- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Now, speaking of journeys, one of the steps in your journey as an author should be creating a course out of your book.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: So that's why I want to give a big thanks to today's sponsor, the new book, Monetize Your Book with a Course, your guide to quickly creating a profitable and impactful course from your book.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: In this new book, my friend Lucas Marino teaches you how to determine your ideal student, develop your curriculum, implement a learning management system, market the course, find your students, even if you've never taught a course before.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: So if you're ready to create a course that helps you build an additional stream of income and engage your readers at a deeper level, go to dailywriterlife.com/slash monetize to grab this resource.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: Now, that's the script that I normally share whenever I promote this book.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: What I really want to share, though, is that Lucas is a really, really cool guy.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: And one of the things, you know, once you're in this world of authors and books for a little while, like I've been, um you start to realize that, you know, it's it's cool to create a book and it takes a lot of effort to create a good book.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: But then once you're in this world again, you get to know a lot of people who create books.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: And the thing that I really respect is not just somebody who crafts a really great book.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: I also respect people who craft a good book, but behind the book is also a really, really great person.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: I've gotten to know Lucas over the last couple of years.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: We're both members of Honore Corter's Empire Builder's Mastermind.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: That's how I connected with Lucas.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: And Lucas has not only written a great book, he's also just a really wonderful and smart and accomplished human being.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: And I just really, really respect that.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: When you read this book, you can not just learn a lot from him, but you also see his heart coming through.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Lucas is an is an educator.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: He was wired as a teacher.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: And I relate to that because I'm kind of the same way.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: So I really hope you grab this book because you're not only going to get a great resource for building a profitable and impactful course from your book, you're also going to see some of Lucas' heart, which I think is even more powerful.
