- 0:12Speaker 1: about the fabulous story of Dick Tips that can join
- 0:15Speaker 1: twins Carmen and Lupita, a guy whose wife left him
- 0:18Speaker 1: because he thought he was batman, and a story about
- 0:20Speaker 1: gender controversy and women's weightlifting, and we handle it as
- 0:24Speaker 1: delicately as possible.
- 0:25Speaker 2: As only we can. Laces out einhorn.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Hope y'all had a great Christmas and have a happy
- 0:30Speaker 1: new Year, and we will see you back here live

- 0:46Speaker 3: It is time to leave your warriors outside and laugh
- 0:50Speaker 3: with us inside the Treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with
- 0:53Speaker 3: Trade Trenholme and Raj Sharma. Today is Wednesday, April thirtieth,
- 0:59Speaker 3: two thousand five. On today's show, everyone talks about the
- 1:05Speaker 3: most popular baby names. Well, Trey has dug up some
- 1:08Speaker 3: of the rarest baby names and awesomely the worst busines
- 1:16Speaker 3: escape you've ever heard of. That's today inside the Treehouse
- 1:22Speaker 3: and we start yay with this. All right, guys, need
- 1:31Speaker 3: you to pay clodstension here. This headline goes hard, so
- 1:35Speaker 3: I need you to brace yourselves. The San Antonio funeral
- 1:41Speaker 3: home mogul named Dick Pips is taking firms and against
- 1:45Speaker 3: his hoa. That's like the headline straight out of the
- 1:53Speaker 3: Onion or the Abalon Tree. But no, no, this is
- 1:56Speaker 3: a San Antonio Express news, an actual behind a paywall
- 2:02Speaker 3: news outlet. So some of the information I have in
- 2:05Speaker 3: this story is dark or murky. But can you believe
- 2:16Speaker 3: Dick Tips woke up one morning wooden hand and said,
- 2:19Speaker 3: I'm gonna build a funeral home empire. Very impressive. His
- 2:26Speaker 3: very full name is Robert Tips. Dick is his nickname,
- 2:29Speaker 3: and he's taking his h away head on.
- 2:35Speaker 4: Now.
- 2:35Speaker 5: I don't know a lot about white people nicknames, but is.
- 2:38Speaker 6: It Robert, Bob and Richard Dick?
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yes?
- 2:42Speaker 6: Yes, okay, so he picked I'm gonna say it, he
- 2:47Speaker 6: picked Dick.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Well, we don't know that Dick may have been thrust
- 2:52Speaker 3: upon him.
- 2:55Speaker 6: You know, and he's an adult. At any point you
- 2:58Speaker 6: can change it.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Yeah you can. You can say no, yeah too, that naps.
- 3:06Speaker 7: I just want to know, like if they're being invited
- 3:07Speaker 7: to dinner and it's like, you know, you know, it's
- 3:09Speaker 7: a it's another couple, Like, hey, so who are we inviting?
- 3:12Speaker 7: You know, It's like we'll invite a few people. It's
- 3:14Speaker 7: like no, no, just invite you know, just just the tips.
- 3:20Speaker 7: We wanted to be intimate evenings, just us and the tips.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Look, if you didn't need more evidence that we're all
- 3:31Speaker 3: extremely childish in here for middle aged men. YEP, exhibits A, B,
- 3:37Speaker 3: and C. But this is an actual story, believe it
- 3:41Speaker 3: or not. A funeral home mogul Robert Dick Tips is
- 3:49Speaker 3: taking a San Antonio homeowners association to court over its
- 3:52Speaker 3: removal of a billboard from property he owns. Mister Tips
- 3:58Speaker 3: is the chairman and cee of Mission Park Funeral Chapels
- 4:02Speaker 3: and Cemeteries, and he alleges one or more persons believed
- 4:05Speaker 3: to have been acting on behalf of, or in conspiracy with,
- 4:09Speaker 3: the Coronado Enclave Homeowners Association went on to his property
- 4:13Speaker 3: and unlawfully removed a sign while mister Dick Tips doesn't
- 4:19Speaker 3: know who trespassed to remove the billboard. He says, the
- 4:22Speaker 3: association and one of the five individuals and one of
- 4:25Speaker 3: the five individual defendants are likely to have knowledge about
- 4:29Speaker 3: what happened to it. So here we have a big
- 4:35Speaker 3: conspiracy against mister Dick Tips. Look, I realized that career
- 4:48Speaker 3: day in school there wasn't a funeral director in attendance
- 4:52Speaker 3: to talk to us about the profession, let alone becoming
- 4:59Speaker 3: a mogul in the industry. Maybe because they saw his
- 5:05Speaker 3: name and wouldn't let him in the school. I don't know,
- 5:10Speaker 3: but I will say this, if you really want to
- 5:13Speaker 3: get in the head, damn it screw up on punchline,
- 5:17Speaker 3: But I will say this, if you really want to
- 5:19Speaker 3: get ahead in life, I suggest cozying ut to Dick
- 5:23Speaker 3: Tips Dick Tip's funeral home.
- 5:35Speaker 1: You know Dick had another business too, what's up? During
- 5:43Speaker 1: COVID H he also became a meltman and uh yeah,
- 5:50Speaker 1: he had to figure out how to buy three thousand
- 5:54Speaker 1: gallons of melt. But then once he secured the load,
- 5:56Speaker 1: he printed a truck and bought it from Tyler to
- 6:00Speaker 1: San Antonio, drove it home.
- 6:08Speaker 6: Mm hmm.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Then he took it to the streets.
- 6:25Speaker 6: There's times I'm wondering if Troy started drinking again.
- 6:31Speaker 3: That's just how much the tree, That's just how much
- 6:33Speaker 3: fun the tree, howse show is. It'll make your question,
- 6:38Speaker 3: It'll make your question a sober man, sobriety.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Just y'all think I'm making that Uphell.
- 6:48Speaker 3: The link actually sounds very familiar.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Oh you're not kidding. No, I apology.
- 7:04Speaker 3: My poor memory. I thought it sounded familiar like some
- 7:07Speaker 3: other news story that we had talked about that I
- 7:08Speaker 3: was having a hard time connecting the dots. But I
- 7:11Speaker 3: didn't want to be the only person to say I
- 7:12Speaker 3: don't get it. But now I do because you sent
- 7:17Speaker 3: the link.
- 7:18Speaker 6: Thank you, trem It became a milkman.
- 7:21Speaker 3: From from services to food delivery. How Dick Tips became
- 7:25Speaker 3: San Antonio's new milkman. Today's going to be so good?
- 7:37Speaker 4: In the Freehouse business online at Freehouse on air dot com.

- 9:31Speaker 9: treehouseonair dot com.
- 9:37Speaker 3: In a story that I'm sure is going to rock
- 9:39Speaker 3: the Treehouse to its core. Conjoined twins Carmen and Lipita
- 9:46Speaker 3: have lived their entire lives connected at the Torso, but
- 9:49Speaker 3: in twenty twenty four, Carmen made headlines when she married
- 9:52Speaker 3: her longtime boyfriend Daniel. The twist. Loupita, who shares organs
- 9:58Speaker 3: with her conjoined sister, made it clear she's not in
- 10:00Speaker 3: the relationship and still considers herself single. So you know,
- 10:08Speaker 3: if you're looking, Lupita is still single.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Are you guys? Okay? Now, how conjoined are they?
- 10:24Speaker 3: And where at the Torso Torso?
- 10:26Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 10:27Speaker 3: At the Torso So it's it's the chest. They're they're
- 10:29Speaker 3: they're they're they're connected at the chest and they share organs.
- 10:33Speaker 3: One of them got married last year, but the other
- 10:35Speaker 3: one swears no, no, no, I am still single and
- 10:38Speaker 3: ready to mingle.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Uh.
- 10:41Speaker 3: The couple slash trio say they have found a dynamic
- 10:44Speaker 3: that works and refuse to let outsiders define what's normal.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Carmen calls it love, Lupita calls it independence. Online it
- 10:54Speaker 3: sparked a global conversation about consent, identity, and what it
- 10:57Speaker 3: really means to share your life with some one.
- 11:03Speaker 5: Yeah, okay that how do you do that? Like?
- 11:11Speaker 7: I need to talk to this Daniel guy.
- 11:15Speaker 3: It's a good it's a good question to have. I'm
- 11:17Speaker 3: with you that a lot have it, which is how.
- 11:21Speaker 5: Yeah, that's it.
- 11:23Speaker 7: I mean it's an easy, I guess easy threesome. There's
- 11:26Speaker 7: too many jokes here. That's the wrong it is. But
- 11:30Speaker 7: here's the thing.
- 11:30Speaker 3: I feel like this is a genie and a bottle
- 11:34Speaker 3: granting wishes that have gone awry, Like like a guy
- 11:37Speaker 3: finds the genie in the sand, or find a guy
- 11:40Speaker 3: finds a bottle and he rubs the lamp. That's what it's. Sorry,
- 11:44Speaker 3: guy finds the lamp and he rubs it. Jeanie pops
- 11:46Speaker 3: out and says, I'm gonna give you three wishes, and
- 11:48Speaker 3: one of the first ones the guy says, I want
- 11:49Speaker 3: two checks at the same time, and the genie says, okay,
- 11:55Speaker 3: But you probably should have tailored your question a little
- 11:57Speaker 3: more carefully because I'm gonna throw you at crackball. Are
- 12:02Speaker 3: you not pleased there's two of them here? Sure they're
- 12:06Speaker 3: connected at the chest. What happens if what's the Lupita
- 12:12Speaker 3: h Carmen and Lupita?
- 12:14Speaker 2: What happens if Lupita decides to go through a slutty phase?
- 12:19Speaker 5: Good for Daniel? Yeah?
- 12:22Speaker 3: Well, I don't know.
- 12:28Speaker 5: That's that's cheap, I guess. I don't know.
- 12:32Speaker 7: I saw the on what was it TLC or something
- 12:35Speaker 7: that the other girls that I have the two heads
- 12:38Speaker 7: or whatever it is, and they finish their own sentences.
- 12:41Speaker 7: It's so weird, like I can't even imagine. And they're married,
- 12:47Speaker 7: so I can't imagine how that works.
- 12:52Speaker 3: I really don't know either. It's just really I mean,
- 12:57Speaker 3: we all have questions, and I really feel like we
- 13:00Speaker 3: all are wondering the same thing.
- 13:08Speaker 2: I mean, if one of them gets pregnant, do you
- 13:10Speaker 2: know who the father is?
- 13:17Speaker 3: I'd have more questions if you didn't.
- 13:19Speaker 2: I mean, if they you know, had a wild night.
- 13:23Speaker 7: What.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lot of questions.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Maybe you're right. I really don't know.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Yeah, they're good looking.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I mean, I'm gonna show you I think I found
- 13:39Speaker 3: a photo hear me, so I can show this to
- 13:41Speaker 3: you guys. Maybe just a second here. Uh So they
- 13:47Speaker 3: are connected at the torso they have two heads, but
- 13:52Speaker 3: outside of that, every all the other appendages seem to
- 13:56Speaker 3: be quote unquote normal. They got two arms, two legs,
- 14:04Speaker 3: So I'm I'm guessing the downstairs area is a shared space.
- 14:14Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean, do you do you do
- 14:18Speaker 2: you have to, like, you know, put it on your
- 14:19Speaker 2: calendar like they do. They they have.
- 14:23Speaker 1: A like a a Google calendar for their privates.
- 14:26Speaker 2: You know, who gets time?
- 14:28Speaker 3: Oh that's a good question. Well not only that, but
- 14:31Speaker 3: when it comes time, you know, for the one that's
- 14:33Speaker 3: married to the guy, when it's time for them to
- 14:36Speaker 3: be romantic with one another, the other one claims independence
- 14:41Speaker 3: and is not a part of it. So then do
- 14:43Speaker 3: you just like cover her with a sheet? I mean what,
- 14:46Speaker 3: I don't I don't know how.
- 14:47Speaker 2: I mean, I mean, if you do a really good job,
- 14:52Speaker 2: do they both scream?
- 14:53Speaker 3: What?
- 14:55Speaker 5: Who makes that top?
- 14:57Speaker 7: That's all I'm looking at.
- 15:00Speaker 3: I think that's that's Grandma. That's that's Grandma was Jesus.
- 15:03Speaker 3: She's met. That's that's custom. That's called the spoke.
- 15:09Speaker 5: That's a really niche audience.
- 15:12Speaker 3: It really is, it really is. Yeah. But I will
- 15:15Speaker 3: say this, I'm happy that Daniel and which oneman is
- 15:20Speaker 3: it Carmen the one that he married?
- 15:21Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 15:23Speaker 3: Uh yeah, Loupita is the one that is single. Carmen
- 15:27Speaker 3: is married.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Doggie style has got to be really awkward.
- 15:44Speaker 10: One who do you walk out on in the morning,
- 15:48Speaker 10: you guys, I mean, there's what if the single one
- 15:58Speaker 10: wants to sabbat?
- 16:02Speaker 5: Who's the single one?
- 16:05Speaker 3: I think it's the one on the right, I really do.
- 16:09Speaker 3: I think it's the one on the right.
- 16:13Speaker 5: Since then at a bar you want to talk to
- 16:15Speaker 5: the one on the right.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Well, at some point, I'm curious. I'm curious how how
- 16:23Speaker 3: they all met, because Daniel and Carmen had are now married,
- 16:26Speaker 3: at some point had to meet, and at some point
- 16:30Speaker 3: someone had to say that they were interested or not,
- 16:35Speaker 3: Like Daniel approaches them as like hi does does Lupitia
- 16:41Speaker 3: immediately say no? And Carmen's like yes.
- 16:45Speaker 11: I guess they said at a corner, hey, can I
- 16:53Speaker 11: talk to your sister? Where she ad that's not a question.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Yeah, I want to know the origin story. I want
- 17:04Speaker 3: to know how they met.
- 17:06Speaker 5: Yeah, and they won't disclose.
- 17:08Speaker 7: They're like, it's not you know, we don't just you know,
- 17:10Speaker 7: whatever's normal as normal whatever.
- 17:12Speaker 3: But you say that, but eventually Lupita is gonna go.
- 17:16Speaker 7: Off. What if one of them's a lesbian? What do
- 17:20Speaker 7: you do then?
- 17:22Speaker 3: Well, then Daniel says, that's the second wish that came to.

- 17:33Speaker 3: Days ago, Eonline gave us an update about Carmen and
- 17:37Speaker 3: Lupita Andrade, the conjoined twins, one of which Carmen recently
- 17:42Speaker 3: announced she married twenty eight year old Daniel McCormick. In
- 17:47Speaker 3: the fallout from that matrimony, Lupita, the other sister, swears
- 17:52Speaker 3: she is single and is independent of their relationship and
- 17:56Speaker 3: of their marriage. That being said, when it was time
- 18:00Speaker 3: for a family vacation, they obviously went together because they're
- 18:05Speaker 3: joined at the torso. But two weeks after the TikToker,
- 18:10Speaker 3: who is a conjoined twin with sister Lupita, Carmen announced
- 18:14Speaker 3: that she and husband Daniel McCormick tied the knot, and
- 18:17Speaker 3: she shared a glimpse into their first summer together as
- 18:19Speaker 3: a married couple and her July twenty fourth Instagram post,
- 18:23Speaker 3: the twenty five year old twins enjoyed a relaxing canoe
- 18:26Speaker 3: ride on a lake and their parents also tagged along.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Carmen included a sweet photo of their dad smiling as
- 18:32Speaker 3: he paddled the boat and Daniel, the husband, fishing as
- 18:35Speaker 3: she described the outing last minute late evening con Lafamilia.
- 18:40Speaker 3: True to their love of nature, Carmen and Daniel had
- 18:42Speaker 3: been spending a lot of time together outside. In fact,
- 18:44Speaker 3: the duo who met on Hinge in twenty twenty. That's
- 18:52Speaker 3: when Hinge is more than the name.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Yeah, on a boat, I mean they'd be handy on
- 18:58Speaker 2: a boat.
- 18:58Speaker 1: They've got three to sixty look, but that is that'd
- 19:04Speaker 1: be awkward if they were both on you know, online
- 19:06Speaker 1: dating profiles, you know, and you swiped right on one,
- 19:09Speaker 1: left on the other, you got conjoined.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Fished probably, I mean they are they are, you know, twins,
- 19:23Speaker 3: but they they do look a little different, so yeah,
- 19:25Speaker 3: they're not. They're not identical.
- 19:29Speaker 5: Yeah, that's the issue.
- 19:32Speaker 2: They have a good side.
- 19:40Speaker 3: They so there at least we have a little more
- 19:42Speaker 3: info into the backstory of their relationship. They met on
- 19:45Speaker 3: hinge h in twenty twenty. The rest of their romantic
- 19:53Speaker 3: trip or I'm sorry. As for their most romantic trip,
- 19:57Speaker 3: the couple exchanged their vals at the Lover's Leap Bridge
- 19:59Speaker 3: in New Milford, Connecticut, last October. They later gushed over
- 20:03Speaker 3: the experience on the Twins YouTube channel, noting the ceremony
- 20:05Speaker 3: was a small get together with just local family.
- 20:14Speaker 6: Well, there's just lovers Leap?
- 20:16Speaker 5: Is that what it was called.
- 20:19Speaker 3: It's a very well known bridge in the area.
- 20:21Speaker 7: Okay, I was gonna say, if you jump, one's not
- 20:26Speaker 7: gonna want to go.
- 20:30Speaker 3: That's why they call it the Lover's Leap, and not
- 20:32Speaker 3: to conjoin twins Leap because one's still hanging on.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Yep. That first dance had to be really awkward.
- 20:47Speaker 3: It's funny you mentioned that because I believe there was
- 20:51Speaker 3: another couple that this happened. I need to check to
- 20:55Speaker 3: see if this is a different couple or if in
- 20:57Speaker 3: fact actually was the same couple. But uh, there was
- 21:01Speaker 3: a couple that went viral on their first dance. It's
- 21:04Speaker 3: the guy dancing with his wife and her sister that's
- 21:07Speaker 3: conjoined to her is just kind of there. It might
- 21:11Speaker 3: have been this, It might have been these people.
- 21:13Speaker 2: I'm not sure.
- 21:16Speaker 5: Be you asked to cut in.
- 21:28Speaker 3: H do they do they receive that question the same way?
- 21:37Speaker 3: Or they think that you're offering your services as a surgeon?
- 21:47Speaker 2: Wow?
- 21:47Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean if they line, if they line dance,
- 21:51Speaker 1: there's gotta be some great choreography there.
- 21:55Speaker 2: They each learn half the steps the wobble.
- 22:05Speaker 7: Dar.

- 23:08Speaker 3: I have lost my place because I was trying to
- 23:10Speaker 3: remember where I wanted to start today because there's so
- 23:13Speaker 3: much good stuff the news. Let's start with this. A
- 23:18Speaker 3: school bus driver allegedly drove students while drunk, but he
- 23:24Speaker 3: says that's not true because the smell of alcohol on
- 23:27Speaker 3: his breath was actually Nike Will, old school Nike Will. Huh.
- 23:41Speaker 3: I'm not driving your kids drunk around town on a
- 23:43Speaker 3: school bus. I've just effed up on Nike Will.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Just spy.
- 23:48Speaker 3: How dare you accuse me of something so terrible? I've
- 23:57Speaker 3: been driving these kids around, you know, for years, and
- 24:00Speaker 3: you're gonna that one just actually kicked me right in
- 24:07Speaker 3: the gut. Surprisingly, this was not Florida. This is Maple Lake, Minnesota.
- 24:11Speaker 3: The school bus driver allegedly drove his students to school
- 24:14Speaker 3: while intoxicated, later telling the police the alcohol the students
- 24:17Speaker 3: smelled on him was from niquil. According to documents obtained
- 24:20Speaker 3: by a local outlet, school resource officer for Maple Lake
- 24:24Speaker 3: Schools was notified by his student that their bus driver
- 24:27Speaker 3: smelled like alcohol. I would like to I hope that
- 24:30Speaker 3: they said bus driver smells like mommy.
- 24:36Speaker 2: I really do think that's got to be.
- 24:38Speaker 1: The second visit you make is if you know how
- 24:43Speaker 1: old did it say how all these kids are elementary?
- 24:47Speaker 3: The officer contacted the bus company to do charging documents.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Multiple students, multiple students under the age of sixteen. Didn't
- 24:56Speaker 3: say how many students. So you're.
- 25:00Speaker 2: If you're a kid, and you know what alcohol smells like.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Through breath, like not just whiffing it out the top
- 25:08Speaker 3: of the bottle, but mixed in with you know, human biology.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Yeah, if you can go, oh, Jack Daniel, single barrel.
- 25:24Speaker 3: The bus driver smells like my mom Stanley or dad
- 25:32Speaker 3: or dad at football practice. Yeah, it's a bit of
- 25:36Speaker 3: a hint there. So he's in trouble. He's probably not
- 25:38Speaker 3: going to be driving kids around anymore, if ever ever again.
- 25:44Speaker 3: A woman filed for divorce because her husband decided he
- 25:48Speaker 3: was Batman. I tell you you, you show me a
- 25:53Speaker 3: man with a dream, and I'll show you a woman
- 25:55Speaker 3: who wants to squash it. The first month of married
- 26:00Speaker 3: life for this couple went smoothly, but then the husband
- 26:03Speaker 3: started acting completely unhinged. Unhinged he would regularly roam the
- 26:09Speaker 3: house in a Batman costume, force his wife to watch
- 26:12Speaker 3: Batman movies, insist on being called Bruce Wayne, and disappear
- 26:16Speaker 3: at night whenever he saw lights in the sky that
- 26:19Speaker 3: he believed were the bat signal. The last straw came
- 26:23Speaker 3: when the woman woke up in the middle of the
- 26:25Speaker 3: night to find her husband in a Batman suit, standing
- 26:28Speaker 3: in the dark and speaking in a deep, brooding voice.
- 26:32Speaker 3: After that, she packed her things, went to her parents' house,
- 26:34Speaker 3: and filed for divorce. I say for richer, for poorer,
- 26:38Speaker 3: sickness and in health. Meet his superhero energy with your own.
- 26:43Speaker 3: He's Batman, you'd be wonder woman.
- 26:48Speaker 1: At least she didn't file assault charges on him.
- 26:56Speaker 5: Me.
- 27:02Speaker 3: That may be the best double on hundred joke slash
- 27:05Speaker 3: punchline in the history of this program. And I am
- 27:08Speaker 3: including every iteration of it, Sir, I am, I am
- 27:20Speaker 3: shook right, Damn. Look, I don't know you know how
- 27:33Speaker 3: they say that, Oh, I bet so and so is
- 27:35Speaker 3: rolling over in their grave. Well I don't think you
- 27:38Speaker 3: can roll over in your grave if you've been cremated.
- 27:40Speaker 3: But I would like to think somewhere in a tube
- 27:43Speaker 3: six feet beneath the surface of a cemetery in Garland, Texas,
- 27:48Speaker 3: a little.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Just occurred.
- 27:57Speaker 3: Me.
- 27:58Speaker 5: Man.
- 28:00Speaker 3: All I want to do now is stop the show,
- 28:01Speaker 3: go back and pull the audio and just listen to
- 28:04Speaker 3: it for the rest of the day, maybe the rest
- 28:06Speaker 3: of Black Friday, maybe the whole weekend.
- 28:13Speaker 5: All right, well done.
- 28:21Speaker 3: If I was wearing a hat, I would tip it
- 28:22Speaker 3: to you. If I was wearing a cowl, I would
- 28:24Speaker 3: rip it off and go as it is a couple
- 28:30Speaker 3: more pieces of things to play with. The World's Strongest
- 28:47Speaker 3: Woman is a man.
- 28:52Speaker 5: It's a man.
- 28:53Speaker 3: Man.
- 28:57Speaker 2: That ain't no woman.
- 28:58Speaker 8: It's a man man.
- 29:02Speaker 3: I love twenty twenty five. I know things like this
- 29:06Speaker 3: shouldn't make my heart happy, but they kind of do.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Jammy Booker was disqualified just days after she destroyed the
- 29:13Speaker 3: competition at the Official Strongman Games World Championship in Arlington
- 29:19Speaker 3: over the weekend. The Official Games took place number twenty
- 29:24Speaker 3: through twenty third in Arlington, featured hundreds of athletes across
- 29:27Speaker 3: multiple divisions and competitions, with one of the biggest ones
- 29:30Speaker 3: being the twenty twenty five World Strongest Woman. Jammy Booker,
- 29:34Speaker 3: an alleged transgender athlete, was the one who came out
- 29:37Speaker 3: on top. However, Jammy was disqualified after the competition, making
- 29:42Speaker 3: Andrea Thompson the overall champion because it turns out Jammy
- 29:49Speaker 3: was born a man and In the rules and regulations
- 29:52Speaker 3: for the competition, it expressly states you have to compete
- 29:58Speaker 3: with the gender of your birth. I know this is
- 30:01Speaker 3: a hot topic in the world nowadays, and for some reason,
- 30:05Speaker 3: this is you know, split along political ideologies, like everything
- 30:09Speaker 3: seems to be these days. I have a simple solution,
- 30:12Speaker 3: and please, Tray Jerry tell me if this is half cocked.
- 30:19Speaker 3: You've got the male division, you've got the female division.
- 30:21Speaker 3: And the controversy in these competitions arises when you've got
- 30:25Speaker 3: someone that was a man at some point, or was
- 30:29Speaker 3: born a man, transitions or is in the process of transitioning,
- 30:33Speaker 3: and then competes in the woman's side and just destroys
- 30:36Speaker 3: all the female competitors to take the top spot.
- 30:39Speaker 5: Right.
- 30:40Speaker 3: I don't think there's any examples of a female's you know,
- 30:43Speaker 3: switching sides and dominating the men, at least not in
- 30:46Speaker 3: competitive sports. Can we just have a third category, just
- 30:51Speaker 3: have the trans category and let the trans athlete compete
- 30:55Speaker 3: against themselves. And if you know what, because and here's
- 30:57Speaker 3: the other thing to keep in mind across the world
- 31:01Speaker 3: and competitions that happen every single day, the number of
- 31:05Speaker 3: trans athletes competing in the opposite division of their birth
- 31:11Speaker 3: is extremely small. So if you create a trans division
- 31:14Speaker 3: for these competitions, you may have absolutely zero people in it,
- 31:19Speaker 3: or you may have one. But at least that's the spot.
- 31:24Speaker 3: I feel like that's a compromise. It's a solution for everybody,
- 31:28Speaker 3: and we can get back to debating things that truly matter,
- 31:32Speaker 3: and that is whether or not to wear crocs on
- 31:34Speaker 3: an airline.
- 31:36Speaker 1: That has been proposed and soundly rejected by the trans community.
- 31:40Speaker 3: Because they don't want to be seen as something other
- 31:44Speaker 3: than what they're wanting to be. Yes, well, I mean
- 31:47Speaker 3: at a certain point you just got to face reality.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Well, I think everyone is entitled to be happy. And
- 31:54Speaker 1: I can't even imagine what it's like to be born
- 31:56Speaker 1: and not feel comfortable in your own skin and feel
- 31:58Speaker 1: like you want to be someone else.
- 32:01Speaker 2: And but one of.
- 32:04Speaker 1: The things and quite frankly, it's really one of the
- 32:07Speaker 1: things that is now, especially in the LGBT community, there
- 32:11Speaker 1: has been a trend of you know, because most most
- 32:18Speaker 1: trans people want to blend in, They want to be
- 32:21Speaker 1: seen as normal, not and and I think this is
- 32:25Speaker 1: an unfortunate deal of our age of the time we
- 32:28Speaker 1: live in that there are a lot of people who
- 32:29Speaker 1: want attention, but toss out the big One of the
- 32:33Speaker 1: biggest bullshit things of the last ten years was the
- 32:36Speaker 1: notion that there is no difference between sexes.
- 32:39Speaker 3: Yes, there is. Everyone knows it absolutely.
- 32:42Speaker 1: And to say that, you know, oh, you know, you
- 32:46Speaker 1: grow you grow up as you know, a biological male,
- 32:49Speaker 1: and then you decide to switch, well, you still have
- 32:51Speaker 1: the benefits, especially if you're post pubescent, and quite frankly,
- 32:55Speaker 1: no one prepubescent. Really, kids shouldn't be making this decision.
- 32:59Speaker 1: You're you have the all the biological effects of being
- 33:02Speaker 1: a male, which there is a difference, you know, I mean.
- 33:07Speaker 3: Good and bad by the way, absolutely.
- 33:09Speaker 1: But when it comes to the physical traits. Serena Williams
- 33:14Speaker 1: is the greatest female athlete ever and and one of
- 33:17Speaker 1: the top athletes of all time. But you know when
- 33:21Speaker 1: she sat there and said, yeah, I would get smoked
- 33:23Speaker 1: in straight sex sets by you know, my male counterparts,
- 33:28Speaker 1: you have to know that there's a difference.
- 33:30Speaker 3: Yeah, she's not putting down her entire gender. She's just
- 33:34Speaker 3: speaking honestly about something that for the most part, well
- 33:37Speaker 3: basically kind of know. And I'll tell you this right now,
- 33:40Speaker 3: Like I love it when like idiot sports guys or
- 33:42Speaker 3: just idiot guys in general say something as stupid as, oh,
- 33:47Speaker 3: I could beat Serena Williams in a tennis match because
- 33:49Speaker 3: I'm a guy. Bubba ba No, no, you couldn't. Joe Schlub, No,
- 33:52Speaker 3: you couldn't. You know Andy Roddick, Yeah, he probably could.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Pete Sampras would probably beat you know, the will him sisters.
- 34:01Speaker 3: I'm not. No, I'm not gonna beat I'm not going
- 34:05Speaker 3: to beat the lowest seed tennis player in the world.
- 34:08Speaker 3: On the female side, I'm not. And so there are
- 34:10Speaker 3: exceptions to these rules. But at the end of the day,
- 34:13Speaker 3: when you're you know, talking about elite versus non and
- 34:18Speaker 3: just male versus female, come on, common sense. Common sense
- 34:21Speaker 3: can still be a thing without it being against somebody's thing.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Sorry, but yeah, I saw you know, and the woman
- 34:32Speaker 1: who has now been declared champion.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Uh yeah, she walked off the podium.
- 34:39Speaker 1: After this because and she was she was you could tell,
- 34:42Speaker 1: just absolutely kind of disgusted. And you know, they worked
- 34:46Speaker 1: their ass off for this and then all of a
- 34:48Speaker 1: sudden you get outdone by someone who has a biological.
- 34:56Speaker 2: I just drive, yeah, thank.
- 34:58Speaker 3: You, you mean it, because look and this is the
- 35:04Speaker 3: side of the show that we have to bring up
- 35:06Speaker 3: because this is this is what we do. We'll talk
- 35:07Speaker 3: about something kind of seriously, but then we have to
- 35:09Speaker 3: bring our own twist to stupid on it. And that's
- 35:10Speaker 3: what we're going to do here because I have these
- 35:13Speaker 3: thoughts and I'm sure other people do as well. When
- 35:15Speaker 3: you hear about a story like this where the World's
- 35:17Speaker 3: Strongest Woman wins, where the person that won the World's
- 35:21Speaker 3: Strongest Woman competition is a man, how'd they do that?
- 35:26Speaker 3: Has this person who was born a male that competed
- 35:29Speaker 3: in the female division of the World's Strongest Man? Have
- 35:31Speaker 3: they gone through the complete change? Has has the wiener
- 35:34Speaker 3: been extracted or is it still there?
- 35:38Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 35:40Speaker 3: I don't know if you know how closely they're checking,
- 35:42Speaker 3: are they giving are they giving physicals before they lift
- 35:45Speaker 3: weights on stage? But I know in these events they're extremely,
- 35:49Speaker 3: extremely difficult, and I just wonder, like some of these athletes,
- 35:56Speaker 3: like how do you keep it contained if you're not
- 35:59Speaker 3: full switched like when you do Like one of these
- 36:04Speaker 3: events in this competition was a log lift press, which
- 36:08Speaker 3: is basically I think it's like a like a clean
- 36:10Speaker 3: and jerk type of thing, And so you're picking up
- 36:13Speaker 3: the log like a dead lift, and then you're kind
- 36:16Speaker 3: of snatching it onto your thighs, and then you're standing
- 36:18Speaker 3: up and then pressing it over your head. How do
- 36:21Speaker 3: you keep your from flopping out at some point during
- 36:24Speaker 3: that heavy lift?
- 36:26Speaker 2: You never saw ace Ventura.
- 36:28Speaker 3: That's a hell of a ton of tray. Neither Einhorn
- 36:35Speaker 3: nor Pinkle. We're doing snatching cleans during the movie, basically
- 36:39Speaker 3: just walking around.
- 36:39Speaker 2: Really tight legged gut tape.
- 36:44Speaker 3: Then that needs to be the next rog Man sponsor,
- 36:46Speaker 3: because holy that's some good tape.
- 36:51Speaker 2: It works for NASA.
- 36:55Speaker 3: If it works for NASA, it'll keep your in place.
