Speaker 1: D Hustle is going to drop some tech news and current events.
0:56
Speaker 1: Raymond's going to drop some new browsers, I guess, or an alternative, yeah an alternative.
1:01
Speaker 3: Yeah, an alternative.
1:02
Speaker 3: You guys might be used to it already.
1:03
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, and then something about terms and conditions.
1:05
Speaker 1: We'll see.
1:05
Speaker 1: He's supposedly not a lawyer, so we'll see what he's talking about.
1:09
Speaker 1: And D-Hustle's going to wrap it up with some sports updates.
1:12

1:29
Speaker 2: Everybody's cool with that.
1:30
Speaker 3: Sounds good.
1:30
Speaker 1: What about y'all audience?
1:31
Speaker 1: Y'all ready?
1:32
Speaker 1: All right, all right, d-hustle.
1:35
Speaker 1: Let's cue up the music for me to go jump right into this TED Talk real quick.
1:39
Speaker 1: It's going to be an interesting conversation and man, oh man, I tell you, every time I hear this song, think of season number two.
1:47
Speaker 1: If you haven't heard it yet, go check it out.
1:49
Speaker 1: We're on all platforms, all right.
1:53
Speaker 1: Thank you for inviting me to the stage player.
1:55
Speaker 1: Appreciate you Now.
2:00
Speaker 1: Uh-oh, uh-oh, dj, dee, dee, dee dee, my guy.
2:02
Speaker 1: Thank you so much, man.
2:05
Speaker 1: So what I wanted to chat about today is I don't know, did y'all catch the Google IO event last week?
2:11
Speaker 1: No I didn't, you didn't catch it.
2:12
Speaker 1: It was definitely a big popping on LinkedIn.
2:14
Speaker 1: I've seen a lot of posts on LinkedIn, a lot of interesting articles being written and I guess, if you're not familiar with it, google runs an annual conference on their campus, out in what is it?
2:28
Speaker 1: Mountain View, at the Plex Center, where they invite all the developers from around the world to come and hear them talk about what they have going on this year.
2:36
Speaker 2: When was this?
2:37
Speaker 1: It was last week Tuesday and Wednesday, so it was the 14th and 15th, I believe.
2:42
Speaker 2: What time was?
2:43
Speaker 1: this In terms of what?
2:45
Speaker 1: What time did they?
2:45
Speaker 1: Meet oh it was our time.
2:48
Speaker 1: I believe it was 12.
2:50
Speaker 1: No 1 o'clock in the afternoon, because they did it at 10 in the morning, their time in San Francisco.
2:54
Speaker 2: I was working.
2:54
Speaker 2: I don't know what you were doing.
2:55
Speaker 2: It was on my calendar.
2:57
Speaker 1: Oh okay.
2:58
Speaker 1: I had it live streaming in the background.
3:06
Speaker 2: So I couldn't attend in person, but I was definitely there in spirit.
3:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, you know deals is like operations we need to make sure we got you your hours right, but um the conference itself is definitely an opportunity for google to kind of release, like I said, the new products that they're working on um and motivate their, their developer community to really just you know, jump into this new era that they're introducing around AI.
3:27
Speaker 1: So you know, the number one topic during any of these type of conferences is AI and, yeah, google released a few cool services, some cool products around AI.
3:38
Speaker 1: What did you think about it, raymond?
3:39
Speaker 1: You get a chance to catch up on it or see anything.
3:42
Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw some you you know some glimpse of it and stuff like that and I saw what some uh, you know, some tech folks gave it.
3:50
Speaker 3: Yeah, it looked cool yeah, yeah, I'm, I'm.
3:53
Speaker 1: I will say that, um, depending on our maneuvers, because y'all know we always making these moves is we will be attending that conference, hopefully next year.
4:01
Speaker 1: Nice, um, in general, there's a really cool group that's out there that invited a lot of their students and cohorts out there.
4:10
Speaker 1: So I don't know if you ever heard of Google Tech Equity Collective.
4:13
Speaker 1: It's more or less a kind of like a nonprofit arm of Google where they're really focusing on getting giving access to underrepresented individuals into tech.
4:22
Speaker 1: Giving access to underrepresented individuals into tech and I tell you their LinkedIn's were popping.
4:26
Speaker 1: I mean, they had all kinds of really interesting people out there, especially around either students or new to the industry.
4:33
Speaker 1: But overall, google Tech Equity Collective gave access to a lot of younger developers to this conference and I was like man, I can't wait till we're there so we can pull up and enjoy the festivities but also contribute in some capacity.
4:47
Speaker 1: So we'll definitely keep y'all posted on that and definitely looking forward to that.
4:50
Speaker 1: But what was the big news?
4:52
Speaker 1: The big news for this conference again is AI.
4:55
Speaker 1: They even captured how many times they said the word AI through the whole conference.
5:01
Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw that 120 times.
5:03
Speaker 1: Yeah, they even made a meme about it.
5:05
Speaker 1: But you all can obviously see that, with all these companies really focusing on AI, this is an avenue for you all to level up on this skill set, and especially if you're a software engineer, but also if you're building products, building services, talking about building a brand.
5:21
Speaker 1: Ai is definitely going to be something that's a buzzword.
5:24
Speaker 1: Now Raymond keeps saying that everybody's using the buzzword, but they're definitely coming up with some really cool innovations.
5:31
Speaker 1: So what was the cool thing that I noticed during a conference?
5:34
Speaker 1: So they have a new large language model called not a new one but a newer version of Gemini and I believe it's like Gemini 1.5 Pro and Gemini just like ChatGPT or any other versions of Grok or Grok, I think is the one that Eli has and also what's another one.
5:54
Speaker 3: Okay, Eli, you say Elon Musk, yeah, yeah.
5:59
Speaker 1: Well, elon Musk, yeah, musk Musk.
6:02
Speaker 1: What's his name again?
6:03
Speaker 1: Yeah, elon, it's like Eli.
6:04
Speaker 1: Yeah.
6:04
Speaker 3: Musk, musk.
6:05
Speaker 3: What's his name again?
6:07
Speaker 3: Yeah, elon, it's like Eli, okay.
6:11
Speaker 1: Wow, bobby's having a brain fart this morning.
6:13
Speaker 1: Elon Musk, okay, they have their own AI version.
6:17
Speaker 3: I didn't know that Rock, I didn't know that.
6:19
Speaker 1: That they're also working on.
6:21
Speaker 1: But what I'm really getting to is, all these companies are coming up with their own AI version, and the one that I saw from Google that really captured my attention is that it's a multimodal AI.
6:31
Speaker 1: That means that it's not only text-based, so normally we usually just type in text and then it replies back, but this one can take pictures, listen to audio and really just broaden the spectrum of what these AIs are eventually going to be able to do.
6:46
Speaker 1: And the real reason why I'm bringing this up is that we on the show have definitely reviewed a few products or talked about a few products or talked about AI.
6:54
Speaker 1: I think almost every episode we've mentioned AI at least once is that this race is really heating up, because the product release that I've seen Google release during the IO event is very complementary or compatible to the ChatGPT version that they just released also.
7:12
Speaker 1: So, if you didn't know, chatgpt also or OpenAI more specifically also released a newer version of their large language model, and I think they did this just to compete with Google IO, because they did it the day before.
7:24
Speaker 1: But this is kind of like the battle that's going on.
7:27
Speaker 1: It's like who's creating the better large language model, but that new one that's coming out with ChatGPT 4.0, not the number O, but the letter O is fire too.
7:37
Speaker 3: Yeah, that looks pretty impressive.
7:38
Speaker 1: Yeah, they're really doing some crazy stuff over there and I'm really interested in this back and forth that's really being introduced between OpenAI and Google and all the other players out there, including what's that guy's name again, elon Musk.
7:51
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
7:54
Speaker 3: I haven't heard.
7:54
Speaker 3: This is the first I've heard of that.
7:56
Speaker 3: He had one, so yeah, yeah.
7:57
Speaker 1: Let me tell you, and I think the reason why he created all those lawsuits around OpenAI and stuff like that is to hopefully slow everybody down so he can catch up.
8:07
Speaker 1: Interesting that's what I heard on the streets, but it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out.
8:11
Speaker 1: I guess TLDR and more or less just overall idea and concepts around what's being released is everyone should be following along, keeping their ears to these streets being updated on all of these releases of these new software, new frameworks, new AI, this AI that, because this is going to be our future.
8:30
Speaker 1: I was talking to a mentee of mine and I was mentioning to her this is only two years in and look at where we're at right.
8:36
Speaker 1: It's like, hey, if you don't catch it now, you're going to be left behind because they're iterating so fast with these new models, new interfaces and new ways of using it, and I use it on a daily basis and I definitely want to encourage everybody else to.
8:47
Speaker 1: So that's all that I have about Google IO.
8:51
Speaker 1: Big shout outs to Google for hosting that event.
8:53
Speaker 1: Big shout outs to Google Tech Equity Collective.
8:56
Speaker 1: They had, like I said, a group of young black people that go out there and really, really represent it, which I was really proud of.
9:03
Speaker 1: And yeah, OpenAI, google's coming back.
9:07
Speaker 1: They said that they're not going to take it laying down they're going to give them a fight.
9:11
Speaker 1: So we'll see how it all plays out.
9:13
Speaker 3: All right, fellas Any questions about that.
9:15
Speaker 1: Any follow-ups on?
9:17
Speaker 3: that yeah.
9:17
Speaker 3: What did you think of the Google event and all that?
9:21
Speaker 1: I thought it was fire.
9:21
Speaker 1: Like I said, it is definitely one of those that has a lot of hype around it.
9:27
Speaker 1: It's more of like the music festival that they're trying to make, but in terms of just the products and things that they're releasing, it's blowing my mind what they're going to be doing, because I believe AI and this Gemini is going to be integrated with every product offering that Google has, from Gmail to Google Docs to Excel, all of that is going to be integrated with this stuff and yeah, I'm just excited to see what they release.
9:50
Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, man.
9:51
Speaker 1: All right, all right, fellas.
9:53
Speaker 1: Well, thank you all for tuning in for the tech talk.
9:56
Speaker 1: Sorry about your name, elon.
9:58
Speaker 1: I know you'll be listening to our show Sometime we get mixed up.
10:00
Speaker 1: What's that other guy named?
10:08
Speaker 2: All right, I got two offenses.
10:09
Speaker 2: What?
10:10
Speaker 1: am I doing at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and why can't I get people's names right during this episode?
10:14
Speaker 1: So the COO is going to get me checked out.
10:18
Speaker 2: Elon.
10:18
Speaker 2: I don't know about him, but I'll definitely go ahead and have to end the one-on-one since he can't get your name right.
10:23
Speaker 2: I definitely have a lot of questions to ask.
10:26
Speaker 1: Oh man, I need that alone.
10:27
Speaker 1: No worries, no worries.
10:28
Speaker 1: Well, d-hustle, you're up next player.
10:30
Speaker 1: You know what?
10:30
Speaker 2: I got the question right now.
10:32
Speaker 1: There we go, if you don't want to give it to me face-to-face.
10:34
Speaker 2: What's going on with this 25% of Tesla?
10:36
Speaker 2: So Elon Musk wants 25 of Tesla, or you don't get AI or robotics.
10:50
Speaker 2: What?
10:50
Speaker 2: What do you mean by that?
10:50
Speaker 2: So basically, as of right now in the recent years, I guess Tesla is an AI robotic company.
10:54
Speaker 1: I actually heard that, so he's trying to change their branding around being an.
10:57
Speaker 1: Ai robotics company.
10:59
Speaker 2: So he says give me 25% of the company and I won't build AI robotics products at the company.
11:07
Speaker 3: Wow yeah, wow, jesus yeah.
11:10
Speaker 2: So I don't know if you know, in 2018, he has 13% of Tesla.
11:14
Speaker 2: All right, so 25%.
11:17
Speaker 2: So now he wants 25% to control over the company Wow, something that he doesn't have right now.
11:24
Speaker 2: To control over the company Wow, something that he doesn't have right now.
11:27
Speaker 2: But if he does, that's tens of billions of dollars of shares to buy a Twitter.
11:31
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
11:31
Speaker 2: So I don't know.
11:33
Speaker 3: It's interesting that he doesn't control the company.
11:36
Speaker 1: I mean he had to go let some of it go to go buy Twitter and stuff like that.
11:39
Speaker 1: That makes sense okay and in general, I think there's a lot of over, like he needs to have equity in the company for him to really make the investments.
11:48
Speaker 1: That's what he's saying, I guess.
11:49
Speaker 1: But man, oh man, I don't know about this and I feel like it's like he's manhandling or wrestling people, like hey, if y'all don't give me this, I'm not going to do that.
12:01
Speaker 2: So this is what's going to happen.
12:02
Speaker 2: By approving on this, the CEO appears to have conditions that is needed for him not to divert AI robotics away from Tesla.
12:09
Speaker 2: So if he does get the 25% of the voting, he gets voting power over Tesla.
12:15
Speaker 2: He gets reincorporated Tesla in Texas and then re-approves his 2018 compensions package.
12:26
Speaker 1: Dang, he's really doing it up.
12:27
Speaker 1: Huh, Yep.
12:29
Speaker 2: Wow, yes, sir.
12:30
Speaker 2: So letting you know about the compensions package is the reason that it was judged founded by Elon that too much influence over the board.
12:39
Speaker 2: So basically, he wants more control.
12:43
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's basically what he's fighting for is more control.
12:45
Speaker 1: But how do y'all feel about the company switching from a car company now moving into a robotics AI company?
12:54
Speaker 1: Because that's the underlying thing that I really see Like he's trying to do a shift, what they're building and what they're working on.
13:00
Speaker 3: Yeah, that's interesting.
13:01
Speaker 3: I mean, aren't they a computer company?
13:02
Speaker 3: Technically?
13:03
Speaker 3: I mean it's a computer company, technically I mean it's a soft I mean it's a car company, but yeah, there's software with the autopilot it's, it's based off of software, yeah, so I, I mean, I definitely feel like most companies are going to be software companies in the background some form of fashion, but uh, I'm trying to figure out what the heck he's building like yeah well, I mean, if I was elon, why wouldn't I just go create another company?
13:27
Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean he's got it, you know, he's got the rocket company, he's got, you know, chip company.
13:32
Speaker 1: Unless he knows the satellite company.
13:35
Speaker 2: Yeah, well, why is?
13:36
Speaker 3: he shutting down.
13:38
Speaker 2: Did you get the?
13:39
Speaker 2: I hear you have a Tesla, so yes, Did you get the?
13:42
Speaker 2: Tesla release update that basically is to removing wheel snag and then shut down sunglass loopholes.
13:48
Speaker 2: Are you having any issues with those?
13:51
Speaker 3: No, what's that?
13:52
Speaker 2: So, basically, there's an update that you're you know you're not able to drive by itself.
13:56
Speaker 2: Yes, your car drives by itself, so I want you to have the hands, like you were saying on it, yep.
14:01
Speaker 2: But why are they removing that?
14:04
Speaker 3: though.
14:05
Speaker 2: Oh, they're getting rid of that no, no, no, no, you're supposed to drive automatically without having the hands on, oh okay.
14:10
Speaker 3: Well, the hands hands on is supposed to make you more attentive, so you're actually paying attention, because sometimes the autopilot is not completely smart enough, so you got to be ready to take over at any time yeah so that's why they want you to keep your hands on, because you know I mean it kind of struggles with like traffic jams and, depending on the stop sign, you got to be ready so they want, they want to disable that feature so that it can just drive without it.
14:37
Speaker 1: Yes, wow, that's interesting I mean that's full autonomous right it's like.
14:42
Speaker 3: That's not.
14:42
Speaker 3: It's not approved by the federal government, that's not.
14:44
Speaker 2: It's not approved by the federal government.
14:45
Speaker 2: Why have a feature if it's not approved?
14:46
Speaker 2: I guess they're leaving it there.
14:48
Speaker 1: So when it is approved, then they get to flip a switch easy, it's technically not approved.
14:53
Speaker 3: That's why, because when you go into the software, when I go into it, it says beta it says beta.
14:58
Speaker 3: Even though it's driving itself and all that.
15:00
Speaker 3: It still says beta because the federal government has not approved this.
15:03
Speaker 1: That's probably why they're getting away with it, because they're kind of labeling it as a beta product.
15:08
Speaker 3: Is it?
15:08
Speaker 2: because of more accidents.
15:10
Speaker 3: Well, you know, yes.
15:11
Speaker 3: I mean they're always updating the software.
15:13
Speaker 3: I get updates like at least twice a month.
15:15
Speaker 2: I see it.
15:15
Speaker 2: I see it like a commercial.
15:17
Speaker 3: They're always making it smarter.
15:18
Speaker 2: So it's like a pills commercial Like you see these commercials on TV and stuff and it says, well, everything is good, but it's not FDA approved.
15:26
Speaker 3: And then the symptoms throwing up.
15:28
Speaker 2: Freaking shit in your bones, sweating heart, palpitations Like why, the fuck, are you giving me All this pill here if it's gonna give me All that side effect?
15:36
Speaker 2: Yeah for sure.
15:39
Speaker 1: That's basically what they're doing.
15:40
Speaker 1: It's beta.
15:44
Speaker 3: That's a good point.
15:45
Speaker 3: I D-Hustle.
15:46
Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a great analogy.
15:46
Speaker 3: I'm done with this, bro, so.
15:48
Speaker 2: I can build a car and then just say it's not fucking lefty here, bro, you drive it.
15:53
Speaker 2: Let me know if it works out for you or not.
15:55
Speaker 3: Yeah, oh, I love it, but then again, if you go out west to Phoenix, cars that drive you.
16:01
Speaker 3: There's nobody in it, it's a taxi.
16:03
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a carless person.
16:04
Speaker 2: Yeah, like one of my cars in phoenix.
16:06
Speaker 2: Yeah, insurance must be phenomenal, it's great yeah, my co-worker went into it.
16:10
Speaker 3: It was like no one in the car.
16:11
Speaker 3: I picked them up, it was a you know driverless taxi, so yeah, I like that shout out to driving this taxi yeah I mean, if they're moving more to be a robotics company, why not make your car being the first?
16:23
Speaker 2: but do you see where they doing it?
16:25
Speaker 1: in terms of what?
16:27
Speaker 2: Those robotics at Arizona, Utah.
16:31
Speaker 3: Yeah, out west.
16:33
Speaker 2: Wisconsin.
16:34
Speaker 2: You know what?
16:35
Speaker 2: Let me hold on Wisconsin, because it snows a lot over there.
16:38
Speaker 2: Places that like Buck, egypt that nobody would go to Like back in the days when somebody would tell me to go to Melbourne, I would be like Melbourne, yeah, yeah, what the fuck am I going to?
16:49
Speaker 1: do over there, there's nothing over there.
16:51
Speaker 1: It's one of those places that is a lot less of accidents slash stuff like that, so they can be more lenient on possibly running somebody over.
17:03
Speaker 2: There's a guy going 75.
17:05
Speaker 2: Well, not here.
17:06
Speaker 1: That's true too.
17:07
Speaker 1: That's true too, but man, I don't know what Tesla got going on.
17:11
Speaker 1: Man, it's Something to keep a look at, keep your eyes and nose open.
17:14
Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure, for sure.
17:15
Speaker 2: You know there's a lot of shit going on in what was it Brazil?
17:18
Speaker 2: Did you see that Brazil Lightning going on?
17:27
Speaker 2: I guess some kid.
17:29
Speaker 3: I had to look it up.
17:29
Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you got to send me that.
17:31
Speaker 1: Yeah, Look at you like.
17:35
Speaker 3: UFO sightings Jeez, but you preferenced it by saying TikTok challenge.
17:38
Speaker 3: That's the problem, right there, yeah.
17:45
Speaker 1: But hey, I mean, if you think about the era we're living in, we're moving so fast that we might be seeing stuff that we haven't seen before, right, yeah, stuff that we haven't seen before.
17:50
Speaker 3: Right, yeah, I mean I gotta send that to my son.
17:51
Speaker 3: He's all about that ufo stuff, yeah wow, justin already.
17:54
Speaker 3: Yeah, he's a believer dad, they're coming do you believe bobby?
18:00
Speaker 1: v.
18:00
Speaker 1: I mean, I'll tell you the truth, bro.
18:02
Speaker 1: Um, there's no way in my mind that I would and this is just if I was sitting at the chair that I would only have one planet or one place that looks like this, like if, if.
18:15
Speaker 2: I'm at the helm.
18:15
Speaker 1: There's at least another planet or somewhere out there, something else, to make sure that this isn't the only thing that would fail, and then humanity would be gone forever, right?
18:25
Speaker 1: So I do believe that there there are um other places that are similar to ours, but do I believe that there are little gray people type stuff?
18:38
Speaker 1: I don't know about that.
18:39
Speaker 1: I think that we would be surprised to see them look very close to the way that we look and or move the way that we move.
18:45
Speaker 1: It's just that they're so far advanced than we are, and I think the only reason why we haven't had access to them is because we haven't technically gotten to their level yet to embrace.
18:53
Speaker 1: It's almost like we got to watch more alien movies before the alien gets here.
19:00
Speaker 1: That kind of stuff.
19:01
Speaker 1: I got you, but yeah, I definitely feel like there's something out there.
19:04
Speaker 3: Okay, I know the hustle belief, I'm going to tell you a couple of stuff I can't believe right now.
19:12
Speaker 2: I believe in aliens, the government, the government, basically, is taking full control Of hiding this crap From us.
19:20
Speaker 2: I believe Bigfoot.
19:23
Speaker 2: I don't know why.
19:24
Speaker 2: Why is there A fucking TV show On fucking Bigfoot?
19:27
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we have no fucking idea.
19:30
Speaker 1: Well, he's out there.
19:31
Speaker 1: He's definitely out there, in my opinion too, yeah definitely out there.
19:35
Speaker 2: What else is stuff that?
19:36
Speaker 2: What else I believe in?
19:40
Speaker 2: I believe in.
19:41
Speaker 1: How about this?
19:42
Speaker 1: How about underwater?
19:43
Speaker 1: There's like mermaid type stuff.
19:46
Speaker 2: You know what I believe in that crap too, the ocean is a different beast, it's a different beast, bro.
19:53
Speaker 3: We still haven't even explored it fully yes, it's just, don't even get me started.
19:56
Speaker 3: Yeah, actually I was reading an article.
19:58
Speaker 2: I heard an article the fucking mag is out there shoot.
20:03
Speaker 2: That movie definitely makes me think about that.
20:05
Speaker 1: Yeah it is but the, the show that I was watching was or was on youtube or something like that, where they were saying it was actually on the Joe Rogan show.
20:12
Speaker 1: It was like hey, as deep as the ocean goes, there could be a society that lives under that deep that we just don't know exists.
20:20
Speaker 1: And it's because we haven't been down there or we don't know what's going on, because it's so massive.
20:24
Speaker 1: It's like the perfect place to hide.
20:27
Speaker 1: I mean, why would they hide on land where we could see them?
20:29
Speaker 1: Why wouldn't they hide deep under the oceans where we don't even look right?
20:33
Speaker 2: Aquaman.
20:34
Speaker 2: My guys say Aquaman.
20:38
Speaker 1: But yeah, definitely, definitely All right.
20:41
Speaker 1: D-hustle, what else?
20:41
Speaker 1: You got anything else in news?
20:43
Speaker 2: Well, yeah, I got a couple things here.
20:44
Speaker 2: Nothing crazy here.
20:45
Speaker 2: Did you guys get the Apple update?
20:46
Speaker 2: Yeah, I recently got updated on my phone.
20:48
Speaker 2: If you haven't got the update, it's coming.
20:54
Speaker 2: Just check general settings, is there.
20:55
Speaker 2: I guess Apple's launching the 17.51.
20:56
Speaker 2: Basically what that does?
20:58
Speaker 2: It deletes photos to return what?
21:02
Speaker 2: Listen to it carefully.
21:03
Speaker 2: It says Apple releases bugs.
21:08
Speaker 2: That causes deleted photos to return.
21:12
Speaker 3: I didn't even know that was a thing.
21:13
Speaker 2: So this update provides inputs of bugs and addresses the rare issues where photos that experience database corruption could reappear in the photo libraries, even if they were deleted.
21:25
Speaker 2: So, now you're going to say no?
21:28
Speaker 2: Is Apple secretly deleting photos or keeping our photos?
21:33
Speaker 2: No, actually no.
21:34
Speaker 2: Apple appears to be describing the FIX database mechanism.
21:39
Speaker 2: That is basically that the photo library records of deletions are accurate to prevent previous deleted photos from resurfacing.
21:49
Speaker 3: Interesting.
21:51
Speaker 1: That right there can you imagine You're taking some pictures.
21:54
Speaker 1: You delete them.
21:54
Speaker 1: You're like yo, I ain't got nothing on my phone and you give your phone over.
21:58
Speaker 3: That's wild, that's crazy, wow, wow.
22:03
Speaker 1: Well, apple get that fixed, and you said they already got a fix coming out for it, right?
22:06
Speaker 2: They already got a fix already out.
22:07
Speaker 1: Actually that is the fix.
22:08
Speaker 1: All right, fix already.
22:09
Speaker 1: Actually that is the fix.
22:10
Speaker 1: Alright, let me see.
22:10
Speaker 1: Let me see what version I'm running, so then I can make sure 17.5.1, something like that.
22:15
Speaker 3: I usually stay up to date with the updates.
22:17
Speaker 1: Yeah.
22:19
Speaker 2: That's basically what it is, wow.
22:22
Speaker 1: The app is out here trying to catch somebody slipping.
22:24
Speaker 3: Yeah, I did it the other day, the update.
22:26
Speaker 1: Oh no, I'm on 17.5, so I need to get mine updated.
22:29
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, you got a good .1.
22:31
Speaker 1: Yep, I got a 1 update tonight.
22:35
Speaker 2: I'm already updated.
22:35
Speaker 2: D-hustle said I'm good.
22:38
Speaker 3: I'm already updated.
22:40
Speaker 1: Wow, Apple, they're trying to catch people sleeping.
22:43
Speaker 2: Alright, D-Hustle anything else Are we good.
22:45
Speaker 1: That's it Alright.
22:47
Speaker 1: Oh, that's the sound.
22:48
Speaker 1: Next up, we got my guy Raymond Don't call him Ray Ray with his nuggets.
22:52
Speaker 1: What's up?
22:52
Speaker 1: Player?
22:53
Speaker 3: What's up, gentlemen?
22:53
Speaker 1: All right man, what's good?
22:55
Speaker 3: All right, got two nuggets here for you here.
22:58
Speaker 3: First one here.
22:59
Speaker 3: Obviously, you know we all have our favorite browsers that we use.
23:03
Speaker 3: You guys might be already familiar with this one, because it's been on macOS for years now.
23:11
Speaker 1: It's called arc browser.
23:12
Speaker 1: Arc browser, yeah, I don't think I've ever used it, yeah yeah, arc browser.
23:15
Speaker 3: It's from a little startup company.
23:17
Speaker 3: It's kind of funny.
23:18
Speaker 3: The name of the company is called the browser company the browser company.
23:22
Speaker 3: So yeah, it's been on.
23:23
Speaker 3: It's been available on mac os for years now.
23:26
Speaker 3: So they've been piling it, piloting it, putting like a beta on windows.
23:30
Speaker 3: So now the beta is coming off of Windows.
23:32
Speaker 3: But yeah, it's based off of security, it's cleaner, it's got a safer interface.
23:37
Speaker 3: They pride themselves on privacy.
23:39
Speaker 3: They don't sell your data or anything.
23:41
Speaker 3: Like I said, it's been available for years now on the macOS.
23:44
Speaker 3: They have it on beta for Windows and it's coming off of beta for Windows now.
23:49
Speaker 1: So now they're going to be providing that same type of browser on windows?
23:53
Speaker 3: yes, it's called arc browser, so yeah it's um.
23:56
Speaker 3: You know just another alternative.
23:57
Speaker 3: You know more and more I see these companies selling your data and stuff like that I'm just getting away from using.
24:03
Speaker 3: You know, chrome is still my favorite browser, but you know, just some kind of lost faith in chrome.
24:09
Speaker 3: In chrome, yeah, I'm using safari more, not, well, not Safari, but I'm using gosh.
24:13
Speaker 3: I'm having a brain fart here.
24:14
Speaker 3: Firefox.
24:16
Speaker 1: Firefox.
24:16
Speaker 3: yes, I'm using Firefox more now, yeah, but yeah, I mean I'll check it out.
24:21
Speaker 1: I mean, the thing is, is that it says Arc is the Chrome replacement I've been waiting for?
24:27
Speaker 1: Yes.
24:33
Speaker 3: It's based off of chromonium, so it's, just, like you know, same architecture as the chrome browser.
24:35
Speaker 3: But yeah, that is wild.
24:36
Speaker 3: Yeah, so you know, check it out, just giving you another flavor there yeah, yeah, do they have their own search engine and everything?
24:41
Speaker 3: I believe it looks like they have a park search um so it's probably nothing is as good as google, but you know yeah, I mean it's, it's.
24:48
Speaker 1: I mean it's competitions up and the thing about browsers, why I'm always interested in these browsers.
24:54
Speaker 1: If you think about it, that's technically what our new interface is like you, and this is when they first came out with Chromebooks and in my mind I'm like, oh, that's a perfect thing to create, because all you need is just a Chrome browser and then you'll be able to run.
25:06
Speaker 1: Is that your new, like workstation desktop is going to?
25:11
Speaker 1: Desktop is through your browser?
25:12
Speaker 1: We open browsers just about do everything you rarely have to install fat clients, I mean some companies still do.
25:19
Speaker 1: You still install fat clients.
25:21
Speaker 3: Unfortunately, yeah.
25:22
Speaker 1: But that's like the older way of doing it the more modern way is to create a web interface and then you can use a browser to basically access it, but this battle is actually going to continue to fight even more, and now I guess arc is adding themselves to the loop yep, indeed.
25:37
Speaker 3: Wow, check it out well, good find raymond yeah, for sure yeah, anything else.
25:42
Speaker 1: What else you got on your list?
25:44
Speaker 3: yeah.
25:44
Speaker 3: So um, just kind of going down the list here d hustle was talking about.
25:49
Speaker 3: You know tesla with the autopilot and you know fda and you know terms of service and agreement and stuff like that.
25:56
Speaker 3: So call me crazy, but you know how, like you know, you get a new software device or a new product and it's got like tens of pages of the terms of service agreements.
26:06
Speaker 3: Call me crazy, but d hustle doesn't strike me as a person that reads ill stuff.
26:10
Speaker 3: Do you read all of those like the tens of pages of the Terms of Service Agreement, d-hustle?
26:14
Speaker 2: I get to half of it and then I just go on, okay that's what I figured.
26:17
Speaker 3: Bobby D, do you read that stuff?
26:19
Speaker 1: Hell.
26:19
Speaker 1: No, I don't even take it.
26:21
Speaker 2: I always got to read half just to make sure everything is aligned.
26:25
Speaker 2: And then after that, the terms keep, terms keep going Like I really don't need all that.
26:35
Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't have time to ask a lawyer to fucking read all that shit.
26:38
Speaker 3: It's wild though, but it's very important that we read this stuff.
26:41
Speaker 3: I know like I'm calling the kettle black, so I don't read that crap either.
26:43
Speaker 3: But you know there's a lot of important information on there and we're just agreeing to whatever without reading this stuff.
26:50
Speaker 3: So that brings me to a good segue here.
26:52
Speaker 3: One of the nuggets I have for you guys is the terms of service.
26:55
Speaker 3: Didn't read?
26:56
Speaker 3: There's a website.
26:57
Speaker 3: Yes, it's called terms of service.
27:00
Speaker 3: Didn't read?
27:00
Speaker 3: Check it out.
27:01
Speaker 3: Basically, it grades all of these companies based off the terms of service.
27:05
Speaker 3: So basically, you get an a if your terms of service is really good and if you're really bad, you get an E.
27:11
Speaker 3: So, to no surprise, apple has an E.
27:15
Speaker 3: They're full of crap with all the.
27:17
Speaker 3: You know, hey, we're a privacy company and all this stuff like that.
27:21
Speaker 3: You know they're full of shit.
27:22
Speaker 3: I'm sorry I'm cursing here.
27:23
Speaker 3: This is a family program, but Apple is full of shit.
27:26
Speaker 3: Also, not to surprise you, mr Bobby D, google is full of shit as well.
27:30
Speaker 3: So is Facebook, to no surprise, and also Amazon.
27:34
Speaker 3: Do you know who has a great terms of service agreement.
27:37
Speaker 2: Who does.
27:38
Speaker 3: DuckDuckGo Remember I did a nugget ago about the alternative browser for you guys that's based off of privacy and safety.
27:47
Speaker 3: One of my coworkers swears by it.
27:48
Speaker 3: Duckduckgo, if you go on terms of service, they go on their homepage.
27:51
Speaker 3: They kind of show you all the major companies what grade they have and check out duck duck go.
27:56
Speaker 3: They have a b because they pride themselves on privacy.
27:59
Speaker 3: They're not selling your information.
28:00
Speaker 3: Apple, google, facebook all these companies have e guys.
28:04
Speaker 3: They're just they're.
28:06
Speaker 3: They're full of shit.
28:06
Speaker 3: They're.
28:07
Speaker 3: They're just selling your information.
28:08
Speaker 3: They're not about privacy.
28:10
Speaker 3: It's all marketing bs.
28:10
Speaker 3: So, yeah, like, this website does the heavy lifting for you.
28:11
Speaker 3: It does all that it reads.
28:11
Speaker 3: They're just selling your information.
28:11
Speaker 3: They're not about privacy.
28:11
Speaker 3: It's all marketing BS.
28:13
Speaker 3: So this website does the heavy lifting for you.
28:15
Speaker 3: It reads all the terms of service.
28:17
Speaker 3: If you don't feel like reading it, check this site out and it tells you what terms of service.
28:21
Speaker 3: The company that you're dealing with some of your favorite technology companies you'll be surprised.
28:25
Speaker 3: Like I love Amazon.
28:26
Speaker 3: That's the first place I go.
28:28
Speaker 3: Yeah, the shop right, you know know to shop like.
28:36
Speaker 3: I go there first before I do anything.
28:36
Speaker 3: But you know like little that you know what they're doing with your data and your information.
28:39
Speaker 3: So, but you know, don't let this website, you know, discourage you, discourage you, but you know, just letting you know just letting you know so, because I know d hustle doesn't read it.
28:48
Speaker 3: I don't read it, you don't read it.
28:50
Speaker 1: No, no, d hustle read it.
28:51
Speaker 3: Bonnie D, no no D Hustle reads half of it.
28:52
Speaker 3: He reads half of it.
28:53
Speaker 3: I know I was like yo listen.
28:54
Speaker 2: I don't know.
28:54
Speaker 2: I think I had the most.
28:55
Speaker 2: I think, personally, the most important thing they do in terms of services they put everything on the top.
29:01
Speaker 2: Yeah, and then in the bottom is more of verbiage.
29:06
Speaker 2: And after that I'm like nah, I'm all right.
29:08
Speaker 2: But, I really hate that.
29:10
Speaker 2: You guys got to give me a big humongous turn service just to hit the fucking.
29:13
Speaker 2: Of course I got to scroll all the way down.
29:15
Speaker 2: Just give me that button real quick.
29:18
Speaker 1: That's the trick, though for them to get you to comply, right, correct, they'll put the button all the way down, so that means you got to scroll all the way through and because you scroll, if you have a Facebook account, it's never really gone.
29:34
Speaker 3: Even if you close it and delete it, it's never gone.
29:37
Speaker 3: It's still there in the background.
29:38
Speaker 3: So that's your smart man.
29:41
Speaker 3: So, yeah, these are part of the things that we need to be aware of.
29:44
Speaker 3: So, yeah, if you don't want to read it, check out this site called Terms of Service.
29:47
Speaker 3: You Didn't Read.
29:49
Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh read and they read it for me.
29:50
Speaker 3: They read it for you and they give you the grade.
29:51
Speaker 3: It literally gives you the grade.
29:53
Speaker 2: Out of curiosity, how do they read it?
29:56
Speaker 3: They literally go through it.
29:57
Speaker 3: They've already read it.
30:00
Speaker 2: They've already read it for you.
30:01
Speaker 2: They give you the grade.
30:04
Speaker 3: They'll just give you the grade A is good, E is bad In situations like that.
30:06
Speaker 2: What happens if you don't select?
30:08
Speaker 2: You know I happens if you don't select.
30:14
Speaker 2: You know I acknowledge for example, video games.
30:15
Speaker 3: I don't think you're able to go into the next option to play.
30:17
Speaker 2: So it's correct spending like 60 for no reason then well, you could.
30:20
Speaker 3: You are correct.
30:21
Speaker 3: You can't use a product without agreeing to the acceptance of the agreement.
30:24
Speaker 3: You could use this site to check out, you know, if you are strong on privacy and security and all that, and you are stands by your stance.
30:32
Speaker 2: Let's break one down so let's say I love Street Fighter.
30:35
Speaker 2: So let's say we get Street Fighter versus fucking Mortal Kombat and the games.
30:40
Speaker 2: You know the game is going to be vital.
30:41
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
30:42
Speaker 3: Of course.
30:42
Speaker 2: Automatically, I'm assuming the terms of this, telling you we do apologize.
30:48
Speaker 2: This is very violent, not for kids.
30:50
Speaker 1: Yeah, boom, boom, boom boom.
30:52
Speaker 2: Yeah, we know that, we know that.
30:54
Speaker 2: But then it goes into the state.
30:55
Speaker 2: Let's say anything that goes.
30:58
Speaker 2: If my kid decides to speak badly about somebody else and you don't want to agree to that, that means we ask that.
31:09
Speaker 1: Yeah because it's almost like you're accepting all of it.
31:12
Speaker 1: You can't accept pieces of it.
31:13
Speaker 1: It was like, yeah, I accept this part, that part, and no, I don't.
31:16
Speaker 1: No, you gotta accept it all.
31:17
Speaker 3: It's like a waiver almost.
31:18
Speaker 3: Yeah.
31:19
Speaker 3: Well, yeah, kind of like a waiver, yeah.
31:20
Speaker 3: So you go to the gym or you go to like these bounce house places.
31:23
Speaker 1: You gotta sign the waiver.
31:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean them is that they don't want no responsibility.
31:28
Speaker 2: So basically covering your own ass Facts.
31:30
Speaker 2: Because you know it was a bounce house, my kid falls down and busts his fucking head.
31:38
Speaker 2: We're not reliable.
31:40
Speaker 2: You signed the fucking terms.
31:42
Speaker 2: To read the terms.
31:44
Speaker 2: No, we freaking did it.
31:46
Speaker 2: We didn't think he was going to fall down.
31:47
Speaker 2: I didn't think he was going to get pushed by you either.
31:51
Speaker 1: I didn't even know y'all was going to add that to the terms of service.
31:54
Speaker 1: Right, that's wild, but yeah, man it's really interesting about terms and conditions.
32:01
Speaker 1: We give away our data so easily, so like.
32:05
Speaker 1: It's sometimes blow my mind, and I'm looking at the site right now.
32:09
Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
32:09
Speaker 1: The worst one is Facebook.
32:11
Speaker 1: They have they have like one, two, three, four, five, five different categories and Facebook is red on all five of them.
32:17
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's terrible.
32:17
Speaker 3: Facebook is by far has to be like yeah, it's.
32:20
Speaker 3: I'm shocked that Amazon is bad as well.
32:23
Speaker 3: Yeah, it's crazy.
32:24
Speaker 3: Yeah, so, jesus, look at that.
32:25
Speaker 3: Facebook is like your identity is using ads A service that can read your private messages for facebook, that is ridiculous.
32:34
Speaker 3: That's crazy.
32:34
Speaker 3: They can look at your browser history.
32:36
Speaker 3: You're deleted is not really deleted according here to facebook.
32:39
Speaker 3: Yeah, that's scary.
32:40
Speaker 3: So let's just say, if I sent, I jumped in someone's dms and I sent her, you know whatever she sent me a picture, I deleted it.
32:47
Speaker 3: It's not really deleted.
32:48
Speaker 1: No, it's not, it's crazy.
32:50

Speaker 2: Is that a TNT?
47:15
Speaker 2: Yes, no, not a TNT.
47:17
Speaker 3: Well, yeah, barkley and them would lose their jobs.
47:19
Speaker 3: So I don't know about you guys.
47:21
Speaker 3: Growing up, that is the GOAT theme song.
47:24
Speaker 3: Nba on NBC yeah, on NBC, if they get that back.
47:28
Speaker 3: Like, growing up, that theme song was like, that's the goat theme song there.
47:32
Speaker 3: So yeah, that is the rumors that the NBA, like NBC, wants it badly.
47:36
Speaker 3: So they might be the NBA back on NBC and unfortunately Barkley and Shaq will be losing their jobs.
47:41
Speaker 3: So I mean I love their insider show.
47:44
Speaker 3: I think it's the best sports time half show period on TV, but I don't know.
47:48
Speaker 1: But they might renegotiate a new deal with NBC.
47:51
Speaker 3: They could AT&T could come out and beat the deal, but the rumors is NBA might be on NBC because they want it.
47:57
Speaker 1: So but yeah, interesting, yeah, interesting so yeah.
48:00
Speaker 1: Wow, that's crazy.

48:12
Speaker 2: Well, I got one more, but I don't know how you feel Ronnie might be number one In In NBA draft.
48:19
Speaker 3: Like number one.
48:20
Speaker 3: What do you mean?
48:20
Speaker 3: Like going into the first round?
48:21
Speaker 2: First round Okay, wow.
48:24
Speaker 3: Geez, I see some highlights from his workout.
48:26
Speaker 3: Yeah, I seen, but those are workouts.
48:29
Speaker 3: Man, I know, but those are workouts.
48:31
Speaker 3: I mean, where is this kid getting bumped up from workouts?
48:35
Speaker 1: I mean it's his dad, bro.
48:36
Speaker 1: I mean, what else do you think it is?
48:37
Speaker 1: Man?
48:38
Speaker 3: it's crazy, I I just I'm not hating or nothing.
48:41
Speaker 3: I'm not hating or nothing, but jesus, I'm hating I mean yeah, yeah.
48:48
Speaker 3: And his dad says he Will not go to the team that drafts his son For now.
48:54
Speaker 2: Bro, listen, let me get down to.
48:55
Speaker 2: I don't give a fuck who your father is.
48:57
Speaker 2: Stay in school, finish your degree.
49:00
Speaker 2: If the opportunity comes that you get drafted, go ahead and take it.
49:04
Speaker 2: I don't need you to be A freaking freshman Already going into NBA.
49:08
Speaker 2: You don't know shit About the game yet Just because your dad I bet your dad is there.
49:13
Speaker 2: Much love.

Speaker 2: I appreciate your dad Doing what he's doing Right now, but finish school, have some fun, man.
49:18
Speaker 2: Go to college, go to these parties, because you ain't going To no fucking Dini party.

49:44
Speaker 3: It's not like he has to go to the league, right, you are correct.
49:47
Speaker 1: Those that go to the league quick.
49:48
Speaker 1: They got a family to take care of this.
49:49
Speaker 3: That and this, yeah, but the whole school thing is a scam.

50:01
Speaker 2: So so this is funny.
50:03
Speaker 2: So you go to school.
50:04
Speaker 2: So basically, college is, I want to say, not an opportunity, a resume.
50:14
Speaker 2: So you go to college for four years.
50:17
Speaker 2: Basically, all you're doing for these companies is telling them hey, listen, you're able to come to work Monday through Friday.
50:26
Speaker 3: Follow directions you did four years.
50:27
Speaker 3: I agree with you, D-Hustle.
50:28
Speaker 2: Boom, boom, boom.
50:29
Speaker 2: You come on fucking time.
50:31
Speaker 2: You know you pass your exam and All the company is saying, okay, this person Was able to Go to school full time Follow directions.
50:40
Speaker 1: Follow directions.
50:41
Speaker 2: I can give you.
50:42
Speaker 2: I can give you a position At my job Because you're able to do this.
50:45
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
50:48
Speaker 3: I, I hear what you're saying, but let me give you the devil's advocate on that.
50:51
Speaker 3: So you're saying he should finish in school, but you can finish anytime.
50:55
Speaker 3: People who are like 70 are still going back to school, right, right.
50:59
Speaker 2: But now that you're still fresh and you still have that mentality of stuff that you're learning, why are you going to wait several fucking years, or whatever, then to come back Because, if that's the case, a lot of people do it but they don't do it several fucking years, or whatever then to come back because, if that's the case, a lot of people do it but they don't do it.
51:14
Speaker 2: Oh, I'll go back in two years.
51:16
Speaker 2: Two years comes up.
51:17

51:22
Speaker 2: You have a college degree, you have something to fall back in in case NBA does not fucking go well, and you have plan b?
51:29
Speaker 1: and did y'all hear the?
51:30
Speaker 1: The nba run is usually about four years.
51:32
Speaker 3: Yeah, four years is in a wrap the problem is only less than like one percent of people get into the nba.
51:37
Speaker 3: He can't pass this up.
51:38
Speaker 3: Less than one percent.
51:42
Speaker 1: It's like I hear you unless there's some alternative motives behind it, such as, in my opinion, they want to make some records.
51:49
Speaker 1: They're the first father and son to play each.
51:50
Speaker 1: They're the first father and son to play each other Can't pass this up.
51:52
Speaker 1: They're the first father and son to play on the same team.
51:54
Speaker 1: They're the first father and son to go play in the Olympics.
51:56
Speaker 1: They're the first father and son to go to a championship game and they play against each other.
52:00
Speaker 1: I understand that that might be an underlining motivation for him to get into the league as quickly as possible, but I don't see his quality or his heightness other than him being the son of LeBron James being the reason why he's in the run.
52:16
Speaker 2: There's two different dads.
52:17
Speaker 2: There is LeBron James' dad and then you have Michael Jordan's dad.
52:21
Speaker 2: I don't see Marcus Jordan getting all the help that LeBron James' dad was doing right now, and he wanted to play ball, yeah.
52:32
Speaker 1: He played at UCcf, didn't he?
52:33
Speaker 2: yeah, yeah, and his dad didn't show it.

52:52
Speaker 2: His dad put in work consistently.
52:57
Speaker 2: I don't know if you've seen that video of him and his dad training when he was a little kid.
53:01
Speaker 2: That gave him that mentality and kept pushing and, pushing and pushing.
53:05
Speaker 2: And put it this way, I don't see Jalen Bronson Leaving and fucking as a sophomore Directly all the way, and his dad played ball.
53:13
