Speaker 1: Alright, folks. Welcome to Man in America. So let's go ahead and dive in. So can the government actually cause deadly droughts and floods? Why does it seem like the weather is getting more strange and more threatening?
• 0:16
And I'm not sure about you, but here in Ohio, it seems like there are way more chemtrails than I ever remember seeing. So has the government ramped up its weather engineering to quicken the destruction of western civilization? Civilization? Because it sure does seem like it. Joining me today is Dane Wiggington from Geoengineering Watch who's an expert on the weaponization of our weather system.
• 0:38
So we're gonna be discussing all this and more. But before we get started, today's show is brought to you by Rise TV, a patriot owned streaming platform. With all the big tech censorship and the the monetization going on right now, the subscribers at Rise TV are literally the reason I can bring you this critical information today. The links to my podcast and social media are in the description below. And folks, by now, we've all sensed that we're in for a bumpy ride for the foreseeable future. Much of the world has gone through a process that experts are calling dedollarization. So what's this mean? Well, you see the US dollar is a fiat currency, meaning it isn't backed by anything of real value.
• 1:57
Nixon removed it from the gold standard back in the early seventies. The only thing that really gives our dollar real value is its demand around the world. But now, especially under the corrupt and competent Biden regime, the rest of the world is fed up with the Federal Reserve printing money out of thin air and demanding to trade for things of real value. So this is why Russia has already backed its currency with gold, and many other nations are expected to follow. But what happens if the dollar loses its global reserve status?
• 2:27
Well, for most of us Americans, the US dollar is all we know. Right? All of our hard earned money is completely tied to it, whether it's in the stock market, our bank accounts, pensions, four zero one k's, etcetera. The value of our dollars, our life savings could literally be wiped out in a matter of months, weeks, or even overnight. And look.
• 2:45
I'm not a financial adviser, so please do your own research. But I believe that now more than ever, it's a good time to consider transferring at least some of your wealth into physical gold and silver. Real world assets have stood the test of time. And for this, I'm confident recommending Noble Gold. You can buy gold and silver directly, or you can even transfer your IRA into physical gold and silver with zero taxes or penalties.
• 3:10
And most importantly, you can trust Noble Gold with your wealth. They have an a plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and hundreds and hundreds of positive reviews from the folks like you they've already helped out. Now look. I wanna be really clear with you. You don't buy gold and silver to get rich.
• 3:24
You do it to protect your wealth, especially during times of crisis. But if things do get really tough, history has left us many stories of folks scooping up land and other valuable assets for a few gold coins. So now is the time, folks. If you wanna learn more about this, open up a new tab right now and go to goldwithSeth.com, or you can call (877) 646-5347 to speak to someone right now. The folks at Noble Gold will answer all your questions and take care of you every step of the way.
• 3:53
Again, that's (877) 646-5347. Alright, folks. This is an interview that I have been very excited to conduct. Ever since I first saw, Dane's documentary, The Dimming, which is an incredible documentary that really goes into the weather manipulation, the geoengineering, and not just the chemtrails in our skies, but even looking at how the elites, if you would even call them that, the elite scum in my mind, how they're even able to create and control and manipulate hurricanes and so much more. So I am very pleased to welcome Dane Wigginton to my show.
• 4:33
Dane, thank you so much for joining me.
• 4:36
Speaker 2: It's an honor and a pleasure, Seth, and thank you very much for your articulate coverage of many issues and especially what's happening in our skies. And the reason we're so focused on that at GeoengineeringWatch.org because although we face a great many challenges, if we don't deal with what's happening in our skies, all other points will soon become moot, not just due to unfolding and accelerating biosphere collapse, which is being radically further fueled, as you correctly stated, by these operations. But the elements they're dispersing are highly toxic. They're synergistically toxic, which means when you combine them, they become exponentially more toxic still. And that's just what we know about.
• 5:15
At any moment of their choosing, they feel they're losing control of the narrative of populations and they alter the composition of that mix with something much more lethal, it can be game over overnight, and they absolutely have the ability to do it.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: Yeah. And this is frightening. Now just a a quick word of warning. We're on YouTube, so we can't talk as, directly about certain things like whether they're putting vaccines into the sky or
• 5:39
  Speaker 2: not. Understood.
• 5:40
Speaker 1: They're too heavy into that. But, you know, I know that you
• 5:43
Speaker 2: We're we're not implying that, and we're saying what we already know, and I I understand your point completely. But what we already know, aluminum, barium, strontium, manganese, polymer fibers. Now we know graphene as well is in this mix. So we're just citing what we know to be there and not speculating about anything else.
• 6:03
Speaker 1: And when you say that you know this stuff to be there, you're not again, you're not just speculating or just taking the rainwater samples. I mean, on your documentary, the dimming, you actually had a a laboratory inside of a plane where you're testing the actual clouds and what's in the actual sky. Is that correct?
• 6:23
Speaker 2: You are correct. That we went to great effort and expense to acquire a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration flying lab, put top scientists in it, took it to altitude, sample this layer of emission from heavy aircraft, and found exactly what we knew we would find. Climate engineering elements. There's no question. There's no no theory, no hypothesis, no conjecture.
• 6:49
This is happening. They're dispersing these elements in our skies.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: So in your opinion and based on your research, how much of the weather that we're witnessing and I'll talk I'll talk about America right now, which I think is where they're really targeting. I know these are global operations. But in America, how much of our weather that we're experiencing every day is being manipulated in some way by these organizations and and groups of people?
• 7:17
Speaker 2: Let me back into that question from the opposite direction. There is no weather at this point that can be considered quote natural. None. Doesn't matter if you don't see anything in your skies, and the the aerosol dispersions you get, if people are introducing this issue to others, I would recommend using the science terms climate engineering, geoengineering, solar radiation management. That will lead people to science online instead of a deliberate attempt to marginalize the issue with the chemtrails term.
• 7:46
Although it's very descriptive, it is specifically been used as a marginalization term. Any elected official, any media person, they hear that term, that's it. You lost them right then. So I would recommend sticking to the science terms in regard to the weather again. Once you taint the system, you taint the entire system.
• 8:05
And in fact, we know that these operations are going on all over the globe. So no weather, anything can be considered natural at this point. And and further, whatever a person's perspective is from any side of the fence on the climate or the state of the climate, there is no legitimate discussion about the issue without first and foremost addressing this biggest of all single piece in the equation, which is climate engineering. It's not to negate all the other forms of human damage to the planet. We've been very poor stewards of the planet, but there's no legitimate discussion about any of it without including this.
• 8:37
Speaker 1: And what's a very interesting point in this is that it seems like it's much more of the liberal ideology that's about protecting the environment and, you know, the green movement. Yet almost all of the channels I see talking about geoengineering, is a billion times worse than using fossil fuels, in my own opinion, you know, it's all coming from the more, you know, alternative media on the more conservative side of things. I I'm not seeing anybody like, as much as they care about the environment supposedly. Right, why aren't they talking about this?
• 9:12
Speaker 2: It's total hypocrisy. None of the, quote, green movement. And and I I'm off grid, Seth, for those your listeners that don't know how I became involved with this program, I or this fight, I should say, I built an off grid home in the wilderness of Northern California. I have wind, hydro, and solar. I have some background in the solar industry with Bechtel Power, the largest engineering firm in the world that I worked for many years ago.
• 9:37
But I began losing massive amounts of my solar power uptake from what these aircraft were emitting. And the specific point and purpose, the stated point and purpose of solar radiation management is to block the sun with light scattering particles, toxic particles. So consider the paradox of the so called green movement, the environmental groups that pretend to care, but will not address this issue because all the major organizations are protecting their five zero one c three nonprofit. And we know this. Our attorneys at GeoengineeringWatch.org have spoken to attorneys from every single group.
• 10:09
Sierra Club, Greenpeace, World Wildlife Federation, that all of them, Earth Justice, they won't touch this issue because they don't wanna lose their nonprofit. So it's it's the epitome of hypocrisy. And climate engineering, for the record, is radically detrimental to all three alternative forms of energy. I won't call them renewable because they're not. There's many destructive elements used in, for example, solar panels use hexofluorothane in their production.
• 10:37
That's a gas that is 17,000 times more potent to greenhouse gas than CO2. And the panels are being fried from the intense UV that climate engineering is destroying the ozone layer. So all three forms, solar is reduced radically from climate engineering. Hydropower is radically reduced. I'm sure, Seth, you've heard about the hydropower issues at the Glen Canyon Dam on Lake Powell and the Hoover Dam on Lake Mead.
• 11:00
  You've heard about that, right?
• 11:01
  Speaker 1: Absolutely, yeah.
• 11:02
Speaker 2: So and this goes back a long way. I've spoken in front of the California Energy Commission going back a decade and a half. Met with their top scientists on this issue. They knew they were losing rainfall from particulates, quote, of unknown origin, but they won't do anything. Anytime any fire starts to burn of awareness, it is stomped out because they control the money.
• 11:21
As you so correctly stated, goes all the way down through the system, and that's how they control everybody in that system. So solar power is reduced from climate engineering. Wind power is reduced because it affects convection, which affects wind. And hydropower is reduced. And yet, we have the so called green energy movement pushing all three without addressing the climate engineering issue, and it's it's simply criminal.
• 11:44
And that's not even to take into account the complete contamination of the biosphere every breath we take. This is this is a weapon of war. Climate engineering is a weather weapon.
• 11:55
Speaker 1: Yeah. And I wanna talk about that in a brief second here, but it reminds me of the hypocrisy we see with them saying, my body, my choice, you know, we should have, you know, pro choice, you can have an abortion if you want to, etcetera. Yet, they're the same people that are pushing for mandatory vaccinations. Again, it's, I mean, really, for, in my opinion, it goes straight back to a lot of communist ideologies and really that's rooted I think a lot of Satanism which is just the inverse of truth and it's, you know, Saul Alinsky, it's accuse your enemy of exactly what you're doing yourself. It's about reversing the truths.
• 12:28
But talking about the you talk about the biosphere. And and this is something that I I think that for a lot of folks, they look up at the sky and they see, hey, you know, eventually they realize, wait, these aren't normal clouds. Right? It it was a sunny day. I see these planes drive by or, you know, fly by.
• 12:46
And a couple hours later, there's a smog over the entire sky. But geoengineering where that was like my entry point to geoengineering. But it's so much more than that. And I'd like you to talk about what's really happening with the environment, the biosphere. And when you say that, you know, you and I were talking before the show started, you said this is the single greatest threat that faces, you know, the survival of of mankind.
• 13:13
What explain it to us. What's really happening, and how serious is this?
• 13:18
Speaker 2: It is a near term existential threat. And near term doesn't mean centuries, doesn't mean decades. It means we have perilously little time mathematically, statistically. If we remain in the current course, none of us are going to be here much longer. And I know many people roll their eyes and walk away from that, but that's simply a statistical fact.
• 13:41
We've already lost 90% of earth's insect populations in many regions, 80 to 90% overall globally. Terrestrial and aquatic insects, if the insects can't make it, how long do we think we're going to be here? Crops are collapsing all over the globe. Again, many factors tied to this, many weather climate factors, contamination factors. Let's take one other aspect, the destruction of the ozone layer alone.
• 14:08
Climate engineering is the single greatest factor, not just from the ozone destroying particulates that are being put in the atmosphere, but also from radio frequency microwave transmissions that are used to manipulate these particulates, also destroying the ozone layer, exposing all of us as well. So back to your original question of why is this the greatest and most immediate threat we face? And I always caveat that with short of nuclear cataclysm, which could happen overnight. But even in that case, climate engineering is connected because as I just mentioned, it's destroying Earth's protective atmospheric layers that makes us much more susceptible to a CME, a coronal mass ejection, a solar flower, solar flare, excuse me. And if we have a massive solar flare like the Carrington event in the 1800s, and that shuts down grids all over the globe, nuclear plants can't cool themselves, now we have Fukushima times several hundred.
• 15:01
Game over. So even with aspect, climate engineering is absolutely inseparable. And in the meantime, contaminating every breath we take, soils, waters, these particles are incredibly small. They're nanoparticulates in the 20 to 80 to 100 nanometer range. They're absorbed into everything.
• 15:22
They're very bioavailable when we inhale them. And they are raining down on us. I'll cover that in a minute. But when we inhale them through our nasal passages, they enter straight into the bloodstream, cross the blood brain barrier, they're building up in our system. And as far as how much particulate matter is settling down on us, Seth, and I'll leave it with this, I would encourage your listeners on a dark night when they've seen aerosol operations going on, or even you know, it's the skies are hazy, because doesn't have to be directly overhead.
• 15:49
It can be somewhere upwind and settling down on you. Go outside on a still calm night. Take the brightest light you could find somewhere in a very dark place away from other light pollution. Aim that light straight up and look up through that beam and you have to see it to believe it. It looks like you're in a blizzard.
• 16:05
There's so much particulate matter coming down on us. And we've calculated that based on how much particle matter is in precipitation samples over a specific state in The US. We're not naming that state yet. But the extrapolation on how much global material is being sprayed into our skies, these toxic nanoparticles, it's, we believe, somewhere in the range of 60 to 70,000,000 tons.
• 16:30
Speaker 1: Incredible. Well, that gets me just to a a quick question is who's behind this? Who's funding this? Because I I can't imagine that's an inexpensive operation, like the especially with the increasing, fuel costs, etcetera. So who's doing this?
• 16:51
Speaker 2: As you correctly already outlined, the printing of money with no basis means they can print whatever they want for whatever they want, and that's what they're doing. So we have all roads leading back to those who control the central bankers. They control militaries, thus they control countries. So all roads lead back to that place, those who control the printing of the money.
• 17:18
Speaker 1: Which, I mean, I think, for sure, a lot of that is the military industrial complex, the black budgets, the siphoning off, you trillions of dollars from the American economy and American people going into these unknown budgets. So that, yeah, that makes sense. But one question I do have, though, is that if we look at this and we say, say, Bill Gates, for instance, he's someone who's talked openly about this, whether it's, you know, creating a chalk layer in the atmosphere to protect us from the harmful sun rays or the other, you know, GMO mosquitoes, etcetera. So the if it is these elites and these the central bankers, etcetera, that are doing this, I mean, they share the same air that we share. They they share the same water.
• 18:04
So aren't they poisoning the own environment that they have to live in, they have to survive in?
• 18:10
Speaker 2: Very important question. Thank you for asking. That's a question that by itself causes many people to turn away from these facts because they just can't assimilate that. Why would they do this to themselves? Let me back up for a moment on the missing trillions.
• 18:24
The Pentagon since the late nineties that we know about is missing 30 plus trillion dollars. Where did that money even come from? Let alone how do you not know where it went? So, again, there's no limit to what they can print, and they've utilized this for the operations we're discussing. Back to the question of why would they do this to themselves.
• 18:46
Let's look at examples of what we know they have already done to themselves. The detonation of 2,400 nuclear bombs around the planet, which has contaminated every living thing, including they, the ones, the central bankers, the money printers. So they they've done that. We have Fukushima That's a triple nuclear meltdown. No technology to fix it.
• 19:10
No end in sight. And we have Chernobyl, which is not over. The sarcophagus is disintegrating. That's going to rear its head again soon. We have the nuclear plants in Ukraine now.
• 19:22
We have, again, 440 more nuke plants around the planet that are going to go into meltdown. They've built them on, for example, sea level locations that are already beginning to become inundated. How long can that continue? We have the scenario I described with the major solar flare that will shut down these new plants, and they're building 60 more right now. They're putting formerly decommissioned nuclear plants that are old and dilapidated.
• 19:48
They're putting them back online right now. So again, if we consider this as a cancer, Seth, does a cancer intend to kill its host? No. But a cancer intends to proliferate unchecked until the host eventually dies, and I would argue that's what we're dealing with. We're dealing with an addiction to power and control.
• 20:06
They're not going to let go of that, and the consequences are irrelevant to them, just like they're irrelevant to a cancer. And we know from psychoanalysis, I'll finish with this, that the common thread amongst the various forms of mental illness with those in power is a quote, This is right from the psychoanalysis manual. A near total lack of comprehension as to the consequences of their actions even to themselves. They are doing this to themselves as well.
• 20:32
Speaker 1: That's a very good point. And and that's it reminds me there's a book that my wife was reading at some point called it's called political pontology, and it was the study of evil and how it gets brought into politics and how evil people thrive in control positions whether it's politics or CEOs of companies and how their evilness gives them an edge because they're not bound by a moral code. So they can lie, cheat, and steal until they no longer can until they get to a place where they're they're eating their own, which is what we're seeing here. So one question, you know, I wanna ask. So I live in Central Central Western Ohio, which is really it's it's one of the breadbaskets of America.
• 21:14
You know, tons of farmland. I grew up in an area called a little town called Plain City, which was literally the city of plains surrounded by farm fields. And I'm not longer there, but in different area in Ohio. I feel like that I've noticed this year, and I've asked questions about this on, you know, social media and gotten a lot of similar responses, that the weather this year seemed particularly crazy. I'm talking almost weekly thunderstorms that are violent thunderstorms.
• 21:43
Power is getting knocked out once a week, hail, extreme heat. We haven't experienced much drought, but what I've asked people on social media across the country is say, hey. Have you experienced any crazy weather? The response I'm getting is overwhelming. Now it might be that someone is saying, hey.
• 22:00
On our ranch, you know, we haven't seen rain since early August. Someone saying, you know, in an area that's normally warm, it's really cool. So it just appears like all across America, the weather is just going berserk and I'm assuming, you know, based upon, you know, our conversation thus far that this is very intentional but what we're also seeing, if you look at this in conjunction with the destruction of food processing plants, the calling of cattle, the ramifications of the Russia Ukraine war where we have increased fertilizer, cost, the, you know, decrease massive decrease in exports of grains, etcetera. It seems like everything is building up for the perfect storm to create the conditions for food shortages, which will also lead to famine, mass starvation. So do you think that the weather insanity that we're seeing, especially this year, is part and parcel with the other agendas that are driving, especially western civilization into collapse?
• 23:03
Speaker 2: Without question. And you are you articulated that very well. And and this is a complex equation. It's important for your listeners to understand that. And the damage to the planet's crop producing ability, and the environment as a whole, without which we will not survive, is from many, many causes.
• 23:22
We've been very poor stewards of the planet. I wanna stress that. And I have no love for Al Gore or the environmental groups as we already discussed. I mean, they are the epitome of hypocrisy. But it's important to recognize it is a complex equation.
• 23:34
We've cut down the forests. We've paved the planet. We've poisoned the oceans. All of that is a problem. That being said, the biggest single part in the equation is the intentional intervention with the planet's life support systems.
• 23:46
It's not being done out of benevolence. These are malevolent programs. They're used for power and control period. We have the unbelievably programmed science community that pretends this isn't happening in our skies. They describe everything we see right down to the elements raining out of the sky, the effects, ozone destruction, hydrological cycle disruption.
• 24:08
But yet they then tell us that we're not seeing what we're seeing. We're not experiencing what we're experiencing. So these weather events on crop producing regions, they are far too consistent to be any unintended consequence. It is intentional. No question.
• 24:26
The planet in its current state cannot support global populations. And and I from many when I say that, they think, you must be one of them, you agree. I'm simply stating a fact. If if someone like Al Gore says it's daytime and it is, should I say it's nighttime because I refuse to agree with him? That's that's not rational either, even though I I don't like that individual.
• 24:50
So what I'm stating is we have to consider the totality of the equation, weather is being used as a weapon. Those in power know that the planet can't support populations anymore, and they're trying to to reduce those populations as rapidly as they can, any way they can. And those in power did the most to make this happen. And I would argue if anybody needs to walk the plank, shouldn't it be them first? And and so again, it's just important to remember it's a complex equation, but I and I know this is a very difficult pill to swallow, but what we're fighting for now, Seth, is for anyone to make it through what's coming.
• 25:25
Because we are so far into uncharted territory that the totality of what's coming is not being grasped by almost any.
• 25:39
Speaker 1: Yeah. And I couldn't agree more with that. And I I also just wanna make a quick point that if they wanted to, they could have helped us create a planet that would support all of this life if not more. Even if you go back to World War one, World War two, the Patriot Gardens, or the Victory Gardens, the War Gardens, you know, after World War two, they had 40%. These gardens across America were producing 40% of the produce as commercial farming.
• 26:12
And so even as we're entering into, you know, I think what will be very real food shortages in the coming months, You don't see any of these governments saying, hey, go plant a garden and you know, my wife and I, we've done a lot of gardening this year and and our, you know, preparations for what's coming and it's just amazing to me how bountiful that mother nature is. You know, you plant a seed in the ground and we've just got unlimited food coming out of the ground, almost too much for us to to deal with but you can see though that they're actually, they're hiding that from us because they don't want us to realize how much this Earth can give us because they it's like you said earlier, it's like they're a cancer and they're just set on this ravenous satanic destruction and consumption until there's nothing left. But one question I want to get into with you is can you just talk a little bit about some of the other technology that they're using? I've seen I've watched a lot of your videos on YouTube. I've I've read a lot on your website.
• 27:17
And the one video that you that you showed, which is astounding, was how they're using radar to manipulate the path of a hurricane. And this is this is one of the points I wanna get across to people. I think that you'll be able to really effectively help inform them is that this this goes so deep. This goes so deep. And I it's easy to look up and say, okay.
• 27:38
I can understand how they'd be putting clouds in the sky using planes. But if you tell people that they can use HARP to create earthquakes or that they can actually control the the flow and the direction of a hurricane and cause a hurricane to stop in a particular region to to fulfill some political agenda, that's what's really, in my my in my opinion, absolutely incredible, for lack of a better word. So can you talk a little bit about some of that other technology they're using to weaponize the weather system?
• 28:08
Speaker 2: Definitely. I'll I'll get to that in a moment. Let me back up to the growing food part. Without climate engineering in the equation, you're correct. We would have been in exponentially better condition at this point.
• 28:22
The planet would have been far better condition. Doesn't mean unscathed. Again, we've been very poor stewards of the planet. But climate engineering, as I've mentioned already, has destroyed it's it's decimating the ozone layer. We face functional ozone layer collapse in as little as eighteen to twenty four months on the current course.
• 28:37
That could change if they alter their operations in a way that stops that destruction or slows that destruction or stops the operations completely, which is what needs to happen. But on the growing of food, you're in a region that is still producing food from a garden. In California, that's simply not the case in so many parts of California. The conditions are far too harsh. You can't grow almost anything here.
• 29:01
If you manage to get anything to fruit, in many cases, it won't ripen. The UV is far too intense. The soils are far too toxified. And you have soils also, Seth, probably that may be more alkaline, less bioavailable effect from the aluminum. The more acidic the soils are, the more bioavailable aluminum is, for example, and that shuts down nutrient uptake in plants.
• 29:24
So our naturally acidic soils here in Northern California that are being bombarded with these elements are are just simply dead. The mic soil microbiome is dead. The root system senses aluminum toxin. The trees are just simply, dormant and dying by the day. And you we can't produce food here anymore.
• 29:43
I mean, and this is not something that's going to go away. You can't just shut it off once you've done this kind of damage. So yes, the planet would have produced much more had it not been exposed to many different elements, but at at this point, we are again in a place where we can't just hit the reset button. But people should try to do what they can. I fully agree with you in that regard.
• 30:09
And, if we can stop this contamination, allow nature to respond, nature's miraculous, I fully agree that we would be in a better position. But we're still, so long as this kind of cancer is in power, we are hurling toward near term planetary omnicide. In regard to the technology you mentioned, and this is something very hard for people to grasp, how can a ground based transmission facility affect layers of the atmosphere like the ionosphere? And it's simply, it's indisputed science. In the case of HARP, which is the largest ionosphere heater in the world, but there are many more, it transmits three and a half million watts to regions of the ionosphere.
• 30:48
It's a directional antenna. And that causes an electrical chain reaction in this electrically charged layer of the atmosphere, and it causes it to superheat to extraordinarily high temperatures. That causes a bulge in the atmosphere up and down. And Seth, have you heard the term the ridiculously resilient ridge of high pressure in the West that blocks all of our rain?
• 31:06
Speaker 1: Have you heard that term? Yeah. And and is it related to what they're calling the, like, the oven effect or the heat dome?
• 31:13
Speaker 2: Heat dome. Thank you. That's the next term I was going to, state. So that that is the signature of an ionosphere heater. That downward pushing air does not allow the heat to escape, and the compressing air generates even more heat.
• 31:26
When they create a high pressure dome in, for example, Western North America, that rotates clockwise in the atmosphere. So it steers all of the Pacific moisture around that region. We have satellite imagery that's shocking, perfectly circular blocking of any cloud cover at all. It's it's profound. There's no question the meteorologists know this is going on.
• 31:50
They're not willing to talk about it. So that steers the moisture around us in the West, comes back down in parts of the East. It's chemically nucleated. That's another aspect of climate engineering that no one but geoneeringwatch.org is willing to discuss. They seed the clouds with what's called chemical ice nucleating elements.
• 32:07
That's an endothermic reacting element, energy absorbing element. And that radically cools the cloud moisture, the air in the cloud, that air descends to the surface, creates a cold dense layer of air on the surface, allows them to temporarily and toxically lower surface temperatures, allows them to convert what should have been a liquid precipitation event into frozen precipitation that can come down in in many forms, massive hail with Seth, you've seen how many, extremely destructive hailstorms there are now. Correct?
• 32:39
Speaker 1: Absolutely. And it's what's strange about it is that we'll get a hailstorm on a day where it's 50 or 60 degrees. Like, it's a warmer day, yet there's ice coming down in the middle of the summer. I've never experienced that before.
• 32:53
Speaker 2: That's because they're chemically nucleating the clouds. We have the patents for these processes. Again, we're not speculating. And in those patents, they it's stated that the ability to nucleate ice can be as high as 50 degrees. When you're up in the atmosphere, you can easily achieve that, and that what tends to happen is around that core of artificial nucleating element, the ice builds up around it.
• 33:15
So you have much larger hailstones than we would have otherwise. You have the ability under other conditions for them to create artificial snowstorms. And we have the Chinese government openly announced they were doing this. In fact, your listeners can search Chinese scientists, create artificial snowstorms, and Fox News covered it, Popular Science, MSNBC. They eventually did a billion dollars worth of damage to Beijing with this heavy, wet, concrete like snow.
• 33:44
And then they when the population began to react very negatively to this, as understandably they would, they have simply stopped talking about it. But if the Chinese government's doing it, you know we're doing it. The original patents we have for this go back to 1950. So people who think that, yeah, they've seen a particular weather scenario happen before, maybe decades ago. That doesn't mean it was a natural event at all.
• 34:05
So they are definitely chemically in nucleating the snow. And, Seth, do you remember all the headlines about the Boston cold, cold, cold in 2014? It's all we saw?
• 34:15
  Speaker 1: Absolutely. Yeah.
• 34:16
Speaker 2: So what didn't we see? What we didn't see during those sensationalized headlines is that 14,000 feet up in the Sierras, in the middle of winter, there was no snow, but they didn't sensationalize those. So when they they the most anomalously less warm region in the entire world for the last ten years in a row is the Eastern Half of The US lower 48 states. That's not nature. That's climate engineering.
• 34:40
And that's what keeps so many people that live in the Eastern States, the most populated states of The US, somewhat oblivious to the disintegrating climate system, because it's not that bad there compared to, for example, us here in the West. It's literally like living in hell. Several days ago, I live in the forest. It's that's important to understand. I don't live in Death Valley.
• 35:00
I live in the forest of Northern California next to Lake Shasta. Several days ago, it was 92 degrees at 02:30 in the morning. After a day that was a 15 degrees and almost it's completely insane. That's under the high pressure heat dome. Everything is dying here, including fish, because the waters are so warm.
• 35:22
The trees are being scorched. The crops are being scorched. They're being torn out with excavators. And orchards are being torn out with excavators. The rice crop is half or less than the normal annual yield.
• 35:33
It's, I mean, food supplies are collapsing here, and it's absolutely completely connected to climate engineering. But when I state that, I want to also stress that we can't ignore the other forms of damage to the planet. That that's a rational part of the equation that must be included. But we must address climate engineering first to allow the planet to respond to the damage already done.
• 35:58
Speaker 1: Very important point. So I have a a quick message to get through from a sponsor. So I'll read this
• 36:03
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 36:03
Speaker 1: Off. So I'm sure a lot of you own your home. Well, the deed to our homes is the only document that proves you own it. The problem is though, the deeds to all of our homes are online now. So this means that a criminal can find your deed, forward your signature, and refile as the new owner of your home.
• 36:22
Then he'll take out loans using your home's equity and leave you in debt. FBI reports show that real estate fraud is one of the fastest growing cybercrimes in America. It's already costing Americans massive amounts of money. And, unfortunately, you won't know until the collection notices show up on your the loans you have against you that you never took out. Homeowner homeowners insurance doesn't cover you and neither do common identity theft programs.
• 36:46
Home title lock is your peace of mind that the deed to your home is protected where you can protect your home and your home equity and title for just pennies a day. So to learn more, go to hometitlelock.com/Seth and use promo code Seth. Then enter your address for your no obligation home title scan to see if you're already a victim. It's a hundred dollar value for free. So be sure to use my promo code Seth, that's s e t h, for your free title scan at hometitlelock.com/Seth.
• 37:17
So, Dane, another question that I have with this is that, did you notice that there were less chemtrails when Trump was in office? Because that was something that I I again, I I feel like that was something I noticed that maybe he was combating and he was fighting back against this. I can certainly say that it seems like in the past one to two years, there's been a massive increase in them, but what what are your thoughts on that?
• 37:44
Speaker 2: There are there are some basis to what you're saying and what you're seeing. And, again, keep in mind that the the operations absolutely never stopped, but there are differences that we have noted in the administrations. For example, we saw a hurricane landfall drought from about 02/2005 to about 02/2016 or so, again, the beginning of, the Trump administration. And then we saw hurricanes more steadily resume, which is a good thing. People think that suppressing hurricanes might be a good thing.
• 38:23
It's not. You're suppressing the planet's ability to restore the ozone layer to make the hydrological cycle function properly. Suppressing nature's functions is never a good thing. And now what are we seeing? Since we've had to change administration, and again, I'm just citing a fact here.
• 38:45
We're about an we're past the peak actually of hurricane season, we've seen nothing. In spite of water that is incredibly hot in the Gulf Of Mexico and in the Eastern or Western Atlantic off The US East Coast, and yet nothing spins. We have moisture gushing off of the Gulf Of Mexico, flooding the Southern US. You saw the floods in Kentucky and other regions. Georgia just happened.
• 39:12
We've we've had eight once in a thousand year floods in as many weeks. You've seen those events happen. Right, Seth?
• 39:18
Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely. I mean, it it's very strange. That that's something you'd expect to see after a hurricane in Louisiana, yet it's Kentucky.
• 39:25
Speaker 2: Yes. And what have we not seen? Nothing is allowed to spin in The Gulf. And as far as hurricane suppression goes, these are programs that have been on the record since 1947. Think about that.
• 39:41
This project CERUS started in 1947, US military hurricane hurricane suppression operations. And, and to back up and fill in a blank that I didn't quite fill in, you asked before about the facilities that we're told are just radar facilities, but we know that the transmission strength from these facilities are far stronger than anything that would be needed or used for radar. We know these facilities are being used for manipulating the atmospheric saturated with particles. And let's take hurricane Harvey, and I would encourage your listeners to search this and look at what is in this report, the video that's in this report, which shows the actual interaction between the ground based transmission facilities and hurricane Harvey. If they search geoengineeringwatch.org hurricane Harvey, and look at the video in that report, we actually captured the transmissions that held Harvey in place while it did what it did to Texas.
• 40:37
And that's how the so called weather forecasters know seven days in advance that this hurricane is going to go where it goes and stay there. They're not predicting anything. They're reading a script. And my statement on that is not speculation either. We know that Raytheon, private defense contractor Raytheon, geoengineering contractor Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin, same category, are doing all the weather modification or weather modeling, excuse me, for the National Weather Service and NOAA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the nation's weathermen.
• 41:05
Why would we need private defense contractors to do the modeling for our own weathermen? Because the foxes are running the henhouse, and they have to pass down a script that matches the scheduled weather. We have an illegal federal gag order on all National Weather Service and no employees. Why would we have that? Obvious reasons.
• 41:22
They're not not going to want these personnel to start talking to media or anybody else about what's going on. So again, the the degree of control that has been put in place to gag any potential for anybody to speak out. And we know, Seth, what happens to people who speak out? What happens what happened to John Caracoo, for example, who spoke out about the illegal torture programs. He was the only one to go to jail.
• 41:46
So again, we're not expecting a whole stampede of whistleblowers to step forward. They're worried about their jobs or their health, their their lives perhaps. So again, yes, that type of technology is being used to steer cyclonic rotations. We see it being used to steer we monitor this. It's on many of our other hurricane manipulation videos.
• 42:08
If they search Geoengineering, watch out hurricanes, we can see them steer the remnants of landfall hurricanes right up through The US. It is incredibly obvious the transmissions repel the air mass, so they push it from different sides. And and you can see this on the captures that we've recorded these transmissions. It's inarguable.
• 42:29
Speaker 1: Yeah. That was one of the videos I saw that really was eye opening, and and I encourage people to just go to YouTube and search for, hurricane Harvey geoengineering watch because what you can see in that video is the hurricane mass moving but you also you see this almost a mathematical pulse of radars going off across the nation which control the location of the hurricane. It's like nothing you've seen before. Now, with how that works, I'm just kind of, is it that we know that they're pumping a lot of heavy metals into the atmosphere, into the clouds. So, we also know that metal can be controlled through magnetizing and through frequency.
• 43:12
Right? So is it that they it's almost like what they're doing is they're filling these clouds, the atmosphere with metal. And once these metals are in there, they can then use different frequencies and is even magnetism to control the path and the formation of these clouds?
• 43:30
Speaker 2: You're completely correct. Again, the the transmissions coming from the the radar facilities, again, the transmissions being used for climate engineering are far stronger than anything needed for any radar monitoring. So that has a repelling effect. So as you correctly stated, when the atmosphere is saturated with these electrically conductive particles, and they're exposed to that repelling effect, you're moving the particles and thus you're moving the air mass. So again, it's it's a straightforward process.
• 44:00
It's it's not scientifically disputable, and it is absolutely occurring on a scale that cannot truly be comprehended.
• 44:08
Speaker 1: What is there that we can do about this? Because I feel like and I guess I'll give it a caveat. And I think that there's a lot of people in the audience that might say, look, this is all doom and gloom. And I saw someone even the comment say, well, Seth turning into Mike Adams, which that's kinda funny because I think that Mike Adams actually is especially if you look at what's happening right now, he's been right about a lot of things. And if if we would have listened to his advice and prepared or moved to the country a couple of years ago, we'd be thanking him right now but I think that this the overall approach that that I take with this, I really wanna hear your thoughts on this too is, you know, if if I live somewhere say I'm in my house and there's a tornado coming or there's a forest fire coming, and even though right now, say it's beautiful outside and I can't see it, if in one week, this event is going to come and affect my safety and threaten my family.
• 45:08
I wanna know about it even if it's difficult. And I feel like that with everything happening right now in the world that it's just where we are in history. You know, and I have, look, I have a lot of faith. I talk a lot about that and I'm not, I I do believe that there is a a bigger plan that god has control over but I don't I don't wanna turn my eyes away from this. I don't wanna bury my head in the sand because I wanna face reality And what you're talking about, this is reality.
• 45:38
And and and you're someone that everything I've seen from you is very scientific. You're not speculating. You're not making things up. You're not, you know, just pushing to sell fear using fear porn. You're more like a scientist and a journalist with your approach with this.
• 45:53
So, you know, what how would you respond or what would you say if someone says, look, why are you focused on all this doomsday stuff? You know, it's it's really negative. How would you respond to that?
• 46:04
Speaker 2: Thank you for asking that question. Let me back into that from one of your your last statements. Scripture makes clear that we are not allowed to turn two blind eyes to this kind of injustice or assault on creation. And I've been had that thrown in my face from all these so called spiritual leaders in Northern California, men who hide behind the pulpit and are protecting their five zero one c three nonprofit just like the hypocritical environmental groups. And when I present data to them about climate engineering, their first response from some major institutions here is, it's all in big hands.
• 46:44
We don't need to worry about it. Wait. You show me in scripture where it says you can sit in a pew and warm it with your backside and do nothing. Once doesn't scripture say, Seth, once you see, you're held responsible. You're that that is not just in biblical scripture, but all major traditions.
• 47:04
We're not allowed to sit and do nothing. We're required to be good stewards. We're required to stand against this type of assault against creation. And so that needs to be remembered first and foremost. I would add this to the equation.
• 47:15
If you're standing in the middle of the freeway at rush hour, are you better off facing traffic or turning your back to it and hoping for the best? And I think that question is easy to to answer as well. And people think just because Walmart's open and McDonald's is selling Big Macs doesn't mean everything's okay. Again, insect populations down 80 to 90%. Plankton populations, no no insects, no people, by the way.
• 47:38
That's a simple equation. Not hard to to understand the ramifications. We have peer reviewed study now from Atlantic plankton populations down 90%. No plankton, no people. Bottom of the food chain, complete disintegrating.
• 47:54
Major the most significant source of oxygen on the planet, plankton, also, again, gone in that equation. And if we, again, just consider the the the ramifications of what's unfolding, that we face an existential threat, I described the ozone layer earlier, that by itself, if we had no other challenges, the disintegrating ozone layer by itself is an extremely near term existential threat. So ignoring these issues is not going to make them go away. And I would argue, Seth, that the only solace anyone will ever find is in fully facing these issues head on as we're required to do, not just by biblical scripture, but other major traditions and simply reason and logic. And if we truly love our children, our posterity, we're required to face these issues, and turning away from them is not going to make them go away.
• 48:45
How how is that going so far? And I would argue that if we each do stand and do our part, stay at our post as required to do, and we bring these issues to the full light of day, only then will we we have a chance of stopping them. Starting with climate engineering, if we could fully expose it, I would argue, Seth, we would cause a shock wave around the world when populations realize what their governments have done to them without their knowledge, without their consent, that it is virtually putting the future of their posterity in the in the balance. If we could do that, we could change the flavor of what we face. But we are going to see a complete overturning of our current reality.
• 49:22
That's a given. But if we expose this issue in time, we can at least change the composition of what's coming, and that's worth the fight. And we're required to do. It's not an option. We're required to stand against this kind of insanity.
• 49:35
Speaker 1: It brings up a very good point. I think a lot of people talk about the great awakening, and they talk about everyone, you know, waking up and the the elites and the evil losing control and I think that the thing is is that the in my own experience, the awakening is an awakening to the evil in the world and I think a lot of people, they have a cognitive dissonance towards that evil. They don't wanna look at what's bad and evil. They wanna pretend that everything is good but to the point that you made, the what I've come to my own spiritual journey in life is just this really this deep understanding that happiness doesn't come through comfort and living a good life. Happiness comes through purpose and purpose comes through being very cognizant of the reality around us and finding your purpose within the truth of the reality around us and so that's what, you know, I'm doing with with Man in America.
• 50:35
I do it in many other aspects of my life is I'm trying to just fight this fight and that gives me the greatest fulfillment is is really being wide eyed about what's happening but being very proactive in every way I can to change that and so, I just wanna encourage everyone that's listening that maybe feels, gosh, this is overwhelming and I'm not sure what to do. You know, Dane made such an important point that we have to get this information out to people because the more people that understand what's happening and that wake up and if we can help kind of push forward this great awakening, that's what's going to turn the tables because ultimately, I think that the the elites and the cabal, whatever you want to call them, their, they, their control mechanism is based upon deceit. It's based upon keeping everyone in this mass formation psychosis, keeping everyone in the in the lies of the mainstream media, etcetera. So, the more you can share this video, the more you can go to Dane's website, GeoengineeringWatch. Is it GeoengineeringWatch.org?
• 51:40
  Is that the correct website?
• 51:42
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 51:42
Speaker 1: Okay. Share his website. Share his YouTube channel. We have to get more people that are activated and that that find a purpose in trying to change these things. So, but that also brings me to a different question which is aside from getting this information out and I know that actually, I'll give a quick caveat.
• 52:04
I know that you have been very proactive in providing flyers. And even if someone you will you will actually go below your cost to ship people large amounts of flyers so people can pass information about this. Can you talk a little bit about that?
• 52:17
Speaker 2: Thank you for bringing up that point because we we labor furiously to help get materials out. When you have credible materials with images, a picture is worth a thousand words. Our printed materials are very high quality NASA satellite images that you don't need to know anything about weather modification, meteorology. The images are shocking and alarming to people, and they're inarguable that something radically wrong is going on. So we have, yes, printed materials that we pass on at below our cost.
• 52:46
They're on the homepage of geoengineeringwatch.org. We've and and when you arm yourself with this kind of credible data, it is so much easier to wake a person up than to walk out in in the street and point to the sky and start to rant. That just shuts people down. If you pass on credible data, you plant a seed, you put the key in the door, and and it'll much more likely open this way. We have shirts now at because of we had huge demand for them.
• 53:11
We have GeoJearingWatch.org shirts that are great conversation starters. And so people are using those to get a conversation going. We have GeoJearingWatch small business card size that are scannable, very compelling images on the card. And, the scannable codes can lead you right to the dimming. Again, that's the the most comprehensive documentary on climate engineering in existence with the proof we talked about earlier, flying lab at altitude.
• 53:37
So we have these materials in the homepage of GeoengineeringWatch.org. And if you wake those around you, you feel much more empowered. You start a spot fire of awareness. And if we look at this exponentially, Seth, if one person woke up two people on the first day of a thirty day month, those two people woke to each the second day for a course of thirty days. We're up to five and a half million, something in that range.
• 53:59
It goes exponential. We simply all need to try to do our part. And if we could push this to light, we could stop it from the inside out as military personnel realize what they're participating in, in fact, own demise. They're being told at this point that they're involved with something benevolent, which couldn't be further from the truth. If we can push it to light, we have a chance of stopping it.
• 54:20
If we can stop it, we can buy time.
• 54:24
Speaker 1: And that that's an important point. And one thing with that is let's just and just to be very, very realistic here, if we don't put a stop to this based on the information that you have, if this is continues, you know, unabated and and increases as we expect the the evil people behind this to do, to increase these these operations, the frequency, and the intensity. What does our world look like in, let's say, two or three years?
• 54:58
Speaker 2: Beyond bleak. And let me again, recap a couple points. Insect populations down 80 to 90%. Plankton populations down in the Atlantic 90 Percent. We think the other oceans are close to that.
• 55:11
Both of those factors are existential threats by themselves. Ozone layer, we're on a very short time horizon. I went over that that time frame based on the current trajectory. Wildlife populations, let's add that to the equation. We've lost over 70% of Earth's wildlife populations in the last forty years alone on the current trajectory.
• 55:30
By 2026, there will be no functional wildlife populations left. That's a mathematical, statistical trajectory. Doesn't mean there won't be any animals anywhere. There may not be, depending on how the feedback mechanisms in the environment turn out. That's a that's a feedback loop.
• 55:47
There's already maybe as many as 50 triggered. It means the equation is so unimaginably exponential that once you knock a domino down with the life support systems of the planet, that knocks down a bigger domino, which knocks down an even bigger domino. You understand the concept. There's about 50 of these loops in place right now. We are on an unimaginably short time horizon if we continue on the current course.
• 56:08
And the species extinction rate today is about 15,000 times more than the background rate. That's a million and a half percent of normal. Nothing normal about that. We're losing two to 300 species of plant, animal, and insect to extinction every single day.
• 56:27
Speaker 1: That's an astounding fact. See, so if I get this right, that between two and three hundred animal and plant species are going extinct every single day.
• 56:38
Speaker 2: Animal, plant, and insect.
• 56:41
Speaker 1: That's absolutely astounding. Well, it's if there's any reason to act, it's it's being realistic about this information, which I think is very important. So, Dan, we're now it's two fifty nine, and we are going to jump into our q and a session. I've been looking at the questions coming in, and we have a lot of very good questions I'm excited to ask you about. The q and a will only be over on Rise TV.
• 57:08
So for all of you that are watching, if you wanna come join us in the description below the video, there's a link for a free trial to Rise TV. You can come check it out, create an account, join us, you can ask your question. It's a really intimate experience. And there's a couple of questions I've been looking forward to. I for one, I really wanna get your thoughts on directed energy weapons, which that's that's a question I'm seeing pop up multiple times, but I also wanna talk about chem busters and a few things like that.
• 57:35
So, before we jump over to OnlyRise.TV, Dane, just remind people where they can follow you, where they can find your information.
• 57:45
Speaker 2: Geoengineeringwatch.org. And we are nonpolitical. No ads on the site. Our only mission is to stop the insanity in our skies.
• 57:57
Speaker 1: Great. So, folks, please, please go visit and share. And, Dane, where can people watch your documentary? Because I found that your documentary was so well done. And for folks that, let's just say that, you know, folks listening or watching that you've got family that are somewhat open to this and maybe a little bit skeptical.
• 58:18
If you can get them to watch Dane's documentary, The Dimming, it will change their mind. It's that powerful. So, Dane, where can they watch that?
• 58:27
Speaker 2: It's available for free on the homepage of GeoengineeringWatch.org. We put a tremendous amount of resource, efforts, and, energy into this film, and we made it available for free the moment it was done. So we encourage people to share the link from the homepage of GeoJunkwatch.org. Facebook has completely censored that link. So it's it's the most advantageous to share it from the home page, but it's available for free for anyone who's willing to view it.
• 58:55
Speaker 1: Great. Thank you. Alright, folks. I'll see you over on Rise TV for the q and a. So, Dom, you can go ahead and cut the public streams.
