- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. In
- 0:03Speaker 1: this episode, we're picking up where we left off with
- 0:07Speaker 1: the autopsy reports from Moscow Kaylee gun solvus, blunt force,
- 0:14Speaker 1: asphyxial and other injuries. Head and neck hemorrhages are prominently
- 0:19Speaker 1: visible on the bulbar, conjunctibi and oral mucosa. Confluent purple
- 0:24Speaker 1: contusion extends over the mandibular, alveler and lower mucosa. The
- 0:32Speaker 1: bridge of the nose shows irregular dark red abrasion measuring
- 0:35Speaker 1: half inch in greatest dimension. Rectangular sixteenth to three fourth
- 0:41Speaker 1: inch dark red abrasion extends along the left interior orbital skin.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Palpation and manipulation reveal nasal bone fracture. There are bilateral
- 0:52Speaker 1: periorbitable ecmosis, punctate red abrasions, and a linear three fourth
- 0:58Speaker 1: inch abrasion extend across the end anterior aspect of the nose.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Brown abrasions extend over the left cheek described above. Blue
- 1:06Speaker 1: contusion as present over the lateral left cheek. Parallel linear
- 1:11Speaker 1: purple contusions extend transversely from the right peri oral skin
- 1:16Speaker 1: across the right cheek, intersecting with an approximately three inch
- 1:20Speaker 1: rectangular a braided contusion extending diagonally over the right cheek
- 1:25Speaker 1: to the right skin. The skin superior to this set
- 1:28Speaker 1: of injury shows a set of delicate, transverse superficial red
- 1:32Speaker 1: tan abrasions ranging in length from one eighth to one
- 1:35Speaker 1: fourth inch. Superior to these is a deeper, transverse three
- 1:40Speaker 1: fourth inch linear redibrasion with irregular edges. A rectangular purple
- 1:45Speaker 1: contusion with central sparring extends transversely from the left peri
- 1:50Speaker 1: oral skin across the left cheek. The skin inferior to
- 1:54Speaker 1: this contusion shows a transverse one half inch linear redibrasion
- 1:58Speaker 1: with irregular edges. The scalp shows linear partial thickness lacerations
- 2:04Speaker 1: measuring approximately one and one half inches and one in

- 2:57Speaker 1: the base of the index finger, a vertically oriented three
- 3:00Speaker 1: fourth inch linear abrasion with underlying blue contusion proximal to
- 3:05Speaker 1: the fourth finger, a transversely oriented three fourth inch linear abrasion,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and proximal to the fifth finger, a one to fourth
- 3:13Speaker 1: inch diameter roughly circular abrasion. At the medial base of
