Alan Dershowitz Says He Is “Anxious” to Testify After Abrupt Cancellation of Epstein Hearing (8/21/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. One of the people with the biggest mouths
• 0:08
Speaker 1: when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein is none other than
• 0:12
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, and he has told everybody that's willing to
• 0:17
Speaker 1: listen that he has no idea why he would be
• 0:21
Speaker 1: so caught up in the allegation surrounding Jeffrey Epstein. And
• 0:26
Speaker 1: for months and months he told us how excited he
• 0:29
Speaker 1: was to give his testimony to Congress about what he
• 0:32
Speaker 1: knows about Jeffrey Epstein. Sounds good, right, Well, at the
• 0:38
Speaker 1: eleventh hour, Alan Dershowitz canceled that appearance. But now Alan
• 0:45
Speaker 1: Dershowitz wants us to believe that he is actually very
• 0:48
Speaker 1: anxious and wants to testify as soon as possible when
• 0:51
Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. Well, Alan, why didn't you
• 0:56
Speaker 1: just do it the first time around? Mister big talk
• 1:00
Speaker 1: couldn't stop yapping about how we wanted to get on
• 1:02
Speaker 1: the record. Then he gets his chance, and guess what,
• 1:06
Speaker 1: the excuse machine is in full effect. So today we
• 1:10
Speaker 1: have an article from News Nation and the headline Dershowitz
• 1:14
Speaker 1: anxious to testify on Epstein despite abrupt House cancelation. This
• 1:20
Speaker 1: article was authored by Diana Falzoni. Jeffrey Epstein's former lawyer.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz was called to testify before the House Oversight
• 1:29
Speaker 1: Committee over his ties to the disgraced financier Pedophile by
• 1:34
Speaker 1: Oversight chair James Comer in June. However, the attorney abruptly
• 1:39
Speaker 1: canceled five days prior to his scheduled interview on July twentieth. Look,
• 1:44
Speaker 1: you can't blame the guy, right there's parogi vendors up
• 1:48
Speaker 1: in Martha's vineyard that need to be arrested. And who's
• 1:51
Speaker 1: gonna do it if not for mister I kept my
• 1:54
Speaker 1: underpants on. Now there is uncertainty if Dershowitz will show
• 1:59
Speaker 1: for a rescheduled date next month. After agreeing to a
• 2:03
Speaker 1: transcribed interview date, Alan Dershowitz failed to appear without reason.
• 2:07
Speaker 1: A House Oversight Committee spokeswoman told NewsNation on Wednesday, We've
• 2:11
Speaker 1: been formed as attorney that we expect him to appear
• 2:13
Speaker 1: on September second, but he has not confirmed that mister
• 2:16
Speaker 1: Dershowitz intends to appear. Oh, the man of mystery. You're
• 2:21
Speaker 1: gonna wait on me. Congress has to wait on mister Allen,
• 2:25
Speaker 1: I kept my underpants on. Dershowitz. It's such a joke.
• 2:28
Speaker 1: Imagine having a Congress that is so weak in the
• 2:31
Speaker 1: knees that they can't even force a guy like Alan
• 2:34
Speaker 1: Dershowitz to give testimony. Boy, I'm sure the Iranians are
• 2:38
Speaker 1: terrified of you guys. I'm sure that all these people
• 2:41
Speaker 1: around the world that we're dropping bombs on are absolutely
• 2:44
Speaker 1: terrified of the geniuses in Congress. Dershowitz told News Nation
• 2:52
Speaker 1: on Wednesday it was an issue of trying to agree
• 2:54
Speaker 1: on a time. The former Epstein attorney contested the Oversight
• 2:58
Speaker 1: Committee's remarks that he failed to give a reason for
• 3:01
Speaker 1: his cancelation. It's always somebody else, It's never Alan Dershowitz.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: Everybody else is lying, everybody else is telling, you know, falsehoods.
• 3:11
Speaker 1: And if you have any criticism of Alan Dershowitz, well
• 3:13
Speaker 1: you're obviously just somebody that hates Israel. That's basically his
• 3:17
Speaker 1: whole entire playbook. But the truth is Alan Dershowitz has
• 3:23
Speaker 1: still not adequately explained his relationship to Jeffrey Epstein. And
• 3:27
Speaker 1: I'm not talking about as his lawyer. I'm talking about
• 3:30
Speaker 1: the other stuff. How many lawyers do you have coming
• 3:34
Speaker 1: over to your house to get a massage, and look,
• 3:37
Speaker 1: I know that. Dershowitz says that his wife was there
• 3:39
Speaker 1: and he kept his underpants on. That shit's still weird.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: Let me go over to my buddy's house, strip down
• 3:46
Speaker 1: to my tidy whities, and get myself a massage while
• 3:49
Speaker 1: my wife's outside in the foyer having a pino grigio
• 3:53
Speaker 1: with trafficking victims. Like, there's no excusing it. I know
• 3:59
Speaker 1: people want to excuse it, and I know people want
• 4:01
Speaker 1: to make pretend that not everybody knew. I don't believe
• 4:05
Speaker 1: that for a minute, especially if you were this dude's lawyer.
• 4:09
Speaker 1: You knew, you knew exactly the kind of snake that
• 4:12
Speaker 1: you're dealing with. And when it comes down in Dershowitz,
• 4:16
Speaker 1: he just didn't care. That's really what it comes down to.
• 4:19
Speaker 1: I gave a reason, he said, My lawyers have advised
• 4:21
Speaker 1: me that there's a legal barrier to my testifying. We're
• 4:24
Speaker 1: trying to remove the barrier. I volunteered to testify, and
• 4:28
Speaker 1: I'm anxious to do so. When asked what the legal
• 4:31
Speaker 1: barrier was, Dershowitz said he was unable to comment. Oh, Okay,
• 4:35
  Speaker 1: I have a legal barrier, but I can't comment. This
• 4:38
Speaker 1: dude has main character syndrome like nobody else. Hey, fuck face,
• 4:43
Speaker 1: we have all these other powerful people getting up there
• 4:46
Speaker 1: and telling their stories about Epstein. You can too. You
• 4:50
Speaker 1: have a way overblown opinion of yourself, and I assure
• 4:54
Speaker 1: you that the vast majority of people do not share
• 4:57
Speaker 1: that opinion. You shouldn't get any special treatment for what
• 5:03
Speaker 1: What exactly has Alan Dershowitz done that should give him
• 5:07
Speaker 1: special treatment. In fact, I think that Alan Dershowitz and
• 5:12
Speaker 1: the whole legal team from Florida should be investigated for
• 5:16
Speaker 1: the NPA, And I've said that a million times now
• 5:21
Speaker 1: if we're talking about the abuse. Look, we know how
• 5:23
Speaker 1: the Virginia lawsuit ended up with Alan Dershowitz, So that's
• 5:27
Speaker 1: a moot point. I'm not going to keep harping on that.
• 5:31
Speaker 1: But what I will say is that the NPA is
• 5:34
Speaker 1: a big problem, and people like Alan Dershowitz, who had
• 5:37
Speaker 1: their fingers directly in the cake batter, they're a big
• 5:41
Speaker 1: problem too. On July twenty first, CHERA Comer issued a
• 5:46
Speaker 1: letter to Dershowitz that read, in part, on July fifteenth,
• 5:49
Speaker 1: twenty twenty six, council notified the Committee that you cannot
• 5:52
Speaker 1: now testify in Congress concerning the matters in which the
• 5:55
Speaker 1: Committee are interested. This notice was provided only five before
• 6:00
Speaker 1: the date of your transcribed interview, after the Committee had
• 6:04
Speaker 1: already exhausted critical resources to repair for your appearance. Your
• 6:09
Speaker 1: council failed to provide a reason for your refusal to testify.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: When Committee staff followed up with your council via email
• 6:16
Speaker 1: on July fifteenth and seventeenth, twenty twenty six, your counsel
• 6:21
Speaker 1: again failed to provide an explanation for your refusal to
• 6:25
Speaker 1: attend your transcribed interview. This is unacceptable, I agree, But
• 6:30
Speaker 1: you know what else is unacceptable That he wasn't subpoena
• 6:32
Speaker 1: in the first place. That should have been the deal
• 6:35
Speaker 1: for everybody. And I don't want to keep beating this
• 6:38
Speaker 1: dead horse, but it's a big problem. The fact that
• 6:41
Speaker 1: you're letting these people come in voluntarily is not something
• 6:45
Speaker 1: that I'm interested in. They've had years to come forward
• 6:49
Speaker 1: on their own, and none of them have done so.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: But now now they're going to tell us the truth
• 6:55
Speaker 1: because Congress is involved. Give me a break. I'm very
• 6:59
Speaker 1: proud in my role in representing Jeffrey Epstein, said Dershowitz
• 7:03
Speaker 1: at the time, I'm prepared to testify about everything. I
• 7:06
Speaker 1: offered to testify, volunteered for the past few months. I
• 7:09
Speaker 1: will personally not invoke privilege. I have nothing to hide.
• 7:13
Speaker 1: I hope they have videos of Epstein's rooms, bedrooms. I'm
• 7:16
Speaker 1: willing to testify truthfully about Les Wexner, all of it.
• 7:20
Speaker 1: Oh God, just shut up. If you were willing to testify,
• 7:23
Speaker 1: you would have come forward. And you're proud of your
• 7:26
Speaker 1: role as Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer, says everything I need to
• 7:29
Speaker 1: know about you. And look, it's one thing to represent
• 7:32
Speaker 1: a guy like Epstein as a lawyer. It's another thing
• 7:35
Speaker 1: to embrace it. Dershowitz has been accused of wrongdoing tied
• 7:40
Speaker 1: to Epstein, which he has denied. In February, News Nation
• 7:45
Speaker 1: learned of a woman who was a primary informant to
• 7:47
Speaker 1: the FBI about Epstein's sex trafficking ring. She went to
• 7:51
Speaker 1: the FBI after she was allegedly trafficked to several of
• 7:54
Speaker 1: Epstein's friends. A member of Congress who has seen the
• 7:57
Speaker 1: relevant files unredacted, told Newsname the names appearing in these
• 8:02
Speaker 1: documents do not indicate evidence of a crime. No criminal
• 8:05
Speaker 1: charges against those named other than Glenn Maxwell were filed
• 8:10
Speaker 1: in connection with Epstein's crimes. Part of the plan. You
• 8:14
Speaker 1: guys paying attention, yet you see what's going on here.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: You see how the fix was in from the very beginning.
• 8:21
Speaker 1: This was always the goal, always the plan, and that's
• 8:26
Speaker 1: why they kicked it down to state in Florida. That
• 8:28
Speaker 1: was the easier path. Not as much attention. People aren't
• 8:32
Speaker 1: really locked in just another guy in Florida diddle in
• 8:35
Speaker 1: some young kids. But it was a lot more than that,
• 8:39
Speaker 1: wasn't it. And what's happening now is what they always feared,
• 8:42
Speaker 1: and that, of course, is you learning what Jeffrey Epstein
• 8:45
Speaker 1: really was and what he was really up to. And
• 8:50
Speaker 1: Epstein's survivor assisted in preparing an FBI PowerPoint presentation examining
• 8:55
Speaker 1: a list of high profile men with associations with Epstein
• 9:00
Speaker 1: to the documents, a list included President Donald Trump and
• 9:03
Speaker 1: former President Bill Clinton, and a note numerous anonymous NTOCS
• 9:08
Speaker 1: National Threat Operation Center tips were received with allegations against
• 9:13
Speaker 1: prominent individuals, and look, not every single one of those
• 9:16
Speaker 1: is going to be real and true, just like the
• 9:20
Speaker 1: nonsense when people were talking about cannibalism and be off
• 9:24
Speaker 1: jerky and all the other nonsense. All of that stuff
• 9:27
Speaker 1: is part of the cover up. All of that is
• 9:30
Speaker 1: to sow confusion and to make everything look crazy. And
• 9:35
Speaker 1: that's why I refuse to get knocked off target, and
• 9:37
Speaker 1: that's why we continue to do things the way we
• 9:39
Speaker 1: do them. According to FBI documents, she told a bureau
• 9:42
Speaker 1: as part of Epstein's operation, she was directed to give massages,
• 9:46
Speaker 1: was put in compromising positions, and was a victim of
• 9:49
Speaker 1: sexual abuse. The alleged survivors redacted claims appear in a
• 9:54
Speaker 1: slide show the FBI created as part of its investigation
• 9:57
Speaker 1: into three men, Alan Dershowitz, Harvey Weinstein, and Leon Black.
• 10:03
Speaker 1: She alleged that Epstein traffickedder to Weinstein and Black at
• 10:06
Speaker 1: different times. Well, we know that Epstein and Weinstein were
• 10:08
Speaker 1: buddies for a minute, and we know that they had
• 10:10
Speaker 1: a falling out over a woman. Do with that what
• 10:14
Speaker 1: you will. Among the allegations given to the FBI, the
• 10:19
Speaker 1: woman stated that Weinstein showed up at her door and
• 10:22
Speaker 1: tried to follow her into the shower after offering her
• 10:25
Speaker 1: a job. When asked about the claims in the FBI's
• 10:28
Speaker 1: memo against Weinstein. His attorney, Arthur Idulla said at the
• 10:32
Speaker 1: time no comment. Idalla is also Glenn Maxwell's lawyer or was.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: Weinstein is serving twenty three years in New York prison
• 10:41
Speaker 1: for sexual assaults. Among allegations against Black given to the FBI,
• 10:45
Speaker 1: an alleged victim said Black raped and trafficked her multiple times,
• 10:50
Speaker 1: and that he threatened her. A judge sanctioned an accuser
• 10:53
Speaker 1: and her attorney, known only as Jane Doe in April,
• 10:56
Speaker 1: saying she falsified and potentially destroyed evidence in the case.
• 11:01
Speaker 1: Black denied any wrongdoing and said he never met Doe.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: Of course he did. I have no idea who Doe is.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: I've never done anything like that. I would never cheat
• 11:11
Speaker 1: on my sick wife. In the documents, the woman stated
• 11:16
Speaker 1: that she gave Dershowitz, Epstein's former attorney, a massage on
• 11:19
Speaker 1: Epstein's plane. Dershowitz told News Nation that month, I never
• 11:23
Speaker 1: received a massage on Epstein's plane. Well you got one
• 11:26
Speaker 1: at his house, didn't you, mister underwear. I can prove that,
• 11:31
Speaker 1: and I was never on his plane with a young woman.
• 11:33
Speaker 1: She made up the entire story. In doing so, she
• 11:35
Speaker 1: violated section one thousand and one of the Criminal Code,
• 11:39
Speaker 1: lying to the FBI, she was not a miner, she's
• 11:42
Speaker 1: a criminal. There's no basis for adacting the name of
• 11:45
Speaker 1: an adult criminal. I'm planning to sewer as Jane Doe
• 11:48
Speaker 1: and subpoenaing the Justice Department in FBI to reveal the
• 11:52
Speaker 1: name of this felon. Dershowitz stated she should sue Dershowitz.
• 11:55
Speaker 1: He just called her a felon. She hasn't been convicted
• 11:58
Speaker 1: of anything. That's like people called Alan Dershowitz a diddler,
• 12:02
Speaker 1: so we should just do that. Alan, Is that cool?
• 12:04
Speaker 1: Is that okay? You know it's not, and you damn
• 12:08
Speaker 1: well know you shouldn't be calling her a felon. And
• 12:11
Speaker 1: I hope she sues you, because I'll tell you what,
• 12:14
Speaker 1: it's a long time coming that somebody takes this dude
• 12:17
Speaker 1: to court and shuts his fucking mouth, and hopefully that
• 12:22
Speaker 1: time is now. All the information that goes with this
• 12:25
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box.
