Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #318: Reclaiming Curiosity & Joy
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:06Speaker 2: We're back.
- 0:07Speaker 3: You know what's so cool right now is I have
- 0:09Speaker 3: a red shirt on and you have a purple shirt on. Yeah,
- 0:12Speaker 3: so root chakra, crown chakra. So it's like we've got
- 0:15Speaker 3: there all bases covered at this time.
- 0:16Speaker 2: You're welcome people.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Yeah, perfect, Thanks for pointing that out.
- 0:24Speaker 3: I mean I have some purple on for sure, because
- 0:26Speaker 3: I have some amethysts on my wrist and stuff.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Very good, very good. I have blue jean shorts on,
- 0:33Speaker 1: so I'm grounded.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Nice. I like it.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I love it. I love that color. So recently, it
- 0:45Speaker 1: was a conversation about uh so time management and take
- 0:51Speaker 1: the time like on Sunday to lay out your outfits
- 0:54Speaker 1: for the week. And they were talking about this was
- 0:58Speaker 1: a business women's group that I was in, and and
- 1:02Speaker 1: so you know, just what things can you do in
- 1:05Speaker 1: your life that you can save time on and help
- 1:11Speaker 1: you be more efficient with your day and all the things.
- 1:14Speaker 1: And so that was one thing that came up. Take
- 1:15Speaker 1: the time at the beginning of the week to lay
- 1:18Speaker 1: out all your outfits for each day Monday through Friday.
- 1:22Speaker 1: That way, in the morning, you just it's it's good
- 1:25Speaker 1: to go you have. So for me, I stand in
- 1:30Speaker 1: my closet sometimes for about ten to fifteen minutes, trying
- 1:34Speaker 1: to figure out what I'm what I'm feeling drawn to,
- 1:37Speaker 1: because in the past I attempted, I've attempted to just
- 1:42Speaker 1: pull out the next day's outfit. And what happens is
- 1:47Speaker 1: that next day, when I get up and I'm getting
- 1:49Speaker 1: ready for work and stuff, I'm in a different energy
- 1:53Speaker 1: from when I than when I picked the outfit to
- 1:57Speaker 1: be wearing, and I will change the the whole outfit.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I'll just put it all back and then pull something
- 2:03Speaker 1: else out. And that's what I do because talk about
- 2:06Speaker 1: the chakras and the colors. Is what brought that up
- 2:08Speaker 1: for me is is it's whatever I'm drawn to that
- 2:13Speaker 1: morning or when I get dressed. I have several times
- 2:18Speaker 1: other than like those specific events like like a wedding,
- 2:23Speaker 1: I know what I'm gonna wear at a wedding. I
- 2:24Speaker 1: know what I'm gonna wear to a lot of times,
- 2:28Speaker 1: to a celebration of life, or you know, things that
- 2:34Speaker 1: are very specific like that, I pretty much know what
- 2:38Speaker 1: I'm gonna wear. But on a day to day business basis,
- 2:43Speaker 1: it I have to be drawn to it, so I've
- 2:48Speaker 1: attempted to that. So that was a tidbit of information
- 2:50Speaker 1: for people who are working on their time management. Pick
- 2:53Speaker 1: out your outfits at the beginning of the week. Lay
- 2:55Speaker 1: them out, match your earrings, your shoes, and all the
- 2:58Speaker 1: things so that you're good too. It works for a
- 3:01Speaker 1: lot of people. It doesn't work for me at this point.
- 3:07Speaker 3: So as you're saying all this stuff, what I'm processing
- 3:10Speaker 3: is you set intentions. We set intentions all the time. Right,
- 3:14Speaker 3: Spirit knows where we're going to be at mentally, physically, emotionally.
- 3:18Speaker 3: I believe in so many ways by Thursday, So you
- 3:22Speaker 3: can have fun and still lay that out. Be like, okay,
- 3:25Speaker 3: Spirit or whatever whoever you're talking to, Angels, my universal team,
- 3:29Speaker 3: what should we pick out for Monday?
- 3:31Speaker 2: What should we pick out for this day? What should
- 3:32Speaker 2: we pick out for this day?
- 3:33Speaker 3: What should we instead of it being our responsibility and
- 3:35Speaker 3: seeing if we still actually gravitate towards those clothing, Because
- 3:38Speaker 3: I feel like we think that that goes back to
- 3:40Speaker 3: the whole thing. If we think we always know what's
- 3:42Speaker 3: best for us, but we don't. So that's why it
- 3:43Speaker 3: would change the next day, right we would from the
- 3:48Speaker 3: mental space, the energy frequency that whatever is going on
- 3:51Speaker 3: in your life in that moment you decide to pick
- 3:53Speaker 3: out those clothes, you're picking them out from that moment.
- 3:55Speaker 3: But we can set ourselves up to choose those things
- 3:59Speaker 3: with help in a different way. And it's like then
- 4:02Speaker 3: like being excited to see the outfit because you will
- 4:05Speaker 3: have these knowings like I would never have thought that
- 4:07Speaker 3: I would have worn this outfit today, for sure, but
- 4:09Speaker 3: this is like the best outfit for today, or you
- 4:12Speaker 3: might notice later on that you're wearing It's like, I
- 4:14Speaker 3: don't even know how you might even find that you're
- 4:17Speaker 3: matching up with someone one hundred percent what they were
- 4:19Speaker 3: that day by something you picked the week before. So
- 4:22Speaker 3: if we if we make it more fun and more
- 4:24Speaker 3: of a I don't know, more of a flexing at
- 4:26Speaker 3: the intuition muscles and stuff like that, I think it
- 4:29Speaker 3: changes the whole process.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Yep, you're absolutely one percent setting your intentions about anything,
- 4:38Speaker 1: whether it's your outfit or how your day is going
- 4:40Speaker 1: to go, or your week or even your year. Setting
- 4:45Speaker 1: your intention is super huge part of us utilizing our
- 4:52Speaker 1: guidance and letting the universe know what we want exactly.
- 4:57Speaker 3: And we're and we're doing it. We're co creating, so
- 5:00Speaker 3: we're doing it the whole time. It's just allowing that
- 5:04Speaker 3: flow to happen. And I guess setting our intentions yes too,
- 5:08Speaker 3: because I did say that. But it's also it's even
- 5:11Speaker 3: bigger than that. It's like it's allowing that playful flow
- 5:13Speaker 3: to happen. It's allowing that surrender to happen. It's allowing
- 5:18Speaker 3: this internal guidance to come in. It's allowing yourself to
- 5:21Speaker 3: flex the intuition muscle and see what kind of information
- 5:25Speaker 3: that you receive or how things fill. It's so many opportunities.
- 5:29Speaker 3: But that's how life can be about everything.
- 5:33Speaker 1: I like the word playfulness. Yeah, yeah, it's have fun
- 5:38Speaker 1: picking out your outfits, have fun thinking about what your
- 5:41Speaker 1: day is going to look like, have fun with Yeah.
- 5:44Speaker 1: We have those days where you may feel dread like
- 5:48Speaker 1: oh God, I gotta face this person today or I
- 5:51Speaker 1: got to take care of this thing today. Well what
- 5:54Speaker 1: if it turned out better than you could ever expect?
- 5:56Speaker 1: So what if you took your intentions in visualation and
- 6:03Speaker 1: put the scenario and I just came to me, like,
- 6:05Speaker 1: put the scenario in a cartoon and play it out
- 6:10Speaker 1: with some silliness and then see if that softens and
- 6:15Speaker 1: just play with it, because the more you practice with it,
- 6:18Speaker 1: the better it gets, and the better it gets, the
- 6:20Speaker 1: more fun you have with it, the more fun you
- 6:22Speaker 1: have with the more you do it, and you notice
- 6:27Speaker 1: that each situation that you participate in, it gets easier
- 6:31Speaker 1: and easier.
- 6:36Speaker 2: It makes it fun. So playfulness reminds me of being
- 6:38Speaker 2: a child.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Right last night, I'm sitting there and I recognize when
- 6:43Speaker 3: I start having emotional feelings within my body, I'm like
- 6:46Speaker 3: checking in, like where is that coming from? And what
- 6:49Speaker 3: I recognize If if my inner wounded child is having
- 6:53Speaker 3: a reaction to something, that is a perfect opportunity in
- 6:57Speaker 3: that very moment to look at that, because I will
- 7:00Speaker 3: guarantee you from our perspective that we've been living on
- 7:03Speaker 3: this planet for the length of time that we've been
- 7:05Speaker 3: living on and I'm no longer that little wounded child.
- 7:08Speaker 3: I'm reacting from that wounded child, and it makes zero
- 7:12Speaker 3: sense logically to me now, and so when I start
- 7:18Speaker 3: so it's it's it's taken that time. As soon as
- 7:20Speaker 3: you notice that there's something like that, your your wounded
- 7:23Speaker 3: child is having a temper tantrum about something. Something's out
- 7:25Speaker 3: of your control, somebody is doing something you don't want
- 7:27Speaker 3: them to be doing, or whatever it is. When you
- 7:31Speaker 3: logically look at it, it does not make sense. And
- 7:33Speaker 3: so it's that's like a way of unraveling the old
- 7:37Speaker 3: patterns and the old programs, and so that we're not
- 7:39Speaker 3: still operating from that five year old, that eight year old,
- 7:42Speaker 3: that nine year old version of ourselves. We're not doing
- 7:45Speaker 3: it anymore because because it's it's so easy, I mean,
- 7:50Speaker 3: it really is. I can tell when I'm feeling good
- 7:52Speaker 3: or not feeling good, and I can tell when something
- 7:54Speaker 3: has irritated me and not irritated me.
- 7:56Speaker 2: It's pretty simple.
- 7:57Speaker 3: So in that exact time, I can freaking let the
- 8:01Speaker 3: fire consume me and just take me, or I can
- 8:04Speaker 3: stop for a few minutes and take a look at
- 8:06Speaker 3: it and realize there was no need for a fire
- 8:08Speaker 3: in the first place. And now I'm getting my wounded
- 8:11Speaker 3: inner child a different perspective, and that perspective changes everything,
- 8:15Speaker 3: and everything just stops. So now you're back into the
- 8:18Speaker 3: playfulness of things, because I can guarantee you that our
- 8:21Speaker 3: wounded child does not want to walk around the planet
- 8:23Speaker 3: being a wounded child forever. They want to freaking have fun.
- 8:29Speaker 3: So I present opportunities to my even myself.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's true because children are curious, They want
- 8:40Speaker 1: to explore, they want to taste everything, They put everything
- 8:44Speaker 1: in their mouth. Infants, they want to touch everything, feel
- 8:49Speaker 1: it tactile, right, what does that feel like? They ask
- 8:55Speaker 1: why all the time? Why? Why? Why? And of course,
- 8:59Speaker 1: as the adult, we get irritated. I did, anyway, got
- 9:01Speaker 1: irritated with those that question. And as when we're adults,
- 9:09Speaker 1: we stop being that curious and we stop asking questions,
- 9:16Speaker 1: and we we forget to be playful because we're so
- 9:20Speaker 1: damn serious about life and about being perfect and not
- 9:26Speaker 1: wanting and that perfectionism is not wanting to get in
- 9:30Speaker 1: trouble because we learned that when we don't get it right,
- 9:33Speaker 1: that we get in trouble. So coming back into playful
- 9:40Speaker 1: intentions to you've we've disconnected from that. I know I
- 9:44Speaker 1: did for several years. I know BEV did that. We
- 9:47Speaker 1: disconnect from that, that the playfulness that our child wanted
- 9:54Speaker 1: to do but maybe didn't get the opportunity. There are
- 9:57Speaker 1: people out there who had amazing childhoods and that's awesome,
- 10:01Speaker 1: and many of us did not. There were moments. We
- 10:05Speaker 1: did have playful moments, We did have wonderful moments, but
- 10:08Speaker 1: typically the the traumas and dramas out rule, and we
- 10:12Speaker 1: remember the traumas and dramas and we forget about those
- 10:15Speaker 1: glimpses of joy that we did have. But allow yourself,
- 10:20Speaker 1: as the adult now, to look at experiences in a
- 10:29Speaker 1: different through different eyes, meaning if you just take it
- 10:35Speaker 1: and look at it as a situation, it's just an experience.
- 10:38Speaker 1: And it's easy to say this, it's not always easy
- 10:42Speaker 1: to do. It's just it's just an experience. That's it.
- 10:48Speaker 1: The glass fell off the shelf, hit the floor, shattered.
- 10:55Speaker 1: It becomes a big deal when we bring our ourself
- 11:00Speaker 1: into it of oh my god, that was my mom's
- 11:03Speaker 1: favorite glass, and now she's gonna be so mad at me,
- 11:06Speaker 1: and I'm gonna get in trouble and she's not gonna
- 11:07Speaker 1: talk to me, and we're gonna have the big, huge fight,
- 11:09Speaker 1: and right we just start spiraling down because of that
- 11:13Speaker 1: is our programming. And what if what if your mom's like, oh,
- 11:22Speaker 1: it's no big deal. I was gonna go through my
- 11:27Speaker 1: glasses anyway and get rid of a bunch of them.
- 11:32Speaker 1: It's just an experience, Hey I broke the glass, or hey,
- 11:36Speaker 1: the glass fell off the shelf and broke. Maybe she
- 11:40Speaker 1: does have a moment of discord because it was something
- 11:46Speaker 1: that brought memories to her, But in actuality, the memory
- 11:49Speaker 1: can never be taken away. It was just a connection
- 11:53Speaker 1: to that item, right. So it's get back into the playfulness,
- 12:00Speaker 1: the playful intentions, the the idea that life is supposed
- 12:05Speaker 1: to be fun. You've just not been allowing yourself to
- 12:09Speaker 1: have fun.
- 12:12Speaker 3: It's retraining, right, because we don't A lot of us
- 12:14Speaker 3: are not even familiar with that because our parents weren't
- 12:16Speaker 3: familiar with that.
- 12:17Speaker 2: They didn't. We just knew that it was the opposite
- 12:19Speaker 2: that was always working hard.
- 12:21Speaker 3: And when you said that the glass, like you used
- 12:23Speaker 3: that as the visual for me the glass broke, the
- 12:28Speaker 3: opportunity was, well, now I have room for a new
- 12:31Speaker 3: favorite glass, Like it's or curiosity as a child, I
- 12:36Speaker 3: wonder what my new favorite glass is going to be
- 12:38Speaker 3: like it's it's being exciting about that knowing that something
- 12:40Speaker 3: was cleared away.
- 12:41Speaker 2: It's giving me goosebumps.
- 12:43Speaker 3: But notice no, noting that something was cleared away for
- 12:46Speaker 3: you not in any way to harm you.
- 12:49Speaker 2: It was cleared away for you.
- 12:51Speaker 3: And such a simple analogy is that glass falling off
- 12:54Speaker 3: the shelf and it was your favorite, It's just like
- 12:57Speaker 3: I just said, it's it's just an opportunity for another favorite.
- 13:00Speaker 3: It's the opportunity to use something different to We can
- 13:04Speaker 3: look at it in a million different directions, but it's
- 13:05Speaker 3: whatever makes you feel good.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Yeah, And we just forgot how to do that. We
- 13:11Speaker 1: just forgot how to to be lighter and embrace life
- 13:15Speaker 1: and put a smile on our face more often, and
- 13:21Speaker 1: just recognize that each situation, each encounter, each experience, each
- 13:26Speaker 1: person is giving us an opportunity to dig deeper in
- 13:30Speaker 1: ourselves of maybe what we what have we been allowing
- 13:35Speaker 1: ourselves to miss out on? And when I say that
- 13:37Speaker 1: we're missing out on the joys of life because we're
- 13:40Speaker 1: hanging on to so many things from the past, that
- 13:43Speaker 1: that is keeping us stuck in those old programmings. Allowance,
- 13:54Speaker 1: we have to allow ourselves. We have to allow ourselves
- 13:57Speaker 1: to be playful. We have to practice it. And it's
- 14:01Speaker 1: not very often that I will say that you have
- 14:02Speaker 1: to do something or need to do something, But you
- 14:04Speaker 1: can only get good at something when you practice. So
- 14:08Speaker 1: you have to practice in order to get better at
- 14:11Speaker 1: being playful, having playful intentions, releasing the fears of getting
- 14:17Speaker 1: in trouble or having to get it perfect. There's no
- 14:21Speaker 1: perfection in this world other than they may say God's perfection.
- 14:27Speaker 1: When you say God's perfection, then all of us are
- 14:30Speaker 1: already perfect. It's when we think we have to do
- 14:34Speaker 1: something in a perfect manner. What if it is already perfect.
- 14:38Speaker 1: It's just your perception thinking it is not.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Yeah, because isn't what being perfect is like comparing ourselves
- 14:45Speaker 3: to somebody else the way that they did it or
- 14:47Speaker 3: the way someone else believes it should be right. So
- 14:49Speaker 3: it is not being in that space, Memore. But I
- 14:52Speaker 3: grew up the same way. I mean, I grew up
- 14:54Speaker 3: that way. I was a perfectionist. And it also gets
- 14:56Speaker 3: attention when you do something, Oh that's great, you did
- 14:59Speaker 3: this this way, or they get they get proud of
- 15:02Speaker 3: you for you doing things, or it's this positive reinforcements,
- 15:07Speaker 3: and maybe those positive reinforcements are always the best. It's
- 15:10Speaker 3: not something that we should be striving to go after
- 15:14Speaker 3: striving for.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Yeah, and we go out. When you bring some playfulness
- 15:20Speaker 1: into your life, things do get seem to get easier.
- 15:23Speaker 1: You just have to get accustomed to it being easier.
- 15:28Speaker 1: One of my one of my things I used to
- 15:31Speaker 1: do is life would be going, wow, everything's working well.
- 15:35Speaker 1: But because my nervous system didn't know how to handle that,
- 15:38Speaker 1: I would create a problem so I could fix it.
- 15:44Speaker 1: After it took me several years to even recognize that's
- 15:47Speaker 1: what I was doing and to acknowledge why I did it.
- 15:56Speaker 1: And so I was creating issues for myself, complicating issue
- 16:00Speaker 1: but complicating my journey because of my old programming that
- 16:07Speaker 1: nothing goes right, there's always a problem, there's always drama.
- 16:12Speaker 1: I'm always focused on the drama. Things need to be
- 16:14Speaker 1: hard in order to feel accepted. I got to solve
- 16:19Speaker 1: this problem. So it's just like these deep seated beliefs,
- 16:23Speaker 1: and that's what this space that we keep ourselves in
- 16:28Speaker 1: when we don't allow ourselves to be playful.
- 16:32Speaker 2: It's true.
- 16:34Speaker 3: I don't know if it's relevant or not relevant, but
- 16:37Speaker 3: my grands have been sick with like a stomach thing,
- 16:41Speaker 3: and so when you think about that from an energetic standpoint,
- 16:44Speaker 3: there's a purging that's happening, right if we're not allowing
- 16:48Speaker 3: ourselves to be happy, or maybe there's so much stuff
- 16:50Speaker 3: that's on us.
- 16:51Speaker 2: Whether from our parents or.
- 16:52Speaker 3: You know, expectations and stuff, and we put so much
- 16:55Speaker 3: pressure on ourselves and aren't allowing ourselves to feel the
- 16:57Speaker 3: way we want to feel, like feeling happy and feeling good,
- 17:00Speaker 3: and we've got all.
- 17:01Speaker 2: These things inside of us.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Purging is like a natural way of releasing everything so
- 17:06Speaker 3: that you can find yourself back to the homeostasis, so
- 17:09Speaker 3: you can find yourself back to the happy place.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Yep. And ultimately, I don't think we've said this a
- 17:17Speaker 1: long time. Ultimately it's a choice.
- 17:22Speaker 2: It is.
- 17:22Speaker 3: We don't realize that when we're kids though, that it's
- 17:24Speaker 3: a choice, because it seems like the choices are being
- 17:27Speaker 3: taken away, not from all parents, because I think some
- 17:30Speaker 3: people and grandparents that have been understanding about how presenting it.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Choices are very important for raising our children. If it's
- 17:40Speaker 3: only two choices, that's fine, it doesn't matter. As long
- 17:42Speaker 3: as there's like they have a choice to make how
- 17:45Speaker 3: they want to choose to move forward. And I think
- 17:47Speaker 3: that that gives that's empowering. That's something I think a
- 17:51Speaker 3: lot of us were missing. I'm afraid of doing something wrong,
- 17:53Speaker 3: so not doing any you know, was I was afraid
- 17:55Speaker 3: of doing something wrong, So not doing anything at all
- 17:58Speaker 3: would be the best way to solve it. So I
- 17:59Speaker 3: don't have to get in trouble at all. They don't
- 18:02Speaker 3: have to do anything. Just go you know, I was
- 18:05Speaker 3: just going to say, just go clean the yard or
- 18:08Speaker 3: clean the house, or stay out of mom's way so
- 18:11Speaker 3: you don't get in trouble. Or it just goes along
- 18:15Speaker 3: those ways and then not following our own path, which
- 18:17Speaker 3: is totally the opposite of what all of us should
- 18:20Speaker 3: be doing and are in the kids. I had Colton
- 18:23Speaker 3: out here one day and he is like, he's gonna
- 18:27Speaker 3: follow one of the dogs around and he's gonna do
- 18:29Speaker 3: everything that the dog does. And I know, I think
- 18:31Speaker 3: I had brought this conversation up before, but it's like,
- 18:33Speaker 3: that's just.
- 18:33Speaker 2: Following your intuition.
- 18:35Speaker 3: That's being curious and being like, well that the dog's
- 18:37Speaker 3: gonna go do this, Oh he's digging over there.
- 18:38Speaker 2: I'm gonna go dig too if they found a scorpion.
- 18:40Speaker 2: But you know I had brought that up.
- 18:43Speaker 3: But it's just funny because we it's just listening to
- 18:45Speaker 3: our intuition and that's the playfulness, and that's exactly how
- 18:48Speaker 3: we should be on a daily basis. You know, we
- 18:51Speaker 3: started our meeting a little bit later than normal because
- 18:54Speaker 3: we had gopher snake that was on top of one
- 18:58Speaker 3: of our trucks. So I mean, you you are patient.
- 19:00Speaker 3: I don't think it was too much later, but what
- 19:02Speaker 3: it did kind of pull back the minutes a little bit,
- 19:04Speaker 3: you know, just put it off a little bit the schedule.
- 19:07Speaker 3: And but that was an opportunity. My adult self would
- 19:11Speaker 3: have been like, oh, I've got to go get in
- 19:12Speaker 3: there and get on this. We got this meeting right now,
- 19:14Speaker 3: you know, all these things, and.
- 19:15Speaker 2: It's like but my child's side is like, this is
- 19:17Speaker 2: so cool.
- 19:18Speaker 3: I had to go out and take a bunch of
- 19:19Speaker 3: pictures of it because I thought it's so cool that
- 19:21Speaker 3: the snake has even gone all the way up to
- 19:23Speaker 3: the top of the vehicle. And on the other side,
- 19:25Speaker 3: I could look at it be like, well, that's freaky.
- 19:26Speaker 3: I'p not have to start paying a little bit better
- 19:27Speaker 3: attention to my truck when I go out. But I
- 19:31Speaker 3: also look at it from a different perspective too, because
- 19:33Speaker 3: for me, everything's a message.
- 19:34Speaker 2: And I haven't looked at all my messages.
- 19:36Speaker 3: But it's like, even recently going into town two times
- 19:40Speaker 3: I've had a coyote go right in front of my path.
- 19:43Speaker 3: I had a squirrel yesterday, I had there's just different
- 19:47Speaker 3: things that I have experienced. I saw a pure white
- 19:50Speaker 3: dove this morning before. Friedman and I were sitting outside
- 19:53Speaker 3: and he said, he's been seeing this duve around pure white.
- 19:56Speaker 3: And you know, for me, that message would be that
- 19:59Speaker 3: I'm on the right path. I'm on the right track,
- 20:01Speaker 3: because that's how the symbolism has shown up for me.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Like in a dream when I was before I went
- 20:06Speaker 3: to massage school, that before I even had even left town.
- 20:10Speaker 3: It was probably a couple of days before I left town,
- 20:12Speaker 3: or the night before. I had this dream and it
- 20:14Speaker 3: was so vivid, but I was following this douve that
- 20:17Speaker 3: was illuminated above me, and I was just following it. It
- 20:20Speaker 3: was going and I was just right below it, following
- 20:22Speaker 3: where it was going. So I see that that gives
- 20:24Speaker 3: me my symbolism, my experiences. So if I look at
- 20:29Speaker 3: life the way that I'm looking at life now, it's
- 20:32Speaker 3: more curious, it's more playful, it's more fun. I feel
- 20:36Speaker 3: more passion in my life because that is the passion.
- 20:39Speaker 3: The passion is following all these little breadcrumbs that we
- 20:42Speaker 3: have out there and having that fun, the passion following
- 20:45Speaker 3: my fun. I'm not even just following passion anymore. I'm
- 20:48Speaker 3: starting to follow my fun more, no matter what that is.
- 20:51Speaker 3: I'm even outside walking around with no shoes on, you know,
- 20:54Speaker 3: in the dirt. I'm that's that would be a kid
- 20:57Speaker 3: thing that I did not even allow myself when I
- 20:59Speaker 3: was a child, because my feet we're too sensitive when
- 21:00Speaker 3: I was a kid. Now i'd have to look that
- 21:02Speaker 3: up and see what was the meaning of all that.
- 21:04Speaker 3: I'm sure i'd probably find out some information. But I
- 21:06Speaker 3: was not that girl. I was not that girl.
- 21:09Speaker 2: We could do that.
- 21:09Speaker 3: My sister she could run around barefoot. She blew my
- 21:11Speaker 3: mind out, but she could run around barefoot. And I'm
- 21:14Speaker 3: freaking Taurus. And if you think about Taurus Taurus as
- 21:17Speaker 3: an earthstine, it's very grounded. It's like so a lot
- 21:20Speaker 3: of things just didn't didn't fit. But I think that's
- 21:25Speaker 3: just training from everything that was around me. And now
- 21:28Speaker 3: I'm finding out what is bev Like, what does she
- 21:31Speaker 3: like to go do? What's fun for me? And it
- 21:35Speaker 3: doesn't matter if it's fun for somebody else, because it's
- 21:37Speaker 3: what's fun. For me right, because we're not living in
- 21:41Speaker 3: someone else's box. I'm not living in someone else's box.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I'm not trying to be liked. If I could even
- 21:48Speaker 3: use a partner or a best friend or anything. If
- 21:50Speaker 3: it's like, if we're not meshing or if we're not
- 21:52Speaker 3: resonating with each other, that's okay because it goes back
- 21:56Speaker 3: to the glass.
- 21:58Speaker 2: What's next. This is exciting.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Yeah, and a lot of times I'm not gonna go
- 22:04Speaker 1: down deep into this hole. But a lot of times
- 22:07Speaker 1: we're not. We don't allow ourselves to be playful because
- 22:10Speaker 1: we believe again, going into our belief systems, we believe
- 22:14Speaker 1: that because of our life experiences, we're supposed to stay
- 22:17Speaker 1: in our suffering. We're supposed to be angry about whatever happened.
- 22:20Speaker 1: We're supposed to hang on to all of that, and
- 22:24Speaker 1: you similar to the glass until you make space for
- 22:31Speaker 1: something new. Whatever the old is taking up the space
- 22:36Speaker 1: won't allow for the new space. So if you're wanting
- 22:40Speaker 1: to lean into playfulness and fun and seeing life through
- 22:44Speaker 1: new eyes, then there are things emotions, experiences, people that
- 22:51Speaker 1: it's going to take some time maybe, but to release
- 22:56Speaker 1: it out of your body, your nervous system, or it's
- 23:01Speaker 1: probably always going to remain in your memory, but releasing
- 23:04Speaker 1: the hold, the bind to the memory and release the
- 23:08Speaker 1: suffering so that you can allow yourself to be playful
- 23:11Speaker 1: and have fun and embrace the amount the remaining years
- 23:15Speaker 1: that are that you may have left, even days or hours,
- 23:18Speaker 1: because we don't know what that looks like, we don't
- 23:21Speaker 1: know what that is, that number is, and what are
- 23:24Speaker 1: you going to do with the time that you have left?
- 23:29Speaker 1: Might be today and it might be another fifty years.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I don't know, but I ultimately I get to choose,
- 23:37Speaker 1: and that my choice is to have playful intentions and
- 23:43Speaker 1: to embrace more fun as I keep moving through each
- 23:47Speaker 1: moment of this lifetime.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Yeah, and coming to me is like enjoying the interactions
- 23:52Speaker 3: that we have with others. Whether we resonate with it
- 23:55Speaker 3: or not, it's there's always a there's a bonus to everything,
- 23:59Speaker 3: and and the bone may be like, oh well that
- 24:01Speaker 3: was that was nice. I got an opportunity to see
- 24:03Speaker 3: what I don't want so I can know what I
- 24:04Speaker 3: do want.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Yes, and absolutely life has given us that.
- 24:13Speaker 3: But like you said, if you just take it and
- 24:14Speaker 3: processes process it as if it's just information coming in
- 24:21Speaker 3: and you're neutral to it, then it's fun, Then it's creative.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Yeah, And ultimately, again it is our choice. And not
- 24:32Speaker 1: only is it your choice, but it's the choice of
- 24:35Speaker 1: those that you work with there, you see out in public,
- 24:38Speaker 1: your friends at the barbecues. Everybody has the choice, and
- 24:42Speaker 1: some people are seeking answers and guidance of what that
- 24:45Speaker 1: choice looks like for them. So be sure to share

- 25:40Speaker 2: I would say, be responsive to your intuition.
- 25:45Speaker 1: And your spirit. Believe it or not, your spirit wants
