- 0:00Speaker 1: Manny sits up further in his seat and says, when
- 0:04Speaker 1: they called me about this meeting, I was the first
- 0:06Speaker 1: one to show up. I was here early. He reached
- 0:09Speaker 1: into his briefcase and started throwing bills out on the
- 0:11Speaker 1: dining room table. He says, this has gone to a
- 0:14Speaker 1: collection agency. A collection agency. It's a $ 42 bill. Now
- 0:20Speaker 1: there's a $ 35 late fee attached to it. That's ridiculous.
- 0:24Speaker 1: You and I both know you could have paid this,
- 0:27Speaker 1: but you aren't handling your business properly. You're not handling
- 0:31Speaker 1: your business. Greetings, brothers and sisters, in the name of
- 0:41Speaker 1: the Lord. This is a teaching that I believe is
- 0:44Speaker 1: absolutely invaluable. As people are downsizing, as people are relocating,
- 0:49Speaker 1: as they're moving in and out of relationships and marriages
- 0:52Speaker 1: and emptiness syndromes, the one thing that is sure about life,
- 0:56Speaker 1: as soon as you get it all pinned down, it
- 0:57Speaker 1: will always change. If you have the liquidity of thought
- 1:01Speaker 1: and the nimbleness of mind, the flexibility to be able
- 1:04Speaker 1: to reposition yourself, you can always keep moving forward. It
- 1:08Speaker 1: is the inflexible that become overwhelmed. Reposition yourself is a
- 1:13Speaker 1: teaching that helps you to be flexible enough to move
- 1:17Speaker 1: with the flow. The ebbings and the tides of life
- 1:22Speaker 1: take a look. That's when you speak up. You've had
- 1:25Speaker 1: enough of this confrontation, intervention, mumbo-jumbo, annoyed and embarrassed. You
- 1:30Speaker 1: blurt out, I am not addicted to anything. I'm in
- 1:33Speaker 1: control of myself and my circumstances. I did all right
- 1:36Speaker 1: for myself without any of you, and I'm still okay
- 1:39Speaker 1: by myself. I am not addicted to any of you
- 1:42Speaker 1: or anything else. L-lover and D-dreamer speak up simultaneously in unison.
- 1:48Speaker 1: They say, you are addicted. You're addicted to apathy. Our
- 1:54Speaker 1: lover continues, that's right, you're addicted to apathy. We all
- 1:57Speaker 1: saw you stop caring. We watched you stop dreaming and believing.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Deep dreamer says, sadly, you seem like you are hooked
- 2:07Speaker 1: on indifference. And I know for sure that no real
- 2:13Speaker 1: passion burns inside of you. Not like it used to.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Not anymore. Manny, the manager, speaks up. A new voice
- 2:30Speaker 1: enters the conversation. It has affected everything. Manny couldn't take
- 2:35Speaker 1: it anymore. He explodes. It has affected your business. Your
- 2:38Speaker 1: finances are going to hell. And don't even get me
- 2:41Speaker 1: started on your credit. His anger boils over when he says,
- 2:45Speaker 1: you are just letting things go. You don't handle your
- 2:48Speaker 1: business anymore. You won't face up to issues. And they
- 2:52Speaker 1: are not getting any better. They are getting worse. Manny
- 2:58Speaker 1: had clearly held his peace as long as he could.
- 3:00Speaker 1: He seemed annoyed, almost belligerent when he spoke. Everyone at
- 3:03Speaker 1: the table looked at him almost surprised, but that was
- 3:07Speaker 1: how Manny was. D-Dreamer patted Manny on the knee under
- 3:11Speaker 1: the table and tried to calm him down, but he
- 3:14Speaker 1: would not stop. He said, no, no, I'm going to
- 3:18Speaker 1: say something. This has gotten out of hand. You see,
- 3:22Speaker 1: Manny the manager is a part of you who knows
- 3:25Speaker 1: what ought to be done. He is angry because you
- 3:28Speaker 1: won't allow him to confront you about this apathetical attitude
- 3:32Speaker 1: that has ruined your business opportunity. It has carjacked your
- 3:37Speaker 1: credit ratings and murdered many chances you had to be
- 3:40Speaker 1: further along financially. Manny is a number cruncher you know
- 3:44Speaker 1: the type a computer geek of a guy he's a
- 3:47Speaker 1: tell it like it is sort of guy he is
- 3:49Speaker 1: not the tender guy like L lover nor diplomatic like
- 3:52Speaker 1: D Manny is a guy who deals with the facts
- 3:55Speaker 1: and the figures he cuts to the chase he tells
- 3:58Speaker 1: it like it T-I-E-S he continues do you know do
- 4:07Speaker 1: you know you're getting older And if you keep spending
- 4:11Speaker 1: like you're spending, listen, I'm in your life to ensure
- 4:18Speaker 1: that when you are old, you have a retirement. And
- 4:21Speaker 1: I am in your life to make sure that you
- 4:24Speaker 1: do not keep going on emotional buying binges. I watch
- 4:28Speaker 1: you buy what you want and then struggle for what
- 4:31Speaker 1: you need. Look, I'm going to be honest. It makes
- 4:35Speaker 1: me sick. I I wanted to set your finances on
- 4:39Speaker 1: track so that you could pay for your children's education
- 4:43Speaker 1: or have money to invest in a home or that,
- 4:45Speaker 1: you know, that vacation spot you saw down in the Bahamas.
- 4:49Speaker 1: If you had followed my plan, you would be shocked
- 4:51Speaker 1: how much further you would be by now. If 20
- 4:54Speaker 1: years ago you had invested the price of a Happy Meal,
- 4:57Speaker 1: you would have been a millionaire by now. I mean,
- 5:01Speaker 1: a Happy Meal could have made you an ecstatic investor.
- 5:04Speaker 1: You could have had it all together. But But listen, listen, listen, listen, listen.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Even now, even now, it's not too late. That's why
- 5:15Speaker 1: I'm here today. That's why I'm here today. You have
- 5:21Speaker 1: to stop this apathy, this terrible missing in action mentality
- 5:26Speaker 1: you seem to have. I don't know where you caught
- 5:29Speaker 1: it from. You caught it from somewhere. It's like you've
- 5:31Speaker 1: contracted a spin thrift virus or maybe something. Maybe you
- 5:35Speaker 1: have a financial flu. Maybe it's because of how bad
- 5:42Speaker 1: you and El Lover are getting along. I notice that
- 5:45Speaker 1: when your love life isn't right, you overcompensate by overspending.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Or maybe it's because you and D-Dreamer aren't working things out.
- 5:56Speaker 1: You seem to have lost any sense of delayed gratification.
- 6:02Speaker 1: If you would just wait a minute. You could have
- 6:05Speaker 1: had so much more of the good life and reach
- 6:09Speaker 1: your dreams. But in the absence of dreams that Dee
- 6:14Speaker 1: talked about, you just spend away the moment for whatever
- 6:19Speaker 1: reason when things aren't going right with them, it affects
- 6:24Speaker 1: you and me. You stop managing your business, you spend
- 6:28Speaker 1: too much of your time, and I dare say you're
- 6:31Speaker 1: your money too on things that are not valuable. I
- 6:34Speaker 1: just have to, I just have to come out and
- 6:37Speaker 1: say it. Your priorities are just simply whacked. They're just whacked.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Manny sits up further in his seat and says, when
- 6:47Speaker 1: they called me about this meeting, I was the first
- 6:49Speaker 1: one to show up. I was here early. He reached
- 6:52Speaker 1: into his briefcase and started throwing bills out on the
- 6:54Speaker 1: dining room table. He says, this has gone to a
- 6:57Speaker 1: collection agency. A collection agency. It's a $ 42 bill. Now
- 7:04Speaker 1: there's a $ 35 late fee attached to it. That's ridiculous.
- 7:07Speaker 1: You and I both know you could have paid this,
- 7:10Speaker 1: but you aren't handling your business properly. You're not handling
- 7:14Speaker 1: your business. Manny looked at you and growled, I bet
- 7:21Speaker 1: you don't even know your credit score. How can you
- 7:25Speaker 1: correct what you will not confront? You won't look into
- 7:31Speaker 1: getting out of this rut. What I'm trying to say
- 7:34Speaker 1: is simple. If you stick your head in the sand
- 7:39Speaker 1: and ignore things, that you have the power to change.
- 7:44Speaker 1: You can't blame anyone when they don't turn out the
- 7:48Speaker 1: way you want them to. I'm here today because I
- 7:58Speaker 1: care for you. And I'm here today because I believe
- 8:03Speaker 1: in your dreams. But most of all, I'm here to
- 8:07Speaker 1: try to get you to wake up out of that
- 8:09Speaker 1: apathetical sleep you've been in And get a handle on
- 8:12Speaker 1: your life. Listen. I know you have faith. And I
- 8:17Speaker 1: know you believe in God. But God helps those. Who
- 8:22Speaker 1: help themselves. Or maybe. Maybe I should just say. Faith
- 8:32Speaker 1: without works is dead. Being alone. You can't just pray
- 8:36Speaker 1: about business. You have to do something about it. Doesn't
- 8:42Speaker 1: the Bible say that the blessed man is the one
- 8:44Speaker 1: who whatsoever he doeth shall prosper? Listen, God can't bless
- 8:51Speaker 1: what you won't do. You haven't been taught correctly. Prosperity
- 8:57Speaker 1: doesn't just come from giving an offering. It's good to
- 9:01Speaker 1: be a giver, but you must also be a thinker
- 9:05Speaker 1: and a planner and a worker. I'm not trying to
- 9:13Speaker 1: get you to be rich. I just want you to
- 9:17Speaker 1: have the best and most positive life you can have
- 9:20Speaker 1: with the gifts and opportunities that God has given you.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I don't know if you have any will to fight this,
- 9:27Speaker 1: but I'm telling you right now. As he looks down
- 9:32Speaker 1: at the business reports and the financial statements and the
- 9:35Speaker 1: disconnect service notices and the student loans and the foreclosure
- 9:39Speaker 1: notices slung all over the table. telling you right now,
- 9:43Speaker 1: it's not too late to turn this mess around. It's
- 9:49Speaker 1: not too late to turn it around. But you have
- 9:54Speaker 1: got to fight back in order to beat this addictive,
- 9:57Speaker 1: destructive habit of being locked in a drug state of
- 10:02Speaker 1: hypothetical indifference. Am I talking to anybody in here today?
- 10:10Speaker 1: The second half of your life would far exceed anything
- 10:16Speaker 1: you ever did in the first half. If you were
- 10:20Speaker 1: simply willing to reposition yourself, a few parts that have
- 10:26Speaker 1: been sadly neglected.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Bishop Jakes is bringing Megafest back and it's going to
- 10:34Speaker 2: be right here in Dallas.
- 10:35Speaker 1: So we're out here in the neighborhoods.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Letting the families know that they need to get ready.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Come on.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Hi.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Hi. How are you? I'm good, and you? I'm great.
- 10:47Speaker 1: You know why? Why? Because Megafest is coming back. Is
- 10:50Speaker 1: your family registered?
- 10:51Speaker 2: No.
- 10:52Speaker 1: I'm going to register myself. I think I see babies
- 10:54Speaker 1: behind you. Oh, honey! Let me tell you about this
- 10:57Speaker 1: mega youth experience. We got stuff just for your age
- 10:59Speaker 1: with concerts, fun, and... Can I help you? Woman, thou
- 11:04Speaker 1: art loose at Megafest. I got you a ticket to
- 11:07Speaker 1: the celebrity basketball game and.
- 11:08Speaker 4: The women of purpose concert, all right?
- 11:11Speaker 1: All right. I'm going to just keep on running on
- 11:12Speaker 1: for both of us. Whew. You look like you've been
- 11:16Speaker 1: working hard enough. I got a vacation for your whole family.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Go to Mega-Fest.com. And power for you. We got empowerment seminars.
- 11:23Speaker 1: We have something for the whole family. I go to Mega-Fest.
- 11:27Speaker 1: We go.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Come on.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Get in there. Get in there. Get in there. I
- 11:30Speaker 1: got the bags. Don't worry about it.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Mega-Fest 2013. Happening August 29th through the 31st. Go to Mega-Fest.org
- 11:39Speaker 2: or call 1-800-FISH-UP-2 today.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Before you can catch your breath and let Manny's words
- 11:49Speaker 1: really begin to sink in, B jumps into the conversation.
- 11:53Speaker 1: You know B. I'm your spiritual self. The one who
- 11:57Speaker 1: relates with God and seeks his truth in all areas
- 12:01Speaker 1: of your life. Unfortunately, with your addiction to apathy, you
- 12:05Speaker 1: have starved me and kept me malnourished, seeking to fill
- 12:09Speaker 1: me with material things and expensive clothes and new cars
- 12:12Speaker 1: and other toys. But we both know that... There's something
- 12:18Speaker 1: so much deeper and satisfying that you crave. A sense
- 12:21Speaker 1: of purpose. The contentment from fulfilling your God-given destiny. An
- 12:28Speaker 1: awareness of many blessings that he daily sends your way.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Can I get new witness in here? To which you
- 12:34Speaker 1: become oblivious and seem to ignore as you succumb to
- 12:38Speaker 1: the repetition of routines. But you don't expect much from
- 12:43Speaker 1: God at this point because of your painful past wounds
- 12:46Speaker 1: that seem so unfair. Your disappointment with pastors and churches
- 12:51Speaker 1: that seem hypocritical and focused on judging you and your
- 12:56Speaker 1: idolatry to material things to fill a spiritual appetite. I
- 13:02Speaker 1: try to point out that the ways that God breaks
- 13:05Speaker 1: through and wants you to dream is to reposition yourself.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Reposition yourself Reposition yourself. Reposition yourself like Zacchaeus, the tax collector,
- 13:20Speaker 1: climbing the sycamore tree to see the Savior. But you're
- 13:24Speaker 1: numb out and tired and exhausted, preferring to go through
- 13:29Speaker 1: the motions rather than really engaging in a relationship with
- 13:32Speaker 1: your creator. Creator, the one who makes you creative, the
- 13:36Speaker 1: one who wants to comfort and heal and inspire and motivate.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Motivates you to new heights unknown. It comes through serving God.
- 13:45Speaker 1: If you truly want to improve yourself. And experience a
- 13:49Speaker 1: total life makeover. To break through the addictions of mediocrity.
- 13:54Speaker 1: That's permeated your life at this point. Like a deadly virus.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Then the key to your recovery. Must rely on strength
- 14:01Speaker 1: and provisions. That will come in your spiritual life. It
- 14:05Speaker 1: doesn't necessarily involve. Going to church or joining the choir,
- 14:10Speaker 1: all of that's good in its place. But without a
- 14:13Speaker 1: personal relationship with God, that can become real empty too.
- 14:20Speaker 1: What it does involve is focusing on what your soul
- 14:23Speaker 1: hungers and thirsts for instead of numbing it up and
- 14:27Speaker 1: dumbing it down and going through the motions. You're blinding
- 14:30Speaker 1: me in hopes that I won't see how you're living
- 14:32Speaker 1: your life apathetically. But I'm still here. And I know
- 14:37Speaker 1: you were made for more than this. And you, my
- 14:41Speaker 1: brothers and sisters, are running out of time. Bea looks
- 14:47Speaker 1: you directly in the eyes and shoots her questions like
- 14:50Speaker 1: bullets into your soul. Check these out. Do you want
- 14:54Speaker 1: a meaningful life? Do you? Do you want to experience
- 15:00Speaker 1: a peace that passes all understanding? An abundant life? filled
- 15:05Speaker 1: with purpose and joy. Is that what you want? Then
- 15:09Speaker 1: it's time to fight for your life back, to rekindle
- 15:15Speaker 1: the hunger for holiness and for righteousness and seek out
- 15:19Speaker 1: his destiny for you, renouncing all of the trough of
- 15:23Speaker 1: the pig's food you've been freebasing and returning home to
- 15:27Speaker 1: the fathers who's waiting, waiting to run down the road
- 15:32Speaker 1: to meet you. He'll guide you He will guide you.
- 15:38Speaker 1: But only you can leave the dead end alley where
- 15:41Speaker 1: you've been crouching and take the first step on the
- 15:43Speaker 1: exciting journey known as the rest of your life. Aren't
- 15:47Speaker 1: you tired of the slop for which you've been settling?
- 15:51Speaker 1: Talk back to me. You may have squandered your resources
- 15:55Speaker 1: so far, but God delights in providing for his children
- 15:58Speaker 1: with what they need. He'll give it back to you.
- 16:01Speaker 1: When you rely on him, he'll give it back to you.
- 16:03Speaker 1: It's time. It's time right now. Do you hear me?
- 16:06Speaker 1: It is time right now. calling you together and the
- 16:10Speaker 1: father calls together his children. It is time right now
- 16:14Speaker 1: to wake up out of your sleep. I have been
- 16:17Speaker 1: praying for you. I have been praying for you while
- 16:20Speaker 1: you drove to work. I've been praying in your mind
- 16:23Speaker 1: beneath the clutter of the day. Today demands I have
- 16:27Speaker 1: been praying about the instabilities, the infidelities, and even the
- 16:31Speaker 1: insecurities that the rest of these guys don't even know
- 16:35Speaker 1: you have. God said, return unto me and I will
- 16:40Speaker 1: return unto you. He is not gone. He is really
- 16:44Speaker 1: just buried beneath all of this stuff, these distractions in
- 16:48Speaker 1: your life. He loves you even when you are wrong
- 16:52Speaker 1: and ignoring him. He still loves you. Can you imagine
- 16:57Speaker 1: what it would be like? If you really got together
- 17:01Speaker 1: with God again, can you imagine how rich and how
- 17:05Speaker 1: full and how exciting your life could be if you
- 17:09Speaker 1: would just do these simple things? Suddenly you can't hold
- 17:17Speaker 1: back your emotions any longer. The group huddles around you
- 17:21Speaker 1: and joins hands and B lifts her voice and then
- 17:24Speaker 1: Manny followed by L lover and D the dreamer and
- 17:27Speaker 1: they each pray a prayer together. of courage and relief
- 17:30Speaker 1: for you and they ask for divine guidance and assistance
- 17:33Speaker 1: in breaking through the addictions and the curses and the
- 17:37Speaker 1: distractions and coming back to your senses. Come back to
- 17:41Speaker 1: your senses. Come back. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up
- 17:45Speaker 1: out of your sleep. Wake up out of your sleep.
- 17:49Speaker 1: As troubled and disturbed as you are by their confrontation,
- 17:53Speaker 1: you know that something has to give. Something has to
- 17:57Speaker 1: change in your life. You know it. You can shout
- 17:59Speaker 1: over it. You can dance over it. But you know
- 18:01Speaker 1: I'm telling the truth. You know it as well as
- 18:03Speaker 1: they do. And if their voices fade and your hands
- 18:09Speaker 1: remain clenched, you whisper, I'm ready. Somebody in this room,
- 18:21Speaker 1: whether over your relationships or your finances, or your dreams
- 18:27Speaker 1: that have been smothered beneath your responsibilities, and you know
- 18:32Speaker 1: if you don't reposition your life now, you're never gonna
- 18:34Speaker 1: get it done, I want you to shout it at me,
- 18:37Speaker 1: I'm ready. I'm ready. If it means opening my heart
- 18:49Speaker 1: or opening my head, or opening my mind, or handling
- 18:53Speaker 1: my business, or doing whatever I've got to do, I
- 18:55Speaker 1: cannot allow the enemy to steal the second half of
- 18:59Speaker 1: my life. Brothers and sisters, sit with me just a moment.
- 19:07Speaker 1: I set up this mock scenario with all of these
- 19:09Speaker 1: characters who exist in all of us, all of us,
- 19:15Speaker 1: in an attempt to discuss with you something that I've
- 19:17Speaker 1: had to face in my own life. These pseudo characters
- 19:22Speaker 1: are the voices of reason that we often muzzle rather
- 19:26Speaker 1: than listen to. But if they could intervene and confront
- 19:31Speaker 1: us in love, we would all be better people. I
- 19:36Speaker 1: guess I just wanted you to know that there is
- 19:38Speaker 1: more life in your life. Thank you.
- 19:40Speaker 5: I wanted you to know that you could be more
- 19:51Speaker 5: fulfilled if you had the courage to make some minor changes,
- 19:56Speaker 5: some small adjustments.
- 19:59Speaker 1: The second half of your life would far exceed anything
- 20:03Speaker 1: you ever did in the first half if you were
- 20:06Speaker 1: simply willing to reposition yourself. a few parts that have
- 20:13Speaker 1: been sadly neglected. I want to tell you something. As
- 20:21Speaker 1: your pastor, as a bishop, as a father, as a man,
- 20:24Speaker 1: as just a guy who struggles like you, you can
- 20:29Speaker 1: have a better life. No matter how good it is,
- 20:33Speaker 1: you can have a better life. The question is, are
- 20:47Speaker 1: you willing to fight for it? Like an alcoholic recovering
- 20:52Speaker 1: from the throes of his addiction, are you willing to
- 20:55Speaker 1: fight the urge to settle for less and endure the
- 21:01Speaker 1: hard work required to reposition yourself? My friend, the time
- 21:07Speaker 1: has never been better for you. If you're ever going
- 21:11Speaker 1: to do it, you're going to have to do it
- 21:12Speaker 1: right now. Wake up. Wake up out of your sleep.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Wake up. Time is running out. Yes, we could keep
- 21:22Speaker 1: coming to church and singing songs and waving our hands
- 21:26Speaker 1: and shouting and going home and smothering our frustration. Or
- 21:32Speaker 1: we could do what the Bible challenges us to do,
- 21:36Speaker 1: to simply make a decision to live again, to love again,
- 21:44Speaker 1: to fight again, to go to work again, to get
- 21:48Speaker 1: a grip on the areas of your life that are
- 21:50Speaker 1: out of control, to start talking to people that you've
- 21:53Speaker 1: been murmuring to. Is the coffee ready? Where's the newspaper?
- 21:58Speaker 1: Good morning. What are you wearing to work? We're not there.
- 22:02Speaker 1: We're not there. We're not alive in the moment. Now
- 22:06Speaker 1: I hear you talking about the enemy comes to steal, kill,
- 22:09Speaker 1: and destroy. But what you don't understand, there's nobody going
- 22:12Speaker 1: to come in your house with a fork, with a
- 22:14Speaker 1: big old pitchfork and a red suit on. He's stealing
- 22:18Speaker 1: from you every day that you don't maximize, every moment
- 22:22Speaker 1: that you don't live, every relationship that you don't play
- 22:25Speaker 1: to the fullest. He is robbing you blind. And I'm
- 22:29Speaker 1: telling you right now with all that I know inside
- 22:31Speaker 1: of myself, the second half of your life is supposed
- 22:35Speaker 1: to be crazy. It's supposed to be wonderful. It's supposed
- 22:40Speaker 1: to be ridiculous. It's supposed to be your A game,
- 22:44Speaker 1: your best game. If the choir sings the best is
- 22:48Speaker 1: yet to come another time, I'm telling you, I see
- 22:52Speaker 1: us shouting and hooping and hollering, but the best won't
- 22:54Speaker 1: come if you don't make it come. It won't happen
- 22:57Speaker 1: if you don't call it. It won't happen if you
- 23:00Speaker 1: don't take action. If you keep doing what you've been doing,
- 23:04Speaker 1: you're going to spend the next 20 years living exactly
- 23:07Speaker 1: like you've been living. You have to have the courage
- 23:11Speaker 1: to confront yourself. If your friends don't have an intervention,
- 23:16Speaker 1: have one for yourself. Look yourself in the mirror and say,
- 23:20Speaker 1: you've been acting like a fool. Get yourself out. Shake
- 23:28Speaker 1: hands with three people and tell them something is about
- 23:29Speaker 1: to happen. Something's about to happen. Something's about to happen.
- 23:36Speaker 1: In your life, in your relationships, in your business, something
- 23:41Speaker 1: is about to happen. Something is about to happen. Something
- 23:44Speaker 1: is about to happen. Don't miss it. Don't miss it.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Don't miss it. Wake up out of your sleep. Don't
- 23:52Speaker 1: miss it. Hey, we got to stop right there, but
- 23:55Speaker 1: we'll be right back right after this.
- 23:58Speaker 3: Learn to reposition your life with Bishop Jake's latest message.
- 24:02Speaker 1: If you will allow God to do some shifting in
- 24:05Speaker 1: this season in your life, it will not take you
- 24:09Speaker 1: long to come into alignment for what God is going
- 24:14Speaker 1: to do in your life. But God is going to
- 24:18Speaker 1: do a quick work in your life in spite of
- 24:22Speaker 1: the original injury that started this problem in the first place.
- 24:27Speaker 1: God is going to snap some things into place in
- 24:31Speaker 1: your life that's going to reposition you and bring you
- 24:35Speaker 1: into alignment and the best.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Order your copy of this dynamic message on CD or DVD.
- 24:43Speaker 2: When you write us, visit our website or call 1-800-BISHOP-2.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Be lifted up from tragedy to testimony.
- 24:51Speaker 1: It's not in the place, baby. It's on the way.
- 24:54Speaker 1: We're praying about the destination, but God is planning for
- 24:58Speaker 1: the journey.
- 24:59Speaker 3: Be lifted up by the power of expectation.
- 25:01Speaker 1: Where you get in a mundane rut of low expectations.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Ordinariness is the enemy.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Be lifted up by calling on the name of Jesus.
- 25:13Speaker 1: You don't need any more money. You need a miracle.
- 25:17Speaker 1: God's getting ready to lift your entire situation.

- 26:45Speaker 1: We do it big in Texas. You got dressed up
- 26:49Speaker 1: and put your clothes on and sprayed your cologne on
- 26:52Speaker 1: to present yourself a certain way, but we're not having
- 26:54Speaker 1: no trouble with who you appear to be. Who you
- 27:01Speaker 1: appear to be is looking good and doing good and
- 27:04Speaker 1: acting fine. Who you appear to be has got it together.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I am tired of preaching to who you appear to be.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I want to minister to who you are. And all
- 27:26Speaker 1: of those voices... That our mind team depicted with me.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Those are in you. Saying your life isn't going to
- 27:36Speaker 1: come together. You got to take control of it and
- 27:38Speaker 1: bring it together. We've got to stop there. But I
- 27:44Speaker 1: pray for those of you who are facing the daunting
- 27:47Speaker 1: task of needing to reposition yourself. Whether it is geographically, spiritually, domestically, relationally, academically.
- 27:54Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. Change is always difficult. The tools that
- 27:59Speaker 1: I share in my material and in my book go
- 28:00Speaker 1: into deep detail to encourage you and to, in fact,
- 28:04Speaker 1: empower you with the possibility of simply changing. Reposition yourself.
- 28:09Speaker 1: When you can't change anything else, the people, their attitude,
- 28:13Speaker 1: the circumstance, you change yourself. And my, my, my, what
- 28:18Speaker 1: a relief it is. God bless you. Have a good one.
- 28:22Speaker 1: This is the part of suffering in me.
