- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley joined me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: Again, it's me, Dr. Steve, your fat porch professor and my, there's never a dull day in the golden age, most especially in the rising of the new and very ancient civilizationist world order.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: And we saw precisely that last night while we were all sleeping.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: America's most elite warriors pulled off what military experts are even now calling an utterly impossible mission, a fortress that was supposed to be impenetrable, a dictator who thought he was completely untouchable, and steel doors that were designed to keep out entire armies, all of it breached in seconds.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_00]: Last night President Trump changed the game in Latin America
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: Then, as well, in dictator Nicholas Menteros, been running with prosecutors and now calling one of the largest international drug trafficking operations in human history, pumping thousands of tons of cocaine into American streets.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: 300,000 Americans dead every year from the drug crisis.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: That's half of what we lost in all wars of the 20th century combined in a single year.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: And Trump has been giving Maduro basically an ultimatum.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: You could go wherever you want, you could hide out in China, you could hide out in Russia doesn't matter, but your days as President Venezuela are over.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: And obviously, Maduro pushed back saying the Trump is trying to steal Venezuela's oil and that he was an enemy of the Venezuelan revolution and he threatened fierce armed resistance to Trump ever follow through on his own threats.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: Well, as of 2 AM, Karakas time, Maduro entered the finding out phase of his effing around, explosions rock the Venezuelan capital, low-flying aircraft screened over the city, and within three hours, three hours, President Trump announced that the United States military had indeed successfully captured President Nicholas Maduro along with his wife and
- 2:32[SPEAKER_00]: in the United States.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: Now, what we're learning today is that this wasn't just a military strike.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_00]: This was a masterpiece, a special operations warfare.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_00]: It was called Operation Absolute Resolve, an involved Delta Force, where the America's most elite counterterrorism unit.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: Working right alongside the legendary night stalkers, so that's the 160th Special Operations Aviation
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: 150 aircraft from 20 different bases and ships, Navy Air Force Marine Corps fighter jets, they all provided air cover while helicopter swept in over the Caribbean.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: We're now learning that for the last several days, Delta Force operators have been tracking Maduro's movements, establishing with the military calls a pattern of life.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: that involves basically mapping out his locations, his security, his routines, to specialize delta force units, one redeployed from West Asia and the other one from North Africa, restaging, they've been just waiting more or less for the perfect time to strike and when they did, President Trump revealed that American forces had massive blow torches
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: that were supposed to protect Maduro, but they didn't need a, they struck so fast, Maduro never even made it to his panic room.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: There are reports that our helicopters came under heavy fire from Venezuela and ground defenses, but they returned fire.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: We devastating effect, and it has now been confirmed, there were zero American deaths in this operation, zero, not one.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: Now that the making of this video Maduro and his wife, Silly, Flores, they're aboard the USS Yvijima, and they're heading to New York to face the full weight of American Justice Attorney General.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: Pam Bondi has concealed the indictment this morning, and it's pretty staggering stuff.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: So Narco Terrorism, Conspiracy, Cocaine importation, Conspiracy, possession of machine guns, and destructive devices,
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: conspiracy to possess machine guns and destructive devices against the United States.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: So they're basically treating Maduro as a drug lord, not as a president.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_00]: And Trump, of course, has declared all drug lords and cartel operations to be terrorists.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: They are narcoterrorists and the indictment reveals that Maduro partnered with some of the world's most violent drug cartels.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: So that's FARC, if they are sea,
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: the ELN, trendy abroad, and so on, and he used Venezuela's government institutions.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's diplomatic passports, it's law enforcement, to move cocaine loads with impunity.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_00]: And basically Trump said, not an R hemisphere.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: The days of narcoterrorists operating with impunity in the West are officially over.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, news of this astonishing operation had barely broken before every single Democrat jumped up and down, frothing at the mouth and declaring that this was a completely illegal action and Trump had no right doing this.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, to console Congress, you see it all over MSMBC and CNN, I mean, it's frankly hilarious.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_00]: Think about it.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_00]: First Trump got Democrats to side with illegal migrants.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: Then he got them to side with violent criminals.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: Now, then Narco terrorists, right?
- 5:53[SPEAKER_00]: Now he's getting in the side with a Venezuelan dictator.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the man is a political genius, but not said.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: My name's safe, Jonathan Turley, the Constitution law expert.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: He's out there today explaining that the Maduro capture actually follows very established legal precedent that does not require congressional authorization of any kind.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: The operation mirrors the 1989 capture of the Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega by Bush Senior back in December of 89.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: Noriega was indicted on drug and money laundering charges.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_00]: He was convicted in Miami, and he was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: Like Maduro, Noriega faced a forecount superseding indictment in the southern district of New York for narcoterrorism, cocaine importation conspiracy, and weapons charges.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_00]: And so,
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: When Democrats claim that Trump's act was unjustified, illegal, unprecedented, without congressional authorization, all the, they're not just wrong, they're also frankly hypocritical.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_00]: You'll remember that President Obama actually killed an American citizen abroad under his kill list policy without a single Democrat so much as batting an eye.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: If Obama could vaporize an American citizen without so much as a hint of a criminal charge, Trump could capture a foreign citizen with a pending criminal indictment without prior congressional approval.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: For right or for wrong, the Noriega case established crucial legal precedence that applied directly to Maduro.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: The 11th Circuit rejected Noriega's head of state immunity claim because the United States never recognized him as a legitimate.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: Panama's legitimate ruler, the same argument applies to Maduro, whom the United States does not recognize as Venezuela's duly elected leader certainly not after their last election fiasco there.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: And the Supreme Court's decision United States versus Alvarez further established that extradition treaties don't prohibit the United States from seizing foreign nationals when executing criminal warrants.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: Trump has had an outstanding arrest warrant from Maduro since March of 2020, his last year in office during his first term, which provides clear legal justification for this arrest.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: But beyond the legal framework, there's a geopolitical dimension as well, and that appears to be significantly more far-reaching here.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: We all know what's called the Monroe Doctrine, right?
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: the Western Hemisphere off-limits to foreign colonization and intervention.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: President Trump just released their new national security strategy some weeks back, and this new policy explicitly states that we will deny external states the ability to position military forces or controls strategically vital assets in our hemisphere.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: If China wants to buy a port and Peru, or if Iran wants to ship oil through the Caribbean, they got to answer to us.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: They got to answer to the Department of War.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: And bottom line, Venezuela has gotten way too cozy with China and Russia for Trump's liking.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_00]: And so what we're really witnessing here,
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: is a rise of America, not just as a country or as a nation, but as a civilization state, a state that exercises governing control over its own civilizational hegemony.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_00]: The old liberal international order that sought to enforce a one-size-fits-all global village through the UN and treaties and protocol that world's dead.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: That's the world that forced us to fight endless wars tens of thousands of miles away to enforce this one-size-fits-all globalist world order.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: The new revitalized Monroe Doctrine instead accepts the reality of a multi-polar world, a world of multiple civilizational powers like Russia, China, India,
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: We don't try to impose our values on every village in Afghanistan, as it were.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: Instead, we enforce the security and prosperity of our own civilizational sphere, specifically the Western Hemisphere.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_00]: We're drawing a circle around the Americas.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_00]: and inside that circle, American powers absolute.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: Outside that circle, we deal with nations transactionalite, which increasingly, being called pragmatic engagement, like the Middle East and Russia and China.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_00]: And so in many respects, the rest of Maduro and the seizures of those Venezuela and oil tankers, they send an unmistakable message to nation's both within our hemisphere like Cuba and nations outside and around the world.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_00]: United States is done playing by globalist rules that no one else follows.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: We're securing our perimeter.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_00]: We're taking what is ours, and we are unapologetically defending our civilization.
