Latest / Simply Bitcoin / The AI Surveillance State Trap and the Escape No One is Talking About! | Truth Block

- 0:00How are they controlling me? Because they control the
- 0:02creation. Of money.
- 0:03Bitcoin does not have privacy. Central banks are not going to
- 0:07want to buy Bitcoin. I think there's very strong
- 0:10possibility that the American empire will collapse the next 5
- 0:13to 10 years. Iran just launched a Bitcoin
- 0:15backed insurance platform for ships crossing the Strait of
- 0:18Hormuz and late last week the Clarity Act advanced and is on
- 0:21track to be signed into law this summer.
- 0:23The world is moving fast and if you're paying attention right
- 0:26now, you already feel it. The money is being weaponized.
- 0:29The surveillance infrastructure is going up rapidly.
- 0:31The empire is running on borrowed time.
- 0:33You can see the writing on the wall.
- 0:35The question is, what do you actually do about it?
- 0:38Today we look at two of the most watched voices on the Internet
- 0:40to show you the fork in the road that almost nobody has eyes to
- 0:43see. Both of them see the trap.
- 0:46Neither sees the door. This is truth block.
- 0:48I'm Hurley. Let's mind truth.
- 0:57Before we dive in, I want to let you know that we're building
- 0:59something really exciting. It's simply Bitcoin that you
- 1:01won't want to miss. Scan the QR code below or visit
- 1:05news.simplybitcoin.com/launch to learn more and be one of the 1st
- 1:10to see what's coming. Professor Jiang is a Chinese
- 1:13Canadian educator with ABA in English Lit from Yale.
- 1:16But oddly enough, Professor Jiang isn't actually a
- 1:19professor. He teaches at a private high
- 1:21school in Beijing. Jiang got Internet famous and
- 1:24went viral for predicting Trump's second term and more
- 1:27recently the Iran war, and his recent interview on Diary of a
- 1:30CEO has over 10 million views. He's also a self-proclaimed
- 1:34conspiracy theorist who operates within a Gnostic spiritual
- 1:37framework, even claiming an intention to start his own
- 1:40religion. And as we covered in a previous
- 1:42episode, he has some truly terrible takes on Bitcoin.
- 1:46Where are the blockchain servers located?
- 1:50But when Jiang talks about the monetary system in the
- 1:52surveillance state, he lays out loud what millions of people are
- 1:55already thinking and seeing. Let's start where he starts the
- 1:59Petro dollar. The United States have invaded
- 2:01Iran because it has no choice in the matter.
- 2:05If it were not to invade Iran, it would lose its empire.
- 2:09Its empire is based purely on the US dollar, the Petro dollar,
- 2:14which is a Ponzi scheme. If it did not invade Iran, then
- 2:18people would choose not to trade with it anymore.
- 2:22People would choose to not buy U.S.
- 2:24Treasuries. Why?
- 2:26For the longest time, this system worked fine.
- 2:29But then in February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine.
- 2:36Yeah, OK. That was not the issue.
- 2:38The issue was the American response.
- 2:41The American response was to sanction Russia and remove
- 2:46Russia from the SWIFT global payment system.
- 2:50It also ordered the Europeans to freeze over $200 billion in
- 2:57Russian assets. And there's a problem.
- 3:00It's very basis for having the US dollar as the global reserve
- 3:05currency is that it would remain politically neutral.
- 3:08The Americans guaranteed seamless, politically neutral in
- 3:14a national exchange. He's right.
- 3:17The petrodollar is a Ponzi scheme.
- 3:19It requires ever expanding participation to survive.
- 3:22And when America froze Russia's reserves in 2022, the
- 3:26foundational promise of political neutrality died.
- 3:29Every nation on earth learned a lesson that day.
- 3:31If you hold someone else's money, you hold it on their
- 3:34terms and we're watching it play out in real time.
- 3:37Over the weekend, Iran launched Hormuz Safe, a Bitcoin backed
- 3:41insurance platform for ships crossing the Strait of Hormuz.
- 3:44If you want to transit the Strait, Iran will insure your
- 3:47cargo with cryptographically verified coverage and instant
- 3:50settlement. Iran's Ministry of Economy is
- 3:52projecting a $10 billion in revenue from it.
- 3:55And of course, payments are settled in Bitcoin.
- 3:58So a sanctioned nation under wartime conditions chose the one
- 4:01money that doesn't need anyone's permission to work.
- 4:03That's game theory, the exact kind of game theory Jiang claims
- 4:06to practice but never applies it to Bitcoin.
- 4:09In the next clip, he goes even further.
- 4:11Living in China, he describes from first hand experience the
- 4:14surveillance system the rest of the world is being marched
- 4:16toward right now. So the average person, it means
- 4:19two things. It means digital ID and digital
- 4:21currency. OK, So what that what that will
- 4:24allow is the government to basically monitor if you do
- 4:26online and control all financial transactions, it it can
- 4:30basically program your bank account.
- 4:33So like you can't buy cigarettes or you can't buy drugs.
- 4:38And this will allow the government to basically
- 4:42categorize everyone and put everyone into a certain database
- 4:46to monitor that person. Once you're able to categorize
- 4:49everyone you're allowed, then you are you are able to use AI
- 4:54to predict their behavior. Isn't this what goes on in some
- 4:56parts of the world? This is what goes on in China,
- 4:58and that's how I know about this.
- 5:01How does it work in China? Well, in China, we all have
- 5:04digital ID. If you want to access anything
- 5:08in China, you need your digital ID.
- 5:10So you're going to open a bank account, you have to, you have
- 5:13to use a digital ID. If you want to use any E
- 5:17payments, you have to use digital ID.
- 5:19If you want to use a phone, you have to use digital ID.
- 5:22OK, so everyone's part of this national database.
- 5:26And then this, what this allows government to do is basically
- 5:30monitor if you do, because basically depending on how you
- 5:34buy things, I can then extrapolate to figure out your
- 5:39behavior and then I can figure out your thinking, right?
- 5:44And then I can create incentives in order to guide and control
- 5:50your behavior. So in China, can they see
- 5:52everything that you do? Yes they can.
- 5:55Messages you send everything. Payments, you make everything.
- 5:59Every you do online is being recorded and it's being inputted
- 6:04into the database to figure out who you are, what you want, and
- 6:11how to control you. And they think this is progress,
- 6:15by the way, this is progress because I'm making you a better
- 6:19person, right? I'm helping you achieve your
- 6:21dream. I'm helping you lose weight.
- 6:24I'm helping you avoid drugs. I'm helping you work harder.
- 6:29Digital ID, Digital currency, Behavioral prediction,
- 6:32Behavioral control. It's not coming.
- 6:35It's all here. China built it, and governments
- 6:38everywhere are following. Canada is trying to mandate
- 6:41government spyware and back doors into every telecom and
- 6:43Internet provider in the country.
- 6:45As Lynn Alden put it, the push for this is growing from many,
- 6:49many places. This is clearly the trend, and
- 6:52AI is an accelerant. It'll be what turns the database
- 6:55into a control system. In practice, it's what closes
- 6:58the loop between watching what you do and deciding what you're
- 7:01allowed to do next. That's why every government
- 7:03racing toward digital currency is also racing towards AI
- 7:06integration. They're not separate projects.
- 7:09So either we walk into programmable state controlled
- 7:11money or we choose the only alternative that exists.
- 7:15Now you might have heard that the Clarity Act includes anti
- 7:17CBDC provisions. That sounds great on paper, but
- 7:21let's not kid ourselves about what's really happening here.
- 7:24The Clarity Act isn't about protecting you from the
- 7:26surveillance state. It's about extending dollar
- 7:28dominance. Stable coins are U.S. dollar
- 7:31instruments on digital rails. They expand the reach of the
- 7:34dollar into every corner of the global economy.
- 7:37Some would argue they're a Trojan horse toward the very
- 7:39thing the bill claims to prevent.
- 7:41I mean, when has the government ever passed a law that genuinely
- 7:43limits its own power? The anti CBDC language in the
- 7:47bill might delay the worst version of programmable money,
- 7:50but it doesn't eliminate the threat.
- 7:52Only one thing does that. And unfortunately for Jiang and
- 7:55his audience, he thinks that one thing is ACIA operation.
- 7:59Last month on Jack Neil's podcast, Jiang laid out his
- 8:02Bitcoin CIA thesis. So then you have to ask yourself
- 8:05three questions. First of all is who would have
- 8:10the technology and expertise to create something like the block
- 8:13blockchain? Second of all, you have to ask
- 8:18who would benefit from this blockchain creation.
- 8:22The third question you want to ask is why would they keep it
- 8:25secret? OK.
- 8:26And when you do game theory analysis, you look at all
- 8:29possibilities. You end up with a deep state,
- 8:32the American deep state. You end up with a CIA.
- 8:35I find it funny that you can very easily answer all three of
- 8:38those questions through game theory analysis without the CIA
- 8:40ever entering the picture. Who had the capacity the
- 8:43cypherpunk movement did, which consisted of decades of
- 8:46cryptographers working toward digital cache?
- 8:48Hal Finney Way Dye, Adam Back. The white paper cites their
- 8:52work. Who benefits?
- 8:54Everyone who wants to transact without permission from a
- 8:56central authority? Every person under sanctions,
- 8:59under authoritarian rule, under a monetary system debasing their
- 9:02savings. And why give it away?
- 9:05Well, the same reason Linux was given away.
- 9:07The same reason the core protocols that run the Internet
- 9:09were given away. Some things are more valuable as
- 9:11public infrastructure than proprietary products.
- 9:15And that brings us to Ray Dalio, founder of the world's largest
- 9:18hedge fund. Dalio has been a broken record
- 9:20in the last few years saying the world order has broken down.
- 9:23He was recently on the All In podcast and said the question
- 9:26everyone should be asking is what money is safe?
- 9:30OK, so Bitcoin does not have privacy.
- 9:34Any transactions can be monitored and then indirectly
- 9:40perhaps controlled. Central banks are not going to
- 9:43want to buy Bitcoin and being able to hold it.
- 9:46So it's not just individuals, it's institutions and so on, but
- 9:51most, you know, and and central banks so that there are
- 9:54attributes of that as and it's a relatively small market.
- 9:58That's a relatively controllable market.
- 10:01I think a lot of attention has been given to Bitcoin, but as a
- 10:04money, you know, it's it's it's it's small in relationship to
- 10:10gold. And so, you know, those are the
- 10:12dynamics. There is only one gold.
- 10:15Dalio says central banks won't hold Bitcoin because
- 10:18transactions can be monitored. Think about what he's actually
- 10:21saying. Central banks want money they
- 10:23can use without anyone seeing what they're doing.
- 10:25That's not an argument against Bitcoin.
- 10:28That's an argument against central banks.
- 10:30The whole reason we're in this mess is because people who
- 10:32control the money have been operating behind closed curtains
- 10:35for a century. You can audit every Bitcoin in
- 10:37existence. Can you do that with gold?
- 10:39No one truly knows how much gold governments actually hold.
- 10:43That opacity is exactly how gold failed his money.
- 10:46It trends towards centralization and is incredibly cumbersome and
- 10:49expensive to verify. And the fact that nobody knows
- 10:52who Satoshi Nakamoto is is actually the single greatest
- 10:55proof that Bitcoin can be used privately.
- 10:57The creator of the largest monetary network in history has
- 11:00remained pseudo anonymous for 17 years, sitting on over $100
- 11:03billion. That's privacy on Bitcoin.
- 11:06The open Ledger means nobody can secretly inflate the supply or
- 11:09print money in the dark. It's accountability at the base
- 11:12layer. Privacy gets built on higher
- 11:15layers, the same way your Internet connection is open but
- 11:18your messages can be encrypted. So Dalio says there's only one
- 11:21gold. Well, Ray, there's only one
- 11:23Bitcoin too. And unlike gold, you can send it
- 11:25across borders in minutes and verify the entire supply in
- 11:28seconds. Next, Jiang takes the Plato's
- 11:31cave allegory and applies it to the financial system.
- 11:33He maps each layer of control with precision.
- 11:36In the first layer, you need a power, a force to put people in
- 11:42change, right? And this is what we call the
- 11:45military industrial complex of America, as well as the empire.
- 11:49So going back to this example, it's the layer that puts the
- 11:52people into change. But now the second step is you
- 11:56need people to create the reality, to direct people's
- 12:00attention, to create the game. These people are the financial
- 12:03elite, the Bank of International Settlements.
- 12:05These people are the ones who set the the exchange currency
- 12:08rates and they also allow for seamless financial transactions.
- 12:15The SWIFT system, basically then Wall Street and the City of
- 12:20London were the financiers. And then you have the Federal
- 12:22Reserve, Federal Reserve System, because the Federal Reserve are
- 12:26the people who print money. Now, once you create the rules
- 12:31of the game, you need to create the game itself, which is the
- 12:33global economy. And obviously this is a pretty
- 12:36vast system that encompasses everything.
- 12:39OK, now you have to explain to people how the global economy
- 12:42works, and you cannot tell people, oh, really?
- 12:46There are these secret people working on the scenes that are
- 12:49projecting shadows onto a wall. So what you do is you create
- 12:52multilateral organizations that pretend to control the global
- 12:58economy, and they are the World Bank, they are nations, WTO.
- 13:02You make you believe that this is all being controlled
- 13:06impartially for our benefit. Now you have to convince people
- 13:11that the system is legitimate, that when you're actually seeing
- 13:16the shadows on the wall, they're real.
- 13:17And that's why you need the media.
- 13:21That's why you need culture such as Hollywood movies basically,
- 13:26and you need education, school system, OK, These are the people
- 13:31who are all prisoners, who have become leaders of the prisoners,
- 13:35and who are helping them understand the shadows on the
- 13:39wall. So remind the media.
- 13:41Yes, you are. Am I?
- 13:42Yes. So am I.
- 13:43What am I doing? Am I one of the people in the
- 13:45fire controlling the narrative? Is that what?
- 13:47Yes, yes, but but I'm not owned by anybody.
- 13:50That's what you think? Oh really?
- 13:52Who? Who am I owned by?
- 13:54Ultimately it's the people who control the fire that are in
- 13:57charge, right? So ultimately it's these people,
- 13:59the second layer, the game masters, the financial elite
- 14:02that control everything. And the financial elite, again,
- 14:05are like the World Bank, you said.
- 14:07No, no, the financial elite are these pirate bankers.
- 14:11OK, so are the private bankers controlling me because you said
- 14:14I was in the media. Do you?
- 14:15Want to make money? Yeah.
- 14:17Then they're controlling you. OK, Right.
- 14:20How are they controlling me? Because they control the
- 14:23creation of money. The Bank of International
- 14:25Settlements, the Federal Reserve, Wall Street, the media,
- 14:29culture, education, all sustaining A monetary reality
- 14:33most people never question. And Stephen Bartlett asks the
- 14:37obvious question, How are they controlling me?
- 14:41Simple answer, The creation of money.
- 14:43What Jiang has described, without knowing it, is the most
- 14:46complete case for Bitcoin you will ever hear from anyone
- 14:49outside the Bitcoin world. The shadows only work to enslave
- 14:52as long as the slaves use their money.
- 14:54The moment an alternative exists that no institution controls, no
- 14:57bank can freeze, and no government can program, the
- 15:01shadows lose their grip. That exit is Bitcoin, and the
- 15:05man who just described The Cave can't see it because he already
- 15:08decided it was built by the CIA. Now, Jiang also puts an
- 15:11incredibly aggressive timeline on the collapse of the US
- 15:13empire. Ray Dalio talks about the cycles
- 15:16through history and how sort of predictable they are and how
- 15:19frequent they are. Is there a frequency to the rise
- 15:23and fall of these, I guess, perceived realities or empires
- 15:26as he as he calls it? Yeah.
- 15:28So they say empires last around 20 years.
- 15:31And so we are now in the twilight of the American empire.
- 15:36And what we know is that when empires decline, it's always for
- 15:40the same reasons. And it's always because of too
- 15:45much debt, too much corruption, too much inequality.
- 15:50And we're seeing that in America today.
- 15:52And the other thing that we know is you can't actually stop the
- 15:55decline of empires. So also Spangler, who is a
- 16:00German theoretician, he argues that we are human beings and we
- 16:06have natural life cycles because we're organisms.
- 16:09Well, societies are the same way, where empires, they will be
- 16:13born, they'll rise, they'll die. And it's and it's a good thing,
- 16:18because that's what allows for constant human innovation.
- 16:21Do you? Think that will happen in my
- 16:23lifetime? I'm 30 years old, 33.
- 16:24Years old, it may happen next 5 to 10 years we are we are seeing
- 16:28do you? Think that's going to happen in
- 16:29the next 5 or 10 years I. Think there's a very strong
- 16:31possibility that the American empire will collapse the next 5
- 16:34to 10 years? Because it is overstretch, it's
- 16:38in too much debt and it is really angry in the entire
- 16:41world. It's basically unifying the
- 16:42entire world against it right now.
- 16:45The direction is right, but his timeline is a huge stretch,
- 16:48especially if dollar dominance gets extended through stable
- 16:50coin adoption, which is exactly what the Clarity Act is designed
- 16:53to do. Will the monetary system face a
- 16:56serious reckoning this decade? Almost certainly.
- 16:59The math doesn't work, and everyone who's honest knows it.
- 17:01But the entire US empire collapsing within 10 years?
- 17:05I'm not so sure about that. But the question isn't the
- 17:07timeline, it's what you're holding when the reckoning
- 17:09arrives. Dollars is the promise of an
- 17:12empire that can't keep its promises.
- 17:14Gold is the asset every government in history eventually
- 17:17confiscates when the moment demands it.
- 17:19Bitcoin is the only money ever created that no empire can
- 17:22freeze, no government can inflate, no central bank can
- 17:26program, and no executive order can confiscate.
- 17:30So that's the fork of the road. On one side, programmable money,
- 17:34digital ID, an AI powered surveillance apparatus that
- 17:37turns your bank account into a behaviour modification tool.
- 17:40That's the road most governments are building right now.
- 17:43On the other side, we have Bitcoin, sound money and
- 17:46verifiable scarcity that is already being used by a
- 17:49sanctioned nation to settle real commerce at the most contested
- 17:52waterway on earth. Not because they believe in
- 17:55freedom, but because the game theory left them no other
- 17:58choice. Zhang sees the chess match,
- 18:01Dalio sees the debt crisis. Both mapped the problem.
- 18:05Neither took the time to look at bitcoins architecture.
- 18:08They simply do not have the eyes to see or the ears to hear yet.
- 18:11But the good news is, you don't need them or anyone else's
- 18:14faulty conclusions. You just need to seek for
- 18:17yourself. So did Jiang's surveillance
- 18:19description change how you think about digital money?
- 18:22What's more dangerous, a government that can see every
- 18:24transaction, or a money that no government controls?
