- 0:11Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, Welcome to another edition of the NFL Fantasy
- 0:14Speaker 1: Football Show. It's media man named g Marcus Grant, joined
- 0:16Speaker 1: by Michael Florio and mcwan Jones. It is week eleven.
- 0:20Speaker 1: We got the concluded, like four more weeks I think
- 0:23Speaker 1: of the fantasy regular season. It's getting down to it, man. Also,
- 0:29Speaker 1: your boy's got a big one this weekend.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Ram Seahawks a little reunion with my ex guy,
- 0:36Speaker 2: Cooper Cup. But it's all welcome home, baby. You were
- 0:39Speaker 2: back in town. And look, man, they have a little
- 0:41Speaker 2: memorial set up for him and listen. But we want
- 0:44Speaker 2: to show but that's what he said. He said, I'm
- 0:47Speaker 2: not dead, but he we're gonna show appreciation a little
- 0:50Speaker 2: tribute video. So I'm happy to see him back in town.
- 0:52Speaker 2: But him on the other side, we know we got
- 0:54Speaker 2: to handle business.
- 0:55Speaker 1: This is growth, This is this is the nicest thing
- 0:58Speaker 1: you've said about Cooper Cup since he left. But for
- 1:01Speaker 1: fantasy he is dust.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, get him off of your rosters.
- 1:05Speaker 1: This week is not a star.
- 1:06Speaker 3: We can spoiler.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Alert and we're back. All right, we are back. We
- 1:12Speaker 1: got a lot to talk about on this show. Of course,
- 1:14Speaker 1: we're gonna do mostly starts, and since also're gonna do
- 1:17Speaker 1: another aj Brown vibes check because that has kind of
- 1:19Speaker 1: been the story of the week across fantasy football. Also
- 1:22Speaker 1: maybe a little bit of a surprise defense to stream.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Maybe we'll get into that a little bit later on
- 1:28Speaker 1: in the show, but let us start with these starts
- 1:31Speaker 1: and sins. Of course, Michael left Florio rights them every week.
- 1:33Speaker 1: You can check them out online at NFL dot com
- 1:36Speaker 1: slash start sit. I imagine why now you're in a rhythm.
- 1:39Speaker 1: You got this thing down to this.
- 1:41Speaker 4: Oh yeah, this point of the year, it's just like
- 1:43Speaker 4: it's all systems go. You get into groove and the
- 1:47Speaker 4: starts at quarterback. Look, Joe Flacco, if you covered his name,
- 1:50Speaker 4: you think he's Joe Burrow right now. Justin Herbert, I
- 1:54Speaker 4: know the O line is banged up, but this is
- 1:55Speaker 4: a very favorable matchup and the Jacks get sacks at
- 1:58Speaker 4: the second lowest rate. Jordan Love, I know a lot
- 2:01Speaker 4: of people are panicking on him. He hasn't really lived
- 2:03Speaker 4: up to expectations. The Giants are the cure all though,
- 2:06Speaker 4: And then Jacoby said, I'm sorry, Marcus, the forty nine
- 2:09Speaker 4: ers get no pressure and quarterbacks go off against them
- 2:12Speaker 4: weekly by Sis Jared Gofflo. Not a musset, but I
- 2:16Speaker 4: would sit in for the guys on the start column
- 2:18Speaker 4: this week because the Eagles have allowed these second fewest
- 2:21Speaker 4: touchdowns to quarterbacks this season.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Bo Nicks. I'm sorry, LQ, but he's just not playing
- 2:27Speaker 3: great right now.
- 2:27Speaker 4: And the Chiefs are such a tough matchup bottom five
- 2:29Speaker 4: and yards and touchdowns allowed. Whoever the forty nine ers
- 2:33Speaker 4: quarterback is.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Because it could be it's gonna be Brock perty.
- 2:36Speaker 4: Fifth week in a row, But whoever it is, I
- 2:39Speaker 4: think you could get away from this week.
- 2:41Speaker 3: The Cardinals are a little bit of a tougher matchup
- 2:43Speaker 3: than you may think.
- 2:44Speaker 4: And then just for the bit, Trevor mid Lawrence, because yeah,
- 2:47Speaker 4: I'm not trusting.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Him, just for the just needed a name this week?
- 2:53Speaker 1: I was like, you know what, for the bit, all right?
- 2:57Speaker 1: Joe Flacco? I mean, have we reached the point where
- 3:00Speaker 1: Joe Flacco is just a set it and forget it
- 3:02Speaker 1: quarterback for fantasy?
- 3:04Speaker 2: Absolutely? I actually is a little upset that we have
- 3:07Speaker 2: the other Joe. I call him the other Joe because
- 3:09Speaker 2: he's been away for some time. But Joe Flacco since
- 3:11Speaker 2: week six man has been averaging twenty four Fantasy points
- 3:14Speaker 2: per game. This is old man Joe going out there,
- 3:17Speaker 2: still slinging in, elevating t Higgins, elevating Jamar Chase. So
- 3:20Speaker 2: I'm a little upset as a fantasy manager with pretty
- 3:23Speaker 2: Flacco on my rosters ran me to the playoffs with that.
- 3:26Speaker 2: The other Joe is returning back soon. But man, it's
- 3:30Speaker 2: been a great ride having Joe Flacco's my QB one
- 3:32Speaker 2: each week.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean it's been amazing. I mean it's funny too,
- 3:35Speaker 1: because when he went to Cincinnati, I think we were
- 3:37Speaker 1: all kind of like, all right, well, maybe this helps Jamar,
- 3:39Speaker 1: maybe it helps te Higgins, but we're not starting Joe.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Now we're starting Joe Flacco. Were oh yeah, in one league.
- 3:45Speaker 3: I'm in co manage.
- 3:46Speaker 4: My partner was like, should we drop Kyler Murray for
- 3:48Speaker 4: Joe Flacco after like his first start. I was like, no,
- 3:51Speaker 4: and now we hate ourselves.
- 3:52Speaker 1: For that doing it. On the other side, l Q,
- 3:58Speaker 1: you want to pour one out from Bote at least
- 4:00Speaker 1: for this week. I'm still a believer.
- 4:03Speaker 2: I'm gonna make that very clear, but this week I'm
- 4:05Speaker 2: getting away from it. Man. I think this is where
- 4:07Speaker 2: we get bow Knicks when he gets real reckless throwing
- 4:09Speaker 2: the ball, because like we know that bow Knicks and
- 4:11Speaker 2: Sean Payne they love throwing the ball and listen, man,
- 4:14Speaker 2: thirty five pass attempts per game is where bo Nix
- 4:16Speaker 2: is sitting this season, going against the Chiefs defense, who
- 4:19Speaker 2: are allowing the fourth lowest pass attempts per game. I
- 4:22Speaker 2: think this is where Sean Payton. He goes against anything
- 4:25Speaker 2: that should be adjusted during end game, like giving r J.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Harvey max touches and we shouldn't have to wait for
- 4:31Speaker 2: injury to get that.
- 4:31Speaker 3: But that is an RJ.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Harvey crash out.
- 4:33Speaker 2: I will say for later, but I will say this,
- 4:36Speaker 2: this is where the turnovers start to happen. If you
- 4:38Speaker 2: look at the game for bow Knicks has more than
- 4:40Speaker 2: thirty five pass attempts per game, this is where the
- 4:43Speaker 2: turnovers are starting to create. So therefore those are negative
- 4:45Speaker 2: points in Fantasy nine turnovers in the games that he
- 4:48Speaker 2: has thirty five pass attempts per game. So I know
- 4:50Speaker 2: they're gonna go against the grand and toss that rock
- 4:53Speaker 2: all over the place, which could lead to mistakes.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I look, I think they may be
- 4:59Speaker 1: He'll be in ketchup because their defense is good enough
- 5:01Speaker 1: to kind of keep it close. But I don't trust
- 5:03Speaker 1: him this week against the Chiefs defense.
- 5:05Speaker 4: On top of it all, the Chiefs have had two
- 5:07Speaker 4: weeks to prepare for this game.
- 5:09Speaker 1: That scares me. Andy Reid after a bye is damn
- 5:13Speaker 1: hard to beat. So yeah, that does not seem all
- 5:15Speaker 1: that great for bow Knicks this week. Let's move over
- 5:18Speaker 1: to the running backs, which this felt like a really
- 5:21Speaker 1: good week for running backs. There are a lot of
- 5:23Speaker 1: guys that I really love this week. So who are
- 5:24Speaker 1: your starts and sins?
- 5:26Speaker 4: Chase Brown, I'm still getting questions about him, and I'm
- 5:28Speaker 4: just like he is back to being the guy that
- 5:30Speaker 4: we drafted early, at least with Joe Flacco. Jalen Warren
- 5:34Speaker 4: continues to get more and more work here and it's
- 5:36Speaker 4: a fantastic matchup against the Bengals. Not only did Woody
- 5:39Speaker 4: Marx get a ton of volume last week and in
- 5:42Speaker 4: the few games before that as well, he went off
- 5:45Speaker 4: for twenty eight fantasy points against the Titans in Week four.
- 5:48Speaker 4: Rashad White is in play as long as Bucky Irving
- 5:51Speaker 4: doesn't suit up. If Bucky does suit up, then I
- 5:53Speaker 4: think White becomes more of a flex option, but it
- 5:55Speaker 4: is the Bills, which is a fantastic matchup for running backs.
- 5:59Speaker 1: And then Aaron Jones.
- 6:01Speaker 4: I think he's been taking over that backfield again, and
- 6:04Speaker 4: it's like seven straight games with either one hundred yards
- 6:06Speaker 4: or a touchdown against the Bears.
- 6:08Speaker 3: And then this sits JK. Dobbins.
- 6:12Speaker 4: If he's active, I want no part of that, but
- 6:14Speaker 4: it sounds like he might not be either Seahawks running back.
- 6:18Speaker 4: I know you spoke about this on Fantasy Live today, Marcus,
- 6:20Speaker 4: but Charba day Walker, they're just eating too much off
- 6:23Speaker 4: of each other's plate. And the Rams are such a
- 6:25Speaker 4: tough matchup. Tony Pollard, he's losing more and more work
- 6:28Speaker 4: to Tajy Spears, and the Texans are a very tough matchup.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Tyrone Tracy is a new coach there, which back is
- 6:34Speaker 4: going to be more utilized since Skataboo's gotten hurt. We've
- 6:37Speaker 4: seen one Tracy week, one Singletary week. But now it's
- 6:40Speaker 4: the Packers. I don't think this is a week for
- 6:42Speaker 4: either of them. And then Jordan Mason seven opportunities per game.
- 6:46Speaker 4: Since Aaron Jones has returned in those three games, he
- 6:48Speaker 4: has ten fantasy points combined in three games.
- 6:51Speaker 3: You just cannot trust him.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Yeah, we were hoping for things from Jordan Mason. I know, Lawan,
- 6:56Speaker 1: you were big on Jordan Mason before the season started,
- 6:58Speaker 1: and then Aaron Jones got hurt. You had one good
- 7:01Speaker 1: game and that was sort of it there. But yeah,
- 7:05Speaker 1: let's go on the positive side of things. Let's go
- 7:06Speaker 1: to Woody Marks. Can we trust the Houston Texans to
- 7:10Speaker 1: give us maximum mars or are we going to see
- 7:13Speaker 1: Nick Chubb pop his head up there somewhere.
- 7:17Speaker 2: I think we've been seeing a trend with Woody Marks
- 7:19Speaker 2: getting more opportunities in the last four games, the Lemon
- 7:21Speaker 2: Fantasy opportunities per game. This is where we can check
- 7:24Speaker 2: the mark off that Viume is there. But what you
- 7:27Speaker 2: see in this bro clip right here that is over
- 7:29Speaker 2: my face right now, is that you're seeing him being
- 7:31Speaker 2: utilized in the passing game. We want to see more
- 7:34Speaker 2: of that. Nick Kayla to the offensive coordinator. He comes
- 7:36Speaker 2: from the Rams tree, he comes from the Sean McVay tree.
- 7:39Speaker 2: He should understand how to get the ball in your
- 7:42Speaker 2: best player's hands. What he marks can be a lot
- 7:45Speaker 2: more explosive than he can be. But a seven point
- 7:47Speaker 2: six for senior yards per target is up there among
- 7:50Speaker 2: a CMC up there among guys that like Jonathan Taylor
- 7:53Speaker 2: that get involved in the passing game. We want to
- 7:55Speaker 2: see more of that so we can raise him above
- 7:58Speaker 2: the flex territory. Woody Marx has RB two territory written
- 8:01Speaker 2: all over him. If they shift what they did last
- 8:04Speaker 2: week where Nick Chubb saw a season low and snaps,
- 8:07Speaker 2: So this is trending towards obviously what he marks taking
- 8:10Speaker 2: over to his backfield. They need to lean into it
- 8:12Speaker 2: this week, especially with a juicy matchup against the Titans defense.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I mean, catching the football was one of the calling
- 8:18Speaker 1: cards for what he marks coming out of college. He
- 8:20Speaker 1: set the career record at Mississippi State for receptions by
- 8:23Speaker 1: a running back, had a streak of fifty six games
- 8:25Speaker 1: in his college career with a reception, So catching the
- 8:28Speaker 1: football was always something he could do. Now he's getting
- 8:30Speaker 1: a lot more opportunity to do that, partially by circumstance,
- 8:34Speaker 1: but I was waiting for you know what, You've actually
- 8:37Speaker 1: learned how to do it. That's like the best you've
- 8:38Speaker 1: ever done it before, Like you're getting better. I you know,
- 8:40Speaker 1: you just needed reps there you go. He just needed Okay,
- 8:42Speaker 1: now stop. Now you're starting to mess it up, so
- 8:44Speaker 1: just stop. It's like little yeah, exactly what are you doing?
- 8:47Speaker 1: Man's over ahead on the other side, Tony Pollard, Look,
- 8:54Speaker 1: I have been a TAIJ. Spears I would call him
- 8:57Speaker 1: a stand but I have it a TAIJ. Spears proponent
- 9:00Speaker 1: supporter for a while. At some point the Spears just
- 9:04Speaker 1: have to take over that backfield in Tennessee.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Yeah, Like looking at Tony Pollard, he is definitely near
- 9:10Speaker 2: that drop zone. It has been underwhelming from him basically
- 9:13Speaker 2: all season long, and now with Taj Spears coming in
- 9:16Speaker 2: being the third down back, where you have Pollard only
- 9:18Speaker 2: thirty eight percent of the snaps on third down. This
- 9:20Speaker 2: is usually where folks are in PPR leagues like to
- 9:23Speaker 2: have their running backs get involved in the passing game,
- 9:25Speaker 2: but we have not seen much of that from Tony
- 9:27Speaker 2: Pollard this season, where that's been Taj Spears's complete role.
- 9:30Speaker 2: And honestly, looking at Tony Pollard man for the rest
- 9:33Speaker 2: of the season, I don't think I could trust him
- 9:35Speaker 2: in starting lineups being that we haven't seen this Titan's
- 9:37Speaker 2: office produce anything positive in the back end or in
- 9:41Speaker 2: the early season, So it looks like he's on a
- 9:43Speaker 2: bad offense with a guy that is hungry, that came
- 9:46Speaker 2: back from injury, that looks to be producing at a
- 9:48Speaker 2: higher level than what we've seen. So I do think that,
- 9:51Speaker 2: you know, Tony Pollard, he is droppable at this point
- 9:54Speaker 2: because what have we seen to be trusting him entire
- 9:57Speaker 2: season at this point.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean it's rough, and I thought early in
- 10:01Speaker 1: the season he actually had a couple of nice performances
- 10:03Speaker 1: and he kind of seemed like maybe the one trustworthy
- 10:05Speaker 1: thing in the Titans offense. At this point, I'm just
- 10:09Speaker 1: you know, we'll try again in twenty twenty six with
- 10:11Speaker 1: Tennessee Titans. Yah.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Yeah, it's bad.
- 10:15Speaker 1: It's blad, it's bad, it's bleak, it's all of that
- 10:18Speaker 1: with the Titans down there in Tennessee. We'll have some
- 10:21Speaker 1: more starts and since for you coming up a little
- 10:22Speaker 1: bit later on in the show, but for now, we'll
- 10:25Speaker 1: look at the Sunday night football game between the Lions
- 10:27Speaker 1: and the Eagles and the first to score a touchdown
- 10:30Speaker 1: odds Premier Gibbs at the top of the list, followed
- 10:32Speaker 1: closely by Saquon Barkley. Very little surprise there Jalen Hurts, who,
- 10:37Speaker 1: by the way, Jalen Hurts has not had a rushing
- 10:39Speaker 1: touchdown since I believe Week four, I think it is
- 10:42Speaker 1: it's been a while since he has found the end zone.
- 10:44Speaker 1: So the tush push not exactly. They only use it.
- 10:46Speaker 4: For first downs now, which is worst fantasy case scenario.
- 10:49Speaker 1: That is actually the worst. Yeah, I'm on ros Saint
- 10:51Speaker 1: Brown and A J. Brown have very actually not very similar,
- 10:56Speaker 1: identical odds to score the first touchdown. About that in
- 11:00Speaker 1: just a second. But Lauria, if you're picking here, you're
- 11:02Speaker 1: taking one of these guys. You're going somewhere else for
- 11:04Speaker 1: the first touchdown.
- 11:06Speaker 3: My heart wants to go A J. Brown and hope
- 11:08Speaker 3: that they give him a long one. But I'll go
- 11:10Speaker 3: with Jamiir Gibbs here. I think. Look, he's Jamiir Gibbs.
- 11:15Speaker 4: He can score from the goal on, he could score
- 11:17Speaker 4: from eighty yards out, it doesn't really matter. And he's
- 11:19Speaker 4: been getting more and more workload, even though last week wasn't.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Ideal for him. Yeah, it was not ideal, but again,
- 11:24Speaker 1: it's hard to count him out because of just the
- 11:26Speaker 1: usage and the explosiveness and all of that. The Kwandy
- 11:29Speaker 1: I think I asked Floryo this earlier in the week.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna ask you now, can we get an AJ
- 11:33Speaker 1: Brown vibes check after him? Just flat out telling people,
- 11:36Speaker 1: if you have me on fantasy, get rid of me.
- 11:41Speaker 1: How we feeling about AJ Brown this week?
- 11:45Speaker 2: Like you know the Ben Affleck meme where he's standing
- 11:47Speaker 2: outside and he's smoking a cigarette like I'm exhausted, I'm tired.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Man.
- 11:51Speaker 2: It's probably one of the most frustrating things right now
- 11:53Speaker 2: having AJ Brown on fantasy rosters. But I had this
- 11:56Speaker 2: amazing conversation with Seth freaking Rollins this morning on Morning Football.
- 12:00Speaker 2: You guys should probably check that out on the NFL
- 12:02Speaker 2: Plus app after this show, by the way, But we
- 12:05Speaker 2: were just talking about him displaying this frustration publicly and
- 12:08Speaker 2: like crashing out. But usually we get somewhat of a
- 12:11Speaker 2: follow up game where we get decent fantasy production, right
- 12:14Speaker 2: like man six Week six and seven, that's where things
- 12:17Speaker 2: were starting to build before the bye week, where we're
- 12:19Speaker 2: getting some touchdowns from AJ Brown, some big fantasy performances.
- 12:23Speaker 2: But man, they got the lines coming in town this week.
- 12:26Speaker 2: This is an offense that is a top five offense
- 12:29Speaker 2: in terms of scoring points margin. They're putting BTA to
- 12:32Speaker 2: a lot of defenses. So you need to send that
- 12:35Speaker 2: batsignal this week to AJ Brown so you guys can
- 12:38Speaker 2: put up some touchdowns, put up some yards against the
- 12:41Speaker 2: lines defense where I think AJ Brown can display that
- 12:44Speaker 2: he is clearly the wide receiver one. I don't need
- 12:47Speaker 2: this guy on streaming platforms crashing out saying get rid
- 12:50Speaker 2: of me in fantasy. Hold on now, folks, now, listen.
- 12:52Speaker 2: You don't need to say anything else. You got folks
- 12:54Speaker 2: like me and the fantasy streets that are gonna do
- 12:56Speaker 2: to barking for you for you to get the ball,
- 12:58Speaker 2: because we are directly affected by this.
- 13:00Speaker 1: So AJ Brown just stop. Just don't say nothing else. Okay,
- 13:03Speaker 1: we get it. You're causing distraction to a winning team.
- 13:07Speaker 2: That's just a lot of frustration that I have about
- 13:09Speaker 2: this whole situation.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I do love, by the way, the fact that Nick
- 13:12Speaker 1: Siriani is treating AJ Brown the way I treat my
- 13:15Speaker 1: kid when I take away the Nintendo switch. It's like, yeah,
- 13:17Speaker 1: I hear you whining. It's just what it is, man.
- 13:20Speaker 1: You just have to deal with it. Like that's pretty
- 13:22Speaker 1: much what Nick Sirianni has done.
- 13:25Speaker 2: We get why he's whining like the dudes on pace
- 13:28Speaker 2: for a career low a career low eight hundred and
- 13:31Speaker 2: sixty seven receiving yards. That's fifty one receiving yards per
- 13:34Speaker 2: game on a seventeen game phase.
- 13:36Speaker 4: I love AJ Brown crashing because it means one of
- 13:39Speaker 4: two things. One's either gonna get a squeaky wheel game,
- 13:41Speaker 4: or two it would probably be playing football somewhere else
- 13:44Speaker 4: next year. And as a fan of a team that
- 13:46Speaker 4: needs a wide receiver, I also love AJ Brown and
- 13:49Speaker 4: I want to see him go somewhere where they actually
- 13:52Speaker 4: value him and treat him as a wide receiver one.
- 13:54Speaker 1: But also, the Eagles are seven to two and as
- 13:56Speaker 1: of this moment, they are the one seed in the NFC,
- 13:58Speaker 1: So I just don't think they're going to really entertained.
- 14:01Speaker 4: It's crazy because like Saquon's not having a good year,
- 14:04Speaker 4: like by his standard at least like it's wild.
- 14:07Speaker 1: It's wild, and yet they're they're again, They've only have
- 14:09Speaker 1: two losses this year. Go figure, when we come back,
- 14:13Speaker 1: we will take a look at the Monday night football
- 14:15Speaker 1: game and would you maybe stream one of these defenses? Well,
- 14:20Speaker 1: ask that question, plus some more starts and sits, that's
- 14:22Speaker 1: coming up on the NFL Fantasy Football Show. What should
- 14:28Speaker 1: be a pretty great uniform matchup on Monday Night Football,
- 14:31Speaker 1: even if the on field product maybe not the best.
- 14:33Speaker 1: It's the Cowboys at the Raiders. And I'm gonna ask
- 14:36Speaker 1: you a really weird question, Florio, would you stream the
- 14:39Speaker 1: Dallas Cowboys defense this week?
- 14:42Speaker 4: If anyone heads over to NFL dot com, slash starts
- 14:45Speaker 4: it and clicks on clicks on the defensive tag, they're there.
- 14:49Speaker 3: I have them as a starting.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Option this week because it's the Raiders, right like, they're
- 14:53Speaker 4: in the top seven in sacks and giveaways rate per game.
- 14:57Speaker 4: And then on top of that, we've last seen the Cowboys.
- 15:01Speaker 4: They've added quite a bit of talent, so it might
- 15:04Speaker 4: not be the same old Cowboys defense that we saw
- 15:07Speaker 4: the first nine weeks of the season.
- 15:09Speaker 1: But more than anything, it's it's Raiders.
- 15:11Speaker 3: So that's why they're in play.
- 15:13Speaker 1: That is why I had them listed as a sleeper
- 15:15Speaker 1: defense this week, because Raiders. Because the way to get
- 15:19Speaker 1: fantasy points from your defense is sacks and turnovers. The
- 15:22Speaker 1: Raiders give up a lot of sacks. You know, Smith
- 15:24Speaker 1: has thrown a lot of interceptions and even with a
- 15:27Speaker 1: couple of weeks ago when they got run through by
- 15:29Speaker 1: the Arizona Cardinals. They still had eleven Fantasy points in
- 15:33Speaker 1: that game just because they were able to get some sacks.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I think they got to take away or two. So
- 15:37Speaker 1: even if they are giving up points, there's a way
- 15:39Speaker 1: for them to actually have a pretty decent fantasy day.
- 15:42Speaker 1: So yeah, as crazy as it sounds, I get it.
- 15:44Speaker 1: We've been picking on the Cowboys defense all year long.
- 15:48Speaker 1: This is this is this is that one episode of
- 15:50Speaker 1: Tom and Jerry where Tom actually kind of wins in
- 15:52Speaker 1: the end. I think that's sort of what this is.
- 15:54Speaker 1: There's only like three of those episodes. There's a lot
- 15:56Speaker 1: of them. There's not a lot of them. You kind of,
- 15:58Speaker 1: you know, appreciate them when they come around. There. Time
- 16:01Speaker 1: to get back to our starts, and since for Week
- 16:04Speaker 1: eleven we turn our attention to the wide receivers and
- 16:07Speaker 1: who do you like? Who do you not like?
- 16:08Speaker 4: This week, Lad McConkie, he is back to being a
- 16:11Speaker 4: wide receiver one for fantasy purposes. The Jags are tough
- 16:15Speaker 4: against slot receivers, so I'm hoping they play him out
- 16:17Speaker 4: wide a little bit. But either way, I think he's
- 16:20Speaker 4: in play t Higgins eleven or more fantasy points in
- 16:23Speaker 4: every game With Joe Flacco, He's averaging close to twenty
- 16:26Speaker 4: per game.
- 16:27Speaker 3: I know it just kind of took a little dig
- 16:28Speaker 3: at him.
- 16:28Speaker 4: But I do think DK is in play this week
- 16:31Speaker 4: against the Bengals, who have allowed the most passing yards
- 16:35Speaker 4: and touchdowns. Jalen Waddle, you gotta wake up early. They're
- 16:38Speaker 4: in Madrid on NFL Network. But he has been fantastic
- 16:42Speaker 4: fifteen fantasy points per game since Tyreek's injury, and the
- 16:44Speaker 4: Commanders are a fantastic matchup. Christian Watson, This is a
- 16:48Speaker 4: matchup for him to thrive in. In fact, my bold
- 16:51Speaker 4: prediction this week was one hundred and fifty one or
- 16:53Speaker 4: more yards because that would be a career high for Watson,
- 16:56Speaker 4: and then the sis DJ Moore. You got to monitor
- 16:59Speaker 4: his health as well, but either way, I'd plan on
- 17:01Speaker 4: not being with him. It's just they're not using him
- 17:04Speaker 4: in a way that is good for fantasy at all.
- 17:06Speaker 4: Titoro McMillan was held in check the first time against
- 17:09Speaker 4: the Falcons, and the Falcons are one of the toughest
- 17:11Speaker 4: wide receiver matchups. Deebo Samuel Look, the Dolphins on paper
- 17:16Speaker 4: might look like a defense you could seam against. But
- 17:17Speaker 4: they've been one of the best against receivers this year.
- 17:20Speaker 4: Corland Sutton has never toped one hundred yards in eleven
- 17:23Speaker 4: career games against the Chiefs, who have been really stout
- 17:26Speaker 4: against wide receivers. And then Wandell Robinson, the Packers' second
- 17:29Speaker 4: fewest yards allowed to slot receivers. It's a different quarterback.
- 17:33Speaker 4: If I'm playing any Giants receiver this week, I would
- 17:36Speaker 4: actually take the shot on slay.
- 17:37Speaker 1: And over Robinson. Hey man, you got Jamis Winston throwing
- 17:39Speaker 1: yolo balls, so maybe that works out for Darius Slayton
- 17:42Speaker 1: trying to get downfield a little bit. Well, Kwan, I
- 17:45Speaker 1: know we all have a problem with Packers wide receivers
- 17:47Speaker 1: and trying to peg one. But Christian Watson is this
- 17:52Speaker 1: his time now?
- 17:54Speaker 2: I actually love seeing Florio have him as a start
- 17:56Speaker 2: this week because this is one of those lay up
- 17:58Speaker 2: matches that you just have to take because you're seeing
- 18:00Speaker 2: how they're utilizing. You're seeing in three games that he
- 18:03Speaker 2: has just as many twenty plus completions as Romeo Dobbs
- 18:07Speaker 2: as a Matthew Golden in three games, folks, So obviously
- 18:10Speaker 2: this is a role that he is going against the
- 18:11Speaker 2: Giants defense that they will have to utilize as the
- 18:14Speaker 2: game plan. I mean looking at the Giants defense that
- 18:17Speaker 2: allowing the six most completions of downfield passes to the
- 18:21Speaker 2: wide receiver position this season. This is a layup matchup
- 18:24Speaker 2: for Watson in a layup matchup for Jordan Love to
- 18:27Speaker 2: get back on track to be fantasy startable.
- 18:29Speaker 1: All right, So Christian Watson coming back into play here.
- 18:33Speaker 1: It seems like, you know, I know it's one year,
- 18:35Speaker 1: but Matthew Golden not working out right now for the Packers.
- 18:38Speaker 1: We'll see what his future is right there. On the
- 18:41Speaker 1: other side, you her Florio mentioned he would rather maybe
- 18:43Speaker 1: take a swing on Darius Slayton than on Wandale Robinson
- 18:47Speaker 1: is mostly he's cooked. But this is Jameis Winston. Maybe
- 18:50Speaker 1: not gonna be good for Onondale.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Nah Man, I'm pushing back on this one. Man. We
- 18:55Speaker 2: saw Wandell Robson a DoD double miss. I am all
- 18:58Speaker 2: in all Wando Robinson and as a strong confident flex
- 19:02Speaker 2: play this week with Jameis Winston. Man, we're about to
- 19:05Speaker 2: being W's this week because I love how we're seeing
- 19:08Speaker 2: Wanda Robson being used deep downfield, and we know close
- 19:11Speaker 2: to the line of scrimmage. She can also be used
- 19:13Speaker 2: because there is yards have there to catch upside with him.
- 19:15Speaker 2: So this is the only one that I'm gonna push
- 19:17Speaker 2: back on you this week. Florio, Man, I love Wanda
- 19:20Speaker 2: Robson too much. Man, shout out to the short.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Kings, all right, I have no problem with it.
- 19:25Speaker 4: I mean I would play your boy, Greg dortsch over Hey,
- 19:27Speaker 4: Dorschland is open.
- 19:28Speaker 2: For business, Ladies and gentlemen, you better get your ticket
- 19:31Speaker 2: while you can. Let's go this week. Man, I'm hype
- 19:33Speaker 2: for him.
- 19:34Speaker 1: He gave, he gave doors some love of fantasy lives.
- 19:37Speaker 2: I shouted you go, brother Dorland, It's open for business.
- 19:40Speaker 2: To Roger good, We're no squeakiness. We got everything checked out.
- 19:43Speaker 2: We're good to go.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Everything's all set up. All right, let's get the tight
- 19:47Speaker 1: ends as we get ready to close out the starts.
- 19:49Speaker 1: And since here, who's up who's down? This week?
- 19:51Speaker 3: Dalton Schultz has just been far too productive.
- 19:54Speaker 4: I think the Titans look like a tough matchup on paper,
- 19:56Speaker 4: but it doesn't really scare me.
- 19:58Speaker 3: Kate at and the Bills are the tough this matchup.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Four tight ends, but the volume that he has been getting,
- 20:03Speaker 4: the safe floor he's been bringing, and the fact that
- 20:05Speaker 4: that could be a high scoring game.
- 20:06Speaker 1: I like him.
- 20:07Speaker 4: And it's the same reason I like Dawson Knox. The
- 20:09Speaker 4: Bills have been featuring tight ends because they are not
- 20:11Speaker 4: getting consistent production out of their wideout. So with Kincaid out,
- 20:14Speaker 4: I think knock steps up.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Kyle Pitts. He's just the last like five weeks has.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Been a start for me. The Panthers are a good
- 20:21Speaker 4: matchup on paper, and he's been getting more and more volume.
- 20:24Speaker 4: And then Noah offense this week going up against the Steelers,
- 20:28Speaker 4: he's been getting more opportunity and he had a good
- 20:31Speaker 4: game against him the first go around, and then the
- 20:33Speaker 4: six David and Joku. I know he scored a touchdown,
- 20:36Speaker 4: had double digit Fantasy points last week, but just two targets.
- 20:39Speaker 4: DJ Howkinson is high in four games with JJ McCarthy
- 20:43Speaker 4: is fifteen yards, it's bad. And then Evan Ingram, like
- 20:47Speaker 4: all of the catch and run stuff, the joker role
- 20:50Speaker 4: that we heard all summer, that's Troy Franklin's. Evan Ingram
- 20:52Speaker 4: is just kind of like a third, fourth, fifth option
- 20:55Speaker 4: depending on the week.
- 20:56Speaker 1: For the Bronco joke has been on us if we
- 20:58Speaker 1: bought into that shot there at this point, I know
- 21:02Speaker 1: for you, Lakwan, you were off Kyle Pitts and you
- 21:04Speaker 1: got on the bandwagon. Where are you as of this
- 21:07Speaker 1: moment on Kyle Pits. The Kyle Pitch World Tour has
- 21:11Speaker 1: been great. I love the ticket, I love the show
- 21:12Speaker 1: that I've seen from. He's been top three in terms
- 21:15Speaker 1: of receptions per game among the tight end, so I
- 21:17Speaker 1: like what I'm getting. The touchdowns will come. I'm still
- 21:20Speaker 1: believing in Kyle Pitchs. Man, all right, I'm glad to
- 21:23Speaker 1: see you you come around. I mean, you know, I
- 21:26Speaker 1: will admit that sometimes my faith waivers. But also I
- 21:29Speaker 1: also realize it doesn't take much to be a tightened
- 21:32Speaker 1: one Fantasy eight points baby, that's all your hope before.
- 21:37Speaker 1: I mean you look, I was looking at the Zach
- 21:39Speaker 1: Erz is averaging like nine and a half Fantasy points
- 21:41Speaker 1: per game. He's like the tight end, like darn shoulders.
- 21:43Speaker 2: I mean, these guys are giving us reasonable decent production,
- 21:47Speaker 2: So I can't be mad at Kyle Pitch this season.
- 21:49Speaker 1: I'm happy with the production. Man. All right, cool, you
- 21:53Speaker 1: are not on the t J Hawkinson Bandwagon. Would you
- 21:55Speaker 1: like to take this moment to pat yourself on that.
- 21:56Speaker 2: I will pat myself on the back because I was
- 21:58Speaker 2: I knew some was fish man, but I am not
- 22:01Speaker 2: happy with the ticket that I bought because of you
- 22:03Speaker 2: two sitting on that couch over You guys are very convincing.
- 22:06Speaker 2: But man, I feel bad for Aronde gad Sin's dad
- 22:09Speaker 2: because that is the starting tight end he's been starting
- 22:12Speaker 2: over his son these last couple of weeks. I man,
- 22:14Speaker 2: he has to go out there with terrible production, being
- 22:17Speaker 2: that TJ. Howkinson's not getting that great connection with JJ McCarthy. Man,
- 22:21Speaker 2: it's really really miserable to have him right now rostered
- 22:24Speaker 2: as your only tight end. It's one of the situations
- 22:27Speaker 2: that you just have to ride it out.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Man. Yeah, it's it's been bad. There's just there's not
- 22:33Speaker 1: really enough passing volume. I know last week McCarthy threw
- 22:37Speaker 1: the ball forty two times, which was easily a high
- 22:39Speaker 1: for him. But other than that, normally it's between twenty
- 22:42Speaker 1: and twenty five attempts per game. There's just not enough
- 22:44Speaker 1: volume in that offense for t J. Hawkinson to be successful.
- 22:48Speaker 1: So you want more on that, more in depth. And Alison.
- 22:50Speaker 1: You can go to nfl dot com slash start set
- 22:53Speaker 1: for everything that Michael Eflorio wrote about. Get yourself, Freddie,
- 22:56Speaker 1: we got some spicy hot takes for Week eleven.
- 23:00Speaker 2: This is a strong sit and I understand why it's
- 23:02Speaker 2: on the six.
- 23:02Speaker 1: List for Florida.
- 23:03Speaker 2: But DJ Moore a big bounce back game against the
- 23:07Speaker 2: Minnesota Vikings. And I'm only going there because there is
- 23:10Speaker 2: yards upside when it comes to DJ Moore after to catch.
- 23:13Speaker 2: The last couple of weeks, we've been seeing that department
- 23:16Speaker 2: of where he is starting to be utilized in space
- 23:18Speaker 2: where he can work after to catch, versus the first
- 23:20Speaker 2: three weeks where he was below the league average in terms.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Of yards after to catch per reception.
- 23:25Speaker 2: So I'm looking for DJ Moore to get back in
- 23:27Speaker 2: that bag going against the Vikings defense that are allowing
- 23:30Speaker 2: five point three yards after to catch per reception, which
- 23:33Speaker 2: is the fourth most allowed to the wide receiver position.
- 23:35Speaker 2: This week, DJ Moore comes back and bounces back big
- 23:38Speaker 2: this week.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Man, all right, good to see that because it's been tough.
- 23:43Speaker 1: If you have DJ Moore on your fantasy roster, what
- 23:46Speaker 1: is your hot take for the week or Bowl prediction?
- 23:48Speaker 1: I should sun.
- 23:48Speaker 4: I kind of gave it away last segment. But Christian
- 23:50Speaker 4: Watson one hundred and fifty one or more yards this week.
- 23:54Speaker 4: His career high is one hundred and fifty, so I
- 23:56Speaker 4: think he's going to break that record. Of the Giants,
- 23:59Speaker 4: not only have they allowed the most yards to wide receivers,
- 24:01Speaker 4: it's third most on deep passes. They also play man
- 24:04Speaker 4: at the second highest rate since returning. Watson leads the
- 24:07Speaker 4: Packers all of them in yards on deep targets, and
- 24:10Speaker 4: only chuk a Craft who no longer is going to
- 24:13Speaker 4: be out there, has more yards against man coverage. So
- 24:16Speaker 4: not only do I like the talent that is Christian Watson,
- 24:19Speaker 4: I think this is a premium matchup. His everything the
- 24:22Speaker 4: Giants struggle against is everything he does well.
- 24:25Speaker 1: It would be nice if they find somebody that's close
- 24:27Speaker 1: to a number one receiver in that offense. You know,
- 24:29Speaker 1: we've been trying to make it work with Romeo Dobbs.
- 24:32Speaker 1: People were trying to squint and make Matthew Golden the guy.
- 24:34Speaker 1: So maybe Christian Watson can actually fill that void. We
- 24:36Speaker 1: will find out. For me. Ashton Gentz will be the
- 24:41Speaker 1: top scorer overall this week in fantasy football. We know
- 24:45Speaker 1: how effective he can be running the ball. By the way,
- 24:47Speaker 1: as much as we say the Cowboys are potentially a
- 24:49Speaker 1: streamable option, they're still not good. They still give up
- 24:52Speaker 1: about five yards per carry. They still give up a
- 24:54Speaker 1: lot of yards on the ground. But also they end
- 24:57Speaker 1: up the second most receiving yards to the running back position.
- 25:00Speaker 1: And we've seen Genty with five games where he has
- 25:03Speaker 1: at least four targets. I think now with no Jacobe Myers, yes,
- 25:07Speaker 1: brock Bauers is the number one option. I think Tyler
- 25:09Speaker 1: Lockett might be the number two option. I think you
- 25:11Speaker 1: can slot Ashton Genty in there as the number three
- 25:13Speaker 1: option in the passing game. So I think he gets
- 25:15Speaker 1: some opportunities out of the backfield. I think he gets
- 25:18Speaker 1: plenty of carries. I think he has a huge day,
- 25:20Speaker 1: finds the end zone a couple of times, and I
- 25:22Speaker 1: think he has a absolutely bananas explosion week for you
- 25:27Speaker 1: in fantasy football. So there you go. That is it.
- 25:30Speaker 1: We are done. We appreciate you hanging out with the
- 25:32Speaker 1: NFL Fantasy Football Show. You know there's real Tell two
- 25:35Speaker 1: friends to tell two friends rate review and remember when
- 25:38Speaker 1: your boss touch should have a good day. Just go home,
- 25:40Speaker 1: be saying they kill yourselves. Enjoy the week eleven. We'll
- 25:43Speaker 1: talk to you again on Monday.
- 26:04Speaker 4: I don't
