Latest / Vanity Farah with Chris Farah / 90 Day The Single Life Season 5, Episode 13 “The Art of Orbiting”
Transcript
- 0:04Speaker 1: Hello, everyone, Welcome back to Vanity Farah. I'm your host,
- 0:07Speaker 1: Chris Farah, and today we're talking ninety day single Life.
- 0:11Speaker 1: It's season five, it's episode thirteen. How lucky for us
- 0:15Speaker 1: the act of orbiting couldn't tell you what that title
- 0:19Speaker 1: means for this episode, but there is a lot to
- 0:23Speaker 1: talk about, and for that I'm thankful I have pictures. Okay,
- 0:30Speaker 1: let's start my loves with Courtney and Colty.
- 0:33Speaker 2: So we start, and Colty is just tearing.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Apart a lean cuisine, honey, a TV dinner and like
- 0:42Speaker 1: making sure that he gets all the gravy onto his played.
- 0:46Speaker 1: There are a few things in this world I think
- 0:48Speaker 1: that are more depressing than needing a TV dinner. And
- 0:52Speaker 1: that's someone I in like the height of me trying
- 0:57Speaker 1: to either like lose weight or whatnot. It's almost all
- 1:01Speaker 1: I ate, Like I would eat so many TV dinners.
- 1:04Speaker 1: And then there was this one X friend of mine
- 1:06Speaker 1: who like also ate a lot of TV dinners, and
- 1:08Speaker 1: I'm always just like so sad anyway, so the fact
- 1:14Speaker 1: that he's doing that is fitting. So we are two
- 1:16Speaker 1: months after his surgery, and good news for him is
- 1:21Speaker 1: that he can walk again, which means you know he
- 1:26Speaker 1: can live a life that is more compatible with human joy.
- 1:33Speaker 1: And so for Colty, just like human human I'm happy
- 1:35Speaker 1: he can walk, I mean just means he's going to
- 1:38Speaker 1: run into the arms of some new.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Person, surely.
- 1:41Speaker 1: But the thing about Colti, he's never been active, and
- 1:44Speaker 1: even when he had legs, he loves meeting women online,
- 1:47Speaker 1: like Courtney must be the only person that he met
- 1:50Speaker 1: offline in the past thirty years of his life Larissa
- 1:54Speaker 1: obviously online.
- 1:55Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:58Speaker 1: We also find out as he walks downstairs that he
- 2:01Speaker 1: is living with an older person, and at first a
- 2:04Speaker 1: home that he's in I think looks like a rehab
- 2:08Speaker 1: and we find out that he's living with an older
- 2:11Speaker 1: gentleman who had a spare bedroom, and that person's name
- 2:13Speaker 1: is Philip, and says Philip has been kind to him,
- 2:16Speaker 1: and then it's revealed that Philip is Courtney's new boyfriend.
- 2:21Speaker 2: He is.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Much older and he has kids and grandkids, and Philip's.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Like, yeah, you know, Courtney feels bad, feels guilt towards Colty,
- 2:33Speaker 3: and so here I am trying to like pick up
- 2:35Speaker 3: the silacause I don't want her driving around a dirty
- 2:38Speaker 3: motel after dirty motel to be with him, and so
- 2:41Speaker 3: it's better for him to move in with me.
- 2:42Speaker 2: And I'm like, what what? I can't imagine that. No
- 2:51Speaker 2: one in Courtney's.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Life, not her parents, not this new man, not any therapist,
- 2:57Speaker 1: can be like, bitch.
- 2:57Speaker 2: You don't owe Colty this. This is obscene.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Also, he has a whole ass mom, yet he can
- 3:04Speaker 1: go be with Debbie, Like he has a mother that's
- 3:07Speaker 1: still on God's great earth. Let him go to his mom.
- 3:12Speaker 1: We've already met her, she can travel. She's living with
- 3:15Speaker 1: another man. Like, why he won't go to his mom's
- 3:18Speaker 1: house to me is confusing, Like they don't even address it,
- 3:23Speaker 1: like it's an He lived with her for years, so
- 3:26Speaker 1: it isn't like he's never lived with his mom. Okay,
- 3:31Speaker 1: Colty has the audacity to be like, hey, Philip, you
- 3:34Speaker 1: know what would really make me happy besides a fucking Courtney?
- 3:37Speaker 1: You know in your own helm?
- 3:38Speaker 2: Is can I get a cat? Uh? No?
- 3:45Speaker 1: No, you can't get a cat? No, Like that's something
- 3:50Speaker 1: you do in your own home. You guys aren't roommates.
- 3:53Speaker 1: He doesn't want you here, how dare you? I think
- 3:55Speaker 1: it's like a huge ask. Philip's like, well, Courtney's allergic
- 3:58Speaker 1: to cats, so no, you know, and then Elise Philip
- 4:03Speaker 1: has the like, good Gracie be like that can be
- 4:05Speaker 1: your fucking going away present. That's your that's your gift
- 4:08Speaker 1: to yourself when you get the fuck out.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Of my house.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, I can't understand this life because I
- 4:16Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know why everyone is like allowing
- 4:22Speaker 1: this to happen, including Colt, Like he can be like, well,
- 4:25Speaker 1: I have no one to go. I mean, then go
- 4:28Speaker 1: to a rehab place. I don't know I'll go. That's
- 4:33Speaker 1: on you, then, buddy, I mean, like Courtney must think
- 4:37Speaker 1: that he'll go homeless if she doesn't help him. And
- 4:40Speaker 1: then I think that, you know, well, then let him
- 4:43Speaker 1: sleep in a car for a second and like let
- 4:45Speaker 1: him learn a lesson.
- 4:47Speaker 2: That's how I feel.
- 4:49Speaker 1: It's funny because she went from like being like, oh,
- 4:51Speaker 1: I still love him to like feeling very different about this.
- 4:54Speaker 1: She still feels I guess, guilt about this, but at
- 4:58Speaker 1: the same time she calls him a snake and I'm
- 5:00Speaker 1: happy about that. So Phillip's like, yeah, I love romance,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and Courtney loves romance, and I love romancing her. And
- 5:08Speaker 1: then Coulti's like it's basically a sugar daddy relationship when
- 5:11Speaker 1: we're like, yeah, we know we washed Courtney and heard
- 5:14Speaker 1: Courtney talk before. That's all that she's been wanting this
- 5:17Speaker 1: whole time. The entire time, Courtney has been like I
- 5:20Speaker 1: want a rich man and she wants to like you know,
- 5:22Speaker 1: drive around and go to pilates and you know, like
- 5:25Speaker 1: stunt on the gram. The other thing that Courney, you know,
- 5:28Speaker 1: really loves is Disneyland. She goes to Disneyland so much,
- 5:31Speaker 1: which you know, God bless. It's funny because I live
- 5:35Speaker 1: in LA but I grew up in Orange County and
- 5:38Speaker 1: I had an annual pass and you know, truly even
- 5:40Speaker 1: a magic heated Disneyland.
- 5:41Speaker 2: And even then, I would never call myself a Disney adult.
- 5:44Speaker 1: And but there are, right there are Disney hardcore adults
- 5:47Speaker 1: and I am surrounded. I mean not technically, but you know,
- 5:51Speaker 1: in the southern California area, it comes up and I
- 5:55Speaker 1: forget that, Like.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Yeah, she's like a Disney adult for Florida. I guess, like,
- 5:59Speaker 2: I wonder if her parents have like magic.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Keys, because they kind of seem like the people that
- 6:04Speaker 1: would I wonder if Courtney like sort of in her
- 6:08Speaker 1: mind wants some Princess's wedding there at some point. Okay,
- 6:12Speaker 1: so she, as we know, she has been wanting a
- 6:17Speaker 1: rich man, and that's another reason why we were like,
- 6:19Speaker 1: why the fuck are you with him? Cool tie, uh,
- 6:22Speaker 1: Philip at least makes some logical sense. She's like, yeah,
- 6:25Speaker 1: I was listening to a dating podcast and they said
- 6:28Speaker 1: and at first we're like, is this a dating podcast
- 6:30Speaker 1: or this is your therapist?
- 6:31Speaker 2: They're like, go out.
- 6:31Speaker 1: There and get a man that's so old he needs
- 6:34Speaker 1: cataracts so that he can't see another woman. Which it
- 6:40Speaker 1: feels like, yeah, that's really shitty advice too.
- 6:44Speaker 2: It's just it's g It's kind of it's gross.
- 6:50Speaker 1: It gets grosser to think about, like transactional sexual relationships.
- 6:56Speaker 2: I understand sex work.
- 6:58Speaker 1: That happens, but to live your life wanting to be
- 7:03Speaker 1: in a relationship that's transactual with you know, where you
- 7:08Speaker 1: aren't just both giving each other a service with a
- 7:12Speaker 1: means to the end.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I don't understand it.
- 7:15Speaker 1: But you know, at the same time, he wants a
- 7:17Speaker 1: younger woman obviously, and either in his mind he thinks.
- 7:21Speaker 2: That Courtney really likes him, or yeah, like he's like.
- 7:24Speaker 1: I'm romancing her by I guess like, you know, I
- 7:27Speaker 1: don't know if he's giving her money or if he's
- 7:30Speaker 1: just paying for their dates. And at the same time,
- 7:33Speaker 1: if he's just paying for their dates, that's not technically
- 7:36Speaker 1: a sugar baby relationship. So like, to me, a sugar
- 7:41Speaker 1: baby baby relationship is if of course he's paying for
- 7:44Speaker 1: every day, like that's the obvious. It would be that
- 7:47Speaker 1: he is also giving her money, paying for her rent,
- 7:51Speaker 1: giving her you know, like a salary, you know, like
- 7:55Speaker 1: a sex worker on you know, a more contractual basis
- 8:01Speaker 1: on you know, it's like a girlfriend experience. Yeah, I
- 8:05Speaker 1: can't quite tell if like that's what this is or
- 8:08Speaker 1: if Colty's just throwing shade out there, because you know,
- 8:10Speaker 1: he Philip can pay for things. But I wonder if
- 8:15Speaker 1: like allowing Colty to live in his home is part
- 8:17Speaker 1: of the payment that he gives Courtney, which is crazy.
- 8:21Speaker 1: So then Courtney and her new boo go to play
- 8:27Speaker 1: pickleball it's a get indoor court, and they get pretzel bites,
- 8:31Speaker 1: and then they both talk about the fact that Colty
- 8:35Speaker 1: has overstated is welcome that he can walk. Now, Philip's like,
- 8:38Speaker 1: I think that he even like can walk better than
- 8:40Speaker 1: he's doing, and he's just like trying to milk it.
- 8:43Speaker 2: And then both of them call Colti a snake, which
- 8:46Speaker 2: is hilarious again because Colty came back when from Brazil
- 8:49Speaker 2: wearing a whole ass snake looking necklace. Ha ha.
- 8:53Speaker 1: So at this point she's over him, and I'm like
- 8:56Speaker 1: so happy for that. At least if that's the one
- 8:58Speaker 1: thing that Philip has to bring to Courtney is to
- 8:59Speaker 1: get the to get rid of Colty. Fine, fine, fine,
- 9:04Speaker 1: fine fine. I will tell you something super gross, though,
- 9:07Speaker 1: is that they kiss during this date, and right after
- 9:12Speaker 1: the kiss, you watch him wipe the pretzel bite grease.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Off his face.
- 9:23Speaker 4: WoT no, no, no, no, help help me no.
- 9:35Speaker 2: O.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Yeah, even in this conversation when they're both like he's
- 9:40Speaker 1: a snake, but you know, are afraid to kick him
- 9:42Speaker 1: out because he has nowhere else to go, no one
- 9:44Speaker 1: else to take care of him. I wish Courtney'd be
- 9:46Speaker 1: like except his mom who tried to, you know, push
- 9:49Speaker 1: him off on me. If Philip has so much money,
- 9:52Speaker 1: why doesn't he just buy Colty a one way goddamn
- 9:56Speaker 1: ticket to Canada where his mom is staying. Seems cheaper,
- 10:00Speaker 1: you know, get him an exit row.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Seat he can't be an exit row.
- 10:06Speaker 1: He can't you know, move that well, fine, you know whatever,
- 10:09Speaker 1: like get him out though, I mean, Debbie gave birth
- 10:13Speaker 1: to him, so he's anyone's problem.
- 10:15Speaker 2: It's Debbie's.
- 10:18Speaker 1: I would love and I wish maybe I can look
- 10:21Speaker 1: it up. I would love to see Larissa's opinion of
- 10:25Speaker 1: Colty now in this conversation, Like I wish, I wish
- 10:28Speaker 1: we could just cut to Larissa and be like, have
- 10:30Speaker 1: you been watching this?
- 10:30Speaker 2: And what do you think? You know?
- 10:31Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not saying she's better than him, but
- 10:36Speaker 1: I just feel like her opinion would be hilarious also
- 10:39Speaker 1: probably negative, and obviously that's mine as well. So and
- 10:44Speaker 1: like she said, whoever is against the queen must die,
- 10:47Speaker 1: and he was against the queen. That was a curse
- 10:54Speaker 1: that she put on him, and we didn't know it
- 10:57Speaker 1: at the time. Okay, I don't think that's so funny. Yeah,
- 11:04Speaker 1: I'm sorry. Courtney and Philip are like, you know, full
- 11:07Speaker 1: on Instagram official. You know, there's like us weekly stories
- 11:11Speaker 1: about him. She's really you know, putting it out there.
- 11:14Speaker 1: I wonder what his kids think. They're probably like used
- 11:16Speaker 1: to it. Cortney is like a normal person at least
- 11:18Speaker 1: in the sense that like, I don't think Cortney's gonna
- 11:20Speaker 1: like come after the kids, but I always wonder, like,
- 11:23Speaker 1: you have three kids and you have like multiple grandchildren,
- 11:26Speaker 1: Like what happens when you die? Are you thinking that
- 11:28Speaker 1: you're gonna give like half your money to your new,
- 11:30Speaker 1: brand new wife and like fuck those kids? Because this
- 11:34Speaker 1: is kind of like, yeah, like you know, inheritance is
- 11:36Speaker 1: very interesting. Also, how rich is Philip? Because I hate
- 11:43Speaker 1: to say this, and this is what I'm Oh, I don't.
- 11:45Speaker 2: I love to say things. That's why I have a podcast.
- 11:48Speaker 1: If you are really rich, and that's a big word,
- 11:52Speaker 1: but let's just say you're wildly financially stable, you're not
- 11:56Speaker 1: going to have a culte in your house. Like if
- 11:59Speaker 1: you are, they're really rich, and you're dating a woman
- 12:02Speaker 1: who's like, I fucked up this man that I was
- 12:07Speaker 1: sort of talking to and seeing broke his leg and
- 12:09Speaker 1: I feel like a tethered guilt to him, and you
- 12:13Speaker 1: really wanted to like rectify that in her heart. You
- 12:16Speaker 1: would pay for him to stay at like a qualified.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Rehab place or any other place than your own. That's truth.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I mean, that's how rich is relative, I guess or
- 12:36Speaker 1: money is relative because usually people who have ascertained a
- 12:43Speaker 1: certain amount of wealth and in their lifetime and they're
- 12:47Speaker 1: up in the years, they get, you know, pretty specific
- 12:51Speaker 1: on how they want to live and how they want
- 12:52Speaker 1: to control their environment, and just letting some random person
- 12:57Speaker 1: move into their house is like, nah, an option. This
- 13:02Speaker 1: is real, that's real. There's no way let's talk about it.
- 13:07Speaker 1: I mean, you know, you could get that man on
- 13:08Speaker 1: Medicare and get him into something, right, I don't really
- 13:10Speaker 1: know about. I'm so sorry, Like what happens in Florida
- 13:12Speaker 1: with Insuran's truly not but if he can't walk, there's
- 13:17Speaker 1: got to be other options for Colty. I mean, I
- 13:22Speaker 1: hate to say this, but like rehab facilities that aren't
- 13:25Speaker 1: super nice. But the man's eating TV dinners anyway, so
- 13:30Speaker 1: wh the Philip is like upset. He's like, yeah, we
- 13:34Speaker 1: can't even like hang out in my living room. Well then, yeah,
- 13:37Speaker 1: why are you allowing that? Is Philip like a just
- 13:42Speaker 1: mildly financially secure, like super beta male kind of person.
- 13:48Speaker 2: I don't quite understand like it.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Anyway, I'm assuming that once Colti leaves, like and if
- 13:56Speaker 1: Courtney found any other person, she'd be with him even
- 14:00Speaker 1: though I think they're still together now, or at least
- 14:01Speaker 1: that's what hapen on social media. But I you know,
- 14:04Speaker 1: in my social media, I mean like us weekly, because
- 14:06Speaker 1: I don't think that she's posting him a lot to
- 14:08Speaker 1: her stories or hasn't yet. Maybe she's been waiting for
- 14:11Speaker 1: this episode to air. I mean, if we see a
- 14:13Speaker 1: bunch of Phillip, then maybe they're in love. You got
- 14:14Speaker 1: to tell me.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Also, if you go on Instagram, you can follow me.
- 14:17Speaker 2: I'm at Chris selfera Hi.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Also on TikTok what so God bless I forget it's TikTok.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Sometimes I want to say Twitter, but it's really TikTok.
- 14:27Speaker 2: I'm not on Twitter. Okay, so let's move on to Pedro. So,
- 14:35Speaker 2: Pedro goes up to me.
- 14:36Speaker 1: With his bff Villa, who's like hanging in a hammock
- 14:38Speaker 1: and he's like, bro, you look miserable, and I'm like, well,
- 14:41Speaker 1: he's in.
- 14:41Speaker 2: That hammock in the dr Let's look, he's pretty chill,
- 14:45Speaker 2: but you know he is. Villa says that Liz.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Told him yesterday that he is that she has something
- 14:52Speaker 1: back home, and Pedro's like, that's so crazy, because Sophie
- 14:57Speaker 1: has someone right here, Sophie went on a date. So
- 15:01Speaker 1: it's like, yeah, she doesn't even just have someone back home,
- 15:04Speaker 1: and surely she does. She found someone in a second year.
- 15:09Speaker 1: So it's even worse to me because you can't fault
- 15:13Speaker 1: Liz for having been in a situationship before you met her,
- 15:17Speaker 1: when you have met her on vacation. You can fault
- 15:20Speaker 1: Sophie for coming to the DR to be with you
- 15:24Speaker 1: and your family and then going on a date with
- 15:25Speaker 1: someone else that she just met when she landed, because
- 15:30Speaker 1: that person popped up on social media.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Not hinge, not rye, and not what else. I mean,
- 15:35Speaker 2: you know, God Bless.
- 15:37Speaker 1: So cut to Sophie who's combing her eyebrows, but she's
- 15:41Speaker 1: really using one of those mass scara dualis to like,
- 15:44Speaker 1: you know, separate the false eyelashes, like the eyelash extensions, which.
- 15:47Speaker 2: You have to do.
- 15:50Speaker 1: And she's like, yeah, I got a text on that
- 15:51Speaker 1: hawkeye I met last night. Just nice to meet you
- 15:53Speaker 1: by And you know, she never asked him a question
- 15:56Speaker 1: about his life.
- 15:57Speaker 2: He was like, I own a gym. She's like, cool,
- 15:59Speaker 2: show me your abb.
- 16:01Speaker 1: And he also didn't ask her a question. But you know,
- 16:03Speaker 1: God Bless, maybe they cut it out.
- 16:04Speaker 2: So she's like, now I have no male attention, and
- 16:08Speaker 2: that's not Sophie's way. Sophie's choice is to have male attention.
- 16:14Speaker 2: That's what the movie's about, right, it's not what the
- 16:18Speaker 2: movie's about. That's a really bad joke because it's a
- 16:21Speaker 2: very very intense movie. I've never watched it, but I
- 16:26Speaker 2: think that's about choosing between children. I'm not quite sure.
- 16:29Speaker 1: But Sophie's like, it's about which dr guy I'm gonna
- 16:33Speaker 1: be with right now. I'm gonna pick Paedro because Pedro's
- 16:36Speaker 1: the only one there. So basically she's like texts him
- 16:43Speaker 1: and he's like, gonna meet at the beach, and so
- 16:46Speaker 1: he's like, good, another chance for me to show her
- 16:49Speaker 1: my value, which is interesting because he keeps putting himself
- 16:53Speaker 1: out there and he feels like he understands that she
- 16:56Speaker 1: does not care about him, and I hate this for him,
- 17:00Speaker 1: and it's interesting because yeah, he knows shird he want
- 17:04Speaker 1: on a date and he's like, now I'm going to
- 17:05Speaker 1: show her my value. My value is like an teacher
- 17:08Speaker 1: how to open a coconut with a machete. Now that's
- 17:13Speaker 1: not probably important to her. She can just buy, you know,
- 17:15Speaker 1: harmless harvest when she's here, but she's gonna like act
- 17:18Speaker 1: real delegate trying to open that coconut and then they
- 17:22Speaker 1: open it and she can't barely get some hydration before
- 17:24Speaker 1: he's like.
- 17:24Speaker 2: So, how is that date? And she's like, uh, you're
- 17:28Speaker 2: you were you were in a you're in a good mood.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Do we have to talk about it?
- 17:31Speaker 1: He's like, well, you guys kiss and she doesn't want
- 17:33Speaker 1: to answer that the answer is yes, and they fight,
- 17:37Speaker 1: you know, like he gets upset. You know, he's jealous,
- 17:40Speaker 1: you know, which is like if you're gonna you knew
- 17:42Speaker 1: she went on a date, Like, why aren't you like
- 17:44Speaker 1: this mad and jealous over that?
- 17:46Speaker 2: Look at Sophie. You thinks she's not going to kiss someone.
- 17:48Speaker 2: He's like, I can't believe it.
- 17:50Speaker 1: I brought you here, took us seven months for you
- 17:53Speaker 1: to come, and then we finally get one kiss.
- 17:55Speaker 2: I get one kiss from you. I haven't you been
- 17:57Speaker 2: able to tap that ass? You meet some guy and
- 17:59Speaker 2: kiss some of me imediately, And it's like.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Yep, because she doesn't care about you. It's obvious, Like
- 18:06Speaker 1: that's obvious. That's the behavior is like, she does not
- 18:09Speaker 1: care about you. Your feelings, how you would feel about that.
- 18:12Speaker 1: It's like wildly disrespectful to me to be in any
- 18:16Speaker 1: sort of like communication and or way on a relationship
- 18:23Speaker 1: with someone and do that. Now she doesn't understand that,
- 18:25Speaker 1: And maybe this is where the difference is. She's like,
- 18:30Speaker 1: I told you I need time to heal, and I
- 18:33Speaker 1: think that, like he thought that meant to go slow
- 18:35Speaker 1: with him, but she meant healing means doing what the
- 18:39Speaker 1: fuck she wants sexually romantically. It's a different thing to heal.
- 18:44Speaker 1: It's a different thing to like want to be single.
- 18:47Speaker 1: And I don't understand if they just didn't clarify that.
- 18:51Speaker 1: They certainly didn't.
- 18:53Speaker 2: He gets up immediately and he's like, fuck you, I'm
- 18:55Speaker 2: gonna leave.
- 18:57Speaker 1: And I'm happy for him. Honestly, I'm happy for him.
- 19:00Speaker 1: That's because he's obviously upset, and that's what he should do.
- 19:02Speaker 1: He shouldn't stick around and open more coconuts. You know
- 19:04Speaker 1: what I'm saying. You already opened the coconut. He found
- 19:06Speaker 1: out coconut doesn't want him back, you know, God bless
- 19:09Speaker 1: And then she's like running away is so childish.
- 19:12Speaker 2: She's like, I do care about him. He got so
- 19:14Speaker 2: mad because I just went on one date, and it's like, yeah.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Yeah, if you have respect for someone who you know
- 19:23Speaker 1: is romantically interested in you, and you are romantically interested
- 19:28Speaker 1: in them.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Then it's wildly shitty what you did. Wildly weirdly. It's
- 19:36Speaker 2: obviously that.
- 19:37Speaker 1: She just wants to like have her cake or eat
- 19:39Speaker 1: it too. But mostly I said this, like she just
- 19:42Speaker 1: she really I think, gets off on male attention and
- 19:45Speaker 1: she just wants to move the way she wants to move,
- 19:47Speaker 1: which is, you know, like a single person. And she also,
- 19:51Speaker 1: like even the way she defended her mean girl behavior,
- 19:54Speaker 1: she has this thing in her mind that she wants
- 19:56Speaker 1: to defend herself and be.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Like, I can't believe he's mad at me, and it's like, oh,
- 20:00Speaker 2: we can.
- 20:02Speaker 1: She's like, oh, you know, like I can't believe Liz
- 20:05Speaker 1: did what she did and I wasn't trying to be
- 20:07Speaker 1: a mean girl.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Yeah you were, Yeah, of course you were.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I mean you're gonna have to look back at your
- 20:14Speaker 1: behavior and be like, yeah, this is shitty for anyone.
- 20:17Speaker 1: No one with like wisdom or emotional intelligence, boundaries or
- 20:21Speaker 1: self love would deal with that. Also, it's obvious you
- 20:26Speaker 1: don't care about Pedro, Like if you did you'd want
- 20:31Speaker 1: to be with that person. You certainly wouldn't just like
- 20:33Speaker 1: pick up your phone with various dating apps and like
- 20:38Speaker 1: search someone within your five mile radius. I mean, if
- 20:43Speaker 1: a guy that you like did that to you, you
- 20:46Speaker 1: would be livid. It's yeah, I mean, you know, dating
- 20:51Speaker 1: is hard though, So that's the end of them. Oh no,
- 20:54Speaker 1: Now do I care about Villa and Liz So I
- 20:57Speaker 1: would absolutely rather have you know more of them, and
- 21:00Speaker 1: I'm happy we get to do so, Like I'm hoping
- 21:02Speaker 1: that's the end of that fucking conversation. Who knows where
- 21:06Speaker 1: Julia is? Who fucking knows we haven't seen her in
- 21:10Speaker 1: so long? That's fine, but I mean person did not
- 21:13Speaker 1: have to be there. Also, yeah, also interesting, Remember that
- 21:17Speaker 1: girl that Sophie was living with, that you know, people
- 21:21Speaker 1: thought was maybe gay or whatever and in love with
- 21:24Speaker 1: Sophie and then like Rob and that girl fought all
- 21:26Speaker 1: the time.
- 21:26Speaker 2: What happened to that girl?
- 21:27Speaker 1: Why did that girl go on the dr trip? And
- 21:30Speaker 1: I bet you, I mean, I'm not gonna put money
- 21:32Speaker 1: on it, I'm no beer con but like those people
- 21:34Speaker 1: aren't friends anymore. I'm sure they are not. Let's move
- 21:38Speaker 1: on to Jamal and Kim Bally, So kim Balie is
- 21:42Speaker 1: like knees deep in this English life, honey, and she
- 21:45Speaker 1: keeps saying governor all the goddamn time. She's just like Govna, Govna.
- 21:49Speaker 1: She's like, Hi, Jamal, hello, Guvna. You know it feels
- 21:52Speaker 1: very Dick Van Dyke, Mary Poppins.
- 21:54Speaker 2: You know now Wayne.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Listen, Wayne has come with such amazing technique. I mean,
- 22:02Speaker 1: beautiful flowers, great first steam train date, second date is
- 22:08Speaker 1: a blacksmith workshop. Now now we know that the new
- 22:14Speaker 1: season of Last Resort happens in England, like at a castle,
- 22:17Speaker 1: very traders codd that. I'm also like, did they just
- 22:21Speaker 1: know they had a production crew already in England? And
- 22:23Speaker 1: they were like, Kimberly, can you find someone in England
- 22:26Speaker 1: and your DMS to like or Wales Hire an actor
- 22:28Speaker 1: so you can come out here and film. Because it
- 22:30Speaker 1: just is a little convenient that they have production in
- 22:37Speaker 1: England because to me, Single Life has usually the budget
- 22:41Speaker 1: of you know, a high schooler from the eighties. You know,
- 22:47Speaker 1: it's just nothing, So I'm always somewhat interested. Now she's
- 22:51Speaker 1: wearing a red coat, very cute, as well as skinny jeans,
- 22:54Speaker 1: which from you know, my heart to yours, Kimberly, we
- 22:56Speaker 1: can't wear anymore now they're done. I'm being honest, I
- 23:01Speaker 1: can't wear mine either. You know, I don't even really
- 23:03Speaker 1: own good jeans. The thought of having to go and
- 23:06Speaker 1: find new genes, oh horrible.
- 23:08Speaker 2: But that's not it.
- 23:11Speaker 1: At the blacksmith place there is a lovely female blacksmither
- 23:15Speaker 1: who has a North Country dialects, so she'll say things
- 23:19Speaker 1: like hopefully, oh, it's.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Like music to my ears. I love.
- 23:26Speaker 1: A accents, be North Country accents of like northern England accents,
- 23:31Speaker 1: which is like I guess, in between a London accent
- 23:35Speaker 1: or like a Scottish accent. It's so great I need
- 23:40Speaker 1: to like know how to do it more. They're making
- 23:42Speaker 1: coat hooks now, yeah, it's like blacksmithing is you know,
- 23:48Speaker 1: just so we all know, and maybe you do know,
- 23:50Speaker 1: is that thing we're hot iron gets really heated up
- 23:52Speaker 1: in like a flame, and then you mold it into
- 23:54Speaker 1: different things. I'm sure you did know that. I'm excited
- 24:00Speaker 1: to like watch them do that. It almost feels like
- 24:04Speaker 1: making ceramics.
- 24:07Speaker 2: God, these kind of like manual.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Manual like old fashioned human art slash trade work is
- 24:20Speaker 1: something I would love to lean into Like, I've never blacksmith.
- 24:23Speaker 1: I don't really make things with my hands. I'm not
- 24:26Speaker 1: like a wood woodworker. I wish I was, Like I
- 24:30Speaker 1: obviously I would. I think that ceramics is my first
- 24:32Speaker 1: thing I gotta do. There's not a lot of blacksmithing
- 24:34Speaker 1: that I know of that happens in LA, but you know,
- 24:36Speaker 1: ceramics making some bowls would be great for me.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Also, just like not on.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Your phone, not AI, just like hands in materials, making
- 24:50Speaker 1: something that will like stand the test of time.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Oh beautiful.
- 24:54Speaker 1: So they have, you know, a good time. Jamal's like
- 24:58Speaker 1: not into it for some reason. He just goes outside
- 25:00Speaker 1: and he's like, I'm not having fun. I'm like, all right, buddy,
- 25:03Speaker 1: well you're not going to ever be able to, you know,
- 25:06Speaker 1: do this kind of shit again, so just figure it
- 25:08Speaker 1: out why it can't be that bad. Now Here is
- 25:12Speaker 1: the crux of this situation for me. We know that
- 25:17Speaker 1: Wayne's like, well, I'm sorry I didn't enjoy that. Tonight,
- 25:19Speaker 1: we're gonna go to a pub and we're gonna like
- 25:21Speaker 1: hang out with my daughters, and Jamal's like, I like drinking.
- 25:24Speaker 1: And later on, Kimberlee and Jamal have a conversation where
- 25:29Speaker 1: she's like, yeah, you know, I haven't told Wayne about
- 25:34Speaker 1: your brother and sister, and obviously we're going to meet
- 25:36Speaker 1: his children, and I really don't know what to do
- 25:39Speaker 1: about that. And Jamal's like, well, I'm I mean, I'm
- 25:44Speaker 1: not gonna lie, like if they asked me about my
- 25:46Speaker 1: brothers and sisters, I'm not going to be like nope,
- 25:50Speaker 1: And kim Bally is like so upset. She's like, how
- 25:53Speaker 1: dare you? I am waiting to be in a relationship
- 25:56Speaker 1: with him before I tell him this? And I don't
- 25:58Speaker 1: want to be to put in an all groups and
- 26:00Speaker 1: so many things are fucked up about this, Eh, why
- 26:04Speaker 1: are you waiting to be in a relationship with someone
- 26:07Speaker 1: before you tell them very important things about you? Also,
- 26:13Speaker 1: this truth you don't want to share isn't just your truth,
- 26:18Speaker 1: it's Jamal's.
- 26:20Speaker 2: It's Jamal's family as well.
- 26:24Speaker 1: This part's so fucked up that it's like it reminds me, like,
- 26:29Speaker 1: I think, okay, it reminds me of like some of
- 26:31Speaker 1: the cringier things about Kimberly, because I think this whole
- 26:34Speaker 1: season sort of of single life happened, and I almost
- 26:37Speaker 1: like forgot about how cringey she could be cringey is
- 26:42Speaker 1: one thing.
- 26:42Speaker 2: This is just straight like horrible selfish perspective.
- 26:51Speaker 1: She's so afraid of looking selfish for the choices she
- 26:53Speaker 1: made back in the past. But I want to be like,
- 26:57Speaker 1: then stop making them presently. This truth about your children
- 27:03Speaker 1: or his siblings his very real, present truth. So this
- 27:09Speaker 1: was a really hard conversation and it made me not
- 27:12Speaker 1: like her in it.
- 27:13Speaker 2: You know.
- 27:14Speaker 1: That made me also feel empathy for Jamal and also
- 27:16Speaker 1: made me feel like, how the fuck is this single
- 27:18Speaker 1: life anyway? This is because yeah, also the part of
- 27:21Speaker 1: her that's like, I'm gonna wait till relationship to then
- 27:23Speaker 1: what's bring this on him?
- 27:24Speaker 2: To me? That makes no sense.
- 27:26Speaker 1: I would want to make sure before I got in
- 27:28Speaker 1: a relationship with someone that like, this person knew the
- 27:32Speaker 1: things about me that either make me who I am
- 27:35Speaker 1: or the things that maybe like make me feel weird
- 27:41Speaker 1: or uncomfortable, so that I know whether this person can
- 27:46Speaker 1: still show.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Up for me and want to be in a relationship
- 27:48Speaker 2: with me. I don't know what things are.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Let's just say like, you know, I had weight loss
- 27:52Speaker 1: surgery in twenty seventeen, so I wouldn't probably try and
- 27:57Speaker 1: get in a relationship with someone without telling them that
- 28:01Speaker 1: I'm not going to let you know and then be like,
- 28:02Speaker 1: I just I'm not saying I'm embarrassed by it, but
- 28:05Speaker 1: like it's a whole part of my life, right, Like
- 28:07Speaker 1: if you look at a picture of me from my
- 28:09Speaker 1: life pre twenty seventeen, you're gonna see a different Chris Farah.
- 28:15Speaker 1: And I wouldn't want to be in a relationship with
- 28:17Speaker 1: someone who like suddenly will see like a picture of
- 28:21Speaker 1: me and be like, who the fuck you know is that?
- 28:24Speaker 1: And I'll be like, oh, surprise, surprise, I look different.
- 28:28Speaker 1: How how did you lose the weight?
- 28:30Speaker 2: Well?
- 28:31Speaker 1: You know, it's just like whatever, I mean, what is
- 28:33Speaker 1: the point about being in a relationship and opening your
- 28:35Speaker 1: heart to someone unless you're doing that? And I think
- 28:38Speaker 1: that there's a the courtship and dance of like getting
- 28:41Speaker 1: to know someone. So all of this makes no sense.
- 28:43Speaker 1: It feels like she wants a trip or like you know,
- 28:46Speaker 1: trap Wayne to like already what caring for her, but
- 28:50Speaker 1: then like thinking that something would stop that and then
- 28:52Speaker 1: if it does stop, and then it wasn't real, Like
- 28:54Speaker 1: it's all of it's so fucked up.
- 28:56Speaker 2: So it's raining once they get to the pub. The
- 29:00Speaker 2: pub is called the Grape. It's so cute.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Oh god, they have the best names for pubs in
- 29:04Speaker 1: the UK. This one again called the Grape. When they
- 29:07Speaker 1: showed us the trailer for the new season of Last Resort,
- 29:10Speaker 1: They're all going to hang out at a place called
- 29:12Speaker 1: the Swan. I'm like, oh great, I didn't like those names.
- 29:16Speaker 1: So this is a weird part. She comes into the
- 29:18Speaker 1: pub and she kisses Wayne and she looks directly at camera.
- 29:23Speaker 1: I found that weird. Girl, even on reality shows too much.
- 29:27Speaker 1: You can't look at the camera. I mean, you know,
- 29:28Speaker 1: moth to a flame. She really also then doubled down.
- 29:36Speaker 2: On Jamal being the one and the wrong about this.
- 29:39Speaker 1: She's like, yeah, you know, I got anxious because Jamal
- 29:42Speaker 1: decided to lose his damn mind and want to tell
- 29:45Speaker 1: the truth. And it's like, no, bitch, you did. You
- 29:48Speaker 1: lost your mind? How many times can you traumatize someone?
- 29:54Speaker 1: You've already said that you like had issues with Jamal
- 29:56Speaker 1: because of this situation, So now you're going to say that.
- 29:58Speaker 2: He lost his damn mind. What? Girl? Take some accountability
- 30:04Speaker 2: of yourself.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Change at some point, be open and honest about what
- 30:10Speaker 1: who you are.
- 30:11Speaker 2: At some point, you're old, let's do it. Time's a taken.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Don't just get new teeth and then not change your
- 30:23Speaker 1: behavior in the way that you see these worlds like
- 30:25Speaker 1: just your like shame exists in the dark. The human
- 30:33Speaker 1: experience is so vast. She's not the only person to
- 30:36Speaker 1: put up kids for adoption. You know, I'm not the
- 30:39Speaker 1: only person to have had more weight on me and
- 30:42Speaker 1: lose it like through so many I mean, this is
- 30:45Speaker 1: the truth. So it's like your shame is the only
- 30:47Speaker 1: only in the dark, and you give power to it
- 30:50Speaker 1: by keeping it closeted. And there is a power to
- 30:54Speaker 1: claiming your truth and stepping in whatever the fuck it is.
- 30:59Speaker 2: That's I mean, that's just life talk.
- 31:04Speaker 3: Ye.
- 31:07Speaker 1: So anyways, uh Wayne says that they're you know, getting
- 31:12Speaker 1: into the realm of getting in a relationship, but he
- 31:15Speaker 1: doesn't want to rush things, and I'm like, good. I
- 31:17Speaker 1: wonder if you feel I mean, you guys just met,
- 31:19Speaker 1: by the way in real life you just met, so
- 31:23Speaker 1: makes sense. I wonder if Kimberly deals with like Limerens
- 31:27Speaker 1: or like almost whatever, like the thing where she just
- 31:31Speaker 1: is like, oh good a boyfriend.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Good now I have.
- 31:33Speaker 1: One, because you know, Kimberly, if you remember, is also
- 31:37Speaker 1: someone who's obsessed Michael Jackson. So I think that there's
- 31:40Speaker 1: a definitely a literal fantasy land that this person lives in. Okay,
- 31:45Speaker 1: so let's move on to Vanya. So Vanya is back
- 31:49Speaker 1: from Abiza and Tony picks her up from the airport
- 31:52Speaker 1: with flowers. He also somehow makes it to the baggage
- 31:57Speaker 1: claim and her luggage is there before she even I
- 31:59Speaker 1: mean makes sit to baggage claim.
- 32:00Speaker 2: He knows what her luggage is. It's lip luggage, slip
- 32:05Speaker 2: shaped luggage.
- 32:06Speaker 1: And he gets off the carousel very nice, and they
- 32:08Speaker 1: run and they hug each other almost like they are
- 32:10Speaker 1: like a ninety day fiance couple.
- 32:12Speaker 2: TI. We love an airport reunion. We know it well.
- 32:15Speaker 2: It feels us like a nature to us. Then this
- 32:17Speaker 2: part happens. He is obviously picking her from the airport.
- 32:21Speaker 1: They get into a car and he's driving the car,
- 32:26Speaker 1: and we're like, where's the red Carvette or where's the
- 32:30Speaker 1: red whatever the sports car? I don't know cars. Whatever
- 32:32Speaker 1: the fuck that red car was not there? Is this
- 32:34Speaker 1: a secondary car? Interesting For the rest of this episode,
- 32:42Speaker 1: we're just gonna be in the nineties. I mean, like
- 32:45Speaker 1: every reference in my head, everything is nineties, nineties his house,
- 32:48Speaker 1: nineties her house. I mean, like no one has left
- 32:50Speaker 1: it at all. They are twenty toes deep in it.
- 32:54Speaker 1: I mean, you know, and not looking to the future.
- 32:56Speaker 1: I mean, you know, they're going to party like it's
- 32:58Speaker 1: nineteen ninety nine for the rest of our life.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Yes.
- 33:00Speaker 1: So she says that she's forgiven him for all his
- 33:05Speaker 1: weird behavior because he has a fear of abandonment. And
- 33:10Speaker 1: she's like, and when I went abroad, everything I.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Did reminded me of him.
- 33:14Speaker 1: And she's wearing like a thick white belt and pink on,
- 33:17Speaker 1: pink on, pink and purple and pink and pink and
- 33:19Speaker 1: purple nails and pink nails and pink lopstick and pink
- 33:21Speaker 1: eye shadow and pink Oh yeah, guy, she's you know,
- 33:24Speaker 1: it's just it's poised a lot. But she's like, I
- 33:32Speaker 1: missed him, and I now want to advance to the
- 33:36Speaker 1: next level, and the next level is sex. And so
- 33:39Speaker 1: they are just sitting on a couch and then they're like,
- 33:42Speaker 1: let's go fuck, and he's like, okay, great. So then
- 33:46Speaker 1: she takes a shower and we get this bedshot of
- 33:48Speaker 1: her of him on her bed, and her bedroom feels
- 33:54Speaker 1: like it's out of like a Sarah McLaughlin video. There's
- 33:57Speaker 1: like so much dark kind of mahogany would there's these
- 34:03Speaker 1: bedside table lambs that look like sort of Moroccan Ad
- 34:06Speaker 1: ask it is, from the sheets to everything, it's like
- 34:10Speaker 1: her I mean it is his house too. It's it's
- 34:15Speaker 1: like the house of an elder aunt or of something
- 34:20Speaker 1: of mine, Like, I can't believe that this is the
- 34:24Speaker 1: decor and the space they both want to live in.
- 34:27Speaker 1: The weird thing about her house is there there's not
- 34:28Speaker 1: a lot of pink for someone who has pink all
- 34:30Speaker 1: over her face, body, nails.
- 34:32Speaker 2: Everything is pink, luggage pink like.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Then we get like, you know again, a very marmie
- 34:38Speaker 1: looking nineties home who also them having sex, ends with
- 34:45Speaker 1: a feet shot and I mean, this fucking cameraman is
- 34:50Speaker 1: Quentin Tarantino, like I said, and you know it's a lot.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Next scene is that Vanya is driving in a pink
- 34:57Speaker 1: Corvette no, sorry, a pink Mercedes. I'm so sorry to
- 35:02Speaker 1: meet Tony's parents and she brings flowers and she brings
- 35:06Speaker 1: cupcakes and it's funny because it certainly looks like she
- 35:11Speaker 1: bought those cupcakes, and I swear she thought that she
- 35:15Speaker 1: got them, but then I forget that she definitely considers
- 35:17Speaker 1: herself a vegan baker. Then she opens up the pink
- 35:21Speaker 1: like cupcake paper box and the cupcakes, honey, have been
- 35:26Speaker 1: fucking through it. I mean, those cupcakes look like her luggage,
- 35:31Speaker 1: you know, like coming back from a za. I mean
- 35:34Speaker 1: they're smashed, they're you know, the it's melting off. I'm like,
- 35:38Speaker 1: how long are those cupcakes in your car? Or is
- 35:41Speaker 1: this just normal like Florida weather? Like those cupcakes look
- 35:44Speaker 1: like his under arms. They have melted. Okay.
- 35:49Speaker 2: So she's like the sex was sensual and passionate.
- 35:55Speaker 1: We're like, well, obviously, Tonya does not look like someone
- 35:59Speaker 1: who's gonna throw down like that, Okay, not someone who
- 36:02Speaker 1: like fears abandonment like that.
- 36:06Speaker 2: He says that his parents require protocol, that they.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Are very religious, devoutly Catholic, and that's going to be
- 36:14Speaker 1: interesting to me because and I'd be like, well, then
- 36:16Speaker 1: what they needed from you was backstory conversation and like
- 36:24Speaker 1: preliminary you know, like setups before you met Vanya. Who
- 36:29Speaker 1: Vonya then gives us a lot of like her vulnerable
- 36:35Speaker 1: very or I guess about the words she's vulnerable in
- 36:38Speaker 1: sharing what was her childhood, which she came from a
- 36:42Speaker 1: war ravaged country and it was a religious war where she,
- 36:47Speaker 1: you know, knew people that were of different face and
- 36:51Speaker 1: by the other war everyone hated each other. And so
- 36:54Speaker 1: she says, because of this trauma, she like fucking hates religion,
- 36:58Speaker 1: which I get, I totally get.
- 37:00Speaker 2: And then I think, is this why she's so into pink?
- 37:02Speaker 1: Is she like does she live like in a little
- 37:04Speaker 1: bit of like a regressed maturity state because she did
- 37:08Speaker 1: have to deal with trauma at such a young age.
- 37:10Speaker 1: I mean, all the pictures of her, she looks very,
- 37:12Speaker 1: very different as a child.
- 37:14Speaker 2: We all do.
- 37:15Speaker 1: But yeah, it was so it did ring True his
- 37:18Speaker 1: house so ninety, she comes to it with the cupcakes,
- 37:21Speaker 1: and then we meet his parents, and you know, his
- 37:24Speaker 1: parents are very much like, well, you know, how are you?
- 37:28Speaker 2: What do you do?
- 37:28Speaker 1: She's like, I belly dance and I do Bollywood dance.
- 37:32Speaker 1: We're like Bollywood dance. Never said that before, but convenient
- 37:35Speaker 1: for you to now to say that. And the mom's like,
- 37:37Speaker 1: me too, me too, I dance too.
- 37:39Speaker 2: At the church.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Are you religious and she's like no, I wasn't raised
- 37:44Speaker 1: that way. And then the mom's like, okay, well would
- 37:50Speaker 1: you be open to come into my church? And I'm
- 37:53Speaker 1: happy for her because if Anyia is like Nope, no,
- 37:58Speaker 1: not for me, And I'm so happy that she's not
- 38:00Speaker 1: gonna try and like, you know, she knows what she
- 38:03Speaker 1: is in for and what she's not, you know, and
- 38:05Speaker 1: if it's a traumatic situation for her, I get why
- 38:07Speaker 1: she wouldn't want to go.
- 38:09Speaker 2: If someone wasn't from a war.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Torn country and didn't have that experience, maybe I'd be like, well,
- 38:13Speaker 1: let's go to the church and see what it's like,
- 38:16Speaker 1: you know.
- 38:16Speaker 2: But she is, you know, has a boundary.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Now this is where I'm like, Tony, you know that
- 38:22Speaker 1: she has this past, and you know that your parents
- 38:26Speaker 1: feel a certain type of way about religion. If you
- 38:29Speaker 1: know that she's not going to even want to engage
- 38:34Speaker 1: with your mom about trying it out, then you would
- 38:39Speaker 1: have had to have told them that, like, hey, you guys,
- 38:42Speaker 1: I know you care a lot about Catholicism. She had
- 38:49Speaker 1: to deal with a religious war and so there's a
- 38:52Speaker 1: lot of like PTSD there.
- 38:54Speaker 2: So.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Please don't pressure her or talk about whether she's religious
- 39:01Speaker 1: or not. I love this person and I think this
- 39:04Speaker 1: person in me are great and you can accept that
- 39:06Speaker 1: or not. But I'm just going to protect her now
- 39:10Speaker 1: and not put her in an awkward position by telling you, guys,
- 39:13Speaker 1: it's a no go from the jump.
- 39:16Speaker 2: But he certainly didn't.
- 39:17Speaker 1: I mean, he sits there and looks down, honey, like
- 39:19Speaker 1: he's forced in model. I mean, he doesn't say one thing.
- 39:23Speaker 1: This person's a doctor of what, he has no that
- 39:28Speaker 1: side manner. He's weird as fuck. All of his cars
- 39:31Speaker 1: are weird, his house is weird, like what I don't
- 39:37Speaker 1: mean to say. Doctors, you know, just like doctor I miss.
- 39:39Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Doctors see a lot of different types of people in
- 39:41Speaker 1: this world, and I think that, I mean, there's actually
- 39:44Speaker 1: a lot of doctors that are have no social grace.
- 39:47Speaker 1: So maybe he really is one of those ones. Yeah,
- 39:51Speaker 1: he must have just been forced to go to medical school, honey,
- 39:53Speaker 1: and like barely dated, barely talk to anyone, and now
- 39:55Speaker 1: finds himself on this reality show.
- 39:58Speaker 2: That's my only like thought process.
- 40:03Speaker 1: I also, you know, I get it because I know
- 40:06Speaker 1: what it's like to like come from a Catholic background
- 40:10Speaker 1: and then the old older folks honey, those folks going
- 40:13Speaker 1: to the church. If you're gonna, like, you know, be
- 40:15Speaker 1: hooking up with one of their sons or daughters, they
- 40:19Speaker 1: best wish that person goes to church so they can
- 40:21Speaker 1: do all the church things, the baked sales. So she,
- 40:25Speaker 1: you know, literally, Tony's mom's like these vegan cupcakes.
- 40:28Speaker 2: They taste so good. She's in her mind being like, oh,
- 40:31Speaker 2: bake sale, bake sale, bake sale. Oh good.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Vannie will come with the cupcakes every Sunday. I get
- 40:36Speaker 1: to have these cupcakes after mass, you know, but that's not.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Going to be the life.
- 40:40Speaker 1: Also, Vanya, do you need to like work on that
- 40:42Speaker 1: frosting recipe just because it does look a little melty.
- 40:46Speaker 2: You know.
- 40:48Speaker 1: It's interesting that she was like, let's have sex and
- 40:50Speaker 1: then I'll meet your parents. I wonder if he was like,
- 40:53Speaker 1: I'm not going to let her meet the parents until
- 40:56Speaker 1: we have sex, because once that happens, it's probably, you know,
- 41:00Speaker 1: not going to move on.
- 41:01Speaker 2: I wonder if they.
- 41:02Speaker 1: Can move past this, because to me, they only move
- 41:06Speaker 1: past it is if he is willing to stick up
- 41:09Speaker 1: stick up for her in front of his parents, and
- 41:12Speaker 1: also if he is not devoutly Catholic like, does he
- 41:16Speaker 1: go to church every Sunday? Is he thinking they're going
- 41:19Speaker 1: to get married in the Catholic Church? Is that important
- 41:23Speaker 1: to him? All of those questions and more we don't have,
- 41:28Speaker 1: but I think about them and I think you do too,
- 41:30Speaker 1: So listen, we're friends and thinking about these and we
