- 1:48Speaker 1: pushing your vision forward.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Bitcoin last week it hit an all time high when
- 1:55Speaker 3: we was on air, I think sixty eight thousand. Today
- 1:58Speaker 3: it cracked over seventy two thousand. Big Coin's going crazy,
- 2:05Speaker 3: and also as a result of bigcoin going crazy, of course,
- 2:08Speaker 3: the whole space is going crazy. But coin base, you know,
- 2:12Speaker 3: for full disclosure, I've been an investor in coin based
- 2:16Speaker 3: stock for a couple of years now, and bad decision
- 2:20Speaker 3: where I actually brought it at a high and that
- 2:24Speaker 3: was down. Coin Base stock dropped drastically and I was down.
- 2:28Speaker 3: At one point I was down forty on my position.
- 2:32Speaker 3: The days is over and I'm positive now. I think
- 2:35Speaker 3: I'm positive like ten percent now, so I'm back in
- 2:39Speaker 3: the green for my coin based stock. I still don't
- 2:44Speaker 3: have any endorsement of coin base because I got robbed
- 2:47Speaker 3: on coin Base.
- 2:48Speaker 2: That's why I didn't invested them.
- 2:49Speaker 4: But I brought the stock before that happened.
- 2:53Speaker 3: But in any event, coin based stock is up as
- 2:56Speaker 3: a result of bigcoin reaching all time high. Bigcoin is up,
- 3:01Speaker 3: Other cryptocurrencies up. So we're going to talk about the
- 3:04Speaker 3: whole space. We're going to talk about the host space.
- 3:06Speaker 3: But let's start with coinbase stock. We haven't talked about
- 3:10Speaker 3: them in a while. They are currently at around seven yeah,
- 3:17Speaker 3: around seventy mark ish the all time that fifty two
- 3:22Speaker 3: week high, it was two seventy one, So okay. Coinbase
- 3:27Speaker 3: a company that showed a lot of promise. It debuted
- 3:30Speaker 3: at three forty two. Still hasn't gotten back to those number.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Too high.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Yeah, it debuted three forty two and then dropped all
- 3:37Speaker 3: the way to thirty three dollars. Legendary, it dropped from
- 3:41Speaker 3: thirty three hundred and forty two to thirty three dollars
- 3:45Speaker 3: and Kathy Woid was the one that she brought a
- 3:48Speaker 3: lot of at a high and then but now it's rebounding.
- 3:51Speaker 3: It's headed back on to three hundred. So what's the
- 3:55Speaker 3: deal with coinbase stock.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Let's go look at the so gross margins eighty five percent,
- 4:04Speaker 5: net margin three point two four percent. Of course, the
- 4:08Speaker 5: success of Coinbase heavily tipped to Bigcoin and Ethereum. With
- 4:12Speaker 5: Bitcoin doing incredibly well, they shot up a lot. Also,
- 4:16Speaker 5: Michael Sailor's micro strategy shot up a lot, so like
- 4:18Speaker 5: we're seeing Bitcoin drag up other companies that were not
- 4:23Speaker 5: doing well before. I do still think they have some
- 4:25Speaker 5: challenges they need to fix if they want to be
- 4:28Speaker 5: like that pre eminent vanguard like player in the crypto
- 4:33Speaker 5: space for those that may be like laggard investors. But
- 4:37Speaker 5: they've had a hell of a run. They opened up
- 4:39Speaker 5: at one point seventy three this year currently at two
- 4:42Speaker 5: sixty seven fifteen. Been a great run. Brian's had a
- 4:46Speaker 5: bunch of battles that he's overcome. Kudos to him. Still
- 4:49Speaker 5: not one of my favorites, it's not in my top fifty,
- 4:51Speaker 5: but I'm glad you are back in the positive.
- 4:53Speaker 2: My god, thank you.
- 4:56Speaker 5: But this is a way to invest like Coinbase, I
- 5:00Speaker 5: it they are other ways to GBTC is another way
- 5:04Speaker 5: to invest through proxy into bitcoin, and that GBTC went
- 5:09Speaker 5: from thirty eighth five to sixty four. So if you
- 5:13Speaker 5: want exposure and you don't want to pay seventy three
- 5:16Speaker 5: thousand and seventy two thousand a coin, you can get coinbase,
- 5:19Speaker 5: micro Strategy or GBTC and to get exposure to the
- 5:23Speaker 5: market that way.
- 5:25Speaker 3: I should I sell my coinbase now that I'm positive
- 5:29Speaker 3: or should I ride it up?
- 5:30Speaker 4: Should can? I? Can? I still get some I will.
- 5:33Speaker 5: I'll probably lock in profit at like one percent just
- 5:36Speaker 5: the case of the crashes, but but I will let
- 5:38Speaker 5: it ride.
- 5:39Speaker 2: I mean, it's interesting when you look at the climb
- 5:41Speaker 2: of coinbase.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It was at three forty two when it debuted, and
- 5:44Speaker 1: then November of twenty one it got back up to
- 5:48Speaker 1: three forty two.
- 5:48Speaker 2: So it did pull back after.
- 5:50Speaker 1: But I remember I was talking about not investing in companies.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Uh after they buypo for at least six months, and
- 5:57Speaker 1: yeah happened. In the seventh month, they puilled a little
- 5:59Speaker 1: bit back down. But even on this ascension of bitcoin
- 6:02Speaker 1: up to seventy two thousand, it hasn't been a meteoric
- 6:04Speaker 1: rise for coin base.
- 6:06Speaker 5: It's been a steady rise, right, and so if you're looking,
- 6:08Speaker 5: it's been a study ross.
- 6:09Speaker 1: It's at all time high, but coin Base hasn't gotten
- 6:11Speaker 1: nearly back to its all time mine. That looks a
- 6:13Speaker 1: little concern to me when we know how reliant this
- 6:15Speaker 1: space is on this.
- 6:18Speaker 2: I mean they've had two positive quarters.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Yeah, but I wonder now, I'll just say, I wonder
- 6:25Speaker 1: if this we always talk about ETFs when we're talking
- 6:28Speaker 1: about individualized stocks and individualized equities, is this it is
- 6:32Speaker 1: bitcoin the premiere place where we're talking about Maybe the
- 6:37Speaker 1: ETF route is probably best because of the less exposure.
- 6:41Speaker 1: So you mentioned one, but bit b is another one.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Is the ETF route probably better.
- 6:47Speaker 2: For Bitcoin than doing like a brokerage like a coin base.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Larry Finking Black rocks for me to say, yeah, shout
- 6:55Speaker 5: out to everybody who killed me when I said the
- 6:57Speaker 5: banks are going to come in and take over a
- 6:59Speaker 5: bitcoin eight team point nine billion a bigcoin under management
- 7:02Speaker 5: shot to Larry think, yeah, so probably a safer investment,
- 7:07Speaker 5: but it would be the same two tech two index
- 7:09Speaker 5: strategy for that. So if you wanted to do coin
- 7:11Speaker 5: and GBTC and pair it with ibit or bit b
- 7:15Speaker 5: or you pick the ones that you want to invest in.
- 7:18Speaker 5: But it's the same strategy, and the index component is
- 7:20Speaker 5: to prevent massive draw downs if the stock or underlying
- 7:24Speaker 5: asset goes down sixty seventy percent. So yeah, I mean
- 7:28Speaker 5: they got three percent net margin. That's when people are like, hey,
- 7:32Speaker 5: how do I know, like fundamentals, what are they netting
- 7:36Speaker 5: if they're a negative or reblay, But if they're between
- 7:39Speaker 5: one to nine percent, it's not a business. I want
- 7:42Speaker 5: to be in my top five. So I think the
- 7:47Speaker 5: math is really simple. I think it's common sense, like
- 7:49Speaker 5: Shoddy said earlier and bigcoin.
- 7:52Speaker 3: I mean, coinbases the premium place in America to buy cryptocurrency,
- 7:58Speaker 3: so it would make in said cryptocurrency increases and more
- 8:02Speaker 3: people buy cryptocurrency, that their strength and the evaluation will
- 8:06Speaker 3: go up.
- 8:06Speaker 4: I mean it's a direct correlation.
- 8:08Speaker 5: So Apple could have bought coin base at that low too,
- 8:10Speaker 5: being stupid, Yeah, thirty stupid instead of arguing with what
- 8:16Speaker 5: epic games and even at that two billion dollar EU
- 8:19Speaker 5: found like it's like, bro, I don't believe the games
- 8:24Speaker 5: over until we're up about forty Like they need some
- 8:27Speaker 5: exposure to crypto. When that stock went to forty fifty bucks,
- 8:30Speaker 5: they could have put a been and bought that.
- 8:34Speaker 3: It's one of these things right where it's like because
- 8:38Speaker 3: I'm just I'm just doing the math right now.
- 8:41Speaker 4: And coin base low of thirty three dollars two years.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Ago, it wasn't a long time ago two years ago,
- 8:46Speaker 3: and it's at you know, to sixty six right now. Yep,
- 8:50Speaker 3: that's a seven hundred that's a seven hundred percent increase.
- 8:53Speaker 3: It's one of these things right where you Yeah, how
- 8:59Speaker 3: do you know when it's a good time to buy it?
- 9:02Speaker 2: Listen to market mothers.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Yeah, for sure, that's important. Cut.
- 9:06Speaker 3: Hold, if you would have if you would have brought
- 9:09Speaker 3: coin based, then let mean to stop.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Alone, yeah, let alone option or like that had been yeah,
- 9:16Speaker 1: well yeah yeah out of here.
- 9:18Speaker 5: And for those in the common saying that I didn't
- 9:20Speaker 5: like coin based, I called in video, am D Bitcoin
- 9:23Speaker 5: at twenty eight thousand, Bitcoin at twenty come on, now,
- 9:27Speaker 5: let's not do this something a good space.
- 9:28Speaker 3: I love y'all, but well, speaking about bitcoin, it's at
- 9:31Speaker 3: seventy two thousand now, so yeah, we have to talk
- 9:37Speaker 3: about bitcoin again, and talking about it last week. I
- 9:40Speaker 3: love it bigcoin. Keep buying bitcoin dollar cost average.
- 9:49Speaker 5: Same rules and video. If you believe in it still
- 9:53Speaker 5: I don't care what it is, don't buy the high.
- 9:55Speaker 5: Do not buy the high because if not in too much,
- 9:57Speaker 5: you're going to cry.
- 10:01Speaker 4: You gotta wait for a pull for the crypto always
- 10:03Speaker 4: pulls back.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Violent ten or fifteen years. It's violently.
- 10:10Speaker 5: Yeah, so it I guess maybe to five or fifty
- 10:12Speaker 5: nine thousand or sixty five thousand. If it's your first time,
- 10:16Speaker 5: you can look there. But a pullback is going to happen,
- 10:19Speaker 5: for sure.
- 10:20Speaker 3: The pullbacks probably won't be as violent as it gets
- 10:22Speaker 3: bigger and bigger because more institutions own it and there's
- 10:26Speaker 3: just more volume, So like it won't probably drop seventy
- 10:30Speaker 3: five percent like it used to. But crypto historically, if
- 10:34Speaker 3: you follow crypto, you know one thing is for certain.
- 10:38Speaker 4: It always has pullbacks, drastic pullbacks. Yep, it has pullbacks.
- 10:44Speaker 4: This has happened since the beginning of it. It's one
- 10:47Speaker 4: of these things.
- 10:47Speaker 3: It's like a hurricane hitting you know a region that
- 10:51Speaker 3: always gets hit by hurricanes. It's not a matter of win.
- 10:54Speaker 3: It's a matter of it's not a matter of if.
- 10:55Speaker 3: It's a matter of win. So I know a lot
- 10:59Speaker 3: of people are in patient and you're going to kill
- 11:02Speaker 3: being the patient. Yeah, you have to wait for a pullback,
- 11:06Speaker 3: especially if you're going to do a lump sum buying.
- 11:08Speaker 3: If you're doing dollar cost averaging, then that's different. But
- 11:11Speaker 3: for allumps some buying, you have to wait for a pullback.
- 11:14Speaker 3: But like I said, the good the good thing is
- 11:16Speaker 3: that if history is any indicator of the future, and
- 11:21Speaker 3: we will have a pullback a pretty size.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Of do we think it happens before the having event?
- 11:27Speaker 1: So the having event is scheduled for April twentieth, they're
- 11:32Speaker 1: trying to track the chain to see exactly when it
- 11:35Speaker 1: happens till April twentieth of twenty twenty four, that's this year,
- 11:38Speaker 1: forty three days away. Do you think it runs up
- 11:41Speaker 1: until the having and then we see the pullback?
- 11:44Speaker 2: What are your thoughts?
- 11:45Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I think so, because I'm looking at the
- 11:48Speaker 5: data now, the average monthly pullback a bitcoin is like
- 11:50Speaker 5: twenty eight percent.
- 11:51Speaker 2: I think gonna run up until then.
- 11:52Speaker 5: Then they'll have a pullback, and then of course more
- 11:55Speaker 5: excitement would be into it, more people start to buy in,
- 11:57Speaker 5: So there's always going to be a step pullback, but
- 12:00Speaker 5: I think it'll run up until for sure the have
- 12:02Speaker 5: an event.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Yeah, and then that'll start again.
- 12:04Speaker 1: In the four year cycle of bigcoin, which we've talked
- 12:06Speaker 1: about plenty of times.
- 12:07Speaker 2: This is year four, which we said is if we
- 12:09Speaker 2: look at.
- 12:10Speaker 1: The four year cycles of the bigcoins this inception, that
- 12:12Speaker 1: fourth year is usually the most prominis when it turns
- 12:15Speaker 1: of how far it climbs, and so within that now,
- 12:17Speaker 1: obviously we've hit all time high. It's it's pretty accurate, right,
- 12:20Speaker 1: It's hit this all time hide in the fourth year
- 12:22Speaker 1: of the cycle, and there will start another one.
- 12:24Speaker 5: So yeah, And for everyone who says we haven't talked
- 12:27Speaker 5: about crypto before a bitcoin, I don't know what rock
- 12:30Speaker 5: you just climb from under. But it's not true. I
- 12:34Speaker 5: love you, I appreciate you. Invest in the market. Then
- 12:36Speaker 5: you won't have to make crazy comments on Twitter and
- 12:39Speaker 5: the review videos that pay you forty three dollars text me,
- 12:42Speaker 5: I'll give you the fifty bucks.
- 12:46Speaker 2: So it is crazy, oh the two dollars CPM play.
- 12:49Speaker 3: So man, we talk about bigcoin a lot, but what's
- 12:52Speaker 3: some all coins? What's five all coins that people can
- 12:56Speaker 3: invest in? All coins are alternative coin pretty much any
- 12:59Speaker 3: crypto current see.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Not not big not named bigco.
- 13:02Speaker 3: So what what is some other alternative cryptocurrencies that people
- 13:06Speaker 3: can put on their watch list?
- 13:08Speaker 5: This first time, I want to turn it back to
- 13:10Speaker 5: the audience and say, for my crypto experts and the audience,
- 13:12Speaker 5: what do you think are five I don't know, I'm
- 13:15Speaker 5: not an coin expert, but let me see what baby
- 13:18Speaker 5: dogs doing.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Let me see. I think we start with Ethereum, right,
- 13:22Speaker 2: like number one.
- 13:23Speaker 1: If if we're is ethereum and all, well it's anything
- 13:27Speaker 1: not bigcoin, right, And so if we have to start
- 13:30Speaker 1: with number one on the list, we can go Ethereum,
- 13:32Speaker 1: and then we can talk about the rest, right, because
- 13:34Speaker 1: it's been number two with for however long it has.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Most of the coins are built off of this network,
- 13:42Speaker 1: but you do have a few others that are trying
- 13:44Speaker 1: to combat it.
- 13:45Speaker 2: And I'll give a couple after you do. But Solona
- 13:47Speaker 2: and XRP of course, Alanta exactly, yeah, exact, yeah, so
- 13:50Speaker 2: we got eight.
- 13:51Speaker 1: XRP would probably be in that list as well, Solana
- 13:54Speaker 1: and even I don't know, we'll see, but finance coin,
- 13:58Speaker 1: I mean, these are in the top four. They in
- 14:00Speaker 1: there for the past five years and from the standpoint
- 14:03Speaker 1: of why we said coin base is important would be
- 14:05Speaker 1: equally the reason why binance coin is in point because
- 14:08Speaker 1: Finance is the number one global platform that trades cryptocurrency,
- 14:12Speaker 1: including Bitcoin and all these other on points, and it's
- 14:15Speaker 1: transaction fees that come with trading. So if they have
- 14:18Speaker 1: the platform and their number one, I mean, it's kind
- 14:22Speaker 1: of a win win business for them.
- 14:23Speaker 2: So I would push them in there, and then.
- 14:25Speaker 1: I will that's like three, I'll throw two Solana you said,
- 14:29Speaker 1: which would be four, and I'll throw like maybe two
- 14:31Speaker 1: wild cards. And I've talked about them before, but Avalanche
- 14:36Speaker 1: and Polygon got to be madic.
- 14:39Speaker 2: I'll throw those two in there.
- 14:40Speaker 1: From a market cap standpoint and from a functionality standpoint,
- 14:44Speaker 1: Avalanche is kind of like I wouldn't call it a arrival,
- 14:46Speaker 1: but they're trying to combat like sometimes we talk about
- 14:48Speaker 1: when you go out too far, people can actually see
- 14:51Speaker 1: the functionality and say how do we improve That's what
- 14:53Speaker 1: Avalanche is kind of done with Ethereum. And then Polygon
- 14:56Speaker 1: is another one again built on eat their this platform,
- 15:01Speaker 1: but it handles scalability and payments, and so I think
- 15:05Speaker 1: those that would be a nice basket of all coins
- 15:08Speaker 1: and I mean those are still up there, so I'll
- 15:11Speaker 1: let you put.
- 15:12Speaker 2: That on poker dot.
- 15:13Speaker 5: Yeah, poker dot, I poke yeah, shout out JP Morgan.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Coin cooking. They got some other ones that are cooking too. Uh.
- 15:23Speaker 2: When you talk about.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Just but that's that's that's the crypt the main mania.
- 15:30Speaker 1: It's like you see a coin go up a thousand percent, right,
- 15:33Speaker 1: it's less than two cents, and you're like, oh, I
- 15:36Speaker 1: can put one hundred dollars in that and hopefully it'll grow.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Sometimes that doesn't work, right, we we're just that's just gambling.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Like you have no idea, even when you read a
- 15:45Speaker 1: white paper, you have no idea. You just like, let's
- 15:48Speaker 1: just throw this money away if we can, and hopefully
- 15:50Speaker 1: it makes money. We'll see shout out to the sheep
- 15:54Speaker 1: a coin enthusiasts. Shot yeah, people, I mean people made money.
- 16:00Speaker 1: We can knocket people made money off I'm not mad
- 16:02Speaker 1: at that people made money off of does.
- 16:07Speaker 3: So let me ask you this. One of the frequently
- 16:10Speaker 3: asked questions amongst people is when to sell an investment.
- 16:15Speaker 3: This is something that we just talked about Mark Zuckerberg
- 16:17Speaker 3: and all these guys selling their stocks. So we talk
- 16:20Speaker 3: about buying and holding, but at some point you have
- 16:24Speaker 3: to sell at some point, whether it's you sell a home,
- 16:28Speaker 3: you sell bitcoin, you sell Apple stock, unless you just
- 16:33Speaker 3: pass it down to generations and then generations in.
- 16:36Speaker 4: Generations, which will be ideal. Yeah, but all right.
- 16:39Speaker 3: The number one question that people have all the time
- 16:42Speaker 3: is we talk about when to buy, looking to pullbacks
- 16:47Speaker 3: dollar cost average, don't buy all time highs.
- 16:51Speaker 2: Yeah, twenty fifty drop, but when.
- 16:55Speaker 4: Do you sell?
- 16:58Speaker 2: My role of thumb is five or ten years.
- 17:00Speaker 5: If you want to do time based exits, if you
- 17:02Speaker 5: want to do percentage based, once you get to five
- 17:05Speaker 5: hundred percent, you can look to take a profit at
- 17:08Speaker 5: that point, or if you've gotten to fifteen hundred percent,
- 17:11Speaker 5: like most technology most technology stocks over ten year period
- 17:15Speaker 5: have a potential to hit fifteen hundred percent.
- 17:17Speaker 2: You have some that are not there.
- 17:19Speaker 5: It will be my same rule of thumb for crypto
- 17:21Speaker 5: five hundred percent, fifteen hundred percent or a five or
- 17:24Speaker 5: ten year period.
- 17:25Speaker 2: That's the easiest way to know, like when to sell
- 17:27Speaker 2: or liquid eight.
- 17:27Speaker 5: For those who like I don't want to hold that long,
- 17:31Speaker 5: I don't know what to tell you, Like even this
- 17:33Speaker 5: four year.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Run and bitcoin has been incredible.
- 17:35Speaker 5: If you held in video for four or five years,
- 17:38Speaker 5: the return like going back to that four year cycle
- 17:40Speaker 5: with the have an event, Like most great investors are
- 17:43Speaker 5: looking to hold for seven years anyway, So whole five years,
- 17:47Speaker 5: five hundred percent, fifteen hundred percent, that's when you should exit.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm with you on that.
- 17:54Speaker 1: For stocks, again, that's like a pass down thing, so
- 17:57Speaker 1: that that's why we want to accumulate them, right, so
- 18:00Speaker 1: we create studio accounts to pass them down. But in options,
- 18:04Speaker 1: it's always percentage for me, especially on the positive side. Yeah, yeah, once,
- 18:08Speaker 1: I once if it's anywhere between fifty to one hundred,
- 18:11Speaker 1: depending on what position. I mean, I always like to
- 18:13Speaker 1: I say that all the time, like know where you're
- 18:15Speaker 1: going to exit.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Before you enter.
- 18:16Speaker 1: So most times I'm looking for one hundred percent return,
- 18:19Speaker 1: But sometimes I've sent that to to my brother G.
- 18:22Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, I think this's gonna be a forty
- 18:23Speaker 1: percent return right here, And sometimes it is easy. So
- 18:26Speaker 1: if I get to one hundred, I take my initial
- 18:28Speaker 1: investment out and then we'll let the rest go on
- 18:31Speaker 1: the downside. And this is when you've got to be
- 18:33Speaker 1: super disciplined. It's like if you see uh an investment
- 18:36Speaker 1: that is starting to go opposite and go red thrushoot,
- 18:45Speaker 1: and it's like, all right, well let's revisit it. It
- 18:47Speaker 1: doesn't mean that the contract was bad or the company
- 18:51Speaker 1: was bad, but the timing of when you got it
- 18:53Speaker 1: might have been a little bit of So I definitely
- 18:55Speaker 1: in options, I'm doing percentage. But stocks, yeah, I'm I'm
- 18:59Speaker 1: long term. I'm five to however long I need to
- 19:01Speaker 1: hold the stocks, I'm gonna hold them. Yeah, Because I
- 19:03Speaker 1: don't treat it like it's just yeah, same futures, right,
- 19:05Speaker 1: it's the same same principle, I don't. I think people
- 19:08Speaker 1: treat their brokerage account like their checking account, and that's
- 19:11Speaker 1: like a very it's a dangerous habits. It's a dangerous
- 19:15Speaker 1: habit to get into, and it's a bad habit to
- 19:17Speaker 1: get into. So if you see money coming into the
- 19:19Speaker 1: brokens account and you're making money on a daily or
- 19:22Speaker 1: weekly or monthly basis, it's like, all right, well that
- 19:25Speaker 1: money now I should just keep transferring it.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Well, you've made the money, it's your brokerage account.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Maybe you should figure out another way to reinvest it
- 19:34Speaker 1: in another proposition or position, not proposition for another position.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Just my rule of dumb, but I see a lot
- 19:41Speaker 2: of people doing that.
- 19:41Speaker 1: They treat the brokerage account like the checking or savings account,
- 19:45Speaker 1: and now they give you a debit card too, So
- 19:47Speaker 1: like even some brokerages, you can get a debit card
- 19:50Speaker 1: that's attached to your wage and you can use that,
- 19:52Speaker 1: which again kind of the mistake, yeah, kind of of investing.
- 19:58Speaker 4: So I think you also, so, well, here's a day
- 20:03Speaker 4: to play the other side of the fence here.
- 20:07Speaker 3: Most people probably not gonna get five hundred percent rate
- 20:10Speaker 3: of return on the investment.
- 20:12Speaker 2: If they listen to us, they will for sure.
- 20:14Speaker 3: Well, just on average, the stock market usually increases lower
- 20:19Speaker 3: than that, right unless you hit a good stock. But
- 20:21Speaker 3: then investing in individual stocks is extremely risky. So I
- 20:27Speaker 3: think you get out when the when the boat starts
- 20:29Speaker 3: to sink, and that always doesn't correlate the time when
- 20:33Speaker 3: you start to see the ship going down. You have
- 20:36Speaker 3: to get out because you can ride. You can ride
- 20:41Speaker 3: something all the way down to the basement. And I
- 20:43Speaker 3: feel like that's the danger with individual stocks. That's why
- 20:47Speaker 3: ETFs and index funds are safer investment than an individual stock.
- 20:51Speaker 4: Very rarely well, an ETF that is a good ETF
- 20:55Speaker 4: or a good index just spiral out of control and
- 21:00Speaker 4: never ever and never come back. Because they have the
- 21:02Speaker 4: they have the they have the power to reposition their portfolio.
- 21:06Speaker 4: So it's like QQQ right, Like they have all these
- 21:08Speaker 4: top technology companies. But let's say that all these top
- 21:12Speaker 4: technology companies fall and now the new crop of technology
- 21:15Speaker 4: companies are open AI neural link. When they when they.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Debut SpaceX, all the five new top companies in the
- 21:23Speaker 3: next fifteen years, they can change their portfolio and now
- 21:26Speaker 3: they'll include those companies as opposed to Apple, Microsoft, and Google,
- 21:29Speaker 3: who might have been the leaders for the last ten years.
- 21:31Speaker 3: But when you're in when you're in with one company,
- 21:34Speaker 3: let's say Apple, and you know it's had a historic run,
- 21:38Speaker 3: and it goes up, and it goes up, and it
- 21:40Speaker 3: goes up. But let's say hypothetically, I'm not saying that
- 21:42Speaker 3: this will happen, but hypothetically, they just start missing. They
- 21:45Speaker 3: start missing on everything, they start falling apart. Da if
- 21:48Speaker 3: your if your theory is just to hold it for
- 21:51Speaker 3: a long period of time, that's not going to work
- 21:55Speaker 3: if the company is falling apart in front of your eyes.
- 21:58Speaker 3: So you have to be a lot more hands on
- 22:00Speaker 3: when you're dealing with individual stocks.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Yeah, well, but I mean I hear what you're saying,
- 22:07Speaker 1: which is true, But it depends on on the entry
- 22:10Speaker 1: of when you got into the position, right, So like
- 22:13Speaker 1: an Apple is somebody invested in that, and I don't know,
- 22:16Speaker 1: let's say the two thousand and seven how many times
- 22:20Speaker 1: has it split?
- 22:21Speaker 2: Right?
- 22:22Speaker 1: So, like even a pullback of twenty percent, Yes, that's drastic,
- 22:26Speaker 1: but you've appreciated by over one thousand percent.
- 22:29Speaker 4: Well that's why it's not. It's not except formula. It's
- 22:32Speaker 4: an eye test. You know.
- 22:34Speaker 3: If IBM is it's going down, got to know sometimes
- 22:40Speaker 3: like this is falling apart, it's over. Sure, this is
- 22:43Speaker 3: a short term pullback. It's a opportunity for me to
- 22:46Speaker 3: buy more. Yeah, yes, or sectors changed. You might have
- 22:51Speaker 3: been invested in the airline industry was booming and airlines
- 22:54Speaker 3: is its not.
- 22:55Speaker 4: It's not the same.
- 22:56Speaker 2: We'll fall off here in Houston and crush your car. Yeah, yeah,
- 23:00Speaker 2: the door fall off a plane.
- 23:01Speaker 4: Everything doesn't stay. Everything. All sectors change over the course
- 23:05Speaker 4: of time.
- 23:05Speaker 3: As far as what what everybody now is on AI
- 23:08Speaker 3: and chips, that's what everybody's on right now. Ten years
- 23:12Speaker 3: from now, who knows it might be something else. So
- 23:15Speaker 3: that's important to keep in mind too. Is like you know,
- 23:17Speaker 3: you gotta you gotta be It's like a gardener, you
- 23:22Speaker 3: gotta you gotta really pay attention to the crop.
- 23:26Speaker 4: And there's no set formula. That's what I think. I
- 23:29Speaker 4: don't think there's really a set formula.
- 23:31Speaker 2: If I can offer some pushback to cut it, twenty
- 23:34Speaker 2: and twenty is a set formula that keep you safe. Yeah,
- 23:37Speaker 2: but percentage wise, that's your stop.
- 23:39Speaker 3: It's like, all right, during COVID, right every stock went
- 23:42Speaker 3: down twenty thirty, you would have sold your whole portfolio.
- 23:45Speaker 2: And then got back in when I told them to you,
- 23:47Speaker 2: you would have made you would have stopped that your
- 23:49Speaker 2: losses and then and got back in.
- 23:51Speaker 3: The problem is the problem with that it's hard to
- 23:55Speaker 3: buy at the bottoms. There's a reason why most people
- 23:58Speaker 3: buy at the tops and not the bottoms because the
- 24:00Speaker 3: averaging is a lack of discipline. Yeah, that and just confidence,
- 24:06Speaker 3: a variety of different things. When something drops, you you
- 24:08Speaker 3: think it's going to you don't know when it's going
- 24:09Speaker 3: to stop. You think it's going to keep dropping. That's
- 24:12Speaker 3: why most people buying highs and not a low. If
- 24:14Speaker 3: that was the case that everybody was that intelligent, every
- 24:17Speaker 3: single person will buy a stock market lows.
- 24:19Speaker 1: But that's why we're creating intelligent investors, right, So if
- 24:22Speaker 1: they have to stop loss at twenty percent, that stock
- 24:24Speaker 1: comes down twenty percent, it gets cut off the profits
- 24:27Speaker 1: or whatever it is there if they're watching it. Like
- 24:30Speaker 1: you said, being diligent is important. So you can actually
- 24:32Speaker 1: have to be intensioned again. You can watch that trend
- 24:34Speaker 1: going up, right, you're not buying that the high.
- 24:36Speaker 2: You're buying it. On that climb back up.
- 24:38Speaker 1: It might hit the twenty percent where you sold that
- 24:40Speaker 1: and say, all right, well we're trending again in an
- 24:43Speaker 1: appreciation man, So now I can reinvest. In fact, I
- 24:46Speaker 1: might have even more capital than I did before.
- 24:48Speaker 2: Too not reinvest.
- 24:49Speaker 1: And so the diligent part is important, but the stop
- 24:52Speaker 1: loss is important too, I think.
- 24:53Speaker 2: But there's also a thing we got to make sure
- 24:55Speaker 2: that we encourage us.
- 24:56Speaker 3: There's also a strategy of a dollar cost averaging on
- 24:59Speaker 3: the downside. That's that's so, but instead of selling, you
- 25:02Speaker 3: could actually be buying with more, which which actually lowers
- 25:05Speaker 3: depending on what you do where you purchase. That's actually
- 25:08Speaker 3: beneficial for your portfolio because it lowers your your buying price.
- 25:14Speaker 1: With the diligence, I think that's the most important, right
- 25:16Speaker 1: because people say I bought the dip, then I bought
- 25:18Speaker 1: the dip, and then it dipped again, and it dipped,
- 25:20Speaker 1: and it did and it did.
- 25:22Speaker 2: That's what.
- 25:22Speaker 1: You got to be super diligent when it comes to that,
- 25:26Speaker 1: and then it dips again.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Yeah, two hundred day moving average.
- 25:30Speaker 5: We talked to seventy two moving like, go back and
- 25:32Speaker 5: watch every episode.
- 25:35Speaker 2: The blueprint is there.
- 25:36Speaker 5: And also if everyone on earth is talking about it,
- 25:38Speaker 5: it's too late, Like when I called them video on
- 25:40Speaker 5: the show, like winning video. A few years no one
- 25:44Speaker 5: thought there would be this, darling. Like some things you
- 25:46Speaker 5: like eye test, you have to actually see, Like when
- 25:48Speaker 5: I had my computer built, I told the story before.
- 25:51Speaker 5: Like when I would be in a trading room, I
- 25:52Speaker 5: would see the move happened two seconds before everyone else
- 25:54Speaker 5: because of the en video chip. Like then, like you said,
- 25:58Speaker 5: things are run up. Now it's hot, it's too late
- 26:00Speaker 5: to get in. You gotta buy a low and sell high.
- 26:03Speaker 5: If not, you are choosing to go broke. I deserve
- 26:07Speaker 5: to be rich, I deserve to be happy. I deserve
- 26:09Speaker 5: to be wealthy. I deserve to be free. You have
- 26:11Speaker 5: to believe that, and.
- 26:12Speaker 2: I just get it. Yep.
- 26:15Speaker 3: So all right, staying within the bigcoin thing, for one
- 26:18Speaker 3: last thing, what price would you advise people to get
- 26:20Speaker 3: in ibit?
- 26:23Speaker 2: Oh, great question. Let me look at this. I love it.
- 26:31Speaker 5: If it gets back down at twenty five eighty three,
- 26:35Speaker 5: going back to being patient, it debuted at twenty seven
- 26:39Speaker 5: ninety four. It's on the hell of a run. It's
- 26:42Speaker 5: at forty one forty six right now. You cannot buy
- 26:45Speaker 5: ten to fifteen percent from the high. So that's why
- 26:48Speaker 5: I like it. If I'm going to be greedy, I'll
- 26:50Speaker 5: wait till the yearly open of twenty seven ninety four
- 26:52Speaker 5: and by there. So those are the two prices that
- 26:55Speaker 5: I like. So it may run away, but at some
- 26:56Speaker 5: point we'll have a pullback. You may have to wait
- 26:58Speaker 5: to have to happen, and you'll be good.
- 27:00Speaker 4: And that's the big coin.
- 27:02Speaker 2: It's the ETF ETF. It's a ETF.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Yeah, we gave it, and I gave you the other one.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Uh bit b b I t B similar. You could
- 27:10Speaker 1: look at the charge, look at the sension another bitcoin ETF.
- 27:12Speaker 3: What's the benefit for I already know, it's gonna be
- 27:15Speaker 3: pushed back to say, if you don't own the coins,
- 27:17Speaker 3: you don't own crypto. It's not you don't really, you're not.
- 27:21Speaker 3: You're not owning bigcoin if you invest in the ETF.
- 27:25Speaker 3: But the ETF is also regulated, so you have protection
- 27:29Speaker 3: in place as opposed to own Yeah, So what would
- 27:32Speaker 3: be the advantages or disadvantage as far as owning crypto
- 27:38Speaker 3: bitcoin in the ETF as opposed to the regular way.
- 27:42Speaker 5: Number one thing is priced because most people don't have
- 27:44Speaker 5: seventy three thousand dollars for one coin.
- 27:46Speaker 3: But you can also you can buy fractional shares with
- 27:48Speaker 3: bigcoin though, So that's the bestru with crypto is that
- 27:51Speaker 3: you could just you can put one hundred dollars in
- 27:52Speaker 3: the big coin and own zero zero point one whatever
- 27:55Speaker 3: that equals.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Yeah, but when the other part is that when you're
- 28:00Speaker 1: buying it, especially and we know because we've purchased bigcoling before,
- 28:05Speaker 1: the regulation that comes with that. I mean, it's it
- 28:07Speaker 1: could be the wild wild West, right if I use
- 28:09Speaker 1: buying ins it can get tricky.
- 28:11Speaker 3: Well, that's the number one Thing's the safety secure? Like
- 28:13Speaker 3: to me, that's the biggest thing. You don't it's regulated,
- 28:16Speaker 3: stock market is regulated. You're not going to get robbed
- 28:19Speaker 3: for your for your money. That would be the biggest
- 28:23Speaker 3: thing as far as a security standpoint that that would be.
- 28:26Speaker 3: And it's what an institution it is not just you know,
- 28:29Speaker 3: I would think that that would be the number one
- 28:31Speaker 3: and they're probably the only advantage.
- 28:33Speaker 2: That's what I was saying, if you asked the question
- 28:35Speaker 2: of safety.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Safety first, Yeah, I mean, we've seen too many instances,
- 28:40Speaker 1: even like in the early days when we were trying
- 28:42Speaker 1: to figure this out, getting a USB and remember your catchphrase,
- 28:46Speaker 1: and if you don't have every set all seventeen words,
- 28:49Speaker 1: you can't get into your wallet. And should I keep
- 28:51Speaker 1: it on or should I have a cold wallet? I mean,
- 28:54Speaker 1: it's just a lot for the average person that has
- 28:57Speaker 1: no idea. It's just too much of a barrier to
- 28:59Speaker 1: get it to So pay it safe. You know how
- 29:02Speaker 1: to buy an ETA. It's very very simple. Security a
- 29:07Speaker 1: safety first.
- 29:08Speaker 6: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 29:11Speaker 6: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 29:15Speaker 6: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 29:20Speaker 6: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 29:24Speaker 6: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 29:27Speaker 6: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 29:31Speaker 6: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 29:36Speaker 6: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 29:39Speaker 6: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 29:43Speaker 6: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 29:47Speaker 6: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 29:51Speaker 6: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 29:54Speaker 6: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 29:58Speaker 6: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 30:03Speaker 6: border and families will be protected.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
