- 1:41Speaker 2: The show starts in seven nine eight seven, six five
- 1:55Speaker 2: four three two.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Cool.
- 2:05Speaker 4: Good evening, Good evening. Welcome everybody to another episode of
- 2:09Speaker 4: Bad to Business. I am your host, of course, Shining Saffron.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Thank y'all for joining me tonight. I have a special
- 2:15Speaker 4: guest by the name of Voue Aeron Bo.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Can you hear me? Nice?
- 2:21Speaker 4: Nice, just making sure we have a connection. Tonight we're
- 2:25Speaker 4: gonna talk about something a little special. As y'all know,
- 2:28Speaker 4: my podcast is Bad to Business b a d D
- 2:31Speaker 4: bringing all diverse discussions to business, so we definitely have
- 2:36Speaker 4: a diverse discussion this evening. Bo brought something to me
- 2:41Speaker 4: a little while ago and it was very interesting, so
- 2:45Speaker 4: definitely want to give him a little time to shine
- 2:48Speaker 4: on that. Anybody who saw the fly or been following
- 2:51Speaker 4: the show, the tonight's topic is called scientifically speaking versus
- 2:57Speaker 4: spiritually sound. Okay, so I'm going to give Bo a
- 3:01Speaker 4: minute to go ahead and introduce himself and what he
- 3:04Speaker 4: does and how he brings the diverse discussion of scientifically
- 3:10Speaker 4: speaking to spiritually sound.
- 3:12Speaker 3: So hey, both.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Hey, what's up, sister she so thank you for having
- 3:16Speaker 1: me on. I appreciate you having me on, and hello
- 3:19Speaker 1: to all your listeners out there. I want to do
- 3:23Speaker 1: some disclaimers. First. I'm not a psychiatrist and you know
- 3:30Speaker 1: the licensed person that has some expertise, but my background
- 3:35Speaker 1: is in the medical field. I am a critical care paramedic.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I am studying my bachelor's in nursing right now, so
- 3:43Speaker 1: I do have some medical background and learning things. I'm
- 3:49Speaker 1: dealing with this topic scientific uh least speaking dealing on
- 3:56Speaker 1: mental health, personality disorders and characteristics and spiritually sound. I
- 4:04Speaker 1: am not a licensed passion but I am an avid
- 4:06Speaker 1: studier and they do Bible studies with the family and
- 4:11Speaker 1: different people. So we just kind of got on a
- 4:14Speaker 1: topic and talking about what was best to develop with children.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Is it characteristics or their personality? And some things that
- 4:27Speaker 1: I've learned in through my class and studying is that
- 4:33Speaker 1: personality is different than your character. And it always had
- 4:38Speaker 1: been taught that, you know, it's good to teach our
- 4:44Speaker 1: children great characteristic traits build up their character. And I
- 4:49Speaker 1: come to find out, yeah, that is true, but some
- 4:54Speaker 1: personalities will form a different characteristic trait and how is
- 4:59Speaker 1: that characteristic trait not staying on? And so that's kind
- 5:04Speaker 1: of what we got in conversation about. And there is
- 5:08Speaker 1: a scientism.
- 5:09Speaker 4: I don't want to interrupt you, but if you could,
- 5:11Speaker 4: briefly before we go into this, kind of explain your
- 5:14Speaker 4: outlook on the difference between a personality and characteristics, because
- 5:20Speaker 4: one thing that I wanted to ask you was you
- 5:24Speaker 4: would think that that was one and the same and one,
- 5:26Speaker 4: you know, one action. So what is really the difference
- 5:29Speaker 4: between characteristics versus personality.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Well, I'll give you a definition, the real definition of it,
- 5:37Speaker 1: and then I'll give an example of it. So personality
- 5:40Speaker 1: the unique and relatively stable pattern of thinking, feeling, and
- 5:47Speaker 1: behaving that characterizes a person. That's your personality. Now, characters
- 5:55Speaker 1: are the qualities and attributes that make up a person's
- 5:59Speaker 1: over all character. Nowah, yeah, we can get to go
- 6:07Speaker 1: ahead ask your question.
- 6:08Speaker 4: No, no, no, I just wanted you to do the
- 6:11Speaker 4: definition real quick, and then let's see if it's if
- 6:14Speaker 4: it's caught or if it raises another question, so.
- 6:17Speaker 1: To give a visual. If that doesn't give a great contrast,
- 6:21Speaker 1: like I was telling you, for example, let's just say
- 6:24Speaker 1: that there we identify palm trees with its pine, right,
- 6:30Speaker 1: and it's bark. And we know that this palm tree
- 6:32Speaker 1: is this palm tree, and this palm tree is a
- 6:35Speaker 1: palm tree. But each palm tree has its own personality.
- 6:41Speaker 1: It's still not the same. Right. So you can identify
- 6:46Speaker 1: German shepherds because of their hair or their likeness, but
- 6:50Speaker 1: each German shepherd don't respond the same, they don't act
- 6:55Speaker 1: the same.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Right.
- 6:57Speaker 1: You can have some characteristics, but then they're something that's different.
- 7:01Speaker 1: But there with that, there are factors that go into
- 7:07Speaker 1: how those are developed. And that's kind of what we're
- 7:12Speaker 1: going to I don't know if you want going more
- 7:15Speaker 1: your questioning them before we get into it.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Now, that's okay.
- 7:20Speaker 4: We were going down the path of and I didn't
- 7:22Speaker 4: want to interrupt you of about raising our children and
- 7:26Speaker 4: their behavioral traits, if you will. And as we're touching
- 7:31Speaker 4: on that, I wanted to know. One of the questions
- 7:34Speaker 4: I asked is can can either of these be hereditary?
- 7:42Speaker 1: Yes, they can be. So a couple of factors that
- 7:46Speaker 1: go into uh and the developing the characteristics and personality
- 7:51Speaker 1: is there are hereditary genetics biologically and environmentally. So biologically
- 7:57Speaker 1: will fall into excuse me, like the meditary the hereditary
- 8:03Speaker 1: aspect food medicine, because you're going into the biological aspects
- 8:15Speaker 1: and it does changes the chemical composition a person and
- 8:21Speaker 1: how they relate, how they act, react, or what they think.
- 8:26Speaker 1: That's why you can give another chemical composition to them
- 8:29Speaker 1: and then they seem normal.
- 8:31Speaker 3: And that's where we talk medicine.
- 8:33Speaker 1: And that's when we talk scientifically speaking. Okay, so this
- 8:40Speaker 1: is a scientifical aspect, so it's about Now environments also
- 8:46Speaker 1: can because we know if a child is in a
- 8:52Speaker 1: not so savvy type environment i e. A gang environment
- 8:56Speaker 1: or something like that, they may develop certain type of
- 9:00Speaker 1: traits or characteristic traits. Now again, this doesn't mean that
- 9:05Speaker 1: this will always be as we all know. We've seen
- 9:07Speaker 1: or heard people come from certain environments who overcome, who've changed, right,
- 9:14Speaker 1: So there is some changing in the characteristics aspect exactly.
- 9:21Speaker 4: Okay, right, See, this is why I wanted you to
- 9:25Speaker 4: give the definition in the beginning, because it attaches, you know,
- 9:30Speaker 4: where we're talking about, where it applies.
- 9:33Speaker 3: Is it a characteristic or a personality? Will continue?
- 9:35Speaker 1: I'm sorry, right, So biologically those things I mean, you know,
- 9:45Speaker 1: we mentioned some food, drugs, meds, drinking certain things like that.
- 9:51Speaker 1: That's why some people can be totally out of their
- 9:54Speaker 1: mind when they drink, or something like, Man, what did
- 9:56Speaker 1: I say again? I was liked like that, but there
- 10:01Speaker 1: are some that See. I don't want to get right
- 10:05Speaker 1: to the spiritual aspect, but I got to touch on it.
- 10:07Speaker 1: It's just real quick that Satan likes to put in
- 10:11Speaker 1: the seed so it can stay in there down the line.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I just need to keep adding certain ingredients is to
- 10:19Speaker 1: that biological seed for it to manifest. And once I
- 10:24Speaker 1: can get to the core of you, all the characteristics
- 10:28Speaker 1: will attach to that and will protect that core personality
- 10:32Speaker 1: of you that I don't want you to see. Only Well,
- 10:40Speaker 1: you can take some medicines and get rid of these,
- 10:43Speaker 1: but if you don't take that medicine, it's back right.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Right.
- 10:47Speaker 1: You can take you can eat good, and you can
- 10:49Speaker 1: get rid of a couple of these, right, and some
- 10:52Speaker 1: ads and this and that, but you get back in
- 10:54Speaker 1: that environment you're not doing it, and then it's back again.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Now.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Granted, we all can fall into these categories of having
- 11:05Speaker 1: some character flaws because we're imperfect people. We're humans who
- 11:11Speaker 1: have the same type of cellular makeups and things like this,
- 11:14Speaker 1: and things can attach. But there is a development of
- 11:21Speaker 1: a person that can cause them to have personality disorders
- 11:31Speaker 1: and characteristic flaws. And we were talking about this before,
- 11:37Speaker 1: but what's the difference. Well, you don't call it a
- 11:40Speaker 1: character disorder, right, scientifically speaking, it's a personality disorder. And
- 11:49Speaker 1: they identify the personality disorder because of characteristic traits, right, right,
- 11:56Speaker 1: So then speaking of some of these these attributes and characters,
- 12:02Speaker 1: we know that your personality will or or your characteristic
- 12:06Speaker 1: will have a trait. There is a temperament, the values
- 12:11Speaker 1: and beliefs, self concept and how your interactions. Right, these
- 12:19Speaker 1: things will will will be steered into what's normal or
- 12:24Speaker 1: what's not normal, and there's factors that will still what's
- 12:30Speaker 1: normal and not normal.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Again, that's based on a personality.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Based on a personality based on again, personality is the
- 12:41Speaker 1: unique and relative stable pattern stable of how you think
- 12:46Speaker 1: or how you feel and behave in characteristics and how
- 12:50Speaker 1: you interact.
- 12:51Speaker 4: So it's kind of like if somebody you know, comparing
- 12:55Speaker 4: I don't really like using these terms, but comparing somebody
- 12:59Speaker 4: normal acting normal to somebody who's not acting normal, they
- 13:03Speaker 4: can compare how you should be acting in you know,
- 13:07Speaker 4: at like we were talking about child development, how you
- 13:10Speaker 4: should be acting as a baby, how what you should
- 13:12Speaker 4: know by three years old, you know for all those
- 13:15Speaker 4: things based on a personality.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Correct. And now when they're young, do we expect a
- 13:23Speaker 1: child to know your your personal space?
- 13:28Speaker 3: No, not when they're young.
- 13:29Speaker 1: No, that's something you have to teach and develop, right,
- 13:32Speaker 1: So that's what I'm saying, it's important to develop some
- 13:34Speaker 1: of these things so early that way we That's like
- 13:38Speaker 1: if we saw somebody on the train, right, he's baiting
- 13:41Speaker 1: your personal space and they're just yelling or just singing
- 13:44Speaker 1: so loud, you would think, Now if it was just
- 13:46Speaker 1: you there, and you wouldn't do that. You know, you
- 13:48Speaker 1: may have the urge to do that, but a normal
- 13:51Speaker 1: person would say, I'm sorry, excuse me, my man, I
- 13:54Speaker 1: didn't mean to be in your personal space, right, Or
- 13:57Speaker 1: if I threw dirt on you, or if I hit you,
- 13:59Speaker 1: I spat on you and I lie to you something,
- 14:01Speaker 1: a normal person would say that was wrong, man, I
- 14:05Speaker 1: shouldn't do that. That's why we can look at people
- 14:07Speaker 1: on the bus and if they do, they say they
- 14:09Speaker 1: must got schizophrenic or because that's not normal. He just
- 14:12Speaker 1: screaming and yelling. Now, that's not that, that's something mental,
- 14:17Speaker 1: that's something off. They're not acting in a normal.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Manner.
- 14:22Speaker 4: Now, with that being said, real quick, now just as
- 14:26Speaker 4: that in that example, is it fair too? And I
- 14:29Speaker 4: don't like using the word judge, but have an opinion
- 14:32Speaker 4: on that type of person and say that's not you know,
- 14:36Speaker 4: that might not be normal. But we don't know if
- 14:38Speaker 4: that's their personality or just a characteristic of maybe a
- 14:45Speaker 4: product of their environment or medicine that threw them off
- 14:47Speaker 4: or PTSD. You know, they were once normal and now not.
- 14:52Speaker 4: So even when we're talking the difference between a personality
- 14:55Speaker 4: and characteristics, how can you be, you know, such a
- 15:00Speaker 4: good judge of character versus a good judge of personality.
- 15:05Speaker 1: How can you Well, this is why it's so important.
- 15:08Speaker 1: That's why it's so important for people like you and
- 15:10Speaker 1: others to have this type of outlet so you can
- 15:13Speaker 1: see it from the perspective scientifically speaking and spiritually sound right,
- 15:19Speaker 1: because awareness of mental health, awareness of what's really happening
- 15:25Speaker 1: with a person, can give you an unders better than understanding.
- 15:28Speaker 1: You know, my people perish, or they get ignorant, or
- 15:32Speaker 1: they say something stupid or they judge or they because
- 15:35Speaker 1: they lack knowledge. Right, we have an understanding of what's
- 15:39Speaker 1: going on, and we can see things different, so we
- 15:43Speaker 1: know how to respond to what.
- 15:45Speaker 3: It really is. Right now we're going into spirit. Yeah, yeah,
- 15:53Speaker 3: gotta have that right, see planning, right.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Yes, you gotta have that.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Right.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Of course, God's going to give a explanations of things
- 16:02Speaker 1: that happen with us in a natural realm, right he
- 16:07Speaker 1: I mean, he just don't give to us. And you
- 16:09Speaker 1: can't explain the cells of my skin and how the
- 16:13Speaker 1: calcium and my teeth works, and the calcium the bones
- 16:18Speaker 1: make blood. So it can we just look and say, oh,
- 16:21Speaker 1: it's just well this works. Now he has an explanation
- 16:25Speaker 1: of how all these things happen. And scientifically speaking, there
- 16:29Speaker 1: is some explanations from studies where people will do uh,
- 16:36Speaker 1: group conditions or are they look at certain patterns of behaviors,
- 16:44Speaker 1: they assess symptoms, searching certain researches. Yes, so you can explain, well,
- 16:51Speaker 1: this is what happens with these people, right, having that
- 16:54Speaker 1: knowledge going back and we're saying having that knowledge gives
- 16:58Speaker 1: you a better response.
- 17:02Speaker 4: So so the judge, so you so you know what's
- 17:06Speaker 4: considered normal.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Was considered normal. Right now, if if you understand, which
- 17:15Speaker 1: a lot of us can, like with the example I gave,
- 17:17Speaker 1: can can pick out somebody that asks totally schizophrenic. If
- 17:22Speaker 1: I just sat here and I talked to your normal,
- 17:24Speaker 1: all of a sudden stop, you'd be like, what.
- 17:30Speaker 2: What is it?
- 17:31Speaker 1: That's not normal?
- 17:33Speaker 3: Right?
- 17:33Speaker 1: You see?
- 17:34Speaker 3: Right?
- 17:35Speaker 1: But did but but without normal? Scientifically speaking, was there
- 17:40Speaker 1: is a genetic was there a chemical? Is it on
- 17:46Speaker 1: the biological side, or was there environmental? Environmental? Did I
- 17:50Speaker 1: have an experience in my life all of a sudden
- 17:55Speaker 1: I snapped because I've talked to as you know, as
- 17:59Speaker 1: a paraman in the medical field and doing stuff. I've
- 18:03Speaker 1: talked to you know, young ladies who've been hurt, raped,
- 18:08Speaker 1: or had some situations that happened to them, and all
- 18:11Speaker 1: of a sudden, they don't think the same no moret
- 18:14Speaker 1: because that traumatic experience and some people would think you
- 18:17Speaker 1: skiitz so or you bipolar. There was an environmental h
- 18:23Speaker 1: thing that happened that that clicked on the mind.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Now if there is, you know, can somebody come back
- 18:35Speaker 3: from that?
- 18:38Speaker 1: Yes they can?
- 18:40Speaker 4: Mmmm see Because now we're again talking about the difference
- 18:45Speaker 4: between a personality and characteristics.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Because my here we go.
- 18:50Speaker 4: So my main question is where I would think whatever
- 18:56Speaker 4: a person's personality is, their character is, sticks would display
- 19:00Speaker 4: the same, you know, teach a child how they should go.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Right.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Well, I'm glad you said that, and I like to
- 19:09Speaker 1: get that. It's Proverbs eight.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Love me to the Book of Proverbs. Let's go.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Oh yeah, man, that's that's my I'm sorry as proverb.
- 19:18Speaker 1: I'm sorry Proverbs twenty two, verse six. And that's an
- 19:25Speaker 1: interesting aspect that you said, train up a child in
- 19:28Speaker 1: the way he should go, even when he's old, he
- 19:31Speaker 1: will not depart from me. Now, this is an interesting
- 19:36Speaker 1: statement that people will have, Well I train my child,
- 19:40Speaker 1: Why they just not get it right? The Bible train
- 19:44Speaker 1: is different than well we may think is trained, but
- 19:51Speaker 1: similarity in the sense we in our own thinking think
- 19:56Speaker 1: training is oh, I'll take them to church here and there,
- 19:59Speaker 1: and I've talked them. And I was talking to this
- 20:02Speaker 1: with my wife. I said, if I was if I
- 20:04Speaker 1: was doing weapons training. See, if I was doing weapons training,
- 20:08Speaker 1: you're like shitnon, I taught you many times that you
- 20:10Speaker 1: just put the safety down, you hold it in the
- 20:12Speaker 1: right hand, and you got to hold out a certain
- 20:14Speaker 1: angle with two hands. Your your middle knuckle goes on
- 20:17Speaker 1: your other middle knuckle. You remember I trained you that, well,
- 20:21Speaker 1: you talked about it. You may have showed me once,
- 20:25Speaker 1: but I didn't actually do a lot of hands on training.
- 20:28Speaker 1: We didn't have a lot of repetitious time. For my
- 20:32Speaker 1: clinical training in the medical field, I have to have
- 20:35Speaker 1: three hundred and sixty hours when I was coming. That's
- 20:38Speaker 1: a lot of hours repetitious seeing someone doing it, having
- 20:46Speaker 1: hands on, consistently going over it, and having tests to
- 20:51Speaker 1: see how well I am in that area. Because if
- 20:55Speaker 1: I ever got off from medical, but when I come back,
- 20:58Speaker 1: it's just it's natural. I know how to do it.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Give me the iva somehow I don't even know I
- 21:02Speaker 1: remember to do that, or give me the medicine. Yeah
- 21:04Speaker 1: you want one FB want two grams up to make
- 21:08Speaker 1: a cocktail? Yeah, two grams a mag on the five
- 21:12Speaker 1: hundred CC and a D five. Yeah. I already know.
- 21:16Speaker 1: That's just been trained in my mind. So when we
- 21:20Speaker 1: talk about training that, it does not leave because again
- 21:25Speaker 1: you are battling something that has already been or trying
- 21:30Speaker 1: to in ourselves open up and train you to different things.
- 21:35Speaker 1: If you don't stay consistent with it that way, any
- 21:39Speaker 1: cell that grows around what you've been trained, when you
- 21:42Speaker 1: ready to break that out, it'll disappear. But if it
- 21:45Speaker 1: never really took rook, you can say I exposed them
- 21:51Speaker 1: to it. I can put seed on the ground all
- 21:54Speaker 1: I want to, it'll grow. But did I really dig,
- 21:59Speaker 1: did I really nurse? Did I come back and water it?
- 22:01Speaker 1: Did I really really get into it? Or to take
- 22:04Speaker 1: me sure that it would grow in training? That's the
- 22:12Speaker 1: part we got to know, is that really happening? Now?
- 22:17Speaker 1: Can genetics change?
- 22:22Speaker 3: Right?
- 22:23Speaker 1: We can see people who was like, well, your mama
- 22:25Speaker 1: was like that, your daddy's like that, or man, it's
- 22:28Speaker 1: just down the line, and we know spiritually that it can.
- 22:33Speaker 1: But to some people who may be viewers of this
- 22:37Speaker 1: and said, well I just ain't seeing how that happens.
- 22:39Speaker 1: I don't know. It's just like hard and far fetch.
- 22:44Speaker 1: I would challenge you to read all the people who
- 22:48Speaker 1: were blinded genetically, who are crippled genetically, who had so
- 22:55Speaker 1: many genetics that was altered that Christ change. Now, if
- 23:02Speaker 1: he can change the genetics that can make you blind. Now,
- 23:09Speaker 1: he said, well that's a miracle working type stuff. Well,
- 23:11Speaker 1: there's been miracle worker type stuff on people with who
- 23:15Speaker 1: are had faulty characteristics, who've been in jail, and most
- 23:19Speaker 1: of them when they do go in, who did some
- 23:21Speaker 1: most hand stuff, who had bad personality, that bad character
- 23:25Speaker 1: they find faith and bam, totally different people, totally the
- 23:33Speaker 1: times sometimes, right, is.
- 23:37Speaker 4: It safe to call like characteristics just bad habits then
- 23:41Speaker 4: because it sounds it seems more like okay, So the
- 23:44Speaker 4: personality is the root, like you said, the characteristics are
- 23:48Speaker 4: the branches.
- 23:49Speaker 3: That can grow from it.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Right, So let me give you an example Christ. If
- 23:54Speaker 1: we were to look at crisis personality, humiliation would be
- 24:01Speaker 1: part of his personality. Compassion forgiveness, a love whole, courage.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Obedience was Christ's obedience. Yes, he was obedient unto death.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Now was he a struggle with his obedience about dying
- 24:17Speaker 1: on across? Of course he was in the garden against cimity,
- 24:20Speaker 1: sweat blood Lord, please take this cup. It's hard to struggle.
- 24:26Speaker 1: But obedience was part of his personality patience, kindness, and gentleness.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Now just think what are the opposite of.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Those impatience unkind And so if you have that a part.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Of your personality, what is going to what characteristics were
- 24:50Speaker 1: attached to an impatient person?
- 24:54Speaker 3: Okay, well, rushing anxiety, anxiety.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Yeah, your characteristic is a person that's just man, you
- 25:02Speaker 1: just man, you you too loud or you too I'm
- 25:07Speaker 1: just that's my character. Your personality is impatient.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 25:15Speaker 1: You know. So these are type of things.
- 25:17Speaker 4: And the scar talking about personality versus characteristics is it's
- 25:25Speaker 4: almost saying that you cannot change personality.
- 25:30Speaker 1: But you can't. Well, I won't say you can't change.
- 25:33Speaker 3: It well scientifically speaking.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Scientifically speaking, I just want to give you medicines to
- 25:41Speaker 1: deal with the side effects of it. Right, anxiety, it's
- 25:48Speaker 1: not curate, but there's an interesting uh. Well, before I
- 25:52Speaker 1: go to that, let two Timothy three one talks about
- 25:58Speaker 1: in the last days that people will be what lovers
- 26:02Speaker 1: of self, lovers of money. That's greedy, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous,
- 26:15Speaker 1: don't have self control, brutal, not loving, good, treacherous, reckless,
- 26:22Speaker 1: conceit lovers are Now, these are characteristics. These are characteristics
- 26:33Speaker 1: that is attached to a certain personality type. That's why
- 26:37Speaker 1: if you look at some of these, these a lot
- 26:39Speaker 1: of these attached to narcissistic personality.
- 26:41Speaker 3: People definitely, but you don't say one word.
- 26:46Speaker 1: One word, right, you know, and you know you already
- 26:50Speaker 1: know we can go away. But you call narcissistic for
- 26:57Speaker 1: people personality discs or orders, and the disorder does not
- 27:02Speaker 1: fall enrmocy of how humans relate or empathetic or thinking
- 27:10Speaker 1: and feeling and behaving. It's opposite. Will be the same, true,
- 27:15Speaker 1: spiritually sound. We all will have mistakes and do something,
- 27:20Speaker 1: but as spiritually Shannon, please forgive me sis, that's normal.
- 27:30Speaker 1: You can relate because it's stuff that I may need
- 27:33Speaker 1: to ask forgivens for right now. Naturally, in the scientifically speaking,
- 27:43Speaker 1: there's a disconnect. Why is there a disconnect?
- 27:50Speaker 3: Right?
- 27:51Speaker 1: Why isn't it that you do not relate to the
- 27:56Speaker 1: humanistic feelings and pathetic thoughts, the right type of thinking
- 28:03Speaker 1: as me. How can you say, well, y'all lied to them,
- 28:09Speaker 1: y'all did this and this that, or they won't even
- 28:10Speaker 1: say it, but they deserved.
- 28:11Speaker 3: It with no feeling attached, no feeling at all.
- 28:17Speaker 1: That's not normal. Or I can avoid your space so
- 28:21Speaker 1: I can just yell, or I can just touch and
- 28:24Speaker 1: throw it and I just can destroy this and that,
- 28:26Speaker 1: or so schizophrenic like how do you have a detachment
- 28:30Speaker 1: from reality? Remember, reality is attached to facts, truth, holiness.
- 28:44Speaker 1: So interesting, John a holiness John a Verse thirty nine.
- 28:56Speaker 1: So interesting that there were some Barrasses that were talking
- 29:00Speaker 1: with Jesus right, and they were seeking to kill them
- 29:06Speaker 1: for something he said. And he was like, why are
- 29:09Speaker 1: you trying to Why are you trying to come after
- 29:11Speaker 1: and kill me? He said, you you have of your father,
- 29:16Speaker 1: you follow your daddy. No, no, we we uh, they
- 29:19Speaker 1: are said Abraham's our father. He said, if you were
- 29:23Speaker 1: Abraham's children, you would be doing what the worst of
- 29:26Speaker 1: Abraham did. But now you seek to kill me a
- 29:31Speaker 1: man who's told you the truth. Huh. If you notice
- 29:37Speaker 1: when you talk to somebody and your schizophrenic who is bipolar,
- 29:42Speaker 1: especially narcissistic, and you say something I no, no, and
- 29:48Speaker 1: you say something true to them, it just doesn't confutate. Yeah, yeah,
- 29:58Speaker 1: anything rash know, anything factual, anything that deals with truth,
- 30:04Speaker 1: anything that deals with some holiness, reality, reality. And he
- 30:09Speaker 1: said that I heard from God this is not what
- 30:13Speaker 1: Abraham did. You're doing the works of your father did.
- 30:16Speaker 1: And they said to him, I said, we wasn't born
- 30:19Speaker 1: again from somebody else. When you talking about another father.
- 30:21Speaker 1: You're tripping. We have one father, even God. That's my
- 30:27Speaker 1: father God. And Jesus said to him, if God was
- 30:30Speaker 1: your father, you would love me, for I came from
- 30:33Speaker 1: God and I am here. I came out of my
- 30:36Speaker 1: own accord, but he sent me. Why you don't understand
- 30:39Speaker 1: what I'm saying? Has that not happened? Sometimes you'll talk
- 30:42Speaker 1: to a narcissistic person, a person with mental disorder. You're like,
- 30:46Speaker 1: why you're not getting what I'm saying? Hi, how is
- 30:54Speaker 1: this not sinking in to you? Okay, you can go
- 31:00Speaker 1: through all the beginnings, You've gone all through the front
- 31:03Speaker 1: and for some reason they get there is a disconnect. Yeah,
- 31:11Speaker 1: and that is because a personality was developed early in
- 31:15Speaker 1: life that attached all these characteristics. And it's not that
- 31:21Speaker 1: they a lot of them don't know. They cannot come
- 31:26Speaker 1: to having that normalcy of connection now scientists, scientifically speaking,
- 31:33Speaker 1: they get categorized as these disorders and they will need counseling,
- 31:38Speaker 1: They would need certain type of meds and this and
- 31:41Speaker 1: that to keep them in a normal state. How many
- 31:46Speaker 1: of them going to go do that? Or can or
- 31:52Speaker 1: can do that? So when you ask the question can
- 31:55Speaker 1: person this is why when you ask the question, well,
- 31:58Speaker 1: that means a personality you can't change.
- 32:05Speaker 3: But yeah, the risks are high.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Well, there is a scripture that there will be the
- 32:10Speaker 1: goat separated from the sheep, and you know there's you know,
- 32:16Speaker 1: that's the reality that we do know. Now again to
- 32:20Speaker 1: keep you when you were saying something, do we need
- 32:22Speaker 1: to judge on these people? Know, we just need to
- 32:24Speaker 1: have an awareness that there is a scientifical aspect that's
- 32:27Speaker 1: happened mentally, but there is something spiritually sound and what
- 32:32Speaker 1: we know as Christians. Now there's not a lot of
- 32:35Speaker 1: people's Christians. If they're not, that's fine. Still understand scientifically
- 32:40Speaker 1: that there is genetics, biological and environmental issues that happen
- 32:47Speaker 1: that get seized people into these aspects. But we know
- 32:51Speaker 1: the bottom line Christians that who is always messing with
- 32:55Speaker 1: genetics and biology and all these things, and that is
- 33:00Speaker 1: attached to a cellular aspect, which is attached to a
- 33:03Speaker 1: natural in your brain. But there is a spirit with
- 33:07Speaker 1: your soul in the mirror middle and your your body
- 33:11Speaker 1: on the side that one's gonna gravitate towards the other one.
- 33:14Speaker 3: It's about definitely want.
- 33:17Speaker 1: That's why training is important.
- 33:20Speaker 4: Well, and I wanted to touch back on that real
- 33:23Speaker 4: quick because we're running out of time. But you know,
- 33:25Speaker 4: I can talk to you about this all evening, and
- 33:29Speaker 4: I wish I had advertised a part too, because we'd
- 33:32Speaker 4: be getting ready for that. But you know, when we
- 33:36Speaker 4: talk about raising a child and doing these things, is
- 33:40Speaker 4: there a window because we've talked about what needs to
- 33:43Speaker 4: happen and what should happen at certain times and stuff
- 33:46Speaker 4: like that, even scientifically speaking, what children should be doing
- 33:50Speaker 4: at certain ages you know in.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Their yeah in the mouthstone, So scientifically speaking, potage one
- 33:57Speaker 1: and ten is when the time you really want to
- 34:00Speaker 1: grasp a child because after ten, who they are is
- 34:03Speaker 1: what typically they're going to become. Now, there are some
- 34:07Speaker 1: windows that you can still work with them and change.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Scientifically speaking, it's up to age ten. Now there is
- 34:13Speaker 1: always a continuously training that you should always have. But
- 34:18Speaker 1: whatever you put in them in that early age, you know, listen, man,
- 34:24Speaker 1: you and if you need if you recognize some things,
- 34:28Speaker 1: you definitely got to you know, you either got to
- 34:30Speaker 1: work hard at it or you have to have what
- 34:32Speaker 1: we talk about, those continually training sessions, hours on the
- 34:37Speaker 1: repetitions and you know, trials and modeling yourself because that
- 34:41Speaker 1: is environment eat and feeding them good nutritional stuff. You know,
- 34:47Speaker 1: if it's some things that you can't do, you're out
- 34:49Speaker 1: of your control. That's when the spiritually sound comes in.
- 34:53Speaker 3: You got to pray, well that that was awesome, goodness,
- 34:59Speaker 3: I had something. It came off the top of my head. Well,
- 35:02Speaker 3: that's what it was.
- 35:03Speaker 4: Not that we should be judging anybody anyway, but that
- 35:06Speaker 4: kind of went back to the schizophrenic person on the subway.
- 35:10Speaker 4: It's very important not to be judging people off of
- 35:13Speaker 4: their characteristics.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Correct.
- 35:15Speaker 3: You know, we don't know what it is that that
- 35:18Speaker 3: pushed him to that point.
- 35:20Speaker 4: And we can even look at the recent movie Straw
- 35:24Speaker 4: if y'all wanted to no spoiler alerts. I really haven't
- 35:27Speaker 4: looked at it, but just by the reviews and the
- 35:31Speaker 4: the trailer and stuff, you know, somebody was pushed to something.
- 35:35Speaker 4: And I'm gonna have a therapy show coming up soon
- 35:38Speaker 4: that's going to talk about that how you can be
- 35:41Speaker 4: pushed to certain limits. Right, So that's a characteristic I've
- 35:44Speaker 4: been pushed to do this. That's not you know, that
- 35:47Speaker 4: was out of character for her. I'm assuming based on
- 35:50Speaker 4: how the movie said it was her personality was a
- 35:53Speaker 4: nice person and she worked hard, single mom, whatever the
- 35:55Speaker 4: case may be, but something pushed her to show different
- 36:00Speaker 4: type of characteristic. So one thing that I'm really pulling
- 36:03Speaker 4: from you in this is that there is a big
- 36:06Speaker 4: difference between a personality and characteristic And I'm so glad
- 36:09Speaker 4: that you joined the show gave me that diverse discussion because,
- 36:13Speaker 4: like I said, my initial thought.
- 36:16Speaker 3: And.
- 36:18Speaker 4: I guess the thesis on it was that characteristics are
- 36:22Speaker 4: distributed by the personality you have. The person that you
- 36:27Speaker 4: are is that, And I guess that's most commonly speaking,
- 36:30Speaker 4: that's most commonly thought, But we don't take into consideration
- 36:35Speaker 4: the environment, the medicines, the PTSDs, the triggers, the things
- 36:39Speaker 4: that make the characteristics, not who that person is or
- 36:43Speaker 4: not who you knew them to grow up to be,
- 36:45Speaker 4: or you know, whatever it is.
- 36:47Speaker 3: But you know you can't judge off of that. So
- 36:51Speaker 3: I'm glad that that.
- 36:52Speaker 1: I want to suggest another movie sis It's called Gottica
- 36:57Speaker 1: g A T t AC.
- 37:00Speaker 3: I feel like I've seen that, but gotta let's see it.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Yeah, it's people are chosen by the genetics that they
- 37:11Speaker 1: find in them. You know, your blood sample says that
- 37:14Speaker 1: you're going to be likelihood of Oh yeah, somebody else
- 37:17Speaker 1: put it up there. There you go, Thank you, Thank
- 37:19Speaker 1: you as an excellent movie. It's an excellent, excellent movie.
- 37:24Speaker 1: But you got I'm not gonna get it.
- 37:26Speaker 3: I was about to say it, because now get.
- 37:28Speaker 1: It is the scientifically speaking of what we're talking about,
- 37:35Speaker 1: and sinners is a spiritually sound.
- 37:38Speaker 4: That's awesome. Well, thank you for joining me tonight. I
- 37:41Speaker 4: don't want to, you know, take too much more.
- 37:43Speaker 3: Of your time. I hope you're back on the show again.
- 37:45Speaker 4: Is there anything you want to leave the viewers with
- 37:48Speaker 4: in regards to, you know, any mental or developmental tips
- 37:52Speaker 4: that you can help them when speaking scientifically speaking versus
- 37:55Speaker 4: spiritually sound.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Well, the thing, like I said, is just being awareing
- 37:59Speaker 1: of be aware that there is two aspects into what
- 38:02Speaker 1: mental health is. And the biggest thing that I say
- 38:06Speaker 1: that draws people or changes people is your own development
- 38:12Speaker 1: and your own spiritual sound and awareness of what is
- 38:16Speaker 1: going on with you biologically and environmental. When you have
- 38:21Speaker 1: that sound and you have that dealt with in life,
- 38:27Speaker 1: everyone that will will will you know, can see that,
- 38:30Speaker 1: can mirror that, and if everybody was like that, you
- 38:33Speaker 1: wouldn't have. People have bad environments and bad biological aspects
- 38:37Speaker 1: that can happen in their lives.
- 38:38Speaker 4: Well, one of the things I'm learning from the women
- 38:40Speaker 4: that I'm around and the queen of collaboration is be
- 38:43Speaker 4: the change you want to see. And most times that
- 38:45Speaker 4: you know, that's hard to do in a world that
- 38:48Speaker 4: seems to be on one fad at a time. But
- 38:52Speaker 4: when you can stay sparcely sound, you know, when that
- 38:55Speaker 4: seed has been planted, that's that's it comes natural to do.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Wouldn't say easy, but it definitely comes natural. One and
- 39:02Speaker 4: things I prayed this morning and just want to touch
- 39:04Speaker 4: on this. I was praying this morning and I you know,
- 39:06Speaker 4: was asking God on some different things and he said, Shannon,
- 39:10Speaker 4: I don't I don't want you to be perfect.
- 39:12Speaker 3: I want you to be righteous.
- 39:14Speaker 4: So that hit me hard because when you're trying to
- 39:18Speaker 4: make sure that this is this and you're not judging this,
- 39:22Speaker 4: and you're not being judged on this, it's it's the
- 39:25Speaker 4: spiritually sound part of you that knows naturally to be kind,
- 39:29Speaker 4: be loving, be all those things that you're supposed to
- 39:31Speaker 4: be not so environmental, be seen, be conceded, be all
- 39:35Speaker 4: those things that just seem to you know, satisfy what
- 39:38Speaker 4: the world is doing.
- 39:39Speaker 3: So definitely want to talk to you about that.
- 39:41Speaker 4: And Bo, how can we follow you people who might
- 39:45Speaker 4: want to talk to you again, maybe do an interview
- 39:47Speaker 4: with you on some other things, because you have a lot.
- 39:49Speaker 3: Of interesting things to talk about.
- 39:50Speaker 4: Please let the people know how they can reach you
- 39:52Speaker 4: on Facebook or anything else you got going on.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll have my if you if you will about lettership,
- 39:58Speaker 1: if you can just post up my Facebook and my
- 40:00Speaker 1: email address so I don't have you know, I wasn't prepared,
- 40:05Speaker 1: but if you can put that out, that'd be I will.
- 40:09Speaker 3: I definitely will. I know we're gonna be talking again. You.
- 40:12Speaker 4: You know, you and I have talked about a lot
- 40:13Speaker 4: of different topics, so now it's time to to talk
- 40:17Speaker 4: about them with some other people, you know.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Reach money. I saw somebody else was like that need
- 40:21Speaker 1: to be part two of this.
- 40:24Speaker 3: Definitely gonna get on that. Man, we could go.
- 40:28Speaker 4: I still had some things I didn't get to talk
- 40:29Speaker 4: to you about, but I'm always watching for time and
- 40:31Speaker 4: stuff like that, so we'll get back together.
- 40:34Speaker 3: But thank you everybody for joining us. This is Bolt Aeron.
- 40:37Speaker 4: I will put on his information as far as I know,
- 40:39Speaker 4: it's at Bowl Arobad, but but I have to put
- 40:45Speaker 4: it the way it needs to be spelled.
- 40:46Speaker 3: So yeah, I'm gonna get back on that. Y'all.
- 40:49Speaker 4: Just keep keep following you'll see what's going on again.
- 40:52Speaker 4: Thank you brother both for being on This is bad business.
- 40:56Speaker 4: Love y'all,
