- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, good morning, everybody. Welcome to this edition of Vince
- 0:03Speaker 1: on a Friday. It's great to have you with us,
- 0:05Speaker 1: as always, the best audience anywhere. We do have a
- 0:07Speaker 1: mighty show ahead for you today. The president of the
- 0:10Speaker 1: United States welcomes that ridiculous Communist Party leader Xi Jinping
- 0:15Speaker 1: to America. And the left is going crazy over it,
- 0:19Speaker 1: of course. Meanwhile, you know, it's so funny. You know,
- 0:22Speaker 1: he cleans up Washington, D.C. That is the president of
- 0:24Speaker 1: the United States for real, for the benefit of the
- 0:26Speaker 1: American people. And it just so happens that when he
- 0:30Speaker 1: invites foreign leaders like Xi Jinping to come to the country,
- 0:33Speaker 1: that they get to see the fruits of his labors,
- 0:35Speaker 1: which is great. But do you remember when the left
- 0:38Speaker 1: invited Xi Jinping to San Francisco, what they did? Do
- 0:40Speaker 1: you guys remember that chat? So Xi Jinping arrives in
- 0:43Speaker 1: San Francisco and they just like cover the homeless people
- 0:46Speaker 1: in tarps and stuff. They like they pretend for like
- 0:50Speaker 1: four seconds. They pretend like they care about San Francisco,
- 0:53Speaker 1: all the poop and the needles and the homeless people,
- 0:55Speaker 1: it's all shoved into a closet. And then they're like, welcome,
- 0:58Speaker 1: San Francisco is beautiful again. We are not the same.
- 1:03Speaker 1: We are not the same. We've got a lot to
- 1:05Speaker 1: talk about. We'll talk about that coming up. We'll talk
- 1:06Speaker 1: about election integrity coming up. We'll talk about James Talafrico
- 1:09Speaker 1: coming up. I've got breaking news on that subject and
- 1:12Speaker 1: so much more. I'm glad you're here with me. Thank you.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Thank you for being here on a Friday. I want
- 1:17Speaker 1: to thank one of the fine sponsors who Help us
- 1:20Speaker 1: do this each day. That today is chapter. We love chapter.
- 1:24Speaker 1: And here's why. You know, when I read news stories,
- 1:27Speaker 1: I'm always trying to get to the bottom of who's
- 1:29Speaker 1: benefiting from all of this. Who's paying for all of this?
- 1:33Speaker 1: You follow incentives and then the coverage begins to explain itself. Now,
- 1:36Speaker 1: if you apply that same logic to Medicare for a second,
- 1:40Speaker 1: you should. Most Medicare agents make more money steering you
- 1:43Speaker 1: into certain plans. Not a conspiracy, that's actually just an
- 1:47Speaker 1: incentive structure, but you're the one who ends up living
- 1:49Speaker 1: with the result, which is why I trust Chapter. You should.
- 1:53Speaker 1: The only Medicare advisors that compare every plan nationwide. Chapter's
- 1:57Speaker 1: independent advisors are honest. They're not paid to steer you.
- 2:00Speaker 1: They advocate for you, not big insurance. They look at
- 2:04Speaker 1: your doctors, your prescriptions, your zip code, every plan that's
- 2:07Speaker 1: available to you. And look, if you're already on the
- 2:10Speaker 1: right plan, they're gonna tell you that too. So what
- 2:13Speaker 1: you should do is call Chapter. They're at 316-835-9955. It's free,
- 2:17Speaker 1: under 20 minutes, no sales pitch. That's 316-835-9955. Look, you
- 2:19Speaker 1: question everything else. Question this too.
- 2:21Speaker 2: 316-835-9955.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Call Chapter. We have to enable the slow chat. Is
- 2:42Speaker 1: that a thing? You can slow the chat down? I'm
- 2:45Speaker 1: trying to read it. Well, anyway, thank you for being
- 2:47Speaker 1: here with me today, no matter how fast the chat moves.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Let's test it. Can everyone put American flags in the
- 2:52Speaker 1: chat this morning and we can see how fast the
- 2:54Speaker 1: chat can get going? We've got a couple thousand joining
- 2:57Speaker 1: us as we start the show today. It mounts up
- 2:59Speaker 1: as we go. Thank you for all of us, all
- 3:01Speaker 1: of you, by the way, who do subscribe to the channel.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Appreciate you for that. If you're not yet subscribed, what
- 3:07Speaker 1: are you waiting for? Please subscribe. to our excellent channel.
- 3:10Speaker 1: So you can see not just me, but the wonderful
- 3:12Speaker 1: Sean Farish and Haley Carania. Haley's got two Ys.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Why?
- 3:15Speaker 1: Because she's awesome. She's great. And then Dan, of course,
- 3:18Speaker 1: he's got his own channel where he does his own
- 3:22Speaker 1: big show each day. I'll tell you more about that
- 3:24Speaker 1: as we get to the end of the program. Look
- 3:25Speaker 1: at all those American flags. See, I can handle it.
- 3:28Speaker 1: I can handle that much patriotism in the morning. It's great.
- 3:32Speaker 1: It's super great. Let us talk about some breaking news.
- 3:36Speaker 1: We got a lot of things going on. One thing
- 3:38Speaker 1: that the media is really freaked out about is that
- 3:40Speaker 1: President Trump is trying to secure our elections. And that's
- 3:43Speaker 1: something I'm elated by. I love that. The White House
- 3:46Speaker 1: is in an all-out sprint to clean up America's voter
- 3:50Speaker 1: rolls right now. And Reuters had a big report on
- 3:52Speaker 1: the subject this week, as summarized by the New York Post.
- 3:57Speaker 1: It's actually kind of easier to to get to a
- 3:59Speaker 1: New York Post story than a Reuters story for some
- 4:01Speaker 1: reason on my computer. So we'll go to the New
- 4:02Speaker 1: York Post and their summary here on that subject. They
- 4:06Speaker 1: say the White House is pushing a purge of non-citizens
- 4:09Speaker 1: from the voter rolls ahead of the midterms. That deserves
- 4:13Speaker 1: a round of applause. I love that. Get the non-citizens
- 4:17Speaker 1: off the voter rolls. There's a lot of them. You
- 4:19Speaker 1: know why there's a lot of them? Because of the
- 4:21Speaker 1: driver's license systems. across the country, in order to drive
- 4:26Speaker 1: on America's roadways, you have to have a license. Non-citizens,
- 4:29Speaker 1: legal immigrants for that matter, could go to the DMV
- 4:33Speaker 1: in their respective states. They try and sign up for
- 4:36Speaker 1: a driver's license, and then they're just automatically being registered
- 4:38Speaker 1: to vote. Does this make sense to anybody except for
- 4:41Speaker 1: Democrats who are trying to corrupt our elections? Of course not.
- 4:45Speaker 1: So the Trump administration is in the process of cleaning
- 4:48Speaker 1: all of that up. And here's what they say. The
- 4:51Speaker 1: White House wants voters in dozen, voter rolls rather, in
- 4:54Speaker 1: dozens of states cleaned up ahead of those November 3rd midterms.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Tens of thousands of non-citizens have been found to be
- 5:01Speaker 1: registered and hundreds have cast ballots, at least, with dozens
- 5:05Speaker 1: now being prosecuted. The Department of Homeland Security obtained voter
- 5:09Speaker 1: rolls from at least 47 states for review under the
- 5:13Speaker 1: Trump administration's unlawful voter initiative. Reuters reporting this on Thursday.
- 5:19Speaker 1: The process is not going fast enough for some officials. Yeah,
- 5:22Speaker 1: I'm one of them. You're one of them. It's not
- 5:25Speaker 1: going fast enough for us. Fast is yesterday. Fast is
- 5:28Speaker 1: not today. Go fast. Get rid of these non-citizens. One
- 5:32Speaker 1: DHS official in a September 1st email, that would be
- 5:36Speaker 1: 24 days ago, obtained by the wire service, quote, offered
- 5:40Speaker 1: to raise with the White House chief of staff if
- 5:43Speaker 1: we can't get forward progress. referring to White House Chief
- 5:47Speaker 1: of Staff Susie Wiles. In other words, we need to
- 5:49Speaker 1: get the White House involved. That kind of suggests to
- 5:54Speaker 1: me that they've got some internal resistance. Why do they
- 5:56Speaker 1: have internal resistance in the federal government? The deep state continues.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Prosecutors are also charging non-citizens with having illegally voted in
- 6:05Speaker 1: past federal elections, including in critical swing states like Pennsylvania.
- 6:10Speaker 1: President Trump has repeatedly claimed that his 2020 election loss
- 6:13Speaker 1: was a result of voter fraud. After returning to the
- 6:17Speaker 1: White House, he pushed an executive action to tighten mail-in
- 6:19Speaker 1: balloting rules, which was blocked by the courts.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Including the Supreme Court. They said, we don't have enough time.
- 6:27Speaker 1: That's because you dragged it out. Schmucks. And they asked
- 6:31Speaker 1: Congress to pass legislation, as President Trump did, strengthening voter
- 6:35Speaker 1: ID requirements, which it has so far failed to do.
- 6:38Speaker 1: You know, Mike Lee tried to do this this week.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Mike Lee... was pushing for a quick photo ID bill.
- 6:45Speaker 1: It was asking for unanimous consent to pass in the Senate.
- 6:48Speaker 1: And guess what happened? Democrats blocked it. Guess who? Alex Padilla.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Alex Padilla. You know him. Those of you in California,
- 6:55Speaker 1: you know who he is. Alex Padilla is one of
- 6:57Speaker 1: the idiot senators from California. He's also the guy who
- 7:01Speaker 1: tried to accost Kristi Noem as she was giving an address.
- 7:05Speaker 1: He charged the stage where the DHS secretary was. So
- 7:09Speaker 1: A couple of security guys had to jack him up
- 7:11Speaker 1: and put him out in the hallway, which was hilarious.
- 7:14Speaker 1: But then Padilla acted like he was a victim of
- 7:16Speaker 1: all of it. He's like, oh, they assaulted me.
- 7:19Speaker 4: No, they were.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Protecting the DHS secretary, and they didn't even recognize you.
- 7:22Speaker 1: You're kind of a no-name, candidly. But he made more
- 7:26Speaker 1: of a name for himself as he charged the DHS secretary.
- 7:30Speaker 1: So this week, he's voting against photo ID when people
- 7:33Speaker 1: cast a ballot, which is interesting because it tracks, doesn't it?
- 7:39Speaker 1: He's a Democrat senator from California, California, which is racked
- 7:41Speaker 1: with all sorts of fraud, aided and abetted by Democrats,
- 7:45Speaker 1: tons of non-citizens living in California, many of whom have
- 7:48Speaker 1: acquired driver's licenses, and doubtlessly many of whom have registered
- 7:51Speaker 1: to vote. Alex Padilla is not interested in cleaning up
- 7:54Speaker 1: the election because his party benefits from that corruption. That's
- 7:59Speaker 1: what happened. In a July speech at the White House,
- 8:03Speaker 1: the New York Post continues here. Trump also accused China, China,
- 8:09Speaker 1: of illegally acquiring voter information on 220 million Americans and
- 8:13Speaker 1: engaging in other election-related activities to undermine my first administration
- 8:18Speaker 1: and our 2020 campaign. On Wednesday, Reuters reported, additionally, that
- 8:24Speaker 1: as many as 30,000 non-citizens, 30,000, I bet you that's
- 8:30Speaker 1: just a small fraction of the real number, have been
- 8:34Speaker 1: added to voter rolls since 2000. as a result of
- 8:38Speaker 1: software glitches and errors, that's Reuters claim, stemming from the
- 8:43Speaker 1: automatic registration of illegal aliens who apply for state driver's licenses. Okay.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Software glitches, errors, illegal aliens, state driver's licenses. I know,
- 8:58Speaker 1: I know. It's all so freaking annoying. Why are illegal
- 9:01Speaker 1: aliens getting driver's licenses? Why aren't states cooperating with the
- 9:05Speaker 1: federal government? Why aren't they in the 287G program? Why
- 9:09Speaker 1: aren't they booting these invaders from the United States of America?
- 9:11Speaker 1: Why haven't we been enforcing the law? Non-citizens being added
- 9:16Speaker 1: to the voter rolls. I love the excuses here. Software
- 9:20Speaker 1: glitches and errors. You know, in New Jersey, where Mikey
- 9:23Speaker 1: Sherrill admitted that thousands of non-citizens had registered to vote
- 9:29Speaker 1: in the state. She told us at the time, she said, yeah, well,
- 9:32Speaker 1: when they went to the DMV and they were signing
- 9:33Speaker 1: up for the driver's licenses, they just indicated that they
- 9:36Speaker 1: weren't US citizens, and yet they were registered to vote anyway.
- 9:39Speaker 1: It was a software glitch. And then they voted. Is
- 9:44Speaker 1: that a software glitch too? The hell is that, Mikey Sherrill?
- 9:48Speaker 1: The software company came along and they said, it's not
- 9:51Speaker 1: our fault. We didn't register these people to vote. You did,
- 9:56Speaker 1: Democrat officials. You did that. And so again, at the
- 10:01Speaker 1: core of this, Democrat corruption, and the president is trying
- 10:04Speaker 1: to address this. The real story, says the White House spokeswoman,
- 10:08Speaker 1: Lauren Beas, who has been a star. She says this,
- 10:12Speaker 1: the real story here is after decades of the media
- 10:15Speaker 1: denying the non-citizens register and vote in our elections, They
- 10:19Speaker 1: are finally being forced to admit after a flurry of
- 10:21Speaker 1: recent arrests nationwide that it does happen. It does happen.
- 10:27Speaker 1: You know, it's amazing, though, to this very day, to
- 10:31Speaker 1: this very minute, the media keep running stories that this
- 10:34Speaker 1: is nonexistent, that there's no evidence whatsoever for voter fraud.
- 10:37Speaker 1: There's no evidence for any of the president's claims about
- 10:39Speaker 1: the vulnerability of our elections. It's without evidence, they screech.
- 10:44Speaker 1: In fact, I've got another piece like this this morning.
- 10:47Speaker 1: CNN is up with a new piece today saying that
- 10:50Speaker 1: in addition, of course, to what the president is trying
- 10:51Speaker 1: to do with the voter rolls that are in an
- 10:54Speaker 1: all out sprint to purge the noncitizens ahead of Election Day.
- 10:57Speaker 1: They're also dedicated, that is the Trump administration, to observing
- 11:01Speaker 1: polling places. And CNN is attuned to this. They're on
- 11:07Speaker 1: guard for it. Like, what are they doing? They're watching
- 11:09Speaker 1: polling places. Here's what they write. President Trump and his
- 11:13Speaker 1: allies inside and outside his administration are aiming to blanket
- 11:17Speaker 1: polling places with an expanding network of party and federal
- 11:20Speaker 1: election monitors this November, intensifying scrutiny of the nuts and
- 11:25Speaker 1: the bolts of the voting as Trump hunts for what
- 11:28Speaker 1: he claims. Hello, look at this, without evidence, without evidence.
- 11:35Speaker 1: That's so freaking funny. You know what that means? And
- 11:39Speaker 1: now it's.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Time for the left's fake scandal of the week.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Extra, extra. Yeah, it's nonsense. The president's on a snipe hunt.
- 11:52Speaker 1: He's just wasting his time, as always. Without evidence, widespread
- 11:59Speaker 1: cheating and fraud in U.S. elections. Of course, there's mountains
- 12:01Speaker 1: of evidence, which we keep talking about. Imagine if CNN
- 12:04Speaker 1: consumed this podcast. Trump's Justice Department says it will dispatch
- 12:08Speaker 1: more than 1,000 monitors on Election Day in what Assistant
- 12:12Speaker 1: Attorney General Harvey Dillon has called the biggest DOJ election
- 12:16Speaker 1: observer effort in history. Hundreds more than the Biden administration
- 12:21Speaker 1: deployed in 2024. Wait, hold on a second. The Biden
- 12:25Speaker 1: administration did this too? Didn't I? Wait a second. Oh,
- 12:38Speaker 1: the Biden administration dispatched election monitors. For what reason? What
- 12:45Speaker 1: evidence was necessary to dispatch election monitors when Joe Biden
- 12:48Speaker 1: was in office? Without evidence! Without evidence! Here's Harmey Dhillon
- 12:53Speaker 1: recently talking to the fine people at Just the News,
- 12:56Speaker 1: explaining what she's up to. Cut one, watch this. Thank
- 12:58Speaker 1: you for asking.
- 12:59Speaker 5: We have actually just completed earlier this month our primary effort.
- 13:04Speaker 5: And we sent over a hundred election monitors to the
- 13:07Speaker 5: states again, red and blue states. I have called for
- 13:12Speaker 5: and plan to send a thousand to the general election
- 13:17Speaker 5: jurisdictions that we're selecting. And I'm really excited to say that,
- 13:21Speaker 5: that we have, we're pretty close to that number of
- 13:24Speaker 5: people who've raised their hands, lawyers in the department of
- 13:27Speaker 5: justice and other staff trained legal staff who are ready
- 13:31Speaker 5: to go into the field and do this work on
- 13:33Speaker 5: election day. Now, Federal election monitors from the Department of
- 13:37Speaker 5: Justice are observers, I should say, are similar to other
- 13:43Speaker 5: types of observers you see. So they're not going to
- 13:45Speaker 5: be interfering in any way or running the election or
- 13:49Speaker 5: they're going to be observing, making notes, you know, making
- 13:52Speaker 5: sure that language accessibility is there, that disability accessibility is there,
- 13:57Speaker 5: that nothing funky is happening and that people are able
- 14:00Speaker 5: to vote. And if there are problems, we do take
- 14:02Speaker 5: care of it afterwards. We're coordinating with states, with counties
- 14:06Speaker 5: in advance. And so this is going to be the
- 14:08Speaker 5: biggest DOJ election observer effort in history. And I'm so
- 14:13Speaker 5: excited to be leading that effort.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Oh, that's fantastic. That's super fantastic. So we got the
- 14:21Speaker 1: monitors going out there. Have you noticed that this year,
- 14:24Speaker 1: one of the big, like the scandal mongering the left's
- 14:27Speaker 1: been doing, they keep asking the Trump administration, Are you
- 14:30Speaker 1: going to deploy ICE officers to polls? Are you going
- 14:33Speaker 1: to deploy ICE officers? Will you promise not to deploy
- 14:36Speaker 1: ICE officers? Does that make you suspicious at all that
- 14:38Speaker 1: they keep asking that question? It's like, what are you
- 14:42Speaker 1: so worried about? ICE officers can't vote? Is that what
- 14:46Speaker 1: you're saying? They can't go to the polls? Are you
- 14:48Speaker 1: going to deploy ICE officers? Do we need to deploy
- 14:51Speaker 1: ICE officers to the polls? Does that need to happen?
- 14:54Speaker 1: How many illegals plan on being at the polls on
- 14:56Speaker 1: election day? Maybe we should deploy ICE officers to the polls,
- 14:59Speaker 1: given how frequently you keep asking us not to. Beginning
- 15:04Speaker 1: to get suspicious. I have an idea. You know how
- 15:07Speaker 1: some people buy those FBI jackets? People will wear a
- 15:11Speaker 1: logo that says FBI. It'll be on their sweatshirt or
- 15:15Speaker 1: on a windbreaker or something. They buy it as a
- 15:17Speaker 1: Halloween costume. Do they sell ICE jackets? Should we all
- 15:23Speaker 1: go to the polls on election day wearing ice jackets?
- 15:27Speaker 1: Like everybody. Should we do this, Chet? Like just everybody
- 15:30Speaker 1: gets a jacket that it doesn't have to be, you know,
- 15:33Speaker 1: you don't have to impersonate a federal law enforcement officer.
- 15:35Speaker 1: You don't have to wear an actual official ice jacket.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Just a jacket that says ice on the back of it.
- 15:40Speaker 1: And just show up at the polls and cast your ballot.
- 15:43Speaker 1: You think that would be good?
- 15:44Speaker 3: Would that?
- 15:46Speaker 1: It'd be a prophylactic against illegal aliens getting in line
- 15:49Speaker 1: to try and steal a vote, wouldn't it? I think
- 15:51Speaker 1: that'd be really funny. Like, even if ICE doesn't actually deploy,
- 15:54Speaker 1: I think if just millions of Americans show up wearing
- 15:57Speaker 1: ICE jackets on election day, I think that'd be the
- 16:00Speaker 1: funniest thing ever. I have to contemplate this. Could be good. Okay,
- 16:06Speaker 1: so the chat's all in on this. Although Preacher Retired says, no,
- 16:10Speaker 1: I'd prefer the actual agents. I think it'd be good.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Just keep their head on a swivel, don't you think?
- 16:14Speaker 1: Wouldn't that be interesting? Anyway, just something to think about.
- 16:18Speaker 1: But man, nothing ticks the left off more than election integrity.
- 16:23Speaker 1: You get one effort to try and pass a photo
- 16:26Speaker 1: ID bill, a voter ID bill this week by Mike Lee,
- 16:30Speaker 1: and the left goes ballistic? No, you can't do that.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Why not? Why not? And of course, they'll say things like,
- 16:36Speaker 1: we're too close to election day.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 16:41Speaker 1: So we can't have a secure election because it's too
- 16:43Speaker 1: close now. That's funny. We've been asking for this for...
- 16:47Speaker 1: every single year ever, and you just decided to say
- 16:51Speaker 1: no now, and now your excuse is it's too late
- 16:52Speaker 1: to do it? Yeah, I think you're full of crap.
- 16:55Speaker 1: I think that's what's going on. One more thing on
- 16:58Speaker 1: Mike Lee. I want to share some really interesting and
- 17:00Speaker 1: good news with you on Mike Lee. Something for you
- 17:02Speaker 1: to pay attention to here. You know that if the
- 17:06Speaker 1: Republicans keep the Senate this year, and that's a fight,
- 17:09Speaker 1: by the way. That continues to be a big fight.
- 17:11Speaker 1: But if Republicans keep the Senate this year, It is
- 17:16Speaker 1: very likely that Mike Lee will become the next head
- 17:21Speaker 1: of the Judiciary Committee. You know this? Mike Lee could
- 17:26Speaker 1: soon be the head of the Judiciary Committee. And this
- 17:28Speaker 1: is causing some panic by the legacy media, by the
- 17:32Speaker 1: left broadly. Take a look at this. I want you
- 17:35Speaker 1: to see this. Here's a piece from Politico. They write
- 17:39Speaker 1: that Mike Lee could soon be in position to grant
- 17:41Speaker 1: Trump a big Senate wish. Now, Here's the wish they're
- 17:49Speaker 1: referring to. The end of the blue slip, or at
- 17:53Speaker 1: least a modification of the blue slip. You guys remember
- 17:56Speaker 1: what the blue slip is? Blue slip is basically a
- 18:00Speaker 1: name that means nothing. It's a euphemism for what happens
- 18:03Speaker 1: in the United States Senate. Essentially, the president of the
- 18:06Speaker 1: United States obviously makes his nominations to the United States
- 18:10Speaker 1: Senate and seeks their advice and consent so that he
- 18:13Speaker 1: can get his guys through. This is the confirmation process
- 18:16Speaker 1: in the Senate. But there's something that happens very specifically
- 18:18Speaker 1: when it comes to federal prosecutors and federal judges. If
- 18:22Speaker 1: the president makes a pick in any given state, the
- 18:25Speaker 1: current tradition, not a rule, not a law, not a
- 18:28Speaker 1: constitutional provision, the current tradition in the United States Senate
- 18:31Speaker 1: is that senators can veto any of the president's picks
- 18:36Speaker 1: for those roles if they're in their home state. So
- 18:39Speaker 1: to put it more bluntly, Adam Schiff and Alex Padilla
- 18:43Speaker 1: can veto any of President Trump's federal judiciary and federal
- 18:47Speaker 1: prosecutor picks for the state of California. Now, does that
- 18:51Speaker 1: make any sense to you? That Adam Schiff gets to
- 18:55Speaker 1: pick the prosecutors and the U.S. attorneys when President Trump
- 18:59Speaker 1: represents the executive branch? No, of course not. It's insane. Now,
- 19:04Speaker 1: the tradition in the Senate has been, well, the local
- 19:07Speaker 1: state should have some say, and that's why we've created
- 19:10Speaker 1: this system. It's kind of a gentleman's agreement. We're not
- 19:12Speaker 1: dealing with gentlemen here. We're dealing with legislative terrorists. We're
- 19:16Speaker 1: dealing with people who are trying to upend the entirety
- 19:19Speaker 1: of the justice system. And in a state like California,
- 19:22Speaker 1: with as much criminality and corruption as we've detected, as
- 19:25Speaker 1: the Anti-Fraud Task Force keeps going after, for instance, it
- 19:29Speaker 1: would really help if we had functional federal judges, functional
- 19:32Speaker 1: federal prosecutors, People who actually uphold justice rather than undermine it.
- 19:38Speaker 1: So in order to secure that, we've got to get
- 19:40Speaker 1: rid of the blue slip, don't we? Yes, we do.
- 19:43Speaker 1: We absolutely do. Here's the problem right now. Who's keeping
- 19:47Speaker 1: the blue slip going? Well, there's two people in particular.
- 19:50Speaker 1: The leadership of the United States Senate, that's John Thune.
- 19:53Speaker 1: John Thune's keeping that going. John Thune could smack this down.
- 19:56Speaker 1: He's not doing it. The other person who's keeping it going,
- 19:59Speaker 1: quite unfortunately, is a fellow called Chuck Grassley. Chuck Grassley
- 20:02Speaker 1: is an elderly Republican who's done a lot of good
- 20:05Speaker 1: through the years, certainly when it comes to issues of
- 20:07Speaker 1: government transparency and exposing the evils of the deep state
- 20:12Speaker 1: that have been used against the American people. No question
- 20:15Speaker 1: about that. But Chuck Grassley has been a key defender
- 20:20Speaker 1: of maintaining the blue slip at the expense of the
- 20:24Speaker 1: American people. And I'm here to tell you that that
- 20:27Speaker 1: has to end. That can't continue. Because if it does continue,
- 20:31Speaker 1: our justice system collapses. You can't let that happen. Mike
- 20:36Speaker 1: Lee understands this. So that brings me to this report
- 20:39Speaker 1: this week. This is a very important one. And this
- 20:41Speaker 1: is one of the additional reasons, of course, that we
- 20:44Speaker 1: should fight so hard to make sure Republicans do retain
- 20:46Speaker 1: control of the Senate and grow their numbers this year.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Here's what Mike Lee is up to. Politico. Donald Trump
- 20:53Speaker 1: has long fumed over a Senate practice that lets Democrats
- 20:56Speaker 1: effectively veto some of his judicial nominees. He might soon
- 20:59Speaker 1: have an ally in a position to do something about it.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Utah Senator Mike Lee is poised to chair the Judiciary
- 21:06Speaker 1: Committee should Republicans manage to keep control of the Senate
- 21:09Speaker 1: in the midterms. That would give the MAGA stalwart the
- 21:14Speaker 1: power to decide the fate of the blue slip. Yes, please.
- 21:19Speaker 1: which lets senators block any home state district court judge,
- 21:23Speaker 1: federal marshal, or U.S. attorney nomination they oppose. The decision
- 21:29Speaker 1: risks pitting Lee against his Senate Republican colleagues, many of
- 21:34Speaker 1: whom support the status quo. It also all but guarantees
- 21:39Speaker 1: a public pressure campaign from Trump, with whom Lee has
- 21:41Speaker 1: worked to ingratiate himself over the past two years, Politico
- 21:46Speaker 1: trying to, um, trying to smear Mike Lee as, oh,
- 21:49Speaker 1: he's just sucking up to Trump. I'm sorry. I think,
- 21:52Speaker 1: is the position that Mike Lee is being respectful of
- 21:56Speaker 1: the American voter? I'm grateful for that. Mike Lee has
- 22:01Speaker 1: been absolutely fierce in fighting for election integrity, the Save
- 22:04Speaker 1: America Act. Oh, by the way, yeah, well, in on that.
- 22:09Speaker 1: And of course, trying to fight through this nonsense. Now,
- 22:12Speaker 1: Lee talked to Politico. He said in an interview that
- 22:15Speaker 1: he doesn't expect to eliminate blue slips. He doesn't expect
- 22:19Speaker 1: to eliminate blue slips, the actual pieces of paper senators
- 22:22Speaker 1: signed to indicate their support for a nominee. But he
- 22:26Speaker 1: left the door open to changing how the tradition is enforced.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Mike Lee added this, quote, there is no appetite to
- 22:35Speaker 1: just get rid of them. The blue slip itself has
- 22:38Speaker 1: a lot of evolution, has had a lot of evolution,
- 22:40Speaker 1: and it's almost never static. though it doesn't mean that
- 22:44Speaker 1: everything about the blue slip procedure will always be the same.
- 22:48Speaker 1: He said it's premature to discuss in detail how he
- 22:52Speaker 1: would approach the matter. And he noted it has undergone
- 22:55Speaker 1: iterative changes as previous judiciary chairs had considered and in many,
- 22:59Speaker 1: many cases implemented alterations just in order to deal with
- 23:03Speaker 1: things as they happen. Politico notes that Trump has a
- 23:06Speaker 1: simpler view of the matter. He's demanded that Senate Republicans
- 23:10Speaker 1: completely ditch the blue slip procedure which he views as
- 23:13Speaker 1: an intolerable fetter on his power to install federal judges. Well,
- 23:19Speaker 1: it is.
- 23:21Speaker 3: It is.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Chuck Grassley has repeatedly fended off Trump's calls to end
- 23:24Speaker 1: the practice, explaining that most of his fellow senators have
- 23:27Speaker 1: no interest in giving up leverage in who gets home
- 23:30Speaker 1: state appointments. I don't care if you have no interest.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I don't even begin to care about that subject. I
- 23:42Speaker 1: care about the American interest. And the American interest is
- 23:45Speaker 1: that we have a functional justice system. Why do we
- 23:49Speaker 1: see so many times these stories about, oh, a Trump
- 23:52Speaker 1: judge just got in his way. A Trump judge just
- 23:54Speaker 1: said Trump can't do that. A Trump judge just ruled
- 23:56Speaker 1: against the Constitution and the American people. A Trump judge.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Why does that happen? You know the answer to that?
- 24:01Speaker 1: The blue slip. Invariably, it's the blue slip. That the
- 24:05Speaker 1: president wasn't able to get one of his actual picks through,
- 24:08Speaker 1: so he had to go with somebody that the Democrats wanted.
- 24:11Speaker 1: And then that guy ends up coming back to hurt
- 24:13Speaker 1: the American people. No more. No more of that crap.
- 24:18Speaker 1: That has to come to an end. Mike Lee is
- 24:19Speaker 1: the right guy for the job. Yet another reason that
- 24:23Speaker 1: the United States Senate should stay with Republicans. I don't
- 24:26Speaker 1: care how many lazy Republicans there are. Make them work
- 24:28Speaker 1: for a living. And give Mike Lee the job as
- 24:32Speaker 1: the head of the Judiciary Committee. America would improve under
- 24:36Speaker 1: that circumstance. I've got a lot more to get to,
- 24:38Speaker 1: a lot more to get to coming up on the program.
- 24:40Speaker 1: I want to thank one of the fine sponsors who
- 24:41Speaker 1: make today's show possible. That is Helix Sleep. I sleep
- 24:45Speaker 1: so well on my Helix mattress. We've got the Midnight
- 24:47Speaker 1: Lux in the Colonets household. Allison and I love our mattress. Honestly,
- 24:51Speaker 1: it's made a huge difference in how we feel every day.
- 24:54Speaker 1: You know, for a long time, I was constantly, you know, restless,
- 24:59Speaker 1: truly restless throughout the night. On the old mattress, trying
- 25:02Speaker 1: to find a comfortable position, I'd wake up feeling like
- 25:04Speaker 1: I never really got the quality rest I needed. Since
- 25:07Speaker 1: switching to Helix, I sleep so much more soundly. I
- 25:10Speaker 1: wake up less during the night. I start my mornings
- 25:13Speaker 1: feeling so much more energized. Helix has an incredible, it's
- 25:16Speaker 1: very cool. It's a quick sleep quiz online. They ask
- 25:20Speaker 1: about things like your sleep position, your comfort preferences, and
- 25:22Speaker 1: then they'll recommend a mattress that's designed around your needs.
- 25:25Speaker 1: It takes the guesswork right out of finding the right fit.
- 25:27Speaker 1: And they also make it super easy for you, to
- 25:31Speaker 1: try with free shipping, a 120-night sleep trial, and a
- 25:35Speaker 1: limited lifetime warranty. Pretty amazing. And right now, they've got
- 25:39Speaker 1: an exclusive offer for you. You just visit helixsleep.com slash Vince,
- 25:45Speaker 1: and you'll get 27% off site-wide. That's a huge deal. helixsleep.com
- 25:51Speaker 1: slash Vince, 27% off site-wide. Again, just head over to helixsleep.com
- 25:56Speaker 1: slash Vince, and boom, I'm getting you 27% off. Thank you, Helix.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Appreciate your ongoing support of my sleep and our program.
- 26:04Speaker 1: I appreciate you for that. All right. We got some
- 26:07Speaker 1: breaking news overnight. Let me see here. This is the
- 26:12Speaker 1: Talafrico story. Yesterday, you and I went through a very
- 26:17Speaker 1: important series of stories about James Talafrico. We were talking
- 26:21Speaker 1: about his church, this place in North Austin. It's called St.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Andrew's Presbyterian. And At this church, we found out through
- 26:33Speaker 1: a series of undercover video clips that they don't know
- 26:38Speaker 1: whether or not Jesus ever existed. If he did exist,
- 26:42Speaker 1: they say he did not die for us. And they
- 26:46Speaker 1: said that the resurrection probably didn't happen. So other than that,
- 26:50Speaker 1: they're Christian. Other than.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Other than completely crapping all over every tenet of Christianity,
- 27:01Speaker 1: apparently they're Christian. That's what they claim anyway. And so
- 27:06Speaker 1: we've seen all this undercover footage, and we just got
- 27:09Speaker 1: an update, quite literally, just before we started the show
- 27:14Speaker 1: this morning. One of James Talofrico's pastors, this guy, I
- 27:19Speaker 1: believe his name is Rigby, Pastor Rigby, has come out
- 27:23Speaker 1: and was addressing the... the flock of non-Christian Christians that
- 27:29Speaker 1: he speaks to. And he was telling them, hey, there's
- 27:32Speaker 1: been a lot of undercover videos lately of us, and
- 27:36Speaker 1: it's time for us to talk about this. Here he
- 27:39Speaker 1: is addressing all of the undercover camera footage that you
- 27:42Speaker 1: and I have been discussing. Cut to, watch this.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Thank you for being here.
- 27:45Speaker 1: I appreciate y'all.
- 27:47Speaker 2: How many of y'all had to cross the picket line
- 27:51Speaker 2: when you first got here? So some of y'all, some. Yeah,
- 27:54Speaker 2: when I was in seminary, they didn't really explain this
- 27:57Speaker 2: part of it. So we've had protesters. One thing that's
- 28:04Speaker 2: new is that we've had spies with hidden cameras. So
- 28:09Speaker 2: if somebody tries to trick you into saying something that
- 28:14Speaker 2: can be edited into cruel, just be very careful.
- 28:21Speaker 1: It's a cheap fake.
- 28:21Speaker 2: But as long as they do it in Christian love,
- 28:23Speaker 2: I think we should have a question. With such a
- 28:28Speaker 2: strange time at St. Andrews, we didn't have protesters today,
- 28:31Speaker 2: did we? No protesters, so got to get to work.
- 28:39Speaker 2: So we've got 40-something days to the election, and we're just,
- 28:45Speaker 2: you know, we'll talk about aggressive theology if a reporter
- 28:48Speaker 2: has a question, but we're not talking about James Tallarico,
- 28:51Speaker 2: because whatever we say, they edit it and change it. Which,
- 28:57Speaker 2: as long as they're doing it for Jesus, it's okay.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Trying to laugh off everything. Do you notice that he said,
- 29:11Speaker 1: that all of these videos that have created this immense
- 29:15Speaker 1: and well-earned scandal for their church and for James Talifrico,
- 29:18Speaker 1: he says, oh, they were just edited. They were taken
- 29:21Speaker 1: out of context, that they were manipulated. Manipulated. Chad, do
- 29:27Speaker 1: you think we were unfair to these guys? We played
- 29:30Speaker 1: them in their entirety. We played them straight through. I
- 29:33Speaker 1: don't think there was any mystery to their actual positions.
- 29:36Speaker 1: They were pretty condescending towards Christians. They said that evangelicals
- 29:40Speaker 1: christians are stupid that was one of the positions that
- 29:44Speaker 1: um that they were expressing they they've talked about how
- 29:47Speaker 1: they rewrote the bible to get rid of the bad
- 29:49Speaker 1: stuff whatever that means they've talked about how they don't
- 29:54Speaker 1: even think that Jesus exists. They think that he didn't
- 29:57Speaker 1: die for us, that if he did die for anything,
- 29:59Speaker 1: it was for social justice. I thought we were actually fair.
- 30:07Speaker 1: We showed everything. We just showed everything. And he's claiming
- 30:10Speaker 1: he was taken out of context. So in his excuses,
- 30:14Speaker 1: in his accounting for what has transpired, more lies, more deceit.
- 30:22Speaker 1: and then an attempt to try and mock the people
- 30:23Speaker 1: who are trying to scrutinize all of this. And with purpose,
- 30:27Speaker 1: you know, this isn't merely about the insanity that's going
- 30:31Speaker 1: on inside of the walls of that church. It's also about,
- 30:34Speaker 1: you know, what's good for the people of the United
- 30:35Speaker 1: States of America. Do we really want a United States
- 30:38Speaker 1: Senator who believes in these things? No, of course not.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Of course not. At any rate, that's, uh, that's, that's
- 30:49Speaker 1: the guy. So now in the midst of all this,
- 30:51Speaker 1: you'd think that this would be a big paralyzing scandal
- 30:53Speaker 1: for James Talifrico's campaign. It should be, uh, certainly he's
- 30:57Speaker 1: tried to distance himself from some of the insanities he's,
- 31:00Speaker 1: he's claiming these days that he doesn't think that God's
- 31:02Speaker 1: non-binary anymore. He thinks that there's two genders, these types
- 31:05Speaker 1: of things. Now, um, I was looking, I woke up
- 31:08Speaker 1: this morning and I was, uh, clicking through all the
- 31:11Speaker 1: news and reading all the various newsletters. Uh, and by
- 31:13Speaker 1: now you're probably familiar. There's a, um, There's like a
- 31:18Speaker 1: DC tip sheet called Politico Playbook, and they led with
- 31:22Speaker 1: Talafrico this morning. And you will not be surprised to
- 31:26Speaker 1: find out they spent half the email talking about how
- 31:30Speaker 1: great James Talafrico is without a single mention of his
- 31:34Speaker 1: church scandal. It doesn't even come up. It's not even
- 31:37Speaker 1: a part of it. This is the piece. Remember the
- 31:40Speaker 1: Talarico they write. That's the headline on their newsletter today.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Dateline Austin, James Tallarico is doing an extraordinary thing for
- 31:48Speaker 1: a Democrat in Texas. He's holding his own in late
- 31:50Speaker 1: September polls amid a historic deluge of $ 160 million in
- 31:55Speaker 1: Republican spending. They say when he sat down at the
- 31:58Speaker 1: Texas Tribune Festival yesterday, the moderator ticked through the last
- 32:03Speaker 1: 10 public polls. Tallarico led in every one, they say.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer has taken notice. The Senate Majority PAC is
- 32:14Speaker 1: launching a new operation called Texas Forever. They're going to
- 32:19Speaker 1: be dumping money into the race. What Tallarico is representing
- 32:24Speaker 1: is a Texas Democrat, said someone called Ashley Entian, a
- 32:28Speaker 1: Democrat strategist from Texas. He's not a national Democrat. That's
- 32:32Speaker 1: how you win in Texas. And they claim that he's
- 32:36Speaker 1: like representing himself as is like a normal person. Tallarico
- 32:40Speaker 1: is willing to break with the National Party, not just
- 32:43Speaker 1: on style, but policy. He supports a stronger approach to
- 32:46Speaker 1: immigration than former President Joe Biden, they claim. And they
- 32:50Speaker 1: say he'd work with Donald Trump on the issue. And
- 32:54Speaker 1: he told yesterday's festival audience he's indebted to the oil
- 32:57Speaker 1: and gas industry. Are you seeing this crap? Now, Politico
- 33:02Speaker 1: does not, for a moment, tell you the truth. They
- 33:06Speaker 1: just tell you the latest Talafrico lie about the subject.
- 33:10Speaker 1: The oil and gas industry, this is the same oil
- 33:13Speaker 1: and gas industry that Talafrico said needs to end. It
- 33:16Speaker 1: needs to go the way of the cassette tape in
- 33:18Speaker 1: the 80s. He said it's time to end that industry.
- 33:22Speaker 1: He thought that capitalism itself needed to be dismantled. These
- 33:26Speaker 1: are the types of things he was telling the Sierra
- 33:28Speaker 1: Club when he was in left-wing company and he thought
- 33:32Speaker 1: nobody else could hear him. We've got the game tape.
- 33:35Speaker 1: None of this comes up in the D.C. Insider coverage.
- 33:39Speaker 1: In Washington, D.C., the view of Talafrico is we're going
- 33:43Speaker 1: to whitewash this guy until he gets into power. We're
- 33:46Speaker 1: going to whitewash him. But we just heard from one
- 33:50Speaker 1: of the priestesses in his church this week, that woman Babs,
- 33:55Speaker 1: straight up saying that the second he gets to Washington,
- 33:57Speaker 1: it's weapons free, that he's going to be as left
- 34:00Speaker 1: wing as you've ever seen, that he's going to be
- 34:02Speaker 1: pushing child sacrifice like crazy. And if he doesn't, his
- 34:06Speaker 1: mother's going to move to D.C. and force him to
- 34:09Speaker 1: do it. We saw that. Where is that in Politico playbook?
- 34:14Speaker 1: It's not even mentioned. Like if you were a real
- 34:16Speaker 1: news operation, you'd be telling the whole story. James Talafrico
- 34:19Speaker 1: sitting on stage claiming that he's for oil and gas. Meanwhile,
- 34:22Speaker 1: there's all this game tape of him saying he wants
- 34:24Speaker 1: to destroy the oil and gas industry. It's a scandal
- 34:26Speaker 1: that's paralyzing his campaign. Not even mentioned. And in the
- 34:30Speaker 1: state of Texas, this is why I was asking everyone
- 34:32Speaker 1: to share this yesterday as we went through this litany
- 34:35Speaker 1: of nonsense from these guys, this litany of evil. I'm
- 34:38Speaker 1: asking everybody to share it because there's a lot of
- 34:40Speaker 1: people in Texas who don't know the truth here. You
- 34:44Speaker 1: get Talofrico sitting on stage with the Texas Tribune and
- 34:46Speaker 1: the guy's gushing over the polls rather than asking him
- 34:50Speaker 1: to account for what the hell's going on in his
- 34:53Speaker 1: church and what the hell's going on in terms of
- 34:55Speaker 1: his policies. It's pretty crazy. Pretty crazy. But that's the
- 35:03Speaker 1: latest here as we take a look at all of this.
- 35:07Speaker 1: We've got to stop this from happening. We have to
- 35:09Speaker 1: stop this from happening. And I want to get in
- 35:11Speaker 1: a moment. I want to get into the threat of
- 35:13Speaker 1: communism in the United States, the godlessness of communism. Speaking
- 35:17Speaker 1: of the attacks on faith, we've got a lot more
- 35:20Speaker 1: to discuss. And of course, we get a communist leader
- 35:22Speaker 1: visiting the United States of America in the form of
- 35:24Speaker 1: Xi Jinping. We've got a lot more to get to
- 35:26Speaker 1: all ahead on this edition of this. I want to
- 35:30Speaker 1: thank two more fine sponsors that support the show today.

- 36:35Speaker 1: Americans get healthy. You know, people want to lose weight,
- 36:37Speaker 1: makes a lot of sense. It's a good way to
- 36:39Speaker 1: get healthy. And they often turn these days to the
- 36:41Speaker 1: weight loss injections, looking for dramatic results. The way the
- 36:44Speaker 1: injections work, they lower your blood sugar, they reduce your appetite.
- 36:47Speaker 1: But what if you want to do this? You want
- 36:49Speaker 1: to lose the weight and you don't want the painful

- 37:36Speaker 6: All right.
- 37:37Speaker 1: All right, so let me talk a little bit with
- 37:39Speaker 1: you about communism. Communism. Actually, a little palate cleanser on
- 37:44Speaker 1: the religious insanity we were hearing just a moment ago.
- 37:48Speaker 1: I want to quickly cite for you that yesterday was
- 37:53Speaker 1: a very, very cool day.
- 37:55Speaker 4: St.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Louis, Missouri, there was the beatification of Bishop Fulton Sheen,
- 38:01Speaker 1: Archbishop Fulton Sheen, going on a huge gathering of, I
- 38:05Speaker 1: think it was 50,000 Catholics inside of the longtime home
- 38:09Speaker 1: of the St. Louis Rams in order to mark the occasion.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Archbishop Sheen died in 19... And, you know, one of
- 38:20Speaker 1: the really spectacular things about him was just the fact
- 38:24Speaker 1: was he was just a voice for reason, a voice
- 38:28Speaker 1: for faith and virtue. He was a voice against communism.
- 38:33Speaker 1: And he was one of the single most watched people
- 38:35Speaker 1: in all of American television history. He had his show
- 38:39Speaker 1: in the 1950s called Life is Worth Living. And I,
- 38:44Speaker 1: just to give you a frame of reference at the
- 38:46Speaker 1: time in the 1950s in the United States, there were
- 38:48Speaker 1: 160 million people living in our country. 30 million of
- 38:53Speaker 1: them would tune in each week to watch Archbishop Sheen
- 38:58Speaker 1: talk about the evils of communism and the value of
- 39:00Speaker 1: living a virtuous life. Kind of an amazing thing. And
- 39:03Speaker 1: to be clear, 70% of his audience wasn't even Catholic.
- 39:08Speaker 1: It was just good Americans who wanted to hear a
- 39:09Speaker 1: wholesome message and get some, some good guidance as they
- 39:12Speaker 1: went about their lives. And to give you an example
- 39:15Speaker 1: of what this looks like, this is what Archbishop Sheen
- 39:19Speaker 1: sounded like as he talked about the godlessness of communism
- 39:23Speaker 1: and kind of the reason that communism itself is godless.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Take a look here. Great clip. I saw this. Jack
- 39:30Speaker 1: Pasebik was sharing this this week, too. Take a look
- 39:33Speaker 1: at Bishop Sheen talking about all this.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Watch.
- 39:36Speaker 1: Materialism.
- 39:39Speaker 3: Materialism, as you know, is their philosophy of life, which
- 39:41Speaker 3: believes there's nothing but matter. There's no God, no soul. Now,
- 39:46Speaker 3: why these two denials? They're intrinsic to communism. Why no God? Well,
- 39:58Speaker 3: we can understand that. The second paragraph of our Declaration
- 40:03Speaker 3: of Independence states that it is a self-evident principle that
- 40:07Speaker 3: the Creator has endowed man with certain unalienable rights. In
- 40:13Speaker 3: other words, we have rights and liberties. like freedom of press,
- 40:20Speaker 3: freedom of conscience, freedom of association, which do not come
- 40:24Speaker 3: from the government, which do not come from the will
- 40:29Speaker 3: of a majority, which do not come from a state.
- 40:33Speaker 3: These rights and liberties come to us from God. Therefore,
- 40:36Speaker 3: the state cannot take them away. That is our principle. Now,
- 40:41Speaker 3: they have to deny God, because that would be another
- 40:45Speaker 3: source of rights than the state or the party. In
- 40:50Speaker 3: order to build up this structure of theirs in which
- 40:52Speaker 3: the party is supreme, they must hold that any right
- 40:57Speaker 3: or liberty which the individual possesses comes to him from
- 41:01Speaker 3: the party. Therefore, the party can take the rights and
- 41:06Speaker 3: liberties away. But if there was a God, then there
- 41:12Speaker 3: would be rights not dependent on the party. So they
- 41:16Speaker 3: have to deny God.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Just imagine 30 million people sitting down each week to
- 41:26Speaker 1: consume that message, that wholesome, honest, blunt, wonderful, God-acknowledging message.
- 41:38Speaker 1: It was like that at one point. It was like
- 41:40Speaker 1: that at one point. That's what spiritual leadership looks like,
- 41:44Speaker 1: by the way. We just saw Bishop Burbage do this
- 41:48Speaker 1: in the Arlington, Virginia area recently as he was telling
- 41:51Speaker 1: a half million Catholics at mass, he had a letter
- 41:55Speaker 1: that every single priest had to read, and this is
- 41:56Speaker 1: why I was complimenting him recently, telling them we have
- 42:00Speaker 1: to vote in Virginia, you have to vote against these
- 42:04Speaker 1: cursed amendments that are designed to attack humanity and human relationships,
- 42:09Speaker 1: including they have gender bending and saying that marriage isn't
- 42:12Speaker 1: between a man and a woman, and abortion up until birth.
- 42:16Speaker 1: And the leadership that Bishop Burbage is demonstrating in the
- 42:18Speaker 1: modern era is, hey, everyone needs to go and vote
- 42:21Speaker 1: no against this. This is an attack on the human person.
- 42:26Speaker 1: We have to fight back. That kind of moral clarity,
- 42:32Speaker 1: spiritual clarity, we need more of it. Bishop Sheen is
- 42:34Speaker 1: an inspiration. And so is, in this case, Bishop Burbage.
- 42:39Speaker 1: We need more of this. And it's not just for
- 42:42Speaker 1: Catholic faith leaders. I'm talking about for all Christian faith leaders.
- 42:46Speaker 1: Just remember, the whole point is to conform humanity to eternity,
- 42:52Speaker 1: not the other way around. And so when you see
- 42:56Speaker 1: the polar opposite of messages like this, you end up
- 42:58Speaker 1: with James Talafrico's church, where they say none of the
- 43:01Speaker 1: tenets of Christianity actually exist and just do whatever you want.
- 43:06Speaker 1: That's not the way it works. That's not the way
- 43:08Speaker 1: it works. And by the way, that attitude is kind
- 43:12Speaker 1: of the underlying energy behind communism, which is all of
- 43:16Speaker 1: your rights and salvation come from the state. That's a
- 43:21Speaker 1: demonic message.
- 43:23Speaker 2: Totally.
- 43:24Speaker 1: So Fulton Sheen, big honors for him yesterday in St. Louis.
- 43:28Speaker 1: The president of the United States actually weighed in on
- 43:30Speaker 1: all of this, issuing a statement yesterday on the subject.
- 43:33Speaker 1: which was really touching. He said the following. He said,
- 43:36Speaker 1: Malaya and I joined those celebrating the life and legacy
- 43:40Speaker 1: of Archbishop Fulton Sheen, the Catholic priest who pioneered the
- 43:44Speaker 1: use of media to speak the truth, preach the gospel,
- 43:46Speaker 1: and bring many souls closer to Christ. Today, Archbishop Sheen
- 43:49Speaker 1: will become the first ever American-born bishop to be beatified
- 43:55Speaker 1: by the Catholic Church. And President Trump talks about how
- 44:00Speaker 1: he had such big ratings. The president's always aware of ratings,
- 44:03Speaker 1: isn't he? He said he shocked the entertainment industry by
- 44:05Speaker 1: besting American legends like Milton Berle and Frank Sinatra in
- 44:09Speaker 1: weekly ratings, winning an Emmy Award for most outstanding television
- 44:13Speaker 1: personality and appearing on the cover of Time magazine for years.
- 44:17Speaker 1: His sharp wit and piercing intellect filled millions of American
- 44:20Speaker 1: living rooms and converted thousands, including national politicians, Hollywood celebrities,
- 44:25Speaker 1: communist leaders, to the Catholic faith. His program attracted an
- 44:28Speaker 1: estimated 30 million weekly viewers, ultimately becoming one of the
- 44:33Speaker 1: most watched religious programs in the history of television. Archbishop
- 44:38Speaker 1: Sheen used his platform, not for his own sake, but
- 44:40Speaker 1: to strengthen our nation with the good news of the gospel. Amazing,
- 44:44Speaker 1: an amazing thing, touching remarks from the president of the
- 44:48Speaker 1: United States. Wanted to share that with you, a bit
- 44:50Speaker 1: of a palate cleanser on the nonsense that you're hearing
- 44:52Speaker 1: from that church in North Austin. which isn't really a church,
- 44:57Speaker 1: let's be honest. Let's be honest about that. All right, well,
- 45:01Speaker 1: speaking of communists, we did invite one to the White
- 45:04Speaker 1: House yesterday. The president's involved in a very high-stakes negotiation
- 45:07Speaker 1: with our signature adversary, China. He uses a lot of
- 45:11Speaker 1: carrot and a lot of stick, and yesterday the carrot
- 45:14Speaker 1: was on display hosting a state dinner with China. Xi Jinping.
- 45:18Speaker 1: I should tell you, though, as Xi Jinping was arriving
- 45:21Speaker 1: in the United States a couple nights ago, the president
- 45:24Speaker 1: did decide to begin airing anti-communism ads on television. And boy,
- 45:30Speaker 1: this is ticking off the American left. Watch this. Cut four.
- 45:34Speaker 1: Check it out.
- 45:35Speaker 4: Together we will defeat communism, socialism, and Marxism in America.
- 45:40Speaker 7: America will never be a communist country.
- 46:08Speaker 1: The ad uh it says america will never be a
- 46:10Speaker 1: communist country and it's just a series of awesome footage
- 46:14Speaker 1: of the american military the president of the united states
- 46:17Speaker 1: like hyper patriotic it's It's awesome. And so that was
- 46:21Speaker 1: the message that President Trump aired as Xi Jinping was
- 46:25Speaker 1: arriving in the United States, that advertising running nationwide on
- 46:29Speaker 1: television networks. This has been a source of scandal this
- 46:33Speaker 1: week for the left, who's very upset about all of this.
- 46:38Speaker 1: It's really funny, too, because they were like, you can't,
- 46:41Speaker 1: you're running this ad. Now, this apparently was taxpayer funded.
- 46:44Speaker 1: They said it was funded by the government, which, by
- 46:46Speaker 1: the way, I think is pretty good use of my money.
- 46:48Speaker 1: If we're going to spend money on anything is to
- 46:50Speaker 1: dunk on communism and support the United States of America.
- 46:52Speaker 1: I'm good with that. But the media was upset because
- 46:56Speaker 1: this is a campaign ad. They said, this is a
- 46:58Speaker 1: campaign ad. Now, Chad, let me engage you in a
- 47:01Speaker 1: really simple IQ test. Did President Trump advocate for or
- 47:05Speaker 1: against any particular candidate in that ad? Is President Trump
- 47:09Speaker 1: on the ballot? Imagery of President Trump, would that lead
- 47:13Speaker 1: to people to vote for or against him specifically? In
- 47:18Speaker 1: the midterms? I didn't see any of that. I didn't
- 47:22Speaker 1: see that at all. I saw a message that communism
- 47:25Speaker 1: sucks and it has no place in America, which up
- 47:28Speaker 1: until recently used to be a widely held view in
- 47:31Speaker 1: the United States of America. And God willing, it still is.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Here's the message. CBS reached out. CBS's Ed O'Keefe reached
- 47:42Speaker 1: out to the White House demanding answers about all of this.
- 47:45Speaker 1: And here's what the White House had to say. A
- 47:48Speaker 1: spokesperson says this, these public service announcements are about reminding
- 47:51Speaker 1: Americans to love their country and understand what makes it
- 47:54Speaker 1: worth defending at home, at our borders and abroad. The
- 47:58Speaker 1: ad is educational and unapologetically patriotic. We should be proud
- 48:02Speaker 1: of our country. A White House official tells CBS, the
- 48:07Speaker 1: public service announcements are clearly not political. The president is
- 48:10Speaker 1: not on the ballot and the ads don't have a
- 48:14Speaker 1: call to action. Ah, that's fantastic. That's true. They're completely
- 48:26Speaker 1: complying with the laws. There's nothing. There's no problem here.
- 48:30Speaker 1: It's just a dunk on communism. Why are you so
- 48:33Speaker 1: offended by this? Aren't they kind of telling on themselves
- 48:35Speaker 1: when they get really upset that we dunked on communism
- 48:38Speaker 1: and they take it as a personal affront? It does
- 48:41Speaker 1: kind of feel like they're telling on themselves here. But
- 48:44Speaker 1: a great message to welcome Xi Jinping. And in fact,
- 48:47Speaker 1: it's been there's been some really funny moments with with Xi.
- 48:52Speaker 1: The president was walking him around at the White House,
- 48:55Speaker 1: including on that in that colonnade right next to the
- 48:58Speaker 1: Rose Garden. You know that where he's got this kind
- 49:00Speaker 1: of the Hall of Presidents, he's got all the presidential photos.
- 49:04Speaker 1: And yesterday, the president of the United States showed off
- 49:08Speaker 1: Joe Biden's photo, which is a picture of an auto
- 49:11Speaker 1: pen to Xi Jinping. This is what it looked like.
- 49:13Speaker 1: Cut five.
- 49:14Speaker 6: Watch.
- 49:16Speaker 5: And this is not open.
- 49:17Speaker 2: This is not open.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Now, you know, I've also got a picture from that moment,
- 49:32Speaker 1: which has me just howling. I was cracking up looking
- 49:36Speaker 1: at this. For those of you watching Rumble.com slash Vince,
- 49:39Speaker 1: if you can see this, Take a look. This is
- 49:41Speaker 1: here is President Trump walking with Xi Jinping. And you
- 49:45Speaker 1: can see Xi is gesturing to the auto pen photo.
- 49:48Speaker 1: He's pointing directly at it. And President Trump has this
- 49:54Speaker 1: crap eating grin on his face like it's the funniest
- 49:56Speaker 1: thing ever. You can see it even better in the mirror.
- 49:58Speaker 1: Look at President Trump's face. Look at this. He is
- 50:01Speaker 1: cracking up at how how fun. this whole experience is. Now,
- 50:05Speaker 1: I saw some people yesterday be like, this is so unpresidential.
- 50:08Speaker 1: How dare you do this? You shouldn't be attacking your
- 50:11Speaker 1: political opponent in front of a communist leader in China, blah, blah, blah.
- 50:14Speaker 1: They're all angry about it. I think it's really funny. Also,
- 50:17Speaker 1: why does President Trump owe Joe Biden any courtesies whatsoever?
- 50:22Speaker 1: Joe Biden is the guy who dispatched the Justice Department
- 50:26Speaker 1: against Donald Trump, put him in mug shots, tried to
- 50:30Speaker 1: lock him up, tried to rig the 2024 election. In
- 50:33Speaker 1: what world does Donald Trump owe Joe Biden a freaking courtesy?
- 50:40Speaker 1: Joe Biden opened our borders and led to an invasion
- 50:43Speaker 1: of the United States, including tens of thousands of Chinese nationals. Like,
- 50:47Speaker 1: what are you even talking about? Oh, how disrespectful of
- 50:50Speaker 1: Joe Biden.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Up yours.
- 50:52Speaker 1: You know what? This is hilarious. The upside is it's hilarious.
- 50:56Speaker 1: That's the best part of this. And I love it.
- 51:00Speaker 1: I think it's really funny. Anyway, so there was Xi
- 51:02Speaker 1: Jinping yesterday. And they had a nice day. They had
- 51:05Speaker 1: a big state dinner last night. All the tech executives
- 51:08Speaker 1: were there. President Trump welcomes everybody in. They had a
- 51:11Speaker 1: big event. And it's all designed to try and butter
- 51:14Speaker 1: up Xi Jinping to establish a better relationship to the
- 51:18Speaker 1: extent that's even achievable with the chi-coms. And There was
- 51:23Speaker 1: a moment yesterday where President Trump invited all of the
- 51:29Speaker 1: dinner guests at the state dinner to come see the
- 51:31Speaker 1: new White House ballroom. He goes, you'll be the first
- 51:33Speaker 1: people to get to see it. And the president pretty
- 51:35Speaker 1: proud of that. Watch this, cut six.
- 51:37Speaker 4: But as a special treat in honor of President Xi
- 51:41Speaker 4: and Madam Peng, I'd like to invite everyone in the
- 51:44Speaker 4: room to visit through that beautiful curtain in the back.
- 51:49Speaker 4: The door, it's all lit up and it looks beautiful.
- 51:53Speaker 7: It's one year away from completion, the new ballroom that
- 51:56Speaker 7: you've heard about. And you will see something that I
- 52:00Speaker 7: think you will really love. Presidents have been trying to
- 52:04Speaker 7: get this built for 150 years.
- 52:07Speaker 4: And I can tell you that tonight, if we had it,
- 52:09Speaker 4: we would have had way more than 1,000 people with
- 52:13Speaker 4: standing room only. And this room has about 145. That's
- 52:17Speaker 4: about it. So they've been looking for this for over
- 52:19Speaker 4: 150 years, all presidents. And They will shortly have it.
- 52:24Speaker 7: So in honor of you, you'll be the first people
- 52:27Speaker 7: to step foot on that.
- 52:28Speaker 4: And we'll do that maybe after we're finished with the
- 52:30Speaker 4: entertainment tonight. Anybody who wants to walk into a construction site.
- 52:35Speaker 7: That's nice and clean and sparkling, it's our honor to
- 52:38Speaker 7: have you do so.
- 52:39Speaker 4: But this is in honor of President Xi, Madam Peng.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Madam Peng. All right. So this is how he works.
- 52:49Speaker 1: This is how he works. I don't like that he's
- 52:52Speaker 1: doing it. The guy's like this. He does it all.
- 52:55Speaker 1: It's carrot, it's stick, everything's on the table, whatever it takes.
- 52:59Speaker 1: Whatever it takes as they try and navigate. Man, China's
- 53:02Speaker 1: a tough relationship because China, we have the fentanyl crisis,
- 53:05Speaker 1: we have China stealing intellectual property, we have China in
- 53:08Speaker 1: a race against us in artificial intelligence, we have China
- 53:11Speaker 1: and their relationship with the terror regime in Iran, buying
- 53:15Speaker 1: all that oil, funding the terror operations. Are there some
- 53:19Speaker 1: things that we can triangulate into victories? Absolutely. Absolutely. president
- 53:23Speaker 1: operating on that effort last night. In fact, when it
- 53:27Speaker 1: comes to the Iranian problem, there was an interesting interview yesterday.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Brett Baer over at the Fox News Channel had the
- 53:32Speaker 1: Iranian president, Pozeshkin, sit down with him and asked him
- 53:37Speaker 1: a series of questions. I got to say, I thought
- 53:38Speaker 1: it was very interesting. Very interesting. Brett asked the Iranian
- 53:43Speaker 1: president a number of times, who's actually in charge in
- 53:46Speaker 1: that country? Are you in charge? Is the IRGC running
- 53:48Speaker 1: the show? How come the IRGC doesn't seem to be
- 53:50Speaker 1: listening to you? And the Iranian president, if you get
- 53:54Speaker 1: a chance to listen to the interview, and I highly
- 53:56Speaker 1: recommend it, it's infuriating for a million reasons. But the
- 54:00Speaker 1: Iranian president keeps dancing away from the answer to that question.
- 54:04Speaker 1: He won't actually say who's in charge, which kind of
- 54:07Speaker 1: explicitly suggests that he's not. But there he is. And
- 54:12Speaker 1: Brett asked him yesterday, is the gay, deformed Supreme Leader
- 54:16Speaker 1: actually alive? Is he actually governing anything? Watch this exchange.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Cut to Evan. When is the last time you saw
- 54:24Speaker 1: the Supreme Leader in person? Is he healthy?
- 54:27Speaker 4: Is he able to govern?
- 54:29Speaker 6: Precisely, I don't remember the dates, about a month, month
- 54:32Speaker 6: and a half ago.
- 54:34Speaker 1: We met in about seven hours. You saw him in
- 54:36Speaker 1: person a month ago?
- 54:38Speaker 6: Yes, seven hours, as I said earlier. And is he healthy?
- 54:43Speaker 4: Is he able to govern?
- 54:44Speaker 6: Very much so, completely. The implementation of the policies is
- 54:53Speaker 6: in the hands of the administration and the government, but
- 54:55Speaker 6: the consultations and the directions come from there.
- 54:59Speaker 4: Why haven't we seen a video of the Supreme Leader
- 55:01Speaker 4: addressing the Iranian people, addressing this war, even addressing President Trump?
- 55:06Speaker 8: Well, this process was created in our society, which is
- 55:12Speaker 8: the lack of security that was created by the action
- 55:15Speaker 8: of foreigners, but the action of aggressors.
- 55:19Speaker 1: You know, they should roll him out in his wheelchair
- 55:21Speaker 1: to be the master of ceremonies for the Tehran Pride Parade.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Don't you think that would be a good way? Just
- 55:25Speaker 1: like a good way to demonstrate that he's alive. There
- 55:28Speaker 1: he is, a little proof of life. Put him in
- 55:30Speaker 1: the Pride Parade. Just roll him through the streets of Tehran.
- 55:33Speaker 1: That would be neat. Get some cameras out there, you know,
- 55:36Speaker 1: and he could wear his rainbow flag and stuff. We'll see. Anyway,
- 55:39Speaker 1: the point is that guy's lying. That guy is lying
- 55:43Speaker 1: his ass off yesterday, including about nuclear ambitions. Brett asked him,
- 55:48Speaker 1: so what's the deal? Do you guys want nuclear weapons?
- 55:50Speaker 4: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 55:54Speaker 1: Cut eight. Watch this. Do you want a nuclear bomb
- 55:56Speaker 1: or not? Not at all.
- 55:59Speaker 6: Not at all. Our martyred esteemed supreme leader, he had
- 56:05Speaker 6: announced several times that from A religious decree, it is unholy.
- 56:11Speaker 1: It is religiously illegal.
- 56:14Speaker 6: To have weapons of mass destruction.
- 56:18Speaker 1: Why do you do that if you don't want to
- 56:20Speaker 1: hide it?
- 56:22Speaker 4: We said we're willing to dilute them.
- 56:27Speaker 1: It's not a big deal.
- 56:29Speaker 6: We are willing to submit ourselves to verification, sir. The
- 56:34Speaker 6: problem is that America, instead of conducting dialogue, they descend
- 56:38Speaker 6: into the arena by bombing us first, by blocking every pathway.
- 56:43Speaker 6: We are ready. This is not the way to conduct
- 56:46Speaker 6: yourself on the world stage.
- 56:48Speaker 1: No, we tried dialogue. We tried a lot of that.
- 56:50Speaker 1: There was a lot of dialogue, and you just kept
- 56:52Speaker 1: enriching uranium. 60% is well beyond what you would need
- 56:55Speaker 1: for energy. That's when you're destined for a bomb. And
- 56:58Speaker 1: Brett asked the right question. Why'd you enrich it that much?
- 57:00Speaker 1: He's like, well, we were willing to dilute it. You're
- 57:02Speaker 1: so full of crap. So there he is lying, not
- 57:06Speaker 1: really in charge of his own country, and meanwhile lying
- 57:09Speaker 1: his tail off. But I thought that was a useful
- 57:12Speaker 1: exercise because... It demonstrated, I think, vividly the extent to
- 57:15Speaker 1: which we're dealing with dishonest people here. And that's what
- 57:19Speaker 1: President Trump has to deal with every day.
- 57:23Speaker 4: All right.
- 57:24Speaker 1: Before I go, I do want to share one bit
- 57:26Speaker 1: of sad news with you that is worthy of note.
- 57:31Speaker 1: One of the men who was behind President Trump at
- 57:35Speaker 1: the Butler rally, July 13th of 2024, has passed away,
- 57:38Speaker 1: who was shot that day. in the assassination attempt. His
- 57:44Speaker 1: name is Jim Copenhaver. Jim Copenhaver, this was first reported
- 57:48Speaker 1: yesterday by Ken Silva. Ken Silva wrote a book about
- 57:52Speaker 1: the Butler assassination attempt, and he writes that Pennsylvania man
- 57:56Speaker 1: Jim Copenhaver, one of the two men who survived gunshot
- 57:59Speaker 1: wounds from that Trump assassination attempt, died Wednesday of this week,
- 58:04Speaker 1: headline USA has learned. This reporter was informed of the
- 58:07Speaker 1: 76-year-old Copenhaver's death Thursday morning. A source close to his
- 58:11Speaker 1: family confirmed the death but declined to provide more details
- 58:14Speaker 1: at this point. Copenhaver has been dealing with permanent injuries
- 58:18Speaker 1: from the Butler rally. He was shot twice, once in
- 58:21Speaker 1: his left tricep and once in the abdomen. According to
- 58:24Speaker 1: a lawsuit that he had filed against the government, he's
- 58:27Speaker 1: been undergoing numerous surgeries, including closure of traumatic abdominal wall hernia, laparotomy,
- 58:33Speaker 1: laceration repair, and transection of his colon. There were still
- 58:37Speaker 1: bullet fragments in his body at the time of his death.
- 58:42Speaker 1: He wrote the foreword for Ken Silva's book. And in
- 58:45Speaker 1: that foreword, he wrote the following.
- 58:49Speaker 4: Mr.
- 58:49Speaker 1: Copenhaver said, after raising a family and working for over
- 58:53Speaker 1: 30 years, playing in a band on the side, I
- 58:55Speaker 1: started to wonder, how will I be remembered? Well, I
- 58:59Speaker 1: got my answer to that question, July 13th, 2024. Though
- 59:03Speaker 1: taking a bullet meant for the president wasn't exactly what
- 59:06Speaker 1: I had in mind. With a bullet lodged next to
- 59:09Speaker 1: my spine, I'm going to have a diminished usage of
- 59:11Speaker 1: my left leg for the rest of my life. It's
- 59:13Speaker 1: numb from just beneath the kneecap to the hip area.
- 59:16Speaker 1: It just doesn't feel like my leg. I guess that's
- 59:20Speaker 1: the price of making history. Remember, the other gunshot survivor
- 59:26Speaker 1: is David Dutch. David Dutch is still party to a
- 59:30Speaker 1: lawsuit against the government for what happened to them. They're
- 59:34Speaker 1: seeking compensation for the damages caused by the Secret Service's
- 59:37Speaker 1: security failures. James Copenhaver, David Dutch, had survived that day,
- 59:42Speaker 1: but James Copenhaver has passed away at the age of
- 59:46Speaker 1: 76 years old. Remember also, we can never forget, Cory
- 59:51Speaker 1: Comparatore killed that day in that assassination attempt. The president
- 59:56Speaker 1: has spent quite a bit of time commemorating the great
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: life of Corey and appreciating him and his family. The
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: president did post about this. He's actually reacted now multiple
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: times on Truth Social in the last 24 hours to
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: the passing of Jim Copenhaver. He called him a true
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: American patriot, says he's passed away. A tremendous loss. More
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: than two years ago in Butler, a crazed gunman attempted
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: to stifle our America First movement. Instead, Jim and so
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: many other wonderful patriots who love our country stood united
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: in defense of our shared values of freedom, liberty, and justice.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: After being wounded while protecting his family, Jim showed tremendous bravery,
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: courageously continuing to fight, fight, fight, and maintaining a positive
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: spirit despite unimaginable hardships. His indelible legacy of love and
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: devotion will forever endure. Our hearts and prayers are with
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: the Copenhaver family especially his incredible wife, Marianne. God bless
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: you all. President Donald J.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: Trump.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: May Jim Copenhaver rest in peace. A true American patriot.
