- 1:06Speaker 5: dreaming of?
- 1:07Speaker 7: Oh?

- 1:14Speaker 8: Life don't pretty grassy? Your mad dog, your sixth son
- 1:17Speaker 8: of a bee? What's going on in the world? I
- 1:20Speaker 8: don't even know, really, I'm just happy to be here, man. Sure,
- 1:22Speaker 8: I've had a bit of a nap today, So I'm
- 1:24Speaker 8: all a bit skew if with my time, etc.
- 1:27Speaker 4: Look, I've got to be honest with you. Everyone's a
- 1:29Speaker 4: bit skew if today.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Keys he's been on his computer all day. He's feeling
- 1:32Speaker 3: all tired. He's been yawning up a storm. I'm feeling
- 1:35Speaker 3: a bit weary myself. I mean, it's all on for
- 1:37Speaker 3: the big show today. How you going there, Keysy, great jacket.
- 1:42Speaker 5: There's about five things I need to address in that sentence. Yeah,
- 1:45Speaker 5: I'm going really well, Fellas. Yeah, man, you're square eyed.
- 1:48Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:49Speaker 5: Mum you sit in the back of the day. She's
- 1:51Speaker 5: say you don't watch too much TV, you'll get square eyes. Yea, yeah, yeah,
- 1:54Speaker 5: it was was it.
- 1:56Speaker 3: It was like the lie of don't have a go
- 1:58Speaker 3: at yourself or you'll go blind.
- 2:00Speaker 4: Yeah you know what I mean?
- 2:02Speaker 5: You over there?
- 2:04Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, Well, I mean I just want to point
- 2:07Speaker 3: out that Moggi's blind in one eye by the way.
- 2:09Speaker 5: Yeah, how does that happen? Poor Aim? Yeah? Not good anyway,
- 2:15Speaker 5: I'm great. And thanks for the compliment on the jacket.
- 2:17Speaker 5: Oh yes, thanks guys. It's just a really good Jacket's
- 2:19Speaker 5: just a green jacket. It's just a green and black jacket.
- 2:22Speaker 5: You're looking good though. Jason's little yellow shirt under a
- 2:25Speaker 5: red chicken shit it is.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I wanted a bit of color in my outfit today,
- 2:30Speaker 3: so I think I've succeeded in that.
- 2:31Speaker 5: Yeah, it looks good man.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Hey Mogi, Yeah, baby, what's on the show today?
- 2:39Speaker 5: What's happening on the Big Show with old Mogi? Pretty
- 2:42Speaker 5: bloody exciting stuff.
- 2:44Speaker 8: Will be dissecting raking over the coals and doing a
- 2:46Speaker 8: post mortem on the first T twenty between Australia and
- 2:50Speaker 8: the Black Caps which happened over the night and to wrong.
- 2:53Speaker 5: Bloody exciting stuff there.
- 2:55Speaker 8: Wow, And then we're going to be getting into a
- 2:58Speaker 8: little bit of interesting stuff that's happening in our own
- 3:00Speaker 8: personal lives. I don't know if you guys are up
- 3:02Speaker 8: for that, but I'm going to be talking a little
- 3:04Speaker 8: about a little bit about a newspaper issue that I've
- 3:06Speaker 8: been having.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Oh wow, so cooll you mate.
- 3:09Speaker 8: Let everyone know Mogi is talking about a newspaper and
- 3:12Speaker 8: coming up shortly, we're going to be discussing why it
- 3:15Speaker 8: is that women tend to outlive men and this feels
- 3:20Speaker 8: like we better be careful where we tread.
- 3:22Speaker 5: Yeah, if you've got any opinions on that text US
- 3:23Speaker 5: three for eight three.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Yes, But then the Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four
- 3:29Speaker 1: on Radio Hdarchy.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Indeed guns.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Roses there on the Radio Honarchy Big Show this Thursday afternoon.
- 3:36Speaker 3: The time is fourteen minutes past four o'clock.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Hey, fell as, I was reading the paper today, Wow,
- 3:42Speaker 5: and by the paper, I mean the digital paper online.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Came across an article and I thought it was quite
- 3:47Speaker 5: interesting because generally speaking, women lasts longer than men. And
- 3:54Speaker 5: I'm talking about.
- 3:56Speaker 4: The ear right Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 4:00Speaker 5: And also probably sexually as well. Yeah, I'd say so,
- 4:03Speaker 5: So women live longer than men, is what I'm saying.
- 4:07Speaker 4: Okay, there we go.
- 4:08Speaker 5: What do you think the reason for this is? He
- 4:11Speaker 5: jas Like, if you had to try and pinpoint the
- 4:14Speaker 5: reason why women live longer than men, yeah, what would
- 4:18Speaker 5: it be?
- 4:19Speaker 3: What I mean, if I excuse me, if I look
- 4:21Speaker 3: at my own sort of situation.
- 4:23Speaker 4: I pamper my wife.
- 4:25Speaker 3: I do the hard yards, I do all the cleaning
- 4:28Speaker 3: around the house or the cooking.
- 4:30Speaker 4: I go to work, I work my ass off just so.
- 4:34Speaker 3: That she has funds in the account that she can
- 4:36Speaker 3: spend whatever she you know, she can buy whatever she wants.
- 4:39Speaker 3: When I get home from work, I tuck her into
- 4:41Speaker 3: the couch.
- 4:42Speaker 7: There.
- 4:42Speaker 5: You tuck her into a couch, yeah.
- 4:44Speaker 3: And just make sure she's comfortable when I first thing
- 4:47Speaker 3: I do when I wake up in the morning, I
- 4:48Speaker 3: make her a coffee. And basically I spend my life
- 4:54Speaker 3: looking after here. I'm not concerned about my own wellbeing.
- 4:57Speaker 3: I'm only concerned about her, So in my person all circumstance,
- 5:01Speaker 3: it makes sense that she would outlive me. And of course,
- 5:04Speaker 3: you know, she does the aerobics and stuff, so she's
- 5:06Speaker 3: quite fit and healthy.
- 5:08Speaker 4: You know. I tend to hit the darts and all
- 5:11Speaker 4: that sort of stuff.
- 5:11Speaker 5: I thought it would be more the punch and darts
- 5:13Speaker 5: and sinking purst part.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, back in the day, of course.
- 5:16Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah, so pampering.
- 5:18Speaker 8: Yeah, what about you, ma, You and you think, yeah,
- 5:21Speaker 8: I think that's that's probably it. There's you know, harder living, right,
- 5:26Speaker 8: there's taking more risks as well, Keisy. You know generally
- 5:29Speaker 8: the sillier things that get done you know, by men,
- 5:34Speaker 8: younger men as well. Obviously the younger you are, the
- 5:36Speaker 8: dumber you are, the more outrageous things you do. And
- 5:39Speaker 8: that's why, you know, and you are saying this off
- 5:41Speaker 8: for you, Jays, that's why men have got better stories. Yes, because,
- 5:45Speaker 8: as you're saying, I, oftentimes you'll be listening to a
- 5:47Speaker 8: woman tell her young and you're just thinking to yourself,
- 5:49Speaker 8: oh my god.
- 5:52Speaker 5: You know, I don't know what that has to do
- 5:53Speaker 5: with this particular topic. It's the risk.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Well I.
- 6:00Speaker 5: Was hoping it wouldn't go down this path, Jase, But well.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Look, I've got to be honest with you.
- 6:04Speaker 3: It's actually quite good for me in that regard because
- 6:06Speaker 3: I just chew out you know what I'm saying.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Right, Well, I'll try. And the actual reason is, if
- 6:11Speaker 5: you'd like to know, is that because women have double
- 6:15Speaker 5: X chromosomes, whereas men have an X and a Y chromosome.
- 6:19Speaker 5: And so if a mutation or something affects one of
- 6:22Speaker 5: the X chromosomes, yeah, they've got a second one which
- 6:26Speaker 5: can sort of make up for it, whereas men don't.
- 6:28Speaker 5: But they've got no whys. They've got no whys exactly. So,
- 6:32Speaker 5: and this isn't just in humans, in a whole heap
- 6:35Speaker 5: of the like in the animal kingdom, for example, females
- 6:38Speaker 5: tend to live longer than males for that reason too.
- 6:40Speaker 3: You were saying off Herekzy that when your wife's in
- 6:44Speaker 3: a horror of a mood, you often had a is
- 6:46Speaker 3: your X chromosome all up?
- 6:48Speaker 4: The whack is it?
- 6:49Speaker 5: Can you please turn on your back up X chromosome?
- 6:54Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 6:54Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I was saying that off was yeah.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, So it's DNA.
- 7:00Speaker 5: And it's just DNA.
- 7:02Speaker 8: What she just said that before, Jason, all of themselves
- 7:04Speaker 8: with all that horrendously sexer stuff.
- 7:06Speaker 5: Yeah, well, I mean, at least Jace, you've got to
- 7:08Speaker 5: back up chromosomes, so you're sweet.
- 7:10Speaker 4: Yeah, that's true.
- 7:10Speaker 5: You've got an extra one.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Yeah, give us your thoughts, New Zealand on three four adio.
- 7:16Speaker 5: Why is it?
- 7:16Speaker 4: Why is that.
- 7:17Speaker 5: They already have? I can't read out most of them?
- 7:20Speaker 4: On ere Okay, here's great day.
- 7:26Speaker 1: The hold Aching Big Show with Jace, Mike and Kyzy.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on radio Holders.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Indeed, the food fighters there on the radio hold Achy
- 7:34Speaker 3: Big Show this Thursday after noon.
- 7:36Speaker 4: The time is four twenty.
- 7:37Speaker 5: Six after you're just joining us. We just discussed the
- 7:40Speaker 5: fact that women live longer than men, and the same
- 7:43Speaker 5: is true and many different animal species as well. Yes,
- 7:46Speaker 5: and it's to do with the chromosomes, but also the
- 7:49Speaker 5: fact that women are that men are pretty stupid.
- 7:51Speaker 8: And smoke darts and swamboos and they're reckless, and then
- 7:55Speaker 8: your bankbones.
- 7:57Speaker 4: Some animal female animals eat the male.
- 8:00Speaker 5: Well, for example, the praying men. Yeah, yeah, I mean
- 8:03Speaker 5: that's a animal, right, just it's not praying mantas. It's
- 8:08Speaker 5: praying mantis. I'm pretty sure it was chroma zone.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Yeah, ch Zome's kesy, come on, man, zome A is
- 8:19Speaker 3: a gnome aj pardon nothing.
- 8:22Speaker 5: A lot of great texts coming in on three four
- 8:24Speaker 5: eight three. Most of them just sort of up in arms.
- 8:26Speaker 5: That's sort of Jason's misogynist views. And that's fair enough.
- 8:29Speaker 8: But the trouble is, it's like it's like a whistle call,
- 8:32Speaker 8: isn't it, because Jason starts with his horrendous sexism and
- 8:36Speaker 8: then every sexist bastard comes out.
- 8:39Speaker 5: Yeah, but actually on the text machine, all the traditional
- 8:41Speaker 5: sexist bastards have gone, hey, this is actually probably too
- 8:43Speaker 5: far for us.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Crook.
- 8:48Speaker 4: I'm just saying it like it is, you know.
- 8:52Speaker 5: Ship, Yeah, this is a good text right here. Feelers
- 8:56Speaker 5: that men get it done quickly. They no mucking around
- 8:59Speaker 5: and chat and they just get stuck and get the
- 9:00Speaker 5: job done and then die. Yeah, that's what men do.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Yeah, we don't bang on about it, you know what
- 9:05Speaker 4: I mean.
- 9:06Speaker 5: And not to say that women. Oh you are saying
- 9:08Speaker 5: that women do. Yeah, come on, Jos. It's because men
- 9:12Speaker 5: age quicker compared to women. Just look at Hoidy j
- 9:14Speaker 5: for example. He's thirty nine and looks about mid fifties.
- 9:17Speaker 5: You know, so that has a point there, Yeah, yeah, yeah, true,
- 9:20Speaker 5: you're living proof of that point. Someone.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Yeah, hey, philis just on kind of similarly related.
- 9:29Speaker 5: Oh that's like a segways, Yes, a segway.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:32Speaker 3: I had a very disturbing chat with my wife last night,
- 9:36Speaker 3: and after she told me about her day at work,
- 9:41Speaker 3: which I just sort of zoned out for, she then
- 9:44Speaker 3: was suggesting an idea that she had can I and
- 9:48Speaker 3: I want to tell you about it because it affects
- 9:50Speaker 3: both of you.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Right, She's had this idea, right that her.
- 9:55Speaker 3: And Mowgi's wife and your wife Kezi do a podcast
- 10:02Speaker 3: podcast entitled writ of Reply Nice And she had the
- 10:08Speaker 3: salute audacity to suggest that some of the stuff that
- 10:13Speaker 3: I say about.
- 10:13Speaker 4: Here on are is untrue.
- 10:16Speaker 5: Yeah, right, you know what I mean?
- 10:18Speaker 3: And she feels like your partners as well, are desperate
- 10:22Speaker 3: to set the record straight. And I just wanted to
- 10:24Speaker 3: get because I sort of poo pooed it, right, I said,
- 10:27Speaker 3: that's a terrible idea.
- 10:28Speaker 4: It's never going to rate.
- 10:29Speaker 8: Yeah, but you sort of, you know, knock down any
- 10:32Speaker 8: idea she's got so she doesn't get above her station,
- 10:35Speaker 8: is what you call it, Jace.
- 10:41Speaker 5: Jesus is your mic off? Sorry?
- 10:43Speaker 4: Yes, I just want to know how you guys feel
- 10:46Speaker 4: about that, the prospect of it.
- 10:48Speaker 5: I actually think it's a good idea, right, that's interesting
- 10:51Speaker 5: you think it's a good idea.
- 10:52Speaker 8: It's a really good idea for them to have the
- 10:54Speaker 8: right to reply, because I think what they do is
- 10:56Speaker 8: I think they sort of take for granted a little
- 10:58Speaker 8: bit what we do. They think it's easy, whereas if
- 11:02Speaker 8: they got behind the microphone, they would see how hard
- 11:04Speaker 8: it is.
- 11:06Speaker 5: It's not just like, oh, sitting around talking on your
- 11:09Speaker 5: phone eating chips and then just oh shit, we're on here.
- 11:11Speaker 5: It's not that, you know, that's probably what that picture.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I think a lot of people have that
- 11:16Speaker 3: picture in their mind when they listen to the show.
- 11:18Speaker 5: You know, well it's bs yeah, yeah, And it actually
- 11:21Speaker 5: racks me up a wee bit. Oh it fires me up?
- 11:23Speaker 4: Well, what fires me up? There's nothing that I've said
- 11:25Speaker 4: on here that isn't true. Well, lately you have been
- 11:28Speaker 4: going on about what a great cook she is.
- 11:33Speaker 5: Can you pass me the chips?
- 11:34Speaker 7: There?
- 11:35Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Keysy tune
- 11:38Speaker 1: in four on radios.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Indeed, rage against the Machine there on the Radio Hodarchy
- 11:44Speaker 3: Big Show this Tuesday afternoon. The time is exactly twenty
- 11:48Speaker 3: minutes to five.
- 11:49Speaker 5: Crazy Hey fellas Diamonds on Richmond. If you're back on
- 11:52Speaker 5: board with Radio Hodarchy and they've given us an eight
- 11:55Speaker 5: grand diamond engagement ring to give away. How good and basic?
- 12:00Speaker 5: The idea is, if you know anyone who's really dragging
- 12:03Speaker 5: their chain in terms of getting engaged, Yeah he's a
- 12:05Speaker 5: Hadak You dot co dot inz get yourself from the drawer.
- 12:08Speaker 5: Not only will you receive a Hadaki nudge pad, which
- 12:11Speaker 5: is a special knee pad designed to you know, say, hey,
- 12:14Speaker 5: drop the knee?
- 12:15Speaker 4: Was that what? Therefore?
- 12:17Speaker 5: Yes, but you'll also be in the drawer to win
- 12:22Speaker 5: that eight thousand dollars diamond engagement ring. What do you
- 12:24Speaker 5: think they are?
- 12:24Speaker 4: For nothing?
- 12:27Speaker 5: You just take one, Jason, just one, right, Okay, So
- 12:31Speaker 5: it's interesting because like our show, we're pretty married up.
- 12:33Speaker 5: You know, for sure you're married. I'm married though, to
- 12:36Speaker 5: be fair.
- 12:36Speaker 3: Keys, it took me fifteen years before I propose, So
- 12:40Speaker 3: I did.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Fah around a fear amount.
- 12:43Speaker 5: Right, And how long you been married?
- 12:45Speaker 4: Twenty? Right?
- 12:46Speaker 5: Have you been married for twenty seven?
- 12:48Speaker 7: No?
- 12:48Speaker 3: Where it's our thirtieth anniversary next year, so it's.
- 12:51Speaker 5: Your anniversary, not you're winning anniversary.
- 12:54Speaker 4: Yes, right? And yeah, I was a young feller. I
- 13:00Speaker 4: mean I went early. I went hard and early.
- 13:02Speaker 5: So you were nine and you were like, yep, she's
- 13:04Speaker 5: the one. Yes, I do. That's amazing, Jace.
- 13:09Speaker 3: I'm looking at Pugs actually in studio. I mean how
- 13:12Speaker 3: long because he's kind of dragging the chain a bit.
- 13:14Speaker 8: Do you feel like, well, look, I think I got
- 13:17Speaker 8: to about a year in with my now wife. She
- 13:20Speaker 8: wasn't then, yes, and that's when I proposed. Wow, got
- 13:24Speaker 8: a year in a bit of year there. In fact,
- 13:26Speaker 8: it was exactly a year.
- 13:27Speaker 5: Interesting. So that's the complete opposite of you, Jos, because
- 13:29Speaker 5: I was just shy of ten years with my wife, right, Yeah,
- 13:33Speaker 5: and I wasn't nine. I think we met when I
- 13:35Speaker 5: was twenty right, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so you straight in.
- 13:38Speaker 8: There, Yeah yeah, I mean I guess the difference is, Jace,
- 13:41Speaker 8: you were nine, cause of you were twenty.
- 13:43Speaker 5: Yeah, I was forty five. I've been around the trips.
- 13:46Speaker 5: Wait hello, and also have you been married now? What
- 13:50Speaker 5: is it? Almost ten years?
- 13:53Speaker 4: Wow?
- 13:53Speaker 7: So you do it?
- 13:54Speaker 3: That was really sensible, actually making because it was still
- 13:57Speaker 3: good at that point.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Yes, you know what I mean.
- 13:59Speaker 3: After you go, oh, this guy's not too bad. You
- 14:02Speaker 3: know it's about to go badly down hell, so you
- 14:05Speaker 3: get it done quick, quick, smart.
- 14:07Speaker 5: That's right when you say you know it's about to
- 14:09Speaker 5: go badly downhill? Do they always go downhill?
- 14:11Speaker 4: Yes?
- 14:11Speaker 5: Like every marriage pretty much? Oh yeah, oh hell yes,
- 14:14Speaker 5: only one good marriage. Wow, I would say, to be honest,
- 14:19Speaker 5: my go to would have usually have been Nicole Kinman
- 14:22Speaker 5: and Keith right.
- 14:25Speaker 8: On the bright side. To get a bloody good ring
- 14:27Speaker 8: out of it, CAZy, that's the main thing, man.
- 14:28Speaker 5: I get a good ring. Well you don't, nah, but you.
- 14:31Speaker 8: Get to be involved in giving the one away for
- 14:33Speaker 8: diamonds on Richmond, which is pretty bloody good value. Well
- 14:36Speaker 8: they saying eight grand, but I've had a word to
- 14:38Speaker 8: the wires that it's worth half a million dollars.
- 14:41Speaker 5: You've had a word to the wires. A little birdie
- 14:45Speaker 5: has told me.
- 14:46Speaker 4: Were you at the urinal again when this happened?
- 14:49Speaker 5: Maybe? Was there a bird in the urine? All but hey,
- 14:53Speaker 5: Hodak you dot co dot insad register yourself for a
- 14:55Speaker 5: Hidaki nudge pad plus going the drawd to within an
- 14:57Speaker 5: eight thousand dollars diamond engagement ring. All things so I
- 15:00Speaker 5: made at Diamonds on Richmond. The engagement experts so good.
- 15:04Speaker 4: In the meantime, here's ac DC.
- 15:07Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 15:11Speaker 3: There was garbage on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 15:14Speaker 3: Thursday afternoon. The time is four point fifty two. Let's
- 15:17Speaker 3: talk TV. What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue?
- 15:26Speaker 5: Yeah, hang on what he founders? Last night I went
- 15:30Speaker 5: and saw a movie.
- 15:31Speaker 8: It was a premiere movie, yes, called Smashing Machine, directed
- 15:35Speaker 8: by Benny Safti, who directed Good Times and also directed
- 15:40Speaker 8: another film called Help Me Out Here paksn Uncut Gems
- 15:45Speaker 8: with Adam Sandler. This one normally makes the songs with
- 15:48Speaker 8: his brother, but this one I'm pretty sure he did
- 15:50Speaker 8: on his own. And it's a story of a true
- 15:54Speaker 8: story based on the true story of a UFC fighter
- 15:56Speaker 8: from back in the day who was in the first
- 15:57Speaker 8: UFC Championship and stars Dwayne Johnson. He's unrecognizable, guys, right
- 16:05Speaker 8: the start of the show is the prosthetics. He is unrecognizable.
- 16:07Speaker 8: And Emily Blunt is.
- 16:12Speaker 3: Very very very good, very good actor, very good.
- 16:18Speaker 5: Great actor. I love watching her act. She was quite brilliant.
- 16:24Speaker 8: Although I will say, and this is not I don't
- 16:26Speaker 8: want any spoilers in here, but very good actors in
- 16:30Speaker 8: it who did a very very good job. But the
- 16:32Speaker 8: storyline was not great, and the especially Emii Blunt's character
- 16:38Speaker 8: wasn't very it was two dimensional character and frankly, I'm
- 16:41Speaker 8: surprised she took the job to begint be honest with you,
- 16:43Speaker 8: but she's bloody good. It's the story of his he's
- 16:49Speaker 8: the best fighter. He's never been beaten in any kind
- 16:52Speaker 8: of fight at all. We meet him, he loses a fight,
- 16:55Speaker 8: he's got drug addiction problems. You can see all this
- 16:57Speaker 8: in the trailer, and it's his battle back again. It's
- 17:00Speaker 8: those things in a feiry toxic relationship with his partner.
- 17:03Speaker 8: There's the journey that we go on. Yeah, man, I
- 17:08Speaker 8: don't have a lot of great things to say about it.
- 17:09Speaker 8: Oh really, I give it really great performances. Absolutely, I
- 17:14Speaker 8: think it was badly ridden and I think it could
- 17:17Speaker 8: have been a lot better. And I give it too
- 17:20Speaker 8: two and a half maybe buzzies out of a possible
- 17:22Speaker 8: five buzzies.
- 17:23Speaker 5: Right, So not a recommendation. I don't not really know. People.
- 17:27Speaker 5: It was weird at the end. I see, what do
- 17:28Speaker 5: you think? People like, yeah, it was really good. I
- 17:29Speaker 5: was like, oh, I didn't really.
- 17:30Speaker 8: I thought it was a bit like two dimensional and
- 17:33Speaker 8: not really drawn out and but weird structure.
- 17:35Speaker 5: And they're like, oh, yeah, I did too well. I
- 17:37Speaker 5: chatted to Prebs who was there last night. He loved it.
- 17:40Speaker 5: He really enjoyed it. Yes, So I guess it just
- 17:42Speaker 5: depends who are Yeah, it's so true.
- 17:45Speaker 4: He's easily pleased though, you know what I mean?
- 17:48Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean he had a box. I saw him
- 17:51Speaker 8: and he was just wolfing down the popcorn. He didn't
- 17:54Speaker 8: look at the screen. I was sitting next to him.
- 17:55Speaker 8: It was a disgrace.
- 17:56Speaker 4: He's a pig.
- 17:58Speaker 5: Wow, I wouldn't say that he's a popcorn pig. What
- 18:02Speaker 5: did him out there? I called him pribs the popcorn peak.
- 18:05Speaker 5: You called him popcorn smashing machine. Oh that's right, Yeah,
- 18:10Speaker 5: I can't.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Help you really fell us on the TV sort of scenario.
- 18:13Speaker 4: I watched cricket. Oh wait, no, yes.
- 18:17Speaker 5: No, waits a cricket? Is that cr I G G
- 18:20Speaker 5: E T cricket?
- 18:22Speaker 7: Keys?
- 18:22Speaker 5: You said cricket. It's like a frog playing cricket. Cricket?
- 18:28Speaker 5: What do you watch keysy men? Oh, last night, I
- 18:32Speaker 5: didn't watch anything. There is absolutely nothing. Actually, no, that's
- 18:36Speaker 5: a lie. I watched an episode of Country Calendar. Oh great,
- 18:38Speaker 5: about a guy who has yax. He has yax and
- 18:45Speaker 5: the issue with the that was the name of the episode.
- 18:49Speaker 5: The issue with the yacks is that they've become very,
- 18:51Speaker 5: very inbred because there's obviously not a lot of diversity
- 18:55Speaker 5: when you've got yax in New Zealand. So they had
- 18:58Speaker 5: to defrost someone's one of the X great great great
- 19:02Speaker 5: grandfather's sperm, which they had on ice. Oh and then
- 19:05Speaker 5: you use that's try and diverse. It was very interesting,
- 19:10Speaker 5: sort of animal pawny three point eight buzzies out of five.
- 19:14Speaker 5: I give it. It was a good episode. It was a
- 19:16Speaker 5: great episode. That's good.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Yeah stuff, Hey, now, listen.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Speaking of great coming up after five o'clock, Mogie's got
- 19:23Speaker 3: a story about the newspaper. Also, we speak to g
- 19:28Speaker 3: Lane about the yeah that I watched last night.
- 19:31Speaker 4: Yeah, and you know, just generic chat.
- 19:37Speaker 1: The whole aking Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ike Here.
- 19:43Speaker 4: Welcome back your MESSI bank Bones.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Hope you're surviving your Thursday afternoon.
- 19:47Speaker 4: You're listening to the Big Show brought you. But ree Burger.
- 19:50Speaker 5: Handcrafted Burger's, loaded fries and Gorme eats that will change
- 19:53Speaker 5: the game.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Ah, what my heck.
- 20:04Speaker 6: I was dreaming about Reburger.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 20:06Speaker 6: It was so crave worthy but it was gor mate
- 20:11Speaker 6: and it was straight food.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:17Speaker 5: That guy gets it totally, man, that Reburger guy. Yeah, well,
- 20:22Speaker 5: not that Reburger guy, the guy that was dreaming. But
- 20:24Speaker 5: he woke up happy. It was lucky we had a
- 20:26Speaker 5: tape recorder. There got a weird voice, so don't you think, hey,
- 20:29Speaker 5: come on man.
- 20:31Speaker 4: It's a bit keay, come on man.
- 20:35Speaker 5: Yeah, sorry, it just sounded really high perch. But I
- 20:37Speaker 5: guess people have higher perch voices.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Especially when you wake up in the morning all the
- 20:41Speaker 3: blood's in a different area of the body, and so
- 20:43Speaker 3: the voice does get affected.
- 20:46Speaker 4: Right Do you do not sound like that in the morning.
- 20:50Speaker 5: No, So you're saying that when when blood flows elsewhere
- 20:56Speaker 5: in your body, your voice goes higher.
- 20:57Speaker 4: Yeah, totally, you can get a bit nasally.
- 21:00Speaker 5: That's weird.
- 21:00Speaker 4: I'm not joking.
- 21:04Speaker 5: I was wondering who the first one to do that
- 21:05Speaker 5: was gonna be?
- 21:06Speaker 4: Hey, coming out, that's gone.
- 21:08Speaker 3: What Mogi talks newspapers.
- 21:12Speaker 1: The Hurdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodark.
- 21:16Speaker 3: Can keepers there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show This
- 21:19Speaker 3: Susday afternoon. The time is thirteen minutes past five o'clock.
- 21:23Speaker 3: And wherever you are in this great country of ours,
- 21:26Speaker 3: sit back, relax because Mogi has got one hell of
- 21:32Speaker 3: a content piece right now.
- 21:41Speaker 4: Yeah, thanks, thank you. Thanks week.
- 21:51Speaker 8: And you're probably not on site at the moment. You're
- 21:53Speaker 8: probably tools down already. But if you are, if you're
- 21:55Speaker 8: working late, put your tools down, fellows, turn up to
- 21:57Speaker 8: a site radio. This is a ripper, So over the
- 22:00Speaker 8: weekend there, fellows. This one just man. I've been campaigning
- 22:03Speaker 8: with the wife for a while to get the delivery
- 22:05Speaker 8: of the Sunday paper brought back.
- 22:07Speaker 5: Oh, because you used to have that. I used to
- 22:09Speaker 5: have that back in the good old days, the achesy.
- 22:11Speaker 8: But what we've got, we've got a Sunday tradition which
- 22:14Speaker 8: is put on the coffee, put on the croissant. And
- 22:19Speaker 8: it used to be also, get the Sunday paper out
- 22:22Speaker 8: of the letterbox, set in bed, put the TV on
- 22:25Speaker 8: for the kid, and the wife and I had sit
- 22:27Speaker 8: in bed drinking her coffee and croissants and reading the
- 22:30Speaker 8: Sunday paper.
- 22:30Speaker 5: Bloody great way to start your Sunday, the ecasy.
- 22:34Speaker 8: So anyway, we managed to get it back, had it
- 22:36Speaker 8: delivered the other day there, and of course I'm up there.
- 22:40Speaker 8: I'm on holiday, but I'm the one making the coffee.
- 22:42Speaker 8: I'm the one making the croissants. But that's all good.
- 22:47Speaker 8: Go back to bed. You know, I'm the one that
- 22:49Speaker 8: you did all that. But I have to read the
- 22:51Speaker 8: small part of the paper and the wife gets the
- 22:53Speaker 8: big part of the paper. But that's all good.
- 22:55Speaker 5: Anyway.
- 22:55Speaker 8: I crack it open, and to my horror, I found
- 23:00Speaker 8: that my eyesight is now so bad that I can't
- 23:03Speaker 8: read the paper. Yeah, have you been there, Jason, because
- 23:09Speaker 8: your even though you're thirty nine, is shocking, shockingly bad. Well,
- 23:15Speaker 8: but I didn't realize mine was so bad. Is to
- 23:17Speaker 8: not be able to read a newspaper anymore?
- 23:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean as soon as my eyes started going milky,
- 23:23Speaker 3: that's when I started having my problems.
- 23:25Speaker 5: Yes, and now it's.
- 23:27Speaker 3: To the point where if I don't have my glasses
- 23:29Speaker 3: with me, it's a very debilitating situation to be in.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Like I am literally so blind now that if I
- 23:36Speaker 3: don't have my glasses I just curl into the feetal
- 23:39Speaker 3: possession and lie down.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Yeah, because like you, for example, you wouldn't be able
- 23:42Speaker 5: to read and say what the next song coming up
- 23:45Speaker 5: is exactly? Can you look at that right now and
- 23:47Speaker 5: have a crack at it? Who do you think it is?
- 23:49Speaker 4: Moana?
- 23:51Speaker 5: Nirvana? Close? What do you mean from the Disney movie?
- 23:57Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, I started playing that. Now that is a
- 24:01Speaker 3: shocking well.
- 24:03Speaker 8: Because now it means I'm going to have to go
- 24:05Speaker 8: through the process of getting glasses and I lose I
- 24:08Speaker 8: lose everything. So I don't want to What about contact lens?
- 24:11Speaker 8: Have you considered that?
- 24:13Speaker 4: No?
- 24:13Speaker 3: I like people touttooing with my eyes, even if that
- 24:16Speaker 3: person is you. Yeah, even if it's me. I don't
- 24:18Speaker 3: like putting stuff in my eyes, you can just do
- 24:22Speaker 3: the hoody Jamifford, which is to buy like fifty peers
- 24:25Speaker 3: of you know, three dollar bastards maximum sort of glass.
- 24:32Speaker 4: And just have them all around the house.
- 24:33Speaker 5: Yes, well I think that maybe that's what I need
- 24:35Speaker 5: to do.
- 24:36Speaker 4: Yeah, because I'm the same as you.
- 24:37Speaker 3: If I actually spent money on glasses, you know, because
- 24:40Speaker 3: you can spend a fortune, just ask my wife, and
- 24:45Speaker 3: then you know, i'd probably break them within about five days.
- 24:48Speaker 4: Yeah, so that would be my advice.
- 24:50Speaker 5: So what you couldn't? So how bad was your eye sight? Well,
- 24:53Speaker 5: it's a bloody conundrum, keys, and that's all I'm telling you. Man.
- 24:55Speaker 8: The worst part was I got halfway through Microssite and
- 24:58Speaker 8: realized I was actually eating the sponge out of the
- 25:00Speaker 8: kitchen sink.
- 25:03Speaker 5: Wow, halfway through, So you'd like eating quite a lot
- 25:07Speaker 5: of it.
- 25:08Speaker 8: Yeah, that's how blind I am. I can't taste anything either.
- 25:11Speaker 8: It's shocking, man. You think it's funny, dude.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Here's Marana the Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on
- 25:23Speaker 1: Radio Hodarkys.
- 25:24Speaker 3: Indeed Aerosmith there on the radio, Holdarky Big Show this
- 25:27Speaker 3: Tuesday afternoon.
- 25:28Speaker 4: The time it's five twenty.
- 25:29Speaker 5: Six, I don't forget. By the way, you can text
- 25:31Speaker 5: us at any point on three four eighty three. Every
- 25:34Speaker 5: text goes in the drawer for a fifty dollars Reburg
- 25:36Speaker 5: of our chand which is pretty great. Um, looking for
- 25:39Speaker 5: a bit of advice now, Actually, and Mike, you might
- 25:42Speaker 5: be able to answer some of these questions. But to
- 25:44Speaker 5: be honest, I think it's Hoidy Jay's wheelhouse. Okay, I'll
- 25:46Speaker 5: step back, No, no, I want you to be here. Yeah,
- 25:49Speaker 5: but just back of it. Yeah, you're just back off
- 25:51Speaker 5: a wee bit ah, Jace guess. Yeah, I'm right in
- 25:56Speaker 5: saying that you do stock car racing. You are right
- 26:00Speaker 5: saying that, yes, you have a stock car I do.
- 26:03Speaker 5: That's the one that goes on like for example, Western
- 26:05Speaker 5: Springs style trap trap exactly. I've seen him.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Ooning around there.
- 26:14Speaker 5: He's a mad master. Are you sure it was him though,
- 26:16Speaker 5: because your eyesight's pretty poked. This was before though, Oh right, yeah,
- 26:19Speaker 5: this was a couple of weeks ago. Yeah, right, okay,
- 26:23Speaker 5: because I'm thinking of getting into it because my family
- 26:25Speaker 5: are big into motorsport. My dad and my brother are
- 26:27Speaker 5: begging to going to stop.
- 26:28Speaker 3: You're right there, Keysy, and I'm what I'm about to say, is.
- 26:37Speaker 4: Because I care about you.
- 26:39Speaker 5: Right, Okay, it might come across as cruel.
- 26:42Speaker 4: It might. Sometimes you've got to be cruel to be kind.
- 26:46Speaker 5: I don't see why it should like it's just me
- 26:48Speaker 5: asking about stock cars. But okay, go ahead.
- 26:52Speaker 3: You'd humiliate yourself, but you do it. It's a very
- 26:58Speaker 3: how do I How do I say this manly sport?
- 27:02Speaker 5: I don't know to be sex females doing it?
- 27:06Speaker 4: You know, you've got to know basic mechanics.
- 27:11Speaker 3: And I'm envisaging keysy and as a maculate stock car
- 27:15Speaker 3: outfit with creases down the front.
- 27:17Speaker 5: You say stock car outfit? What do you actually have
- 27:19Speaker 5: to wear when you're doing stock cars?
- 27:20Speaker 4: By the way, well you know protective gear.
- 27:23Speaker 5: You're like, what stuff? Because I'm going to write a lesson,
- 27:24Speaker 5: go get some you're certainly going to need your overalls. No, Mike,
- 27:28Speaker 5: I'm something cool on the back. Sorry, yeah, yeah, get
- 27:31Speaker 5: some overalls. Overalls that were you hear Jason? And the
- 27:33Speaker 5: problem is sometimes you have to drive your stock cars
- 27:35Speaker 5: when it rains.
- 27:36Speaker 4: That's right, so you'd get wet.
- 27:39Speaker 5: When I was growing up, they used to postpone it
- 27:40Speaker 5: if it rained.
- 27:42Speaker 3: What I'm seeing is keysy and as a maculate, clean
- 27:45Speaker 3: little outfit.
- 27:46Speaker 5: What's the outfit though, I want to know what the outphit.
- 27:48Speaker 4: It's fire retardant.
- 27:50Speaker 3: So if you catch on fire like a fire suits,
- 27:54Speaker 3: it's it retards it. And I just see you and
- 27:59Speaker 3: the pet with all the backbones and the effects and
- 28:01Speaker 3: their stuff, and you with your daddy with.
- 28:04Speaker 5: Don No, Don's not coming. This is the thing. Is
- 28:06Speaker 5: the reason I want to do is because I want
- 28:07Speaker 5: to show Don that I can because he was a
- 28:09Speaker 5: stock car driver, right, more drag racing, but he did
- 28:13Speaker 5: stop cast Yeah he still does drag racing. Yeah right,
- 28:16Speaker 5: Because I just wondered, like, how did you get into it?
- 28:19Speaker 5: Did you spend time with the pets working on you know,
- 28:21Speaker 5: other people's cars?
- 28:22Speaker 4: Yes?
- 28:22Speaker 7: I did?
- 28:23Speaker 5: Yeah right? What was your role? And what kind of
- 28:25Speaker 5: cars are working on?
- 28:26Speaker 4: Well? Stock cars?
- 28:29Speaker 5: What specific class of car were you working on? I
- 28:31Speaker 5: was just because I want to do the same class
- 28:33Speaker 5: as you. Man, I'd love to race against you, right, okay, yeah?
- 28:36Speaker 5: What class are you?
- 28:37Speaker 4: I say?
- 28:38Speaker 5: The best?
- 28:39Speaker 4: Yeah, well the fastest one.
- 28:40Speaker 5: But like, okay, so what is that call? Because there's
- 28:42Speaker 5: too usually last class.
- 28:45Speaker 8: The trick with that is it's all on the form
- 28:46Speaker 8: when you're follow that keysy so you'll see it on there.
- 28:49Speaker 5: Right. Have you got any sort of like motorsport license?
- 28:52Speaker 3: Absolutely? Yeah, you have to have one. You can't just
- 28:54Speaker 3: go willy nilly on the track. You'll kill you man.
- 28:57Speaker 3: This is what I'm talking about.
- 28:59Speaker 5: What classes you?
- 29:00Speaker 4: You're just going to humiliate yourself? No, I know.
- 29:02Speaker 5: I just That's why I'm trying to get as much
- 29:04Speaker 5: info as i can out of you right now. What's
- 29:06Speaker 5: the question is do you think you've got what it takes?
- 29:08Speaker 5: I don't know until I've got enough info. Well you don't, right, okay, Well,
- 29:12Speaker 5: can you just give me the basics, like, for example,
- 29:14Speaker 5: what's the name of the class that you racing? Fast class?
- 29:16Speaker 4: Yes?
- 29:17Speaker 5: Now, is that a sprint car or is it like
- 29:19Speaker 5: a superstock or what is that?
- 29:20Speaker 4: It's a sprint car?
- 29:21Speaker 7: Right?
- 29:22Speaker 5: Okay? How many cubes is your engine?
- 29:24Speaker 4: Well that's not your business.
- 29:28Speaker 5: It's just that they all have a certain size engine,
- 29:30Speaker 5: so I thought.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Some of them do.
- 29:33Speaker 5: All right? How many people in your pet crew?
- 29:36Speaker 7: Just me?
- 29:36Speaker 4: This is what I'm talking about, right, just you? Yeah?
- 29:39Speaker 5: Okay, So I pull.
- 29:40Speaker 4: In, change all the wheels and then pull out again.
- 29:44Speaker 4: Oh do you pet during stock and you do sometimes
- 29:47Speaker 4: on a long race.
- 29:48Speaker 5: That's really weird, okay, because usually have very short races. Okay, interesting? Interesting?
- 29:54Speaker 5: What kind of engine is it? Though?
- 29:55Speaker 4: What?
- 29:56Speaker 5: What? What building?
- 29:57Speaker 8: If you don't even know the basics, y, I mean,
- 30:01Speaker 8: all the stuff's available on the website.
- 30:03Speaker 5: You don't have to board. Jason's a champion.
- 30:05Speaker 4: Far out.
- 30:05Speaker 8: You get a chance to talk to a champion, what
- 30:07Speaker 8: you want to be asking him is how do you
- 30:09Speaker 8: race so fast? How do you get so many wins?
- 30:11Speaker 8: What is it that gives you that instinct?
- 30:13Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 30:13Speaker 5: Right?
- 30:14Speaker 4: What are you? The champion of stock cars?
- 30:18Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Darkeys.
- 30:22Speaker 3: Indeed Metellica there on the radio Hodarcky Big Show this
- 30:25Speaker 3: Thursday evening. Now, the first T twenty was last night
- 30:28Speaker 3: down to Bay Oval.
- 30:29Speaker 4: Looked absolutely freezing.
- 30:31Speaker 3: I've got to say, fellows for the national anthems, they
- 30:33Speaker 3: looked like they were freezing their balls off. Not the
- 30:36Speaker 3: outcome that New Zealand we're hoping for them with that
- 30:39Speaker 3: in mine. We've got acc head g Lane on the
- 30:41Speaker 3: line and Lane disappointing in the inmate.
- 30:45Speaker 9: Yeah, you'd have to admit we were probably fifty or
- 30:48Speaker 9: maybe sixty runs short, yes, given how they chased that down,
- 30:53Speaker 9: but we got one hundred and eighty one. I suppose
- 30:55Speaker 9: the good news story Tim Robinson getting one hundred and
- 31:00Speaker 9: four runs one hundred and six runs. Yeah, sorry, hit
- 31:02Speaker 9: that last ball for six, didn't he? Yes, look, only
- 31:05Speaker 9: the third news Yander to get a century against Australia
- 31:08Speaker 9: and T twenties. So a pretty good achievement from a
- 31:11Speaker 9: man who's only played twelve T twenty. So I suppose
- 31:13Speaker 9: we can take something out of it.
- 31:15Speaker 7: Jack.
- 31:15Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I was gonna say it was a pretty
- 31:17Speaker 3: horrific start for the fellas. What were we three for
- 31:20Speaker 3: six in the second over? Not the sort of start.
- 31:23Speaker 4: You're looking at.
- 31:24Speaker 9: Not ideal as a description for that, not ideal. So
- 31:28Speaker 9: the fact we got to one hundred and eighty one
- 31:30Speaker 9: was actually a pretty good fight back. Darrel Mitchell he
- 31:32Speaker 9: played pretty well as well. But man, those Australian batsmen
- 31:36Speaker 9: they only deal in fours and sixes. They're not too
- 31:40Speaker 9: big on the ones and twos.
- 31:42Speaker 8: There's a bloody good recovery from there. I didn't get
- 31:44Speaker 8: an opportunity to say it. I was busy at a
- 31:46Speaker 8: movie theater watching a shaker, but I do wonder with
- 31:50Speaker 8: the ease with which Australia managed to reach the total
- 31:54Speaker 8: having god knows how many balls up there sleeve and
- 31:57Speaker 8: probably six or seven wickets, was it?
- 31:58Speaker 4: Yes?
- 31:59Speaker 5: How sort of state was our bowling in.
- 32:02Speaker 9: When it wasn't look, I mean, you've got to admit
- 32:05Speaker 9: the Australian batting lineup, it's like we're playing power back. Yes,
- 32:11Speaker 9: so it's pretty it's pretty tough. I mean we their
- 32:15Speaker 9: batsmen then one to six. All they do is sit
- 32:18Speaker 9: deep in the crease and look to hike everything over
- 32:20Speaker 9: midwicket or overcover. And there's their game plan and I've
- 32:23Speaker 9: got the big units to do it. So I didn't
- 32:26Speaker 9: think our bowling was too bad, but their bowling was
- 32:28Speaker 9: much better as well. They nailed the wide yorker.
- 32:31Speaker 8: Yeah, I was just said in my mind a wide
- 32:33Speaker 8: Yorker singing, we'll just bowl wide Yorkers.
- 32:35Speaker 9: It's a hard delivery to play at the bowl, and
- 32:38Speaker 9: they nailed it. Hazel would too bear he did it
- 32:41Speaker 9: to us. But we get we get a chance to
- 32:42Speaker 9: have it go at them again tomorrow if it doesn't
- 32:44Speaker 9: as it would.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Rain, Yeah, what what's the forecast for that? By the way,
- 32:48Speaker 3: because it looks like it is going to be pissing
- 32:49Speaker 3: with rain.
- 32:50Speaker 9: Yeah, looking terrible for tomorrow. So but hopefully it blows
- 32:54Speaker 9: through so we can get a game in on on
- 32:56Speaker 9: Satney and we'll see every run down at latitude bar
- 32:59Speaker 9: down there at the Mount from four o'clock.
- 33:01Speaker 5: How good, hey, g Lane, it's keasy here man, hope
- 33:04Speaker 5: you will how are you?
- 33:06Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 33:06Speaker 5: Really great? Thanks man?
- 33:08Speaker 4: Sleepy today to be it doesn't.
- 33:09Speaker 5: Manager, It doesn't matter which got.
- 33:11Speaker 3: Square eyes because he's been on his computer looking at
- 33:14Speaker 3: weird stuff all day.
- 33:15Speaker 9: Yeah, on the last night as well.
- 33:17Speaker 5: No, no, no midweek wieze unfortunately. Question I've got for you,
- 33:23Speaker 5: g Lane is what are you having for dinner tonight? Oh?
- 33:27Speaker 9: You know what, I'm having some pasta and I've got
- 33:29Speaker 9: to get a little bit of pisso that I've frozen
- 33:31Speaker 9: earlier on in the week that I'm going to spread
- 33:33Speaker 9: over there with a bit of butter over the tree though.
- 33:35Speaker 5: Oh wow, lovely. Yeah that sounds delicious. Man. Well, look,
- 33:38Speaker 5: thank you so much for chatting to us today, and
- 33:41Speaker 5: Pugs will send you out a fifty dollars reeburg about
- 33:43Speaker 5: your all right?
- 33:44Speaker 9: Oh excellent, look forward to it.
- 33:46Speaker 4: Thanks mate.
- 33:46Speaker 5: Slain and don't forget the acc commentating two more games
- 33:50Speaker 5: tomorrow night and also the Saturday game and on Saturday
- 33:53Speaker 5: as well well they will be down at the actual ovals.
- 33:56Speaker 5: All are you commentating it from the bar? Did you say, Lane,
- 33:58Speaker 5: he's gone, he's gone from He's got from the bar.
- 34:01Speaker 4: Yes.
- 34:02Speaker 5: And if you want to listen to either of those,
- 34:03Speaker 5: it's on iHeartRadio thanks to Export Ultra and the Big
- 34:06Speaker 5: Gun Studio there. I just search Alternative commentary collective.
- 34:10Speaker 4: Do you like?
- 34:11Speaker 5: Do you guys like the Arctic Monkeys?
- 34:12Speaker 7: Oh?
- 34:12Speaker 4: Man, not really big.
- 34:14Speaker 1: The Hurdiarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodiky.
- 34:18Speaker 4: Red Hot Chili. Pepper's here on the radio.
- 34:22Speaker 3: Hold Ache Big Show this Thursday afternoon. The time five
- 34:25Speaker 3: point fifty two.
- 34:26Speaker 5: Hey, foils, it's not long now, just over a month
- 34:28Speaker 5: until we are bearing down on dnedin the seventh and
- 34:33Speaker 5: eighth of November for the Craft Beer and Food Festival
- 34:36Speaker 5: down there.
- 34:36Speaker 4: How good? Really excited about that ships down there?
- 34:41Speaker 2: Man?
- 34:41Speaker 4: They do?
- 34:42Speaker 5: Oh good?
- 34:42Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, this chat you can get loaded wedges?
- 34:45Speaker 5: Oh really?
- 34:47Speaker 4: Yes?
- 34:47Speaker 5: Are you just making that up? What about sort of
- 34:49Speaker 5: chicken nibbles, et cetera.
- 34:51Speaker 4: I think there's some Nuggies there.
- 34:53Speaker 5: Do you actually know that for a fact? Yes, barbecue
- 34:56Speaker 5: sauce if you want. It's all happening at Dunedin Craft
- 35:00Speaker 5: Being Food Festival seventh and eighth of November, Full South
- 35:03Speaker 5: Bar Stadium. The seventh is a Friday, the eighth is
- 35:05Speaker 5: a SAT. D will be broadcasting live on the Friday
- 35:08Speaker 5: and we'll be pulling our pints for the entire thing.
- 35:10Speaker 5: That's right. And when I say our pints, I mean
- 35:12Speaker 5: Emerson's has teamed up with Hodaki and have created a
- 35:14Speaker 5: big show beer. It's a hazy pale ale. It will
- 35:17Speaker 5: be on tap at the Beer festival. Yeah. You can
- 35:20Speaker 5: win flights, accommodation and tickets for you and a mate
- 35:22Speaker 5: if you hit to Hodaki dot co, dot in z
- 35:24Speaker 5: and come up with a name for the beer.
- 35:26Speaker 4: Yes.
- 35:26Speaker 5: Now, Pugs has just sent through an updated list go
- 35:29Speaker 5: on of all the names that have come through, and
- 35:33Speaker 5: it is extensive. Fizz, don't mind it, give them a
- 35:38Speaker 5: taste of kezy, don't mind that. That's pretty good.
- 35:42Speaker 8: See the thing about it is with a beer name,
- 35:45Speaker 8: they're always going for short and sharp. Yes, and I
- 35:47Speaker 8: think we can separate ourselves from the pack by having
- 35:49Speaker 8: something that's really long like that, give them a taste
- 35:52Speaker 8: of kezy.
- 35:53Speaker 5: That's great. The hazy backbone juice that makes no sense,
- 35:58Speaker 5: that's stupid, right, okay, the cloudy bastard. Don't don't hate it.
- 36:05Speaker 5: Not a fan snarls juice. I'm not going to read
- 36:12Speaker 5: that one, Jason's no, I'm not going to read that one. See,
- 36:17Speaker 5: I don't mind Tony on all Fours suggesting.
- 36:21Speaker 8: That because Tony on all fours to me, it paints
- 36:23Speaker 8: a picture. It's it's abstract. Yes, it doesn't align at
- 36:27Speaker 8: all with a beer, but Tony I feel like I
- 36:30Speaker 8: feel like a Tony on all fours.
- 36:32Speaker 7: And I.
- 36:34Speaker 4: It does.
- 36:34Speaker 3: I'm envisaging Mogi the picture on the camp. Yes, very
- 36:40Speaker 3: be come hitherish, yes, very much. That's right totally. That's
- 36:44Speaker 3: what you wanted a beer.
- 36:46Speaker 8: Yeah, yes, well, tempting Keysy is what you want from
- 36:49Speaker 8: a beer.
- 36:49Speaker 5: What about and what's.
- 36:50Speaker 8: More tempting than Tony on all fours looking over his shoulder?
- 36:55Speaker 8: Now that could be on the end of that. You
- 36:57Speaker 8: could have the whole title there, Tony on all fours
- 36:59Speaker 8: looking over for his shoulder.
- 37:00Speaker 5: Now that's a name for a beer. That's a great
- 37:02Speaker 5: name for a beer, what about Wheezy Keezy hashtag Nearbulizer,
- 37:07Speaker 5: jizz Fizz, Hoidy jizz Juice, hodij'siz juice. These are all
- 37:13Speaker 5: separate intries that have come in obviously named after your catches. Yes,
- 37:20Speaker 5: Connie chat oh just on its own. Um god, there's
- 37:25Speaker 5: so many here. Yeah, And the issue is most of
- 37:28Speaker 5: them are unreadable on the air. Oh you know, I've
- 37:31Speaker 5: got one. What's on the dinner with me? Keesy See,
- 37:34Speaker 5: I don't mind, I actually don't mind that.
- 37:36Speaker 4: That is great.
- 37:38Speaker 5: That is a great one. Hodaki dot co dot in
- 37:41Speaker 5: zid hit along, name our beer and you and the
- 37:43Speaker 5: mate could be coming down to Deneedon with us and
- 37:44Speaker 5: joining us at the Dinan Craft Beer and Food Festival
- 37:47Speaker 5: if you want to buy tickets. However, Dneedenberfist dot co
- 37:50Speaker 5: dot in zid, come and taste out beer. Heap's coming
- 37:55Speaker 5: up after sex AJS, Yeah Man.
- 38:00Speaker 1: The whole Acting Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hold.
- 38:05Speaker 3: I welcome back to Massive Bagbones. Hope you're surviving your Thursday.
- 38:09Speaker 3: You're listening to the Big Show brought to you.
- 38:11Speaker 5: By Reburger, serving good times and good food dining or
- 38:15Speaker 5: take away at Reburger today.
- 38:20Speaker 7: Cool, cool, tragish, it's.
- 38:37Speaker 5: What do you guys? None of those have mentioned sauce
- 38:39Speaker 5: chickens yet. What's going on there? I don't know, man,
- 38:43Speaker 5: I have to have a word to the guy that
- 38:44Speaker 5: makes them. Yeah, I think I think he's.
- 38:46Speaker 8: Over and and he didn't make them. That's what we've
- 38:49Speaker 8: got to We've got tape recorders in people's houses. Oh
- 38:51Speaker 8: is that actual people?
- 38:52Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 38:53Speaker 4: Totally, man, Fox Pops. Is it actual people.
- 38:58Speaker 8: Were getting them in various places, I think, man, out
- 39:00Speaker 8: of the restaurant. You're right, some of them around the
- 39:04Speaker 8: people's beards. Is that another one that guy's just waking up.
- 39:06Speaker 4: Yeah, it's dreamed about it. That's so good man.
- 39:09Speaker 5: What are you guys having for dinner tonight? I feel
- 39:11Speaker 5: like dinner tonight, like dinner tonight.
- 39:17Speaker 3: To be honest with your keysy, I've got no idea,
- 39:20Speaker 3: And that worries me because your wife, she is an
- 39:26Speaker 3: excellent cop.
- 39:27Speaker 5: I don't think it was possible. Your nose just got
- 39:29Speaker 5: even bigger.
- 39:31Speaker 3: What encouraged me today was that she was looking through
- 39:34Speaker 3: a recipe book and they looked deless.
- 39:38Speaker 4: The stuff that she was looking at Do you not
- 39:40Speaker 4: trust her to sort of wing it? Yeah?
- 39:44Speaker 5: I don't think anyone should wing it, to be honest,
- 39:46Speaker 5: unless that very very very experienced, you know what I mean. Like,
- 39:49Speaker 5: if you follow a recipe, it's usually eighty percent of
- 39:52Speaker 5: the time it's going to be really good because I've
- 39:53Speaker 5: published it.
- 39:55Speaker 4: But you only said a Portmans though.
- 40:00Speaker 5: Last night, Chase, I made tacosh with chicken thigh? How
- 40:04Speaker 5: was that? By the way, delicious?
- 40:06Speaker 7: You like that?
- 40:06Speaker 5: Really really good? Thanks Mikey. I did like that, thank you.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:10Speaker 8: Yeah, I didn't have any dinner last I had three
- 40:12Speaker 8: boxes of popcorn.
- 40:14Speaker 5: Actually, question for you, are you eating soup with pieces
- 40:18Speaker 5: of chicken in it? Is that what you're reading the moment?
- 40:21Speaker 8: Here's the thing about me. What's happened is what happened
- 40:24Speaker 8: is we get one of these boxes of vegetables that
- 40:27Speaker 8: turn up yes, and mostly what they do is they
- 40:30Speaker 8: fill the box up with some kind of a root
- 40:31Speaker 8: vegetables that nobody wants, so we get it. We get
- 40:34Speaker 8: a pumpkin. Every every week there's a there's a buttonnut
- 40:37Speaker 8: pumpkin a whole. So we wait till that rocked and
- 40:40Speaker 8: then we throw it out. So anyway, the wives bang
- 40:43Speaker 8: together a soup out of it. Right, So what happens
- 40:45Speaker 8: is a soap tends to go in the in the
- 40:48Speaker 8: fridge there, Jason, You'll know what I'm talking about here
- 40:50Speaker 8: before it goes in the bin a week later.
- 40:52Speaker 4: Sure.
- 40:52Speaker 8: So what I'm doing is I'm getting rid of the
- 40:54Speaker 8: things of the fridge that can be eaten before they rocked. Right, Okay, Right,
- 41:00Speaker 8: So I've got chicken breast in there, and I've also
- 41:02Speaker 8: got pumpkin soup.
- 41:04Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 41:04Speaker 8: Now, I like pumpkin soup and I like chicken breast,
- 41:07Speaker 8: so I just combined them. I don't care, man, it
- 41:08Speaker 8: was like shredded checking on. I'm not making anybody else.
- 41:11Speaker 8: I know, it's probably never been eaten ever before in
- 41:13Speaker 8: the history of the world. And yeah, I still you know,
- 41:16Speaker 8: I'm just beinging it together. But you think, hey, thanks
- 41:18Speaker 8: for noticing, man, I.
- 41:20Speaker 4: Noticed as well. Actually I thought it was a yellow curry.
- 41:23Speaker 5: Yeah what I thought yesterday.
- 41:24Speaker 8: I thought I could get away with saying it was
- 41:26Speaker 8: a butter chicken because I thought you'd like that, keezy.
- 41:28Speaker 5: But the truth is it is a butternut checks a butter.
- 41:32Speaker 4: Here's a rolling stones.
- 41:34Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big show was Jason, Mike and Keezy tune
- 41:37Speaker 1: in on radio.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Holdaki Stone Temple pilots here on the radio Hodarchy Big
- 41:43Speaker 3: Show this Thursday evening. The time is fourteen minutes past
- 41:46Speaker 3: six o'clock, now, Fellers, Yeah, am I right in saying
- 41:50Speaker 3: it's exactly two weeks today and we're flying off to Fiji?
- 41:55Speaker 5: Was it really?
- 41:56Speaker 3: No?
- 41:56Speaker 5: I think it's two weeks tomorrow, isn't it?
- 41:58Speaker 4: We're going on the at the Fry day.
- 42:00Speaker 3: Is that it's a Friday, nearly two weeks today?
- 42:04Speaker 4: Are we fizzing not?
- 42:06Speaker 5: I think Mogi's fizzing the most. Yeah, and happy about it.
- 42:10Speaker 5: It's because he's turned it into a week long family
- 42:12Speaker 5: holiday afterwards, which is which.
- 42:14Speaker 8: Is not at all, really not at all the best
- 42:17Speaker 8: part of it is going to be playing golf with
- 42:20Speaker 8: you backbones. Just I'm Mogie, hoydyges Bot Keesy and Pugson
- 42:27Speaker 8: and the couple of winners.
- 42:29Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 42:30Speaker 3: I'm actually massively looking forward to the golf. I think
- 42:32Speaker 3: I'll play twice a day. I mean we're thinking in
- 42:35Speaker 3: terms of we're going to hang out as a group
- 42:37Speaker 3: or are you going to have our own kind of
- 42:39Speaker 3: separate holiday.
- 42:40Speaker 8: It sort of feels like Jason is trying to separate
- 42:43Speaker 8: off from the group. Welcome to man, because you don't
- 42:45Speaker 8: want to hang out with us, that's all.
- 42:46Speaker 3: No, I'm just I'm just asking because I know that
- 42:49Speaker 3: you're doing a bit of snorkeling.
- 42:50Speaker 8: Well, I can tell you it's a strange thing to
- 42:52Speaker 8: ask when you go on holiday with people.
- 42:54Speaker 5: Well, that's the thing, like the winners Nolesy from the
- 42:57Speaker 5: old he's one a chance to come to feed jan
- 42:59Speaker 5: hang out with the big show, and you're trying to
- 43:02Speaker 5: separate yourself off.
- 43:03Speaker 8: So you can go away and play golf a couple
- 43:05Speaker 8: of times a day and ignore us.
- 43:07Speaker 5: Is that what's been here?
- 43:08Speaker 3: Well, I was just sort of asking, I mean, are
- 43:12Speaker 3: we intending to do our own stuff?
- 43:14Speaker 4: Sometimes?
- 43:15Speaker 5: Not at all? Like, yeah, you can do your own
- 43:18Speaker 5: stuff in our bedrooms, yes, because we get separate bedrooms.
- 43:22Speaker 5: But that's other. As soon as you're waking outside your bedroom,
- 43:25Speaker 5: I'm going to be there. Pizza party, I mean sure,
- 43:28Speaker 5: I don't know. Do they do pizza at the.
- 43:30Speaker 4: Yeah, We're gonna have a bit of a pizza. You see.
- 43:32Speaker 3: I'd be doing stuff like that and then get up
- 43:35Speaker 3: in the morning go do our own stuff.
- 43:37Speaker 5: No, No, we all meet at the restaurant, go to
- 43:39Speaker 5: the gym. We all go to the gym with Mog
- 43:41Speaker 5: because he wants to go to the gym. And then
- 43:43Speaker 5: we'll all meet at the breakfast buffet and then we
- 43:46Speaker 5: all hop on the snorkeling boat.
- 43:47Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 43:49Speaker 8: Just then we all go out to that floating bar
- 43:52Speaker 8: with techno music.
- 43:53Speaker 4: Oh that sounds so good.
- 43:55Speaker 5: Yeah. No, I don't think you should have any alone
- 43:57Speaker 5: time Jason.
- 43:58Speaker 4: Right, okay, I know it's just curious.
- 44:01Speaker 8: I mean, this is a this is workman, it's not
- 44:04Speaker 8: a holiday or a fair point. You get time to
- 44:07Speaker 8: yourself on holiday, not at work.
- 44:08Speaker 4: You get her dms.
- 44:10Speaker 5: Yep, sweet, I actually have no idea. I assume.
- 44:14Speaker 8: So it's going to be a bloody ripper man. I
- 44:16Speaker 8: hope she's a Well, this is a thing over there.
- 44:19Speaker 5: The weather is always good.
- 44:20Speaker 8: Yes, you can't go wrong. Even if it's bad. It's
- 44:22Speaker 8: good keezy. That's what they say about Fiji.
- 44:23Speaker 5: Have you heard that? No, it doesn't make any sense,
- 44:26Speaker 5: they say, Yeah, okay, but I am absolutely frothing for it.
- 44:31Speaker 8: I understand. It's an absolutely beautiful resort and the Gulf
- 44:33Speaker 8: is simply to die for. Jase, have you been before?
- 44:35Speaker 4: I simply must.
- 44:38Speaker 1: The whole Archy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio hod.
- 44:42Speaker 3: I Pipe there on the Radio Hodnkey Big Show this
- 44:46Speaker 3: Thursday evening. Now, Fellows, I don't know if you know this,
- 44:48Speaker 3: but we're getting into gigs season, you know, the spring,
- 44:52Speaker 3: the summer. Musicians are sprouting up all over the place
- 44:56Speaker 3: doing gigs. You want to be a part of that,
- 44:58Speaker 3: then you need to listen up.
- 44:59Speaker 5: Yeah yeah yeah to you, Yeah yeah, cool, cool, totally
- 45:05Speaker 5: Radio Hurducky's gig. A little funder is back and there's
- 45:07Speaker 5: ten grand in there. Fellers, how wow, we're giving it
- 45:09Speaker 5: away thanks to Superliquor. Cheers to gigs, Cheers to Superlica,
- 45:13Speaker 5: cheers to that. Basically, if you hear the roar of
- 45:15Speaker 5: the crowd at any point on Radio Hurdarky, you call
- 45:18Speaker 5: us straight away on eight hundred Hduky and you could
- 45:20Speaker 5: win two on fifty dollars instantly to put towards your
- 45:22Speaker 5: next gig.
- 45:23Speaker 8: It could just be some audio right of a roaring
- 45:25Speaker 8: crowd sort of in between songs or something, because.
- 45:27Speaker 5: Give me one hundred percent what the idea is, okay
- 45:30Speaker 5: with you? We don't get a crowd to come through
- 45:32Speaker 5: and raw.
- 45:33Speaker 3: And Just to get this straight, we're giving away cold
- 45:36Speaker 3: hard cash.
- 45:37Speaker 4: Is that what you're saying?
- 45:38Speaker 8: Yeah, well, what else would it be? We're not going
- 45:39Speaker 8: to tell. So it's but we you're saying. So we're
- 45:42Speaker 8: handing over folding notes, cold hard cash. Don't put it
- 45:45Speaker 8: into people's bank account. No, I don't know the nitty
- 45:47Speaker 8: gritty of it. I assume it'd probably be a digital transfer.
- 45:50Speaker 3: Okay, So to say, is it going to be like
