- 0:00Speaker 1: Now this is the Mark Simone Show on sevent tenor well,
- 0:10Speaker 1: it's the big night tonight, the Big Game New York.
- 0:14Speaker 1: We'll get to the President's visit and the Knicks and
- 0:17Speaker 1: a whole lot more. We'll get to the most delusional,
- 0:21Speaker 1: self important, pompous acid in history, Scott Pelly embarrassing the
- 0:27Speaker 1: hell out of himself with this bizarre interview. We'll get
- 0:31Speaker 1: to that, and then we'll get to President Trump versus
- 0:34Speaker 1: a Kristen Welker, Who was right? Who was wrong? We'll
- 0:37Speaker 1: get to crazy Mom Donnie. We'll get to Delaney Hall.
- 0:40Speaker 1: It's been inspected top to bottom. The truth is now
- 0:44Speaker 1: coming out. We'll get to California and Platner and more.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Stock market doing nicely today. Everything is up. There was
- 0:53Speaker 1: a sell off at Nasdaq. There was a sell off
- 0:56Speaker 1: in chip stocks on Friday. Now, I remember these chip stocks,
- 0:59Speaker 1: my Crown and other. Micron had been up like four
- 1:03Speaker 1: so it's not surprising that would suddenly be profit taking.
- 1:08Speaker 1: And then there's a few other factors. Part of that
- 1:11Speaker 1: sell off was freeing up money for SpaceX, the IPO,
- 1:16Speaker 1: which is coming this Friday. This is going to be
- 1:18Speaker 1: the biggest ipo ever in the history of the world
- 1:21Speaker 1: SpaceX becoming a public stock. The price has been set
- 1:26Speaker 1: at one hundred and thirty five dollars, but you'll have
- 1:28Speaker 1: to get in before the market opens to get that price.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Institutions will get it. Top buyers will get it one
- 1:34Speaker 1: hundred and thirty five dollars. Then it'll open on the
- 1:36Speaker 1: market and go absolutely insane. Expected to hit two hundred,
- 1:42Speaker 1: four hundred five hundred by the time you can actually
- 1:45Speaker 1: buy it online. No buy it through a broker, but
- 1:49Speaker 1: a lot of money is being freed up to spend
- 1:52Speaker 1: on that. On Friday, so the knixt tonight, big big, big,
- 1:57Speaker 1: big Game three tonight, President Trump will be there. He
- 2:00Speaker 1: spent the weekend in Bedminster, New Jersey for the first
- 2:04Speaker 1: time in a long time, so he'll be coming in
- 2:07Speaker 1: probably by helicopter. Manhattan around anywhere around the Garden Midtown
- 2:12Speaker 1: will be an absolute traffic nightmare with the President coming in,
- 2:19Speaker 1: coming and leaving, although leaving will be late, it shouldn't
- 2:22Speaker 1: be that much of a traffic problem. But because the
- 2:25Speaker 1: President is coming to the game, first time a president
- 2:28Speaker 1: has ever been at an NBA Championship. Because he'll be there,
- 2:32Speaker 1: security is unbelievable. At tonight's game, it will be tsa
- 2:37Speaker 1: style security. Everybody will get searched, frisk padded down. Another
- 2:42Speaker 1: saying there's a strict no bag policy and that means
- 2:45Speaker 1: no bags, that means no purses. I don't care how
- 2:48Speaker 1: small it is. They say no purses will be allowed in.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And if you're coming to the game, which starts at
- 2:53Speaker 1: eight thirty, you have to get there before six thirty,
- 2:58Speaker 1: so it'll take two hours to check everybody in. Not
- 3:02Speaker 1: only no bags, but they're saying limit whatever items you
- 3:06Speaker 1: have in your pockets to as few as possible, just
- 3:09Speaker 1: bare minimum, so before you again. First time a president
- 3:14Speaker 1: has come, I guess of course he'll stay through the
- 3:17Speaker 1: whole game. He can't leave in the middle of the game.
- 3:19Speaker 1: But it'll be in the luxury suite of James Dolan,
- 3:24Speaker 1: which should have a lot of notables there that he
- 3:27Speaker 1: can hang out with and talk to. And this is
- 3:30Speaker 1: President Trump on the Knicks.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Well, I'll be going to game three. I guess it's
- 3:34Speaker 2: Game three on Monday. I thought it was amazing. I
- 3:36Speaker 2: think that I think the Knicks have an amazing team.
- 3:39Speaker 2: The way they played started off slow and it just
- 3:42Speaker 2: got strong or strong.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Yeah, pretty amazing game, winning by one point Friday Night,
- 3:49Speaker 1: exciting ending to the game.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Fox gets it, bridges on him four seconds Fox Soebo
- 4:00Speaker 3: pulls up.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Jumper, won't go read abound to talk about the sell.
- 4:04Speaker 1: It's over. It's over. The Knicks survived.
- 4:09Speaker 5: This notch.
- 4:10Speaker 1: A corporate ride continues. Now there's no team in NBA
- 4:14Speaker 1: history in the championship that lost the first two games
- 4:18Speaker 1: at home and then came back to win. So we'll see,
- 4:21Speaker 1: we'll see. So the watch party outside the garden has
- 4:24Speaker 1: been canceled because the President will be close by. The
- 4:28Speaker 1: watch parties will take place other places, Woman Rink, Bryant Park,
- 4:33Speaker 1: that sort of stuff. But stay home and watch it.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Best way to watch it. So President Trump a big
- 4:40Speaker 1: interview on Meet the Press yesterday. This Kristen Welker, who's
- 4:46Speaker 1: not a good interviewer. He's not a great host. You know,
- 4:51Speaker 1: I think I'm the only one that still watches these
- 4:52Speaker 1: Sunday shows. Very few people watch these Sunday shows. And
- 4:56Speaker 1: I don't know why I still watch it. I just
- 4:58Speaker 1: I guess. I think. I don't know the Maybe Tim
- 5:02Speaker 1: Russell will come back, or David Brinkley or Sam Donaldson.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Remember these great Sunday shows. You remember the ABC Sunday
- 5:09Speaker 1: Morning Show was David Brinkley, Sam Donaldson, Kochi Roberts, and
- 5:13Speaker 1: George will It was the most learned, thoughtful, highbrow, classy
- 5:18Speaker 1: show on television. Tim Russert was the host of Meet
- 5:22Speaker 1: the Press. It was phenomenal. He would ask the toughest
- 5:25Speaker 1: questions of both sides, and he would do follow ups
- 5:29Speaker 1: but politely. And all of that is gone, all of
- 5:33Speaker 1: that is long gone. And now you've got low lives
- 5:36Speaker 1: like Jonathan carl and Martha Radditts. Once in a while,
- 5:42Speaker 1: a couple times a year, George Stephanoppolis shows up. And
- 5:45Speaker 1: then on Meet the Press you got the Kristen Welker's angry, vicious,
- 5:50Speaker 1: biased left winger and not that bright. And then of
- 5:54Speaker 1: course on Face the Nation, I don't know, for a
- 5:58Speaker 1: million dollars, nobody could tell you who that woman is.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Unfaced the Nation, I want to say, Margaret, I don't
- 6:06Speaker 1: know somebody hosts Face the Nation. Nobody even knows anymore.
- 6:10Speaker 1: But you know, Trump is kind of he's so old
- 6:14Speaker 1: school that he still believes in Time Magazine, Meet the Press.
- 6:19Speaker 1: You know, these great institutions of the past. I don't
- 6:22Speaker 1: think he wants to admit, same thing with me. You
- 6:25Speaker 1: just don't want to admit they're long gone, they don't
- 6:27Speaker 1: exist anymore. There's no reason to go on Meet the Press.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It's a tiny audience. It's an idiotic, corrupt host. There's
- 6:35Speaker 1: no it's not Tim Russard anymore. There's no reason to
- 6:39Speaker 1: be on Meet the Press. But again, he's an old
- 6:42Speaker 1: school guy Meet the Press. Still talks to Time magazine.
- 6:46Speaker 1: But Kristin Walker, who's not a good interviewer, she's you know,
- 6:50Speaker 1: it's one thing to be a reporter an anchor, but
- 6:53Speaker 1: to be an interview you got to be very conversational.
- 6:56Speaker 1: It loosens up the guests. You can't bang away at questions,
- 7:00Speaker 1: you know, reading them off a clipboard, and you know,
- 7:02Speaker 1: what do you say? Why do you blub bhah? You
- 7:04Speaker 1: can't talk like that. You know, when you do an interview,
- 7:07Speaker 1: you got to make a conversational You gotta just you know,
- 7:10Speaker 1: gently get stuff out of the guests. She doesn't know
- 7:12Speaker 1: how to do that, and she's rude, viciously rude. So
- 7:16Speaker 1: it was done in Wisconsin. Trump was there for Department
- 7:19Speaker 1: of Agriculture event Brook rollins. They found like a big barn,
- 7:25Speaker 1: but like a metal roof. The White House chose the
- 7:28Speaker 1: location from what I hear, and NBC was allowed to
- 7:32Speaker 1: come set up in there beforehand. So he shows up
- 7:35Speaker 1: to do the interview. It starts to rain, and it
- 7:37Speaker 1: is pounding rain, and it's a metal roof, so the
- 7:41Speaker 1: sound inside was so loud, and it was a vicious thunderstorm,
- 7:47Speaker 1: just pounding rain, and it got so loud you couldn't
- 7:51Speaker 1: hear each other. So they had to stop a few times,
- 7:54Speaker 1: and then another time they're going to stop, and Trump goes,
- 7:56Speaker 1: let's just power through. Let's just go through this. But
- 7:59Speaker 1: he spent an hour interviewing, doing the interview an hour
- 8:03Speaker 1: and a couple of times they paused for five minutes.
- 8:05Speaker 1: But for the President of United States to give you
- 8:07Speaker 1: an hour of his time, that's a lot. And then
- 8:10Speaker 1: she's just getting rude er and rude er and ruder.
- 8:12Speaker 1: She's always interrupting him.
- 8:14Speaker 6: It was a dirty election. This is happening again right
- 8:17Speaker 6: now in californ Right now, in California, right now, it's
- 8:23Speaker 6: looking look at what's happened in California. That it's in California.
- 8:28Speaker 6: It's well, they're not there they're dropping fast because it's
- 8:31Speaker 6: a rigged election.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Yeah, first of all, she has absolutely no evidence that's
- 8:36Speaker 1: not rigged. You can keep yelling at him you have
- 8:39Speaker 1: no evidence. Well, she has no evidence either. Also, remember
- 8:42Speaker 1: he is the president of the United States, and he's
- 8:43Speaker 1: got a handful of Department of Justice lawyers on the
- 8:47Speaker 1: ground in California already investigating this. I mean, is there evidence, Well,
- 8:53Speaker 1: the main evidence is that since you're doing these uh,
- 8:57Speaker 1: these mail ins, the ones that came after the election,
- 9:01Speaker 1: it's statistically impossible what's happening in the mail in. I mean,
- 9:05Speaker 1: we saw the bulk of the voting, and we see
- 9:08Speaker 1: what the percentages are. Now, they could vary a little
- 9:11Speaker 1: in the mail in, but they're the total, complete opposite
- 9:14Speaker 1: in the mail in. That's impossible, statistically impossible. It can't happen.
- 9:19Speaker 1: It's absolutely ridiculous. And why. I mean, everybody counts the
- 9:25Speaker 1: votes that night nine o'clock, polls close, here's the result.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Sometimes you got to wait till eleven twelve. There have
- 9:33Speaker 1: been some elections that were so close they couldn't call
- 9:36Speaker 1: it until the next morning. But there's never elections, normal
- 9:40Speaker 1: legitimate elections were six seven days later. You still don't know,
- 9:44Speaker 1: and they're now saying thirty days to count. This nuts
- 9:47Speaker 1: absolutely preposterous. If that's evidence right there, thirty days, well
- 9:52Speaker 1: it's mail in votes. Where are you mailing this from that?
- 9:56Speaker 1: It will take twenty days to get there. It's absolutely ridiculous,
- 10:00Speaker 1: and nobody does it. Now if you're watching Morning Joe,
- 10:03Speaker 1: you won't know any I was watching this crazy Morning
- 10:05Speaker 1: Joe ms now show and they're going through this ranting
- 10:10Speaker 1: raving about every state says thirty days. Every state officially
- 10:15Speaker 1: says thirty days to certify. Ely, there's no state in
- 10:18Speaker 1: the world ever before that couldn't tell you who won
- 10:21Speaker 1: the election the next day or that night, so this
- 10:24Speaker 1: is unheard of. It's absolutely ridiculous. So she's yelling and
- 10:29Speaker 1: screaming and huffing and puffing, and he's trying to make
- 10:32Speaker 1: his point. You know, well, here's him work. It's four days. Oh,
- 10:36Speaker 1: this is a rally.
- 10:37Speaker 6: It's four days, and they still aren't even close to
- 10:41Speaker 6: telling you who won, you know why, because they're rigging
- 10:44Speaker 6: the election.
- 10:44Speaker 1: That's well, that was a four days it's now day
- 10:47Speaker 1: seven and they still still can't tell you. So he
- 10:50Speaker 1: was getting really annoyed. With her, you know, when it
- 10:52Speaker 1: comes to January sixth, and he talked about how some
- 10:56Speaker 1: of the protesters were let in the FBI and the
- 10:59Speaker 1: infiltrating crowd, and also the police just let them in,
- 11:02Speaker 1: and she's screaming, there's no evidence, there's no evidence. Now,
- 11:06Speaker 1: I don't know why. I guess he just didn't think
- 11:07Speaker 1: of it. But not only is there evidence of that,
- 11:11Speaker 1: there were about six or seven cases of protesters where
- 11:15Speaker 1: their attorneys brought in video of the cops waving them in,
- 11:19Speaker 1: opening the gate and waving them in. You can see
- 11:21Speaker 1: it on the video. And there were a number of
- 11:24Speaker 1: cases where the judge threw the case out because it
- 11:27Speaker 1: was obvious it wasn't trespassing. The cops had opened the
- 11:31Speaker 1: gate and waved them in. He brought that up that
- 11:34Speaker 1: you can see the video, and it's pretty interesting that
- 11:38Speaker 1: an NBC anchor reporter isn't familiar with these videos. You
- 11:42Speaker 1: can go online and see them. So it got just
- 11:46Speaker 1: over and over and over. She's interrupting, yewling and screaming
- 11:49Speaker 1: and huffing and puffing. So finally he walks out there.
- 11:51Speaker 6: Elections in this country were like a third world country,
- 11:54Speaker 6: So your elections are crooked, and you crooked, and these
- 11:58Speaker 6: the presses crooked, and so ABC and CBS and CNN's
- 12:03Speaker 6: p one sided crooked network side. Let's call it quits
- 12:06Speaker 6: because I've had enough. Thank you, darling, have.
- 12:08Speaker 1: A good time. So now, both sides. For the last
- 12:17Speaker 1: two days, the last day and a half, the left
- 12:21Speaker 1: has been yelling and screaming. This is incredible. It shows
- 12:25Speaker 1: he's totally unhinged. He's a maniac. He's rude, he doesn't
- 12:29Speaker 1: know how to behave like a president. He's unhinged. I
- 12:32Speaker 1: heard that a lot. He's out of control. So for
- 12:34Speaker 1: the left, it was a great victory for them. But
- 12:37Speaker 1: if you changed the channel from the right, it was great.
- 12:40Speaker 1: He told her off. She got what she deserved. She
- 12:43Speaker 1: was unhinged, she was interrupting like crazy. So to both
- 12:46Speaker 1: sides it was wonderful. So for whatever side you're on,
- 12:49Speaker 1: if you think it's helping your side, it's not. It's
- 12:52Speaker 1: equal equal on both sides, and it was great. She's
- 12:55Speaker 1: yelling and at one point she said, I am not crooked.
- 12:58Speaker 1: That's a big mistake. That's how Nixon got into trouble.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Don't give him that quote. I am not a crook.
- 13:04Speaker 1: And she's yelling, I am not crooked. That clip is
- 13:07Speaker 1: going to be used a lot. Let's listen to it.
- 13:09Speaker 6: Elections in this country, we're like a third world country.
- 13:12Speaker 6: So your elections are crooked, and you crooked, and Lease
- 13:15Speaker 6: the presses crooked, and so is ABC and CBS and CNN,
- 13:21Speaker 6: your one sided, crooked network. So let's call it quits
- 13:24Speaker 6: because I've had another Thank you, darling, have a good time.
- 13:28Speaker 1: And he stands up and he takes the mic off
- 13:30Speaker 1: and throws it down, and then I think accidentally walked
- 13:33Speaker 1: over the mic and stepped on it. But they've called
- 13:37Speaker 1: each other, spoken on the phone, they've agreed to another interview.
- 13:40Speaker 1: They'll try it again. Hopefully she won't be so rude. Hey,
- 13:43Speaker 1: we uh will get to Scott Pelley, especially in the
- 13:46Speaker 1: next hour. We'll get to it. This guy. You gotta
- 13:50Speaker 1: watch these videos of this interview. He is the most
- 13:52Speaker 1: self important, out of controlled, delusional, pompous ass that has
- 13:58Speaker 1: ever lived. Breaks down rying in one of these interviews.
- 14:03Speaker 1: How dare she even think? How could she even say
- 14:08Speaker 1: that we're biased?
- 14:09Speaker 7: She i am told said something to the effect of,
- 14:13Speaker 7: why do you think the country thinks you're biased? But
- 14:17Speaker 7: she didn't offer any kind of a metric. You know,
- 14:20Speaker 7: what's your metric? Why do you think?
- 14:22Speaker 5: So?
- 14:23Speaker 7: Do you have a poll? Is there market research? What
- 14:27Speaker 7: are you talking about? Because we certainly didn't believe that.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Yes, there is about four hundred polls of that show
- 14:35Speaker 1: hundreds of polls show that there's tons of market research
- 14:39Speaker 1: that shows that every pole ever taken shows that everybody,
- 14:44Speaker 1: well not everybody, but a majority think of a media's biased,
- 14:47Speaker 1: thinks CBS is biased. There's tons of metrics. And how
- 14:52Speaker 1: delusional is this guy and how bad or a porter
- 14:55Speaker 1: is he that he's not aware of these polls Guys
- 14:59Speaker 1: in the media, this about him in sixty minutes in
- 15:01Speaker 1: the CBS, and he's not aware of them. Unbelievable. It's
- 15:06Speaker 1: amazing how little these people know. So, uh, just absolutely ridiculous.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Pompous asked, this guy is.
- 15:14Speaker 7: One of the things Nick Bilton said in that ill fated.
- 15:18Speaker 1: He's the new CBO, a new head of sixty.
- 15:20Speaker 7: Minutes email to the staff was that he was excited
- 15:24Speaker 7: to tell I'm paraphrasing here, he was excited to tell
- 15:28Speaker 7: the staff about the new crop of correspondence. And when
- 15:34Speaker 7: I saw that, I thought, okay, they're going to fire
- 15:37Speaker 7: all of us.
- 15:40Speaker 1: How would you come to that conclusion that sent me?
- 15:43Speaker 1: If I heard they're hiring some new people, It doesn't
- 15:46Speaker 1: mean they're they're not going to fire me. That doesn't
- 15:48Speaker 1: mean that you're They're always hiring a new crop of correspondence,
- 15:53Speaker 1: and they didn't fire all of you. If beca apparently
- 15:55Speaker 1: Leslie Stall and a couple others are renegotiating their deals
- 15:59Speaker 1: right now, now, you just got yourself fired with your
- 16:03Speaker 1: kamikaze mission there. Anyway, we'll get back to him, this crazy, crazy,
- 16:09Speaker 1: self important, delusional elitist moron. We'll get back to him.
- 16:14Speaker 1: We'll take some calls next. Eight hundred three to two
- 16:16Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 16:21Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Live from the WR Life Back Studios, Mark Simone.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Hey, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 16:34Speaker 1: zero seven ten is the number, and let's go to
- 16:37Speaker 1: Kevin Charlotte, North Carolina. Kevin, how you doing.
- 16:41Speaker 8: Okay?
- 16:41Speaker 9: Mark?
- 16:42Speaker 10: In the election?
- 16:43Speaker 11: That meant that every single write in ballot in the
- 16:46Speaker 11: last four days had to go to Ramen, zero to
- 16:50Speaker 11: Bath and zero to Pratt for the for the matt
- 16:54Speaker 11: to work. The Democrats would be searching for judges right
- 16:58Speaker 11: now to to halt this thing up.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Here's the numbers on mail ins. Ramen's gotten thirty seven
- 17:06Speaker 1: percent of them, bat Is Brett bass is getting thirty
- 17:09Speaker 1: five percent of them. Only fifteen percent, which is the
- 17:13Speaker 1: exact opposite of what happened with the regular voting, good
- 17:17Speaker 1: indication that it is totally completely corrupt. Let's go to
- 17:22Speaker 1: George and Long Island. George, how you doing, Hi.
- 17:25Speaker 12: It's a beautiful day here in Port Jefferson.
- 17:27Speaker 9: It is.
- 17:29Speaker 12: Yeah, it's beautiful.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Did you ever go to that restaurant prohibition?
- 17:32Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 17:32Speaker 12: I did. It's good.
- 17:33Speaker 1: It's very good.
- 17:35Speaker 12: I want to chats that place that opened up here
- 17:37Speaker 12: as is very good.
- 17:38Speaker 1: You got Lisa Harris, the great baker who has that.
- 17:41Speaker 12: But I was too. I'm cheap. It was like two
- 17:43Speaker 12: fifty for dinner.
- 17:44Speaker 14: I don't know.
- 17:44Speaker 12: I'm cheap of my old age. That's okay, but it's great.
- 17:49Speaker 12: I was a core clerk. I may have called you before,
- 17:51Speaker 12: and I know a little about election law. The state
- 17:54Speaker 12: have really overview of what goes on in the state.
- 17:57Speaker 12: When I'm proposing and if you have any lawyers call
- 18:00Speaker 12: for the presidential election I think they have to put
- 18:03Speaker 12: some legislation in for presidential election only that has to
- 18:08Speaker 12: be solves.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Well, yeah, it's called the Save Act. That's in Congress now,
- 18:12Speaker 1: the Save Act.
- 18:12Speaker 12: I hope they do it because, let me tell you,
- 18:14Speaker 12: they're going to be my own adult children. They go
- 18:17Speaker 12: why should we go? Vote? Is probably not a legitimate
- 18:21Speaker 12: It's really terrible when people star.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Oh actually, those kind of those are twenty somethings. You
- 18:26Speaker 1: know what, you shouldn't vote. Don't vote.
- 18:27Speaker 12: They're for their forties. I'm an old guy.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Oh okay, all right, Well now it's called the Save Act.
- 18:34Speaker 1: It's a bad name they should have. Most people don't
- 18:36Speaker 1: know what the Save Act is. It's the Congressional Act
- 18:39Speaker 1: that would put in rules to ensure the safe elections.
- 18:44Speaker 1: None of this mail in, none of this, no idea,
- 18:47Speaker 1: The Save Act. It's in Congress. I don't know why,
- 18:50Speaker 1: but some even some Republicans are not pushing it. Let's
- 18:53Speaker 1: go to Rich and Myrtle Beach. Rich, how you doing.
- 18:57Speaker 5: Beautiful day down here as well? Okay, there's Danford's all
- 19:00Speaker 5: out there in Port Chef. I haven't been there so long.
- 19:02Speaker 5: That was always a big main stay out in Port chef.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a big place out there in the hotel
- 19:06Speaker 1: and all that, and the ferry still there.
- 19:08Speaker 5: Huh Okay, you know this is unbelievable. First off, President
- 19:12Speaker 5: Trump is awesome. You know, to crush the microphone on
- 19:14Speaker 5: his way out by accident was awesome because that's a
- 19:16Speaker 5: couple of grand right there. But you know, she's a
- 19:18Speaker 5: nancy woman, and you know, and you know, I don't
- 19:22Speaker 5: know why the press call like when I have the
- 19:24Speaker 5: briefings this week. They you shouldn't take any questions.
- 19:27Speaker 9: Now.
- 19:28Speaker 5: At one point, forty thousand votes came in in envelopes
- 19:33Speaker 5: and not a single one went to Pratt. That's zero
- 19:35Speaker 5: percent for anybody other than is Ramen. You know, the
- 19:38Speaker 5: DOJ must have lawyers calling all over the place.
- 19:41Speaker 1: There's lawyers, judge, there's DJ lawyers on the ground right
- 19:45Speaker 1: now looking into it. They may come up with something.
- 19:47Speaker 1: They're also looking into New Jersey. Apparently they have found
- 19:51Speaker 1: a number of non citizens registered to vote in New Jersey.
- 19:56Speaker 1: They hopefully they'll start really, really really u in the House.
- 20:00Speaker 1: The RNC should make a big deal out of this.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Let's go to Mike and Florida. Mike, how you doing, morning,
- 20:07Speaker 1: Mark that's Mike.
- 20:09Speaker 10: As you well know that one of the basic qualities
- 20:11Speaker 10: of any good reporter is the power of observation. Yet
- 20:14Speaker 10: none of these reporters can look at what's going on
- 20:16Speaker 10: with the elections right now, it's the ones in California
- 20:19Speaker 10: and draw the conclusion that there could be something wrong
- 20:23Speaker 10: going on. And but by the same reporters, by the way,
- 20:27Speaker 10: you can look at some old lady praying outside an
- 20:29Speaker 10: abortion clinic and assume that she's a right wing terrorist.
- 20:33Speaker 10: So it's a very interesting complex tact days taken. You know,
- 20:39Speaker 10: because every time Trump brings up the voter you know, uh, irregularities,
- 20:44Speaker 10: they say without evidence. That's their thing.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Every time they said every time, every time they say
- 20:50Speaker 1: that it's without evidence, they're without evidence as well, exactly.
- 20:54Speaker 10: Yeah, and they think there's they think there's something note somewhere,
- 20:57Speaker 10: you know, on Karen Bass's desk, I cheated, you know,
- 21:01Speaker 10: it's like you have to see what's going on. It's
- 21:03Speaker 10: plain as the nose on their faith.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Yeah, No, you're right, there's no evidence because they've done
- 21:07Speaker 1: no reporting. If they refuse to report on any of this,
- 21:10Speaker 1: Let's go to Robert in Westchester. Robert, how you doing.
- 21:14Speaker 9: Good morning, Mark, thanks for taking my call. So Mark,
- 21:17Speaker 9: you know, when it looked like there was going to
- 21:19Speaker 9: be two Republicans for the governor's position to win, they
- 21:25Speaker 9: asked Newsome about that, are we gonna let this happen?
- 21:28Speaker 9: What's gonna happen. I didn't even know that that could
- 21:30Speaker 9: be done in California. But then he said, oh no,
- 21:33Speaker 9: we're not gonna let that happen because we'll break the glass.
- 21:36Speaker 9: So it's okay if two Democrats get the high positions,
- 21:39Speaker 9: but not two Democrats. That itself shows the world as
- 21:43Speaker 9: well as the naive media, the elections are crooked. There
- 21:46Speaker 9: you're hearing about how non citizens are voting, homeless people
- 21:51Speaker 9: are voting, the ballots have written in postmarks. It's right there.
- 21:55Speaker 9: I pray to God not only did the Knicks win,
- 21:57Speaker 9: but more so that they find the corruption because this
- 22:00Speaker 9: has to end. President Trump is actually right. It's like
- 22:03Speaker 9: a third world country. In India, six hundred million pots
- 22:07Speaker 9: counted one day. They can't count sixteen million. It's ridiculous.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Now every other state's able to count their votes and
- 22:14Speaker 1: give you the winner, like an hour after the polls close.
- 22:17Speaker 1: In the closest election ever, you might have to wait
- 22:20Speaker 1: till four in the morning. It's never taken thirty days
- 22:24Speaker 1: to count votes. It's absolutely ludicrous. Hey, Michael Goodwin on
- 22:28Speaker 1: vacation for a couple of weeks. But we'll have actually,
- 22:32Speaker 1: we'll have Miranda Divine, who's the other best columnist in America.
- 22:36Speaker 1: She'll be with us in the second hour. But we'll
- 22:38Speaker 1: talk to the great Howie Carr, who's a brilliant columnist
- 22:41Speaker 1: and radio host. We'll talk to Howie car next on
- 22:44Speaker 1: seven to ten wor.
- 22:47Speaker 6: Logged into Everything, New York, Mark Simone on sevent ten wor.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Well, Howie Carr, the great pad show host and author
- 22:58Speaker 1: and columnist. You can get his show and everything on iHeart.
- 23:01Speaker 1: You can get his latest book, Mass Corruption. It's on Amazon,
- 23:05Speaker 1: or you can get everything at Howie carsshow dot com,
- 23:09Speaker 1: Howiecarshow dot com, Howie car How you doing very good?
- 23:14Speaker 4: I'm looking forward to the to what Al Sharpton called
- 23:19Speaker 4: the UFO fights on the White House arm on Saturday Night. Now,
- 23:24Speaker 4: you know, the networks have a hard time TV networks
- 23:28Speaker 4: with getting people to watch, especially on the weekends, but
- 23:31Speaker 4: I think this UFO fight is going to be on CPS.
- 23:34Speaker 1: I mean this.
- 23:35Speaker 4: Could be record breaking all time records for ratings, don't
- 23:39Speaker 4: you think.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Yeah, well, Democrats don't like any like think whatever Middle
- 23:45Speaker 1: America likes, Democrats hate, whether it's NASCAR or Ultimate Fighting wrestling,
- 23:51Speaker 1: they don't like that kind of stuff.
- 23:53Speaker 4: Yeah, we haven't had a good Al Sharpton cut to
- 23:55Speaker 4: add to the reel for a while, but this is
- 23:57Speaker 4: one today. I'll play at about eight million time for
- 24:00Speaker 4: my show this Afterno.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Yeah, so, hey, you're watching these Scott Pelly interviews. Is
- 24:08Speaker 1: this the most pompous, self important jackass you've ever seen?
- 24:13Speaker 4: I you know, he took so much crap when he
- 24:15Speaker 4: first said last week that he was a combat vet,
- 24:18Speaker 4: you know, and then after taking all the grief he said,
- 24:22Speaker 4: he comes out and says it again and then compares
- 24:25Speaker 4: himself to to President Trump. President Trump wasn't in the military, but.
- 24:29Speaker 15: He got shot.
- 24:31Speaker 4: He actually got shot in the head. And this guy
- 24:34Speaker 4: is saying he's braver, basically saying he's braver than than
- 24:39Speaker 4: President Trump. I mean, give me, you're right. I mean
- 24:43Speaker 4: this guy is this guy is you know, worse than
- 24:47Speaker 4: Ted Ted Knight at least made you laugh, ron Berger
- 24:50Speaker 4: made you laugh. I mean, this guy is just a fool.
- 24:53Speaker 4: And then he said he didn't know he was going
- 24:55Speaker 4: to get fired. He started at local TV news. You know,
- 24:58Speaker 4: when I worked in local TV news, we had a
- 25:00Speaker 4: higher body count than any mafia crime family. He said
- 25:04Speaker 4: he didn't think it could happen to him. I mean,
- 25:07Speaker 4: give me a break. This guy is a fool. And
- 25:10Speaker 4: then he's from Texas and he takes a picture of
- 25:12Speaker 4: himself out on his saleboat. I think he's trying to
- 25:14Speaker 4: pass for one of the beautiful people of Mark.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I think he thinks he's a Kennedy now
- 25:19Speaker 1: with that sale vote, Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 25:23Speaker 4: And does he not understand what what all the rest
- 25:27Speaker 4: of America understands, which is, if it wasn't for the NFL,
- 25:31Speaker 4: if Trump didn't put his foot down and the NFL
- 25:34Speaker 4: were to go to streaming, there would be no sixty minutes.
- 25:37Speaker 4: There probably wouldn't be any of these works would be
- 25:40Speaker 4: left anyway. And he'd and he seems to think that
- 25:43Speaker 4: that you know that the people are tuning in. I'd
- 25:45Speaker 4: like to see a poll, Mark. I know it'd be
- 25:46Speaker 4: impossible to do it, but how many people to watch
- 25:50Speaker 4: NFL games know who Scott Pelly is? Probably like ten
- 25:53Speaker 4: fifty percent. How many people who don't watch NFL games
- 25:56Speaker 4: know who Scott Pelly is. I'm going to guess like
- 25:58Speaker 4: one percent, two percent. So I was watching sixty minutes.
- 26:02Speaker 1: You know, they fired Tanya Simon. She's the daughter of
- 26:05Speaker 1: the former sixty minutes correspondent Bob Simon. So he actually
- 26:08Speaker 1: says in an interview, how could they fire her? She's
- 26:12Speaker 1: untouchable with her family history. Who's untouchable?
- 26:18Speaker 15: Right? Right? Again?
- 26:20Speaker 4: What universe of any kind of industry, but especially the
- 26:25Speaker 4: broadcast TV news industry is he working in? Apparently one
- 26:30Speaker 4: of the guys they fired last month was this guy
- 26:32Speaker 4: who produced the Chevron, the discredited Chevron, the thing that
- 26:39Speaker 4: they did. He was the reported you know about this,
- 26:41Speaker 4: This lawyer sued Chevron for eighteen billion dollars for wrecking
- 26:46Speaker 4: some rainforest in Ecuador, and it turned out he was
- 26:49Speaker 4: blackmailing people and concocting evidence. He was convicted of federal crimes.
- 26:54Speaker 1: This barred.
- 26:55Speaker 4: The story is still up on the sixty minutes website
- 26:58Speaker 4: like they're.
- 26:58Speaker 9: Proud of it.
- 27:01Speaker 1: But he is delusional. You know, they fired Walter Cronkite.
- 27:04Speaker 1: If they can fire him, you can fire Scott Belly.
- 27:08Speaker 4: And then and then he said he He also said
- 27:11Speaker 4: last week in another interview, he said, they they they
- 27:14Speaker 4: threw me off the CBS Evening News because I was
- 27:19Speaker 4: complaining of a hostile work environment again, Mark, you know,
- 27:23Speaker 4: I mean, I've worked in local TV news. We have
- 27:27Speaker 4: when your ratings are lower than whale excrement, there tends
- 27:30Speaker 4: to be a hostile work environment around the around the
- 27:33Speaker 4: news room.
- 27:35Speaker 13: You know.
- 27:37Speaker 4: You know he's again Ted Baxter was, you know, a
- 27:41Speaker 4: master of the universe. You know, he he understood everything
- 27:44Speaker 4: that was going on around him.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Compared to this guy.
- 27:46Speaker 8: He really he.
- 27:47Speaker 4: Really believes this stuff, doesn't he does. He also understand
- 27:51Speaker 4: that he's never going to work again, that the best
- 27:53Speaker 4: he could hope for is to maybe co host the
- 27:56Speaker 4: gem Acosta Joy Read podcast.
- 28:00Speaker 1: You don't think MS NOW or CNN will go after him.
- 28:04Speaker 13: You know.
- 28:05Speaker 4: You know what that was funny the you know, with
- 28:07Speaker 4: Trump stomping off the the set of uh, Meet the Press,
- 28:12Speaker 4: Meet the Press yesterday and then he says, you're all crooked,
- 28:15Speaker 4: and then he says, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and then
- 28:19Speaker 4: and then I'm sure I'm sure Larry O'Donnell and those
- 28:21Speaker 4: guys were saying.
- 28:22Speaker 5: What about us?
- 28:23Speaker 8: Where is the other ones?
- 28:25Speaker 4: Why did he mention us? We have we have higher
- 28:29Speaker 4: ratings than CNN. They also ran Crooked Network.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Uh yeah, but that fight with Kristin Walker, another delusional woman.
- 28:38Speaker 1: She's interrupting him, she's screaming without you have no evidence.
- 28:41Speaker 1: She has no evidence either. What do you think they
- 28:45Speaker 1: have any self awareness? These anchors?
- 28:49Speaker 13: Well?
- 28:49Speaker 4: I was kind of amused when she said I came
- 28:52Speaker 4: all the way out here to Wisconsin.
- 28:54Speaker 15: And I mean, did did she?
- 28:55Speaker 4: I mean, I know, I guess you have to say that,
- 28:57Speaker 4: but did she not understand that this was the best
- 29:00Speaker 4: thing that ever happened to her?
- 29:02Speaker 1: Him walking off the set?
- 29:03Speaker 4: This tender gave her Jimmy Kimmel inoculation for being fired.
- 29:10Speaker 1: That's a good point. Hey, what's gonna happen with Plattner?
- 29:13Speaker 1: I thought he'd be out of the race by now.
- 29:15Speaker 1: They're really going to stick with him? I don't.
- 29:19Speaker 4: I mean, I think he's going to win the primary,
- 29:21Speaker 4: even though he's really dusted up, you know.
- 29:23Speaker 15: I I.
- 29:25Speaker 4: Because you know, Janet Mills has it stepped in and
- 29:28Speaker 4: maybe she maybe she meet the right move by not
- 29:30Speaker 4: stepping in, But but I think I think he's got
- 29:32Speaker 4: real problems with this kick app, you know, and I
- 29:36Speaker 4: mean the fact that John Fetterman is challenging him, and
- 29:39Speaker 4: now the the the editor of the Main Wire who
- 29:43Speaker 4: used to work for me, that's the alternative conservative website.
- 29:47Speaker 4: He's he's saying, well, you know, if you can prove
- 29:49Speaker 4: you didn't, you weren't sending these these X rated messages
- 29:53Speaker 4: to underage girls, I'll apologize to you for saying your
- 29:56Speaker 4: your lobster you excuse me, your oyster farm is a
- 30:00Speaker 4: is a joke.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Uh. He was an oyster farmer, but apparently only for
- 30:06Speaker 1: one day, and that was just for his mother's restaurant, right,
- 30:09Speaker 1: he didn't really do it.
- 30:10Speaker 4: For well he also you know, I guess what I
- 30:12Speaker 4: guess what Steve said on on Fox last week was
- 30:16Speaker 4: he he set up he incorporated the quote unquote oyster
- 30:20Speaker 4: farm after he set up his campaign committee to run
- 30:24Speaker 4: for the Senate. And that's true, that's true. I mean,
- 30:28Speaker 4: it's just I mean I talked to you know, I
- 30:30Speaker 4: have a huge audience in Maine, and I mean, you know,
- 30:33Speaker 4: people are irritated because you know, when someone says they're
- 30:37Speaker 4: working class, you you take them at their words, at
- 30:40Speaker 4: least for a few minutes, right, But this guy is
- 30:44Speaker 4: the furthest thing, for he's as far from the working
- 30:46Speaker 4: class as as Scott Pelley is from a from a
- 30:50Speaker 4: crusading journalist.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Yeah sou but when when? If you were in the
- 30:56Speaker 1: Democratic leaders, wouldn't you pull this guy out and stick
- 30:59Speaker 1: in Janet Mills the governor?
- 31:03Speaker 4: I think I think Jared Golden would actually be better.
- 31:05Speaker 4: You know, the congressman up there who sometimes vokes with Republicans.
- 31:08Speaker 4: I mean, he he has tattoos market but not no
- 31:12Speaker 4: Nazi tattoos. So maybe that maybe that makes him a
- 31:16Speaker 4: non starter for the Democrat national big wigs.
- 31:20Speaker 10: I don't know, but he doesn't like.
- 31:21Speaker 4: Washington and he's leaving Congress. He's he's quit. But you
- 31:25Speaker 4: know he would be better. I mean because Jannam Mills
- 31:28Speaker 4: is really damaged goods. I think that's that's that's why.
- 31:33Speaker 4: You know, Plattner got all this traction, But I don't
- 31:36Speaker 4: understand it. You know, Platner and tall Rico and this
- 31:40Speaker 4: this weird this Egyptian from Michigan, I mean, and and
- 31:45Speaker 4: the Hamaway or whatever his name is from a Jersey.
- 31:48Speaker 4: I mean, what are they thinking of?
- 31:51Speaker 1: Ye Hey, we don't much time left. But you're a
- 31:53Speaker 1: best selling author, you would do a number of best
- 31:55Speaker 1: selling books. How would you rate Jill Biden as an
- 32:00Speaker 1: author trying to sell a book, trying to launch a book,
- 32:03Speaker 1: they'll rollout not too smooth.
- 32:06Speaker 4: No, I think with all these people it's it's just
- 32:09Speaker 4: the advance. They never you know, the advance just becomes
- 32:13Speaker 4: a payoff from some publisher for you know, services rendered
- 32:17Speaker 4: down the road. How about Joe Biden saying that he's
- 32:19Speaker 4: got his book, he's coming out in September. Everybody's saying, no,
- 32:22Speaker 4: it's not, No, it's not. I mean that wouldn't that
- 32:25Speaker 4: be great? A great in kind contribution to the Republicans
- 32:28Speaker 4: for the midterms? That Joe Biden talking about what he
- 32:32Speaker 4: remembered to be a mighty short book if it's what
- 32:34Speaker 4: he remembers from his from his years in at sixteen
- 32:39Speaker 4: hundred Pennsylvania Avenue.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Hey, Ever, to get to how he Carr's latest book,
- 32:43Speaker 1: Mass Corruption. What's the best place to get at Amazon?

- 33:16Speaker 1: being with us, Thanks Mark, bye bye. Thanks. But coming
- 33:21Speaker 1: up at noon today it's Buck and Clay with a
- 33:23Speaker 1: wonderful show noon to three. Then you got the most
- 33:26Speaker 1: listened to radio show in America, Sean Hannity. At three,
- 33:30Speaker 1: you got Jesse Kelly at six, you got a very funny,
- 33:34Speaker 1: wonderful show every night at nine, Jimmy Fayala every night
- 33:38Speaker 1: nine o'clock. Here on seven ten wor he's got.
- 33:42Speaker 8: The whole city in your radio, Mark Simo on sevent
- 33:46Speaker 8: ten wo R.
- 33:49Speaker 15: Well.
- 33:49Speaker 1: I remember now, the big game is tonight at Madison
- 33:52Speaker 1: Square Garden. It starts at eight thirty, but because the
- 33:56Speaker 1: President is going to be there, they've told everybody they
- 33:59Speaker 1: have to get there by six point thirty. So remember
- 34:03Speaker 1: you don't want to be driving anywhere near Madison Square
- 34:06Speaker 1: Garden tonight. The crowd has to come in at six thirty.
- 34:09Speaker 1: The President coming there will mean traffic will be an
- 34:14Speaker 1: absolute nightmare within many, many blocks of Madison Square Garden,
- 34:18Speaker 1: So stay away. If you have to get to the
- 34:21Speaker 1: Lincoln Tunnel or anything like that, it's going to affect
- 34:23Speaker 1: that President's in Bedminster, New Jersey. It's been there all weekend,
- 34:28Speaker 1: So come from Bedminster, probably come in by helicopter and
- 34:32Speaker 1: then the motorcade from the heliport to the garden. That'll
- 34:36Speaker 1: mean road closures all over the place. So it's going
- 34:40Speaker 1: to be rough. So if you're going to try to
- 34:42Speaker 1: get anywhere near Madison Square Garden within a five block radius,
- 34:46Speaker 1: it is going to be brutal. And actually they'll tie
- 34:49Speaker 1: up streets all the way over from the east side
- 34:51Speaker 1: over the west side for the President to get there.
- 34:54Speaker 1: So just be aware of that tonight. And we've got
- 34:56Speaker 1: a lot to get to in the In the next hour,
- 34:59Speaker 1: get the cre mom, Donnie, we'll get to California. We'll
- 35:03Speaker 1: get to some crazy Scott Pelly and a whole lot more.
- 35:08Speaker 1: Right after the news, I'm here every day ten to
- 35:11Speaker 1: noon or listen anytime you want. Just get the podcast
- 35:14Speaker 1: wherever you get your podcasts back after the news seven
- 35:19Speaker 1: are you talking about everything you care about? Marks and
- 35:22Speaker 1: moons on wor I guess I am. Yeah. So the
- 35:29Speaker 1: Knicks tonight, big game, eight thirty game time. In honor
- 35:34Speaker 1: of that, we always have buffets all over the place.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Here the bagel buffet. One whole tray is blue and
- 35:40Speaker 1: orange bagels, and there's all these different cream cheese as.
- 35:45Speaker 1: One of them is blue and orange cream cheese. And
- 35:50Speaker 1: I love the Knicks, but there's nothing more disgusting than
- 35:52Speaker 1: a blue and orange bagel. I did take a bite
- 35:56Speaker 1: with the blue and orange cream cheese. It did taste
- 35:58Speaker 1: pretty good, but it looks disgusting. A blue and orange
- 36:02Speaker 1: is not They're not colors for a bagel. It doesn't
- 36:05Speaker 1: doesn't work. So the big game is tonight, Nick's This
- 36:11Speaker 1: is like eleven in a row, twelve in a row, whatever.
- 36:13Speaker 1: They So the momentum is on their side, San Antonio.
- 36:17Speaker 1: It's a young team. I don't know if they're gonna
- 36:19Speaker 1: be ready for the garden and that crowd and all
- 36:22Speaker 1: of that. The President will be in a luxury suite,
- 36:25Speaker 1: not really visible to the players or anything. I guess
- 36:30Speaker 1: at some point they'll put them up. I never go
- 36:32Speaker 1: to the Knicks games. Do they have a jumbo tron
- 36:34Speaker 1: or something like that, a big screen. Yeah, So imagine
- 36:37Speaker 1: some point they'll show him see if he gets boomed.
- 36:39Speaker 1: I don't think he'll get booed. I know it's New York,
- 36:43Speaker 1: but he's a big Knicks fan. He's been to hundreds
- 36:45Speaker 1: of games. He was always sitting there in the front
- 36:47Speaker 1: row for years and years and years. I think the
- 36:50Speaker 1: fans there also remember this is not the Knicks fans
- 36:54Speaker 1: that are going to be there. These are big high rollers.
- 36:57Speaker 1: That's been a fortune. The cheapest ticket is like ten
- 36:59Speaker 1: thousand and bucks. The real good tickets are like seventy
- 37:03Speaker 1: five thousand, and that's if you're able to buy them,
- 37:06Speaker 1: if you have to go into a secondary market there
- 37:07Speaker 1: on one hundred and fifty. Those kind of people don't
- 37:11Speaker 1: boo the president. So that's tonight. Just remember traffic nightmare
- 37:16Speaker 1: all around Madison Square Garden, Hey, Delaney Hall, New Jersey.
- 37:21Speaker 1: You know, the protesting, the paid protesting, Chinese funded protesting
- 37:26Speaker 1: taking place all over Delaney Hall, and the steoge Governor
- 37:31Speaker 1: Mickey Cheryl playing along with this, in fact jinning it
- 37:34Speaker 1: up for a while until it got violent out of control.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Now she's backing off, But she was going along with
- 37:41Speaker 1: these fake stories, all these stories coming about about Delaney Hall,
- 37:45Speaker 1: the detention center, where the food was horrible, the inmates
- 37:50Speaker 1: were starving, they weren't getting proper medical care. One was
- 37:54Speaker 1: denied medical I mean the whole thing that they it
- 37:58Speaker 1: was over crowded. Well, there's now been a full inspection
- 38:03Speaker 1: of Delaney Hall. It turns out these were all total
- 38:07Speaker 1: one percent lies. First of all, there's no overcrowding. It
- 38:11Speaker 1: has a thousand beds. There's only seven hundred and six detainees.
- 38:15Speaker 1: In fact, it's undercrowded. There's a lot of empty room there.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Everything is fine, the food, everything, there's nothing wrong with
- 38:23Speaker 1: Delaney Hall. Inspection teams have checked every inch of it.
- 38:27Speaker 1: It's just fine. Don't believe any of this nonsense. Tom
- 38:31Speaker 1: Holman himself went to a look at every inch of it.
- 38:34Speaker 1: He went there. Tom Holman was there late last week.
- 38:36Speaker 1: The first thing he wanted to do was, as he said,
- 38:39Speaker 1: harden the facility. With these violent protesters funded by the
- 38:43Speaker 1: Soros types, funded by the Chinese, paid professional anarchists. He
- 38:47Speaker 1: wanted to make sure that the whole facility was hardened,
- 38:51Speaker 1: that it was protected. It took two days to fix everything.
- 38:55Speaker 1: In other words, they put up Jersey barriers. There's those
- 38:58Speaker 1: big concrete barriers they put in the street. They installed
- 39:01Speaker 1: embassy fencing. It's what they used around embassies. It's enormous
- 39:05Speaker 1: fencing that's impossible to get over. They put in arena lights,
- 39:10Speaker 1: so it's much safer now. Then Holman himself inspected every
- 39:15Speaker 1: inch medical facilities. Everything was fine, and then at lunchtime
- 39:19Speaker 1: he said, I want to go in there and eat
- 39:21Speaker 1: with the detainees. I want to eat what they're eating.
- 39:25Speaker 1: I want to eat with them. And he went in
- 39:27Speaker 1: there to eat with the detainees and we had a
- 39:29Speaker 1: security team around him. But he said what they had
- 39:32Speaker 1: was spaghetti and meatballs. It wasn't patsies, but it was
- 39:37Speaker 1: very good. I mean it wasn't very good. It was good.
- 39:39Speaker 1: It was okay, it was fine. It was as good
- 39:41Speaker 1: as any school lunch room kind of food. Spaghetti and meatballs.
- 39:45Speaker 1: They had green beans, bread and butter, and a dessert.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Holman said the portions were large, and in fact, Holman
- 39:51Speaker 1: points out he said, I'm a big guy and I
- 39:54Speaker 1: couldn't finish it all. So everything is fine. In De
- 39:57Speaker 1: Laney Hall. Don't believe any of that nonsense that these
- 40:02Speaker 1: protesters are claiming California. It just looks so ridiculous. The
- 40:08Speaker 1: I mean, as Christian Walker would say, no evidence. There's
- 40:12Speaker 1: there's plenty of evidence that the vote is being stolen.
- 40:16Speaker 1: All the voting took place. You know, here's the votes,
- 40:19Speaker 1: here's the percentages. Well now they're doing the mail in votes,
- 40:22Speaker 1: and the percentages are the total opposite, absolute total opposite,
- 40:28Speaker 1: which has never happened before. It's all statistically impossible that
- 40:33Speaker 1: all of a sudden, all the mail in votes would
- 40:35Speaker 1: be absolutely completely the opposite of what the whole state
- 40:39Speaker 1: of voters voted.
- 40:41Speaker 16: Steve Hilton from the Secretary of State's website today, thirty
- 40:44Speaker 16: five days. Oh, that's the plan, thirty five And.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Why can't they get it counted because it's you know,
- 40:50Speaker 1: it takes time to steal an election. We're seven days
- 40:52Speaker 1: into it. They're now saying thirty five days before they'll finish.
- 40:55Speaker 16: From the Secretary of State's website today, thirty five days. Oh,
- 40:59Speaker 16: that's the plan, thirty five days. This is an absolute shambles,
- 41:04Speaker 16: a humiliation for California. It is making our state a
- 41:08Speaker 16: laughing stock here in America and around the world.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Yeah, it's absolutely ridiculous. Hilton was set to win the
- 41:16Speaker 1: mail in voting, coming in the total opposite. It makes
- 41:19Speaker 1: absolutely no sense at all. Hey, the President put in
- 41:25Speaker 1: Bill Paulty as the acting DNI. He has no intention
- 41:30Speaker 1: of making him the Director of National Intelligence. It's just
- 41:32Speaker 1: for a couple of months temporary acting. In Congress, they're
- 41:36Speaker 1: all upset. They want him fired immediately. The President is
- 41:40Speaker 1: going to name somebody to be the new Director of
- 41:42Speaker 1: National Intelligence. It would be a very impressive, perfect choice.
- 41:47Speaker 1: He'll name him very soon. Paulty is being sent in
- 41:50Speaker 1: for one thing, to fire a lot of people. There's
- 41:53Speaker 1: a lot of people that have to go, and he's
- 41:56Speaker 1: been a president's been studying this for the last year.
- 42:00Speaker 1: A lot of bad people they got to clean out
- 42:02Speaker 1: of there. And you've seen what kind of bad people
- 42:04Speaker 1: come out of the intelligence world, like Clapper and Brennan
- 42:08Speaker 1: and those kind of really shady, dirty characters. You gotta clean.
- 42:11Speaker 1: There's a bunch of them in there. When is that noise?
- 42:20Speaker 1: These studios are so soundproof. I can hear ants crawling outside.
- 42:24Speaker 1: I mean, that's so the cleaning lady has a mop bucket,
- 42:29Speaker 1: so it comes down their hall. The floor is like concrete,
- 42:32Speaker 1: so it is so loud it sounds like a mack truck,
- 42:37Speaker 1: but nice thin walls.
- 42:41Speaker 8: I like that.
- 42:42Speaker 1: So where was it?
- 42:43Speaker 17: Oh?
- 42:45Speaker 1: Yeah, so POULTI is just there to clean house. He's
- 42:48Speaker 1: gonna fire a lot of people. A lot of them
- 42:50Speaker 1: are you know, biased left wing deep state and put
- 42:55Speaker 1: in there by Obama Biden. So you're you're gonna have
- 42:59Speaker 1: to fire a lot of people. They're gonna see a
- 43:00Speaker 1: lot of firing. That's all Pulty is there for. And
- 43:03Speaker 1: then he'll leave and then they'll put in the real
- 43:05Speaker 1: DNI and he'll be able to take over with a much, much,
- 43:09Speaker 1: much cleaner place. Hey, this crazy election in Maine. You
- 43:15Speaker 1: got this nazi nuts job texting, sexting, Nazi platner. Have
- 43:23Speaker 1: you ever heard him talk. He's got a big, deep voice.
- 43:27Speaker 1: It makes him sound better than he is. When all
- 43:31Speaker 1: this broke, all these horrible stories, he went into hiding,
- 43:34Speaker 1: which was not the right thing to do, and it
- 43:36Speaker 1: was looking bad. He got smart or he's been advised,
- 43:40Speaker 1: and he's out there carrying on like nothing's wrong. That's
- 43:43Speaker 1: the smartest way to handle this for him. I mean,
- 43:45Speaker 1: it's terrible for the voters. But he's out there talking
- 43:49Speaker 1: and talking, and he's got this voice like this. So
- 43:53Speaker 1: if you think he's some kind of wacky nut job,
- 43:55Speaker 1: he doesn't sound like it. Listen to him.
- 43:56Speaker 3: When hurtful things I said on the internet a decade
- 43:59Speaker 3: ago came out into the public as I shared my
- 44:04Speaker 3: personal journey through PTSD and darkness of recovery and accountability,
- 44:10Speaker 3: and gross.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Main had my back. Well, it sounds pretty impressive. You know,
- 44:18Speaker 1: he's a nut job nazi with sexting and texting with
- 44:22Speaker 1: young women, crazy comments from the past. He faked this
- 44:26Speaker 1: whole story about being an oyster fisherman and just I mean,
- 44:30Speaker 1: the guy's terrible. But when you talk like this and
- 44:33Speaker 1: you to talk about your my personal journey, it sounds impressive,
- 44:40Speaker 1: sounds great. He's on a personal journey, woo. And he
- 44:45Speaker 1: had PTSD, he asked me, he's still got something wrong
- 44:50Speaker 1: with him, but he don't know. If you sound like that,
- 44:52Speaker 1: it reassures people.
- 44:54Speaker 3: Now as every single piece of that past and journey
- 44:58Speaker 3: gets dug up, litigated and weaponized.
- 45:02Speaker 1: You have my back. Yeah, he may save himself there
- 45:07Speaker 1: with this, with his journey. He's on that journey and
- 45:10Speaker 1: they weaponized things against him. You know, the fact that
- 45:13Speaker 1: he's a Nazi with a big Nazi tattoo all over
- 45:15Speaker 1: his chest. They weaponized it. It's not even a Nazi tattoo.
- 45:18Speaker 1: It's actually a SS tattoo. I mean, he's not just
- 45:23Speaker 1: a plain Nazi thing, which sometimes remember they used to
- 45:26Speaker 1: make like those surfers would wear the Nazi thing just
- 45:29Speaker 1: back in the sixties and became like a little fan.
- 45:31Speaker 1: This is different. This is the worst SS. It was
- 45:34Speaker 1: a division of the SS that ran the death camps.
- 45:40Speaker 1: That's the big tattoo he has on his chest. So
- 45:42Speaker 1: you really got to be a Nazi knowledgeable to even
- 45:45Speaker 1: think to have that tattoo on you. So he's just awful,
- 45:48Speaker 1: crazy guy. But he's on that personal journey and I
- 45:54Speaker 1: don't think he's going anywhere. Somebody got the wife to
- 45:57Speaker 1: stand by him, so that the crazy Pelly looking like
- 46:02Speaker 1: a pompous idiot. He put up a picture of himself
- 46:06Speaker 1: on his sailboat, right at the wheel of the sailboat,
- 46:09Speaker 1: you know, all alone out there on the water with
- 46:11Speaker 1: a sailboat. I guess he thinks he looks like Kennedy.
- 46:15Speaker 1: You know, we see Ted Kennedy or JFK out there
- 46:18Speaker 1: on the sailboat. So he put up a sailboat picture,
- 46:21Speaker 1: thinking he's a Kennedy And he did this long interview
- 46:25Speaker 1: with The New York Times where he's crying. He's talking
- 46:27Speaker 1: about how could they fire him. At one point he
- 46:31Speaker 1: brought up Tanya Simon. She's the producer of sixty Minutes,
- 46:34Speaker 1: the executive producer, daughter of Bob Simon, who had been
- 46:37Speaker 1: a big sixty Minutes reporter correspondent, And he said, with
- 46:43Speaker 1: her family connection to this show, she should have been untouchable.
- 46:49Speaker 1: How could you be untouchable? I mean, it's a broadcasting
- 46:53Speaker 1: it's a news division. Howie Carr last Hour, he pointed out,
- 46:57Speaker 1: broadcast news, you got a higher death rate than the
- 47:00Speaker 1: people are always getting canned and fired in local TV,
- 47:04Speaker 1: network TV, any news, broadcast broadcasting operations, people get fired
- 47:08Speaker 1: all the time. How could somebody be untouchable? How could
- 47:12Speaker 1: there be anybody untouchable at sixty Minutes. You know, Walter
- 47:16Speaker 1: Cronkite got fired. He was the greatest newsman in the
- 47:20Speaker 1: history of the world. He was fired. Dan Rather was
- 47:24Speaker 1: moving up and was sort of he was like the
- 47:26Speaker 1: Jay Leno of news. He was going to be the
- 47:29Speaker 1: new anchor. You know, when the big guy left, he
- 47:31Speaker 1: would take over. But he maneuvered and maneuvered and maneuvered
- 47:35Speaker 1: to get Cronkite out, and it looked like he would
- 47:39Speaker 1: take over when Cronkite retired, which could be in five
- 47:42Speaker 1: years or ten years. But rather got this top, top,
- 47:46Speaker 1: top agent, this brilliant guy, and they started the maneuvering
- 47:50Speaker 1: and they made it look like ABC was about to
- 47:52Speaker 1: hire Rather, ABC was going to hire him to do
- 47:56Speaker 1: their evening news. They were going to steal Rather. And
- 47:59Speaker 1: if you don't get Cronkite out now, you're not only
- 48:01Speaker 1: going to lose, rather, you don't have him competing against him.
- 48:04Speaker 1: So CBS forced Cronkite to step down, and he was
- 48:09Speaker 1: not happy about it, and he told me all this.
- 48:12Speaker 1: He definitely did not want to leave. He was pushed out.
- 48:15Speaker 1: He made him. They basically fired him in a very
- 48:18Speaker 1: nice way because he was Cronkite. They agreed to put
- 48:21Speaker 1: him on the CBS board. They gave him a big,
- 48:23Speaker 1: huge office in a secretary. They told him he would
- 48:26Speaker 1: become a regular contributor and he would do specials and
- 48:30Speaker 1: none of this that never really happened, but they fired
- 48:32Speaker 1: him They basically pushed him out. So if you can
- 48:34Speaker 1: get rid of him, you can get rid of Scott
- 48:37Speaker 1: Pelley and listen to this pompous ass.
- 48:39Speaker 7: There was a thumb on the scale for the president's
- 48:44Speaker 7: version of events that I felt was a level of
- 48:49Speaker 7: political influence that I had never seen in thirty seven
- 48:53Speaker 7: years at CBS News.
- 48:55Speaker 1: What a pompous Jeric. What do you mean that the
- 48:59Speaker 1: pushing the resident's point of view? When if you ever
- 49:02Speaker 1: watched CBS News and thought they were pushing the president's
- 49:04Speaker 1: point of view thumb on the scale? This guy had
- 49:09Speaker 1: his foot on the scale and was standing at it.
- 49:11Speaker 1: It was nothing but biased, total bias when he was there.
- 49:15Speaker 1: This is my favorite part where he's so unaware of
- 49:18Speaker 1: what's going on in the world. I am the new
- 49:22Speaker 1: boss came to him to say, you know, everybody thinks
- 49:26Speaker 1: we're biased.
- 49:27Speaker 7: She, i AM told, said something to the effect of,
- 49:31Speaker 7: why do you think the country thinks you're biased? But
- 49:36Speaker 7: she didn't offer any kind of a metric. You know,
- 49:38Speaker 7: what's your metric? Why do you think so?
- 49:41Speaker 1: Do you have a poll?
- 49:43Speaker 7: Is there market research? What are you talking about? Because
- 49:47Speaker 7: we certainly didn't believe that.
- 49:48Speaker 1: How dumb is this guy, there's a thousand polls that
- 49:51Speaker 1: show that every major poll in the world showed that
- 49:55Speaker 1: every pole. How could he not be aware of that? Well,
- 49:58Speaker 1: because he lives in this bubble. That's the problem with
- 50:00Speaker 1: these people. They live in a bubble. They're all in
- 50:03Speaker 1: DC or Manhattan. They all only read the New York Times,
- 50:07Speaker 1: you know, they only read the Atlantic Magazine. They only
- 50:10Speaker 1: watch CNN or MS now. They have no contact with
- 50:13Speaker 1: the real world, none, nothing, nothing, you know, if they
- 50:20Speaker 1: ever got out into the heartland talk to actual they
- 50:22Speaker 1: never met any actual Americans. They've never been to NASCAR,
- 50:26Speaker 1: They've never been to a waffle house. They've never seen
- 50:28Speaker 1: normal people ever. They just live in this in this bubble. Hey,
- 50:32Speaker 1: Miranda Devine will be with us in a few minutes. Also,
- 50:36Speaker 1: we'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three two one
- 50:40Speaker 1: zero seven ten is the number, eight hundred three two
- 50:43Speaker 1: one zero seven ten, mister New York Mark zimone, he's
- 50:49Speaker 1: on seven ten woof. We'll take some calls. Eight hundred
- 50:56Speaker 1: three two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight
- 50:59Speaker 1: hundred three to two one zero seven ten. Let's go
- 51:03Speaker 1: to Tim in Orange County. Tim, how you doing good?
- 51:07Speaker 18: Hell are you Mark, I'm good, okay, this Scott Pally thing.
- 51:11Speaker 18: Just want to remind everybody. Dan Rather, for over thirty years,
- 51:16Speaker 18: swore he was not in any way biased. He was
- 51:20Speaker 18: asked once where his political leanings are, and he goes, well,
- 51:23Speaker 18: I believe in tight money and a strong defense. What
- 51:26Speaker 18: does that make I mean, they don't think they can
- 51:29Speaker 18: be biased. They think, you know, I mean again until
- 51:36Speaker 18: Memogate in two thousand and four with w. Bush exposed Rather,
- 51:40Speaker 18: and to this day Dan Rather will tell anyone who
- 51:43Speaker 18: will listen, Oh, we made a few mistakes on that story,
- 51:46Speaker 18: but we still got the truth.
- 51:48Speaker 1: Yeah, which, of course he didn't. Rather, as the father
- 51:51Speaker 1: of modern day fake news, he made up a whole
- 51:53Speaker 1: fake story about Bush going a wall in the National Guard.
- 51:56Speaker 1: There was no evidence of this. In fact, his commander
- 52:00Speaker 1: said no such thing happened, and that in fact he
- 52:03Speaker 1: thought Bush was one of the best people he'd ever
- 52:05Speaker 1: had in the National Guard. So Rather actually used a
- 52:09Speaker 1: forged document, totally forged fake document. CBS investigated found that
- 52:15Speaker 1: to be the case, fired him immediately. But ever since
- 52:20Speaker 1: then it started under Bush. They used to go really
- 52:22Speaker 1: go after Bush and the great Charles Croudhammer came up
- 52:27Speaker 1: with this term. He called it Bush derangement syndrome, and
- 52:31Speaker 1: that term was used a lot back then, and then,
- 52:33Speaker 1: of course, nowadays we have Trump derangement syndrome, which is
- 52:36Speaker 1: one hundred times worse. I mean, he just took off
- 52:38Speaker 1: the gloves and they go crazy trying to get him.
- 52:40Speaker 1: Let's go to Dennis in Gillette, New Jersey. Dennis, how
- 52:44Speaker 1: you doing good? Mark Love the Shows.
- 52:48Speaker 13: Listener, Listen, I'm surprised Trump hasn't fired John Thoom for
- 52:53Speaker 13: not getting enough votes for the Save America Act or
- 52:57Speaker 13: replace them. Well, what do you think's going on?
- 53:00Speaker 1: Well, he can't fire him, but he can certainly push
- 53:03Speaker 1: him out. But yeah, Fune hasn't been great. You know
- 53:07Speaker 1: the problem that to Save America Act. It's the worst
- 53:09Speaker 1: name in the world. It's nobody knows what it is.
- 53:13Speaker 1: When you say Save America Act, nobody knows what you're
- 53:15Speaker 1: talking about. It's the bill that would ensure safe and
- 53:18Speaker 1: fair elections everywhere in every state, clean up the process,
- 53:23Speaker 1: you know, no crazy mail in voting systems that go
- 53:26Speaker 1: for thirty days, no, you know, voting without an ID.
- 53:30Speaker 1: So they should have called it the Safe and Fair
- 53:32Speaker 1: Secure Election Act something like that. It's the Save America Act.
- 53:36Speaker 1: They're having trouble getting that through. Let's go to Joe
- 53:38Speaker 1: and Elmwood Park. Joe, how you doing, good morning.
- 53:41Speaker 15: Mark, Go morning.
- 53:42Speaker 9: I'm shocked. There's no there's no voter fraud in New Jersey.
- 53:46Speaker 1: Really Apparently the RNC has uncovered many non citizens.
- 53:51Speaker 7: On the voter rules and that's how she got elected.
- 53:54Speaker 1: Yeah, well that's yeah, yeah, that's part of it. Also,
- 53:57Speaker 1: you had Chittarelli's never going to win anything, a weak candidate. Hey,
- 54:02Speaker 1: that UFC fight is supposed to take place this weekend
- 54:06Speaker 1: at the White House, and crazy Democrats have filed a
- 54:09Speaker 1: lawsuit to stop it. Now you can get these crazy
- 54:13Speaker 1: little judges that watched. The judge will order it stopped.
- 54:16Speaker 1: It's absolutely ridiculous. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent,
- 54:21Speaker 1: how you doing, good morning? Mark, Comboarding Barra.
- 54:24Speaker 14: Mark. This election, Lord a finer pairs should be called
- 54:27Speaker 14: the Safe and Secure Election Act. Mark. These shenanigans that
- 54:32Speaker 14: are going on in California with the elections, and quite
- 54:36Speaker 14: frankly in all the blue states in the United States,
- 54:39Speaker 14: will never happened. In Italy recently, they had what they
- 54:42Speaker 14: called their mid term elections, but unlike oururs, you only
- 54:47Speaker 14: have two days to vote and only certain people could
- 54:51Speaker 14: send in mail in ballots. It's usually business people, military
- 54:58Speaker 14: people who are away and the mail in ballots have
- 55:02Speaker 14: to be postmarked twelve o'clock the day before the actual
- 55:08Speaker 14: election starts. Elections go on for two days Sunday and
- 55:14Speaker 14: all of Monday, and by eleven o'clock at night Monday evening,
- 55:18Speaker 14: they know all the elections and you could only go
- 55:23Speaker 14: to the precinct where you registered. You have to show
- 55:27Speaker 14: photer I D card, an election D card, and if
- 55:32Speaker 14: you're abroad, like you're a businessman in the service, is different.
- 55:36Speaker 14: You just you could vote with a ballot.
- 55:40Speaker 1: You know, we're the only country that doesn't require idea
- 55:43Speaker 1: vote India six hundred million votes to count in one
- 55:46Speaker 1: night mark.
- 55:48Speaker 15: In Italy recently they had their midterms and even like
- 55:52Speaker 15: if you're a businessman, let's say you were away out
- 55:55Speaker 15: of the country and you wanted to vote, you have
- 55:58Speaker 15: to know you have to go to the Italian consulate
- 56:02Speaker 15: in that country, show poof for who you are, and
- 56:06Speaker 15: then they'll give you a mail in ballot and it
- 56:11Speaker 15: has to be in by a certain time. None of
- 56:13Speaker 15: his five days after three months after.
- 56:16Speaker 1: I agree, I agree, I like that, Sis Vincent, great call,
- 56:19Speaker 1: thanks for calling. Yeah, it's absolutely crazy. You know, the
- 56:22Speaker 1: idea of the mail in vote was mostly for the
- 56:24Speaker 1: military to be able to vow. That's really what it
- 56:27Speaker 1: was for originally in a couple of cases where somebody
- 56:30Speaker 1: suddenly has to go to work overseas. That's what it
- 56:33Speaker 1: was for. And that was it. It went crazy opening
- 56:36Speaker 1: up to anybody wants to do mail in. There was
- 56:38Speaker 1: the huge study of all this done a few years ago,
- 56:41Speaker 1: many years ago with Jimmy Carter and James Baker, Republican
- 56:46Speaker 1: and Democrat, and the study concluded that there is no
- 56:50Speaker 1: bigger source of voter fraud than mail in voting. And
- 56:53Speaker 1: that was signed by Jimmy Carter. No bigger source a
- 56:59Speaker 1: voter fraud than mail in voting. It's time to clean
- 57:03Speaker 1: it up. Hey, I hope everybody's got their power back.
- 57:05Speaker 1: There was a lot of power out yesterday. Big parts
- 57:08Speaker 1: of Connecticut had no power, Parts of Long Island, New
- 57:12Speaker 1: Jersey all from storms, down wires, that sort of thing.
- 57:16Speaker 1: Hopefully everybody has their power back today when we come back.
- 57:19Speaker 1: The great columnist Miranda Divine we'll talk to her about
- 57:24Speaker 1: crazy Scott Pelly, Meet the Press, Platner, the Biden's and
- 57:28Speaker 1: a lot more. Coming up next on seven to ten
- 57:31Speaker 1: woor It's the.
- 57:32Speaker 3: Mark Simone Show, Live from the WR Life Back Studios.
- 57:39Speaker 1: Well, Miranda Divine, the greatest columnist around. You can read
- 57:44Speaker 1: her columns the New York Post website. They're all up there,
- 57:46Speaker 1: and make sure you get her books best selling books,
- 57:49Speaker 1: Get the Big Guy and Laptop from Hell. And she
- 57:53Speaker 1: does an incredible podcast called Pod Force one. She's interviewed
- 57:58Speaker 1: anybody and everybody. The episode the President of the United States.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Listen to pod for US one her interview with President Trump.
- 58:05Speaker 1: You love it. And she's with us now. Miranda Devine,
- 58:08Speaker 1: how you doing.
- 58:11Speaker 8: I'm really well, Thanks, Mark, How are.
- 58:12Speaker 1: You very good? Hey? That's Scott Pelly. Have you ever
- 58:16Speaker 1: seen You've been in the news business a long time.
- 58:18Speaker 1: You ever seen a bigger, more self important, pompous ass
- 58:21Speaker 1: than that's Scott Pelly.
- 58:24Speaker 8: Perfect description of him. No, I haven't, although I've seen
- 58:28Speaker 8: his type. He's the worst of the type. But they
- 58:32Speaker 8: do exist in television. As I'm sure you are a
- 58:34Speaker 8: rare Mark, very very puffed up. I think they're incredibly important,
- 58:40Speaker 8: and they're just talking heads, and honestly, they think they're
- 58:43Speaker 8: more important than the people they cover, which is a joke.
- 58:46Speaker 8: And he thought he was more important than his bosses.
- 58:49Speaker 8: And if anybody, any of us, we all have bosses,
- 58:53Speaker 8: if any of us were to speak to our bosses
- 58:56Speaker 8: the way he did, we would expect to be fired.
- 58:59Speaker 8: So he claimed to The New York Times, and he
- 59:02Speaker 8: was absolutely shocked that he got fired. But my thinking
- 59:07Speaker 8: was he just embarked on a suicide mission. But honestly,
- 59:10Speaker 8: that New York Times interview, I'm glad they video taped
- 59:13Speaker 8: it because he was so insufferable, crying, weeping, calling himself
- 59:20Speaker 8: a combat veteran. I've been in combat, I mean in
- 59:24Speaker 8: a Raq and Afghanistan. Or I'd like to shoot the president.
- 59:28Speaker 8: I've been shot at, Like the President's also been shot
- 59:31Speaker 8: at in your life. Not as a journalist. We have
- 59:36Speaker 8: so many journalists, chuntless journalists, including me, have been Tozon,
- 59:42Speaker 8: to Iraq, to Afghanistan, etc. And like, I don't regard
- 59:48Speaker 8: myself as having been in combat. Always looked after the
- 59:53Speaker 8: whole way as he would have been by actual soldiers,
- 59:57Speaker 8: actual special forces, says people who are in combat and
- 1:00:02Speaker 8: have the guns they protect us.
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: Like, that's a good point. You're right, he's never been
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: nobody ever actually aimed at Scott Pelly. President Trump actually
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: got hit in the head with a book that was
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: aimed at him. But when he said, I couldn't believe
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: they'd fire me. As how, he car pointed out the
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: news business has a higher death rate than the mafia.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: People get fired all the time.
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: Personally told me when you're earning, you're earning? Was it
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: ten million dollars a year or something? Interposters, Yeah, you know,
- 1:00:35Speaker 8: I think I think it's KLi Travis who's pointed out
- 1:00:39Speaker 8: that the raising sixty minutes does well is because it's
- 1:00:42Speaker 8: got the football leading into it.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Yeah, if you separate the gain the episodes without the football,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: the rains are terrible. So, uh hey, meet the press.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: That Kristen Walker is another one that's delusional. You can't
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: interrupt the president like that and scream at him and
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: think he's going to stay. What's wrong with her?
- 1:01:01Speaker 8: Well, look, you know it's interesting because I just interviewed
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: the president the week before and I got much more
- 1:01:09Speaker 8: news out of what she did. But he actually broke
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: stories in my interview and I don't think any story
- 1:01:18Speaker 8: was broken apart from the in her interview, apart from
- 1:01:21Speaker 8: the fact that he walked off the set. That was
- 1:01:23Speaker 8: the big news. So you get much more information by
- 1:01:27Speaker 8: being respectful and polite and for fistent and asking the
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: right questions. She did none of that, and instead she
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: felt it was her right or her dusy or something
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: to disagree and say that everything he said was not correct,
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: and like she got into an argument with him about semantics.
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: She was saying to him like on seons that are
- 1:01:54Speaker 8: basically accepted now as reality, Like the twin twenty election
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: was dodging. There was something out about it. It was rigged.
- 1:02:04Speaker 8: Molly Hemingway wrote a whole book about it, and we're
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: seeing it now in California. It might be legal, but
- 1:02:12Speaker 8: it's not right, it's not kosher, and it's on illegal
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: because Democrats changed the rules to suit themselves in California,
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: and as they did during COVID in twenty twenty. We
- 1:02:23Speaker 8: saw that all over the country. So there was something
- 1:02:26Speaker 8: wrong with that election, obviously, and the Russia hopes that's
- 1:02:31Speaker 8: all been proven until later in resire. So much of
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: what she was pushing back on him for is like
- 1:02:40Speaker 8: it was a hope. Now we've had new evidence, we
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: understand the President was right from the beginning, and she's
- 1:02:46Speaker 8: still living back in I don't know, twenty twenty land,
- 1:02:49Speaker 8: where everything the president says is wrong. He won an
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: election because the majority of the American people believed that
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: he had been wronged, that he was a big Jim's
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: Law fair, that Joe Biden lied and was not what
- 1:03:04Speaker 8: he pretended to be. They opened the border, all the
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: whole things were at the scales coming off the eyes
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: of the American voter and they realized that Donald Trump
- 1:03:17Speaker 8: had told the truth. And Kristin Welker obviously didn't vote
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: for him, but she's just closed to right. She lives
- 1:03:24Speaker 8: like they all do, in a bubble where the only
- 1:03:27Speaker 8: news they get is from their own little circle of lives.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Well, Miranda Devine just interviewed President Trump. You should listen
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: to her podcast pod Force one. The latest episode a
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: long interview with President Trump. Fascinating. Now you've interviewed him,
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: of course before many times. What did you notice about
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: him this time around? It he seemed as fired up
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: and as happy in office as usual.
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: He seems less light hearted, more serious himself, a wartime president,
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: obviously that responsibility waves on him. But he was extraordinarily
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: as a loose business like efficient, you know, like his
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: time is precious, and more so now because he's so busy,
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: full of energy, very focused, very sharp, sharper than he
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: was the last few times. I mean, he's always sharp,
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: but he was really like rained in and serious. So
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: you know, he's still a few few of his like
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: I don't even know if he means to joke, but
- 1:04:37Speaker 8: he's so humorous with some of the things he says.
- 1:04:40Speaker 8: But he still has that you know, Queen's sense of humor.
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: And but yeah, I mean, and it was just astonishing
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: to me that I just you know, I spent an
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: hour sitting opposite him, and he was like answered every
- 1:04:54Speaker 8: question from all over the shop he had. He was
- 1:04:58Speaker 8: on top of every issue. He knew what was going
- 1:05:01Speaker 8: on right down to you know, like energy, geopolitics and
- 1:05:07Speaker 8: the war and the emittigritty of who's who in Iran
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: and Israel, and you know, he is called with world
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: leaders like Netmaho right down to you know, who's who
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: in the zoo in the main Senate rate and how
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: that's going. And Graham Patner being a major sleeves bag
- 1:05:25Speaker 8: and James Tallarico being even worse than saying he's a
- 1:05:28Speaker 8: vegan in Texas. That doesn't work. You know, he's just
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: he's got it all. It's amazing how verse Telly is,
- 1:05:35Speaker 8: what he's doing, the UFC, the FIFA, Football World, Pluck's
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: coming up and just came out of a meeting with
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: the boss of the FIFA and introduced me to him.
- 1:05:45Speaker 8: And he's got that, He's got the Olympics, he's got
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: terrorism like King's got it all in his head.
- 1:05:50Speaker 9: The ballroom, the.
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: Beautification of Washington GC, the thirty fountains and statues and
- 1:05:57Speaker 8: you know they're reflecting for but he's so proud of
- 1:05:59Speaker 8: and he's driving like he's on top of those contractors
- 1:06:03Speaker 8: to make sure they're finished on time, on budget and
- 1:06:06Speaker 8: do a great job. So he doesn't sleep. He manages
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: to keep all those balls in the air, and he
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: does it really well and very effectively. And so it
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: just amazed me coming out of that interview to see
- 1:06:21Speaker 8: Ted lu the Democrat representative, grilling Micro Rubio on the
- 1:06:26Speaker 8: Hill about Donald Trumps confeitive to climb, like the old
- 1:06:32Speaker 8: Donald Trump wills asleep in meetings and Marco goes, well,
- 1:06:35Speaker 8: I was in that meeting setting right next to him
- 1:06:36Speaker 8: and he didn't fall a seat, And so what if
- 1:06:39Speaker 8: he digs all asleep, like you know, he sleeps. It's
- 1:06:44Speaker 8: like four hours a night. He writes his own truth socials.
- 1:06:47Speaker 8: In the middle of the night, he's calling micro Rubio said.
- 1:06:50Speaker 8: He calls me at two am, then he calls me
- 1:06:52Speaker 8: at five am. He's exhausting for me, and he's like,
- 1:06:56Speaker 8: what thirty years younger than the prominent or twenty five? Yeah,
- 1:07:01Speaker 8: I mean jd. Van gets exhausted by him and he's
- 1:07:04Speaker 8: barely forty.
- 1:07:06Speaker 15: You know.
- 1:07:06Speaker 8: Marga Rudio talked about Air Force one with Donald Trump
- 1:07:11Speaker 8: traveling overseas and you know, everyone's trying to get a
- 1:07:15Speaker 8: bit of shut eye, and Trump's like roaming around trying
- 1:07:19Speaker 8: to find someone who's awake that he can talk to.
- 1:07:21Speaker 8: And Rubyo is there like hiding under the blanket.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: Well, hey, Miranda Devine, you're an expert how to put
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: out a best selling book, how to launch a book,
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: how to promote a book. How would you rate Jill
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Biden as a book promoting author?
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: Well, isn't it funny? She should be doing really well?
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: But her book.
- 1:07:42Speaker 8: Well, last I looked through yesterday, it was languishing at
- 1:07:46Speaker 8: forty two on Amazon, which is, you know, not the
- 1:07:49Speaker 8: makings of a best seller when you've just She's just
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: launched on Tuesday, So you think at that stage, My
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: first book, Latshops from Hell was number one on Amazons. Yeah,
- 1:08:01Speaker 8: so it's not going to be as a bestseller. But
- 1:08:03Speaker 8: I will tell you one thing. She will probably get on.
- 1:08:06Speaker 17: The New York Times bestseller list because they have some
- 1:08:09Speaker 17: secret algorithms, some formula they use, which means that conservative
- 1:08:15Speaker 17: books and throw Trump books books or books by people
- 1:08:19Speaker 17: who have don't have Trump range from syndrome don't get
- 1:08:22Speaker 17: on their list. But Trump deranged books always make it,
- 1:08:26Speaker 17: even if they sell a handful. So no doubt she
- 1:08:29Speaker 17: will make the New York Times bestseller lists.
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: Yeah. So apparently the first two weeks of June are
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: the lowest book sales ever of the year, so you
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: don't have to sell too many books at this point,
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: at this period to get to that.
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: That's exactly the point is that you know, it's easy
- 1:08:46Speaker 8: to get to number one in June because you've got
- 1:08:49Speaker 8: no competition, And she's at number forty two, and she
- 1:08:52Speaker 8: may be lower today I haven't booked and so she
- 1:08:55Speaker 8: needs Joe. But she's wheeled out four old Joe to
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: to do like tiktoks for her and gate crash her
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: and bed that she had in the ninety second ye
- 1:09:06Speaker 8: the other night in New York. You know he's not
- 1:09:11Speaker 8: quite he's pretty not quite fair, but he's sharp enough.
- 1:09:16Speaker 8: I always tell people's wiley like a fox. And just
- 1:09:20Speaker 8: like with Robert Her when he's given on her Anthony's Western,
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: we put on the elderly man who was a poor
- 1:09:27Speaker 8: memory stick whereas he wants to, he's can be sharp
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: and he looks like a doddering old fool when he
- 1:09:35Speaker 8: was knowing at her the audience which she end up
- 1:09:37Speaker 8: on stage, But Dane, know who do you love more
- 1:09:40Speaker 8: than anyone in the whole white world. But he also
- 1:09:43Speaker 8: made sure the immediate live books coming out in September,
- 1:09:48Speaker 8: And to me, knowing the Bidens as I do, that
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: was like a machioso threat to his own party, because
- 1:09:55Speaker 8: the Democrats are absolutely sick of the Bisons, though are
- 1:09:59Speaker 8: trash Jill Biden all we're all give Barma Bros on
- 1:10:03Speaker 8: their podcast all the faultner like fighting delegates. They're trashing
- 1:10:08Speaker 8: Jill and saying, how dare you, how selfish are you
- 1:10:12Speaker 8: to dredge this all up when we're right front of
- 1:10:14Speaker 8: the midterms and we want to forget about the bad
- 1:10:17Speaker 8: old days of blow bides as presidency. Joe's thanks to them, Hey,
- 1:10:22Speaker 8: lay out my wife because my book's coming out in September.
- 1:10:26Speaker 8: And of course all the Democrats British come up, Oh no, no,
- 1:10:28Speaker 8: he's wrong, it's not September. It's a different day. You know,
- 1:10:32Speaker 8: surely he wouldn't do that just before the midterms. Yes,
- 1:10:35Speaker 8: we would would without for vengeance because they they rubbed
- 1:10:40Speaker 8: him out and he thought he could do a second term.
- 1:10:43Speaker 3: Well.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: Hey, Miranda Devine, brilliant as always. I wish we had
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: more time, but everybody go listen to a podcast Podforce one,
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: the latest episode with Donald Trump. Brilliant interview. Get her
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: columns at the New York Post website, and get her book,
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: The Big Guy. It's the best book ever on Joe Biden. Miranda, Divine,
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: great stuff. Thanks for being with us.
- 1:11:03Speaker 8: Thanks so much.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: Man, All right, take care. Hey, you know Curtis is back.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Every morning. It's Curtis Leiwa and Larry Minty every morning.

- 1:11:24Speaker 1: Hey, we're out of time. Nixt tonight games at eight thirty.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: President will be there, which means it'll be a traffic
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: nightmare all over Midtown tonight. I'll see you tomorrow at
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: ten on seven to ten wor
