- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Last week we were talking about a lawsuit
- 0:07Speaker 1: that was filed by Epstein's survivors against Epstein's estate over
- 0:12Speaker 1: the picture collection that Jeffrey Epstein had. Well, we're learning
- 0:17Speaker 1: a little bit more about this lawsuit and I have
- 0:20Speaker 1: the actual filing now as well. So we're going to
- 0:22Speaker 1: go through the complaint after we're done with Judge Engelmeyer
- 0:26Speaker 1: and his order denying Ghislaine Maxwell a new trial. But
- 0:30Speaker 1: we have an article today from CBS2 and the headline,
- 0:34Speaker 1: Epstein Survivors Sue a State Overseas Sam Collection Cite Palm
- 0:38Speaker 1: Beach Investigation Failures. This article was authored by Grace Bellinghausen.
- 0:45Speaker 1: And look, this all plays directly into what we were
- 0:47Speaker 1: just talking about with the investigation into the Florida Science Foundation.
- 0:53Speaker 1: This is the basis. This is why this investigation is
- 0:56Speaker 1: getting kicked off, in my opinion. And I think that
- 0:59Speaker 1: the investigators are taking the allegations made here very seriously.
- 1:04Speaker 1: And they're doing their due diligence and investigating like they
- 1:07Speaker 1: should be. And when it comes to what happened in Florida,
- 1:11Speaker 1: we all know that that NPA should have been thrown
- 1:13Speaker 1: out years ago. This dirty, rotten son of a bitch
- 1:17Speaker 1: was in breach basically from the first day. And not
- 1:21Speaker 1: only that, but his lawyer knew exactly what was up. Mr.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Jack Goldberger, he knew exactly what was up. The foundation
- 1:28Speaker 1: was in the office building right next to his lawyer's office.
- 1:32Speaker 1: So all these people played their part. Now, how much
- 1:35Speaker 1: criminal liability people have, that's for the investigation to figure out.
- 1:40Speaker 1: But there's certainly enough here to investigate. And as you
- 1:44Speaker 1: all know, that's one of my biggest problems. There's never
- 1:46Speaker 1: been a real investigation. And it's pretty simple. Show as
- 1:51Speaker 1: much zealousness here as you do in other cases. Yo,
- 1:54Speaker 1: I've seen them destroy people over small, small RICO cases.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I'm talking kicking in doors, dragging people out of their houses,
- 2:02Speaker 1: seizing all of their funds, freezing bank accounts, freezing the
- 2:06Speaker 1: bank accounts of their friends, their family, anybody who received
- 2:09Speaker 1: any money from them. And you think they give a
- 2:12Speaker 1: damn about doing it? They don't. And do you know
- 2:15Speaker 1: how much it costs to fight a RICO case? Hundreds
- 2:19Speaker 1: and hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions. They're
- 2:23Speaker 1: going to have wiretaps. They're going to have experts. They're
- 2:26Speaker 1: going to have all kinds of shit. And you're going
- 2:28Speaker 1: to have to counter all of that come trial time.
- 2:31Speaker 1: So why do you think so many people end up
- 2:34Speaker 1: pleading guilty when they're hit with RICO? They don't want
- 2:36Speaker 1: to go to prison for 455,000 years. And we're just
- 2:39Speaker 1: talking about, say, illegal gambling, right? Wire fraud, shit like that.
- 2:44Speaker 1: You end up getting a 25 piece. Meanwhile, people like
- 2:47Speaker 1: Epstein get to open a fucking science foundation and use
- 2:50Speaker 1: that shit as a vehicle to continue abusing people while
- 2:53Speaker 1: he's supposed to be under the supervision of the state.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Now you tell me that there's not a two-tiered justice system.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Survivors are suing Epstein's estate over the handling of images
- 3:05Speaker 1: of them as children while the lawsuit revisits what investigators
- 3:09Speaker 1: found and missed in Palm Beach. The lawsuit was filed
- 3:13Speaker 1: September 15th in federal court New York by two anonymous
- 3:17Speaker 1: women who say images of them as children were part
- 3:20Speaker 1: of Epstein's collection. They're seeking to represent more than 40
- 3:24Speaker 1: people depicted in the material. And according to some sources,
- 3:29Speaker 1: we're talking about thousands and thousands of pictures. How many
- 3:32Speaker 1: people were affected? How many people don't even know that
- 3:36Speaker 1: they're in this cache of disgusting ass videos? And I
- 3:39Speaker 1: have to tell you, it's hella depressing to even think
- 3:42Speaker 1: about it. The fact that this was allowed to go
- 3:44Speaker 1: on for as long as it was allowed to go on,
- 3:47Speaker 1: and nobody stepped up, nobody had a set, nobody punched
- 3:50Speaker 1: this dude directly in the mouth, I don't understand. I
- 3:53Speaker 1: truly don't. Now look, I'm not some superhero, by any
- 3:57Speaker 1: stretch of the imagination, and I'm certainly not a tough
- 3:59Speaker 1: guy in my old age. But somebody like Jeffrey Epstein?
- 4:04Speaker 1: Bro's getting the business. I'm sorry, he's getting it. I'll
- 4:08Speaker 1: take that assault charge. there is zero chance I would
- 4:12Speaker 1: sit in a room with this dude. Ever. So all
- 4:15Speaker 1: these people that knew he was a sex offender, and
- 4:17Speaker 1: chilled with him, sat in the room with him, did
- 4:19Speaker 1: everything with him, I really don't want to hear anything
- 4:21Speaker 1: from them. Because at some point, you have to have
- 4:24Speaker 1: a line, right? At least as a man, for me anyway,
- 4:27Speaker 1: I have a code. And some shit's non-negotiable. You know,
- 4:32Speaker 1: like hanging out with diddlers. According to the lawsuit, when
- 4:37Speaker 1: law enforcement searched Epstein's Palm Beach home, After his first
- 4:41Speaker 1: arrest in the mid-2000s, his computers were conspicuously missing with
- 4:45Speaker 1: wires left dangling as if the devices had been removed
- 4:49Speaker 1: in a rush. Yeah, he was tipped off. And there's
- 4:53Speaker 1: a lot of talk that it was Sandy Berger who
- 4:55Speaker 1: tipped him off. Now, I don't know if that's true
- 4:57Speaker 1: or not, but that was the talk. But I don't
- 4:59Speaker 1: think there's any doubt that he was tipped off and
- 5:02Speaker 1: that these computers were removed. And that's because they had
- 5:05Speaker 1: a lot of damaging information on them. The complaint says
- 5:10Speaker 1: investigators were told Epstein's attorneys or other agents had the computers. Oh,
- 5:15Speaker 1: of course, yeah, other agents. Probably in that storage unit
- 5:19Speaker 1: that Epstein had. The lawsuit also alleges that investigators believe
- 5:24Speaker 1: those computers were likely to contain evidence of Epstein's solicitation
- 5:28Speaker 1: of minors and possibly CSAM. But efforts to access the
- 5:33Speaker 1: computers during the Florida investigation were abandoned after Epstein entered
- 5:37Speaker 1: into a non-prosecution agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office for
- 5:41Speaker 1: the Southern District of Florida. Is it making sense to
- 5:44Speaker 1: you yet? That you've been had? You've been hustled? You've
- 5:47Speaker 1: been bamboozled? Whatever you want to call it? And that
- 5:51Speaker 1: dude in the White House right now, talking all that
- 5:54Speaker 1: shit about a hoax, has some nerve. Imagine having this
- 5:57Speaker 1: whole ass investigation, over 40 underage girls coming forward, some
- 6:02Speaker 1: as young as 14, and not getting access to the computers.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Imagine anybody else getting those extraordinary circumstances. I can tell
- 6:10Speaker 1: you right now that I've seen it up close and
- 6:13Speaker 1: personal with my own loved ones. And certainly not for CSAM.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Illegal gambling, okay? Taken in seven, eight years of someone's
- 6:22Speaker 1: life for so-called illegal gambling, but Jeffrey Epstein gets one year,
- 6:26Speaker 1: one fucking year, and it's not even real jail time.
- 6:29Speaker 1: And when people ask me what got me interested in Epstein,
- 6:32Speaker 1: that did it. I saw how he was being treated
- 6:36Speaker 1: in comparison to how I saw other people even in
- 6:39Speaker 1: my personal life being treated. And I knew that there
- 6:42Speaker 1: was obviously something wrong. But I didn't understand at the
- 6:45Speaker 1: time just how deep it went. But once that curtain
- 6:48Speaker 1: opens and it exposes what's in the room, there's no
- 6:51Speaker 1: going back. The complaint points to another alleged incident at
- 6:57Speaker 1: Epstein's Palm Beach home involving a teenage girl. According to
- 7:01Speaker 1: the lawsuit, a 16-year-old victim told law enforcement that Epstein
- 7:05Speaker 1: wanted sexually explicit photographs taken of her. The lawsuit alleges
- 7:09Speaker 1: she traveled to Epstein's Palm Beach home, where his assistant,
- 7:13Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen, used a digital camera to photograph the girl
- 7:16Speaker 1: nude in several locations on the property. The girl was
- 7:19Speaker 1: paid $ 500 for the photographs, according to the complaint. Sarah Kellen,
- 7:24Speaker 1: once again, people can try and frame her as a
- 7:27Speaker 1: victim all they want. I will not do it. Now,
- 7:30Speaker 1: she can occupy two places at once, right? An abuser
- 7:34Speaker 1: that was abused herself. I'm willing to accept that. And
- 7:38Speaker 1: I'm willing to hear her out. But she should not
- 7:41Speaker 1: be absolved of what she did. I'm sorry, but she
- 7:44Speaker 1: was right in the mix. And if there's somebody that
- 7:46Speaker 1: was close to being as vile as Ghislaine Maxwell, according
- 7:50Speaker 1: to all these allegations we've heard from the survivors, it's
- 7:54Speaker 1: certainly Sarah Kellan. So at some point, she has to
- 7:57Speaker 1: be brought before the man. And whether she gets some
- 8:01Speaker 1: kind of, you know, lightened sentence or whatever, that's up
- 8:04Speaker 1: to the investigators. But there needs to be ramifications. The
- 8:10Speaker 1: lawsuit also alleges that few, if any, of the people
- 8:13Speaker 1: whose images were found in Epstein's collection were told that
- 8:16Speaker 1: those photographs were still in the hands of federal investigators.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Here's an idea. If they're not going to be used,
- 8:22Speaker 1: burn those motherfuckers. Do we really need pictures of kids? Like, really?
- 8:27Speaker 1: They need to be floating around? The whole entire thing
- 8:30Speaker 1: is so disgusting and makes my stomach turn. The lawsuit
- 8:36Speaker 1: says that the Florida investigation ultimately failed to uncover the
- 8:39Speaker 1: full extent of the material Epstein possessed. When federal agents
- 8:44Speaker 1: searched his properties again in 2019, investigators found substantial CSAM,
- 8:50Speaker 1: child erotica, and other disgusting bullshit on computers, in safes,
- 8:54Speaker 1: and elsewhere, according to the complaint. Imagine being a father,
- 8:58Speaker 1: finding out your daughter had her picture taken by Epstein,
- 9:02Speaker 1: and that vile fuck had pictures of her. I would
- 9:05Speaker 1: find out where he's buried, I'd dig him up, I'd
- 9:08Speaker 1: beat the living fuck out of him, and then I'd
- 9:10Speaker 1: throw him in the river. That's what I would do.
- 9:15Speaker 1: The lawsuit alleges that some survivors' photographs consistently appear in
- 9:18Speaker 1: collections maintained by individuals who possess CSAM. Meaning some images
- 9:25Speaker 1: connected to the plaintiffs remain in circulation today. Well, there's
- 9:29Speaker 1: no doubt that he was probably trading pictures. Probably on
- 9:33Speaker 1: the dark web or whatever the fuck they do. I
- 9:35Speaker 1: have no idea, however they do that. But you know
- 9:38Speaker 1: what's being done. And the people that are engaging in that?
- 9:42Speaker 1: Oh yeah, collect them all. Helicopters, volcanoes, I'll do the pushing.
- 9:48Speaker 1: No problem. And I wouldn't lose one single second of sleep.
- 9:51Speaker 1: And I truly mean that. That's not hyperbole. If you're
- 9:55Speaker 1: investigated and you're found guilty of this shit, yep helicopters
- 9:59Speaker 1: volcanoes because there's no coming back you're not rehabbing from
- 10:03Speaker 1: being a diddler we're not talking about somebody that you
- 10:07Speaker 1: know was on drugs and robbed the store all right
- 10:09Speaker 1: that's shitty terrible behavior but it's forgivable see sam diddling
- 10:17Speaker 1: kids No coming back from that. You're broken, you're disgusting,
- 10:22Speaker 1: and there's no fixing you. Reuters, which reviewed the lawsuit,
- 10:28Speaker 1: reported that attorney Hillary Knappi said the case could potentially
- 10:32Speaker 1: involve thousands of class members. Most people pictured in Epstein's
- 10:36Speaker 1: collection had never been identified, Knappi told Reuters. That is
- 10:40Speaker 1: central to what the lawsuit is trying to accomplish. The
- 10:43Speaker 1: women are asking the court to certify the case as
- 10:46Speaker 1: a class action and and oversee a coordinated effort to
- 10:49Speaker 1: identify and notify others whose images were allegedly part of
- 10:53Speaker 1: Epstein's collection. Imagine that fucking phone call. Like, I can't
- 10:57Speaker 1: even begin to imagine. And I hope that anybody that
- 11:01Speaker 1: ends up finding out that they're in this collection, if
- 11:03Speaker 1: they don't know already, gets the support they need. Because
- 11:07Speaker 1: it's rough, man. You find that shit out, and you
- 11:11Speaker 1: have no idea you're getting on with your life? Talk
- 11:14Speaker 1: about a gut shot. How do you explain that to
- 11:17Speaker 1: your kids? The lawsuit also asked the estate to work
- 11:21Speaker 1: with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and
- 11:24Speaker 1: other custodians of the material to help identify potential survivors. Yo,
- 11:29Speaker 1: that is a job I would not want to do.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Imagine going through that information, looking at those pictures as
- 11:35Speaker 1: an investigator. And we don't talk about that enough, by
- 11:37Speaker 1: the way. The people that do that at the FBI,
- 11:41Speaker 1: wherever they're working, those people, man, they got a lot
- 11:44Speaker 1: of iron in their soul. because I can never do it.
- 11:47Speaker 1: I mean, I turned the channel when they got those
- 11:50Speaker 1: commercials on about the dogs being abused. So never mind
- 11:53Speaker 1: having to go through pictures and videos like the pictures
- 11:56Speaker 1: and videos that these folks have to go through. The
- 12:00Speaker 1: plaintiffs are seeking actual and other damages, along with at
- 12:03Speaker 1: least $ 150, 000 in liquidated damages for each class member under
- 12:07Speaker 1: federal law. They're also seeking punitive damages, legal costs, and
- 12:12Speaker 1: other relief. The complaint seeks recovery only from Epstein's estate
- 12:16Speaker 1: and names his co-executor Darren Indyke of Delray Beach and
- 12:20Speaker 1: Richard Kahn, who are both reportedly under federal investigation as
- 12:23Speaker 1: defendants in their representative capacities. The lawsuit does not seek
- 12:28Speaker 1: damages from them personally. The case is separate from previous
- 12:32Speaker 1: lawsuits involving allegations that Epstein sexually assaulted or trafficked women
- 12:36Speaker 1: and girls. This lawsuit specifically seeks to address people whose
- 12:40Speaker 1: images were allegedly acquired, possessed, produced, or distributed in as
- 12:45Speaker 1: part of Epstein's CSAM collection. Well folks, this one's just
- 12:49Speaker 1: heating up, and obviously we're going to keep an eye
- 12:52Speaker 1: on it as the motions keep hitting the docket. And
- 12:55Speaker 1: like I said, as soon as we're done with Judge
- 12:58Speaker 1: Engelmeyer's order, we'll dive into this lawsuit and read it
- 13:01Speaker 1: line by line. All the information that goes with this
- 13:05Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box.
