- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey everyone, and welcome to my 2024 120-step morning routine.
- 0:07Speaker 1: So actually, no, um, I don't go to bed at
- 0:10Speaker 1: any decent time, so I don't get up at a
- 0:13Speaker 1: decent time. It's currently 9.30. Usually Adam gets up at 8,
- 0:17Speaker 1: and he's a glorious human being who feeds the dogs,
- 0:20Speaker 1: and then starts making breakfast, and then sits on the
- 0:22Speaker 1: edge of my bed and pets me till I wake up,
- 0:25Speaker 1: and then I won't get up unless he tells me
- 0:27Speaker 1: I'm pretty.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Adam, do you think I'm pretty?! Do you think I'm pretty?
- 0:32Speaker 1: See, that's the magic password for me to get out
- 0:34Speaker 1: of the goddamn bed.
- 0:35Speaker 2: 11 minutes later.
- 0:36Speaker 1: So this isn't a routine because it's 2024 and it's
- 0:38Speaker 1: something I'm trying to force myself to do is to
- 0:41Speaker 1: have a routine, okay? So this is what my mornings
- 0:43Speaker 1: are usually like, but it is January 2nd. And today
- 0:46Speaker 1: we're taking a bit of a mental health day. We're
- 0:47Speaker 1: gonna have a little bit of fun.
- 0:48Speaker 3: So I thought, you know what? Why not bring you along?
- 0:50Speaker 1: Because you're gonna be the biggest part of my 2024.
- 0:53Speaker 1: I am naked, all right? Let's have a shower and
- 0:55Speaker 1: I'll show you what I have for breakfast every single morning.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Are you alright? I have a man cold.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I'm speaking to you through the glass and I want
- 1:06Speaker 1: to tell you I love you and keep your sickness.
- 1:09Speaker 2: And if you give me your sickness... Then you don't
- 1:11Speaker 2: really love me.
- 1:12Speaker 1: You know what I thought about? What?
- 1:14Speaker 2: We've been avoiding each other, trying not to get you sick. Yeah.
- 1:17Speaker 1: We both pet the dogs viciously. No!

- 3:04Speaker 1: I think I am.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Guys, check out ThredUp. Save money, save the planet. Bye,
- 3:08Speaker 2: back to the video.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I have now transformed into the mid-morning Wednesday, which I
- 3:13Speaker 1: usually sleep in, but it.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Was warm last night.
- 3:16Speaker 1: My recent skin routine, if you're saying, I've got some redness,
- 3:18Speaker 1: I have to cut down my skin routine, I use
- 3:21Speaker 1: this from the Inkey List.
- 3:24Speaker 2: It is not that.
- 3:26Speaker 1: What's happening?
- 3:29Speaker 2: The matrix has glitched.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Where'd you go? Ah!
- 3:32Speaker 2: I use this serum. I'm gonna try and say that word.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Azalea acid serum.
- 3:36Speaker 1: And then I use Eucerin Eczema Relief Flare Up Cream because.
- 3:40Speaker 2: That's what I have going on. Then I say, I
- 3:42Speaker 2: love you to the Krusty Dog. Their groomer broke her rib.
- 3:45Speaker 1: So they haven't been able to have a haircut, but
- 3:47Speaker 1: they're going pretty soon.
- 3:48Speaker 2: What's going on out here, buddy? Vitamin C. Liposomal vitamin C. Liposomal.
- 3:54Speaker 1: You got like a literal. Bro. Yeah.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Gobble me, follow me. Look at that bad boy. Oh
- 3:58Speaker 2: my gosh. Oh my God.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Ew, David.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Look at my skin too. It's because we ate junk
- 4:03Speaker 2: over Christmas.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I'm only having one.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I'm literally, we ate so much garbage over Christmas. Because
- 4:11Speaker 2: everyone's like, oh, eat this chocolate, we got you this
- 4:13Speaker 2: flat of peanuts, and we got you, and it ruins us.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Because we don't usually eat like that.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Okay! Ugh, gross!
- 4:23Speaker 2: Put the water in the cup, or it gets no
- 4:27Speaker 2: tea again.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Good morning.
- 4:28Speaker 2: We got beauty. We got age-blood beauty. And we have
- 4:32Speaker 2: the poop eater. Hey, Goochers. There ain't no turd.
- 4:35Speaker 3: She's not happy.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Listen to it sizzle.
- 4:38Speaker 1: It hit 130. Listen. It's going to be so good.
- 4:47Speaker 2: This is breakfast.
- 4:50Speaker 3: What is it, Adam?
- 4:51Speaker 1: He makes breakfast because it's the only thing that doesn't
- 4:54Speaker 1: make me want to just binge eat all day.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Bless you.
- 5:01Speaker 2: We're in the wilderness now.
- 5:03Speaker 1: I usually run to where we're going, but it has
- 5:05Speaker 1: snowed and I just wiped out walking behind my car
- 5:08Speaker 1: out of the house. This is my biggest fear. I'm
- 5:11Speaker 1: not gonna lie. I have an unbelievable fear of getting
- 5:14Speaker 1: trapped underneath ice. Like, that is my biggest fear. And
- 5:17Speaker 1: I'm afraid that my dogs are gonna get out and
- 5:19Speaker 1: they're gonna fall under the ice or I'm gonna sleepwalk
- 5:21Speaker 1: out here and fall under the ice. And not only that,
- 5:22Speaker 1: I need two pawns. The other one, too small to
- 5:25Speaker 1: drown in, but it doesn't mean I'm not so freaking terrified.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Anyways, we're heading over to the Harmony.
- 5:32Speaker 1: House, aka also known as the DeLulu Dome. This is
- 5:35Speaker 1: a little cabin set on our property that we renovated.
- 5:38Speaker 2: I use it to work out.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Rarely, babe, because it's been Christmas.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It's not my fault. And I use it, those are
- 5:45Speaker 1: deer tracks.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Learn some deerts.
- 5:47Speaker 2: The ADHD is so strong today. Hey, babe, been on
- 5:50Speaker 2: vacation been a minute. Sorry, love you. I love it
- 5:53Speaker 2: in here.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Oh, it was the most ugly mustard color I'd ever
- 5:57Speaker 1: seen in my entire life with these dark cherry cabinets.
- 6:02Speaker 1: that we had painted by this amazing lady and she
- 6:04Speaker 1: did all the wallpaper.
- 6:06Speaker 2: This concerns me though.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Did you guys ever hear the story? This used to
- 6:09Speaker 1: be a studio. So this used to be a filming studio.
- 6:12Speaker 1: This dude, we had come up to build false walls
- 6:15Speaker 1: and he like lifted the whole ceiling instead of like
- 6:17Speaker 1: measuring things and it ruined the place, whatever.
- 6:20Speaker 2: This is the new kitchen. It's green. This is my treadmill.
- 6:24Speaker 2: I like it because it's not power. So I don't
- 6:27Speaker 2: feel like I have to keep up. I love this
- 6:28Speaker 2: wallpaper so much. Massage bed, I use this for manifesting.
- 6:32Speaker 2: I have all my goods over here. We just have
- 6:35Speaker 2: some books.
- 6:36Speaker 1: This is really good for manifesting it.
- 6:40Speaker 2: You put it up and it goes ding, ding, ding, ding.
- 6:43Speaker 1: We have all my herbs, all my manifesty stuff, my drum.
- 6:50Speaker 1: And then over here, I have a manifesting board down here.
- 6:54Speaker 1: We have my TV, which I use for yoga. and Zumba,
- 6:59Speaker 1: and then this is back from when it was a cabin.
- 7:02Speaker 1: This was just a bunch of movies. Usually I'll do
- 7:04Speaker 1: some yoga and some stretching, maybe some Zumba, cause I'm
- 7:08Speaker 1: just starting my journey.
- 7:09Speaker 2: But I think today I'm just gonna do a sprint
- 7:11Speaker 2: and do some stretching. A sprint poop stretch.
- 7:14Speaker 1: This is gonna be embarrassing, but I'm just gonna get
- 7:15Speaker 1: my heart rate up and that'll be what should be.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I have dizziness.
- 7:28Speaker 2: That's why I don't like normal treadmills. Because this, if
- 7:31Speaker 2: I stop, it stops. Oh, I'm dizzy. All right, I'll
- 7:34Speaker 2: be back. I need to run for, like, I'm not
- 7:38Speaker 2: gonna lie, two minutes, if that. And as I guess,
- 7:41Speaker 2: we are now here. Damn. I have discovered that the
- 7:45Speaker 2: days that I do not stretch, I am a literal, broken,
- 7:49Speaker 2: old woman. I smeagol. Just simple stretches, man. Butterfly....
- 7:55Speaker 1: This is my favorite.
- 7:57Speaker 2: It just feels good on my back.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Your stretches don't have to make sense, they just have
- 8:02Speaker 3: to feel stretchy. Just laying on the floor and just
- 8:05Speaker 3: hearing your back crack. I don't know, I've recently learned
- 8:08Speaker 3: that when people lay on the ground, their backs usually
- 8:10Speaker 3: don't crack.
- 8:11Speaker 2: I can't relate. Good enough, I just wanted to show you.
- 8:13Speaker 2: I do more, I do more.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Not today. This table has other uses when someone else
- 8:18Speaker 1: is out here, like two people. I just realized how
- 8:21Speaker 1: that sounded. That's not what I mean. We like rub
- 8:24Speaker 1: on each other, not like that, and like help each
- 8:27Speaker 1: other manifest.
- 8:27Speaker 2: But what I like to do is I do good
- 8:29Speaker 2: when I'm on my face.
- 8:30Speaker 1: So that's why I really like this massage table.
- 8:32Speaker 2: But I do full delusion on here.
- 8:33Speaker 1: And I know you probably see it all over TikTok
- 8:35Speaker 1: and Instagram when people are like, be delusional. It's true.
- 8:39Speaker 2: I'm going to lay here and manifest for a minute.
- 8:41Speaker 1: So next time I'll see you, we should be in
- 8:44Speaker 1: my bathroom getting ready.
- 8:46Speaker 2: For the day.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Oh God, where are you? I totally realized that I
- 8:50Speaker 1: forgot to show you guys the fit, of course. So
- 8:52Speaker 1: this is my really cute bad bitch outfit. And yeah,
- 8:54Speaker 1: these are my boots. The boots that I'm got me
- 8:56Speaker 1: for Christmas. They're harder to break in the dark.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Aren't they cute?
- 8:59Speaker 1: I have not discovered that every single place in the
- 9:01Speaker 1: world plays the radio really loud, but I'm in value dollars.
- 9:06Speaker 1: So I'm gonna hunt down some stuff. I had a
- 9:08Speaker 1: reason why I came in here, but that very promptly
- 9:10Speaker 1: left my mind completely.
- 9:11Speaker 2: So $ 10 for a baby in a bathtub.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Not a tool for me, baby. I found a lot
- 9:20Speaker 1: of weird things when I was at Valley Village, but
- 9:22Speaker 1: this needlepoint right here, that would have taken forever, and
- 9:24Speaker 1: they sold it for super cheap.
- 9:26Speaker 2: This lizard egg.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Man really scared me, but then I found this statue.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Look at him.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Look at him.
- 9:32Speaker 2: He looks into your soul!
- 9:33Speaker 1: I just got home and a package came that I've
- 9:35Speaker 1: been waiting for. It was going to come before Christmas,
- 9:37Speaker 1: but it didn't because, you know, Canada, but this was
- 9:39Speaker 1: kind of my Christmas present to myself. And it's crazy.
- 9:42Speaker 2: The author, well, the photographer, he's more than a photographer.
- 9:46Speaker 1: He's like a journalist.
- 9:47Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 9:48Speaker 2: I sent it himself and I have followed him for years.
- 9:51Speaker 1: A bit controversial, but I feel like he gives such
- 9:53Speaker 1: a voice to people.
- 9:54Speaker 2: I'm wondering when I hold it up, if you guys
- 9:56Speaker 2: will know who this is. Mark has all these pictures.
- 10:00Speaker 1: On the show that are from like all over the
- 10:02Speaker 1: world but he mainly goes to skid row well he's
- 10:04Speaker 1: on skid row in la and he interviews all these
- 10:06Speaker 1: people like every kind of person from every walk of
- 10:09Speaker 1: life my favorite is rebecca um a trans woman who
- 10:13Speaker 1: just has the most interesting life story i've ever heard
- 10:15Speaker 1: and Everyone's rooting for them, but I got a signed copy.
- 10:18Speaker 2: So I'm excited to see that. That's so cool.
- 10:24Speaker 1: He marketed this really awesome thing where he went into
- 10:26Speaker 1: the Appalachians and he found this.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Family, the Whitakers.
- 10:30Speaker 1: And they're like this inbred family up in the Appalachians of,
- 10:34Speaker 1: it's a Pennsylvania, right? Virginia?
- 10:37Speaker 2: Yeah, that sounds right.
- 10:38Speaker 1: And they're the most interesting people, but this whole book,
- 10:41Speaker 1: so he is a photographer.
- 10:43Speaker 2: And he takes photos of these people. And then there's quotes.
- 10:48Speaker 2: The most interesting thing. Oh, look, here's Rebecca.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Rebecca's probably the most interesting person.
- 10:53Speaker 2: What do you miss about your old life?
- 10:55Speaker 1: I don't.
- 10:56Speaker 3: F that bitch.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I killed him.
- 10:58Speaker 1: I don't.
- 10:59Speaker 2: You don't long for stability? Ew, what?
- 11:02Speaker 1: Some people are just born to be free.
- 11:06Speaker 2: And I just think it's so interesting. Like, I've always
- 11:08Speaker 2: had this conversation. When I have my podcast, they're like,
- 11:11Speaker 2: What celebrities do you want to try and get on? Like,
- 11:13Speaker 2: who do you want to talk to? Like, and that's
- 11:16Speaker 2: the thing.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Like, I don't want to talk or interview people who
- 11:18Speaker 1: are going to bring views. Like, I want to sit
- 11:21Speaker 1: with the homeless man that I grew up with. I
- 11:22Speaker 1: want to hear his story. I don't, I love Beyonce,
- 11:24Speaker 1: but you know, like that doesn't do it for me.
- 11:26Speaker 1: So that was something interesting. Also today, I tried to
- 11:30Speaker 1: take you guys literally everywhere, literally everywhere, but music was
- 11:33Speaker 1: in all places.
- 11:34Speaker 2: So we're going to do a little haul.
- 11:35Speaker 1: We went to a few stores. I went to Lululemon,
- 11:38Speaker 1: waited in a hundred person line. got in, waited in
- 11:42Speaker 1: a line for 25 minutes and didn't move, went online
- 11:44Speaker 1: and ordered everything that I tried on. I went to
- 11:47Speaker 1: Value Village. I am obsessed with onesies. This is like
- 11:50Speaker 1: a nice, thin, all red onesie with the bum that opens,
- 11:54Speaker 1: which I can't explain to you enough how important in
- 11:57Speaker 1: a onesie it is for your.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Bum to open.
- 11:59Speaker 1: I got just like a nice green staple shirt. I
- 12:02Speaker 1: thought this would be really cute over a long sleeve
- 12:05Speaker 1: white shirt.
- 12:05Speaker 2: As like a dress.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Now this, I pooped my pants. I hate the print,
- 12:09Speaker 1: but Adam, I hope you're ready to see this. This
- 12:12Speaker 1: has been my life goal. Okay, we found a onesie, right?
- 12:16Speaker 2: I hate the leopard print, but Adam, look. It's got feet.
- 12:20Speaker 2: All I wanted was feet. I just wanted a onesie
- 12:23Speaker 2: with feet. And then I got one more onesie. It's
- 12:25Speaker 2: just super soft. Like this is, I live in onesies, guys.
- 12:28Speaker 2: I don't know what it is. This one has little
- 12:30Speaker 2: foxes over it.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Foxes are like my favorite animal ever. Hi!
- 12:33Speaker 2: What are you doing? Did Daddy put you up here?
- 12:39Speaker 1: Look at this boy.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Whoa, say hi.
- 12:44Speaker 1: At Value Village, the last thing that I got there
- 12:45Speaker 1: was this skirt. It's obviously handmade, but it's just, I
- 12:51Speaker 1: love the print. I've just been really into like this
- 12:53Speaker 1: like prim.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Neutral, primitive is what prim means, neutral vibe.
- 12:58Speaker 1: So get this, I was at H & M, found
- 13:00Speaker 1: a dress, wanted this dress so bad, but it was $ 74. 99.
- 13:03Speaker 1: I wasn't gonna buy it.
- 13:06Speaker 2: I go over to the sale.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Rack, they have it in my size for $ 34. Wait,
- 13:11Speaker 1: not it.
- 13:12Speaker 2: This is the best thing that you got today. We
- 13:15Speaker 2: got all of that.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Are you all right?
- 13:20Speaker 2: I'm very sick. I'm not all right.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I can hear it. Is that why you're into the bubble?
- 13:24Speaker 1: Do you want me to crunch it for you?
- 13:26Speaker 2: No, the bubble wraps for later.
- 13:28Speaker 1: All right.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Sounds kinky. This was the dress.
- 13:31Speaker 1: It is just.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Sorry, guys. Make sure Selena's hot. Kalina. Oh, my headache's bad.
- 13:39Speaker 2: I called her Kalina. You called who, though? is Kalina!
- 13:43Speaker 2: I will call her right now! This is the dress.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Like, it's gonna go long, it's like super thick and chunky,
- 13:51Speaker 1: but like, look at my dark hair, like, I'm not
- 13:53Speaker 1: even walking through, I'm just like, hey, that, I'm sorry,
- 13:57Speaker 1: you had to be there. Alright, next one that I
- 13:58Speaker 1: got was this, kind of like, a nice neck cut sweater.
- 14:02Speaker 2: We're going in January, like, we're in that cold weather,
- 14:04Speaker 2: it's time.
- 14:05Speaker 1: To be cozy.
- 14:06Speaker 2: This was just giving me David from Schitt's.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Creek, I look really good in black and white, simply
- 14:11Speaker 1: because my hair is so black. But look at this,
- 14:13Speaker 1: that's a super long, cozy dress.
- 14:15Speaker 2: No shape whatsoever.
- 14:16Speaker 1: It's gonna be funny, be like getting healthy, and then
- 14:20Speaker 1: I'll wear those.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Clothes and I'll take them off and I'll be.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Like, hello.
- 14:23Speaker 2: And then I got some quick staples. This was $ 16.
- 14:25Speaker 1: 99.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Just a nice shirt. Like I love those kinds of shirts.
- 14:30Speaker 2: I think like my main outfit is like this with Lululemon.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Like that's what I wear all day. This is kind
- 14:35Speaker 2: of like my go-to color right now. Cause my hair
- 14:37Speaker 2: is so dark.
- 14:38Speaker 1: $ 16. 99. I like never shop at H & M cause
- 14:41Speaker 1: they broke my heart when I was at the beginning
