- 0:03Speaker 1: I don't really need it.

- 0:08Speaker 3: But who cares?

- 0:12Speaker 2: the Durbin Marshall credit card bill.
- 0:14Speaker 4: See?
- 0:15Speaker 2: Banks and credit unions help small businesses make payroll. This
- 0:18Speaker 2: bill would cut the vital resources they need. While increasing
- 0:21Speaker 2: megastore profits. They deserve it. Don't they? Tell Congress, stop
- 0:27Speaker 2: the Durbin Marshall money grab for corporate megastores. Paid for
- 0:29Speaker 2: by the Electronic Payments Coalition. I built this business the

- 1:25Speaker 5: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 1:29Speaker 5: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 1:31Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 1:36Speaker 5: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 1:42Speaker 5: Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:53Speaker 6: All right, Wayne Allen Root, the Root, the Root, the
- 2:03Speaker 6: Root's on fire, greatest line of all time.
- 2:06Speaker 2: My president with the greatest line of all time, sitting
- 2:09Speaker 2: with the prime minister of Japan and taking questions from
- 2:14Speaker 2: the Japanese media. And the Japanese reporter asked the dumbest
- 2:18Speaker 2: question of all time. Why didn't you tell allies like
- 2:22Speaker 2: our country, Japan, that you were going to attack and
- 2:25Speaker 2: bomb Iran? And President Trump says, why didn't you tell
- 2:29Speaker 2: me about Pearl Harbor before you bombed Pearl Harbor? And
- 2:34Speaker 2: then he looks at him and says, don't you ever
- 2:36Speaker 2: hear of surprise? You people know all about surprise. You're
- 2:39Speaker 2: the nation that knows the most about surprise attacks in
- 2:42Speaker 2: the world. Do you want to tell people you're attacking
- 2:45Speaker 2: them before you attack them so you have no element
- 2:47Speaker 2: of surprise? Just the greatest lie of all time. Why
- 2:52Speaker 2: didn't you tell us about Iran? Why didn't you tell
- 2:54Speaker 2: us about Pearl Harbor? That's a great one. And of course,
- 2:56Speaker 2: liberal media will go nuts. They'll tell you that's the
- 2:58Speaker 2: most horrible thing anyone's ever said. It's the rudest thing.
- 3:01Speaker 1: No.
- 3:02Speaker 2: He is fantastic. He is a breath of fresh air.
- 3:06Speaker 2: I don't want to brag, but he's me. That's exactly
- 3:08Speaker 2: what I would have said. What are you talking about?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Did you tell us before you bombed and killed 3,000
- 3:13Speaker 2: of our sailors at Pearl Harbor? That's exactly what I
- 3:16Speaker 2: would have said. to such a stupid question. Why would
- 3:19Speaker 2: I tell you that we're about to bomb? Why would
- 3:22Speaker 2: I let the secret out of the cat, the cat
- 3:24Speaker 2: out of the hat, you know? Makes no sense. Why
- 3:26Speaker 2: would you tell Congress when Ilhan Omar will immediately tell Iran,
- 3:31Speaker 2: we're coming to bomb you? Rashida Tlaib will immediately tell Iran,
- 3:34Speaker 2: I'm not so sure. that Chuck Schumer wouldn't immediately tell Iran.
- 3:39Speaker 2: The entire Democrat Party is a bunch of traitors. They
- 3:43Speaker 2: all probably could easily be arrested for seditious behavior treason
- 3:48Speaker 2: and spying on the United States, the whole Democrat Party.
- 3:52Speaker 2: They're all on the take for the Mexican drug cartel
- 3:54Speaker 2: in China and probably Iran and some Muslim billionaires as well.
- 3:59Speaker 2: So why would you tell them before you're going to
- 4:01Speaker 2: sneak attack Iran? As a matter of fact, we faked
- 4:04Speaker 2: them out. And remember who said that was a terrible thing?
- 4:06Speaker 2: Someone should go to jail for that. You're a war criminal.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson. I don't want anybody to forget that. Tucker
- 4:12Speaker 2: said that's a war crime. It's not a war crime.
- 4:16Speaker 2: It's a brilliant example. War strategy. Brilliant military strategy. Tucker Carlson.
- 4:22Speaker 2: He's a mother trucker. He's a mother Tucker. That's what
- 4:26Speaker 2: he is. There's the name. Mother Tucker. I just wanted
- 4:29Speaker 2: to make sure I didn't say the real word on TV.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Mother Tucker. That's what Tucker is. That's my new nickname
- 4:35Speaker 2: for him.
- 4:37Speaker 5: All right.
- 4:38Speaker 2: News stories that are breaking. First of all, breaking news.
- 4:42Speaker 2: James Comey, former FBI director, has been subpoenaed in the
- 4:46Speaker 2: Justice Department's Russiagate investigation. It is happening. I'm telling you,
- 4:51Speaker 2: people are going to go to jail for stealing the election.
- 4:54Speaker 2: And I've said this from day one, 2020 was stolen. 2016,
- 5:00Speaker 2: they tried to steal it. Then they tried to destroy
- 5:03Speaker 2: the entire Trump's first term with Russiagate. Then they stole 2020.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Then they tried to destroy any chance of Trump running
- 5:10Speaker 2: in 2024. By persecuting him and prosecuting him, it was
- 5:14Speaker 2: all a con. It was all a scam. It was
- 5:17Speaker 2: all fraud. It was all Nazi-like behavior. And they've tried
- 5:21Speaker 2: for 10 years to destroy Donald Trump, to spy on him,
- 5:24Speaker 2: to lie about him, to frame him, and to steal
- 5:28Speaker 2: from him. and to steal the nation. When you steal
- 5:31Speaker 2: the government, you're stealing the nation. You stole the nation
- 5:35Speaker 2: from the taxpayers. And it isn't about James Comey, as
- 5:38Speaker 2: I said from day one. Twist the arm, it's about Obama.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Grab Comey and say, life in prison, you mother trucker.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Life in prison, you traitorous piece of garbage. You seditious
- 5:51Speaker 2: insurrectionist thief. Life in Gitmo. Or one year in prison,
- 5:58Speaker 2: in a country club prison, if you give up Obama.
- 6:00Speaker 2: And Obama's toast. I'm telling you that's how you get Obama.
- 6:04Speaker 2: There's 50 of them who know that Obama's the one
- 6:06Speaker 2: who gave the orders. Obama certainly knew about everything going on.
- 6:10Speaker 2: It was treason to spy on a presidential candidate and
- 6:14Speaker 2: give the information to his opponent, who's the Secretary of State,
- 6:17Speaker 2: who you want to be President of the United States.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Far worse than Watergate ever was. So twist the arms.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Obama knew about it. No way the president to know.
- 6:25Speaker 2: But I've written 50 articles about this over the last
- 6:27Speaker 2: five years, five years since 2016. So 10 years, excuse me,
- 6:34Speaker 2: 10 years since Russiagate happened and the spying happened. And
- 6:38Speaker 2: also I would throw in Biden stealing, extorting from world
- 6:42Speaker 2: leaders in Ukraine and China through his son, Hunter, all
- 6:46Speaker 2: of that was under the auspices of Barack Obama. He
- 6:50Speaker 2: had to know he's the capo di tutti. You can't
- 6:53Speaker 2: do it without the Godfather knowing or he'll kill you.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Of course, Obama knew it. Most likely he ordered it.
- 6:59Speaker 2: He was in on the plans. Obama's got to go
- 7:02Speaker 2: to jail. Obama's got to be indicted. and prosecuted, where
- 7:07Speaker 2: there is no country anymore. There is no rule of
- 7:09Speaker 2: law anymore. There is no justice anymore. This was all Obama.
- 7:14Speaker 2: He's the dirtiest player in the history of politics. And
- 7:17Speaker 2: you know what I tie it to? Cesar Chavez. You
- 7:22Speaker 2: know about the scandal, right? I haven't even bothered to
- 7:24Speaker 2: read it. I've just read the headlines. Cesar Chavez was
- 7:27Speaker 2: every liberal's favorite. You know, wasn't he the guy who
- 7:29Speaker 2: was in charge of all the fruit pickers and the
- 7:31Speaker 2: vegetable pickers and and the farm workers and all the
- 7:35Speaker 2: Latinos from Mexico that picked crops. This guy was their
- 7:39Speaker 2: union leader, I believe, Cesar Chavez. And they idolized him
- 7:42Speaker 2: and they loved him. Now it turns out he was
- 7:44Speaker 2: like Epstein. He was having sex with little kids. He
- 7:47Speaker 2: was a child abuser, a child sex abuser, a pedophile
- 7:50Speaker 2: of some kind. That's the way I'm reading it. And
- 7:53Speaker 2: they've taken his name off everything. Well, he's been dead
- 7:55Speaker 2: for many years. Now they've taken his name off everything.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Cesar Chavez was not who you thought he was. Well,
- 8:01Speaker 2: few people really are. Epstein wasn't the big shot you
- 8:05Speaker 2: thought he was. He was a piece of garbage. And
- 8:07Speaker 2: Weinstein wasn't the person you thought he was. He was
- 8:10Speaker 2: the Hollywood movie producer, but he was a horrible human being.
- 8:13Speaker 2: I'm telling you, Obama is a horrible human being. Obama
- 8:17Speaker 2: is not the person you thought he was. We're going
- 8:20Speaker 2: to expose Obama and the whole world's going to find out. Epstein, Weinstein,
- 8:25Speaker 2: Cesar Chavez, Obama. That should be the title of my
- 8:27Speaker 2: next column. Epstein, Weinstein, Cesar Chavez, Obama. You thought they
- 8:32Speaker 2: were great and they turn out to be pieces of
- 8:35Speaker 2: subhuman garbage. That's Obama. We're going to get him. We're
- 8:39Speaker 2: going to get him. And here's more along those lines.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Did U.S. intelligence agencies hide Chinese interference in the 2020
- 8:47Speaker 2: election from Trump? Questions over the integrity of the 2020
- 8:50Speaker 2: election continue to linger after the revelation that analysts inside
- 8:54Speaker 2: the U.S. intelligence community sought to conceal evidence of Chinese
- 8:58Speaker 2: interference from then-President Donald J.
- 9:01Speaker 5: Trump.
- 9:03Speaker 2: So, again, they knew there was interference by China. They
- 9:07Speaker 2: did not want to tell Trump. And then let me
- 9:10Speaker 2: tie that to one more.
- 9:11Speaker 5: Hold on.
- 9:12Speaker 2: I've got to find it. Here it is. Trump vindicated again.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Forbes values Mar-a-Lago at $ 560 million, exposing Letitia James' fake numbers.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Not only her, but wasn't that Judge Erdogan or something
- 9:27Speaker 2: like that? That judge.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Here it is.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Judge Arthur. They don't put his last name in here.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Isn't that funny? I think it was Erdogan was his name.
- 9:35Speaker 2: What a terrible person, Letitia James. What a terrible person.
- 9:38Speaker 2: What frauds they are. That is bizarre. The judge's name
- 9:43Speaker 2: is not listed here. I think it was Erdogan. They
- 9:46Speaker 2: put Judge Arthur, and there's no last name listed. Very strange.
- 9:50Speaker 2: But it was a crackpot Manhattan commie judge and a
- 9:54Speaker 2: crackpot Letitia James, and they went after Trump and the
- 9:59Speaker 2: most ridiculous... assertion to try and convict him was that
- 10:02Speaker 2: he overvalued his Mar-a-Lago property. And, you know, I've been there,
- 10:05Speaker 2: I don't know, 20 times. And I'm telling you, just
- 10:08Speaker 2: the paintings on the wall are worth more than $ 20 million.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Not even close. The paintings on the wall might be
- 10:13Speaker 2: worth $ 100 million or $ 200 million or $ 300 million. And
- 10:16Speaker 2: they made it like Mar-a-Lago isn't worth more than $ 18 million.
- 10:21Speaker 2: The paintings on the wall are worth more. than the
- 10:24Speaker 2: amount they use. They are so stupid or such liars,
- 10:28Speaker 2: such frauds, that people who are communists, who know nothing
- 10:32Speaker 2: about business and they hate capitalism and know nothing about capitalism,
- 10:37Speaker 2: they know nothing about value of real estate or stocks,
- 10:40Speaker 2: They tried to say that Trump borrowed against Mar-a-Lago's value,
- 10:46Speaker 2: and he never had a right to borrow against something
- 10:48Speaker 2: worth $ 500 million because it was only worth $ 18 million.
- 10:50Speaker 2: So Trump's a fraud. No, it turns out you're the frauds.
- 10:54Speaker 2: You're the frauds. Again, all part of this 10-year conspiracy.
- 10:58Speaker 2: To destroy President Trump. Again, remind me, Batar, the title
- 11:02Speaker 2: will be Epstein, Weinstein, Cesar Chavez, and Obama. They were
- 11:07Speaker 2: not who you thought they were. Obama's a criminal. A criminal.
- 11:13Speaker 2: And as far as the morons who still think we
- 11:16Speaker 2: shouldn't be in Iran, Benjamin Netanyahu declares Iran's nuclear program
- 11:21Speaker 2: and missile production destroyed. Destroyed. It's gone. Nuclear program now gone.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Missile production now gone. The United States and Israel together
- 11:30Speaker 2: have done a great job waging this war, prosecuting this war.
- 11:34Speaker 2: A historic job, a phenomenal job, a best in the
- 11:37Speaker 2: world history job of taking apart Iran. Bomb by bomb,
- 11:43Speaker 2: missile silo by missile silo, nuclear launch pad by nuclear
- 11:47Speaker 2: launch pad. It just goes beyond any common sense to
- 11:52Speaker 2: think that we're not winning in Iran. Remember all the
- 11:55Speaker 2: people who try and convince you? that the United States
- 11:58Speaker 2: spends too much on defense, national defense, national security. What
- 12:03Speaker 2: do they always say? They say, we spend more than
- 12:05Speaker 2: the other 10 biggest spender countries in the world combined
- 12:10Speaker 2: on national defense. We spend like 10 times more than
- 12:13Speaker 2: China and 10 times more than Russia. So do you
- 12:16Speaker 2: really believe that we spend that much on national defense
- 12:18Speaker 2: and military? Do you believe that we're going to lose
- 12:20Speaker 2: to Iran? Is that what you believe? Because the headlines
- 12:23Speaker 2: are all lies and fraud trying to scare you. I
- 12:26Speaker 2: call them fear porn. There's nothing horrible happening. We're not
- 12:29Speaker 2: on the way to World War III, and no one's
- 12:31Speaker 2: going to nuke America, and Iran doesn't have any nukes
- 12:34Speaker 2: left to kill us with. We've won this war. It's
- 12:37Speaker 2: a mop-up operation from this point forward, and it's worrying
- 12:40Speaker 2: about terrorist attacks and the Strait of Hormuz. Those are
- 12:43Speaker 2: the two things we've got to worry about. But we've
- 12:45Speaker 2: won the war. Great military execution. We'll be right back. Hi,

- 14:58Speaker 2: This presidency is ushering in the golden age of prosperity,
- 15:01Speaker 2: and it's all built around making America the energy capital
- 15:04Speaker 2: of the world. Enter lost soldier oil and gas. It
- 15:07Speaker 2: took 40 years to piece together this 40,000-acre giant gas discovery.
- 15:12Speaker 2: It's estimated to contain up to 6 trillion cubic feet
- 15:15Speaker 2: of gas. with a management forecast projecting the first 25
- 15:19Speaker 2: wells alone to produce 400 million cubic feet per day
- 15:23Speaker 2: of natural gas. This is how we power the AI
- 15:26Speaker 2: future of America with clean natural gas. Headed by oil
- 15:30Speaker 2: and gas legend Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies delivered
- 15:33Speaker 2: spectacular returns for investors. At their peaks, Pettico Energy grew
- 15:37Speaker 2: about 100 to 1 for investors. Ultra Petroleum grew about 1,000
- 15:40Speaker 2: to 1 for investors. To learn more about Lost Soldier

- 15:47Speaker 2: or go to LostSoldier.com. That's LostSoldier.com. All right. Swing out
- 16:11Speaker 2: the root, the root, the root, the root's on fire.
- 16:13Speaker 2: A damning study. of over a million kids finds myocarditis
- 16:18Speaker 2: only in the vaccinated. Of course, there's not a kid
- 16:21Speaker 2: in America who gets myocarditis without being vaccinated with the
- 16:26Speaker 2: COVID vaccine. Are you kidding me? Pericarditis and myocarditis appear
- 16:31Speaker 2: to be problems visited solely upon vaccinated kids. And I
- 16:35Speaker 2: assume it's almost 99% because of the COVID vaccine. But really,
- 16:39Speaker 2: all vaccines are troublemakers. These kids would never have these
- 16:43Speaker 2: problems without vaccines. Never. Biden administration officials and so-called experts
- 16:50Speaker 2: characterized COVID-19 vaccines as safe and effective during the pandemic.
- 16:56Speaker 2: in the face of an avalanche of tragic evidence to
- 16:59Speaker 2: the contrary, the powers that be waged costly and unsuccessful
- 17:03Speaker 2: propaganda and censorship campaigns to cure America's skepticism. Don't forget,
- 17:10Speaker 2: not only propaganda that... The vaccine is safe and effective,
- 17:14Speaker 2: and everyone who's against it, like me, is a kook.
- 17:17Speaker 2: But also propaganda. Anyone who says that ivermectin is a
- 17:21Speaker 2: great remedy for COVID is a moron. It's horse paste.
- 17:25Speaker 2: It's for horses and pigs and cows. Lie, lie, lie.
- 17:30Speaker 2: It's human ivermectin, and every study shows it kills COVID
- 17:35Speaker 2: almost on contact. And the best example, I have hundreds
- 17:39Speaker 2: of examples that I could prove to anybody. But the
- 17:42Speaker 2: single best example is a state in India. And it's
- 17:47Speaker 2: a state with 200 million people. So one state in
- 17:50Speaker 2: India has almost as many people as the whole United
- 17:52Speaker 2: States of America. 200 plus million people, might be 250
- 17:56Speaker 2: million people. And they had terrible COVID. And they handed out,
- 18:00Speaker 2: the government of India never gave the vaccine. They gave
- 18:03Speaker 2: to every person in the entire state Ivermectin, vitamin C,
- 18:08Speaker 2: vitamin D, and zinc. And it knocked out COVID in
- 18:12Speaker 2: a week and there were no deaths. That was the
- 18:14Speaker 2: end of it. COVID died. That's all you ever need. COVID,
- 18:18Speaker 2: Ivermectin costs pennies. Vitamin C costs pennies. Vitamin D3 costs pennies.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Zinc costs pennies. You never needed to spend probably collectively
- 18:28Speaker 2: trillions of dollars on on all the lies, fraud, propaganda,
- 18:34Speaker 2: the vaccine, the masks, the lockdowns, all lies, none of
- 18:38Speaker 2: it ever needed. But if they had ever admitted, if
- 18:41Speaker 2: they had ever admitted that COVID could be destroyed instantly
- 18:52Speaker 2: by hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin, they could not have gotten emergency
- 18:56Speaker 2: use authorization For the COVID vaccine, which made them literally
- 19:00Speaker 2: trillions of dollars. Certainly, if I'm exaggerating, hundreds of billions.
- 19:04Speaker 2: It made billionaires out of all the top executives and
- 19:08Speaker 2: all the big pharma companies that made the vaccine. It
- 19:11Speaker 2: made millionaires out of their secretaries. You know, this is
- 19:14Speaker 2: like the original Microsoft. You know, Gates and all his
- 19:17Speaker 2: top executives became billionaires and the secretaries became millionaires. Well,
- 19:22Speaker 2: that's what happened at Big Pharma. Secretaries became millionaires. You
- 19:25Speaker 2: don't think some of the people who became millionaires and
- 19:28Speaker 2: 100 millionaires and maybe 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 millionaires, right?
- 19:33Speaker 2: You know, you're worth $ 30 million overnight. That's not so
- 19:35Speaker 2: bad either, right? Could you live the rest of your
- 19:37Speaker 2: life with 30 million? I'm telling you, that was the wives,
- 19:42Speaker 2: the spouses, the cousins, the uncles, the aunts, the parents,
- 19:47Speaker 2: the children of senators and congressmen and governors who all said, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 19:52Speaker 2: it's safe, it's effective, go use it. It was one
- 19:55Speaker 2: big giant scam. Everyone got rich and the kids died
- 19:59Speaker 2: or the kids are sick. Kids will never be the same.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Your kid's never going to play sports again because they
- 20:04Speaker 2: could drop dead if they've got myocarditis.
- 20:08Speaker 5: All right.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Here's a new one. Migrant welfare rankings. Guess which groups
- 20:12Speaker 2: cost you the most. New report released by the Center
- 20:15Speaker 2: for Immigration Studies sheds light on the scope of American
- 20:18Speaker 2: welfare benefits. They studied non-citizen households, both permanent legal residents
- 20:23Speaker 2: and illegal immigrants versus American taxpayers. Study released March 18th, 2026.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Is that today? I assume that's today. Today must be
- 20:32Speaker 2: the 18th. Today's the 19th. All right. So it was
- 20:35Speaker 2: released yesterday. Let's see. Today's the 19th. So it was
- 20:38Speaker 2: released yesterday. Although most new legal immigrants and illegal immigrants
- 20:46Speaker 2: are barred from assessing most means-tested programs, these restrictions have
- 20:51Speaker 2: not prevented a large share of non-citizen households from assessing
- 20:55Speaker 2: the welfare system. 47% of households headed by a non-citizen,
- 21:00Speaker 2: both permanent legal residents... and illegal immigrants utilize at least
- 21:03Speaker 2: one government-funded welfare program. The number jumps to 54% when
- 21:08Speaker 2: including refundable tax credits. I've talked about this for years,
- 21:11Speaker 2: maybe for decades. Earned income tax credit. It's a total scam.
- 21:15Speaker 2: It's another welfare program. 47% of households headed by a
- 21:19Speaker 2: non-citizen utilize at least one government-funded welfare program. Number jumps
- 21:23Speaker 2: to 54% when you add earned income tax credits. For
- 21:26Speaker 2: native-born Americans, it's 28% and 31%. So when they tell
- 21:29Speaker 2: you they're not on welfare, they're on welfare at a
- 21:32Speaker 2: much higher level than American citizens. Illegals, come here and
- 21:36Speaker 2: steal your money. I'll be right back. Great guests coming up. Oh,
- 21:40Speaker 2: superstar guests coming up. Hi, this is Wayne Allyn Root
- 21:45Speaker 2: for AmioLife. You all know how much I value my

- 23:02Speaker 2: the Root, the Root, the Root's on fire. Welcome back.
- 23:05Speaker 2: War Zone Live. I want to remind everyone real quick,
- 23:08Speaker 2: then we'll get to a great guest today. I've been
- 23:10Speaker 2: telling you that story for a couple of days now
- 23:12Speaker 2: about the Vegas Sheriff, Kevin McMayhill, who is like a
- 23:15Speaker 2: hero of mine. who did such a wonderful job facing
- 23:20Speaker 2: off with this judge, and he is the winner of
- 23:22Speaker 2: this battle to keep Las Vegas safe from really bad felons.
- 23:26Speaker 2: We got him here with us right now, but I
- 23:28Speaker 2: want to mention real quick that my big show is
- 23:31Speaker 2: this weekend. It's America's Top Ten Countdown on Real America's
- 23:34Speaker 2: Voice TV, and it's going to be at noon Eastern,
- 23:37Speaker 2: 9 a.m. Pacific. Noon Eastern, 9 a.m. Pacific. I'm mentioning
- 23:40Speaker 2: that because we changed the time and went back to
- 23:43Speaker 2: the original time you... called us you emailed us you
- 23:47Speaker 2: texted me you told me the audience you loved the
- 23:50Speaker 2: original time back to back with steve bannon's war room
- 23:53Speaker 2: on saturday mornings they had moved me for nine to
- 23:55Speaker 2: ten west coast time and you didn't like that time
- 23:59Speaker 2: and i told the owner of real america's voice and
- 24:01Speaker 2: i told the uh ownership and management, and they made
- 24:04Speaker 2: the change back. So it's only two weeks lost, and
- 24:07Speaker 2: we're back to our original time. It's Bannon, then Wayne Root,
- 24:11Speaker 2: then James O'Keefe show. So we are at noon Eastern,
- 24:14Speaker 2: 9 a.m. Pacific on Saturday. And guess who my guest
- 24:17Speaker 2: will be? The same guest I've got here right now,
- 24:19Speaker 2: Sheriff Kevin McMayhill, Sheriff of Las Vegas Metro Police Department.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Kind of a sheriff is another word for police chief.
- 24:26Speaker 2: In Las Vegas, he's in charge of the whole Metro
- 24:28Speaker 2: Police Department. Let's put him up on the screen. Sheriff
- 24:31Speaker 2: Kevin McMayhill, welcome to the show. How are you? Hi, Warren.
- 24:35Speaker 5: How are you?
- 24:35Speaker 3: Thanks for having me.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Good. Do we have you on screen or do we
- 24:37Speaker 2: only have you on phone? Where do we have you?
- 24:40Speaker 3: Well, I'm on the Zoom.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Well, I don't have it up there, boys. Come on, David.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Where's the picture? There's no picture on the screen.
- 24:46Speaker 8: I see it.
- 24:48Speaker 2: He sees me, but I don't see him. There we go.
- 24:50Speaker 5: There we go.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Now I got you. All right, good. Great to see you, Kevin.
- 24:54Speaker 3: All right. Nice to see you, too.
- 24:55Speaker 2: So you saw my column today at Gateway Pundit. I've
- 24:58Speaker 2: had 9 million readers in the last three years at
- 25:01Speaker 2: Gateway Pundit. I'm the big columnist there, and it's always
- 25:04Speaker 2: at the top of the page. It's generally the number
- 25:06Speaker 2: one story of the day. And I want to let
- 25:08Speaker 2: the whole world know that I think you're a hero, man.
- 25:11Speaker 2: You are a great example of why Las Vegas is
- 25:15Speaker 2: not gonna be Los Angeles, because we're gonna have a
- 25:18Speaker 2: law and order with you in charge. So I wanna
- 25:20Speaker 2: start by saying thank you. You are greatly appreciated, Kevin.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Well, thanks, Wayne. I don't see myself as a hero.
- 25:28Speaker 3: I'm just trying to keep this community safe.
- 25:29Speaker 8: That's really what we set out to do every day,
- 25:32Speaker 8: but thanks for the kind words.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Well, things are so bad in the rest of the
- 25:35Speaker 2: country that if you keep us safe, you're a hero.
- 25:38Speaker 2: So here's the deal. So Las Vegas Justice Court Judge
- 25:42Speaker 2: Eric Goodman, and I don't know if people in the
- 25:44Speaker 2: rest of the United States, because this is a national show,
- 25:46Speaker 2: realize Goodman is the son of Oscar and Carolyn Goodman,
- 25:49Speaker 2: the former mayors of Las Vegas, each of them three terms.
- 25:53Speaker 2: So between the two of them, 24 years as mayor
- 25:55Speaker 2: of Vegas, very moderate, very nice, both registered Democrats, but
- 25:59Speaker 2: very pro-business, and I was fans of them and friends
- 26:02Speaker 2: with them. I like Oscar. I like Carolyn. I don't
- 26:05Speaker 2: know what happened to their son, but Eric Goodman, somewhere
- 26:08Speaker 2: along the line, became a real liberal, bleeding-heart judge and
- 26:11Speaker 2: ordered the release of Joshua Sanchez Lopez, 35-time offender. Yes,
- 26:16Speaker 2: I said that correctly, 35-time offender, including manslaughter. and drug charges,
- 26:22Speaker 2: but you did not comply with the judge's orders to
- 26:24Speaker 2: release him on an ankle bracelet monitoring system, because he'd
- 26:28Speaker 2: done that before and the guys committed all kinds of
- 26:32Speaker 2: offenses while out and about and never showed up at
- 26:35Speaker 2: court and didn't care about his ankle bracelet, made fun
- 26:37Speaker 2: of it on video. So you said no to the judge.
- 26:40Speaker 2: I don't know if any cop in America has ever
- 26:41Speaker 2: said no to a judge. You said no, and it
- 26:45Speaker 2: started this battle, this very public battle, and it appears
- 26:47Speaker 2: as of today, you've won that battle, correct?
- 26:51Speaker 8: Well, I think we're still going to be going to
- 26:52Speaker 8: the Supreme Court over this issue, but for right now, yes,
- 26:56Speaker 8: the judge backed out of his order this morning in
- 26:59Speaker 8: holding Metro and myself in contempt of court. Look, the
- 27:02Speaker 8: bottom line is this guy's been arrested 35 times. That's
- 27:05Speaker 8: not the amount of charges he's had, Wayne. He's been
- 27:08Speaker 8: arrested 35 times.
- 27:10Speaker 3: That's a habit.
- 27:11Speaker 8: That's not just some poor, unwitting guy that's going out
- 27:15Speaker 8: there and making a mistake.
- 27:17Speaker 3: This guy's intentional. He's a felon every day, right?
- 27:20Speaker 8: So he goes out there, he's waving guns, running from
- 27:23Speaker 8: the cops, dealing drugs. The latest charges, I don't know
- 27:26Speaker 8: if you're aware of all the newest charges. We just
- 27:28Speaker 8: went and put him back in jail again.
- 27:30Speaker 3: But this is a bad guy, and he didn't deserve
- 27:33Speaker 3: to be walking out in our community.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Last I saw, you hit him with a new 27
- 27:38Speaker 2: charges for new crimes. So tell us what happened with that.
- 27:42Speaker 2: In other words, the judge did let him out for
- 27:44Speaker 2: a day, and you guys grabbed him for a new offense.
- 27:47Speaker 2: What happened exactly?
- 27:49Speaker 8: So, you know, I run the medium and high level
- 27:51Speaker 8: monitoring house arrest programs or electronic monitoring. So the judge
- 27:55Speaker 8: decided to take him and put him out on one
- 27:58Speaker 8: on a very low level, basically unmonitored system.
- 28:01Speaker 3: And so once we found that out, it was.
- 28:03Speaker 8: No surprise to me, no shock to me that we
- 28:06Speaker 8: were going to be running across him very quickly. We
- 28:08Speaker 8: received a 911 call of a gentleman that was breaking
- 28:11Speaker 8: into– gentleman, I use that loosely, of course, but breaking
- 28:15Speaker 8: into mailboxes with a shaved key, still in mail. So
- 28:20Speaker 8: we go over there. We get him into custody. We
- 28:23Speaker 8: go back, serve warrants on his apartment. He's got stolen
- 28:26Speaker 8: credit cards. Everybody's stolen mail in there. Just a typical
- 28:32Speaker 8: thief that's out there. He's got methamphetamine. He's got everything
- 28:36Speaker 8: you need for a fraud lab to defraud literally hundreds
- 28:39Speaker 8: of people that he's come across. So all these individuals
- 28:43Speaker 8: try to say these are victimless crimes. But what if
- 28:45Speaker 8: you're waiting for your tax return? What if you're waiting
- 28:48Speaker 8: on your credit card when your identity gets stolen? This
- 28:51Speaker 8: is not good stuff that happens to everyday Americans.
- 28:54Speaker 2: How about a Social Security check that an elderly person needs?
- 28:56Speaker 2: He could have stolen that check out of the mailbox, right?
- 28:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, these are real people that he's impacted.
- 29:02Speaker 3: And so, of course, then we go over.
- 29:04Speaker 8: He's got over 14 grams of methamphetamine with the person
- 29:08Speaker 8: that we arrested with, eight children that are being subjected
- 29:11Speaker 8: to dope dealing and all the things that are there.
- 29:14Speaker 8: So child abuse is another charge. So he's back in
- 29:16Speaker 8: our criminal justice system. Thankfully, the new judge held him
- 29:21Speaker 8: this morning. He had his initial appearance. And she said,
- 29:24Speaker 8: too dangerous to get back out into our streets. And
- 29:26Speaker 8: so she held him without bail and so I believe
- 29:29Speaker 8: he's scheduled for April 20th I believe for the next
- 29:32Speaker 8: court hearing so he'll be held at least until then
- 29:35Speaker 8: and hopefully we'll send him off to prison for the
- 29:37Speaker 8: needed rehabilitation.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:40Speaker 2: We're talking to Sheriff Kevin McMayhill of Metro here in
- 29:43Speaker 2: Las Vegas, who's been the center of a national story.
- 29:46Speaker 2: And I think it's not me, Kevin. I think the
- 29:48Speaker 2: whole world thinks you're a hero, by the way. They
- 29:50Speaker 2: all love that you stood up to that judge and said, no,
- 29:53Speaker 2: I am not going to let him out on an
- 29:55Speaker 2: ankle monitor because you said so when this guy's going
- 29:58Speaker 2: to hurt people. And sure enough, Aren't we able to
- 30:01Speaker 2: say you were right? They let him out, and what happens?
- 30:04Speaker 2: He recommits all kinds of offenses. Kind of makes you
- 30:07Speaker 2: look good, huh? Makes you look right. We don't want
- 30:10Speaker 2: someone to recommit offenses, but it proves you were right
- 30:14Speaker 2: in the first place. He never should be out.
- 30:18Speaker 8: Look, I mean, it goes without saying, but I also
- 30:21Speaker 8: have to just give the credit to the men and
- 30:23Speaker 8: women of Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
- 30:25Speaker 3: They went out.
- 30:26Speaker 8: They did what we always ask them to do. They
- 30:27Speaker 8: show up like they do every single day. They got
- 30:30Speaker 8: this guy out there committing a bunch of offenses, and
- 30:32Speaker 8: he's right back where he belongs.
- 30:34Speaker 2: And, you know, correct me if I'm wrong. Let me
- 30:36Speaker 2: tell you, I'm not law enforcement. My life is not
- 30:39Speaker 2: spent in crime, and yet I have a theory. You know,
- 30:42Speaker 2: it seems like to me like 5% or so of
- 30:45Speaker 2: the criminals commit like 95% of the crimes. So if
- 30:48Speaker 2: you just threw away the key, what if we used
- 30:51Speaker 2: to have three strikes and you're out? If you commit
- 30:53Speaker 2: three serious crimes, I'm not saying if you steal bread
- 30:56Speaker 2: and you're starving, but if you commit three serious crimes
- 31:00Speaker 2: and we used to put you in jail for life
- 31:03Speaker 2: with the last strike and we don't do that anymore,
- 31:06Speaker 2: if you did that, wouldn't it seem like crime would
- 31:08Speaker 2: drop dramatically? Because it seems like it's the same people
- 31:11Speaker 2: like this guy again and again and again.
- 31:16Speaker 8: You know, Wayne, as you well know, in the three
- 31:17Speaker 8: years I've been the sheriff, we've dropped our crime statistics dramatically.
- 31:22Speaker 3: Homicide by itself is almost 40%.
- 31:24Speaker 8: But if you were to go in and look at
- 31:26Speaker 8: the number of people that are out there on the street,
- 31:29Speaker 8: it goes for officer-involved shootings as well. Everybody wants us
- 31:32Speaker 8: to reduce officer-involved shootings.
- 31:33Speaker 3: Well, guess what?
- 31:34Speaker 8: Every guy we ever end up shooting has a criminal
- 31:36Speaker 8: history a mile and a half long. Same thing with
- 31:38Speaker 8: these suspects that are out there shooting people and killing people.
- 31:41Speaker 8: If we would actually just have them serve the sentences
- 31:44Speaker 8: for the crimes that they committed in the first place,
- 31:47Speaker 8: crime across all American cities would drop significantly.
- 31:50Speaker 3: There's no doubt about it.
- 31:52Speaker 2: What should be the role of sheriffs moving forward here?
- 31:55Speaker 2: I mean, are you... serving as an example of what
- 31:57Speaker 2: could be done and what should be done by many
- 32:00Speaker 2: sheriffs in this country, just because a judge says let
- 32:03Speaker 2: a guy out who's accused of murder, manslaughter, drug charges,
- 32:07Speaker 2: serious crimes, that doesn't mean you have to let him out.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Why not other sheriffs and other police chiefs stand up
- 32:14Speaker 2: to these judges and say, no, he's a danger to
- 32:17Speaker 2: the public. I won't let him out. Do you think
- 32:19Speaker 2: this is something that could start a trend?
- 32:22Speaker 3: I hope so.
- 32:22Speaker 8: I'm hearing from lots of sheriffs around the country right
- 32:25Speaker 8: now that are asking what we did and how.
- 32:27Speaker 2: We did it.
- 32:27Speaker 8: I will tell you one of the ways is that
- 32:30Speaker 8: Nevada Revised Statute or Nevada law actually provides for me
- 32:34Speaker 8: to run my jail, right?
- 32:36Speaker 3: It's my job to run the electronic monitoring program.
- 32:40Speaker 8: While I can't supersede a judge's order, what I can
- 32:43Speaker 8: do is let them know that I cannot effectively monitor
- 32:45Speaker 8: one of these people that they're going to let out
- 32:47Speaker 8: when I know that they're going to continue to commit crimes. Wayne,
- 32:50Speaker 8: I just want to tell you, by the way, this
- 32:52Speaker 8: is the 15th individual I've done this to. Eleven of them,
- 32:56Speaker 8: they agreed with the decision that we were making on this.
- 32:58Speaker 2: That's great.
- 32:59Speaker 3: And we're going to let a really bad guy out
- 33:01Speaker 3: of jail.
- 33:01Speaker 8: And then for some reason, they just decided that we
- 33:03Speaker 8: were going to figure out how we were going to
- 33:05Speaker 8: test this process. And so we're going to continue to
- 33:08Speaker 8: do this to keep our community safe as we move forward.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I mentioned in the article, Kevin, that we have
- 33:14Speaker 2: Plenty of crime in Las Vegas. We're a big city
- 33:16Speaker 2: and there's lots of criminals and lots of low lives around.
- 33:19Speaker 2: But we are so much better than most big cities
- 33:22Speaker 2: and so much better than L.A. and San Francisco and
- 33:25Speaker 2: California where you rob someone's house and they don't make
- 33:29Speaker 2: it into a felony. You rob in a store and
- 33:31Speaker 2: they don't make it into a felony when you walk
- 33:33Speaker 2: out with thousands of dollars of stuff. It seems like
- 33:35Speaker 2: in Las Vegas we treat criminals harsher and that's probably
- 33:39Speaker 2: why with a great sheriff like you, It's a lot
- 33:42Speaker 2: safer city than in L.A. or San Francisco. Don't you
- 33:44Speaker 2: feel that way?
- 33:47Speaker 3: That's a good question.
- 33:47Speaker 8: I think that I have a police department full of
- 33:50Speaker 8: exceptional detectives and police officers.
- 33:52Speaker 3: That are out there taking it to the bad guys
- 33:53Speaker 3: every day. And they believe in our mission and what
- 33:55Speaker 3: we're doing.
- 33:56Speaker 8: And I think that makes a huge difference in the
- 33:59Speaker 8: fight against crime.
- 34:00Speaker 2: I'm very proud I live in Las Vegas, and I'm
- 34:02Speaker 2: very proud to have you as my sheriff and to
- 34:03Speaker 2: have all those guys and gals in Metro who do
- 34:06Speaker 2: a great job every day. Tell them Wayne Root loves
- 34:08Speaker 2: them and appreciates them, and we appreciate you, Kevin. Thanks
- 34:11Speaker 2: for this wonderful story. It's finally a good law and
- 34:14Speaker 2: order story that America has been waiting for. Thank you, Kev.
- 34:18Speaker 5: Thanks, Wayne.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Appreciate it.
- 34:19Speaker 2: God bless.
- 34:20Speaker 6: You're the best.
- 34:21Speaker 2: We'll be right back on Wayne L. Root, Ward Zone Live.

- 38:02Speaker 2: Wayne Allyn Root, hope you enjoyed that interview. I understand
- 38:04Speaker 2: we had some technical difficulties at the very top of
- 38:06Speaker 2: it with some of the audio, but then we got
- 38:08Speaker 2: our act straight. And important interview, because I think that
- 38:13Speaker 2: is really an exhibit A for how cops, sheriffs, police
- 38:18Speaker 2: chiefs across America should start to think now. They're more
- 38:22Speaker 2: important than judges. Screw the judges. Judges don't know anything.
- 38:25Speaker 2: Liberal judges are morons. Liberal judges are traitors. Liberal judges
- 38:30Speaker 2: need to be, what's the right word, overrun, overthrown, over, yeah, reshuffled,
- 38:38Speaker 2: whatever the word is. They need to be taught a
- 38:41Speaker 2: little lesson that they know nothing. Who made them the
- 38:44Speaker 2: king of the world because they got a black robe?
- 38:47Speaker 2: What's the big deal about a black robe? I could
- 38:49Speaker 2: buy one at a Halloween store. What a joke. Let
- 38:53Speaker 2: me mention the sponsor of this segment of the show.
- 38:54Speaker 2: Then we'll get to some more really important stories. My
- 38:56Speaker 2: biggest story, actually, somehow in my shuffling, I lost it.
- 39:00Speaker 2: It didn't go to the top of the pile. But
- 39:03Speaker 2: I really think the biggest story is about Sarah Sanders,
- 39:06Speaker 2: the governor of Arkansas. I'll get to that in one second.
- 39:09Speaker 2: Let me mention Bond Arms, the beautiful guns of Bond Arms.
- 39:13Speaker 2: They really are beautiful. Gorgeous, gorgeous guns. There's my black version.
- 39:18Speaker 2: Here's my silver version. America 250, America 250. Put it
- 39:24Speaker 2: up on the screen, please, which makes it a lot
- 39:27Speaker 2: easier for people to see. There you go. Beautiful. There's
- 39:30Speaker 2: the artistic artwork on the side of the gun. It
- 39:34Speaker 2: really is a work of art. It's a piece of
- 39:37Speaker 2: artwork for America. It's the America 250 to really.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Have a gun worthy of President Trump's 250th anniversary celebration.
- 39:47Speaker 2: It's the only gun out there like that. And it's
- 39:49Speaker 2: a hand cannon. It's not a gun. Look at the
- 39:51Speaker 2: look at the size of the bullet. It takes shotgun bullets.
- 39:54Speaker 2: So you have a small handgun, the smallest handgun possible,
- 39:58Speaker 2: the smallest, most powerful personal protection handgun you can carry.
- 40:02Speaker 2: American made in Texas, precision crafted, built like a tack.
- 40:06Speaker 2: tank and performs like a hand cannon designed to honor
- 40:10Speaker 2: America's past and built to be passed down to generations
- 40:14Speaker 2: and you get a special price for being a fan
- 40:16Speaker 2: of Wayne Root getbondarms.com secure your America 250 getbondarms.com supplies
- 40:23Speaker 2: are limited go now to getbondarms.com tell them Wayne Root
- 40:27Speaker 2: sent you and get a very special price no one
- 40:29Speaker 2: else can get getbondarms.com alright so This to me is
- 40:35Speaker 2: such a huge story. I know the Iran war is
- 40:38Speaker 2: going on and I know that there's, you know, people
- 40:40Speaker 2: are screaming about Israel and Epstein and the stock market
- 40:44Speaker 2: is in crisis and oil markets are in crisis. And,
- 40:48Speaker 2: you know, everybody's upset about something. But I think this
- 40:53Speaker 2: is more important. First of all, I'm a domestic guy, right?
- 40:55Speaker 2: Even though we needed the Iran war, there was no choice.
- 40:58Speaker 2: I'm telling you, that country needed to have its government
- 41:01Speaker 2: eliminated so that we could never be extorted. They can
- 41:04Speaker 2: never say to us, do A, Y, and Z, or
- 41:06Speaker 2: we'll nuke your country or nuke Israel. That is not
- 41:09Speaker 2: going to happen ever again. But in the end, I'm
- 41:12Speaker 2: America first, and what goes on at home is more important.
- 41:14Speaker 2: And as little as this seems, as unimportant, it's the
- 41:18Speaker 2: most important story. Sarah Sanders is the governor of Arkansas, Republican, conservative, MAGA,
- 41:24Speaker 2: actually quite moderate. She's kind of MAGA left, right? She's moderate.
- 41:29Speaker 2: She's not quite right like I am, but she's MAGA.
- 41:32Speaker 2: She's a Trump supporter. She was Trump's spokesman, White House
- 41:35Speaker 2: spokesman for Trump. in his first term. She's now the
- 41:38Speaker 2: governor of Arkansas. She was flipped off, they gave her
- 41:41Speaker 2: the finger, and kicked out of a restaurant because the
- 41:44Speaker 2: employees were uncomfortable. Not in New York City, which would
- 41:47Speaker 2: be insane. Not in LA or Washington DC, which would
- 41:50Speaker 2: be insane enough. But in Arkansas, in Little Rock, Arkansas,
- 41:54Speaker 2: the governor walks in to eat a meal. and have
- 41:58Speaker 2: a business meeting, and they say the employees are uncomfortable.
- 42:02Speaker 2: They're all gay employees, I guess. That's what I got
- 42:04Speaker 2: from reading this story. They're a bunch of liberal, wacko,
- 42:07Speaker 2: gay employees, and they're uncomfortable with her because of what
- 42:11Speaker 2: she believes in and what she stands for to be
- 42:14Speaker 2: sitting in their restaurant, and they ask her to leave.
- 42:16Speaker 2: I mean, this is the most incredible story. Why is
- 42:18Speaker 2: it so important, Wayne? If you can ask a governor, ask, demand,
- 42:23Speaker 2: because if the governor doesn't comply, you know what they're
- 42:25Speaker 2: going to do? They're going to spit in your food, right?
- 42:27Speaker 2: Or they're going to punch you in the face. If
- 42:30Speaker 2: you can literally ask a governor of your state to
- 42:34Speaker 2: leave a restaurant because of her politics, then America's lost.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Then there's going to be a civil war. Then we're
- 42:41Speaker 2: going to be killing each other in the streets. Pretty
- 42:43Speaker 2: obvious to me. Republican Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders is speaking
- 42:48Speaker 2: out over an incident in a restaurant in her home
- 42:50Speaker 2: state where she says she was treated rudely and asked
- 42:53Speaker 2: to leave by staff while having lunch. Last week I
- 42:55Speaker 2: was having lunch with two other moms at a restaurant
- 42:59Speaker 2: when the owner approached a member of the state police
- 43:01Speaker 2: protective detail and said, my presence made their employees feel
- 43:05Speaker 2: threatened and told us to leave. This is the croissantary
- 43:09Speaker 2: restaurant in Little Rock, Arkansas. By the way, everyone should
- 43:13Speaker 2: do their best now to call them and put them
- 43:14Speaker 2: out of business. This restaurant should be put out of business.
- 43:17Speaker 2: This restaurant is a piece of garbage because the owner
- 43:20Speaker 2: went along with the demands of the employees. The owner
- 43:22Speaker 2: could have told the employees to go to hell. That's
- 43:24Speaker 2: the governor of our state. And instead, the owner was
- 43:27Speaker 2: probably scared they'd all walk out and he'd have no
- 43:29Speaker 2: employees and no business for a week. So he took
- 43:32Speaker 2: the side of money But it wasn't a sign of
- 43:34Speaker 2: money because every conservative in Arkansas now boycotts the, how
- 43:38Speaker 2: do you pronounce this thing, the croatessery? a croissantary, as
- 43:42Speaker 2: in croissants, the croissantary restaurant in Little Rock. If every
- 43:45Speaker 2: conservative in Little Rock, which Arkansas is a conservative state,
- 43:49Speaker 2: boycotts the restaurant, and if nationwide we all call the
- 43:52Speaker 2: croissantary restaurant in Little Rock, Arkansas, and tell them to
- 43:56Speaker 2: go to hell, you're out of business, he's going to
- 43:58Speaker 2: have to close his doors. He made a very bad decision. Okay,
- 44:01Speaker 2: not because I'm a conservative, because you can't have this
- 44:04Speaker 2: in America. You can't not serve liberal and conservative politicians
- 44:07Speaker 2: because you don't like their politics. That's not America. We'll
- 44:11Speaker 2: be back for our number two. Hi, this is Wayne
