- 1:39Speaker 1: like we said standing, yeah, yeah, like standing standing.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Like I know it's like considered the ga blah blah blah,
- 1:45Speaker 3: but like you're standing and you can get to the state.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Yeah, we will be there. Are we in the same standing, Yes,
- 1:52Speaker 1: we are in the Harry styles and relatable.
- 1:55Speaker 3: We are in the same. If you see us, say hi,
- 1:58Speaker 3: yeah a podcasts associal about myself. J Craig aka Daddy
- 2:02Speaker 3: and my partner chrimos at like a kammy now ad
- 2:06Speaker 3: He is Mummy because everyone loves mummy.
- 2:10Speaker 1: And Jake is Daddy because everyone hates daddy's. Yeah, I
- 2:14Speaker 1: really dads are a lot more widely hated. I think
- 2:17Speaker 1: so too. There's some good ones out there, but predominantly
- 2:22Speaker 1: not great.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Some good dads out there.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I like my dad, Yeah, I like my dad. I
- 2:25Speaker 1: don't know. I think I think we got good dads.
- 2:29Speaker 1: We got lucky. We didn't get lucky, Yeah, we got really.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Actually, if I went into it, people would be thinking, Jake,
- 2:34Speaker 3: you got really like yeah, like I think we both did.
- 2:40Speaker 1: And that's rare because like going deep to start, we
- 2:43Speaker 1: didn't get gamblers. We didn't get drinker like heavy drinks.
- 2:47Speaker 1: True that my dad likes to drink, but not like
- 2:48Speaker 1: he's no, no, no, he was true.
- 2:53Speaker 5: Hey wait, yes, some mom, some moms, let me enjoy
- 2:58Speaker 5: a g No, I've never see my parents drunk. I
- 3:01Speaker 5: have seen obviously my mother drunk.
- 3:05Speaker 3: I've seen I have seen all my parents drunk, but
- 3:09Speaker 3: one parent in particular, I've seen drunk more than the rest.
- 3:12Speaker 3: And I'm really leaning into this and I'm gonna stop.
- 3:14Speaker 3: But I think I've seen my dad drunk like twice.
- 3:17Speaker 3: I've seen my stepmom drunk once, maybe twice. I find
- 3:20Speaker 3: it so interesting actually like our parents. Your dad's like
- 3:23Speaker 3: fifty five, my dad's sixty five. That demo is so
- 3:26Speaker 3: normal to have, like a couple of beers after work.
- 3:29Speaker 3: But for us, is it because of our career or
- 3:31Speaker 3: is it just like we don't like drinking as much.
- 3:33Speaker 3: But I feel like predominantly men as well, it's not
- 3:36Speaker 3: a thing I think are we're more educated men? You
- 3:39Speaker 3: mean predominantly men don't drink like younger men. I don't
- 3:44Speaker 3: think I think it's men and women. I think it's
- 3:46Speaker 3: just the generation.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Yeah, generation, I don't even drink as much.
- 3:48Speaker 3: I think gen Z is the first generation to really
- 3:53Speaker 3: fall off. I saw an Instagram post and I don't
- 3:59Speaker 3: know if it was true, right, but if it's true,
- 4:02Speaker 3: it makes sense because we fall into this demo. So
- 4:06Speaker 3: boomers they are right above our parents. So there's boomers.
- 4:10Speaker 3: They it was like how much money boomers spend on
- 4:13Speaker 3: our car every year? And it was like, let's say
- 4:15Speaker 3: a billion. Yeah, and then gen X was like nine
- 4:18Speaker 3: hundred million millennials, which are just under our like my
- 4:22Speaker 3: parents and I think your parents probably considered gen X.
- 4:25Speaker 3: So then there's millennials they drink. They were in like
- 4:30Speaker 3: the one point one billion of drinking. Oh, gen Z
- 4:34Speaker 3: was spending like one hundred mili. So like, if it's
- 4:37Speaker 3: an accurate post, hit yourself on the back bag. Gen
- 4:40Speaker 3: Z just like doesn't fuck with our call anymore.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Wait, but like we get to fifty and then we
- 4:45Speaker 1: find out aspertain like is the like main cause it
- 4:48Speaker 1: for like kidney failure or something.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Astain is like.
- 4:51Speaker 3: It's people are out here saying, yeah, there's a cartinogenic
- 4:55Speaker 3: here whatever.
- 4:56Speaker 1: It just isn't. Yeah, we'll find something out there, old booty.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Like if you're scared of aspertain. Why are you driving
- 5:05Speaker 3: a car if you're scared of aspertain?
- 5:07Speaker 4: Why are you using a phone?
- 5:08Speaker 1: All right?
- 5:08Speaker 4: Those things both have like phones, especially they have some radiation.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Remember in school, like there was a phase where we
- 5:14Speaker 1: weren't meant to put phones in our pockets because it
- 5:16Speaker 1: caused cancer to our testicles. Yeah, what was all that about?
- 5:19Speaker 1: But now that's that I remember, Like for solid two
- 5:22Speaker 1: or three years, I was like scared of having my
- 5:24Speaker 1: phone on my lap because I thought my balls were
- 5:25Speaker 1: getting fried.
- 5:26Speaker 3: One time, someone in grade six said, he comes to
- 5:30Speaker 3: s and he comes to school and he goes. I
- 5:31Speaker 3: found out yesterday if you sleep with underwear on, it
- 5:34Speaker 3: means you it'll stunt the growth of your penis, And
- 5:36Speaker 3: from that day forward, religiously never wear underwear to bed.
- 5:41Speaker 3: A crazy thing, and also just sort of say something.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Don't know if it worked.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Because it's small. You're small. I'd like it to be bigger,
- 5:50Speaker 1: to be fair, that's wrong. But what is right. It's
- 5:52Speaker 1: actually really healthy to air both genitalias for women and men.
- 5:57Speaker 1: It's actually good. Because we spoke about it recently and
- 6:00Speaker 1: I knew it's good to eat your balls, and a
- 6:01Speaker 1: girl spoke it's good to air downstairs if you go
- 6:03Speaker 1: to a vagaina too. I can't remember what she said.
- 6:06Speaker 1: She had a reasoning, but it sounded good. Yeah, I
- 6:08Speaker 1: can like if someone just said to me, I feel
- 6:10Speaker 1: like it's probably a good idea. It just gets some
- 6:12Speaker 1: hair down there. I don't think airs terminology, just to like,
- 6:15Speaker 1: let it bro.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Let the girl breathe, like let the girl breathe down there,
- 6:21Speaker 2: let my boys breathe.
- 6:24Speaker 3: On the topic of most most of the time, the
- 6:26Speaker 3: dads hated not the mum. Yeah, I saw this random
- 6:29Speaker 3: postage about like men and women, and you know how
- 6:33Speaker 3: a lot of the time, maybe a dog is a
- 6:35Speaker 3: bit reactive and someone will go, I'm really sorry, like
- 6:37Speaker 3: my dog just.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Doesn't like men.
- 6:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I've never ever heard someone say my dog just
- 6:41Speaker 3: doesn't like women.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Facts. I've actually seen like a person going viral at
- 6:46Speaker 1: the moment and she has like it's more crummy than
- 6:49Speaker 1: the shit too. It's like one of those rusty dogs
- 6:51Speaker 1: that it has like and it was good to the
- 6:53Speaker 1: point where I think, like, yeah, that is great. And
- 6:56Speaker 1: she recalls it and all it does is attack her boyfriend,
- 6:59Speaker 1: and all the comments are like this is a sign girl.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I think the dog's a girl too. She knows what's up, Like,
- 7:05Speaker 1: break up with this man right now? Yeah, they can
- 7:08Speaker 1: send something. If your dog doesn't like your man, I
- 7:10Speaker 1: think that's the easiest sign to get rid of him.
- 7:12Speaker 3: Yeah, and also like clearly like the reason i'd say
- 7:15Speaker 3: people are like, you know, dogs are good judges of
- 7:17Speaker 3: characterised because.
- 7:18Speaker 1: They never hate a woman.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Yeah, they'd a dog that hates just women. No, not really,
- 7:23Speaker 3: They're not born into misogyny like us.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Yeah, we are, we really are. I actually had actually
- 7:29Speaker 1: a funny story to bring up. What do we call
- 7:31Speaker 1: the segment where Jake does dumb stuff?
- 7:34Speaker 4: Probably that.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Yeah, so if you're new around here, Jake is predominantly
- 7:39Speaker 1: the one who does some things that bite him in
- 7:44Speaker 1: the bum, don't go. Yeah, yeah, fucks himself over, bends
- 7:49Speaker 1: himself over, then fucks himself.
- 7:51Speaker 3: I like, I may as well say that most of
- 7:54Speaker 3: the time I have into thoughts. Okay, when I put
- 7:56Speaker 3: something off, I may as well be saying, you know what, Jake,
- 7:59Speaker 3: let's put this off so later I can bend you
- 8:01Speaker 3: over and fucking rail you against a head warde.
- 8:03Speaker 1: That's what I do.
- 8:03Speaker 2: That's what.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Anyways. So in the world of body I had one.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Oh for you, I don't think you'd be too faced on.
- 8:19Speaker 5: For me.
- 8:19Speaker 1: It meant a lot like it annoyed you. Yeah, okay,
- 8:23Speaker 1: it really annoyed me. And I actually want to know
- 8:25Speaker 1: if one you knew this was a thing, and two
- 8:29Speaker 1: if you think it's fair and I should count it.
- 8:31Speaker 1: So I've been driving, what's I got my license when
- 8:34Speaker 1: I was seventeen. I'm twenty six this year. What's at
- 8:36Speaker 1: six seven? Nine years? Don't tell you that never had
- 8:40Speaker 1: a speeding fine or a parking fine for any fine?
- 8:44Speaker 1: Well done? I've got to, which I think is great,
- 8:46Speaker 1: and it's because I'm quite an attentative person. I'm very
- 8:49Speaker 1: on the ball when speed cameras are happening. So I've
- 8:51Speaker 1: never been done well by one anyway. I just came
- 8:54Speaker 1: up to Queensland to see my dear friend Jake, and
- 8:57Speaker 1: on the drive back, you didn't come up just to
- 8:59Speaker 1: see me. We had to work.
- 9:00Speaker 4: I came for money. Yeah, yeah, that's why you came
- 9:03Speaker 4: up because you had to make money a.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Relationship, you see it. No, I don't see it as both, mate,
- 9:09Speaker 1: It's just a added perk. Did I make bank anyway? Anyway? Seriously, guys,
- 9:15Speaker 1: tell people listen to the podcast, Yeah, tell a friend
- 9:18Speaker 1: to tell a friend because Jake needs me to come
- 9:21Speaker 1: up more.
- 9:23Speaker 5: No.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So I was coming back, didn't think anything of it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: And then I got home and a beautiful letter came
- 9:30Speaker 1: in the mail. I was thinking, why did I never
- 9:33Speaker 1: get fucking done with the speed cameras. I'm like, this
- 9:35Speaker 1: is so unlike me. I was pissed with myself. Anyways,
- 9:38Speaker 1: did you know this was a thing I got done
- 9:41Speaker 1: with a distant speed camera? So over fifteen kilometers I averagely,
- 9:48Speaker 1: I averagely did nine kilometers over. And what I do
- 9:51Speaker 1: is I go past the speed camera because I've seen it,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and then I clock what's it called when you're locking
- 9:57Speaker 1: your accelerator, Oh, exactly nine, And I do it nine
- 10:02Speaker 1: over until the next speed camera and then you go down. Yeah,
- 10:04Speaker 1: so for fifteen kilometers, and then I saw the next
- 10:06Speaker 1: one and I went down. And then I got a
- 10:08Speaker 1: letter saying for the fifteen kilments, you were at fifteen
- 10:10Speaker 1: kilometers the distance wise, you were averagely nine kilometers over
- 10:13Speaker 1: the speed limit by the time I went from point
- 10:14Speaker 1: A to point B. And I'm like, I didn't even
- 10:17Speaker 1: know that was a fucking thing.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Could argue it and did you know that was a thing.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I did.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Oh, I don't know why why because it's new, and
- 10:24Speaker 3: I but and I just so happened to see a
- 10:26Speaker 3: post about it, and I was like, how new we
- 10:29Speaker 3: talking Oh, within the year?
- 10:30Speaker 1: You're kidding? So trucks, No, this is the trucks have
- 10:34Speaker 1: had it for a long time. You know what it said?
- 10:36Speaker 1: What it said trucks and utes, not cars, And I
- 10:41Speaker 1: drive a ute, so I was pissed. I was like,
- 10:44Speaker 1: it was only one hundred fifty dollars one point. Because
- 10:46Speaker 1: it's new, I think they can't get you on, like
- 10:48Speaker 1: the speeding is normally three points minimum, but.
- 10:50Speaker 4: I was going nine over that.
- 10:51Speaker 1: That's not that's that's not a small amount going over Yeah,
- 10:54Speaker 1: And I was like oh, but I was also like, fuck,
- 10:56Speaker 1: I didn't know that was the thing. And I think
- 10:57Speaker 1: I literally got done because I was just driving it. You.
- 10:59Speaker 1: I was like, you know what also sucks for you
- 11:04Speaker 1: is the post I saw.
- 11:05Speaker 3: I don't know if they've rolled them out more now,
- 11:07Speaker 3: but they only brought out so trucks have had them
- 11:11Speaker 3: for a long time. And also a lot of the
- 11:15Speaker 3: speeding cameras that are like, oh, the big steel like
- 11:19Speaker 3: beam over the highway. Those aren't actually just like a
- 11:22Speaker 3: speeding camera for that spot. Those are the average cameras.
- 11:25Speaker 3: So a lot of the time you can speed past
- 11:27Speaker 3: them and not get pretty sure. Don't like hold me
- 11:29Speaker 3: to it. But so trucks about of ages. But they
- 11:33Speaker 3: only brought out the average speeding cameras in I think
- 11:36Speaker 3: it was like three places in all of New South Wales.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Okay, that was good because I was scared because I
- 11:41Speaker 1: did it the whole way home. Yeah, So I was like, fuck,
- 11:43Speaker 1: am I gonna get like six let letters by the
- 11:44Speaker 1: time I get home.
- 11:45Speaker 3: So they brought it out like down south near like
- 11:48Speaker 3: this place called Gunda Guy. Yeah, And then they brought
- 11:51Speaker 3: one out I think like Tamworth area, and then one
- 11:54Speaker 3: on the highway you drive on.
- 11:55Speaker 1: And I knew that and I and it just didn't
- 11:57Speaker 1: cross my mind. True, And but I've always on that,
- 12:00Speaker 1: like since I've got my lascense, like that's my thing.
- 12:01Speaker 1: I do exactly nine yeah, and then I just keep going.
- 12:04Speaker 1: So what's this? That's kind of interesting though, because I
- 12:08Speaker 1: just drove my dad.
- 12:10Speaker 3: So when I moved to Queensland, I drove my dad's
- 12:12Speaker 3: ut because he brought the trailer yeah, and no, that's why.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Lucky for me, I was towing the trailer, so I
- 12:19Speaker 3: was only doing one hundred to one hundred and five
- 12:21Speaker 3: because I was like, I don't want to go too fast. Yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 3: so that's what I was gonna say. I would have
- 12:25Speaker 3: got done because I do like one eighteen.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I did exactly one nineteen. I was like, damn,
- 12:29Speaker 1: but is what it is.
- 12:31Speaker 2: But so that's fuck.
- 12:32Speaker 1: So you think do you think it counts?
- 12:34Speaker 4: It's new though, that doesn't count.
- 12:36Speaker 1: It doesn't count.
- 12:36Speaker 3: Good.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I've still got my record. Yeah yeah, you mean
- 12:40Speaker 2: he lost the man now now I know it's a thing.
- 12:44Speaker 1: No, that doesn't count as like one of my things,
- 12:46Speaker 1: silver lighting, buying your bikes, silver lighting my car actually
- 12:49Speaker 1: isn't in my name for insurance purposes. Whose name is it?
- 12:54Speaker 2: My father?
- 12:55Speaker 1: So he lost the point and I go, oh, you'r
- 12:57Speaker 1: me taking I don't worry about one point. Yeah, but
- 12:59Speaker 1: you pay it. So yeah, I've been paying that.
- 13:01Speaker 4: So but my dad offered to take Marit points for
- 13:04Speaker 4: me once.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Yeah, if I actually like it was, if it was
- 13:06Speaker 1: between losing my liscense, I'm sure he would also take it.
- 13:08Speaker 4: But I checked my demerit points the other day eight.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I don't even know how to check.
- 13:13Speaker 3: You get like thirteen or fourteen I have for some reason,
- 13:17Speaker 3: I've lost eight points. You've lost that, or you've got
- 13:20Speaker 3: eight left? No, no, no, I think I have like
- 13:23Speaker 3: five left.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Oh shit, you're fucking you need that shit. I don't
- 13:27Speaker 1: know what I'm doing. I don't know what actually not
- 13:29Speaker 1: really I don't really need anymore. True, you live with
- 13:33Speaker 1: the Gold Coast's joined the electric electric bike gang and.
- 13:36Speaker 3: I'll just yeut. I just like it's actually really close obvious,
- 13:39Speaker 3: which dad doesn't work.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I was every time bunding, I was thinking, you know
- 13:44Speaker 1: how there's like bikies in that and they wear leather vests.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Wednesday going to start being like electric bikies.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Yeah, why isn't there you know, like Harley David, why
- 13:54Speaker 3: isn't there electric bike?
- 13:55Speaker 1: And we'll start the baddies gang and then like instead
- 13:57Speaker 1: of the leather jacket, could it? What's Cool's No? Here's
- 14:02Speaker 1: the question is what's not? Yeah? Yeah?
- 14:03Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, present backpacks? What could we start a sort
- 14:09Speaker 3: of gang? Can we start a walking gang?
- 14:12Speaker 1: I've always wanted to be a more walker? Yeah? Have
- 14:15Speaker 1: you heard of them? It's an American thing. So you
- 14:17Speaker 1: when mares really really big it go walk in the mall.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Any wear like sweatbands and like full trackies and that
- 14:22Speaker 1: as exercise. Yeah, yeah, more walkers. Have you not heard
- 14:25Speaker 1: of that?
- 14:25Speaker 3: It's what old people do. That's what they do for exercises.
- 14:28Speaker 3: They go and they wear active where they go for
- 14:30Speaker 3: a walk in the mall.
- 14:31Speaker 1: It's flat, air conditioned. They go when it first opened.
- 14:34Speaker 3: You know what, as soon as you signed saying that,
- 14:36Speaker 3: I was thinking ballid, flat air conditioned and you get
- 14:40Speaker 3: to look around, stop for a coffee. When you're done,
- 14:44Speaker 3: I'm surprised. Cyclist sign up and you're getting there and
- 14:46Speaker 3: everyone's way in the fucking mall.
- 14:47Speaker 1: There's our gang more walkers. If you want to be
- 14:49Speaker 1: a part our first get together can be a.
- 14:51Speaker 3: More walk genuine question to the baddies is if I
- 14:57Speaker 3: started a walking clubbing in the Queensland?
- 14:58Speaker 1: Would you can't? I can? It's gotta be cool like
- 15:01Speaker 1: walking sounds boring a bit more walking. I feel like
- 15:04Speaker 1: that's where it's at. Two malls though, what are we
- 15:06Speaker 1: going to do? Rotate?
- 15:10Speaker 2: I think there's more than one more to be.
- 15:12Speaker 1: You've got pack Fair and then Pa Fair and Ribina
- 15:15Speaker 1: you're sorted. Then we've got one on the coast here.
- 15:17Speaker 6: No.
- 15:17Speaker 1: No, they might have to pay us to do it though,
- 15:19Speaker 1: and they want us there. We're bringing eyeballs to the business. Yeah, true,
- 15:22Speaker 1: but yeah, we'll get in contact. Let us know that
- 15:25Speaker 1: if that's what you want.
- 15:26Speaker 3: Yeah, if I started a walking club, whether it be
- 15:28Speaker 3: more walking, more walking or beach walking.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Bro, we're fucking under something.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Beach walking club, I would go beach walking with the
- 15:35Speaker 3: baddies in Queens.
- 15:36Speaker 1: I honestly believe that there's no bad ideas. If you
- 15:41Speaker 1: have a good friend with you.
- 15:43Speaker 3: That is something I could argue for. Like again, because
- 15:52Speaker 3: I can probably name.
- 15:53Speaker 1: A few technicality but you haven't. Have you ever been
- 15:57Speaker 1: with that like nag friend and like you have an
- 15:59Speaker 1: idea and they're like, oh yeah, money barter, I'm busy.
- 16:02Speaker 1: But then if you had an idea and then you've
- 16:04Speaker 1: got a hype man behind you, Okay, I haven't ready
- 16:05Speaker 1: for a beach.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Sometimes I love the beach. Hold up, hold hold up.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Sometimes having the hype friend, I'm dangerous, but I like
- 16:12Speaker 3: that better.
- 16:13Speaker 1: And the nag friend is the one that reels you in.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Yeah, So you need a group of people that's like
- 16:18Speaker 3: one hype man, one neg man or woman, Yeah to
- 16:22Speaker 3: be women as well, and then also the third ones
- 16:24Speaker 3: just kind of like sort of the most levelheaded but
- 16:27Speaker 3: like will go either way.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Probably that though, like the older we're getting is like
- 16:30Speaker 1: you overthinker, going I don't have a group of friends
- 16:32Speaker 1: neither I got like, yeah we do. Who you me
- 16:36Speaker 1: chat and claude, We've done. So you're the hype what
- 16:39Speaker 1: am I? I'm the.
- 16:42Speaker 3: I'm the guy that's like, yeah, just do it. Like
- 16:43Speaker 3: if you're like, should I spend twenty grand on the
- 16:46Speaker 3: just do it?
- 16:47Speaker 1: Like talking about arguing if you add an argument against that,
- 16:51Speaker 1: I've got an argument for Nike, biggest company in the world.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Just do it. Hype man done. Can't argue that.
- 16:58Speaker 3: But if I came to you and said, God, I
- 17:01Speaker 3: really hate this person, I think we should kill them.
- 17:06Speaker 1: There's no companies that are called like I don't have
- 17:10Speaker 1: any money or I don't have any time? Is there money?
- 17:14Speaker 1: Because that's boring. Imagine the companies that haven't been talking
- 17:18Speaker 1: business that's killing someone's not a business, And give me
- 17:22Speaker 1: any business.
- 17:22Speaker 3: Idea top of your head, assassination business that's great money.
- 17:27Speaker 3: To be fair, To be fair, also just have been
- 17:31Speaker 3: reading obviously Thrown of Glass and Selena is the main character.
- 17:35Speaker 3: This doesn't give anything away because you can read it
- 17:37Speaker 3: on the back of the book. Selena apparently the world.
- 17:39Speaker 3: She's supposed to be the best assassin that's ever lived.
- 17:41Speaker 1: I've always wanted to be like when I was a kid,
- 17:43Speaker 1: like man, I always thought it was an assassin's creed
- 17:47Speaker 1: that was and it was like, we're good at parkour,
- 17:49Speaker 1: and then they like secretly killed people, Like.
- 17:51Speaker 4: Yes, really cool, So did I so did I.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Some people found it cooler than us, and that's why
- 17:59Speaker 1: they're in jail. That's where it starts. That's where the
- 18:03Speaker 1: fucking badness starts.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Wait, can I tell you about it? I told you earlier,
- 18:07Speaker 3: but I wanted to bring it up on the pod.
- 18:08Speaker 3: I had the most unrelatable interaction probably ever. I had
- 18:13Speaker 3: two unrelatable interactions actually and.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Positive or negative positive positive, both positive and both probably
- 18:21Speaker 1: steering me more towards narcissism than I need to be. Okay,
- 18:26Speaker 1: and you'll see why. Okay, I'm ready.
- 18:28Speaker 3: So I get to the airport this morning, Beth and
- 18:30Speaker 3: he drops me off, my beautiful girlfriend. It's actually got
- 18:33Speaker 3: nothing to do with her just out of that and
- 18:35Speaker 3: so I go in and I go through.
- 18:36Speaker 1: I get through nice and quickly.
- 18:38Speaker 3: It was nus and quiet actually, and so I thought,
- 18:39Speaker 3: I've got enough time to go stand in line at
- 18:41Speaker 3: this cafe and get a drink and get some underweat
- 18:44Speaker 3: and I'm waiting and then I get to the person
- 18:46Speaker 3: just before me. She makes her order, and then I
- 18:48Speaker 3: hear the cashier say, oh, I'm just a name for
- 18:51Speaker 3: that order. So I was like, cool, it's one of
- 18:53Speaker 3: those places. Yeah, And so I ordered my thing blah
- 18:57Speaker 3: blah blah. Pay doesn't ask me for my name, and
- 19:00Speaker 3: I was like, and then she goes nice podcast.
- 19:04Speaker 4: By the way, and I was like, thank you.
- 19:11Speaker 1: And did she right on the cup Jake? Yep, she
- 19:13Speaker 1: knew my name.
- 19:14Speaker 4: How cool is that?
- 19:15Speaker 1: That really is adding to the narcissism, isn't it. Second interaction.
- 19:22Speaker 2: I told you the other week not to do this.
- 19:24Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, Actually you need to stop. You guys need
- 19:26Speaker 3: to stop anyway. Okay, so on the plane, plane on
- 19:30Speaker 3: the plane, attend to the best when they do it.
- 19:32Speaker 3: That has happened to me, happened to get the higherarchy
- 19:36Speaker 3: kind of thing.
- 19:40Speaker 1: So self centered.
- 19:41Speaker 3: Anyway, we I'm on the plane and I am sitting
- 19:45Speaker 3: it's like two rows of three because it's just an
- 19:47Speaker 3: hour and a half flight, and I'm sitting in the
- 19:49Speaker 3: middle of one of them.
- 19:50Speaker 1: So I've got someone on eas side of me.
- 19:52Speaker 3: There's a fella next to me, to my right who
- 19:55Speaker 3: has a window seat, and he is quite clearly a cowboy.
- 20:00Speaker 3: It's get a cowboy hat, wearing kind of like the
- 20:01Speaker 3: shirt and he kind of dressed it down for some reason.
- 20:04Speaker 3: It was like some Nike shoes, and I was like, cool. Anyway,
- 20:07Speaker 3: he falls asleep the whole flight, leaning against the window.
- 20:09Speaker 3: We're going to land, and he's awaking out you because
- 20:11Speaker 3: I'll hope I didn't lean on you just as a joke.
- 20:14Speaker 3: And I was like, no, nah, you're good. You've just
- 20:15Speaker 3: slept on the window the whole time. And then he
- 20:18Speaker 3: shakes my hand. He says his name is Charlie, Charlie,
- 20:20Speaker 3: friend of the pod, and so I'm talking to him
- 20:23Speaker 3: and I was like and I had noticed he was
- 20:24Speaker 3: told his hat and he had a dollar bill in it,
- 20:26Speaker 3: and so I asked him what that was for us
- 20:28Speaker 3: kind of making conversation, and he's a bull rider. Oh really,
- 20:31Speaker 3: And I was like, dude, that's fucking hot say that.
- 20:34Speaker 1: But I was like, that's so cool. Thought about it.
- 20:38Speaker 3: AnyWho spoke to him for a while about like bull riding.
- 20:42Speaker 3: I was asking him a bunch of questions and you
- 20:43Speaker 3: could tell he was just.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Like, yeah, it's a pretty cool job.
- 20:45Speaker 3: And I was like, fuck, that's he won like five
- 20:47Speaker 3: grand last weekend. I was like, dude, He's like, yeah,
- 20:49Speaker 3: just stand on the bull for eight seconds, and I
- 20:51Speaker 3: was like, what the fuck. Anyway, he goes, what do
- 20:53Speaker 3: you do? When I was like, oh, I have a podcast,
- 20:55Speaker 3: and so I was just like saying, I have a podcast.
- 20:58Speaker 3: And then we land and the seatbelt sign turns off.
- 21:03Speaker 1: I get up.
- 21:04Speaker 3: He gets up, and this is right after I told
- 21:07Speaker 3: him I have a podcast, and I'm like, yeah, cool,
- 21:08Speaker 3: conversation over.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I'll leave now.
- 21:10Speaker 3: He two rows back. Someone that is probably maybe twenty
- 21:17Speaker 3: twenty two. She's her bag is up where I am.
- 21:20Speaker 3: She comes up to get her bag and she goes,
- 21:22Speaker 3: are you that guy from that podcast?
- 21:23Speaker 1: And I was like yeah, and I was said.
- 21:28Speaker 3: I didn't turn around to look at him, but I
- 21:29Speaker 3: really wanted to, but I was thinking I told him
- 21:32Speaker 3: I said some on.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Him, and then she was a pain.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Yeah, and I was like, oh, should I.
- 21:39Speaker 2: Swear I didn't pay her? And then we got off
- 21:40Speaker 2: the plane and she was really nice.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Shout out Alexis, another friend of the pod, and so
- 21:44Speaker 3: I got a photo with Alexis.
- 21:45Speaker 1: She was really nice. And then it was the funny
- 21:47Speaker 1: thing was though, in front of everyone.
- 21:49Speaker 3: In the plane, right, she goes, she goes, oh, you
- 21:53Speaker 3: from that podcast, and then I was like yeah, she goes,
- 21:55Speaker 3: oh relatables and I was like yeah. And then she
- 21:57Speaker 3: goes she gets her bag and she's like I don't
- 22:00Speaker 3: know word for it what she said, but IM pretty sure.
- 22:01Speaker 1: She goes, are you Addie or are you the other one?
- 22:04Speaker 1: And I was like, I'm Jake. I was going to say,
- 22:10Speaker 1: that is the one way to sort of like nip
- 22:14Speaker 1: this in the butt. Is recognized Jake, But.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Yeah, guys, into you audio, you are the other one?
- 22:22Speaker 2: And I was like, clearly the one you don't like.
- 22:24Speaker 2: But she asked me for a phoneo anyway.
- 22:26Speaker 3: But then on the time act oh my, Charlie, the
- 22:29Speaker 3: bull rider kind of like sawing behind me.
- 22:32Speaker 4: So I really slowed down a bit and that was
- 22:33Speaker 4: like sweating, but it was cool.
- 22:36Speaker 3: It was pretty cool, right, all right, Jake, we like
- 22:45Speaker 3: to talk about sex a fair bit on this podcast,
- 22:51Speaker 3: but how often we do, how good we are, and.
- 22:56Speaker 1: How kinky we are? Even on Patreon plug for eight
- 22:59Speaker 1: niney nine month we did BDSM and Vanilla.
- 23:02Speaker 3: Test and I'm pretty sure we're about to do how
- 23:05Speaker 3: to Please a Woman test?
- 23:07Speaker 1: Not really sorry sorry sorry, I got yeah, but now
- 23:12Speaker 1: Jake not test, by the way, how to please a woman?
- 23:14Speaker 2: Of course?
- 23:15Speaker 1: Of course I swear she doesn't have a pyramid, She
- 23:20Speaker 1: just wants to help men. We sort of got labeled
- 23:24Speaker 1: as the Vanilla Boys, and initially I had a bit
- 23:27Speaker 1: of a shock. I was like, I'm not Vanilla. I
- 23:31Speaker 1: feel like it was firstly we didn't realize we're that
- 23:32Speaker 1: kinky along the journey, and then we're like, we really
- 23:34Speaker 1: are really vanilla, aren't we?
- 23:36Speaker 3: You know?
- 23:36Speaker 1: We were like missionary what else you like?
- 23:39Speaker 4: Which one?
- 23:40Speaker 2: Did you say?
- 23:40Speaker 1: Missionary one? Yeah?
- 23:44Speaker 2: And I was like, oh, we.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Could do a bit of learning here. Was like, we
- 23:47Speaker 1: got a lot to learn. So we are the Vanilla Boys.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Let's go, and I thought we could try and guess
- 23:53Speaker 1: some kinky sex positions. Sweet, so put your headphones on. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 24:05Speaker 1: Vanilla Boys. Yeah, we keep it sweet. Nice on the surface,
- 24:10Speaker 1: but we bring the heat a little bit cheeky, little
- 24:14Speaker 1: bit bold. See what you think but never been told
- 24:19Speaker 1: from first dates too late, not cales, red flags, green flags,
- 24:24Speaker 1: We spill it off. You've tuned in now to the
- 24:28Speaker 1: Vanilla Boys. Ye I hate my life actually playing that.
- 24:37Speaker 2: I've ever listened to.
- 24:39Speaker 1: So Vanilla Boys, Jake is being tested today. Hell yeah,
- 24:44Speaker 1: all right, really regretting playing that. But here we are,
- 24:47Speaker 1: here we are. I have gone and shut up, done
- 24:51Speaker 1: some research. This is going to be a recurring thing.
- 24:54Speaker 1: You got to make the next song I'm putting you,
- 24:55Speaker 1: putting you on the spot for. Yeah, yeah, this is
- 24:58Speaker 1: our new podcast, Vanilla Podcast podcast. Yeah yeah. The reason
- 25:03Speaker 1: it has to be with in it in it because
- 25:04Speaker 1: we're two white guys, so we can't actually call it
- 25:06Speaker 1: vanilla boy.
- 25:07Speaker 4: So you want me to make a Vanilla boy song?
- 25:09Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, doo better than that. Okay, here we go.
- 25:12Speaker 1: So Jake's gotta guess the sex position? What is the waterfall? What? When?
- 25:22Speaker 4: When is it him? I'm gonna say when he pisses
- 25:26Speaker 4: on her?
- 25:30Speaker 1: See where your head is at? Who? But he's just
- 25:34Speaker 1: going to be really good for the visual watches on
- 25:36Speaker 1: Patreon or YouTube, but also known as the head rush benefits.
- 25:40Speaker 1: The blood will rush to the giver's other head too,
- 25:43Speaker 1: So for anyone listening on audio, it's kind of imagined
- 25:47Speaker 1: the dudes like halfway down a couch. Yeah, and then
- 25:50Speaker 1: she's riding him while his head's on the ground. Yo,
- 25:55Speaker 1: that looks What part of that is pleasurable?
- 25:58Speaker 3: Your penis would be like folded the wrong way towards
- 26:01Speaker 3: your bottle.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Hot tip. Make sure to give a pillow to the person. Oh,
- 26:06Speaker 1: I guess it's got to be the man who's on
- 26:07Speaker 1: the ground to protect his head. Get fair, I guess.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And I wanted to say, chances out of ten of
- 26:14Speaker 1: you doing this, I'll give it a crack really really
- 26:18Speaker 1: probably not. That doesn't seem crazy to me, though. I
- 26:26Speaker 1: thought what we could do is start this off really
- 26:28Speaker 1: really tame and then progressively get kinkier.
- 26:31Speaker 3: Okay, So out of ten, yeah, I think the chances
- 26:35Speaker 3: out of ten to be trying that are six.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay, I've thought about like once or twice in
- 26:42Speaker 1: my life.
- 26:42Speaker 4: I've never thought about.
- 26:43Speaker 1: I didn't know that was a thing. What is the
- 26:46Speaker 1: David Copperfield, David copper.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Field standing you've got her held up, legs wrapt around
- 26:58Speaker 3: your waist and you're doing not but up against the wall.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Ooh. Also known as the trick or treat, so imagine,
- 27:06Speaker 1: the sex position is the piece of the resistance for
- 27:10Speaker 1: partners who prefer a strong upward stroke motion during getty
- 27:15Speaker 1: say that. Do you know what that is? Sex? No?
- 27:18Speaker 1: It's oh it's oral? Yeah, oral sex for women? Yeah,
- 27:23Speaker 1: kinky boys, we should know that. So basically what it is.
- 27:25Speaker 1: Girl's got two legs up on his shoulders. Why he
- 27:28Speaker 1: eats her out? Oh? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, chance I
- 27:32Speaker 1: try that. Yeah, I have to say, I don't think
- 27:36Speaker 1: I've had legs up.
- 27:39Speaker 2: You know what?
- 27:40Speaker 1: I don't think I have.
- 27:40Speaker 2: You want to know, if you guys want to know
- 27:41Speaker 2: something in.
- 27:42Speaker 1: The nitty gritty of my life which is crazy, is
- 27:47Speaker 1: I have done this one dog? Let's go, so Jake started,
- 27:52Speaker 1: David Copperfield, Yeah, and David, get along, hot tip. This
- 27:57Speaker 1: is for you, mate. The giver can let their tongue
- 28:00Speaker 1: as firmly and flat against the full length of the
- 28:03Speaker 1: vaginal entrance and have the receiver grind against their tongue. Yeah,
- 28:11Speaker 1: oh my god, all right, what position is the standing wheelbarrow?
- 28:17Speaker 3: I would like to say, standing wheelbarrow sounds crazy, Okay,
- 28:22Speaker 3: she's on the bed, yeah, and he has on her
- 28:26Speaker 3: tummy right, and he's standing off the bed.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Right.
- 28:30Speaker 3: He picks her legs up, puts them like in his elbows,
- 28:33Speaker 3: lifts up and eats her out from behind.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Fuck you dirty dog. That's closed but not quite. Oh,
- 28:38Speaker 1: it's basically that, but instead of eating her out, you
- 28:43Speaker 1: fuck her. Yeah. Also, I kind of like the other
- 28:47Speaker 1: name also known as the hoover maneuver hoover a vacuum. Yeah,
- 28:51Speaker 1: the Hoover maneuver. And yeah, that's kind of it's like.
- 28:54Speaker 2: That's sex, but also like it's sexy for the man
- 28:59Speaker 2: that she's straight.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Yeah, the woman is on her two arms, Yeah, a
- 29:05Speaker 1: lot of pressure on those, Like how much is he
- 29:08Speaker 1: really lifting? Yeah, all the weights on, all the pressures
- 29:11Speaker 1: on her. But chances are you doing the hoover maneuver
- 29:15Speaker 1: or standing wheelbrow. I would say there's probably like a
- 29:18Speaker 1: four out attention. Yeah, I would even say like one
- 29:21Speaker 1: or two. Yeah, I probably just like for three seconds.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Then about this is ship Yeah, like I did, Vanilla
- 29:27Speaker 1: boys are coming through. Then next time, what is the
- 29:31Speaker 1: snow angel?
- 29:34Speaker 3: Kind of like pillow Princess I'm going to give killer
- 29:37Speaker 3: pillow princess or pillow prince vibes. One of whoever is
- 29:40Speaker 3: the one receiving something is just like spraught out his competent.
- 29:44Speaker 1: I like your thinking vanilla boy competent. Okay, so the
- 29:53Speaker 1: technique this is challenging.
- 29:57Speaker 3: Go on.
- 29:58Speaker 1: The receiver lies on their back while the giver straddles
- 30:01Speaker 1: them facing away. The receiver lifts their legs and wraps
- 30:05Speaker 1: them around the givers back to elevate their pelvis so
- 30:08Speaker 1: the giver can enter. Then the receiver grabs the givers
- 30:12Speaker 1: but to help to help the giver slide up and back.
- 30:17Speaker 1: It's quite hard. It's almost like the guy's on top,
- 30:20Speaker 1: she's underneath, and then he's wrapping his angling is willy
- 30:23Speaker 1: inside around her.
- 30:25Speaker 4: That is not a that can't be real.
- 30:29Speaker 1: The problem with this one, though, is you've got to
- 30:31Speaker 1: have a big one.
- 30:32Speaker 3: So first of all, you've got to have a big one.
- 30:34Speaker 3: You've got to not mind that motherfucker bend in in
- 30:36Speaker 3: weird ways. And also you're gonna have to like shave
- 30:39Speaker 3: your buttole or something like. Look, there's one thing doing
- 30:43Speaker 3: doggie with a woman and like you get a full
- 30:44Speaker 3: view of everything right, women are.
- 30:46Speaker 4: Clean, women look good, women are nice.
- 30:49Speaker 6: Like, I'm not putting my girlfriend through that view. I'm
- 30:55Speaker 6: serious though, I'm not my girlfriend through that view bro
- 30:58Speaker 6: all for like also like I'm not having sex for
- 31:02Speaker 6: it to be work. I wanted to stick to my
- 31:05Speaker 6: three positions.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Put that on the shirt. I'm not putting my girlfriend
- 31:10Speaker 1: through that. So chance that you're doing the snow Angel
- 31:14Speaker 1: zero zero last one the H two Oh yeah, oh dang, okay,
- 31:22Speaker 1: umm h it's got water involved in the bath also
- 31:30Speaker 1: known as the Aquaman's Delight. Good for an outdoor quickie
- 31:33Speaker 1: while still avoiding praying eyes technique basically guys standing pants
- 31:38Speaker 1: half down. She wraps her arms around his shoulders, wraps
- 31:41Speaker 1: her legs around the pelvist area, a bit of a
- 31:44Speaker 1: grinding action. Oh yeah, that's kind of just like you
- 31:47Speaker 1: could do up against the wall. You can do it anyway,
- 31:49Speaker 1: just quick.
- 31:49Speaker 4: I've done there.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I should, we should just.
- 31:54Speaker 3: I just I just didn't want touch skin of skin
- 31:57Speaker 3: when we're talking about sex play the song again, I just.
- 31:59Speaker 2: Didn't want to touch skin. Sorry, Like as I was,
- 32:01Speaker 2: I was like, I can't, I don't want to touch
- 32:02Speaker 2: skin skin. We're talking about sac what I want to
- 32:07Speaker 2: do the moment.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I want to do it.
- 32:09Speaker 4: I don't want to do it now touch me.
- 32:10Speaker 1: It's like you, No, I'm not touching that. You lost it. So, baddies,
- 32:21Speaker 1: let us know if we're still the Vanilla Boys, and
- 32:24Speaker 1: if you want, are you willing to come back next
- 32:26Speaker 1: week with a song and some more educational positions videos.
- 32:31Speaker 1: You can dive into anything like we did. Positions. You
- 32:33Speaker 1: can do, what kinks you can do? I like this.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Different places to buy running segments.
- 32:39Speaker 4: Yeah, well we all know where already likes being.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I do on the lips. Yeah, only segment and
- 32:47Speaker 1: let's do it. I have an announcement to make. What
- 32:59Speaker 1: is it?
- 32:59Speaker 3: I am officially pause for silence, dramatic effect. A Marcher Babe, man,
- 33:08Speaker 3: I am so glad you said that, because I am too.
- 33:13Speaker 3: I absolutely love Marcher. It's like a reward.
- 33:16Speaker 1: Couldn't agree more, my friend could not agree more. Throughout
- 33:20Speaker 1: the day, I do little tasks and I'm like, you
- 33:23Speaker 1: know what, I deserve A Marcher same and I go
- 33:27Speaker 1: to at the moment, Jake, are these perfect head Vanilla
- 33:30Speaker 1: March late cans. Cans not only do they taste amazing,
- 33:35Speaker 1: but it's also a different source of caffeine to coffee.
- 33:38Speaker 3: Mate, that's true, and they're so handy, Like it's just
- 33:42Speaker 3: a cafe quality marcher in a can in your head.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Mate, I am obsessed, and I know the baddies listening.
- 33:50Speaker 1: I're gonna be looking for a sign to get a
- 33:52Speaker 1: marcher today.
- 33:53Speaker 3: Here it is so hey, you've heard it here first,
- 33:58Speaker 3: don't walk, but run to Cole's.
- 34:02Speaker 4: What is something that you do differently now than how
- 34:05Speaker 4: you were raised to do it?
- 34:06Speaker 1: Putting me on the spot, Jake Lucky, I'm good on
- 34:09Speaker 1: my feet, I would say, are you good on your knees? No,
- 34:15Speaker 1: I'm not good on my knees at all. All right,
- 34:18Speaker 1: what do you do on your knees? Play with my dogs?
- 34:22Speaker 1: I'm glady? Said that something I do differently is normalize.
- 34:31Speaker 1: It's actually a really good answer. Normalized saying I love you.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Not that my parents didn't say I love you, but yeah,
- 34:39Speaker 1: we said all the time. We do not high five.
- 34:43Speaker 2: This is that? Oh yeah, that's good.
- 34:47Speaker 1: That's a great form. Actually, yeah, when I was a kid,
- 34:51Speaker 1: not I don't think it was bad by any means,
- 34:53Speaker 1: but like I remember getting my first girlfriend and like
- 34:57Speaker 1: I didn't know how to say I love you, and
- 34:59Speaker 1: it felt really really because my family's not affectionate and
- 35:02Speaker 1: the best we would give is like I love you
- 35:04Speaker 1: on the bottom of a birthday card. Yeah, okay, fair.
- 35:07Speaker 1: And now like being an adult and having emotions and
- 35:11Speaker 1: actually knowing how to love someone, I want to form
- 35:14Speaker 1: my kids, especially normalized saying I love you to the
- 35:16Speaker 1: people in your lives that are very important.
- 35:18Speaker 3: I also want to normalize that my so my mom
- 35:22Speaker 3: is so because I have I am a child of divorce,
- 35:27Speaker 3: I have obviously my mom lives in Canada for anyone
- 35:30Speaker 3: that didn't know, and my father is Australian and then
- 35:34Speaker 3: they both remarried and I've known both of my step
- 35:37Speaker 3: parents since I was like very very young. Yeah, and
- 35:40Speaker 3: my mom is like a huge I love your household
- 35:43Speaker 3: and my so like my mom and my stepdad, they're
- 35:46Speaker 3: like huge on that for some reason, And like every
- 35:48Speaker 3: time whenever I go to Canada, I always notice it
- 35:50Speaker 3: because like I don't say it too much with them
- 35:54Speaker 3: because growing up here with my dad and my stepmom,
- 35:57Speaker 3: they were the same, Like we weren't like I wouldn't
- 35:59Speaker 3: go to and be like good night, I love you,
- 36:01Speaker 3: and like it would be like on the bottom of
- 36:02Speaker 3: a card, or maybe if I was going away for
- 36:05Speaker 3: like a long trip.
- 36:06Speaker 4: Yeah, They're like, I still don't ever say it.
- 36:09Speaker 3: But in Canada, my younger brother and my younger sister,
- 36:13Speaker 3: I just would notice every time they go to bed,
- 36:15Speaker 3: like they get up, they hug my stepdad, they hug
- 36:18Speaker 3: my mum and they say good night, I love you
- 36:20Speaker 3: every single night. And then like even they would say
- 36:23Speaker 3: to me like it was like a routine.
- 36:24Speaker 1: They didn't. I was like, yeah, I just wasn't normalized
- 36:26Speaker 1: in my Australian upbringing. I really like that. And even
- 36:30Speaker 1: like ending a call like saying oh I love your
- 36:32Speaker 1: dad or whatever, I can't do that. I could never
- 36:35Speaker 1: do that.
- 36:35Speaker 2: I could.
- 36:35Speaker 3: I think that if I did it, my dad probably
- 36:44Speaker 3: wouldn't know what's happening. Like if I spoke to him
- 36:49Speaker 3: and I was like all right, okay, I love you,
- 36:50Speaker 3: I'll see you later, he would be like, yeah, I
- 36:54Speaker 3: see you later, like a question, And do you think.
- 36:57Speaker 1: It comes from like they would never never obviously told
- 37:01Speaker 1: I don't yeah by their parents, my dad now Dad
- 37:04Speaker 1: being like that's how they parents. But our generation has
- 37:07Speaker 1: kind of got all you and I have gotten a
- 37:09Speaker 1: bit better emotional intelligence a little bit. Especially, I'm thinking
- 37:12Speaker 1: because most women in my life say I love you,
- 37:16Speaker 1: And is that because it was so normal for them
- 37:18Speaker 1: to do it at a young age, whereas us we're
- 37:19Speaker 1: meant to be men and not talk about our feelings.
- 37:21Speaker 1: Great question. I have no idea. That's why I do
- 37:23Speaker 1: it with Beth in the every night, so I do,
- 37:26Speaker 1: like I text her it most days. I say it
- 37:29Speaker 1: like honestly, like just out of the blue.
- 37:30Speaker 3: We always say I love you like and I do
- 37:33Speaker 3: not go to sleep without saying like good night, I
- 37:34Speaker 3: love you to her. But when it comes to family, yeah,
- 37:38Speaker 3: like i'd like even Joanna, like my sister. She lives
- 37:41Speaker 3: in Canada, but she comes here. Like when I see her,
- 37:44Speaker 3: I don't really say like.
- 37:45Speaker 1: I love you. We really should.
- 37:46Speaker 4: It's interesting, isn't it.
- 37:48Speaker 3: Why is it awkward? It's very I want to go.
- 37:50Speaker 3: I wouldn't hate talking to a therapist about why it
- 37:52Speaker 3: feels awkward. But when I say it to my mum
- 37:55Speaker 3: in Canada, it doesn't feel awkward at all? Is it?
- 37:57Speaker 3: Because even if I say to my stepdad in Canada,
- 38:01Speaker 3: I could say to my stepdad, I reckon, I have
- 38:03Speaker 3: said I love you to my stepdad more than my
- 38:06Speaker 3: real dad, and not to put them against each other,
- 38:08Speaker 3: but I honest I obviously love my real dad more.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Yeah, not that it's a competition. Do you reckon it's
- 38:15Speaker 1: this is a cop out mal answer that it's given.
- 38:18Speaker 1: It's granted, Like, oh, it's like it's an unspoken yeah.
- 38:23Speaker 1: But then why is it awkward if it's given. That's
- 38:26Speaker 1: a great point.
- 38:26Speaker 3: I never ever say for something bad one of the somebody,
- 38:30Speaker 3: please yeah, tell us, tell us what's wrong with us?
- 38:33Speaker 1: I was going to comment, I love you. What in
- 38:34Speaker 1: the comments?
- 38:36Speaker 2: We need them?
- 38:39Speaker 1: AnyWho?
- 38:41Speaker 3: That is what the IG Question of the Week is
- 38:42Speaker 3: this week, and we asked everybody, what is something you
- 38:46Speaker 3: do differently now than how you were raised to do it?
- 38:50Speaker 3: Clean up while I'm cooking, not wait until I'm done. Oh,
- 38:55Speaker 3: I am as clean as I.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Go, guys, depending on how hungry I am, I mainly
- 39:00Speaker 1: am a clean how clean cleans you go? But sometimes
- 39:04Speaker 1: when it's like I'm cooking real quick yeah, and I
- 39:06Speaker 1: gets done, I'm like, I'm gon way for this shit.
- 39:07Speaker 1: It's fucking cool.
- 39:08Speaker 3: That's fair, that's fair. I have ninety percent of the
- 39:13Speaker 3: meals I cook. I am clean as I go. But
- 39:16Speaker 3: if I cook something like spaghetti bolon ais or spaghetti
- 39:20Speaker 3: and meatballs or something like that, I wait till I'm done.
- 39:22Speaker 3: For some reason, it just randomly.
- 39:23Speaker 1: I don't know why. I do feel like it depends
- 39:25Speaker 1: on the cuisine, cuisine, the cuisine.
- 39:28Speaker 3: I don't think you need to in cuisine with an accent,
- 39:30Speaker 3: like I don't think the word cuisine is a foreign.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Let me have some fun. It came out like that,
- 39:37Speaker 1: nfelt right, and then you fucking just didn't like it.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Like Pepper lafrog, I'm not going to be eating my
- 39:44Speaker 1: cuisine with you to know. You can eat by yourself,
- 39:49Speaker 1: all right? What's something you do differently from how you
- 39:51Speaker 1: were raised to do it? Going off eating again, I
- 39:54Speaker 1: stopped eating when I was I'm going to stop eating
- 39:57Speaker 1: when I'm full and satisfied, not when my play is finished.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Oh my, I had one that said the same thing,
- 40:03Speaker 3: like not eating all the food on my plate if
- 40:06Speaker 3: I'm full. A thing as a kid, they were forced
- 40:09Speaker 3: to finish their meal. I understand if it's like veggies
- 40:12Speaker 3: and like, you can eat them, but like I remember clearly,
- 40:14Speaker 3: like people had like half a sausage and some bacon left,
- 40:17Speaker 3: or something like you're gonna finish your plate.
- 40:20Speaker 4: Sausage and bacon.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Interesting combination.
- 40:22Speaker 1: Yeah, well that goes together like bread and butter.
- 40:25Speaker 4: Sausage and bacon goes to toast together like bread and butter.
- 40:27Speaker 3: Bro I guarantee you that if you were to ask
- 40:31Speaker 3: one hundred people, one hundred of those people would say
- 40:35Speaker 3: bread and butter.
- 40:36Speaker 4: Yes, sausage and bacon does not go to together like bread.
- 40:39Speaker 1: This is your Canadian roots coming through, my friend. I
- 40:42Speaker 1: am one hundred percent right.
- 40:44Speaker 3: No, sausage and bacon does not go together like bread
- 40:46Speaker 3: and butter goes to Yeah, it's hey, I'll admit, sausage
- 40:48Speaker 3: and bacon taste good together, but it does not go
- 40:50Speaker 3: together like bread and butter goes together.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Same. So sausage, bacon and egg, it's in that same realm.
- 40:55Speaker 1: And sometimes you don't feel like egg and sausage and
- 40:57Speaker 1: bacon and has to tomato sauce or bubby sausage. Funky
- 41:00Speaker 1: but that cuisine. But okay here.
- 41:06Speaker 3: I have a core memory of this is when I
- 41:09Speaker 3: was still in Canada. So I lived there from like
- 41:12Speaker 3: with three until eleven.
- 41:14Speaker 1: I was gonna make a joke, but you're too young.
- 41:15Speaker 1: So I was still in Canada.
- 41:17Speaker 3: I remember I was having lasagna and there was actually
- 41:21Speaker 3: people over, and for some reason, like my mum was
- 41:24Speaker 3: one of those people that was like, you know, clean
- 41:26Speaker 3: your room because it's people coming over, or like do
- 41:28Speaker 3: this because there's people come over. Like she just really
- 41:30Speaker 3: cared about that. And also for some reason she just
- 41:32Speaker 3: like to perform as a bit more of a strict mother.
- 41:36Speaker 3: When people were over and everyone was done their meal
- 41:40Speaker 3: and I hadn't finished mine, and she said, you're finishing that.
- 41:43Speaker 3: She said you're not getting up from the table until
- 41:45Speaker 3: you finish that. And then I was mucking around and
- 41:48Speaker 3: I poured a little bit of my apple juice into
- 41:50Speaker 3: my lasagna and she said, you're still eating that. She
- 41:53Speaker 3: made me eat that fucking thing and I had finish
- 41:54Speaker 3: the lasagni with apple juice in it.
- 41:55Speaker 1: Yeah, Shire, that's that. It's insane, bit bit bold from you.
- 41:59Speaker 1: But to be fair, I was being a ship. Yeah,
- 42:02Speaker 1: but like if I was full full four speed them. Yeah.
- 42:06Speaker 1: But also I guess where's the It's a very tricky
- 42:08Speaker 1: line to tread in a sense of nutrition. Yeah, it's
- 42:11Speaker 1: like when you finish the kid just being a salt. Yeah,
- 42:13Speaker 1: was he actually full? Exactly? Like he's eating two Dino nuggets.
- 42:16Speaker 1: He actually fall.
- 42:17Speaker 2: It's a good point.
- 42:18Speaker 3: That's a very good point. What's something you do differently
- 42:21Speaker 3: now than how you were raised to do it? I
- 42:23Speaker 3: eat dinner at five thirty instead of nine pm.
- 42:26Speaker 1: I am so happy that I was raised as a
- 42:28Speaker 1: six o'clock family, and I still am. My parents.
- 42:33Speaker 3: They won't hesitate to have like a seven eight pm
- 42:36Speaker 3: dinner crazy, and I just always know I'm in for
- 42:39Speaker 3: a late night whenever.
- 42:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I hate it because you have to have time
- 42:41Speaker 1: for the food to process. I reckon, like have it
- 42:44Speaker 1: on the table five fifty five. Yeah, like you don't sleep, valid,
- 42:48Speaker 1: I don't. You don't sleep with a full bet. And
- 42:50Speaker 1: then it also gives you room for a sweet treat
- 42:52Speaker 1: at like eight o'clock.
- 42:53Speaker 3: Hey, you know what I've been effing around with lately
- 42:55Speaker 3: is having dinner at like four thirty. I've been going
- 42:58Speaker 3: full Jerry Art. That's last year tea, But that's that's
- 43:01Speaker 3: it's afternoon tea.
- 43:02Speaker 1: But it's my dinner. It's going to all times. You
- 43:04Speaker 1: eat your sweet treat then like six.
- 43:06Speaker 3: Ill try and have my sweet treet at like six
- 43:08Speaker 3: or seven o'clock. It's good to be fair the ill
- 43:10Speaker 3: try to have my sweet treat at like six seven.
- 43:13Speaker 1: You're twenty two. Ars. Don't do that again. What's something
- 43:17Speaker 1: you do differently from how you were raised to do it?
- 43:19Speaker 1: I will never be a shoes on household.
- 43:22Speaker 3: Ooh. I was at my old place because it was
- 43:26Speaker 3: all tile, but at my new places all carpet, So
- 43:29Speaker 3: no shoes. I don't care your your shoes on household,
- 43:32Speaker 3: don't care. But your parents' place its shoes off. Could
- 43:35Speaker 3: you walk me the shoes on and they wouldn't care?
- 43:36Speaker 3: Oh shit, I just like do that just because.
- 43:39Speaker 1: But like, if I'm in a rush, I'm one hundred
- 43:40Speaker 1: percent wear my shoes on the inside. Yeah yeah, see,
- 43:43Speaker 1: I I agree. No shoes in the house. I like that.
- 43:45Speaker 3: Yeah fair, I like no shoes in the house. What's
- 43:48Speaker 3: something you do differently now than how you were raised
- 43:50Speaker 3: to do it. I don't refrigerate my peanut butter anymore,
- 43:55Speaker 3: even though the jar says too no, it doesn't.
- 43:59Speaker 4: You don't need a refrigerator.
- 44:01Speaker 1: It doesn't say that.
- 44:03Speaker 3: I have.
- 44:04Speaker 1: I've never seen that. I'm going to look at my refrigerator.
- 44:06Speaker 1: Oh here's a good debate. I don't know the brands,
- 44:09Speaker 1: but so that you got the classic peanut butter it's
- 44:11Speaker 1: called like that be the brand baker, yeah e q A,
- 44:14Speaker 1: yeah yeah that and then you got like the actual
- 44:16Speaker 1: peanut butter that's peanuts and that's it. And my girlfriend's
- 44:20Speaker 1: trying to tell me that, like, that's the real peanut butter.
- 44:22Speaker 1: That's like everyone meant to eat, and I'm like, no,
- 44:24Speaker 1: that she's just fucking tastes terrible tastes like dirt. I
- 44:26Speaker 1: mean I eat that.
- 44:27Speaker 4: Yeah, I actually do prefer the real proper peanut butter.
- 44:31Speaker 3: Over Australian like, but I will admit, like when people
- 44:37Speaker 3: think of peanut butter, they think of the more processed good.
- 44:40Speaker 1: That's what I was like, yeah, like this. So she's
- 44:43Speaker 1: like no, no, no, people were like eating this hundred
- 44:45Speaker 1: and peanuts. Yeah, there's dirt ship and I was like, no,
- 44:47Speaker 1: it came out like five years ago. Has it always
- 44:49Speaker 1: been out there? So the reason that I used to
- 44:53Speaker 1: I've always gone back and forth.
- 44:55Speaker 3: But the reason I just like have the one hundred
- 44:57Speaker 3: percent peanuts peanut butter now like the oil on top
- 45:00Speaker 3: that you have to like mix is I've just grown
- 45:03Speaker 3: to really like it.
- 45:05Speaker 1: And the dogs can have that when you use it
- 45:09Speaker 1: for like a lick mat or something like that.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Dogs aren't supposed to have the processed to one because
- 45:12Speaker 3: it has like a certain chemical in it that is
- 45:14Speaker 3: not good for dogs. So I just like kind of
- 45:16Speaker 3: switched for that reason and just was like, I'm not
- 45:17Speaker 3: gonna buy two separate peanut butters.
- 45:19Speaker 1: I used to do yogurt in the Kong Greek yogurt.
- 45:22Speaker 3: Yeah, Greek Yogat's good because like dogs can have a
- 45:24Speaker 3: little bit of lactose, apparent they're not supposed to have
- 45:26Speaker 3: a bunch of it.
- 45:27Speaker 1: But like but like dogs love cheese, yeah they do,
- 45:30Speaker 1: but like they're not supposed to.
- 45:31Speaker 3: Eat it, but also like it like chocolate, like not
- 45:34Speaker 3: to a dog like chocolate do Beth caught Darcy eating
- 45:37Speaker 3: the fucking chocolate egg before she told.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Me that on the phone. What's something you do differently
- 45:47Speaker 1: from how you were raised to do it? Being spiritual?
- 45:50Speaker 1: My parents don't believe in anything. Oh yeah, I'm not spiritual.
- 45:54Speaker 1: I am not pretty spiritual, I'd say, yeah, I reckon,
- 45:57Speaker 1: I'm quite down to earth spirit. I think everything has
- 46:02Speaker 1: like an energy in being outdoors helps your auror your mindset,
- 46:07Speaker 1: your happiness, and I think the moon phase has something
- 46:10Speaker 1: to do. I don't. I don't dive into it too much,
- 46:12Speaker 1: but I definitely think it affects us. It sounds like you.
- 46:18Speaker 1: I really do, though. I think there's more to us
- 46:20Speaker 1: then meets the eyes. It's the eye. The eyes, I
- 46:23Speaker 1: guess we have two.
- 46:25Speaker 3: Why is the saying there's like there's more than meets
- 46:28Speaker 3: the eye when the plural for eyes eyes and all
- 46:31Speaker 3: humans have two eyes?
- 46:32Speaker 1: Well, not all, but most. If you're a cyclops out there,
- 46:37Speaker 1: we include you. Good question. I don't know just the English.
- 46:42Speaker 1: Why do I ask you that you're not gonna know? Answer?
- 46:43Speaker 1: I'm quite spiritual and I know quite a lot of things.
- 46:45Speaker 1: Spiritual question as grammar question, I don't know. Grammar asked
- 46:49Speaker 1: me a spiritual one. What is your moon rising? What
- 46:55Speaker 1: time the moon comes over the horizon?
- 47:01Speaker 2: Well, I won't go into like Christian moon rising is.
- 47:03Speaker 3: I won't go on when you were born, you're born
- 47:06Speaker 3: in a certain time of year, which puts you in
- 47:08Speaker 3: You are born on the twenty second of August, So
- 47:10Speaker 3: that what does that make you?
- 47:12Speaker 1: Star signwise? Leo?
- 47:13Speaker 3: You're a Leo, but your earth and moon rising is
- 47:16Speaker 3: a thing where it's like at the moment of your
- 47:20Speaker 3: you know, yeah.
- 47:22Speaker 1: Getting some air. Yeah, the first time you touch air,
- 47:24Speaker 1: I thought you're gonna say conceived.
- 47:26Speaker 4: No, no, no, first time you touch air.
- 47:28Speaker 3: Yeah, Like the Earth moon rising means like, so you're
- 47:32Speaker 3: a Leo, but like you'll have like Aquarius parts of
- 47:35Speaker 3: you if the murmurs at a certain phase and if
- 47:36Speaker 3: like the Earth is at a certain phase, whatever you have.
- 47:38Speaker 1: Like some you said you're not spiritual, look at all
- 47:40Speaker 1: this knowledge that.
- 47:41Speaker 4: Yeah, listen to they talk about this shit.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Yeah. See, maybe I'll start listening to them. They seem
- 47:44Speaker 1: like my type of people. What's something you do differently
- 47:47Speaker 1: now than how you were raised to do it.
- 47:50Speaker 3: I was raised to put both socks on and then
- 47:52Speaker 3: both shoes, but now I do sock shoe, sock shoe.
- 47:56Speaker 1: You should go back. Yeah you're raised the right way.
- 47:58Speaker 4: Yeah you've turned into a monster.
- 48:00Speaker 1: Yeah, you've taken three steps back.
- 48:03Speaker 3: Sometimes if I'm ever for some reason, like let's say
- 48:06Speaker 3: I'm getting out of my car and I need to
- 48:08Speaker 3: put some shoes on because I've like going to the
- 48:09Speaker 3: beach and now I'm going out for dinner.
- 48:12Speaker 1: And I bring my shoes.
- 48:13Speaker 3: I'll do it standing out on the road and I'll
- 48:15Speaker 3: do like sock shoe and then I'll have like shoe
- 48:20Speaker 3: on on the pavement and no sock, no shoe on
- 48:23Speaker 3: the other foot, just because like yeah, want to get
- 48:26Speaker 3: the only time I'll do that.
- 48:27Speaker 1: I love that justification. Yeah, yeah, all right. What's something
- 48:30Speaker 1: you do differently from how you're raised to do it?
- 48:32Speaker 1: Celebrating the small victories. We didn't grow up doing that.
- 48:37Speaker 1: I wouldn't say I did that like much.
- 48:41Speaker 3: No not.
- 48:42Speaker 1: My parents were very always like well done type of thing.
- 48:45Speaker 1: I think I think I was fine in that category.
- 48:47Speaker 2: I don't know what is there.
- 48:49Speaker 3: So when like my parents, I wouldn't say they've said
- 48:56Speaker 3: to me a bunch like they've told me a few times,
- 48:58Speaker 3: you know, like we're proud of you, this, proud of
- 48:59Speaker 3: you that. But is a better way to do it,
- 49:02Speaker 3: to be like if your child does something that they
- 49:05Speaker 3: should be proud of or that is like more of
- 49:07Speaker 3: like a textbook thing a parent would be proud of.
- 49:10Speaker 3: I saw this thing once to say change the language
- 49:12Speaker 3: to like, you know, I'm proud of you, but you
- 49:15Speaker 3: should be proud of yourself, so it's like a child's
- 49:17Speaker 3: instead of it's not instead of working to make someone
- 49:20Speaker 3: else proud proud type of thing.
- 49:22Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not coming from an ulterior motive. It's coming
- 49:24Speaker 1: from in a Yeah, that's a great actually parenting tip.
- 49:27Speaker 1: I feel like it doesn't really go under the question,
- 49:29Speaker 1: but I feel like one thing I need to figure
- 49:31Speaker 1: out how to work on for myself is how do
- 49:34Speaker 1: you stop the goalpost always moving?
- 49:37Speaker 3: Hmm?
- 49:38Speaker 1: And like that's a good point. I feel like that
- 49:41Speaker 1: happens way more than an adult because I had a realization.
- 49:45Speaker 1: I was at the gym and I was talking to
- 49:47Speaker 1: like the reception. It's just like small chit chat, and
- 49:49Speaker 1: she's like, what he have been up to? What he've
- 49:50Speaker 1: been doing. It was when we recorded our first virtual
- 49:53Speaker 1: episode and I was like, oh yeah, and I thought
- 49:55Speaker 1: it worked really well. I didn't know. You didn't know
- 49:57Speaker 1: the time that it wasn't work great. Yeah, And she
- 50:00Speaker 1: was like stoved for me because she thought it was cool.
- 50:02Speaker 1: She's like, oh, congratulations, that's so good. And I was thinking,
- 50:05Speaker 1: oh that is good. Yeah, but to me it was nothing.
- 50:07Speaker 2: Now to us we were like.
- 50:08Speaker 1: Yeah, and then she's like, oh, that's so that sounds amazing,
- 50:10Speaker 1: and I was like, you know what it is, I
- 50:13Speaker 1: have a fucking mindset.
- 50:14Speaker 3: But you went out a good workout, and then you
- 50:16Speaker 3: came back and listened to the audio and it wasn't great,
- 50:17Speaker 3: and you were like, fuck yeah, I could.
- 50:20Speaker 1: Take that at any point because like, as you get
- 50:22Speaker 1: an adult, everything like the more you experience, the less
- 50:25Speaker 1: shit means to you. Weird but true. Yeah, and like
- 50:29Speaker 1: because when you, I don't know, when you win a
- 50:31Speaker 1: race for the first time, it feels the best. What
- 50:34Speaker 1: was your heroine analogy that was wrong? Ah? Yeah, so
- 50:38Speaker 1: we did.
- 50:39Speaker 4: We mentioned this, guys.
- 50:41Speaker 1: We mentioned the heroin thing.
- 50:42Speaker 3: So the first time you do something is like the
- 50:45Speaker 3: first time you do Heroin, it's the best. And that's
- 50:48Speaker 3: why they get addicted because theyre chasing that high. Now
- 50:52Speaker 3: I want to say I correated myself. That's not true. Well,
- 50:55Speaker 3: quite often, once you get a bit of a tolerance,
- 50:56Speaker 3: that's where the best high comes.
- 50:58Speaker 1: Okay, So the opposite of that happened. When you achieve things.
- 51:03Speaker 4: The first one is the best.
- 51:04Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, and I want to I want to keep
- 51:07Speaker 1: that high going when I do something I'm proud of.
- 51:09Speaker 1: That's what I want to do in life. Okay, I
- 51:11Speaker 1: like it. Yeah, even like simple things like a good diet,
- 51:14Speaker 1: a dieting week, or going to the gym five times.
- 51:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 51:16Speaker 1: For me at the moment, it's getting into the gym
- 51:19Speaker 1: because you do it so often. It'says like, oh, it's
- 51:21Speaker 1: just another week in the gym. Who cares? But that's good,
- 51:23Speaker 1: be proud of that ship. It is true. We're not
- 51:25Speaker 1: very good at recognizing self awareness. Wins. Yeah, I want
- 51:30Speaker 1: to say Mad is a winning left ron center. You're
- 51:33Speaker 1: winning left were easy to focus.
- 51:35Speaker 3: On, like you know, let's say social media views aren't
- 51:39Speaker 3: going great, or like the podcast views on go great,
- 51:42Speaker 3: Like we notice more if we lose listeners, then if
- 51:46Speaker 3: we gain Yeah, weird fucking a year of bliss and
- 51:48Speaker 3: I didn't even think about it's.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Our human nature is just like it's good. Who cares?
- 51:55Speaker 1: That's what it is. People have that mindsetting relationships and
- 51:59Speaker 1: they throw it away. Who cares.
- 52:00Speaker 3: It's like when it's kind of similar to the grass
- 52:04Speaker 3: is always greener, like once you just become used to
- 52:07Speaker 3: a thing, Like I think that's why people That's why
- 52:10Speaker 3: rich people say money doesn't buy happiness, even though like
- 52:14Speaker 3: us poor people think that it does. Speak because the
- 52:20Speaker 3: person that's rich has been rich for a while, but
- 52:23Speaker 3: when they first got rich, like it, But it's kind
- 52:26Speaker 3: of like a thing of it's just.
- 52:29Speaker 1: Getting used to it. Yeah, I think that's something to
- 52:32Speaker 1: work on. Everyone can.
- 52:40Speaker 3: I would like to thank everybody for listening this far.
- 52:42Speaker 3: It's time to read some comments from the baddies. I
- 52:45Speaker 3: have three No, sorry, I have two and it is
- 52:48Speaker 3: from the episode Faking It the Whole Relationship and is
- 52:52Speaker 3: it from YouTube? Half Moon two one eight one said
- 52:55Speaker 3: loved the episode guys, thank you. On the topic of jealousy,
- 52:59Speaker 3: my therapist said, some thing really interesting. According to her,
- 53:02Speaker 3: there's a difference between good jealousy, you wanting to keep
- 53:05Speaker 3: what you have because you cherish and know its value,
- 53:07Speaker 3: and bad jealousy you want to control the person so
- 53:11Speaker 3: they stay with you, sending.
- 53:12Speaker 1: You lots of love. Oh, that is the perfect mindset
- 53:15Speaker 1: to have. I think. Unfortunately, you know what I took
- 53:18Speaker 1: away from that. It's cool to say, my therapist, I
- 53:23Speaker 1: miss that. That is such a good point. My therapist said, yeah.
- 53:27Speaker 3: It's also like if somebody was to start a comp
- 53:29Speaker 3: if I asked someone a question about like something to
- 53:32Speaker 3: do with mental or like emotions, and someone goes, well,
- 53:35Speaker 3: my therapist said, I'd say, well, that's true, obvious, like
- 53:37Speaker 3: they're a therapists obviously there, I'm gonna start calling you
- 53:40Speaker 3: that when you reference something I'm not going to say
- 53:42Speaker 3: Jake Comming is.
- 53:43Speaker 1: My therapist told me, actually.
- 53:45Speaker 3: You'll get anyone to believe anything if you just go
- 53:48Speaker 3: around being like, you know what interesting you guys.
- 53:51Speaker 2: Talk about it.
- 53:51Speaker 3: My therapist actually told me once, and then you just
- 53:53Speaker 3: can say the most hateous opinion and then people will
- 53:55Speaker 3: be like therapist, Okay, using the system. And I shout
- 54:04Speaker 3: out to a friend of the podcast, I am dollop okay,
- 54:08Speaker 3: another YouTube comment. I might be wrong, but I'm pretty
- 54:10Speaker 3: sure Siri hasn't changed since it launched. More or less,
- 54:14Speaker 3: it's not an AI or l l M the other
- 54:17Speaker 3: ones you've mentioned on the pot. Apple is very far behind.
- 54:20Speaker 3: They couldn't even launch their Apple Intelligence that they advertised
- 54:24Speaker 3: because it was such a failure. So Apple is just
- 54:26Speaker 3: not in the AI business. Because the episode that we
- 54:28Speaker 3: are talking about, I said, like, I'm rude to my
- 54:31Speaker 3: Syria now, and I used to be polite to it
- 54:33Speaker 3: because how shit Siri is and how good all these
- 54:37Speaker 3: other AIS is. So if I'm rude to Siri, I'm
- 54:39Speaker 3: I know for a fact it's not going to be
- 54:40Speaker 3: the one taking over the world.
- 54:42Speaker 1: I'm politely claude. And because they're our friends, they are
- 54:45Speaker 1: our friends. Yeah, they're our friends. Talking about friends, let's
- 54:48Speaker 1: call one of the baddies. If you want to sign
- 54:50Speaker 1: off the you can't ruined it by saying they go on,
- 54:55Speaker 1: I'm not framed to one man. If you want to
- 54:58Speaker 1: get signed.
- 54:58Speaker 2: If you fucked the I'm back, then I should have
- 55:01Speaker 2: done it.
- 55:02Speaker 3: Now talking about friends, it is time to call a
- 55:05Speaker 3: friend of the podcast a baddie.
- 55:08Speaker 1: All right, now, this is my bit, Jake, who we
- 55:11Speaker 1: gonna call?
- 55:11Speaker 2: Wait, I have a story.
- 55:12Speaker 4: If we're gonna call.
- 55:13Speaker 2: Yeah, we're calling Tasha. Tash.
- 55:15Speaker 1: We have tried to call probably three or four times.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Is this the one who's phone sucked up?
- 55:20Speaker 3: So? I think it was our phone that was sucking up,
- 55:22Speaker 3: not hers. I think she also was, for some reason
- 55:24Speaker 3: standing on a freeway overpass.
- 55:26Speaker 1: I don't know why. Anyway, that's what it sounded like.
- 55:28Speaker 3: They say that I went to a rodeo and she
- 55:34Speaker 3: recognized me there and came and like said hi, And
- 55:37Speaker 3: I was like oh, and she said I'm Tash, Like
- 55:40Speaker 3: you've called me a couple of times, can you please
- 55:42Speaker 3: call me again?
- 55:43Speaker 4: And I was like, yes, one call you again. Don't
- 55:44Speaker 4: worry about it.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Was like I have quotes. I have quotes.
- 55:47Speaker 1: So Tash friend of the pod, it was great to
- 55:49Speaker 1: see you and meet you.
- 55:50Speaker 4: We're calling you again.
- 55:50Speaker 1: You're probably like, I'm Jay.
- 55:54Speaker 2: And it was quite funny because.
- 55:56Speaker 3: She came up and like we were doing line dancing,
- 56:00Speaker 3: and then we were about to leave the line dancing
- 56:02Speaker 3: and she came over and like to get my I
- 56:04Speaker 3: think she wanted to just like tell me to call her,
- 56:07Speaker 3: and she kind of like I was walking away and
- 56:08Speaker 3: didn't see it, and then she like grabbed my arm
- 56:09Speaker 3: a bit, like like to get my attention, and she
- 56:11Speaker 3: was like Jake Like she didn't say like I love
- 56:15Speaker 3: the podcast, range just like Jake, like I'm Tash and
- 56:17Speaker 3: I kind of.
- 56:17Speaker 2: Had to like work it out and I was like.
- 56:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, well let's see this whole story.
- 56:22Speaker 1: She's got to pick up because I'm leaving that in. Yeah,
- 56:26Speaker 1: that's cooled, Hello.
- 56:27Speaker 2: Tash him podcast.
- 56:31Speaker 1: How's it going?
- 56:35Speaker 2: Yeah, this is the response I told you we would
- 56:41Speaker 2: call you.
- 56:45Speaker 1: Can I cry now?
- 56:46Speaker 3: Yes?
- 56:47Speaker 1: Yes? That would make us very My goodness. I don't
- 56:53Speaker 1: even know what to start.
- 56:54Speaker 2: How are you so good?
- 56:56Speaker 1: I have a question before give some advice. We called
- 57:00Speaker 1: you last week and it sounded like you're in the
- 57:04Speaker 1: middle of a freeway. Again, it sounds like you're in
- 57:07Speaker 1: the middle of a freeway. Yeah, yeah, what are you doing?
- 57:15Speaker 1: I want to I want to walk with my dog,
- 57:19Speaker 1: my dog. Are you at an airport? Are you also Canadian?
- 57:26Speaker 1: Are you Canadian?
- 57:28Speaker 3: No?
- 57:29Speaker 1: No, Australian No. Do you want to get Swedish?
- 57:35Speaker 2: Dutch?
- 57:36Speaker 1: Swedish? There you go, by very let's go. In my defense,
- 57:41Speaker 1: I did meet you, so I've got to see how
- 57:47Speaker 1: I loved it.
- 57:47Speaker 3: Loved it.
- 57:48Speaker 4: But you told me, you told me you have like
- 57:50Speaker 4: three quotes.
- 57:52Speaker 2: Oh my god, so many? Okay, I was like, I
- 57:57Speaker 2: got to the first one because I mean, we.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Talked about all you guys, talked about a lot of
- 58:02Speaker 1: them boys, and you know, all these kind of stuff.
- 58:05Speaker 5: So my first one is, oh, yes, I wrote it up.
- 58:09Speaker 2: Wat about it, but just give me a sorry.
- 58:15Speaker 3: A crush.
- 58:16Speaker 1: It's just the lack of information.
- 58:19Speaker 2: One more time, one more time, A crush.
- 58:21Speaker 1: It's just the lack of information. A crush is just
- 58:24Speaker 1: the lack of information. I kind of like that. So
- 58:27Speaker 1: like debunks crushes, it's like, oh fuck, Like Oh yeah, okay,
- 58:33Speaker 1: you're worried.
- 58:34Speaker 2: I love that. That's actually a good one to live.
- 58:36Speaker 1: I like that.
- 58:38Speaker 3: Uh.
- 58:38Speaker 1: And then my otherwise I got chill. I can have
- 58:41Speaker 1: like putch. But well you can call me back and
- 58:44Speaker 1: I can you know, the contact. My second one is
- 58:50Speaker 1: be the energy that you want to track. Love it
- 58:53Speaker 1: love that we live by that. Yes.
- 58:55Speaker 2: Yeah, so positive baby.
- 58:57Speaker 1: I can say that you have positive vibes. Yes, and
- 59:01Speaker 1: that all has came on to Jake and I after
- 59:03Speaker 1: this call, we're going to be feeling positive.
- 59:06Speaker 2: Let's go, let's go. Thank you, Tash, I have a
- 59:10Speaker 2: good afternoon.
- 59:12Speaker 3: Oh my goodness, YouTube.
- 59:13Speaker 5: Thank you so much for calling.
- 59:14Speaker 1: Of course.
- 59:15Speaker 5: Bye okay, by
- 59:19Speaker 1: Cash, friend of the podcast, Friend of the We love
- 59:23Speaker 1: your stay bad
