Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and bab
- 0:04Speaker 1: what's up sister?
- 0:06Speaker 2: Not all a lot? How are you doing?
- 0:08Speaker 1: I have record and I'm like, oh, oh man, I
- 0:10Speaker 1: better start talking. Okay. At work, this is my work environment.
- 0:18Speaker 1: This is where I get to be. You see my
- 0:25Speaker 1: sign says grateful.
- 0:27Speaker 2: That's right, love it.
- 0:30Speaker 3: That's a good thing to go with, right, being grateful, honestly,
- 0:34Speaker 3: and that's something to find in every day. And it's
- 0:36Speaker 3: not always easy. It's not always easy because we're not
- 0:39Speaker 3: trained to be looking in that direction and we've been
- 0:41Speaker 3: trained to look in other directions.
- 0:44Speaker 1: It's true, we focus on the discord. It's super easy
- 0:50Speaker 1: to get wrapped up in what's not going right or
- 0:54Speaker 1: not what's what's not going well, or the discomforts in
- 0:58Speaker 1: the body. There's just so many things that get our
- 1:03Speaker 1: attention that just distracts us from what we actually want.
- 1:10Speaker 1: And it is so easy to do that. I still
- 1:13Speaker 1: do it, and sometimes it is very difficult to redirect
- 1:23Speaker 1: your focus. I'm not gonna lie about that. This is
- 1:26Speaker 1: what we need to do. We need to redirect our
- 1:28Speaker 1: focus to how we want to feel, to what we want,
- 1:32Speaker 1: the money in the bank, good health, good relationships, all
- 1:36Speaker 1: the whole story. But when you're in it and it
- 1:40Speaker 1: has your attention so much that you just don't know
- 1:45Speaker 1: how to pull yourself out of it, It's it's difficult,
- 1:51Speaker 1: it really is. And I think we both know that
- 1:54Speaker 1: we've both been there. It's probably not going to be
- 1:56Speaker 1: the last time we be there, that we're that there
- 1:59Speaker 1: were that we are there. What you do and I'll
- 2:03Speaker 1: save my part and you can add to it, is
- 2:07Speaker 1: we do our best. We just do our best. And
- 2:11Speaker 1: one of those things that we can do really good
- 2:15Speaker 1: is be grateful. So the idea that maybe loved one
- 2:21Speaker 1: passed away, well, I'm grateful for the time we had
- 2:25Speaker 1: with them. I'm grateful that I'm still here and I
- 2:28Speaker 1: still have the ability in the physical form to enjoy
- 2:33Speaker 1: my family and friends in the best way I can
- 2:37Speaker 1: with the time that I have with them. I'm grateful
- 2:40Speaker 1: for that. So turning toward gratitude, it almost seems like
- 2:47Speaker 1: it's so overused and people are like, ah, be grateful,
- 2:53Speaker 1: be grateful, But it's the truth that is one thing
- 2:58Speaker 1: that can that can be easy to do. I'm grateful
- 3:04Speaker 1: I can be as grateful for this pen or pencil,
- 3:07Speaker 1: an eraser super grateful for this, and this is what
- 3:10Speaker 1: I do. I will pick the simplest little things around me,
- 3:16Speaker 1: a pencil with an eraser, my mouse, because I don't
- 3:20Speaker 1: use the little pad on the laptop very well. I
- 3:24Speaker 1: have cards at work, so I get to I draw
- 3:28Speaker 1: a card out of my deck and I set it
- 3:29Speaker 1: on right next to my laptop, so I see it
- 3:32Speaker 1: every day or all day, and then every day I
- 3:35Speaker 1: pull a different card. So grateful for the job because
- 3:39Speaker 1: it's helping me pay off my debts. And so it
- 3:43Speaker 1: can be super super simple to do that. But when
- 3:48Speaker 1: you're in the depth of the struggle and the pain
- 3:52Speaker 1: and the discord, the I think the piece to practice
- 3:56Speaker 1: is to remember to be grateful.
- 4:00Speaker 2: That's, yeah, the biggest piece. And the surrender. It's surrendering
- 4:04Speaker 2: to that.
- 4:05Speaker 3: And sometimes we get so wrapped up in thinking we
- 4:08Speaker 3: have to control or we think we know the best
- 4:10Speaker 3: way this needs to happen, and it's just surrendering and
- 4:14Speaker 3: allowing that to come forward and let it.
- 4:17Speaker 2: You've already planned the seeds, just allow it to grow.
- 4:20Speaker 3: You've already been you planted the seeds, you've been watering
- 4:22Speaker 3: the garden, and it's like you're still out there, like,
- 4:25Speaker 3: come on, you can break through the soil.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Come on anytime. Okay, I'll be back in the morning.
- 4:29Speaker 1: You know.
- 4:29Speaker 3: It's like constantly watching that stuff and just knowing that
- 4:32Speaker 3: and having faith that it's going to happen that way.
- 4:34Speaker 2: But surrender is really a big deal when we get into.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Those spaces, and it's it's just being a choice of
- 4:42Speaker 3: awareness really, and that's the only way you know, getting
- 4:45Speaker 3: yourself before you get into the red zone, because once
- 4:47Speaker 3: you're in the red zone, it's like a free fall
- 4:49Speaker 3: for all.
- 4:50Speaker 2: You're just going to keep.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Going in that direction because that's the energy you're at
- 4:53Speaker 3: and you're matching it and it's like, oh, we can
- 4:54Speaker 3: do this, and you know, it's just it just depends
- 4:58Speaker 3: on where you're at in that moment. But it's like,
- 5:01Speaker 3: if we can stop trying to push it, when we're
- 5:03Speaker 3: pushing and pushing and pushing and we're receiving so much resistance,
- 5:06Speaker 3: that's time to let go.
- 5:07Speaker 2: It's time to rest, it's time to surrender. You can
- 5:10Speaker 2: call it whatever you want.
- 5:10Speaker 3: To, but it just kind of lets you know that
- 5:13Speaker 3: this is this is not the path you're supposed to
- 5:15Speaker 3: go right this.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Moment, and it might be that on that path in
- 5:22Speaker 1: that moment, it's to learn to be.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Grateful or to remember grateful.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Yeah, because we're always learning something about ourselves. We're always uh, well,
- 5:34Speaker 1: if you choose to learn, I like to be in
- 5:36Speaker 1: the learning mode because that keeps me out of a
- 5:38Speaker 1: victim mode. So that's the two comparisons for me and
- 5:41Speaker 1: my practice. So the path in the moment maybe to
- 5:51Speaker 1: learn to be grateful and practice being grateful more consistently,
- 5:58Speaker 1: because the more you practice it it the easier it gets.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Like you can just look at I'm grateful for the window.
- 6:03Speaker 1: I'm grateful for the clouds because it looks like it's
- 6:06Speaker 1: going to rain, So I'm grateful for the rain, right.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And the more you practice it, then when you are
- 6:12Speaker 1: in those heavier moments, lower vibrational moments, than you would
- 6:17Speaker 1: remember quicker. It might take you a few moments, it
- 6:22Speaker 1: might take you a minute, and you might be in
- 6:25Speaker 1: your your heaviness for a little bit, and then you're
- 6:29Speaker 1: you'll remember, Oh, I've been practicing gratitude. Oh yeah, what
- 6:33Speaker 1: am I grateful for? Well, I'm grateful for the support
- 6:36Speaker 1: I have. I'm grateful when my bills are paid. I'm
- 6:38Speaker 1: grateful I have food on my table. So it comes
- 6:43Speaker 1: down to a practice, consistent practice, a consistent practice.
- 6:49Speaker 2: I agree.
- 6:49Speaker 3: I agree with that because it is I was thinking
- 6:51Speaker 3: about something earlier today I don't remember. It could be
- 6:55Speaker 3: we could use it for anything art. You know, you
- 6:58Speaker 3: start out drawing a line or you know, next thing,
- 7:01Speaker 3: you know, you add another piece to it, and it's
- 7:03Speaker 3: like it becomes this great, huge picture that you make
- 7:07Speaker 3: and you can put on a whole wall and it's
- 7:08Speaker 3: like it's got a whole story that goes along with it.
- 7:11Speaker 2: It just depends just depends on how we're showing up.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Yeah, how we choose to show up.
- 7:20Speaker 2: It's true, it's true. And it's easy to get lost
- 7:24Speaker 2: in the stuff because I get.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Lost in the stuff too, you know, I've I've found
- 7:27Speaker 3: myself keeping myself a little bit too busy to be
- 7:30Speaker 3: quite honest, I mean honestly. But it's like on the
- 7:33Speaker 3: other side of that, I have my grandkids staying the
- 7:35Speaker 3: night now at least once a week, so each of
- 7:37Speaker 3: them stay on their own special night, and I've got
- 7:39Speaker 3: a couple of days with them that way, so we're
- 7:41Speaker 3: spending more time because it's like the realization is they're
- 7:44Speaker 3: growing up so fast. Pretty soon they're you know, they're
- 7:47Speaker 3: going to be off doing their own things. And it's like,
- 7:49Speaker 3: then I'll I'll have that. I'll go see them whenever
- 7:53Speaker 3: we see each other. Right, But it's like it's just
- 7:55Speaker 3: putting up planning all those seats in the middle of
- 7:58Speaker 3: everything while I'm having fun, while they're helping me to
- 8:01Speaker 3: grow and they're helping me to be more of a
- 8:03Speaker 3: child and see more things from that perspective, and then
- 8:06Speaker 3: also recognizing I'm driving home when I was talking to
- 8:08Speaker 3: Freeman last night and I was like, man.
- 8:11Speaker 2: I just feel bad.
- 8:12Speaker 3: We talked about victim, right, you mentioned that, But I
- 8:15Speaker 3: feel bad every time I have to walk away from
- 8:17Speaker 3: the kids and they're crying, you know, and they're sad
- 8:20Speaker 3: and they're upset.
- 8:20Speaker 1: I don't.
- 8:21Speaker 2: I don't go. I don't cave into it. Not topic.
- 8:24Speaker 3: I mean, I don't because it's like if I'm going
- 8:26Speaker 3: home now, no, you got to go to your house.
- 8:27Speaker 2: It's not for me to go to my house.
- 8:29Speaker 3: But it seemed like, no matter how much I was
- 8:31Speaker 3: doing this is a perspective that more was being wanted.
- 8:35Speaker 3: And it's like that's a perspective. Now I can shift
- 8:37Speaker 3: gears and no longer be in that victim space and
- 8:39Speaker 3: recognize man, all the moments that I get to spend
- 8:43Speaker 3: with them, so I can sit and be grateful for
- 8:46Speaker 3: all the happy moments that we've got to spend together,
- 8:48Speaker 3: to wake up in the morning and to be to
- 8:50Speaker 3: see their face first thing in the morning, and to
- 8:52Speaker 3: realize even sitting in my living room, I think I
- 8:55Speaker 3: said this before, one of my grandkids were sitting down
- 8:57Speaker 3: in front of the TV and you know, on their knees.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Just like a little kid in front of it.
- 9:02Speaker 3: We don't watch TV very often, but it was just
- 9:04Speaker 3: like a house isn't a home without children in it.
- 9:07Speaker 1: To me.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Now that's my perspective, right, But also I enjoy my
- 9:11Speaker 3: quiet time, don't get me wrong. So it's also it's
- 9:14Speaker 3: finding a balance, right. It's always it doesn't matter what
- 9:17Speaker 3: we're doing in our daily basis, whether it's you working
- 9:20Speaker 3: and you've got your calendar and I've got my calendar,
- 9:22Speaker 3: or I've got the grandkids, it's like it's we still
- 9:26Speaker 3: have to have a balance. There still has to be harmony.
- 9:28Speaker 3: You still got to have time for yourself because if
- 9:29Speaker 3: you don't have time for yourself, then you don't have
- 9:31Speaker 3: time for anybody else, And it's recognizing that and then
- 9:34Speaker 3: taking that opportunity to rest, whether it's calling in sick
- 9:38Speaker 3: that day or sorry, sorry, guys, I'm gonna stay home today.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I'm not going to go to town or whatever that
- 9:43Speaker 2: looks like for you. Right.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Sometimes it's maybe just taking five minutes, but it's being
- 9:50Speaker 3: grateful in those five minutes. You taught me a long
- 9:52Speaker 3: time ago. I have a thousand notebooks. You didn't teach
- 9:55Speaker 3: me to get a thousand notebooks. I don't really have
- 9:57Speaker 3: that movie but one were quickfully only need one, but
- 10:01Speaker 3: I like I have multiples, and if I see him
- 10:04Speaker 3: at the.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Story, I like him.
- 10:05Speaker 3: But it's writing down a list of things to be
- 10:07Speaker 3: grateful for, or things that were good about your day,
- 10:10Speaker 3: or things about how you show had shown up, or
- 10:13Speaker 3: things about maybe I was walking into the grocery store
- 10:16Speaker 3: in this and this lovely couple just looked up to
- 10:19Speaker 3: me and smiled, or or even for me, I'm at
- 10:21Speaker 3: the grocery store yesterday and I've got one couple there's
- 10:24Speaker 3: She's like, oh that's all you've.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Got, Oh, come on, you need to go in front
- 10:27Speaker 2: of us. The guy in front of for them is
- 10:28Speaker 2: like He's like, oh, that's all you got.
- 10:30Speaker 3: No come up here, squeeze up there. So I'm like
- 10:32Speaker 3: really having to squeeze up there to get up there.
- 10:35Speaker 3: But it was being grateful in all those moments. I
- 10:38Speaker 3: just kept telling him thank you. And then I get
- 10:39Speaker 3: to you know, it's light and airy, and I get
- 10:41Speaker 3: to the cash register and he's like, oh.
- 10:43Speaker 2: You're the million customer.
- 10:44Speaker 3: You get to win, you know, one million dollars because
- 10:48Speaker 3: you they heally likes looking back at them and like, sorry,
- 10:51Speaker 3: sorry about your luck.
- 10:53Speaker 2: I said, well, we'll go out or something, you know.
- 10:56Speaker 2: But it was just light and fun and that's the
- 10:58Speaker 2: way life can be all the time.
- 11:00Speaker 3: It really just sometimes it could be a challenge, but
- 11:03Speaker 3: it really depends on what we're looking at.
- 11:05Speaker 2: What are we putting our focus on.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Yeah, and we and we it's important to play more
- 11:13Speaker 1: and laugh more. And when you bring that energy so
- 11:16Speaker 1: I know you've been working on your energy for a
- 11:18Speaker 1: while and doing really well with it too, because that's
- 11:24Speaker 1: an indicator. That experience at the grocery store is an
- 11:26Speaker 1: indicator of how you are with your energy. It would
- 11:30Speaker 1: be the same with me if I went into the
- 11:33Speaker 1: store and everybody I encountered was cranky and grumpy and
- 11:36Speaker 1: blah blah blah. Then I would look at myself and think,
- 11:42Speaker 1: am I for first of all, I've been working a
- 11:44Speaker 1: lot of hours because we have a huge event in
- 11:46Speaker 1: like two days, and so I've been working extra hours
- 11:50Speaker 1: to make sure things are getting done and then running smoothly.
- 11:54Speaker 1: And to be honest, I would have to say, this
- 11:58Speaker 1: is probably the first job that I've had where that
- 12:03Speaker 1: felt good and not like a oh my god, I
- 12:07Speaker 1: have to stay and work and right I'm like, oh,
- 12:11Speaker 1: we gotta get this done so that these people know
- 12:14Speaker 1: what to do, and so so it feels good to
- 12:20Speaker 1: do this, not dreaded have to do this. And so anyway,
- 12:28Speaker 1: I'm just going to use that as an example of
- 12:29Speaker 1: working extra hours. Now I'm tired, Now I got to
- 12:32Speaker 1: stop at the store on my way home, I'm hungry.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And then people around me are just cranky and bitchy,
- 12:38Speaker 1: and and I would I wouldn't, I wouldn't point my
- 12:41Speaker 1: finger at them. I would go, oh, look what's being
- 12:44Speaker 1: merored to me?
- 12:46Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 12:47Speaker 1: Cranky? Am I sleepy? AM I tired? Am I exhausted?
- 12:51Speaker 1: Am I being snappy? Am I being bitchy? Am I
- 12:54Speaker 1: like I I used to point the finger at them
- 12:59Speaker 1: and say, oh my god, look at all these people.
- 13:01Speaker 1: They're just being assholes today. What's in the air? The
- 13:04Speaker 1: plan's out of alignment? It is? Is it a full moon?
- 13:06Speaker 1: Like we blame you know, all the stars and planets. No,
- 13:11Speaker 1: it's me. It's me, it's not And they're just showing
- 13:15Speaker 1: me what I am. So I that to me is
- 13:22Speaker 1: a very piece of valuable information. Most of the time,
- 13:27Speaker 1: like you BEV, I have very pleasant experiences now when
- 13:32Speaker 1: I'm out in public. This whole event that we're putting together.
- 13:36Speaker 1: We have an amazing committee that's come together to do it,
- 13:40Speaker 1: to take care of all the pieces, and everybody's got
- 13:43Speaker 1: their part, and we have that circle, and then we
- 13:46Speaker 1: have a circle outside of that where people are just hey,
- 13:49Speaker 1: we want to volunteer. What can we do? Like people
- 13:51Speaker 1: are coming in. If our energy was any other way
- 13:56Speaker 1: about this, in more of a negative way, we would
- 13:59Speaker 1: be repelling these people and we would be struggling to
- 14:02Speaker 1: get this done. We would be struggling looking for help.
- 14:05Speaker 1: But we're not, Like they're just coming and I'm just
- 14:08Speaker 1: I'm praising every time I talk about the event. I'm
- 14:11Speaker 1: praising the event, I'm praising the people that are helping us.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I'm being excited about it again, just enjoying the process,
- 14:18Speaker 1: even if to have to work a couple of extra hours,
- 14:22Speaker 1: and it's like, still feels good. It just feels good.
- 14:27Speaker 1: And I have those experiences with me when I go
- 14:31Speaker 1: out in public, when I'm at home, and that is huge.
- 14:37Speaker 1: It's huge for both of us. I know, it's just
- 14:39Speaker 1: huge for both of us when we think about where
- 14:42Speaker 1: we've been and where we are, so.
- 14:46Speaker 3: It is, it is a big deal, and it really is.
- 14:49Speaker 3: It's just that being It's just an indicator of what's
- 14:51Speaker 3: going on around I mean, what's going on insight right,
- 14:54Speaker 3: Like you said, it's a reflection really and it shows
- 14:58Speaker 3: up all the time. And it's like even for the
- 15:00Speaker 3: you know, the grandkids, I could be even in that
- 15:02Speaker 3: space and feeling bad for them. And then so at
- 15:05Speaker 3: some point I have to know that maybe my little girl,
- 15:08Speaker 3: once upon a time was being treated this way, or
- 15:11Speaker 3: maybe she wanted to spend more time with her grandparents.
- 15:12Speaker 3: I don't know what the I don't remember the dynamics
- 15:15Speaker 3: between me and my everybody. I don't remember wanting to stay.
- 15:19Speaker 3: I know we say, to night at my grandparents' house.
- 15:21Speaker 3: But I was like, I don't know, if ever do
- 15:23Speaker 3: we ask to stay? Like Mike, my grandkids are like,
- 15:26Speaker 3: what what every day?
- 15:27Speaker 2: Stay at the house. They would never leave. I don't know.
- 15:30Speaker 3: Maybe someday they would get sick and tired of me.
- 15:32Speaker 3: But and they're also sensitive. It's they help me recognize tones,
- 15:37Speaker 3: right because because you can go to the grocery store
- 15:41Speaker 3: and there could be a reflection, you know how how everybody,
- 15:44Speaker 3: however you're showing up that day, is how you're gonna
- 15:46Speaker 3: what you're gonna encounter at the grocery store. And it's
- 15:48Speaker 3: the same thing with the kids. If I'm using a
- 15:50Speaker 3: different tone or a harsh tone and not even recognizing
- 15:53Speaker 3: that I'm doing it, I'm still putting out something and
- 15:56Speaker 3: I'm gonna get back something from that, you know what
- 15:58Speaker 3: I mean, I might trigger them, and it's then it's
- 16:00Speaker 3: an opportunity. And I've been learning this. It's an opportunity
- 16:04Speaker 3: for me to look at and say, why am I
- 16:06Speaker 3: being affected by this? Why do I feel like I'm
- 16:08Speaker 3: being triggered? Reminding me to be grateful, you know, to
- 16:11Speaker 3: be in the moment, because sometimes maybe my mind's in
- 16:14Speaker 3: the future or stuck.
- 16:15Speaker 2: On something else in the past.
- 16:16Speaker 3: So it's like all these things that are happening in
- 16:18Speaker 3: our life that I can be grateful for because I'm
- 16:20Speaker 3: paying attention to it, I'm an.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Awareness of it, and I don't have to stay.
- 16:25Speaker 3: There, or I can stay there, you know, if it's
- 16:27Speaker 3: going really good, I can stay there as long as
- 16:29Speaker 3: I want to by being grateful.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Yeah, And it's a practice, I tell you. I had
- 16:36Speaker 1: to learn it myself, and so I would just say
- 16:41Speaker 1: to the audience, put an alarm, make a sense a
- 16:46Speaker 1: reminder on your phone to pause, take a couple of breaths,
- 16:53Speaker 1: and just in that moment, what are you grateful for?
- 16:58Speaker 1: And you can put that on I know am my reminders.
- 17:00Speaker 1: I can put a little note. I can put what
- 17:02Speaker 1: am I grateful for right now? And then just name
- 17:05Speaker 1: like five to ten things. And again, it could be
- 17:09Speaker 1: as simple as I'm grateful for this paper, for this pencil,
- 17:14Speaker 1: for my glass. Like I could just pick up and
- 17:16Speaker 1: you can say, why are you grateful for this pencil,
- 17:18Speaker 1: and you can name five to ten things why you're
- 17:21Speaker 1: grateful for just a pencil and so or set put
- 17:27Speaker 1: a sticky note maybe in your work area on your
- 17:31Speaker 1: mirror at home, in the kitchen, on the microwave, like
- 17:36Speaker 1: put reminders around you that says, or ask what am
- 17:40Speaker 1: I grateful for in this moment? And make it once
- 17:44Speaker 1: you practice it over right, That's how a habit is formed.
- 17:49Speaker 1: We've got to program the subconscious mind to just be
- 17:52Speaker 1: able to be on autopilot of I'm grateful for this,
- 17:56Speaker 1: and it doesn't take it take it made take a
- 18:00Speaker 1: little while to get into that habit, but once you do,
- 18:05Speaker 1: it's like a go to switch and it just is
- 18:09Speaker 1: more automatic and more part of your way of being
- 18:14Speaker 1: on a regular basis.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Yeah, now you're consciously making decisions, right instead of subconsciously
- 18:23Speaker 3: making decisions or downloading new programs or I like to say,
- 18:27Speaker 3: lately is uploading.
- 18:28Speaker 2: So yeah, it's all fun stuff.
- 18:32Speaker 4: So with that, we will close this session of tea
- 18:37Speaker 4: time with Amy and Bev and just remind you to
- 18:42Speaker 4: practice gratitude and enjoy the moment more and notice how
- 18:49Speaker 4: people are showing up around you, which gives you a
- 18:51Speaker 4: huge indicator of how you are most likely being with
- 18:54Speaker 4: yourself or within yourself.
- 18:57Speaker 1: And have these conversations with us their people. We're all
- 19:01Speaker 1: seeking this majority of the people on the planet planet
- 19:05Speaker 1: are are leaning more towards these types of conversations, so
- 19:10Speaker 1: be courageous enough to have them, and if you aren't
- 19:14Speaker 1: comfortable with have them, at least be resourceful so you
- 19:17Speaker 1: can share with them a YouTube channel or a Facebook post,
- 19:22Speaker 1: or a social media post, a podcast, and you can
- 19:28Speaker 1: find us on many platforms, So we are on YouTube, Facebook, iHeartRadio, podcast,
- 19:36Speaker 1: attic Speaker, Spotify, We're on Instagram, so we're in multiple areas.
- 19:43Speaker 1: So you could just be resourceful and share those links.
- 19:46Speaker 1: So that's what we would ask you to do, whether
- 19:49Speaker 1: it's for us or another podcaster, teacher, a book author,
- 19:56Speaker 1: just to get these this information out there to the mass.
- 20:00Speaker 1: So with that, do you any final words.
- 20:03Speaker 3: My dear, Just a reminder of the surrender, you know,
- 20:06Speaker 3: don't don't keep holding on for dear life to something,
- 20:09Speaker 3: just let go.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Yeah, and ask for help.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Yes, yes, ask for help. We've had plenty of conversations
- 20:18Speaker 1: about that, and in fact, I think there are some
- 20:21Speaker 1: videos that we have that says that specifically in the
- 20:24Speaker 1: title ask for help. So with that, we want to
- 20:29Speaker 1: thank you for hanging out with us tea time with
- 20:30Speaker 1: Amy a Bev and we will see you next time.
