- 1:21to go off without a hitch, so sorry for arts. We're still learning
- 1:26how all this works. So hopefully we're streaming live. I can't see a
- 1:33preview right now, so live it looks like the uh, the chats are
- 1:38lighting up. It says, uh, you are live. Let's go,
- 1:42fellas. What's up? Doug? I see you in there, Big Mike
- 1:49Swanson, Hey Mike, Big Mike, Mister Doug. Yep, the boy,
- 1:59the Boy always they're here. So here's the deal, folks, Welcome
- 2:04to the new formatted cast, and I wanted to welcome you all to the
- 2:10show. We will get better at this, I promise, I promise.
- 2:15This is still all new to us. We're going to be doing a lot
- 2:20of Martin's related shows, which is what we did at Lancer our presentation on
- 2:24this year. Tonight, we'll be focusing on Jack s Martin. But before
- 2:30we get to Jack, s. Martin. There's another big change to the
- 2:32show that I want to inform everybody about. And you probably heard am I
- 2:37already talking, but that is my co host moving forward for the Lone Gum
- 2:42And Podcast, mister Joe Borelli. So everybody, welcome Joe Brailely to the
- 2:46Lone Gum And Podcast. What's up, Joe, Hey, what's up?
- 2:52Guys? Am I allowed to clamp for myself? Yes, no, I
- 2:57am happy to be on the Lone Government Podcast. Rob and I have put
- 3:05in over a year of work into this Martin Show project, and this live
- 3:12series will be really new and refreshing info. And I just want to introduce
- 3:19myself for a minute. I did it Lancer, So if you were not
- 3:24at Lancer or you were not viewing virtually, I'll give you a quick,
- 3:30little thirty second summary. My background is in finance. I currently work for
- 3:37a financial tech firm where I do data and patterned analysis. And I noticed
- 3:45the pattern of Jay first name Jay in some cases middle initial Jay Martin showing
- 3:53up many times in the assassination story. And when Rob and I started seriously
- 4:00searching this anomaly, we were stunned what we came upon, which was over
- 4:08thirty j plus martins which spanned decades and a lot of them are associated with
- 4:15our favorite agency, and I am fresh back from Lancer. We had a
- 4:26great time. The presentation was had a lot of good reviews and feedback,
- 4:33and hopefully you will view it soon. It is currently in a place where
- 4:43we'll tell you about shortly. That's right, So moving forward, you know,
- 4:47it's all about content creation nowadays. We spend a lot of time and
- 4:54energy researching into this stuff to bring you fresh, new and exciting content.
- 5:01And it's no different than somebody that writes a book that tries to sell you
- 5:04a book, or makes a documentary wants to sell you a docentary. You
- 5:12know, we wanted to bring this show to YouTube as a video deal because
- 5:15we feel there's a big void to fill nowadays in this arena of legitimate research
- 5:23into the Kennedy assassination. There's a lot of people who like to put up
- 5:30a lot of clickbait and and they want to, you know, put a
- 5:34bunch of crap out there to muddy the waters. But this is going to
- 5:40be something for serious researchers. So we've created a community over on locals dot
- 5:46com where you can support the show and get a lot of great content.
- 5:55And all of the files that we're going to be talking about here this evening
- 5:59will be available over on our Locals channel. The link is in the description,
- 6:03So if you join up over there, you'll have access to our video
- 6:06answer presentation immediately. You'll have access to every Jackass Martin file well you collected
- 6:13over the past year and a half, and you will do we put up
- 6:18something else over there. I can't remember the intro, but there's a lot
- 6:26more to come, Yes, much more to come. We're going to be
- 6:30adding files to the relevant shows that we do on here, kind of piecemeal,
- 6:35just so everybody can kind of keep control of things and it doesn't get
- 6:40too out of hand. But I said, the files will be downloadable for
- 6:44our members over there on Locals, so make sure you check it out and
- 6:47help support the show. So, like I said, I've been working with
- 6:53Joe for god year and a half now. Before that, he was just
- 7:00a listener to the show. We would email talk and things like that.
- 7:05But he's very knowledgeable and he's got a great mind, and I think you're
- 7:11going to really enjoy Joe's presence on the show and our and our back and
- 7:15forth ability moving forward to bust each other's balls a little bit here and there
- 7:20and make the show entertaining, of course. So Joe, if you will
- 7:30everybody know, because you just got back from Lancer, and I know you
- 7:35had a great time. I know we presented there. I wish I could
- 7:39have been there, but unfortunately not this year. So just let everybody know
- 7:45your thoughts and how you think that Lancer went for us and yourself. Well,
- 7:51Lancer was an amazing experience, and this was my first foray into anything
- 7:58regarding that she has community or whatsoever. And the love I was shown there
- 8:07by different researchers, and the feedback we got from the people that put on
- 8:18the conference, and even mister Larry Hancock was very quote mind blown on some
- 8:33of the documents I showed him, and we had an hour long conversation almost
- 8:37on Sunday morning, and it was probably the highlight of the weekend for me,
- 8:43him being one of my favorite authors. And it was great meeting Doug
- 8:52Campbell. Of course, we had exchanged a lot of emails on the kids,
- 8:56and that's how actually the Martin story starts arted with a long, like
- 9:03five paragraph email on James Herbert Martin, and it kind of started out as
- 9:09a joke, funny enough, and we were like, oh, we found
- 9:13another one. Oh we found another one. Oh we found another Martin.
- 9:16And then when we got like past like fifteen or twenty, you'd be like,
- 9:20oh, you might have something here, and we indeed do. So
- 9:26let me share something from our Lancer. Got just two pictures from Lancer.
- 9:35And on the left is me playing Abraham's appruder with my assistant Monica whereas him
- 9:45and as the daughter of Marita Lorenz holding me up because I was a very
- 9:52accident prone. If you don't know me, so I I'm kneeling. I'm
- 10:03trying to get the best shot I know, you know. And on the
- 10:09right, we we got those people you know who that clan you ain't supposed
- 10:16to fuck with, you know what I mean, And that is Philip Vtal
- 10:24Doug Scaramucci on the left and Roy Joe Hargraves on the right. And if
- 10:33you look at the picture of the dark complected and I'm rollman, Ah,
- 10:37I have to say, we have some pretty good form there and that was
- 10:41really fun. And this is me and Larry talking and one of the like
- 10:48I said, highlights of of of my weekend, you know, him being
- 10:54one of my favorite authors by far. And on the right we I put
- 10:58a little long gunnment business card on the pick of fence and it's kind of
- 11:03funny that he ov you are about to kill JFK. On the left,
- 11:09and of course that's not It might be still there maybe someone maybe somebody probably,
- 11:20But although we laugh at that comment, it's obviously the sixtieth anniversary.
- 11:26Usually anniversaries are happy occasions. In this case, it is not a happy
- 11:33occasion. It is a very sad day in American history. And in my
- 11:43opinion, I started to h derail our democracy when when you had a guy
- 11:52that was going, you know, trying to make peace with with the Soviet
- 12:03Union and Cuba and got his head blown off for it in the middle of
- 12:07the day, in the middle of a major American city, and you know,
- 12:15everyone knows the rest and the cover up, and it's sad. But
- 12:20we are looking forward to moving this case forward. We have a lot of
- 12:28brand new research. We've dug very deep into many subjects we think that we're
- 12:39not focused on as they should have been. And we'll tease you a little
- 12:45bit and we all have to wait for those, but we have a lot
- 12:52of great stuff coming for you, and we're happy that you're joining us,
- 12:56and even if you're watching later, we appreciate it and we hope you stay
- 13:03with us for the whole Martin series. That's right, Joe, And yeah,
- 13:11our stream is filling up. It's good. What's up Uncle Dave from
- 13:18Beautiful Phoenix, Arizona or New Mexico. I can't ever remember which one.
- 13:22Alpha sixty six is in Dallas watching what's up? Tiny Dancer? I see
- 13:28you, Grunge Truck. He's the drunk guy. And thank you guys for
- 13:37showing up for the stream. Now for what you've been waiting for, We're
- 13:43going to get into jack S s Martin a little bit first, so you
- 13:56know, when it comes to the Martins, we've had thirty we found thirty
- 14:05Jay Martin's related to the assassination, and we just recently found a couple more.
- 14:09I think we're up to thirty two now, Okay, so we've got
- 14:13a lot of them to talk about, and jack S was of course the
- 14:16first one that we want to focus on. But Joe, if you could
- 14:20bring up the list exactly what we're talking about here, So there he is
- 14:28at the top of the list. Jack S. Martin, We're going to
- 14:31be doing him tonight. He also had the aliases of Colonel Jack Martin,
- 14:37John J. Martin, and Bishop John J. Martin as well. Joe,
- 14:45I guess we can just ping pong back and forth on the rest of
- 14:48these if you want to do that, sure, Bert, I'll just do
- 14:52the highlighted ones. There was a John C. Martin who was the head
- 14:56of security at the International Trademark obviously owned by Clay Shaw. John Martin Junior,
- 15:05who was a postal worker who filmed Daily Plaza Film also worked with Harry
- 15:13Holmes. And speaking of Martin's who took films, we have John T.
- 15:18Martin, who we went in depth in our Lancer presentation. He was a
- 15:26Minnesota student who filmed both Walker's House and the fracas involving Lee, Harvey Oswald
- 15:33and Color Springier. But preassassination. Yes. The next up we have Johnny
- 15:43or Juan Martin, who was involved with the Serita Odio, Sylvia Odio's sister,
- 15:48and that's a PG thirteen word involved. He hid it. He was
- 15:58banging, Yes, Srita, Sweet Srita. He was a gun runner.
- 16:04He offered her arms for anti Castro group Jere and he was also involved in
- 16:11uh, well, not involved, but there's there's there's some kind of cross
- 16:15contamination with Warren Caster uh and possibly Genio Martinez with this Johnny Martin guy Juan
- 16:23Martin. But we'll get there, I promise. UH. And then we
- 16:29got John Martin, which is the French word for John Martin, uh,
- 16:34the New Orleans alias of Pierre lafitte Z c I a spy from coop in
- 16:42Dallas from his book. And then we got John Martin Thorne, who was
- 16:49Marina's lawyer during her Warren Commission testimony and she was introduced or he was introduced
- 16:57to Marina by her quote business manager James Herbert Martin, who's another one that
- 17:03we'll get to here in a minute, yes, sir. And next up
- 17:10we have James Wilford, commonly known as Jim Martin, who was Ruby's lawyer
- 17:17and the only survivor of the meeting at Ruby's apartment on Sunday night in November
- 17:23twenty fourth, nineteen sixty three. The other members of that meeting met unfortunate
- 17:33demises pretty close after that meeting. Within a couple of years. And of
- 17:41course you have James Herbert Martin, Greena's business manager and quote agent, and
- 17:48he will be the subject. He was a subject of one of our subjects
- 17:53of the Lancer Commerce presentation. We focused on three of them. He was
- 17:59one of them, and he has a fascinating story and that story will blow
- 18:06your mind. I can guarantee you that that's right. Next up, we
- 18:12got Jack Martin, who was a secret service suspect who was being avidly searched
- 18:22for. On November the twenty second, nineteen sixty three, they sent John
- 18:26Rice out of New Orleans, a secret Service agent, to try and track
- 18:30this guy down, and he did. But the interesting thing about that is
- 18:36they were looking for this guy before Oswald was even arrested. They're looking for
- 18:38a Jack Martin in Louisiana. Kind of interesting. Which brings us to Joseph
- 18:48James Martin, who was a CI agent from nineteen fifty to fifty eight,
- 18:52and he was an intelligence assistant in the Transportation Branch Services division of the CIA.
- 18:59And we'll get more into him a little bit in this presentation because he
- 19:03is sometimes confused with Jack Martin of the CIA. Yes, and Jolly Joe
- 19:15Martin will be the topic of a segment we will get into later. He
- 19:19was on the radio in Omaha and shielded Thomas Beckham from extradition to Louisiana and
- 19:30was later condemned by the CIA. And next we have Roland Jay Martin,
- 19:37who was the owner of Martin's Cafe in New Orleans. I wouldn't you know
- 19:41it that Oswalt cashed at least nine checks from the Riley Coffee Company at Martin's
- 19:49Cafe, and Roland Jay Martin endorsed nine of those checks, with a couple
- 19:56other people endorsing a couple others. But very interesting coincidence. And there's gonna
- 20:03be a lot of coincidences in this story, yes, which brings us to
- 20:12Lewis J. Martin, the alias of Lewis McWillie, who is a close
- 20:17friend to Jack Ruby, a gun runner and traffic conte and mob associate.
- 20:23And then that also brings us to John Martin no John Martin no John Martine,
- 20:32former Castro prisoner, mobster, electronics expert, an alleged bag man for
- 20:38THEFK assassination according to some dubious sources. And we have many, many more
- 20:45that we're going to get into. But those are going to be a surprise.
- 20:49So now without further ado, Joe, well let's talk about Jack sm
- 20:57So bring up that graphic and let's take a look, good look at this
- 21:00dude, because we found some pictures of him, and a lot of people
- 21:07have seen certain pictures of him in Garrison's office, but the earlier photos of
- 21:15this guy are very intriguing as well. He looks like a totally different person
- 21:21than he did in the in the mid sixties. Just tells you what,
- 21:26you know, a hard life of drinking and God knows what else will do
- 21:30to you. So, like I said in the upper left corner, that's
- 21:37what everybody see or things of when they see Jack as Martin. But these
- 21:41other photos are him from the forties and fifties, so you know he was
- 21:45a kind of suave debonair before and you see what the hard life, what
- 21:52ten years a hard drinking will do to you. Now, Jack Martin,
- 21:57according to according to the CIA, was born in nineteen fifteen, and according
- 22:06to the FBI, he was born in nineteen twenty and according to somebody else,
- 22:11he was born in nineteen twenty one. So we don't actually know really
- 22:15when this guy was born. But it was somewhere around that era. And
- 22:22we found a Journal Herald article from Dayton, Ohio, dated December one,
- 22:30nineteen forty three, and it was kind of a piece about Jack Martin.
- 22:37He had served three years in the Air Force. This guy saw action at
- 22:41Pearl Harbor and Midway Island. He was discharged on a medical discharge November seventeenth,
- 22:49nineteen forty three, from a head injury that he sustained in a plane
- 22:55crash in Hawaii. Now, if you're going to crash your plane anywhere,
- 22:57Hawaii sounds like a pretty damn places do it. He was a radio operator
- 23:03and a B seventeen waistgunner. The crash was in March of nineteen forty three,
- 23:10and he made He stayed in eight hospitals throughout that year, including it
- 23:15happened to be called Kennedy General Hospital. So that's interesting. And then we
- 23:26move up into the fifties when this guy turns into a kind of a grifter,
- 23:30a drifter. In nineteen fifty two, he's wanted for murder in Houston.
- 23:34I was dismissed. He was acquitted probably from an abortion, an illegal
- 23:40back alley abortion. Nineteen fifty four, he's arrested for vacancy drunk in Galveston,
- 23:48and from fifty six to fifty eight he spent some time in the psych
- 23:52ward at a hospital in New Orleans for a quote character disorder or a really
- 24:00bad trip on LSD, however you want to look at that, and then
- 24:03again rested in nineteen sixty for impersonating a federal officer. Now, Jack Martin
- 24:11is notorious, at least according to Thomas Beckham, for alleging to be a
- 24:18CIA agent. Right, so when we came across some things looking into Jack
- 24:26Martin, there's only so much out there on this guy, and one of
- 24:30the foremost experts is Joan Mellon. So we went back and we looked at
- 24:37her book At a Farewell to Justice, and there's actually, excuse me,
- 24:42a chapter at the end of her Garrison biography that's about six pages long and
- 24:49it's dedicated to Jack Martin as well. But some of the things that Joan
- 24:57Martin put forth about Jack Martin we found to be quite not true. Okay,
- 25:06there's absolutely nothing out there officially from the CIA that puts this guy as
- 25:14an official CIA asset or agent or whatever you want to call it. It
- 25:18just doesn't exist. Now, the body named Joseph James Martin, who worked,
- 25:26as we mentioned at the top of the show from fifty to fifty eight
- 25:30at the CIA, and the CIA in nineteen sixty seven were questioning themselves whether
- 25:37or not this is the same guy. You know, they were thinking,
- 25:40well, this guy's out here saying he works for the CIA. Who is
- 25:42this guy? Could he possibly beat this guy, Joseph James Martin. So
- 25:48they thoroughly looked into it, they really did, and they prepared a four
- 25:56page report about it, citing over fourteen points of contention. But in the
- 26:04end they determined that they were not the same individual, other than both being
- 26:11drunks and having a pretty sweet pencil thin mustache much like Joe's. Yeah,
- 26:26now, when we're talking about Jack Martin, everybody thinks, okay, everybody
- 26:30thinks, all right, this is the guy that was pistol whip by Guy
- 26:33Banister. Everybody thinks about the movie JFK that scene. You know, what
- 26:38was the truth behind that? What did Jack Martin say about that incident?
- 26:42Well we'll get there, I promise, And everybody thinks that it was Jack
- 26:47Martin that dropped a diamond. David Ferry and kind of set him up and
- 26:51said, and you know, put the FBI onto David Ferry, and this,
- 26:55that and the other, which is true, but it wasn't violuntary.
- 27:04And what I mean by that is it wasn't Jack Martin purposefully going into the
- 27:10police department and saying, hey, you need to check out this guy,
- 27:12David Ferry. Somebody dropped the dime on Jack Martin on eleven, twenty three,
- 27:19sixty three. This is the day after the assassination. And I'm reading
- 27:26from an FBI document here which you can get over all the locals at about
- 27:33seven forty five pm this date, mister W. Hardy Davis of thirty forty
- 27:37four Louisiana Parkway. That's the same street David Ferry lived on, by the
- 27:42way called r rifle used by Oswald. In captioned matter, David stated that
- 27:52agents should contact a mister Jack S. Martin Senior, who lives on North
- 27:56Prior Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. David said that Martin can give information
- 28:03regarding a mister David Ferry. Ferry, according to Davis, was in the
- 28:06Civil Air Patrol with Oswalt is a disbarred airline pilot speaks Spanish, is a
- 28:12gun collector and a fanatic like Oswald. Ferry maybe the man who obtained the
- 28:18rifle for Oswalt. So it was this guy W. Hardy Davis who contacted
- 28:25the FBI the day after the assassination and told him that they needed to talk
- 28:30to Jack Martin about David Ferry, so that it's very interesting now. On
- 28:38the twenty seventh November, the FBI interviewed W. Hardy Davis a little bit
- 28:51more in depth and they started getting into whether or not Oswald was in Fairies
- 29:02Civil Air Patrol unit, which they determined that he was. They figured that
- 29:07they were talking about a library card, so that's where that comes from.
- 29:11From Hardy Davis. The Ferry had Oswald's library card, and then they talked
- 29:23to A. Roy McCoy that two who he had photographs in his possession from
- 29:30the Civil Air Patrol and that David Ferry and Oswald were both in the picture.
- 29:37Occoy said, to the best of his recollection, Oswald never attended any
- 29:41Civil Air Patrol meeting at the New Orleans Airport, nor did he ever meet
- 29:45Oswald, but he did have a photo from the months Civil Air Patrol Airport
- 29:52photo and then in January sixty six, a witness, Miss Shirley Basil,
- 30:02who worked part time for Guy Banister from nineteen sixty to sixty one, stated
- 30:08that she knows Jack Martin as far as she knows, his reputation was unsavory.
- 30:17She will be willing to come to the office and give any information desires.
- 30:19She's very cooperative. Also, an investigator named Joseph Newborough worked for Banister
- 30:26with Martin. Newborough spent five years in a federal pen for embezzlement. So
- 30:33all these shisty guys hanging around Walker well, yes, Yes. In nineteen
- 30:45sixty six for Jim Garrison, Jack Martin provided a written statement. It says,
- 30:53in the late summer of sixty three, I was sitting in the office
- 30:56of Guy Banister Private Detective one Lafayette Street, located in the rear of Mancuso's
- 31:03David Ferry walked in wearing an army type fatigue suit in sunglasses. Also with
- 31:11him were three or four young men in their twenties dressed in sports shirts.
- 31:15One of them was Morse Brownly, another was a man they referred to as
- 31:18Lee. After the assassination, I recognized Lee Harvey Oswald as one of the
- 31:22men who had walked in with Ferry and Brownly all of them went in to
- 31:26see Banister, and the door was then a shut, so I wouldn't know
- 31:30what to talked about. My reason for being at the office was to use
- 31:33Banister's typewriter, which I frequently did. These people before seeing Banisters sat around
- 31:38in the waiting room fifteen or twenty minutes, occasionally picking up magazines to look
- 31:42at. I looked at them frequently because I thought this was a rather odd
- 31:47assortment of people. The above statement is true and correct to the best of
- 31:49my knowledge, and is made of my own free will. This statement was
- 31:55given to Da Jim Garrison in the presence of Lou Ivon and typed by Lou
- 31:57Ivan on December twenty twenty six, nineteen sixty six. So that's from Jack
- 32:05Martin. And then, of course we get to the incident, Joe,
- 32:08the big famous incident. Pistol whipping bye bye pop right like you threatened to
- 32:15do to me earlier. Today, I used more than a pistol. But
- 32:22that's a people down here. We call that a molly wopping, all right.
- 32:30I don't know what that is, but I'm not sure I want not
- 32:34feel free to google, all right, So that brings us to Jack Martin's
- 32:46HSCA testimony given in nineteen seventy seven. So we know what he looked like
- 32:52in sixty six. He looked pretty rough. I can only imagine what this
- 32:57dude looked like in nineteen seventy seven when investigators Robert Burris and LJ. Delsa
- 33:04tracked him down in New Orleans. Okay, he was living in a hotel
- 33:08at the time, in December. It was December fifth, nineteen seventy sevenven
- 33:15and his hotel was located at six two eight Saint Charles Avenue in New Orleans.
- 33:20Mister Martin then brought us to the pair of Dice Baray, located at
- 33:27Decatur and Bent in Benville Street in New Orleans. Martin stated, and we
- 33:32later confirmed that William Littleworst Dalzel was now working part time there. And just
- 33:42in a side, William Dalzel figures in with another Martin that will get too
- 33:47much later, So put that feather in your hat because we'll get there.
- 33:52And he's also another alleged CIA asset, this William Dalzel character. And it's
- 33:59just interesting in the late seventies that they're still hanging out together Jack Martin and
- 34:04William Dalzell, so the investigators in Jack Martin went to the Holiday Inn located
- 34:08at the one hundred block of Royal Street and conducted an interview. He says
- 34:15that he served in World War Two in the Air Corps. Served in the
- 34:16Pacific where he did a lot of radio work, including military intelligence works on
- 34:22ships out of Pearl Harbor, including He said he was near Pearl Harbor on
- 34:28December seventh, nineteen forty one, when the Japanese attacked. He received an
- 34:32honorable discharge and his very anti communist. He told the investigators about a letter
- 34:38from retired General Claire Chaneau, which the investigators later read, where he asked
- 34:45Martin to help him in a group of other Americans that would work for General
- 34:51Shang kashek they would use World War two fighters and capture ships going to mainland
- 34:57China and forced them to port for Mosa. Martin stated that the plan fell
- 35:04through for lack of finances. Shocker Martin stated he has worked as an investigator
- 35:09or furnished info to the following people in the New Orleans area. Mayor of
- 35:15Victor Schiro W Guy Banister, Aaron Cohne of the Metropolitan Crime Commission, Jim
- 35:20Garrison g Ray Gill Martin stated that he'd been closely associated with people that the
- 35:27Select Committee might be interested in, such as David Ferry, which we all
- 35:31know. Jack Martin felt that the gun Oswald used might have belonged to Ferry,
- 35:39or he Oswald might have purchased the rifle from the same place that Ferry
- 35:44hit. Martin stated the Ferry was very close to many Cubans and often wore
- 35:49Army fatigues allegedly trained with the Cubans. Ferry helped Sergeiold Kasha Smith and made
- 35:55flights over Cuba, dropping supplies and possibly a bombing run. Some of the
- 36:00supplies that were dropped in Cuba came from the efforts of William Dalzel, who
- 36:05helped Smith, Sergery Alkasha get medical supplies when they were in the Balter Building
- 36:09in the four hundred block of Camp Street. Jack Martin said that since he
- 36:15made that first phone call in nineteen sixty three, that he has been a
- 36:19branded man. Where do you think he got branded? Joe Little Virginia.
- 36:31But but but did David Ferry do that on his body? Probably probably on
- 36:43the same day of the phone call. He was drinking in the Cats and
- 36:47Jammer bar with the guy Banister, and they got into a heated argument.
- 36:52This is coming from Jack Martin's mouth, so horses mouth stuff here, not
- 36:58from the secretary, not from a police report, not from bank. Sure,
- 37:04this is from Martin. They went back to Banister's office and in the
- 37:07heat of the argument, Guy Banister said something and Martin replied, what are
- 37:13you gonna do? Kill me like you all did Kennedy. And at that
- 37:15point Banister drew his three P fifty seven magnum and beat Martin in the head,
- 37:21which required medical attention, but not ceo us. When Martin was on
- 37:25the ground, he says Banister pointed the gun at his head and he believes
- 37:30Banister would have killed him, but one of the secretaries, possibly Delphine Roberts,
- 37:37told Banister not to shoot him. A police report was made and Banister
- 37:40paid all of the medical bills and Martin dropped the charges, so you know.
- 37:51And it goes on for a lot of more pages, but interesting stuff
- 37:59with Jack ass Martin and for sure and one of the most colorful Jay Martin's
- 38:05in the whole arena of our j Martin universe for sure. Yes, and
- 38:12of course he is a j. Martin, but his real name was Edward
- 38:16Suggs. But he had four Martin aliases and was an all type of screwy
- 38:28in Kentucky with fake bishops and Christopher Maria Stanley and nineteen sixty seven, nineteen
- 38:39sixty eight ish and and then get there was no love loss between David Ferry
- 38:46and Jack Martin or Suggs at all. They did not like each other.
- 38:53And they, you know, like Rob said, Jack dropped a dime on
- 39:01uh or Edward dropped the dime on Ferry as soon as he was questioned,
- 39:07and it was, you know, there was they were. They hated each
- 39:15other for whatever reason. Yes, they were not fans of each other whatsoever.
- 39:24And when it comes to you know, other Martins, there's not a
- 39:28lot of Martin's. Well, actually, I take that back. When it
- 39:31comes to Dallas and New Orleans, there's about an equal amount of Martin's.
- 39:35Jay Martins is in each in each spot, and there's multiple Jack Martin's,
- 39:40there's multiple John Martins, there's multiple multiple James Martin's with different initials here there,
- 39:46and uh, it's all very interesting stuff. But Jack Martin is by
- 39:52far the very colorful figure. Reading from the comments here, he usually feels
- 40:00sorry for Jack Martin, and I get that. You know, he's kind
- 40:05of like a bumbling idiot, a lovable bumbling drunk idiot. But he's associating
- 40:12himself with a lot of these seedier types in New Orleans that come come across
- 40:17as con men and people who would do anything for a buck, whether it
- 40:24means selling you a diploma, making you a doctor, giving you most documents,
- 40:31becoming a bishop. You know, we didn't even really get into his
- 40:37fake bishop bishop nests and you know what all that means. And that's a
- 40:43whole nother rabbit hole, right Joe, Yes, sir, and Ferry was
- 40:49trying to get ordeemed as a bishop as well because of his proclivity Is was
- 40:59denying, and maybe maybe that was the start of their their rivalry, if
- 41:12you will, Yeah, most definitely. You know, some man, the
- 41:19other crazy stuff that that that Martin told either the Garrison or the FBI.
- 41:25He said that Ferry had possibly hypnotized Oswald to kill JFK because I guess,
- 41:32you know, to each other, and he knew that Ferry was into hypnotism
- 41:37and stuff, so he told him that. He also said Oswald was possibly
- 41:45one of Ferry's kids, right crimes against nature and all that stuff. He
- 41:51put forth the assertation that they were possibly involved with each other. Hardy Davis
- 41:59told and that Ferry had left for Texas on November twenty second. He was
- 42:07well deviate, expelled from the church. I believe you know. He was
- 42:10telling Garrison in the FBI that and he felt that Ferry was involved in the
- 42:15plot against JFK and things didn't really end well for Jack Martin. I'm not
- 42:23sure exactly when he died. We weren't able to nail that down, but
- 42:30my guess is it wouldn't have been too much longer past the HSCA, just
- 42:37from his lifestyle and he was looking back then. Yeah. If you look
- 42:45at that last picture, well, in the graphic that we had shown previously
- 42:51in the top left corner which was him testifying or talking to Garrison and the
- 42:57other pictures, he looked like he's you know, I'm a couple of minutes
- 43:02away from dropping dead in an airport. Yeah, and what's up, Colonel
- 43:14Reb You are our first super chat. Thank you very much. We appreciate
- 43:19it. Man. I'll tell you what this whole thing has been stressful as
- 43:24hell trying to figure all this health. Yes, but we finally did it,
- 43:32and I promised we're only going to get better at this. You know,
- 43:37we don't want to do marathon shows on this stuff. We want to
- 43:40keep it, you know, somewhere around thirty minutes to an hour tops.
- 43:46You know where I think we're at forty five minutes now we cover Jack Martin.
- 43:53Good, So pay attention. We're going to set this up again for
- 44:00Saturday morning, right, Joe ten Amy, Saturday ten am, We're gonna
- 44:09we're gonna go live again. We're just doing a special tonight because it's November
- 44:15twenty second, nineteen sixty three or twenty twenty three, sorry, and we're
- 44:22gonna be doing the show live here on the weekends, more than likely to
- 44:27be Saturday mornings Sunday, on the days that I record quick hits. But
- 44:34so move forward. Next show is going to be on Sunday, ten am
- 44:38Eastern. We'll get all that set up and hopefully the live will go off
- 44:43without a next time, right, Joe, I hope so, but but
- 44:52yeah, just on here, yeah, but just to follow up on what
- 44:57you were were saying there, we have spent what like two months straight on
- 45:05probably Saturday and Sunday, like four or five hour sessions taping our Lancer presentation
- 45:13tank like forty seven, and it was it took us a long time to
- 45:23figure out which Martin's were which, And you know, we would have loved
- 45:29to tie Joseph James Martin to Jack s Martin and Suggs and the other Martin
- 45:37aliases, but we weren't able to. And you know, we're like Rob
- 45:42kind of mentioned and in the beginning in his intro, We're not going to
- 45:47sensationalize stuff. We're going to give you the facts as per the documents and
- 45:54the documentary evidence and our best inter cirtation of that, and we hope you
- 46:04join us for the journey. The story is one hundred not finished, is
- 46:10probably like fifty four percent finished. The more we dig into things, the
- 46:17more questions we have. And like I said, I actually found a couple
- 46:24more Martin's that will come into play in the John t story and possibly a
- 46:35story involving some burglars who read it as safe. And it's really interesting how
- 46:45it all comes together and over the course of decades, and it's it's been
- 46:54a very long journey, and we have a drop off with files of each
- 47:02Martin and each relevant file in that particular folder. So we're not just acquiring
- 47:12jack S files and throwing them in the folder or actually breeding them and saying
- 47:15is this significant? Is this going to disprove or prove that he might have
- 47:22been Joseph James Martin, Like Joan Mellon clink we I mean, how long
- 47:29do we argue we rob over this whether they were the same doctor? Yeah,
- 47:35I would say no. And looking over we found a lot of stuff
- 47:37that Joan Millan was that bless her heart got wrong and this is just one
- 47:46of them. You know, there's absolutely no documentation the CI whatsoever confirming that
- 47:55Jack Martin was ever a CIA ascid or ag or working for the CIA at
- 48:01all. Yeah, that he was. In nineteen sixty he was arrested for
- 48:07impersonating a government agent. You know. So and like like Uncle Dave said
- 48:14in the chat something about the diploma, Mills and you know, him and
- 48:20Beckham were tied up in this stuff with these false documents, and so were
- 48:24these bishops, and you know, it's just it gets into the weeds a
- 48:30lot. Did he know anything significant? Did he sensationalize things, probably so,
- 48:44but you know, he was the impetus for the entire New Orleans investigation
- 48:52part of this thing. And the problem was that Garrison couldn't put him on
- 48:58the stand because he was a freaking job and a drunk. So and and
- 49:05David Ferry died right before, right, yeah. And if you go listen
- 49:15to uh some of the you can actually hear audio interviews with Jack Martin and
- 49:21Jim Garrison, and you know, a real piece of work. And of
- 49:25course I know it was a different era, but you know, he's a
- 49:28real big fan of the N word in the in these interviews and it's hard
- 49:32to listen to. But he doesn't sound anything like which you know, like
- 49:37what you think, much like David Ferry in the movie JFK. Hey,
- 49:45I see Caroline has dropped in the chat late better late than never, Caroline.
- 49:50It's all right, you're fashionably late. It's okay. You're probably doing
- 49:52your hair, you make up or something for you showed up. It's all
- 49:55good. And they want you to say liberty lobby clothing with Martin. I
- 50:04I am not I will not be saying that word tonight. We are going
- 50:08to avoid it. At all costs. I'm sure there will be a point
- 50:13on this show where I have to mention that word. And Kenneth Zeneker,
- 50:21if you're out there watching, I want that shirt, bro, send it
- 50:27to me. Okay, I will wear it proudly right here on YouTube.
- 50:34He made me a special Liberty lobbity shirt and it's pretty sweet looking. Yeah,
- 50:40oh shure, he didn't. He didn't tell me that. And I
- 50:44spent a good amount of time with Kenneth over the weekend, and he is
- 50:49just a great guy and and it is really put a lot of effort into
- 50:57this Lancer conference and I couldn't be more grateful for his the opportunity and also
- 51:07the friendship that we established over forty eight hours. But uh, you know,
- 51:15I had I quit cigarettes like a year ago, but smoked a Marble
- 51:21red one hundred because that was in Texas. I had to. Yeah,
- 51:28And that's and that's the whole part of the thing is going and meeting new
- 51:30people, people you can call friends, because you know, nerves like us
- 51:36who are interested in the in the assassination in our real lives, you know,
- 51:40we don't have anybody to really talk to about this stuff. That's why
- 51:44I started the podcast in the first place to have someplace to talk about it,
- 51:49because it couldn't do it, you know, anywhere around me. And
- 51:52I've made a lot of great friends along this journey. And you know,
- 51:58everybody that shows up here today, you're all included, Joe, Doug,
- 52:02everybody. I mean, we want to push collaborative research, you know,
- 52:07we want people to be involved in things, share documents with us, hypotheside,
- 52:15tell us what you want us to talk about. I mean, yeah,
- 52:20I mean, we got our plate full for a little while. What's
- 52:22this Martin thing? But I promise once we get done that and we will
- 52:27have other shows in between some of the Martin stuff, just to kind of
- 52:30break it up a little bit, so nobody gets Martined out, nobody gets
- 52:36Martin fatigue, but against David Ferry and fatigued with sunglasses on. Do you
- 52:42think we have Martin? But again, we definitely have Martin. Just wait
- 52:49till in a couple of months when we've finally done all these Martins. How
- 52:52fatigued. I don't never want to meet anybody named Martin again, first or
- 52:57last name. I'll punch him right in the face. Don't want to know
- 53:00you. Yeah, and It's funny because that when when we started focusing on
- 53:09the Martin's, I started noticing the Martin name just in regular life. And
- 53:15there's actually I was taking a walk with my family and there's a whole plaque
- 53:20on the Martin bird. Who even knew there was a Martin bird. Uh,
- 53:27it's just it's just funny when when you look out for certain things and
- 53:32uh, and pretty much patterned analysis, which is what I do for a
- 53:37profession, and it's it's crazy the things that will stand out to you.
- 53:45So I'm actually just going to give a little preview here. I didn't tell
- 53:50her about this. You might give ahead of me. So we have a
- 53:58hople folder of just every Martin and every relevant document with every Martin, and
- 54:07this is all J. Jay Martin's. We then have some literature that will
- 54:15be on locals exclusively, and also a ton of pictures of the Martins,
- 54:30the pseudonyms and aliases, and the weird coincidences like the fact that JFK wrote
- 54:38his inaugural speech and proposed to Jackie Kennedy or a book. I'm saying that's
- 54:47wrong, Bolivia. But there's your liberty lobby mother, The liberty lobby fun.
- 54:54Yeah, Jesus Christ h and uh particular boo Via Kennedy three times fast
- 55:07when you say the Liberty Lobby, I will I just did Jacqueline Bouvia Kennedy.
- 55:15Jacqueline Bouia Kennedy. Jacqueline Bouvia Kennedy. Okay, but uh, it's
- 55:22interesting that that JFK proposed to her and wrote his inaugural address at the Bartons
- 55:29Cafe pop in in DC. Os walkeshed just nine of his checks at least
- 55:34nine in the Martins Cafe. And uh, and you have Margarite Oswald at
- 55:44the Martins Department store in New York in nineteen fifty six. Yes, you
- 55:49can't make this stuff up. It's it's epic. Yeah. But one of
- 55:52the one of the first defectors to the USSR in the quote false defector program
- 56:00was actually William H. Martin, which is not a J. Martin,
- 56:02but he is a very interesting story too. So it really just goes so
- 56:07deep and the more we look into it, the more questions we have.
- 56:13And we really hope that you guys come along for the ride and join us
- 56:17and help us. And you know, if you could find a document that
- 56:22is relevant that we might not have found you know, share with us on
- 56:28locals and let's talk about it, let's debate it, let's move this case
- 56:32forward. That's what I said to my Q and A after our Lanser presentation,
- 56:38which was the virtual I and I know Rob, we don't have any
- 56:47agenda other than truth and that's what we're after and we want to we want
- 57:00you to help us with that, and hopefully we have some serious listeners.
- 57:05I know Rob has built up an amazing loyal base over the years, and
- 57:12we can't be more excited about where this could go. And we're really interested.
- 57:19So we're really intrigued and excited about this project we're undertaking. That's right,
- 57:28Joe, And once again, just wrap this thing up. We're closing
- 57:30in on an hour now. So once again, thank you to everybody who
- 57:36showed up for our very first video live stream on here on YouTube. For
- 57:42the oncoming podcast, this has been episode number two hundred and sixty one,

- 59:07I promise next time, hopefully we won't screw up the intro three times in
- 59:13a row. But yes, you never know. Yeah it can happen next
- 59:17time. It could happen twice and that would be an improvement, right,
- 59:22but yes, that's right. I just want to say thank you to everyone
- 59:28that has joined us Live and to everyone that will watch this later. We'll

- 1:00:09it. Uh, it's a good investment, yep. And we'll see everybody
