- 0:03No ID is meant for a sane audience. No ID may
- 0:08contain Liberty -oriented content. PINCO discretion
- 0:12is advised. Now, here's No ID with Paul Banducci
- 0:19and Scott Moskowitz. Yep, the man is right. It's
- 0:26episode 50 of No ID, Idaho's mainstream deconstruction.
- 0:31I'm Scott. Hello, Internet. I'm Paul. Hey, what's
- 0:37today, Scott? What milestone did we hit? One
- 0:42year. That was it. That was your Scott shots.
- 0:47We're done. Hey, I got one. Finally. Yay for
- 0:52you. I didn't even cheat. I just say that was
- 0:54off the top of my head. Yes, Paul was right.
- 0:57I said that it was, oh, no, we're yet episode
- 1:0050s next week. But, you know, and you're like,
- 1:02oh, it's our one year. I was like, no, I think
- 1:04that's the week following. Wrong. It is definitely
- 1:07our one year anniversary. And - I'm really proud
- 1:11of you, Scott. Why? For making it this long.
- 1:16Oh. Well, thank you. Thank you. Thank you so
- 1:19very kindly. What is the move called where you
- 1:22clasp your hands together and you sort of shake
- 1:24it on one side of your head and shake it on the
- 1:25other, you know, like when you're accepting -
- 1:27I have no idea, but I'm doing it right now. Yeah.
- 1:29I was literally doing it as you brought it up.
- 1:31I'd like to thank the Academy. I'd like to thank
- 1:33my mom and dad for never believing in me when
- 1:35I believed in myself. I'd like to thank the God
- 1:38that I don't believe in. And I'd like to thank
- 1:40all of the pedos out there in Hollywood who gave
- 1:42me this shot. Thank you to the God of your parents'
- 1:45choice. It's cool, though. It is my despite that,
- 1:50you know, it's funny. We'll get to that in the
- 1:52donation segment. You guys really came through
- 1:55with the donations today for the milestone episode
- 1:57and it's greatly appreciated. There was a little
- 1:59bit of an undercurrent of compu -salt, the compliment
- 2:02insult, where they're like, well, we never thought
- 2:04you'd make it this far. Anyway, here's some money.
- 2:09Hey, that's, I mean, we win. We got the money.
- 2:13So what was it? It's like what I told Nathan
- 2:16when he, when he, when I sold them the lounge
- 2:17a few, year and a half ago. And he's like, yeah,
- 2:19well, you know, there's a small group of people
- 2:21who don't really like me. for reasons. And I
- 2:23went, well, then you just work even harder to
- 2:26keep them as clients because then you get their
- 2:28money and you win. Like that's that's how you
- 2:31win. Oh, is it because, yeah, he's the thing,
- 2:35but he's like one of the good versions of the
- 2:36thing? Yeah. Yep. I was just like, got shots.
- 2:42Hey, another one. All right. Let's do before
- 2:48we get into this week's clips, episode 50. and
- 2:51all of the baloney that the mainstream is shoveling
- 2:53into our gullet. Let's do the Drop to Liberation
- 2:57death match from last week, episode 49. I do
- 2:59not have a intro yet. Still accepting any submissions
- 3:04if you guys wanna put together an intro for the
- 3:07Drop to Liberation death match where we go through
- 3:09the potential sound, the drop board contenders
- 3:12from the previous episode and will they live
- 3:14on the sound board. Here is the - Dude, I got
- 3:17it for you. Hold on. I got it. I got one. I didn't
- 3:22realize that we did. We were still on the hunt
- 3:24for one. Yeah. So hold on. Okay. And the first
- 3:27submission is from, is from Paul. Well, the first
- 3:31submission. Yeah. Yeah, that's right. Okay. It's
- 3:43better. It was, it's the first submission. Uh,
- 3:46the first, are you not entertained? Come on.
- 3:48That's pretty good. All right. Well, so far by
- 3:52default, I'm winning. It is the only submission
- 3:57here is the first A clip or the first, a potential
- 4:02sound drop. It is the burrito supreme leader
- 4:04of the Kootenai County commissioners, Bruce Matari
- 4:06and his very condescending. Okay. Okay. Should
- 4:10that live on the soundboard? Okay. It's, it's
- 4:15definitely related to, as we said last week,
- 4:17it's related to all the different rights. Right.
- 4:20Right. Right. But this is Matari. I want you
- 4:23to string, I want you to string it together as
- 4:25part of a super cut. Okay. Right. Okay, right
- 4:29who's speaking on the phone look who's calling
- 4:33no one you called me, okay? Yeah All right, sorry,
- 4:39so that's I'm gonna go you were going yay on
- 4:41that one. Yeah. Yeah, that's a yes all right
- 4:45Not laugh And the next one is sheriff Bob Norris
- 4:51and his okay answer it okay answer when This
- 4:57is part of the exchange between Matari and Norris
- 4:59in the Kootenai County board of commissioners
- 5:02meeting where Norris was wearing the helicopter,
- 5:04which by the way, I learned I was wrong. It is
- 5:06not those little multicolored beanies with the
- 5:09propeller, not called wind up beanie. I got a
- 5:12note that said that is not correct. I always
- 5:14was under the impression that those were called
- 5:16wind up beanies. Nope. That's a different thing.
- 5:20And there doesn't seem, there's like a, it's
- 5:21like propeller beanie. It doesn't seem to have
- 5:23a clean name, but anyway. That blows my mind.
- 5:26That's gotta have a clean name. You would think
- 5:28I couldn't find it, but here's Norris. What about
- 5:31chopper cap? How about that? Chopper cap. Chopper
- 5:35cap. I do have some helly sound effects we'll
- 5:37get to. Hey, Sam, you got it. You can't be in
- 5:39here right now. Kid just walked in. Hey, I'm
- 5:41recording. Danica! Kids. Lame. Seriously, who
- 5:47has those these days, Scott? Kids are for old
- 5:50people. That's Sam. That's the kid at... Think
- 5:56about one year old. I got a couple different
- 5:58versions of that So adorable. That's a good one.
- 6:01That one's really drawn out Anyway, they're so
- 6:06cute. Otherwise, we'd kill them huh Scott. That's
- 6:09we're not liberal white women So we don't kill
- 6:11our kids. Oh, we got some prop one stuff in a
- 6:13bit here in the meantime is the rest of this
- 6:15nonsense Here's do we what do we think about
- 6:17Norris? Okay answer? It's not that clean. It's
- 6:21okay Mmm. I'm on the fence. Yeah spicy, which
- 6:25I like but I'm not sure when we're gonna use
- 6:28it I'm gonna say no. Pass for the moment. I wish
- 6:32him nothing but the worst. So here is you, this
- 6:35is you. I wish him nothing but the worst. Man,
- 6:43you know, sometimes, in the words of Han Solo,
- 6:45sometimes I amaze even myself with how many awesome
- 6:48sound bites I produce. I'm just a sound bite
- 6:50machine. Well, this is very appropriate because
- 6:53the next one is you saying basically that. I'm
- 6:55just the talent. I'm gonna say yes on both of
- 7:00those, right? Oh, I like that. Okay, okay. Yeah,
- 7:03I mean they are pretty good. I know we're gonna
- 7:05get some mileage out of them at some point. I'm
- 7:07just the talent Yeah, I know you've got some
- 7:10good you got some good stuff that should be sound
- 7:12bite it at some point I don't have the tools
- 7:14to do it so you'll have to sound bite yourself,
- 7:16but it can't be all me all the time Well, whenever
- 7:20you feel so inclined. I can't do it for myself.
- 7:22It's just it's too weird, you know Yes, what
- 7:25that's not weird. I don't besides usually a bell
- 7:29is one one giveaway when I give you the bells
- 7:31Okay, and you can usually know you've said something
- 7:35Half -weighted and intelligent. It's just because
- 7:38when you you know when things that are worthy
- 7:40of consideration I like kind of mark a little
- 7:43time stamp so that I know when to pull them it
- 7:45would feel weird to have something come flying
- 7:47out of my own mouth and be like Oh, that was
- 7:48good and then mark a time stamp on my own statement,
- 7:51you know Whatever. Not that you would have a
- 7:54problem doing that. I'm just the talent. But
- 7:57I, on the other hand, I'm just more of the producer
- 7:59here, you know? Whatever. Good is good. And we
- 8:03know good. Don't try to con us with your fake
- 8:07humility. I'm on you. Okay. Okay. All right.
- 8:11Here are three different heli sound effects.
- 8:15You tell me which one you want. That's the first
- 8:19one. Second one. One, two or three. I hear...
- 8:28Man, it's like being at the optometrist's office.
- 8:31Can I hear the... I'd like to see the one and
- 8:34three again, please. That's one. That's three.
- 8:40Three. All right. Deleting the other two. And
- 8:44that is it for the Drop to Liberation death match.
- 8:49I thought for sure you were going to do the helicopter
- 8:51noises that we made. That was the end of show
- 8:54ISO. That was the end of show ISO from last week.
- 8:57But I didn't include... I can put it on there.
- 9:01No, no, that's okay. I'm just the talent. It
- 9:04was fun. Yep. Glad you finally see it my way
- 9:08though, Scott. Of course. That soundbite right
- 9:10there, you've just admitted what we all knew
- 9:11and I appreciate that. Thank you. Is that your
- 9:14anniversary gift to me for our anniversary show
- 9:16today? Was the I'm just the talent? Yeah. Yes.
- 9:22Everything I say is made up. Everything the talent
- 9:25says is made up here on Know ID. Here then is
- 9:31the actual show. I'm starting to feel like Ben
- 9:33Stiller from from Tropic Thunder. We're like,
- 9:36did you dance or was it from um, no, it's from
- 9:39Zoolander. It was like, uh, dance monkey dance.
- 9:43You're a monkey, Derek! But why male models?
- 9:49Because they're easy to control and they're in
- 9:51peak fizzle condition. They'll do whatever you
- 9:53say. That is not true. Yes, it is, Derek. Okay.
- 10:00All right, I'm getting on with the show here.
- 10:02I don't want to hear your excuses. No more excuses.
- 10:05Let's just do the stupid show. We're 10 minutes
- 10:06in. We haven't done anything. Okay. Here is,
- 10:10I guess we said prop one, you know, we just mentioned
- 10:13it. So here is the latest infusion of money.
- 10:16Oh, the money's flying. We're just weeks away
- 10:19from already ballots are starting to kind of
- 10:21early voting this and that. The money is pumping.
- 10:23On Wednesday, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter
- 10:25-day Saints donated one million dollars to fight
- 10:28Proposition 1. The November ballot initiative
- 10:31would restore reproductive rights in Idaho, allowing
- 10:33abortions up to fetal viability and in the case
- 10:36of medical emergencies. Restore the rights! Julie
- 10:38Luketa with more on the donation. Julie Luketa.
- 10:40Speaking Thursday, I care so much about women
- 10:42that I can't be bothered to how to, you know,
- 10:44to pronounce my co -worker's name. Speaking Thursday
- 10:46on the Neil Larson radio show, LDS member and
- 10:49stop prop one representative Tom Luna said the
- 10:52no campaign is an interfaith coalition started
- 10:55with conservative Christian Blaine Kanzati and
- 10:58Catholic lobbyist Christian Welp. should unite
- 11:02to defeat proposition one. It should be the people
- 11:06of faith and let's go and engage with church
- 11:10leaders and church members of many faiths across
- 11:13the state and build this army. Luna said the
- 11:17money will go towards messaging on social media,
- 11:20radio, TV, and streaming services. I'm, you know,
- 11:24cautiously optimistic but not not to the point
- 11:28where you want to take your foot off the gas
- 11:29or pause for any moment. An LDS church representative
- 11:34in Salt Lake City confirmed the donation. In
- 11:37a written statement, they said that while the
- 11:39church stays neutral on political candidates,
- 11:42quote, it actively addresses ballot initiatives
- 11:45it believes carry significant moral consequences.
- 11:49Julie Luqueta. Luqueta. So, I am always wondering,
- 11:55Especially as it pertains to highly ideological
- 11:58and emotion -driven, which I guess applies to
- 12:01like everything, I don't know, but in particular,
- 12:04abortion. Whose mind is being changed, you know,
- 12:09by the lawn signs or the advertising? Is this
- 12:12a more malleable thing than I think it is? There
- 12:18are people in the middle who vote based on the
- 12:25qualifications of the movement. It's really interesting.
- 12:28People are kind of... funny about that, where
- 12:30they will say, well, I'm not fully anti -abortion,
- 12:35but I am, I think it's reasonable to not kill
- 12:40a child after six months in the womb. I think
- 12:45it's reasonable to not allow anyone under 16
- 12:51to be able to slaughter their baby without parental
- 12:53consent. And then there's people who, say three
- 12:56months or five months or whatever. So there are
- 12:59people who are in the middle, who will sway one
- 13:01way or the other based on the qualifications
- 13:05of the law. So yes, there are. Prop 1 actually
- 13:11is a really good example right now where it's
- 13:12an information war that's being fought more than
- 13:14anything, because the people who are pro -Prop
- 13:171, Their campaign is outright lies. It is outright
- 13:23lies. They say about how it's bad for women's
- 13:25health and it has led to and will lead to women
- 13:30dying and bad health for everybody, et cetera,
- 13:36et cetera. And that rape victims will have to
- 13:40carry their babies and this and the other, but
- 13:41there's already exemptions for all of the big.
- 13:43all the big stuff, all of the rape, the incest,
- 13:46the life -threatening situations. Idaho law already
- 13:49makes exemptions for all of those things. So
- 13:52those are outright lies. But it's effective.
- 13:56Well, it's going to kill people. Very effective.
- 13:59I mean, these cuts are killing people. Killing
- 14:02people. Yep, it is very effective, unfortunately,
- 14:05because most people are lazy and instead of reading
- 14:08parts of the bill for themselves or doing really,
- 14:11it really is five to 10 minutes of research.
- 14:13That's it. That is it in a Google search. You
- 14:15can figure it out in a Google search because
- 14:17the passages in Prop 1 that matter the most are
- 14:20already highlighted all over the internet. You
- 14:22can find them on everybody's page. Anybody who's
- 14:24involved in Prop 1 can immediately, the pro or
- 14:27the against, can point to here are the issues
- 14:30with Prop 1. So if you're on the anti -Prop 1
- 14:34side, which would keep Idaho's current system
- 14:38or laws in place, Then it's really easy for those
- 14:42of us on that side and I'm on that side to go
- 14:45look Here's what prop one actually does it's
- 14:47in it's in the bill. It's right there in black
- 14:51and white man It allows for minors to get abortions
- 14:55without parental consent. It allows for abortion
- 14:58up to up to seven months eight months by In the
- 15:03womb. I mean, you know babies are fully viable
- 15:06by month six now. It's it's rough but like they
- 15:12can live outside the wound. Wait, do you remember
- 15:15this one? Hold on. I get hit real quick. Do you
- 15:17remember this one? But we have to pass the bill
- 15:19so that you can find out what is in it. That's
- 15:24Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi, that was 2010. There
- 15:27it is. That was 2010, Nancy Pelosi. It may be
- 15:30in the bill, Paul, but what we need to do is
- 15:32pass it first though. That's a hell of a callback
- 15:37there, Scott. Well done, Z. You get a bell. Yeah,
- 15:40so anyways, to answer your question, the short
- 15:43answer is yes. There are people who will sway
- 15:46one way or the other based on the language of
- 15:47the bill, because there are a lot of folks in
- 15:50the middle who aren't fully, we should kill every
- 15:52baby that ever comes up. And there are a lot
- 15:55of people who aren't like me, whose life begins
- 15:58at conception and murder is wrong. There are
- 16:01a lot of people who are in the middle who go,
- 16:03well, I'm fine with three months, but not eight
- 16:06months. I'm fine with 18 -year -olds or 17 -year
- 16:10-olds doing it, but not 15 -year -olds, which
- 16:12to me is weird because once you say it's okay,
- 16:14then why do you get to be the arbiter of what's
- 16:16okay? It's either murder or it's not, but that's
- 16:19a different topic. But the issue here with Prop
- 16:221 is the pro -Prop 1 campaign is completely peddling
- 16:27lies. It really is, it's full lies. And how do
- 16:29you know? This is not my opinion. This is just
- 16:33go Google the damn thing. and you will see that
- 16:36everything they say it does do or does not do
- 16:38is the opposite. And I will say this, churches
- 16:44should get involved in these issues. Everybody
- 16:47talks about the separation of church and state.
- 16:49That's bullshit. It's nowhere in the Constitution.
- 16:51It's nowhere in the Declaration of Independence.
- 16:54It's nowhere in the Articles of Confederation.
- 16:56It's nowhere in the Bill of Rights. It's nowhere
- 17:00in any of that. The separation of church and
- 17:02state is referenced in the letter to the Danbury
- 17:05Baptists written by Jefferson and another fellow.
- 17:10And the whole idea behind that is just there
- 17:13should not be an actual state religion like England
- 17:17had, which was the Church of England. And the
- 17:20King of England was the head of state and the
- 17:22head of the church, an actual state religion.
- 17:26But that is what the founders are referring to
- 17:29when we're talking about church and state. But
- 17:31of course it's been. taken so far out of context
- 17:34and whack that now basically just means we can't
- 17:37have any hint of religion in anything we do ever
- 17:41especially if government is near it which is
- 17:44absurd that's not true your your religion your
- 17:46faith your scott mine is supposed to inform everything
- 17:50about our lives every day which also then informs
- 17:53the way we vote it informs the propositions that
- 17:56are up for vote. It informs who we vote for as
- 17:59legislators and judges and, and sheriffs and
- 18:01all that crap. It is supposed to inform every
- 18:04facet of our lives, political, philosophical,
- 18:07spiritual, mental, physical, and these people
- 18:10who report on it, like this art, the sound news
- 18:13thing that you're rolling right now. That's from,
- 18:16it was from the, uh, from NPR of course, you
- 18:19know, make it, they always cast a negative light
- 18:22anytime. Religious institutions get involved
- 18:25and of course when they get involved and it's
- 18:27it's against what the mainstream believes so
- 18:31it's like God forbid that these that the church
- 18:33gets involved in a Topic that is oh, I don't
- 18:37know an integral part of our faith killing. Hey,
- 18:40I'm a Christian and therefore killing babies
- 18:43is wrong well this is just wow what a shocking
- 18:46position to take and i i will vote that way and
- 18:49i will put my money that way it's uh these these
- 18:52fucking these fucking people dude they get angry
- 18:53when christians apply biblical teaching and moral
- 18:56moral principles to to political topics while
- 18:59at the same time they blame christians for like
- 19:02On occasion when Christians don't do anything
- 19:04about it, then they'll blame Christians for like
- 19:07being silent during moral atrocities or political
- 19:09blunders So it's like which one is it guys? Which
- 19:11one is it? Do you want Christians to step up
- 19:13and call stuff out when things are wrong? Or
- 19:16do you want Christians to shut up? Either either
- 19:19way though. It's a lose -lose because the people
- 19:21who think this way are gonna call all of us extreme
- 19:24right Christian nationalists anyways. To illustrate
- 19:28the talent's point here, this that we use on
- 19:31the soundboard. I have a name. The talent on
- 19:36the other end. This is one of the hosts, I haven't
- 19:39heard him in a while, George Prentiss, who hosted,
- 19:41we used his voice a lot, and this lives on the
- 19:43soundboard. Conservative Christian Policy Group,
- 19:46the far -right activists. Listen to him spitting
- 19:49it into the microphone, he's like venomous. Christian
- 19:52policy group the it's there's so much hatred
- 19:55behind those he has so much contempt for conservative
- 19:58Christian The ironic part of all of it is, of
- 20:02course, that these people are the most religious
- 20:05of us all. The status are so much more devout
- 20:08in the faith that they don't know that they have.
- 20:11They put the rest of us to shame with their adherence
- 20:14to their to they will bow at the altar of the
- 20:16state. They'll double mask their kid. They'll
- 20:19do whatever they're told for as long as they're
- 20:20told. Physical, mental, just be abused. up one
- 20:25side and down the next and actually look in a
- 20:27mirror and think of themselves as not religious.
- 20:33Statism is the most dangerous superstition slash
- 20:35religion slash cult that has ever existed. And
- 20:39the people who worship it do so with a ferocity
- 20:42that is unmatched by any other religious group
- 20:45or religion or faith demographic on planet earth.
- 20:53So anyways, our anniversary podcast. I should
- 20:58have had a more triumphant sound effect loaded
- 21:03up. I don't have that. I'll just have my little
- 21:05wee. It'll have to do. Alright, then let's maybe
- 21:09lighten it up here a little bit, I suppose. Yeah,
- 21:13let's do it. This is fun. I guess this is what
- 21:17the kids are doing these days. Coeur d 'Alene
- 21:18police say they are investigating an increasing
- 21:21number of door kick challenge cases and they
- 21:23are urging parents to talk to their kids about
- 21:25the potential consequences of the social media
- 21:28trend. Are you aware of this trend? Are your
- 21:31kids kicking doors? Do you know what they're
- 21:33talking about? You don't know? The answer is
- 21:39no. I have no idea what you're talking about.
- 21:42So what are the kids into these days? CDA police
- 21:45say the prank involves people, often juveniles,
- 21:47running up to homes in the middle of the night,
- 21:49kicking on front doors and garage doors. and
- 21:52then running away. Juvenile's not, you know what,
- 21:54according to that one South Idaho Democrat politician,
- 21:58it's not, no, this is a coordinated effort. The
- 22:01only way this door kicking could possibly happen
- 22:03in such a way at the same time, overnight, in
- 22:05the same neighborhood, to the same Democrats,
- 22:06it's gotta be a coordinated effort engaged in
- 22:10by some sort of well -funded and highly organized
- 22:13group. Or is it just juveniles? What you don't
- 22:16know about the far right kicking in your door.
- 22:19could raise your insurance rates. Coeur d 'Alene
- 22:35police say they are investigating 15 incidents
- 22:37involving this door kick challenge. They say
- 22:39the actual number though probably much higher
- 22:41because many of those incidents go unreported.
- 22:44If you are caught police say you could face criminal
- 22:47charges. Is there a more dangerous place to engage
- 22:50in this than North Idaho? Whenever I'm about
- 22:53to do something I think would an idiot do that?
- 22:58This is uh I'm I'm impressed. I'm impressed with
- 23:02how stupid these people are. Future voters of
- 23:07America or some maybe some of them actually already
- 23:10vote in 18, you know And then I went to the hospital
- 23:13last night and I got treated for an ankle sprain
- 23:15and they had to pull buckshot out of me How'd
- 23:20you sprain your ankle I That was a one thick
- 23:23ass door dude did not go down the buckshot. Well,
- 23:29I don't want to talk to the cops about that Can
- 23:32you believe there are people that some of our
- 23:34fellow citizens slash, I don't know, a lot want
- 23:37to lower the voting age? Well, that one should
- 23:42be so easy. It should be so easy. If you are
- 23:44not old enough to drink or smoke, which 21 is
- 23:47the new age as of the law. Well, for smoking,
- 23:50anyways, that's a new phenomenon. It's been for
- 23:52alcohol. It's been since the late 80s, early
- 23:5590s. Why on God's green earth do we get to cast
- 23:58a vote? If we're not smart enough to drink or
- 24:02smoke, why do we get to vote? That one's always
- 24:03baffled me. That one still continues to baffle
- 24:06me. You can be 16, 15, 14, and get a piercing
- 24:12without parental consent. People now want you
- 24:14to be eight years old to be able to get transed
- 24:17without parental consent. 14 to 16 to slaughter
- 24:22your own child without parental consent, 18 to
- 24:26vote, get drafted, be tried as an adult, executed
- 24:30as an adult, go kill for your God, King, and
- 24:32country, go get killed for God, King, and country,
- 24:35but you can't have a fucking beer or a cigar.
- 24:39And you can't drive a rental car until you're
- 24:4325, which that's actually not the government
- 24:46telling you you can't. That's just insurance
- 24:48policies and rental companies, you know, having
- 24:50to... cover their own asses. But still, it does,
- 24:54it should beg the question, don't you think?
- 24:57Would you like to know more? Yes, yes, I would.
- 24:59I would like to know more. How are you smart
- 25:01enough to vote, but not smart enough to have
- 25:03a cigar? I think that the trans and kids kind
- 25:07of segues nicely into this Ammon Bundy arrested
- 25:10in Utah story that happened. I actually wanted
- 25:14to maybe read, though, this note, because I think
- 25:16I should have done it here as part of the prop
- 25:18one thing, I think. I don't know how to weave
- 25:21it in, so I'm just gonna read it now. The person
- 25:23says, don't use my name, but this note says,
- 25:25I'm not convinced HDR4 is the right answer, but
- 25:30I do think we should be careful about direct
- 25:32democracy. The founding fathers had good reasons
- 25:34for building safeguards into our system. In Idaho,
- 25:37we've seen ballot initiatives used to advance.
- 25:39advanced Medicaid expansion, tax increases, rank
- 25:42choice voting, and abortion policy. No matter
- 25:45where one stands on those issues, it's worth
- 25:48asking whether major policy decisions are best
- 25:51made through ballot campaigns or through the
- 25:53deliberative legislative process. So I thought
- 25:55that was a thoughtful note and it's in response
- 25:57to the notion of HDR4 like, oh, so we're going
- 26:01to vote away our own rights to do the ballot
- 26:04initiative and just hand it over to the burrito
- 26:06supreme leaders in the legislature. And I thought
- 26:08that was a fair challenge, especially as it pertains
- 26:10to something like prop one, because I could,
- 26:13you know, the argument could reasonably be made.
- 26:15It's like, well, yeah, but then this ballot initiative
- 26:17process that you and others argue on behalf of,
- 26:21couldn't it then be used to accomplish something
- 26:22that you consider to be immoral? Yeah. Well,
- 26:27that is the question. It is a thoughtful question.
- 26:30It's the smart question. And it's why most conservatives
- 26:32in the state are voting yes on HJR4 and also
- 26:37tend to have a very negative view of ballot initiatives.
- 26:40And I don't blame them, because if you look at
- 26:42the last three, four, five major ballot initiatives
- 26:46that have passed and or been attempted in this
- 26:51state, all of them have come from the hard left,
- 26:55from the very leftist issues. One that failed
- 27:00was, what was it recently, where you, oh, ranked
- 27:03choice voting was one that got floated just two
- 27:05years ago, I think, and was rejected resoundingly.
- 27:08Like, years ago, they tried to ram it through,
- 27:10and it failed miserably, like 70 to 30, or 75,
- 27:1325 against it. So, whew, dodge that bullet, at
- 27:17least for now. That one will come back, but I
- 27:19think they're gonna give it a couple of years
- 27:20to let it breathe, because they got beat so badly.
- 27:23is ranked choice voting. If that does ever happen
- 27:25in Idaho, that will be the end of conservative
- 27:28legislators as we know it, like actual conservative
- 27:31legislators, because they'll just run, quote
- 27:35unquote, moderate Republicans, you know, which
- 27:37basically are Democrats in all but name against
- 27:41actual Democrats. And, you know, whoever wins,
- 27:44we who are libertarian conservative lose. So
- 27:49that's their end game. But I do understand why
- 27:52conservatives are leery and outright hostile
- 27:54towards the ballot initiative process. It does
- 27:56look like uncapped democracy at work. And usually
- 27:59that's a disaster. And it is how a lot of really
- 28:03crappy things have been rammed through. So I
- 28:06get that. I'm coming from the angle of if we
- 28:12did a better job of legislating to begin with,
- 28:15if we let people be more free. from the top down,
- 28:18if we didn't tax people so hard, if we actually
- 28:20engaged in good economics, if Idaho actually
- 28:24enacted good policies, a lot of this stuff wouldn't
- 28:27matter. We wouldn't be dealing with it. Also,
- 28:31in my mind, it's the only way the ballot initiative
- 28:34process is the only way that marijuana will be
- 28:38legalized in the state of Idaho. And it should
- 28:40be. It's a personal liberty issue. Plain and
- 28:43simple. Either you believe in personal liberty
- 28:46or you don't. The other thing is poker. It's
- 28:51something like poker, for example. How is it
- 28:53that the state gets to run a state monopoly on
- 28:57gambling, but we don't get to play poker? That's
- 29:00crap. So I think a ballot initiative is the way
- 29:02to get through that. Did I lose you again? No,
- 29:07I'm here. I'm here. I'm just processing what
- 29:09the talent said. I try to think about putting
- 29:15myself in the anonymous who wrote this note.
- 29:18saying like well okay so you might like marijuana
- 29:22and poker or at least believe that it's a person
- 29:25is school out no i'm i'm hold on you're gonna
- 29:29have to bear with me here all of my tab all my
- 29:33tabs went away and now they're back i'm so i'm
- 29:35sorry this is this is the talent doesn't know
- 29:39how to do sound clips so he has to use uh ready
- 29:45to go youtube clips instead i'm just the talent
- 29:50Uh -huh. Yeah, I did that doesn't mean I'm good
- 29:53at anything That just means I get a big trailer
- 29:56and I get to show up ten minutes late to the
- 29:58interview and push everybody around and ask for
- 30:00some fruity latte Okay, I'm gonna have to add
- 30:05that as a potential show title fruity latte fruity
- 30:09latte but so the so the you know, like the anonymous
- 30:13who wrote this note and the the school of thought
- 30:15it represents like, okay, but what about when
- 30:19it gets used by the sort of professional left
- 30:22to push through something like in the vein of
- 30:25prop one and then something would you consider
- 30:28to be highly immoral is happening? Well, fight
- 30:35harder, fight against it. That's it. We have
- 30:37to fight harder against it. Just because the
- 30:41bad guys use a thing, use a tool doesn't make
- 30:44the tool necessarily. the bad thing. The ballot
- 30:48initiative is one of the few ways we can get
- 30:50around the legislature when we need to on certain
- 30:51topics. And the left has used it very well. Conservatives
- 30:55have failed to use it entirely. It's like, you
- 30:58know, you have nine, you have 10 tools here in
- 31:02your shed on your workbench, and you've decided
- 31:04to only use seven of them, but you complain and
- 31:06moan about the opposition using all 10. Get good
- 31:10kid, figure it out. And I'm not talking to anonymous
- 31:13directly. This is a generalization to all the
- 31:16conservatives out there who bitch and moan about
- 31:17this process. Well, get better at it then. It's
- 31:20a tool, use it. And understand that this is all
- 31:25coming. It's been coming down the pipe. It's
- 31:27been happening for 30 years. So the GOP should
- 31:31have a damn good response to it by now. They
- 31:33should know this stuff is coming. They should
- 31:35have a strategy for it. Instead of being always
- 31:37on their heels and on the defense, maybe try
- 31:40playing offense for a change. I don't know, just
- 31:42throwing that out there. H .A .R. 4 is basically
- 31:46the closest thing conservatives have done to
- 31:49offense, is that. And of course it sucks and
- 31:51it's terrible because instead of pushing ballot
- 31:54initiatives that give us more freedom and go,
- 31:57hey, you know what we should do? More freedom.
- 31:59Instead, they push a ballot initiative that just
- 32:02takes it away. It's like, yeah, I hope you lose.
- 32:05You assholes, I hope you lose. It's interesting.
- 32:08I didn't really think about it this way until
- 32:09you... Kind of we're saying what you were saying,
- 32:11but it's a, it's a version of the, uh, the gun
- 32:15grabber argument, which is like, Oh, well, the
- 32:17mechanism can be used for bad or has been used
- 32:20for bad. Therefore the mechanism is the problem.
- 32:23That's the core of what that argument is. So
- 32:27we shouldn't have the mechanism. Uh, made Rosie
- 32:30O'Donnell fat. So we should ban spoons. We should
- 32:32ban guns. We should ban maple syrup because of
- 32:35diabetes. Uh, we should ban corn. because corn
- 32:39hi to fructose corn syrups and everything. And
- 32:41dude, we should absolutely ban cars. You want
- 32:44to save lives, ban cars. But this idea of taking
- 32:48away the power of the ballot initiative because
- 32:50you don't like who's been using it so far. No,
- 32:55I want to legalize poker. The only way I can
- 32:57do that is through a ballot initiative. I guarantee
- 32:59you, because no legislator will take that up
- 33:01because they'll just get flayed. But if I but
- 33:03if we if I can personally fund the damn thing,
- 33:06when I get to a point where I can, where you
- 33:09go around and you tell people, just tell people,
- 33:11hey, have you played poker before? And you know,
- 33:14four out of 10 immediately and be like, yeah,
- 33:16in your own home? Yeah. For Schmeckles? Yeah.
- 33:21Congratulations, you're a misdemeanor in Idaho.
- 33:23What? You're like, yeah, yeah, you are. Hey,
- 33:26would you like it to not be that way? Well, of
- 33:27course I would like it to not be that way. Okay,
- 33:29sign here. I think that's the ballot initiative,
- 33:33making poker not illegal. But a legislator who
- 33:37would float the bill that goes I would like to
- 33:39legalize poker is immediately gonna get dumped
- 33:42on by everybody the Statists because God forbid
- 33:45anybody other than the state does gambling the
- 33:47the the cult known as Mormonism will of course
- 33:50vehemently be against it Idaho State Police Which
- 33:52is also run by the court of more cult of Mormonism
- 33:55will be against it Liberals will be against it
- 33:58because you know, it's just it's it's bad optics.
- 34:01You can't win It's a loot even though it should
- 34:03be a super duper winning Topic it's actually
- 34:07a super duper losing topic. So yeah ballot initiative
- 34:11Yeah, anyways, that's us. But it's fair. They
- 34:15are fair concerns. They are Correct concerns
- 34:19and it is accurate that I'd say probably of the
- 34:21last ten ballot initiatives nine have been for
- 34:24leftist causes and That's pretty ugly. I hate
- 34:28that but conservatives need to do better Legislate
- 34:32better better policy better messaging Better
- 34:35advertising. And for the love of God, if the
- 34:37tool is there, don't take it away. Use it. There's
- 34:42one other thing, too, here at play is like the
- 34:44moment that the legislature swings more more
- 34:47to the left, conservatives are going to wish
- 34:49that ballot that ballot initiative process was
- 34:52wasn't dismantled. That's the other thing too
- 34:55is a legislature can also shift and change population
- 34:58can but Legislatures can too just because you
- 35:00have the power now doesn't mean you have it in
- 35:01two years I mean look at we know what's gonna
- 35:04happen this election cycle at the national level
- 35:07Democrats are gonna take the house. They're gonna
- 35:08take the Senate Trump is deeply unpopular as
- 35:11he should be because his policies have been absolute
- 35:14garbage He campaigned on one thing on a bunch
- 35:16of things and then they haven't done any of it
- 35:18He hasn't done any of it. He's done the opposite
- 35:19of it. They're basically they are Nationalists,
- 35:24socialists who call themselves Republicans at
- 35:27the national level and young people who think,
- 35:30oh, that's late stage capitalism and hate capitalism
- 35:33vote against it. And everybody else who just
- 35:36feels the hurt votes against it. So when it shifts
- 35:40blue and it's blue for the next two years, the
- 35:42national level, and maybe even longer, you know,
- 35:46conservatives are going to wish, Oh, I wish we
- 35:47hadn't given the president so much more power,
- 35:51you know, So there's that you definitely don't
- 35:55want to put all of your eggs in the basket of
- 35:57the legislature or the governor or the president
- 35:59because the power can shift You need a release
- 36:04valve and the ballot initiative is that release
- 36:05valve. It's just the left has utilized it way
- 36:08infinite infinitely better than then the quote
- 36:11-unquote right has but you know, you just just
- 36:14keep plod along with your shitty MAGA policies
- 36:17GOP and Maybe it'll work this time. It might
- 36:20work for us Well as promised moments ago here
- 36:25is a spin and speaking of banning cars because
- 36:28they're a dangerous mechanism and trans and kids
- 36:31Here is the almond Bundy story. This is again.
- 36:34I apologize, but it's from NPR Anti -government
- 36:37activist and former candidate for Idaho governor.
- 36:39Amon Bundy is anti -government. Don't you love
- 36:42how they lead that to he's anti -government?
- 36:45I government activist and former can we be grateful
- 36:47that they didn't say far -right activists this
- 36:49time I guess conservative Christian Policy Group,
- 36:53the far -right activists. Anti -government. Anti
- 36:56-government activist and former candidate for
- 36:57Idaho Governor Ammon Bundy is out of jail after
- 37:00a traffic stop in southern Utah. An Iron County
- 37:03sheriff's deputy pulled him over Wednesday for
- 37:05driving without a license plate. Bundy refused
- 37:07orders to exit his truck. He was ultimately charged
- 37:10with failure to obey, interfering with a peace
- 37:13officer, and driving without registration and
- 37:15a valid license. So guess what that Peace Officer
- 37:18did. And driving without registration and a valid
- 37:21license, which was expired. He was released after
- 37:23posting bond. Bundy relocated to southern Utah
- 37:27a couple years ago after an Idaho court ordered
- 37:29him to pay millions to St. Luke's Health System
- 37:31in a civil defamation case. A Utah court denied
- 37:34his request to discharge that debt through bankruptcy.
- 37:38Bundy has yet to pay the $52 million judgment,
- 37:40which has been growing at more than 10 % interest
- 37:43a year since 2023. Do you know what happened
- 37:47originally with this whole St. Luke's M and Bundy
- 37:50thing? I believe that has to do with St. Luke's
- 37:54holding a couple of either one or a couple of
- 37:56kids hostage. And it was a really high profile
- 37:59situation for months where they took a child
- 38:03away from a couple. St. Luke's held the child.
- 38:07The couple sued to get the child back and M and
- 38:11Bundy jumped on the cause. A, because I think
- 38:14he believed in the cause and B, because he was
- 38:16running for office at the time. So it was sort
- 38:18of something he kind of impromptu added to his,
- 38:21to his platform as he was running for governor.
- 38:25You're right on it. So it's in 2022 and it was
- 38:29Ammon Bundy's associate, Diego Rodriguez, who
- 38:32had accused St. Luke's health in Boise of kidnapping
- 38:35and trafficking children after authorities had
- 38:38taken Rodriguez's grandson, his 10 month old
- 38:41grandson into protective custody and then treated
- 38:44the kid at the hospital. And then Bundy and his
- 38:47associates, this is the allegation, they spread
- 38:49claims that St. Luke's was conspiring with child
- 38:51protection authorities to kidnap, traffic and
- 38:54kill children. And then St. Luke's sued for defamation.
- 38:58And the verdict was in 2023 summer, and they
- 39:03were awarded $52 .5 million in compensatory and
- 39:06punitive damages, which you just heard there
- 39:08in the NPR story, and then that's been like compounding
- 39:10with interest. Bundy and the other defendant,
- 39:13they didn't even, okay. So he's at over $60 million
- 39:15now, and as an anti -government activist, naturally
- 39:18he doesn't believe that he should have to renew
- 39:20his driver's license or have a license plate
- 39:22on the car he owns. But unfortunately for him,
- 39:24the peace officers disagree. So he was just arrested
- 39:28officers. Yeah. So, but what's interesting, I
- 39:30don't just call them Roman Centurions is really
- 39:33what they are. You know, if this, if this was
- 39:342000 years ago, it would be Roman Centurions
- 39:37acting on behalf of Rome. And, uh, you know,
- 39:41they pull you over with your donkey and cart
- 39:43on the road and in, you know, in modern day Germany
- 39:47or France, now Gaul, and they, hey, what's in
- 39:51the cart? None of your business. You're in, you
- 39:53know, like this is France, get out of here, Gaul,
- 39:56get out of here. And they're like, oh, well,
- 39:57hey, but we're the Romans. So you give us a piece
- 40:00right now, or we'll march you on down to the,
- 40:03to the local cage and throw you in there. And
- 40:06back then people would be like, this is an outrage.
- 40:09And the only reason you guys can get away with
- 40:11this because you've conquered the whole known
- 40:12world. but also fuck you. And now most people
- 40:15are just like, well, he should have just followed
- 40:17the law. Just follow the lure, you know, should
- 40:20have registered your vehicle. You should have
- 40:22had a license. You should have wasted all your
- 40:25time and money given the government what it wants.
- 40:29So, well, had you just done that, you wouldn't
- 40:32had to, they wouldn't have to have peaceably
- 40:35pinned you to the asphalt. Yeah. Yeah. See what
- 40:40you, what everybody fails to understand is that
- 40:41Ammon Bundy is the Or I guess they fully understand,
- 40:44I'm being tongue -in -cheek here, but you know,
- 40:46Ammon Bundy, he's the jerk in this situation.
- 40:48He's the bad guy for just wanting to be left
- 40:52alone and not pay the government the blood money
- 40:54it demands. He's anti -government. It's pretty
- 40:58incredible, Scott. We are conditioned as a people
- 41:00to believe that compliance with this nonsense
- 41:04is totally okay and is socially acceptable and
- 41:08it's legitimate. And these people literally charge
- 41:12us to use our own stuff and then throw us in
- 41:15a cage if we don't if we don't pay even the charge
- 41:18the actual legal charge failure to obey obey
- 41:23and interfering interfering with a peace officer,
- 41:26which is they love that one. That's a It's so
- 41:31inverted yeah interviewed they interview with
- 41:33him and it's like well, yeah, man because he'd
- 41:35never license plate What do you expect you psycho
- 41:37anarchist? Okay, fine. They still intervene with
- 41:41him Yeah, so there we were ruining society mining
- 41:46our own business and not having a license plate.
- 41:48Oh my god You're not allowed to do that obey
- 41:51obey obey Yeah, but then this peace officer who
- 41:55was keeping the peace by initiating this and
- 41:59initiating and escalating this interaction this
- 42:02interaction that I didn't initiate they initiated
- 42:05Yeah, peace officer. That's great Time to be
- 42:09alive, huh Scott? Like in any other scenario,
- 42:13in any other scenario, people would be outraged.
- 42:17You just change the costumes and people would
- 42:21be outraged. or even the word obey. It's recognized
- 42:25so easily as like a dystopian big brother or
- 42:29whatever, you know, a label you want to apply
- 42:31to it, like obey or else. But then when it actually
- 42:35gets filtered through officialdom, like NPR or
- 42:38legalese, it's like, oh yeah, the guy failed
- 42:40to obey. You know, lock him up, throw away the
- 42:42key. He failed to obey. Put him in the cage.
- 42:45So now this is a little, I don't, this is kind
- 42:47of sticky because obviously St. Luke's is litigious.
- 42:52I don't want to say anything or whatever that,
- 42:54you know, you don't want to take any chances.
- 42:56But I did. I was like, OK, so what is the nature
- 43:00of what he was saying about the trafficking,
- 43:02the kids? And so here's just quickly here's some
- 43:06of his own words. This is Bundy speaking first
- 43:09person into a into a whatever his phone in twenty
- 43:13twenty three. Hey, guys, I just checked out St.
- 43:16Luke's Hospital's website and they're still advertising
- 43:19that they're doing. uh, sex change hormonal therapy
- 43:22and sex change surgeries on minors here in Idaho.
- 43:26I did a video on this a few months ago with all
- 43:28the evidence and, and their websites and all
- 43:31of that. And so I'm going to show it here. You
- 43:33got to check it out. What did these people do
- 43:36to earn this money? Okay. Well, before I keep
- 43:38going here, let me, I don't want to say it in
- 43:40my words, so unfortunately I'm going to ask Chauncey.
- 43:45As concisely as possible, St. Luke's in Boise,
- 43:48did they ever advertise gender health -affirming
- 43:51services for minors? Checking now, yes. In September
- 43:572022, St. Luke's advertised care for gender -diverse
- 44:01minors at its children's essence clinic, including
- 44:04puberty blockers and gender -affirming therapy.
- 44:07That language was likely removed from its site.
- 44:09Uh -huh. And then it was removed from the site.
- 44:13So I'm not saying they are or aren't doing it.
- 44:16I am saying that their own website Advertised
- 44:20it and as of 2022. So did they just remove it
- 44:24from the website? Are they not doing it any longer?
- 44:25I don't really know but the notion that I am
- 44:29in Bundy, you know, they're still doing that
- 44:31stuff. You know, they are Well, I don't want
- 44:35it. They're litigious. I don't want to say that
- 44:37and then the head and then they sue, you know,
- 44:39we don't know that like we can only speculate
- 44:41based on their prior behavior and their very
- 44:46cavalier, they're proud, they were proud of it.
- 44:49I mean, if they're, so they changed their mind.
- 44:50I'm not accusing them of selling children or
- 44:52anything like that. I'm saying, you know, but
- 44:54I am saying that there is absolutely no doubt
- 44:58that they're transient kids. You know, they are.
- 45:01Well, like I said, I don't want to get sued,
- 45:03you know, so we don't know that. All the colleges
- 45:07were told they can't do DEI programs anymore.
- 45:10And they reluctantly, you know, and they said,
- 45:12no. the Trump and all them guys were like, fine,
- 45:15you don't get any money. And they were like,
- 45:17okay, fine. We will stop. And all they did was
- 45:20just rename all the departments and all the programs.
- 45:22They didn't change anything. They just renamed
- 45:24it. They're like, so we're no longer transing
- 45:27kids. We are allowing kids to explore the other
- 45:32side of the gender coin. Yes, by cranking them
- 45:37full of hormones and puberty blockers and otherwise
- 45:40jamming insane biologics down their gullets because
- 45:43they very wisely in the middle of their teenage
- 45:47-dom know that they aren't the gender that they
- 45:50are. Okay. And how else are they going to get
- 45:53that sweet merc grant? The notion too that there
- 45:58are a lot of very like, I'm not saying necessarily
- 46:01that it's like, this is demonic, even though
- 46:04it is. That doesn't necessarily mean that everyone
- 46:07that's involved in it is demonic by their like
- 46:10intentions or nature. But just because you're
- 46:13sincere doesn't mean that what you're doing,
- 46:16like sacrificing kids, like throwing kids into
- 46:20volcanoes to sacrifice the God of their parents'
- 46:23choice. It's like as old as humanity, child sacrifice.
- 46:27And the people that did it thought they were
- 46:29doing right by God, by the gods, by whatever
- 46:32it is. Just because you think you're doing right
- 46:36by the kid doesn't mean that what you're doing
- 46:40isn't demonic. It just means you think it's right.
- 46:42You join a long line of humans throughout history
- 46:45who've done horrible things to kids in the name
- 46:47of good things for kids. I mean, the Old Testament,
- 46:52half the Old Testament focuses on God basically
- 46:54going, yeah, you see those people over there?
- 46:58Like you Israelites as my chosen people, go wipe
- 47:00them out. And now that... that, you know, offends
- 47:03our modern sensibilities. But if you actually
- 47:06know the historical context, they were all cultures
- 47:09who slaughtered their own children. Every culture
- 47:12that God commanded to be wiped out has one thing
- 47:14in common. Well, they have a lot of things in
- 47:16common, but the number one thing, the slaughter
- 47:20of children as a form of worship, as a cultural
- 47:23practice, the slaughter of innocence. So, boy,
- 47:27how far we've come to say about it. Yeah. Hey,
- 47:31I'm just saying like I'm just saying, again,
- 47:34I'm just noticing things. That's it. I'm just
- 47:36noticing things. You know, I can read words.
- 47:39I understand context and language and history,
- 47:43and I just notice things. That's all. Well, they
- 47:47participated in taking baby Cyrus from his loving
- 47:50and caring parents. And what did Diego and I
- 47:54do to deserve everything we own and more stripped
- 47:57from us? Well, we said bad things about them
- 48:01for taking baby Cyrus away. Bad things that are
- 48:05true, that they did not want other people to
- 48:07hear. Things that were exposing them. And what
- 48:12type of things did we say that were bad about
- 48:14them? Well, the same type of things that other
- 48:17people are saying about them. In fact, on February
- 48:217th, in the Idaho Tribune, there's an article
- 48:24titled, Representative Bruce Gag. Skagged introduced
- 48:29bill blocking I like Bruce gag mutilation and
- 48:33Bruce gag lockers in Idaho The article is very
- 48:37interesting. It says yesterday February 7th is
- 48:41a day that will live in infamy for groomers child
- 48:44predators Democrats perverts Satanists sodomites
- 48:48Antifa pedophilias and the senior executives
- 48:54at st. Luke's Hospital Interesting, right? The
- 48:59article goes on it says representative Bruce
- 49:01gag introduced. Okay get you get the idea Well,
- 49:05good luck. I'm in Bundy when the forces of when
- 49:07the peaceful forces of officialdom decide that
- 49:10your target rots a ruck It's a tough road a hoe
- 49:14man. I respect it. I ha yeah, I too am anti -government
- 49:19Yeah, that's on record. Who cares? Everybody
- 49:21knows So I do wish you the best of luck man.
- 49:24You take a stand you get you get beat up pretty
- 49:26good and hard and man the Bundy family They know
- 49:28it I don't agree with everything from them, but
- 49:31you know, whatever. I agree with what they're
- 49:34trying to do. Well, I wish I had something lighthearted
- 49:38to do this transition with, but I'm not gonna.
- 49:41Yeah, we got a hard out today, but hey, it's
- 49:44the 50th episode of this program. No ID. And
- 49:49no ID. This is one year and 50 episodes of running
- 49:53on the value for value model. And for however
- 49:56much longer this program continues, it will continue
- 49:59to do so. Value for value means that we do not
- 50:02have sponsors. There are no advertisers, neither
- 50:05Paul nor I are on anybody's payroll. So whatever
- 50:08you're hearing on this show is just unfiltered
- 50:11us. We don't get told what to say or what not
- 50:13to say by any sponsors or advertisers, which
- 50:16is what everyone else essentially in the media
- 50:18space has to deal with, including me in previous
- 50:22versions of my. whatever broadcast life, it sucks.
- 50:26Value for value in Contra distinction doesn't.
- 50:29And that means simply that if you find value
- 50:31in our program, if you enjoy what we put out
- 50:34every week, every Thursday, we try to make it
- 50:36as high quality as possible every week. And if
- 50:39you find that to be the case, then please contribute

- 52:01that helps us do clips of this show that he built
- 52:04And he lets us have an account there and use
- 52:06that. It is not free. And he provides that as
- 52:09a value for value service. Well, it is for us.
- 52:11Woo. Hey, we thank you, dude, named Jeff. Thanks,

- 52:34let people know that this program exists if you
- 52:36find it valuable. That being said, if you like
- 52:38us, shout it from the rooftops. Just don't do
- 52:40it anywhere near peace officers. You shout like
- 52:44that, they put you in jail. We do not have no
- 52:46idea in Baracua. Let's thank our executive producers
- 52:51here for episode five zero and. making a returning
- 52:56value in the treasure department makes you an
- 52:58executive producer of that week's episode here
- 53:00on episode 50 you guys came through in a big
- 53:03way with the treasure so let's read some notes
- 53:06first up anonymous 400 bucks which is our single
- 53:13biggest donation today Number one on the donation
- 53:18chart. Anonymous. Anonymous. We don't even get
- 53:20to like, do you know who it is? I do know who
- 53:24it is. Yes, I do know who it is. And this person
- 53:27is just sort of not a very boisterous person
- 53:29by nature. And he didn't want to be, I'll say
- 53:32his gender. Tell me off the show. I will. Okay,
- 53:35I will. Unless he goes to St. Luke's. It's temporary.
- 53:41Hold still for the hormones. You can reverse
- 53:42it any time. Why are your fingers crossed behind
- 53:45your back? Shut up. Okay. It's from anonymous
- 53:48400 bucks. Um, also that's a, we need your kidneys.
- 53:53You said, uh, I haven't donated before, so I
- 53:56figured I'd make up for it. Do not make a big
- 53:58deal out of this. No note. So sorry, dude, not
- 54:02make a big deal out of this. That's what he said.
- 54:03That's what he said. And then he said, whatever
- 54:05anonymous don't tell me what to do. And then
- 54:08he said, no note. So I was like, uh, well, too
- 54:10bad, dude. I'm taking the text before that. Yeah,
- 54:16no, we're making a big deal out of it. You can't
- 54:18tell us what to do, but thank you. Thank you,
- 54:23Anonymous. Greatly appreciated. All right. There's
- 54:26a new benchmark now. That's the number one donation.
- 54:29All right. Or if you factor it the way he factored
- 54:32it, it's $8 a week. So, thank you, Anonymous.
- 54:37You know, when you put it that way, it doesn't
- 54:39seem like a whole other lot, does it? And that's
- 54:43the nature of it. You see? Statistics, baby,
- 54:45woo! Damn lies, damn lies in statistics. And
- 54:48he did say, I haven't donated before, so I figured
- 54:51I'd make up for it. So, there you go. You know,
- 54:53he figured the show was worth eight bucks a week.
- 54:55That's how you return value. I was just showing
- 54:57you how we do this in the biz and how government
- 55:00does it in the biz. It was like, for the low,
- 55:03low price of just $8 a week, you too can contribute
- 55:07to transient a kid at St. Luke's. Wait, hold
- 55:09on. All that listening, and he donated less than
- 55:13500 bucks. These cuts are killing people, Scott.
- 55:20Yeah. All right, let's keep going. These cuts
- 55:23are killing people. Next up is Angela Lenz, AKA
- 55:28the Spook of Spirit Lake, came in with a 50 bucks
- 55:34episode, a show number donation, five oh. And
- 55:38Angela said, you may officially assume the distinct
- 55:41honor of deducing me, before I've even been deduced
- 55:45by the podcast that kicked me in the mouth, if
- 55:48you know, you know. So this is no Agenda Universe.
- 55:51Here she said, I heard No Agenda talking about
- 55:54a really good pod coming out of North Idaho.
- 55:57Yeah, it might have sounded something like this.
- 55:59I guess that North Idaho show is doing okay.
- 56:03A ringing endorsement from Adam Curry, the pod
- 56:05father. That NAID, No Agenda Idaho NAID. Yeah,
- 56:13thanks, Curry. You know how much rejection I
- 56:15face every day? She said, I tried looking it
- 56:20up. and I thought I had found it in the North
- 56:22Idaho experience. And I listened to a few episodes
- 56:24and I thought to myself, well, that's okay, but
- 56:26it's not that good. Then while road tripping
- 56:28with my husband recently and looking for something
- 56:33different to listen to, he mentioned your show.
- 56:35I didn't take long to realize that I'd been turned
- 56:38onto the wrong channel. This is the one they
- 56:40were talking about. Anyhow, I'm really enjoying
- 56:45it and I hope you guys keep it up. Sincerely,
- 56:48Shane. Sincerely from the spook of Spirit Lake.
- 56:53And we appreciate it a lot. That's fantastic.
- 56:56I'm glad you finally found the right one. This
- 56:58is Angela. Angela. Thank you, Angela. Welcome
- 57:02to the show. Glad you found the right one. Thank
- 57:07you. She's like, this can't be it. If we ever
- 57:12get invited to the North Idaho Experience, I
- 57:14know you've been on, but if we get invited, I
- 57:17can't wait to rub that in their faces. I'm going
- 57:19to open up with that. Absolutely. I'm going to
- 57:21ask him. So what's it feel like to be the number
- 57:23two rated North Idaho show? At least in Spirit
- 57:29Lake. This is a next one coming in with another
- 57:33number one in Coeur d 'Alene, but we're number
- 57:35one in Spirit Lake. So you just back off. Hey
- 57:38man, we're taking Blanchard by storm. Hell yeah.
- 57:42Oh yeah. Thanks. We Jeff. Yeah. We Jeff is up
- 57:45on his roof with a megaphone. If you know, you
- 57:48know. All right. Here's AC, not Adam Curry. It's
- 57:53a different AC coming in with another 50, another
- 57:56show number donation and no note from AC. Thank
- 58:00you, AC. Oh, okay. No note. Thank you, AC. Appreciate
- 58:03it, brother. Here is Kevin. Oh, we should say
- 58:07thank you, not Adam Curry. Yeah, it's not Adam
- 58:09Curry, but actually it's a female. I do know
- 58:12who it is and it is a female. So Sista, I think
- 58:16would be more appropriate. Oh, yeah. Sorry. Now
- 58:20I'm picking up what you're throwing down. I mean,
- 58:21I, I understood the female aspect of it. I just
- 58:23was like, there was something else I was supposed
- 58:25to say. And then there was that awkward pause.
- 58:28And so I waited for you. What you can go now.
- 58:34Okay. Here, here is a executive producer extraordinaire,
- 58:40Kevin Killian coming in with, Oh, he's back.
- 58:43He's back with $50 and 50 cents. Five Oh five
- 58:47Oh. Which is a turbo show number donation and
- 58:51his note says Congratulations gents. It's rare
- 58:55to see two hacks survive this long Especially
- 58:58when they don't even know what time the executive
- 59:00producer appreciation event is Yeah, when we
- 59:06got when we did our meetup at the racketeer I
- 59:09feel attacked Kevin showed up at about six or
- 59:13so. And, you know, we'd already been there for
- 59:15like seven. It was like seven or seven thirty.
- 59:18Was that late? OK. Well, it was late. We had
- 59:21said, you know, like, oh, yeah, three o 'clock
- 59:23to whenever, you know, maybe to close. You know,
- 59:25we were really thinking about partying when we
- 59:27were just considering what the event would look
- 59:29like. And then Kevin showed up, you know, a couple
- 59:32of fewish hours into it and like everyone besides
- 59:35you and I and like a couple of other people had
- 59:37already left. and Kevin was like what you said
- 59:39you said to close I who's we white man but you
- 59:44you did three to close no no no that was you
- 59:48you better watch it or I'm gonna be going to
- 59:51st Luke's for tips on how to sue somebody's ass
- 59:53you know what man I don't make me pull it and
- 59:57put it in in post I will I'll do it no I know
- 1:00:00you would too that's why I'm gonna back down
- 1:00:02right now I'm looking over at my attorney and
- 1:00:05he's advised me not to proceed I'm looking over
- 1:00:08at the North Idaho NAACP guy, and he doesn't
- 1:00:12think anything you say is right despite you being
- 1:00:13the talent. Show some respect. No, he just wants
- 1:00:15to put it on a ballot initiative. Here is next
- 1:00:20one from... Hey, it's the anonymous... Thank
- 1:00:23you, Kevin. Thank you, Kevin. We appreciate you
- 1:00:25a lot. Here's Anonymous Boomer coming in with
- 1:00:29another show number donation, 50 bucks. And it's
- 1:00:33a short note. Congrats on episode number 50.
- 1:00:37Who would have guessed you two would make it
- 1:00:39this far? Winky face. I'm seeing a theme here.
- 1:00:43I can't quite put my finger on it, but I'm feeling
- 1:00:46something. I have to say props to Anonymous Boomer
- 1:00:50for coming back again and again. I will give
- 1:00:52you that. You're nothing if not resilient. We
- 1:00:55go round and round and you come at me and I respond
- 1:00:57to you and tell you how much I hate your kind,
- 1:01:01but not you specifically. That's how Nathan probably
- 1:01:05feels. The lounge. Oh, you're what? No, you're
- 1:01:07one of the good ones. The rest of them should
- 1:01:09die in a fire, but you're all right. Yeah, you're
- 1:01:12OK. Yeah. No props to you. Anonymous Boomer.
- 1:01:17Thanks for the support, man. Thank you very much.
- 1:01:20Greatly appreciated. And a few more here, sir.
- 1:01:23I do love the conversation, too, by the way.
- 1:01:25When you guys push back, I enjoy it. Sir, Jamo
- 1:01:28Black Baron of North Idaho is back with a another
- 1:01:31two weeks in a row with a shiny schmeckle. And
- 1:01:36no note from Ser Jamo. Thank you, Ser Jamo. No
- 1:01:39note. Nothing about how surprised he is that
- 1:01:42we've made it this long with all of his shiny
- 1:01:44schmeckles. That's not Ser Jamo's style. No,
- 1:01:47he's a nice guy. And here is a row of ducks,
- 1:01:52tutu .tutu from the Crypt Slapper of CDA. And
- 1:01:57he said, a row of ducks to you gentlemen. Looking
- 1:02:00forward to the next 50. Hell yeah. Yeah, and
- 1:02:05for the second year, you'll get 52 episodes.
- 1:02:08You only got 50 for the first year because Scott
- 1:02:10and I were like, let's do it bi -weekly. Yeah.
- 1:02:13Right, bi -weekly? Bi -monthly, bi -monthly,
- 1:02:15every other week. Okay, sure, we'll go with that.
- 1:02:19I don't think that's right. But anyways, and
- 1:02:21after what, our second episode, you went, you
- 1:02:23know what, we have enough content, let's do it
- 1:02:25weekly. And I said, okay, here we are. Bi -monthly,
- 1:02:31adjective, happening twice a month, semicolon,
- 1:02:33semi -monthly. Hmm. So bi -weekly is twice a
- 1:02:37week? Yeah. Yes, sir. That is my understanding.
- 1:02:40And apparently it's the internet's understanding
- 1:02:42too. Consulting the Google machine. It has two
- 1:02:49opposite meanings, Scott. Occurring every two
- 1:02:52weeks or occurring twice a week. And that is
- 1:02:55based on the Google machine. Oh. Weird. So we're
- 1:03:00both right? You know what? Let's take it. That's
- 1:03:05perfect. We both win. Okay, let's get through
- 1:03:09the rest of these here. So because I know you
- 1:03:10got a hard out Idaho outlaw 88 comes in with
- 1:03:14a shiny schmeckle as well another 9 .99 and both
- 1:03:19Idaho outlaw encrypts labors of CDA answer Jamo
- 1:03:23and anonymous boomer and Kevin and this is a
- 1:03:26bunch of you guys are have you guys have donated
- 1:03:29before so we appreciate the recurring support
- 1:03:30very much Idaho outlaw 88 says happy 50th from
- 1:03:34thank you from the Idaho outlaw awesome And then
- 1:03:38finally, one more, and it's another 50 bucks.
- 1:03:42Another show number donation, and this is from
- 1:03:45my own wife, Danica. My wife sent in 50 bucks,
- 1:03:49and I saw it come in this morning as I was doing
- 1:03:51show prep. And the note says, your one year anniversary
- 1:03:54and your 50th episode, way to go 2Ts. That's
- 1:03:57been a long time nickname of hers. for me and
- 1:04:00she clarified she was like this is from my real
- 1:04:02estate money so this is actually a real donation
- 1:04:05from my my own personal real estate commission
- 1:04:07money to you so that's why i'm including it thanks
- 1:04:10baby girl oh appreciate it sweet danica you're
- 1:04:14a sweetheart that's cool that's really cool also
- 1:04:17you guys keep your money separate not all of
- 1:04:19it no but like we do have some yeah we'll talk
- 1:04:22off air but yeah no it's not all it's not all
- 1:04:24melded No, we're individual adults who had lives
- 1:04:27before one another. Yeah, I don't know. I got
- 1:04:31married young, so basically just a single -celled
- 1:04:34organism glommed together, me and my wife. I
- 1:04:37like it. I don't know about her. She probably
- 1:04:39sees it as a parasitic arrangement, but I'm pretty
- 1:04:42fond of it myself. Are you a capped man? Yeah,
- 1:04:43you're parasitic. Well, it's interesting, too,
- 1:04:46because we're very grateful. Paul and I are both
- 1:04:48sort of in similar seasons, which, you know,
- 1:04:51like, oh, we've built and sold businesses and
- 1:04:53we have young children. but Paul has a whole
- 1:04:56previous thing where when I was, you know, front
- 1:04:59loading all my freedom and not doing the married
- 1:05:01young and kids young stuff, he was. So he's also
- 1:05:04got the other end of that where he's got, he's
- 1:05:06been married much longer. He has a kid who's
- 1:05:09like up rapidly approaching adulthood, the oldest
- 1:05:11one. So, but even though we share seasons, we
- 1:05:13also don't. Yeah, it's cool. It's cool. I have
- 1:05:17I have a kid who's almost she's almost 16. She's
- 1:05:20gainfully employed. She's getting her GED this
- 1:05:23fall, then she's starting college, her version
- 1:05:25of college in January. Not stupid, shitty college,
- 1:05:29but like trade school type. college where you
- 1:05:31learn. So like in one fell swoop, I can, I'll
- 1:05:34sit in the passenger seat, look over and my 16
- 1:05:37year old, almost 16 year old daughter is driving
- 1:05:39and gainfully employed. And I look back and I've
- 1:05:41got a toddler in the car seat. And then I've
- 1:05:43got my older son who's 12 and squarely kind of
- 1:05:47between everybody. So all from one marriage.
- 1:05:49Yeah. You know, I got married. I just turned
- 1:05:5220 and Mary turned 19 on our honeymoon. So yeah,
- 1:05:57you know, when you know, you know, and we knew.
- 1:06:00It's been a good life. Anyways, steering it back
- 1:06:03to where it should be. Thank you everybody. We
- 1:06:05appreciate the support. Awesome. You guys came
- 1:06:07in in a big way for us and we appreciate the
- 1:06:10ongoing support and the extra support for this
- 1:06:11milestone 50th episode. And it should be an interesting
- 1:06:15year coming up of like, like Paul said, aiming
- 1:06:18for 52 here in 2026, 2027 and grateful for your
- 1:06:23guys' support. Very much so yeah, and I think
- 1:06:27now is probably the perfect time to announce
- 1:06:28then that now that I have now that we have all
- 1:06:31of these Schmeckles the show is over. We're retiring
- 1:06:33and We don't need you guys anymore We're rich.
- 1:06:37Where do you want to go like Barbette? No, you
- 1:06:40say like not Barbados. What were you talking
- 1:06:41about Malta? Malta, yeah tax haven here we come
- 1:06:47in islands I'm thinking so, dude. You can't let
- 1:06:49them touch it. I would rather light my money
- 1:06:52on fire than give it to the government because
- 1:06:55it's still better spent because at least I can
- 1:06:58enjoy the warmth for a little while. You're getting
- 1:07:01tired of all those people trying to inflict peace
- 1:07:03upon you? Oh man, so much peace. I cannot handle
- 1:07:08all of the peace that is being... Inflicted.
- 1:07:13Remember this one? This is John Webb from KTVB.
- 1:07:17Remember this one? Be skeptical of anyone who
- 1:07:19is demanding money to protect you from a threat.
- 1:07:24Oh, man, we couldn't we couldn't make this shit
- 1:07:27up if we tried like you would think this is an
- 1:07:30alternate timeline where these people are warning
- 1:07:32us to be skeptical of the very thing they're
- 1:07:34doing to us. But don't be skeptical when it's
- 1:07:37them doing it to us because they have the proper
- 1:07:39costumes and they filed the right paperwork.
- 1:07:41So it's legitimate. They're very good at masking
- 1:07:43themselves as a legitimate private entity. And
- 1:07:46then when you really pull everything back and
- 1:07:49you pull these layers back, you realize who you're
- 1:07:51dealing with. You're dealing with the cartel.
- 1:07:53That's the head of ISP. You're dealing with the
- 1:07:55cartel. That's ISP's head honcho. He's a head
- 1:07:59honcho. Yep. All right. So well, Scott, I love
- 1:08:02it. We're going to launch straight into second
- 1:08:04half here, A, because we have a hard out and
- 1:08:06B, because we're... Oh, go right ahead. Yep.
- 1:08:08Sorry. Go ahead. No, you go ahead. well we're
- 1:08:10going all right let me do my thing yeah yeah
- 1:08:12go go 25 25 schmeckles i don't know how much
- 1:08:17i don't know what that is is that a lot is it
- 1:08:18a little you know you'd think after a year we'd
- 1:08:20have a better rhythm but uh we're still we're
- 1:08:22still working on it guys maybe next year maybe
- 1:08:25next year scott nile have a better rhythm all
- 1:08:27right what do you want to say now scott it's
- 1:08:29your turn stepping all over the talent i'm so
- 1:08:31very deeply sorry i was saying that we're gonna
- 1:08:34be a lesson we're having a little bit uh starting
- 1:08:36to have some pushback from the algos for the
- 1:08:40music, the interlude on account of, oh, it's
- 1:08:43like, well, it's copyright. We're going to limit
- 1:08:45your distribution. Oh, are we? Yeah. Oh, it's
- 1:08:48not a strike. But you know, you can't this is
- 1:08:51copyrighted material. So you might have limited
- 1:08:52distribution. I think once you start hitting
- 1:08:54certain metrics and you start getting on radar,
- 1:08:57even in a small way, they care. Start being.
- 1:08:59Yeah, they care. So we might have to just sort
- 1:09:01of omit that or come up with something other
- 1:09:03to do. But in the meantime, especially for this
- 1:09:05show, let's just go right into second half. What
- 1:09:07do you think? Yep. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. I really
- 1:09:10like having the song in between. It was kind
- 1:09:12of a nice, I don't know. It was nice, but I definitely
- 1:09:14don't want to risk our ability to reach everybody
- 1:09:18by doing that. Not worth it. So we'll put our
- 1:09:21heads together as far as that goes. Also, as
- 1:09:23far as putting our heads together, we probably
- 1:09:25ought to let everybody know real quick. We are
- 1:09:27working on some stuff. We got we Jeff Mason in
- 1:09:29the house. He's got all kinds of ideas. Most
- 1:09:31of them make my eyes roll back into my head because
- 1:09:33I don't understand what the hell he's talking
- 1:09:34about, but it sounds pretty pretty fresh, fun
- 1:09:37and fresh and spicy and cool and, you know, a
- 1:09:40lot of technological jargon that I don't understand.
- 1:09:42But I think we've got some cool things coming
- 1:09:44down the pipe to make everything a little user
- 1:09:47friendly and maybe more community participatory.
- 1:09:52I think we're also maybe still trying to figure
- 1:09:55out what we can do to give a little value back
- 1:09:57to you guys in some way, shape or form. For those
- 1:09:59of you who are our biggest supporters, we've
- 1:10:01been rolling around a lot of ideas that we haven't
- 1:10:03come across anything we love yet, but. Year two,
- 1:10:07you know, give us time. We're still trying to
- 1:10:09figure out how to do this podcast together. Give
- 1:10:11us more time. Yeah. Let's freaking go. Let's
- 1:10:22go! It's time. Yeah! Better put your fighting
- 1:10:28trousers on. Hitting the heavy bag. Oh, I'm just
- 1:10:33wailing on this heavy bag. That's not all you're
- 1:10:37wailing on. Because I hear you guys are having
- 1:10:40a baby. Oh, I don't have a baby cry sound effect.
- 1:10:46Well, how to add that. I guess. So I wanted to
- 1:10:52say it earlier, but I'm pretty excited for you
- 1:10:53guys. And I don't know. Hopefully you don't get
- 1:10:56mad at me for saying it on the podcast, but I'm
- 1:10:58pretty stoked for you guys. You're having another
- 1:11:00kiddo. At least replacement value now. Thank
- 1:11:02God, geez, he needed at least two to replace.
- 1:11:06And yeah, cool things. I'm excited. But the real
- 1:11:10question is, how do you think he will vote? So
- 1:11:18hold on, don't answer that. It's a rhetorical
- 1:11:19question. All right, here's your Scott shots.
- 1:11:21And I actually have some audio for this. What?
- 1:11:27Sophia Roslyn's voting history is pretty straightforward.
- 1:11:31I've been a lifelong Democrat. I've never voted
- 1:11:33for a Republican candidate in my life. I've certainly
- 1:11:36never donated to a Republican candidate. That
- 1:11:39streak is coming to an end. I'm voting for Mike
- 1:11:42Rogers because I would not vote for else I had.
- 1:11:45The lawyer from Vote Rich Oakland County is far
- 1:11:48from alone. But because I'm not a wizard like
- 1:11:51Scott, I have to do this the hard way. So there's
- 1:11:57something up in the state of Michigan. Hurt people,
- 1:12:01hurt people. That maybe if we're serious about
- 1:12:03ending the hurt, we should stop hurting people.
- 1:12:06That's what I mean. Good words. Good words from
- 1:12:09a certain candidate who believes a certain way.
- 1:12:12OK, stick with me here. I got more. There's more.
- 1:12:16I'm sorry. You have no business being in the
- 1:12:18United States Senate. I'm very much aware that
- 1:12:22there are a number of Democrats who feel that
- 1:12:23they need to vote for the MAGA candidate, Mike
- 1:12:26Rogers. To me, that goes against everything that
- 1:12:31a Democrat stands for. So there's a certain demographic
- 1:12:35in Michigan that is having a really hard time
- 1:12:38trying to decide between the two Senate candidates.
- 1:12:42What is that demographic? It was like Al Sayed
- 1:12:47al -Bahibi versus Mike Rogers? Yeah, um, yeah
- 1:12:52alphabet versus white guy. Yeah. Mm -hmm Jews
- 1:12:59Hey All right and play the whole thing So fire
- 1:13:06Roslyn's voting history is pretty straightforward.
- 1:13:08I've been a lifelong Democrat I've never voted
- 1:13:11for a Republican candidate in my life. I've certainly
- 1:13:14never donated to Republican candidate That streak
- 1:13:17is coming to an end. I'm voting for Mike Rogers
- 1:13:20because I would I'm a Jew and I'm voting for
- 1:13:24Mike Rogers the Republican Not vote for else.
- 1:13:27I had the law. I will not vote for else. I had
- 1:13:29hey Scott part two Why do you think they're not
- 1:13:31gonna vote for else? I had wait did she did she
- 1:13:34say that I missed it? No, no, but yes, okay the
- 1:13:39clip like Like labels, sir. How do you know?
- 1:13:41Well, we're gonna get there. We're gonna get
- 1:13:42I'm playing the whole clip. All right. Yeah,
- 1:13:45I Just couldn't play the whole clip. It's a lead
- 1:13:48to build up the question I had to I had to split
- 1:13:50it into stuff that didn't give it away, but obviously
- 1:13:52it was obvious All right, so what was the second
- 1:13:56part then? All right, vote rich Oakland County
- 1:14:00is far from alone Jewish voters who typically
- 1:14:03lean left are switching to Rogers in his Michigan
- 1:14:06Senate race against Democrat Abdul Elsayed Jews
- 1:14:10for the most part are Democrats like the majority
- 1:14:14but This just shows this race is different and
- 1:14:17he's just not a just regular Democrat. Too extreme.
- 1:14:20He's an extremist. Sayyid has angered some with
- 1:14:23statements he made after the march attack on
- 1:14:25Temple Israel. Hurt people, hurt people. That
- 1:14:27maybe if we're serious about ending the hurt
- 1:14:29we should stop hurting people. Breaking news,
- 1:14:32the Islamist Senate candidate is anti -Semitic.
- 1:14:37That's what I mean. I condemned the attack. It
- 1:14:39was a vile anti -Semitic attack. I condemned
- 1:14:43the attack, but not the people who carried out
- 1:14:45the attack. The former public health official
- 1:14:53later apologized for his response, but the remark
- 1:14:56helped push some Jewish voters toward Rogers.
- 1:14:58I am supporting Mike Rogers. All of these dudes
- 1:15:02are like Rosenstein or Pete these people Rosenstein
- 1:15:05and Rosen and Rosenthal and uh Who I don't like
- 1:15:10okay, I don't care for okay. I don't like his
- 1:15:13policies Okay, the former congressman has leaked
- 1:15:17But he's gonna vote for him anyways, yeah well
- 1:15:21Because the alternative is you know, the biggest
- 1:15:24problem with him isn't that he's an islamist
- 1:15:26or that he hates jews Is that he was a former
- 1:15:28public health official? Yeah, I'm sure that's
- 1:15:34what the Jewish voting block has against him.
- 1:15:35Well, I'm sure that's what it is. Okay. So is
- 1:15:39there a, is there a question? Well, there was,
- 1:15:41but you answered it. So whatever. Did I get it
- 1:15:45right? Yeah, pretty much. This is what I get
- 1:15:50for trying. I queued it up and I had a couple
- 1:15:52and you just went right into it and my clips
- 1:15:55got blended together. I thought it was really
- 1:15:58funny. I was going to, I was going to do something
- 1:15:59completely unrelated. And then this popped into
- 1:16:01my feed two days ago and I thought, this is actually,
- 1:16:03this is hilarious that this is news over in Michigan.
- 1:16:08The Jewish community in Michigan just doesn't
- 1:16:10know what to do because it's either do we, what
- 1:16:13do we do? So I just thought you'd get a kick
- 1:16:16out of it. So there's because they don't, Jews
- 1:16:18vote for Democrats overwhelmingly. And that's
- 1:16:20been true basically since like FDR. I don't even
- 1:16:23know what goes on in people's heads. Like every
- 1:16:25Democrat is still just like an FDR Democrat,
- 1:16:27which they think of as a good thing, by the way.
- 1:16:29Like that's some sort of defense. And but so
- 1:16:32now it's like, well, the guy who confiscated
- 1:16:34everybody's gold and threw Japanese people in
- 1:16:36internment camps. But hey, he was a really good
- 1:16:38guy. Well, the Japs might have been enemies.
- 1:16:41I mean, there was no way to know. There was so
- 1:16:43much we did. They had it coming. There was so
- 1:16:45much we didn't know. We were acting out of an
- 1:16:47abundance of caution. See, and if it just saves
- 1:16:50one life, everything we do. Now that we've had
- 1:16:5580 more years of science to prove that the Japanese
- 1:16:57are not particularly dangerous, we can let them
- 1:17:01into regular society. So, right, so they're Democrats,
- 1:17:05but in this case they're holding their nose even
- 1:17:08though they hate the guy, they hate what he stands
- 1:17:09for, they hate his policies, they hate his living
- 1:17:11guts, but they're gonna vote for him because
- 1:17:13the other guy is an Islamist. Is that it? Yeah,
- 1:17:17pretty much. That's what it took. Yep, I just
- 1:17:20and I and my my follow -up question and it is
- 1:17:22it's a it's personal but you're my buddy and
- 1:17:24hey here we are is like what how did you how
- 1:17:27did your family get off that reservation Scott?
- 1:17:29I don't know. It's weird. How did you guys escape
- 1:17:32that reservation? It's a great question. I don't
- 1:17:35uh or is it a great question? I think it's a
- 1:17:38great question. That's for the no agenda people
- 1:17:43out there. It's I can't explain it. We've talked
- 1:17:47about that a lot, intra -family, and I don't
- 1:17:50know. I know both of my folks leaned that way
- 1:17:55pretty much always, even though what leaning
- 1:17:57to the right looked like in Southern California
- 1:18:00in the 1990s wasn't really what we think about
- 1:18:03now, but they still were never lefties, I'm pretty
- 1:18:07sure. I don't think they ever voted for a Democrat,
- 1:18:10maybe Carter, maybe. I, but really it's always
- 1:18:15been, they've always been, you know, just sort
- 1:18:17of mainstream American conservative didn't really
- 1:18:20get down with like, you know, the synagogue,
- 1:18:23the lefty synagogue vibes, you know, so they
- 1:18:26ended up more gravitating towards like, like
- 1:18:29Chabad, like, um, Orthodox Judaism, even though
- 1:18:31we were never Orthodox and, and certainly not
- 1:18:35in, you know, we didn't dress that way. We didn't
- 1:18:36like keep a strict kosher, all of the sort of,
- 1:18:39um, ritual rabbinic teachings, whatever that
- 1:18:42stuff, we didn't ever did that. much more much
- 1:18:45more sort of secular in that way. But the values
- 1:18:48that were being promoted by like the synagogue
- 1:18:51and officialdom, they didn't ever get down with
- 1:18:53more of the the the reform. And even they called
- 1:18:56it conservative, but it wasn't. I don't know
- 1:18:58why they didn't. They just never did. And then
- 1:19:02and then once 2020 came around, it was just like,
- 1:19:04oh, this is insane. And then now it's more just
- 1:19:06like skeptical of officialdom and almost more.
- 1:19:09They wouldn't say ANCAP, but that's the direction
- 1:19:12that they've really headed. And I don't know
- 1:19:14how you can come to any other, like why, we've
- 1:19:17talked about that so much. Like how, how do you
- 1:19:20not arrive there eventually? How can you look
- 1:19:22around now and still like be under the impression
- 1:19:26that officialdom is anything other than malevolent?
- 1:19:28They hate you. Yeah. Yeah, they do. It's that
- 1:19:34clip from the NPR guy was like the far right
- 1:19:38Christian extremists as he's, like you said,
- 1:19:40spitting it with vitriol. And my first thought
- 1:19:43is dude, Yeah. Yeah. This dude's a boomer white
- 1:19:47guy who says that clip. And I'm thinking, dude,
- 1:19:52you're a leftist and you're a old white man.
- 1:19:57They hate you. They hate you. Your own political
- 1:20:01camp wants you to die. They hate you. What is
- 1:20:05wrong with you? Yeah, they clearly always have.
- 1:20:07I mean, and that's, that's, that's been true
- 1:20:09for, for, for decades, like clearly openly true
- 1:20:12for decades. It's self -evident. Things that
- 1:20:17are self -evident to us, though, are not to most
- 1:20:19people. I think that's because once you hit a
- 1:20:20level where you've spent five, 10, 20 years doing
- 1:20:23the work, doing the research, reading the articles,
- 1:20:24looking at the stuff and just noticing things,
- 1:20:26and then you just piece it all together. Then
- 1:20:28after that, it's just once you've seen it, you
- 1:20:30can't unsee it and you just always see it. And
- 1:20:32it's like, yeah, this just builds upon what I
- 1:20:34already know. And there it is. But I think. I
- 1:20:36think the vast majority of people just don't
- 1:20:38have their heads up paying attention. So when
- 1:20:40you and I say something that to us is self -evident,
- 1:20:42we've done the work over five, 10, 20 years to
- 1:20:45connect those dots, but those dots are not connected
- 1:20:48for most other folks. So the end of this clip
- 1:20:51is these two people here. And it's so interesting
- 1:20:55to me. Asked to sign. This gal here. I had been
- 1:21:00asked to sign the... Jewish voters for Mike Rogers
- 1:21:04letter was sent to me by a friend of mine. I
- 1:21:06obviously declined to do that I'm very much aware
- 1:21:10that there are a number of Democrats who feel
- 1:21:12that they need to vote for the mega candidate
- 1:21:15Mike Rogers To me that goes against everything
- 1:21:19that a Democrat stands for so I just and why
- 1:21:24I had to do this feature this was because I couldn't
- 1:21:26stop laughing about it as like It's just so nonsensical
- 1:21:30that this demographic there when faced between
- 1:21:33a boomer white mainstream Republican who of course
- 1:21:38is like pro super pro Israel and a MAGA Republican
- 1:21:43so I obviously don't like the guy either because
- 1:21:45the MAGA stuff is utter crap and a candidate
- 1:21:49who is a full -blown alphabet style named Islamist
- 1:21:54socialist and Jews are still like Hmm. It's a
- 1:22:00tough call. Should I flip a coin? Like, what
- 1:22:04do I do? The pro -Israel socialist? Or the all
- 1:22:09-Jews -should -die socialist? Hmm. I just don't
- 1:22:12know because this pro -Israel National Socialist
- 1:22:15MAGA guy goes against everything I stand for
- 1:22:17as a Jewish Democrat. Hmm. I just can't bring
- 1:22:21myself to vote for Mike Rogers. There you go.
- 1:22:27That was my scotch shots. Yeah, the indoctrination
- 1:22:30runs very very deep and For the Jews who are
- 1:22:33not on the left, which are that's not many It's
- 1:22:37very confusing to us as to how it ended up this
- 1:22:39way Just might use probably to me the way it
- 1:22:44is with with evangelicals, you know Who are tend
- 1:22:48to be a somewhat conservative voting block, but
- 1:22:51also get things so so so wrong doctrinally And
- 1:22:57politically, because they'll say they're conservatives,
- 1:23:00but they're still super pro -government when
- 1:23:01it's the big pieces of government they like.
- 1:23:04It's wild to me, man. So, yeah. Anyways, we got
- 1:23:1010 minutes. What you got? Yeah, I got a couple
- 1:23:12more. I'm sorry for the hard out, everybody.
- 1:23:14I apologize, but I got to go get... Speaking
- 1:23:16of being in that phase of life, right, Scott?
- 1:23:17I've got a 16 -year -old, a 12 -year -old, and
- 1:23:19a one and a half -year -old. And my wife is currently
- 1:23:22at homeschool co -op with my 12 -year -old and
- 1:23:25my toddler. And they're hitting a time of the...
- 1:23:27Co -op where I got to go get my toddler so my
- 1:23:29wife can teach the class So i'm just that's why
- 1:23:32I got a heart out in 10 minutes and go get him
- 1:23:34i'm the talent That also hauls around the the
- 1:23:38toddler the toddler talent Well, the town's got
- 1:23:41to go. So let's do I want to do the at least
- 1:23:44I want to get through the bear cat story. New
- 1:23:46tonight, Coeur d 'Alene City Council addressed
- 1:23:48a more than $200 ,000 deficit in the police department's
- 1:23:512027 budget today to replace supplies that were
- 1:23:53lost to a fire two years ago. Police Chief Greg
- 1:23:56Yeager asked for the money to replace a bear
- 1:23:58cat, a UTV and other supplies that have not been
- 1:24:00replaced since that fire. According to Chief
- 1:24:03Yeager, the previous department leadership already
- 1:24:05entered an agreement with the company to replace
- 1:24:06the bear cat into his father guys fall. That
- 1:24:09bear cat is now ready, but the money remaining
- 1:24:11from the insurance payout is not enough to cover
- 1:24:13it. The insurance payment that came back to the
- 1:24:16city was not enough to replace every item in
- 1:24:19its full value. Early on, a decision was made
- 1:24:22to order a bear cat, which is an armored rescue
- 1:24:24vehicle. Part of the reason for that is it takes
- 1:24:27literal years to construct these, and so it makes
- 1:24:29sense to get that production going for. Did you
- 1:24:32catch, too, the passive tense, the milk spilled?
- 1:24:35Early on, a decision was made. A decision was
- 1:24:38made. A decision was made. Years to construct
- 1:24:41these. And so it makes sense to get that production
- 1:24:43going for vital safety equipment. Things happened
- 1:24:47that... Yeah, for the peace officers, you know,
- 1:24:50the tank that they need. I feel like the goose,
- 1:24:53the chasing goose meme was like, who made the
- 1:24:55decision, Stan? Who made the decision, Stan?
- 1:24:58But no just a decision was made somebody was
- 1:25:01made mistakes were made and that shouldn't happen
- 1:25:05I was not the mayor then I was on council. It
- 1:25:08was the other guy's fault was a unique And in
- 1:25:13emergencies like that things can happen The good
- 1:25:16news is that I want everyone to know that the
- 1:25:17city is working so that doesn't happen again,
- 1:25:20okay? City council members rejected Chief Yeager's
- 1:25:26request to fund two motorcycles citing previous
- 1:25:28leadership agreeing to cancel that program. Tonight,
- 1:25:31city council members unanimously approved the
- 1:25:34transfer of $200 ,000 from the general fund for
- 1:25:36the Bearcat, AUTV, and other tactical riot gear.
- 1:25:39I am tired of this shit. So the story is that
- 1:25:43the city of Coeur d 'Alene didn't account good.
- 1:25:51Oh, here's another impromptu Scott shot. Who's
- 1:25:56on the hook for it, Scott? Us. And the same bearcat?
- 1:26:23Hey, what the fuck does that mean, Coeur d 'Alene
- 1:26:25City Council? In 2024, there was this fire they're
- 1:26:30talking about where a lot of this stuff is stored
- 1:26:32motorcycles, the tank, you know, the Bearcat
- 1:26:35and it burned. Apparently it was like a lithium
- 1:26:38ion battery, some e -bike that was charging and
- 1:26:40the building blew up and all this equipment burned.
- 1:26:43And then what they got, they got 2 .2, isn't
- 1:26:45that funny? $2 .2 million thereabouts for the
- 1:26:49insurance payout on it, which as you just heard,
- 1:26:52well, it doesn't. cover all the items at their
- 1:26:54full value or whatever the guy said. What happened
- 1:26:56is they put in the order for this bear cat then
- 1:26:59they signed the purchase agreement it's like
- 1:27:00330k thereabouts and they then proceeded to spend
- 1:27:05all the money save for a hundred grand and then
- 1:27:09now the bear cat is done being assembled and
- 1:27:12ready for delivery and the city council is like
- 1:27:14oh nobody paid this. It's not paid for yet? No.
- 1:27:19And it's like, well, this department didn't say
- 1:27:21that it wasn't paid for, and this department
- 1:27:22thought that it was, and that department is the
- 1:27:24one that signed the purchase order. In other
- 1:27:25words, they didn't account good. So we have this
- 1:27:32invoice. Did you know about this? No, I wasn't
- 1:27:35the mayor then. Did you know about this? No,
- 1:27:37I wasn't the police chief then. This is all somebody
- 1:27:40else's fault. Well, you were too direct. But
- 1:27:42you were on the city council. An invoice has
- 1:27:45appeared. An invoice has appeared. It's all passive.
- 1:27:51All the tense is passive. I just want to point
- 1:27:53out too that this shit wouldn't have happened
- 1:27:55if we didn't have an e -bike program, because
- 1:27:58last time I checked, regular bikes don't spontaneously
- 1:28:01explode, and neither do gas -powered rigs. Just
- 1:28:07going to float that. Maybe the newest and greatest
- 1:28:13and latest thing isn't always the best thing.
- 1:28:16Because gas -powered vehicles don't just spontaneously
- 1:28:19explode either. Well, what do I, what do I know?
- 1:28:25So somewhere in that $2 .2 million budget, they
- 1:28:27just forgot to replace their tank, which is,
- 1:28:30but actually, sorry, Scott, rescue vehicle. Yes.
- 1:28:35When they want to rescue us from having a functional
- 1:28:39four walls in our house before they knock it
- 1:28:43down to come in and get us. Yeah. And it was,
- 1:28:48it's not like they, well, they didn't forget
- 1:28:50that they needed one. They just forgot to pay
- 1:28:52for it. It's like, well, it wasn't supposed to
- 1:28:55be paid for then. It was a purchase agreement.
- 1:28:57Yeah, yeah, I know. Your departments didn't account
- 1:29:00good. And now there's a budget shortfall. And,
- 1:29:03but you know what? You guys don't really care
- 1:29:06because it's we that have to pay for it. And
- 1:29:09that's why these, that's why it's so sloppy all
- 1:29:11the time. And you got Mayor Gukin going like,
- 1:29:14well, this is okay. Yeah, it's okay. This is
- 1:29:17a one off and mistakes were made and it won't
- 1:29:20happen again. Yeah, right. The what he's these
- 1:29:23things happen. Let's listen to his words again
- 1:29:26happened that shouldn't have happened. I was
- 1:29:30not the mayor then I was on council but it was
- 1:29:34a unique situation. And in it was not a unique
- 1:29:38situation. These things happen all the time.
- 1:29:42Your budget is short. You spend more than you
- 1:29:45take in. You don't account good. You're sloppy.
- 1:29:48And it's because it's not your money. You don't
- 1:29:49care. You don't have to earn your money. That's
- 1:29:52why. It's not unique, but okay. And in emergencies
- 1:29:56like that, things can happen. The good news is,
- 1:29:59and I want everyone to know. Oh, that's the other
- 1:30:01part of this. That's the other part. The good
- 1:30:03news. I forgot to mention the whole reason that
- 1:30:07this sort of went down in the first place the
- 1:30:10way that it did is that the city declared an
- 1:30:12emergency in the aftermath of the fire and therefore
- 1:30:16the normal rules that would apply to bidding
- 1:30:19and spending and the process by which you would
- 1:30:23acquire such an expensive vehicle. didn't apply
- 1:30:26any longer. So it's government 101, you declare
- 1:30:29an emergency, you do and spend whatever the hell
- 1:30:32you want, you plunge hopelessly into the red,
- 1:30:36you get your surprised Pikachu face, and then
- 1:30:40you take more money from the taxpayers, you raise
- 1:30:42property taxes, you do whatever you need to do,
- 1:30:44and then you rinse and repeat. It's not unique,
- 1:30:47Mayor Gukin. No, no and when we go hey there
- 1:30:51are there are rules for this kind of stuff and
- 1:30:53they just look at you Is this some sort of peasant
- 1:30:55joke that I'm too rich to understand? The rules
- 1:30:57do not apply. It was an emergency We declared
- 1:31:01it. I didn't say it. I declare an emergency No,
- 1:31:09wait, no, hold on an emergency Paul Paul an emergency
- 1:31:12was declared Who can take your money to some
- 1:31:24other guy the government? who can blow it all
- 1:31:41on a bearcat and then say it's not my fault I
- 1:31:45am the mayor yeah and it's not my fi wasn't the
- 1:31:48mayor then all right I was just I was just a
- 1:31:52lowly city councilman at the time I had no idea
- 1:31:57they made me do it they made me do it yep The
- 1:32:03more things change, man, the more they stay the
- 1:32:05same. Well, that's it. That's it for episode
- 1:32:0850. Paul's got to go. The talent has reached
- 1:32:11the heart out. So we're done. Thank you again,
- 1:32:15everyone, so much for the support. And it's just,
- 1:32:19it means a ton. And we will continue to record
- 1:32:23this program every week and put it out every
- 1:32:25Thursday. And No ID will continue to be a value
- 1:32:28for value proposition. And that means we have,
- 1:32:32we can't be sloppy with our accounting. I cannot
- 1:32:34continue to be lazy about, you know, about making
- 1:32:40the deposits and updating the spreadsheet and
- 1:32:42stuff. I've been a little sporadic about it.
- 1:32:46And unlike the city of Coeur d 'Alene, my books
- 1:32:48are damn clean. But every now and then I look
- 1:32:50in there and I go, hey, Scott, it's been like
- 1:32:53eight weeks since we've... Mistakes were made.
- 1:32:57I wasn't the producer at that time, man. I was
- 1:33:01just behind the scenes. These things happen.
- 1:33:05It was a unique situation, man. Just declare
- 1:33:09an emergency, Scott, and I'll forgive you. No
- 1:33:12ID emergency. Episode 51 next week. And all I
- 1:33:18have is fruity latte. And I don't like that for
- 1:33:21show title. So I don't know. Broke Bearcat. It's
- 1:33:29all right. Or broke back Bearcat. I don't love
- 1:33:32it. Come on, man. I'm striking out. You don't
- 1:33:35like any of the stuff I've submitted. That's
- 1:33:37fine. The talent's going home. Hold on. Hold
- 1:33:42on. I got some of this. Please keep us in mind.
- 1:33:50The value model chugs on, and we depend on your
- 1:33:55ongoing support. From Post Falls in the meantime,
- 1:33:58I'm Scott. And I'm Paul. Taxation is theft. Oh,
- 1:34:10we never thought you'd make it this far. Anyway,
- 1:34:12here's some money.
