- 0:10Speaker 1: For sure. It's time la love No, Welcome to the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Naughty Bernice Show. I'm your host, wrong shooter. It's Monday morning.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Garrett off on vacation this week, so don't worry Naughty is.
- 0:21Speaker 1: It's just ask But we have got a ton a
- 0:24Speaker 1: ton of gossip news, celebrity dish to get to. So
- 0:28Speaker 1: let's jump right in. What time is it? My Friends
- 0:30Speaker 1: and Ears tea time big story at the top of
- 0:33Speaker 1: the show. So Katie Couric has really gone after Lauren
- 0:37Speaker 1: Sanchez's wedding look, calling it tacky the former Today Show titan,
- 0:44Speaker 1: get your head around that member. When Katie was the
- 0:46Speaker 1: queen of the TV universe, she was absolutely huge on television.
- 0:53Speaker 1: It was Katie and Matt Lower in a time when
- 0:55Speaker 1: millions and millions and millions of people watch The Today Show.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Now that's not the same. TV has certainly diminished, but
- 1:03Speaker 1: Katie was there during the heyday. Well now she's on
- 1:07Speaker 1: social media and she is publicly slamming Lauren Sanchez's much
- 1:12Speaker 1: hyped wedding gown, calling it tacky and a throwback to
- 1:17Speaker 1: quote suspicious consumption of the nineteen eighties. Katie wrote the
- 1:23Speaker 1: following quote, Welcome to the eighties when big hair and
- 1:27Speaker 1: conspicuous consumption ruled. Coreze sniped this in a comment section
- 1:34Speaker 1: after Jack Schlosburg he put the post up. He posted
- 1:38Speaker 1: her Vogue cover. Sir Sanchez is on the cover of Vogue,
- 1:41Speaker 1: and apparently Katie said Tacky is back. So once again,
- 1:46Speaker 1: this was not a post that Katie made. It was
- 1:50Speaker 1: a common slight difference here. So Jack was the one
- 1:54Speaker 1: Jack Schlossburg, he is J F. K. Junior's grandson, his
- 1:59Speaker 1: only grandson. He posted the Vogue cover and did it
- 2:02Speaker 1: to be shady. Then Katie in the comments section to
- 2:06Speaker 1: Jack and to everybody else, said that the eighties are
- 2:09Speaker 1: back and that apparently Taki is back to now Jack
- 2:15Speaker 1: cheekily and it does make me smile. I live in
- 2:18Speaker 1: the same building as Jack. Jack's my neighbor. He's very
- 2:20Speaker 1: very cheeky. He wrote, Let's bring scrunches back too. Oh
- 2:26Speaker 1: another trow vobe And so is this piling on now
- 2:31Speaker 1: some people? Some people are saying that the custom made
- 2:34Speaker 1: corseted Dolcy and Gabanna lace dress it took over nine
- 2:39Speaker 1: nine hundred hours to make and it landed her on
- 2:41Speaker 1: the cover of Vogue, But clearly it did not land
- 2:44Speaker 1: her in Katie couricx or Jack's good graces. Now, fans
- 2:47Speaker 1: are split on this. Some people are saying, quote, money
- 2:51Speaker 1: can't buy your class. Others are saying that let her
- 2:53Speaker 1: be happy, she looked stunning. Others are clapping back at Katie,
- 2:58Speaker 1: accusing the sixty seven year old news veteran of being
- 3:04Speaker 1: petty ever not scoring an invitation. Now on my substack
- 3:08Speaker 1: every day now, three times a day, I do a
- 3:10Speaker 1: very very short celebrity newsletter. It goes straight to your
- 3:12Speaker 1: emails if you love celebrity gossip. Robshooter on substack. One
- 3:16Speaker 1: of my items on my newsletter by one of my
- 3:19Speaker 1: reporters at the wedding told me they all think Katie's
- 3:23Speaker 1: just been a bit salty because she was never on
- 3:26Speaker 1: the guest list. Now, what do you think about this?
- 3:29Speaker 1: Is this a calculated jab? Many people say Katie's not
- 3:33Speaker 1: really off off hand remark. She's not really that person
- 3:37Speaker 1: that makes off the cuff comments. She's quite calculated. I
- 3:41Speaker 1: thought the dress was beautiful. Some people are saying wearing
- 3:44Speaker 1: white to your second wedding maybe not a great idea,
- 3:47Speaker 1: but I thought the dress was beautiful. Now, remember Lauren
- 3:50Speaker 1: Sanchez is known for the voom. She loves the very,
- 3:54Speaker 1: very revealing dresses. Those outfits can make you blush a
- 3:58Speaker 1: little bit. In fact, the dress that she pulled to
- 4:01Speaker 1: the party after the wedding, oh my goodness, it was
- 4:04Speaker 1: the voom. So I thought it was quite a subtle,
- 4:07Speaker 1: quite a demure dress that she was wearing. I don't know,
- 4:11Speaker 1: making fun of people's wedding dresses. I get this wedding.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I get what's going on here. It's not about the dress.
- 4:16Speaker 1: It's about these two When the world is struggling, what
- 4:20Speaker 1: are they doing spending fifty million dollars on a pretty vulgar,
- 4:24Speaker 1: pretty over the top wedding in Venice. The locals did
- 4:27Speaker 1: not want them there. There were lots of protests. Their
- 4:30Speaker 1: big mega yachts really shut down, the harbor got in
- 4:33Speaker 1: the way. These celebrities, they all took over a massive hotel.
- 4:36Speaker 1: It just made Venice difficult for everybody. And I'm not
- 4:40Speaker 1: sure it really added much to the tourist appeal of Venice.
- 4:44Speaker 1: When George Clooney got married there, I think everybody in
- 4:47Speaker 1: the world wanted to go and see Venice and the
- 4:49Speaker 1: canals and where George and them Ala tied The knot.
- 4:52Speaker 1: I'm told that that is not happening with Jess Bezos
- 4:55Speaker 1: and Lauren, And I think another point here that's worth
- 4:59Speaker 1: meant remembering, is that for one of the richest people
- 5:02Speaker 1: in the world, where is the Jeff Bezos Kansas Research Center,
- 5:07Speaker 1: Where is the Jeff Bezos New York Philharmonic, Where is
- 5:11Speaker 1: the Jeff Bezos charity? There isn't any Why has he
- 5:14Speaker 1: not built a public park, a hospital, a shelter, a school.
- 5:20Speaker 1: It's curious, isn't it. They did give some money to charity.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I broke that report first on anass Substack rubshooter at Substack,
- 5:29Speaker 1: but it just didn't really it didn't. It didn't translate
- 5:33Speaker 1: the message. People were still angry about this wedding. If
- 5:35Speaker 1: you remember, we shouldn't be that surprised. Just a few
- 5:38Speaker 1: months ago. He's the guy that shot that rocket into
- 5:41Speaker 1: space with Lauren Sanchez, Gail King, Katie Perry got a
- 5:44Speaker 1: ton of backlash. Spending millions of dollars to spend what
- 5:48Speaker 1: thirteen twelve, thirteen eleven minutes in space seemed like a
- 5:52Speaker 1: waste of money because there was no research done. It
- 5:54Speaker 1: wasn't like when when astronauts go to space They try
- 5:57Speaker 1: to better the world. They try to figure stuff out.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Satellites are in the sky, our cell phones work because
- 6:04Speaker 1: of these amazing, amazing astronauts. They were not astronauts, were they.
- 6:08Speaker 1: They were really tourists. They were space tourists who went
- 6:11Speaker 1: to space. Jeff paid for it all. It cost billions
- 6:15Speaker 1: of dollars. That money could have gone to feeding people,
- 6:18Speaker 1: looking after people who needed help. And so I do
- 6:21Speaker 1: get it. I do get why people get really angry
- 6:23Speaker 1: with him, and I think this wedding is a reflection
- 6:26Speaker 1: of that, which brings us to our pole question of
- 6:28Speaker 1: the day. Katie Current is calling Lauren Sanchez's wedding look taki,
- 6:34Speaker 1: is Katie right? Do you think it's tacky? I have
- 6:37Speaker 1: mixed feelings about this one. I think you can call
- 6:39Speaker 1: the wedding taki. I wouldn't call a bride's wedding dress taky.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I wouldn't. It's a personal choice. It's her day. Yes,
- 6:47Speaker 1: she wanted to share it with the world. What was interesting, too,
- 6:49Speaker 1: is that while the wedding was going on, she swiped
- 6:52Speaker 1: her Instagram, deleted her whole Instagram, and came back as
- 6:56Speaker 1: Lauren Sanchez Bezos. She wants the whole world to know
- 6:59Speaker 1: that now she is a bezos. I would have waited,
- 7:02Speaker 1: you know, maybe till the next day. I would have
- 7:04Speaker 1: had a great time at the party and the next
- 7:06Speaker 1: day then I would have thought about it by Instagram.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Also to that Vogue cover, when was it shot? Was
- 7:11Speaker 1: it shot weeks ago? Months ago? Was it shot just
- 7:14Speaker 1: hours ago? And then put on a digital copy of Vergue.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Don't worry, I'll get all the information, But for the moment,
- 7:19Speaker 1: let's focus on our pole question of the day. What
- 7:21Speaker 1: do you think was Katie Curic right? Was this a
- 7:24Speaker 1: tacky tacky wedding? Hey? Go vote on at Twitter page
- 7:27Speaker 1: add naughty nice rob. A Facebook page is naughty gilsib
- 7:30Speaker 1: and be sure to check back to Maraua to hear
- 7:34Speaker 1: your results. Okay, moving along at the wedding, it looks
- 7:36Speaker 1: like we have a new celebrity couple. Orlando Bloom and
- 7:40Speaker 1: Sydney Sweeney have sparked some romance rumors turning heads in Venice,
- 7:46Speaker 1: so call it the most unexpected duo to emerge from
- 7:49Speaker 1: the wedding. Orlando Bloom and Sydney Sweeney was spotted strolling
- 7:55Speaker 1: side by side as they walked through Venice, leaving tourists wagging.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Their tongues were wagging, and the cameras were flashing. So
- 8:02Speaker 1: sources tell me that the Pirates of the Caribbean Heart Drub,
- 8:06Speaker 1: fresh off his split from Katie Perry, was in good
- 8:09Speaker 1: spirits over the weekend. I know some sources at the wedding,
- 8:12Speaker 1: and they said he was having a really good time.
- 8:13Speaker 1: He was very flirty, he was very happy. He had
- 8:15Speaker 1: a very casual look on the days that he wasn't
- 8:18Speaker 1: at the ceremony, and he had a brilliant time. But
- 8:21Speaker 1: don't get ahead of yourselves. He is not with Sydney,
- 8:25Speaker 1: at least not yet. Also, we spotted Sydney flirting having
- 8:29Speaker 1: fun with Tom Brady, and so Tom Brady was there,
- 8:33Speaker 1: Leonardo DiCaprio was there, Orlando Bloom and so it was
- 8:37Speaker 1: Sydney and they were all having a great time. But
- 8:40Speaker 1: no romance. You're going to hear reports all day that
- 8:42Speaker 1: there's lots and lots of romance rumors. I hit the
- 8:44Speaker 1: phones immediately. Not true. They said it was actually Tom
- 8:47Speaker 1: Brady who spent most of the night dancing with everybody,
- 8:50Speaker 1: including her and model Brooks Nada. So he was a hot,
- 8:55Speaker 1: hot catch at the wedding, but I don't think anybody
- 8:57Speaker 1: caught him, and all Lander was having fun. Now my
- 9:00Speaker 1: Katie's sources say they know exactly what all Land does
- 9:03Speaker 1: up to. He's trying to make her a bit jealous.
- 9:05Speaker 1: They've just officially broken up after nine ten years together
- 9:09Speaker 1: and he went to the wedding. She couldn't go. There
- 9:11Speaker 1: was no big fallout with Lauren. She was working, she
- 9:13Speaker 1: was in Australia. Although Katie is the boss of the tour,
- 9:16Speaker 1: she's not a dancer or a singer on the tour.
- 9:18Speaker 1: It's her tour. She has the power to black out dates,
- 9:22Speaker 1: and she has the power to counsel shows or postpone them,
- 9:25Speaker 1: and she does have the money for private playing. So
- 9:26Speaker 1: if she really wanted to go, if this wedding was
- 9:29Speaker 1: a priority, she would have been there. She wasn't there.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I think after that space trip it really stung Katie.
- 9:36Speaker 1: The backlash. People really angry about all that money wasted
- 9:40Speaker 1: to shoot these people up into space just for a
- 9:43Speaker 1: few minutes. They were not astronauts once again, they were
- 9:45Speaker 1: doing no research. They were there as tourists. What a
- 9:48Speaker 1: waste of money. So I think Kati probably made the
- 9:50Speaker 1: right decision. Here, stay away. Not a good look. Do
- 9:54Speaker 1: your concert. But Orlando certainly was there, had a great time.
- 9:57Speaker 1: But he is not dating yet. He's trying to make
- 10:00Speaker 1: Katie Janels and we can see straight through it. Okay,
- 10:04Speaker 1: moving on to some royal news, Prince Harry is hitting
- 10:07Speaker 1: back saying Megan was one of the most trolled people
- 10:10Speaker 1: in the world. Wow, during a very emotional appearance here
- 10:14Speaker 1: in New York City. So it was a surprise appearance
- 10:17Speaker 1: at the twenty twenty five Nexus Global Summit in New York.
- 10:22Speaker 1: It's one of those rich folks summits where they get together.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I think a lot of discussions, a lot of panels.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I don't know if there's a lot of results, but
- 10:30Speaker 1: this is one of those big, massive summits where a
- 10:33Speaker 1: lot of talking, maybe not a lot of action. Well,
- 10:36Speaker 1: the Duke, he was there and he told a stunned
- 10:39Speaker 1: crowd that his wife was quote the most trolled person
- 10:44Speaker 1: in the world back in twenty eighteen. He said, there
- 10:48Speaker 1: was a lived experience. It became important after meeting a
- 10:55Speaker 1: lot of parents who have lost their kids to social media,
- 10:59Speaker 1: mostly through suicide. So this summit really was a chance
- 11:03Speaker 1: for Harry to relive some of those dark days when
- 11:06Speaker 1: they left the Royal family. If you remember, at the time,
- 11:09Speaker 1: Meghan told Oprah that she didn't know if she wanted
- 11:12Speaker 1: to be alive anymore. They amount of media attention, criticism,
- 11:17Speaker 1: pressure made her really really feel vulnerable. It was a
- 11:21Speaker 1: remarkable interview she gave with Oprah. Woindn't free, Well, Harry
- 11:25Speaker 1: is bringing that back up. They live in the past,
- 11:27Speaker 1: don't they these too? Totally? They're right. I like to
- 11:29Speaker 1: live in the future, but they seem to live in
- 11:32Speaker 1: the past. And he wasn't reading from a script. He
- 11:34Speaker 1: was really raw. He was protective, and he was really angry,
- 11:38Speaker 1: and he was reflecting on those days where social media
- 11:41Speaker 1: the pressures and Meghan's got a lot of resources. He
- 11:44Speaker 1: said that kids out their high school kids, children, they
- 11:47Speaker 1: just did not have these resources. And so when somebody,
- 11:50Speaker 1: when a ton of kids, when anybody comes at you
- 11:52Speaker 1: on social media, a lot of people don't have the
- 11:54Speaker 1: tools to deal with that. It's a lot, isn't it.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Has anyone ever come at you? I get it quite
- 12:00Speaker 1: a bit. I know Meghan Markel, and I don't think
- 12:02Speaker 1: I can say I'm bullied, but I do get people
- 12:05Speaker 1: give their opinions and I have to take it. I
- 12:06Speaker 1: want to take it. If I can do it for
- 12:08Speaker 1: a living, if I can dish it out, I can
- 12:11Speaker 1: take it back. But occasionally I must admit it does
- 12:14Speaker 1: sting a little bit. I find the best thing to
- 12:16Speaker 1: do is to not read it. I don't read that
- 12:19Speaker 1: much on social media. Harry here, I think he's got
- 12:23Speaker 1: a really valid message. I think using Megan as the
- 12:26Speaker 1: example here might not be the best messenger. There's such
- 12:30Speaker 1: a mixed feelings about Meghan Markel. Did she want this fame?
- 12:34Speaker 1: Remember when she said she didn't know what a royal was,
- 12:36Speaker 1: and then we found photographs of her as a young
- 12:38Speaker 1: child outside Buckingham Palace, and so there's lots of things
- 12:41Speaker 1: that Meghan has said that don't quite add up. Still,
- 12:45Speaker 1: I think we can all agree that must have been
- 12:47Speaker 1: a very traumatic experience for her. She was not ready.
- 12:51Speaker 1: She was a bee liist, Hollywood TV star, She was
- 12:54Speaker 1: not the most famous person in the world, and that
- 12:56Speaker 1: transition was extraordinary. Caate Middleton went through it to Kate
- 13:00Speaker 1: had even less fame before she married men, before she
- 13:04Speaker 1: married William, and so that was a real shock to
- 13:06Speaker 1: her system. They both handled it in very different ways
- 13:10Speaker 1: and so now Harry is talking about his wife again,
- 13:13Speaker 1: talking about the Royal family again, and I think that's
- 13:15Speaker 1: the mistake. Harry and Meghan say they desperately want to
- 13:18Speaker 1: move past the Royal family. They want the next steps
- 13:21Speaker 1: in their lives, and yet they keep bringing up the
- 13:24Speaker 1: past them. This is their dilemma. What they are running
- 13:27Speaker 1: away from the Royals is what makes them interesting, the Royals.
- 13:32Speaker 1: If they weren't members of the Royal family, these two
- 13:34Speaker 1: would be reality star celebrities. They would be Bethany Frankels.
- 13:39Speaker 1: They would be Luan the Countess. They would be Jill
- 13:42Speaker 1: Zarn type celebrities like reality stars. They wouldn't be the
- 13:45Speaker 1: most famous people in the world with Juliet Roberts and
- 13:48Speaker 1: George Clooney and Brad Pitt and so I think they've
- 13:50Speaker 1: got a dilemma here, and that's why their brand ultimately
- 13:53Speaker 1: has not taken off. We don't know what's next. The
- 13:57Speaker 1: past we know about. It's fascinating, it's heartbreaking when they
- 14:00Speaker 1: talk about it. But I think it's time for you
- 14:02Speaker 1: two to focus on the future. Okay, some did illegal
- 14:06Speaker 1: moves out of New York. Experts I spoke to over
- 14:09Speaker 1: the weekend said that the fallen mogul might be cooked. So,
- 14:14Speaker 1: after seven explosive weeks in a New York court room,
- 14:18Speaker 1: legal insiders are saying that the music mogul is in
- 14:21Speaker 1: serious jeopardy adually with one key charge transportation to engage
- 14:27Speaker 1: in prostitution. A defense attorney tells me Diddy might be
- 14:31Speaker 1: cooked on this one. The testimony from sex workers was direct, explicit,
- 14:37Speaker 1: and left little room for reinterpretation. Now, while Diddy's legal
- 14:41Speaker 1: team try to argue that he was paying for time,
- 14:46Speaker 1: not sex, prosecutors really painted a damning picture of a
- 14:50Speaker 1: man who used his wealth and his power to coerce
- 14:54Speaker 1: people into decade Lung's criminal activities fueled by control and
- 15:00Speaker 1: now the racketeering charges that's also hanging by a thread.
- 15:04Speaker 1: One legal expert tells me it could be a hung jury,
- 15:08Speaker 1: but they don't think he will be acquitted. There. It's
- 15:11Speaker 1: did a pretty good job in showing that Sean was
- 15:14Speaker 1: the head of a criminal enterprise and it was all
- 15:17Speaker 1: about serving his appetite. So we're going to get a result.
- 15:21Speaker 1: I predict this week. People really are on jury watch
- 15:26Speaker 1: right now. The case is over. Now it's in the
- 15:29Speaker 1: hands of the jury. I expect this week at Bombshell.
- 15:33Speaker 1: I told you on the podcast last week that team
- 15:35Speaker 1: didd He is very confident, and so I hit the
- 15:37Speaker 1: phones over the weekend spoke to several legal experts and
- 15:40Speaker 1: they said, not so vast. There's a few things here
- 15:42Speaker 1: that the evidence does seem to prove really really did happen,
- 15:47Speaker 1: and it's something that Team Diddy is going to have
- 15:49Speaker 1: a hard job getting passed. Okay, we're going to take
- 15:53Speaker 1: a quick break, and we were being right back. Welcome
- 15:56Speaker 1: back to the not even nice on your Hanystagram shooter
- 15:59Speaker 1: Hailer's getting to the polls that they dare lash show.
- 16:02Speaker 1: We talked about didd He so confident that he was
- 16:04Speaker 1: planning or his team were planning a big blowout party
- 16:07Speaker 1: to celebrate. Our question was quite simple. If you were
- 16:11Speaker 1: a jura and you were invited to this party, would
- 16:15Speaker 1: you go? Would you go? If you were a member
- 16:19Speaker 1: of the jury, Let's have a look. Eighty percent said no. Wow,
- 16:24Speaker 1: that's going to be really wild, isn't it. Stay tuned.
- 16:26Speaker 1: This is going to be a big Diddy week. Hey,
- 16:28Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on today's pole. Go to our
- 16:31Speaker 1: Twitter page, add naughty Nice rob our Facebook page is
- 16:33Speaker 1: naughty gossip and sure to check back to my router.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Here your results. And now it's time for the nicest
- 16:41Speaker 1: of the day. And nicest of the day surprisingly is
- 16:44Speaker 1: Chris Jenna, because she is just a manager who is
- 16:47Speaker 1: a player. So new reports from page six is at
- 16:51Speaker 1: the last minute, Chris Jenna personally negotiated an invite for
- 16:56Speaker 1: her daughters Chloe, Kendall and Kylie, who were not originally
- 17:00Speaker 1: on the list. So originally it was just Chris and Kim,
- 17:04Speaker 1: that's all Jeff and Lauren wanted. But during of Paris
- 17:08Speaker 1: out in together, Chris made it really really clear that
- 17:11Speaker 1: she'd like all her girls to come, and Lauren said, yes. Now,
- 17:14Speaker 1: it is pushy, but the reason it's the nicest of
- 17:16Speaker 1: the day is that this is what managers are meant
- 17:19Speaker 1: to do. You're meant to have a pushy, pushy manager.
- 17:22Speaker 1: And so even though a lot of a list stars
- 17:24Speaker 1: didn't want to go to this wedding, and I'm not
- 17:26Speaker 1: quite sure why Oprah was there, it is a good
- 17:28Speaker 1: exposure for reality stars. For people like Kim, this is
- 17:31Speaker 1: a good look to be there, to be rubbing shoulders
- 17:34Speaker 1: with really really super super super rich and so I
- 17:39Speaker 1: think we have to tip our hats here a little
- 17:40Speaker 1: bit to Chris Jenna a little bit pushy, but not
- 17:43Speaker 1: doing it just because she's their mummy, but she's arguably
- 17:46Speaker 1: one of the best managers. You might not like the Kardashians,
- 17:50Speaker 1: but you have to tip your hat to what they've done.
- 17:53Speaker 1: They've made themselves with very little talent into a billion
- 17:57Speaker 1: dollar brand, and a lot of that credit has to
- 17:59Speaker 1: go to Chris. Nice is the day and now I
- 18:01Speaker 1: Naughty's day, Naughty naughty. It's Matt Haley who used to
- 18:05Speaker 1: date Taylor Swift. He seems to take a little swing
- 18:07Speaker 1: at her during a show in Great Britain. So Matt,
- 18:11Speaker 1: never one for being that subtle, appeared to throw lyrical
- 18:14Speaker 1: shade at his ex girlfriend Taylor Swift during his headlining
- 18:18Speaker 1: set at Glastonbury Festival on Friday, and the Internet is
