  And then I took a bath, a magnesium bath because I was

  like, my body is just aching and I like dumped a lot of magnesium

  doctor teals melatonin bath, like sleep.

  I got out of the bath at like 6:30.

  I ate something real quick. And then I was like, all right,

  I'm going to go to bed. And it was like 8:00.

  No, just there laying in bed, just OK, just going to stare at

  the ceiling, all right. And then then it's 11, then it's

  one. And I'm like taking like, like

  45 minute naps. And then I'm just listening to
