- 0:00Speaker 1: Three days.
- 0:01Speaker 2: All right, here we go, Happy Friday, Welcome to May.
- 0:05Speaker 3: May. First, getting things started.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez has those three things presented by Marks ban
- 0:09Speaker 2: Real Estate.
- 0:10Speaker 3: What's going on?
- 0:10Speaker 4: Ricky Britney Spears has been formally charged with the dui.
- 0:14Speaker 4: She was arrested back in March for suspected dui and
- 0:17Speaker 4: later voluntarily checked into rehab, which is where she's been.
- 0:21Speaker 5: She's now out of treatment.
- 0:22Speaker 4: She's completed her treatment at rehab and she is out
- 0:26Speaker 4: and formally charged, though source says that she'll continue counseling remotely.
- 0:31Speaker 5: There's a chance she doesn't have to do jail time.
- 0:34Speaker 4: We're just gonna kind of have to see how it
- 0:35Speaker 4: goes after she has to go through her court dates.
- 0:39Speaker 5: But that's where she's at as of right now.
- 0:41Speaker 4: Comedian Jerry Seinfeld is bringing his stand up tour to
- 0:44Speaker 4: Middle Tennessee. He's doing a one night show in Franklin
- 0:48Speaker 4: at First Man ga Amphitheater. What's happening next Friday, May eighth.
- 0:51Speaker 4: All the info that you need and tickets if you
- 0:53Speaker 4: would like to purchase them, are all available at ticketmaster
- 0:56Speaker 4: dot com.
- 0:57Speaker 5: And we now know.
- 0:58Speaker 4: The science behind fries taste better when taken from someone
- 1:03Speaker 4: else's plate.
- 1:04Speaker 5: They did a study.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Participant participants ranked stolen French fries as almost forty percent
- 1:11Speaker 4: more enjoyable than those that were served to them, even
- 1:14Speaker 4: though the French fries were absolutely identical.
- 1:17Speaker 5: It turns out guilt.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Is positively associated with enjoyment, and the higher the risk,
- 1:23Speaker 4: the tastier the fries are reported to be. So the
- 1:26Speaker 4: higher the chances of them getting caught stealing the fries
- 1:30Speaker 4: made them taste better.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Wow, isn't that crazy? I mean, I wonder how many
- 1:35Speaker 2: things that translates to. I'm guessing other food.
- 1:38Speaker 5: Probably most things, Yeah, most.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Things in life. If it's a little bit dangerous, it's
- 1:41Speaker 3: going to be more enjoyable.
- 1:42Speaker 4: The guilt, you know, the guilt associated with it is
- 1:46Speaker 4: actually enjoyments.
- 1:49Speaker 5: And those are the three things you need to know.
- 1:51Speaker 4: SA making weird weird faces that are really freaking me out,
- 1:56Speaker 4: like you know, was something that I don't know.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Boy, All right, thank you, Ricky. You can hang out
- 2:00Speaker 2: with Zach on Mother's Day. This room is that he's
- 2:04Speaker 2: taking General Jackson. We've still got a couple spots in.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Here's the first collar of the day. Within ten minutes,
- 2:09Speaker 2: we've got a four pack of passes for you.
- 2:11Speaker 6: On the river.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Ricky is, Zach and Mano in the morning on.
- 2:16Speaker 7: The river the River.
- 2:18Speaker 4: Good morning, Happy Friday. I know we're all so excited
- 2:22Speaker 4: that it's Friday. It's a little chilly outside, but the sun,
- 2:25Speaker 4: the sun is making.

- 2:36Speaker 4: ready to go.
- 2:37Speaker 8: I'm really excited. I mean, I hope I'm the first
- 2:40Speaker 8: corner of the day.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Yeah, let's just tell her that she is. Congratulations.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Oh my god, congrats you are the first color of
- 2:50Speaker 4: the day. That means that you're going to be spending
- 2:52Speaker 4: Mother's Day with Zach on the general, Jackson, his mom,
- 2:56Speaker 4: his boyfriend, his boyfriend's mom, everybody's moms are gonna be there.
- 2:59Speaker 4: It's gonna be a great time.
- 3:00Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, this is exciting.
- 3:02Speaker 8: So I can bring anybody I want.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Yeah, four tickets. You have four tickets. What do you
- 3:06Speaker 2: think and what's your situation?
- 3:07Speaker 3: You have kids?
- 3:07Speaker 7: Is your mom around, my gos my son and my hummy.
- 3:11Speaker 8: I was like, I told my son about it.
- 3:13Speaker 1: He's like Ulu, and I'm like, yeah, I think so.
- 3:16Speaker 6: I think I heard it was all angels.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Yeah, it's all angels.
- 3:19Speaker 1: He was going to bring me. He was so excited.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Six.
- 3:25Speaker 9: It's gonna be so cute and so much fun. I'm
- 3:27Speaker 9: so excited to meet your son.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, you're gonna love it.
- 3:31Speaker 6: I'm excited for you already here excited, hugging me.
- 3:35Speaker 5: Oh, this is so.
- 3:38Speaker 4: I am also just so in love with the fact
- 3:40Speaker 4: that he wants to spend the day with you, and
- 3:42Speaker 4: he wants to spend time with you. Obviously, like six
- 3:45Speaker 4: means he's getting older. And what I hear from everybody
- 3:47Speaker 4: is like, you know, you kind of regret that time
- 3:50Speaker 4: that you don't embrace spending time with your kids because
- 3:53Speaker 4: eventually they're like, all right, get out.
- 3:54Speaker 7: Of my face.
- 3:54Speaker 5: I have friends and I have things.
- 3:56Speaker 3: So this would be a nice memory for you guys
- 3:58Speaker 3: to make.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Oh my gosh.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Yes, thanks that you guys.
- 4:02Speaker 2: And now you also can like hold it over your
- 4:04Speaker 2: husband's head that you planned your own Mother's Day, you know.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Yep, oh my gosh, you had a double Mother's Day.
- 4:11Speaker 4: He's still got to plan something Okay, he's not off
- 4:13Speaker 4: the hook.
- 4:14Speaker 7: He better at least like buy you flowers and bring
- 4:16Speaker 7: me a present.
- 4:17Speaker 4: Okay, Zach, you do not need a present. You are
- 4:19Speaker 4: not a mother.
- 4:20Speaker 7: I'm a princess.
- 4:21Speaker 4: That is a different thing. We'll pick up Princess Day
- 4:24Speaker 4: for you. You're not getting a gift on.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Mother's Day, my god, princess day.

- 4:39Speaker 3: Okay, Zach, I see you googling. Is there a Princess Day?
- 4:42Speaker 7: I'm not googling anything, Kevin, my fingers are free.
- 4:45Speaker 4: Zach's birthday. That's the princess Day.
- 4:47Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go.
- 4:48Speaker 7: It's coming up.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:49Speaker 3: How many days?
- 4:50Speaker 7: We're at? Fifty six days?
- 4:52Speaker 1: In safe Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Morning friends, Happy f It's one O seven to five
- 5:01Speaker 2: the river. Every Friday, Zach runs down a list of
- 5:05Speaker 2: all the things happening in and around town over the weekend.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Things to do in Nashville, what's going on this weekend?
- 5:10Speaker 3: Zachary.
- 5:11Speaker 9: Okay, so first and foremost, we have to talk about
- 5:13Speaker 9: one of our favorite stores in be Goods. They're doing
- 5:16Speaker 9: this huge sale. They're gonna have fifty percent off vintage
- 5:18Speaker 9: at the shop. It's happening tomorrow from eleven am to
- 5:21Speaker 9: six pm. Their shop is located in East Nashville. It
- 5:24Speaker 9: is nine South ninth.
- 5:26Speaker 5: Street, so they're gonna have to find the Joyland.
- 5:28Speaker 9: Yeah, right behind the Joyland in East Nashville. So they're
- 5:32Speaker 9: fifty percent off vintage at the shop tomorrow. So if
- 5:34Speaker 9: you love shopping at huge sale in store and online,
- 5:37Speaker 9: both of them. Also tomorrow is the Burrow Barbecue Festival.
- 5:43Speaker 9: I love me some barbecue, So it's happening at the
- 5:46Speaker 9: Hot Springs Park in Murphy's Borough from ten am to
- 5:48Speaker 9: four pm. It's the fourteenth annual Burrow Barbecue Festival. They're
- 5:52Speaker 9: gonna have like one hundred different food and craft vendors,
- 5:55Speaker 9: live music, so you can bring the entire family go
- 5:58Speaker 9: out enjoy some barbecue in Murphy's Also, the Spring Tennessee
- 6:02Speaker 9: Craft Fair is also happening all week and long at
- 6:05Speaker 9: Centennial Park. So it starts today all the way through Sunday.
- 6:09Speaker 9: So it's gonna be today through Sunday at Centennial Park.
- 6:11Speaker 9: It's a family, family friendly event with like local vendors,
- 6:14Speaker 9: one of a kind crafted artwork. They're gonna have award
- 6:17Speaker 9: winning artists that live, demonstrations, kids activities, local food, and
- 6:21Speaker 9: it's free.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Oh if it's free, it's for me.
- 6:24Speaker 9: It's free, So bring the entire family. It's supposed to
- 6:26Speaker 9: be really pretty this weekend, so go out.
- 6:28Speaker 5: It's not very hot.
- 6:29Speaker 7: I know even better, like it's a.
- 6:32Speaker 5: Chill in the air right now.
- 6:33Speaker 7: I'm very nice about it.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Three things right, Good morning, Happy Friday friends.
- 6:38Speaker 3: Here we go. Just after seven o'clock.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Ricky Santez has those three things, presented by Mark Spain
- 6:42Speaker 2: Real Estate.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Taylor Swift fans are convinced that she's going to be
- 6:46Speaker 4: on the Toy Story five soundtrack, So a forty eight
- 6:49Speaker 4: hour countdown clock appeared on Taylor's website with a background
- 6:52Speaker 4: that had clouds that are similar to the wallpaper that's
- 6:55Speaker 4: in the kid's room from Toy Story, very iconic wallpaper.
- 6:59Speaker 4: Those clouds that kind of look like not actually fluffy clouds.
- 7:04Speaker 4: They don't look like great clouds. It'd be completely honest
- 7:06Speaker 4: with you. The countdown clog may have been prematurely posted, though,
- 7:09Speaker 4: because it.
- 7:10Speaker 5: Was removed within an hour.
- 7:12Speaker 4: In a recent New York Times interview, she spoke about
- 7:15Speaker 4: the nature of songwriting and said, quote, it floats down
- 7:18Speaker 4: like a cloud in front of you. All you have
- 7:21Speaker 4: to do is grab it. So there's a cloud theme
- 7:23Speaker 4: happening here. She's also started to wear clothes that may
- 7:27Speaker 4: be easter eggs. We know that Taylor is typically very
- 7:30Speaker 4: intentional with the things that she does. Colors like reds
- 7:33Speaker 4: and yellows, which are associated with the movie's logo. So
- 7:36Speaker 4: a lot of fans think Toy Story Fiver is the
- 7:38Speaker 4: only option. That's what's happening. That movie doesn't come out
- 7:42Speaker 4: until June nineteenth, so we shall see where this goes.
- 7:45Speaker 4: The timeline no idea. I'll keep you posted. Mayor Freddie
- 7:50Speaker 4: O'Connell had his State of Metro address this week. He
- 7:54Speaker 4: proposed cutting the grocery tax by half a cent, what
- 7:57Speaker 4: she said is going to lead to saving a family
- 8:00Speaker 4: of four about seventy two dollars a year. He also
- 8:03Speaker 4: introduced two programs to benefit small businesses.
- 8:06Speaker 5: A Legacy Business.
- 8:07Speaker 4: Fund pilot program that recognizes longtime neighborhood businesses, and a
- 8:11Speaker 4: Workforce Advancement grant that provides employees with opportunities to enhance
- 8:16Speaker 4: their skills. Obviously, lots more to go on with that.
- 8:20Speaker 4: Those are the key points that I wanted to bring
- 8:22Speaker 4: to you. All the information that you need you can
- 8:24Speaker 4: watch it yourself. You just search Mayor Freddie O'Connell's State
- 8:28Speaker 4: of Metro address and pizza hut. I'm so excited about this.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Their book It Summer Reading program is back. Kids in
- 8:37Speaker 4: pre k through sixth grade can earn free personal pan
- 8:40Speaker 4: pizzas for hitting reading goals through June. From June first
- 8:44Speaker 4: through August thirty first, parents and teachers can sign up
- 8:48Speaker 4: their kids starting today. In the book It app, participants
- 8:52Speaker 4: can redeem monthly reading certificates for pizza rewards. This program
- 8:56Speaker 4: dates but all the way back to nineteen eighties. Okay,
- 8:59Speaker 4: they originally used pizza parties to motivate kids to read
- 9:02Speaker 4: and obviously huge. I remember how big this was.
- 9:06Speaker 2: I remember how excited I was getting you personal pan pizza.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, you earned that.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Isn't it funny that, like from almost birth, we're excited
- 9:15Speaker 4: about free things. Yes, yeah, if it freeze from me,
- 9:19Speaker 4: I'm rick Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 9:21Speaker 4: need to know.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Thank you very much, Ricky. Here's Sabrina Carper never getting
- 9:24Speaker 2: back in the music. We do have a fact Fouria
- 9:27Speaker 2: on this Friday morning, Zax Facts on the Way on
- 9:29Speaker 2: the River class is in.
- 9:32Speaker 10: Session Sacks Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real
- 9:35Speaker 10: Estate on.
- 9:37Speaker 3: You guys.
- 9:38Speaker 7: I love this fact today.
- 9:39Speaker 9: But apparently gummy worms have more bones than actual worms.
- 9:42Speaker 9: Explain because gummy worms are made of gelatin, and gelatin
- 9:46Speaker 9: has animal bones like in.
- 9:47Speaker 3: The bronx, which is freefy but true.
- 9:49Speaker 9: And there's no actual bones in a worm whatsoever. It's
- 9:55Speaker 9: called a hydrostatic skeleton.
- 9:57Speaker 5: Hydrostatic skeleton.
- 9:58Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what it's called. And there's your factor of
- 10:01Speaker 7: the day. Multiple factors today.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Yeah, lots of them.
- 10:03Speaker 10: Thanks, Zach, thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky,
- 10:06Speaker 10: Zach and Mano.
- 10:07Speaker 1: In the morning, we.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Are putting people in grocery store jail. It's one O
- 10:13Speaker 2: seven five the river. What are some common annoyances when
- 10:16Speaker 2: you're out there shopping that people do at the store,
- 10:19Speaker 2: because we were talking about some yesterday and there are many.
- 10:21Speaker 4: The two of you love a grocery store, so I
- 10:23Speaker 4: know you have lists.
- 10:24Speaker 9: It drives me insane when people are on the phone
- 10:26Speaker 9: at check out. I'll just say it, it drives me insane.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm with you, Man six. Put them in the
- 10:34Speaker 3: grocery store.
- 10:36Speaker 2: But what are some crimes, some grocery store crimes? Share
- 10:40Speaker 2: yours with us.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 10:46Speaker 4: We are putting people in grocery store jail today on
- 10:48Speaker 4: one O seven five the River. Kevin and Zach, you
- 10:52Speaker 4: both love the grocery store.
- 10:54Speaker 7: Like literally almost every single day.
- 10:56Speaker 4: That gives me anxiety. Yes there, Oh my god, it's
- 10:59Speaker 4: gonna worth see anxiety. But since you're there all the time,
- 11:03Speaker 4: you know the common offenses that people commit at the
- 11:06Speaker 4: grocery store that should put them in jail. I want
- 11:08Speaker 4: you to tell me the things their offenses, and I'm
- 11:11Speaker 4: going to tell you whether or not they're convicted and
- 11:13Speaker 4: their sentence.
- 11:14Speaker 7: Okay, Ricky has a gavel, She's ready, she's the judge.
- 11:17Speaker 5: I'm my gavel.
- 11:18Speaker 9: You want to go for zech, sure, Okay, I already
- 11:21Speaker 9: said that. I hate when people are on the phone
- 11:22Speaker 9: at check out. They're already convicted.
- 11:24Speaker 5: I already convicted them.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Man.
- 11:25Speaker 7: I also really.
- 11:27Speaker 9: Hate when they're at like self checkout, and they're like, oh,
- 11:29Speaker 9: I forgot something, So then they leave their entire cart
- 11:31Speaker 9: there and they have to go back to a different
- 11:33Speaker 9: aisle and hold up the entire line to go grab
- 11:35Speaker 9: their solfa that they forgot and then come back and
- 11:37Speaker 9: just like make everybody wait.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Convicted, convicted, Can I say one thing about self.
- 11:41Speaker 5: Check out of jail?
- 11:42Speaker 3: Ten years in grocery store jail?
- 11:44Speaker 4: And I will say specifically because yesterday I forgot something
- 11:47Speaker 4: and I was in self checkout, and I did my
- 11:49Speaker 4: whole checkout order, went to go get the thing I forgot,
- 11:51Speaker 4: and went back because I'm a courteous person.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Shepherd transaction.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Also, when it comes to self checkout, the people in
- 11:58Speaker 2: front of me, it's a pair and their first time
- 12:00Speaker 2: ever using a computer, seeing a computer screen. Don't go
- 12:04Speaker 2: to self checkout if you don't know how to do it, Okay.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Just go to the regular line. Convicted, Thank you, Ricky,
- 12:10Speaker 3: thank you.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Six years in jail.
- 12:11Speaker 4: Some people are sick, well, some people are older and
- 12:13Speaker 4: they just don't know how to use it yet, and
- 12:14Speaker 4: they got you got to use it to know how
- 12:16Speaker 4: to use it, you know.
- 12:17Speaker 9: I will say, it's a next up, I will say
- 12:20Speaker 9: the Kruger that I go to, they just let their
- 12:22Speaker 9: children run wild like it's a mom.
- 12:25Speaker 4: Convicted twenty years in prison.
- 12:30Speaker 9: Absolutely not like they're literally walking down the aisle like
- 12:33Speaker 9: trying to get like tortillas, and their kids are just
- 12:35Speaker 9: like racing up and now, and I'm like.
- 12:37Speaker 7: No, put them in the cart.
- 12:38Speaker 5: No convicted.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Can I say too many items? That the fifteen items
- 12:42Speaker 2: or less? Stile when you have a cart fall and
- 12:44Speaker 2: you're going through there.
- 12:46Speaker 5: Not convicted?
- 12:47Speaker 3: What said something you do?
- 12:49Speaker 5: Ricky?
- 12:49Speaker 3: I will never speak to you again.
- 12:51Speaker 5: Not convicted?
- 12:52Speaker 4: They're fine everything in your car?
- 12:55Speaker 3: Yes, I do, because fifteen is not a high number.
- 12:57Speaker 5: Well, that's insane.
- 13:00Speaker 3: I count them.
- 13:01Speaker 4: You're convicted for counting because that's me.
- 13:03Speaker 7: I am.
- 13:04Speaker 4: You're going to the psych word.
- 13:06Speaker 2: I know I'm about to be in contempt of this court,
- 13:08Speaker 2: but I am following the rules out.
- 13:09Speaker 5: Here, Zach. Do you have anything else?
- 13:11Speaker 9: I do have one more, and I know it's not
- 13:13Speaker 9: like an illegal thing, but I don't know why. It
- 13:15Speaker 9: drives me absolutely insane whenever people like grab a soda
- 13:18Speaker 9: out of the thing and are drinking it through the
- 13:21Speaker 9: grocery store before they pay for it.
- 13:23Speaker 5: Oh, not convicted.
- 13:24Speaker 3: It doesn't bothered.
- 13:25Speaker 7: It drives me insane.
- 13:27Speaker 5: Provation.
- 13:27Speaker 7: How do we know they're actually going to pay for it.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Probation, because we don't know if they're going to pay
- 13:31Speaker 4: for it or not.
- 13:33Speaker 7: Probation. Yeah.
- 13:34Speaker 2: The last one would putting be putting your cart, not
- 13:37Speaker 2: in the cart return, but like up on a curb
- 13:39Speaker 2: or like in the little ground.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:42Speaker 4: Convicted twenty years, twenty years convicted.
- 13:45Speaker 5: It's not that hard to put your cart back.
- 13:47Speaker 9: No, and they just leave it like in the middle
- 13:49Speaker 9: of the parking lot, or they like put the front wheels.
- 13:51Speaker 5: In the ground and they leave it in a spot.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Yeah. Oh, I convicted fifty years if you leave it.
- 13:58Speaker 5: In a spot.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Firing squad six one seven, three seven nine one o seven.
- 14:02Speaker 2: If you want to lock people up to let us
- 14:04Speaker 2: know these grocery store offences, we want.
- 14:06Speaker 10: To hear Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning
- 14:10Speaker 10: one five the river.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Our friend nurse Tracy is on the line right now.
- 14:15Speaker 3: We are locking people up in grocery store jail.
- 14:17Speaker 2: What's the offense that you're bringing before the court, Tracy.
- 14:21Speaker 6: Hey, guys, good morning, good morning. So a couple of
- 14:23Speaker 6: weeks ago, I was in the grocery store and there
- 14:26Speaker 6: was a lady beside me. She didn't have her phone
- 14:29Speaker 6: on fake or she was on her phone, and she
- 14:31Speaker 6: was ton to whoever this was, that she had severe
- 14:34Speaker 6: diarrhea okay, and that she had him rooyd okay.
- 14:38Speaker 4: And I'm a nurse.
- 14:39Speaker 6: I've heard everything possible, but other people don't want to
- 14:43Speaker 6: hear that.
- 14:44Speaker 3: And I'm there, You're right, we don't, Tracy, thank you
- 14:47Speaker 3: for telling us night.
- 14:49Speaker 6: Sorry if my mouth doesn't say it, my faith wheel,
- 14:53Speaker 6: I'm one of those. And I guess she could tell
- 14:56Speaker 6: us whopping at her and she shut the conversation.
- 15:00Speaker 7: That's good, And.
- 15:00Speaker 4: I will say, Tracy, convicted.
- 15:02Speaker 5: Do not be talking about those things at the grocery store.
- 15:05Speaker 5: I'm trying to look for food. I do not need
- 15:07Speaker 5: to hear about this right now. Convicted.
- 15:09Speaker 6: Yeah, anybody that had an appetite and heard that.
- 15:14Speaker 3: You shouldn't go to the store hungry anyway, So I
- 15:16Speaker 3: guess you did.
- 15:16Speaker 4: A store hungry.
- 15:17Speaker 1: All the.
- 15:19Speaker 4: Hungry facts fact, store hungry. Thank you so much for
- 15:27Speaker 4: calling this morning. We appreciate you.
- 15:31Speaker 5: You Rebecca in Nashville.
- 15:35Speaker 4: Who do you believe deserves to be sentenced right here
- 15:39Speaker 4: in the court of law for grocery store jail. Tell
- 15:42Speaker 4: us the offense the people that get.
- 15:45Speaker 6: A pack of chicken, especially like drippy chicken or meat
- 15:49Speaker 6: in general, and just leave it on another shelf when
- 15:53Speaker 6: they decide they don't want it anymore.
- 15:57Speaker 5: Convicted Rebecca.
- 16:00Speaker 2: I don't even like when people take one item and
- 16:02Speaker 2: then put it back on a completely wrong shelf somewhere
- 16:05Speaker 2: else in the store. I think that's rude. But yes,
- 16:06Speaker 2: if it's like wet, drippy meat, you're right, that's the worst.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Convicted O.
- 16:10Speaker 6: Sick guys.
- 16:14Speaker 3: We've got Steeplechase tickets on the way. Next with the
- 16:16Speaker 3: Game of the Day. Here's Taylor on.
- 16:18Speaker 1: The River, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning
- 16:22Speaker 1: on the River.
- 16:24Speaker 4: We are about to get into Kevin Mano's Game of
- 16:25Speaker 4: the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds on one O seven
- 16:28Speaker 4: five the River for tickets to Steeplechase. It's happening May ninth.
- 16:32Speaker 4: You could be there if you win the game.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Name that tune.
- 16:36Speaker 2: This game is inspired, obviously by all the horses out
- 16:38Speaker 2: at Steeplechase.
- 16:40Speaker 3: They are horses.
- 16:41Speaker 2: They are all horse related songs, lyrics, you know, you
- 16:46Speaker 2: just have to tell us who the artist is. And
- 16:48Speaker 2: I cannot believe we made it through a whole week
- 16:50Speaker 2: of fighting so many horse songs.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Guys, we did it.
- 16:53Speaker 5: I'm impressed.
- 16:54Speaker 7: Honestly, I'm proud of you, Kevin.
- 16:56Speaker 2: So there are three here in this audio clue. You
- 16:58Speaker 2: have to tell us what the songs are. If you
- 17:00Speaker 2: can correctly do that, you're going to Steeplechase. Here we
- 17:02Speaker 2: go the first one, I'll say the first one. You
- 17:04Speaker 2: have to identify the artist. Just tell us where it's from. Okay,
- 17:06Speaker 2: here it is.
- 17:07Speaker 3: Turn it up. Today's audio clue.
- 17:10Speaker 8: My little money, my little money, I give.
- 17:24Speaker 3: You go your three horse songs today. Can you name them?
- 17:29Speaker 4: I'm really concerned with the amount of songs that refer
- 17:31Speaker 4: to horses.
- 17:32Speaker 2: There are lots of them out There's six one, five, seven, three,
- 17:35Speaker 2: seven nine, one O seven.
- 17:36Speaker 1: It's game time, baby, Ricky is Zach and Mano in
- 17:40Speaker 1: the morning on the River.
- 17:43Speaker 4: Game of the day on one O seven five the River.
- 17:45Speaker 4: We're playing for tickets to Steeplechase on May ninth. It's
- 17:49Speaker 4: the last day of this silly ridiculously say yeah also
- 17:55Speaker 4: hates this game.
- 17:56Speaker 2: I love the only one everybody loves name that too.
- 18:01Speaker 3: I'm miss saying it. Missy. Hey, okay, so I want
- 18:04Speaker 3: to point out Missy was here yesterday.
- 18:05Speaker 2: She got through yesterday and she lost, and somehow she
- 18:08Speaker 2: got through again today. So this is redemption for you. Yes,
- 18:12Speaker 2: hopefully you can do it. We're gonna play the audio
- 18:14Speaker 2: clue one more time, Missy, and then your job is
- 18:16Speaker 2: to identify the three songs.
- 18:17Speaker 3: Are you ready?
- 18:18Speaker 1: Yes?
- 18:18Speaker 3: Okay, here comes my little money.
- 18:22Speaker 11: My little pony, I get all right.
- 18:36Speaker 2: There they are. The floor is yours, Missy. Identify those
- 18:39Speaker 2: three songs? Nay, those tunes?
- 18:42Speaker 6: Okay, my little pony.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Yeah, say a Horse a Cowboy by do you know by?
- 18:48Speaker 3: Who it's by? It's okay, you got the title.
- 18:53Speaker 6: And this one I'm nine, sir, But first Rodeo by
- 18:57Speaker 6: Kelsey Ballerini.
- 18:57Speaker 4: Oh no, We're so sorry.
- 19:04Speaker 5: You got so close. You got so close. Thank you
- 19:08Speaker 5: for playing though.
- 19:09Speaker 4: We appreciate you being here with us.
- 19:11Speaker 6: Damn it.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Yeah bye, Missy by day that is heartbreaking. I feel
- 19:17Speaker 3: so bad, Holly in Manchester. It's on your shoulders.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Now.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Can you identify those three songs?
- 19:25Speaker 4: I can.
- 19:27Speaker 6: The first one is uh, friendship is magic? Oh?
- 19:30Speaker 3: Is that the name of the song to my Little
- 19:32Speaker 3: Pony theme. Yeah, okay.
- 19:39Speaker 6: The second one is big and rich Yeah yeah, and
- 19:44Speaker 6: the third one Carpenter.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Yes, you're going to steeple Chase.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 19:54Speaker 6: I'm so excited.
- 19:56Speaker 4: We're excited for you. It's gonna be a lot of fun.
- 19:58Speaker 4: Hopefully it's a really nice day too, fingers Ca.
- 20:00Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm hoping, so I hope it warms up a little. Yeah.
- 20:03Speaker 3: Thank you for and playing name that tune. This was
- 20:07Speaker 3: so fun.
- 20:08Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 20:09Speaker 6: Yes, I've listened all week, so thank you guys so much.
- 20:13Speaker 5: Hanging on the line. Okay, love, we gotta get your info.
- 20:15Speaker 10: Okay, thank you.
- 20:17Speaker 4: Three things you.
- 20:18Speaker 5: Need to know me Friday.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Friends, Welcome to May May first May Day. Ricky's got
- 20:23Speaker 2: those three things presented by Marks ban real Estate.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Was going on, Ricky.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Last night's Powerball drawing has officials stunned because it had
- 20:31Speaker 4: eighty nine million dollar winners.
- 20:34Speaker 5: This is an unusually high.
- 20:35Speaker 4: Number of people who won prizes, with Indiana and Kansas
- 20:38Speaker 4: winners splitting the one hundred and forty three point four
- 20:41Speaker 4: million dollar jackpot and eighty nine different tickets winning the
- 20:44Speaker 4: million dollar second tier prize. You're probably like why so
- 20:48Speaker 4: many winners. I don't understand this. It came down to
- 20:51Speaker 4: the way that some states lay out the numbers on
- 20:53Speaker 4: their pay slips, and the winning numbers aligning with those slips.
- 20:57Speaker 4: The million dollar winners were spread across twenty diferent states.
- 21:01Speaker 5: Just wild.
- 21:02Speaker 4: And maybe this is a nice sign for you to play,
- 21:06Speaker 4: because if this can happen, anything can happen. I hate
- 21:10Speaker 4: hate these stories, but it looks like the long standing
- 21:13Speaker 4: twelve South tap room is going to close next month.
- 21:16Speaker 4: The news came out on Reddit this week, with an
- 21:18Speaker 4: employee confirming the news. The restaurant has yet to comment
- 21:21Speaker 4: on any of this, though, and they have not said
- 21:24Speaker 4: anything publicly about it, so we don't have a lot
- 21:26Speaker 4: of details as to when exactly they're going to close
- 21:29Speaker 4: or why. But it seems like it's going to happen
- 21:32Speaker 4: at the end of this month or next month. And
- 21:35Speaker 4: the assumption is that with all the new growth in
- 21:37Speaker 4: that area, they may be pushed out or just be
- 21:40Speaker 4: that they may not vibe with the new changes. Maybe
- 21:43Speaker 4: it's just not what they're looking for, and that's completely valid.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Twelve South has changed a lot in the last five
- 21:49Speaker 4: years that I've been here, so I know it's changed
- 21:51Speaker 4: a lot even before I got here, but I will
- 21:54Speaker 4: keep you updated on specific dates and exactly what's going
- 21:57Speaker 4: on with that as the news comes out. And the
- 22:00Speaker 4: Social Security Administration's list of the most popular baby names
- 22:03Speaker 4: came out, and there were some interesting trends. So, Iceland
- 22:07Speaker 4: or Iceland and honey are the fastest rising names for girls.
- 22:13Speaker 4: Can you spell Iceland ice l y n n Iceland?
- 22:18Speaker 5: Not Iceland? Iceland?
- 22:19Speaker 3: Iceland?
- 22:20Speaker 5: And then, which is.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Why I feel like when I said it kind of
- 22:23Speaker 4: sounded like Iceland the first time.
- 22:25Speaker 10: Uh.
- 22:25Speaker 4: But Truce and Halo are the fastest rising names for boys.
- 22:30Speaker 3: Truce and Halo. Okay, this is kind of blowing my
- 22:32Speaker 3: mind right now.
- 22:33Speaker 4: I know it blew my mind. That's why I had
- 22:34Speaker 4: to bring it here. These are obviously not quote unquote
- 22:37Speaker 4: traditional names, but we are trending more towards untraditional when
- 22:42Speaker 4: it comes to baby names as time goes on. I'm
- 22:45Speaker 4: Ridy Sanchez, and those are the three things you need
- 22:46Speaker 4: to know.
- 22:47Speaker 2: I kind of just feel like a mom and a
- 22:48Speaker 2: dad were arguing over what to name their baby and
- 22:50Speaker 2: they decided to just call it a Truce.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Oh.
- 22:55Speaker 4: I kind of like that story. If that's not true.
- 22:57Speaker 5: I'm rolling with it now.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Let's just go with that.
- 23:00Speaker 10: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Zach and Meno in the Morning.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Sorry for the leftovers here. It's one of seven to
- 23:07Speaker 2: five the River. We do this every Friday. We go
- 23:09Speaker 2: around the room. We each get thirty seconds to present
- 23:11Speaker 2: an unused topic from the week. We always start with
- 23:14Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez. I've got the stop watch open, Ricky. The
- 23:17Speaker 2: leftovers begin right now.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Someone on threads asked, what's something you didn't learn the
- 23:22Speaker 4: truth about until an embarrassingly long time after in life,
- 23:26Speaker 4: like it just took you a long time to really understand.
- 23:28Speaker 4: Here are some of the answers, so you don't feel
- 23:30Speaker 4: so bad about the things you didn't learn until later
- 23:32Speaker 4: in life. Someone said, I thought McGraw hill textbooks were
- 23:35Speaker 4: made by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. I thought Martha
- 23:39Speaker 4: Stewart's home was Martha's vineyard.
- 23:42Speaker 7: I thought, wait, it's not no.
- 23:45Speaker 4: I thought Mount Rushmore's faces occurred naturally by coincidence.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 23:50Speaker 4: When I was a kid, I thought Feet was a
- 23:52Speaker 4: rapper or musician who was in on a lot of songs.
- 23:56Speaker 4: It wasn't until I was around fifteen that I realized it.
- 23:58Speaker 5: Was short for featuring.
- 24:00Speaker 3: I got that, I get up.
- 24:02Speaker 4: Until about five years ago, I thought the person who
- 24:04Speaker 4: read the disclaimer during commercials talked super fast. Then I
- 24:08Speaker 4: realized that they just sped the audio up.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Well, so there's that guy, that micro machines guy. You
- 24:12Speaker 2: could talk really fast. You know what I'm talking about.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Whatever you say, keV, Thank you, Ricky.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Those good zach Es.
- 24:19Speaker 9: I do want to talk about this new like home
- 24:21Speaker 9: design trend. It's called pattern drenching.
- 24:23Speaker 7: Have you heard of it?
- 24:24Speaker 1: No?
- 24:24Speaker 7: So apparently like.
- 24:26Speaker 9: They're getting rid of like the white marble countertops, cream
- 24:29Speaker 9: colored couches, natural walls, like all of the whitewashing basically,
- 24:32Speaker 9: and now we are pattern drenching. So basically you layer
- 24:35Speaker 9: different prints and patterns throughout the same place. So it
- 24:38Speaker 9: could be rugs, textiles, art, wallpaper with all of these
- 24:42Speaker 9: different patterns, and so they are pattern drenching.
- 24:44Speaker 4: That is very much like what I'm into right now
- 24:47Speaker 4: and what keeps popping up on my timelines, and if I.
- 24:49Speaker 5: Had the money, I would be doing. It's very whimsical.
- 24:53Speaker 9: There's this like creative director that said, it's all about
- 24:56Speaker 9: creating a perfect orchestra. So basically, you pick a pattern
- 24:59Speaker 9: that you love and then you just go with it
- 25:01Speaker 9: and you match all of the colors and patterns to
- 25:04Speaker 9: that pattern.
- 25:05Speaker 7: I like it on it that is me anxiety.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Oh no, I like it. I'm I will say.
- 25:09Speaker 2: My wife finally ditched the white on white on white
- 25:10Speaker 2: on white stuff that we used to help.
- 25:12Speaker 4: Oh my god, I'm so proud of her.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Yeah, we got some color. We have some some different
- 25:15Speaker 3: you know what we call that cav G. Yeah, I'm
- 25:19Speaker 3: proud of her too.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Lastly, here, I just wanted to take a second, as
- 25:23Speaker 2: Ricky said, and geek out about the horror movies that
- 25:25Speaker 2: are coming out and now that it's officially May this month,
- 25:27Speaker 2: for whatever reason, it's stacked out now this weekend is
- 25:31Speaker 2: the movie Hokum with Adam Scott.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Looks so good that's out now. Obsession is a movie
- 25:36Speaker 3: that's coming out in a couple of weeks.
- 25:37Speaker 2: It's got ninety six percent on Rotten Tomatoes from early reviews.
- 25:40Speaker 3: It looks great.
- 25:41Speaker 2: There's a movie called Passenger coming out of the twenty
- 25:43Speaker 2: seconds like a supernatural horror movie.
- 25:44Speaker 3: The trailer it's one of.
- 25:45Speaker 2: The best trailers I've ever seen, and then at the
- 25:47Speaker 2: end of the month, Backrooms, It's an A twenty four
- 25:49Speaker 2: movie that I am so excited about. If you haven't,
- 25:52Speaker 2: if you don't know anything about it, watch a trailer,
- 25:54Speaker 2: do a deep dive on like the origin of this movie.
- 25:57Speaker 2: For whatever reason, this month is just loaded with horror
- 25:59Speaker 2: movies and I want to get a babysitter and take
- 26:01Speaker 2: my wife and go see all of them.
- 26:02Speaker 5: Which one are you most excited for?
- 26:04Speaker 3: Backrooms for sure?
- 26:05Speaker 7: Okay, yeah, what does a twenty four mean?
- 26:08Speaker 5: Twenty four production company?
- 26:09Speaker 9: I thought that was like the rating like PG thirteen
- 26:12Speaker 9: A twenty four.
- 26:15Speaker 3: I love that. Thank you. Zach, Becky comes the Leftovers.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
- 26:23Speaker 4: Justin Bieber on one oh seven five the River. Today's
- 26:26Speaker 4: Daily double Tap is truly an impressive take on like
- 26:31Speaker 4: Someone's voice that is just mindlowing. It's Zar Larson. She
- 26:33Speaker 4: has an absolutely phenomenal voice. I don't think she gets
- 26:35Speaker 4: enough credit for that. And Zach found this clip of
- 26:38Speaker 4: this very specific part of a song that is wild.
- 26:40Speaker 7: So her song Midnight sun Like.
- 26:42Speaker 9: I legitimately thought that it was like producing the studio
- 26:45Speaker 9: of like her going uh like I thought somebody was
- 26:48Speaker 9: like going up and down.
- 26:49Speaker 4: You thought it was heavily produced, and it wasn't just
- 26:51Speaker 4: her voice making.
- 26:51Speaker 9: That literally her doing it, and I had no idea.
- 26:54Speaker 9: She did it live and here we go.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Here she is and Mabe side.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Never made not side.
- 27:20Speaker 7: Shocked.
- 27:20Speaker 4: Not only is it impressive that she can make her
- 27:23Speaker 4: voice do those different notes, but that is a long note.
- 27:27Speaker 3: I can't even hold my breath that long.
- 27:30Speaker 2: My my add that was like I wanted to change
- 27:33Speaker 2: the station while she was doing Let's go on for
- 27:34Speaker 2: so long?
- 27:37Speaker 3: What I can't change the station notes? We don't have
- 27:39Speaker 3: that ability in here.
- 27:41Speaker 4: Well, yeah said about anyway, we are impressed by Zar Larsen.
- 27:46Speaker 4: That is the bottom line here. Kevin is losing his mind.
- 27:49Speaker 3: I am that was cool.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the
- 27:55Speaker 1: river
