  Speaker 5: be on his watch. And I think Venezuela is just

  Speaker 5: the first part of that. You know, he's talked about

  Speaker 5: Colombia and how they continue to make cocaine and produce cocaine.

  Speaker 5: He's talked about the Mexican cartels and transporting a lot.

  Speaker 5: So I think, you know, there's a part of Venezuela

  Speaker 5: going in there to re establish that for the wealth
