Coach Bishop and I talk about her journey to Running I while playing basketball in volleyball and high school, then we talk about her journey, the coaching at Southeast high school for a few years and then we talk about her journey and do coaching collegiately for the Dalton State roadrunners Track and Cross Country program we even talk about her running journey personally and we have a lot of shoe talk. This is a rambling side trail episode, but it was a lot of fun
