- 0:12SPEAKER_02: This has been I Wait do you hear the next batch of these?
- 0:15SPEAKER_02: Because here's the way we're doing it.
- 0:16SPEAKER_02: We've got four different phrases, words you have to use in the story you're gonna tell us.
- 0:21SPEAKER_02: Uh, you wanna give the words real quick?
- 0:23SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 0:23SPEAKER_03: Fixin, cow, mama, and Dolly Parton.
- 0:27SPEAKER_02: All part of country grammar, right?
- 0:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 0:29SPEAKER_02: Now here's the thing with this.
- 0:31SPEAKER_02: We said we will not accept anything other than an audio message via our apps.
- 0:37SPEAKER_02: So whether it's Wink106, Twin Tears Magic, My Radio Jams, there's a microphone right next to where you would normally text us, and you record your thing.
- 0:46SPEAKER_02: Now, some of you have gotten way creative, even throwing in a little southern drawl.
- 0:51SPEAKER_03: That beautiful southern accent is just that was my biscuits.
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: I'm not sure what light my biscuits is.
- 0:58SPEAKER_03: I don't I don't know what you're doing.
- 0:59SPEAKER_03: All right, let me let me play the first one.
- 1:02SPEAKER_03: We are gonna have to give away more than one pair.
- 1:04SPEAKER_03: That's just it is what it is.
- 1:05SPEAKER_03: Uh, because you guys are so good.
- 1:06SPEAKER_03: 8435.
- 1:08SPEAKER_03: We're gonna start out with a guy this time.
- 1:10SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Well, Mama was fixing supper when the cow got loose and ran straight through the yard.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: I grabbed my boots and chased after it while mama yelled, catch that cow.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: Somehow we ended up dancing around the barn like Dolly Parton was playing live.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: That cow just stood there staring at us like we completely lost our minds.
- 1:26SPEAKER_03: That's adorable.
- 1:28SPEAKER_03: It was well played.
- 1:30SPEAKER_03: Okay, this next one is 9380.
- 1:33SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:35SPEAKER_05: I'm fixing to go to this Nelly concert one way or another.
- 1:38SPEAKER_05: I might hit a cow on the way through.
- 1:40SPEAKER_05: You know it is the 607.
- 1:43SPEAKER_05: But Dolly Parton's gonna be there one way or another, too.
- 1:46SPEAKER_05: Because I'll be singing Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, the whole way there in the little country grammar.
- 1:53SPEAKER_05: Oh that's it.
- 1:56SPEAKER_02: Why is it when someone drops the area code, it makes me chuckle every time?
- 1:59SPEAKER_03: Oh, I love it.
- 2:00SPEAKER_03: I love it.
- 2:01SPEAKER_02: You're in the 607 or the 570?
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: Me too.
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: Oh god.
- 2:04SPEAKER_03: Here you go.
- 2:05SPEAKER_06: Y'all, my mama told me that my Catawump's cow wasn't producing any more milk.
- 2:11SPEAKER_06: And I was gonna have to get my big girl britches on, get down to the stables, and find me a man that would get me a new cow.
- 2:18SPEAKER_06: I'm fixing to have to get gussied up, looking like a dally pot and son of a gun, and find me a man that would give me enough money to get me a new cow.
- 2:28SPEAKER_06: That's what mama said what she did.
- 2:30SPEAKER_06: It worked for her, so it'll work for me.
- 2:33SPEAKER_03: That's cute.
- 2:34SPEAKER_06: That was cute, yes.
- 2:35SPEAKER_03: That person also is in as a guest, so you're gonna have to re-log in.
- 2:42SPEAKER_03: But you got all four of them in then.
- 2:43SPEAKER_03: That was good.
- 2:44SPEAKER_03: Yes, okay.
- 2:44SPEAKER_03: Another guest one.
- 2:45SPEAKER_03: Gotta log in.
- 2:47SPEAKER_07: I got up this morning and I went outside because I was fixing to do my chores, because every morning I gotta do my chores, and one of them is I gotta go outside and I gotta milk the cow.
- 2:55SPEAKER_07: Cause uh, well, I gotta get the cow milk in the morning because I eat it in my cereal, and I really like that.
- 3:00SPEAKER_07: So when I went outside to milk the cow, my mama opened the door, she slammed it open, and she said, Dolly Putin died.
- 3:07SPEAKER_07: And I said, What?
- 3:09SPEAKER_07: And oh no, oh my god, it's hooks and to get the cow milk.
- 3:15SPEAKER_07: And mama said, Dolly Putton, I know.
- 3:17SPEAKER_07: I don't know what to do.
- 3:19SPEAKER_02: Um, that is the best female Barack Obama impression I've ever heard.
- 3:23SPEAKER_02: Barack Obama.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: I was also thinking, are we in gone with the wind?
- 3:27SPEAKER_03: Come on over, Michelle.
- 3:28SPEAKER_03: Is this slave times?
- 3:31SPEAKER_03: This is from Taylor.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: Mama was fixing to fry some chicken when a cow busted through the screen door like she paid the mortgage.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: Mama grabbed her flip pop and hollered, not today, Satan.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: That cow took off through the kitchen, knocked over the sweet tea, and somehow turned on Dolly Parton.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: Nine to five started blasting.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: Mama stopped dead in her tracks, looked at that cow and said, Well, bless your heart.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: You got good taste.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: When the cow crapped on the rug, mama said, Never mind, you'll fix it to become hamburger.
- 4:04SPEAKER_03: First of all, that was an actual story.
- 4:07SPEAKER_03: Sweet tea.
- 4:08SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 4:08SPEAKER_03: I mean, like you pay the mortgage.
- 4:11SPEAKER_03: That one was one of my favorites.
- 4:12SPEAKER_02: That was excellent.
- 4:13SPEAKER_03: Between Taylor and Jenny, I So far I think those two are guaranteed tickets.
- 4:17SPEAKER_02: We just gotta figure out where we're putting them.
- 4:19SPEAKER_02: But there's more.
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: Hold on.
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: There's I think we're we got we're busier than a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest with this.
- 4:25SPEAKER_02: So let's keep going.
- 4:26SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 4:26SPEAKER_03: Uh this one is uh I'll just give your part of your username because I don't see your your phone number.

- 4:36SPEAKER_03: Uh SD 118-2003.
- 4:40SPEAKER_08: I was fixing to enjoy a quiet morning sipping my coffee when Mama hollered that the cow had escaped again.
- 4:49SPEAKER_08: I chased that thing down the road in my slippers.
- 4:52SPEAKER_08: While mama yelled directions like Dolly Parton had a roadie yoke.
- 4:57SPEAKER_08: The cow finally stopped.
- 4:59SPEAKER_08: Looked at me like I owed it money.
- 5:02SPEAKER_08: And walked on home, honey.
- 5:04SPEAKER_08: Bless its heart.
- 5:06SPEAKER_03: I also love with a bless his heart.
- 5:09SPEAKER_03: That that one almost will always get me.

- 5:25SPEAKER_04: And I named one after Dolly Parton.
- 5:28SPEAKER_04: I remember one night we were sitting in the kitchen.
- 5:31SPEAKER_04: Mom's getting ready for dinner.
- 5:33SPEAKER_04: Daddy says, Girl, go on out there and get me that cow.
- 5:36SPEAKER_04: I'm fixing for a hamburger.

- 5:51SPEAKER_02: Oh, and I love Merle.
- 5:53SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, Merle, thank you.
- 5:55SPEAKER_02: I honestly have to tell you that really was great.
- 5:58SPEAKER_02: Merle, and it took a second.
- 6:00SPEAKER_02: I wasn't expecting that.
- 6:01SPEAKER_02: Oh, I'm crying.
- 6:02SPEAKER_02: Merle.
- 6:03SPEAKER_03: I couldn't eat Dolly Parton for dinner either.
- 6:05SPEAKER_02: And then we did.
- 6:08SPEAKER_02: Merle's great because at this point now, even other people are pumping in their votes for who should win.
- 6:15SPEAKER_02: Number two, and the lady uh in the uh North 40.
