  And today's episode is just a very quick and easy one.

  So let's start it off. One of the things that I've noticed over the last few,

  I would say the last couple of days is how quick we are in society right now

  to have this short fuse and.

  The fuses that we have are not as long as I remember.

  Our patience is not as long as we want it to be.
• 2:16
  We want things so quick. We want that instant gratification.

  I'm noticing this everywhere across the board, whether it's in social media,
• 2:25
  whether it's on our phones, whether it's in our work environment.

  There are so many of us that are so quick to judge or so quick to insult or
• 2:35
  so quick to want to snap at somebody because they're not getting what they feel they deserve.

  One of the things that I think is amazing is that we forgot the fundamentals
• 2:45
  of how to just be patient with one another. Boston, welcome, my friend.

  Ginny, welcome. I remember the days when growing up where I felt as if when

  we were speaking with someone,

  if we didn't agree or we would disagree, we would allow others to speak,

  we would allow others to voice their opinions before we debated back and forth.

  Now it's more of who can yell louder, who can be more, who can put somebody

  down, who can discriminate, who can just constantly make them feel,
• 3:17
  you know, like they're this big,
• 3:19
  you know, tiny and all because we want to overpower the individual.

  What happened to the days when we can speak to one another, like as if we were
• 3:29
  brothers or sisters, you know, we talk about the foundation of our relationship
• 3:34
  with God, fearless angel, welcome in. We talk about our patience with each other.

  We talk about how in the scripture it says, you know, love your neighbor as you love yourself.

  Where have we gone wrong? Where have we stopped loving one another and allowing
• 3:51
  us the opportunity to just respect each other?

  I know, Stephanie, welcome in. I want to just tell you right now,

  I see it in myself at times.

  I can feel the short fuse. I feel that at times people will make comments and
• 4:08
  I have to like, take a second to just, whoa, angel, don't react. Don't overreact.

  Take a step back. And I'm going to give you an example.

  You know, I posted a video, you know, a motivational video talking a little
• 4:19
  bit about my relationship with God and somebody took it upon themselves to make
• 4:23
  a very disrespectful comment insinuating that because I am a pastor that I am
• 4:29
  interested in young children.
• 4:31
  And I'm being honest with all of you and it hurt. I'm not going to lie to you.
• 4:35
  The first thing I wanted to do was lash out at the person. But then I said, you know what?
• 4:41
  Before I get upset, let me pray for this person. So I did.
• 4:45
  And then respectfully, I said, yes, I feel that I've touched the lives and the hearts of children.
• 4:51
  And that person got upset because I didn't react the way he wanted them. He wanted me to.
• 4:57
  He wanted me to be upset. He wanted me to gain that negativity.

  He wanted me to step out of my comfort zone and get mad. And I didn't.
• 5:06
  Instead, we prayed for him.
• 5:07
  Instead, we forgive him for what he said, just like Christ forgave those while he was on the cross.

  He said, God, forgive them for they don't know what they do.
• 5:16
  So that's what I want each and every one of you today to do.

  The hardest part about being a person of a spiritual path, a person that believes
• 5:24
  in God and wants to spread the word to all of us. You know what the hardest
• 5:28
  thing we have to do? We have to learn to forgive.
• 5:31
  We have to learn to love. We have to learn to be patient. We have to be kind.
• 5:36
  We have to be courteous. We have to learn to have patience.
• 5:40
  And that is today's message. Be patient with each other. Be patient with yourself.

  Be patient in prayer and never forget that God has patience with you. Let's pray.

  Heavenly Father, we thank you for today's message. We thank you for the ability to come together.

  Lord, we are working with Boston gentlemen who we're going to do a collaboration

  this week and I'm excited about.

  We're going to spread the word. We're going to break the internet because we
• 6:08
  know that together when you continue to put people and armor of God and we strengthen
• 6:13
  that armor of God, we're unbreakable.
• 6:16
  But we're human. And we know that we may have a little backlash.
• 6:20
  We'll be expecting that. But what we will definitely inspire to do is change
• 6:26
  the life of all those that are coming into our life.

  And more importantly, add humor, add wisdom, add guidance to those that are
• 6:36
  looking for the path of righteousness.

  As we close out, we pray the words that you taught us. Our Father,

  who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

  Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

  Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.

  Lead us not into temptation, deliver us from evil. Let's say that again.

  Deliver us from evil for yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory forever and ever.
