, you might do some hunting,
- 5:05some camping, some hiking, all of it. That's what normal
- 5:11people do if they buy a property such as this, Right,
- 5:14it's something for their family, something for the people they
- 5:17love to enjoy. Not when it comes to somebody like
- 5:20Jeffrey Epstein, Folks, he buys this place to make it
- 5:24an absolute house of horrors, the worst of the worst,
- 5:28in the middle of the desert, desolate, nowhere to go.
- 5:32Even if you got away and you wanted to escape,
- 5:34where would you go? See, I've been there personally. I've
- 5:40seen this place with my own eyes, and I can
- 5:43tell you for a fact this property was chosen for
- 5:49a specific reason. It wasn't an accident that Jeffrey Epstein
- 5:56ended up in New Mexico. It's not an accident that
- 5:59he ended up up at Zoro Ranch in the location
- 6:02it's located at. All of this was part of a
- 6:06gigantic plan, a plot by Epstein and his associates to
- 6:12get themselves a bit of privacy so that they can
- 6:16function the way they want to function. And that is
- 6:19exactly what Zoro Ranch was for them. And it's sad
- 6:27that this place has never been raided, that this place
- 6:30is obviously never going to be rated, and whatever evidence
- 6:33that was on property is now gone forever. Way to
- 6:38go New Mexico, Way to go Attorney General's office, way
- 6:42to go federal government, you bunch of bozo ass clowns.
- 6:48Known as the Zoro Ranch, The main three story home
- 6:51spans a massive thirty thousand square feet and is made
- 6:54up of four bedrooms. The proceeds from the cell are
- 6:58expected to be used for the estates regular administration, including
- 7:03its payment as necessary of taxes, creditors and claimants. Daniel H. Weener,
- 7:09who told who represents Epstein's estate, told the Post, Oh, yeah, well,
- 7:14you know, Uncle Sam's getting his cut. Our crooked ass
- 7:18criminal organization of a government is definitely definitely getting their
- 7:23piece to hell with the survivors. We all know that
- 7:26the government has been the biggest benefac benefactor of Epstein's
- 7:30estate as it is due to taxes. So why should
- 7:32that change. You would think that the government would step
- 7:35up and say, we're waiving our right to these taxes
- 7:39and we're gonna let these survivors get this money tax free. No,
- 7:45they're not gonna do that. Though they'll bullshit you and
- 7:48act like they care about people. They'll bullshit you and
- 7:50act like they care about these girls, and they'll certainly
- 7:53bullshit you and say that they care about getting people
- 7:55like Epstein off of the streets. But we all know
- 7:59the scoop, we all know the deal, and we all
- 8:02know they're hoping for a technicality like their boy Bill Cosby.
- 8:06But guess what, that's not gonna happen in this case. Okay,
- 8:10I hope not. Anyway, there is so much evidence here, folks,
- 8:15piles and piles and piles of evidence. Again, That is
- 8:20why I say the comparisons in the Cosby case are
- 8:24just I don't find them to be as large as
- 8:29some others might seem to find them. Now, I get it,
- 8:32the JUSTICYSM screwed up, and if you give people like
- 8:37Maxwell's team any kind of traction, they're gonna they're gonna
- 8:40attempt to use it. But I think that it's a
- 8:43losing strategy. Once again, I honestly believe that there are
- 8:46no loopholes and there are no technicalities that she's gonna
- 8:50be able to use to wiggle off that hook. Now
- 8:56that COVID nineteen travel restrictions have begun to ease, this
- 9:00unique property should be more easily accessible to a greater
- 9:03number of potential purchasers ween are added. So they opened
- 9:08up thursday, I believe to one hundred percent capacity in
- 9:13New Mexico. So that means that there should be an
- 9:17open house for this right. Maybe a trip down to
- 9:20the open house to get a walk through of this
- 9:22property is in order, because I'll tell you what, I
- 9:26wanted to head down to New Mexico anyway, And now
- 9:32that these restrictions are being lifted, that's the game changer.
- 9:35I've been waiting for. So I'll keep you guys posted,
- 9:39But it's definitely something that I am throwing around right now,
- 9:42tossing around in the air, because I'd love to get
- 9:46a walk through that place, boys and girls. I would
- 9:49love to be able to see behind those doors. Epstein
- 9:56first purchased the land, comprised of a patchwork of private
- 9:59and at least federal lands, back in nineteen ninety three.
- 10:03Though he was never charged with a crime in New Mexico,
- 10:06the compound has been painted as integral to his alleged
- 10:09sex trafficking operation by multiple women who claimed they were
- 10:13trafficked and raped at the ranch. The Siko also reportedly
- 10:19had plans to make it a baby making factory where
- 10:22he would inseminate victims. So again, can anyone explain to
- 10:28me and give me a good reason why it has
- 10:31never been raided? Can anyone give me a reason? Nobody
- 10:36has been able to give me one lately, and maybe
- 10:39you can give me one. Oscar David Marcus, you absolute clown,
- 10:43ambulance chasing six man swingman. Can you give me an answer?
- 10:48Nobody seems to be able to do that. How in
- 10:54the world is this place still up and running? How
- 10:58in the world has this place not been kicked in
- 11:02by the FBI? What is it that was going on
- 11:06in New Mexico that was so important for them to hide?
- 11:10Why would they raid every other property of Jeffrey Epstein's
- 11:14besides the one in New Mexico. Now, look, that's a
- 11:17rhetorical question. I don't have the answers right. Oh. I
- 11:20have a few thoughts, no doubt about that. But the
- 11:25question remains, folks, only one of these properties wasn't raided,
- 11:30and I think we deserve some answers as to why.
- 11:37In addition to the main house, the estate includes a
- 11:40nearby caretaker's residence and Ranch Central, a small village located
- 11:45near the ranch's entry area that has four different properties
- 11:49according to the listing. Now, I've posted pictures on Twitter
- 11:54and on the Facebook page of Zoro Ranch that I
- 11:58took when I went there. Again, I'll post those pictures
- 12:01again today on the Facebook page, so you can see
- 12:05the caretaker's residents and Ranch Central right at the front.
- 12:09I got some pretty decent pictures of that, so I'll
- 12:12definitely toss those up again. But the property goes way, way,
- 12:16way way further back than that, so you have the
- 12:21central area there Ranch Central, and then from there it
- 12:26sprawls all the way back into a much more private setting.
- 12:34Other features of the compound include a grass airstrip, a hangar,
- 12:38horse stables, a firehouse, greenhouse, and the yurt. A yurt huh,
- 12:44I mean, what are they out there doing their best
- 12:46Jengis Khan impersonation a yurt? Okay? I mean cool, I'm
- 12:52down to hang out in a yurt. I guess just
- 12:54a little odd at Jeffrey Epstein's pad to find a yurt.
- 12:57And the hangar, well, we know Glene Maxwell was ferrying
- 13:00passengers from the airport via helicopter. That's according to my
- 13:04own sources, So we know that that's definitely the case,
- 13:08and we know that there were planes landing and coming
- 13:11and going from that airstrip as well. The estate is
- 13:16located thirty five minutes from Santa Fe and both scenic
- 13:19views in all directions. It actually took me forty seven
- 13:22minutes to get there from Santa Fe. And they're not kidding.
- 13:29There are incredible scenic views all over the property. I
- 13:33mean incredible scenic views. And in this article there are
- 13:37a bunch of pictures as well for you to check out,
- 13:40so make sure you go check click on the link
- 13:42and go to this New York Post article. I mean
- 13:45that again, this place is absolutely beautiful. Right now as
- 13:50we speak, I am sitting in a cabin myself somewhere
- 13:55nestled between Big Bear Lake and Lake Arrowhead and California,
- 13:59at about seven thousand feet and it is an epic place.
- 14:04I mean, downstairs, there's a pool table, you know, got
- 14:11all kinds of like video game type situations down in
- 14:15the game room, this big deck. Just an incredible place
- 14:18where I'm at right now, and it is it might
- 14:21as well be a section eight compared to where Jeffrey
- 14:26Epstein's pad was, what his house looked like. I mean,
- 14:29it was just it's an epic place, the kind of
- 14:32place that if you like the outdoors, you like the wilderness,
- 14:36you like the desert, all of that stuff, this is
- 14:39a dream home for you. And this son of a
- 14:43bitch scumbag, instead of making it a place for children
- 14:47to come and you know, really have a good time,
- 14:51make it. You know, that whole village he had, He
- 14:54could have done so much, is what I'm trying to say.
- 14:56With that money, he chose to do what he did
- 14:58and so did Gilaine Maxwell, and they chose to use
- 15:02Zoro Ranch as a base of operations. So why in
- 15:08the world was it never rated. This follows a string
- 15:14of properties sold by Epstein's estate following the Prolific Pervs.
- 15:18Twenty nineteen suicide allegedly at a New York City correctional
- 15:23center after he was charged with sex trafficking and conspiracy
- 15:27to traffic miners for sex. Again, how come he has
- 15:30he wasn't hit with the Man Act? Folks, any lawyers
- 15:33out there listening to the podcast today can if you
- 15:36want to, want to clue me in on why this
- 15:38clown ass MF wasn't hit with the Man Act? Why
- 15:44Glaine Maxwell wasn't hit with the Man Act. That's what
- 15:47the thing was created for, right Are we ever gonna
- 15:49use it? Are we not gonna? I mean, what the
- 15:51hell you know? I don't understand. Also, how R Kelly
- 15:56is charged with RICO but Glaine Maxwell is not. You
- 16:00look at all of the different places they were bringing girls,
- 16:03taking girls, and it is a clear cut case of RICO.
- 16:10But for some reason, Maureen Coomian friends have not decided
- 16:16to pursue it that way. And that, folks, is the
- 16:19most distressing part of this whole case, in my opinion,
- 16:26Zorol Ranch is the sprawling site where Epstein planned to
- 16:29artificially inseminate women. According to a lengthy profile in The
- 16:33New York Times, computer scientist and writer Jaron Lanier told
- 16:37the Times that he once spoke to a scientist who
- 16:40related how the convicted pedophile's goal was to have twenty
- 16:44women at a time impregnated at the ranch. And you see,
- 16:48when you're dealing with a narcissist like Jeffrey Epstein, like
- 16:51doctor Delay told us and explained to us, that's this
- 16:55guy wants to inseminate this many women because he truly
- 16:58believes that his gan his DNA are superior to everybody else's.
- 17:04So with that mind, he thought he was gonna seed
- 17:07a whole bunch of children, have himself a whole bunch
- 17:10of little hymns running around. Huh, just what this world needs.
- 17:19Epstein kept tight security at the ranch, too. According to
- 17:22a contractor who worked on the site, we had to
- 17:25be escorted in on a truck with other employees, and
- 17:28once inside, we had to put little hospital booties over
- 17:31our feet, and it was mandated that we are escorted
- 17:34everywhere we went, and you side entrances. The contractor recalled
- 17:39about every three minutes someone would come down to keep
- 17:42an eye on us while we were working. And the
- 17:45source I spoke to in New Mexico talked about the
- 17:47same thing about when they were working and delivering things there.
- 17:51How it was the same procedure. Watched like a hawk.
- 17:54These dudes. They were keeping an eye on every little
- 17:57thing that you did. And it doesn't shock me. Right, Epstein, Maxwell,
- 18:04the whole team, all those people. You know that they're
- 18:06going to have a keen eye on everybody who's working.
- 18:10They don't want you stumbling into the av room, right,
- 18:13they don't want you stumbling into you know, something you
- 18:17shouldn't see. So it's gonna be a well managed, well
- 18:21manicured stay. It's going to be a situation where you're
- 18:25there to do whatever the job is, and that is
- 18:27it alone. Do not wander around, do not check out
- 18:31other rooms, no exploring, none of that shit. There's gonna
- 18:35be eyes on you at all times anytime you're dealing
- 18:38with Epstein or one of his properties. So again, now
- 18:42when you're looking at it and you know everything, we know,
- 18:45shit looks real suspect, doesn't it. What was Epstein hiding
- 18:49at that ranch? What was really going on at that ranch?
- 18:54And why are the authorities so scared to rate it?
- 19:00What are they worried about? Why didn't they do it?
- 19:03What were they worried they were going to expose? Again,
- 19:08I don't have those answers, folks, but those are questions
- 19:10that certainly need to be asked. Earlier this year, Epstein's
- 19:15Manhattan townhouse sold for a whopping fifty one million dollars. Wopping,
- 19:21considering it was listed for eighty eight kind of a haircut,
- 19:25in my opinion. His Palm Beach, Florida compound sold for
- 19:28eighteen and a half million, and the new owner plans
- 19:31to completely demolish it with the intent of building a
- 19:33new structure that's already occurring. Neil Ryan of Southeece International
- 19:38Realty has the listing. The Wall Street Journal was the
- 19:42first to report the property hitting the market, So it
- 19:47shouldn't shock you that Southbeece is involved, considering their scum
- 19:50baggery in the art world. Well, folks, finally Zoro Ranch
- 19:57is up for sale, and it's a sad day. Honestly. Look,
- 20:01it's good that the money's gonna be you know, divved out,
- 20:04sent to the fund whatever. But it's sad that nobody
- 20:07has ever rated it. It's sad that the Attorney General
- 20:10of New Mexico never felt it worthy of criminal investigation.
- 20:15And it's even more sad and more importantly sad for
- 20:19the survivors who were abused there, who are again denied justice.
- 20:27If you like to contact me, you could do that
- 20:29at Bobby Kapucci at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bbu
- 20:33Y c ap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You
- 20:38can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore c
- 20:42ap u Cci. All of the links that go with
- 20:46this episode can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
- 20:51what's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 20:57Zoro Ranch has been on the market now for quite
- 21:00some time, and previously they had it listed at twenty
- 21:05seven and a half million dollars. Well, nobody was biting,
- 21:09nobody wanted to buy it, and now it just took
- 21:13another six million dollar haircut. With the way the markets
- 21:19look right now, with inflation, interest rates skyrocketing, it's gonna
- 21:24be a tough sell. In my opinion, I don't know,
- 21:28who has the kind of money that's gonna come swooping
- 21:31in right now to buy Jeffrey Epstein's IESAAR. Now, if
- 21:37the rates were still low and people could get cheaper loans,
- 21:43then maybe there would be more of a chance of
- 21:45there being a big market for it. But now you're
- 21:48really relying on people who don't really care about the
- 21:51inflation rate, and that's you know, a handful of people.
- 21:55There is a market for it. People still buy homes,
- 21:57people still buy property, but the rate is significant, especially
- 22:03when you're talking about the amount of money we're talking
- 22:06about here. So you're looking at a big commitment. And
- 22:11if this isn't a piece of land that you want
- 22:13or you don't want to deal with the issues that
- 22:16come along with it, look you lose and the rest
- 22:19of it. You know, it's a lot to think about.
- 22:22Me personally, what I would do is I would buy
- 22:25this land and I would knock it down, all the
- 22:29property on it, all the houses, and I'd knock all
- 22:31that shit down. And then what I would do is
- 22:34I'd build a facility in its place that fought against
- 22:38human trafficking, maybe some kind of nonprofit base there, and
- 22:42then the rest of the land i'd open up for
- 22:44hiking or whatever. But I don't know who would want
- 22:48to live in a house like this. Don't get me wrong,
- 22:50it is a beautiful place, but all of those kinds
- 22:53of memories and I couldn't live in a place like this.
- 22:57I would have to knock it down and rebuild it
- 22:59and have a new house to live in, or like
- 23:01I said, turn it into some kind of nonprofit. And
- 23:04obviously that's pie in the sky type of shit. You
- 23:07have to have big money to be able to make
- 23:09moves like that, and there's only a handful of people
- 23:12really in the world who have that kind of money.
- 23:14So chances are whoever buys this property is going to
- 23:19either a live in it or they're going to knock
- 23:22it down or refurbish it or whatever. But with the
- 23:27sky high interest rates right now, I just don't see
- 23:30them moving this property anytime soon. Today we have an
- 23:34article from the New York Post and the author is
- 23:38Mary K. Jacob, headline, Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico ranch now
- 23:43six million dollars less after a year on the market.
- 23:47And you'll see that with properties, right I'm not a
- 23:50real estate guy by any means, but you see properties
- 23:53getting reduced when they're on the market for too long,
- 23:57and it signals to other buyers that something's going on, right,
- 24:00Why is this property on the market for so long?
- 24:03And then you see it get a reduction and this
- 24:06is just the way it goes, and it just signals
- 24:09that there's not a market right now for this ranch.
- 24:15Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico ranch, where some of his most
- 24:18monstrous allegations of sexual abuse occurred, is having a hard
- 24:21time landing a buyer. On Friday, the seventy five hundred
- 24:26plus acre ranch, referred to as the Zoro Ranch, received
- 24:30a six million dollars price cut. The Post can report. Now,
- 24:34seventy five hundred acres is just a gigantic sprawl. Like
- 24:39my dream is to own like two hundred acres, So
- 24:42that just shows you right there, the context, right, and
- 24:45even with like two hundred acres, just to buy the land,
- 24:47depending on where you buy it, you're looking at a
- 24:49nice chunk of change. But that's ultimately my goal, after
- 24:53Carrie and I open up the gym, to eventually buy
- 24:57just a huge, huge parcel of land and hopefully have
- 25:01enough of that land to piece it off to my
- 25:03friends if they want to buy a few acres, because
- 25:06I want to live next to my people. I want
- 25:08to live next to my friends, my family, you know,
- 25:12the people I trust, because those are the only people
- 25:16you can really rely on when shit goes south. What
- 25:19are you gonna wait for the government to come riding
- 25:20in to save you? And the way people you know
- 25:24don't know their neighbors these days, people aren't really friendly
- 25:27with each other. It's just not my scene. And as
- 25:31somebody who's grown up in the city their whole life,
- 25:35I want a different way to go about things because
- 25:39there's just too much nonsense in the city. So seventy
- 25:42five hundred acres, it's a lot of land, folks. And
- 25:46when I was out there at Zoro Ranch, I was
- 25:48just blown away by not only how much land this
- 25:51man had, but the desolation of it all. It is
- 25:55truly a desolate, desolate place. And if you're not familiar
- 26:00with this sort of area, desert type of area, there's
- 26:07no way you're gonna hike out of here. In the
- 26:09summer it's way too hot. In the winter it's way
- 26:12too cold, And even people who are proficient at long
- 26:17distance hiking would have a tough time of it in
- 26:20the middle of you know, a Santa Fe winter, snow falling.
- 26:24So Epstein chose this place for a reason, and one
- 26:28of the reasons, besides the desolation, is the fact that
- 26:31he didn't have to register as a sex offender in
- 26:34the state. So when you look at things just piecemeal,
- 26:39you could write them off as being oh, that's just
- 26:42I don't know, that's just a coincidence. But when you
- 26:45put everything together, it paints a real disturbing picture of
- 26:48what this dude was up to in New Mexico. And
- 26:51then when we talk about all of the missing Indigenous girls. Look,
- 26:54I'm not saying that Epstein had anything to do with
- 26:57any of that, but did he molest any of the girls?
- 26:59For the local towns Stanley, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, you know,
- 27:04Albuquerque is not that long of a ride hour fifteen
- 27:06minutes or so. Initially hitting the market last July for
- 27:13twenty seven and a half million, the estate is now
- 27:15on sale for twenty one and a half million. Epstein
- 27:19reportedly had plans to make the ranch a baby making
- 27:22factory where he would inseminate his victims, and we've talked
- 27:26about that too. The transhumanism aspect of all of this,
- 27:29the Santa Fe Institute, all of the weirdo scientists this
- 27:32guy would hang out with. Look again, there was a
- 27:36reason he chose Santa Fe. This guy could have went
- 27:38anywhere in the whole entire world in the country and
- 27:41set this up, but he chose New Mexico. And it's
- 27:47no different like with Glenn Maxwell, Right, she wanted to
- 27:50go to Danbury, but she wasn't allowed to. She had
- 27:54to go to Tallahassee. She chose Danbury, but thankfully they
- 27:58didn't let her go where she wanted to go. And
- 28:01it's the same with Epstein. Not obviously in jail or whatever,
- 28:05But he chose New Mexico for a reason. He wanted
- 28:08to go to New Mexico for a reason. Over the years,
- 28:14several women came out accusing the late disgrace New York
- 28:17based investor pedophile of sexually abusing them there. Though he
- 28:21was never charged with a crime in New Mexico, the
- 28:23compound has been painted as an integral as integral to
- 28:27his sex trafficking operation. Yeah, it was the sources that
- 28:31I talked to while I was down there. One of
- 28:33them who used to work at an airport where these
- 28:36girls would be flown into told me the whole entire deal.
- 28:42They knew what was up. They would see these young
- 28:44girls with Jeffrey Epstein. Everybody knew it wasn't some kind
- 28:48of secret in New Mexico. But Baldaris and the leadership
- 28:52down there, for whatever reason, I don't have an answer
- 28:56for you. I wish I did, but for whatever reason,
- 28:59they decided not to pursue a parallel investigation. And of
- 29:05course you can run a million different directions with that,
- 29:09with conspiracies, but the fact is there was no investigation,
- 29:14no door was kicked in. And then you look at
- 29:16Jeffrey Epstein and his friends in the state, Bill Richardson,
- 29:20the kings, some of the most powerful people, actual kingmakers
- 29:24in the state, so you know he had ample protection.
- 29:31Located in Stanley, south of Santa Fe, the compound is
- 29:34made up of a three story, four bedroom main house,
- 29:38a nearby caretaker's residence, and multiple other structures. The listing
- 29:43notes it is also it also has excuse me, another
- 29:47separately and privately located residence and four other residents at
- 29:51Ranch Central, located near the Ranch entry area. Meanwhile, the
- 29:56lodge and log cabin are also located in their own
- 30:00private location on the ranch. So when I was there,
- 30:04obviously I didn't hop the fence or anything like that.
- 30:06I'm not trying to go to jail in New Mexico.
- 30:09But from what I could see from where I was at,
- 30:12it was obvious that the ranch area, the workers quarters,
- 30:17if you will, was placed far away from the main
- 30:21house so they could have another level of secrecy. Look,
- 30:26this guy did everything with a plan in mind. And
- 30:30as much as I despised the guy and think he's
- 30:33a disgusting animal, he certainly knew what he wanted to do.
- 30:37As far as this whole entire criminal enterprise, they had
- 30:42it all mapped out, folks. Amenities include a grass airstrip
- 30:47and hangar, horse stables, a firehouse, and a yurt. Records
- 30:51obtained by the Post reveal that Epstein had bought the
- 30:54ranch back in nineteen ninety three from Gary King, who
- 30:57served as New Mexico's thirtieth Attorney General at the time.
- 31:01The purchase comprised private and least federal lands, So you
- 31:05see the name King pop back up. And I'm not
- 31:08gonna dive too deep into all of that. We've discussed
- 31:11that at length, but it's obvious that Epstein had a
- 31:14lot of pull in New Mexico. After heightened allegations resurfaced
- 31:22against Epstein in twenty nineteen concerning his involvement with miners,
- 31:27the state land Commissioner ended the grazing deal. And there
- 31:30was nothing even grazing there. There's no when I went there, especially,
- 31:33there was no livestock. This dude wasn't a farmer. You
- 31:36know how many people would kill to have this land
- 31:38and actually turn it into a farm to leave something
- 31:41to their family. I mean, that's my biggest goal, to
- 31:46make sure that I'm leaving something. I don't have kids,
- 31:49but I have a bunch of little cousins who were
- 31:51like my nieces and nephews, you know, so I want
- 31:54to leave something to them. And this guy's over here
- 32:00using all these grazing deals and the rest of it
- 32:03and not even having a farm or cattle or anything,
- 32:06instead using the ranch to molest and rpe people, and
- 32:09nobody in the state meaning authorities, gives a fuck. We
- 32:14are officially canceling the leases with Zoro Ranch and Cyprus Incorporated.
- 32:19State Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard told the local kr
- 32:23QE station at the time. I would never sign any
- 32:27lease agreements or contracts with such individuals as Jeffrey Epstein
- 32:31or any of his co conspirators. Well that's nice. Too
- 32:34bad your predecessors didn't feel the same way. Computer scientist
- 32:40and writer Jaron Lanier claimed to The New York Times
- 32:43that he previously spoke into a fellow scientist who revealed
- 32:47the convicted pedophile's goal of having at least twenty women
- 32:50at a time impregnated at the ranch. And we know
- 32:53he had like the I forget how many people It
- 32:56was like a twelve person shower there. Look, he was
- 33:00at this ranch with his transhumanism at the forefront of
- 33:04his mind, had all of his buddies close to him,
- 33:08had the Santa Fe Institute that was playing crucial role
- 33:13in all of these plans and plots as far as
- 33:16impregnating people, transhumanism and the rest of it. And there's
- 33:21no doubt that that's what he was up to. Epstein
- 33:26had hope to use the seventeen million dollar property to
- 33:29impregnate countless women and see the human race with his DNA.
- 33:33The New York Times reported, I mean, can you imagine
- 33:36a bunch of Epstein's running around this planet. Talk about,
- 33:40you know, the throwing people in volcanoes. If there was
- 33:44a bunch of Epstein's running around the world, I might
- 33:46just hop into the volcano and be done with it.
- 33:49But despite this report, there is no evidence that Epstein
- 33:52had any children. Meanwhile, when Epstein stayed at the ranch,
- 33:56security was very tight. I can confirm that from my sources.
- 34:01When Epstein was at the ranch, you could tell that
- 34:03there was a different kind of buzz and a lot
- 34:06of times Epstein would fly into Santa Fe and then
- 34:10they'd use the helicopter Maxwell piloting it from the Santa
- 34:13Fe airport over to Zoro Ranch with a gaggle of
- 34:17young girls. We had to be escorted in on a
- 34:21truck with other employees, and once inside we had to
- 34:25put little hospital booties over our feet. And it was
- 34:28mandated that we are escorted everywhere we went and use
- 34:31side entrances. A contractor who spoke on condition of anonymity,
- 34:36recalled about every three minutes someone would come down to
- 34:39keep an eye on us while we were working. Oh,
- 34:41I wonder, why could it be? They don't want you
- 34:44to stumble upon anything you shouldn't be stumbling upon Meanwhile,
- 34:49his two Virgin Island properties, dub Pedophile Island, remain on sale.
- 34:54All the money from the sale of his properties is
- 34:57expected to go into resolving outstanding law suits and the
- 35:01cost of the estate's operations. Daniel Wiener, an attorney for
- 35:04Epstein's estate, previously told The Post. Epstein died at the
- 35:09Metropolitan Correctional Center on August tenth, twenty nineteen, in what
- 35:13his autopsy determined was a suicide by hanging. He had
- 35:17been ordered to ordered held without bail since his arrest
- 35:20July sixth, twenty nineteen, at Teterborough Airport in New Jersey.
- 35:27So there you have it, having a problem selling these properties,
- 35:32and folks, I don't see it getting better anytime soon
- 35:35because we're not even done with the Federal Reserve hiking
- 35:39interest rates. We have more of that coming down the pipe,
- 35:42so it's gonna be a lot more pain for people
- 35:44buying homes and investing in stuff like that. So I
- 35:47just don't see it selling anytime soon. But we'll keep
- 35:50our eye on it and we'll certainly see what comes
- 35:53of it. If you'd like to contact me, you can
- 35:56do that at Bobby Kupuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's
- 36:00Bobby Capucci at Protonmeil dot com. You can also find
- 36:07me on Twitter at Bobby underscore cap Ucci. The link
- 36:13that I discussed can be found in the description box.
- 36:17All right, everybody, hope you're all having a great Friday,
- 36:20and I will be back in a little while with
- 36:23a little bit more what's up everyone, and welcome back
- 36:26to the Epstein Chronicles. Jeffrey Epstein's new Mexico ranch is
- 36:32basically impossible to sell at this point, and they've had
- 36:35to give it several haircuts off its original price. However,
- 36:40that hasn't enticed anybody to come forward and say, you
- 36:43know what, I think I want to purchase Jeffrey Epstein's
- 36:47transhumanism baby making ranch. And I don't see there being
- 36:52a market for it now, especially considering how high the
- 36:56interest rates are and how cumbersome it is to get
- 37:00yourself some sort of loan at this point. So my
- 37:03guess is this ranch is going to sit on the
- 37:06market for quite some time. But really the question is,
- 37:10how is it that this ranch was never raided? You
- 37:14have a dude who compiles a website about Area fifty one,
- 37:19and the cops raid this guy's house with a no
- 37:21knock warrant, full tactical gear, guns drawn, the whole thing.
- 37:26But nobody could have been bothered to kick in the
- 37:28door at Jeffrey Epstein's ranch over here and see what
- 37:31sort of evidence is possibly on the property, Considering women
- 37:36and girls have said they've been abused there, considering we've
- 37:39heard horror story after horror story about what went on there.
- 37:45But nobody in this state could be bothered to kick
- 37:47in that door and raid this place. And it's amazing
- 37:52to me because you look around and you see the
- 37:54other places that they raid or spend resources at, and
- 37:58it makes you shake your head. I'm not saying the
- 38:00guy that had the Area of fifty one website wasn't,
- 38:03you know, maybe dicking around with classified files or something,
- 38:07But really, you're gonna raid that dude's house that way
- 38:10with tactical teams and guns drawn, the whole thing. But
- 38:14Jeffrey Epstein's rats over here in New Mexico, Eh, we
- 38:18don't have any time to go check out what's going
- 38:20on over there. I mean, it's all absurd. And then
- 38:23you wonder why people are looking at you sideways, meaning
- 38:26the Department of Justice. It's like Okay, cool, we'll go
- 38:30after the low hanging fruit, but we're not gonna go
- 38:32after the real criminals. We're gonna let people like Jeffrey
- 38:35Epstein just slide on by. And the Area fifty one guy,
- 38:39oh no, forget that he's going down to Gitmo. It's
- 38:43crazy and it's a waste of resources. Can anyone out
- 38:47there listening to this podcast truly tell me you care
- 38:50what some guy who is compiling information about Area fifty
- 38:53one has on his computer, especially considering we know that
- 38:58there's people like Epstein out there right now. Wow, as
- 39:00we speak, Epstein was only the tip of the iceberg.
- 39:04But yeah, go on with your bad self and patch
- 39:06yourselves on the back for raiding the Area fifty one
- 39:09guy's house, while Jeffrey Epstein's ranch has never been raided
- 39:12and Sam Bankman Freedom Company are still running around having
- 39:17Harry Potter Orgy's Do we live in a simulation or what? Folks?
- 39:22This can't be the real This can't be real life,
- 39:24right am? I? Unlike some kind of like induced slumber
- 39:28that I don't know about, because this is all absurd
- 39:31to me. Today's article is from the Daily Mail headline
- 39:36sale price of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's eight thousand acre New
- 39:40Mexico ranch is slashed by nine and a half million
- 39:43to eighteen million after sitting on the market for a
- 39:46year and a half. So this is the worst time
- 39:49for a place like this to be on the market,
- 39:51considering all of the financial uncertainty that's present, And nobody's
- 39:56really going to make a leap here and buy this,
- 39:58at least nobody who isn't a filthy rich already. My
- 40:02guess would be this will be a cash purchase. If
- 40:04somebody swoops in to buy this place, they're gonna come
- 40:07in with a bag full of money and not have
- 40:09to worry about paying interest rates and stuff like that.
- 40:12But short of that, I don't think you're going to
- 40:14get any sort of normal person, or any sort of
- 40:16even rich person who isn't filthy rich to swoop in
- 40:20and buy this place. This article was authored by Hope
- 40:25Sloop and Daniel Bates. Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico
- 40:31ranch had its price slashed once again as it continues
- 40:35to sit on the market after nearly a year and
- 40:37a half. The Zoro ranch, thirty five miles from Santa
- 40:41Fe is now down to eighteen million dollars, a nearly
- 40:44ten million dollar drop from its initial listing price of
- 40:47twenty seven and a half million. And now, look, I've
- 40:50been down there personally, and I've seen what this ranch
- 40:53looks like, and there's no doubt it's a beautiful property.
- 40:57The problem is all of the horrific shit that happened
- 41:00on that property, and that's really not a draw for people.
- 41:04Nobody's sitting around right now, at least I wouldn't think so,
- 41:07saying to themselves, boy oh boy, I can't wait to
- 41:10stroll into Jeffrey Epstein's old house and set my family
- 41:13up here. I mean, come on. So it's gonna take
- 41:16a special kind of buyer to purchase a place like this,
- 41:20and I've said it a million times. If I had
- 41:21the money, I'd buy this place, and I'd turn it
- 41:24into a home or a transition center for women who
- 41:27have been trafficked. Epstein's new Mexico home, which sits on
- 41:33nearly eight thousand acres, first went on the market in
- 41:35July of twenty twenty one. Buyers could be deterred by
- 41:39reports indicating he had hopes to turn the sprawling thirty
- 41:42three thousand square foot property into a baby making factory,
- 41:46and that several women have reported to have been raped
- 41:49and assaulted there when they were under age. And remember
- 41:52no state investigation by New Mexico. They never initiated a
- 41:55state investigation. Ever, they punted it to the Feds. They
- 42:00could have easily raided this house. I mean, think about it.
- 42:03If you were the DA and someone reported this to you,
- 42:06that people were being molested and raped in your state,
- 42:09don't you think you would have taken action? Or would
- 42:11you punt to the Feds and wash your hands clean
- 42:14of it. Several women reported being sexually abused by Epstein
- 42:22at the New Mexico property. The New York financier was
- 42:25never charged in the state with any crimes, however, And
- 42:29it's also funny that he didn't have to register as
- 42:31a sex offender there. So remember with Epstein, everything was
- 42:34planned out right. He always had a blueprint. He wasn't
- 42:37just shooting from the hit. For as much of a
- 42:39disgusting person as Epstein was, he was pretty shrewd and
- 42:43he knew how to manipulate situations to his benefit. And
- 42:46there's no doubt about that. Delipressot, delimail dot Com exclusively
- 42:51revealed photos of the home purchased through the millionaire's holding company,
- 42:55Cyprus Incorporated. In May. Epstein allegedly committed suicide in his
- 43:00New York prison cell in twenty nineteen while awaiting trial
- 43:03for sex trafficking. Well, at least they said allegedly there
- 43:07and the pictures. Look, when you click on this link
- 43:10and you check out these pictures, there's no doubt how
- 43:13beautiful this place is, how opulent it is. But that
- 43:16can't mask the horror story that it hides, the fact
- 43:21that girls were taken here and they were raped and abused,
- 43:24and folks, just the ones we've heard about. Do you
- 43:28mean to tell me that you think Epstein wasn't up
- 43:30to the same shit he was up to in Florida
- 43:32and New York in New Mexico. How many young girls
- 43:35were abused in New Mexico that we have no idea about. Furthermore,
- 43:39how many Indigenous girls. Now nobody ever really talks about that,
- 43:43but there's a lot of missing Indigenous girls in a
- 43:47place like New Mexico. And I'm not saying for sure
- 43:50that Epstein was, you know, abusing them or whatever, but
- 43:53it's certainly something that needs to be looked into, and
- 43:55what happened in New Mexico has been a complete whitewash.
- 43:58We have no real information about what went down here
- 44:01in New Mexico. All we have is a bunch of,
- 44:03you know, short reports, No in depth reporting going on
- 44:08down here, that's for damn sure. At the time, Virginia
- 44:14Roberts said that she had been trafficked to the Santa
- 44:16Fe County ranch, while Maria Farmer claimed her sister Annie
- 44:20was assaulted at the home in nineteen ninety six by
- 44:23the millionaire and his co conspirator, Gallaine Maxwell, who was
- 44:26sixty Epstein allegedly closely guarded the property to ensure it
- 44:31was secluded from the world. The ranch was set up
- 44:34to be self sufficient and private. The property even came
- 44:37with its own firehouse with a working engine and fire
- 44:40retention water tanks in case of a blaze. Glass houses
- 44:44accommodate a generous kitchen, garden, and offer the ranch a
- 44:49home for its own private echo system. And when you
- 44:52get to this place and you're looking at it from
- 44:54the front of the property, you can see this sprawling,
- 44:58you know, spread they got here as far as the
- 45:01other house is not the main house you have the firehouse,
- 45:04you have a like schoolhouse, a farmhouse, and it's just
- 45:08a bizarre situation, you know, when you look at it,
- 45:13knowing what we know about him, and you look at
- 45:15where this ranch is located and how desolate it is,
- 45:19and you put all the pieces together, it's a pretty
- 45:23scary site because where this place is located, you can't
- 45:27get away from there. If say you were brought there
- 45:30and you wanted to leave, there's no way you're getting
- 45:33away from there. What are you going to do? Walk?
- 45:35It's about forty seven miles to Santa Fe. So what
- 45:40are you going to do? In the summer it's hot
- 45:43as hell? In the winter cold snow, and these girls,
- 45:48these young girls would be brought to this ranch and
- 45:50they have nowhere to go. The financier Pedophile use the
- 45:57ten thousand acre ranch as a playground for his viaes,
- 46:00who he brought to the secluded estate a few times
- 46:03each year. Sales from the Epstein's other estates have been
- 46:06used to fund the Epstein Crime Compensation Program, which was
- 46:11created in June of twenty twenty. The man's townhouse in
- 46:14Manhattan sold for fifty one million in twenty twenty one,
- 46:17while his home in Palm Beach was sold for eighteen
- 46:19and a half million. Daniel Weener, an attorney for the estate,
- 46:23said in twenty twenty one the compensation program has been
- 46:26funded with over one hundred and forty million dollars. According
- 46:30to The Wall Street Journal, that's a proper name for
- 46:33this guy, JA, representing the estate, Wiener. The news of
- 46:39the estate's price reduction come just days after it was
- 46:42confirmed that dozens of court documents relating to Epstein's associates,
- 46:46including a billionaire businessman, will be made public. Judge Loretta
- 46:51Presca recently ruled that the public interest outweighs the right
- 46:54to privacy and that the materials should be unsealed, despite
- 46:58one subject claiming wrongfully harm his privacy and reputation. Presco
- 47:03overrode objections from Tom Pritzker, the billionaire executive chairman of
- 47:07the Hyatt Hotels, and ordered material related to him to
- 47:11be made public. The documents are a part of a
- 47:14defamation case brought against Maxwell by accuser Roberts in twenty
- 47:19sixteen that was later settled. The troph of material has
- 47:23been released on a rolling basis after with the first
- 47:26set coming in twenty nineteen. Two days before Epstein killed
- 47:30himself after numerous requests from media organizations, and Judge Presca
- 47:35has been really good about this. She's been rolling this
- 47:37stuff out, like they say here, on a rolling basis,
- 47:40and she's given us a nice glimpse of what went
- 47:43on and what was in that defamation suit. A total
- 47:47of sixteen non party dos objected to the release of
- 47:50the files being made public, and the first set of
- 47:53eight have already been dealt with by the Federal Court
- 47:55in New York. The latest batch related to the remaining eight,
- 47:59referred to as H twelve twenty eight, ninety seven, one
- 48:02oh seven, one forty four, one forty seven, one seventy one,
- 48:06and one eighty three. Judge Presca said that much of
- 48:09the purportedly sensitive information had already been made public. Last
- 48:13year during Maxwell's trial for trafficking underage girls to Epstein,
- 48:18which led to her being jailed for twenty years, she
- 48:21ran through dozens of documents and ordered them all to
- 48:24be unsealed. Documents related to DOE one eighty three were
- 48:28to be made public as they have been the subject
- 48:30of intense media coverage and cropped up in Maxwell's trial. However,
- 48:34Judge Presco put a stay on the release of the
- 48:37materials to November twenty eighth, so that Doe could appeal
- 48:40if they wanted. Dough one oh seven claimed that unsealing
- 48:43their material would connect them to Epstein and unnecessarily invade
- 48:47their privacy. No, you connected yourself to Epstein, and if
- 48:52you get outed for that, well that's on you. Nobody
- 48:54ever told you to run around with a molester. Nobody
- 48:57told you to hang out with a rapist. So now
- 48:59that people are going to know that you were breaking
- 49:01bread with this dude, I don't want to hear shit
- 49:03about it. And as far as the property catching another haircut,
- 49:08I expected to get another one. In fact, with the
- 49:10economy steering the way it's going, with the market as
- 49:14far as home purchasing and buying property being down, who's
- 49:19gonna step up here and spend this kind of money?
- 49:21I don't see it. All right, folks, that's gonna do
- 49:24it for this one. If you'd like to contact me,
- 49:26you can do that at Bobby Kapuuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
