- 0:00Hey there, it's Jeff. I want to wish you and yours a very
- 0:03happy and healthy Thanksgiving, and I wanted to let you know that we recorded
- 0:07this podcast on Tuesday, November twenty one, twenty twenty three, so by
- 0:11the time you hear this, some things may have changed here there, but
- 0:14we hope you enjoy the show. All right, folks, welcome to Opposition
- 0:43Territory here at the Philadelphia Sports Table podcast show, the longest running Philly sports
- 0:47podcast show in the world, over ten and a half years strong. We
- 0:51got a great discussion coming your ways. We looked to week twelve, the
- 0:54Philadelphia Eagles taking on the Buffalo Bills at the Link in philadel The Eagles coming
- 1:00off an incredible and somehow an amazing win against the Kansas City Chiefs. They
- 1:07are the top team in the NFL. Cannot be questioned at this particular point
- 1:11as we're heading into Week twelve. However, the Buffalo Bills took care of
- 1:15some business this past week against the New York Jets, probably as they should
- 1:19have. However, there have been challenges for this Bills team. We've got
- 1:22a great discussion coming your way. We've got a great guest, so Let's
- 1:25get to it, and it is great to have back on the podcast to
- 1:27get into this Eagles Bills preview, this matchup, what we're going to be
- 1:34seeing this coming Sunday. We have from Buffalo Rumblings. You know, we
- 1:38love our espnation sites. We have the one and only Sarah Larson. Sarah,
- 1:42how you doing. I'm doing all right. I've been traveling a lot.
- 1:46I went to fifty four consecutive games so far over last couple of years
- 1:53home and away, and I live down in South Florida, so I have
- 1:56definitely been traveling a lot. It's taken a lot out of me to season
- 2:00especially, but but you know, I have a blast doing it. Yeah.
- 2:04Of course, follow you on Twitter and you certainly are doing a lot
- 2:07of traveling following this Buffalo Bill's team throughout the course of this twenty twenty three
- 2:13twenty twenty four season. It's one of the reasons why I wanted to have
- 2:15you on because of the insight that you have, not not just you know,
- 2:19with the contributions you make at Buffalo Rumblings dot com and really quick folks,
- 2:23if you would like to follow Sarah on Twitter at Sarah Underscore Larson,
- 2:28she is a great, great follow for a ton of entertaining football, football
- 2:34gifts and a bunch of great content on the Twitter on the Twitter. So
- 2:38but yeah, you've been traveling around a lot following this team, and like,
- 2:43I'm gonna be honest, Sarah, like I thought this Buffalo Bill's team,
- 2:46as we're looking forward to the Week twelve matchup, you know, against
- 2:49the Eagles, I thought this Buffalo Bill's team would be a little bit more
- 2:53cohesive in terms of what it was going to be providing NFL fans in general,
- 2:58their own fan base in general this season so far. But there have
- 3:01been a lot of ups and downs for this team, and as we know,
- 3:06they certainly had a good game this past week against the New York Jets
- 3:09after some turmoil from the offensive side of things the week before, you know,
- 3:14firing their offensive coordinator. And I wanted to get the conversation started with
- 3:19regard to that because I'm wondering if that was really the reason why they were
- 3:22able to, you know, I would say, quote get back on track
- 3:25offensively. Then again, they were playing the Jets, and we're gonna kind
- 3:30of talk about that a little bit later on in our discussion as well.
- 3:31But you know, what did the shake up with the offensive coordinator position do
- 3:37for this team? If anything? I mean, what was it needed?
- 3:40Was it necessary or was it just kind of a symbolic type of thing that
- 3:46needed to happen maybe to get this team back on track. What are your
- 3:47thoughts with that whole situation. Yeah, to start the conversation, I will
- 3:52say that, do I think that it was needed? Yes? Do I
- 3:55think it was needed weeks ago? Yes? Okay, I feel like,
- 4:00you know, it was not Dorsey's fault at the end of the Denver game.
- 4:05He was a bit of an escapegoat as people were saying at that,
- 4:11you know, after that game, at the conclusion of that game. Prior
- 4:14to that, though, it was definitely something that should have happened weeks ago.
- 4:20It sucks that it happened after the Denver game. But we saw today
- 4:25with with Pittsburgh letting go after a win, you know, we can you
- 4:30know, we can half go or no it this past weekend, the you
- 4:32know after when they still let go of of their o C kind of the
- 4:38same you know situation here. So I do think that there is some you
- 4:43know, direct motivation when you do something like this mid season, players play
- 4:47different. There's a renewed hope. But I think that the biggest thing is
- 4:51as Joe Brady, the new OC, kind of said it best. He
- 4:56was like, I just want Josh Allen to be Josh Allen. And during
- 5:00the game, Josh Allen after after he threw the eighty one yard touchdown pass
- 5:05uh to Khalil Shakir, he said, I feel like I'm back during the
- 5:11game, and he was. You know, he was just a different player
- 5:15that we We haven't really seen much of him like that this season, where
- 5:18he was on the sidelines cheering and and hyping up the other guys. Usually,
- 5:25especially when we're when we're losing, we kind of see a you know,
- 5:28a dejected Josh Allen sitting on the bench. But what's been really tough
- 5:31is when you know he's when we're still winning, he still doesn't look like
- 5:36the guy who's having a good time. And so, you know, Joe
- 5:41Brady coming in. Do I think that it's gonna change much. It's halfway
- 5:46through the season. Most of the players have said the same thing. We're
- 5:49not gonna change the playbook. We can't at this point. But I think
- 5:53that what he will do is kind of add wrinkles to plays that we we
- 5:58already have. But my biggest thing with with Ken Dorsey, and don't get
- 6:03me wrong, I was a Ken Dorsey proponent, I was a fan.
- 6:08I'm from I went to the University of Miami the same years that Ken Dorsey
- 6:11was there, So it's been very hard for me to say this, but
- 6:15I think that there is a very big difference between, you know, constructing
- 6:19plays and coming up with a scheme and then knowing when to call those plays.
- 6:25And I believe that a good OC can do both. I don't quite
- 6:30feel like he could he ever ever got the art of calling plays. During
- 6:36the game, the players said he had some of the most interesting plays,
- 6:41some of the most complicated plays that they had had seen on paper. I
- 6:46just don't think that the between the execution and the timing was ever quite there.
- 6:53So I'm hoping that that Joe Brady can come in and and kind of
- 6:57change that. You know, he could take the plays that were already created,
- 7:00add his own little wrinkle to it, and then know when to call
- 7:02them. It's gonna be interesting to see if he's able to do that against
- 7:05this Philadelphia Eagles team. Week twelve, here just around the corner. But
- 7:10you mentioned Sarah one Josh Allen and what he essentially was maybe going through,
- 7:17whether it was in the huddle, in the pocket during practices and not necessarily
- 7:21being able to be himself. And of course we know Josh Allen has taken
- 7:25some heat in recent weeks for turnovers and just how he's been kind of playing
- 7:30quote, you know, erratically throughout this season as some have put it.
- 7:33How would you assess Josh Allen's season thus far in terms of I mean,
- 7:39not just the shake up that you were just talking about, but where he
- 7:43is in terms of his career and what that means for this latter part of
- 7:46the season coming up here, right. So we all have you know this,
- 7:50you know, conversation a lot throughout our network of whether or not quarterbacks
- 7:55or whins are a quarterback stat or not. Yeah, and you know we
- 8:00go back and forth, you know, all the MVP conversations. It's you
- 8:03know, teams that have a quarterback that is winning games, whether or not
- 8:09Josh Allen's numbers are better. Josh Allen is I believe, fifth in the
- 8:15league in touchdown percentage. He leads the league in touchdown passes, and in
- 8:20rushing touchdowns. So you go through it, he's fourth in QBR. I'm
- 8:26looking at my notes right now. He's fourth in completion percentage, he leads
- 8:31the league in sorry he's uh yeah, leads the league in total touchdowns with
- 8:35twenty nine. So when you go through it all, he has eleven passing
- 8:41interceptions and he has four fumbles loss on the season. Now, I believe
- 8:46some of those fumbles are as much his fault as they are the O line's
- 8:50fault. And then we have certain situations where the you know, three of
- 8:56his passes were that were intercepted were essentially third down passes, you know,
- 9:01third and long passes that you know he threw forty fifty yards down the field.
- 9:05You know, whether or not you're in agreement that that that's as good
- 9:09as a punt, you know, you're giving it. You're giving the the
- 9:13receiver a chance to catch the ball or what you know, or a chance
- 9:16a def you know, a defensive pass interference call. There's some you know,
- 9:20there's some questions there on that, whether it's on him or you know,
- 9:24it's just part of the play calling. But then there's also been three
- 9:28where it it's literally went right through the hands of our you know, wide
- 9:33receiver or it's been a tipped ball. So if you went and took those
- 9:39six or seven passes that have been in you know, interceptions and take them
- 9:43away, he's one of the lower quarterbacks on the list of interceptions. There's
- 9:48been three or four that have really just been on Josh Allen and he can't
- 9:54make those, you know, those decisions throughout the game. And you know,
- 9:58one of them was against Denver, uh, you know, last week,
- 10:03and then like, I'm not going to give him a pass though,
- 10:07because he the against Denver as well. The handoff to to James Cook that
- 10:13James Cook fumbled was completely on Josh Allen. It was a very bad handoff.
- 10:18You can tell his mind wasn't on you know, handing a clean handoff.
- 10:22So there are certain things that have been completely on Josh and you know,
- 10:26we call the the hero ball, and you know we've all given you
- 10:31know, Josh Allen his his little adages throughout his career. But I also
- 10:37feel like, you know, I watched I watched the game last night against
- 10:41Philadelphia, know, Philadelphia against Mahomes in Kansas City, and Mahomes doesn't get
- 10:46the same you know, the same criticisms, and he had, you know,
- 10:52two turnovers or Kanas City had two turnovers yesterday or last night, that
- 10:58one of them was very much Mahomes And you know, so I just feel
- 11:03like Josh gets a little bit of the unfair share. And I think that
- 11:07statistically Josh is you know, is good on paper this year. I think
- 11:11that we just need the eye test a little bit more and hopefully with the
- 11:16change up at OC, he starts feeling like himself again and you know,
- 11:20we can see that happen again. Folks. We're talking to Sarah Larson from
- 11:22Buffalo rumblings dot com, great espidation site. And as we're moving along talking
- 11:28about the offense here, Sarah, I really wanted to talk about one Stefan
- 11:31Diggs too, because he's had a I'll tell you right now, he's killing
- 11:35me in certain fantasy leagues that I'm in right now. I have him on
- 11:39one too. Oh my gosh. I mean, just a very very quiet
- 11:43past couple of weeks. Only thirty four yards receiving against the Broncos two weeks
- 11:46ago. This past week twenty seven yards against the New York Jets. And
- 11:52yes, I think the Broncos defense is really coming into their own as we're
- 11:56heading into Week twelve of this NFL season, and certainly, you know,
- 11:58the Yets are a prolific defense as well. But I'm wondering if Stefan diggs
- 12:05productivity on the field as of late, is this a result of teams really
- 12:11from what you're seeing at the games, is this a result of teams taking
- 12:13him out of plays or is there something else going on with Digs here at
- 12:18the moment? What do you why do you think he's been quote struggling as
- 12:20of late. I don't think he's struggling. I think that it's a narrative.
- 12:24I think that you know, people want Stefan Diggs to be unhappy in
- 12:28Buffalo, and you know it's the same thing. You know, we saw
- 12:35MVS yesterday, you know, slamming his helmet against the walls. He was
- 12:39walking through the you know, the tunnel. There's not you know, any
- 12:43narrative there. We saw a J Brown chirpin at you know, at Hurts
- 12:48on the sideline. There's no negative narrative there. I feel like everyone wants
- 12:52to be there to be a problem with Digs. I honestly believe the last
- 12:56two weeks, he's went up against the two best young corners in the league.
- 13:00He's you know, went up against Patrick Sortan and then he's went up
- 13:03against you know, Gardner and they tend to either double him a lot or
- 13:09you know. It's kind of what I feel, especially this past week,
- 13:13we've been using that a little bit to get two of our younger wide receivers
- 13:18open. While I'm not I shouldn't call uh Kinkaid a receiver, hes technically
- 13:24a tight end, but he's a very good pass catching tight end right now
- 13:28as a rookie. And then we have our second year Khalil Shakir. Both
- 13:31of them have really come into their own the last two weeks as well,
- 13:35so I feel like it's giving them an opportunity and hopefully it'll it'll change up
- 13:41what our offense looks like down the road, because you can never count Digs
- 13:46out. Diggs is always going to be there if you know, he's always
- 13:50going to be the first option as well, so you can't say that that
- 13:52Josh isn't looking that way. He's always going to look to him first.
- 13:56And then you know, it's just at this point, I believe it's it's
- 14:00opening up on some of our other guys as well. Okay, all right,
- 14:03well, it's gonna be interesting to see what happens with this Eagle secondary,
- 14:07which has been struggling all season up until this past week with the Kansas
- 14:11A Chiefs arguably their best game of the season, and how Shakir and how
- 14:18Dalton Kincaid and how Digs are gonna fare against them. And I do want
- 14:22to trends over to a transition over to the Bills defense here with you,
- 14:26Sarah, because you know, they were absolutely dominated against the Jets, and
- 14:30when you look at the numbers, I mean, they only allowed one hundred
- 14:33and fifty five total yards on offense for the Jets. But then again,
- 14:37I do wonder, as I kind of mentioned a little earlier in a discussion,
- 14:39I wonder how much of that was the fact that they were playing against
- 14:43Zach Wilson, a just absolutely terrible quarterback in this league that what we have
- 14:48seen learned from him an offense that just is unable to execute, especially with
- 14:54Zach Wilson under center. Or I'm wondering, do you think this was the
- 14:58Bills defense real Nott really starting to show that they can that they could be
- 15:01a top ten defense in this league here, because I think the last time
- 15:05I checked, they may have been sixteenth or seventeenth in terms of overall defense.
- 15:09So I'm wondering, why do you think the Bills defense was so dominant
- 15:15this past week against the Jets. Was it a terrible Jets offense or was
- 15:18it the fact that, you know, they're really coming into their own,
- 15:20this Bill's defense really coming into their own. What do you think here?
- 15:22Maybe it's a balance of both. I think it's a little bit of a
- 15:26balance of both. The first week of the season, the Bills played the
- 15:30Jets and it was completely the opposite the Jets. They lost Aaron Rodgers four
- 15:35plays into the game and the Jets still moved the football on us. So,
- 15:39but that was because, in my opinion, the offense kept on putting
- 15:43the defense in bad predicaments. And then this week, I believe it was
- 15:46completely the opposite, where the offense was really putting the defense in, you
- 15:52know, good situations, good field position, you know. But at the
- 15:56same time, the defense has had so many injuries that we've had to finally,
- 16:03since especially since the Jacksonville game, we've had to slowly kind of work
- 16:08in some new guys, and we've had to bring in some free agents and
- 16:11we had to do a trade to to get Russell Douglas. So it's taken
- 16:17a couple of weeks I think for them to to really start to to gel
- 16:19together with this new group of guys. I think the Rasteul Douglas trade obviously
- 16:25after he had two picks and a forced fumble recovery, uh this past week,
- 16:30it's it's already proven to to be a very smart trade. Uh.
- 16:37But we have people that are really coming into their their own. Bernard is
- 16:42a is a second year tight end that has looked ridiculous. He's been like
- 16:48a breath of fresh air. He was not even he was not there this
- 16:52this summer. You know, uh as at training camp he was injured.
- 16:56So, you know, losing Milano, Trey White, Da Kwon Jones,
- 17:02they were all playing at not even Pro Bowl, they were playing at all
- 17:04pro levels this season. And in Trey White, I'm gonna even say it
- 17:10for him, he did not look himself last year. He was really starting
- 17:15to look like the old Tray White this year. So to lose all three
- 17:18of them, what you know, in a span of two games, was
- 17:22a really big deal for you know, not only for the psyche of the
- 17:26Bills, but just obviously trying to to play with new guys. So I'm
- 17:30you know, I'm I'm just really proud of this defense and I hope that
- 17:34them all coming together, they can continue to to grow as a new unit
- 17:41and work together. We do have some some vets on this team that I
- 17:45believe are going to kind of lead the younger guys and you know and into
- 17:51the last you know, the second half of the season. Yeah. Absolutely,
- 17:53I think it's gonna be interesting to see is we're we're gonna get into
- 17:56some matchups here and some matchup conversation with you. But it's going to be
- 18:02interesting to see if the Bills have that bend but don't break ment, you
- 18:06know, you know, implementation of their scheme, their defensive scheme against Philadelphia
- 18:10Eagles at the Link this weekend. It's gonna it's good. It's going to
- 18:11be an interesting atmosphere for sure being in Philadelphia for this Bills team. So
- 18:17as we get into the matchups here, I really wanted to, you know,
- 18:19pick your brain in terms of you know, vulnerability is quite frankly with
- 18:25regard to the Bills and where do you think as you're looking at the matchup
- 18:30with the Philadelphia Eagles from what we've seen as yes, they have the best
- 18:33record in the National Football League here, and the Bills certainly a very formidable
- 18:40team as well. But where do you think the Bills are most vulnerable from
- 18:42an offensive side of things, Sarah's you're looking at this particular matchup here in
- 18:47week twelve, Yeah, I think the obvious answer has to be play calling.
- 18:51You know, with with having the new OC, you just never know
- 18:53what you're going to get, you know, going up against the Jets,
- 18:57now, granted, Jets have a very good defense. We cannot you know,
- 19:03underscore that at all because you know, I don't want to. I
- 19:07don't want Joe Brady's first you know, first game as O c to to
- 19:12be you know, overshadowed because we played the Jets. The Jets defense are
- 19:17is one of the best in the league. You know, we want yeah,
- 19:21you know, whether we want to believe it or not. So you
- 19:23know, it's gonna be the same thing against Philadelphia. Philadelphia has a very
- 19:27good defense, I know. You you know, we've we've noticed some struggles
- 19:33throughout the season on in their in their secondary. But at the same time,
- 19:37uh, they're you know, their front you know, four or five
- 19:42can be very scary. So yeah, very scary. So you know,
- 19:48I think that that's you know where you know, Joe Brady is gonna have
- 19:51to excel at play calling at the right time and make sure that we're we're
- 19:56putting the offense in a good position, you know, throughout the game.
- 20:00But that's obviously, you know where I think most of us are the most
- 20:04you know, nervous about for vulnerabilities. Okay, all right, let's move
- 20:08over to the other side of the ball. Then, I'm wondering where you
- 20:11think the Bills are most vulnerable on the defensive side of things. Where you're
- 20:15looking at this Eagles offense that absolutely struggled against the Kansas City Chiefs. Still,
- 20:19I mean, at this point, I still cannot believe that this Eagles
- 20:22team went to Kansas City and actually came out with a victory. It's incredible.
- 20:26If you had told me Jalen Hurts was going to throw one hundred and
- 20:29fifty yards, no touchdowns, one interception, I said, this team is
- 20:32probably gonna lose. But they ended up making plays when they had to to.
- 20:36They absolutely did so I'm wondering, you know, when you look at
- 20:40the Bills from a defensive side of things, you know where are they most
- 20:44vulnerable. I mean, is it in the middle of the field, is
- 20:47it with the pass rush? What are your thoughts? Maybe it's in the
- 20:49back end with the d backs. Yeah, and I'm gonna say it is
- 20:52with our defensive backs right now. You know our corners and safeties that we
- 20:57are very very thin. Yeah, we now have two more people that are
- 21:02in concussion protocol. Taylor Rapp also got injured last week. He's gonna be
- 21:08you know, limited this week. He's the one that got taken out on
- 21:11a stretcher in the ambulance. Yeah, but you know, everything came back
- 21:17negative, which is great. So there's a chance that he still plays on
- 21:19Sunday. But we're very thin right now in our secondary. I'm hoping,
- 21:26you know, all the guys can come back and you know, healthy enough
- 21:29to play that, you know, especially Tarren Johnson. I hope he clears
- 21:33concussion protocol. But the other the other concern is going to be our linebacker
- 21:37play. As I was saying a little earlier, Bernard, he's our rookie,
- 21:42our second year of linebacker who was you know, come in to kind
- 21:45of fill in as our mic linebacker at this point in time, and he's
- 21:51just been, you know crazy. We were not expecting to get what we've
- 21:55gotten. He's balled out all year. I think he has over one hundred
- 21:57tackles now throughout the season. He's just been just, you know, such
- 22:02a breath of fresh air. I'm so happy. After losing Tremaine and Edmonds,
- 22:06I was a little nervous of what we were going to get in,
- 22:08you know, in return. But with Milano out, you know, we
- 22:11do we you know, we have been going kind of a you know back
- 22:15and forth between Torrel Dotson and and Dorian Williams. And Dorian Williams is a
- 22:19rookie, so he's obviously has made some rookie mistakes, and and Dotson you
- 22:26know, has went back and forth of you know, whether or not he's
- 22:29even gonna make the team, you know, a year in and year out.
- 22:30So it is a little concerning whether or not they're you know, gonna
- 22:36you know, fulfill their their you know role in the in the moment.
- 22:41But with all that being said, both our secondary and our linebacker unit,
- 22:45it leads to my biggest concern, which is third down, which is what
- 22:49you guys kind of excelled at last night, was those plays when you needed
- 22:55it on third down, whether it was third and long or whatever, is
- 22:59converting them, you know, on on offense and having our defense be able
- 23:03to to stop you. So that's kind of been one of our struggles.
- 23:07We did not struggle against the Jets on third down. We actually did not
- 23:11allow them to convert a third down. So I'm hoping it's much more of
- 23:15that this week. All right, Well, as I like to end our
- 23:18Opposition Territory podcast here, Sarah get into another two part question about one thing
- 23:25each team is going to need to hit on for a win. So let's
- 23:27start with the Bills here. What's the one thing that this Buffalo Bills team
- 23:32is going to need to hit on this week for a win and give the
- 23:34Eagles their second loss of the season. What's that one thing? Well,
- 23:38I'm gonna go with too because I feel like it's two part. I feel
- 23:41like, obviously the Bills need to win the turnover a differential. I think
- 23:45that that's a big thing with us, not only for our you know,
- 23:48our psyche, but because when we lose the you know, turnover a differential,
- 23:53we tend to lose the game, so I'm gonna say that. But
- 23:57also keeping the ball out of Jalen hurts hands. So we need to control
- 24:02the clock, whether that's by making sure we're not going three and out,
- 24:06making sure we can run the ball. I think that those are the two
- 24:10main things. If we can do both. And obviously, you know,
- 24:12if we're winning the turnover differential, then at the same time we're keeping the
- 24:17ball out of your guys's hands. So I think those are the two things
- 24:19that you know, the Bills need to really you know, focus on for
- 24:23the game, all right. And last, but not least, what's the
- 24:26one thing the Eagles, in your opinion, are going to need to hit
- 24:29on for a win this week against the Bills. I don't want to give
- 24:32you guys any pointers, like, you know, they're going to listen to
- 24:37me and change the whole game. Yeah, they're listening to the Philadelphia Sports
- 24:40Table, right, Yeah, Hey, you gotta love that. But no,
- 24:45I think I think the biggest thing is is, you know, when
- 24:48the Bills struggle the most is when Josh is indecisive and you know, putting
- 24:53a lot of pressure on him for the first year. It seems like when
- 24:57when Josh it feels pressure, he makes those irrational or you know, indecisive
- 25:03decisions and which has led to the turnovers in the past. When he's you
- 25:08know, felt rushed and moved out of the pocket, it's usually when he
- 25:14excels. But I think when they took away a little bit of his running
- 25:17game from him, whether or not they handcuffed him a little bit from from
- 25:21doing that. This season, he's felt, I feel a little bit more
- 25:25pressure to get the ball down field in those moments, and it's it's led
- 25:29to some of you know, the the bad decision making. So I feel
- 25:33like, you know, obviously, if the Eagles want to to pressure him,
- 25:37which you know, you guys have the front to do it, so
- 25:41you know, our offensive line is gonna definitely have their workout up for them.
- 25:45Absolutely, I completely agree with you on that. And another thing I
- 25:48think we can agree on is that and especially after watching the Monday night game,
- 25:53the Eagles Chiefs game, we're all sick of Patrick Mahomes at this point,
- 25:56correct, Is that all? Yeah? Okay, I definitely definitely agree
- 26:00on that. As we're heading into week twelve here, enough of Patrick Mahomes
- 26:03my gosh. All right, folks. Yeah again, Sarah Larson at Sarah
- 26:07Underscore Larson on the Twitter Buffalo Rumblings dot com. Check out everything they are
- 26:12doing over there. Sarah, it was great talking to you on this preview
- 26:15show. Yeah, come back and join us. I'd love to talk more
- 26:18football with you down the road. Of course, I'm a little nervous to
- 26:21go into Philadelphia this weekend, but myself, you know, I'm trying to
- 26:26figure out where I'm gonna say. I still haven't gotten my game tickey yet.
- 26:30The narrative stinks about Philly sports fans. You are nice to folks.
- 26:34They are gonna be nice and great to you. I guarantee you they will,
- 26:38all right, all right. I look forward to that then, because
- 26:44my best time is when I go to a you know, an away stadium
- 26:48and I'm sitting around fans that I can have fun with absolutely And I know
- 26:52you're gonna be able to do that at Lincoln Financial Field for sure. Come
- 26:56back and well talk to talk talk to us about that then, all right?
- 26:59It sounds good fun conversation with Sarah. I love her fandom, her
- 27:03Buffalo Bills fandom. That really comes out when we're talking, and she's just
- 27:10so passionate, so passionate, absolutely love having her on. Gonna be an
- 27:12interesting game for sure. Eagle's coming off this big, big win against the
- 27:17Kansas City Chiefs, and I wonder what that momentum is going to give them
- 27:19heading into this week twelve matchup against the Bills, because I mean, at
- 27:25this point, it seems like this Eagles floor is really really high. At
- 27:30this point, the floor is real high, and heading into the link again
- 27:34off coming off this victory out in Kansas City, it was ugly. It
- 27:40did not look good. Go back in the feed, listen to the postgame
- 27:42podcast show where Matt Rogers and I were breaking everything down. It was ugly,
- 27:48but they've made plays when they needed to. They got it done.
- 27:51I could see something similar happening this week against the Buffalo Bills. Josh Allen
- 27:55is a darn good quarterback, they have darn good offensive scheming, and they've
- 27:59got a defense that does produce and has been running on all cylinders here.
- 28:03So we have to see what happens. And we're certainly gonna be uploading our
- 28:06Eagles postgame podcast as we always do. We've also got our regular show coming
- 28:11to you this week where we've got a lot of Phillies talk coming, a
- 28:12lot of Phillies offseason talk, so stay tuned for that. So it's gonna
- 28:18end it for us here on Opposition Territory again. Thank you to Sarah.
