- 0:00America, we are back, baby. Welcome to another episode of
- 0:02America Unfiltered. Kind of sick today.
- 0:05So we're going to have a different kind of show today.
- 0:07I thought we'd get back into the regular news, but not feeling
- 0:10great till I don't want to wear my throat out even more.
- 0:13I mean, it's killing right now. That's besides the point.
- 0:16There's just something going around.
- 0:17But I thought it would be fun today to do a reaction show.
- 0:20We're going to be reacting to me on Jubilee.
- 0:23I did the Jubilee mass deportations episode.
- 0:25This is from a few months ago, but for those of you who are
- 0:28newer to the show or didn't know that I was on Jubilee, this will
- 0:30be a fun intro to it for you guys.
- 0:33I debated in a four on 4 contest on Jubilee.
- 0:36Like I said on mass deportations, I think
- 0:38objectively we beat the shit out of them in this debate.
- 0:41I'll let you guys decide what you think, but I think the
- 0:43comments seem to agree for the most.
- 0:46Hope you guys are having a great day.
- 0:47And even if we were going to talk about the regular news is
- 0:49really not much. I mean, all there is to really
- 0:52talk about right now is a Cinnabon lady, which again, I
- 0:57think I, I think we're winning guys.
- 0:59I mean, we even have people in the White House tweeting out the
- 1:02link to her give send go the woman who got fired from
- 1:05Cinnabon for screaming the N word at a Somalian couple who
- 1:08was berating her for not wearing a hijab.
- 1:11So I think I think we're winning guys, but we're going to do this
- 1:15reaction today. Like I said, I'm not feeling too
- 1:17great. So I didn't want to do something
- 1:18that would completely wear me out for the rest of the week
- 1:20because I want to be able to do the show all week.
- 1:23We'll be back into the regular news tomorrow, regular show
- 1:26tomorrow. I know it's been a weird couple
- 1:28of days. I mean, yesterday we did the
- 1:30reaction to the Piers Morgan Nick Fuentes conversation, but
- 1:34that I mean, that was the biggest news by far online.
- 1:37So we're going to get right into the stream.
- 1:39Hope you guys are having a great day.
- 1:40I want to remind everyone to like smash the follow button,
- 1:42leave a comment. Let me know what you think about
- 1:44the show. We'll still read all the
- 1:45comments at the end of the show today.
- 1:47Rate the show 5 stars on Spotify.
- 1:49Follow on Spotify and scan the code up in the corner.
- 1:51Join our Telegram channel to stay updated on all things
- 1:54America Unfiltered. With that, let's get right into
- 1:56the show. Let me let me get this Telegram
- 2:00link shrunk down for you guys because it's less important.
- 2:05We don't really need that as much here.
- 2:06I'll move it into here for you guys.
- 2:09That way it's not blocking any more of the screen than I
- 2:12already am. I could even while we're getting
- 2:17into it, while the show's going, I'll move my camera around so
- 2:19you guys can see more of the screen.
- 2:21But let's get right into it and I'll give you guys all the
- 2:24inside baseball about everything from the Jubilee shoot, the
- 2:27people who were on the shoot, what they're actually like in
- 2:29person because very unique experience, very crazy
- 2:33experience. You all terrorists back to the
- 2:34country. It doesn't matter whether
- 2:36they're terrorists. OK, Let me let me tell you why.
- 2:38Let me tell you, why did you? Were you happy with J Sixers
- 2:40being thrown in jail without due process?
- 2:42Did you fight for them? I would.
- 2:43Did you fight for them? Did you fight for John Strand,
- 2:46who was in jail for four years without due process?
- 2:47Did they go through due process? No.
- 2:49OK, well, if they didn't go through due.
- 2:50Process. You guys were real silent about
- 2:52that, but give me an MS14, remember?
- 2:54Welcome to Middle Ground. I'm Ryan, your host.
- 2:56On the left we have people who are pro mass deportation and on
- 2:58the right people who are anti mass deportation.
- 3:00The first prompt is except for Native Americans, all Americans
- 3:03are immigrants. Let's have the agreers step
- 3:05forward, all right? Why do we agree on?
- 3:12People that are already unaware of their identity, right?
- 3:15It took me a long time to realize.
- 3:16That just to give you guys some insights to this girl was
- 3:19fucking retarded. You'll you'll see it throughout
- 3:21the debate and you'll see me mog in the debate against her.
- 3:24But I mean as dumb as it gets. I mean as the they'll their
- 3:28whole entire team was as dumb as it gets and you guys might
- 3:31recognize Matt. I've had him on my show a couple
- 3:33times to debate. He's actually kind of a decent
- 3:35guy, but yeah, you'll you'll be able to see throughout this
- 3:39exactly what I'm talking about. That I was native, I'm an
- 3:42indigenous, right. The whole time I grew up being
- 3:43called an undocumented illegal immigrant.
- 3:45That's my that was my title growing up.
- 3:47And then so I started, you know, thinking for myself and looking
- 3:49into my history. That's when I realized how much
- 3:51history is actually erased about, you know, the native
- 3:53people of this land. And so you when you recognize
- 3:55people as what they are and their true identity, a lot of
- 3:57the people being deported are Native Americans and and anybody
- 4:00else that came is an immigrant. And I mean, there's nothing
- 4:03wrong with being an immigrant, but it there's nothing wrong
- 4:04with mislabelling the wrong group of people under that label
- 4:07and then criminalizing, dehumanizing them for being
- 4:09undocumented or immigrants. You.
- 4:11Can also make the argument back in the 1500s when the settlers
- 4:13came in that that they arguably could have been immigrants when
- 4:16they were coming into the country when Christopher
- 4:18Columbus would made the the journey to come from I believe
- 4:20it was France or England heading over here to to.
- 4:23Yeah, Christopher Columbus sailed from France or England.
- 4:29Come on. He, he literally on my show, he
- 4:32corrected himself and said I've been getting so much shit for
- 4:34that. And it's like, you have to
- 4:35expect that. I mean France or England really.
- 4:39Try and find India. We're trying to get over to the
- 4:41Americas. Basically, these settlers coming
- 4:42over here could arguably be immigrants to the United States.
- 4:45When the founding fathers created this country, they still
- 4:47had the idea in mind that immigrants coming into the
- 4:49country are still going to be the potential to be something
- 4:53here is that that's exactly the reason as to why during the
- 4:56Civil War the 13th and 14th Amendment were created, having
- 4:58Chinese immigrants becoming legal citizens and being
- 5:01naturalized here, the Irish coming in during the industrial
- 5:04revolution there. This country is founded with by
- 5:08the idea of immigrants, with immigrants, for immigrants, by
- 5:10immigrants. Anything that.
- 5:12Yeah, I will say that Indigenous people.
- 5:14Also, I'm not going to keep pausing it a ton, but the the
- 5:18moderator, the guy in the maroon shirt, he's a massive liberal
- 5:23and he's been on multiple Jubilee videos, not as a
- 5:26moderator, but as a contender or a guest or whatever you want to
- 5:30fucking call him. And he's a massive liberal.
- 5:32So this entire thing was completely biased from the
- 5:34start. Clearly were the ones that had
- 5:35this land prior. And I will also say, like black
- 5:38and brown, people typically like people from Africa.
- 5:40And Caesar was a fucking retard as well.
- 5:42I mean like again he nice guy but he wore a CEO chain.
- 5:45I asked him what he was the CEO of and he had no answer.
- 5:49Just like you see me. Like I'm wearing the suit.
- 5:52I'm standing up in the background, haven't sat down
- 5:54yet. I'm wearing a full suit.
- 5:55This guy's in a fucking sweatshirt, bucket hat, dreads,
- 5:58and ACEO chain. Like, it's pretty obvious who is
- 6:03going to win this debate from the start.
- 6:04As well, like me, I'm Puerto Rican, so my people come from
- 6:06various places. We come from Puerto Rico, but we
- 6:08also have African lineage and we also have European lineage.
- 6:11And I think it's important to realize that the world as a
- 6:13whole, not just America, migration has always been fluid,
- 6:15has always been a fluid. So there have always been people
- 6:17that have been in various lands prior to Eurocentric
- 6:20settlization done by colonization as we see now in
- 6:23America. So I think it's important to
- 6:24note that and it's important to realize people that have come
- 6:26here through the diaspora, such as people from the Caribbean,
- 6:29such as African people, all those as well that have come
- 6:32here, many not by their will, obviously, I think that's
- 6:34important to state so. Migration is beautiful.
- 6:36Taking that DNA test, I did recognize that I do have
- 6:39European and I do have African and I'm a result of migration,
- 6:42right? People coming from different
- 6:43parts of the world. But it's just a shame that we've
- 6:45just, like I mentioned, we've criminalized people and called
- 6:47them immigrants or illegals, I mean, or aliens when these
- 6:50people are already here. And so people coming in through
- 6:52ships make them the real immigrants, and it's just like
- 6:55that. That girl is also a massive
- 6:58anarchist. She was part of the LA riots
- 7:00where she was literally targeting ICE agents and that's
- 7:03documented. She posted it on her Instagram
- 7:05story. Terrible person.
- 7:07You know, the word immigrant shouldn't be a terrible term,
- 7:10but just the way this country makes it, it's like, oh, an
- 7:12immigrant. And it's like, well, actually,
- 7:14we're all immigrants, right? But like you're saying, besides
- 7:16the native people of the land. So I feel like we owe so much to
- 7:18the native people, but we're still continuously deporting
- 7:20them and just hurting them and their families and and things
- 7:23need to change because we owe them so much.
- 7:25And we did have already, like, functioning society.
- 7:28And this country is falling apart.
- 7:30And it's just like all this technology and then all this
- 7:33advancement, quote, UN quote. But yeah, we already had a way
- 7:35of life where food was medicine. We were the ones that taught
- 7:38Europeans how to bathe themselves.
- 7:39Yeah, we're the ones called dirty.
- 7:41They say we bring diseases, but we literally were killed off
- 7:43millions and millions of Native Americans because of the disease
- 7:45that came from Europe. It's just like the way that
- 7:48they, and then they call it invasion when literally like
- 7:50this country was built on the bloodshed of Native Americans
- 7:52because of the invasions of people that came right when we
- 7:55welcome them. And even now we're still
- 7:57experiencing it. And it's just a shame.
- 7:59I could go on. Thank you.
- 8:01Let's bring forward the disagreeers.
- 8:05I think I just wanted to clarify some things.
- 8:07The reason why I didn't join everyone here is because I do
- 8:10think that when we talk about migration or immigration, I
- 8:12think there is some form of choice for certain people,
- 8:16whether even that choice is to flee uncertain circumstances.
- 8:18I just don't want to say that everyone except for Native
- 8:21Americans are immigrants. If I think about my ancestry and
- 8:25our ties to slavery, I don't necessarily think that counts
- 8:28as, like, choosing to immigrate somewhere, right?
- 8:30Like, we were brought on boats and ships, and a lot of people
- 8:33did not want to come here and we had no choice.
- 8:35So, I mean, obviously, I understand the sentiment.
- 8:38I just didn't want to speak for my potential investors.
- 8:40Yeah. I came in, I was three years
- 8:41old, right? I didn't choose come here, but
- 8:43I'm here now and I come from, I came from April.
- 8:46Yeah. So my mom actually, and my dad
- 8:48and my sister, I mean, they came on a visa and we overtake the
- 8:51visa. And so we came in legally,
- 8:53right? And then a lot of people.
- 8:54Stuff I literally right. A lot of people do enter.
- 8:56They cut it out. Here's one of the some of the
- 8:59inside baseball with Jubilee. You're there for anywhere
- 9:02between like four and six hours. They only air an hour of it.
- 9:05I mean, they cut a massive amount of it out and they cut
- 9:08out when I said you came in illegally.
- 9:09You shouldn't be here, and she shouldn't.
- 9:12But they overstay visas or they have some type of work permit,
- 9:14but you know, they get checked in, right?
- 9:16But it shouldn't even be that way.
- 9:17Asking permission to be a part of this land in this country
- 9:19that was already ours. All these borders are man made
- 9:22and. Before.
- 9:22This was the USA. This was Mexico, and before it
- 9:24was Mexico, it was native land. And so Mexicans are native,
- 9:27right? And so we're still here.
- 9:28And just like all the Latin American countries and all the
- 9:30people that deemed immigrants. So you're a visitor in this
- 9:32country, in this land. And it's just a shame what, you
- 9:35know, society has done to try to erase the history that they
- 9:38don't want to teach you, to show you.
- 9:40You know, we depend on undocumented labor to run this
- 9:42country, and we really do. And we shouldn't, we shouldn't.
- 9:45America would be so much better if we punish the corporations
- 9:48who are replacing hard working Americans with illegals.
- 9:52Whether they're hard working or not.
- 9:54I don't give a shit. They're not Americans.
- 9:56They they don't deserve the jobs.
- 9:58And again, this woman's like that dumb bitch hurt.
- 10:01Her entire argument for the entire debate is like, this land
- 10:05is owed to us. Like shut the fuck up.
- 10:10Nobody. U.S. citizens do not We're not
- 10:12supposed to work that people are staying here.
- 10:13She. Didn't say slaves.
- 10:14Yeah, we're talking about literally indigenous people
- 10:17still being exploited, you know, and, and all that came from.
- 10:20Like, I like Matt, but he's a white knight for sure.
- 10:22I. Mean here is they're ruining
- 10:23this, this this world. They're exploiting the natural
- 10:25resources that we protected. Are you saying that all Mexican
- 10:28residents have a claim to US citizenship?
- 10:30Then they. Should honestly they should
- 10:31because there's been so many laws violated, so many treaties
- 10:34broken that, you know, allowed us to be already US right.
- 10:37There was 1.5 million Mexicans were.
- 10:40Immediately my first instinct when I was on was like, I'm
- 10:42going to pin them against each other.
- 10:44Get that. Like that was my first thought
- 10:46when I heard how dumb she was and how much bullshit she was
- 10:49spewing. I'm like.
- 10:50You know what? There's no way they can all.
- 10:51Agree with her. So like, let me see where I can
- 10:53break them apart to start this debate off.
- 10:55Illegally deported back to Mexico after the US Mexican War,
- 10:59right? What happened to them?
- 11:00My mother was part Cherokee, so I have the indigenous in me as
- 11:04well. I can tell you when we fled
- 11:08England, we wanted freedom from a tyrannical king.
- 11:13We came to an empty land, we befriended the Indians, The
- 11:16tribes were fighting amongst themselves before we ever got
- 11:19here. Yes, we are all a product of
- 11:21immigration in some way, shape or form, and even the indigenous
- 11:25people would move from South America to North America.
- 11:28But there's a difference between being a settler and building a
- 11:32country and coming into a fully developed country illegally.
- 11:36One thing that hasn't been talked about with the mass
- 11:38migration that happened is that there's a lot of Ng OS and
- 11:42there's a lot of people and foreign governments that were
- 11:45making money on human suffering. Now, I'm not talking about the
- 11:48Americans human suffering, I'm talking about the migrant human
- 11:51suffering. I'm talking about the children
- 11:53that have been trafficked. I think everybody here can have
- 11:56some compassion for. I'm going to be pausing more in
- 11:58the beginning than I will as throughout the video, because I
- 12:01want to give some background. This woman, Laurie, very smart
- 12:04woman, bit of a wild card sometimes.
- 12:07And I say that in a good way. I mean, she she just screams
- 12:10shit out, says shit, you know, says what comes to her mind.
- 12:13But very smart woman. She worked on Trump's campaign,
- 12:16worked on Rand Paul's campaign, has worked in politics.
- 12:19And she does have her own podcast, Uncover California,
- 12:21which I've been on before. Very smart, very nice woman.
- 12:25Very, very kind woman. The 300,000 children that are
- 12:29currently missing in our country, we have to have
- 12:31process. My husband is an immigrant who
- 12:33came here legally. Farm workers, you can get a
- 12:36visa, a work visa. All we want on our side is to
- 12:40have people vetted, to have a process.
- 12:42There is a process, but people can't just jump in front of the
- 12:45line and we can't put people at risk because we've got over
- 12:49400,000 criminal aliens in our country, over 15,000 convicted
- 12:54rapist and over 13,000 murderers.
- 12:56So let's go over the top of you guys.
- 12:57So the topic is the besides the indigenous Americans that have
- 13:00lived here, the Native Americans that.
- 13:01Have lived here like my stepmother.
- 13:03Beside just yes, unlike that. I hated the phrasing in this
- 13:05question because they also cut out the part where I said that
- 13:08I'm a Native American. I was born in this land.
- 13:11I'm a fourth or fifth generation American.
- 13:15I am a Native American. And they wanted to say that only
- 13:18the Indians are Native Americans.
- 13:19Like, no, that's not what it is, sweetheart.
- 13:22Them everyone else that has migrated here would technically
- 13:24be immigrants. I understand the, the, the
- 13:26assessment, what you were saying because slaves were forced to be
- 13:29brought over here. Black, black people were forced
- 13:30to be brought over here, not on their own wells.
- 13:32So in that argument I could I could absolutely agree with you
- 13:35in that, in that sentiment that they are technically in that
- 13:37moment, not immigrants. You know, they were slaves first
- 13:40and then became Americans fully without question.
- 13:42Do you? Think they were victims?
- 13:43Or, I'm sorry, you could finish what you were saying.
- 13:45OK, go ahead. I'm confused as to why you keep
- 13:47stating that people that came here came on empty land because
- 13:50the land is definitely occupied. And additionally to that, you
- 13:54would still agree based off of your testimony, your family
- 13:56coming to because of persecution because of religious distress in
- 14:00Europe, I'm assuming, right? Right, right.
- 14:02Hold on time out. They whether they settled here,
- 14:05they're still immigrants, right? They're not from their native
- 14:07land. They chose to leave to come
- 14:09somewhere else, to seek asylum, to seek a new future, to seek a
- 14:12new life. You.
- 14:13Just said that did. I immigrants come, can I
- 14:15respond? No, definitely.
- 14:16Maybe I'm just. No, no.
- 14:17OK, So and I and I don't want you to be.
- 14:19Yeah, yeah. OK.
- 14:20So what I'm saying is my mother side of the family was
- 14:22indigenous to this land, OK. When they came to this land, we
- 14:25did not have New York City. We did not have towns they came
- 14:28to. My ancestors.
- 14:30Built New York City they would. Travel with the seasons, they
- 14:34wouldn't stay in one place. Many of them, and that's just
- 14:37true. But you said?
- 14:38When you're quite they didn't live there.
- 14:39No, my my father's side of the family came here.
- 14:44Fleeing persecution. Fleeing theocracy.
- 14:46At the same time, what I'm saying, there's a difference
- 14:49between being a settler to a nation and building a nation and
- 14:52coming in after it's already built.
- 14:53But here's the thing that's. Just an excuse.
- 14:55Because what? Because they lived in huts?
- 14:56Because they had a different idea of what.
- 14:59They were killing each other and eating each other.
- 15:00Type of rhetoric that was used when when Europeans went to
- 15:03Africa and they said they're half naked, running around like
- 15:06savage even, but that's their culture that that like they
- 15:09still own. That their culture, the savage.
- 15:11Because they didn't have, because I didn't have
- 15:13industrialization, that it wasn't occupied.
- 15:14It was occupied land. And I'm more trying and I, I
- 15:18agree with that. I'm kind of more pinning on the
- 15:20point of what you're saying here.
- 15:21Your father. 'S that part was so fucking
- 15:23weird where she does that little fucking moan after he touches or
- 15:26I remember seeing that in real time and my face was like, what
- 15:28the fuck is that? What did I just watch?
- 15:31I don't know if you guys saw that as well, but it's fucking
- 15:33weird. He puts his arm, his hand on the
- 15:35back of her arm and she's like and it's like, bitch, what?
- 15:39Get the fuck out of it. Get out of here.
- 15:40Get out of here, it's fucking weird.
- 15:43History came over to this portion of the land.
- 15:46Yes, fleeing from persecution in this theater.
- 15:48Well, and also discovering a new civilization.
- 15:50Well, it's, well, that's the difference between the two.
- 15:51So if you're fleeing from persecution, that's technically
- 15:53a conversation for asylum. But if you're settling, finding
- 15:56new land, finding a new opportunity, that can still be
- 15:58technically an immigrant kind of freeze, so.
- 16:00That's what people. Say barren land and building
- 16:02something versus coming to something already set up.
- 16:04And saying hey, what's medical give me medical give.
- 16:07Me, everyone come to something that's already built up and I
- 16:09wanted to just clarify one thing that kind of you were saying
- 16:12when we were standing over back there, when you say that
- 16:14immigrant has become a bad term. That's something I really
- 16:17disagree with and I think all of us do too.
- 16:18The illegal immigrant, I understand that, but immigrants
- 16:21are. I have no problem with
- 16:22immigrants. I don't think anybody here has
- 16:23any problem with immigrants. What we do have a problem with
- 16:25is illegal immigration and illegal immigrants, which is a
- 16:28big difference. Well, here's the interesting
- 16:29thing. It sucks too because they cut
- 16:31out a whole part where I, again, it makes it sound like I'm like
- 16:34contradicting some of my own opinions because of the way they
- 16:37edit it. They really edit out some of the
- 16:39more controversial things, which is dumb because they could take
- 16:42this shit so much further. But I went on a whole rant about
- 16:45how there are like huge problems with immigrants, Somali and
- 16:48immigrants, Haitian immigrants, immigrants who don't assimilate
- 16:50into America, how we have too much immigration and we need to
- 16:53honestly stop it. And they cut all that shit out
- 16:56and then all they leave in is me saying I don't have problems
- 16:59with immigrants. It's like, no, I do.
- 17:00Actually I do. You misrepresented what I said.
- 17:04That you're talking about because you're you keep you keep
- 17:06continuing to saying this barren land, this empty vessel, it's
- 17:09this this land itself. There's historical documents
- 17:12that say otherwise. It was when it shows without a
- 17:14huge landmass coming from the Russian side of the world coming
- 17:18into the more Canadian America's location.
- 17:21So there were people that were here.
- 17:23Just because you don't see somebody at that portion of the
- 17:25building doesn't mean that there weren't people there, that there
- 17:28isn't people there. So what I'm saying is that there
- 17:30were people in the Americas that existed.
- 17:33Just because it wasn't created like the city of New York
- 17:35doesn't mean that there wasn't societal advancements,
- 17:38technological advancements in their time, more governing
- 17:41styles that they had it within their culture.
- 17:43We immigrated. We would have started living in
- 17:44TPS and doing all the things they were doing.
- 17:46We didn't. Have to cultivate the land.
- 17:47We settled and built a new land and immigrants came and helped
- 17:49build the land with us. But at the same time, that's you
- 17:51going into their culture, accepting their culture as to
- 17:53what it is. That would be wrong in that
- 17:54country. But but what that was happening
- 17:57back then when they were settling was this clash of
- 17:59cultures because London and the people of England had a
- 18:02different style of creating their own cities, their own
- 18:04lives, their own, their own society, right?
- 18:06It's the same thing that was happening over here.
- 18:07Their life and their society and their livelihoods completely
- 18:09different. So that's where this, this
- 18:11conversation you're talking about where they're living in
- 18:13teepees, they're living in huts. That's their culture, that's who
- 18:15they were. My point is, if we were
- 18:17immigrants, we would have came and immigrated and we started
- 18:20doing that. We came and settled on a barren
- 18:21land and built up cities, built rail, railroads, built all the
- 18:24things. We have built the greatest
- 18:26country to ever exist. OK, we got, we got to stop
- 18:28there. I wish we could go for hours,
- 18:29but let's move on to the. Next problem Before we go any
- 18:32further, we want to take them on a mission to entrust the world
- 18:34around. We're not going to watch the.
- 18:37ICE has too much unchecked power.
- 18:39Will the agreeers please step forward?
- 18:41ICE needs a million times more unchecked power.
- 18:45Like I'm not even fucking kidding.
- 18:46We need to just be deporting the shit out of people.
- 18:50I think that ICE definitely has too much power.
- 18:52I'm originally from Milwaukee, WI and there were US born
- 18:54citizens in Milwaukee, WI that have even been detained by ICE.
- 18:57ICE like police and like many other things of authority just
- 19:00use their authority to often times abuse and show that force
- 19:02when it's unnecessary. I.
- 19:03Mean there's just an incident that happened where a judge was
- 19:06actually arrested for what they said aiding an immigrant to flee
- 19:09ICE basically. Essentially the reason why I
- 19:11feel like it's an uncharged power is because she had stated
- 19:13you do need a warrant and the warrant that they had wasn't the
- 19:15appropriate warrant that they could use to actually detain
- 19:17this person. And so she stated, let me try to
- 19:19get this criminal trial going before you guys just detain this
- 19:21person. He still has a right for the
- 19:22specific crime and the specific trial that's happening right
- 19:24now. And they were arguing against
- 19:28it. And so I think it gets really
- 19:29tricky when you have a judge or the judicial branch stating that
- 19:32you have to follow and abide by these rules.
- 19:33And then ICE feels emboldened and empowered, just completely
- 19:36disregarded and then take advantage of the situation.
- 19:38The other issue too is that we have already seen what has what
- 19:41ICE has already done with deporting a huge amount of
- 19:44people over to El Salvador immigrants without due process.
- 19:47One perfect example. I feel like we already know who
- 19:49this individual is, Mr. Abrego Garcia.
- 19:51Mr. Abrego Garcia, the the sex trafficker the the sex
- 19:55trafficker Mr. Abre. It's like when I made the joke
- 19:58call him Sir King Jeffrey Epstein after they buried the
- 20:01Epstein files. But the difference is I was
- 20:03fucking kidding. He's being serious.
- 20:05He's like Mr. Abrego Garcia. Like dude, this guy's a fucking
- 20:10sex trafficker who beat the shit out of his wife.
- 20:14Already know that he 1 is a legal citizen to this country as
- 20:18well as not having a criminal record and because.
- 20:20Come on this. He has the ability to have due
- 20:23process and because due process was not given to him, the
- 20:25Supreme Court has already ordered in a nine oh decision to
- 20:29facilitate the return and the release overturn Mr. Abrego
- 20:31Garcia, which could also open the floodgates to other
- 20:33individuals that are over there, the the Barber that was over
- 20:35there, the makeup artist. That was the only thing the
- 20:37judges decided on Abrego Garcia is we couldn't deport him to El
- 20:40Salvador. We had to deport him to another
- 20:42country. So I think we sent him to like
- 20:44Uganda or something. As well.
- 20:47So the idea that ICE can just go in, do what they're doing and do
- 20:52it and send them away without due process is, in my personal
- 20:55opinion, unconstitutional. I mean, they're definitely
- 20:57violating so many rights that we all have, right?
- 20:59You know, people have the same rights, either they're
- 21:00undocumented or not. And so right now they're, you
- 21:02know, they don't, they show without warrants.
- 21:04And so when they're, you know, confronted like, hey, where's
- 21:06your warrant? I'm not going to open the door.
- 21:07They are opening doors. They're smashing car windows.
- 21:09They're pulling people out of cars.
- 21:10They're just going into people's homes.
- 21:12People know their rights and ICE is just abusing their power
- 21:14because they're not following the law.
- 21:16Thank you. Will the disagreeers come
- 21:17forward? Can I ask you a question about
- 21:20the Kilmar Garcia thing? He was given deportation orders
- 21:24by two different judges. He beat his wife on multiple
- 21:27occasions, and he was proven to be a citizen of El Salvador, and
- 21:30he's in an El Salvadorian prison.
- 21:32You stated he was an American citizen, which was false.
- 21:33Do you think that if the things I just said are true, which they
- 21:36are, that he should be deported to El Salvador?
- 21:37No. So you don't receive El
- 21:39Salvadorian city. Did not receive due process.
- 21:41The problem is, is that when I said that he was an American
- 21:43citizen, I meant a legal immigrant to the United States
- 21:45of America. He was an illegal immigrant.
- 21:47We can say that all we want to, whether or not he has been
- 21:49proven. Yeah, sure.
- 21:50I have a question. I have a question for you.
- 21:51He. Actually showed it Matt was.
- 21:53Again, I like Matt, so I'm going to try not to talk shit about
- 21:56Matt the way I'm going to talk shit about some other people on
- 21:58this. But I got to say that it was a
- 22:02retarded comment. I mean, it was as dumb as it
- 22:04gets to be like no, no, no, he's not an illegal immigrant.
- 22:07He did have deportation orders, but he's not an elite.
- 22:09Like dude, is there anything in there the.
- 22:13White House press briefing. The documents that showed the
- 22:15proof of it. What document?
- 22:16They showed the documents, The court documents that two judges
- 22:19gave him deportation orders because he was an illegal
- 22:20immigrant in this country. Under Trump's administration,
- 22:23no, no I didn't. Let's.
- 22:23Talk about this specific question.
- 22:24Let's talk about the Constitution, right, Because I'm
- 22:26a constitutional person myself. The 5th Amendment says no person
- 22:30shall be detained without due process.
- 22:31It does not say citizen. It does not.
- 22:33It says person. It says it says person a little
- 22:34human. So with that being said, would
- 22:36you I have a question for y'all. Do y'all agree or disagree that
- 22:38the federal government is going against the constitution by
- 22:41arresting and detaining people without due process?
- 22:43That's my question to. Go.
- 22:43I I do like that you brought that up now.
- 22:45Yeah, it says all, you know, all persons, all people have want to
- 22:47phrase it right. I think it is no use.
- 22:48That for the, for the, for the gun for.
- 22:49Amendments. I think it is implied that it's
- 22:51for citizens, but I do. Understand this is what?
- 22:53I'm going to get to where I will kind of agree and like support
- 22:55what you're saying is the. John, who is the guy being in
- 22:58this guy right here. Nice guy but I I want to be
- 23:03honest he was not the best representation of our side for
- 23:07sure and the guy sitting next to him was very smart but didn't
- 23:11talk much because he had Tourette's and he was scared
- 23:12he'd have a Tourette's attack. I wish he talked more because he
- 23:15was actually very smart. In most states, I'm sure it's
- 23:17pretty much if the law is not stated, then it can't be
- 23:20implied. That's why we have the court.
- 23:21So that is a fair argument you bring up.
- 23:22I get that. But I think generally speaking,
- 23:24when they founded it now, it's a lot different now than it was
- 23:26then. It was implied that it would be
- 23:27for the city. But there are certain amendments
- 23:29that specify citizens, right? The, the language is, is very
- 23:32intentional. So when they say people, I mean
- 23:34that's anybody. If you're coming here just to
- 23:35travel for a week, if you're on vacation, if you steal and you
- 23:37go, they, they, you know, they give you a, you have due
- 23:39process. It's not just for American
- 23:42citizens or U.S. citizens. It's for everybody that's on
- 23:44this land. They have a process.
- 23:46They have a right to trial. Just like if I were to go to
- 23:47Korea and if I were to commit a crime, they have their process.
- 23:50I have to follow their. Legal crime in Korea they would
- 23:52deport. You OK?
- 23:52Well, first of all. They deport you.
- 23:54KJD Agra was designated a terrorist organization as well
- 23:58as MS13. You brought up Judge Dugan.
- 24:01This man that they are at that was in there for a trial with
- 24:05the defendants there and the prosecution and the people that
- 24:09were beaten by this man to the point of being put in the
- 24:12hospital wanted their day in court.
- 24:14They ICE was in the hallway. They did not get in a fight in
- 24:17the courtroom and they knew that this man had already had a
- 24:19deportation order. What did this Judge Dugan do?
- 24:22She took him into the close section, into her chambers and
- 24:26snuck him out the back door. That is not.
- 24:28Have the authority to support him at that time.
- 24:31She's in jail now in. The middle, well, that's not.
- 24:34That's besides the point. The issue is the.
- 24:35Reason why she was so. Frustrated and why she wouldn't
- 24:38allow that to happen is because there seems to be a pattern with
- 24:40ICE trying to go over judicial rights and when the judge, when
- 24:43the judge is stating that there he's in the middle of a Criminal
- 24:46Court case, that she's not saying that he was innocent.
- 24:48He already had a deportation order and wait really quick, let
- 24:51me finish my thought there. So he had already had a
- 24:54deportation order. You guys sit here and you're
- 24:56talking a lot about due process and ICE.
- 24:58You know, ICE are the people that go in and save the kids
- 25:01that have been trafficked. ICE are the ones that put
- 25:03themselves in danger all the time to protect you.
- 25:05We're not. And about that?
- 25:06Though we're talking about the powers that they're doing right
- 25:08now, where the federal judges, the federal judges have already
- 25:11stated against your case, against your opinion, they have
- 25:14already stated what they're doing is unconstitutional.
- 25:17The appellate courts not only there but also in the Supreme
- 25:20Court with that nine O decision against Albrigo Garcia.
- 25:22So it doesn't matter what our opinions are.
- 25:24The nine O decision said he could not go back to El
- 25:27Salvador. That's the only thing it said.
- 25:29It said he could be deported, just not to El Salvador, because
- 25:32apparently he's like a wanted gang member in El Salvador and
- 25:35they would kill him. That's the only reason.
- 25:38But he didn't feel like talking about that.
- 25:40He didn't even know about it, actually.
- 25:42Judge is themselves have already stated that what they're doing
- 25:46is too much. So do you agree or disagree with
- 25:48what the Supreme Court and the federal courts have been saying?
- 25:50What I disagree with was the Federal court or the Supreme
- 25:53Court wasn't given the information beforehand that
- 25:55Kilmore had two deportation orders that he was an MS13 gang
- 26:00member. You don't have any support that
- 26:01claim? Yes, I do.
- 26:02No, you don't. I do.
- 26:03Tell me what I do. What evidence do you have?
- 26:06Actually, court documents, would you like to go over them?
- 26:08Even if those courts documents say what you're saying, which I
- 26:11don't believe the issue is, is that the supreme source?
- 26:14What do you mean? Who's your source?
- 26:15Literally the entire court system and the entire judicial
- 26:19court system have disagreed with your claim, ma'am.
- 26:21And not only have they disagreed with your claim, the Supreme
- 26:24Court in a nine zero decision have disagreed with your claim.
- 26:29So because of that, he should be brought back here.
- 26:31ICE is doing too. Much you want to bring all
- 26:33terrorists back to the country? It doesn't matter whether
- 26:35they're terrorists, whether Let me let me tell you why, Let me
- 26:37tell you why. Did you?
- 26:38Were you OK with J Sixers being thrown in jail without due
- 26:41process? Did you fight for them?
- 26:42I would. Did you fight for them?
- 26:44Did you fight for John Strand, who was in jail for four years
- 26:46without due process? Did they go through due process?
- 26:48No. OK, well, if they didn't go
- 26:49through due process. You guys were real fighting
- 26:51about that, but give me an MS13 member.
- 26:53We're not talking about Jan Sixers, We're not talking about,
- 26:57we're not talking about, we're not talking about
- 26:58insurrectionists here in the country.
- 26:59Well, we are talking about, but we are terrorist.
- 27:01Invaders are OK. What we are talking about is ICE
- 27:06doing illegal activities unconstitutionally because
- 27:09they're not giving, they're not giving their due process to the
- 27:12people they're reporting. What about the alien enemies act
- 27:13that says that we don't have to give them the?
- 27:14Supreme Court denies your claims because they told him to no
- 27:17longer do that because that is unconstitutional.
- 27:18So you can take that throw out the window 90 on the Supreme
- 27:22Court. So are you on the Supreme?
- 27:24Court side with me. Do you deny and disagree with
- 27:27the highest court in the land about Abrego and potentially
- 27:31other people that have gotten no due process?
- 27:33IA 100% disagree with them because I have been in the
- 27:35freaking depths of the invasion that happened to our country and
- 27:39I do not agree with an MS13 member who had been had two two
- 27:42deportation orders for a judge to override that.
- 27:45I do not believe in shopping district judges to get your way
- 27:48so and I am allowed to have my First Amendment right and
- 27:51opinion on that subject when I have.
- 27:53Other people that have been deported as well.
- 27:55Mahmoud Khalil. And he should.
- 27:56He has to be deported. He doesn't.
- 27:57Long they're given full presidential authority to carry
- 27:59out the mass deportation that the vast majority of Americans
- 28:01voted for when they elected Donald Trump.
- 28:03Again, those are unconstitutional.
- 28:05It's. Not under the Alien Enemies act.
- 28:07It is the Supreme Court denies you reinvoke disagrees with
- 28:10reinvoked. No it didn't.
- 28:11They literally said in A5 four decision that they cannot use it
- 28:14in the alien inject any law check again.
- 28:16You can say check again, but he's not allowed to go.
- 28:18But the other problem again. He's an idiot.
- 28:20The 5th Amendment was denied by these people through ICE.
- 28:24The 4th amendment was denied when they were breaking down
- 28:26windows in people's cars, giving taking away the right to
- 28:28privacy. The 1st Amendment was denied
- 28:30when they were. That's the equivalent of saying
- 28:32that if you refuse to roll down your window during like a police
- 28:35stop and they break your window eventually, that it's a Fourth
- 28:37Amendment violation. Like, no, it's not.
- 28:39You just got to comply. Taking students and throwing
- 28:41them and deporting them as well. Multiple federal judges in
- 28:43appellate courts have that's. The only argument I'll give him
- 28:46where they were deporting students for protesting.
- 28:48That was crazy. I mean, the ones who acted
- 28:50violently. I get that, and I agree with
- 28:52that actually. But the students who are just
- 28:55protesting Israel, who got deported, that's the only place
- 28:58I'll agree with Matt. Said those claims and Supreme
- 29:00Court agrees with them. I feel as an American, you
- 29:04should be very concerned with ICE, with ISIS activities
- 29:08recently, and you should also be very concerned with the casual
- 29:11use of just deporting people who you deem should be deported.
- 29:14What's stopping? What is stopping, you know,
- 29:17actual U.S. citizens to be deported next?
- 29:20Trump's already said that we have a lot of criminals here
- 29:22he'd like to deport to El Salvador.
- 29:24Troll. Yeah, exactly.
- 29:28I'm sorry, words have power and if you start to influence people
- 29:32to get comfortable with the idea of deporting people Willy and
- 29:34nilly without letting them go to court, plead their case,
- 29:37whatever the case may be. We're.
- 29:39Open. It is like scary to think that
- 29:40this is some people's actual mindsets.
- 29:42Like they really think Trump's a dictator, like Trump's not far
- 29:45right enough. We do need a legitimate king in
- 29:47this country. Like Trump is not not doing
- 29:50enough and these people think he's like the devil.
- 29:52It's like, OK, just wait. Just wait till Gen.
- 29:55Z takes power. Putting ourselves up to deport
- 29:59people that the president deems at the executive branch deems
- 30:02terroristic or, or they don't like their opinions or they,
- 30:05they have too much power, influence over the people.
- 30:06So let's just deport them. I, I'm very concerned.
- 30:08I, I worry very, very much so. And I've never really been
- 30:10someone who's super proud American constitutionalist.
- 30:13But I'm telling you, I'm actually starting to read the
- 30:15Constitution because Trump has made so many statements and he's
- 30:18empowered so many people to completely disregard the
- 30:21judicial branch. And that branch is very
- 30:22important. Checks and balances matter.
- 30:24Trump said that he was going to run for a third term.
- 30:25You think? That's unconstitutional.
- 30:26He's kidding. It's again his.
- 30:27Troll. Yes, yes, yes, yes.
- 30:29Of his. Cabinet.
- 30:30They're kidding, you know it drives you.
- 30:32Nuts guys. Guys, back to the topic.
- 30:33Trump gets all back to the topic.
- 30:35So where I would maybe say that they are, I don't wanna say
- 30:37unchecked, but less checked than they have been in the way of.
- 30:40I mean, I, I, I'm sure we're all happy.
- 30:42We have the trifecta in the Conservative Party right now.
- 30:43But I mean, I personally, I'm not happy about that.
- 30:45I mean, we have the president to be the Senate.
- 30:46We have. We have.
- 30:47Kind of like we don't have. It but we also we also have the
- 30:49Supreme Court where that's where I think they can be less checked
- 30:51now is because you know under and I think it should be in any
- 30:54administration you shouldn't have one party ruling
- 30:56everything. Do I like that?
- 30:57Subjectively, yes, But objectively it makes it a lot
- 30:59harder to check things. So I almost actually considered
- 31:01coming up here because. But that's why I think the word
- 31:04is. It's not unchecked, it's just
- 31:05less checked, but. Lori didn't like him.
- 31:07I'm not gonna say it for certain, but like Lori
- 31:10constantly was like giving him looks and like at one point
- 31:13during this, she's like, are you even on our fucking team?
- 31:17I will say some of John's stakes were not great.
- 31:19Been liberal or conservative, if anybody had full power, but
- 31:22that's also that that, that fair.
- 31:23But then that's but that sows doubt in the opposition, which
- 31:25is a completely fair doubt to have.
- 31:26If they have full control, you're going to be like, will
- 31:28they take advantage of that? I think we are just in our
- 31:30opinion, we don't feel they are taking control of that in that
- 31:33way. But I can I can see where you
- 31:34are coming. From when he was in office, he
- 31:36deported a lot of. Trump.
- 31:37Deported in chief. And wasn't sued and he wasn't
- 31:39sued and I, I wonder why that is.
- 31:40Is it because that because? It's corruption process, due
- 31:42process, because they did things.
- 31:44Ethic process. They did things I don't want to
- 31:46say ethically he did not. They followed a process.
- 31:48Yeah, right. Or.
- 31:48Do you think Bill Clinton when he deported 11 million people,
- 31:50and Obama when he deported over three, you think every one of
- 31:53them received due process? I honestly don't.
- 31:54I don't agree with deportation. I don't my statement and the
- 31:57reason why there is such outrage is because the way that it's
- 31:59handled because of unchecked ISIS, unchecked actions.
- 32:03It's only because. Every time I get fact checked,
- 32:05I'm correct. That's the best part.
- 32:07They kept like saying to me during the thing like you're
- 32:10going to get fact checked. You're going to get fact checked
- 32:12on this. Like after everything, I'd say
- 32:14the fucking guy in the maroon shirt would look at me and be
- 32:16like, you're going to get fact checked.
- 32:17And I was like, OK, good. And then every Fact Check they
- 32:20gave me, I was right on it. It's very funny.
- 32:22It's. Trump.
- 32:23Better finish. No, it's because the way that
- 32:25it's happening has been sensationalized.
- 32:27Not because of it's being Trump. It's because they are
- 32:30essentially going against the Constitution and what we at what
- 32:34makes us feel safe as US Americans right by following the
- 32:37following our Constitution by understanding our rights.
- 32:39Those rights that we have are now being pulled into question
- 32:42because of Trump's giving unchecked power to ICE and and
- 32:45do you think? It's.
- 32:47I think it's even more OK what? I'm saying.
- 32:49Like what changed? What was like?
- 32:50I'm not saying that it was more OK, I'm just saying that.
- 32:52There was less actions against the courts or from the courts
- 32:56because it was under due process.
- 32:57If Trump did it more if let's say the first, the first three
- 33:00months, it was all in due process.
- 33:01No one here would be upset at the fact that ICE is doing the
- 33:04due process, the due diligence. But they're not doing that.
- 33:06They're throwing them in buses at 1:00 in the morning, sending
- 33:08them over to El Salvador without question.
- 33:10We already know because I've already said this, sorry, but we
- 33:12already know that with the Venezuelans, they have a huge
- 33:15majority of them were already sent without due process and
- 33:17were sent with no criminal record.
- 33:19So to go out to go out to your answer, the answer is, is that
- 33:22it's the due process. It's the 5th Amendment, that's
- 33:24that's it. It's a Fifth Amendment that
- 33:26they're not abiding. By we're going to have to stop
- 33:27there. Stop there.
- 33:28Great love the energy guys. We get to move on.
- 33:30The next prompt is there is no ethical way to have mass
- 33:32deportation. The agreers please step forward.
- 33:38Every fucking question pretty much was raised in a way to get
- 33:42them in front of the camera first as well.
- 33:45Again, like Jubilee claims, they're not biased at all, but
- 33:47they only pay the Liberals they don't like again, you get a
- 33:50basic yeah, like 50 bucks for coming out, but then look at
- 33:53like what Parker and Dean or like any of the Liberals get.
- 33:57They get thousands of dollars that even that dumb bitch with
- 33:59the Bullring gets thousands of dollars.
- 34:03They're very biased towards liberals.
- 34:04And you can get this feeling when you're when you're doing
- 34:07your Jubilee interview, like when you apply, you'll do an
- 34:10interview. You could tell the person you're
- 34:12every person I've interviewed with has said like blue or
- 34:15purple hair or some fucking septum piercing or like some
- 34:18very obvious tale that they are a liberal or a retard.
- 34:23Hey y'all. Hey, let's talk about why you
- 34:25agree. Historically, I don't think that
- 34:27mass deportation has ever really worked, and it's never really
- 34:29been done ethically. And so right now, I feel like
- 34:31with our current administration under Trump, we're in the
- 34:33process of trying to deport a large group of people.
- 34:36And we're already seeing that people's due processes aren't
- 34:40given to them. We see that, you know, children
- 34:43are worried about going to school.
- 34:44They're worried that they're going to come home, and their
- 34:45parents are being taken. A lot of families are really
- 34:48under distress. Well.
- 34:49It's one of those things where you have you've taken the whole
- 34:52group as a whole. One of the biggest concerns is
- 34:55when you send out these mass deportations, you are not
- 34:58necessarily determining whether or not they have any sort of
- 35:01criminal records or not or like you said, due process.
- 35:03The whole system is basically taking them and just taking them
- 35:05onto the buses and just sending them out instead of actually
- 35:07going through the system legally like we have been throughout the
- 35:10inception of the country. One of the biggest concerns,
- 35:12especially with the El Salvador situation that we have right
- 35:15now, a good majority of those Venezuelans I haven't sent over
- 35:17there have no criminal records and about 75 to 90% of those.
- 35:22They keep saying no criminal records, but every single one of
- 35:24them violated US Code 8/13/25. Every single one of them.
- 35:30Venezuelans, from what I was told, from what I've seen from
- 35:32the statements themselves, were not given their due process and
- 35:36don't actually have, like I said, criminal records to
- 35:38support the claims of being deported to those to that
- 35:41country and. What you're seeing right now is
- 35:42racism, right? People are being picked up
- 35:45because of the color of their skin or what they look like.
- 35:47And it's something that's been going on historically for many
- 35:49years, actually. And I think a lot of people fail
- 35:51to recognize that a lot of the brown people that are being
- 35:53picked up, a lot of from, you know, Latin American countries
- 35:54are actually Native American to the Americas.
- 35:56And so it's just been years of oppression ever since, you know.
- 35:59I complain a lot about how much they cut out of me talking
- 36:02because they cut out a lot. I mean, like I said, they cut
- 36:04out all the most controversial things, but they also cut out a
- 36:06lot of dumb things people say to not make liberals look stupid.
- 36:10They cut out a lot of florist comments.
- 36:12A lot of them. Others came to the Americas,
- 36:14which is North America, South America, Central America,
- 36:16Canada. And so it's just been oppression
- 36:18of native people. And so I think it's point to
- 36:19recognize that because they get labeled immigrants when really
- 36:22they're the original people of the land.
- 36:23And then, you know, they have all these ties to the land and
- 36:25that's why they get so much hate and that's why they want to keep
- 36:27removing them, right? There's just been this ethnic
- 36:29cleansing for so long and it's continuing to this day.
- 36:31And so that's why you see all the time.
- 36:33Mass deportation, I think like you stated, there is a process
- 36:36that we can use to legally deport someone, right?
- 36:38But when you say mass deportation and you think about
- 36:41how vast America is, right, the United States, it does open room
- 36:43to just look at someone, assess under your opinion that you
- 36:46think that they're here as an illegal immigrant.
- 36:48And when you are just thinking about numbers and getting as
- 36:51many people out, you're not going through the process.
- 36:53You're not betting through their criminal history, their
- 36:54background, how long they've been here, what familial ties,
- 36:56how they help their community. So that's really frightening to
- 36:58see. And there are a lot of cases
- 37:00that we're seeing where people are taking advantage of the
- 37:02situation and actually assaulting women and pretending
- 37:05to be ICE agents. And it causes a lot of distress
- 37:08and concern. You know, if you want to do
- 37:09things with the cross that's fine, but just playing it as a
- 37:12number game and grounding as much people and just tripping
- 37:14them off isn't really going to work.
- 37:15Mass deportation is completely unethical because when we think
- 37:18about what groups we picture, when we think of the word mass
- 37:20deportation, it is predominantly people that come from black and
- 37:23brown countries. Furthermore, that helps it
- 37:25doesn't help the relationships that we have with other
- 37:27countries and continues to destabilize our relationships
- 37:30with other countries as we continue to isolate ourselves
- 37:32with this type of mentality of we don't want.
- 37:33He just wants to destabilize America.
- 37:35He he cares more about the other countries than destabilizing
- 37:38America. He thinks that that if America
- 37:41imports the entire third world, America would still remain the
- 37:44same. Like no it wouldn't, you fucking
- 37:45retard. Others and we don't accept
- 37:47others, even though this country was literally founded on that
- 37:50principle of having communities come from all over the world and
- 37:52to build a country built off of diversity because of its
- 37:55strength, not just culturally, but as well as agriculturally,
- 37:57economically, and many other ways.
- 37:59OK, disc greers head on over. I definitely have something to
- 38:07say on this. The bottom line is 4 years ago
- 38:11you were all silent. 120,000,000 people entered our country
- 38:15illegally. We know that there has been over
- 38:17400,000 criminal migrants put into our country.
- 38:20They just found a murdered little boy in my town that a
- 38:25illegal alien came here, created a soccer website and was raping
- 38:29little boys and he murdered one and they just found his body.
- 38:33Jocelyn Nungary, 12 years old little girl of color, raped
- 38:37brutally by Tende Di Ragra, dead.
- 38:41The way she says trendy Iraq was so funny.
- 38:44Rachel Moran dead. We have to put America first.
- 38:47We warned all of you about this four years ago when you said the
- 38:50border was secure and then you ran on that you would secure the
- 38:53border. Tom Homan.
- 38:54And ICE is not going after people that are just normal.
- 38:57My husband is an immigrant. They are going after criminal
- 39:00aliens, period. If you're harboring a criminal
- 39:03alien, they will go after you. I know you guys must love your
- 39:07families. Are you willing to put your
- 39:08family's life? I've thought about this a lot
- 39:11because I keep hearing this statement that, you know, these
- 39:13criminals that are coming in, they're harming our American
- 39:15citizens. I guess my question is, because
- 39:17I thought about this, I really have, what if it were my cousin?
- 39:19What if it were my sister? I don't think it matters what
- 39:22their immigration status. I mean, honestly, we have
- 39:24Americans like natural born American citizens, natural born
- 39:27American citizens that create they, they do crime.
- 39:29She fails to realize that there would be less crime that if you
- 39:34remove these people that it removes the ability for them to
- 39:37cause crime in America. Like what's the average IQ of
- 39:42black Americans again? Hmm 85?
- 39:46What is it for black women? Slightly lower.
- 39:49They were little children, they assault people.
- 39:51So what's the difference? I don't.
- 39:52Think someone's interested? I.
- 39:54Really matter, I don't think. That shouldn't exist in the 1st
- 39:56place is too much. Don't you think that if the
- 39:58person wasn't here in the 1st place, which they legally
- 40:00shouldn't be, that that crime is completely avoidable and
- 40:02countless lives are saved? A lot of young children don't
- 40:04get molested as well. I guess hypotheticals.
- 40:07Let's talk. Let's talk about statistics
- 40:09though. Statistically Citizens, United
- 40:11States born citizens commit much more statistically.
- 40:14Documented and non documented. Statistically, that is wrong.
- 40:16Every. So let me get my point off
- 40:17though. The reason why I get my point
- 40:20off though, the reason why is because of the of the
- 40:22consequences that if they get caught, even with a speeding
- 40:24ticket, the consequences if you're undocumented or
- 40:26documented or documented. Every.
- 40:29Single. Every single illegal immigrant
- 40:31has violated US Code 81325, which is a crime in the United
- 40:34States. So to say that every single or
- 40:37that Americans commit more crimes and illegals, every
- 40:39single legal has committed a crime, Not every American has.
- 40:41Committed, but still a lot of these people that have been sent
- 40:43over to El Salvador's prisons, we have records that have shown
- 40:47that majority of them are not actually committing these
- 40:49criminal evictions. And the other thing is the other
- 40:53thing as well is that they have legal rights to be here.
- 40:55No, they don't. They don't.
- 40:56They don't. They do under a loophole that
- 40:57Biden created. So do you agree that people that
- 40:59president should be able to create loopholes that favor
- 41:01their agenda? What's the loophole?
- 41:02The asylum seeker loophole? So they're seeking.
- 41:05Asylum, they're not so the vast. Majority of people coming from
- 41:07Mexico, coming from a lot of these countries are not not
- 41:09seeking asylum and they're claiming they are at the.
- 41:11Border so stated by the EOIR just to make sure that we get to
- 41:13the in this whole situation here from the inception of the asylum
- 41:16process 6 see. The thing is, I was defending
- 41:20the correct side of this argument so it was pretty easy
- 41:22to win it in general, but what made it even easier as they were
- 41:25all so fucking dumb for the most part.
- 41:27I mean for the most part none of them knew anything, none of them
- 41:30actually knew any real facts or laws, and it was all just
- 41:33emotion and speculation and bullshit.
- 41:36About 600,000 asylum documents have been applied.
- 41:40About half of those, more than half actually have been denied
- 41:43by those claims. And to go off of what you're
- 41:45talking about with Biden's whole history here for the four years
- 41:48I look, I make sure that I look this up, roughly about 200,000
- 41:51or so have been applied throughout his four years, but
- 41:5440% have been accepted. So whether or not you're saying
- 41:58these million, these 10s of millions or the 20,000,000,
- 42:00what's the statistic data that show that it's 20 million
- 42:03illegal immigrants coming into the country?
- 42:05Customs and Border Patrol have. This Fact Check is slightly
- 42:08inaccurate because new data showed that it was upwards of
- 42:1114,000,000 and there's speculation to show that it
- 42:14could be as high as 20 million. They don't know the exact
- 42:17number, but it wasn't as low as 10 1/2.
- 42:19It was 14,000,000 at a minimum. Could have been as high as 20.
- 42:24The statistics. Now, secondly, you're saying
- 42:27that these people got asylum. Well, President Biden, and let
- 42:30me explain to you why they did this.
- 42:32They let millions of people come into our country.
- 42:34Why? Because they're counted in the
- 42:36census. What does that do?
- 42:37It allows redistricting to create more congressions.
- 42:40That's true. There's no evidence that they
- 42:42did it to gain votes. They've literally been caught on
- 42:46hot mics by Project Veritas admitting to that.
- 42:49So fucking insane. But the census counts everyone
- 42:52regardless of immigration status and those numbers shaped
- 42:55congressional districts. Do you see how like this, the
- 42:57Fact Check just folds on itself? There's no evidence the Biden
- 43:00administration LED in migrants to gain votes, but they do gain
- 43:03votes if they let in migrants. Insane Fact Check.
- 43:07Like insane Fact Check. That is security.
- 43:11Social Security. I'm speaking now.
- 43:14So first of all, it's to gerrymander the Congressional
- 43:18District. That's why they allowed it.
- 43:19They created the CBP One app where anybody could sign up and
- 43:24come to our border without vetting, without due process.
- 43:27You talk out due process. Thirdly, I've interviewed Oscar
- 43:29Blue who's been through the Darien Gap five times, who have
- 43:32seen the migrants who have been murdered, who have been raped,
- 43:35the children, the 350,000 children that are now lost in
- 43:38our country. They do not have due process
- 43:40coming in the country. They just came in.
- 43:42Catch and release became a thing again.
- 43:44So then would you then agree, so then would you then agree that
- 43:46having more border judges, more border patrolmen, more border
- 43:50wall that could have been applied throughout Biden's four
- 43:53years? Do you do you agree that that
- 43:54should have been something that could have been applied?
- 43:56I, as Republicans, actually took down that border bill that would
- 43:59have. Provided that bill would have
- 44:00gave immigration quotas, and he forgot to say that that bill
- 44:04said that there would have been illegal immigration quotas Of
- 44:07how many? I think it was like 6000 per
- 44:09day. We could let in.
- 44:10It's like what the fuck? No, like, no, we're not even
- 44:13deporting 1000 a day at this point.
- 44:16I did more judge not true. That is very true.
- 44:17Not true. That is very true because.
- 44:20It would have codified 5000 people coming into our country.
- 44:23No, that is totally true. And Senator Langford, what
- 44:25happened? We passed HR2 through the House
- 44:27that sat on Schumer's desk for two years and they did not.
- 44:31Trump killed the bill. Yes, he did.
- 44:33The Senate killed. I'll, I'll tell you why The
- 44:35Senate killed senators, Republican senators and members
- 44:37of the House. We're going to agree on this
- 44:39bill through Biden's administration, but Trump called
- 44:42to veto through that bill through the Republicans.
- 44:44There was already a majority of them saying that they would want
- 44:46to pass this and it would have helped the border crisis that we
- 44:49are talking about now. But when Trump say no, kill it.
- 44:51That's exactly what happened. Yeah, but why?
- 44:53Why? Because it codified 5000.
- 44:55What is the border crossings today like?
- 44:58How many people are crossing a day?
- 44:59Again, we're not talking. About 174 people that would have
- 45:02codified 5074 people that would have codified 5000 immigrants
- 45:06coming through our border every single day it all we're also we
- 45:10were at 14. 1000 a day. We're not talking about that.
- 45:12Yes, we are. We over.
- 45:14The topic it's the bill stated is.
- 45:16Not can we get back to the topic?
- 45:17Shut up. Picture is no.
- 45:19Like she was just saying, can you import millions of people
- 45:22and it's ethically, ethically OK, that's.
- 45:24How America started. That's how I was going to say,
- 45:26actually. No.
- 45:27It started by settlers, one at a time.
- 45:29I don't have an issue with people coming to America.
- 45:32A lot of the time when people come to America, their reasons
- 45:34are because they have family that already lives here.
- 45:37They're escaping civil distress, civil wars, gang violence, a
- 45:40myriad of other different. Instances.
- 45:42Maybe they should fix their own fucking countries instead of
- 45:45coming here and ruining ours. Is that so hard to understand,
- 45:48sweetheart? Instances right?
- 45:49They want to come, they want to raise their families they want
- 45:51to provide a better future. I don't, I have never as AUS
- 45:53citizen as someone who's been born and raised here, had an
- 45:55issue with someone coming to America then come for whatever
- 45:58reason it doesn't matter so do. You think that?
- 46:01I honestly like we just make up borders of countries.
- 46:03They're not real like they're. Not.
- 46:07You had one next. I don't fully agree with what
- 46:09you're saying. I just, I want to respond to you
- 46:11as well. We didn't, we settled in this
- 46:14country. We came to a barren land and
- 46:16settled here. It's very different than illegal
- 46:18mass immigration and importing upwards of 10 million people in
- 46:21a span of four years. Overcrowding hospitals,
- 46:23overcrowding schools, overcrowding public systems.
- 46:25My entire family lives in New York City.
- 46:27They have to live across the street from the five star hotels
- 46:29that they're putting these illegal immigrants in on
- 46:32taxpayer dollars. So our taxes that we're
- 46:34spending, it's not helping our veterans, it's not helping our
- 46:36schools, it's not helping the systems we need in America.
- 46:38What it is helping is putting $13,000 on families EDT cards
- 46:42that aren't even United States. Citizens, from what these two
- 46:44were talking about in regards to the creation of the country, we
- 46:48were settled over here. There were people that were
- 46:50already here, we ourselves in a sense.
- 46:53There was savages. Here to this country, when the
- 46:56country was created by the founding fathers here, they
- 46:58believed in the idea that all men were created equal.
- 47:01That's why all of these different amendments, like the
- 47:0313th, 14th, and 15th Amendment, as an example, helped create the
- 47:06naturalization of immigrants here to become American
- 47:09citizens. So the ethics of the deportation
- 47:11portion of everything here is, is that people are fleeing from
- 47:14war, people are fleeing from gang violence, people are
- 47:16fleeing from these desperate locations that are in need of
- 47:20the richest countries help. We shouldn't be taking our hand
- 47:24and throwing it away. We should be the Statue of
- 47:26Liberty who says bring us in your poor.
- 47:28Are you claiming that the upwards of 10 million people who
- 47:30invaded our country under Joe Biden were every one of them
- 47:33were evading wars? That none of them were just
- 47:35breaking into the US. No, but at the same time not
- 47:37every single one of them was looking for.
- 47:40Do you agree? To law and order.
- 47:42The idea of law and order. Yeah, I.
- 47:43Just want to be clear, we only have a couple minutes left and
- 47:45we really haven't touched on the ethics of mass deportation
- 47:47specifically. So go right on ahead, but I
- 47:50hope, but please try and keep it to the ethics of the mass
- 47:52deportation itself. Since the question is about the
- 47:54ethics of it, right? I mean, ethically speaking case,
- 47:55so they're coming here, they're claiming asylum.
- 47:57Like let's take my opinion out of it or whatever, right?
- 47:59They're coming here claiming asylum.
- 48:00And we are, if we agree to take people asylum, like if we agree,
- 48:02we're essentially saying, all right, what your country is
- 48:04doing is wrong. And so we're going to help you
- 48:05because what we're doing is better If we're going about
- 48:07ethics, how am I to tell you what's right and wrong in your
- 48:09country? I think that that's the logic,
- 48:10like I shouldn't tell my next door neighbor that I don't like
- 48:12the way their house is decorated because like it's not my house
- 48:14Or I mean how they punish their kid.
- 48:15I mean, some parents watch their kids mouth out with soap, other
- 48:17ones take their phones away. And that's just that's, but
- 48:19that's where I think like where I'm coming at it from the pure
- 48:21ethical point. I'm not one to say that whatever
- 48:23country is doing their thing wrong because they have laws,
- 48:24they have consequers. I might not agree with it, but
- 48:26it's like when people say, do you agree with what's going on
- 48:28in Florida or do you agree with what's going on in New York?
- 48:30I don't live there. I, I, I, that's not, I'm not a
- 48:32resident out there. I don't think my opinion should
- 48:34be valued there. I should worry about what's
- 48:35going on here. So ethically, I just think we
- 48:36have 330 million Americans to focus on.
- 48:38That's where I come. From we're not saying that
- 48:39they're in the wrong. But we are by taking.
- 48:40But don't you think that an individual that leaves their
- 48:43culture, Yeah, that's somebody that leaves where they
- 48:45fundamentally like where they could have grown up their whole
- 48:47lives, Right, Right. Don't you think that if that
- 48:48person makes that conscious decision to immigrate somewhere
- 48:51else, but that decision came from a reason, right?
- 48:53It's not. But a neighbor's kid comes to
- 48:55your house, that doesn't mean you have to automatically let
- 48:57them live at your house because that's they're.
- 48:58Not your kid, that's my, you know, the prompt originally was,
- 49:02is mass deportation, deportation ethical, Yes or no, essentially.
- 49:05And then why? And mostly we talked about
- 49:06surrounding issues and we're about out of time.
- 49:08So I would say, do any of you have comments specifically on
- 49:10the ethics? Of one protection, I think it's
- 49:12ethic, yeah. My question is if there is, if
- 49:15you think there is an ethical way to deport people, like, how
- 49:18would that go? I know you talk a little bit
- 49:19like things that we're not like we're not doing enough.
- 49:21We're not like maybe we're not taking care of them well enough
- 49:23when we do deport them. What would be like your ideal
- 49:25scenario of like how we should treat people when we.
- 49:27Deport them. Obviously, our immigration
- 49:29system does need some work, right?
- 49:30Like I'm not totally aloof to the fact or ignorant to the fact
- 49:33that people that are here, we have to take care of them,
- 49:35right? That's why we have Social
- 49:35Security Nets, right? We can't just leave people to
- 49:38their vices and you know, just let them run around itty gritty.
- 49:40But I think that the ethical way is to have check and seeing
- 49:44where they're working. How?
- 49:46I don't know why this froze. Give me one second, we're going
- 49:48to fix this, we're going to fix this.
- 49:52Give me one moment. I don't know why the fuck it
- 49:55does this every now and then. It's so weird.
- 49:58Does this thing now where it just freezes for no fucking
- 50:00reason. Sorry guys, quick technical
- 50:08difficulties. We're fixing it though.
- 50:10We're getting it all situated. Here we go.
- 50:18Should be good now. Doing enough?
- 50:26We're not like maybe we're not taking care of them well enough
- 50:27when we do deport them. What would be like your ideal
- 50:29scenario of like how we should treat people when we deport?
- 50:32Them obviously our immigration system does need some work,
- 50:35right? Like I'm not totally aloof to
- 50:36the fact or ignorant to the fact that people that are here, we
- 50:39have to take care of them, right?
- 50:39That's why we have Social Security Nets, right?
- 50:41We can't just leave people to their vices and, you know, just
- 50:44let them run around itty gritty. But I think that the ethical way
- 50:47is to have check in with these people that are coming here,
- 50:49seeing where they're working, how they're supporting their
- 50:51community. If you're going to deport
- 50:53someone, I feel like you have to have a reason for it and you
- 50:56have to do more tracking and under like there, there's a
- 50:59process to it. I think that the issue with mass
- 51:01deportation is that people are going to focus on the numbers.
- 51:04The goal is to get as many people out and they're not
- 51:06vetting through the system appropriately.
- 51:08And that's not true. What can I but it but it?
- 51:09What happened to the American who stowed away on the flight to
- 51:11Paris? This is a few months back,
- 51:13right? What did they do when she
- 51:14claimed, oh, I'm this is what she said?
- 51:15There's video footage of her saying I can't go back to
- 51:17America. I don't feel safe there.
- 51:17I don't want to go back. She's there, in there.
- 51:19What do they do? It's not their problem.
- 51:21So they send her right back to the United.
- 51:22States she go through their process.
- 51:23Though but the point is, neither did these people that came.
- 51:25They didn't. Go to the That's my point.
- 51:30But we're going off of the idea of the ethic portion.
- 51:32You were talking before. Whether or not people are going
- 51:36through this process, we'll talk about that for sure.
- 51:38But if we're talking about ethics specifically, whether
- 51:40it's right to take someone's father, someone's mother,
- 51:44someone's children out from a college without any due process,
- 51:48without any situation, but, but taking someone's child out from
- 51:52a college just because they protested something, take that.
- 51:54That shouldn't be something you shrug at.
- 51:56If you're OK, let me ask you a question.
- 51:57It's not because they protested, but but.
- 51:59Let me, but let me ask you, I'm just gonna make a hypothetical
- 52:00here for you. If you had a son or a daughter
- 52:04that was going to one of these colleges and they believed in
- 52:06something that was something that you may not may not have
- 52:10agreed with, it's going through a protest.
- 52:11You know, they're going through a protest.
- 52:12They're enjoying themselves and a couple of guys come in, grab
- 52:15them, throw them in a Paddy wagon and take them somewhere
- 52:17else without your consent. No, wait, wait, wait.
- 52:20But what was the reason? But, but there has to be, dude.
- 52:22In this case, we're saying it's because they're getting to put
- 52:24it. So that's the reason that
- 52:25they're here illegally, dude. That's the reason in another
- 52:27problem is that's not true. That's all of them.
- 52:28No, but done and dusted. I mean, the law they are
- 52:30breaking is by being here. Simply them being here is them
- 52:32breaking that law. I hate to say I wish that wasn't
- 52:33the case in a lot of cases, but that is the fact.
- 52:35So. You're, you're talking about the
- 52:37kid that's was supporting Hamas. Mahmoud Khalil, yeah.
- 52:42So, so whether or not he supports Hamas or not, whether
- 52:46he supports Palestine or not, you should not have the right in
- 52:49America. If I if.
- 52:50I. You should not have the right to
- 52:52take someone because they're protesting against what someone
- 52:55else believes. If they believe that Palestine
- 52:57has a right to life, which I believe in, I believe that
- 53:00Palestine has. We all do, which is great.
- 53:03If we protest, we have a better chance of not being taken away
- 53:07because of our, our, our, our. But he was a legal citizen here
- 53:11with a green card, with a student visa, having his right
- 53:14here in a college. He has the right to be here and
- 53:16has the right to protest. We should not be just taking him
- 53:18away and just saying that that's OK.
- 53:20It's not OK. OK, so first of all, with him,
- 53:22we had Jewish students that wouldn't be able to get to
- 53:25class. We had Jewish students
- 53:27assaulted. If I come to your country on a
- 53:29student visa and I put on my student visa form, I hate the
- 53:32West. I've got an agenda to destroy
- 53:34the West, and I'm going to vandalize your colleges and
- 53:38create chaos and block Jewish students from coming and going
- 53:42to class. Guess what?
- 53:43You're. I think the ones who are
- 53:45committing crimes during this protest, obviously you got to
- 53:47deport them. But the ones who are just like
- 53:50where it gets misrepresented and where Laurie's kind of wrong
- 53:53here is the American government did just try and deport people
- 53:57who were legal immigrants who were protesting Israel.
- 54:01And if they were against Israel, then they got deported.
- 54:03Like if you're illegal immigrant in America, you can criticize
- 54:06America, but you can't criticize Israel.
- 54:08So huge. It's fucking insane.
- 54:12But yeah, there were people who were being violent, who were
- 54:14trying to do terrible things. And those people need to be
- 54:17deported, visas rescinded. But the people who weren't doing
- 54:21anything besides just protesting who are legal immigrants, you
- 54:24probably shouldn't have been. But at the same time, I don't
- 54:26want more legal immigrants in the country, regardless of where
- 54:28they're from. You're not going to get the do
- 54:30you have? Any evidence to support?
- 54:32100% the state of the State Department.
- 54:34The State Department didn't. Oh my gosh.
- 54:36But it's all very true. It's not.
- 54:38True, and well, we told you that.
- 54:39Who's your source? Whether or not that is true or
- 54:42not, it is true. Whether or not it is, he did not
- 54:45receive due process. This country here was founded on
- 54:48law and order. The law and order states the 5th
- 54:50amendment is a right to due process.
- 54:52It doesn't matter whether or not I'm for or against a specific
- 54:56thing. If I'm being arrested, I get due
- 54:58process. I get a lawyer whether or not
- 55:01I'm committing any sort of crime.
- 55:03In fact, he does have one of it is innocent until proven guilty
- 55:05all. Right, time's up.
- 55:06We get to move on to the next topic.
- 55:07The next prompt is illegal immigrants are responsible for
- 55:10most crime. Will the agreers please step
- 55:11forward? Interesting.
- 55:15All right, since we don't have any agreers, let's bring
- 55:17everyone in. Well I think it's unfair to say
- 55:22statistically who does more crime just for the plain and
- 55:25simple fact the populace of legal immigrant, legal people
- 55:30that live here, the citizens far outweighs the statistics of
- 55:34those that are here illegally. So for me to say that illegal
- 55:37immigrants are responsible for most of the crime is just not
- 55:40accurate for the plain and simple fact the populace.
- 55:43There's a point earlier I believe you made about like
- 55:45illegal immigrants actually like bring the crime down.
- 55:47Is that what you said? That's actually like lower.
- 55:50I said that non citizens and undocumented and documented
- 55:53people commit statistically far less crimes than native born
- 55:57United States citizens. That's what.
- 55:58I said OK, OK. And Native.
- 55:59OK. I see.
- 56:00Yeah. So I think that when it comes to
- 56:01that, we're kind of comparing them with a group of people who
- 56:05is disproportionately more responsible for crime than other
- 56:08groups here in. And it's like, unfortunately
- 56:10it's I like I when I learned these things, I didn't want it
- 56:12to be true, but it's like that is reality.
- 56:14And I hate that that is reality, but it is reality.
- 56:16And we have to like come to grips with that and realize that
- 56:19that, you know, that's that is what's happening.
- 56:20We need to, you know, tackle that issue.
- 56:22I have a question for you real quick.
- 56:23Do you think it's worse for a person to commit crimes in their
- 56:25own country or another person's country?
- 56:27Or do you have no thoughts on it?
- 56:29What is a crime specific? You have to give me a specific
- 56:30example. No specific crime, just.
- 56:32And I don't have an answer if you.
- 56:33Don't. Yeah, like, I mean stealing.
- 56:34Stealing is is wrong in any way you do it.
- 56:36But do you think if you're an American, do you think if you
- 56:37steal in America, it's different than if you go over to France
- 56:40and you steal? You don't think you're
- 56:41representing your nation like you don't think you're
- 56:42representing a lot more than just you individually?
- 56:45No, I, I think that's where a lot of us and you guys are going
- 56:47to see differences as well. I, I think same thing as walking
- 56:49into someone else's home. I'm not going to walk into
- 56:51someone else's home and treat it like my own home.
- 56:53And the point on what you're saying, for instance, there was
- 56:55that college kid that went over to Korea.
- 56:58Do you remember that? And he thought a poster was
- 57:00called yes. And he pulled that down and they
- 57:03murdered him. So if you think that you can go
- 57:05into another country, not I don't think there's anybody here
- 57:08that has traveled in it's. Funny.
- 57:09I don't know why I left. He murdered him.
- 57:11It's crazy. Nationally, but if you go to a
- 57:14foreign country, let's say I go to Puerto Vallarta and I go
- 57:17through customs and I give them my passport, they say where are
- 57:20you going to stay and how long are you going to be here?
- 57:23Because there is not another country in this world that you
- 57:26can walk across the border and just have a free for all.
- 57:28And that is what happened over the last four years.
- 57:30I disagree with that. I mean, not fully, but like I
- 57:32think that there are other countries.
- 57:33I just think that you're the most prominent.
- 57:35Very, very, very. The most famous case, so like
- 57:39you. Understand.
- 57:40The most famous It's famous because we.
- 57:41Are. We are we want to thank.
- 57:42You say that, you know, we're the only country.
- 57:44I just I don't agree. I mean, yes, one of I don't
- 57:45think there's the majority do, but we're just the most
- 57:49prominent name in that group. Of people is what I'm talking
- 57:51about. She's shooting daggers at them
- 57:52the whole time. But what country can you go to
- 57:55and not and just walk across the?
- 57:57Plenty of South American countries or Southeast Asian
- 57:58countries, it happens. Now I'm not saying I agree, I
- 58:00don't like that to happen. I disagree never, but but the
- 58:02reason is if you take countries like Guyana and then you take a
- 58:05country like Cambodia and then you put us in that mix, I think
- 58:08it's US is of course going to stick out the most because it's
- 58:09the most well known, there's the most people, it's the most
- 58:11economically and politically prominent.
- 58:13So I think the argument of, you know, going, I mean, just in
- 58:15general, the whole going to someone's country when we got
- 58:16you said, I mean, is it better or worse in your own?
- 58:18I agree with Caesar, correct. What's your name when you said
- 58:20it's? Yeah, it's wrong regardless.
- 58:21It's a piggyback off of what you said too.
- 58:23There are cases where this happens and I lived in mainland
- 58:25China for three years. They have also had illegal
- 58:27immigration issues. The only reason that's why it is
- 58:29so prevalent here is like what you just said is that we are
- 58:31making it a prevalent issue, which by and does make sense
- 58:35that it is an important issue. That is something that we should
- 58:37be talking about. But to state to go back into the
- 58:40to on track to state that illegal immigrants cause more
- 58:42crime, that's emphatically untrue, especially if you're
- 58:45going to be adding in civil cases.
- 58:47Civil cases are happening more here in the United States and
- 58:49they are happening with illegal immigrants.
- 58:50So correct me if I'm wrong on this, but civil cases can
- 58:53include literally anything on the spectrum.
- 58:55Something from speeding tickets to jaywalking or running a red
- 58:59light, or even cases like petty theft like these things are.
- 59:04Or through American citizens and they are illegal immigrants.
- 59:06Is every American citizen commit one of those crimes?
- 59:08Every single one, not every single every single legal who
- 59:11walked into the United States illegally violated US Code
- 59:138/13/25. But if that's single one,
- 59:15that's. Their only crime and that's
- 59:17their only that's not that's not something that I feel like, I
- 59:21mean, like if you like a pengle, yes, that's a criminal act, but
- 59:25that's not what the right side is saying when they say
- 59:27criminals. We all know that, right?
- 59:28Like when they say criminals, when they say that these
- 59:31immigrants are criminals, they're talking about rapists,
- 59:33they're talking about murderers, they're talking.
- 59:36But you just said it there. Some of them, but not, but all
- 59:38the way it's and it's overinflated.
- 59:40I think your interpretation is not everyone's interpretation.
- 59:42I don't think when you know either Donald Trump or Tom Homan
- 59:45or someone is up there and they're saying criminals, I
- 59:47don't. I think they're just
- 59:47specifically only referring to the rapist or murderers.
- 59:50They are no. They're not, and their language
- 59:51and the way that they speak about it, they are.
- 59:53They're very, I think. That's very open.
- 59:54To it. I think that's giving them a lot
- 59:55more credit than they deserve, I think.
- 59:56They're a lot smarter than you realize.
- 59:58That's what I'm saying. They're smart.
- 59:59That's why they're saying these people are criminals.
- 1:00:01These people are rapists. These people need to leave our
- 1:00:04country because it risks the safety of our Americans.
- 1:00:06Now they're not saying that it's because of their immigration
- 1:00:08status that it's risking the safety of Americans.
- 1:00:10They're saying because they create heinous crimes or they
- 1:00:12act, they act in heinous and that's.
- 1:00:14On safety, So if someone came into your apartment or house or
- 1:00:16wherever you live while you're at work, you come home, you
- 1:00:19don't know this person at all, but they just broke in, they're
- 1:00:21doing your dishes. Do you just let the person stay
- 1:00:22just because you think they're doing good or would you still?
- 1:00:24Be talking about this House, but this is a country, OK, we have.
- 1:00:27To treat it like that. But we we really don't like
- 1:00:29we're talking. Let me ask you then.
- 1:00:31You can't have unvetted people in your home the same way you
- 1:00:33can't have unvetted people in your country.
- 1:00:34If you allow unvetted people to pour across the border the way
- 1:00:36they did, you're going to have terrorism.
- 1:00:37You're going to have things that happen that harm this country
- 1:00:39and harm American citizens. If we want to talk about more
- 1:00:42about immigration policy, we definitely should because we
- 1:00:43would have less people coming here illegally if it was easier
- 1:00:46and more accessible. That way we can actually how?
- 1:00:48About we How about we take nobody?
- 1:00:49How about how about we just fucking cut it all off?
- 1:00:51No illegals, no legals. We just fucking build up the
- 1:00:55American population through birth.
- 1:00:57How about that? How about that, sweetheart?
- 1:00:58Is that too fucking hard to comprehend?
- 1:01:01It would lessen the amount of these, quote UN quote, like
- 1:01:03civil or federal crimes by just breaking into our country.
- 1:01:06Like if we actually had a better system that worked and that was
- 1:01:08more fair, then we wouldn't know who's coming into our country.
- 1:01:10And I think that would be great. I think we need to know so we
- 1:01:12can limit those. Risks and again to have that
- 1:01:14bill passed that was going to be passed by the with by almost
- 1:01:17unanimous decision during the Biden administration that would
- 1:01:19have been able to help. All right, this was exciting.
- 1:01:21Let's move on to the next prompt.
- 1:01:22Illegal immigrants boost the economy.
- 1:01:25The agree years. Please step forward.
- 1:01:29Lots of agreers. Who wants to go first?
- 1:01:30I'll go roughly one point. Trillion dollars is the amount
- 1:01:33that undocumented people put in. One point trillion dollars.
- 1:01:39Caesar Caesar, Caesar. You would make a terrible CEO.
- 1:01:43Just letting you know buddy. Into this contribute to this
- 1:01:47United States economy without receiving any benefits such as
- 1:01:50Social Security, SNAP and things of that nature.
- 1:01:52When we look at house sales as well, they do, I believe it's
- 1:01:54almost 10 or more than $10 trillion is the money that
- 1:01:57undocumented people put in regards to housing and
- 1:01:59continuing to grow and contribute financial.
- 1:02:01They're taking our housing. That's a benefit to you, Caesar.
- 1:02:04Into America, let's talk about economically on a spending
- 1:02:06thing, immigrants spend a lot of money as far as going out retail
- 1:02:10sales, food, things of that nature.
- 1:02:11So it is 100% positive productive boost in regards to
- 1:02:14the economic structure with immigrants participating.
- 1:02:16Yeah, I think that illegals do actually bring a lot of
- 1:02:19stimulation to the economy. That's why I believe that the I
- 1:02:21don't really think we're going to get the mass deportations
- 1:02:24that we voted for. I think the ICE numbers are
- 1:02:26shockingly low. I'm trying to, like, not be beat
- 1:02:28by Obama in terms of deportations, which is little
- 1:02:30like a little surprised about that.
- 1:02:31In the Trump campaign, there was a lot of rhetoric for mass
- 1:02:33deportations. You saw the signs with mass
- 1:02:35deportations now during the RNC. And I think a lot of people did
- 1:02:38support that, especially, you know, Republicans.
- 1:02:40And I, I think it is a little, I'm a little disappointed that
- 1:02:43it's not the level that I, it should be.
- 1:02:45The reason why I don't think that is is because they do bring
- 1:02:46a lot to the economy and the campaign probably didn't realize
- 1:02:49this. And they're like, wait, if we
- 1:02:49actually like remove these people from our country, we're
- 1:02:51going to have like economic like downturn for a time.
- 1:02:54And I think even with the case of tariffs, I think, you know,
- 1:02:56as he said, like short term game for long term, short term, like
- 1:02:59paying for long term game. And I think in the case of
- 1:03:01deportations, that's fine. I'm OK.
- 1:03:02I'm actually OK with that because I believe that in the
- 1:03:04end it will be better for for us.
- 1:03:06I will say on the side of for the migrants themselves, I
- 1:03:09believe that they are being exploited by employers, I mean
- 1:03:15capitalist class types. And they really are kind of at
- 1:03:19the risk of being deported themselves or being reported or
- 1:03:21even being fired. They have to put up with like
- 1:03:23very poor working conditions, being paid pennies on the dollar
- 1:03:25for something that they should be paid more if they should be
- 1:03:28paid losing wage for that. But my, my solution to that is
- 1:03:30if they weren't here in the 1st place, they wouldn't be
- 1:03:32exploited. And yeah, I will understand
- 1:03:33that, that they are probably being explored in the countries
- 1:03:35they're coming from that that is that certainly can be the case.
- 1:03:37They do cross relatively safe countries compared to the ones
- 1:03:40that they were in to get to our country.
- 1:03:41Just just one really quick question for you, because you
- 1:03:43said that you know they bring in a lot of money, but you know,
- 1:03:46you, you, you don't, you know, they're being paid pennies to
- 1:03:48the dollar, so we should kick them out.
- 1:03:50What would you say then instead of them becoming illegal
- 1:03:52immigrants so they get those benefits, they get the chance to
- 1:03:55pay more taxes into the country. So just replace people who were
- 1:03:58born in this country for people who weren't?
- 1:04:00That's your solution, Matt? Fucking terrible.
- 1:04:03Provide more of that economic growth that you were talking
- 1:04:04about whilst not being damage like you were just saying
- 1:04:06before, like housing and. You're saying like like amnesty?
- 1:04:08Essentially, well, not necessarily amnesty, but just
- 1:04:10like having the process of illegal to illegal immigration
- 1:04:13being a more efficient, easier way to have that possibility to
- 1:04:17provide more Americans here to the United States.
- 1:04:19So they there's more taxes coming in and they have more
- 1:04:21rights than what they have currently.
- 1:04:23What'd you say that OK. Well, I think that I'm very much
- 1:04:27pro nationalist. I, I think that the Americans in
- 1:04:30this country right now, or at least no, I don't want to say
- 1:04:33right now, I feel like there's, yeah, there's a lot there.
- 1:04:34I mean, citizens of this country, I believe that they
- 1:04:37should be put first. And I actually believe that we
- 1:04:40should have a pause on immigration for a current for
- 1:04:42five to 10 years potentially, because we need to figure out
- 1:04:45what's going on in our own country.
- 1:04:46We need to solve a lot of the problems because we have a lot
- 1:04:47of. Problems and like if the number
- 1:04:50went like above, like 5000, for example, would you want to put a
- 1:04:52pause on like immigration for like a week?
- 1:04:54A pause, yeah. Would you want to put like, so
- 1:04:55let's say that 5000 illegal immigrants come to the country,
- 1:04:57Would you want to put like a pause on migration coming into
- 1:05:00the country for like a week to kind of assess and take care of
- 1:05:02the situation? Yeah, sure.
- 1:05:03I I think. That's that's that's pretty
- 1:05:04valid. If I were to tell you that there
- 1:05:05was a bill that was going to be made like that, do you see what
- 1:05:08I'm saying? So like I, I fully agree with
- 1:05:10you. Illegal immigrants.
- 1:05:11They misrepresent this bill that would have allowed.
- 1:05:13It's like somewhere between 6:00 and 10,000 illegal immigrants a
- 1:05:16week or day or whatever the fuck it was.
- 1:05:17Do provide a lot of wealth into the country, but we should make
- 1:05:20it to where they become legal immigrants, where they become
- 1:05:23citizens of the United States because that's what the founding
- 1:05:26fathers would have wanted. That's what our ancestors would
- 1:05:28have wanted, to have this place be a melting pot of ideas, of
- 1:05:32creativity, of culture, of success.
- 1:05:36Again, I'm not pro slavery but he's saying our founding fathers
- 1:05:39would want a melting pot. Our founding fathers owned
- 1:05:41slaves. I don't think they had a melting
- 1:05:45pot in mind. Actually, Matt, I think you're
- 1:05:47incorrect. We are the strongest country in
- 1:05:49the world that house the best people and the brightest people,
- 1:05:53and any one of those illegal immigrants could be that next
- 1:05:56bright person that. He talks about like the best
- 1:05:59people, but it's like, OK, let's take Somalia for example.
- 1:06:02What's the average IQ of someone who's a retard in America 70.
- 1:06:06What's the average IQ of somebody in Somalia 67?
- 1:06:10Yeah, they seem like the best and brightest people.
- 1:06:13That provides the wealth that we need in this country.
- 1:06:16But conversely, could they not also be the next mass murderer?
- 1:06:18I'm not saying they will. I mean, conversely, if you're
- 1:06:20using that argument, it has to be said both ways.
- 1:06:21And that's it's like you don't wear a seat belt for the times
- 1:06:23you're not going to need it. You wear it for the one time you
- 1:06:25will need it. So that's that's, I think where
- 1:06:27that's the. Unfortunate thing of of.
- 1:06:28It's a double edged sword in certain aspects to that, but.
- 1:06:30I'm glad we agree that they bring in the money.
- 1:06:32Thank. You For this, let's bring in the
- 1:06:33disagree. There's a few different things I
- 1:06:35wanted to address. So first one was something you
- 1:06:37said. You said that illegals don't get
- 1:06:38Social Security numbers. That's true.
- 1:06:39Not all of them do, but it was reported about a month ago that
- 1:06:42over 600,000 illegal immigrants had Social Security numbers.
- 1:06:44You said they don't get social services.
- 1:06:46They were put in five star hotels in New York City.
- 1:06:48That doesn't even include all the nonsense that's happened
- 1:06:49here in California, but in New York City alone, they were
- 1:06:52spending billions, upwards of $300 billion to put these
- 1:06:54illegals in five star hotels. There were receipts found near
- 1:06:58these hotels of EVT receipts with upwards of $13,000 on them.
- 1:07:01For one family. I know people on EVT in Florida,
- 1:07:03they make no more than a few $100 a month for food.
- 1:07:05Why should illegal immigrants, who aren't even citizens in this
- 1:07:07country, get thousands and thousands of dollars for one
- 1:07:09family? Can I say something?
- 1:07:11Cheers. There are obviously immigrants
- 1:07:13that are here that do accept social service benefits.
- 1:07:15I can't deny that fact. But it does count against them
- 1:07:18when they try to go through the process.
- 1:07:20When you are going through the process of immigration, they do
- 1:07:22take a look at how much benefit assistance that you will need.
- 1:07:25And so that can either help your case when you actually try to go
- 1:07:28through the process and you become a citizen, or it can hurt
- 1:07:30you. So a lot of the times what we're
- 1:07:31seeing is that these people want to go through the process and
- 1:07:33they need these benefits, but they choose not to apply for
- 1:07:36them. I'm not saying that they always
- 1:07:38choose not to, but they know that in the long run it could
- 1:07:40really hurt them because they're seen as a burden of the citizens
- 1:07:42that are paying for tax dollars. Also, it's so I, it's so
- 1:07:45hilarious to me that you keep saying that it's a burden.
- 1:07:47You just keep dismissing the fact that these immigrants are
- 1:07:49also paying taxes. I've never had to once worry
- 1:07:52about applying for EBT or SNAP benefit.
- 1:07:55I've never once had to even question how that might make me
- 1:07:57look if I'm a burden of the system of other taxpayers.
- 1:07:59I honestly don't care because I work and I pay for taxes.
- 1:08:01So just like these immigrants that are here that are working
- 1:08:03for paying for toxic, it's a shame, but they also should feel
- 1:08:05stigmatized. They're a burden of the system
- 1:08:06that they pay, I think 22. They're not even citizens.
- 1:08:09Billion dollars into into our our our Social Security with. 23
- 1:08:13billion compared to the 300 billion that we spent on New
- 1:08:16York alone. I mean, you realize there are a
- 1:08:17net dead illegal immigrants in this country, but you guys say
- 1:08:19that they bring in more. Money.
- 1:08:20See that Fact Check was again bullshit as well because the one
- 1:08:23a second ago because they don't include the NGO money.
- 1:08:27They they only include like the federal spending.
- 1:08:30In boosting the economy, illegal immigrants earn a net debt. 1.4
- 1:08:32trillion, that's a fact. So you're saying that they spend
- 1:08:34more than 1.4 trillion That's. Total, yes, that's far more
- 1:08:37we're. Talking.
- 1:08:38We're talking just off. Well, here's here's.
- 1:08:39Something far more. Here's something that you're
- 1:08:40that's interesting. You're saying that we're going
- 1:08:42to go off the EBT example that they're only getting $100 a day
- 1:08:44or, or a week or something? Of the.
- 1:08:45I was just giving a vague example.
- 1:08:47Sure. So let's say that they get a
- 1:08:48small amount of money weekly, right?
- 1:08:50Who Americans are legal or? Whoever is getting the EBT that
- 1:08:53you're that you mentioned, you mentioned EBT, so.
- 1:08:54I was talking about how illegal have They're not.
- 1:08:57Obviously not everyone, but they're illegals who have
- 1:08:59upwards of $10,000 on their EVD and food stamp.
- 1:09:01Parts and he also just agreed. I'm going to say we.
- 1:09:03Only have a couple minutes and you're going to get fact checked
- 1:09:05on that and you're not going to like the results.
- 1:09:06So yeah, see. Like that's the one time they
- 1:09:08put it in there, but he kept saying that.
- 1:09:10But it's fucking crazy that this fucking liberal dumbass
- 1:09:12douchebag is like, you're going to get fact checked on that.
- 1:09:15And then I do the fact checking as well.
- 1:09:17I even did it live on my show with Matt and I'm correct on it.
- 1:09:19When you include the NGO money, when you include the
- 1:09:22bureaucrats, when you include the federal spending, when you
- 1:09:24include the donations from the Soros groups, you see that I am
- 1:09:28actually on the lower side of it.
- 1:09:30Like if it's higher than I actually said we.
- 1:09:32Should probably move on from this specific thing.
- 1:09:34I'm trying to suggest is, is that what I was suggesting to
- 1:09:36you was that if that is the case, if illegal immigration is
- 1:09:38the issue that you're concerning about when it comes to money and
- 1:09:40taxes and everything else on the story, you should find a better
- 1:09:42process to make it to where they're legal immigrants so they
- 1:09:44can start providing more. There is, but it's not good
- 1:09:47enough and there needs to be a more efficient way of doing so,
- 1:09:49and we should be able to help mitigate that situation.
- 1:09:51I agree. Efficiency is definitely the
- 1:09:53key, but I don't think allowing a mass amount of people unvetted
- 1:09:56to import into your country is anywhere close to what you like.
- 1:09:59That's not OK. And it's, I do think that just
- 1:10:03importing millions and millions of people unvetted that there
- 1:10:06could be a lot of consequences to that It's.
- 1:10:08Called the Industrial Revolution.
- 1:10:09We've been doing that since this inception.
- 1:10:10Right, we get to, we get to hit pause the.
- 1:10:11Industrial The Italians and Irish people built this fucking
- 1:10:15country. They built this country.
- 1:10:18Every city in this country. The people who are pouring into
- 1:10:21this country now are ruining this fucking country.
- 1:10:24You guys are doing great, but we get to move on to the next
- 1:10:26topic. It should be easier to immigrate
- 1:10:28to America. Will the agreeers please step
- 1:10:30forward now? This is an interesting mix.
- 1:10:38Yeah, OK. So I do think the process needs
- 1:10:40to be changed. I think that it's been broken
- 1:10:42for a very long time. My husband, as I said, is a
- 1:10:45immigrant who came here legally. He originally came here on a
- 1:10:48work visa, but the process takes a long time.
- 1:10:51And I think that our judiciary is broken.
- 1:10:54I think that when you try to attempt to become legal or no
- 1:10:57matter what you do, whether it's probate or whatever, there's a
- 1:11:01lot of attorneys on the take. And I think that we do need more
- 1:11:04of a streamlined process where people are vetted, but it is
- 1:11:10easier to come in if on a merit based system.
- 1:11:12So then we would all agree then more border judges, more Border
- 1:11:16Protection, more border officers that are there that can help
- 1:11:20with this process. New legislation, new legislation
- 1:11:22too. Absolutely.
- 1:11:23Well, because the judges. We see now, I'm sorry, we see
- 1:11:26now even with this Judge Kano, she, he was letting Ms. 13
- 1:11:31members, a guy that actually had two on his phone, 2 decapitated
- 1:11:34heads live at his house. I think there are judges at the
- 1:11:37border there that are on the tape from the cartels.
- 1:11:39We need correct legislation. Let's stick to the topic of hand
- 1:11:42that we all fundamentally agree with that the immigration issue
- 1:11:45is that the is that it's not good enough.
- 1:11:47It's not. It's not the.
- 1:11:48Best. Better so I I know what you're
- 1:11:51saying, but what I'm saying is if we had judges and officers
- 1:11:54and members that were there to help.
- 1:11:56I don't know if I remember this section completely correctly,
- 1:11:59but I remember shooting it. I don't remember what they put
- 1:12:03in actually, but I remember making a whole point about what
- 1:12:06the reason I agreed with it is. Because we need more European
- 1:12:09immigrants. We need more high IQ immigrants
- 1:12:11if anything. Not that I want more immigrants
- 1:12:14in general, but if we are going to take them we should be taking
- 1:12:17the high IQ white European ones, not the third world ones.
- 1:12:21Go through this process more efficiently.
- 1:12:23That is something that will help get more legal immigrants into
- 1:12:26the country that can provide more of those taxes to help
- 1:12:28circumnavigate that and circulate the whole process.
- 1:12:30That's what I'm saying I'm. Just trying to understand, are
- 1:12:32are you suggesting, and this is a genuine question, I really
- 1:12:35don't know, are are you suggesting putting more border
- 1:12:37agents there, putting up basically a wall, putting more
- 1:12:39judges there, and then basically treating the southern border
- 1:12:43like Ellis Island in a way, like making them legal immigrants as
- 1:12:46they come through? Is that what you're suggesting?
- 1:12:47I'm just unclear. I'm not like Ellis Island.
- 1:12:49I do agree that you know that if you're looking for the
- 1:12:50protections, absolutely. What I'm saying is, is that the
- 1:12:53system right now that we have when it comes to legal
- 1:12:54immigration is not efficient enough.
- 1:12:56It's not good enough. And to combat that, having more
- 1:12:59agents there, having more judges there is going to help not only
- 1:13:02find the process or find the people that want to come in
- 1:13:05here, properly come in here, but also help with the asylees that
- 1:13:09are coming in as well. We already see the statistics
- 1:13:11that there are a huge percentage of asylees applicants that are
- 1:13:13being denied. So it's if we get more people
- 1:13:16there, it's going to help us out.
- 1:13:17That's all I'm saying. OK, so I just have to step in.
- 1:13:20First of all, we are finally back to the third Safe Country
- 1:13:23Act where if you are in danger in your country, let's say in
- 1:13:26Afghanistan, you don't go from there and up through the Dearing
- 1:13:29gap to come to America. You go to the third country over
- 1:13:32to become safe. We need to get back to that.
- 1:13:35As far as the judges, yes, I agree.
- 1:13:37At this point, with 20, 2 million people crossing the
- 1:13:39border in the last four years, how many judges do you think
- 1:13:42that's going to take? I think that as far as we need a
- 1:13:46merit based system, we need people that are going to
- 1:13:48contribute to the country. If somebody's in pure danger,
- 1:13:51then yes, but we have to remember that there are Ng OS
- 1:13:54out there that are taking advantage of the migrants.
- 1:13:57They are making a lot of money on this.
- 1:13:59The cartels were literally running our border before Trump
- 1:14:02came back in office and that's a danger.
- 1:14:04I know somebody who lives South of the border in Tijuana, just
- 1:14:07had a shootout around his house. People are being murdered and
- 1:14:10killed, and we need to make sure that the people that are coming
- 1:14:12here apply from their home country.
- 1:14:15Unless they can prove that they're truly in danger to come
- 1:14:18to our country, they can't just come to the border and flood the
- 1:14:20border. So when we are telling everyone
- 1:14:24across the world to bring your tired, your sick, your poor, to
- 1:14:26find the best opportunities possible here in the greatest
- 1:14:28country in the world, you're denying that claim.
- 1:14:30No, I'm stating that it needs to be a process and I think that
- 1:14:33people need to be here that are contribute, that contribute to
- 1:14:36the country, not during the country.
- 1:14:37If somebody is in dire need. I'm all for helping people, but
- 1:14:41we also cannot destroy our country.
- 1:14:43The reason they're fleeing, the fact that we've got 10 day
- 1:14:46Diagra in our country now. We've got MS13 in our country
- 1:14:48now. A lot of these people fled their
- 1:14:50countries to get away from these gangs.
- 1:14:52So are we just going to bring all the gangs into just whoever
- 1:14:55wants to be here? Yaha, okay.
- 1:14:56Let's go. What the process would be there
- 1:14:58for if there were more people to help vet that system?
- 1:15:01Well, that's what I'm saying. You're saying 20 million are
- 1:15:03coming in. I'm going to go off of the
- 1:15:04number that you're giving me, right?
- 1:15:0510.5 to 20 million is what I'm. Sure, We'll go off of that
- 1:15:09number, but the judges we have now, you said that it's not
- 1:15:12enough. Do we need more judges?
- 1:15:13Absolutely. To bring that number down, you
- 1:15:15need more people there. That's just.
- 1:15:16Hot on the border, though. Why not?
- 1:15:19Why? Not because that is not where
- 1:15:20you apply for citizenship. You can apply from your home
- 1:15:23country. If you want to come here and
- 1:15:25work, you can apply for a work visa, then come into the country
- 1:15:28and work and you are vetted and we know who you.
- 1:15:31Are you just told me that they want to put in the third save
- 1:15:33act? No, that's that's been law for
- 1:15:36but Geneva Convention. But you just told me that,
- 1:15:38right, Because they're trying to cheat the system by going
- 1:15:41through the the Central American border.
- 1:15:42Yeah, if I'm in Afghanistan, I take a boat over here, I go to
- 1:15:45the Deering Gap, I dump my trash.
- 1:15:47I let the coyotes, I pay them to bring.
- 1:15:49Them totally get it, totally get it.
- 1:15:51The worst are the worst are coming through the South.
- 1:15:53Why wouldn't you want more people there on the South to
- 1:15:55stop that from happening? We do.
- 1:15:57We want. I just said that you said no.
- 1:15:59No, I'm talking about the judges.
- 1:16:00I'm talking about people applying for citizenship.
- 1:16:03Apply. Would you let me finish?
- 1:16:04I was talking about people that are applying for citizenship not
- 1:16:07to do it at the border, but to do it from their home country.
- 1:16:10That's all I'm saying. I just think that the
- 1:16:12immigration issue, it tends to get focused on the border and it
- 1:16:15tends to get focused. But you can't.
- 1:16:16Flood the border immigrants because there's a lot of people
- 1:16:19from a lot of other countries that want to be and I think that
- 1:16:22immigration is great. I do think there's a
- 1:16:23stigmatization about are South of the border immigrants that
- 1:16:27come here. I'd just like to create a
- 1:16:29process to open up opportunities for every single immigrant who
- 1:16:33has a dream and has an ideology to come to America.
- 1:16:35Yeah, it does sound like we're somewhere around the middle
- 1:16:37ground, but you came in a little belatedly, so I definitely want
- 1:16:39to hear from you. Go ahead and respond.
- 1:16:40I want to talk on where you mentioned, we focus a lot on the
- 1:16:42South American version. I think you mentioned it as
- 1:16:43well, right? OK, this goes back to remember
- 1:16:44we were talking earlier about how America, I said America's
- 1:16:46not the only country that will allow immigrants in like that,
- 1:16:48right? It's just the most prominent
- 1:16:49name. I've actually said this to a lot
- 1:16:50of people is it's the easiest to blame the person that doesn't
- 1:16:53fit in. So I'm not disputing that.
- 1:16:54It's not like a lot of South American people coming to that
- 1:16:56border. But yes, I mean there are come
- 1:16:57from a lot, they are coming from all.
- 1:16:58Over the world. I'm not saying that.
- 1:17:00I just feel like we fixate and we focus and we stigmatize a lot
- 1:17:03more Mexican immigrants and and South American immigrants.
- 1:17:06And I think that I wish that we as a society would give more
- 1:17:10graciousness like we do our European immigrants.
- 1:17:11I love Hispanic. Because you know, you know, they
- 1:17:15can't just walk across the border.
- 1:17:16They apply and then they come here and they work and they
- 1:17:18contribute. But I don't think they get the
- 1:17:19same stigmatizations of being a burden in our system like we do.
- 1:17:22And. You're concerned about trended
- 1:17:23agua? Of course Europeans assimilate.
- 1:17:25Really. Well, I mean, that's well
- 1:17:26documented. And to be honest, some Mexicans
- 1:17:29do as well. I mean, most Mexicans are fairly
- 1:17:31hardworking even though a lot of them tend to abuse government
- 1:17:36services. Like yeah, I'm not saying I want
- 1:17:37them in the country, you guys get my point.
- 1:17:39But there are countries that we mass import people from that do
- 1:17:43not fucking assimilate at all. Haiti, Somalia, all these third
- 1:17:48world countries around the world.
- 1:17:49MS13. Of course, and the Chinese
- 1:17:51Communist Party, who are also crossing our.
- 1:17:53Border, I understand the issue that I'm saying is that we don't
- 1:17:57talk about the Canadian border. No, sure we do.
- 1:18:00Majority of the time we're talking about our southern
- 1:18:02border. We're not talking about the
- 1:18:03northern border majority of the time.
- 1:18:05What I'm saying is, and it's not to anybody that's from Central
- 1:18:09America or South America. My mother is Argentinian
- 1:18:11specifically. So I'm saying the issue is, from
- 1:18:15what I'm hearing is the southern border.
- 1:18:17If that is the case, having more people there to help with the
- 1:18:19process through asylum, through immigration period, that is
- 1:18:23going to help this situation. You're saying that you
- 1:18:25specifically want people to fill out the application online and
- 1:18:28send it over. Majority of the time, that's not
- 1:18:30how it's going to work. That's how it work for my
- 1:18:32husband. That's great that it work for
- 1:18:33your husband, but that's not majority of the time.
- 1:18:35Again, majority of the time it is going up to the border itself
- 1:18:38and providing it there. It can go to any US.
- 1:18:40Wait, wait, guys, Guys, my turn, my turn.
- 1:18:42Would you agree that every country has the US embassy where
- 1:18:45somebody could go apply? Not every country.
- 1:18:47Pretty much. Not every.
- 1:18:48Country. Well, this is a rabbit hole
- 1:18:50we've been going down. We really don't have the time.
- 1:18:52So is there anything that y'all share an agreement on regarding
- 1:18:54this? That there should be better
- 1:18:56legislation. I agree with that every.
- 1:18:58Legislation can we say better organization?
- 1:19:00Maybe and then I. Do remember this, at the end,
- 1:19:02they asked you guys to come up with like a middle ground that
- 1:19:04you all agree on and they cut everything I fucking said out of
- 1:19:08it pretty much. I mean, it's so ridiculous.
- 1:19:10Like I said, you're in there for like 4 to 8 hours.
- 1:19:13I think we were there for like 5 or 6 and they chop it down to an
- 1:19:16hour 20. A safer border, I mean, whether
- 1:19:19however you want to interpret that it's safer for the people
- 1:19:21coming or safer for the people inside of it is that they're
- 1:19:23like safer and how they operate. Yes, and a better pass the
- 1:19:25citizenship. And there's been bills that have
- 1:19:27been introduced where, you know, if people have been paying their
- 1:19:28taxes, have a good record, have been here for years, they could
- 1:19:32get citizenship. And we don't have that right
- 1:19:33now. Well, my husband got it that
- 1:19:34way, so you're wrong. Can we guys pitch to the group?
- 1:19:38Can we find a middle ground statement that everyone.
- 1:19:39Agrees with yes, we again, I think we need new legislation to
- 1:19:43make legal immigration a little bit better for the people, so
- 1:19:46children are not in the position where they can be separated from
- 1:19:49their parents. I think policies aside, what we
- 1:19:51can middle ground say, we would hate to come home and have our
- 1:19:54parents be there is fair to say. And we also agreed on the last
- 1:19:56one, right, Which was better? Yeah, better legislate or better
- 1:19:58integration. So those are middle ground, I
- 1:20:00think these two, yeah. Would you agree on a pathway for
- 1:20:01people are already here and have proven themselves?
- 1:20:04I can agree on a pathway if the legislation does it the right
- 1:20:06way. I can agree on there should be a
- 1:20:07pathway maybe, but it's hard because a lot of what we go on,
- 1:20:10the personal life would be here. So I think for the sake of
- 1:20:12middle ground, I would leave myself out of the agreement with
- 1:20:14that one because I think there's so much black and white in there
- 1:20:16in that. 1 So it sounds like the agreement is legislation path to
- 1:20:19citizenship. And I'm just going to add one
- 1:20:21more thing is that no matter who is in the administration or why
- 1:20:24or why, always follow our laws always follow.
- 1:20:30As well as the judges. Well, that is the laws, I agree.
- 1:20:33Everyone should, that's what are So I think we all are in
- 1:20:37agreement that there should be better I.
- 1:20:39Wasn't and they cut out all my disagreements.
- 1:20:42They cut out every fucking disagreement I had.
- 1:20:44So ridiculous. Pathway to citizenship and for
- 1:20:47every portion of our government to follow the laws properly
- 1:20:51through our deportation system. Merit based.
- 1:20:53OK, but still what? Are your generalization.
- 1:20:55OK. Well, congratulations.
- 1:20:56You found something. Yeah.
- 1:20:58Great job, you guys. You did every shake hands hot.
- 1:21:01I'm like, awesome. Yeah, it.
- 1:21:03Was fun. Thank you.
- 1:21:07Appreciate. That that's been the reaction to
- 1:21:11that. Hope you guys enjoyed it.
- 1:21:13I thought it was a fun thing to show.
- 1:21:15I mean, I thought it was ridiculous the way they edited
- 1:21:18it. I thought it was ridiculous some
- 1:21:22of the things they were saying, but I thought overall we, I
- 1:21:26mean, I think objectively we beat the shit out of them in it.
- 1:21:29I do want to get over to our comments for the show.
- 1:21:31That's been the entire show for the day.
- 1:21:33Let me get those pulled up for you guys really quick.
- 1:21:36Like I said, I'm really not feeling my best today.
- 1:21:38That's why we did a reaction stream, but we'll be back to the
- 1:21:40regular show tomorrow. Want to remind everyone to like
- 1:21:43smash the follow button, leave a comment, let me know what you
- 1:21:45think about the show. Read all the comments at the end
- 1:21:47of each show rate the show 5 stars on Spotify, but let's get
- 1:21:50right into the comments. Let's start with our YouTube
- 1:21:55comments. I think we had a one or two
- 1:21:59there. I'm not sure.
- 1:22:03YouTube has this thing where it hides to come.
- 1:22:05And so yeah, I'll, I'll get to the YouTube.
- 1:22:07I'll do those tomorrow because it's a fucking process to get
- 1:22:10those. All right, let's start with
- 1:22:11Spotify. What does America First mean to
- 1:22:14you? Putting Americans first in every
- 1:22:17way. Putting America first in every
- 1:22:19way, from the government to the people, not supporting foreign
- 1:22:23nations that don't really help America.
- 1:22:26Not giving foreign aid and fixing the problems that reside
- 1:22:30in America. I mean, we have debt problems,
- 1:22:33housing problems, affordability problems everywhere, crime
- 1:22:36problems, and they don't fix that.
- 1:22:39They pander and they send foreign aid Willy nilly.
- 1:22:43We have our politicians lobbied like sluts.
- 1:22:47Yeah, putting Americans first. The government needs to put
- 1:22:50American citizens first in every single way and they cannot put
- 1:22:54foreign nations over American citizens.
- 1:22:57They shouldn't be sending foreign aid to fucking Egypt and
- 1:22:59Israel and subsidizing Canada and Mexico and all these shitty
- 1:23:03things we're doing. What reasonable minded, rational
- 1:23:07adult can watch this and not just love Nick I?
- 1:23:09Don't know how anybody would agree with peers in that one.
- 1:23:15Your commentary added nothing. IDK, most like to learn when
- 1:23:18spending an hour listening but maybe that's just me.
- 1:23:21Mostly the host just giggles when Fuentes tries to push
- 1:23:24buttons, but he added nothing substantial.
- 1:23:27Here's an idea, we've already heard the interview.
- 1:23:30So add something other than calling peers retarded or
- 1:23:33disingenuous repeatedly. Anyone can do that?
- 1:23:36It's a fucking live reaction. What do you want?
- 1:23:38You want me to break down every fucking word they're saying?
- 1:23:41You retard, Shut up, you sound retarded.
- 1:23:46Pierce, Pierce, Pierce. What a damn disgrace of an
- 1:23:48interviewer. I understand trying to catch an
- 1:23:51enemy in a trap, but at least a do it to someone who's going to
- 1:23:54fold. I've never liked Pierce but this
- 1:23:57interview just wow. Nick just absolutely ran him
- 1:24:00over and stood on business. America first.
- 1:24:03Christ only. Christ is gang America first.
- 1:24:05Yeah, Nick demolished Pierce and that Pierce didn't stand a
- 1:24:08fucking chance. It was boomers VS zoomers, and
- 1:24:10zoomers are always going to win that.
- 1:24:12I've been watching for a long time now.
- 1:24:14I love and appreciate your podcast bro.
- 1:24:16In the telegram chat. Keep it up.
- 1:24:18American first. God bless and Congrats on Top 5%
- 1:24:21Brody Brick by Brick Love from Colorado.
- 1:24:26Thank you, I appreciate it. The Telegram group chat should
- 1:24:28be coming soon as well. I wonder if Pierce knows he got
- 1:24:32clip farm for two hours. I don't think you realize the
- 1:24:35thing about boomers is they're so retarded they don't even
- 1:24:37realize when they're being trolled.
- 1:24:38And then someone goes. I love boomers face with tears
- 1:24:41of joy. You could love your grandparents
- 1:24:43without loving all boomers. I mean that's crazy.
- 1:24:47Thank you guys for your comments SO.
- 1:24:50Low blow going after his dad. You can see he was about to go
- 1:24:53after his mom with lack of love. Smiling pile of poo.
- 1:24:55Well done, Nick. Yeah, going after his dad was
- 1:24:59fucking insane. That, that was crazy to watch.
- 1:25:02Nick is your emperor. Slow down, Tito.
- 1:25:05God damn, no man should envy another man that much.
- 1:25:08Nick will be the future Emperor of America.
- 1:25:11Nick sounded dumb. You sound retarded.
- 1:25:15Wait, so Nick ain't white at all unless Italian is considered
- 1:25:19white in America? It is.
- 1:25:22I was thinking of writing a comment to show you how stupid
- 1:25:25Nick is, but when you agree to his Holocaust denial opinions,
- 1:25:28jokes, there is no point of me writing you a comment.
- 1:25:30You aren't interested in listening to facts.
- 1:25:32You say I want to debate, but when you debate you lose the
- 1:25:35argument. Then you don't change your mind.
- 1:25:37It's a sad reality of the state of the United States that so
- 1:25:40many people listen to him. Well, I've given you an open
- 1:25:44invite to debate me on the show, so feel free if if you think
- 1:25:48that you beat me in these debates I get.
- 1:25:50I've extended an open invite so feel free to take it.
- 1:25:54Why is Nick backtracking on the H0L0 cost 0 then 0 mbers all of
- 1:25:58a sudden? Did he get bought?
- 1:26:01He's spelling out Holocaust. No, he was fucking joking.
- 1:26:05He was joking the whole time, yet I figured out by now lol.
- 1:26:12The ACC made fun of it by increasing the number, showing
- 1:26:15how saying it was 100 times the actual number is no problem, but
- 1:26:19saying it was less is a problem. Nick is an expert at trolling.
- 1:26:24Nick is 1 funny motherfucker, 67 million face rolling on the
- 1:26:27floor laughing. Yeah, it that it was an
- 1:26:30extremely funny part of the interview.
- 1:26:34We're ripping through these comments right now.
- 1:26:35Like I said, I don't feel too well, so I'm just I'm going
- 1:26:38through them. The term racist is not accurate.
- 1:26:40He is prejudice against inner city blacks.
- 1:26:43That doesn't mean one thinks and lives by hardcore racists that
- 1:26:46believe in a race being superior and or the superior race.
- 1:26:49Major difference. But obviously these facts do not
- 1:26:52matter. Yeah, I mean, again, I don't
- 1:26:55think he's a legit racist. I just think he's accepted the
- 1:26:58label because it's like, what's the point in spending 45 minutes
- 1:27:01of the debate arguing that it's such a stupid fucking point?
- 1:27:03Because like, there is a definition of racism, but
- 1:27:06everyone has their own stupid fucking definition these days.
- 1:27:09This show is dumb AF. He's just playing Fuentes and
- 1:27:12fanboying basic ass commentary. Yeah, it's a slow Newsweek, so
- 1:27:17we do reaction streams on slow Newsweek's dipshit.
- 1:27:20I don't like Nick at all, but I and most normal people don't
- 1:27:24think he deserves to be doxxed. Yeah, I, I don't think anybody
- 1:27:28should be doxxed. It's terrible, dangerous.
- 1:27:31I believe Candace 100%. 100% is crazy.
- 1:27:35If you said like 90%, I would say good for you.
- 1:27:38If you say 100%, it's like, OK, like, come on, that's crazy.
- 1:27:42I speak for all men with callus on their hands and dirt on their
- 1:27:45boots. Nick Fuentes has female traits.
- 1:27:48Leave no stone unturned. Even a broken clock is right
- 1:27:50twice a day. Go Max.
- 1:27:52You don't have to be blue collar to be a man.
- 1:27:54That's no offense. Not the best take.
- 1:27:57I paid James $7000 for each time, he said.
- 1:28:00Israel is not responsible for everything.
- 1:28:02Don't worry, we're working on paying Nick also.
- 1:28:08Yeah, hilarious. Again, Israel is not responsible
- 1:28:11for every negative thing, but they're responsible for a lot.
- 1:28:13And then here's your follow up comment.
- 1:28:15You want proof that Jews run the world or help the world?

- 1:28:53Oracle also bought out TikTok and banned anyone who criticizes
- 1:28:56real Mark Zuckerberg. Literally swung an election
- 1:28:59through hiding results. Same thing with Google.
- 1:29:03Let's see, what else did you say?
- 1:29:04You said Sigmund Freud at one point.
- 1:29:06Didn't you say that people want to fuck their mothers or
- 1:29:08something like that? Birth control pill?

- 1:29:57basically. First of all.
- 1:29:59Second of all, you act like those things never would have
- 1:30:01been invented if Israel didn't fucking do it.
- 1:30:04Third of all, that's not an excuse for us to be giving $4

- 1:30:48It's the most irrelevant fucking comments I've ever seen.
- 1:30:51That's been all the comments. Like I said, I was going to zip
- 1:30:53through them and I did. I think that was all the
- 1:30:56comments. There was two on YouTube, but
- 1:30:59it's not letting me see them for some reason.
- 1:31:00So I'll do this tomorrow. But thank you guys for tuning to

- 1:31:05Hope you guys enjoyed the reaction stream.
- 1:31:08Hopefully I'm feeling better tomorrow and we can get back to
