- 0:39Speaker 6: I'm gonna go on the way you vegan.
- 0:43Speaker 7: Welcome, Welcome, welcome, I mean listening to the sport Shock Show.
- 0:48Speaker 7: I'm the Sports Shock Wayne Gandy. Good morning to you
- 0:52Speaker 7: out there and listening. Land So glad to be here
- 0:55Speaker 7: with you on this last Monday of March. I really
- 1:01Speaker 7: really hope you got a chance to catch yukon Duke.
- 1:07Speaker 7: It was one of the bright moments so far in
- 1:09Speaker 7: twenty twenty six and a championship level game two of
- 1:15Speaker 7: the most dominant programs in recent years in men's and
- 1:21Speaker 7: women's basketball. And what a heroic moment there to finish
- 1:28Speaker 7: this game off with the three. It's just that old ABC.
- 1:35Speaker 7: The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. It
- 1:40Speaker 7: all happens at the same time where even when you
- 1:45Speaker 7: are against the team, you can see and feel the
- 1:50Speaker 7: heartbreak at that moment, but somebody has to win and
- 1:55Speaker 7: somebody has to lose in the competition. In this game
- 1:58Speaker 7: in the Elite eight, was at a high level of
- 2:02Speaker 7: game where a duke had a comfortable lead. And for
- 2:06Speaker 7: you out there that don't understand leads when you play
- 2:09Speaker 7: top tier competition.
- 2:12Speaker 2: The whole way, the way you get back teams really.
- 2:15Speaker 7: Feel like and you've seen it, and especially here living
- 2:19Speaker 7: in Atlanta, people forget, you know, with that Super Bowl,
- 2:23Speaker 7: that's how you go in the locker room.
- 2:24Speaker 2: They did it to us, so let's go do it
- 2:29Speaker 2: to them.
- 2:31Speaker 7: That's usually how you get this far. I know, oh
- 2:36Speaker 7: it's over, because that's just how you see it. Because
- 2:39Speaker 7: you're not the competitor they did it to me, I
- 2:43Speaker 7: have the same amount of time to do it to them.
- 2:47Speaker 7: And that's how That's why even coach Early was saying,
- 2:51Speaker 7: we're gonna walk them down. We just gonna slowly. We
- 2:54Speaker 7: got twenty minutes we're gonna do. We're gonna have a
- 2:57Speaker 7: half of basketball like they just had. And that's why
- 3:02Speaker 7: I use the reference with the Falcons and the Patriots.
- 3:07Speaker 7: You just slowly, because what happens with humans. We get comfortable,
- 3:13Speaker 7: we start looking at the clock, Well, we got this
- 3:16Speaker 7: one in hand, and then we forget we got to finish.
- 3:21Speaker 7: They're gonna come out with a different energy.
- 3:23Speaker 2: And in this game, what a game.
- 3:25Speaker 7: A lot of people, a lot of eyes brailing, mulleins,
- 3:28Speaker 7: the young freshman hitting the big shot, dropping it in
- 3:32Speaker 7: and then Duke. Really, you know, in that situation, I'm
- 3:36Speaker 7: quite sure these guys have been taught, but hey, the
- 3:40Speaker 7: excitement get over. You really just kind of get the
- 3:43Speaker 7: ball in bounds, try to get it to your best
- 3:45Speaker 7: free throw shooter. But if there's no real clean pass,
- 3:49Speaker 7: just hold the ball, take the file and try, you know.
- 3:51Speaker 7: And that's all they were shrying. And so Carlos Boozer's
- 3:56Speaker 7: family Caten Boozer last night with that turnover. And those
- 4:01Speaker 7: are the things that none of you out there, if
- 4:03Speaker 7: you've never been in these situations, don't get.
- 4:07Speaker 2: A young man can make two three hundred million dollars,
- 4:13Speaker 2: but he will always remember yesterday. The money won't wipe
- 4:19Speaker 2: it away. Winning the NBA Championship won't wipe it away.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Marrying some Hollywood scarlet won't wipe it away, mainly because
- 4:30Speaker 2: his brother probably gonna give him something. You know, that's
- 4:32Speaker 2: gonna be at his wedding. Brother gonna take the mincy
- 4:36Speaker 2: for speech. Don't throw this one away, buddy.
- 4:41Speaker 8: You got a good one. This one's a win for you, buddy.
- 4:44Speaker 8: Make sure you don't throw it away. His brother looked like,
- 4:47Speaker 8: that's how it's gonna be. Man gonna give him. This
- 4:50Speaker 8: is what the rest of his life. This would daddy
- 4:52Speaker 8: always be talking about when it comes to you. This
- 4:54Speaker 8: what this would daddy be talking about when you was
- 4:56Speaker 8: in there texting. This would daddy he was supposed to
- 4:59Speaker 8: finish those free throws out by the garage.
- 5:02Speaker 7: This that it was talking about. That's why he used
- 5:04Speaker 7: to get beat. That's what he's telling him. It's it
- 5:07Speaker 7: right here. No, I'm just with the young man. It
- 5:10Speaker 7: was a great game, and there's nobody aret fault. You
- 5:13Speaker 7: can't hold that man to that. Yeah, you can't hold
- 5:16Speaker 7: like their head coach, No, Shier was saying, we were
- 5:21Speaker 7: down nineteen. I can't hold this man to the one
- 5:24Speaker 7: play at the end. What about the deficit? We were
- 5:27Speaker 7: already up so everybody, but just a great example of
- 5:30Speaker 7: why we fall. The only thing was missing in this
- 5:34Speaker 7: is this being the championship game. But we do have
- 5:36Speaker 7: a Final four going ahead, and I will still like
- 5:40Speaker 7: the n C double A. To figure out a way
- 5:42Speaker 7: to make sure that the championship game ends in March,
- 5:47Speaker 7: we call it March Madness. And how poetic is it
- 5:52Speaker 7: that the championship game y'all can do something? Move it
- 5:56Speaker 7: up a week, right, Yeah, they've always had it first. First,
- 6:00Speaker 7: cut down on the more Christmas tournaments. Are y'all doing
- 6:03Speaker 7: this sitting over in Obamas for ten days? Move all
- 6:06Speaker 7: that up now? Don't don't don't okay, don't. Hawaii is
- 6:10Speaker 7: that different?
- 6:11Speaker 2: They go to Hawaii. That's a Pineapple Classic.
- 6:15Speaker 9: We can.
- 6:18Speaker 2: We're gonna need to Pineapple.
- 6:20Speaker 7: It would be that, uh, the last the National Championship
- 6:24Speaker 7: is one in March, to kind of put that crown
- 6:27Speaker 7: on it being March Madness instead of next Monday where
- 6:30Speaker 7: it's April just would be where it's just it all
- 6:34Speaker 7: falls and ends in that time frame. But good morning
- 6:37Speaker 7: to y'all there. The bad producer is in the building.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Good morning.
- 6:41Speaker 7: Uh, the funny man himself, Big Kenny, is in the building. Yeah,
- 6:45Speaker 7: and Greg straight from Seattle, Washington and got off the
- 6:50Speaker 7: flight from the No King's Parade.
- 6:52Speaker 8: He went to out and it was a protest parade
- 6:58Speaker 8: protest I was a long walk.
- 7:02Speaker 7: All I would I would like to say with you
- 7:03Speaker 7: know kings out there, when are we gonna in this country?
- 7:09Speaker 7: Because it's a genetic thing with us humans, it's a
- 7:14Speaker 7: genetic thing.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Something about us.
- 7:19Speaker 7: You can set the table and people can always ask
- 7:22Speaker 7: and identify what's not on the table. It's some it's
- 7:28Speaker 7: something you can give every condiment in the house that
- 7:32Speaker 7: you think people are gonna use. Set the table, give
- 7:36Speaker 7: the food and somebody is going to look at it
- 7:41Speaker 7: and think, where is the great pupunk. That's kind of
- 7:45Speaker 7: how we are. What when are we in our country
- 7:47Speaker 7: gonna get around to getting back? When are we gonna
- 7:51Speaker 7: celebrate what's good about the United States of America? What
- 7:56Speaker 7: day of the three sixty five do we do that?
- 8:02Speaker 2: Christmas?
- 8:03Speaker 7: Somebody against christ? Fourth of July, fourth of July. Oh,
- 8:10Speaker 7: this June team, June team, fourth of July. When are
- 8:14Speaker 7: we gonna have one day? Because what you can get
- 8:18Speaker 7: into in a cycle of athletics, coaches have to catch
- 8:25Speaker 7: themselves sometimes I'm telling him or her too many of
- 8:29Speaker 7: what she's doing wrong and not telling him that's.
- 8:31Speaker 2: A sweet crossover.
- 8:33Speaker 7: That crossover, Hey, that might be your go to instead
- 8:39Speaker 7: of keep saying they're behind the back. At some point,
- 8:43Speaker 7: when are Big Kenny bad producer?
- 8:45Speaker 10: Please?
- 8:46Speaker 2: When can we have a day? What's good about America?
- 8:51Speaker 2: What do we talk about? Are we answering? Individually? I'm saying, yes,
- 8:56Speaker 2: what is there anything good about our country?
- 8:58Speaker 9: Yes?
- 8:59Speaker 8: This is a country where you can come from where
- 9:01Speaker 8: I come from and be who I am today. That's
- 9:05Speaker 8: and now I don't I ain't got no other way
- 9:07Speaker 8: to quantify it outside of that. But that's why I
- 9:10Speaker 8: love America, because you can come from where I come
- 9:12Speaker 8: from and you can be who I am right now
- 9:15Speaker 8: today now. In my personal opinion, the reason people are
- 9:18Speaker 8: always criticizing America is because America has become such a
- 9:23Speaker 8: comfortable place to live. When you get comfortable, it's easy
- 9:28Speaker 8: to see we don't have gray poupon alongside relish and
- 9:33Speaker 8: uh salca, and we got a ketchup and tartar, sauce
- 9:39Speaker 8: and mustard. But we got all of these different things.
- 9:42Speaker 8: We got dry rub, but a man, where's the gray poopon?
- 9:46Speaker 8: Because I ain't missing nothing else. It used to be
- 9:50Speaker 8: a time where damn, I'd love some meat.
- 9:53Speaker 2: The condiments used to be the three used to be.
- 9:59Speaker 8: That's it and if you and make you do and
- 10:01Speaker 8: you only got that if you had meat to put
- 10:04Speaker 8: it on. People was like, whoa, we blessed. Not only
- 10:08Speaker 8: do we have a hot dog, we got this yellow
- 10:10Speaker 8: stuff to put on command. You greg anything good about
- 10:12Speaker 8: the United States of America? Uh, well, I agree with
- 10:16Speaker 8: you that you can. Wherever you come from, you you
- 10:19Speaker 8: have the chance to be something, be whatever, be whatever
- 10:23Speaker 8: you want.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Now you can.
- 10:27Speaker 11: Say whatever you want without the and without any without
- 10:33Speaker 11: the government coming after you.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Young man, the young seventeen eighteen year old got hung
- 10:39Speaker 2: over in Iran for protesting the wrestle that we see
- 10:43Speaker 2: or something in comparison to that, and it.
- 10:46Speaker 11: Could be it even if he wasn't protesting the government.
- 10:49Speaker 11: Like some in other countries, people get persecuted for saying
- 10:54Speaker 11: something like, oh I didn't like the prime Minister's tie,
- 10:58Speaker 11: and now they're coming and now they're coming after you.
- 11:00Speaker 8: Bad? But was anything good about the country? Oh, the
- 11:05Speaker 8: echo off of everyone else. It's a great place because
- 11:08Speaker 8: you could be all you could be anything you want
- 11:11Speaker 8: to be. I enjoyed the fact that just seeing it
- 11:17Speaker 8: as a kid growing up, you could play sports and
- 11:19Speaker 8: play have friends, and we ain't got to worry about
- 11:22Speaker 8: bombs and everything dropping on us right now.
- 11:24Speaker 2: I mean, we are blessed.
- 11:25Speaker 12: So that's the beauty of America that we're blessed that
- 11:28Speaker 12: there are kids like you, say, the seventeen year old
- 11:30Speaker 12: he had to train with knowing that he could die
- 11:33Speaker 12: at one time, but he still had the fortitude to
- 11:37Speaker 12: try to do that and represent his country. But here
- 11:39Speaker 12: in America, you blessed it. You don't even have to
- 11:40Speaker 12: think about that. See but forsack, that's what I'm saying.
- 11:43Speaker 8: It's been ingrained in us because this is the country
- 11:45Speaker 8: that was built off of revolution, and now it's been
- 11:48Speaker 8: built into us that the best thing about living in
- 11:50Speaker 8: America is being able to say we don't like it
- 11:52Speaker 8: without penalty.
- 11:53Speaker 2: We can just go out in the street and go,
- 11:55Speaker 2: I hate where I live.
- 11:57Speaker 8: You are stupid for running it, and people go right, y'all,
- 12:00Speaker 8: be hold on, don't say nothing, don't hit them, y'all
- 12:03Speaker 8: be careful.
- 12:03Speaker 2: And that's what That's what everybody else says is the
- 12:05Speaker 2: best thing about it.
- 12:06Speaker 7: I just recommending anything sometimes to reset the table, whether
- 12:10Speaker 7: it's relationships with kids and wives, family members. Your job
- 12:17Speaker 7: might want to write down some pros and stop just
- 12:21Speaker 7: always writing down the cons to breed that appreciation, because
- 12:26Speaker 7: right now we're just fighting for the particulars. It's just
- 12:30Speaker 7: the particulars of the rule that we don't like gluten
- 12:36Speaker 7: free pizza.
- 12:38Speaker 2: What about it?
- 12:39Speaker 8: We do have pizza now, y'all just want poppy seeds
- 12:42Speaker 8: on the califlower clush popular, That's what I'm saying.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Pick out the positive. Kenny.
- 12:49Speaker 8: You're good with numbers and marketing, just the wrong stuff
- 12:53Speaker 8: right now. If we can get that energy in a
- 12:56Speaker 8: different direction, you be all right in school. We'll be
- 12:58Speaker 8: back with a sports shop show. Right to do Son This.

- 15:57Speaker 18: What has happened with the rough black business? Up looked
- 15:59Speaker 18: micro come ahind a Govity got more rocks than the
- 16:02Speaker 18: one that's got family.
- 16:04Speaker 7: Welcome back to the Sport Shock Show. I'm the Sport
- 16:06Speaker 7: Shock Wing Candy. Good morning to you out there and
- 16:08Speaker 7: listening land. We're gonna do conscious rap here today, bringing
- 16:12Speaker 7: some conscious hip hop. I mean I had to go
- 16:14Speaker 7: back to the nineties to find any because I was
- 16:17Speaker 7: gonna go ratchet and then you know that lasted like
- 16:22Speaker 7: two seconds I can have because I get bored of
- 16:24Speaker 7: about three four seconds of ratchetness.
- 16:29Speaker 2: I get bored. I couldn't stay on the speak. Okay,
- 16:38Speaker 2: then I turned to something. Hell, there's enough of that
- 16:43Speaker 2: with the pot.
- 16:46Speaker 7: But we are on the last Monday here headache, and
- 16:50Speaker 7: to the final four. Tonight the women's will finish their side.
- 16:54Speaker 2: For the men.
- 16:56Speaker 7: The final four is Arizona, Illinois, Ukon' and then Michigan
- 17:02Speaker 7: needs to be at least some charges fouled for assaulting
- 17:07Speaker 7: Tennessee the other day. I mean assaulting They should I
- 17:12Speaker 7: mean they beat Tennessee by like thirty thirty two c's
- 17:15Speaker 7: and charges the Wolverines put that thing on the volunteers.
- 17:20Speaker 8: And this is the thing sports jock, as a sports fan,
- 17:25Speaker 8: I was just gonna say. Rick Barnes is the coach
- 17:27Speaker 8: at Tennessee, so that was expected.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Not a Rick Barnes.
- 17:33Speaker 8: They as a sports fan, I was reminded just to
- 17:39Speaker 8: stick it out, just the hold tight because after the
- 17:43Speaker 8: Michigan Tennessee beat down and then Duke had the nineteen
- 17:47Speaker 8: point lead, I thought, here we go again. Might as
- 17:51Speaker 8: well get an extra start on whatever. I don't care,
- 17:55Speaker 8: I know do And then something said to me, remember
- 17:58Speaker 8: the Falcons and the Patriots, and so I watched it,
- 18:01Speaker 8: and I said, they got a lot of time, they
- 18:03Speaker 8: can walk them down. And when they did, I said,
- 18:07Speaker 8: I felt vindicated. Like see, that's what you get when
- 18:09Speaker 8: you stick around and hang in there, you get some
- 18:12Speaker 8: of the most exciting things you've seen this year.
- 18:15Speaker 7: Final four for the women, two teams are in U
- 18:19Speaker 7: c l A and U Khan. U Khan put that
- 18:23Speaker 7: big time smoke on Carolina. Carolina fought like the bat
- 18:28Speaker 7: producer thought for a quarter.
- 18:32Speaker 8: And then Sarah Strong, or as I like to call her,
- 18:35Speaker 8: Sarah Barkley because she plays like Charles Barkley.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Nobody wants any of it.
- 18:40Speaker 7: So unless you think the package is full, she hits
- 18:43Speaker 7: you with the between the legs, behind the back. My
- 18:47Speaker 7: Bomb was a w NBA player and I see what
- 18:49Speaker 7: these w NBA players are doing too. They training some
- 18:54Speaker 7: straight up killers. If you look a lot of these
- 18:59Speaker 7: young ladies, our daughters of those w n b A ladies,
- 19:04Speaker 7: and at two well, and because they are here, Sara
- 19:10Speaker 7: Strong is and maybe I learn maybe I had the
- 19:14Speaker 7: vision that pretty soon they gonna be paying one point
- 19:17Speaker 7: two million minimum in the w n b A.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Pretty soon they gonna be.
- 19:25Speaker 8: I couldn't get it, But what I'm saying, when they
- 19:27Speaker 8: give it, I know one of mine will get it.
- 19:30Speaker 7: And Sara Strong is definitely gonna be. She would be
- 19:33Speaker 7: the first pick this year. Whenever she comes out, She's
- 19:36Speaker 7: gonna be the first pick. The complete package, only getting better,
- 19:40Speaker 7: hitting threes, bringing the ball down the court. That's another
- 19:44Speaker 7: Yukon great And when you talk about Yukon basketball, you
- 19:48Speaker 7: gotta start thinking maybe the greatest basketball university of all time.
- 19:54Speaker 7: When you look at what the men and women do there,
- 19:58Speaker 7: let me, it's incredible.
- 20:00Speaker 8: Do you think that, and this is a question that
- 20:03Speaker 8: I have about Yukon in this nil era, do you
- 20:07Speaker 8: think that their legacy, their body of work still is
- 20:13Speaker 8: the biggest wang factor in their recruiting Because I can't
- 20:18Speaker 8: imagine that they get the level of talent that they
- 20:21Speaker 8: get just because we can afford to bring them here.
- 20:24Speaker 8: That's a component. But a lot of people are going
- 20:28Speaker 8: to Yukon because they have the resume, and that's what
- 20:32Speaker 8: I want to be a part of. Do you think
- 20:35Speaker 8: that's a factor or do you think Yukon just got long,
- 20:37Speaker 8: long paper.
- 20:39Speaker 7: No, you still will definitely get those two or three
- 20:44Speaker 7: superstar type players that aren't doing it for the money
- 20:49Speaker 7: right now. South Carolina head coach Don Staley and I
- 20:52Speaker 7: love Don Staley. I don't know why she has on
- 20:56Speaker 7: nine hundred bracelets. I can't read the first two, but
- 21:00Speaker 7: as like a whole long list where you see her
- 21:03Speaker 7: of all those bracelets. I said her recruit and they
- 21:05Speaker 7: played tonight and hoping they win because I like to
- 21:09Speaker 7: see that you can sc matchup all the time. Texas
- 21:13Speaker 7: plays to night as well. But Don Staley says she
- 21:17Speaker 7: basically walks into the meeting and asks the young lady's
- 21:22Speaker 7: family how much that's how she she doesn't need so
- 21:27Speaker 7: we don't waste each other time. Hey I'm done. Hey
- 21:31Speaker 7: you are mister and missus and this is my player
- 21:33Speaker 7: and we're going to do this. She says that she
- 21:36Speaker 7: just starts with how much money, which is sad because
- 21:41Speaker 7: that's where we have spent college, not about degrees, not
- 21:45Speaker 7: about class work. This is why the sports shop been
- 21:48Speaker 7: pounding this table and said, just the cleric to be
- 21:51Speaker 7: pro sports. Nobody can give me a counter offer.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Why not?
- 21:56Speaker 7: We got one of the great coaches of our time
- 21:59Speaker 7: telling you she walks in the meeting with mister and
- 22:04Speaker 7: missus Johnson and after the pleasantries, yeah, we we go
- 22:10Speaker 7: straight to the float, right too. Well, that's what you
- 22:14Speaker 7: do in pro sports. So if some of y'all don't know,
- 22:20Speaker 7: we go into the room. Everybody, we talk about the
- 22:23Speaker 7: connection and oh, man coach, Yeah you know I used
- 22:26Speaker 7: to coach with the Rams and do this and that,
- 22:28Speaker 7: and let's go to the spring sheet. We sit down
- 22:31Speaker 7: because we're standing up while we're doing these things. Then
- 22:35Speaker 7: we go to the table and we sit down, and
- 22:37Speaker 7: all we do from that point on is talk money.
- 22:42Speaker 7: That's why when they was giving those grades with the facility,
- 22:44Speaker 7: we don't talk about the facilities care who cares.
- 22:48Speaker 2: That kind of stuff?
- 22:49Speaker 19: That that is?
- 22:50Speaker 2: Can we shake these numbers out? Yeah? Yeah?
- 22:54Speaker 7: Can we put these escalators in it? Can we put
- 22:57Speaker 7: all these bonuses in it how many bathroom stalls I
- 23:04Speaker 7: pay in the jar, just get my money, right. So
- 23:08Speaker 7: that's what Don is saying, and that's why she just
- 23:11Speaker 7: is validating what I'm saying. You might as well just
- 23:13Speaker 7: make it that I went and played for the South
- 23:15Speaker 7: Carolina University's basketball team.
- 23:21Speaker 8: And that's why I was asking that about Yukon is
- 23:23Speaker 8: when that's the obvious, that's the admitted open conversation that
- 23:30Speaker 8: you're having.
- 23:30Speaker 2: So would you say that the.
- 23:32Speaker 11: Coaching like je playing for Gina Oriema or Don Staley
- 23:38Speaker 11: or in the past Pat Summit, it was just that's
- 23:41Speaker 11: just like a smoke screen.
- 23:43Speaker 8: No, no, no, I'm saying those things carried far more
- 23:46Speaker 8: weight back then because of the prestige, having the ability
- 23:49Speaker 8: to push you forward in this sport at the professional level.
- 23:54Speaker 8: But now when it's as the sports shock saying professional ball. Yeah,
- 23:58Speaker 8: I love Pat Summit, but if she can't pay me
- 24:01Speaker 8: two point six million and Gino can, then I'm gonna
- 24:05Speaker 8: go play for Gino. If Gino can't pay it and
- 24:07Speaker 8: I can go to TCU, it doesn't make a difference
- 24:11Speaker 8: about the legacy that I followed growing up.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I'm a pro, I'm.
- 24:15Speaker 7: Telling you, but there there is still a greater percentage
- 24:18Speaker 7: of kids that still want to be a part of something,
- 24:21Speaker 7: be part of something right right, that just don't get
- 24:25Speaker 7: the talk. They don't get conversation. It's like a young
- 24:27Speaker 7: man Braylen Mullins in that shot. Now we know it, right,
- 24:31Speaker 7: But listening to them last night, he was the best
- 24:33Speaker 7: player in Indiana, mister basketball. So you know, obviously Indiana
- 24:38Speaker 7: got longer bread than you can.
- 24:40Speaker 10: Right.
- 24:40Speaker 2: I tell you that, I guarantee you that we'll be
- 24:43Speaker 2: back right after this.
- 24:48Speaker 8: Good friend.
- 24:48Speaker 2: She was clapping in the crash love It's what what
- 24:51Speaker 2: was happening to him?
- 24:52Speaker 9: Now?
- 24:53Speaker 2: He said, I would marry you, but I'm engaged. Cities, ever,
- 24:58Speaker 2: don't go away.

- 26:38Speaker 20: Nobody had to tell your grandparents not to drive all
- 26:41Speaker 20: using their typewriters. Why should it be any different for
- 26:45Speaker 20: us kids and our cell phones. Distracted driving was the
- 26:49Speaker 20: cause of more than three thousand deaths in twenty twenty two.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Come on, we're smarter than this. Let's put down the
- 26:55Speaker 2: phones and focus on the roads. Drive safe, everybody.
- 27:00Speaker 6: Don't drive distracted. A message brought to you by the

- 27:10Speaker 2: And now back to the sports job, Wayne Gain in
- 27:18Speaker 2: the Red Soul. Yeah, hell.
- 27:30Speaker 21: Yeah, we sell cracked our own out the back of
- 27:33Speaker 21: our homes. You smell the mustard dusk and the crack
- 27:36Speaker 21: of the doll. We go to the episode soon like
- 27:38Speaker 21: attack of the clothes. Should we break it back in
- 27:40Speaker 21: your head? A crack of the bone, to get back up,
- 27:43Speaker 21: to get back, just to get back, just to get
- 27:46Speaker 21: We got to computer.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Spir welk back to this spot shock show.
- 27:49Speaker 7: I'm the sports shock Wayne again to good morning to
- 27:53Speaker 7: you out there and listening, Alana. As I said at
- 27:56Speaker 7: the beginning, find something good about your life today and
- 28:00Speaker 7: celebrate that and always picking on the two or three
- 28:04Speaker 7: things that are not on the table. Enjoy the eight
- 28:07Speaker 7: or nine things that are command you. Greg Big Kenny,
- 28:10Speaker 7: the funny man himself, the bad producer in the building.
- 28:14Speaker 7: Last night, I got a chance to swing by the
- 28:16Speaker 7: bowling alley. Julio Jones, the Great Julio Jones, was having
- 28:21Speaker 7: a charity event last night at the bowling alley.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Had the pleasure of watching a man bowl to ninety
- 28:32Speaker 2: some real some real bowlers in there lies turkeys now
- 28:41Speaker 2: to ninety. You guys can't see and see. That's never.
- 28:47Speaker 8: That is that is the break one hundred, and that
- 28:49Speaker 8: is the optimist view. I watched the man bowl to
- 28:53Speaker 8: ninety and that was amazing. Most people would be going, oh,
- 28:56Speaker 8: he was almost bowld a perfect game. You know what
- 28:59Speaker 8: I'm saying, almost bowled three. Come on, man, two ninety.
- 29:03Speaker 8: I never I've never bowled.
- 29:04Speaker 7: I've never been in a bowling alley where anyone where
- 29:08Speaker 7: anybody bro to ninety.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm trying to say a thing.
- 29:11Speaker 7: I've never witnessed someone actually bowling, I mean bowling to night.
- 29:16Speaker 7: I didn't even know the board he had in his boxes.
- 29:20Speaker 7: Three strikes, which is he hit three strikes in a
- 29:25Speaker 7: row on the last set, like I have never seen.
- 29:28Speaker 7: I didn't even know how they put it up there,
- 29:30Speaker 7: right right, It's just so did he have his own ball? Yes,
- 29:36Speaker 7: oh yeah he got. And there was some other there
- 29:38Speaker 7: was some two.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Thirties yeah yeah, yeah.
- 29:44Speaker 7: So I was like, these guys probably are hustling a
- 29:47Speaker 7: lot of people because one or two of them were
- 29:50Speaker 7: not built like bowlers, like any kind of anything that
- 29:55Speaker 7: on the knee brace.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Shirt kind of to around the stomach area, and that risk.
- 30:06Speaker 11: Risks they got, They got the risk, got the risks,
- 30:11Speaker 11: all right.
- 30:11Speaker 8: Anytime listen, anytime you see people with their own bowling equipment,
- 30:16Speaker 8: never try, never try.
- 30:18Speaker 2: I mean bowling equipment ain't like a baseball strikes in
- 30:22Speaker 2: a row. Put a turkey. It's like a turkey.
- 30:24Speaker 12: It's like they I've seen three strikes in a row
- 30:26Speaker 12: and they put a turkey on the ball, and it's
- 30:28Speaker 12: called a turkey.
- 30:30Speaker 2: They shoot a turkey in something like they call it.
- 30:33Speaker 8: But but if it's not, it's not anything that you
- 30:38Speaker 8: are that familiar with because it don't happen.
- 30:40Speaker 12: Yeah, it don't happen often if you see it. But
- 30:41Speaker 12: the most probably saw somebody bowl is two hundred.
- 30:44Speaker 2: We's I'm saying.
- 30:45Speaker 7: I'm sitting there watching four or five people reached the
- 30:48Speaker 7: two hundred level, and this young uh man hit two
- 30:51Speaker 7: ninety h and I just you see it on television.
- 30:54Speaker 7: Because that's what I was thinking. I wonder to worry.
- 30:56Speaker 7: And I should have asked him, do you are you
- 30:58Speaker 7: on TV? And those bowling tournaments to ninety? Come on,
- 31:02Speaker 7: man in a room full of place, a bowling alley
- 31:06Speaker 7: with about two hundred people in it, playing Glorilla.
- 31:12Speaker 2: The whole night Friday night. Let him cook. Let him cook,
- 31:16Speaker 2: just the fact that you can concentrate enough. Let her
- 31:20Speaker 2: get the ball.
- 31:21Speaker 8: Down the link he was cooking last night, because you know,
- 31:25Speaker 8: if it's two hundred people in there and they playing Glorilla,
- 31:28Speaker 8: only about sixty of bowling. The Memphis coach that Charlie
- 31:33Speaker 8: Huff speaking of a little baby, doesn't play that kind
- 31:37Speaker 8: of music.
- 31:40Speaker 2: At his practices. I didn't play music at all, No
- 31:42Speaker 2: music at all. Oka. Well, I read the story I.
- 31:46Speaker 7: Was trying to read, and I did agree with I
- 31:49Speaker 7: never understood the music at practice as the noise.
- 31:56Speaker 22: I go to.
- 31:58Speaker 7: Practices and especially the high school level, and they use
- 32:03Speaker 7: music as the crowd noise, and that's I never understood that.
- 32:11Speaker 7: But like when you actually have crowd noise tapes where
- 32:17Speaker 7: and that's what I they. You know, it's not a
- 32:20Speaker 7: new thing. We can when we walk out and we
- 32:23Speaker 7: already know for particular games, especially in places that have domes,
- 32:27Speaker 7: the whole practice is gonna be with crowd noise the
- 32:32Speaker 7: whole time, the whole hour and a half hour forty
- 32:34Speaker 7: five we're gonna be out there. That's all you're gonna
- 32:37Speaker 7: hear the whole day. So it's gonna make the coaches
- 32:40Speaker 7: have to scream over it. It's gonna make all that
- 32:42Speaker 7: the operation of it. But his whole thing is that
- 32:48Speaker 7: what was that quote he said about the Navy Seals.
- 32:50Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, when they go in a mission, Uh, they're
- 32:54Speaker 8: not listening to little baby or they said NBA young boy.
- 32:57Speaker 8: Yeah he said.
- 33:00Speaker 10: Them.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Yeah, it was both of the point.
- 33:02Speaker 12: He's banned them in the locker room in the pre
- 33:04Speaker 12: game and all that and different things. And a lot
- 33:07Speaker 12: of people may say, I know a lot of people say,
- 33:10Speaker 12: well I go to the pro practice.
- 33:12Speaker 2: What about not a lot of people what about what
- 33:14Speaker 2: the bad producers say?
- 33:15Speaker 12: Well, what the bad producers say, and what I've noticed
- 33:18Speaker 12: like talking to people, they like say, if they don't
- 33:21Speaker 12: know you're only allowed to see so much of practice
- 33:24Speaker 12: in the NFL level. Yeah, they have music playing, but
- 33:27Speaker 12: that's when the crowd or when they're at a point
- 33:30Speaker 12: of woman up but wants to practice start Like you said,
- 33:32Speaker 12: they go into a different mindset. So I think that
- 33:36Speaker 12: a lot of these teams are or or are thinking
- 33:39Speaker 12: seeing colleges play and on the high school level and
- 33:41Speaker 12: on the lower levels to think that that's what the
- 33:45Speaker 12: professionals are doing, the playing music through at practice, and
- 33:47Speaker 12: they're not really there during the whole time to know
- 33:50Speaker 12: that they're not doing that.
- 33:54Speaker 7: Yeah, if it's not a road game. I've never practiced
- 33:57Speaker 7: with music period.
- 33:59Speaker 8: Yeah, but see if you go like I said, you
- 34:01Speaker 8: go up to factually, I don't want to hear that
- 34:03Speaker 8: right now.
- 34:03Speaker 7: So yeah, to turn that off because they got there's
- 34:07Speaker 7: a play. I don't know why y'all even got that
- 34:11Speaker 7: on stereo.
- 34:13Speaker 8: And now we we we often talk about how the
- 34:18Speaker 8: outside world clamors to be allowed access to the behind
- 34:24Speaker 8: the scenes inner workings of sports and entertainment. Do you
- 34:28Speaker 8: think this further blurs those lines. It encourages people you
- 34:33Speaker 8: didn't have to tell us none of this. We didn't
- 34:36Speaker 8: you how you run your practice kind of how you
- 34:39Speaker 8: run your kids in your house. You have different rules
- 34:42Speaker 8: and regulations in your house. And let that man run
- 34:46Speaker 8: his house how he run his house. Now you out here,
- 34:49Speaker 8: and now the conversation has become the debate between the
- 34:52Speaker 8: efficacy of music or not music in practice, or the necessity.
- 34:58Speaker 2: Or the and.
- 35:00Speaker 7: And why just well, because I'm trying, I'm where you
- 35:04Speaker 7: need them prepared. I'm trying to get ahead of tyrone
- 35:09Speaker 7: going on the internet and trying to paint a picture
- 35:12Speaker 7: of me being in some kind of light. Everything I'm
- 35:17Speaker 7: gonna do, somebody's gonna judge. So I'm trying to get
- 35:21Speaker 7: ahead of that tidal way.
- 35:24Speaker 8: Well, I understand the concept, but if you start predicting
- 35:30Speaker 8: what people are going to complain about, then we kind
- 35:34Speaker 8: of run into a weird Imballand.
- 35:37Speaker 2: I'm trying to kill you. I'm trying to kill your
- 35:39Speaker 2: spirit of complaining.
- 35:42Speaker 8: Well, I'm saying, I don't even until you lodge a complaint,
- 35:46Speaker 8: I don't know what to defend, but I'm.
- 35:47Speaker 2: Trying to get ahead of all your complaints.
- 35:50Speaker 8: Because well maybe maybe I'm saying, maybe Coach huff maybe
- 35:53Speaker 8: music is a thing for him.
- 35:55Speaker 9: And I.
- 35:57Speaker 7: Need you to know that, your son, or if you're
- 35:59Speaker 7: coming here when not doing that right, I want to
- 36:01Speaker 7: run you away right now.
- 36:03Speaker 8: Oh so you're saying recruiting is coming up, and I
- 36:07Speaker 8: need you to understand before we even start talking the
- 36:09Speaker 8: numbers and all of that, some stuff just ain't gonna
- 36:12Speaker 8: fly at Memphis. So we don't even have to waste
- 36:15Speaker 8: time coming to see you if you're looking for loud music, correct, Okay, Okay,
- 36:19Speaker 8: I understand it.
- 36:19Speaker 2: In that vein, I thought that, you know.
- 36:21Speaker 7: If you come to Auburn in nineteen ninety commandche greg
- 36:25Speaker 7: during the season cannot.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Wear that beer period. Okay, I understand that.
- 36:31Speaker 7: So if you want to wear that beer, you need
- 36:34Speaker 7: to go to the college that lets you wear that
- 36:36Speaker 7: full time. If you have a tattoo at Auburn at
- 36:40Speaker 7: a you have to cover it up during the season.
- 36:42Speaker 2: It's like playing for the Yankees. No, it used to
- 36:45Speaker 2: be what the Reds. The Yankees an't as bad as
- 36:47Speaker 2: the Reds were.
- 36:49Speaker 7: The Yankees had those kind of policies the Red Sox
- 36:52Speaker 7: and I don't know why we do that as American
- 36:54Speaker 7: always comparing, but they both had different levels of how
- 36:58Speaker 7: they the professional list.
- 37:00Speaker 8: Well, I'm saying and Alan Iverson didn't want to wear
- 37:03Speaker 8: a suit, right, And I understand professionalism. There are some
- 37:08Speaker 8: venues that if you're headlining here, don't show up in
- 37:12Speaker 8: your sneakers, with your shorts, don't show up in your
- 37:15Speaker 8: T shirt your headliner, show up dressed like a headliner, please.
- 37:20Speaker 8: And if you can't do that, then you know not
- 37:23Speaker 8: to try and book yourself there, or if you do,
- 37:25Speaker 8: you're gonna have issues. I thought he was just proactively,
- 37:30Speaker 8: just in casual conversation. Yeah, you know, sometimes my player's
- 37:34Speaker 8: crazy think they can listen to little Baby and.
- 37:36Speaker 7: He probably he could have as he went from Marshall
- 37:39Speaker 7: to Southern miss Now at Memphis could be just something
- 37:42Speaker 7: where he has always He's from that Sabing coaching tree. Right,
- 37:47Speaker 7: had an issue with young men coming to him. And
- 37:50Speaker 7: it wasn't for music at practice.
- 37:51Speaker 8: And it wasn't a regional thing because he from Marshall
- 37:54Speaker 8: down the Southern miss over the man.
- 37:56Speaker 2: Yeah, it wasn't just that this area of the country thing.
- 37:59Speaker 2: It's sport wise.
- 38:01Speaker 7: I go to I go to the pee wee leagues
- 38:05Speaker 7: and they have loud little Baby and we're just saying
- 38:09Speaker 7: nothing against a little bit. I don't know his music
- 38:10Speaker 7: to even put. I'm just saying I understand what coach
- 38:13Speaker 7: is saying that kind of music.
- 38:15Speaker 8: Yeah, you don't know the young boys from the babies,
- 38:17Speaker 8: you know, Yeah, I can't. I can't differentiate them either.
- 38:21Speaker 7: So but I go to Pee Wee's, the seven to eight,
- 38:24Speaker 7: the nine to ten, they play music that I don't
- 38:29Speaker 7: think should even.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Be played at those events the whole time.
- 38:35Speaker 7: And it makes me crans, you know, like you got
- 38:40Speaker 7: to have a DJ at the third grade football game
- 38:45Speaker 7: and that and not even playing the edited version of
- 38:48Speaker 7: the music.
- 38:50Speaker 8: It's in my experience unedited correct yea, why wouldn't you
- 38:55Speaker 8: edit the music?
- 38:56Speaker 12: And see, those are the problems the DJ that they're hiring,
- 38:59Speaker 12: the hiring professional.
- 39:01Speaker 7: You don't need a DJ out there, period. But I'm
- 39:03Speaker 7: not trying I'm not trying to kill the DJ game. No, No,
- 39:06Speaker 7: I'm just saying that you don't need the DJ out
- 39:09Speaker 7: of the third grade football game game.
- 39:12Speaker 8: And if he were a DJ that was asked, you
- 39:16Speaker 8: saying that's a lackluster DJ. The audience should request if
- 39:21Speaker 8: you hire in a DJ, don't hire nobody. That's gonna
- 39:24Speaker 8: play that unedited music. He's only doing what these people
- 39:29Speaker 8: have asked and allowed them to do.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Will be That's the problem with More the Sports Jock

- 42:08Speaker 2: between you.
- 42:19Speaker 24: Long an say you can see a sports jaint, I'll
- 42:23Speaker 24: sing even.
- 42:25Speaker 7: Jenny, Welcome back to the swart Shock Shaw, I'm the
- 42:28Speaker 7: Sportshock Wayne DNT No bigger news over the weekend, and
- 42:33Speaker 7: Tiger Woods are getting into an accident down in Florida.
- 42:39Speaker 7: Tiger is okay from what reports we have seen. His
- 42:45Speaker 7: health was seen to be the least of what people
- 42:49Speaker 7: wanted to discuss, uh Tiger being in I think I
- 42:53Speaker 7: would say this is his third accident and only someone
- 42:57Speaker 7: is bigger, huh, at least accident that we know well
- 43:03Speaker 7: for how they cover Tiger if unless he did it
- 43:07Speaker 7: by hisself in the middle of the night, they're gonna
- 43:10Speaker 7: report on it. To me, I thought, Tiger in an accident,
- 43:14Speaker 7: Let's see if Tiger's going to be okay or someone
- 43:17Speaker 7: that he hit. And it focused more on the same
- 43:21Speaker 7: old doom and gloom around Tiger that just seems to
- 43:28Speaker 7: be something he cannot escape.
- 43:32Speaker 2: This is a dui.
- 43:34Speaker 7: The officers did have him blow so the breathalyzer came
- 43:39Speaker 7: back negative when I first saw it, and we spoke
- 43:44Speaker 7: about Tiger on the last show. When I was saying,
- 43:46Speaker 7: just go be Tiger. I imagine that Tiger now trying
- 43:52Speaker 7: to feed into what the bad producer wants him to be,
- 43:57Speaker 7: stays drugged up on things like viking In and hydro
- 44:02Speaker 7: codone and on these kind of things, trying to present
- 44:07Speaker 7: this well bodied figure of health. And you know, so
- 44:13Speaker 7: no matter how I walk, when I walk, I don't
- 44:16Speaker 7: ever want to show signs of pain because I want
- 44:19Speaker 7: to present myself as this superhero.
- 44:22Speaker 2: I'm Louke Cage right right. I don't.
- 44:25Speaker 7: I don't, I don't get hurt. I don't, I don't limp,
- 44:27Speaker 7: I don't move all of it from his body language.
- 44:31Speaker 7: When I look into his eyes look like a pretense.
- 44:34Speaker 7: Is his eyes to me?
- 44:36Speaker 2: When I look at him, looks like he's screaming of
- 44:40Speaker 2: being in pain. But I want to make I want
- 44:43Speaker 2: to continue to show you.
- 44:48Speaker 7: And the only thing when I think about him, I
- 44:50Speaker 7: think about Lindsey Vaughan, not just because he dated, but
- 44:53Speaker 7: how she keeps putting things out to show, Oh, I
- 44:59Speaker 7: can do someth chin ups and I can do some
- 45:01Speaker 7: sit ups. Who cares, lindsay, how about how about you
- 45:07Speaker 7: get your knee, right, get a little counseling to deal
- 45:11Speaker 7: with retirement or not being the Lindsey Vaughan of twenty
- 45:17Speaker 7: two years old. And you know, relax, but you keep
- 45:23Speaker 7: trying to make sure Big Kenny sees you. Oh that
- 45:26Speaker 7: you know, that's not affecting me. That's not affecting me.
- 45:31Speaker 7: Me almost needing a new leg. Let me show you
- 45:35Speaker 7: how I can do some pull ups.
- 45:38Speaker 2: No really, ah, And.
- 45:45Speaker 8: In particular with Tiger, I'm not judging because we don't
- 45:48Speaker 8: all been doped up on Viking.
- 45:50Speaker 2: Did and hyd your coat one? Am I right? And
- 45:51Speaker 2: tried to drive it? Am I right?
- 45:54Speaker 13: We did?
- 45:56Speaker 2: Okay?
- 45:59Speaker 8: But I think sometimes sports jock people look at things
- 46:03Speaker 8: and mental wellness, emotional health, all of those things are
- 46:11Speaker 8: very fragile and mysterious areas of human existence. And when
- 46:20Speaker 8: your whole existence, when your identity is that your performance
- 46:25Speaker 8: is priority, not your headache, not your dad passing away,
- 46:30Speaker 8: not having a baby, not getting married, none of those
- 46:35Speaker 8: things take precedent over the game. And because you're able
- 46:41Speaker 8: to have that laser thin focus, you've put yourself in
- 46:44Speaker 8: a place that very few people can even imagine, let
- 46:48Speaker 8: alone have ever or will ever live. And then You're
- 46:53Speaker 8: not that person. And you've probably been in a position
- 46:56Speaker 8: where as a strong person who all we need you
- 47:00Speaker 8: to be as strong. I mean most folks. They give
- 47:03Speaker 8: you sick days, and people will fake a sick day
- 47:06Speaker 8: just because you get sympathy for that. But have you
- 47:09Speaker 8: ever been hurting and tried to pretend like you wasn't
- 47:12Speaker 8: the reason? You recognize that look in his Eyeca's game.
- 47:15Speaker 8: Recognize game?
- 47:17Speaker 2: You stand there with that.
- 47:19Speaker 8: I just want to cry. I want to sit down.
- 47:21Speaker 8: But these people need me to be strong for them,
- 47:25Speaker 8: and I'm trying to play my part. And so when
- 47:30Speaker 8: Tiger gets hurt, I'm sure a lot of his mental
- 47:33Speaker 8: pressure comes from people around him, like, oh, Tiger, just
- 47:36Speaker 8: one most swing man. This ain't but one tournament, and
- 47:39Speaker 8: he's got to find the space in himself. Like Lindsey Vaughn,
- 47:43Speaker 8: she's so wrapped up in her competitive spirit that she
- 47:47Speaker 8: not thinking about walking.
- 47:49Speaker 2: Even if I can't walk, I can do a pull up.
- 47:51Speaker 8: She's trying to find her next mountain to climb will
- 47:55Speaker 8: define her next, her next ability to be a tough person.
- 47:59Speaker 2: And all most humans wanted to do is keep your leg.
- 48:03Speaker 8: Mat producer, Why do you keep this pressure on Tiger Woo,
- 48:07Speaker 8: no pressure, man.
- 48:09Speaker 12: It really when Kenny sent the text and I saw that,
- 48:12Speaker 12: and I was on the golf course and I showed
- 48:14Speaker 12: it to two people, I played me up. All of
- 48:16Speaker 12: us just dropped our head because it's like, it's not
- 48:21Speaker 12: that I wonna say this. Tiger made a difference as
- 48:24Speaker 12: far as no other person as far as sports wise,
- 48:29Speaker 12: in my lifetime, it's made a difference other than Michael
- 48:32Speaker 12: Jordan's Tiger far as to make an impact. And with him,
- 48:37Speaker 12: it's an impact with everyone. Like you said, they hunt
- 48:40Speaker 12: him down, They're gonna have a story, They're gonna find
- 48:42Speaker 12: out if Tiger does this, do if he does that,
- 48:45Speaker 12: do this different things, and you just it's wondered to
- 48:49Speaker 12: that point where I've heard.
- 48:49Speaker 7: You say, man, hire a driver, you know, And then
- 48:52Speaker 7: why do you keep asking Tiger to find Tiger again?
- 48:57Speaker 2: Why can't he just be what was uh, what was
- 49:01Speaker 2: the in the he is Tiger, He's never gonna stop
- 49:04Speaker 2: being Tiger, Lion King? What was the daddy's name? Usa?
- 49:08Speaker 2: Why can't he be what's just move Foster? Just be
- 49:12Speaker 2: mofoss coach, coach, coach, his son and.
- 49:18Speaker 8: Boy and and and if you would let him, then
- 49:22Speaker 8: he he would go into that phase. Hey, Tiger could
- 49:25Speaker 8: he could do it.
- 49:26Speaker 2: He knows what to do.
- 49:27Speaker 12: But like I said, he can do what. We don't
- 49:31Speaker 12: know his competitive drive if he still want to compete.
- 49:33Speaker 12: I mean, he's a winner. I mean he's the guy
- 49:37Speaker 12: that when was the last time he won? He when
- 49:40Speaker 12: you won on his level, when it goes list, that's
- 49:43Speaker 12: a lie. You gotta that's a lie.
- 49:50Speaker 2: It goes away.
- 49:51Speaker 8: That's why you have to go away. I only know
- 49:57Speaker 8: one what are you talking about? One undefeated goat and
- 50:03Speaker 8: that is the big ft.
- 50:05Speaker 2: All the time?
- 50:07Speaker 8: When was the last time? Was wont a knee? Everybody
- 50:11Speaker 8: else take a knee to fall? The time a major
- 50:13Speaker 8: or a major? He wanted that Masters?
- 50:19Speaker 2: He won Eastlake? When the last time he won a major?
- 50:24Speaker 2: The last that when was that Masters? That he won
- 50:27Speaker 2: twenty seven? He holds the records the most wins and
- 50:31Speaker 2: all wins.
- 50:31Speaker 8: On nineteen he won the Masters. That was his last major.
- 50:35Speaker 8: But he three years ago he was forty three. He
- 50:39Speaker 8: doesn't even make it to the weekend anymore. How many
- 50:43Speaker 8: champs never retire? How many total victories you got? What
- 50:48Speaker 8: does total victories have with anything? How many champs never
- 50:51Speaker 8: he got the most wins on what does that matter?
- 50:53Speaker 8: He got one hundred and ten total wins and.
- 50:56Speaker 2: He what does that have to do with it? He
- 50:58Speaker 2: had that whenever he had it. Now he just did that.
- 51:03Speaker 2: I'm saying, he still human and he's still gonna have
- 51:06Speaker 2: to retire. He can't beat father time. He is retired.
- 51:11Speaker 7: Venus Williams is retired, Lizzy Vaughan is retired. A Serena
- 51:16Speaker 7: Williams is retired, is retired. They're all retired.
- 51:22Speaker 2: They just coming.
- 51:26Speaker 8: They all retired. Yeah, yeah, we'll be back. We're more
- 51:30Speaker 8: to Sports Jock Show right after this. Now, Serena, look

- 54:13Speaker 8: You ain't making leave people play I and travel when
- 54:17Speaker 8: it comes to be in daylight, It's just me myselfing
- 54:21Speaker 8: high walk back to this one Shock Show.
- 54:23Speaker 7: I'm this one Shock Wing Candy the bad Producer, Big Kennedy,
- 54:26Speaker 7: the funny man himself, command you Greg.
- 54:27Speaker 2: All in this studio.
- 54:29Speaker 7: Today is the last Monday of March, almost the last
- 54:34Speaker 7: day of March. It's March thirtieth, we were talking about
- 54:36Speaker 7: Tiger Woods and that pressure. I'm quite sure the bad
- 54:39Speaker 7: producers still want I've been retired fifteen years now. At
- 54:45Speaker 7: least twice a year since i've retired, people bumping to
- 54:49Speaker 7: me and they say, man, you look like you can
- 54:56Speaker 7: still play. I guess they think it is a compliment.
- 55:00Speaker 7: That's why I take it as Oh man, that's a
- 55:01Speaker 7: good thing you're saying. I still stay fit. I respond,
- 55:07Speaker 7: one of these young ThunderCats throw me on my back
- 55:11Speaker 7: and I might be in a wheelchair. What I'm telling
- 55:14Speaker 7: you is if Myles Garrett puts his hands in my chest,
- 55:19Speaker 7: Vic Kenny, command you, Greg Babbitt, I can't stop him.
- 55:22Speaker 8: Ain't nothing you could do anymore. Ain't nothing you could do.
- 55:25Speaker 8: I can't get him off of me. It looks and
- 55:28Speaker 8: sounds and yeah, you know it looks like it had
- 55:32Speaker 8: stop him. But if the thundercat hit me, I couldn't.
- 55:37Speaker 8: I couldn't stop him. I'm just gonna do what he
- 55:39Speaker 8: wants you to do.
- 55:41Speaker 2: So no good. Nothing wrong with looking the part and
- 55:45Speaker 2: keeping yourself and you should do that, yeah, man, man,
- 55:51Speaker 2: And that's why I'm telling you someone like a Tiger
- 55:53Speaker 2: Woods keep feeding into letting come on, Tiger, when you're
- 55:59Speaker 2: coming back. When you're coming back, Tiger, I'll be watching. Man.
- 56:03Speaker 7: We can't wait till you come back instead of man. Look,
- 56:06Speaker 7: you know how many back surgeries I've had? You know
- 56:09Speaker 7: how many pills I took you to day? Listen to
- 56:12Speaker 7: even come down here to sign autographs. I'm not even
- 56:16Speaker 7: playing today and needed for Viking. So imagine Big Kenny
- 56:22Speaker 7: Schmagie Gray. He's just going to the Tiger Wolf sign
- 56:26Speaker 7: autograph day and he need full Viking and just to
- 56:30Speaker 7: go down there to do that. So what is he
- 56:32Speaker 7: doing on a round? And yeah, he probably taking Viking
- 56:37Speaker 7: as hold a hole. He's just like biting a little
- 56:39Speaker 7: piece off every hole he get through.
- 56:41Speaker 2: I'm just saying that, how many back surgeries has Tiger had?
- 56:45Speaker 2: About four?
- 56:47Speaker 8: How many back surgeries does the average human being have
- 56:50Speaker 8: in a life span?
- 56:51Speaker 2: Zero?
- 56:52Speaker 29: Zero?
- 56:53Speaker 2: Just many these many back surgeries. You have had a
- 56:57Speaker 2: back surgery?
- 56:58Speaker 22: No?
- 56:58Speaker 2: Have you ever had vaccine?
- 56:59Speaker 5: No?
- 57:00Speaker 2: Have you ever had a backset?
- 57:01Speaker 29: No?
- 57:01Speaker 8: I've never had a back and played professional football and
- 57:05Speaker 8: never had a back surgery.
- 57:07Speaker 2: This man then had these many backs. The Peace signed
- 57:11Speaker 2: twice two hands on the thing.
- 57:13Speaker 25: I don't know.
- 57:14Speaker 8: I'm just it sounds like it's been about four right, Yeah,
- 57:18Speaker 8: at minimum it's been four right, So it's been.
- 57:21Speaker 2: He had a torny of a cl he's had those
- 57:27Speaker 2: knee surgeries.
- 57:27Speaker 8: Because you coming back, Tiger, argue with your mama, I
- 57:33Speaker 8: ain't never coming back. Listen, why would why would that
- 57:36Speaker 8: man be expected to not have a drug addiction with
- 57:43Speaker 8: that many surgeries that close together, and still trying to
- 57:47Speaker 8: perform at a high level. Surely, Tiger, you see the
- 57:52Speaker 8: flaw in that logic. You've got to if science has
- 57:55Speaker 8: taught us anything.
- 57:58Speaker 2: George Gervin, Caleb william the quarterback of the Bears, George Gervin,
- 58:03Speaker 2: the Great San Antonio Spurs. He might have played for
- 58:05Speaker 2: another couple of teams. I don't know.
- 58:07Speaker 7: We called him the Iceman, but they're in a battle
- 58:10Speaker 7: over the trademark of iceman, which is surprising because I
- 58:13Speaker 7: would have thought that George Gervin would have trademarked that
- 58:16Speaker 7: a long time ago, long time. But Caleb Williams, which
- 58:20Speaker 7: I didn't know, he called himself the Iceman. I thought
- 58:23Speaker 7: it would probably be like nail polish, but the nail
- 58:26Speaker 7: tack that was my nickname. You had him at the
- 58:29Speaker 7: nail tech, nail, what did you have the nail?
- 58:32Speaker 8: Somebody nail probably want to trademark Iceman to come up
- 58:36Speaker 8: with the color Iceman.
- 58:37Speaker 7: Okay, okay, but they are. Caleb is trying to get that,
- 58:42Speaker 7: and George Gerving, I guess his foundation maybe have been trying.
- 58:47Speaker 7: Neither one of them have it yet, correct, Greg right, Okay,
- 58:50Speaker 7: but they are trying to.
- 58:54Speaker 2: Get it.
- 58:54Speaker 7: I was just because George Gerving the basketball players about
- 58:57Speaker 7: what's seventy two? Yes, we're in there early, and he
- 59:03Speaker 7: was always known as the Iceman. I didn't even know
- 59:06Speaker 7: like something like that you could trademark because different people
- 59:10Speaker 7: have nicknames and there's a couple of people called the
- 59:14Speaker 7: Truth or world hear different things like that.
- 59:19Speaker 8: I think that I've been aware that you can trademark
- 59:23Speaker 8: things like that. Does that mean I can't call myself that?
- 59:26Speaker 2: You can call yourself that, but to market yourself as that?
- 59:29Speaker 8: Andey and the profit usefit or use it for profit?
- 59:34Speaker 2: Yeah, you got a trademarket.
- 59:35Speaker 8: Right now the fact that George Gervin has been using
- 59:40Speaker 8: it in marketing and trade and not having the trademark
- 59:44Speaker 8: but use it it to market himself. It's interesting that
- 59:49Speaker 8: no one has ever asked him to trademarket because he
- 59:53Speaker 8: had so much respect that they just gave him that name.
- 59:57Speaker 2: Let him use it how he wants to use it.
- 59:59Speaker 8: The fact that Caleb Williams would try and trademarkt now
- 1:00:02Speaker 8: to me, speaks to how this generation is opportunistic, disrespect
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: and disrespectful because nobody say doctor j I'm.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: Saying the fact that someone would come to you.
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: And go, man, George, let me ask you this question
- 1:00:16Speaker 8: if my name is something, Because when I saw this story,
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: I was thinking that someone like a Shack. But what
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: if my name is Shack. Well, you can't name my
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: cleaner shacks cleaners. Yeah, but I could buy the name. First,
- 1:00:32Speaker 8: you got to buy the name from me.
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: Interesting, I'm saying, because there are people If my name
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: is Sam and I want to open up a store,
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: I can't name it Sam's autobody.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: Well, I'm saying, yes, it Sam's auto.
- 1:00:48Speaker 11: But it's it's not it's it's a nickname, like a brand,
- 1:00:54Speaker 11: like a nickname, more of a branding thing, not like
- 1:00:57Speaker 11: someone's name, because it could be if it was Sam's autobody. Yeah,
- 1:01:01Speaker 11: there's someone else named Sam. But if they called it
- 1:01:05Speaker 11: Sam's autobody it they probably call it something autobody, ud
- 1:01:10Speaker 11: your established shop to call it Sam's Auto shop or
- 1:01:14Speaker 11: something that got.
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: From personal experience.
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: From year to year, I will research names of people, products,
- 1:01:23Speaker 8: events that are gaining popularity. I will buy the doname,
- 1:01:29Speaker 8: domain name to that person, event, whatever, and.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Hold it for you.
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: You know some things, I saw it and you never
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: think about it. What if my name was whatever? You've
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: decided to trade there? And that's what I'm saying.
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: I buy the name and I hold it for a
- 1:01:43Speaker 8: couple of years, and if it blow and you want
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: the doname, if you want sports job dot com, you
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: can buy it from me. If not, I'll just stop
- 1:01:50Speaker 8: paying for it. After a couple of years. We'll be

- 1:03:37Speaker 31: Can you plain meant you frank me down?
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: A council, come poyet, come to park is it's just Jo.
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: I'm gonna do it begin.
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: I'm gonna go.
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: On the way you vegan tell me, welcome back to
- 1:03:55Speaker 7: this sport shop show. I'm in the sports shop, Wayne Ganey.
- 1:03:58Speaker 7: Good morning to you out there. And this thing land
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: Final four women's action tonight. So South Carolina, the game
- 1:04:06Speaker 7: Cocks on a deck. They are playing TCU and Texas.
- 1:04:13Speaker 7: I want to say, the Longhorns are playing.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: Iowa. Someone come on, she looked that up for me.
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: Who's playing the night against Texas?
- 1:04:26Speaker 10: It is?
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: That was yesterday Texas playing Michigan, Michigan, Michigan, So Michigan
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: might have men and women into the Final four as well.
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: Just some of these great programs. And to me, the
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: basketball guy, especially on the women's side, seem to always
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: want all four, number one seed see get in. On
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: the men's side, they seem like they always want more
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: somebody to be a CINDEREMD twelve seeds.
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: Yeah, they want somebody to in there. What do we
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: have we this year they didn't really have a cinder.
- 1:05:04Speaker 11: This was the first year I don't know if it
- 1:05:07Speaker 11: was ever or in like at least thirty thirty five
- 1:05:09Speaker 11: years that there were no mid majors that made the
- 1:05:14Speaker 11: sweet sixteen.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: It was all Howard conference.
- 1:05:17Speaker 8: Have you ever noticed that it seems like when it
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: comes to excitement, the men's bracket prefers a Cinderella. They
- 1:05:26Speaker 8: celebrate that more, while the women's bracket celebrates the dynasty
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: a lot more.
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: Well, the thing is just like in a Yukon's case
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: a lot of times. And I spoke about this, the
- 1:05:39Speaker 7: tragedy on both sides, just like with Duke, but more
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: with the Yukon women is it's quite obviously obvious that
- 1:05:49Speaker 7: they are the best team in women's college basketball this season.
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: For them to win in a championship, they have to
- 1:05:59Speaker 7: now go under defeed it because that's where they are
- 1:06:03Speaker 7: right now. They can't lose again. They're undefeated on their side,
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: and you slip up, you lose a game, somebody else
- 1:06:10Speaker 7: win the national title. But they were not the best team.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: This year. So but that's in the tournament. That's what
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: it is. You become.
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: You can become the nation champion, and people label that
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: as you being the best team in college.
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: And but it's not particularly always true. You won the tournament,
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: you win six and oh right, but the tournament stamps
- 1:06:36Speaker 8: that you are the best team in college more than
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: it does that you won the tournament because they call
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: you the national champion. Does that make sense not? They
- 1:06:45Speaker 8: don't say you to the winning of the tournament. They
- 1:06:48Speaker 8: call you national champions, the national champion. So we will
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: see tonight Texas South Carolina. Will they pass on or
- 1:06:55Speaker 8: will Michigan and TCU upset and find themselves going to
- 1:07:02Speaker 8: Are they going to Indianapolis Women's Tournament Final four? Somebody
- 1:07:08Speaker 8: somebody's in Arizona and somebody is it's in Arizona then,
- 1:07:12Speaker 8: because Indianapolis is the men's okay, and I never thought
- 1:07:17Speaker 8: about that.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: You're right. Then. The tournament is almost like a cumulative
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: final grade.
- 1:07:28Speaker 8: Like I used to get a for a class because
- 1:07:32Speaker 8: the final grade was cumulated, but I showed up maybe
- 1:07:34Speaker 8: four times during the semester for the class. It's like
- 1:07:37Speaker 8: you could get into the tournament and win and everybody
- 1:07:40Speaker 8: be like you're the best team. But we only won
- 1:07:42Speaker 8: like half of our games. We just got hot tournament time.
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:07:47Speaker 7: This past weekend I had a chance to go down
- 1:07:50Speaker 7: to HBCU Aware Fest were down at State Farm Arena
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: and Danson Ryan Clark ESPN announced was there. Angel Reese
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: was there as well. Nick Cannon was the host. A
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: lot of great music. Jill Scott, Kirk Franklin, Yelanda Adams,
- 1:08:13Speaker 7: Jez was in the building. A lot of great music.
- 1:08:19Speaker 7: It was a great concert. It was very interesting though
- 1:08:22Speaker 7: the how Kirk Franklin, you know I love the name
- 1:08:31Speaker 7: of Jesus. He leaves the stage. Two seconds later the
- 1:08:38Speaker 7: DJ is playing and everybody's singing. Two seconds after you
- 1:08:42Speaker 7: get off the stage.
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: Captain coming, Captick coming coming. I was like, hold on,
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: hold on, we can't go for the silver yet. We
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: can go out with silver and goal right and now
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: that silver and go around my neck out. You gotta
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: love Jesus again until we no.
- 1:09:08Speaker 8: I just said you can't. You gotta love Jesus more
- 1:09:12Speaker 8: than silver. I can make a party rock. I can
- 1:09:14Speaker 8: make your body rock. Players come up.
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: To me and he's though, he's able though, No.
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: No, let's that's playing around on that ain't playing around
- 1:09:29Speaker 8: At the HBC, you were best.
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: I got a chance of Divine nine. That's what you got.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: I put the video up.
- 1:09:36Speaker 8: In the video, you got the Divine nine, which was
- 1:09:40Speaker 8: all the HBCUs. That that type of stuff, that collective
- 1:09:44Speaker 8: performance reminds me of what happened uh. Just to show
- 1:09:48Speaker 8: you how times changed. When I went back to Southern
- 1:09:50Speaker 8: mist this past football season and they played Jackson State.
- 1:09:54Speaker 8: You know, it had been decades since they played, and
- 1:09:56Speaker 8: it used to be we might lose the football game,
- 1:09:58Speaker 8: but Jackson State gonna blow this band away.
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: This year, they performed together and.
- 1:10:04Speaker 8: Made a USM JSU formation with both bands from the
- 1:10:10Speaker 8: JSU sided with JSU from the USM side read USM.
- 1:10:15Speaker 8: And now these used to be competing step groups are
- 1:10:20Speaker 8: performing together to give you a one cohesive UH band sound,
- 1:10:26Speaker 8: I suppose. So it just goes to the UH I
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: guess feel good nature of what they're trying to foster here. Now,
- 1:10:33Speaker 8: HBCU aware faest was that a scholarship fundraiser was.
- 1:10:38Speaker 7: A scholarship fundraiser. The Robert Smith, the tillman who paid
- 1:10:44Speaker 7: me there, who paid all the Moorhouse debt that one
- 1:10:49Speaker 7: class a couple of years ago. It's something that he's
- 1:10:52Speaker 7: trying to start to bring not just raise money, but
- 1:10:55Speaker 7: bring awareness on how to address student debt. That's kind
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: of gotten away from people. As I always tell people, Hey,
- 1:11:05Speaker 7: when the doctor says you're pregnant, that's when the college's
- 1:11:09Speaker 7: fun starts starts. That's when the fifty dollars one hundred
- 1:11:13Speaker 7: dollars a week. You just don't realize from that point.
- 1:11:17Speaker 7: If you put fifty dollars in an account every week
- 1:11:21Speaker 7: to that kid is college age.
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: You have about fifty thousand dollars. That's fifty dollars a
- 1:11:28Speaker 8: week at a time, at any time he says that
- 1:11:33Speaker 8: or she says, y'all pregnant. If you just put fifty
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: dollars a week in the cap, by the time that
- 1:11:42Speaker 8: child walks across that high school stage, fifty thousand dollars.
- 1:11:46Speaker 8: At most places, especially if you go in state, that's
- 1:11:50Speaker 8: like two years of college. Get you a nice little
- 1:11:53Speaker 8: head start, a nice little head start. And if you
- 1:11:56Speaker 8: ain't got that play dollars, you better get them to
- 1:11:59Speaker 8: do their homework focus because outside of that college a woo.
- 1:12:04Speaker 8: You and I used the fifty dollars because for a
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: lot of people in a week, regardless of what kind
- 1:12:11Speaker 8: of money you're bringing in, you typically can make that.
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: That's a haircut. So maybe I gotta go every other
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: week for a haircut, I can put that in there.
- 1:12:23Speaker 8: So I just have to have a little more planning
- 1:12:26Speaker 8: than waiting until senior year then it's hard on everybody
- 1:12:32Speaker 8: at that point.
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: Just don't and don't have a couple of them close together.
- 1:12:38Speaker 7: Or when people want to give your kid things for birthdays,
- 1:12:42Speaker 7: stack shit, don't give me those seventy five dollar booties
- 1:12:46Speaker 7: to onesies and stuff. Just give me the seventy five
- 1:12:49Speaker 7: dollars in this fun. No, you ain't got to give
- 1:12:52Speaker 7: you the cash. Here's the ZO number or whatever. Someone
- 1:12:59Speaker 7: someone don't.
- 1:13:02Speaker 8: Conversation. Someone suggested that maybe I was just being lazy
- 1:13:11Speaker 8: in that there was a baby shower and spend a
- 1:13:16Speaker 8: lot of effort and resource going out buying all of
- 1:13:19Speaker 8: these zero to seven month items.
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: You know, spent hundreds and you know what.
- 1:13:26Speaker 8: Some of the stuff this baby will never even put
- 1:13:28Speaker 8: on because of how fast infants grow. Why don't you
- 1:13:31Speaker 8: just hand them the money? And they were that don't
- 1:13:34Speaker 8: show no consideration. But I bet you that money will
- 1:13:37Speaker 8: last way longer than these zero to four don't hand
- 1:13:40Speaker 8: them the money. Have them show you that they have
- 1:13:43Speaker 8: an account that they can't access, okay, and put that
- 1:13:48Speaker 8: in that account. Right, what is that account that.
- 1:13:51Speaker 7: You can't access because you give babdus seventy five dollars?
- 1:13:55Speaker 7: He folded in with the rest of the money, keep saying,
- 1:13:57Speaker 7: Oh yeah, I'm gona remember next thing you know is
- 1:14:00Speaker 7: two years later and he's back paid on that and
- 1:14:03Speaker 7: he's not going to make up.
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: We've got more to Sports Jock Show right after this,
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: someone bring up it's about to win the Lon and Building.

- 1:16:46Speaker 26: I came here swagon like a thirsday.
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: I made my main man. Part of the plane I'm
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: playing on me was up just for my kids. I
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: ran it up on that way, that plan. We blowing
- 1:16:59Speaker 2: cake every day, waiting back to this wor Shock show.
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: I'm this wort Shock Wing Gandy. Couple of birthdays here today.
- 1:17:07Speaker 7: Richard Sherman only thirty eight years old? Is Richard Sherman
- 1:17:11Speaker 7: seems like he's older than the NFL great cornerback, almost Brown,
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: great offensive lineman. A lot of you might remember him
- 1:17:21Speaker 7: with the Lions and the Cardinals. Sixty three years old,
- 1:17:24Speaker 7: almost is on my list because I kind of patterned.
- 1:17:27Speaker 7: We were what you consider more of your smallish left tackles,
- 1:17:32Speaker 7: if you can call us smallish. We weren't in that
- 1:17:36Speaker 7: Jonathan Ogden, that six eight three sixty. No, we didn't
- 1:17:41Speaker 7: possess that. We played it with a little more for
- 1:17:43Speaker 7: nanse and speed than Ogden did when you had that
- 1:17:48Speaker 7: big It's just hard to get around a man that
- 1:17:51Speaker 7: big in four seconds. This is really hard. It's not
- 1:17:58Speaker 7: necessarily has anything to do. Yeah, like your fault.
- 1:18:01Speaker 8: It ain't nothing wrong with you necessarily, you know, just
- 1:18:05Speaker 8: sometimes science is science. Ye, he's his science six eighty
- 1:18:08Speaker 8: three sixty spread out. He don't really have to do much.
- 1:18:12Speaker 8: It's just it takes two seconds to get around him,
- 1:18:14Speaker 8: just physically, you know. Then if he moved, now, you
- 1:18:17Speaker 8: got another two seconds to figure out which direction I
- 1:18:20Speaker 8: gotta go. Charlie Weiss is seventy years old, always looked
- 1:18:24Speaker 8: seventy was Charlie Weiss to coach Christopher Walking, a man
- 1:18:28Speaker 8: who also always looked eighty three, King of New York
- 1:18:33Speaker 8: eighty three years old today and something about my age
- 1:18:39Speaker 8: eighty three years old.
- 1:18:41Speaker 7: And McGregor is fifty five. Brian Tyree Henry it's forty four?
- 1:18:49Speaker 7: Bad producer? What does he play on Atlanta?

- 1:19:32Speaker 7: not playing this year.

- 1:19:36Speaker 8: everything about money too young.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: You know, you recruit man and everywhere, you know, just
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: kind of he's a free agent. Yeah, get get enough
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: money to feel comfortable, but not enough that might send
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: you the places that are not really pushing your career.
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: For fifty sixty thousand dollars less, well, he's supposure where
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: you might be instead of give me a million dollars
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: to go to.
- 1:20:05Speaker 8: McNee state, take eight fifty and go to Carolina and
- 1:20:11Speaker 8: see this what he was going for that. But he
- 1:20:16Speaker 8: was taking money when he wants. Supposed to take money
- 1:20:18Speaker 8: because Penny Penny helped the family move.
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, blame Penny now. And then he
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: got suspended. No, you can't blame Penny now, that's what happened.
- 1:20:29Speaker 7: All Tony is forty aged, No, I said Tony wait.
- 1:20:34Speaker 7: Shane Beemer, head coach of South Carolina Game Cox the
- 1:20:38Speaker 7: football team forty nine, Norah Jones is forty seven, Piers
- 1:20:43Speaker 7: Morgan sixty one, Seline Dion fifty eight, Jennifer Capriotti is
- 1:20:51Speaker 7: fifty Walked Frasier the Announcer, Great basketball Player eighty one
- 1:20:57Speaker 7: on for his colorful suits. Alien Billy Bean, the man
- 1:21:02Speaker 7: that Moneyball the movie was made of sixty four, Matt
- 1:21:06Speaker 7: Olsen Atlanta Brave thirty two. Brian Jordan another man who
- 1:21:12Speaker 7: didn't get a lot of credit, like Dion, who played
- 1:21:14Speaker 7: both sports and now they're the same time. Only thing, Brian, Yeah,
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: they actually was in the secondary at the same time.
- 1:21:20Speaker 7: Brian Jordan fifty nine. Brian played football and then baseball,
- 1:21:27Speaker 7: whereas Dion did a little crossover. But Brian Jordan played
- 1:21:31Speaker 7: safety for the Falcons and then he went and played
- 1:21:34Speaker 7: another fourteen to fifteen years in baseball. Brian Khalil forty one.
- 1:21:39Speaker 7: Justin Tuck forty three, The Great Earl Cammell seventy one.

- 1:22:03Speaker 7: see her last name? Siora Siora, Okay, Siora. She's sixty
- 1:22:07Speaker 7: six years old and you probably saw him. If you
- 1:22:12Speaker 7: watched any college basketball this weekend doing a commercial?
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: MC hammel, y'all saw the Hammer commercial. You don't hurt him?
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: I did. I didn't see that.
- 1:22:23Speaker 8: Yees, no hammer commercial. Yeah it's a Hammer commercial. It's
- 1:22:28Speaker 8: the last one I saw is the one with the cheetos. No, No,
- 1:22:31Speaker 8: I can't even remember the product. I just don't like
- 1:22:35Speaker 8: dancing in it. Uh in a in a hard hat
- 1:22:39Speaker 8: and a work belt.
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: What depends? Ain't it a tax? Ain't it something about
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: tax or something like that? Don't hurt him?
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: Hammel mc hammer sixty four years of age, Big Kenny.
- 1:22:52Speaker 7: The work here this weekend, I mean the start off

- 1:22:56Speaker 2: I believe I'm gonna have to go with auh celine Dion.
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: Why why not hit? Why not hit the high note
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: in I'm gonna just hold off the edge of ship.
- 1:23:10Speaker 8: You know what I'm saying. And that's what I commercials.
- 1:23:13Speaker 8: Did you see they?
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: Okay, you got look at him.
- 1:23:18Speaker 12: Did you see the one with the Charles Man with Natesmith?
- 1:23:24Speaker 12: Uh supposedly being in basketball. It's just like all these
- 1:23:29Speaker 12: different things. And he was like, oh, they're changing it
- 1:23:31Speaker 12: up and changing up. They had They had some great
- 1:23:33Speaker 12: commercials this year, though Capitol One they was kind of
- 1:23:37Speaker 12: did died out to me.
- 1:23:39Speaker 8: A't like y'all singing either yeah, that's sorry, is jumping
- 1:23:46Speaker 8: the shark for me? You just y'all really trying too
- 1:23:48Speaker 8: hard with the sorry miss Jackson thing.

- 1:23:54Speaker 7: Nothing against my boy Charles Magic.
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: Yeah, and and and bike and Sam altogether. Johnson is
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: my favorite basketball player all the time. But campaign is
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: now stretch. They're they're searching. It will be back.
- 1:24:13Speaker 7: Two tons of kick CAATs stolen over in Europe. Somebody
- 1:24:18Speaker 7: robbed the nest Nestley truck and stole two tons. What
- 1:24:24Speaker 7: do you do with two tons of kickcat.

- 1:24:54Speaker 30: Choosing to buy a gun was not a decision I
- 1:24:56Speaker 30: took lightly, but with everything going on, I really wanted
- 1:24:59Speaker 30: to feel like I could protect myself I hadn't thought
- 1:25:01Speaker 30: about the danger of an unlocked gun in my own
- 1:25:04Speaker 30: home too.
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: Me aware your napkins, not that drawer unless anyone.
- 1:25:10Speaker 8: Needs a gun.

- 1:25:31Speaker 29: I can even order lunch while doing my homework. But
- 1:25:34Speaker 29: I can't use my phone while driving. A distracted driver
- 1:25:38Speaker 29: is one of the leading causes of death in the
- 1:25:40Speaker 29: United States. So when it comes to driving, please don't
- 1:25:43Speaker 29: be a multitasker.
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: Don't drive distracted.
- 1:25:46Speaker 19: A message brought to you by the National Highway Traffic

- 1:26:00Speaker 2: What's first?
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: Smokey Bear said to first.
- 1:26:03Speaker 31: Drown it with the bucket of water, then stir it
- 1:26:05Speaker 31: with a shovel. Wow, you sound just like him, said,
- 1:26:09Speaker 31: if it's still warm, then do it again. Where can

- 1:26:35Speaker 33: I've been given full access to the player's lounge on
- 1:26:38Speaker 33: the sports Jack Show with Wayne Gangy.
- 1:26:51Speaker 29: This this, this, this, this, this this.
- 1:27:01Speaker 7: Welcome back to this Wortshock Show. I'm this sport Shock
- 1:27:04Speaker 7: Wing Candy. Good morning to you out there in listening land.
- 1:27:09Speaker 7: The IOC has banned from the Olympics transgender women athletes.
- 1:27:16Speaker 7: They are now banned from the Olympics by the IOC.
- 1:27:21Speaker 7: This has been a topic that has been in rotation
- 1:27:26Speaker 7: for a couple of years now on how to handle
- 1:27:33Speaker 7: Big Kenny Comanchi Gregg Bad Producer.
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: Can I can I.
- 1:27:41Speaker 7: Make up a transgender division in the future to correct this?
- 1:27:54Speaker 7: Can I just make it? Because I think sometimes, or
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: at least from what I see, when you don't agree
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: with people, they think you're against them. When we talk
- 1:28:05Speaker 7: about transgender a lot of people are not against that's
- 1:28:08Speaker 7: just the transgender person as much as what the transparent person.
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: May fully want to do.
- 1:28:15Speaker 7: I don't want them to compete against their daughters, right,
- 1:28:21Speaker 7: but is it time maybe to start cultivating or it's
- 1:28:25Speaker 7: just the transgender committed community won't accept their own.
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: Division.
- 1:28:34Speaker 11: So I don't know if they won't accept it, but
- 1:28:38Speaker 11: it's worth I think it's worth exploring.
- 1:28:42Speaker 25: Is that is that?
- 1:28:43Speaker 7: Would that be me being too sensitive to offer because
- 1:28:50Speaker 7: sometimes people think, oh, you're being insensitive, and it's like,
- 1:28:53Speaker 7: but I'm trying to find a way.
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: To implement correct. Yeah. It's like, well, it's like, what's
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: the Oscar Pistorius? Right? Yeah, but he can run against
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: other right in some in some races, but there is
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: a separate Paralympics. Yes for that.
- 1:29:20Speaker 8: But when I have talked to people who represent uh,
- 1:29:24Speaker 8: the transgender community and their interest, they would say that
- 1:29:29Speaker 8: an Oscar Pistorius runs in the Paralympics because the parapart
- 1:29:33Speaker 8: of the Paralympics means that they are physically debilitated. They
- 1:29:37Speaker 8: have lost a limb, they have some debilitating physical limitation.
- 1:29:43Speaker 8: When we talk about transgender athletes competing, I need you
- 1:29:48Speaker 8: to focus on my athlete part. The transgender is what
- 1:29:53Speaker 8: your mind won't accept. I feel look and can ducked myself,
- 1:30:01Speaker 8: and I hear all that, right, So I want to
- 1:30:03Speaker 8: hear all I want to I'm a girl. I can't
- 1:30:06Speaker 8: I want to race with this girl. And this is
- 1:30:09Speaker 8: some of why we can't ever figure anything out. All
- 1:30:11Speaker 8: we want to do is debate. So I have a
- 1:30:14Speaker 8: point and you have a point. How do we come
- 1:30:18Speaker 8: up with a solution that would be fair and can
- 1:30:22Speaker 8: move us forward instead of still sitting here fighting for
- 1:30:26Speaker 8: total dominance. How about I offer you we could still
- 1:30:32Speaker 8: have any Olympics. We're putting flag football in it, right,
- 1:30:35Speaker 8: so and everything else. We do have a transgender one
- 1:30:40Speaker 8: hundred meter okay, Well, well, why don't we have a
- 1:30:47Speaker 8: Black Quarterback League?
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: Okay we do. We call that HBCU.
- 1:30:55Speaker 8: Okay, and and and so just let them compete against
- 1:30:59Speaker 8: all black players.
- 1:31:00Speaker 7: So instead of wasting time, I'm kind of like Don Staley,
- 1:31:03Speaker 7: what I'm getting from you is that you don't want
- 1:31:07Speaker 7: a solution.
- 1:31:08Speaker 2: They don't. So if you don't, well that's what I'm saying.
- 1:31:11Speaker 2: So if you don't want a solution, it could be
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: decades before you ever get around by the time you
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: figure out how to do this. If you don't want
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: a solution.
- 1:31:25Speaker 7: There's a window one your window of time for you
- 1:31:29Speaker 7: to even be in it has disappeared.
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: Now die on that heel. Well, well, we can find
- 1:31:38Speaker 2: a common ground and get the ball. Maybe it will
- 1:31:42Speaker 2: evolve into what it is that you want. But where
- 1:31:46Speaker 2: do we start.
- 1:31:47Speaker 11: There's only one solution, and that's to reverse this. According
- 1:31:53Speaker 11: to what you've what you said, the only solution is
- 1:31:57Speaker 11: to allow it to happen.
- 1:31:59Speaker 2: To have their own their own Olympics or their own
- 1:32:04Speaker 2: sort of competition is uh yeahs.
- 1:32:08Speaker 22: And so.
- 1:32:10Speaker 8: Either we're gonna have segregation or integration. I think that
- 1:32:14Speaker 8: the transgender community is looking for their roles of parks,
- 1:32:17Speaker 8: somebody that makes it hard for you to.
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: Explain to me why I can't sit without wont to see.
- 1:32:23Speaker 12: That's the see, that's the sad part about it. It's
- 1:32:26Speaker 12: only you don't see transgender men. Women that's try trans
- 1:32:30Speaker 12: transgending to men want to compete in the men's sports.
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: It's more of the men that you see.
- 1:32:37Speaker 12: It's more of the men. It's more of the men
- 1:32:39Speaker 12: that are wanting to go down and compete against these The.
- 1:32:43Speaker 8: Women swimming Champion Girls n c A Swimming sea who
- 1:32:48Speaker 8: won the women's in c A swimming Championship.
- 1:32:50Speaker 12: So what the solution is, Like you said, they're not
- 1:32:53Speaker 12: going to what about bags that they're not going to
- 1:32:56Speaker 12: say up the fact that they want to be accepted
- 1:32:59Speaker 12: as they are women?
- 1:33:01Speaker 2: But what about Olympics for doing this too?
- 1:33:04Speaker 29: Well?
- 1:33:04Speaker 2: We know what about what about bank?
- 1:33:08Speaker 7: You wouldn't give them anything, You wouldn't get they don't
- 1:33:13Speaker 7: want to accept it. You wouldn't offer him anything. I've
- 1:33:16Speaker 7: been sitting you here with you for fifteen years. You
- 1:33:18Speaker 7: wouldn't offer any solution. That's why I'm trying to meet
- 1:33:22Speaker 7: him in the middle of understanding that I'm trying to
- 1:33:25Speaker 7: find a solution. I don't care what my opinion is.
- 1:33:29Speaker 7: This is why we can't get anything solved in our country.
- 1:33:34Speaker 7: We're too rooted in trying to make sure whatever we
- 1:33:37Speaker 7: do get is completely my way. But that's not what
- 1:33:41Speaker 7: makes this country great. But made it great is compromised.
- 1:33:45Speaker 7: That doesn't mean that me compromising changes my view. I'm
- 1:33:48Speaker 7: trying to figure out how to get you in the
- 1:33:50Speaker 7: Olympics running while you're sitting here pounding the table. Now
- 1:33:55Speaker 7: the bad producer is no need to talk to him
- 1:33:59Speaker 7: because he doesn't think you should exist right I'm telling you,
- 1:34:03Speaker 7: I see you, and and how can we take a
- 1:34:07Speaker 7: step forward and make it right and started in a
- 1:34:10Speaker 7: direction that you will fully get what you want one day?
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: And I think get anything right now right?
- 1:34:18Speaker 8: And the problem is you have a girl who presents
- 1:34:22Speaker 8: herself as a boy wrestling girls and a man who
- 1:34:25Speaker 8: presents himself as a girl racing against women. So what
- 1:34:32Speaker 8: you have is an imbalance of strength and power, and
- 1:34:38Speaker 8: you're wanting me to ignore that. You want to let
- 1:34:41Speaker 8: this man swim against girls and say that's okay, and
- 1:34:45Speaker 8: then let mac Beggs take performance enhancing drugs and slam
- 1:34:49Speaker 8: little girls, but go, no, she's still a girl.
- 1:34:52Speaker 2: You can't have it both ways. That's all I'm saying.
- 1:34:56Speaker 8: Somebody's gonna have to admit that somebody's got an advantage,
- 1:35:00Speaker 8: period period.
- 1:35:02Speaker 2: So how I negate the advantage. I will create until
- 1:35:06Speaker 2: we can figure out more science, more evident whatever you need,
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: a way for you to participate, exactly.
- 1:35:15Speaker 8: And we got to stop equating it to racial equality,
- 1:35:19Speaker 8: because they're not the same thing.
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: This ain't that, That ain't this, And that's that's the
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: heel they always go. It's just like racist civil rights.
- 1:35:27Speaker 8: It's civil rights it's a civil rights not a civil
- 1:35:30Speaker 8: rights and it's not a civil rights issue that looking
- 1:35:32Speaker 8: for things in the civil I know I'm saying, I'm
- 1:35:36Speaker 8: saying in that way, it's not the same. You're trying
- 1:35:39Speaker 8: to tell me that because black athletes compete alongside white athletes,
- 1:35:46Speaker 8: than transgender athletes should be able to compete alongside their
- 1:35:51Speaker 8: gender counterparts.
- 1:35:52Speaker 2: And that's not the same thing. It's not.
- 1:35:58Speaker 8: Comment as far as there is, what's the very correct.
- 1:36:08Speaker 8: I think I think they were correct in what they
- 1:36:10Speaker 8: and but trying to find a solution, Like it's not
- 1:36:14Speaker 8: like until we find a solution, you need to just stop.
- 1:36:17Speaker 2: But not everyone.
- 1:36:18Speaker 11: You're not going to get everything you want right away.
- 1:36:21Speaker 11: And as you were saying, that's what people want is
- 1:36:24Speaker 11: how they want it right now.
- 1:36:26Speaker 2: And we know more.
- 1:36:27Speaker 8: Everybody want to be a continuous conversation. Everybody want to
- 1:36:30Speaker 8: be Beyonce. But that ain't the reality of life.
- 1:36:33Speaker 7: Major League Baseball. The season has started, they're using robot umpires.
- 1:36:38Speaker 7: We've seen a couple of times where guys now people
- 1:36:41Speaker 7: get to batters, get to question the umpire.
- 1:36:47Speaker 2: Uh, is this going to be good for the game
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: or bad? Bad? It's not like you're going to be
- 1:36:54Speaker 2: out of a job.
- 1:36:56Speaker 12: I think it's bad because as you look at the
- 1:36:58Speaker 12: NFL replay, it's.
- 1:37:00Speaker 8: Really no we're talking about Major League baby, but I'm
- 1:37:03Speaker 8: just saying, but major League Baseball. How other things have
- 1:37:06Speaker 8: other sports have where they think it's good to question
- 1:37:10Speaker 8: the judge, the official on the moment call when it's
- 1:37:14Speaker 8: on the fielding right there and the player the action,
- 1:37:16Speaker 8: and then you want to go to replay or some
- 1:37:20Speaker 8: other kind of way to scan to say the ball
- 1:37:22Speaker 8: hit here.
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: Well, different sport, different replay.
- 1:37:27Speaker 11: I think one thing that's that's helped with it, that's helped.
- 1:37:31Speaker 11: I've seen a lot of positive feedback about it, and
- 1:37:35Speaker 11: I think what's helped is that it doesn't take a
- 1:37:37Speaker 11: long time. Like looking at replay in the NFL the NBA,
- 1:37:40Speaker 11: it's taking a few minutes and it's kind of slowing
- 1:37:43Speaker 11: down the pace of the game. With a ball or strike,
- 1:37:46Speaker 11: it's immediate. It takes thirty seconds maybe less for them
- 1:37:51Speaker 11: to review it and then we move on and you
- 1:37:54Speaker 11: only get two challenges a game, so it's not like
- 1:37:57Speaker 11: that you can continuously do it.
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: And we've seen a similar.
- 1:38:04Speaker 8: Graphic enhancement with tennis with balls being in or out,
- 1:38:10Speaker 8: and if they get that clear image from all angles
- 1:38:13Speaker 8: and immediately the call is verified, justify and moved on.
- 1:38:18Speaker 8: I think a lot of people with baseball are just
- 1:38:22Speaker 8: caught up on the human element being eliminated and worrying
- 1:38:27Speaker 8: about it being manipulated, Like, you know, can I manipulate
- 1:38:31Speaker 8: this film? Can I manipulate this information to make it
- 1:38:35Speaker 8: look like it was a ball when it was actually
- 1:38:37Speaker 8: a strike.
- 1:38:38Speaker 7: I think we spent a lot of times trying to
- 1:38:41Speaker 7: make things perfect, yeah, then enjoying things. There is no perfection.
- 1:38:50Speaker 7: I can't believe in sports that we change the rules
- 1:38:53Speaker 7: so much. Every year there's a rule change. Please find
- 1:39:01Speaker 7: me a year that a sport didn't change a rule,
- 1:39:06Speaker 7: whether it's the height of the mound to how long
- 1:39:09Speaker 7: a player's shirt has the beat now they them, I've
- 1:39:15Speaker 7: never seen. We can't just run back last year.
- 1:39:19Speaker 2: But then what would the people that come up with
- 1:39:21Speaker 2: these rules do for a living? Gotta think they think
- 1:39:26Speaker 2: of the rules? Chase show right after.
- 1:39:32Speaker 18: This, tell your mother till your father's in the telegram.
- 1:39:37Speaker 18: I'm liking because you see our last long.
- 1:39:43Speaker 13: Don't go away board of the Sports Jock Show with

- 1:41:26Speaker 27: And now back to the sports job Wayne Gandy.
- 1:41:38Speaker 2: Bes Wain log answer.
- 1:41:50Speaker 24: You can see the sports jaint I'll sing even Jenny,
- 1:41:57Speaker 24: welcome back to this sport shock show.
- 1:41:58Speaker 7: I'm the sport shock Wayne Canny. Why do Americans dislike
- 1:42:03Speaker 7: dress codes? Why do y'all dislike dress codes?
- 1:42:08Speaker 30: Why?
- 1:42:08Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:42:09Speaker 8: How by our society we went completely in about a
- 1:42:11Speaker 8: thirty year period, completely against the dress code promise is
- 1:42:18Speaker 8: Disney is what does dress code have to do with freedom?
- 1:42:25Speaker 7: Freedom means that you're not in jail. Freedom means that
- 1:42:29Speaker 7: you can't be persecuted, see it, arrested.
- 1:42:34Speaker 2: For thing clothes I wear?
- 1:42:40Speaker 26: Right?
- 1:42:40Speaker 7: No, oh see that's half freedom. That's on your time.
- 1:42:44Speaker 7: But in my establishment, you're not free. Just like to
- 1:42:49Speaker 7: come to someone's house. If they demand you to come
- 1:42:54Speaker 7: a certain way, either you come that way or they
- 1:42:59Speaker 7: can put you out there your house. I'm willing not
- 1:43:04Speaker 7: to have you as a customer. So how am I wrong?
- 1:43:08Speaker 29: Right?
- 1:43:10Speaker 7: Because you, in turn, if you're having your celebration you
- 1:43:15Speaker 7: want you don't want Big Kenny to show up in
- 1:43:17Speaker 7: his regular clothes to your Halloween party.
- 1:43:22Speaker 8: But I'm I'm there because I don't really do halloween
- 1:43:25Speaker 8: like that. But I do Halloween parties like that, but
- 1:43:28Speaker 8: I don't do it.
- 1:43:28Speaker 2: So why do we dress codes? You infringed on my freedoms?
- 1:43:33Speaker 8: No see see wait stop stop stop stop stop stop
- 1:43:37Speaker 8: stop stop stop for injury.
- 1:43:38Speaker 2: This is what this is what I'm talking about. This
- 1:43:39Speaker 2: is violation.
- 1:43:40Speaker 8: This the exact thing I'm talking about. That's what I'm saying.
- 1:43:44Speaker 8: We want to be there, but we want to be there.
- 1:43:46Speaker 8: We want to be there. You told me it's a
- 1:43:49Speaker 8: Halloween costume party. So I want the free drinks, I
- 1:43:53Speaker 8: want the food, I want the social life.
- 1:43:56Speaker 2: But I don't want to do it the way you
- 1:43:59Speaker 2: asked me to.
- 1:44:00Speaker 8: So now I'm gonna show up in my street clothes
- 1:44:02Speaker 8: and spend half your night arguing with you about my freedoms.
- 1:44:07Speaker 2: At YO, did that? Did I have to say the
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: problem with us? Goodsney costume required on the invitation? You
- 1:44:14Speaker 2: should not have to say anything.
- 1:44:17Speaker 8: You should not have to say anything outside of costume parts.
- 1:44:22Speaker 8: So anyview heading to any kind of Disney World or land,
- 1:44:26Speaker 8: check the dress code. They're getting back to more fan
- 1:44:28Speaker 8: family friendly dressing, which I don't know that why they
- 1:44:32Speaker 8: ever had to get away from that.
- 1:44:36Speaker 2: Really dressing and Disney well wearing.
- 1:44:38Speaker 8: Those of the things that they several things that they
- 1:44:42Speaker 8: cited in the article was one, no, no full costumes.
- 1:44:48Speaker 8: Can't come to Disney dressed as Mickey no more except
- 1:44:53Speaker 8: for that on certain Halloween events. Then you can't come
- 1:44:58Speaker 8: with a bunch of ripped up clothing. You can't build,
- 1:45:01Speaker 8: you can't revealing clothing. You can't come with offensive slogans
- 1:45:07Speaker 8: and sayings on your clothing, those kinds of things. So
- 1:45:12Speaker 8: you you walking around at Small World with a T
- 1:45:16Speaker 8: shirt say mo ob money over.
- 1:45:21Speaker 2: Coming in your pajamas and pants and out.
- 1:45:26Speaker 8: Or you got the girls fully displayed that you barely
- 1:45:30Speaker 8: got them, you barely got them covered.
- 1:45:32Speaker 2: It's all of it.
- 1:45:34Speaker 11: So they had a similar issue at the Houston Rodeo.
- 1:45:38Speaker 11: They had a similar issue everywhere.
- 1:45:44Speaker 8: They have a similar issue everywhere because people you have
- 1:45:47Speaker 8: you ever have you have you ever watched parents drop
- 1:45:51Speaker 8: their kids off? I remember when you had when you
- 1:45:54Speaker 8: go to when you went to the airport and we
- 1:45:56Speaker 8: ever watched the parents drop they can't you remember you
- 1:46:00Speaker 8: ever watched them off the bus? And you wonder how
- 1:46:03Speaker 8: they gonna talk to the kid about a dress code?
- 1:46:06Speaker 8: Look at your mama.
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: Michael Jordan talked to Gail King. They had an interview.
- 1:46:12Speaker 7: The bad producer wanted me to bring this up because
- 1:46:16Speaker 7: Michael Jordan, as he stated earlier, is a god in
- 1:46:20Speaker 7: his life, So go ahead only talk about Gail King
- 1:46:24Speaker 7: and Michael Jordan.
- 1:46:28Speaker 12: No, it's just basically we had a sixty minute interview
- 1:46:30Speaker 12: with Michael Jordan and Gil King says she's been waiting
- 1:46:33Speaker 12: a long time, and the interview basically was about the
- 1:46:37Speaker 12: racing team and what Michael had went through with the
- 1:46:40Speaker 12: court case and how he was going to fight for
- 1:46:43Speaker 12: his new racing team and Uh, they really didn't talk
- 1:46:46Speaker 12: basket basketball. They she brought it up one time and
- 1:46:49Speaker 12: Michael mentioned that Hey has never been a goat in basketball.
- 1:46:53Speaker 12: He just said, it's just evolved as sports. Jock said,
- 1:46:57Speaker 12: he's bought it up two weeks ago. It's just evolved,
- 1:47:00Speaker 12: evolving in the sport. But I thought what was interesting
- 1:47:03Speaker 12: that how Michael Jordan bought the NASCAR team is because, well,
- 1:47:09Speaker 12: him and Denny Hamlin they hung out play golf. But
- 1:47:12Speaker 12: it was an article said that Denny Hamlin and Michael
- 1:47:15Speaker 12: Jordan were going to purchase a racing team and it
- 1:47:19Speaker 12: wasn't true and it was actually fake news. And then
- 1:47:23Speaker 12: he took it to Michael said hey, they said we're
- 1:47:24Speaker 12: going to do this and that, and Michael said, hey,
- 1:47:26Speaker 12: well let's go ahead, let's make it happen and so,
- 1:47:28Speaker 12: and that's how they were able to create twenty three
- 1:47:31Speaker 12: to eleven. And I thought that was just interesting how
- 1:47:34Speaker 12: that just came about. And Michael just says the competitive
- 1:47:38Speaker 12: part of it. He's competitive every day with everything he does,
- 1:47:42Speaker 12: even to get dressed in the morning against his wife.
- 1:47:44Speaker 2: He wants to beat her, so and I just thought
- 1:47:48Speaker 2: that was the the interesting side.
- 1:47:50Speaker 12: And Denny Hamlin and the drivers talking in regards of
- 1:47:55Speaker 12: how having a winner as Michael Jordan being able to
- 1:47:59Speaker 12: talk to you in the locker room or on the
- 1:48:02Speaker 12: field and in that sport and just getting you ready to,
- 1:48:05Speaker 12: like you said, just ready to run through the wall
- 1:48:08Speaker 12: when you get ready to do your your thing out
- 1:48:10Speaker 12: there on the NASCAR. So this is an interesting interview.
- 1:48:15Speaker 12: If you get a chance to watch sixty minutes.
- 1:48:18Speaker 2: Gail King's on sixty minutes. Now, oh man, they get Okay,
- 1:48:23Speaker 2: I didn't.
- 1:48:24Speaker 8: I didn't know she was on sixty minutes, So I
- 1:48:26Speaker 8: know she does a good America Yeah and things like that.
- 1:48:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess that's good more. Yeah, she's not Good
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: Morning America. That's ABC, Robin Robin.
- 1:48:34Speaker 7: I mean, was that enough time for his guard complex with?
- 1:48:39Speaker 7: We gave him enough time with? Yeah, the the clocks around, Okay,
- 1:48:43Speaker 7: we'll see. I tell you, I cut out sometimes so
- 1:48:45Speaker 7: you can celebrate my out of.
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: Love love you look great.
- 1:48:58Speaker 13: Let's rub down, don't go away? Or of the Sports
- 1:49:07Speaker 13: joh Show with Wayne Dandridas dumbing up next.
- 1:49:13Speaker 9: But I smoke, I get lost in the music. I'd
- 1:49:16Speaker 9: like to isolate each instrument. The rhythmic Babe the harmonies
- 1:49:21Speaker 9: on the piano, the sticky melody.
- 1:49:28Speaker 4: Careful bit.
- 1:49:29Speaker 15: There's some crossing the streets.
- 1:49:30Speaker 2: Sorry I didn't see them there. If you feel different,
- 1:49:34Speaker 2: you drive different. Don't drive high. It's dangerous and illegal everywhere.
- 1:49:39Speaker 2: A message from NITZA and the AD.
- 1:49:41Speaker 15: Council Attention homeowners.

- 1:50:56Speaker 33: a spin on life and sports and how they enter
- 1:50:59Speaker 33: me on the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Dandy.
- 1:51:25Speaker 7: Welcome back to this war shock shall I'm the sports
- 1:51:27Speaker 7: shock Wing Candy Queens basketball coach head coach Granton Leonard
- 1:51:32Speaker 7: upset uh extremely frustrated that an Auburn basketball assistant showed
- 1:51:38Speaker 7: up courtside to one of his team's game.
- 1:51:42Speaker 2: Coach, get over, that's how I go. Now they poaching.
- 1:51:47Speaker 2: You ain't get the memo. Let's not have got the memo.

- 1:51:53Speaker 2: wait it's called poaching. It's legal poaching.
- 1:51:56Speaker 7: You can just go to a game to more of
- 1:52:01Speaker 7: the lower level colleges and grab all their best players
- 1:52:05Speaker 7: and take them back to your school.
- 1:52:08Speaker 2: That's what they're doing. I'm saying I could just come
- 1:52:10Speaker 2: sit and talk to them. I ain't got a.
- 1:52:12Speaker 8: Well I'm just coming to get a scout report. I
- 1:52:15Speaker 8: didn't call you by the ticket, did it?
- 1:52:17Speaker 5: No?

- 1:52:20Speaker 2: just end up him. Just watch watching doing this.
- 1:52:25Speaker 8: I ain't say nothing, No, I ain't say nothing. I
- 1:52:28Speaker 8: just I just did this to number thirty four, and
- 1:52:34Speaker 8: that's okay, And that's okay for me to do that.
- 1:52:37Speaker 8: You know, Coach Leonard probably finally got his team right,
- 1:52:40Speaker 8: kind of getting a little momentum.
- 1:52:41Speaker 7: And you're gonna come take my best player. I'm quite
- 1:52:43Speaker 7: sure there's a lot of coaches upset with that, Big
- 1:52:47Speaker 7: Kenny you said. Ohio State has won their six straight
- 1:52:51Speaker 7: Pistol Team champions championship, Yes, six straight at Ohio State.
- 1:52:57Speaker 8: At Ohio State, having beaten the set of having beaten
- 1:53:01Speaker 8: shooters from West Point six straight. We talk about dynasties.
- 1:53:08Speaker 8: What is the dynasty? How many championships you got.
- 1:53:10Speaker 2: To win in a row? Three? Three?
- 1:53:12Speaker 8: They say three in a row? They start talking dynasty.
- 1:53:15Speaker 8: Connecticut is going to their fourth Final Four appearance in uh,
- 1:53:21Speaker 8: what is it four years?
- 1:53:23Speaker 2: Or is it their third? Is their third?
- 1:53:25Speaker 8: They've won three out of four and this is I
- 1:53:28Speaker 8: think their fourth straight appearance in the final four?
- 1:53:30Speaker 2: Is this correct? Or Connecticut the men's basketball, men's basketball.
- 1:53:37Speaker 8: This will be their third out of three out of four,
- 1:53:38Speaker 8: three out of four, and the women have done and
- 1:53:40Speaker 8: how many times?
- 1:53:43Speaker 2: Tis right?
- 1:53:44Speaker 32: Right?
- 1:53:46Speaker 8: And when we talk back to back you said dynasty,
- 1:53:49Speaker 8: we usually talk about three times, back to back, six times.
- 1:53:53Speaker 2: Why aren't we talking? Is it because? And my thing
- 1:53:56Speaker 2: is is it because it's epistols?
- 1:53:57Speaker 8: Is that where we've gotten with fire arms in America
- 1:54:01Speaker 8: that we won't know recognize this?
- 1:54:03Speaker 7: So the Kardashians just haven't joined it, okay, or one
- 1:54:07Speaker 7: of the people that's doing it hasn't done only fans
- 1:54:11Speaker 7: page or something like that.
- 1:54:15Speaker 8: They're just they're just good, clean fun. Yeah, they're just
- 1:54:20Speaker 8: competing for the fun of the sport.
- 1:54:22Speaker 7: We as Americans like to see ourselves all of us
- 1:54:25Speaker 7: like we are the leaders, but most of us are followers.
- 1:54:29Speaker 7: We're waiting on someone to tell us what to drink,
- 1:54:33Speaker 7: what to where, where to vacation. We rushed to those
- 1:54:38Speaker 7: places like they were just invented. So we run to
- 1:54:42Speaker 7: things like you know, it's like we were talking about
- 1:54:45Speaker 7: what Tiger Woods when he invaded golf, golf had already
- 1:54:50Speaker 7: been around about two hundred years. The Masters was already
- 1:54:54Speaker 7: in the year one hundred and five, and people act
- 1:54:57Speaker 7: like it had just been invented when Tiger Wood has
- 1:55:00Speaker 7: decided to do it. And so with a lot of things,
- 1:55:04Speaker 7: we only want to see. This movie wants people to momentum,
- 1:55:07Speaker 7: you know, drink this drink when people you know tell
- 1:55:11Speaker 7: you the run out and get a chicken sandwich right
- 1:55:15Speaker 7: and Popeyes. It's just been invented.
- 1:55:17Speaker 8: And since we don't have anyone saying the pistol shooter
- 1:55:21Speaker 8: from Ohio State has just in her to transfer portal
- 1:55:25Speaker 8: and it's going to Colorado to shoot for Coach Prime.
- 1:55:28Speaker 2: Nobody cares.
- 1:55:29Speaker 7: Nobody cares because there's cared about Nobody cared about Jackson
- 1:55:33Speaker 7: State to Prime went there, they had forgot about Colorado.
- 1:55:37Speaker 7: It's all you need is but it's the little girl's
- 1:55:40Speaker 7: name Northwest to join the Ohio State shooting team.
- 1:55:45Speaker 8: And then the fact that they've been six times straight
- 1:55:49Speaker 8: champions will make sense.
- 1:55:51Speaker 2: It would be the thing. Okay, it's just what we
- 1:55:53Speaker 2: do with things. We don't care until someone tells us
- 1:55:58Speaker 2: to care. To care.
- 1:55:59Speaker 8: All right, now, I believe that I will accept that, sir,
- 1:56:03Speaker 8: about those kind of things.
- 1:56:05Speaker 2: What else do we have here?
- 1:56:06Speaker 7: Tyler Perry has been ordered to uh the TSA agents. Yes,
- 1:56:13Speaker 7: he's they're gonna have to give those gift cards. He
- 1:56:17Speaker 7: gave about twenty five thousand dollars worth to give cards
- 1:56:19Speaker 7: to different ts eight agents, and rightfully so he probably
- 1:56:23Speaker 7: didn't know or what a ts A agent is.
- 1:56:26Speaker 8: It's like, you can't just give those that kind of
- 1:56:29Speaker 8: stuff to police officers compromised like that.
- 1:56:34Speaker 2: So you trust me.
- 1:56:35Speaker 8: I know you just can't get cops money and get
- 1:56:38Speaker 8: a whole bunch of people in up front. You just
- 1:56:40Speaker 8: be trying to do your part here, I'm a cup
- 1:56:46Speaker 8: of coffee trying to bribe me. Oh, I'm saying, get
- 1:56:49Speaker 8: the team some pizza. Hey, y'all take a mutch break. Yeah,
- 1:56:52Speaker 8: let's let that bag slide to it. Yeah, I'm saying
- 1:56:55Speaker 8: that in the fifteen.
- 1:56:56Speaker 2: Hundred hard was in the right place. Fifteen eight hundred.
- 1:56:59Speaker 2: Ain't no, no, have to cover the pizza. Come back
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: next month. I hook you up.
- 1:57:02Speaker 8: And some places tell you they can't take Yeah, we
- 1:57:04Speaker 8: can't do the tipsy things like that. Everybody comes to
- 1:57:08Speaker 8: work at child they you can't just tip. They can't
- 1:57:11Speaker 8: take a tip like that. So that would be all that.
- 1:57:15Speaker 8: That story is.
- 1:57:16Speaker 7: About Shaka Khan, the Great Chaka Khan. She was on
- 1:57:19Speaker 7: the ticket at hp CEU wear fests. She says that
- 1:57:24Speaker 7: modern day pop stars use their butts and other bodily
- 1:57:30Speaker 7: parts on stage to compensate.
- 1:57:36Speaker 2: But talent. I just read that. Yep, Chaka Kuhn. Is
- 1:57:44Speaker 2: she true.
- 1:57:45Speaker 8: I've had the distinct honor and privilege of standing live
- 1:57:51Speaker 8: backstage and looking at Sha Ka Khan staying ten toes down,
- 1:57:55Speaker 8: flat foot and with no t NA, no nothing, blow
- 1:58:01Speaker 8: the room away chess with her voice. And then right
- 1:58:06Speaker 8: after that, I've seen an r B singer come up
- 1:58:11Speaker 8: and let it all hang out and had no more
- 1:58:16Speaker 8: impact than Shaka Khan did, actually made people go, all right,
- 1:58:23Speaker 8: I appreciate you. So yes, I completely feel what she's saying. Yeah,
- 1:58:30Speaker 8: I'm with Shaka because let it cook. Don't get me wrong,
- 1:58:38Speaker 8: keep it cooking, Keep it cooking, because everybody got they thing,
- 1:58:42Speaker 8: and if that's your thing, do that.
- 1:58:44Speaker 2: But don't get the too confused. This ain't that. That,
- 1:58:47Speaker 2: ain't this Shaka doing something. This is like Patty and
- 1:58:50Speaker 2: Shaka in the ocean. The truth is he will throw
- 1:58:59Speaker 2: you to the ocean.
- 1:59:01Speaker 15: It's time to wrap things up on the Sports Judge Show.

- 1:59:45Speaker 2: To today's show. Yeah. I could throw Tiger.
- 1:59:47Speaker 8: Woods in the ocean for a fifty year old man
- 1:59:50Speaker 8: still doing the same things he was doing when he
- 1:59:52Speaker 8: was nineteen.
- 1:59:53Speaker 2: Grow up, Tiger.
- 1:59:56Speaker 8: You got Ooper Black money, Ah Black, You got money
- 2:00:00Speaker 8: that all the driver has to do is drive. What
- 2:00:03Speaker 8: you do today, I drove, That's all I do. I
- 2:00:07Speaker 8: don't cook, I ain't no, I'm not even a butler.
- 2:00:10Speaker 2: I just literally drive. And when I'm not driving, I
- 2:00:13Speaker 2: just sit.
- 2:00:15Speaker 7: You got that kind of money talking, do that or
- 2:00:18Speaker 7: get Charlie to drive you around your son one of
- 2:00:22Speaker 7: the two. But no, I'm not going with Tiger. What
- 2:00:24Speaker 7: I'm going with was a couple of warnings. One is
- 2:00:27Speaker 7: for my local atlant Tis starting on May fourth in
- 2:00:32Speaker 7: Metro Atlanta. After two hundred and sixty two cases last year,
- 2:00:38Speaker 7: Atlanta has decided that if they catch you on camera
- 2:00:42Speaker 7: passing them school buses, I'm gonna need that thous thousand
- 2:00:48Speaker 7: dollars ticket two hundred and sixty two incidents that were
- 2:00:52Speaker 7: reported by bus drivers last year for passing the bus.
- 2:00:56Speaker 7: When them stop signs go out, you might want to
- 2:00:58Speaker 7: stop that. You don't, cam ain't gonna be none of that.
- 2:01:02Speaker 7: It wasn't me, Big Kenny, ain't got me on.
- 2:01:08Speaker 33: Bus.
- 2:01:09Speaker 2: Well, we at least got your car tag. Somebody is
- 2:01:13Speaker 2: a thousand dog got stole.
- 2:01:14Speaker 7: And along with that, like Paul Revere said, the British
- 2:01:18Speaker 7: are coming, the Europeans have came. If you haven't been
- 2:01:24Speaker 7: watching the NBA this season, Luca Duncans is the leading scot,
- 2:01:29Speaker 7: Nikola Joker is the leading rebounder and the leading assists
- 2:01:35Speaker 7: Victor Women Yamba leads in blocks, and Rudy Gobert leads
- 2:01:43Speaker 7: in field goal percentage. The British, like the Beatles, are
- 2:01:48Speaker 7: already here.
- 2:01:50Speaker 2: The Europeans are dominating.
- 2:01:52Speaker 7: That basically all the stats leading stats in the NBA
- 2:01:55Speaker 7: belong to a European basketball.
- 2:01:58Speaker 2: Right number one on the Ain't not an American?
- 2:02:02Speaker 7: No more like James Worthy said, American basketball players lived
- 2:02:07Speaker 7: the MTV crib life. The Europeans are steel grinding, doing
- 2:02:14Speaker 7: the basics. The great James work, Yes, big game, that's
- 2:02:19Speaker 7: what they call him. From this spot Shock Show. We
- 2:02:21Speaker 7: hope you have a good afternoon. I hope we were
- 2:02:24Speaker 7: able to make you at least laugh or think. Here
- 2:02:29Speaker 7: today the horrible combo laughing and thinking peace,
