- 0:20Hey, everyone, welcome to bless This Messa and the drue Crum Podcast.
- 0:23I don't care here was do say hast to he? All right, so
- 0:25we're back this week and we are going to Tennessee. We haven't been there
- 0:30in a while too, No, we haven't. You know, it's hard.
- 0:33Some of these states just don't murder people enough. It's not my fault.
- 0:37Okay, you guys need to be a little more dangerous. I mean
- 0:39you can follow Florida Florida's lead. Okay, they're just like Florida and Texas,
- 0:45just killing people left and right. You know, they're not advertised or
- 0:50something. I don't know. Anyways, Florida's got the Sunshine Laws. Everything
- 0:54happened and a new song by Taylor Swift. So, oh Jesus, yes,
- 0:59guys, it's it's happening. I've turned to get to a swifty I
- 1:02am. I So what happened was on the day she released her new album
- 1:07like, I'm a casual listener, I listened to the ones that are on
- 1:10the radio, and every time I'll yever, once in I'll hear a different
- 1:12one that's maybe not as popular, and I'll pick up on that one.
- 1:17But nothing too serious, but I listened. So we went to pick strawberries
- 1:23in uh Like it was like a two hour we had to drive two hours
- 1:26or whatever. Anyway, so it came we had to go do that on
- 1:30the day that the album was released. So I'm like, oh, I'll
- 1:33just listen to it in the car because I had to drive because I can't
- 1:34sit in the back with the children because I get real car sick, so
- 1:37I'm driving or whatever. And the first time you listen to Taylor Swift songs,
- 1:42you I feel like the first time I listen, I'm like, oh,
- 1:45it's like it's not great, like there's really nothing here for me or
- 1:49anythink that. But the one song was the Florida song, I'm like,
- 1:53oh, this is pretty good. But I'm a surface level person. So
- 1:55whenever she talked about like a desk, the times you're in dest and like
- 2:00a ship storm back in Texas, I completely related that coming from a small
- 2:02town in East Texas, because everybody had That's what they did every year,
- 2:07was they went to Destin on their yearly vacation to escape their lives. That's
- 2:13what you did. I mean, my family didn't because we were poor,
- 2:15but everybody else's family. That's that's where what we We did go to Pensacola
- 2:20one time, but it was for a revival. That was completely difference.
- 2:23It's a nice place to go if you reval. Huh. Yeah, well
- 2:25we didn't start. We were in a we did not get to go like
- 2:31do like all the beach stuff. We were at the church services every evening.
- 2:38No, not on the beach anyways. That's a different story for a
- 2:43therapist anyway. So so yeah, so then I listened to it all and
- 2:46everything like that, and then you know, you start seeing people keep talking
- 2:51about because once you click on one thing on like Facebook or Instagram, if
- 2:53you read anything that all of a sudden, they just bombarred you. They
- 2:57like that you're in the algorithm. A gotcha bitch. Yeah. So then
- 3:00I started listening to songs again. I'm like, oh, really, I
- 3:02do really like the Florida song. And then I was like, you know
- 3:05what, I really liked that the my boy only breaks his favorite toys.
- 3:13And I'm like, oh, it's like really stuck in my head. And
- 3:15then next thing you know, I'm buying albums. I'm going like, I'm
- 3:19listening to all the albums even that she's had back songs I've never heard and
- 3:23everything with that Stu hates it. It's great. So now I got playing
- 3:27tickets to Paris and to the concert. I wish I was trying to talk.
- 3:31I was like, no, you don't need to, because she's going
- 3:34back to New Orleans in next or this year, at the end of the
- 3:38year whatever, and it's around my birthday. But I don't think. I'm
- 3:42looking at the concert though, and the people that go to the concert,
- 3:45it seems like a lot of people that are really really into I don't think.
- 3:49I don't think I'm a Swifties. The Swifties are making friendship bracelets and
- 3:54all this stuff. She does like friendship bracelets anyways too. So now,
- 4:00oh, I don't think, because I've heard from people that have gone that
- 4:01are more casual listeners or just like her music. There's a lot of people
- 4:06just screaming constantly, and they never sit down, like they're up the full
- 4:10like three and a half hours, standing up screaming at the top of their
- 4:13lungs the songs. So I'd rather I'll just watch the one that's on Disney
- 4:17and be good. Oh my god, it sounds like being with you at
- 4:20a Garth Brooks concert. Oh this is true. I was really into the
- 4:25gar but everybody was except for you anyway, So Florida, it's all right.
- 4:33So yeah, we're going to Tennessee this week. So that was a
- 4:36little side side rent or whatever. So but you should listen to the new
- 4:42album, The Taylor's Wift. It's very good. And then you start going
- 4:45down the light. Then you start going down the the like the reels where
- 4:49there start like the people that are really into this like explain like who she's
- 4:53singing about and what the relationships. You're like, oh my god, I
- 4:56can't believe this. Will let me see, Well, let me look at
- 4:58this one and let me do this one, and then yeah, it's addictive.
- 5:00So anyways, I talked about that way too long, so you guys
- 5:05said, that's because what I really wanted to talk about was we can save
- 5:13that for later at the end. The Foster Dogs. Yeah, biasco shit
- 5:18show, literal shit show. Yeah. So I'm just gonna preface it with
- 5:24it. I'm just gonna leave you. I'm just gonna start it with this,
- 5:28we lost the Foster Dogs. But before I tell you the end of
- 5:31the story, because that's why we're recording this podcast at eleven thirty at night
- 5:36is because we lost the foster dogs. How if you're on Facebook, you
- 5:41know we we got some foster dogs because we don't have enough on our plate
- 5:45already with three children and newborn. I go down there, I'm gonna foster
- 5:49a dog. It's gonna either going to be the Australian Shepherd or Okay,
- 5:55if you don't want to hear this story, just again, this is your
- 5:59cue. Just can fast forward. I'm going to tell the story and then
- 6:01if nobody wants to hear it, then you can just fast forward to get
- 6:04to the episode. So on Thursday and Friday it started this build up where
- 6:14we live. There was a distemper outbreak in the shelter and so they needed
- 6:20to get so the city gave this deadline of like two pm on Saturday,
- 6:26like we're putting all the dogs down on Sunday. If there's any dogs left
- 6:29by two pm Saturday, the rest of them get put down because we can't
- 6:31get this under control and we need to clean the kennels and everything like that.
- 6:35So every dog is getting put down because we have no place to put
- 6:39them and we need to disinfect everything. So this local like humane or rescue
- 6:45or whatever gets the community go when they're like, we gotta get all these
- 6:48dogs out of here, and they do this mass effort and everything. Well,
- 6:51there was this little Australian Shepherd there. I'm like, hay Stu,
- 6:54I'm just gonna so Saturday morning, I'm like, hey, I'm just gonna
- 6:58run down and if the Australian shepherd's available or a puppy or just gotta foster
- 7:05just one to two weeks max. That's what they tell us that they're like
- 7:09one to two weeks one dog, either the Australian Shepherd or another small dog
- 7:14or like a puppy. So anyway, so I get there, there's like
- 7:16a lot of people. They're fostering dogs because this was like the big everybody's
- 7:20talking about this. So I get there, most of the dogs are The
- 7:25Australian Shepherd was there. However, he had he had behavioral issues, which
- 7:30I've had border calls. I understand there are dogs that are high energy.
- 7:33They're very intelligent. If you don't give them a job or a task or
- 7:36anything, they can become destructive and have behavioral issues. So apparently this dog
- 7:41was on some sort of like medication though for this, so anyay, So
- 7:46I'm like I'm still I'm still like I'll take them. Oh, it'll be
- 7:49fine. Her name was Gwynn. I'm like, I'll take the dog.
- 7:53Everything's gonna be good. Well, then they go to get the dog.
- 7:56Well, the dog tried to bite, or was like trying to bite and
- 7:59with real acting very erratic, I guess. And so the people they came
- 8:05back to me and they were like, hey, we just want to tell
- 8:07you. They really think there might be something wrong with the dog. They
- 8:11think that she might have like a brain tumor or something affecting her neurologically.
- 8:16So I'm like, okay, well, I have three small children. I
- 8:18cannot I can't. I can do so, I can only do so much.
- 8:20I can't bring home a dog's gonna bite somebody because there's no way to
- 8:24keep these kids away from these dogs. So I'm like okay. So I'm
- 8:28like looking around, like there are any There was like a small like German
- 8:31Shepherd mixed type dog, but someone picked that one up and then I'm like,
- 8:35okay, it's well. There was this little lab looking dog. She
- 8:39was real sad. She was sitting in the back and I'm like, okay,
- 8:41maybe this one. And then the lady was like, oh, we
- 8:43have this other one that nobody's even looked at because he just sits in the
- 8:46kennel and he's just sad and everything like that. He won't stand up for
- 8:50anything and that. So they go to show me to him and everything.
- 8:52I'm like, I'm like, okay. I was like, you know what,
- 8:56I'm like, you know what, I think I could both of them.
- 9:00I was like, can I take two? She's like, oh,
- 9:01you can take as many as you want. So I'm like, okay,
- 9:05I'll take because I'm thinking I got sad lab and sad other dog and they're
- 9:09just gonna be sad and they're just gonna like lay there and they're gonna be
- 9:13low energy or whatever. And so I go out front. I'm waiting for
- 9:16him to bring the dogs around. They have to carry him of course,
- 9:20because they're, you know, scared, they don't want to come on the
- 9:22leash whatever like the because I'm at the animal control. So the animal control
- 9:28bring him out. I gotta put him in my car. They just like
- 9:31literally, she just shoves him in my car. She's like, oh,
- 9:33you might want one in the front and one in the back because these so
- 9:37these two haven't been dog tested, meaning they haven't been tested to see them
- 9:41they can be around another dog. I'm like, what the fuck. The
- 9:45lady literally says that, shoves one in the back and one in the front
- 9:48seat and says thank you and walks off. I'm like, I'm like,
- 9:52oh my god, I'm gonna this is like all I was saying about that
- 9:56stories. To remember that story about the lady who went to go take care
- 9:58of the dogs and they mauled her to death. She went she was watching
- 10:03them or something, and so anyway, so I'm driving home and I'm like,
- 10:05oh my god, I'm gonna die. I'm gonna die. Well,
- 10:07a low energy dog, the one that wouldn't stand up for anybody. It
- 10:11was not low energy at all. He was a fucking puppy, a German
- 10:15Shepherd puppy that's about a year old. So the lap's sitting in the front
- 10:18seat, she's all calm and everything at that, but oh crazy in the
- 10:22back, he's just like trying to get He jumps over the back seat because
- 10:26he was all the way in the back, jumps over the back seat trying
- 10:30to get up with the other dog. I'm trying to keep them separated because
- 10:33I'm like, oh my god, they're gonna get in a fight while I'm
- 10:35on this loop going like driving and I'm gonna get my face eaten off or
- 10:39whatever. So anyway, stressful ride home. We get home, I'm calling
- 10:43stew on the ways you did? What? Excuse me? Now? You
- 10:46got what I'm like, stude. I think they're said they have a big
- 10:50dog test. So I'm just driving this car with these untested dogs. Well
- 10:54that's what you get for not calling me before. Anyways, Well you should
- 10:58not have sin me by myself to do this. Just load up the family
- 11:05and go down there. Here. You guys could have been in a subpos
- 11:07distemper place or what. Yes, anyways, so and just before anybody gets
- 11:13upset, we're not just spreading distemper through the community. These dogs all had
- 11:16been tested. The ones that had distemper that were severe, they all had
- 11:20already been I think put down by the pound or whatever. So anyways,
- 11:26get the dogs home. Oh, the little German shepherd type one was like
- 11:31I said, he was a I started looking at his paper after I got
- 11:35him. He was a year old. He's like super high energy. These
- 11:39dogs get home, they finally get to break free, you know, go
- 11:41into the STU has to come carry him out of the car because they won't
- 11:45get out of the car. They finally get in the backyard, They're like
- 11:48running around like crazy. And then I'm just like panicing. I'm like,
- 11:50oh my god, what have I done? What have I done? I
- 11:52start spiraling. I'm like, oh my god, we have three children.
- 11:56What have I done? We had no knnels or anything for them. It's
- 12:00raining, yeah, what's rained? Oh yeah? When I was driving home
- 12:03with all this, it was raining. Yeah. And what's the first thing.
- 12:09The first thing the drum shepherd did? He falls in the pool.
- 12:13She was like, your dog's in the po He's just calmly looking at this,
- 12:20like what do you mean? The dogs in the pool, the lambs
- 12:22trying to fucking scale the fence and get out. I'm literally like I'm like
- 12:28almost in tears. I'm like, what the fuck have I done? And
- 12:31I was like can you read? I was still return these dogs, like
- 12:35what's happening? So anyway, so he's like he's like, your dog's in
- 12:37the plum go there. The thing can't find the steps off of his thinks
- 12:41he doesn't know. He's trying to like climb out the side and he can't.
- 12:45So I'm out there in the ring like pulling this dog up out of
- 12:48the water. Anyways, he got out, but anyways, it was a
- 12:54disaster, but they finally did. So all this was like chaos, and
- 12:58and I really was regretting all my life choices and everything like that. And
- 13:03then finally the dogs after they ran around. I ordered some large kennels from
- 13:07Walmart and I did that like fast delivery, so I had to pay like
- 13:11extra ten bucks. I'm like, I just need him here like asap.
- 13:15So once we got him kennels and everything, and we could put them,
- 13:18tuck them away or whatever whenever we weren't watching him. Anyways, after they
- 13:22got their wiggles out, the lab calmed down. She's super calm, nice
- 13:28dog. Everything's good. Her name's Knuckles, which is a terrible name for
- 13:33this dog. We got to come up with a better name because she's never
- 13:37gonna get adopted with the name like Knuckles. Anyways, and then the other
- 13:41one was just called new Arrival because he was a new arrival. So we
- 13:43named him Edgar because our daughter has a book that I got her form like
- 13:48Edgar Allan Poe and it's about a bird named Edgar, and so we named
- 13:54him Edgar, but she just calls him dog Brown, so we also call
- 13:58him dog Brown. So anyways, so they calm down. So now you're
- 14:01probably wondering, how did we get to the point where we lost the foster
- 14:05dogs? So tonight we so they stay. Oh the other thing is like
- 14:09Edgar chews up everything. Edgar needs like a high energy family, like somebody
- 14:15with like little children that like nine ten year olds that can go run around
- 14:18with this dog. Anyway, so he's been tearing up our plants, chewing
- 14:22up our outdoor furniture, all that stuff. So we've had to like monitor
- 14:26him closely. So anyways, back to how we lost the sude, do
- 14:31you not care about the story? I love this story. Okay, back
- 14:35to how again. Like I said, I hope if you don't want to
- 14:37hear the story, you're just skipping ahead. Okay, we normally don't talk
- 14:41this long, but we've had quite the this is all this is all real
- 14:43time stuff that's happening. So anyway, so back to the point part we
- 14:46lost the dogs. I'm recording this podcast eleven thirty at night. So tonight
- 14:52we the lab just gets to come and go as she pleases because she she's
- 14:58fine, she's real chill. The girl now has to be locked up whenever
- 15:01he's not being watched because he just is very destructive whenever he's not being watched.
- 15:07So tonight Stu goes and lets him out to go potty and everything.
- 15:13He again, the lab's been out though, like they are. He let
- 15:16him out after they eight we feed him in their kennels, separate or whatever,
- 15:18but they're like buddies now, so he lets him out. So we
- 15:22got it's been about an hour, Like, oh, we need to go,
- 15:24you know, put the dogs back up before we start recording or anything.
- 15:28Go out there. Can't find the dogs. We're like, I'm like,
- 15:31oh, they're probably like one time they were sleeping, Like we have
- 15:35a bigger backyard, so you know, maybe they're not in the bottom of
- 15:37the pools. We know that didn't happen and they're not. So I'm like,
- 15:41oh, maybe they're sleeping on the side of the fence because sometimes they
- 15:43sleep under the plants or whatever. Can't find the dog, and so Stu
- 15:48goes down to the side of the fence where the other the gate is and
- 15:52it's open, and so I'm like, oh my fuck. She actually said,
- 15:58oh my fuck, what are we gonna do? I was like,
- 16:00oh my god, I'm already thinking of my alibi, Like who can I
- 16:03blame for while I lost these dogs? So anyway, so I'm like panicking.
- 16:07I'm like, oh my god, I've lost these dogs. I'm gonna
- 16:10have to make a huge donation to this this this rescue place. Dah da
- 16:14da dah, Like where are the dogs? Like the lab I was like,
- 16:18she'll survive. But the Golden Retriever or the German shepherd one, he's
- 16:21just kind of dumbed. He's just not the brightest. So I'm like,
- 16:26oh my god, he's gonna get hit by a car. Like things are
- 16:29bad. So Stu gets in the car. He's driving around the neighborhood.
- 16:32And this is all happening at ten o'clock at night. Stu drives around the
- 16:36neighborhood. I'm looking for him everywhere. I'm like, maybe they didn't actually
- 16:38leave the backyard, maybe they're still in here. So I'm looking back there.
- 16:41I'm going out on the street calling for him. Anyway, so and
- 16:45keep in mind, they've only they've been here less than a week. We
- 16:48got them last Saturday. It's Thursday. So anyway, so not to mention,
- 16:53I've also had to load these these dogs up multiple times and take them
- 16:56up to the rescue center because they have to be like tested and do all
- 16:59this stuff. I did not realize that was gonna be involved. But it's
- 17:02fine. Anyway. So Stu comes back. He's like, he's like,
- 17:04oh, I saw him, and he's like, I tried to get him,
- 17:07but they ran off and they were running like they were going out of
- 17:10the neighborhood. I'm like, oh my god. So we come inside.
- 17:14We're kind of I said, well, let me go and like drive and
- 17:15see if I can kiss the little lab. She likes me that she's more
- 17:19familiar with me, so she so I could drive around. I don't seem
- 17:23everything. I come back, I tell Stir. I was like, we'll
- 17:26just leave the gate open and then just hope they come back. I mean,
- 17:29but what are the odds they come back. They've lived at our house
- 17:30for five days. So anyway, so we come inside. We're going out
- 17:37back to uh we have a huge storm coming right now, so we go
- 17:42out back to everything to get everything locked down and everything like that, and
- 17:45Sou's like, oh, hi, dogs, and I'm around the corner,
- 17:48and I was like, I was like, shut the fuck ups too,
- 17:51like this is not the time to joke. And those damn dogs came back.
- 17:55They came home. Can't even believe that after just living here for five
- 17:59days them all came home. It wasn't that German shepherd. He would have
- 18:02got lost. But he's really tech. He's like really like paired up with
- 18:06the Uh the lab and labs are super smart. Like she's smart, like
- 18:08you can tell she's she's with it, and uh, they found their way
- 18:14home. Yeah. So I was already coming up with with how do who
- 18:17do I blame for this? I was first on the list. No,
- 18:22I was like, we can't. We can't be the reason. But it
- 18:23really wasn't our fault. Something I guess the latch or whatever on the gate
- 18:27isn't wasn't the wind picked up because of the storm coming in. And I
- 18:33don't know how the gate got left unlatched too. Do you know why?
- 18:37Yeah, because the hinges are broken and they got the board up there.
- 18:41It's been broke since we bought the house. And moved in. Well,
- 18:45why didn't you fix that? I haven't gotten to it yet. Okay,
- 18:48we can admit it's partially our fault. No, but normally it's closed though,
- 18:55I mean, yeah, it's usually taking I mean the pool guy did
- 18:57come today. He did come to the gate in the day and I didn't
- 19:00check, so he might have. Just so the latch isn't there. Apparently
- 19:06it's it's got to you gotta put like something, you gotta really wedge the
- 19:08gate shut. But it probably was what it might have been wedge shut and
- 19:11the winds picked up and it knocked open, or they could have been digging
- 19:15at it. We don't know. The point is, dogs got out,
- 19:18they are back, and now we can record this podcast we're recording or is
- 19:26this the end of the podcast? This is and that's our episode for anyway,
- 19:33So in case anybody was wondering, and nobody was, I should put
- 19:38a disclaimer, but it's too late that you should just skip the first five
- 19:41minutes of this episode. But put it in the notes and then blame them
- 19:45when they don't read it. You know, when you don't read the notes,
- 19:47it's your own fault. So all right, so that's our life right
- 19:52now. But dogs are safe back in their their kennels. You know,
- 19:56to go to bed for the night. Good to go, We're good to
- 20:00go. Yep, they're double they got double barriers now and we know not
- 20:06we know to make sure and check the fence. So all right, check
- 20:11us out on Instagram. Wait, really, you're not going to start the
- 20:15episode after all that, I'll just say the things Patreon, we got some
- 20:18new patreons. Thank you, buy us a coffee? What if they pick
- 20:23right up right now, then I can maybe get us someone to buy me
- 20:26a coffee. No, I don't anyways, buy me a new Taylor Swift.
- 20:33Oh that was my other thing is I'm buying them all on the the
- 20:36vinyls. I'm all about the vinyls now. So all right, so let's
- 20:42get intonight to today this week's episode. Out of Tennessee, I haven't had
- 20:49that many. This is like my second one. Anyways, I'm high on
- 20:57Livestoom because those dogs came. I've never been so happy to see that damn
- 21:02Edgar in my life. After he's torn up my yard for the last last
- 21:04five or six days and shit in his kennel twice. He did he did
- 21:08poop in his kennel. Stew's on that depart I always just bring home something
- 21:14and it's like ends up being Stu's project. So yeah, some shit I
- 21:17gotta clean up. Let me just say, if anybody wants a dog,
- 21:19they are transporting these, they can get them to you. The lab is
- 21:23very sweet. She I would say she would do well. I think she'd
- 21:26come out of her shell if she had. She's good around kids. They're
- 21:30both really good around kids because our kids are out there and they are real
- 21:33nice to them. Edgar definitely needs a high energy family though. Yes,
- 21:37our kids are too small. Our kids are too small, Like if they
- 21:41were older, it'd be great, but right now they're just too small.
- 21:45And he needs like some eight or nine year old kids that are running around
- 21:51and stuff like that, or like like a hiker on Instagram or something.
- 21:53One of those like hiking people that take their dog with them were those that'd
- 22:00be a great dog for them. So all right, So this case comes
- 22:04out of I say so too much, Yes you do, Okay, I'll
- 22:11try to stall. So all right, we are coing out of Tennessee.
- 22:19Jonah Hope Barry was born August twenty sixth nineteen ninety three in Lebanon, Virginia,
- 22:25to Joan Barry and John Tiller. Now, she would later be adopted
- 22:29by what I believe was her stepfather, and his name was Mike. Mike
- 22:33married Joan, last named Barry, so on and so forth. Jonah was
- 22:38described as a very smart girl. She graduated from East Tennessee State University,
- 22:44and she had hopes to become a lawyer, and she actually was. So
- 22:47she applies to law school all over. She was actually one of the youngest
- 22:49people ever accepted into Michigan State University Law School. Now, after starting law
- 22:56school, she had a change of heart and she decided she wanted to pursue
- 22:59a master degree in child psychology psychology. Now, Jonah had always loved children
- 23:03and wanted to help them, and she saw this as a way to do
- 23:07that. Law just wasn't I guess she got there and it just wasn't her
- 23:11passion in life. I don't know, if you want to degree in child
- 23:17psychology, you just have three and three years and you know, the little
- 23:18shits are crazy. They're crazy anyway, so a so buttons on your underwear.
- 23:29Jonah had always this is true, were running our own little experiment in
- 23:34a little asylum over ye, and we're actually yes. Jonah had always Oh.
- 23:41I already said that Jonah always loved children, so she fuck God,
- 23:48she ended up so fuck Why can't I stop saying that? She ended up
- 23:56moving back to Tennessee to pursue her degree at the University of Tennessee at Noville.
- 24:00Now, while in Michigan, Jonah actually fell in love and became engaged
- 24:04to a young man who was also attending law school. The decision to move
- 24:07back to Tennessee was hard on them, but they continued. They decided they
- 24:11were going to continue the relationship. They spoke on the phone every night,
- 24:15saying that they even spoke until Jonah would fall asleep. It was all sweet
- 24:18and romantic and stuff. I mean, that's what happens when you don't actually
- 24:22physically see each other every day, you actually like each other. Stuart,
- 24:26I can relate Jonah. She moved into an apartment in Knoxville with an old
- 24:33classmate and friend from undergraduate school named Jason A. Yamie. Now, she
- 24:38was just renting a room in his apartment until she decided where she wanted to
- 24:41live. He had a girlfriend that she was friends with so it wasn't any
- 24:45type of love interest or anything like that, no love triangle. He was
- 24:51just a good friend in a roommate. On December sixth, two thousand and
- 24:56four, Jason enters a convenience store covered in blood, yelling for someone to
- 25:00call nine one one. The convenience store worker looks at this fella and he's
- 25:03like, oh shit, and he calls nine to one one reporting that a
- 25:07man had come in covered in blood, saying that he had been stabbed and
- 25:11that he needed help. Yeah, these are the things that are straight of
- 25:15a horror movie. Jason gets on the phone with nine one one tells them
- 25:19that he awoke to being stabbed in the chest and that he was able to
- 25:22escape, but his roommate wasn't. And when they asked him about his roommate,
- 25:29he said that he didn't see her, but he could hear her screaming.
- 25:32Can you ever sit when you're by yourself and think about if someonere to
- 25:34show up at your door bloodied or needing help with how you respond. I
- 25:41think guys think about shit, like all these situations like that constantly. Did
- 25:48you really we think about like what do we do if this car runs this
- 25:52red light. Just like all these scenarios where bad shit's gonna happen. I'm
- 25:56the one that's always telling you, oh my god, the child's gonna fall
- 25:59in his throat, gonna get slashed, all the things going to happen start,
- 26:03So we need to we need to. Yeah, Stuart is the worst
- 26:06case scenario with these children. I'm like, oh, just let him fall,
- 26:08and he's like, oh no, they could fall and then that spoon
- 26:11can hit that way, and then it's gonna and then and that's how the
- 26:18child's eye ended up in the blender. Officer, yes, this too goes
- 26:22down the path, but anyways, So Anyway tells him that he's barely able
- 26:29to escape himself, and he was unable to check on her or a helper
- 26:33before he ran out of the apartment. Police arrived at the apartment and upon
- 26:38entering there, they find Jonah near the front door of the apartment building.
- 26:44She was face down and covered in her own blood, and at this point
- 26:48she was still breathing, but she had several stab wounds all over, including
- 26:52her head and her back. They quickly get her to the nearest hospital,
- 26:56but unfortunately she would soon die. After a arrival an autopsy would later reveal
- 27:02that she had been stabbed twenty six times, but had not been sexually assaulted.
- 27:07Meanwhile, Jason is being treated at the hospital as well. Now,
- 27:11he suffered nine stab wounds, but all were superficial. He had one severe
- 27:15cut across his right hand ring finger. Now, while processing the crime scene,
- 27:21police found that there were no signs of forced injury. They found blood
- 27:25on the front and back doors heading out of the apartment. They also found
- 27:29blood on all of the apartment doors down the hall of Jonah and Jason's apartment
- 27:33building. So it appeared so again Jesus. It appeared that she had tried
- 27:38to get help by knocking all the apartment doors as she made her way to
- 27:41the front door of the building, but no one had answered any of her
- 27:45knocks or her cries or whatever because it was the early hours of the morning,
- 27:52like five, five thirty or whatever. But it's basically she'd been stabbed.
- 27:56She's able to make it out of their apartment, but it's an apartment
- 27:57building. There's just blood. I mean, it is a horror movie.
- 28:02There's just blood on all the doors leading up and trying to finally get to
- 28:04the front of the pack pushing on them, trying to yeah as much strength
- 28:08as she had, she may not been able to hit the door hard enough
- 28:11to wake people up if it was five point thirty in the morning. So
- 28:17they recovered the murder weapon at the scene. It was a kitchen steak knife
- 28:22and it had Jonah had been stabbed so hard with the kitchen knife that it
- 28:27was actually bent. And then on the knife blade there was a fingerprint.
- 28:32However, after further examination, it was just too blood smeared and it was
- 28:36only a partial print, so they couldn't They took a photo of it,
- 28:40but they couldn't really use it to run any type of FBI databases or anything
- 28:44like that. They did, however, find a partial shoeprint in blood on
- 28:48a piece of cardboard in Jason's room. Now this print was able to be
- 28:52submitted to the FBI, where they ran it against a database of over thirty
- 28:56thousand shoeprints called the Soul Searchers. What it was called s O L E.
- 29:02Yes crazy. I know that the FBI agent's to be that creative.
- 29:06I wonder if I had to sit there and put this together. I wonder
- 29:10if they make every they do all kinds of stuff like all that. Whenever
- 29:14they find bombs with electrical components, they got to cross reference those and then
- 29:17they got no. I'm saying, I wonder if every time Nike or Rebook
- 29:21or whoever makes a shoe, they're required to send in a print to the
- 29:25FBI. You think that's happening, because how else would they get them all?
- 29:29I mean, they don't have a thing they get to go out and
- 29:32buy new shoes. Yeah, I bet they say, okay, a Nike,
- 29:36every time you buy make a new shoe, you have to send us
- 29:37a print of it so we can put in our soul search for database,
- 29:42just saying, like I said, this, this doesn't actually match a person,
- 29:47but just matches the shoe type is what they're they're trying to match with
- 29:51this. While of this is happening, looking for the type of shoe and
- 29:55the FBI database and everything, the police start looking in to who might have
- 30:00wanted to hurt Jonah, see if she had any enemies anywhere. Yes,
- 30:04Now, while they're speaking with Jonah's parents and friends, they find out that
- 30:07she had no enemies, which is weird. I thought we all had an
- 30:11enemy somewhere. Oh, you have an enemy yes, I know the enemy
- 30:17is in the house now. She was generally who described her as generally a
- 30:22nice person, like I typed, I typed that, Stewart, no one
- 30:30said that about her. I'm just saying she in general, she was a
- 30:33nice person, and now I'm probably generally a nice person depending on who you're
- 30:37talking to, not Stuart but other people in the world. Yes, you
- 30:41can. You're like, Oh, people don't work like me. I don't
- 30:44know why. I'm like, I don't either. What kind of bullshit are
- 30:48you telling them? I do say, that's just your said. I'm pro
- 30:51popular at work. People always coming over my desk and coming to talk to
- 30:56me, and I don't go like people always seeking me out and not the
- 31:00other way around. And I don't know what's going on. I'm real good.
- 31:03Everybody likes me there. And he's like, I don't know what kind
- 31:08of bullshit you're spinning up there. Pretty much, so, she was generally
- 31:17a nice person, and they found that no one had a reason to want
- 31:21to harm her. They learned that she did have a fiance, but the
- 31:23relationship, from what was told to them, was a good one. The
- 31:27fiance was also confirmed to be hundreds of miles away in Michigan at the time
- 31:33of the attack. No hire for murder motive popped up either, So yeah,
- 31:38there would be no reason. They were just engaged. They weren't even
- 31:44married. There's no child custody or alimony. There's no reasons to kill Stuart.
- 31:48Oh wait, there are, but you can't because you need a babysitter.
- 31:53Oh so you're a baby, So you're gonna be one of those dads
- 31:56that says there are babysitters to babysitting. Oh, well, you're gonna get
- 32:00in trouble on the internet. Oh you've been what is it? Canceled?
- 32:07Cancel Stewart, cancel us because someone, you know, someone turned off this
- 32:12podcast. Whenever we said we lost the foster Dogs and were laughing about it,
- 32:15someone got so pissed off their like because they're just trust me, we
- 32:20wouldn't be laughing about the Fostrugs. We won't even told you about it.
- 32:24We would have not spoken of it because it was just I couldn't even believe
- 32:27we lost them. Anyways, But they're back. They're back looking at potential
- 32:31suspects. Police were immediately suspicious of Jason and his injuries and his supposed story
- 32:37of what happened. It seemed odd to him that he only suffered superficial wounds
- 32:44while Jonah was so severely attacked and twenty six stab wounds compared to nine and
- 32:51her nine superficial. Yeah, nine superficial and hers were not superficial. The
- 32:54cut on his right hand finger grabbed their attention as well. They thought it
- 32:59looked like it could have occurred if Jason was carrying out the attack himself and
- 33:04his hand slipped on the knife while he was stabbing her, and his hand
- 33:07slid down the blade and he cut his own finger on the murder weapon.
- 33:12Now, this is a common injury that happens during a knife attack, and
- 33:15the crime also seemed to be one of passion. With Jonah being stabbed so
- 33:20many times, it seemed like the person that was taking out their rage on
- 33:23her for possibly something they felt she had done to them, like rebuking romantic
- 33:30interest of some sort. Yes, so they thought maybe Jason, even though
- 33:34we had a girlfriend and all this stuff he's singing, had had the hots
- 33:37for Jonah and she just like, oh I got a fiance, Michigan,
- 33:40I don't like you, No, get off my career and then he went
- 33:45into a rage and killed her. Yeah, so after he cupt. So
- 33:51after recover from his injuries, Jason agrees to talk to police and walk them
- 33:55through his actions. That day, they go back to the apartment and Jason
- 34:00tells place he had been at the gym earlier that day and he'd come home.
- 34:04The door was locked, he believed. He you know, it's what
- 34:07the door being locked is one of those things, especially at their age,
- 34:10like I would notice if the door door was a locked, like, oh
- 34:13my god, we almost bad things almost happened. But at that age,
- 34:16if the door was unlocked, he probably wouldn't even have registered it. But
- 34:21he believes it was locked and that he used his key to get in.
- 34:23He went to bed around midnight that night, and he set his alarm for
- 34:28five thirty. He said he was in a which is crazy. I can't
- 34:31even imagine going to bed at midnight and being up at five thirty. Not
- 34:35anymore, No, supposed to be a normal he said. He awoke to
- 34:38hear Jonah screaming, and that is when he was attacked by the killer.
- 34:45Initially, he thought he was having a nightmare because he was he this has
- 34:49been something he'd had before he slept, walk sleept, walk, sleepwalked,
- 34:53walked in his sleep, did some sleepwalk in himself, hit some sleepwalking himself,
- 34:58and had nightmares before. So he's just in this. You know,
- 35:00when you're in that deep sleep and you wake up and you don't even know
- 35:02where you're at and everything, you're just I traveled a lot for work,
- 35:07and we used to wake up in hotels and I'd just be like, where
- 35:10the fuck am I. One time, I remember panicking because the fire alarm
- 35:14went off in the hotel room and I had That was the first night i'd
- 35:16been there, and I guess I was in, you know, they put
- 35:21me in like a handicap room or something, and not because I requested.
- 35:25I guess it was only one available. And there was this red light on
- 35:29the thing, and I think it was some sort of button for something or
- 35:32another. And I remember waking up with the fire alarm and I panicked,
- 35:36something, there's button, so you pushed the emergency button. But it wasn't
- 35:42It was the fire alarm. The fire alarm was going off in the hallway.
- 35:45I don't know why there was no fire, but I just wake up
- 35:50and just started But I had honest to God, thought it was your alarm,
- 35:53and you were no clue where I was at all. There was another
- 35:59story about a boat, but I won't tell that one anyway, so I'll
- 36:04do tell I remember I was on that boat and I woke up because the
- 36:07phone rang, and I fell out of the bed. Because the boats have
- 36:13the the boats have the beds with the high thing like a toddler bed,
- 36:20so you don't roll out of it. I guess sleep. I severely interest
- 36:24my leg in that debacle. I had no clue where I was. I
- 36:30travel a lot for work, and there was a lot of it was sleep
- 36:31deprivation, and so I would wake up and I wouldn't know where I was.
- 36:36It was very reminiscent of college days, so I'm kidding. Stewart got
- 36:45no all right, So he quickly realized this is not a nightmare, that
- 36:51he's not having a dream. So the man he shoves him into the wall,
- 36:54and then he ended up on the bed where the attacker began was hovering
- 36:58over him and trying to stab him. Jason was able to kick the man
- 37:00off of him long enough to get out and run out of the apartment.
- 37:04This is why he wasn't able to go check on Jonah because he barely escaped
- 37:07himself. This was all he can allegedly. Allegedly, police asked Jason to
- 37:13take a polygraph test, which is pointless but whatever, and he agreed that
- 37:19it was not pointless, but he greed to take the polygraph test. During
- 37:22the polygraph test, a polygrapher did that. Learned that that was a new
- 37:29thing. I learned, is that what it? No? The thing kept
- 37:31saying, I was spelled that wrong, So I'm not sure if that's a
- 37:35polygrapher. I think it's polygraph. Oh, I'm just realizing this right now.
- 37:42Whenever I was typing this, I kept calling him polygrapher. I thought
- 37:45that's what they said. I said he was a polygrapher, I guess.
- 37:50But but pages or whatever a word. The Apple version of the Pages said
- 37:54that this was not a word. They kept trying to change it to polygraphed.
- 37:59So I'm not sure polygrapher because it sounds like calligrapher is a word.
- 38:04I think it's I think it's the polygraphic examiner is the actual word. But
- 38:08we can call him a polygrapher. So anyway, he told Jason he didn't
- 38:14pass, which seems odd. Why would the guy tell him he didn't pass.
- 38:17That's not his job. Yeah, as we will find out, it
- 38:22gets even worse. So this made Jason angry and he began yelling at the
- 38:27polygrapher, which you spelled correctly here, saying that he bold but not according
- 38:31to pages it said it was wrong. Well, maybe Apple is behind the
- 38:35times. So Jason was saying, he volunteered to do this, Why would
- 38:42he do it if he was guilty? That wasn't his exact words. Not
- 38:45Let's not make him sound like a dumbass. That was my typing. Well,
- 38:51he was angry. He was screaming at the guy. Words were flying
- 38:53out of his face. Hole. They were getting into it. They were
- 38:55they were in a tiff as as you would say. So this didn't help
- 39:01Jason's case at all. While they're focusing on Jason, the FBI soul searcher
- 39:06came back with a match for the type of shoe. It was a faded
- 39:09Glory gannon shoe sold at Walmart. Did I don't know if they self faded
- 39:14Glory anymore. That was an old Walmart brand. I think they've all upgraded
- 39:17to moved on from that. True time and true and I have no idea,
- 39:22scoop and all that stuff. Well, this gave the police a direction
- 39:28to go, but it did not narrow down the suspects very much. They
- 39:31also ran DNA from the blood samples from the apartment, and in this they
- 39:36found blood from Jonah, blood from Jason, and blood from an unknown male.
- 39:40The unknown male's DNA did not come up with a match in the CODA
- 39:45system. With this new information, they started treating Jason as a witness rather
- 39:50than a suspect. He gave a description of the killer and they created a
- 39:54digital sketch of him. So they probably lost a lot of information by treating
- 40:01him like a suspect for so long, instead of getting his information and treating
- 40:07him like an actual victim in the crime. You know, they could have
- 40:12got this sketch out sooner. Well, they'd treat me like a suspect of
- 40:17something happened to you. You were a suspect, Stewart, You're definitely a
- 40:21suspect. Oh you're suspect. You're suspect. So he gave them a description
- 40:27of the killer, which they created a digital image from. He described him
- 40:31as a white male one eighty pound ish five eight ish and in his twenties
- 40:37with pecan shaped eyes? Is that pekan or pecan? Well, we're I'm
- 40:44from it's pecan. We were watching So I was watching. I like to
- 40:47cook and stuff like that and bake, and you know, as the basic
- 40:52bitch than I am, Yes, Stu said. Whenever we picked up my
- 40:55tailor, so I bought so I bought the Torture the Tortured Poet Society or
- 41:02Department vinyl. But I had to order it, it had to come in
- 41:07the mail. So I but I bought Lover and I did it as a
- 41:10pickups. When we went by to pick it up or whatever, Stu said,
- 41:14looked at the tag where it says your name at the target pick up,
- 41:16you know, and he said, because it says my name or whatever.
- 41:20He's like, Oh, it's his basic bitch, right. Well,
- 41:23this basic bitch ordered another vinyl. I'm gonna go pick it up tomorrow,
- 41:27especially with my iced coffee. Stewart probably trying to get a PSL in April
- 41:32too. No, I don't like PSLs. I do like a cold foam
- 41:37pumpkin. Cold foam though, Jesus, Mary and Joe. So No,
- 41:42there was a reason I was saying that, and I can't remember what it
- 41:45was. What were we talking about. Oh, we were watching The Barefoot
- 41:50Contessa. I was I had put it on. The children were loving it.
- 41:54They're watching the cooking. My daughter watches me cooks. She's like cooking,
- 41:58baking everything. And she said pea can And Stuart said, I can't
- 42:04take anything this woman. He said, everything she does now is invalid because
- 42:08she said she called it a peacn she's from sag Harbor. And then he
- 42:15started getting on the whole thing about her, saying barefoot and testa. And
- 42:17then he's like, I can't I can't think about eating anything she cooks because
- 42:21she said she's barefoot. What the fuck? Well she probably got some probably
- 42:27need her damn feet. Scrab Well, I do too, and sometimes I'm
- 42:30barefoot in the kitchen. You want me knocked up barefoot in the kitchen.
- 42:32You seem to manage to do it quite a few times. You've been pregnant
- 42:37or whatever for the last three years, yeah, or what mean whatever?
- 42:42Postpartum where I want to stab you? Like now, well, I'll try
- 42:47and be less sexy so you keep it. If I like, like Taylor's
- 42:51have said, I love you, you're running my life. No, she
- 42:55said, I love you, it's running my life. But her best life
- 43:00line is that everyone can really all women can relate to. Is I cry
- 43:06a lot, but i'm or what did you What did she say? Uh?
- 43:12I don't know. I was not. It's late, guys, I've
- 43:16she says. So she's talking about she's talking about I can do it with
- 43:22a broken heart. Anyways, she said, she said, I cry a
- 43:25lot, but I'm productive. It's an art. Yeah, I cry on
- 43:32the inside. Stoo every time I see you wear those pants. Wow.
- 43:38Anyway, back to our story. What's the features were input? Jason signed
- 43:46off on, I cry a lot, but I am so productive. It's
- 43:50an art. That's the thing, you know. You know I have to
- 43:52sing a couple yes, you know how you have to sing a couple of
- 43:54lines of a song beforehand so that you can get into that. I didn't
- 43:59google it. I didn't have time to google it. Did you bang it?
- 44:01No, I A'm being it. It's not nineteen ninety two or what.
- 44:07Bing is still a thing? Okay. Once the features were input,
- 44:13Jason signed off on the image created and that was sent out to the media.
- 44:17As for Jason, failing the polygraph. The polygrapher actually read the results
- 44:23wrong and Jason had actually passed. This guy sucks at him. You know
- 44:29why, it was because he's a polygrapher and we actually needed a polygraph examiner.
- 44:32Yeah, exactly. Yeah, so the guy got into a big old
- 44:37argument, like verbal argument. They even checked this guy's credentials before he went
- 44:44in there, because it does seem I don't think you're supposed to talk to
- 44:45him. No, you just take the test, you give the results to
- 44:49the detectives, and you go on about your day. Yeah. So he
- 44:52tells the guy it failed, gets in an argument with him, and then
- 44:54he read the results wrong. This is like that time. Do you remember
- 44:58several years ago, never they had that the sign language interpreter for I think
- 45:06it was Barack Obama, And it wasn't actually a no, he wasn't.
- 45:10He was just up there making hand. This is this is that guy,
- 45:14but in a polygraphic examiner. He's a polygrapher, that's exactly. What have
- 45:20They never checked his credentials and he's just out there just doing his own He's
- 45:23like, no, actually I work at the burger king down the street.
- 45:28Yeah, pilot on my next plane'll probably be like, yeah, no,
- 45:31just put on the uniform show yep. They continue to push the photo in
- 45:36description out to the public while filding tips every day. They finally received a
- 45:40tip that seemed promising. A nineteen year old nineteen year old named Michael Percival
- 45:46match to match to the description. Can you read or what now? I
- 45:52can't Steward. We started this way too late. That's twelve thirty now it's
- 45:58twelve had only two miles from Jonah and Jason. Michael was a known criminal
- 46:04involved with burglaries and crimes of type that nature. Nothing you know, more
- 46:10serious than that. Michael did have the same type of shoes in his home,
- 46:15however, But I mean, let's face it, the faded Glory Gannon
- 46:17was the basic bitch shoe for the Brokeast Mail at that time period. You
- 46:24know what I'm saying, probably ten thousand or whatever logo keys that they were
- 46:29selling at the time out there too. Yeah. So when they brought him
- 46:32into custody, he admitted to being there while Jonah was killed. So now
- 46:37they're onto something like, oh god, he actually could admit, Yeah,
- 46:39we got it. He tell police he had forced himself in the apartment with
- 46:43another person with a crowbar. Now this automatically red flagged for the police because
- 46:47they knew that there was no signs of force entry. So he's something's being
- 46:52made up. At this point, things were not matching up to the crime
- 46:55scene, and so they're starting to think that Michael is falsely confessing to this
- 47:00crime just get himself in the limelight. Yes, Apparently he had a reputation
- 47:05of wanting to do to be like that. That's his way of instead of
- 47:10writing an album about an X when we thought it was going to be about
- 47:15Joe, but it actually is about a guy named Matt, Like who the
- 47:19fuck? You know? Anyways, how long as it wasn't about me,
- 47:23So instead of doing that, he apparently this was his claim to thing he
- 47:29later tells. So they run the DNA to match up with that unknow mail
- 47:32it doesn't match, which they were already starting to think. This isn't this
- 47:36isn't working's ship. Yeah, this isn't working out. Let's you know,
- 47:40move on to Travis Kelsey. Anyways, he later tells police he made it
- 47:45up, and they let him go and they went back to investigating, which
- 47:49I wrote investing. Wow, this will come in handy on your little less
- 47:54mess. Whenever you read that. How many have to record? Let him
- 47:59go to investing in cryptocarey if I ever record, I will record those again,
- 48:04but it'll read. He later tells, please, he made it up.
- 48:07They let him go and he went back to investing like he's a stockbroker.
- 48:15Anyways, thank you. We're going to fast forward two years before police
- 48:20received another solid tip and anonymous person called in saying that they believed a twenty
- 48:24two year old by the name of Taylor Olson any relation to Taylor Swift.
- 48:30Debby match the frings me up to Taylor Swift. No, I'm kidding.
- 48:35I won't do it again. Taylor was known for breaking into vehicles, but
- 48:37nothing major. They speak to Taylor and he denies involvement. However, they
- 48:42continue talking to the family and friends and his whereabouts during the murder. They
- 48:47ask if he owned the gan and shoes from Walmart, and both his mother
- 48:52and ex girlfriend said he used to wear a pair like that. I don't
- 48:55know how badd he pissed his mother off that She's like, yeah, some
- 49:00differen is. She could have been making it up. We don't know,
- 49:01but the mom's like, yeah, he definitely that he's a murderer, and
- 49:07he has terrible taste in shoewear. It seemed like she was a little upset.
- 49:10And the video that I watched whenever he was in there right after his
- 49:14confession, and she's like, oh, I love you. Oh well,
- 49:17that's what they all say. Start they have to. They know they're being
- 49:22recorded. Now with enough evidence against him, they are able to obtain a
- 49:25DNA sample. They run it against the killer sample and it is a match.
- 49:31They were quite surprised that they had found him. I don't know why
- 49:36your cops investigating a murder. I guess well, they'd already had the false
- 49:39confession and all that stuff, and to actually have the DNA match with only
- 49:46going off like oh he's had the shoes and all that stuff like that.
- 49:50So they came up with it. They did it too, and they're surprised.
- 49:57Well, maybe they're not very good cops. We don't know, maybe
- 49:59they never solve anything. And I was like, oh shit, we actually
- 50:02into one, unlike Taylor Swift, who always puts out a great album.
- 50:07So in September two thousand and seven, he was arrested for the murder of
- 50:10Jonah, and in the attack on Jason, they found he had scars on
- 50:15his hand from where it appeared to be a knife, so that he probably
- 50:19did have that knife slippage injury that they said that Jason had, but he
- 50:23actually had it. Eventually, Taylor admitted to being in the area and then
- 50:28finally said he entered the apartment through the back door, which was unlocked.
- 50:31He said he went into Jonah's room and that she attacked him with the knife.
- 50:37That was what he said. He's telling police, like, I went
- 50:39in there. I was just mine of my own business, going in this
- 50:44unlocked door looking for some car because he wanted to steal a car. And
- 50:49yeah, so there's did he know, But he initially made it sound like
- 50:52I just went in here, I walked into her room and that she attacked
- 50:57me, Like it's her fault. Well she will, They don't know if
- 51:00she was like sleeping with the knife under her pillow because she was afraid somebody
- 51:04was going to break in. And then oh, that's what he is saying.
- 51:07He's saying that he didn't well, the knife came from the block in
- 51:10the house. That's why they thought it was old Jason. Yes, Stuart
- 51:15let me finish my part. Okay, Oh your part has no you're you're
- 51:21jumping on my part. Okay. Again, Basically, he's saying that Jonah,
- 51:29he went into Jonah's room and she attacked him with the knife, and
- 51:32he said he wrestled the knife away from her and then freaked out and began
- 51:36stabbing her. And he said that he believed that Jonah was sleeping with the
- 51:38knife. So basically he's blaming her for why she got killed and that he
- 51:44just basic he basically had to protect I was just tear robing the place and
- 51:47some girl tried to kill me, so I had to defend myself. Yeah,
- 51:51but police aren't buying this story. They believe that he grabbed the knife
- 51:53as he entered the unlocked apartment looking for items to steal. He was then
- 51:59confronted by and that's when he began stabbing her to death. He then was
- 52:02confronted by Jason, who had come out of his room and stabbed him as
- 52:07well. Now, he continued to tell the media that it was an accident,
- 52:09like he's just he's saying, I asked, I mean, I don't
- 52:13know how he accidently stabbed someone twenty six times or whatever, and then the
- 52:15other guy nine times. However, Taylor would never go on on to trial.
- 52:21He ended up paying himself in his jail cell in March of two thousand
- 52:23and eight. And now, in his suicide note, he tried to place
- 52:28the blame on another guy named Noah Cox. Yes he did. Who.
- 52:32Yeah, there's a thing that he said that in his suicide letter he said
- 52:38that he was there, but he freaked out and left, and that Noah
- 52:44did all the stab and but how did his DNA end up? Well,
- 52:49the police said that they only found his DNA in there and his blood.
- 52:54No, but I'm saying he's lying, he continued, lying, he led
- 52:58in his suicide He can't even come clean. There was that guy that murdered
- 53:01that that the mom and the daughter, and he came clean on his deathbed.
- 53:06I mean, this is you're doing a suicide note. You might as
- 53:07well just come clean with it all. What are you gonna Your mom doesn't
- 53:10even like you. She turns you in for the Gannon shoes. She said
- 53:14he's got terrible taste and he wears these shoes anyway. So that's our story
- 53:19for this week. Stude, do you have anything to add? Do anything,
- 53:23Taylor Swift related, anything Foster Dog related. No, you spent twenty
- 53:30minutes talking about Taylor Swift and Foster Dog, so I think you've got it
- 53:35covered. Okay, Well, no, I could go on. I'm sure
- 53:37you could go on. I mean we're at the end now. I mean
- 53:38if people listen to this shit, that's our own fault. Now, yeah,
- 53:43yeah, this is true? All right? Wait? Oh wait,
- 53:46we need a yell need Jesus. I got a yell need Jesus. Okay,
- 53:49are you to us fresh out? Oh? I can't tell you.
- 53:52You're gonna have to guess it. Okay, unless you've heard this headline already,
- 53:55unless it's Florida. Oh god, no one, hell of a stop
- 54:00it Florida, Jesus, Mary and Joseph. We're going to leave us the
- 54:05five listeners we have left? Did you know you're okay? I won't sing
- 54:12it. It's a great song, though, you guys to check it out.
- 54:14If you like Florence and the Machine. She's on there. Everything's good,
- 54:16you know, if you want to start there. It's basically an advertisement
- 54:21for Florida because you can go there and drop the bodies in the swamp,
- 54:25let them sink. Well, you do know that I heard of feral pigs
- 54:31can eat a pedophile in like five or ten minutes, leave no trace.
- 54:36Well, that's how that guy up there that the picked and guy up in
- 54:38cal Canada, that's how he disposed of the bodies of the women he murdered.
- 54:44He owned a pig farm, and so he would just feed the bodies
- 54:46to the pigs, and there's no evidence of it that it ever happened.
- 54:52That's a good way to do it. And if you've got a gator farm,
- 54:54you can do the same thing. I feel like the gators leave a
- 54:58lot of bits and pieces they might. Yeah, pig pigs really mow it
- 55:01all down and then it gets it gets all mixed in with the slop in
- 55:07the dirt. All right, So let's get to your y'all need Jesus all
- 55:10right. Arrest made after blank State teacher finds cocaine and kindergartener's cubby at school.
- 55:21What state would that be? The question is supposed to be Florida or
- 55:25not Florida's Florida or not Florida. Taylor Swift song or not Taylor Swift song.
- 55:30I would say not Taylor Swift song. Arrest made after Louisiana teacher finds
- 55:37cocaine and kindergartener's cubby at school. That sounds like classy Louisiana, which part
- 55:43though the coon asses the hill bellies up North party. Yeah, it's over
- 55:51in New Orleans Baton Rouge area. It's definitely below eye ten. Bullshit you
- 55:57think, well, I gotta be below I tend Why why you don't think
- 56:00it's some bunky shit. No, it could happen in bunkie. I'm sorry
- 56:04to everybody in bunkie Bunky Yeah, bunkie, Oh bunky Louisiana. I thought
- 56:08it was called bunker. No bunky, Yeah, it's called bunker. That
- 56:15didn't happen. And well there might be a bunker Louisiana too, I don't
- 56:17I know there's a bunk. Well, this didn't happen in either one.
- 56:22So coming to us from Hot one oh seven point nine, published April eighteenth,
- 56:28twenty twenty four, by somebody by the name of Sydney wrote this story.
- 56:31A Louisiana kindergarten teacher made a shocking discovery after one of her students checked
- 56:37out and returned fifteen minutes later. Checked out. Yeah, you know when
- 56:45you get checked out of school, your parent comes checks out. Yeah,
- 56:49so the kid got checked out, sending little Johnny to the office. His
- 56:52mom's here to pick him up. Okay, So he comes back into the
- 56:54classroom fifteen minutes later. Okay. The seven year old boy was checked out
- 57:00by his mother, Marie Meggiazalaya from his Metarie Elementary school, in hopes of
- 57:07removing four bags of cocaine from her son's booksack. So she either knew that
- 57:17it was in there and accidentally sent him to school with it. I don't
- 57:22know how she knew it was in his booksack. Whether she intentionally or accidentally
- 57:27stashed the drug in there is still undetermined at the moment. However, when
- 57:34she checked her son out of school, he had already removed the bags of
- 57:37cocaine from his booksack and placed them in his cubby hole in his J.
- 57:44C. Ellis Elementary classroom. She then Miss Zeleiah twenty five, dropped her
- 57:51son back off at school with the hopes of having him retrieve the bags from
- 57:54the cubby and placing them back in his school bag for her to recover when
- 57:59she checked him out of school the second time. It is depressing in missus
- 58:05Zeleiah didn't need some freaking Jesus, that's for sure. It was when the
- 58:08seven year old started to remove the four bags of cocaine from his cuby hole
- 58:13that his teacher noticed what he had in his possession. When his teacher inquired
- 58:16about the bags, he said it was something mommy forgot. She immediately notified
- 58:22school administrators. She was concerned one of her students may have brought in an
- 58:25illegal substance to school. Here. I am worried about two foster dogs I've
- 58:30had for five days, and this bitch is out here trying to contaminate the
- 58:34entire kindergarten classroom. Yes, I mean her son could have gotten muled.
- 58:37With her son muling drugs, He don't even know what he's doing, according
- 58:43to the advocate. The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Department responded to the call, where
- 58:46they took the seven year old's mother into custody. She was then booked with
- 58:51possession of cocaine with the tent to distribute, and cruelty to a juvenile involving
- 58:57drugs. Detective Jeremy Boud said, the store we get in trouble for endangering
- 59:01all the other children I know, right, He said the four bags contained
- 59:05twenty eight grams of cocaine, not including the other four ounces Zaliah threw under
- 59:10a vehicle outside when law enforcement arrived at the school. I can't believe they
- 59:15only set her bail at one hundred thousand and believes they have enough evidence to
- 59:21hold her because she was criminally negligent and intentionally exposed a seven year old and
- 59:25the rest of his classmates two narcotics. So she needs Jesus today. Yes,
- 59:35hopefully she'll find a little Jesus while she's waiting on her trial. Oh
- 59:37please. They all find Jesus in jail, and then they quickly forget him.
- 59:40Trust me, as soon as the judge goes. They ain't no revival
- 59:45down in Pensacola. If they get out of jail. I've watched enough locked
- 59:49up to see that they find a lot of Jesus in jail. It awards
- 59:53them a lot of good time. Yeah, extra activities they get to go
- 1:00:00do if they if they find real Plus, when they go to the parole
- 1:00:02board, they can, yes, speak some passages from the Bible and pretend
- 1:00:07like they're changed people. And then they go out and they do it all
- 1:00:12again. They're back in jail that night. All right, well, that's
- 1:00:15our episode again. I'm not going to apologize for the first twenty minutes it
- 1:00:21is. I would tell you I think you need to, but then you'll
- 1:00:23argue with show notes, and then you guys can decide what if you want
- 1:00:27to pass it? Too late? Now? No, what do you mean
- 1:00:31it's too late now that I'm recording it right now? Yeah, I'll put
- 1:00:35in the show notes whenever I post it to skip the first fifteen minutes personalities.
- 1:00:40Nobody's going to know that untill they get to this part of the podcast.
- 1:00:44Damn, I should have read the show notes. Well, that's their
- 1:00:45own fault for not being thorough. You should have had it should have been
- 1:00:50a red flag. But all of a sudden, the episode became extremely long.
- 1:00:54Whenever they've been shorter because apologies, they have become shorter because we just
- 1:01:00frankly, it's either put out a shorter episode, or don't put in an
- 1:01:04episode, or get one like every two months or something like that. Yeah,
- 1:01:07we got to find a sweet spot with yeah, the three children,
- 1:01:10because they don't usually give us time. No, we have to, we
- 1:01:15have to. We've had to shorten our episodes a little bit, so not
- 1:01:21as much. But this one's super long because people probably don't like airing us
- 1:01:24talk anywhere, but I don't. They're cutting us off right now, so
- 1:01:28that's why we need to get to the important stuff. Join our Patreon.
- 1:01:32We have Instagram, Facebook. I did try. I've tried multiple times to
- 1:01:37be good about posting on Instagram and doing stuff like recipe. I just it's
- 1:01:43one of those things that I just don't have the time. So you can
- 1:01:45follow us on Instagram or Facebook, but it'll probably mainly just be episode announcements
- 1:01:51and then I'll still do book club each month and then occasionally something. But
- 1:01:54yeah, I might start trying to post on Patreon a little bit more,
- 1:02:00or maybe it's probably what I'll do. But anyways, we have that we
- 1:02:02have to buy me a coffee. You can buy this basic bitch of coffee
- 1:02:06tomorrow. I'm really into they opened up a seven brew here. It's not
- 1:02:09really into that Falcons or something like that. No, that's not the season.
- 1:02:14Stew We're in spring Well. You go to hobby lobby and say,
- 1:02:16oh I saw a fall leaf. I need a pumpkin drink. You know,
- 1:02:21I can't even go to hobby Loby anymore. It's like the checkout lines
- 1:02:22take way too long to do anything. Plus I'm past my crafting stage.
- 1:02:28I'm more into my baking phase right now. So that's where we're at.
- 1:02:34Stew menopause or what. You know what, go fuck yourself, you know
- 1:02:43what you come with, old ass balls. All right, we're too far
- 1:02:51deep into this. We gotta go to bed, all right. So foster
- 1:02:54dogs are safe. If anybody canceled us whenever I said we lost to foster
- 1:02:58dogs and then I laughed about it, it's because we actually didn't lose the
- 1:03:00foster dogs. We just did temporarily. But they are back safe. And
- 1:03:04they just went for a walk, he went. We were busy, we
- 1:03:07couldn't walk them there. They walk themselves. I told you, for all
- 1:03:09we know, they do this every single night, the last five nights,
- 1:03:13and we just didn't know about for all we know, because I mean,
- 1:03:16I can't watch them all the time. We have a fenced in backyard.
- 1:03:19I let them out to go potty from their kennels. The black black dog
- 1:03:23is always a Knuckles is always loose because she's a good dog. Edgar has
- 1:03:30started He started off being a free dog, but now he's big, he's
- 1:03:35in lock up. Yes, he's insane. He wants to be in Gin
- 1:03:40Pop with black Dog, but he's been tested out and it's not working out
- 1:03:44for him, So all right, so I guess we will see you next
- 1:03:50time. By everyone, say bye, Stewell. You know it's bad superstick,
- 1:04:00it's shot buck, nothing else. It's working, and my hand it's
- 1:04:05bringing it hurting, and I'm shake come. It's worrying bout things I can't
