Mega Edition: Why Didn't MCC Follow Protocol After Epstein Died? (10/15/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

• 0:01
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's death was reported at 8.54 a.m. by Aaron
• 0:08
Speaker 1: Katursky for ABC News. The only problem with that is
• 0:14
Speaker 1: 38 minutes prior to that post going public, Jeffrey Epstein's
• 0:20
Speaker 1: death was already announced on 4chan. The question is, who
• 0:26
Speaker 1: made the post on 4chan about Jeffrey Epstein's death? And
• 0:31
Speaker 1: I've looked and looked and looked, and there has been
• 0:33
Speaker 1: no follow-up reporting about this. So we had the initial
• 0:36
Speaker 1: story break on August 13th, and it was being reported
• 0:41
Speaker 1: that this post was made on 4chan. And we know
• 0:44
Speaker 1: that the FDNY, they initiated an investigation or a review
• 0:48
Speaker 1: into if it could have been one of their employees
• 0:51
Speaker 1: who made the post. Well, after that conversation with the
• 0:55
Speaker 1: chief of the fire department occurred where he said that
• 0:59
Speaker 1: they did the review and they found out that it
• 1:01
Speaker 1: was not one of them, well, the story pretty much
• 1:04
Speaker 1: just went away. We haven't heard anything about it. There's
• 1:06
Speaker 1: been no follow-up reports. There's been no media reports about it. Nothing.
• 1:11
Speaker 1: So I thought that we'd go back and we'd take
• 1:14
Speaker 1: a look at that post on 4chan with the benefit
• 1:18
Speaker 1: of hindsight. Now, again, I don't know what the deal is, right?
• 1:23
Speaker 1: And more than likely, it was probably somebody who was
• 1:26
Speaker 1: working the crime scene who, I guess, uses 4chan as well,
• 1:30
Speaker 1: who decided that they were going to break the story
• 1:32
Speaker 1: themselves and post as an anon on 4chan and basically
• 1:36
Speaker 1: scoop the media. Now that's the most likely scenario, right?
• 1:40
Speaker 1: But who knows? We don't have any evidence, really any
• 1:45
Speaker 1: reporting at all about this except for the initial story.
• 1:47
Speaker 1: So I thought it was a good idea to go
• 1:50
Speaker 1: back and have another look at this with hindsight as
• 1:53
Speaker 1: our tool that we can use. You know, now that
• 1:56
Speaker 1: we know so much about the case, when we go
• 1:58
Speaker 1: back and we take a look at it, maybe things
• 1:59
Speaker 1: will fall into place, right? Maybe we'll have a better
• 2:01
Speaker 1: idea of about who would be posting on 4chan and
• 2:05
Speaker 1: what that motivation would be. So again, More than likely,
• 2:09
Speaker 1: it was somebody who was working the crime scene. There
• 2:11
Speaker 1: was a bunch of people working the crime scene, obviously, right?
• 2:14
Speaker 1: So it was probably one of them who made the post.
• 2:17
Speaker 1: But that doesn't answer the question of who the person is, right?
• 2:21
Speaker 1: That's the likeliest scenario. But how come there was never
• 2:24
Speaker 1: any reporting about this after the fact? How come there
• 2:28
Speaker 1: was never no follow-up or no digging or anybody trying
• 2:32
Speaker 1: to figure out who the initial author was? I think
• 2:36
Speaker 1: it's pretty interesting that they just let this story die
• 2:39
Speaker 1: out because who knows? Whoever made that post might be
• 2:42
Speaker 1: able to add a little bit of perspective to the case,
• 2:44
Speaker 1: a little bit of context, right? So we're going to
• 2:47
Speaker 1: go back and we're going to check out the first article.
• 2:49
Speaker 1: It's a BuzzFeed News article. And we're going to see
• 2:52
Speaker 1: what they have to say. This article was first published
• 2:56
Speaker 1: August 13th, 2019. And this article was written by Jane... Litvinenko. Headline,
• 3:09
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's death was on 4chan before officials announced it,
• 3:13
Speaker 1: and authorities had to look into it. About 38 minutes
• 3:17
Speaker 1: before news outlets first reported Jeffrey Epstein's death in prison,
• 3:20
Speaker 1: a 4chan user published a detailed post about it. Now,
• 3:24
Speaker 1: that's pretty concerning in the best of times, right? Very
• 3:27
Speaker 1: concerning when you see something like that, and it looks
• 3:30
Speaker 1: like a breach from the inside, an employee more than likely,
• 3:33
Speaker 1: but again, who knows? And you see this kind of thing,
• 3:36
Speaker 1: and A, it's very unprofessional, right? And B... You have
• 3:40
Speaker 1: to ask yourself, why would somebody that's in the middle
• 3:44
Speaker 1: of doing this work, you know, trying to resuscitate Epstein
• 3:48
Speaker 1: or showing up to the crime scene, what's their motivation
• 3:51
  Speaker 1: for posting it on 4chan? And that's a question I've
• 3:54
Speaker 1: asked myself time and time again when I've looked back
• 3:57
Speaker 1: at this part of the case and pondered who it
• 4:00
Speaker 1: could be and what their motivation was making that post.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: And again, more than likely, it was probably just somebody
• 4:06
Speaker 1: at the crime scene, right? Somebody who is, you know,
• 4:10
Speaker 1: not so serious about their job, obviously, and who decided that,
• 4:13
Speaker 1: you know what, I'm going to shitpost real quick to
• 4:14
Speaker 1: 4chan and I'm going to scoop the media. That's... When
• 4:18
Speaker 1: I first looked at this, this is the scenario I
• 4:21
Speaker 1: came up with, and still, going back and looking at it,
• 4:24
Speaker 1: I'm still leaning towards that as the scenario of the
• 4:28
Speaker 1: origination of this post. But I think it deserves further examination,
• 4:32
Speaker 1: and I think there's definitely a question to be asked
• 4:35
Speaker 1: as to who the author was. New York City Fire
• 4:40
Speaker 1: Department looked into whether an employee posted about Jeffrey Epstein's
• 4:44
Speaker 1: death on a notorious internet message board prior to officials
• 4:47
Speaker 1: announcing it to the public. BuzzFeed News has learned. After
• 4:51
Speaker 1: telling BuzzFeed News the post was under review, an FDNY
• 4:55
Speaker 1: spokesperson said authorities determined this alleged information did not come
• 4:59
Speaker 1: from the fire department. Alright, so it didn't come from
• 5:02
Speaker 1: the fire department. What about the correctional officers that were
• 5:05
Speaker 1: on the scene? What about, you know, anybody else who
• 5:09
Speaker 1: might have been there? Who's the doctor? I think this is,
• 5:13
Speaker 1: you know, something that should not have been ignored. And
• 5:15
Speaker 1: if somebody who is working the scene and working as
• 5:19
Speaker 1: an employee of the jail system, I think that people
• 5:24
Speaker 1: should act and conduct themselves correctly when it comes to
• 5:27
Speaker 1: something like this so that there can be no outs
• 5:30
Speaker 1: for people like Epstein and their lawyers, right? You know,
• 5:34
Speaker 1: what if Jeffrey Epstein would have survived this and they
• 5:36
Speaker 1: would have conducted their investigation and the resuscitation and all
• 5:40
Speaker 1: of that stuff and they would have done it in
• 5:42
Speaker 1: a manner that was considered sloppy? You don't think Jeffrey
• 5:45
Speaker 1: Epstein's attorneys, led by Alan Dershowitz, would have had a
• 5:47
Speaker 1: field day with that and found a loophole to get
• 5:49
Speaker 1: him some less time or whatever? Because that's how they
• 5:52
Speaker 1: play this game. When you're dealing with somebody like Epstein
• 5:55
Speaker 1: and you're dealing with somebody that's as powerful as he
• 5:58
Speaker 1: is when it comes to his manipulation of the courts,
• 6:01
Speaker 1: you have to make sure that you have an ironclad
• 6:03
Speaker 1: case and you're following the rules to a T. And
• 6:06
Speaker 1: we know... From everything that went on the day of his,
• 6:10
Speaker 1: of Epstein's death, we know that literally no steps were followed.
• 6:13
Speaker 1: There was no pictures of the crime scene, video, I mean,
• 6:16
Speaker 1: video footage, body cam footage by the officers who responded.
• 6:21
Speaker 1: They moved the body. All sorts of bad stuff happened, right?
• 6:24
Speaker 1: So this is just another question that has not been answered.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: An investigation is a formal act which brings about a
• 6:32
Speaker 1: process which includes interviewing witnesses, serving notice, determining credibility of
• 6:37
Speaker 1: witness statements, and that was not warranted, nor did it
• 6:40
Speaker 1: take place here. This determination was made after a review
• 6:44
Speaker 1: of the incident. We looked at the information provided by
• 6:47
Speaker 1: a reporter and we looked at our own records and
• 6:50
Speaker 1: there was no match, said FDNY spokesperson Frank Dwyer, who
• 6:54
Speaker 1: added that the FDNY's Office of Healthcare Compliance conducted the review.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: It doesn't match our medical records. Almost 40 minutes before
• 7:03
Speaker 1: ABC News first reported Epstein's death on Twitter, someone posted
• 7:06
Speaker 1: still unverified details on 4chan, the anonymous message board popular
• 7:11
Speaker 1: with far-right trolls and white nationalists. I think that they
• 7:14
Speaker 1: could probably tone that back a little bit, right? How
• 7:17
Speaker 1: about a popular message board with all sorts of radicals
• 7:21
Speaker 1: and whack jobs? I mean, have you ever dipped your
• 7:24
  Speaker 1: toe into 4chan? If you're looking for a, uh... a
• 7:28
Speaker 1: look into the human psyche of the incel or the psychopath,
• 7:33
Speaker 1: definitely 4chan would be the place to go. I'm talking
• 7:35
Speaker 1: if Sigmund Freud was alive and he went to 4chan,
• 7:37
Speaker 1: he would have a field day. The Post. Don't ask
• 7:42
Speaker 1: me how I know, but Epstein died an hour ago
• 7:44
Speaker 1: from hanging and cardiac arrest. Screencap this. Read the post,
• 7:49
Speaker 1: which was published at 8.16am alongside an image of Pepe,
• 7:53
Speaker 1: the green frog that has become a mascot for right-wing
• 7:56
Speaker 1: internet trolls. And again, the BuzzFeed obviously has their political bent, right?
• 8:02
Speaker 1: Obviously has their own bias. And of course, if they
• 8:05
Speaker 1: get a chance to slam the football down and score
• 8:07
Speaker 1: some political points by... pointing out that right-wing trolls hang
• 8:11
Speaker 1: out on 4chan, well, they can never help themselves. They
• 8:14
Speaker 1: have to do it. So, they have to make sure
• 8:17
Speaker 1: they slam the football down and make sure that they're
• 8:20
Speaker 1: doing their part to keep the tribalism in play. Meanwhile,
• 8:23
Speaker 1: none of that's necessary. Just give us the information and
• 8:27
Speaker 1: don't try and divide the people. Let the people come
• 8:29
Speaker 1: together and... and force justice in the case right but
• 8:34
Speaker 1: even when they're they're reporting on something as serious as
• 8:36
Speaker 1: this at a place like buzzfeed it has to be
• 8:39
Speaker 1: skewered it has to be has to have a political
• 8:41
Speaker 1: bend right and it's no different from other outlets on
• 8:44
Speaker 1: the right you know breitbart etc etc it's all the
• 8:47
Speaker 1: same thing and what it is folks and why i
• 8:49
Speaker 1: pointed out is just more gaslighting it's more gaslighting by
• 8:53
Speaker 1: the the legacy media them trying to get you to
• 8:56
Speaker 1: think a certain way That message was posted 38 minutes
• 9:01
Speaker 1: before the first tweet about Epstein's death from Aaron Katursky,
• 9:04
Speaker 1: an ABC News reporter, at 8.54 a.m. Five minutes later,
• 9:09
Speaker 1: the main ABC News account tweeted an article about Epstein's death.
• 9:14
Speaker 1: After publishing the post, other 4chan users egged on the author.
• 9:18
Speaker 1: So that's interesting, right? The details that the poster posted
• 9:42
Speaker 1: afterwards match up with what happens at a scene like this,
• 9:45
Speaker 1: suggesting that it was a medical worker or somebody that
• 9:49
Speaker 1: was a medic or with training. Now, who knows who
• 9:52
Speaker 1: else was around? Do we have a full accounting of
• 9:54
Speaker 1: who was in that cell when Epstein was being resuscitated?
• 9:57
Speaker 1: Maybe there was a doctor there that we didn't know about.
• 9:59
Speaker 1: Could be, right? We don't know. That's the problem, folks.
• 10:02
Speaker 1: That's the biggest problem here. There has not been any
• 10:04
Speaker 1: transparency when it comes to the government. There has been
• 10:07
Speaker 1: zero transparency when it comes to the circumstances that led
• 10:11
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein's death. And therefore, in lieu of that,
• 10:15
Speaker 1: there is going to be questions. There's going to be skepticism.
• 10:17
Speaker 1: Nobody's going to believe that... The narrative that they're trying
• 10:22
Speaker 1: to push when the only person who's seen these supposed
• 10:24
Speaker 1: tapes is Barr, right? Of what was going on in
• 10:27
Speaker 1: the cell. I saw the tapes. You can trust me
• 10:29
Speaker 1: that nothing occurred. Sorry, buddy. I don't trust you. You
• 10:32
Speaker 1: see all these coincidences that are around Jeffrey Epstein's death?
• 10:38
Speaker 1: It warrants more investigation, and it certainly warrants more than, uh,
• 10:42
Speaker 1: you have to trust me and believe me. Especially when
• 10:45
Speaker 1: all of the players that are involved in this are
• 10:47
Speaker 1: at the highest levels of power. How do we know
• 10:49
Speaker 1: that you're not covering for them? Nobody's gonna trust just
• 10:53
Speaker 1: your word on something like this, right? And, again, we
• 10:57
Speaker 1: don't know who was at the scene. We don't have
• 10:59
Speaker 1: a detailed listing, we don't have an account of the
• 11:02
Speaker 1: actual personnel that showed up when Epstein supposedly killed himself.
• 11:05
Speaker 1: We don't have those details. So it's muddy. It could
• 11:08
Speaker 1: be anybody. It could be a fireman. And the review
• 11:11
Speaker 1: missed it. It could be a medic. And the review
• 11:13
Speaker 1: missed it. It could be an employee of the prison.
• 11:17
Speaker 1: And the review missed it. Who knows who it was?
• 11:19
Speaker 1: And that's the question I'm asking. Who could have possibly
• 11:23
Speaker 1: made this post? And why has it not been of
• 11:27
Speaker 1: interest enough to the legacy media for them to come
• 11:30
Speaker 1: back and take another look at this? Dwyer told BuzzFeed
• 11:36
Speaker 1: News he could not verify the accuracy of the information
• 11:39
Speaker 1: in the 4chan post, but he said any medical professional
• 11:42
Speaker 1: who divulges patient information without consent is in violation of
• 11:46
Speaker 1: a federal health privacy law, HIPAA, and that FDNY would
• 11:50
Speaker 1: look into it. Again, another case of the investigated investigating themselves.
• 11:56
Speaker 1: You know, don't get me wrong. The fire department in
• 11:59
Speaker 1: anywhere in the world is filled with brave souls, right?
• 12:03
Speaker 1: Absolute modern day heroes. Anyone who runs into a building
• 12:06
Speaker 1: that's on fire has a big set on them and
• 12:09
Speaker 1: deserves respect, right? So I'm not talking about the actual
• 12:13
Speaker 1: firemen here, but when you get into the bureaucrats, look,
• 12:16
Speaker 1: this is big business, man, especially in a place like
• 12:18
Speaker 1: New York. It's big business when you become the chief
• 12:21
Speaker 1: or you're the head of the fire department. You're no
• 12:24
  Speaker 1: longer a man that's running into buildings. You're in a
• 12:26
Speaker 1: different circle, right? You're in another food range at this point.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: You're dealing with politics. You're dealing with politicians, city councilmen, etc., etc. So,
• 12:36
Speaker 1: of course, they're going to lean on you and they're
• 12:38
Speaker 1: going to suggest that you move things in a forthright manner. And,
• 12:45
Speaker 1: you know, look... These guys are not above being pressured, right?
• 12:50
Speaker 1: You're a police chief, whatever it may be. These guys
• 12:52
Speaker 1: are pressured all the time. We see it all the time.
• 12:54
Speaker 1: And it was, that's probably what was happening here as well. They,
• 12:57
Speaker 1: you know, they were pressured to get initiated in a
• 13:00
Speaker 1: review and they probably did a review, but not a
• 13:04
Speaker 1: long one, not a good one, not one that, that
• 13:07
Speaker 1: truly vetted everybody that was there. Kind of just like
• 13:10
Speaker 1: a safe face review, in my opinion. The department will
• 13:17
Speaker 1: review this incident, he said at the time. The FDNY
• 13:20
Speaker 1: later said that it is reviewing the incident, but there
• 13:23
Speaker 1: is no investigation. That's interesting, huh? Just a review that
• 13:26
Speaker 1: didn't even warrant enough for an investigation, huh? Even if
• 13:31
Speaker 1: it was just something as... as... basic as one of the,
• 13:37
Speaker 1: the medics or the fire department, uh, guys that were
• 13:40
Speaker 1: on scene or a police officer or corrections officer, I
• 13:43
Speaker 1: should say, even if it was something like one of
• 13:46
Speaker 1: them made the post, then that should, you know, they should,
• 13:49
Speaker 1: they should say that they shouldn't conduct this shoddy review
• 13:51
Speaker 1: and then come out and say, oh, well, we don't
• 13:53
Speaker 1: know who made the post. Because that doesn't really cut it, right?
• 13:56
Speaker 1: There were only certain people that were there, so there's
• 14:00
Speaker 1: a list of people that it could have been. I
• 14:02
Speaker 1: just don't understand how this doesn't warrant more investigation to
• 14:05
Speaker 1: find out who made the post. Oren Barzilay, the president
• 14:14
Speaker 1: of the Union for EMT Workers Local 2507 in New
• 14:18
Speaker 1: York said, Our members do not release this type of
• 14:21
Speaker 1: confidential information. This looks like third-party info. Alright, well, what
• 14:26
Speaker 1: third parties were there? Again, that's the question I have.
• 14:29
Speaker 1: Doesn't mean that there was something devious going on with
• 14:32
Speaker 1: this post, or that it was part of a grand conspiracy.
• 14:35
Speaker 1: But it certainly warrants further investigation and for some context, right,
• 14:40
Speaker 1: and some clarity going forward. This is another problem I
• 14:43
Speaker 1: have with the legacy media. They like to report stuff
• 14:46
Speaker 1: and then never go back and do a follow-up. And
• 14:49
Speaker 1: what they do is they just, you know, keep it
• 14:51
Speaker 1: moving and they act like it wasn't important or it
• 14:54
Speaker 1: wasn't a useful piece of information in the case and
• 14:57
Speaker 1: they just bury it. And I don't understand why they
• 15:00
Speaker 1: would do that and not try and figure out where
• 15:03
Speaker 1: this post originated. I think that that would be an
• 15:06
Speaker 1: interesting investigation, and the person who wrote the post, I
• 15:10
Speaker 1: think that would be one hell of an interview. Bargeley
• 15:16
Speaker 1: also told BuzzFeed News the union would investigate the potential
• 15:19
Speaker 1: breach of confidentiality if such a claim came forward. There's
• 15:23
Speaker 1: serious consequences for those violations. Discipline, suspensions, civil penalties, etc.,
• 15:29
Speaker 1: Barzillet said in an email. Oh, yeah, we can tell.
• 15:32
Speaker 1: We can tell that you guys really initiated an investigation, huh? Again,
• 15:36
Speaker 1: nothing against the union, right? They have to protect their members.
• 15:38
Speaker 1: I get it. But where is the independent oversight of
• 15:42
Speaker 1: all of these bureaucracies? There is none. It's supposed to
• 15:45
Speaker 1: come from Congress or the city council locally, but we
• 15:49
Speaker 1: never see that. They're too busy advancing whatever their own
• 15:52
Speaker 1: motivations are, whatever their own private, personal projects might be.
• 15:59
Speaker 1: They don't have time for oversight. Oversight? Yeah, right. They'll
• 16:03
Speaker 1: conduct their own investigations. And then when something horrible happens
• 16:07
Speaker 1: and someone like Jeffrey Epstein dies in jail, the finger
• 16:11
Speaker 1: starting point begins, right? They start blaming each other. Oh,
• 16:15
Speaker 1: this part of the department was lax or this part
• 16:17
Speaker 1: of the department didn't do their job when we know
• 16:20
Speaker 1: it's a systematic problem. The whole entire thing, from top
• 16:25
Speaker 1: to bottom, is broken, including the two-tier justice system. When
• 16:29
Speaker 1: are we going to address that? When are we going
• 16:31
Speaker 1: to fix that? The Medical Examiner's Office and the Metropolitan
• 16:37
Speaker 1: Correctional Center both declined to comment. Spokespeople for the New
• 16:41
Speaker 1: York Presbyterian Hospital have not responded to repeated emails and
• 16:44
Speaker 1: calls requesting comment. That's interesting. I don't have any evidence
• 16:50
Speaker 1: of anybody who could have made this post, right? But
• 16:52
Speaker 1: in my opinion, I bet you it came from the
• 16:54
Speaker 1: medical examiner's office. It sounds like something from a medical
• 16:57
Speaker 1: examiner's office, in my opinion. Now, who that could be,
• 17:00
Speaker 1: I have no idea. And if that's even the case,
• 17:03
Speaker 1: I have no evidence to prove that. That's from reading
• 17:05
Speaker 1: this and knowing about the circumstances surrounding this. In my opinion,
• 17:10
Speaker 1: that's the likeliest place for this leak to have originated.
• 17:16
Speaker 1: The full details of Epstein's death won't be known until
• 17:18
Speaker 1: the final coroner's report is released, meaning the 4chan post
• 17:22
Speaker 1: laying out the alleged treatment he received cannot be fully verified.
• 17:26
Speaker 1: An EMS expert contacted by BuzzFeed News said the details
• 17:30
Speaker 1: in the post are consistent with standard practices. And again,
• 17:34
Speaker 1: they're trying to make it seem here like, you know,
• 17:36
Speaker 1: we still can't verify what happened afterwards, the stuff that
• 17:41
Speaker 1: the poster talked about afterwards. But I think while that's important,
• 17:45
Speaker 1: the biggest thing here is the fact that the poster
• 17:48
Speaker 1: broke the story before Legacy Media. 38 minutes before Legacy Media.
• 17:56
Speaker 1: Where did he get that information? As we all know,
• 17:59
Speaker 1: the legacy media is on everything. Something salacious like this,
• 18:03
Speaker 1: they have contacts everywhere. The fact that they were scooped
• 18:06
Speaker 1: for so long, it's crazy to me to think that
• 18:12
Speaker 1: they didn't get their claws on the story first and
• 18:14
Speaker 1: they were scooped by 4chan. Information released by the Federal
• 18:22
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons also appears to line up with some
• 18:25
Speaker 1: of what was posted on 4chan. Again, it, look, In
• 18:29
Speaker 1: my opinion, there's zero doubt that this post originated from
• 18:33
Speaker 1: the site of Jeffrey Epstein's death, from the jailhouse. Now,
• 18:37
Speaker 1: the question is, who made the post, right? That is
• 18:40
Speaker 1: the whole point of tonight's episode, and the whole point
• 18:44
Speaker 1: of the question that I'm asking is, who could have
• 18:47
Speaker 1: possibly made this post, and why has there not been
• 18:50
Speaker 1: more of an investigation into the origination of this post? Dr.
• 18:57
Speaker 1: Keith Wesley, an emergency medicine physician who has authored several
• 19:00
Speaker 1: EMS textbooks and articles, viewed the 4chan post at BuzzFeed
• 19:04
Speaker 1: News' request and said it lays out standard procedures for paramedics.
• 19:09
Speaker 1: This sounds like standard American Heart Association guidelines, which most
• 19:13
Speaker 1: EMS agencies use, Wesley said. Parts of the post refers
• 19:17
Speaker 1: to telemetry-advised bicarb. According to Wesley, this could mean the
• 19:21
Speaker 1: first responders were also speaking with the hospitals as they
• 19:25
Speaker 1: were trying to resuscitate their patient. That's pretty interesting, right?
• 19:30
Speaker 1: They were talking to the hospital according to that post
• 19:33
Speaker 1: and they were seeking guidance, right? They were in the
• 19:35
Speaker 1: field and they were seeking guidance from doctors as these
• 19:39
Speaker 1: medics attempted to resuscitate Jeffrey Epstein. Telemetry implies the paramedics
• 19:46
Speaker 1: were in contact with a medical control hospital who then
• 19:49
Speaker 1: gave orders to give sodium bicarbonate, bicarb, which is designed
• 19:53
Speaker 1: to reverse the acid buildup in the blood from prolonged
• 19:57
Speaker 1: cardiac arrest, Wesley said in an email. So here was
• 20:02
Speaker 1: the follow-up post by the anon who sent the original
• 20:07
Speaker 1: post about Epstein being dead. Worked as a stall arrest
• 20:13
Speaker 1: for 40 minutes. ALS intubated in the field EPI 2
• 20:18
Speaker 1: liters NS infused. Telemetry advised bicarb and D50 in the field.
• 20:23
Speaker 1: Patient transported to lower Manhattan ER and worked on for
• 20:26
Speaker 1: 20 minutes and called. Hospital administrator was alerted preparing statements.
• 20:32
Speaker 1: So that was the follow-up post to the original post
• 20:35
Speaker 1: where they stated that Epstein was dead, right? So they
• 20:41
Speaker 1: added this later on. I don't know how much. Let's
• 20:43
Speaker 1: see what time later. This was added about 84756. So still,
• 20:52
Speaker 1: this post, the second post that he made was still
• 20:56
Speaker 1: seven minutes roughly before ABC scooped, I mean before ABC
• 21:01
Speaker 1: came out and reported the news. So that's pretty interesting, right?
• 21:05
Speaker 1: This poster fired off two posts about Epstein's death before
• 21:10
Speaker 1: ABC News even picked it up. If one of the
• 21:14
Speaker 1: medics posted this separately, that's a breach of protocol, he added.
• 21:18
Speaker 1: If there was identifying information on the patient, that is
• 21:21
Speaker 1: a violation of federal HIPAA law. The 4chan user made
• 21:25
Speaker 1: six posts about Epstein's death. One of them claimed that
• 21:28
Speaker 1: attempts to resuscitate Epstein was made for 40 minutes before
• 21:32
Speaker 1: he was transported to the hospital, at which point medical
• 21:35
Speaker 1: personnel tried to revive him for another 20 minutes. Those
• 21:39
Speaker 1: details are at least partially consistent with the information regarding
• 21:42
Speaker 1: Epstein's death that have been publicly released by the Federal
• 21:45
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons. So I think it's pretty fair to
• 21:48
Speaker 1: say at this point that the person who made that
• 21:50
Speaker 1: post was in the know. They knew what was going on.
• 21:54
Speaker 1: They had an idea, a very good idea of the
• 21:57
Speaker 1: situation on hand, and they knew exactly what went on,
• 22:01
Speaker 1: meaning the steps that were taken to try and resuscitate
• 22:05
Speaker 1: Epstein and bring him back to life after he was
• 22:07
Speaker 1: found unresponsive in his cell, which suggests to me a
• 22:11
Speaker 1: medical professional of some sort. PT transported to Lower Manhattan
• 22:17
Speaker 1: ER and worked on for 20 minutes and called. Hospital
• 22:21
Speaker 1: administrator was alerted, preparing statements, said the 4chan post. Staff
• 22:25
Speaker 1: requested emergency medical services and life-saving efforts continued, said a
• 22:30
Speaker 1: statement released by the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of
• 22:33
Speaker 1: Prisons on Saturday. Mr. Epstein was transported by EMS to
• 22:36
Speaker 1: a local hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries and subsequently
• 22:40
Speaker 1: pronounced dead by hospital staff. So you see how it
• 22:44
Speaker 1: adds up, right? This is what the poster originally said,
• 22:47
Speaker 1: and then you have the Department of Justice giving us
• 22:49
Speaker 1: their very cryptic releases, like usual, just enough information, right?
• 22:54
Speaker 1: It's unbelievable how much they keep back from the American public.
• 22:58
Speaker 1: It is unbelievable how they play games with the American public.
• 23:04
Speaker 1: It's not clear who posted the news of Epstein's death
• 23:07
Speaker 1: on 4chan, but first responders and hospital staff would have
• 23:10
Speaker 1: access to information laid out in the post. The reaction
• 23:13
Speaker 1: of 4chan to the news was explosive. Some users didn't
• 23:17
Speaker 1: believe the author, while others launched straight into conspiracy theories
• 23:20
Speaker 1: that have since engulfed news of Epstein's death. The 4chan
• 23:24
Speaker 1: thread was first found by Conrad Iturbi, a developer based
• 23:28
Speaker 1: in Barcelona who was researching conspiracies surrounding Epstein Online. That'll
• 23:34
Speaker 1: keep the conspiracies forever, Iturbi said about the 4chan post.
• 23:38
Speaker 1: And again, look folks, I don't have any information that's
• 23:43
Speaker 1: saying that this is some kind of, you know, huge
• 23:46
Speaker 1: part of the case or anything like that. This isn't
• 23:48
Speaker 1: like a piece of information that's going to blow this
• 23:50
Speaker 1: case wide open. But it's very interesting that nobody has
• 23:54
Speaker 1: reported on this since we have no news reports about
• 23:59
Speaker 1: who the post might have been made by, no follow-up
• 24:01
Speaker 1: stories about it. And it's pretty significant that a story
• 24:05
Speaker 1: as big as this was broke on 4chan as opposed
• 24:10
Speaker 1: to by the legacy media. Pretty amazing, in my opinion. Now, again,
• 24:18
Speaker 1: all signs lead to a medical professional being... the person
• 24:22
Speaker 1: who posted this. Now the question would be, who were
• 24:25
Speaker 1: the medical professionals that were on scene? And of course,
• 24:29
Speaker 1: we don't have that information, so we can't even begin
• 24:31
Speaker 1: to speculate. All I can say is that this post
• 24:34
Speaker 1: definitely was made on 4chan before Jeffrey Epstein was dead.
• 24:38
Speaker 1: This post called it before Jeffrey Epstein was dead, and
• 24:42
Speaker 1: then went into the procedures that were supposedly used on
• 24:46
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein to try and resuscitate him. And this was
• 24:49
Speaker 1: all before ABC even reported that the guy was dead.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: Crazy times we're living in, folks. Crazy times that we
• 24:58
Speaker 1: are living in. There are so many different rabbit holes
• 25:06
Speaker 1: to go down in this Jeffrey Epstein case that it's
• 25:11
Speaker 1: mind-boggling that every single time you think that you have
• 25:14
Speaker 1: a question answered in this case, another one arises. So, again, folks,
• 25:20
Speaker 1: what do you think? Who do you think could have
• 25:21
Speaker 1: been the author of that post? A medical professional? Maybe
• 25:26
Speaker 1: one of the guards? What do you guys think? You
• 25:28
Speaker 1: can shoot me an email at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's
• 25:33
Speaker 1: B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. We have an article tonight from the
• 25:39
Speaker 1: Daily News. It's going to talk about how Jeffrey Epstein,
• 25:44
Speaker 1: his body being moved after... He was killed or committed suicide? Well,
• 25:50
Speaker 1: violated federal prison guidelines. We've been saying that since the beginning.
• 25:56
Speaker 1: Why is it taking the Daily News or the rest
• 25:58
Speaker 1: of these outlets this long to report that this is
• 26:00
Speaker 1: not how things work? Also, they're supposed to show up
• 26:04
Speaker 1: with some handheld cameras. They don't just show up there
• 26:07
Speaker 1: willy-nilly and decide, hey, well, we got a guy who
• 26:10
Speaker 1: supposedly killed himself here. The cameras are all broken. We're
• 26:13
Speaker 1: not going to record any of this. We're not going
• 26:15
Speaker 1: to document any of this. That's not how that works.
• 26:18
Speaker 1: Not how any of this works. So what happens is
• 26:21
Speaker 1: they show up and multiple officers have handheld cameras or
• 26:25
Speaker 1: at least one officer has a handheld camera and they
• 26:28
Speaker 1: document the crime scene. Well, his body was not supposed
• 26:32
Speaker 1: to be moved and it was. Now, my question to
• 26:37
Speaker 1: you is this. Was anybody in that jail at the
• 26:41
Speaker 1: time of Epstein's death? Did anybody in the follow-up of
• 26:45
Speaker 1: his death or leading into his death, was anyone doing
• 26:48
Speaker 1: their job in the whole entire facility? And if not,
• 26:52
Speaker 1: why do any of these people still have jobs? How
• 26:55
Speaker 1: come the only two people that have taken a fall,
• 26:58
Speaker 1: that have been in trouble, that have been busted, are
• 27:00
Speaker 1: the two guards that supposedly fell asleep? There was a
• 27:06
Speaker 1: lot of bad, bad, egregious behavior that took place that evening.
• 27:12
Speaker 1: Guards falling asleep, the body being moved, the camera situation,
• 27:18
Speaker 1: nobody having answers, etc., etc., etc. Now, they wonder why
• 27:25
Speaker 1: people would ask themselves or friends or others, now that
• 27:28
Speaker 1: the internet is around... Did they really think that people
• 27:32
Speaker 1: were just going to accept their line, their narrative? Did
• 27:36
Speaker 1: they think would people just accept it and that would
• 27:38
Speaker 1: be it? Nobody would ask questions. Nobody would dig a
• 27:41
Speaker 1: little deeper. It's as if they think they have like
• 27:45
Speaker 1: this credibility that can't be, it's unassailable. Newsflash, FBI, Department
• 27:51
Speaker 1: of Justice, Department of Corrections, you have zero credibility, okay?
• 27:59
Speaker 1: Nobody believes you either. You're about as credible as Prince
• 28:04
Speaker 1: Andrew at this point. The fact of the matter is
• 28:09
Speaker 1: everybody was negligent this day. That is one big coincidence
• 28:13
Speaker 1: that so many people were negligent. And what I also
• 28:16
Speaker 1: find funny is that we read earlier about the 60
• 28:20
Speaker 1: Minutes interview and they're going to go into the cell
• 28:23
Speaker 1: and some of the different things they found in there. Well,
• 28:26
Speaker 1: now it's coming out that they found an extension cord
• 28:28
Speaker 1: in there. They found some prescription medication in there. They
• 28:34
Speaker 1: found way more bed sheets than one inmate would ever need.
• 28:38
Speaker 1: But my question is this. Why would he choose bed
• 28:41
Speaker 1: sheets as his method if he had access to an
• 28:45
Speaker 1: extension cord in there? Wouldn't the extension cord pretty much
• 28:49
Speaker 1: guarantee you get the result that you're looking for if
• 28:51
Speaker 1: you use that? But the bed sheets? Look, I'm no
• 28:56
Speaker 1: expert in suicide, folks, or death by strangulation. That's certainly
• 29:00
Speaker 1: not my expertise there. So I'm just asking questions here.
• 29:07
Speaker 1: I know if it was me and I was looking
• 29:08
Speaker 1: to get results, would it be some sheets or would
• 29:11
Speaker 1: I use the extension cord? I would use the extension cord.
• 29:15
Speaker 1: But I guess the real question is, why did this
• 29:19
Speaker 1: man have access to any of this stuff in there? Oh,
• 29:21
Speaker 1: there was a note written as well, I guess. A
• 29:24
Speaker 1: handwritten note. And that was basically the update from the
• 29:27
Speaker 1: article we had earlier. And then they go into a
• 29:30
Speaker 1: whole bunch of other stuff in those articles about, you know,
• 29:32
Speaker 1: stuff we've covered a million times. So I just wanted
• 29:35
Speaker 1: to give you the juicy part of that. And I
• 29:38
Speaker 1: wonder what the notes said. I haven't seen any reports
• 29:41
Speaker 1: on what the note contained, what the page, the notes contained.
• 29:47
Speaker 1: I'm curious to see what that was, if they're going
• 29:49
Speaker 1: to release it. They might not even release it. Who knows?
• 29:53
Speaker 1: Who knows what's going to be in this CBS 60 Minutes?
• 29:59
Speaker 1: I'm certainly going to watch, and I would suggest that
• 30:01
Speaker 1: everybody else who's interested in the case watch, because A,
• 30:04
Speaker 1: we can't get enough information because we're all crazy about
• 30:06
Speaker 1: this case, and B... Even in these cases, these exposés
• 30:12
Speaker 1: or these segments or these articles where it seems like
• 30:16
Speaker 1: we're going over things again, there's always the chance that
• 30:19
Speaker 1: there's a new nugget inside of these articles. And that's
• 30:22
Speaker 1: why it's so painstakingly long to cover this case, because
• 30:27
Speaker 1: each article drops a new nugget, right? So unless you
• 30:31
Speaker 1: have the time to read through these articles and truly
• 30:33
Speaker 1: understand what's going on and to get the big picture,
• 30:36
Speaker 1: how could you ever have an educated opinion of this situation?
• 30:41
Speaker 1: And the media will never, ever go into depth deep
• 30:44
Speaker 1: enough to truly give you an idea of what's going on,
• 30:47
Speaker 1: the whole blackmail situation. They're just coming to the table
• 30:51
Speaker 1: with that. We've been talking about that since the very beginning, folks.
• 30:55
Speaker 1: Since the very beginning of this podcast, we've been talking
• 30:58
Speaker 1: about the blackmail angle. And it's funny that the legacy
• 31:02
Speaker 1: media called everybody who talked about that conspiracy theorists, and
• 31:06
Speaker 1: now it's becoming commonplace even in the legacy media for
• 31:09
Speaker 1: people to accept that this was a blackmail operation. See,
• 31:13
Speaker 1: the thing is this, folks. They only do the media
• 31:16
Speaker 1: what their buddies in intelligence tell them to do. Like
• 31:19
  Speaker 1: I was saying earlier, it's a symbiotic relationship. It's parasitical.
• 31:23
Speaker 1: They're both parasites living off of each other. But what
• 31:28
Speaker 1: happened the day that Jeffrey Epstein died? None of us
• 31:31
Speaker 1: are ever going to probably know. Let's be real. We're
• 31:34
Speaker 1: never going to get to see the tapes that Barr
• 31:36
Speaker 1: supposedly saw. Yeah, right. I don't believe a word this
• 31:39
Speaker 1: man says. And it has nothing to do with the
• 31:41
Speaker 1: fact that his dad was a teacher at the school
• 31:44
Speaker 1: Epstein worked at in the 70s. None of that jazz.
• 31:46
Speaker 1: It's to the fact that I just don't trust Barr
• 31:48
Speaker 1: in general. He's not a trustworthy player in this case.
• 31:52
Speaker 1: There's too many big people that are involved and too
• 31:55
Speaker 1: many people that he has previous relationships with. Let's be real.
• 31:58
Speaker 1: He's a bureaucrat of the highest order. He's been in
• 32:01
Speaker 1: public service for so long. Bush, etc., etc., through 9-11, etc.
• 32:09
  Speaker 1: I'm not a fan. I'm not a fan of Barr,
• 32:11
Speaker 1: and I have zero confidence that he's going to prosecute
• 32:14
Speaker 1: this the right way. What I'm hoping for is a
• 32:17
  Speaker 1: maverick agent. I'm hoping for a mid-level agent or a
• 32:20
Speaker 1: case agent that has had enough and pushes it through.
• 32:24
Speaker 1: We've seen it before in cases, folks. We have seen
• 32:26
Speaker 1: it before, and I know there's good people working for
• 32:30
Speaker 1: the FBI. And hopefully one of those people, this case
• 32:34
Speaker 1: will come across their desk, and they will go after
• 32:36
Speaker 1: this case with all the zeal and all the gusto
• 32:39
Speaker 1: it deserves. And then they'll force their bosses into actually
• 32:43
Speaker 1: taking some sort of action in the case, right? All right,
• 32:49
Speaker 1: so if you'd like to contact me, you can do
• 32:50
Speaker 1: that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. All right,
• 32:59
Speaker 1: let's get to the article. The article is from the
• 33:01
Speaker 1: Daily News. It was published today at 1151 a.m. Eastern
• 33:06
Speaker 1: Standard Time. And the author of the article is Larry McShane.
• 33:13
Speaker 1: The guards who moved billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's body from
• 33:16
Speaker 1: a Manhattan prison cell after his jailhouse suicide, alleged suicide,
• 33:21
Speaker 1: violated federal protocol, according to a new report. Yeah, you think?
• 33:26
Speaker 1: I said that right away. I said, what the hell
• 33:28
Speaker 1: are you talking about? They moved his body. It's a
• 33:30
Speaker 1: crime scene, for God's sakes. At the very least, it
• 33:33
Speaker 1: might be a crime scene. You can't disturb that. You
• 33:36
Speaker 1: can't disrupt that. You can't come in there with 15
• 33:39
Speaker 1: morons that don't know what they're doing. Are you kidding
• 33:41
Speaker 1: me right now? No, that's not normal, said forensic pathologist Dr.
• 33:49
Speaker 1: Michael Bodden in a 60 Minutes interview airing Sunday on CBS.
• 33:53
Speaker 1: The EMS people normally, and especially in a jail, should
• 33:56
Speaker 1: not move a dead body. No crap. No crap. You
• 34:04
Speaker 1: don't move a dead body until the investigation has taken place.
• 34:09
Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? Especially a high-profile guy like Jeffrey Epstein?
• 34:14
Speaker 1: What is going on in that jail? If this is
• 34:18
Speaker 1: just poor job performance and people not knowing their job,
• 34:22
Speaker 1: everybody should be fired. Everybody involved needs to be fired then.
• 34:27
Speaker 1: From the warden on down, everybody needs to be fired
• 34:31
Speaker 1: and a whole new regime needs to be hired and
• 34:34
Speaker 1: brought in because this is absolutely ridiculous, folks. Under Federal
• 34:39
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons protocol, a suicide scene must be treated
• 34:43
Speaker 1: with the same level of protection as any crime scene
• 34:46
Speaker 1: in which a death has occurred. Yeah. No. Shit. All right?
• 34:54
Speaker 1: This is pretty basic stuff here. I'm certainly not, you know,
• 34:58
Speaker 1: an FBI investigator or anything, or some bigwig in the prisons,
• 35:03
Speaker 1: the Federal Bureau of Prisons, but I have a little
• 35:06
Speaker 1: bit of common sense, and common sense says do not
• 35:10
Speaker 1: touch that body. Wouldn't you want to make sure that
• 35:15
Speaker 1: all of your eyes... are dotted and your t's are
• 35:18
Speaker 1: crossed especially after you you just realized your colleagues were
• 35:22
Speaker 1: asleep at the at the wheel and they falsified logs
• 35:25
Speaker 1: don't you think in the follow-up investigation you would have
• 35:28
Speaker 1: everything buttoned up and ready to go Is this their
• 35:32
Speaker 1: first day? I know in a management position, I could
• 35:35
Speaker 1: be on vacation. And if one of my employees didn't
• 35:38
Speaker 1: get the proper paperwork after somebody won a bet, forget it.
• 35:42
Speaker 1: I'd get 4,000 phone calls on vacation over something like that.
• 35:46
Speaker 1: And you mean to tell me that these guys flubbed
• 35:49
Speaker 1: this whole entire thing up from watching the man to
• 35:53
Speaker 1: investigating his death, and only those two prison guards are
• 35:58
Speaker 1: under the microscope? They're the only ones who are charged? That,
• 36:04
Speaker 1: my friends, is what you call BS. Epstein, 66, was
• 36:11
Speaker 1: discovered by Federal Corrections Guard shortly after 6.30 a.m. on
• 36:16
Speaker 1: August 10th, with one of the workers heard saying, breathe, Epstein, breathe. Okay, sure,
• 36:21
Speaker 1: so they released that detail, right? Why would they release
• 36:24
Speaker 1: that detail? The guy's been dead for two hours. What
• 36:26
Speaker 1: do you mean, breathe? The rig of mortars already had
• 36:28
Speaker 1: started to set in, I bet. Breathe? What do you mean, breathe?
• 36:32
  Speaker 1: I think that was added on. I think that's a
• 36:34
Speaker 1: little bit of theater. I think they added that on
• 36:38
Speaker 1: to make it look like there were We're here to help.
• 36:43
Speaker 1: He was taken to New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital,
• 36:47
Speaker 1: but was already beyond resuscitation. Yeah, you think? They left
• 36:51
Speaker 1: him in there. He was rock solid hard. The guy
• 36:56
Speaker 1: looked like, you know, are you kidding me right now?
• 37:01
Speaker 1: All right. Guy ends up looking like Carbone from Goodfellas
• 37:06
Speaker 1: in the freezer. You're telling me, oh, he couldn't be resuscitated? Yeah,
• 37:11
Speaker 1: no shit he couldn't be resuscitated. He was dead for
• 37:14
Speaker 1: two hours. Bodden, a nationally renowned pathologist hired by Epstein's
• 37:21
Speaker 1: brother Mark to investigate the death, believes the federal inmate
• 37:25
Speaker 1: died about two hours earlier. Two hours earlier and you're
• 37:29
Speaker 1: trying to give him CPR and resuscitate him? I got
• 37:32
Speaker 1: news for you, and I know this is going to
• 37:34
Speaker 1: be breaking news, and it's going to be hard to swallow,
• 37:37
Speaker 1: all right? But he was dead for two hours. You're
• 37:41
Speaker 1: not going to be able to pump his chest. You're
• 37:43
Speaker 1: not going to be able to bring him back. All
• 37:46
Speaker 1: right there, prison guards? Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
• 37:52
Speaker 1: A pair of prison guards were indicted last year for
• 37:55
Speaker 1: falsifying prison logs and records in a cover-up of their
• 37:58
Speaker 1: failure to check on Epstein every 30 minutes as required
• 38:02
Speaker 1: in the defendant's special housing unit. The city medical examiner
• 38:06
Speaker 1: officially declared Epstein's death a suicide. Well, there it is, folks.
• 38:10
Speaker 1: It was officially declared by the New York City sub-medical examiner,
• 38:14
Speaker 1: so we can all pack it in. No more discussions.
• 38:17
Speaker 1: How dare you discuss it? The official word has been
• 38:20
Speaker 1: sent down. Accept what they say. Accept what your overlords say.
• 38:24
Speaker 1: Your rulers have told you what it is. Yeah, right.
• 38:29
Speaker 1: So we're not supposed to question it because the city
• 38:32
Speaker 1: medical examiner officially said it was a suicide? Sorry, she
• 38:37
Speaker 1: said it was a suicide. Bodden says otherwise. Who are
• 38:40
Speaker 1: we to believe? I leave that up to you, folks.
• 38:47
Speaker 1: Although his shocking demise led to immediate speculation about a
• 38:50
Speaker 1: more sinister end for the accused sex trafficker and abuser
• 38:55
Speaker 1: of underage girls. Epstein, after a prior suicide attempt inside
• 39:00
Speaker 1: a Manhattan Correctional Center, that's uncorroborated. We don't know if
• 39:05
Speaker 1: he definitely tried to commit suicide. He was in there
• 39:07
Speaker 1: with somebody that was... being accused of four homicides, folks.
• 39:12
Speaker 1: Nicholas Tartaglione, oh boy. So you're telling me that you
• 39:17
Speaker 1: have the only person that you can put into jail
• 39:20
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein is Nicholas Tartaglione, a big muscle-bound, meathead-looking
• 39:27
Speaker 1: dude who is in there accused of killing people in
• 39:30
Speaker 1: a drug deal gone bad. And then you want to
• 39:33
Speaker 1: know why we're asking questions if Epstein was attacked or
• 39:37
Speaker 1: if he tried to commit suicide. So what was Tartaglione
• 39:41
Speaker 1: sitting there with his headphones in and a blindfold on
• 39:44
Speaker 1: as Epstein began to commit suicide and then only jumped
• 39:47
Speaker 1: in afterwards? Or was it more likely that Tartaglione attacked Epstein?
• 39:54
Speaker 1: And I'm not saying he was paid to do that
• 39:56
Speaker 1: or anything, but at the end of the day, he's
• 39:58
Speaker 1: in prison. They're both in prison, and there's nothing worse
• 40:01
Speaker 1: in prison than a child molester. Tartaglione, an ex-cop who
• 40:06
Speaker 1: is definitely on the same rung almost as child molesters
• 40:09
Speaker 1: in prison, figures he can gain some cred by going
• 40:12
Speaker 1: after Epstein. Seems like a logical conclusion, right? Or Tartaglione
• 40:17
Speaker 1: was laying on his bed, waiting around. Epstein tried to
• 40:20
Speaker 1: hang himself from the top bunk. Tartaglione let him hang
• 40:23
Speaker 1: himself for a little while, but then maybe he thought
• 40:25
Speaker 1: better of it and decided to step in and be
• 40:27
Speaker 1: the hero. That doesn't make any sense to me, folks.
• 40:31
Speaker 1: All right? Zero sense. And it does not make any
• 40:34
Speaker 1: sense to me that Tartaglione was even in that cell
• 40:37
Speaker 1: for one single minute. Epstein, after a prior suicide attempt
• 40:45
Speaker 1: inside the Manhattan Correctional Center, allegedly, had only recently returned
• 40:49
Speaker 1: to his cell after a stint under psychological evaluation in
• 40:53
Speaker 1: a jail medical wing. The Bureau of Prisons declined to
• 40:57
Speaker 1: comment Friday on the protocol violation, saying the Epstein case
• 41:01
Speaker 1: is currently under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigations
• 41:05
Speaker 1: and the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General. So
• 41:09
Speaker 1: that means Michael Horowitz, the man who uncovered the 17
• 41:13
Speaker 1: FISA irregularities, is also investigating this case. Epstein pleaded guilty
• 41:21
Speaker 1: in 2008 to soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida
• 41:25
Speaker 1: in a sweetheart deal with prosecutors, but faced a virtual
• 41:29
Speaker 1: life sentence of 45 years in prison if convicted on
• 41:32
Speaker 1: the new charges leveled by federal prosecutors. All right, so again,
• 41:40
Speaker 1: we see how many chambers are in this case. We
• 41:45
Speaker 1: see how many different layers there are in this rabbit hole.
• 41:51
Speaker 1: Every day it's something new, folks. Every single day it's
• 41:55
Speaker 1: something new. The fact that his body was moved after
• 42:00
Speaker 1: he committed suicide has always been laughable to me that
• 42:04
Speaker 1: nobody has talked about that. There's very few people that
• 42:07
Speaker 1: have brought that up. And you do not move a body,
• 42:12
Speaker 1: especially in a situation like this with a man like
• 42:14
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. You make sure everything is buttoned up. It
• 42:19
Speaker 1: is just unconscionable that it was that big of a failure.
• 42:24
Speaker 1: All of a sudden, they have Jeffrey Epstein in there
• 42:26
Speaker 1: and it's that big of a failure. This is the
• 42:28
Speaker 1: same place that's held El Chapo. This is the same
• 42:31
Speaker 1: place that held John Gotti. This is the same place
• 42:33
Speaker 1: that has held, insert crazy mofo here. And just Jeffrey
• 42:38
Speaker 1: Epstein's the one that this happens to, folks? A day
• 42:41
Speaker 1: after the treasure trove of documents is released? I'll leave
• 42:45
Speaker 1: it up to you to decide. I don't know. I
• 42:49
Speaker 1: don't have the answers one way or the other, but
• 42:50
Speaker 1: I will tell you this. Something does not smell right.
• 42:58
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
