- 0:04Speaker 1: Hello, friends from across the nation and around the world.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I'm Martin, and you are listening to Dad's Bedtime Stories,
- 0:13Speaker 1: the podcast that takes listener ideas and turns them into
- 0:16Speaker 1: bedtime stories. Tonight's idea comes from someone named Levi. Levi
- 0:23Speaker 1: emailed me this idea a little while ago, and yeah,
- 0:27Speaker 1: I'm finally getting to it. Basically, Levi wanted a paper
- 0:32Speaker 1: planet where there's a person who meets you and teaches
- 0:37Speaker 1: you how to make any kind of or gommi you want.
- 0:41Speaker 1: He also specifically asked for me to mention New Zealand.
- 0:45Speaker 1: So New Zealand it is a place I'd really like
- 0:49Speaker 1: to go someday, but I've never been to it. I'm
- 0:52Speaker 1: guessing Levi's from New Zealand. I came across the idea
- 0:56Speaker 1: again when I was going back through my email to
- 0:59Speaker 1: find all of my story and art submissions that came
- 1:04Speaker 1: to me for the art and story contest, which it's
- 1:08Speaker 1: finally time to announce the winners of. And as you
- 1:13Speaker 1: may remember, the winners of each get a guaranteed story idea,
- 1:17Speaker 1: which might be their very own story that we turn
- 1:20Speaker 1: into a full length one. So yeah, why don't we
- 1:23Speaker 1: start with the winner of the story contest. Now, I
- 1:27Speaker 1: had a lot of really cool submissions for the story contest,
- 1:31Speaker 1: so it was super super hard to choose, honestly, But
- 1:35Speaker 1: in the end I went with a story about a
- 1:39Speaker 1: shape shifter by someone named Oliver from Australia, Sydney, Australia
- 1:47Speaker 1: to be exact. So congratulations Oliver. If you're listening, just
- 1:51Speaker 1: send me another email or I will send you one
- 1:54Speaker 1: and we'll figure out when we can get together and
- 1:58Speaker 1: figure out an episode. Next up, we had an artwork contest,
- 2:04Speaker 1: and you guys didn't disappoint in that one either. I
- 2:07Speaker 1: got lots and lots of really cool submissions and it
- 2:12Speaker 1: was really neat to see people drawing stuff that came
- 2:15Speaker 1: from my imagination in the first place, so that was
- 2:18Speaker 1: kind of crazy. But at the end of the day,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I did decide on a winner, even though it was
- 2:25Speaker 1: also incredibly hard, and that winner is Audrey from Victoria
- 2:32Speaker 1: b C. And Audrey did a lot of really really
- 2:37Speaker 1: cool pictures. She gave me some Ring of Many Dragons pictures,
- 2:44Speaker 1: she gave me some spaceship pictures. She made me a
- 2:48Speaker 1: card for Magnus from the Cards of Powers series, and
- 2:54Speaker 1: I believe She even did one from the Magic Library series,
- 2:59Speaker 1: which was really cool, So thank you everyone who entered.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna print off all of these pictures and I'm
- 3:06Speaker 1: gonna put them on the wall behind me for when
- 3:08Speaker 1: I'm podcasting. But now I should probably get onto the
- 3:13Speaker 1: actual podcast after a possible word from a possible sponsor.
- 3:17Speaker 1: If you're not listening on Patreon, of course, time to
- 3:22Speaker 1: get as comfy as you can in that bed. Close
- 3:26Speaker 1: your eyes and imagine yourself doing what the kid in
- 3:31Speaker 1: the story does. Alert Alert, Alert, Alert. You hear Spaceship's
- 3:40Speaker 1: voice saying you quickly sit up in bed, swing your
- 3:44Speaker 1: legs over the side, and open your eyes. What's happening, Spaceship?
- 3:50Speaker 1: Is everything okay? You ask? Yes, everything is fine. I
- 3:56Speaker 1: just thought it would be a fun way to wake
- 3:59Speaker 1: you up up. We ugh, I have discovered a new planet.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Oh well, at least there's that, though I don't think
- 4:11Speaker 1: that requires an alert. You could maybe wake me up
- 4:15Speaker 1: with something more gentle next time, understood, I may follow
- 4:20Speaker 1: that suggestion. Okay, what's the planet? The planet seems to
- 4:29Speaker 1: be some sort of or agami or paper planet. Paper
- 4:35Speaker 1: grows naturally on trees instead of being made from trees,
- 4:42Speaker 1: and the people of the planet seem to create interesting
- 4:47Speaker 1: or agami structures, which have a way of coming to life.
- 4:54Speaker 1: The paper comes to life, Yes, once folded into an
- 5:01Speaker 1: appropriate shape. That sounds really weird. Yes, it is weird.
- 5:10Speaker 1: I detect traces of magic and uncertainty in the atmosphere. Oh, well,
- 5:18Speaker 1: that could explain it. Indeed, would you like me to
- 5:23Speaker 1: set a course, Spaceship asks, Yeah, set a course, you say,
- 5:29Speaker 1: as you get out of bed and get into your
- 5:33Speaker 1: clothes for the day. You head out of the bedroom
- 5:37Speaker 1: area over to the little breakfast nook and you use
- 5:42Speaker 1: the replicator to make one of your favorite breakfasts. It's
- 5:47Speaker 1: pretty cool to see you just sort of appear right
- 5:50Speaker 1: in front of you. You scarf it down, and before long,
- 5:55Speaker 1: Spaceship jumps out of super hyper drive. You walk over
- 6:01Speaker 1: to the command center. You sit down in the command's
- 6:05Speaker 1: chair and grab a hold of the controls. You press
- 6:11Speaker 1: forward on the throttle and head straight down towards the
- 6:16Speaker 1: origami planet. It's fairly earth like in origin, though it
- 6:22Speaker 1: has little traces of pastel colors everywhere. You blast through
- 6:29Speaker 1: the atmosphere. You dip down below the clouds, and soon
- 6:37Speaker 1: you get a look at well what's below Forests and
- 6:43Speaker 1: forests of beautiful trees with all sorts of different pastel colors.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Each tree has different colors of leaves, sort of unnatural
- 6:55Speaker 1: looking ones, pastel blues, pinks, ellos, and hanging from each
- 7:03Speaker 1: tree on what look like little vines or strings, or
- 7:07Speaker 1: gigantic square pieces of paper just sort of flapping in
- 7:12Speaker 1: the wind, or a gommi paper stranger yet or all
- 7:20Speaker 1: of the creatures you see flying around and hopping through
- 7:24Speaker 1: the forest. As you get lower, you fly past some well,
- 7:31Speaker 1: paper cranes, living paper cranes, flapping their paper wings. They
- 7:38Speaker 1: look over towards the ship, then back to what they're doing,
- 7:42Speaker 1: and just continue to fly on the ground. There's all
- 7:48Speaker 1: sorts of animals, only they're all made of paper too,
- 7:53Speaker 1: paper bears, paper pandas, paper frogs, paper see paper rhinos,
- 8:03Speaker 1: paper giraffes, all roaming around the world, each one made
- 8:09Speaker 1: of a different pastel color. Soon you find a gigantic
- 8:16Speaker 1: sign flashing in the distance, also made from well, what
- 8:22Speaker 1: looks like origami paper. It floats in the sky and
- 8:27Speaker 1: reads welcome with a gigantic arrow pointing down spaceship. I
- 8:34Speaker 1: think this might be where we're meant to land. What
- 8:39Speaker 1: gave you that idea spaceship asks the giant welcome sign. Yes,
- 8:48Speaker 1: I saw that too, I was just messing with you. Okay,
- 8:56Speaker 1: you carefully come in for a landing. Just under the
- 8:59Speaker 1: floor welcome sign, there's a large open patch of grass
- 9:06Speaker 1: surrounded by a forest of origami paper trees or whatever
- 9:12Speaker 1: they are, and standing there is some guy. The back
- 9:20Speaker 1: hatch of the ship opens and you step outside. Hello, friends,
- 9:27Speaker 1: The person says, my name is Levi, and I'm here
- 9:33Speaker 1: to welcome you too, the or a Gommi planet, or
- 9:38Speaker 1: the paper planet as we sometimes call it. You're here
- 9:42Speaker 1: to welcome us. Do you just wait here all day
- 9:45Speaker 1: for people to show up in spaceships? That's right, that's
- 9:50Speaker 1: my job, Levi answers. Do spaceships visit a lot, you ask,
- 9:58Speaker 1: Not really, Levi Answers. Most of the time I just
- 10:02Speaker 1: make or a gammy on my own. Are other people
- 10:07Speaker 1: here too? Oh? Yes, we do have a small population
- 10:12Speaker 1: of very creative people. They spend their days making things
- 10:18Speaker 1: out of paper. It's a very leisurely lifestyle, as the
- 10:22Speaker 1: planet provides us with everything we need with very little work,
- 10:28Speaker 1: and if we need something else, we just make ourselves
- 10:33Speaker 1: a little or a gummy helper and they can do
- 10:36Speaker 1: the work for us. So you use or a gummy
- 10:41Speaker 1: like helper robots to do your chores. I don't know
- 10:47Speaker 1: what a helper robot is, Levi says, but maybe manyways.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Speaking of helpers, I'm here to help you, help us
- 11:00Speaker 1: what you ask, well, help you enjoy the wonderful or
- 11:06Speaker 1: a gommy planet, a place where you can create anything
- 11:11Speaker 1: you wish and bring it to life, as long as
- 11:15Speaker 1: you can fold it out of paper. Of course, you
- 11:19Speaker 1: just stand there staring at him, not sure what to
- 11:22Speaker 1: ask next. Ah let me show you, he says, walking
- 11:27Speaker 1: over to one of the trees and gently pulling off
- 11:31Speaker 1: a gigantic square of blue pastel colored or a Gommi paper.
- 11:38Speaker 1: He places the paper on the ground and quickly begins
- 11:42Speaker 1: to fold, bringing the corners in, folding them up, moving
- 11:48Speaker 1: them around, crossing them over, unfolding them, popping something inside,
- 11:54Speaker 1: and then giving it a little tug, revealing a crane.
- 12:02Speaker 1: At first, it does nothing, It just looks like a
- 12:05Speaker 1: paper crane. But then some sort of strange sparkle passes
- 12:10Speaker 1: through the paper and it begins to move. The paper
- 12:16Speaker 1: suddenly looks more real somehow, still paper like, but now
- 12:22Speaker 1: animated and living in some ways. It begins to flap
- 12:28Speaker 1: its wings and flies up into the air, circling around
- 12:33Speaker 1: above you before flying off into the distance. Cool, you say, yeah,
- 12:44Speaker 1: I thought it was pretty cool. Anyways, you want to try?
- 12:49Speaker 1: Levi pulls another piece of paper off of the tree
- 12:53Speaker 1: and hands it over to you. All right, just follow
- 12:57Speaker 1: what I do, step my step, So you do just that,
- 13:03Speaker 1: following every fold that Levi makes, creating a little tail
- 13:09Speaker 1: and beak, little wings at the sides, folding them in
- 13:13Speaker 1: just the right way, and then revealing your paper crane,
- 13:18Speaker 1: which looks a little wonky compared to Levi's, but not
- 13:23Speaker 1: bad for a first try. Just like his. A wave
- 13:28Speaker 1: of sparkles passes through the paper and it begins to
- 13:33Speaker 1: flap its wings. It flies away, as does Levi's example. Cool,
- 13:42Speaker 1: What else can we make? Honestly, you can make almost
- 13:47Speaker 1: anything you can think of, and it should come to life.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Here telling me I could make like an airplane, you ask,
- 13:58Speaker 1: I don't know what it is an airplane is, but
- 14:01Speaker 1: I assume you can make an airplane. What about like
- 14:05Speaker 1: a gigantic pirate ship? Can we put different pieces of
- 14:09Speaker 1: paper together to make bigger things. Of course we can.
- 14:14Speaker 1: In fact, if you want to make a pirate ship
- 14:17Speaker 1: or an airplane, I'll help you, even though I don't
- 14:21Speaker 1: know what either of those things is. Perhaps I could
- 14:25Speaker 1: be of help. Spaceship says, Earth's database has a large
- 14:31Speaker 1: collection of origami creations. I believe this could be the
- 14:38Speaker 1: boat you're looking for. A screen pops up on the
- 14:43Speaker 1: side of the ship and displays a huge list of
- 14:48Speaker 1: instructions for creating an origami pirate ship. There are also
- 14:54Speaker 1: instructions for various types of paper planes, not normally considered
- 15:00Speaker 1: or a goammi. However, they are a great deal of fun.
- 15:06Speaker 1: So you and Levi start to follow the instructions, only
- 15:10Speaker 1: in a much larger size and create the pirate ship.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It starts to take on a magnificent shape, a gigantic
- 15:21Speaker 1: ship stretched out with a huge paper mast and sail.
- 15:27Speaker 1: When you're done, you look up at the gigantic ship.
- 15:33Speaker 1: It flashes with that same sparkle of light, then floats
- 15:38Speaker 1: up off the ground just a little bit. Suddenly everything
- 15:43Speaker 1: on it looks more solid, more real, as if it's
- 15:48Speaker 1: all one single sheet of hard paper that's come together.
- 15:55Speaker 1: It has a bit of a life of its own,
- 15:58Speaker 1: floating around just above the ground like some sort of
- 16:03Speaker 1: flying ship. It makes you wonder what would happen if
- 16:08Speaker 1: you created a paper airplane. So you grab a large
- 16:12Speaker 1: piece of paper and begin to fold, bringing in the corners,
- 16:17Speaker 1: folding again, folding the thing in half, and then folding
- 16:21Speaker 1: down the wings, just as you would if you were
- 16:24Speaker 1: making a paper airplane and class or something. The plane
- 16:30Speaker 1: flashes to life and floats up in the air. You
- 16:36Speaker 1: decide to test it out to see if you can
- 16:39Speaker 1: actually sit on it. Could it carry your weight? You
- 16:44Speaker 1: sit down on the plane, and sure enough, it lifts
- 16:49Speaker 1: up off of the ground. This is so cool. How
- 16:53Speaker 1: do I control it? You ask LEVI, Well, it sort
- 16:58Speaker 1: of controls its elf, unless, of course, you build in controls. Huh.
- 17:06Speaker 1: You jump off the plane and run over for another
- 17:09Speaker 1: piece of paper. You start to immediately fold it together
- 17:13Speaker 1: into what look like little controls, a joystick, and another
- 17:19Speaker 1: lever that could act as a throttle, at least in
- 17:21Speaker 1: your imagination. You place them at the front of the
- 17:25Speaker 1: airplane and kind of fold them under some other pieces
- 17:29Speaker 1: of paper to hold them in place. Another flash of
- 17:33Speaker 1: sparkling light and they suddenly look more real and more solid.
- 17:41Speaker 1: You climb atop the airplane again. This time you grab
- 17:45Speaker 1: a hold of the joystick and press forward on the
- 17:49Speaker 1: little paper throttle control. The plane blasts forward. You pull
- 17:56Speaker 1: back on the joystick and it lifts up in the air.
- 18:00Speaker 1: You fly around the huge ship in circles and decide
- 18:05Speaker 1: you'll try to land on it. You aim for the
- 18:09Speaker 1: back of the giant pirate ship, where there's a huge opening.
- 18:14Speaker 1: You slowly pull back on the controls, allowing the paper
- 18:18Speaker 1: plane to glide down and land gently on the back
- 18:23Speaker 1: of the pirate ship. Cool you climb off of the ship,
- 18:29Speaker 1: and you and Levi work on making all sorts of
- 18:33Speaker 1: other things do seals, frogs, otters, giraffes, bears, anything you
- 18:44Speaker 1: can think of. Each one comes to life when it's
- 18:48Speaker 1: done being folded, and you lead them on to the
- 18:52Speaker 1: huge flying pirate ship. When the ship is full of
- 18:57Speaker 1: all sorts of different animals climb aboard. You head toward
- 19:03Speaker 1: the back, where there's a gigantic paper wheel. You grab
- 19:08Speaker 1: a hold of the wheel, order the animals to drop
- 19:13Speaker 1: the sails and stuff, and to your surprise, they listen.
- 19:19Speaker 1: The yachtterer pulls on a little rope made of paper chains,
- 19:24Speaker 1: and the paper sails drop down. They catch the wind,
- 19:29Speaker 1: and the pirate ship begins to drift off into the air.
- 19:35Speaker 1: You find that as you pull back on the gigantic wheel,
- 19:40Speaker 1: the ship sort of aims up like an airplane, sailing
- 19:45Speaker 1: higher and higher above the or agmi world. You, Levi
- 19:53Speaker 1: and your entire barmie or a gommi animals fly above
- 19:59Speaker 1: the forests of pastel colored paper. You fly over a
- 20:06Speaker 1: mountain peacefully until you see something in the distance that
- 20:12Speaker 1: looks less conducive to paper. It looks kind of like fire.
- 20:20Speaker 1: What's that, you ask, pointing to the fiery looking mountain
- 20:25Speaker 1: in the distance. Now that that's where the ormies live.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Oh what are ormies, you ask? Ormies are the enemies
- 20:40Speaker 1: to arigami, fire beings that like nothing more than to
- 20:46Speaker 1: burn the creations we create. Oh, we don't like them.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Oh well, maybe we should stay away from them. Since
- 20:56Speaker 1: the entire ship is made of paper. I would highly
- 21:00Speaker 1: recommend it. Now, no, Levi says, what is it? I
- 21:08Speaker 1: think they've spotted us? Like over there you see five
- 21:14Speaker 1: flashes of fire floating up from the volcano like thing
- 21:19Speaker 1: in the distance and flying directly towards you. Brace yourselves. Everyone,
- 21:26Speaker 1: The aremies are coming. The gigantic paper seal and gigantic
- 21:32Speaker 1: paper otter look towards the side. They start clamping their
- 21:38Speaker 1: fins together as if they're ready for battle. The little
- 21:43Speaker 1: fire beings, which honestly look like just little balls of fire,
- 21:48Speaker 1: blast straight towards the ship. The huge otter spins its
- 21:54Speaker 1: tail and wax one of them right out of the sky.
- 21:58Speaker 1: It falls down to the forest below, and well, it
- 22:04Speaker 1: sort of puts itself out as it hits the ground.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Good job, you say to the otter. Another flies down
- 22:14Speaker 1: and the seal whacks it with its tail, hitting it
- 22:17Speaker 1: into one of the others and knocking both of them
- 22:20Speaker 1: out of the sky. Perfect. Then more or Amy's appear,
- 22:28Speaker 1: Close to a hundred of them fly out of the
- 22:32Speaker 1: volcano and head straight towards the paper ship. I think
- 22:36Speaker 1: we're gonna need something to defend ourselves with, you say, quick,
- 22:41Speaker 1: LEVI start folding. Folding. What Levi asks, I don't know,
- 22:48Speaker 1: catapults or cannons or something things that would go on
- 22:51Speaker 1: a ship. So you and Levi begin to fold. You
- 22:56Speaker 1: create something that looks like the barrel of a cannon
- 22:58Speaker 1: and place it up against the side of the ship. Luckily,
- 23:02Speaker 1: the same sparkly magic thing takes over and it suddenly
- 23:06Speaker 1: looks real. You ball up a bunch of pieces of paper,
- 23:11Speaker 1: shove them inside, and move on to the next, creating
- 23:15Speaker 1: ten or eleven cannons before the creatures get there. Once
- 23:21Speaker 1: they're in range, you start to fire, ordering the little
- 23:26Speaker 1: origami animals to pull a little thing on the back
- 23:29Speaker 1: of the cannon that shoots the paper ball out towards
- 23:33Speaker 1: the enemies. So many pieces of paper fly through the
- 23:38Speaker 1: air and start to collide with the little fire beings. Strangely,
- 23:44Speaker 1: they actually create little explosions as they hit. The fire
- 23:49Speaker 1: beings ignite and fall to the ground. It's almost as
- 23:54Speaker 1: if the paper cannons become real, or at least more
- 24:00Speaker 1: effective than paper would be. Unfortunately for you, there are
- 24:04Speaker 1: way more oremies than you can possibly hit with. The
- 24:09Speaker 1: cannons continue to fire. You yell towards your little paper
- 24:15Speaker 1: animal helpers a little frog and little giraffe not and understanding,
- 24:20Speaker 1: and continue loading the cannon with balls of paper and
- 24:24Speaker 1: firing them at the enemies. You see the paper airplane
- 24:28Speaker 1: at the back of the ship and an idea hits you.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Just like the controls became real when you put them on,
- 24:37Speaker 1: maybe you can create other things to This planet doesn't
- 24:41Speaker 1: seem to follow any kind of normal rules after all,
- 24:45Speaker 1: So you begin to fold. You fold pieces of paper
- 24:50Speaker 1: into what look like miniature cannons. Then you look over
- 24:56Speaker 1: at Levi. Any chance you have a pen or something thing? Ah, sure,
- 25:02Speaker 1: Levi says, pulling a pen out of his pocket and
- 25:05Speaker 1: handing it to you. On the side of the cannons,
- 25:09Speaker 1: you write the word freeze ray. The cannons flash to life.
- 25:16Speaker 1: You place them on the sides of the airplane and
- 25:19Speaker 1: they seem to sort of lock into place. What are those,
- 25:24Speaker 1: Levi asks, Well, hopefully they're freeze cannons, you say. You
- 25:31Speaker 1: grab a hold of the controls, press forward on the
- 25:34Speaker 1: little paper joystick, and the paper plane blasts off into
- 25:40Speaker 1: the air, much faster than the ship can go. You
- 25:44Speaker 1: zip around the ship, aim it towards some of the armies,
- 25:49Speaker 1: and press a little button on the top of the throttle.
- 25:53Speaker 1: I'm just hoping things will work as you imagine they will,
- 25:58Speaker 1: And to your surprise, they do. Two blue beams of
- 26:04Speaker 1: light shoot out of the little paper cannons and hit
- 26:07Speaker 1: the armies in the air, freezing them instantly and dropping
- 26:11Speaker 1: them out of the sky. Perfect, you say, as you
- 26:16Speaker 1: pull back on the controls. You flip the ship backwards,
- 26:21Speaker 1: land behind some more of the armies, and blast again.
- 26:26Speaker 1: All the while the ship continues to fire large balls
- 26:30Speaker 1: of paper that knock the creatures out of the sky.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Seeing that things aren't going so well for them, one
- 26:39Speaker 1: of the little fire creatures seems to sort of wave
- 26:43Speaker 1: to the others, and then they all blast off back
- 26:47Speaker 1: towards the volcano. The animals and the pirate ship cheer,
- 26:54Speaker 1: as does Levi. You steer the paper plane back towards
- 26:59Speaker 1: the back of the ship, try to time it just right,
- 27:03Speaker 1: and skid to a halt right before hitting the steering wheel.
- 27:10Speaker 1: That was amazing. How did you know you could make
- 27:13Speaker 1: freeze cannons, Levi I asks, Huh, I don't know. Everything
- 27:19Speaker 1: here seems to sort of come to life if you
- 27:20Speaker 1: want it to, and I just sort of followed that principle. Cool.
- 27:27Speaker 1: You spend the rest of the day flying around the
- 27:31Speaker 1: Oregami planet, surrounded by all sorts of different paper creations,
- 27:38Speaker 1: until the sun begins to set. You turn the ship
- 27:44Speaker 1: around and come for a landing right beside your own spaceship.
- 27:50Speaker 1: You press forward on the gigantic wheel and slowly the
- 27:55Speaker 1: ship lowers down bit by bit before go lighting to
- 28:00Speaker 1: a gentle stop. Well, Levi, thanks for showing me how
- 28:06Speaker 1: to fold all these things. I really appreciate it. Now, problem,
- 28:11Speaker 1: Levi says, come visit anytime. In the meantime. I'm going
- 28:17Speaker 1: to keep this ship to play with. Well, have fun,
- 28:21Speaker 1: you say, as you slide off the side of the
- 28:24Speaker 1: ship down a little rope made of linked pieces of paper.
- 28:31Speaker 1: You climb back into the spaceship and wave goodbye as
- 28:35Speaker 1: it lifts up off of the ground. You head to
- 28:40Speaker 1: your bedroom area. You lay down in the bed, pull
- 28:45Speaker 1: the covers up to your chin, and slowly you focus
- 28:51Speaker 1: on your breath. With each breath, your mind begins to
- 28:57Speaker 1: wander off. Your muscle relax. You sink down into the mattress,
- 29:06Speaker 1: and the more you breathe, the more your muscles sink.
- 29:11Speaker 1: The more you relax, and the better you feel. You
- 29:17Speaker 1: let go of the tension in your arms and your legs,
- 29:21Speaker 1: and your shoulders, your neck and even your face, just
- 29:28Speaker 1: allowing yourself to sink into the mattress, and soon your
- 29:36Speaker 1: mind begins to wander off as well, off to thoughts
- 29:41Speaker 1: of new dreams, new or gummy creations, and new adventures
- 29:48Speaker 1: to come. Good Night everyone, m.
