- 1:53Speaker 3: I am Unfortunately, I'm in a random league. I'm in
- 1:56Speaker 3: four and the one that I'm in the one that's
- 1:58Speaker 3: like just like straight up I found on line easily
- 2:01Speaker 3: my bet like a masterclass draft and I have I
- 2:04Speaker 3: know it's never it was just ten dudes who just
- 2:07Speaker 3: wanted to do a draft during August.
- 2:09Speaker 5: Yeah, do you know how many people have asked me
- 2:12Speaker 5: to select their fantasy draft order for them.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I get that.
- 2:16Speaker 1: All you have to charge fifteen hundred dollars. That's what
- 2:18Speaker 1: franket Tank does.
- 2:19Speaker 5: He charges fifteen hundred dollars.
- 2:22Speaker 1: No, it's three thousand now, it's three thousand this year.
- 2:24Speaker 3: What the fuck are you for real?
- 2:26Speaker 1: Now? But he does, But he made I think he
- 2:28Speaker 1: made one hundred thousand dollars off of cameo with that.
- 2:31Speaker 5: Being I'll tell you what, man.
- 2:34Speaker 3: But again, it's not like.
- 2:35Speaker 5: A I can't make up my mind on cameo? Can
- 2:38Speaker 5: I just say this? I cannot figure it out because
- 2:42Speaker 5: people ask me all the time, like, hey, this person
- 2:44Speaker 5: my brother, he's a fan, or he's in the hospital,
- 2:48Speaker 5: or like he's preparing for something or whatever. Can you
- 2:51Speaker 5: send them a video?
- 2:52Speaker 3: What do you like?
- 2:53Speaker 5: I don't see you on cameo? What do you want?
- 2:54Speaker 5: I'm like, dude, just tell me about your brother. I'll
- 2:58Speaker 5: make the video. No charge. I can't it bring myself
- 3:02Speaker 5: to charge people for effectively an autograph. Basically, yeah, the
- 3:07Speaker 5: same to me. But then you talk to people like
- 3:12Speaker 5: Robbie Burger and Joey Cold Cuts and they're paying their rent.
- 3:16Speaker 3: The fuck is Robbie Burger and Joey.
- 3:21Speaker 5: They're like the biggest YouTube golf guys. They're the guys
- 3:24Speaker 5: that we did the Internet and Invitational. You know, they
- 3:26Speaker 5: see Bob's sports.
- 3:28Speaker 3: I don't think so, you've definitely seen the only other
- 3:30Speaker 3: golf guys I know are the other the what is
- 3:33Speaker 3: the brand?
- 3:34Speaker 1: Good?
- 3:34Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah good.
- 3:35Speaker 5: I mean Robbie is enormous.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm sure I recognize he was.
- 3:40Speaker 5: He's very funny. But yeah, they pay their rent from
- 3:42Speaker 5: their cameo.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Yeah that work.
- 3:44Speaker 1: But they do sound their names sound like sidekicks of
- 3:48Speaker 1: Ronald McDonald's.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it sounds like they would be on cameo. Joey,
- 3:56Speaker 3: we were in I was in a house, well John,
- 4:01Speaker 3: I was staying in a house with John Gruden, not anyway.
- 4:04Speaker 3: And yeah, he wakes up like he wakes up and
- 4:07Speaker 3: bangs out thirty cameos. The start is just one after another. Thing.
- 4:14Speaker 5: That's the thing that starting your day with like three thousand.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Yeah, That's what I was gonna say about Frank is
- 4:20Speaker 3: that it's like everyone talks about how much money he
- 4:21Speaker 3: makes from doing it, but also no one wants to
- 4:25Speaker 3: do what he's doing like I would. Janks has sent
- 4:28Speaker 3: videos of him just out of park, sitting on a
- 4:30Speaker 3: bench just for like hours, just waiting off him.
- 4:34Speaker 5: That with each fucking one minute video.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, you gotta see. You got to see what work.
- 4:44Speaker 3: You got to see the thing that Frank's doing, I promise.
- 4:46Speaker 3: Like it sounds like he's just recording these videos and
- 4:49Speaker 3: catching what I'm talking about. He sits there, it's like.
- 4:53Speaker 1: He'll start screaming other people's.
- 4:56Speaker 3: It's not easy.
- 4:57Speaker 5: It's that to me is like the work I did
- 5:00Speaker 5: as a kid, of like mowing lawns or it's like
- 5:02Speaker 5: I know that when I finished this lawn, I'm getting
- 5:05Speaker 5: ten dollars.
- 5:05Speaker 3: I think I'd rather mow the lawn because.
- 5:08Speaker 1: At least you could do that in your own private Yah.
- 5:10Speaker 3: I throw some headphones in this is you're in care.
- 5:14Speaker 3: You're Francis Ellis for ten hours a day. But you
- 5:18Speaker 3: kind of do it, you know one and even never
- 5:21Speaker 3: going it like you could do it. You could make
- 5:22Speaker 3: one and be like that one was fucking hilarious, but
- 5:24Speaker 3: only one person is going to see it. It's like
- 5:27Speaker 3: sending a video to your friend.
- 5:28Speaker 5: I think you get in the zone. I think you
- 5:30Speaker 5: developed a formula.
- 5:32Speaker 1: You've as a formula formula, but you're you're you would
- 5:35Speaker 1: like put like high level jokes into it, like the
- 5:38Speaker 1: juice might not be worth a squeeze unless you're charging
- 5:41Speaker 1: to fifteen exactly.
- 5:42Speaker 3: I think you would cap out at like ten a
- 5:44Speaker 3: day because it would exhaust you. I made all right.
- 5:48Speaker 5: Put it this way, sass. We get paid forty bucks
- 5:52Speaker 5: for a spot.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Some of us. I don't know what they're paying downstairs.
- 5:58Speaker 5: What do you what's the pay upstairs?
- 6:00Speaker 3: Twenty five Dunk and Donuts, gift card whatever? Kidding?
- 6:05Speaker 5: Yeah, I guess the I for one hundred and fifty dollars,
- 6:10Speaker 5: call it one hundred to make a one minute video
- 6:12Speaker 5: from the comfort of my living room, as opposed to
- 6:16Speaker 5: taking the subway into the city and doing fifteen minutes
- 6:19Speaker 5: of stand up for forty dollars cash.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Yeah. But also we're not kidding me. I'm not doing
- 6:22Speaker 3: not doing the spots for the money.
- 6:24Speaker 1: And you're getting better at stand up. Imagine being amazing
- 6:27Speaker 1: at cameo?
- 6:28Speaker 5: What do you As you get better at cameo? You
- 6:30Speaker 5: raise your you raise your price.
- 6:32Speaker 3: But you can only get bigger on cameo by being
- 6:35Speaker 3: better at something else. It's not like there, I mean,
- 6:38Speaker 3: there could be there could just be a couple of
- 6:39Speaker 3: cameo fucking warlord like just like demons.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Just which Frank is the one.
- 6:45Speaker 5: He was there to the top, he was there to
- 6:47Speaker 5: I think I think Robbie's up there. I think it's
- 6:49Speaker 5: him and Robbie.
- 6:50Speaker 3: That's what it was due from the office.
- 6:53Speaker 5: Oh yeah, Kevin, Yeah, yeah, all right, give us the clap.
- 6:56Speaker 5: Let's Springston.
- 6:56Speaker 3: You can keep all that. Yeah, I don't care about that.
- 6:58Speaker 5: I figured that was okay.
- 7:01Speaker 1: The most insidious part, the only person doing less work
- 7:04Speaker 1: than the person babbling into the camera is the platform
- 7:08Speaker 1: of cameo.
- 7:11Speaker 3: Who started because it was one of Cody Coe's friends
- 7:15Speaker 3: that started it, and they were on Vine being like
- 7:17Speaker 3: check out cameo and everyone was like this is going nowhere,
- 7:20Speaker 3: and now it's like still doing very well.
- 7:22Speaker 5: I have a problem with the idea of paying people
- 7:26Speaker 5: who would give a fuck enough about me to like
- 7:30Speaker 5: want a video. I can't, just as I could never
- 7:33Speaker 5: charge for a meet and greet at a comedy show.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I agree with that.
- 7:37Speaker 5: I can't do that. I can't bring people have already
- 7:40Speaker 5: paid for the tickets.
- 7:41Speaker 3: They've I'm telling you, given me their angry Like I
- 7:43Speaker 3: don't do I barely go out and even talk to you.
- 7:45Speaker 3: I don't, but like if I would rather do a
- 7:48Speaker 3: full hour and a half long like in everyone's hands.
- 7:54Speaker 5: Chance, that's tiring because you have to be engaged and
- 8:00Speaker 5: answer the same questions over and over again. Yeah, cameo,
- 8:03Speaker 5: you go into autopilot.
- 8:05Speaker 3: Dude, you're copy and pasting all right, exactly.
- 8:08Speaker 5: Here's the draft order, Tommy, I heard you're a bit
- 8:11Speaker 5: of a douche. You're going first? Yeah, Second up is Jason.
- 8:15Speaker 5: Jason finished last last year. See if you can do
- 8:17Speaker 5: any better. Third thing placed?
- 8:19Speaker 3: The game change, ever, would be a you're black, so
- 8:24Speaker 3: we're not going to put you in the back.
- 8:28Speaker 1: You might you might be honest there, come on, yeah.
- 8:31Speaker 3: You do that ten times in a day. You're a
- 8:33Speaker 3: little more like motivated. I would say, though in terms
- 8:37Speaker 3: of like a for money, you know, like I think
- 8:39Speaker 3: if you if you knew the money, No, I'm saying
- 8:43Speaker 3: I think he would realistically do it better than I would.
- 8:45Speaker 3: I think on the second one, I would be like,
- 8:47Speaker 3: I can't fucking do this.
- 8:48Speaker 5: But we both like making money, and you're absolutely right,
- 8:51Speaker 5: I am motivated by money.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, so you heard, and you're like, I'll do
- 8:56Speaker 3: forty hours of cameos. Give the fuck?
- 8:58Speaker 5: I think that in what in our work finding like
- 9:03Speaker 5: pay for play jobs, especially if they're lucrative, is a
- 9:08Speaker 5: really good thing, and do it. Then I can't get
- 9:11Speaker 5: over this thing of charging fans. I can't do that.
- 9:14Speaker 1: It seems they're not fans their customers. Don't you get it.
- 9:19Speaker 5: It feels I don't know how to put it. It
- 9:23Speaker 5: feels so unfair, feels ghost it feels like.
- 9:27Speaker 3: But you also run into the issue of like, if
- 9:29Speaker 3: you were to be like I don't want to be
- 9:30Speaker 3: I don't want to be like charging a bunch of money,
- 9:32Speaker 3: So I'm gonna make it five bucks right something?
- 9:34Speaker 5: No, I would never do that.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Then you're gonna then you get thousands. No point, then
- 9:38Speaker 3: you're a slave.
- 9:40Speaker 5: It's either it's either a hundred bucks or nothing.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, Kylie Jenner charging like fifteen grand when it
- 9:46Speaker 3: came out, maybe makes sense that no one's buying that shit.
- 9:49Speaker 1: I bet they did. You don't think the oil sheeks
- 9:52Speaker 1: were just Yeah?
- 9:53Speaker 5: It all comes back to time value. What is Kylie
- 9:56Speaker 5: Jenner's hourly rate of life? Because if she's doing cameos,
- 10:01Speaker 5: it's taking her away from drawing up the fucking underwear
- 10:05Speaker 5: designs for her next line or whatever, for which she
- 10:08Speaker 5: makes billions.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Yeah, well, we can come see you at your free
- 10:12Speaker 1: comedy show this week, right.
- 10:15Speaker 5: You can come to the stand and the next three
- 10:17Speaker 5: nights for whatever. Twenty five bucks.
- 10:20Speaker 1: But that's charging fans.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Yeah, but that you're charging for a product.
- 10:24Speaker 1: But that's what he's saying. He's gonna give it. You're
- 10:26Speaker 1: gonna give a product then, yeah, well I.
- 10:28Speaker 5: Have I also have no control over those prices. And
- 10:30Speaker 5: they're not they're seeing a show. They're not just seeing me, true,
- 10:33Speaker 5: and they're getting the experience, you know what I mean.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Like, but I don't.
- 10:36Speaker 1: I just think you should feel less guilty about, uh,
- 10:38Speaker 1: if you're good at something and you don't do it
- 10:40Speaker 1: for a free type of thing.
- 10:43Speaker 3: So you're saying, like, maybe get in the lab for
- 10:45Speaker 3: a couple of months, work on your cameo skills, go underground,
- 10:49Speaker 3: and release the price.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Ye hundred bucks, I think you have to go.
- 10:55Speaker 3: I'm playing.
- 10:55Speaker 5: I'm playing a little bit of the.
- 10:58Speaker 3: There is definitely a number of money that it would
- 11:00Speaker 3: be like that thought process of the caring about I
- 11:03Speaker 3: don't want them to pay for it. It would go
- 11:05Speaker 3: right like two point fifty for a cameo that thought
- 11:08Speaker 3: that everything I've just said is out the window.
- 11:10Speaker 5: There you go, that's the people came I was.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Sitting in a dark room for three days straight just
- 11:18Speaker 3: banging them out.
- 11:20Speaker 5: And then never do it. Then then shut it down.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I had to leave the end.
- 11:23Speaker 5: You're like, all right, I've just paid for the year.
- 11:26Speaker 1: But don't you think people do that?
- 11:28Speaker 3: Absolutely?
- 11:29Speaker 1: And Frank does him five times as much as you
- 11:31Speaker 1: and he charges fifty dollars.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Is he still hammering him out like he was because
- 11:35Speaker 3: there was a brief period of time I think it
- 11:37Speaker 3: was two years ago.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Oh, this is the money making time of the year.
- 11:39Speaker 1: This is basically pumpkin season for pumping.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Flowers football into Christmas.
- 11:44Speaker 1: It's one month a year that you're gonna make your nut.
- 11:46Speaker 1: And it's fucking fantasy draft season for him.
- 11:49Speaker 3: I mean it is like, Frank, the tank's a perfect one.
- 11:51Speaker 3: Like if you're with your boys and you're doing a
- 11:53Speaker 3: big draft, you've got like a long fantasy league that
- 11:55Speaker 3: you've been going, and you pull up that video on
- 11:58Speaker 3: the TV or something, people are gonna be going.
- 12:00Speaker 1: How pissed off do you think Cody Co's buddy was
- 12:03Speaker 1: when he found out that there's an exact same website
- 12:05Speaker 1: where girls are just busting it open.
- 12:07Speaker 3: Oh yeah, what uh only only fans.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Yeah. The fact that OnlyFans is just Cameo, but exclusively
- 12:16Speaker 1: for porno, which came first. You think probably Cameo.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Right, that's weird though, yeh, Cameo for sure.
- 12:21Speaker 5: I got to believe that a woman who is just
- 12:24Speaker 5: you know, blasting herself for five minutes is more worthy
- 12:30Speaker 5: of that money than a guy who's.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Totally alright, totally why because you're giving more.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Yeah, you're I mean, you're really giving everything you can,
- 12:38Speaker 3: You're giving everything. Yeah.
- 12:40Speaker 5: The guy, the guy who's like, all right, you know, Tim,
- 12:45Speaker 5: good luck this year, he's not losing contact with his
- 12:48Speaker 5: family over that video.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Happy birthday, Bridget, you know what I mean.
- 12:53Speaker 5: Yeah, Tim's dad is not finding that out and being
- 12:57Speaker 5: like she's.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Fucking caught off. I can't believe we raised this war,
- 13:03Speaker 3: you know.
- 13:03Speaker 1: What I mean?
- 13:04Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, look, hey, if Cameo did, if they
- 13:07Speaker 3: allowed I don't know if they do, but if they
- 13:09Speaker 3: allowed porn, I'm sure it would be bigger than OnlyFans.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Well, the other part would stop existing makes much money.
- 13:17Speaker 3: Banning porn on any like social media platform that you're
- 13:20Speaker 3: creating is just you're you're setting it up to fail. Yes,
- 13:23Speaker 3: except you gotta have porn. Okay, but if.
- 13:26Speaker 5: You don't ban porn, then you turn your thing into.
- 13:30Speaker 3: The porn site of course portal. Yeah yeah, well well
- 13:34Speaker 3: but the problem the reason that only fans really turned
- 13:38Speaker 3: into that porn site, well actually I don't know. I
- 13:41Speaker 3: think it was, yeah, probably just because porn people want
- 13:44Speaker 3: it to go on only fans, but also they like
- 13:46Speaker 3: put out like a big thing where they were like
- 13:48Speaker 3: like when the only fans are really popping off, and
- 13:50Speaker 3: it was like an ad like like just being like
- 13:52Speaker 3: this is what only fans is, and they addressed like
- 13:55Speaker 3: everyone on the platform aside for people that are doing porn,
- 13:59Speaker 3: which is that is the platform is porn. Yet put
- 14:03Speaker 3: out like a like a thing on Twitter being like
- 14:05Speaker 3: hop on over to OnlyFans, we got magicians, we got dancer,
- 14:11Speaker 3: and then people just lost it. They were furious.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I mean Barstool Sports was on OnlyFans for a while. Yeah.
- 14:18Speaker 3: Remember, Yeah, that was like a big.
- 14:20Speaker 1: And it was kind of like just like Barstool Beach House,
- 14:23Speaker 1: like they're just like it was like they're selling phone clips,
- 14:25Speaker 1: which is insane.
- 14:26Speaker 3: But again it's like, I mean, only fans at this point,
- 14:29Speaker 3: you're so far gone because no one wants to get
- 14:31Speaker 3: a credit card bill that says only fans on it.
- 14:34Speaker 5: You know, do they not change it to something less
- 14:38Speaker 5: sort of?
- 14:39Speaker 3: I doubt I think they do that.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Dude, Caleb, you know the financial expert, Caleb Hammer. I
- 14:44Speaker 1: think his name is you know who I'm talking about.
- 14:47Speaker 3: The old guy with the mustache.
- 14:49Speaker 1: No, that's Dave Ramsey.
- 14:50Speaker 3: That guy's about it.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Yeah, he's amazing, but uh, this guy is like young
- 14:54Speaker 1: Dave Ramsey and he just like destroys likezillennials who fucked finances,
- 15:01Speaker 1: and he's always finding people with like twenty only fans. Dude.
- 15:06Speaker 3: There was I remember seeing so that on Twitter a
- 15:08Speaker 3: while ago and there's like a, well, what's the convention.
- 15:11Speaker 1: You've been as and it was like a dude, there
- 15:15Speaker 1: or Exotica.
- 15:16Speaker 3: I don't know, but there's two or there's I don't
- 15:20Speaker 3: know how many, there's probably millions, but those.
- 15:23Speaker 1: That's WWF and w W the big ones.
- 15:26Speaker 5: Yeah, you haven't told us what day it is.
- 15:30Speaker 3: We'll start saying, I know, we'll get going in a second,
- 15:33Speaker 3: but uh, the the Yeah, they said there was like
- 15:38Speaker 3: a video of a dude and he was like they
- 15:39Speaker 3: found out that he was Like the girls yearly earnings
- 15:43Speaker 3: were like, I don't know, two million dollars something like
- 15:47Speaker 3: not crazy but still obviously insane and in like the
- 15:51Speaker 3: dude there was like they found out that he was
- 15:53Speaker 3: like twenty percent of the revenue just like a fan. Wow,
- 15:57Speaker 3: Like just sending her always a big dollars.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Yeah, which is the best way that Like if you
- 16:02Speaker 1: inherit money from like a family member, grandmother that's passed away,
- 16:06Speaker 1: that's how they would want yes to use it. They
- 16:09Speaker 1: would want a girl to have it.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Just sending it to a dude running a girl's account,
- 16:14Speaker 3: they would want this girls to have it.
- 16:18Speaker 5: Do you forget d ms from gay men who like you?
- 16:24Speaker 3: I used to when I was younger, like when I
- 16:27Speaker 3: was like in college, like most of my dms were
- 16:30Speaker 3: from gay men really Yeah? Yeah obviously not actually most,
- 16:35Speaker 3: but like there was a lot of game.
- 16:36Speaker 5: Were you aged out of it?
- 16:37Speaker 3: Yeah? I think I just aged out and stop taking
- 16:41Speaker 3: care of myself as well. And the gays don't like that,
- 16:45Speaker 3: so they they're picky.
- 16:46Speaker 1: But they're sometimes guilty of it. Let's be honest.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Yeah, there's there are some.
- 16:52Speaker 1: There are some fucking basketball short ass gays that are
- 16:56Speaker 1: in the streets.
- 16:57Speaker 3: That's got to be a situation where you're just lost.
- 17:00Speaker 3: You just don't know where to go.
- 17:01Speaker 5: Gay guy dressed like Adam.
- 17:02Speaker 6: Saylor, dirty gay such a.
- 17:08Speaker 1: They're a scourge of the earth. We need to fucking
- 17:11Speaker 1: do something about dress.
- 17:12Speaker 5: So poorly that the only people who would fuck me
- 17:14Speaker 5: were women.
- 17:16Speaker 7: Yeah, it's gotta be infuriating and humiliating, but actually these
- 17:23Speaker 7: they're the guys are so horny that they will fuck
- 17:26Speaker 7: that Adam Sandley looking.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Course, they just can't help them to themselves.
- 17:30Speaker 3: I watched that Katrina doc. Oh was that good? Really excellent?
- 17:38Speaker 3: Highly recommend just like a Netflix banger. Yeah, I'm excited
- 17:41Speaker 3: for that they drop. I'd say Netflix is good for
- 17:43Speaker 3: two docs a year.
- 17:45Speaker 5: Bro, Have you watched the Cowboys doc?
- 17:48Speaker 3: Does it get better in episode two? Because I watched
- 17:50Speaker 3: episode one and I was like.
- 17:52Speaker 5: Just like, of course episode one is gonna be sort
- 17:54Speaker 5: of like the grainy backstory early footage.
- 17:57Speaker 3: My thing was that Robert how not Robert Craft, how
- 18:00Speaker 3: directly involved Jerry Jones was. I thought it I just
- 18:03Speaker 3: saw it going a direction that I didn't care about.
- 18:05Speaker 1: They talking about Charles Haley and.
- 18:09Speaker 5: Charles Haley's unbelievable character when they get Dean Sanders. It's unbelievable,
- 18:13Speaker 5: the acquisition of these marquee players. There's like one piece
- 18:16Speaker 5: of year they had, Yeah, yeah, where you know, and
- 18:19Speaker 5: some of the controversy I mean between Jerry Jones and.
- 18:23Speaker 3: So they get into all that.
- 18:24Speaker 5: You got it, dude, you gotta stick with it. It's probably
- 18:28Speaker 5: to me the best sports dock I've watched, at least
- 18:31Speaker 5: this year.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Really.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Bill Romanowski's just like cracking up, laugh and being like
- 18:35Speaker 1: I looked over in the middle of a team meeting
- 18:37Speaker 1: and Charles Haley was in the back row with his
- 18:39Speaker 1: dick out, pleasuring.
- 18:40Speaker 5: Himself and he goes, Hey, romo around and he's sitting
- 18:45Speaker 5: in He's like, so, I'm bipolar. It's like, is that
- 18:50Speaker 5: what happens? I didn't know that. But dude, the the
- 18:55Speaker 5: thing that they do really well in this dock as
- 18:57Speaker 5: someone who ignorantly does not know like what games the
- 19:03Speaker 5: Cowboys won versus which ones they lost in the early nineties,
- 19:06Speaker 5: Oh yeah, they set up through the games. It's always
- 19:10Speaker 5: the NFC championship between them and the Pills, No San Francisco,
- 19:16Speaker 5: the forty nine ers. That was like basically the super
- 19:18Speaker 5: Bowl every year and I don't know who won which
- 19:22Speaker 5: game which year, and they interview both sides, and as
- 19:27Speaker 5: the game is going, like the losing teams players that
- 19:30Speaker 5: they're interviewing all these years later are being like, we
- 19:33Speaker 5: were never going to lose that game, and they're being like,
- 19:36Speaker 5: we came out and we wouldn't allow it. And it's like,
- 19:38Speaker 5: well they did lose that, But as I'm watching this doc,
- 19:41Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Watching it.
- 19:45Speaker 5: Yeah, it's a mystery. Yeah, yeah, I'm hooked.
- 19:48Speaker 3: I mean, dude, sometimes I'll go and out, like obviously
- 19:50Speaker 3: not right now, but like in the spring. Occasionally I'll
- 19:53Speaker 3: throw on just like a football game from like the
- 19:55Speaker 3: early two thousands that I never watched.
- 19:58Speaker 1: She hit me up next time we bet on it.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, dude. I watched a four hour like with
- 20:05Speaker 3: commercials in it, video of like a Patriots Broncos Gametriots
- 20:10Speaker 3: lost in the fourth quarter. I was like, what the
- 20:14Speaker 3: fuck did I just watch this war? It was Peyton
- 20:20Speaker 3: Manning versus Tom Brady. I was like, this is gonna
- 20:22Speaker 3: be a great game. It's funny. They got like smoked.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Did you have the emotion of when they lose, like
- 20:29Speaker 1: you're like sad and like no.
- 20:30Speaker 3: I kind of started to get where it was trending,
- 20:32Speaker 3: and then I think I just did like the scrub
- 20:34Speaker 3: bar at the bottom, and I was like, I'm turning this.
- 20:36Speaker 5: Off, dude. I watched my dad brought me up. We
- 20:40Speaker 5: would have we had the VHS videotapes of we had
- 20:45Speaker 5: the Ice Bowl, which was it was like a documentary
- 20:49Speaker 5: about there the Green Bay Packers, Sparts star and then
- 20:56Speaker 5: playing in the negative twenty Super Bowl or whatever. Yeah, yeah,
- 21:00Speaker 5: and with interviews and stuff like that, and I would watch.
- 21:03Speaker 5: I probably watched that three or four times. But that
- 21:07Speaker 5: was my classic, whereas yours. Your dad's a ball to
- 21:11Speaker 5: that like mid two thousands Patriots.
- 21:14Speaker 3: It's great.
- 21:16Speaker 5: And by the way, in the last episode, you made
- 21:19Speaker 5: fun of me and said maybe that has to do
- 21:21Speaker 5: with our age gap, because I was referencing you remembered
- 21:23Speaker 5: your high school schedule so well, yeah, and.
- 21:25Speaker 1: You were talking about the abacus that you did math
- 21:27Speaker 1: on correct.
- 21:31Speaker 5: I think that what troubled me about that is that
- 21:34Speaker 5: I've always stayed away from saying how young you are,
- 21:38Speaker 5: because I know that that's disrespectful. But once you start
- 21:43Speaker 5: dating me, once you start aging me, now I'm going
- 21:46Speaker 5: to start treating you like a child. Understood, So that's
- 21:49Speaker 5: what you're going to get from me.
- 21:50Speaker 3: To get it, and get it.
- 21:51Speaker 5: You asked for it.
- 21:52Speaker 1: I understand.
- 21:52Speaker 5: If I'm the old man, you're the little sperm swimming
- 21:55Speaker 5: around you.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Guys. Got to watch this this Katrina doc. You'll like it.
- 22:00Speaker 3: I will. The General the general lieutenant.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Is he from Louisiana?
- 22:06Speaker 3: I don't think so. I don't remember though, but yeah,
- 22:10Speaker 3: he's fucking I think his name is like Russell Honor.
- 22:15Speaker 3: I don't know how to pronounce his last name, but
- 22:17Speaker 3: he's a fucking They bring him in because it's like
- 22:21Speaker 3: they're not doing anything and they bring him in. He's
- 22:23Speaker 3: like a black dude, Yeah exactly, it was.
- 22:32Speaker 1: It was like that.
- 22:33Speaker 3: I mean, he's just tough as nails. They bring in
- 22:38Speaker 3: the National Guard, and the National Guard assumes because it's
- 22:41Speaker 3: New Orleans and a bunch of black people, they're like, oh,
- 22:43Speaker 3: it's like it's getting violent in New Orleans. So the
- 22:46Speaker 3: National Guard comes down there and they're like shooting looters
- 22:48Speaker 3: and stuff who are just trying to stay alive and
- 22:51Speaker 3: he comes in and he's just doing the TV. The
- 22:54Speaker 3: cameras are falling around for a full day and he's
- 22:56Speaker 3: just walking around New Orleans sling them. It's like guns down,
- 23:01Speaker 3: sling them now, and he's making and they're all just
- 23:04Speaker 3: putting their guns away. Immediately. It was like he like
- 23:07Speaker 3: stopped the fucking battle.
- 23:08Speaker 1: He stopped the violence.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Bad.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Yeah, that's fucking sick.
- 23:12Speaker 3: YEA, what day is it? I actually don't know. Is
- 23:16Speaker 3: this September first? Yeah? Oh? Nice? Good?
- 23:18Speaker 5: Poll?
- 23:19Speaker 1: Holy fuck it is?
- 23:21Speaker 5: Do we I want I want credit for us coming
- 23:24Speaker 5: in on Labor Day?
- 23:25Speaker 3: Oh?
- 23:25Speaker 1: That's true?
- 23:26Speaker 3: Is is that based off the text? M Oh, you're
- 23:31Speaker 3: saying you want credit or you want all of us.
- 23:33Speaker 5: I want all of us to have credit individually.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Why would I care about that? I thought you were
- 23:37Speaker 3: talking about because our text conversation, because I suggested a
- 23:39Speaker 3: potential Tuesday Oh no, no, I think that in the
- 23:43Speaker 3: Tuesday text I was sending that like like that was
- 23:45Speaker 3: one that you said, and you like, throw the phone.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Away, go back to playing video games. We had to
- 23:58Speaker 1: come in. We have to set a fucking example.
- 24:00Speaker 5: Yeah, we wanted to give We've committed to you know,
- 24:04Speaker 5: our schedule and hitting fresh episodes every Tuesday and Thursday.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Even if the trash, we're going to give them to
- 24:09Speaker 1: you exactly, you could be there. If they're a fucking bune,
- 24:12Speaker 1: you'll still get it.
- 24:13Speaker 5: Yeah, But here we are on Labor Day.
- 24:19Speaker 1: White sor fashion, faux pause across the board exceptor Francis.
- 24:24Speaker 3: What does Labor Day directly celebrate? Like just people that
- 24:28Speaker 3: work hard?
- 24:29Speaker 5: I read, no, really, I read any one third of
- 24:32Speaker 5: the synopsis of this.
- 24:34Speaker 3: Of this I looked at it and then I was
- 24:37Speaker 3: just like, I don't really care.
- 24:39Speaker 5: It had to do with labor organizers, and it was
- 24:43Speaker 5: like there was a to help avoid a union strike.
- 24:47Speaker 5: And I want to say it was the railroads.
- 24:51Speaker 3: Important.
- 24:51Speaker 5: I want to say it was the railroads. And I
- 24:53Speaker 5: want to say it was like at the end of
- 24:55Speaker 5: the eighteen hundreds. And now I'm going to look it
- 24:57Speaker 5: up because all this is a lot of intel that
- 24:59Speaker 5: dead wrong.
- 25:00Speaker 1: So that's a bullshit holiday.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Yeah, big time, Jesus Christ. I don't mind Labor Day,
- 25:06Speaker 3: Like I'm obviously I'll take the day, but I'm not
- 25:09Speaker 3: I'm not taking the day. It's really more of an inconvenience.
- 25:12Speaker 3: But it's also because we have fake jobs so it's
- 25:14Speaker 3: like every day's labor Day. Like I that's the way
- 25:17Speaker 3: that I see it. It's like more of an inconvenience
- 25:18Speaker 3: because now it's like, you know, you go to Dwayne
- 25:20Speaker 3: Reid pharmacies closed. I didn't need anything from the pharmacy,
- 25:24Speaker 3: but if I did, I'd be fuckingne Today the pharmacy
- 25:27Speaker 3: is whate that's bullshit. Now, they could have just been
- 25:30Speaker 3: on lunch, to be honest.
- 25:31Speaker 1: No, I think they are. I bet they are. It's
- 25:33Speaker 1: a federal holiday, federal holiday for what.
- 25:36Speaker 3: A bunch of libs who don't want to work.
- 25:38Speaker 1: I know, Barstool has proven we are pro or pro
- 25:40Speaker 1: anti union exactly. We're very pro anti union.
- 25:44Speaker 3: So the last one of the last companies extremely open
- 25:47Speaker 3: anti union.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Are now like you guys, fucking rock.
- 25:54Speaker 5: I kind of nailed this, by the way, So it's
- 25:56Speaker 5: eighteen ninety four. Grover Cleveland made it an actual bank holiday.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Uh.
- 26:02Speaker 5: And that was as a in some way to help
- 26:06Speaker 5: avoid or make amends for the Pullman strike, which became
- 26:09Speaker 5: a violent conflict over railroad strikes.
- 26:13Speaker 3: Uh.
- 26:13Speaker 5: And it's a way of recognizing labor unions, the Central
- 26:16Speaker 5: Labor Union and the Knights of Labor with parades and
- 26:20Speaker 5: all kinds of stuff like that. But did you know
- 26:23Speaker 5: that here in New York apparently there's like there is
- 26:26Speaker 5: a parade the West Indians, the West Indies, like the.
- 26:30Speaker 1: That's the one that West Indy, the British West Indies.
- 26:36Speaker 3: And it's funny because he said the West Indian and
- 26:38Speaker 3: you said the West Indies. It's all you didn't want
- 26:41Speaker 3: to say. You stopped yourself.
- 26:42Speaker 1: I wasn't sure.
- 26:44Speaker 5: I wasn't sure.
- 26:47Speaker 3: I don't know why. I don't know why.
- 26:49Speaker 1: The West Indies is a place too, like your Indians
- 26:52Speaker 1: are from the West Indies. That's like a Magellan term. Yeah,
- 26:56Speaker 1: I guess in the framework of firm And.
- 26:59Speaker 5: I'm sure they'd called the British.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Sounds like a slur. Really, these Indies out of here.
- 27:07Speaker 1: But it's the parade that you ever see, Like Rihanna
- 27:12Speaker 1: is always like shaking her pump palm in this parade,
- 27:15Speaker 1: you know, She's always like it's like a certain type of.
- 27:18Speaker 5: Dress Barbadians and Bahamians.
- 27:22Speaker 1: There's a lot of violence associated with it.
- 27:26Speaker 5: That's what it is.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Like people dress like very sick.
- 27:33Speaker 3: I had an insanely frustrating experience at best Buy yesterday
- 27:37Speaker 3: great to look at these.
- 27:39Speaker 1: These West Indian women.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Oh wow, does that take place in New York? There
- 27:44Speaker 3: in New York on Seventh.
- 27:46Speaker 1: No, it's not. I don't think it's in Manhattan.
- 27:48Speaker 5: I think it's in Brooklyn.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Oh, no problems for me then, No, I went the
- 27:56Speaker 3: Best Buy two days ago. What a lot of stuff.
- 28:01Speaker 3: It was, honestly like it was one of those things
- 28:03Speaker 3: that was like I was, I left mad. I left
- 28:07Speaker 3: empty handed. I left empty handed, But it was one
- 28:12Speaker 3: of those things that I left and I was like pissed,
- 28:14Speaker 3: but I was also like it was all in preparation
- 28:18Speaker 3: for last night because we had to do this four
- 28:20Speaker 3: hour We streamed for four hours and all of it
- 28:22Speaker 3: had to run through my PC, like and like no
- 28:26Speaker 3: one else was live except but.
- 28:28Speaker 1: You have the fucking tower exactly.
- 28:31Speaker 3: But I don't know if my tower is good enough
- 28:33Speaker 3: because my GPU is not great.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Man, because you spent like one hundred and twenty dollars
- 28:37Speaker 1: on it, kind of you spent like half of a
- 28:40Speaker 1: Frank tank cameo.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, So my my graphics cards not great. But
- 28:45Speaker 3: that is like the most expensive thing to get for
- 28:48Speaker 3: a PC, I think is the graphic It's pretty much
- 28:50Speaker 3: like it's the heart and soul of the tower and
- 28:53Speaker 3: everything else. And I also wanted to I wanted to
- 28:56Speaker 3: upgrade my RAM to thirty two gigs, and I wanted
- 28:59Speaker 3: to get a new power supply, so it would have
- 29:01Speaker 3: been a pricey purchase. Regardless, none of these things were purchased.
- 29:05Speaker 3: I get the piece, I get the power supply, and
- 29:08Speaker 3: I get the RAM. And then there's the graphics card
- 29:11Speaker 3: that I was looking at on the best buy website.
- 29:13Speaker 3: I think it was the I think it was the
- 29:15Speaker 3: five seventy T I g X five seventy t I
- 29:20Speaker 3: that's the one. Yeah, it's a pricey piece of equipment.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Yeah, well it's damn good.
- 29:24Speaker 3: It's a damn good piece of equip it's a prize.
- 29:26Speaker 3: I don't know if I would say it's damn good,
- 29:27Speaker 3: but it's better than what I have, and it's a
- 29:29Speaker 3: good it's a good piece of equipment.
- 29:30Speaker 5: Let's put it this way.
- 29:32Speaker 3: You deserve it, Yeah, I don't, And I don't need it.
- 29:35Speaker 3: Why not, because I've already spent enough money this year
- 29:38Speaker 3: and I'm gonna wait for like the holidays to get
- 29:41Speaker 3: it for myself.
- 29:42Speaker 1: A couple cameos.
- 29:43Speaker 5: Solves that I don't think you've spent enough money this day.
- 29:45Speaker 3: I promise you. I have. My setup is it's like
- 29:48Speaker 3: something out of a fucking spaceship.
- 29:50Speaker 5: I want you to keep building it.
- 29:52Speaker 3: No I can't. I want you to. I want you to.
- 29:55Speaker 3: But also so but anyways, so they have this graphics
- 29:58Speaker 3: card right and I'm looking at it's the exact one
- 30:01Speaker 3: that I was looking at online. I'm like, oh, it's perfect.
- 30:03Speaker 3: I'm gonna go set this all up. Tomorrow is going
- 30:05Speaker 3: to be easy as easy as fuck. And I go
- 30:08Speaker 3: over to the checkout thing and I'm like, hey, could
- 30:10Speaker 3: you help me just get this graphics card? And then
- 30:12Speaker 3: I was like, also, by the way, I wanted to
- 30:13Speaker 3: get like a price check on this, just because I
- 30:15Speaker 3: was like that, I don't think that price is accurate.
- 30:17Speaker 5: Oh they do that with the Amazon. They'll cross check,
- 30:20Speaker 5: they'll cross check.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Yeah. Oh really, yeah, this was I wasn't even asking
- 30:23Speaker 3: for that because I was but like, I know what
- 30:25Speaker 3: you mean. But like it was listed on you know
- 30:28Speaker 3: how like they stack everything on the on the shelves
- 30:30Speaker 3: and then they have the little price tags below, but
- 30:32Speaker 3: like those haven't been accurate in what fifteen years, Like
- 30:35Speaker 3: they haven't updated they still have fucking eggs listed for
- 30:39Speaker 3: thirty cents, and the grocery store on those those haven't
- 30:42Speaker 3: been accurate forever. It says it's nineteen hundred dollars, and
- 30:46Speaker 3: nowhere online is it listed as not it's listed for
- 30:50Speaker 3: seven hundred dollars or maybe eight hundred someplace.
- 30:53Speaker 5: Is an expensive piece.
- 30:54Speaker 3: It's an expensive piece. So I'm like, hey, could I
- 30:56Speaker 3: get a price check? Could I get a price check
- 30:58Speaker 3: on this? This is where things start get and a
- 31:00Speaker 3: little heated. And he does his price check, is looking
- 31:03Speaker 3: at the thing and he goes, yeah, it's gonna be
- 31:05Speaker 3: around eighteen. And I was like, oh really. I was like,
- 31:09Speaker 3: are you sure about that? Because I was like, on
- 31:10Speaker 3: the website it says it's seven hundred. And he looks
- 31:14Speaker 3: at it again and he's like, I mean, man, you
- 31:17Speaker 3: know like it's PC's like you get like if you're
- 31:20Speaker 3: into this kind of thing, like it's you get what
- 31:22Speaker 3: you pay for. And I was like, no, I get that,
- 31:24Speaker 3: like I understand that, but I'm like, it's you're it's
- 31:26Speaker 3: listed as one thousand dollars more in store than online.
- 31:30Speaker 3: And he was like, this one's got three fans. And
- 31:34Speaker 3: I was like dude, they all have to like every one,
- 31:36Speaker 3: like ninety nine percent of them have three fans or
- 31:39Speaker 3: two fans. I don't think a one fan difference is
- 31:42Speaker 3: adding a thousand fans cost exactly. It's like one of
- 31:46Speaker 3: the elect inventions.
- 31:49Speaker 5: Yeah, a blow on this thing.
- 31:50Speaker 1: And then so.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Then I was like, all right, well then I'm not.
- 31:54Speaker 3: I was like, I'm not going to get this. So
- 31:55Speaker 3: I was like, that's insane. And then and then he
- 31:57Speaker 3: throws if it's too expensive, you can pay and installments,
- 32:01Speaker 3: and I was like, dude, that's not the problem. The
- 32:03Speaker 3: problem isn't the money, it's charging I took that personal.
- 32:07Speaker 3: That was a personal attack. I thought, so, but again
- 32:10Speaker 3: and then I was like and then he was like, well,
- 32:11Speaker 3: do you need me to help you check out with
- 32:12Speaker 3: the other stuff? And I was like, I'm not going
- 32:13Speaker 3: to get any of this shit, dude. I put everything
- 32:16Speaker 3: back and left.
- 32:16Speaker 1: You're insulted by a guy, No.
- 32:18Speaker 3: I was. I was. It was him not using his
- 32:21Speaker 3: brain that's the problem. Like he could see the problem
- 32:24Speaker 3: if he was focusing on what I was saying, rather
- 32:27Speaker 3: than thinking about I'm about to make eighteen hundred dollars
- 32:29Speaker 3: on this sale.
- 32:30Speaker 5: I don't think it was so much that as the
- 32:32Speaker 5: fact that you were insulted personally.
- 32:34Speaker 3: I don't think it was that. It was more you
- 32:36Speaker 3: just said that it was if it was an eighteen
- 32:38Speaker 3: hundred dollars piece of equipment and that's how much it costs,
- 32:41Speaker 3: I wouldn't have gone in. I'm not trying to bargain.
- 32:43Speaker 5: Nobody thinks you're in the wrong here, but.
- 32:45Speaker 3: I'm not trying to pay one thousand dollars extra. And
- 32:47Speaker 3: then he comes at me with the installments that's why
- 32:50Speaker 3: you left? Yeah, left installments. What the fuck? You're not
- 32:55Speaker 3: an install I'm paying fifty dollars a month to best
- 32:58Speaker 3: Buy for the next decade. Yeah, And I was like, dude,
- 33:04Speaker 3: that's not the problem is that. It's that's not how
- 33:06Speaker 3: much it costs.
- 33:07Speaker 5: Did you tell him that? What did you say when
- 33:09Speaker 5: he said the installment thing.
- 33:11Speaker 3: That's when I put I put the PSU down and
- 33:13Speaker 3: and I said, I'm out.
- 33:14Speaker 5: You didn't say the problem is not the money.
- 33:17Speaker 3: No, I did say that. At one point. I was like,
- 33:19Speaker 3: it's not that. I was like, it's it was like,
- 33:20Speaker 3: it's not listed for this price anywhere. I was like,
- 33:23Speaker 3: I'm I'm looking at everything online.
- 33:25Speaker 1: I can't find But what so you think that he
- 33:27Speaker 1: should change the price in the Best Buy.
- 33:30Speaker 3: No, I don't think that was the accurate I think
- 33:32Speaker 3: if he just went and asked someone what the accurate
- 33:34Speaker 3: price was.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Could you have just taken everything to a different register?
- 33:37Speaker 3: No, because it was locked up?
- 33:40Speaker 1: Got it? So he was just giving you a hard time.
- 33:42Speaker 5: You didn't feel like asking for a manager?
- 33:44Speaker 3: No, because then then I'm going through the thought process
- 33:47Speaker 3: and I'm like, I don't even need this ship. What
- 33:49Speaker 3: am I doing? Then you're a Karen? Right? Yeah? Yeah, well, yeah, exactly,
- 33:53Speaker 3: I'm not gonna I'm not trying to get into it
- 33:54Speaker 3: with the dude. Well it sounds like you did. No,
- 33:57Speaker 3: it was pretty civil, but it was more like he
- 33:59Speaker 3: was he was mad that I walked. He was mad
- 34:01Speaker 3: that I left because he was like backing on my sale.
- 34:03Speaker 5: All right.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Do you think that the best Buy guys get sales
- 34:06Speaker 1: like that?
- 34:06Speaker 5: Apps commissions they get you see them put stickers on
- 34:09Speaker 5: stuff when you bring it up to the register.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Uh No, But I have had them like they they'll
- 34:14Speaker 3: be like here, come check out with me, and they'll
- 34:15Speaker 3: like bring They'll be like, don't go over here, because
- 34:17Speaker 3: like I think I'm like ninety nine percent sure they
- 34:19Speaker 3: get commissioned.
- 34:20Speaker 1: What is the name of those those.
- 34:21Speaker 3: Guys don't start moving or they don't stop moving around.
- 34:23Speaker 1: What's the name of the product?
- 34:26Speaker 5: I just want to look it up in c x
- 34:27Speaker 5: R CRV one two.
- 34:29Speaker 3: I'll send to you and then I'll send. Dude, I
- 34:31Speaker 3: even you think I'm you think I'm wrong, I even crossed.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I don't think you're cross checking. What about the fans?
- 34:36Speaker 3: I cross checked this with a photo of the product
- 34:39Speaker 3: and sent it to Chad GBT and I said, would
- 34:41Speaker 3: this be worth eighteen hundred dollars? And they said absolutely.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Not, under no circumstance, Under no circumstances. So best Buy
- 34:47Speaker 1: is running schemes.
- 34:49Speaker 3: It's the It's the RTX five seventy t I three fan.

- 36:12Speaker 1: Pink Whitney.
- 36:13Speaker 10: That's what I thought.
- 36:14Speaker 3: See it fellas I invented the thing you pigeoned Pink
- 36:17Speaker 3: Whitney for legendary.
- 36:18Speaker 5: Moments as boy dad hair Ball. Can I tell you something,
- 36:22Speaker 5: I'm I'm honestly surprised that you are still going to
- 36:25Speaker 5: best Buy.
- 36:26Speaker 3: Yeah, you'd be surprised.
- 36:28Speaker 5: That's exactly what I said, dude.
- 36:29Speaker 3: I am by his website seven hundred and fifty dollars.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Hair charging you.
- 36:35Speaker 5: Why are you going to Why are you going to
- 36:38Speaker 5: best Buy instead of just ordering online?
- 36:40Speaker 3: I'm like, A, I actually don't really order much online.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Well, every package he gets gets stolen.
- 36:46Speaker 3: He kind of yeah that. And also I'm like, I
- 36:49Speaker 3: kind of if there's something that I'm really looking for,
- 36:52Speaker 3: especially like the PC shit, I'd rather I'm like, you
- 36:57Speaker 3: want usually like I have nothing to do that day,
- 36:59Speaker 3: and I'm like, I want to do something. It's like legos.
- 37:01Speaker 5: And also are the are the people in the store
- 37:05Speaker 5: so knowledgeable that to hear them?
- 37:08Speaker 3: No? No, this was like that was the problem. Well
- 37:11Speaker 3: that guy was It was like that scene in No,
- 37:14Speaker 3: It's always like that at best Buy forty year old
- 37:16Speaker 3: virgin less. Maybe you talk to the nerds, like the
- 37:18Speaker 3: geek squad help you out, but no, it was like
- 37:23Speaker 3: it was like that scene in Parks and rec where
- 37:26Speaker 3: Ron Swanson walks into home Depot and the guys like,
- 37:28Speaker 3: can I help you out with anything? And he's like,
- 37:29Speaker 3: I know more than you.
- 37:34Speaker 5: I was gonna say. It's probably like that scene in
- 37:35Speaker 5: the Office where Dwight tries to go buy that little
- 37:38Speaker 5: toy in that Dungeons and Dragons. Oh yeah, yeah, and
- 37:42Speaker 5: they won't sell it to him or whatever.
- 37:44Speaker 3: I vaguely remember that. Is it one of those remember
- 37:47Speaker 3: those places like in like the malls? Yeah? Is it
- 37:49Speaker 3: like that? Yeah, there's like people playing board games in it.
- 37:52Speaker 3: They're in a mall.
- 37:53Speaker 5: Yeah, but no, it's not quite the board game playing place.
- 37:57Speaker 5: It's a place that sells all kinds of fantasy totems
- 38:03Speaker 5: around in a place like that, And they don't think
- 38:05Speaker 5: he's a serious buyer, so they insult him. And it's
- 38:08Speaker 5: the same as when they said to you, do you
- 38:10Speaker 5: want to pay the installments?
- 38:12Speaker 3: It's similar, which is where I.
- 38:14Speaker 5: Wanted you to say, do you know who I am?
- 38:18Speaker 5: Do you know how much I make in a week?
- 38:23Speaker 3: Do you know how many X.
- 38:25Speaker 5: R P L T five v's I could buy and
- 38:30Speaker 5: my salary? You can't even conceive of that?
- 38:33Speaker 3: Well, see the real place to go with your.
- 38:35Speaker 5: Stupid best Buy commission based bullshit.
- 38:39Speaker 3: Best Buy actually has a lot.
- 38:41Speaker 5: You know your store is going out of business soon, buddy,
- 38:43Speaker 5: you better, you better have a backup.
- 38:45Speaker 3: I think you'd be surprised.
- 38:47Speaker 5: I am shocked that they're still open to you.
- 38:49Speaker 3: I would think you would think it would be because
- 38:51Speaker 3: I think I I think I had that mindset too
- 38:54Speaker 3: when I used to go to best Buy and be like,
- 38:56Speaker 3: this place is going on, like I'm the only person
- 38:58Speaker 3: coming here.
- 38:59Speaker 1: But some people's happy place. It's like some guys get
- 39:01Speaker 1: the feeling when they go into a Bass Pro shops
- 39:04Speaker 1: or a guitar center. People will just nostalgically go there
- 39:07Speaker 1: and like look at the big TVs.
- 39:09Speaker 3: But it's not even like do they got good? Like
- 39:10Speaker 3: I walked around for fifteen minutes before I even made
- 39:13Speaker 3: my way over to the PC section.
- 39:15Speaker 1: You're going to a best Buy, what section are you
- 39:16Speaker 1: going to first? Like rocks off?
- 39:20Speaker 3: You gotta go to the gaming so, I mean, dude,
- 39:21Speaker 3: you press the buttons. They got the controllers out where
- 39:23Speaker 3: they stick out of the wall. You go to the
- 39:25Speaker 3: keyboard section. Just clack a little, just walking down the aisle,
- 39:30Speaker 3: just pressing every key. This doesnt stick at all.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Clacking the keys is nice. That's a freeing feeling. Seeing
- 39:39Speaker 1: the latest TV technology always gets me though.
- 39:42Speaker 5: That's where I would go for sure, because they're all
- 39:45Speaker 5: playing the same thing in the wall at the same time.
- 39:48Speaker 1: You see the difference.
- 39:49Speaker 3: I like going to the I like going to the
- 39:50Speaker 3: TV section. I like going to the monitors.
- 39:53Speaker 1: I feel like they used to have like music electronics, yeah,
- 39:57Speaker 1: like keyboards or.
- 39:58Speaker 3: Like I think any guitar. Some of them probably still do.
- 40:01Speaker 3: I don't know if they would have guitars.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Yeah, Circuit City, bro, I wish you could have been
- 40:06Speaker 1: alive for Circuit City.
- 40:07Speaker 3: Well, if you guys ever been to Microcenter.
- 40:09Speaker 1: I have, yeah, of course.
- 40:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Micro center is boring as hell. It's like the RC COLA.
- 40:16Speaker 3: Microcenter is like the spot I went to a microcenter
- 40:20Speaker 3: like a month ago. I was there for an hour
- 40:22Speaker 3: and a half. No, that's but like you ask why
- 40:25Speaker 3: I go to Best Buy. Micro Center is like it's
- 40:28Speaker 3: literally like walking into the skate shop and you don't
- 40:31Speaker 3: know anything about skating. It's like you're getting torched when
- 40:34Speaker 3: you go up to the regist shop exactly. Yeah, it's
- 40:39Speaker 3: you're walking in and you're you're letting them know like
- 40:43Speaker 3: I don't know anything. I don't know what I'm talking about, but.
- 40:46Speaker 5: You're putting your faith in their hands. And if they're
- 40:48Speaker 5: good people, they'll guide you.
- 40:50Speaker 3: Micro center. Those guys know what they're talking about.
- 40:52Speaker 5: What about? Did you ever go to radio show.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Twenty eight thousand products on hand?
- 40:56Speaker 5: Radio shock was before your time?
- 40:57Speaker 3: No, obviously I've been to a radio shop. I don't
- 40:59Speaker 3: think Sodeo Shack is. They were decent, but this is
- 41:03Speaker 3: a different animal.
- 41:03Speaker 5: What was the key thing that you went to radio
- 41:06Speaker 5: shack for? Well, there's one answer to this.
- 41:08Speaker 3: Probably headphones. Yeah, probably get some skull candy.
- 41:12Speaker 5: Did you ever go to radio shack?
- 41:14Speaker 1: No, I was. I would go to Sam Goody.
- 41:17Speaker 5: There was one thing radio shack did better than anyone else.
- 41:20Speaker 1: I definitely have been to a radio shack. Actually I don't,
- 41:22Speaker 1: but I don't know what you're thinking of. What is it?
- 41:24Speaker 3: Uh?
- 41:24Speaker 5: The Remote control cars? Oh?
- 41:27Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, they would have good good ship like that
- 41:30Speaker 3: RC cars. What was the other one? The other like cool.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Tech sharper image Now like some Brookstone Brooks.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Brookstone was amazing, but Brookstone wasn't realistic ship that you needed. No,
- 41:42Speaker 3: it was sky mall in a store.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it was a sharper image.
- 41:47Speaker 3: It might be. I think Brookstone was very Brookstone. You
- 41:50Speaker 3: drive by and there'd be a dude like in like
- 41:52Speaker 3: controlling some neon, like back massaging.
- 41:56Speaker 1: It was I guess like things women could fashion into dildos.
- 42:01Speaker 3: Yeah, it was just like pretty.
- 42:03Speaker 1: Much like shiny silver acrylic, like, yeah, just pads you.
- 42:08Speaker 5: Buy for your sun or your step son because you
- 42:11Speaker 5: have no idea what they're actually.
- 42:13Speaker 3: And it's honestly like usually the ship that you would
- 42:16Speaker 3: get well, I mean I never got anything from Brookstone,
- 42:18Speaker 3: but I'd imagine if you did, it would be like,
- 42:20Speaker 3: like this is pretty sick. There's not that many things
- 42:22Speaker 3: in a store like that that you could walk out
- 42:24Speaker 3: of and someone would be like, I fucking hate this.
- 42:27Speaker 1: But it's like the future of choschkeys. It's like an
- 42:29Speaker 1: electric zen garden or something like that. It's it's nothing
- 42:33Speaker 1: tangible or.
- 42:35Speaker 5: Be that light where when you put your hand on it,
- 42:37Speaker 5: all the electrical webs would come out and touch your fing.
- 42:41Speaker 3: You're like, Wow, this is amazing.
- 42:43Speaker 5: I need this, And then you do it at home
- 42:45Speaker 5: for five minutes and you're like, I will never do
- 42:48Speaker 5: this again.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Yeah, some balls on a desk that just click.
- 42:53Speaker 3: Yes, But I mean yeah, I mean I like a
- 42:56Speaker 3: good tech store. Microcenter is definitely the go to Best Bay,
- 43:00Speaker 3: though I will say it's not as bad as you'd expect.
- 43:02Speaker 5: Listen, I'm not saying it's bad. I'm just saying that
- 43:06Speaker 5: for what I know about you, which is you like
- 43:09Speaker 5: to do research, you like to get the best price online,
- 43:14Speaker 5: seems more up your alley. So I'm impressed to hear
- 43:16Speaker 5: that you are old an old soul in that brick
- 43:19Speaker 5: and mortar way.
- 43:20Speaker 3: I think it's not even like that. I think it's
- 43:21Speaker 3: more so just like I want to be walking at it.
- 43:25Speaker 3: I want to be walking out of the store with
- 43:27Speaker 3: my thing that day. There's not as much excitement when
- 43:33Speaker 3: you're getting something dropped off by Amazon, you know. There's
- 43:36Speaker 3: really like going to the Like I got my PlayStation.
- 43:38Speaker 3: I went to Best Buy. That's cool holding the PlayStation.
- 43:42Speaker 5: And it also gives you something to do that.
- 43:44Speaker 3: Day exactly, going home and you're plugging in the PlayStation immediately.
- 43:47Speaker 5: No, I mean that leaving the home to go yeah exactly. Yeah,
- 43:51Speaker 5: that's like your day.
- 43:52Speaker 3: Yeah, rather than just sitting around being like waiting for
- 43:56Speaker 3: you guys more days. He's gonna You're gonna see him
- 43:59Speaker 3: get out of the Amazon truck. Just throw it, fucking
- 44:02Speaker 3: throw it into your front lobby.
- 44:04Speaker 1: There were always some knowledgeable brothers at the UH at
- 44:08Speaker 1: the Best Buy in South Philly. Yeah, some anime brothers
- 44:12Speaker 1: there is.
- 44:13Speaker 3: It is a lot of that. It's a lot of
- 44:14Speaker 3: anime bros.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Yeah, cool, very very knowledgeable.
- 44:17Speaker 3: It goes hand in hand the PC culture in the
- 44:19Speaker 3: anime culture. That makes sense to me. Everyone. We we
- 44:22Speaker 3: did our tryouts yesterday. Half the dudes had anime profile pictures. Yeah,
- 44:30Speaker 3: did we The guys that we had yesterday were we
- 44:32Speaker 3: did our tryouts yesterday? Incredible?
- 44:35Speaker 1: What was it?
- 44:36Speaker 3: Jerry's already not trying trying to sign contracts. He's like,
- 44:39Speaker 3: I'm going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow for which guy?
- 44:42Speaker 1: For which guy? We got a couple you some some gems. Yeah, yeah,
- 44:47Speaker 1: based on.
- 44:48Speaker 3: What just based on what we've seen.
- 44:51Speaker 1: But like they're gaming or like their interviews.
- 44:53Speaker 3: Well, I mean for the most part, it was their gaming.
- 44:57Speaker 3: We had one dude who was good at gaming and
- 44:59Speaker 3: his also his interview was hilarious, but he was he
- 45:02Speaker 3: is twenty five on the issue.
- 45:05Speaker 1: So you're saying he's too old.
- 45:06Speaker 3: He might be too old, but I don't I don't know.
- 45:08Speaker 3: I don't know. He was competing well, he was, he
- 45:14Speaker 3: was playing great. He was not playing like he was
- 45:16Speaker 3: twenty five.
- 45:16Speaker 5: Listen, Chris Kyle joined the fucking Seals in his like
- 45:20Speaker 5: late twenties or something.
- 45:21Speaker 1: No, it's different for these gamers though, Like your brain
- 45:24Speaker 1: peaks at like nineteen.
- 45:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I'd say like twenty twenty one is like what
- 45:28Speaker 3: we're looking for. But like twenty if you've got the
- 45:31Speaker 3: talent and you've got the personality, we're not going to
- 45:33Speaker 3: ignore you. If you're twenty five. If he was thirty,
- 45:37Speaker 3: then we'd be talking a different out of the question.
- 45:40Speaker 1: That's like when Chris wink got drafted. Yeah, like Florida
- 45:44Speaker 1: State quarterback, it was like twenty eight or something like that.
- 45:47Speaker 5: Yeah, dude, these contracts in the in the Cowboys doc,
- 45:52Speaker 5: which you know we're mind blowing at the time. Yeah,
- 45:56Speaker 5: it's like Troy Aikman six years, forty million dollars. Yeah,
- 46:02Speaker 5: and it's like I look at that and I'm like,
- 46:04Speaker 5: and by the way, you know, his head is getting
- 46:06Speaker 5: planted into the.
- 46:09Speaker 1: Every other play and like AstroTurf at that time was
- 46:12Speaker 1: just like green paint on cement.
- 46:15Speaker 5: It's a basketball court, it's a streetball court. But I
- 46:23Speaker 5: think to myself, my god, how is that even fucking possible?
- 46:26Speaker 5: And then you're like, okay, well, forty million dollars in
- 46:30Speaker 5: nineteen ninety one, Yeah, is I don't one hundred one
- 46:35Speaker 5: hundred and fifty today. I don't know what that would transfer.
- 46:37Speaker 3: In football contracts. I would say, yeah, probably it was
- 46:41Speaker 3: the Yeah, if you're getting paid forty million for six
- 46:44Speaker 3: years in nineteen ninety today, that would be forty million
- 46:48Speaker 3: a year at least.
- 46:50Speaker 1: Yeah, Like Derek Patrick Mahomes had like a five hundred
- 46:54Speaker 1: million dollars contract.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Yeah, and that was three years ago. That's Patrick Mahomes
- 46:58Speaker 3: isn't even like a top ten highest paid player in
- 47:00Speaker 3: the league.
- 47:01Speaker 5: Okay, so adjusted for inflation, forty million dollars in nineteen
- 47:04Speaker 5: ninety two is equal to ninety one million, five hundred
- 47:07Speaker 5: and forty six dollars five hundred and forty six thousand,
- 47:09Speaker 5: So still not even close as a six year contract.
- 47:13Speaker 3: That he had. Yeah, that's insane. I think. I think
- 47:15Speaker 3: that's what it was. The craziest shoot is when you
- 47:17Speaker 3: look at other sports that aren't NBA, MLB and NFL,
- 47:22Speaker 3: so pretty much just the NHL. If you look, dude,
- 47:26Speaker 3: when the pay when the Bruins signed Swaymen after last year,
- 47:30Speaker 3: like over the summer Swaymen, they signed him for like
- 47:33Speaker 3: eight million dollars for like two years or like maybe
- 47:36Speaker 3: it might have even been more. It might have been
- 47:37Speaker 3: like eight million for like four years. Hockey players, dude,
- 47:40Speaker 3: they're getting paid, Like, dude, I looked at the comments.
- 47:43Speaker 3: People were like, biggest overpay in the last thirty years.
- 47:47Speaker 3: Really eight million? Froom, sorry goalie for the for the Bruins.
- 47:51Speaker 5: Yeah, I feel bad for the hockey.
- 47:54Speaker 3: Players and those guys are getting just demolish. Yeah.
- 47:58Speaker 1: And in the offseason they have to work at meat packing.
- 48:01Speaker 5: Like that, yeah, shipping warehouses. Yeah, dude. The only thing
- 48:07Speaker 5: that I can say about hockey is that if you
- 48:11Speaker 5: are playing in the NHL, and like I feel like,
- 48:16Speaker 5: unless you're trying to play for a Stanley Cup team,
- 48:20Speaker 5: and even some of them are, you should do everything
- 48:23Speaker 5: you can to play in Florida.
- 48:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:25Speaker 5: I have a buddy who played for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Yeah,
- 48:29Speaker 5: and what he took home playing there for like ten
- 48:33Speaker 5: years versus what a New York Ranger takes. Yea was
- 48:38Speaker 5: so preposterously different, not to mention his rent on the
- 48:44Speaker 5: nicest department in Tampa Bay versus what a guy in
- 48:48Speaker 5: New York City lives in. It's just I can't. I
- 48:53Speaker 5: wouldn't want to play here for that reason alone. If
- 48:55Speaker 5: you know that you're, in all likelihood whatever you're going
- 48:58Speaker 5: to get six to eight years at best in the NHL,
- 49:02Speaker 5: and that's betting on injuries and stuff like that.
- 49:05Speaker 1: Fucking out, their brains get so scrambled that they can't
- 49:08Speaker 1: even do cameo afterwards.
- 49:11Speaker 3: Right, that's it. I mean, there's got to be dudes
- 49:14Speaker 3: on the Rangers who are like, like, it's not like
- 49:18Speaker 3: they don't They probably don't feel like a professional.
- 49:22Speaker 5: Do you remember the story of Jeremy Lynn when he
- 49:24Speaker 5: got traded to the Knicks and he had to he
- 49:26Speaker 5: was like living on his teammates couch now the first
- 49:30Speaker 5: seven months because he was making seven hundred Yeah.
- 49:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, poor bastards.
- 49:38Speaker 1: Breaks my fucking heart for them. Fucking everything that moves
- 49:43Speaker 1: on the Rangers, poor fucking hockey place.
- 49:46Speaker 3: You think it would be a little bit cheaper, and
- 49:47Speaker 3: you think they'd be making more money. The Rangers tickets
- 49:49Speaker 3: are fucking insane expensive.
- 49:52Speaker 1: They literally they fuck so much hockey players just because
- 49:55Speaker 1: they need somewhere to sleep. I know, they just don't
- 49:57Speaker 1: have apartments.
- 49:59Speaker 3: Their home wreck my place out this week.
- 50:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I need something. That's the only reason poor guys due.
- 50:06Speaker 1: My heart goes out to hockey players.
- 50:09Speaker 3: Except then there are other people that play for a
- 50:11Speaker 3: while and they make fucking a ton of money.
- 50:15Speaker 1: Well, I'm sure it's a pretty awesome lifestyle.
- 50:17Speaker 5: Yeah, I think the look at the best player, the
- 50:20Speaker 5: best plavity, Connor McDavid. What does Connor McDavid make.
- 50:25Speaker 1: He's making like a waffle house manager, way.
- 50:28Speaker 3: I think McDavid. But isn't is McDavid on a like?
- 50:31Speaker 3: Isn't his contract up soon? Yeah?
- 50:35Speaker 5: I think so, So he'll probably.
- 50:36Speaker 3: Get paid a ship ton. I don't know what he makes, though,
- 50:39Speaker 3: I feel like I looked it up and it wasn't dude,
- 50:41Speaker 3: I think he was.
- 50:42Speaker 5: So. He signed an eight year I think it's one
- 50:45Speaker 5: hundred million dollar contract with the Edmonton Oilers with an
- 50:48Speaker 5: average annual salary of twelve million, five hundred thousand dollars.
- 50:52Speaker 5: I assume twelve million bucks a year yeah.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Twelve point Edmonton too.
- 50:56Speaker 3: Wouldn't you. I mean, if you're that good at hockey,
- 50:58Speaker 3: you think you ever I guess now, because these guys
- 51:00Speaker 3: are like hockey dudes are like born and raised hockey.
- 51:03Speaker 3: But like, if you're McDavid, you gotta be thinking, like
- 51:08Speaker 3: I could probably go play like another sport and just
- 51:11Speaker 3: get paid.
- 51:13Speaker 1: Just like being the rodeo in Edmonton or some shit.
- 51:16Speaker 3: I mean, he's athletic as fuck. Like, if you're the
- 51:19Speaker 3: best hockey player in the world, you're one of the
- 51:21Speaker 3: best athletes in the world. True, but I'd be going
- 51:25Speaker 3: I can't believe. I can't believe. Go to the NBA.
- 51:28Speaker 1: Yeah, McDavid should suit up.
- 51:30Speaker 3: I mean they look at.
- 51:30Speaker 5: Steve Nash and they're like, he's Canadian. Well yeah, look
- 51:33Speaker 5: at what he did too. MVPs.
- 51:35Speaker 3: Yeah, dude, he could be a he could be on
- 51:37Speaker 3: the cell, he could fit in on the Celtics. Just
- 51:39Speaker 3: be one of those, you know, one of the bench guys.
- 51:41Speaker 3: Con McDavid, one of the white guys that comes in
- 51:43Speaker 3: and mixes things up.
- 51:44Speaker 5: I'll say this, I don't know how many NHL players
- 51:49Speaker 5: given the same if they had put all their eggs
- 51:52Speaker 5: in the basketball basket from a young age. Yeah, would
- 51:55Speaker 5: have been able to succeed in the NBA and can Versely,
- 52:00Speaker 5: I don't know how many NBA players in the same
- 52:04Speaker 5: way would have been able to succeed in the NHL.
- 52:06Speaker 5: I think it's body type size, the way your move,
- 52:10Speaker 5: the way you're wired. I just don't It's hard to know.
- 52:13Speaker 5: How does being able to skate incredibly fast translate to
- 52:18Speaker 5: jumping ability?
- 52:19Speaker 3: Do you know what I mean?
- 52:20Speaker 1: Peyton Pritchard I think played juniors. Yeah, the Celtics backup.
- 52:25Speaker 1: I think he played with Hers Hershey, the Hershey Bears
- 52:28Speaker 1: or something.
- 52:29Speaker 3: Who's the dude on? Who's the dude on? Fucking did
- 52:36Speaker 3: t J.
- 52:38Speaker 4: J?
- 52:38Speaker 3: G o? No? No, no, the basketball t J McConnell,
- 52:42Speaker 3: the white dude.
- 52:43Speaker 1: Yeah, he played juniors?
- 52:44Speaker 3: Yeah, wow, I could like, I could see I could
- 52:46Speaker 3: see McDavid slipping into a TJ. TJ role.
- 52:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:50Speaker 1: T J mcconnald's just playing a backup point guards. What's
- 52:54Speaker 1: the biggest muscle for being able to jump high?
- 52:57Speaker 3: Is it in your calves?
- 52:58Speaker 1: Is it?
- 52:58Speaker 3: I feel like it's gotta be Cavs Probably it's probably combo.
- 53:02Speaker 1: So it's not so hockey players what they have great
- 53:05Speaker 1: asses because they could skate fast. What's that your ass
- 53:07Speaker 1: or your thighs?
- 53:08Speaker 3: That baseball?
- 53:10Speaker 1: Baseball got great ass, big.
- 53:12Speaker 5: Big for sure. In hockey they've got big butts. I
- 53:16Speaker 5: mean the skating is like all their quads are huge squads,
- 53:22Speaker 5: and it seems to me that a lot of them
- 53:25Speaker 5: have big chests and are very like barrel shaped, a
- 53:29Speaker 5: lot of power and low.
- 53:31Speaker 3: I think we're gonna start seeing more crossovers because now
- 53:33Speaker 3: it's all coming. It's coming to me.
- 53:35Speaker 5: Why is there you go right the crossover? It's running
- 53:41Speaker 5: backs and hockey players. Alex Ovechkin could maybe have been
- 53:44Speaker 5: a good fullback in the.
- 53:45Speaker 3: NFL, Yeah for sure. I mean there's no reason that
- 53:48Speaker 3: Saquon Barkley couldn't just dominate on the ice.
- 53:51Speaker 1: And did you ever see that video of Wayne Gretzky
- 53:53Speaker 1: in the foot race against like Pele and all these
- 53:56Speaker 1: other beat them all? Yeah, he was like smoking all
- 53:58Speaker 1: these other like amazing athletes. He was fast as fuck,
- 54:02Speaker 1: probably because he's quadzilla.
- 54:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 54:04Speaker 1: Like, if you suck as a running back, if you're
- 54:06Speaker 1: a third string running back in the NFL.
- 54:08Speaker 3: The NHL on the black Hawks, yeah, like start learning
- 54:17Speaker 3: how to skate on the side.
- 54:18Speaker 1: Yeah, as a hustle just outside hustle. I mean, you're you.
- 54:22Speaker 3: Have top tier athletic ability.
- 54:24Speaker 5: Not for nothing. Charles Haley as an enforcer in that
- 54:27Speaker 5: era in the NHL.
- 54:29Speaker 1: Oh yeah, he'd be a bad christ dude.
- 54:31Speaker 5: He would have fucking killed people.
- 54:33Speaker 1: Yeah, Charles Haley said that when he was on the
- 54:35Speaker 1: forty nine Ers, he walked into the general manager's office
- 54:38Speaker 1: and whipped his dick out and started pissing on the
- 54:40Speaker 1: guy's desk and was like, that's how bad I want
- 54:42Speaker 1: to get traded. How fucking saying is that that guy
- 54:47Speaker 1: just live with his dick out.
- 54:48Speaker 5: And he's got this crazy lisp too, really and uh
- 54:53Speaker 5: and yet he's the scariest dude ever something. It's like
- 54:55Speaker 5: very Mike Tyson as.
- 54:57Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you sound.
- 54:59Speaker 5: But what you're saying is the most violent thing I've
- 55:01Speaker 5: ever heard.
- 55:03Speaker 1: Yeah, he could. I mean the guy. Wasn't there a
- 55:05Speaker 1: guy on the Raiders this year who got kicked off
- 55:10Speaker 1: the team for doing and everybody's doing gay shit.
- 55:13Speaker 3: Yeah, they suspect that he was Christian Watkins or something
- 55:17Speaker 3: like that. Yeah, Yeah, it's something is in something Watkins Wilkins.
- 55:21Speaker 3: The issue there, he was kicking guys on the forehead.
- 55:24Speaker 1: But no, but that's what was said. But he asked
- 55:26Speaker 1: to have been doing some shoot with his cop.
- 55:28Speaker 3: He was kissing foreheads and that's what.
- 55:33Speaker 1: Huh, Christian Wilkins close Christopher Walkin.
- 55:36Speaker 5: Yeah, clearly acting gay in the NFL now, with the
- 55:43Speaker 5: precedent of Aaron Hernandez is a red flag.
- 55:45Speaker 1: Well, so he got kicked off the team. And it's
- 55:47Speaker 1: like Charles Haley got like six super Bowl rings for.
- 55:50Speaker 3: This different Unfortunately, the NFL, in terms of the lgbt
- 55:55Speaker 3: Q acceptance, is going in opposite to exist. No, I
- 55:59Speaker 3: think it's going in the non acceptance.
- 56:02Speaker 1: Oh really you think?
- 56:03Speaker 3: I think Hernandez set them back a decade.
- 56:07Speaker 1: The only gay dude's a murderer.
- 56:08Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, And how's he is?
- 56:13Speaker 3: He still?
- 56:13Speaker 1: No, he's out of the league. He's like a financial
- 56:15Speaker 1: affirm now or something some something like that.
- 56:17Speaker 3: Suddenly he started dealing with hamstring injuries.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Growing.
- 56:25Speaker 3: Don't worry about him. He's got a growing problem, lower.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Body lower body injury. Poor guy. Yeah, I mean, I guess, yeah,
- 56:38Speaker 1: if Christian Wilkins is gay and he was doing gay ship,
- 56:42Speaker 1: you can't kick him off the team.
- 56:44Speaker 3: But oh, I think that's even more of a reason
- 56:45Speaker 3: to kick him off the team because he's gay. And
- 56:48Speaker 3: if you're gay and you're doing gay ship, that means
- 56:50Speaker 3: you're pretty much sexually harassing your coworkers.
- 56:53Speaker 1: Yeah, but what if you're a gay dude in the.
- 56:55Speaker 3: NFL and you're going around kissing guys on the forehead
- 56:57Speaker 3: in the locker room.
- 56:59Speaker 1: What if you're just like, it's my culture, dude. If
- 57:01Speaker 1: you're like, uh, but dude, then you.
- 57:03Speaker 3: Then you. Then I'm a straight man. I'm not going
- 57:05Speaker 3: up on I'm not going into the stands green room
- 57:08Speaker 3: just kissing girls on the cheek. No.
- 57:11Speaker 5: Can you imagine sass walks in and starts embracing women
- 57:15Speaker 5: the way that Europeans do.
- 57:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think it has.
- 57:19Speaker 5: So good to see you.
- 57:20Speaker 1: If he's guys or handsy like that, like that's he's
- 57:22Speaker 1: just that. If he's just like nikky.
- 57:24Speaker 5: Smokes already already the NFL locker room a lot of
- 57:28Speaker 5: grab ass, lot of smacking, a lot of stuff.
- 57:31Speaker 3: It goes from. I don't know.
- 57:33Speaker 1: At Penn State, they didn't Michael Parsons I put a pike,
- 57:36Speaker 1: a parking cone up a kid's ass or something like
- 57:38Speaker 1: that of a dude's ass, not a kid, but a
- 57:40Speaker 1: guy on the football team.
- 57:41Speaker 3: I mean, this is no surprises coming from Penn State.
- 57:44Speaker 3: I don't know if that's the best example to use. Yeah, right, Ald,
- 57:50Speaker 3: there was a kid.
- 57:51Speaker 5: There was a kid I knew who got kicked out
- 57:52Speaker 5: of his boarding school and had to come back to
- 57:54Speaker 5: our school because he shoved a shampoo bottle up a
- 57:57Speaker 5: freshman's ass and squeezed it.
- 57:59Speaker 3: Yeah. See that that ship. I've never really been on
- 58:01Speaker 3: the side that's rape. Yeah, that's just right. He raped him. Yeah,
- 58:05Speaker 3: that's right.
- 58:06Speaker 1: I don't want to know the fucking utensil.
- 58:08Speaker 3: Yeah that's yeah great. That's not like guys having fun
- 58:12Speaker 3: in the locker room. But that's what that's guy having
- 58:15Speaker 3: fun and one guy having a not fun at all
- 58:19Speaker 3: of his no fun forever.
- 58:24Speaker 1: Yeah, that's pretty fun.
- 58:26Speaker 3: But hey, Michael Parsons to the Backers one hundred and
- 58:29Speaker 3: forty million.
- 58:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I mean he was.
- 58:31Speaker 3: As for that other guy, he's probably pissed. He's probably
- 58:37Speaker 3: like always, I got the Packers to look forward to
- 58:39Speaker 3: this year.
- 58:39Speaker 5: Yeah, if he was a Packers fan.
- 58:42Speaker 3: Yeah, like my safe space.
- 58:48Speaker 1: I always loved football.
- 58:52Speaker 3: We got uh, we got Eagles Cowboys this week.
- 58:55Speaker 5: Yeah, come on Thursday.
- 58:57Speaker 1: Football on Thursday.
- 58:58Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 58:59Speaker 5: Oh where we watching ball this year? Because we can't
- 59:01Speaker 5: go over to Rounds anymore because he's got family now.
- 59:03Speaker 3: And yeah, no, I want to place has been infested.
- 59:08Speaker 5: Your place is literally infested, So you know, I don't
- 59:11Speaker 5: know if we can go there. And I don't think
- 59:13Speaker 5: I have the smallest apartment of the three of us.
- 59:15Speaker 3: You keep saying that, and I'm just not buying it
- 59:18Speaker 3: to get another angle.
- 59:19Speaker 1: On are you guys on?
- 59:20Speaker 5: The couch is nice, though it could be, but my
- 59:22Speaker 5: couch is my room. My apartment is so small that
- 59:24Speaker 5: I can't even have a couch facing the TV. I
- 59:27Speaker 5: have a couch that is, I guess perpendicular to the TV.
- 59:31Speaker 1: You said you had to bring.
- 59:32Speaker 3: You had to lay on it.
- 59:34Speaker 5: And the three of us would lie one, two three,
- 59:37Speaker 5: which would mean we'd have to remove the pillows in order,
- 59:40Speaker 5: at least the side pillows to make it deep enough
- 59:42Speaker 5: to stack. We could stack, though, we could do that.
- 59:45Speaker 1: He said harding when you brought your bike inside. Yeah,
- 59:50Speaker 1: they take the TV all the way off the wall
- 59:52Speaker 1: just to bring a bike in.
- 59:53Speaker 3: I mean, we could probably find room in rons.
- 59:55Speaker 1: Place like an extra room.
- 59:57Speaker 3: Yeah, there's got to be some space.
- 59:59Speaker 5: Can we come to yours though?
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: On the ninety inch?
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: Can we come to yours to watch? Yeah?
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: But I got to get a new TV. To be honest,
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: My TV is way smaller than I just said. You
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: had to stop spending money because a new TV is
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: a necessity and it's also not that pricey. I know
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: I could get seven GP. I could get seven TVs
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: for the price of one GP.
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: But that means you're gonna have to go back to
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: best Buy. That's what you're gonna do.
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: Oh, TV is not one I'm bringing home myself. OK.
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: Crazy. I don't know how decided to go with the
- 1:00:32Speaker 6: sixty inch this time. You know I would have if
- 1:00:35Speaker 6: I can fit on this Corolla.
- 1:00:37Speaker 5: You act like me saying that it's insane, and yet
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: I don't think any of your behavior is sane at all.
- 1:00:43Speaker 5: I can't make sense of it.
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: But the TV. Have you ever tried to bring a
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: TV home? Viewber, I've actually carried a TV home. Yeah,
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: I think that's better. I think it's a better option.
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: When I lived in Chelsea, because the Best Buy was
- 1:00:56Speaker 5: on twenty third and sixth, the Union Square one No
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: the one that's on twenty third and sixth. It's like
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: between twenty thirty.
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: Oh yeah, second in your bed bath and beyond it's
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: next to it. Yeah yeah, that's a great But that's
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: a women's Yeah, that's a phenomenal best buy.
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: I go to that the women. You know what other
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: store they love is the Container Store.
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: Oh yeah, great, that's a great shop too, Yeah shop.
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: Yeah. Well I brought I carried a TV home from there,
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: sixty five inch?
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: How many blocks?
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: Well it would have been how many two and a
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: half avenues in one block?
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: Ok, that's not terrible, No, that's I don't know, that's
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: kind of sucked. Two avenues two avenues? Though?
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Is did you get this or did you carry it
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: from the top.
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: Or I had I had a handle in the box.
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: It was like a oh it sounds like hell yeah,
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: you suck it up though.
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: True, that's a legendary.
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: This is my point.
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: Ready, So you get a new TV, I'll carry it
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: for you, but you have to let us come watch
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: TV at your apartment.
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: Order it to your place, and then you can come
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: over when you were watching football.
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: If you order a TV to my apartment so that
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: I can bring it to you.
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: Diabolical shit. Ever, you just bring it over when you
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: want to come watch.
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: I almost had my last straw today with Harry ready
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: for this round.
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: Okay, so what this could possibly be?
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: I'm driving back. I'm driving back into the city and
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: uh I I knew I was going to drive sort
- 1:02:34Speaker 5: of buy his apartment, so I wanted to see if
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: he wanted to ride up here to the office. And
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: I called him.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: I got here.
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: How you're gonna twist this to offer him a ride?
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: It's the most normal interaction of all.
- 1:02:47Speaker 5: I called him to offer him a nice thing, a
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: nice thing, And as it's ringing, as the phone to
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: Harry's ringing, I get a text from Harry.
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: Yes, I'm in an Uber.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: You were saying you couldn't answer a phone call.
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: I hate answering the phone in the uber because then
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: it's two phone calls happening at the same time. Harry
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: wouldn't pick up.
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: My phone call to offer him a nice thing because
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: he was in an Uber.
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: I was already on my way.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: Why don't you care? Why would you not talk in
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: front of an uber driver?
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: Though it's really nothing to do with that, I don't
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: I wouldn't answer that I don't answer the phone for
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: anybody in the uber.
- 1:03:26Speaker 5: You don't answer the phone at all. One of three people,
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: Bob Peters.
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: Or Elbow, called me on in the Uber two.
- 1:03:34Speaker 5: And you said, and take it.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: But what I feel like an uber is the easiest
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: place to talk to someone. You're not doing anything. You're
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: basically in a booth.
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: Everybody talks on the phone.
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: And when I'm in an uber, I like to be
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: headphones in watching something.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: You could take the call from. Oh did he interrupt
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: what you were watching?
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: I was actually watching the Katrina I was rewatching parts
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: of the Katrina doc.
- 1:03:56Speaker 5: So you're on a five minute Uber ride, you're watching,
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: you're rewatching something you've already seen, and you won't take
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: my phone call.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: I'm already on the way to the office and we're
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: going to record a podcast. What do you want me
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: to do? Get out of there?
- 1:04:10Speaker 5: I think it's it's like just as my friend you
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: should when I I don't call you, I don't call you.
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: Hands off policy in New York City.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: You're protecting him.
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: I'm protecting I don't know. I mean, he's got a
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: he's got a fucking it's cannap sheet with the New
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: York Police.
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: It's connected to my I'm on the fucking.
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: You know you're in the tesla.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: What did you think.
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: It was an old Chevy? I don't know. That's even
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: worse to talk to someone who's on their phone.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Thing going through the whole car.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: Oh my god, it's brudel. You're getting the AC the
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: whole time, just blasting into my ear.
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: I don't know why you won't pick up the phone
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: when I call you.
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: If you call me again and I'm free, I'll answer.
- 1:04:53Speaker 5: Because I don't call you that often. All jokes aside,
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: I don't call you.
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: No, I would say most of the time that you
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: call me Jen, And I'm not even joking. I was.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: It's probably on days that we're going to record.
- 1:05:02Speaker 5: I would say, I'm on average. Does this sound fair?
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: Probably on average? I call you once every three weeks.
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: Yeah, probably maybe once every two weeks.
- 1:05:10Speaker 5: Okay, fine, Yeah, you should pick up that phone call
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: because when you call me, I will always pick up
- 1:05:16Speaker 5: your call.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: So you're calling on twenty five times a year about
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: and you're picking up how many calls?
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: Well, it's not even that he doesn't pick it up,
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: it's that he won't pick it up, and then he'll
- 1:05:25Speaker 5: be like, what what do you want? I'm you know,
- 1:05:29Speaker 5: I'm sitting down.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: I mean we're talking. This is minutes before were going
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: to record the lines. Record the record button is being bread.
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: Don't tell me you're in an uber. Tell me I'm
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: on the phone with my my family or yeah, yeah, whatever,
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: I have a meeting.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: Lie like your other lies.
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: You just say you have a meeting to get a
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: message while the phone is ringing, what's up? I'm in
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: an uber? I'm like, that is the the opposite resume, like,
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: why you talk to me on the phone.
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: It's my goat, that's my that's my reason.
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: And if you were really quick at responding to text messages,
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: I wouldn't mind. But the reason I call you is
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: because I have a thing. I have five I'm gonna
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: be in your apartment in five minutes. I'd love to
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: give you a ride if you want, We'll scoot on
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: up there together, have a nice little bonding moment together.
- 1:06:19Speaker 5: And uh, I would. I would text that to you,
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: But you don't respond to text messages either.
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: I apologize you respond to tech messages though I just.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: Saw that, Uh that Best Buy workers don't get commissioned.
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: Really, I don't know if I believe that.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: Oh and just sent it really or not just sent it.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: I just saw it or Tyler just sent it. I'm sorry.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: They do not get commission because it would be a
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: cost to best Buy.
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: Yeah, it says it's from best Buy workers. We do
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: not work on commission.
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: And so that guy had no reason to fuck with you.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: He just it was guarded variety in competence, not malice.
- 1:06:56Speaker 5: I don't know, dude, I was I was playing golf
- 1:06:58Speaker 5: this morning because it's Labor Day.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: Solved this morning. Yeah, that's insane. Why because it's only
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: like I guess it's four pm, it was only we
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: had to be here two Yeah, I guess it's true.
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: On days that I have shit going on, though, it's
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: like I'm not moving until that thing. No, seriously, it's
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: like it's a weird like mental block that I have
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: where it's like I can't enjoy myself until I'm done
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: for the day.
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: But that's just so funny that like I can't go
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: to best Buy today recording at three pm.
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: No, it's literally like how I think, like if I
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: have if I had a spot tonight, I'm not like
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: it's once. Yeah, I would go home and I would
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: just see it and I wouldn't play video games, like,
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: I would do nothing until the spot was over. Well,
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: because dude, I'll be sitting in my apartment. I'll be like,
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: I got a spot at eight. It's five, and I'm like,
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: may as well just start getting ready. Now it's five
- 1:07:58Speaker 3: minutes away from where I live and I have three hours.
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: You're just sitting on the couch exhaling pretty much. Yeah,
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: so you played golf this morning.
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: I was.
- 1:08:10Speaker 5: I played golf this morning. I was alone and it
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: was kind of crowded, and so I played through a
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: group and it was the last hole I was playing.
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: I was expecting to play eighteen, but I stopped early
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: because Roan got back quicker than we thought. Yeah, so
- 1:08:22Speaker 5: I was on thirteen and they were like, do you
- 1:08:24Speaker 5: want to play through? And I was like, I'll just
- 1:08:25Speaker 5: play the whole with you guys. And it was three
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: black guys and one of them was wearing a Yale
- 1:08:31Speaker 5: belt and he was an older guy. He's probably like
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: in his late fifties right, and we're walking and I said,
- 1:08:40Speaker 5: did you go to Yale? And he goes, no, My
- 1:08:42Speaker 5: daughter goes there. I go, oh, congratulation. He said, we
- 1:08:45Speaker 5: just dropped her off. I said, congratulations.
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: What is school?
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: He's like, did you go to Yale or something? I
- 1:08:49Speaker 5: was like, no, no, no, my sister went there. And then
- 1:08:52Speaker 5: I said is she an athlete? And he goes, are
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: you asking that because I'm black?
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: Whoa? Whoa?
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: He was kind of kidding yeah, but but he held it.
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: How was your reaction?
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: I went, no, it's because you're huge. This guy was
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: like six five, big muscular, and I had that ready yea.
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: I was like, no, it's because of I was like, no,
- 1:09:17Speaker 5: it's because you're huge. And he was like, no, she's
- 1:09:20Speaker 5: not an athlete. And I was like, oh, okay, well
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: that's great. I know it was close. It was close
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: to a bad moment.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: They should have been like.
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: You're black, sorr, I don't have my glasses on.
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: Jesus Christ. I thought you were an Indian. I thought
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: you were from the West India.
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: That's wild souse. That happened.
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: And then when I was driving back, I had to
- 1:09:48Speaker 5: go through a light and there was a turn. It
- 1:09:50Speaker 5: was a turn at the light and it was with
- 1:09:53Speaker 5: an arrow and I was one of the last cars
- 1:09:56Speaker 5: and it was a long light, and so it got
- 1:09:58Speaker 5: to yellow and I thought, I'm gonna fucking gun it
- 1:10:02Speaker 5: and I'm gonna make it, and it probably turned red
- 1:10:06Speaker 5: the second that I got through the line. And then
- 1:10:10Speaker 5: as I got was in the middle of the intersection,
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: I heard police sirens just immediately and I go, oh, fuck, fuck,
- 1:10:19Speaker 5: And I looked behind me and one other car had
- 1:10:24Speaker 5: come through the light with me, had followed me through,
- 1:10:29Speaker 5: which would have been full red, and then the cop
- 1:10:31Speaker 5: car was right behind him and they got that guy.
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: Damn was it the dude?
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: And he's like, why, because I'm black?
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: It wasn't. I genuinely it wasn't him. No, I don't
- 1:10:48Speaker 3: know why I thought it would have been him. My
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: whole in my head the whole time, I was like,
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: it's gonna be him, isn't it. No, that's totally where
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: I thought that was.
- 1:10:58Speaker 5: I'm sorry, you're I guess in sequence that would have
- 1:11:01Speaker 5: been funnier. But no, no unrelated stories, but it was.
- 1:11:07Speaker 5: It was just one of those nice things to get
- 1:11:09Speaker 5: through and did not be which reminded me of a
- 1:11:12Speaker 5: saying that we used to have in high school, because
- 1:11:14Speaker 5: in high school, for whatever reason, in Maine, we ran
- 1:11:18Speaker 5: from the cops. A house parties got shut down, you
- 1:11:21Speaker 5: go out the back door and you just run into
- 1:11:23Speaker 5: the woods.
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: That's what we did. Yeah, I mean there were.
- 1:11:25Speaker 5: A couple times, a couple times in high school where
- 1:11:28Speaker 5: we were like someone was like the cops literally out
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: of a movie about teenagers having house parties, and it
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: was like, cops are here. Everyone runs. Yeah, And the
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: saying was, you don't have to outrun the cops, you
- 1:11:41Speaker 5: have to outrun your friends.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: Yeah, of course, And so that was what it was. Yeah,
- 1:11:46Speaker 5: I didn't out I didn't outrun that cop. There was
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: just one guy behind him. It just reminded me of.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: Like the Native Americans said, you only have to outrun
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: the slowest water buffalo, not the alligator.
- 1:12:00Speaker 3: Is that one if their fables?
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: They would always be yapping about that. All right, I
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: have to get home to my children, but I have
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: to let the people know that I am going to
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: be in Bridesburg and Gaithersburg, Maryland well before my mom's
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: down there.
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: I'm going to be in Wisconsin. Next weekend is the
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: Columbus show sold out, and we are also doing a
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: show in Columbus next Tuesday. We're going to be showing
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: some What are we showing the new episode? We'll be
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: showing a new episode for mascots. Also, make sure to
- 1:12:41Speaker 3: check that out tomorrow when it comes out.
- 1:12:43Speaker 5: Are you guys doing the funny Bone down there? Yes,
- 1:12:45Speaker 5: that place is good. That's a good funny bone.
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: And then I will be in Wisconsin after that.
- 1:12:49Speaker 5: I'll mean the next next weekend, not this weekend, but
- 1:12:53Speaker 5: the following weekend, Friday and Saturday at the Tempe Improv
- 1:12:56Speaker 5: and then on from there to Philly, San Diego. Uh
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: and also Nashville. Oh no, sorry, I'm not going to
- 1:13:05Speaker 5: Nashville anymore. Uh, Austin, Texas, and Boston. Austin and Philly
- 1:13:10Speaker 5: are like almost sold out, So heads up on that.
- 1:13:14Speaker 5: Tickets At punch Up Dot Live Slash, Francis Cellos.
