[upbeat music] Hey, everybody.
0:18
Full Spectrum Cycling. Show number 207 on the, uh, count list over here. Yeah. Hey, Chewie, see, that's how you do the intro. Yeah, it's like, it's like pu- [laughs]... like pushups. It's pushups.
0:32
You guys gotta listen to Chewie's latest show. Oh, really? It's- I will. Yeah. I will. Yeah. They have to listen to our recurring show. Yeah. Oh, well, the last- I was there the last time- The-... so whatever...
0:42
I'm actually now listening- Yes, you can shame me-... to ourselves... all you want to. I listen to all of them. [laughs] Yeah, I kinda forget what we talked about, and that- Me too... yeah, so.
0:49
But I was there all the time. I remember all of it. In your f- photographic memory. Whatever. Yes, of course. [laughs] So yeah, Chewie has a new show up, folks, if you haven't listened to it yet. Go ahead. It's...
1:04
Well, part of it is supposed to be, like, jabbing at our show a little bit. Oh, nice. He, he doesn't specifically mention Michael and I all that often, though. Oh, no. [laughs] It means he mentions me a lot.
1:14
[laughs] Tony gets the shout-outs and stuffs. Is it about e-bikes? We get general stuff; you get called out. Uh-oh. [laughs] All right. That's all right. Bergie puts him in his place too. That's a good show.
1:26
Everybody listen to Chewie's new show. It's on the Full Spectrum Cycling site, and probably in your podcatcher thingy-majigger. Uh, along those lines, um, at, uh, the Falcon Bowl locally, $5, um,
1:42
$5, $5, $5- Bowling? Yes. Well, there's open bowling but, um, uh, what the hell's the damn, uh, I can't remember the name of the damn brewery. Oh. Lakefront? No, from Decorah, God damn it. Oh. Oh.
2:00
Top of Goliath? Top of Goliath. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Uh- Suite O'Soux? Suite O'Soux, $5 fucking tall boys in there. That's, whoa. Thank you. For a- Thank you for-... tall boy? That's a good deal. Holy shit...
2:09
well, they only, I think they only come in tall boys. Well, whatever. I thought they also came in cans. Okay. Thank you for- But I, I did...
2:15
thank you for, like, kicking my goddamn thingies and, uh- No, I, that's a fair deal since there's, like, I think they're 15, 16 bucks just for a four-pack- Right... at the- No, a- a- and the, the-...
2:25
at the liquor stores... dude was going, like, he's like, "Um"- And I can walk home from there. Yeah. From the new house it's, you know. [laughs] And they have open bowling on times.
2:35
I'm still not sure what happened over there. Somehow they're going to get- She retired. Yeah. And- Reopened... a group bought it- Reopened...
2:43
to, as a community space, and are gonna reopen it as, I mean, have reopened it as, of course, the bar still, but there's gonna be, like, um, like, neighborhood rummage sales- Yeah, they had-...
2:54
and that big banquet space-... flea market last week... flea market, yep. Yep. It's, you know, I'm glad somebody's gonna keep making use of the space, 'cause it's a great space.
3:01
I thought that it was just gonna be too expensive to rehab it, but apparently they've either worked around it or- They got some- They know somebody. Yeah. Yeah.
3:09
Somehow, 'cause- 'Cause to be able to keep that open as is without it being the original owner is, is pretty interesting- And, uh-... 'cause it needs a lot of work... I need that place to have a good goddamn show.
3:20
Or, like, okay- Even any show... you, no, you ha- you have to, you have to take, no, you, you have to, no, nothing, blah, blah, blah. Would Daikaiju be there? And, and just, like, this is, no. Oh, that, blah.
3:31
How much fun would Daikaiju be there? Are you using words over there? I am. [laughs] I'm off and done. It is, is it big enough for a... It's probably big enough for a small Daikaiju show. Oh, no.
3:41
That's as big as X-Ray Arcade. No. Really? That- Upstairs?... that banquet space? Mm. Oh, yeah. Oh, no. Oh. No, no, yeah. It actually would be boring for them. Well, you can't start the place on fire, I'm sure, is why.
3:53
[laughs] Exactly. I mean, it would be, like, predictable since, like- Technically you can't set any place, you shouldn't set any place on fire, but... No, it's just like, no, I d- I have nowhere to go in here.
4:04
You know who else has nowhere to go? Oh. Anyone looking to go to the Pinnacle Bike Shop in Shorewood. Oh, is it gone? Yeah. No shit. I called the number today and he answers. I go, "Is this the bike shop?"
4:15
He goes, "It's permanently closed." I'm like, "Okay." Oh. "Geez, I, I mean, thank you for the information. Have a nice day." [laughs] Did you even say who you were? No. [laughs] No, no.
4:26
No, I would just, because I stopped and I looked in the window and there was nothing in there. Oh. Uh, I, I think that the space there is, like, the size of our shop area here.
4:35
[laughs] No, like, no- It's like 400 square feet or-... like, no, the size of this- Po- the podcast room, right? [laughs] The podcast room completely. Yeah, I mean- I mean, no, it, it is tiny... it was, it was small. Mm.
4:46
Um- But he did, he- Well, I bet his rent was not cheap. I'm gonna ask him- No, oh-...
4:49
because they have a couple places for rent in there, and I'm thinking [popping sound] if this place doesn't stop leaking on all my shit- Right...
4:55
we're either gonna have to move out and just shut down, or we're gonna have to find a better place that's actually usable and doesn't [coughing] rain on my shit. [coughs] You'll have to find us out in the world.
5:08
Yeah, and I just, there's nothing really affordable. People, you'll have to find us. I've been looking for, like, a year. There's nothing semi-affordable even that's close to the right size.
5:16
At least not unless you've have a way to pay a year in advance or something outta your pocket, so. So the one human being here with a MSC shirt is Craig. Tony has an MSC hat. Oh, hat.
5:29
And I'm wearing a WM S- or a Woodlawn 24 shirt. Well, he's na, na, na, na, na, na, na. So I am cycle-centric today. Na, na, na. No. By the way, that Wednesday ride was pretty moist- You're, you're moist...
5:38
in the morning. I, uh- On the way to work? On the way to work, yeah. There was water shooting out the manhole covers on Center. Wow. Yeah.
5:46
The dorma- the corner that the street crossed that dormers on, two inches of water all the way across it. Yeah, that's a lot of water, 'cause I think it was- So-... pretty localized. I don't think it was- I was-...
5:55
everywhere... I, I, uh, I hung out at my mom's house [laughs] and driving back Ran into, um, like in Memorial Drive, all of a sudden brake lights all the way from- Hmm?
6:12
Mm-hmm Oh, no. Oh, no. Apparent- everything on the- They closed it... oh, yeah It was really flooded. Mm-hmm. From, from water or from waves? Water.
6:24
Wa- wave action sometimes gets a little- I, I, no, I, I think it was like a bunch of the, uh, uh, [clicks tongue] over by, uh, Lake Park, uh, Ravine Road. Oh, yeah, running down there?
6:36
Yeah, 'cause they're not paying attention to whatever, so when, like, all that water hits that shit- Vroom... it's gonna cross the road, and then goes, guess what, down the road that you made.
6:51
Water seeks the path of least resistance. Ha, ha, ha. There's your physics lessons for today, folks. Yeah, man. That, and any time I hear someone say something's waterproof- All right, are we at the top of the hill?
7:01
[bell rings] And all I can think of is explain the Grand Canyon Apparently you're at the top of the hill. At the top of Snake Hill. [bell rings] Whatever. Do you want a beer, Michael? Sure.
7:15
You may talk amongst yourselves while I grab the beer. I know. I haven't had a Hamm's in a long time, and it's actually pretty good. But I just- I need a beer or-... don't like drinking Hamm's... or anything.
7:28
POG-O-Licious. Atwater Brewing. Born Detroit. Raised everywhere. Ah, that's funny. Water. Well, Tony actually brought this last week. I brought- Yeah. It's a tropical IPA.
7:42
You know why it's called- Say aloha to your favorite- You know why it's called POG? 'Cause it has pomegranate. Oh, does it? Uh- Passion fruit, orange- It's- No, it does not... pa- pa- passion fruit, orange, and guava.
7:54
POG. P-O-G. Got it. It's a 6.5 alcohol- It does not have... Michael, say it with me... and 44. I know. No apricot [laughs]. No, it doesn't have apricot in it. No apricot. Apricot in every- So, so Atwater is from Detroit.
8:09
I don't know that we've ever had their beers. Whoa, whoa. Hey- It's got a pretty interesting smell... speaking of Atwater- It's like bouquet... Atwater... if you guy- if you guys follow JK Living on Facebook,
8:20
there's a picture of Atwater Beach nearly every day. Mm-hmm. One tries. You can s- [laughs] you can see what- And-... what the weather looks like... who is the mayor of River West? That'd be Paul Atwater. Oh, yeah? Yeah.
8:31
What? Is he, like, self-proclaimed? Uh, i- a lot of people r- often refer to him as that. I don't know if he came up with that title. No. No. He went to school with DiNardo. Stop hijacking. No. Mine.
8:44
Are you JK Living on Facebook, or are you, are you you? Uh, it's me parenthefees JK11. Copy that. Because I had to say- Well, s-... this and whatever...
8:58
so some people still seem to be getting away with not calling them so, s- who they actually are, but other people- Yeah... get reprimanded. It was at that one time where they, "No, no, no, no" kinda shit, and whatever.
9:10
Uh, you just play good for a second. Humpf. So- Well, I just took a- Whatever... took a big gulp of this here beer and, uh- It's, it's not bad... it definitely has a... It's kinda summery.
9:23
It's got a little fruity- It's definitely got a fruitiness going to it, for sure... I was kinda waiting for the, for the finish to be- Oh, look, it has my tattoo on the side of it, too. Tattoo. What's that? For the mice.
9:34
Hibiscus. It's a hibiscus. Hibiscus. A hibiscus? The, the plant? Hibiscus. Hibiscus. Hibiscus. Stone hibiscus. Hibiscus. Hibiscus [laughs]. What is the, uh, the, also AKA the number one ingredient in tea. Okay.
9:47
Did you know that fun fact for you? I did not. [blows raspberry] Michael sprung a leak apparently. [laughs] [sighs] That's not just static, folks.
10:04
[laughs] That's Michael actually making a noise. That is me making my goddamn motherfucking noise. [laughs] Make some noise. Making my motherfucking noise. Hey, guess who does e-bikes now? Tony- Not me...
10:16
Tony's in good stead with Gary Fisher. Oh. Oh, yeah. He's big- Oh... promoting the shit out of them. Well, they've got a new company, but all you get is a, a page with a thing to sign up for more information on.
10:27
There's nothing there yet. Look at me. Look at me with my fancy mustache. Dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun. I thought perhaps it was an April Fools' thing when he was talking about- Y'all hello... having, like,
10:36
m- twice the power and half the weight and 30-minute charge time. There is some sort of new battery technology that someone is saying is gonna have an ultra-fast charge time now, which could be game-changer. Could be.
10:50
That would be nice. There was also, I saw another e-bike I didn't ha- By chance it's a Kickstarter that has f- up to three batteries and a 200-mile range. That's a lot of range. Yeah.
11:01
Think how heavy that thing is [laughs] with three ba- And you can get it- And bulky... sorry. You can also get it any one of either rear drive, dual hub drive, or mid drive. Oh. Oh, that's interesting.
11:13
I thought it was pretty bizarre. E-bike, it's your e-bike minute. Here's another e-bike question for Tony. You got a battery. It's 48 volts. Yeah. It's 14 amp hours. Yeah. Maybe it says 14.5. Okay.
11:24
Do you think that there's actually.5 more, or is that just a marketing thing? My guess would be that that's marketing. That's what I'm thinking too. Like, so w- Why would you waste with 500 watts?
11:34
It's less than 3% difference between- Right... 14 and 14.5. I think you just wanna make it bigger, so you put a.5 after it. Right, just to upcharge.
11:42
I, we're, we had to replace a battery for a customer, and they're like, "Oh, this one isn't as powerful." I go, "They're both 48 volts, so they have the exact same power." Mm-hmm. You know?
11:53
Uh, if you were talking about capacity, I said, "It's a 14 amp hour class battery." That's how we would describe it. It's not 17. It's not 20. It's 14-ish. But I think- And they were complaining that it wasn't 14.5?...
12:04
I think that point- Nobody believes in the ish until- I think that-... you believe in the ish... I think that.5 is a marketing gimmick myself, but- You don't believe in the ish until you believe in the ish...
12:11
I would, I would like to see two new batteries and do range tests on them. I'll bet you they're the same Or within a couple of feet And what's, what's 3% difference? Right A couple pedal strokes?
12:21
Right So, we'll have to, we'll have to learn this guy [laughs] what's up. Yeah. It's a ish via gates. I- I think it... Well, long story, but I just, I was, I st- I... That's- Did, did, did, yeah, yeah, yeah...
12:36
thinking that.5 is, is more of a, a gimmick than an actual capacity thing. All right. What do you got going over there now? I know. You ma- yeah, you're making me wanna, you're making me wanna... Jump? [laughs] Shout?
12:53
Might as well. Jump. I've got a shout. I've got a shout-out. Shout-out to Dan Doll's band- Ah... Na- Astral Hand. How was it? Well, I've been listening to the digital download, but I ordered their Splattery vinyl.
13:08
Oh, nice. It... You can get it on Bandcamp. It's, it, it's really, it's cool. Splattery vi- it's good stuff, too. It's been on, uh, MSC quite on a regularly- It, it-... local lunchbox playlist kind of thing...
13:18
it went, it went live on, on this, uh, past week on, and you can catch it on the YouTubes. Oh, is it on the YouTubes? It's on the YouTubes. Oh, they're playing around town if you wanna check them out.
13:29
Uh, for- Either of you two seeing Ministry?... the local li- No. The local live on the WMSC- Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah... they had to cancel one time, and now they're making good on it. Is that this Tuesday?
13:43
That's why, children, yes. This Tuesday. Nice. No, those were- Tuesday past or Tuesday coming? Tuesday past. Oh. Don't you get f- Tony's a WMSC guitar smasher level- I am... contributor.
13:55
Don't you get free tickets to all that shit? No, I get, I... Not to lo- well, local live's free anyway. Ah. You just show up wherever it is. Copy that. Goddammit, it's just what I fucking said.
14:06
I did miss a couple of- [laughs] I did get invited to two events that I did not make it to yet, but I will try to get to the next one. I've been busy. That, that being the Rockabilly Chili?
14:15
Oh, you know- That's gonna be next week... the last time I went to Rockabilly Chili I hurt for, like, three days. Oh, I guess- I had the hottest chili I've ever experienced. No, I saw him with the hottest chili.
14:25
Oh, that was brutal. He just looked at me. I was miserable. And oh, and his eyes just were, "Ah." I, I will not lie- Oh, oh geez. [laughs]...
14:36
it was my friend Wayne, who's actually somehow still my friend, who just shoved this spoonful into my mouth, and I proceeded for 45 minutes to just have my mouth just watering with heat. Just dripping.
14:47
I don't, well, like- Like this noodle. No, he was just, he was just dripping with, like, "Nuh, nuh, nuh, nuh, nuh." I, hey, they didn't call the cops for me.
14:55
[laughs] And, and fucking Molly's- I saw two different people have-... going like, "No, he's, uh, really in, in pain right now." Um [laughs] and I'm like- It was brutal...
15:02
"I don't know what-" Can't you do something like eat a cracker or drink milk or something? Milk? Milk. I tried. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It was not- Well. This was... And it was vegan supposedly.
15:10
I don't know if they just ground peppers and served it like that. I don't think that makes a difference. I, well, no, I- Vegan or not vegan. Hey, hey. Hey, hey, hey. Hey, go on. Oh. Oh, oh, oh, oh. Cripes. Well. Cripes.
15:22
We had a call, but then now we- You hung up on him?... now we don't anymore. You hung up on him [laughs]? I did not hang up on him. Tony kept talking. Oh. What?
15:29
I don't know if he had a ca- I'll call him back in a couple minutes. I gotta pee. [laughs] Okay. Thanks for sharing. You're excused [laughs]. [laughs] Uh- I don't know. Words, words matter. Words. Yeah.
15:45
So, well, now we don't have that to look forward to 'cause, I don't know, it was there for, and then it was gone. What? Okay. It was there for seconds. We should throw out a, a belated happy birthday to Mr. Peterson. Mr.
15:54
Mark? Uh. Mr. Mark Peterson. Yeah. S- show guest extraordinaire. Yeah, it was his birthday a couple of days ago. Right on. Happy birthday, Mark. Mark, Mark, Mark, Mark, call in, Mark. Hey, you know what else we got?
16:10
We got two of those state bicycle black clunkers left. Really? We were talking about that clunker race out there in Iowa. Yeah.
16:19
I think they mentioned it a little bit on Chewie's show, too, but it's like, well, what kind of bike are you gonna bring? Clunker? We have two of them. They're black. They're cheap. They, and- Mine's gotta be blick.
16:30
I'll s- they're demos, kinda. I think JK used it for his Steel Is Real, or used one for some event. Yeah, yeah. They're fun, man. And, yeah. And so they've got, got a mile or five on them- They've gotta be fun...
16:40
and I put on the, um, uh, frame bags on 'em, too. So free frame bag, 400 bucks. Get these things out of here- Ah... in case we have to move. We got two of 'em.
16:51
Somebody should really buy those 'cause they're a ton of fun. It is a sexy beast. They are fun to ride. They are just fun to ride. It's a relaxed, it's a relaxed coaster break. You feel like you're 12. Yeah.
16:59
It's a relaxed coaster break. You, you, you feel like you're going back to your Schwinn Sting-Ray days. It's not like, "Oh, my God. Oh, my God." Well, that same fun you had when you first got your fat bike.
17:06
Made you grin, didn't it? Still does. It's similar. What the hell? Yeah, I s- That bike never makes you not grin. Also, I'm gonna throw this out at you again. Box. Box nine setups are really nice.
17:17
You know what else they're nice for? E-bikes. Oh, a box would be great for that. Yeah. Yeah, you're right. Totally. [snores] [laughs] I can see- [snores]... we're gonna start calling him E-bike Mike.
17:30
[snores] You should say it more like a question, though. E-bike Mike? E-bike curious Mike? [snores] He's making noises again, folks. [snores] So that May Day Mayhem thing is in Osage, Iowa on the 6th of May.
17:48
It sounds like at least some of the Decorah contingent will be there now, so. Decorah. And I'm tr- On May 9th is Ministry, right? May- May 8th. Well- The next day, Saturday... the s- the 6th is a Saturday. Sunday.
18:00
May- 6th is a Saturday So 7th is Sunday... May 5th. 6th or 7th. I do not know. Ministry is not on my list, but maybe- Ministry with Gary Newman. Yeah. You're in my car. Somewhere. Right? How is that working?
18:14
Some- somewhere that I'm gonna get, like, free goddamn tickets- I'm trying... some, some point. Molly said she'll go if I can get tickets for free. Yeah. I ain't paying 45 bucks. Hell no. You cannot have one- Hell no.
18:24
Hell-... within the past 60 days... and no. And I haven't I have an I2. Oh, shit. I tried winning when Billy was giving out tickets the other day. I can't remember what it was for.
18:32
Dude, I got goddamn fucking shamed by goddamn Von Munns by winning the fucking, uh, uh, Emil and the Sniffers. Oh, you won that? Yeah. And he's like- Nice... "Goddammit." He's like, "Are you...
18:46
You haven't won anything in the last 60 days, have you?" No. "Are you sure?" [laughs] No, of course not. "Are you really sure?" And I'm like, "Jesus Christ." I mean, he was, like, kinda like, you know, finger wagging me.
19:04
And like, you know, "You're being a little cunty," I mean. Yeah. Yeah. But- Hey, how's that, uh, pog? That pog beer. How you liking that? It works out. Is that good stuff? Yeah, it works out.
19:21
Wow, they've been around since 1997. I was a little surprised to read that, actually. Yeah. Yeah. Apparently. Yeah. [laughs] They... Did you get it at Otto's? Yeah.
19:30
Huh, I didn't see it today, but- They're like, Otto's, at, up high. Down low. No, wait. Too slow. Yeah, right. No, it's- [laughs]... it's way...
19:39
I had to get, I had to get up on my tippy toes to slide it out, and I had to even then just use a couple fingers- Is that what he said... and drop it in my hand Yeah, that's what you just said. What? Slide it out.
19:48
Yeah, yeah. Oh. When in doubt, I whip it out. Gotta be a rock and roll band. Is that guy a, is that guy a Bud Light can shooter, too? Or Busch Light or- I'm sure... whatever the hell it is... he, he has to have been.
20:00
That's the asshole, right? That's Ted Nugent? Ted Nugent, yeah. Yeah. Got him a rock and roll hand. He's... Yeah, you know what I'm saying.
20:10
Uh- One of my Facebook friends was bitching that he'll never make it on into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame because he's a Republican, and, and I responded, "Or it's just that he sucks." And she didn't respond.
20:20
Did not respond. I- there's gotta be Republicans in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I'm sure. Come on. But, but- It's not a-... they're also talented. Well- What?... reta- re- re-talented [laughs] Republicans. Oh my God.
20:33
Re-talented. Why are you people- Oh, hey. We... Okay, so- Beer. Dr- smoke, drink, drink from the [laughs] drink from the thing. Did you guys know IKEA makes baggies? I did. I just, I was looking at that baggie.
20:44
They've got baggies. It's actually even has a double- Bog... it has a double Ziploc closure. You know what you can't smell? Anything? Anything through the baggie.
20:55
So this particular peanut butter and jelly sandwich, you can't even smell it. Wow. Who cares? Until you open it up. Oh, it smells like a- It smells [laughs]... Like peanut butter and jelly? Like peanut butter and jelly.
21:06
No. [laughs] It doesn't at all. It smells great. It does not smell at all like peanut butter and jelly. Uh, yeah, I did. I guess that IKEA can do anything. It's the- I have to pay them a visit. I lost some parts. No, no.
21:20
And apparently if you go to the- It is the-... the parts department-... original fucking-... they just give you them... yeah. I think it's even right inside the front door. Yeah, it is.
21:26
It's the original fucking escape room. I mean- Oh, yeah... you go in there and it's like boom. There's hidey holes and shortcuts. Yeah.
21:34
That actually once you- You're like walk, walking along and it's like- I will admit-... "Oh, wait. Hey, I can go over here. I really don't wanna- Now that I have quite a bit of IKEA in my house...
21:42
I really don't wanna go get shit. Ugh... I had a panic attack the first time I went in there. Fuck yeah. I'm like- [laughs]... I, I looked at Molly, I'm like, "I might have to leave." Yeah.
21:51
This is really, really, like, overwhelming. Too much IKEA? It was just, I just could not... A- and the paths, how they make you go through, like, like they herd you through. Oh, in the store. Yeah.
22:00
I thought you were talking about your house. Oh, no, my house is fine. It has a lot of IKEA in it, but it's fine. Um, yeah, I really- [laughs] It's like an IKEA showroom in there... I mean, it... Well, we have a...
22:10
Okay, so we have an IKEA kitchen, and all of our bathrooms are IKEA, so yeah, I guess it is. Oh. I don't have any IKEA furniture, though. I don't. Keep going.
22:18
Furniture is not important enough for me to spend anything more than what IKEA stuff costs. I agree with that, but I was- Except for my couch. Like my couch. I was gifted a very nice couch.
22:26
Yeah, me too, and it's- Yeah... starting to get a little long in the tooth. You, yeah, you've taken a nap on my couch, and my couch- Oh, yeah... and the other couch. JK's got a nice couch over there. Yeah. You know what?
22:35
It's a lot- You guys have taken naps on couches at my house. It- I have a great video of John- It's a lot nicer than that metal chair on your porch. [laughs] Oh, that was your fucking choosing.
22:46
[laughs] Uh- I s- I should send that to, you should put it in the show notes... and your too. Like, "Yeah, I wanna nap here. I wanna nap here." I never napped on that. Oh. Yeah.
22:54
It kinda gets your neck when you f- s- sit in it too long. [laughs] Um, I have that video of, of John Bilicki moving the couch to your, to the nut factory. Oh, yeah.
23:04
From my house, the one I had to live on for four months 'cause of my foot. Yeah, where did that couch go? I don't know where that couch went. 'Cause I think they took it away again. Um, I- I mean, we don't-...
23:13
it was right about the time Derek left too, from the shop. We were talking- Oh, it's not in the shop, though, anymore. No, I know, and I was surprised. Derek, Derek has it.
23:19
There's an awful lot of saw- Oh, it's in Seattle? I don't think I'd move a couch all the way out to Seattle. I wouldn't give that furniture away. Especially not- Especially that couch... something that couch-like.
23:27
I don't even know where I got that couch. Derek'll pee. I do. JK- He's getting to me... is going to pee. It is he going to pee. It was a nice day out there today. JK made the best of it in the sun- Yes...
23:41
and the, and the open patio over at Nomad, apparently. It was, um, at, at some points on campus I was walking without my jacket on, and at other points I was glad I had my jacket with me because it got cold very rapidly.
23:56
Yeah, I kinda missed the warmth in the early part of the day, and then- The wind was wicked... wicked whipping. Yeah, it was windy out. A windy one. We're gonna lose more trees, especially with all that rain again.
24:06
Oh, I'm a little concerned about the one on my parkway. Uh-huh. I'm gonna keep an eye on that thing. The neighbor's across the street one came down and just missed the neighbor's car.
24:15
Very, very lucky, but it was on their- Wait, what-... property. It wasn't a parkway tree. You mean... Are you talking about a terrace tree? Yeah. What do you d- what do you define the parkway as?
24:27
The parkway's the thing between the road and the sidewalk. No, that's a terrace. Parkway
24:32
I think we've had this argument [laughs] once before too A terrace is usually something that has elevation A parkway is the middle of two...
24:39
That's why they call it a parkway It's an, it's two thoroughfares, a sidewalk and a street That's not a parkway It's a parkway. It's not a boulevard It's not a boulevard, no And a terrace has elevation.
24:48
You go from one to the other, you're going up or down some distance in height All right, I'll give you... All right, I'll give you that But it... Okay, the thing I'm talking about is- I understand that now...
24:55
a stretch of grass between the street and the sidewalk Which I believe is city-owned, right? Right.
25:01
The city owns it So if the tree is on there, it's their obligation, but if it's on your property, then you're- It's yours... kinda host You're host,
25:06
dude And by cracky, with all the wind coming around, I'd check my trees- Yes... if I were you folks Guess how many trees I've had on my properties in Milwaukee? None? Zero Zero trees.
25:15
[laughs] Unfortunately, my neighbor to the north- How's that? Educate me, guys... he's got a bunch,
25:19
which means I gotta clean my gutters all the time, but nope, everything I've had's been on my park thing Remember when we saw that guy's ball sack over there? Oh. You know where he lives now? No.
25:27
Next door to Ness and Dharma Oh, boy I saw him walking around the other day. I picked him out immediately. I'm like, "Oh, God. It's Eric" Lucky, lucky guy Oh. His brother bought a house and he's letting him live in it.
25:36
I'm guessing the parents are helping out 'cause that man, I, you know, I'm, I'm sorry, he, he's mentally ill. It could've been caused by the drugs he's done, but he was out- Or the pills he took...
25:49
I, it, whatever, you know- Cause, yeah, 10th Street... New Year's Eve last year when it was 10 below zero, he's out there with a short-sleeved shirt on building his, quote-unquote, "art".
25:59
I'm like, "Dude, you're, you're, you've got some issues" And a newly relieved JK reenters the studio In the white studio- What?... with a curtain Magic cam. Are you feeling relief now?
26:13
Yes, I had a pee. [laughs] Testing, testing Testicles, testicles. Come on Well- Obstacles... that's actually quite- Obstacles, testicles

26:41
We haven't heard from that man- Oh, I'm gonna call him a-... since JK... I mean, I called him last week when he called. I, he just didn't stay on long enough. I don't know if he's calling from- Jesus...
26:49
he might be calling from- Curse, that does not sound well [laughs] He might be calling- I'll be as her...
26:53

27:03

27:18
Almost looks like a moped, if you will, but, but- I do not know that... it has- There's several of them out there... it has some pretty big suspension on the front. I was like, "What is that thing?" Is it a rental?
27:27
Can I- It was a rental. It was a checkout, just like a Lime or anything like that Can I hi-, can I hijack everything on that one? 'Cause I heard about the, uh... Little Switz is permanently stopping
27:42
bike riding Little Switz is no longer gonna have the bike park Permanently Wow Because, yeah, permanently. And- Oh... so no, no, I'm just saying it's permanent.
27:55
And I mean, we can yell and scream and whatever I actually never went out there. That might be one of the reasons why Yeah, yeah. I, no, I- I didn't wanna break my neck. That's why I didn't go out there.
28:06
[laughs] Dude, I, hey, man, when I was in high school on ski team, I had to fucking go up that front face. Side, side- On the, on the tow rope or the T-bar? No, side ch, ch, ch- Side stepping?...
28:19

28:34
it sure does make it a lot less fun Burns a lot of calories though. [laughs] It's kinda like- Oh, shit, man... it's kinda like riding your 35-pound, eight-inch suspension trail bike- I will app-...
28:42
up the hill to go- I, I appreciate- Right... I appreciate that one face that- Without lockout... every- everybody comes down- Or in a motor... the one face everybody comes down- Yeah... "Da-da, ooh, yes."
28:52
I'm like, "No, that's the one I had to fucking side step all the way up" I could see that. Not anymore, though Yeah All right, everybody. Well, thank you- Y'all mother-... thank you very much.
