- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Hello, and a very warm welcome to Let Them Fly with me, Heather Harris.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: If you're a parent, you'll know that quiet worry, Are my children on the right path?
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: This is a podcast that gently reminds you to believe a little more in our children and their wonderful ability to surprise us.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Because no one is born great, and so few of us follow the path we first imagined.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: We hope to inspire you, reassure you, and give you the quiet confidence to trust a little more and let your children fly.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: So today it's my joy to welcome a Jabai-based health and fitness coach with the credentials to back the name, a degree in physical education, a master's in sports science and training in nutrition and sports medicine.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: You began your career as a PE teacher and a youth sports coach working with children across every age.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: Now, Amma, I think you're gonna have to just tell me a little bit about.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: I know we've just had this conversation, and you don't believe in muscle mass.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: Not don't believe in muscle mass itself.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: I don't believe in the fake one, the over muscle mass percentage, which is comes from high testosterone, high stuff.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: You have to take it, then you can build more muscles, you know, because this is actually it's not a healthy way to build the muscles.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Every one of us has different types of bodies, capabilities, and limit.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: Because when you add muscle to your body, it affected all your organs.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: So if you have overloot muscles, this is gonna affect your circulation blood, your organs function, your heart, and this is all it's gonna be overloot to your body.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: Like imagine are you walking, you're walking and you are having a bag of 20 kg extra in your body, you know?
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: So your respiratory system, everything is gonna be affecting in a really bad way.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: You overuse it with the time, it's not gonna be really good for you.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: So, uh what do you wish every parent knew or understood about their child and movement?
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's a really good question.
- 2:33SPEAKER_01: I would love them to believe that the movement is not only fitness, the movement will help your child to develop lots of things, like emotional-wise, like uh they will gain more confidence.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: They will be if they play in the teamwork or they will gain lots of experience and lots of uh up and down, lots of situation, which is gonna make building their future for a long time, and this is the basics of the life, you know, this is what's gonna stick with them for for the life, not only for a specific period of time.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: So I think the movement with the child is something it's like a foundation of for them.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: I think this leads on to my next question then.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: What does um you call yourself so educated coach?
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: What does that really mean?
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, actually, a long time ago, when I decided to get a name to my brand, I sit on myself and I gather more information about what I do, why I'm doing it, and I found there is some common answers to my question, which is education and teaching people.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: That's why I come up with this name.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: And uh, on top of this, my aim is to educate people how to move, how to exercise, how to stay healthy, but all of this in a scientific way.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: Because if you think about it, I don't want you to stay with me forever, but I want to teach you for a period of time, three, four, six months, whatever, and then you will have your life after this.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: So, my aim is to teach you the foundation of exercises or the basics and how to do it based on the anatomy, physiology, psychology, tailor-made only for you specifically.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: It's not for anyone else.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: Once you understand this, you will not be in need for PT or any I mean, guide again in your life.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: So if you travel, if you go here, if you relocate, if whatever, you'll know exactly what to do, when to do it, and what suits me and what doesn't suit me.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: And this is exactly what I like to do in my business.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's uh that's amazing.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: And I think it's so relevant.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: And exactly like you said, you don't want to be with you with the client forever, you just want to be for a short time.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: You when you started teaching PE, um what did coaching children teach you?
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I did a BE because I already I graduated from like a physical education bachelor's degree.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: It was mandatory for me to work as a PE.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: But for your question exactly, I like it.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: The children they taught me that everyone is different, you know, and everyone has.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: I mean, children don't need a perfect program, basically.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: They need a program where it suits them, more joyful, more playful, but in the same time, challenges, you know, they give them some uh uh uh motivation and uh up and down, and at the end of the day, it's not a punishment, so they should enjoy it.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: So this is the way we should introduce sports for them.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: So uh yeah, I think this is yeah, what does um sports teach children that classrooms can't?
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: Uh and uh um sports can teach uh children lots of things, like as I told you before, like not all the kids like sports, okay, and not all of them like football, not all of them like boxing.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: So, from my point of view, is I need to introduce all kinds of sports to the children first and then let him pick up what suits him.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: After that, he will realize that he will work in a play, it in a teamwork, he will gain confidence, he will like the sports to put him in a situation where I have to talk to this and that, and to arrange here, to talk here, and to be a little bit sad, to overcome some challenges.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: This is all will create environment and stuff which is for sure 100% the classroom cannot make it.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Um and you say, I know I keep seeing your sort of sayings.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: I I did stalk your Instagram a little bit, and you say when you move, life gets better.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: What does movement do for a child's mind?
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Not just their body, but their actual mind?
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, actually, if we talk about this point specifically in a scientific way, when you move, your body releases lots of hormones.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: Like we know all of this, like happenase, like dopamine and stuff like this.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: But for a child specifically, other than uh improving the bone density and getting a good physique or healthy-wise, it will help them in a lot of things.
- 7:11SPEAKER_01: Like, for example, sleep.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: I got lots of clients, they complain about that their kids they cannot sleep, you know.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: They have because they have lots of energy, they didn't get it out in the right way.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: So, one of the things that sports does is helping them sleep well, quality of sleep, uh, gain confidence.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: I mean, uh work with a team and uh make some relationship with friends and here and there, you know what I mean?
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: Building actually personality.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: So, this is what I think that can you.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: So, we know all those really good things about why about sport and why it's really good for them.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: And I think I absolutely hear you when you say about getting rid of their energy.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: How do we make them do that?
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: How we made them do that when we introduce the right sports for them.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: We we won't make sports for them it's really enjoyable.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: I want them, I want him or her to ask me, like, uh, I want to go to this, I want to go to this training, I made this training, uh, I enjoy a lot to doing this kind of stuff, you know.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: At the end of the day, we want them to move.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: I don't want him them to do specific sports.
- 8:22SPEAKER_01: Because most of parents, they they they force their children to do specific sports, and you have to perform in this one.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: But this is not true because each one is different, each one has like different capabilities, you know what I mean?
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: Genetics, lots of things you need to put it in your consideration before you said I want you to perform in this kind of sports.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: So when we do this, he really like he doesn't like like it a lot, you know what I mean?
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: He will start to be nagging, doesn't like it.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: No, I'm not going today.
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: It's not his sport.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: Okay, so we need to work on this like with your child.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: Does it matter what sport a child does?
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: Should they no?
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: No, it doesn't matter what kind of sports you do.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: At least you uh at the end of the day, you need to move because movement is medicine.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: So whatever you do, this movement through football, through basketball, through swimming, through walking, playing with your family, whatever.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: I mean, you have to move because your body is a gift from God, and this you have a skills.
- 9:27SPEAKER_01: Your arm is a skill.
- 9:29SPEAKER_01: God gives it to you just to use it, your feet, everything.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: This is you need to use it.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: If you did not use it, it will not be really good for you, you know what I mean?
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it will not maintain for a long time.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: And as I told you, bone density, muscle mass, all of this should come from movements.
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: If I did not move and use it, if I give you a nice car, but you put it in the garage, you don't use it.
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: After a while, if you turn it on, it's like it's not really working, right?
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: It needs some maintenance.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: So this is exactly how it should be.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: And from your from your obviously, you've got a real passion for sport and movement, and you've sort of made your career about it.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: What point in your life did you suddenly decide you loved sport and you could see the benefit of it?
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: For me specifically, I used to play sports since I was seven years old.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: Oh well, what sports did you play then?
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: I do swimming.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 10:27SPEAKER_01: And then already I went to the uh faculty for sports education, sports science, and then I went to the army.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: I was also specialized in training.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: So basically, for me specifically, all my life was into sports.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: Uh I have no choice to decide is it good or bad for me.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: I didn't get this point because me now every day I wake up, I need to go to the gym without thinking my what I feel.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: You know, I go to the gym and perform.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: If today my energy is 40%, I went to the gym, I give the 40%.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: That means this day I give 100%.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: Because I gave all what I have.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 11:10SPEAKER_01: What I have in this day was 40%.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: But I give them this.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: That means this day you give 100%.
- 11:17SPEAKER_01: So this is what the mentality sports helped me to create it with the time.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: And who was the influence for you to get into sport?
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: Um, to be fair, there is no specific people, but I always respect people who get older with a really good physique and good health and good life, who who have time to play with like grandchildren and you know, family and they they look good.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: And this is what I really like about uh sports.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: Because at the end of the day, if you look at it, why we do sports, why we eat healthy, why we do all this stuff, because we need that fitness level better than the fitness age.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know what I mean?
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: I could be 50 years old, but my fitness level is 60.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, then I'm losing 10 years of my life now, and I want the the the the other way.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: I want to be 50, but my fitness level is 40.
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know what I mean?
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: So I look younger, I look healthier, I can perform better, and this is the main reason why we move, why we do sports to stay healthy for a long time as much as you can and to enjoy life, right?
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: In a good way, in a healthy way.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Is there one sports person that you look up to that you kind of would like to be like?
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: Muhammad Ali.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: Okay, do you do boxing?
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: I don't, no, but he's a sportsman, I like him, I like his personality, I like his uh his journey because he meets like uh lots of uh I mean barriers in his life and he overcome lots of challenges.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: And I like this kind of stories, yeah, yeah.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: Also, like for example, in football, uh Muhammad Salah, for example.
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: Yes, I'm not sure if you know about it, it's like uh Liverpool.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: Yes, I'm not very good at football, but he I have heard of him, which is not quite impressive for me, actually.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, so you teach people to build their bodies up, not tear them down, but how are we passing that on to children?
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: What how you know, I don't think the school curriculum passes on particularly.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: How do we how do we make children engage with that thought?
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we need to teach them that the sports is not about like physique or not about like how you look from outside, it's it's about how you perform.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: Because most of the teenagers now, youth or kids or whatever, they keep looking for six packs, and you know, those people sometimes behind the camera they do wrong stuff, like they take injection and stuff like this, and they look amazing, but that doesn't mean you are healthy, you know what I mean?
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: And they start to talk in front of the cameras about the I eat salad, I ate protein, but this is not the truth.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: The truth is taking stuff behind this.
- 13:58SPEAKER_01: He will never tell you that.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: So the problem is we need to teach them that the sports or fitness is not about how you look, it's about how you feel, how you perform, how you uh uh deal in in in daily activity of the life, like how you perform in the life, how you move, how you sit, how you talk, how how confident you are, uh sleep.
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: This is all comes from sports, and this is what we need to teach them.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, is not only how you look.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: I absolutely agree with you.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: I mean, I wish I could take your your advice.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: I I sit on the edges of sport and I think, oh, they look so amazing.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: I wish I could do that.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: If you had one healthy habit worth starting, or to get somebody to kind of make as part of their routine, what would it be?
- 14:43SPEAKER_01: Can't it be two?
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: I have two, not one.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: But uh let's start with one one.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: Let's do two, two's good.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, one the first one, the basic one, is is moving, movement for sure.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: You have to And when you say movement, that just means walk, does it?
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: I mean movement, it means you have to move every day.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Okay, don't uh pass a day without doing anything, staying lazy or sitting on the couch.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: And is there a limit on the amount of movement or is there a sort of minimum or a maximum?
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: As I told you, if you have a 40% this day, give the 40%.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: If you have 100, give the 100.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: If you if you have 20, give it.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: Don't say no, it's nothing.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: No, it is because 20% in the day, you have 20% of energy, that means you give 100%.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: So give it, you know what I mean?
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: You had a second one.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: Give me the second one.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: The second one, it's my I do believe, and I would love the teach it in the school, is like nutrition and your relationship with the food, actually.
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: If you think about it, like the food is a habit where you do it every day, two to three times, right?
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: I meet someone, right?
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: So the food is like something I do every day.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: I I would love you to fix this relationship from an early stage.
- 16:00unknown: Okay.
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: At least I'm not saying you have to do diet, I don't believe in dieting and this kind of stuff, but I just I want you to understand what's good and bad.
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: What's healthy and it's like unhealthy, you know what I mean?
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: Just if you have this idea and you start to work on it a little bit, with the time, with the future, you will find yourself like not like the one who has no idea about anything, right?
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so at least you would still have a little bit of concerns about like, oh no, I ate too much sugar, I ate too much sweet.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: You know, some people don't think this way already.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: They eat with no regret, right?
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but if you think about it, that means we we we are such as now.
- 16:44SPEAKER_01: We are good now.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: Because you already think about it.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: It's just a context connoisseur.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: You will never accept it.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: It's the same goes with your physique.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, if you gain weight and you look in the mirror, you will never accept it if one day in your life you reach a good physique.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: So if you did it one time in your life, you are in in your peak, like a good physique, a good shape, and you will never accept again that you will be like, no, uh, I'm I mean, I gained too much weight.
- 17:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, yeah, you will work hard.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you will never go for double XL.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: No, I will stay to my size.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: I need to fix my body, you know, not my shirt.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: This is how it the mentality of sports people is.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: It's I I mean, you're so right in what you say.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: It's just it's trying to switch to make it's one thing to think it, but it's another thing to do it.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Um if any if every child grew up believing one thing about their body, what would it be?
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: What would you want that to be?
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: I would say uh your body is capable of doing stuff that your mind would not imagine it.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: Like you can go far with your body, you can you can take your body to another level to do lots of stuff and to overcome it challenges that you wouldn't believe in it mentally.
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: Like if you think about it rationally, you say, No, I can't do this.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: But trust me, your body can do it if you work, if you put the work, if you did the right thing, scientific, perform, and this is how it works.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: Because no one born as a champ.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no one born as a good physique with a good physique, right?
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, yeah, we we spoil it as we get older, I think.
- 18:29SPEAKER_01: Some people blame genetics, which is I don't agree with this.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: Genetics is already genetics, yes, I know some genetics is better than others, but the only one difference is the lifestyle.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: If your genetics is bad, you need to change your lifestyle.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: If you stay the same lifestyle, you'll be like your parents.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: Yes, this is genetics.
- 18:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:49SPEAKER_01: If you do the same habits, you'll be the same.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: But the only way to change your genetics is to change your lifestyle.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 18:56SPEAKER_01: You know, and everyone has different physique.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: Some some clients for me they bring some pictures for models and say, I want to be like this.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: I say you might be look better than hair.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: If you work on yourself and you get lower percentage of fat like hair, then you can see your physique in this time, right?
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: You you might be have a better shoulder, a better skeletal muscle, you know, system.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: You you might be have a different physique, but you didn't see it yet.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: You need to see your physique first and then say, Yeah, my genetics is not good, you know.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: So tell me a little bit about how you work with clients.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: How do you work to how do you what do you do?
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: What tell me a little bit about your program?
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: My I have I have different types of programs actually, but mainly when I work with my clients, I do everything uh scientifically.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: So I do like an like an initial meeting with my clients.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: We need to gather more information about you, your lifestyle, how you eat, what's your work, how you travel, uh, how you sleep, uh, type of sleep.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: Is it deep?
- 20:01SPEAKER_01: Is it not deep?
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: Uh, what kind of sports you do, what do you like, what you don't like, how is your relationship with food?
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: So it's like a stress level, all of this.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: We gather all of this information, and then we start to work on it as a package.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: Not only sports.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: I cannot uh if you if you become my client, uh you say, like, I want to lose weight.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: I cannot take you second day on the trade mail, say yellow incline, trade mail, and go for one hour and you sweat and you get sore.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: Everyone can make this.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: Every coach can make you sore, can make you sweat, can make you tired.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: This is so easy.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: But that doesn't mean you get the results.
- 20:40SPEAKER_01: And maybe in the long term you get arthritis, you get lots of things because you are doing stuff, it's not really good and healthy for you, for your joints, ligaments, tendons, you know, the trainer doesn't care about this.
- 20:51SPEAKER_01: If he did not really gather the information about you from the beginning, then there is no point, right?
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, go for YouTube or Google and go on on the trademark.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: Why have to pay for him?
- 21:03SPEAKER_01: So for me, it's different.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: I need to go specifically into everything because at the end of the day, I tailor made a program specifically for the person.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's not for anyone.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: If you take my program for you, you cannot give it or pass it to someone else because it will never work with her.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: Not like the people who sell programs online.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: I always don't believe in this.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they just sell it online, yeah.
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's very, it's very different.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah, go buy it from here, there, there, and make a comparison, you'll find the same.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: And this is really not really good.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: And some very well-educated people do this, like buy the programs, you know, and then they come to me for injuries.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: So thank you so much, Ahmed.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Thank you for joining us.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Absolutely fascinating.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: But I have one last question which I ask all my guests with everything you know today.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: What's one piece of advice you would give your seven-year-old self?
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: Uh I would say don't.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: I mean keep moving, don't stop.
- 22:07SPEAKER_01: Um don't, if you didn't for the parents, for example, if you didn't come from a healthy family, you can create one right now.
- 22:17SPEAKER_01: It's your time to create one.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: If you were not a healthy kid, make your kid healthy.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: So this is what I wanted to learn.
- 22:26SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: An absolute pleasure talking today.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Um, the educated coach.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: Pleasure.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
