Wichita Man Charged in 3 Dollar Tree Incidents | Wichita News
A Wichita man, Tonye Ikiba, 29, has been arrested in connection with three separate indecent exposure incidents at Dollar Tree stores across the city — all allegedly involving minors. Surveillance footage helped identify him after he fled each scene, and he’s now facing one felony and two misdemeanor charges. Ikiba is also held under an ICE detainer and appears in court August 10. Authorities urge anyone with similar experiences to come forward — tips can be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
