Speaker 3: would draw huge crowds on college campuses, promoting his values

Speaker 3: and promoting and confronting issues, even issues that pastors are

Speaker 3: afraid to confront in churches. He confronted abortion, he can

Speaker 3: front it of gain, gun violence, He confront it transgender

Speaker 3: and homosexuality. He confronted a lot of that with truth.

Speaker 3: And my personal story is I never really heard of

Speaker 3: him until maybe two weeks ago. We went to a church.

Speaker 3: A pastor friend that I know invited us out. He

Speaker 3: wanted to know more about so everyone is seen. And

Speaker 3: when we left, he mentioned them and then I looked

Speaker 3: them up on YouTube subscribed to his channel, and I

Speaker 3: haven't had a chance to see his podcast or anything

Speaker 3: like that, but I hear great things about him. And

Speaker 3: the thing that really surprises me is that they still

Speaker 3: have video up of his shooting. Like my daughter, my

Speaker 3: wife and I we were watching last night the video

Speaker 3: and I'm surprised how gruesome. You can see the blood,

Speaker 3: think they're doing that on purpose. Think about his family members,

Speaker 3: can understand in the scripture is they're not to have

Speaker 3: authority of her men and they are not to teaching men.

Speaker 3: But there is prominent places in the scriptures for women.

Speaker 3: she is an apostle. She has the title of an apostle,

Speaker 3: and Paul honors her. Now Paul is saying, take care

Speaker 3: of Filippi because she's then a blessing to a lot

Speaker 3: of people. Now she represents all those who work in labor,

Speaker 3: behind the scenes. She represents the ushers, all the prayer

Speaker 3: warriors who are behind the scenes praying for our ministries.

Speaker 3: warriors who have prayed for this ministry over the years.

Speaker 3: Represents all the volunteers, those who labor, those who show up.

Speaker 3: Speaking of those who show up, I want to shout

Speaker 3: to this ministry, and God is watching. It's encouraging to

Speaker 3: are the ones who are truly holding up the ministry.

Speaker 3: Hey man, And I want to also acknowledge the fact

Speaker 3: that these names that are bringing brought up. I believe

Speaker 3: it's safe to say that these are the people that

Speaker 3: we are actually gonna meet in heaven. These are the

Speaker 3: type of people who go to heaven, people who are

Speaker 3: in the Kingdom. Look at how they sell out or

Speaker 3: the gospel. Look at how they give their time, their talent,

Speaker 3: their treasure. Look at how they're hospitable to others. Look

Speaker 3: at how basically they give their lives. It's out of

Speaker 3: motivated out of love, right, the love for the Lord

Speaker 3: and the love for people. Look at all the accolades

Speaker 3: that they get and think about it. Put this in

Speaker 3: the back mind. These are the characteristics of people in heaven.

Speaker 3: Now we know that we're gonna be judged one day,

Speaker 3: and the Bible tells us that there are angels who

Speaker 3: are following us, watching our every move, writing down our works.

Speaker 3: We're gonna be judged by our works, every thought, every

Speaker 3: word spoken, every deed done, every time we looked at something,

Speaker 3: every time, everything is written down in detail. And God

Speaker 3: is going to God is a just god, he is

Speaker 3: a fair God, and he's going to judge us by

Speaker 3: our works. And look at the works, look at what

Speaker 3: is commendable. And these are the people that we're going

Speaker 3: to be rubbing elbows with. So I believe that we

Speaker 3: should look kind of similar to this. We shouldn't be

Speaker 3: living selfish lives and just all about self. We should

Speaker 3: be all about the Kingdom. We should be self sacrificing, giving,

Speaker 3: loving people. Amen. Now look at these names. In verse

Speaker 3: three and four, Greek Priscilla in Aquila my fellow workers

Speaker 3: in Christ Jesus, who risk their own next for my life.

Speaker 3: And when you run into people like that who are

Speaker 3: willing to risk their next for your ministry but the

Speaker 3: work of God, those are people worth mentioning. They get

Speaker 3: honorable mentions. And this is forever recorded for all eternity.

Speaker 3: the Kingdom to whom not only I give thanks, but

Speaker 3: also all the churches in of the Gentiles, not only

Speaker 3: Paul the Apostle, but this particular power couple is known

Speaker 3: by all the churches of the Gentiles. Imagine, imagine all

Speaker 3: the churches just in America, and everyone knows you kind

Speaker 3: of like a Billy Graham, right and man, and they

Speaker 3: almost gave their lives. This is what the Bible calls.

Speaker 3: This is a lifestyle that the Bible calls us to right.

Speaker 3: The Scripture says that a friend is willing to lay

Speaker 3: his life down for another. This is exactly what Jesus did.

Speaker 3: He laid his life down for us for the church.

Speaker 3: So why should we do less? Say man, And I'm

Speaker 3: Paul loved this couple dearly. They were not just helpers

Speaker 3: but risk takers for the faith. Noticed how Paul made

Speaker 3: it public, how them in public. Now here's my question

Speaker 3: for you. Who has risked their neck for you in

Speaker 3: the faith? Who's risked their neck? Or who have you

Speaker 3: risked your neck for those who risked their neck? Do

Speaker 3: you show gratitude or do you just take people for granted?

Speaker 3: people that I've helped over the years when I had

Speaker 3: the club, when it was open, but when I was

Speaker 3: in trouble, when I needed help, no one was there.

Speaker 3: could probably say the same thing about me when they

Speaker 3: needed help, Whereas I there are times when I struggled

Speaker 3: heart for these people. It shows you that ministry is

Speaker 3: ministry is about people. Amen. He remembered names and families,

Speaker 3: people who served him, even fellow prisoners. Sometimes to read

Speaker 3: pass these verses. But God doesn't forget names. Amen. Every

Speaker 3: another by name, we reflect the heart of God, who

Speaker 3: You know. I wasn't really there to help launch a

Speaker 3: rap career. I wasn't there to compete with the next

Speaker 3: church across the street or any other hip hop ministries

Speaker 3: that were out there. No. I just wanted to use

Speaker 3: my talents, my gifts, and what I knew in my

Speaker 3: know how to reach so but people got offended. People

Speaker 3: caused division. People went on social media and put me

Speaker 3: on blast, people who no one really knew. Otherwise I

Speaker 3: allowed them to get on the stage and they blew

Speaker 3: up pretty much. They turned their backs on me. Now,

Speaker 3: I'm not saying this out of bitterness or I'd hurt

Speaker 3: or anything like that, because God has dealt with me. Now,

Speaker 3: don't get me wrong, I dealt with it. I dealt

Speaker 3: with bitterness and hurt and all that. But by the

Speaker 3: grace of God, I've been able to work through it

Speaker 3: and still working through it. Not perfect, but I'm just

Speaker 3: saying this to say our let's keep our hearts and

Speaker 3: our minds clear according to the word of God, and

Speaker 3: let us not be these people who cause divisions in offenses,

Speaker 3: because it's contrary to the doctrine which we learned. It's

Speaker 3: contrary to this. If you want to know what it

Speaker 3: looks like, look at Priscilla and or Quilla. Look at

Speaker 3: these people who gave their lives for Paul. But the

Speaker 3: Bible tells us to avoid them. There's no grace, there's

Speaker 3: no wiggle room. If you call yourself a brethren, a sister,

Speaker 3: you're causing divisions and offenses. I would be concerned because

Speaker 3: the scripture says to not even deal with you. It

Speaker 3: says for those who are such, do not serve the

Speaker 3: Lord straight up. You're not serving the Lord but your

Speaker 3: own belly, your own appetite. You're leaning to your own understanding,

Speaker 3: and by smooth words and flattering speech, they will deceive

Speaker 3: the hearts of the simple, those who don't even know better.

Speaker 3: And someone is gossiping, and someone is trying to tear

Speaker 3: down a brother and sister, especially somebody that you rock with.

Speaker 3: First of all, there's a problem. If they can even

Speaker 3: talk to you, you should shut that conversation down right away.

Speaker 3: You should defend your brother, your sister, your pastor, or

Speaker 3: whoever when they're not around. That's Bible. Just know that

Speaker 3: come against the work of God. Division in the church

Speaker 3: is dangerous. Paul warns us to watch for false teachers

Speaker 3: who appeal to our fleshly desires. If they appeal to

Speaker 3: your flesh, run. We're supposed to walk in the spirit

Speaker 3: and grow in the spe whenever we are in contact

Speaker 3: with a true brother or a true sister. Even in

Speaker 3: chh and churches, even in friendships, division creeps and through pride.

Speaker 3: false teaching. Paul tells us to avoid them. Don't debate

Speaker 3: endlessly with them. Don't have debates with them. Don't chase

Speaker 3: have some whatever, protect your spirit and stay focused on Christ. Say, man,

Speaker 3: minister to those who are caught up in this lifestyle.

Speaker 3: this in order to relate connect. We don't have to

Speaker 3: that the Bible tells us to be ignorant about what
