- 0:54Speaker 1: It matters, and so do you.
- 0:57Speaker 1: You know, I prayed and pondered a lot this morning before hitting this record button.
- 1:03Speaker 1: This morning, before hitting this record button, I wanted you to know something you are not disqualified by the mess, the pause or the years you feel you've lost.
- 1:15Speaker 1: You've waited and, friend, you have permission to begin again.
- 1:21Speaker 1: So lean in.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Today I'm sharing a piece of my story, three keys to reclaiming your voice and tender encouragement for your spirit.
- 1:32Speaker 1: So there was a time I thought it was too late for me, too late to build something meaningful, too late to dream again.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Too late to speak.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I was in a season where someone who should have supported me instead silenced me.
- 1:48Speaker 1: The message I received, spoken and unspoken, was clear Stay quiet, your voice doesn't matter.
- 1:57Speaker 1: One day I saw an old photo on Facebook just the other day and it was something my husband had tagged me, teresa Shrackcroft, and what he thought was a joke actually mirrored my reality.
- 2:12Speaker 1: The photo said with a big picture I didn't mean to push all your buttons, I was muted, even in public conversations.
- 2:27Speaker 1: I can remember if I tried to speak or add a comment to when my husband was talking, he would stop and he would look at the people they was talking to and he'd say have you met my interpreter?
- 2:38Speaker 1: Or he'd say, hey, do you want to tell the whole story?
- 2:44Speaker 1: I remember crying out God, this isn't, this wasn't the plan.
- 2:50Speaker 1: But in the quiet I heard him whisper in the voice of the vine dresser.
- 2:56Speaker 1: That's how he talked to me in the voice of the vine dresser.
- 2:59Speaker 1: I wrote three devotionals because it was so powerful to me and I guess others Daughter, your voice still matters.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I journaled, I wept, I abided and in the stillness he reminded me something.
- 3:16Speaker 1: And this is a reminder for you.
- 3:18Speaker 1: You don't need to be polished, you just need to be present.
- 3:23Speaker 1: That's when I began, in my closet, at first, recording the podcast.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I had only dared to dream about A podcast that would honor God, uplift women and hold space for those raw, redemptive stories.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I wrestled, I hesitated, I let fear speak louder than faith.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I let my husband's voice drown out what I was trying to say.
- 3:50Speaker 1: But here's the truth the enemy doesn't fight what's not a threat.
- 3:56Speaker 1: But here's the truth the enemy doesn't fight what's not a threat.
- 4:00Speaker 1: And maybe, just maybe, the very thing you've been afraid to start is the very thing God's anointed you to build.
- 4:05Speaker 1: It's very raw to share this, but it's real.
- 4:10Speaker 1: This part of my story and let me tell you, healing is real too.
- 4:15Speaker 1: He passed away three years ago, and God has done a deep work in me since then to make sure I speak from scars and not open wounds.
- 4:27Speaker 1: But listen, today is not about me, just about me, it's about you.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Maybe you felt that way too, holding the fragments of a dream that no one supported, wondering if you missed your moment, if you're too broken, too behind, too late.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Now I want to give you three keys that help me break free and speak my story for his glory, free, and speak my story for his glory.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Grab a pen.
- 4:56Speaker 1: These aren't just points, they're permission slips.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Key number one God writes comebacks with crushed ink pens.
- 5:10Speaker 1: I could say God writes comebacks with crushed Mac keys.
- 5:12Speaker 1: He doesn't need perfect paper.
- 5:13Speaker 1: He uses tear-stained journals, broken timelines and crushed pens to write comebacks.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Take heart.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Isaiah 43, verse 19, says this See, I am doing a new thing, do you not perceive it?
- 5:31Speaker 1: God's not asking you to go back to who you were.
- 5:35Speaker 1: He's calling you forward into who he always saw you becoming.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Don't curse the delay, friend.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Sometimes what looks like the end is just heaven flipping the page.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Key number two your voice carries the sound of heaven.
- 5:56Speaker 1: There is the design and frequency of heaven in your voice that hell fears.
- 6:02Speaker 1: It's not your pitch, it's your presence, your truth, your testimony.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Maybe you've thought there are already so many women out there doing this, but listen.
- 6:17Speaker 1: No one carries your oil.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You have God's permission to speak, to teach, to build, to create when he gives you the green light.
- 6:28Speaker 1: You don't need the world's validations.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Key number three lay the foundation, then rest in the building Before the stage, before the podcast comes the soil.
- 6:42Speaker 1: It may be dark, it may be cold, it may be damp, but it is a special place Because when you break out like a plant, like a tree, something beautiful happens.
- 6:54Speaker 1: So before the breakthrough, the becoming, lay your foundation in prayer, in quiet mornings, in study, in surrender, in stillness, in hanging out, often in his presence.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Psalm 127, verse 1, says unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.
- 7:19Speaker 1: You don't have to hustle to be worthy.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Come on, you're already enough in him.
- 7:26Speaker 1: This isn't grind, this is holy ground.
- 7:33Speaker 1: So I want to speak over something, over you, maybe someone else's voice, to say this to you as if god is speaking to you.
- 7:40Speaker 1: If you're not driving, maybe close your eyes.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Here it is.
- 7:45Speaker 1: You are not too late, you are not too much.
- 7:51Speaker 1: You are not forgotten.
- 7:53Speaker 1: You are the brilliant, beautiful expression of heaven.
- 7:59Speaker 1: God trusts you with the dream.
- 8:03Speaker 1: He trusts you with the mic.
- 8:05Speaker 1: He's not done, and neither are you.
- 8:11Speaker 1: The wilderness wasn't a waste, it was preparation.
- 8:15Speaker 1: The pause was not punishment, it was protection.
- 8:20Speaker 1: You are still right on time on heaven's timeline.
- 8:26Speaker 1: You don't need to wait for a sign.
- 8:29Speaker 1: He's already gave you the Holy Spirit.
- 8:32Speaker 1: So here's your challenge, not a challenger.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Come on, take one small step, write the outline, maybe an outline for a podcast.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Register the business name.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Record that messy podcast trailer.

- 8:54Speaker 1: The world needs your sound and heaven is backing your.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Yes, no matter how old you are today, your best years are ahead of you.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Let me remind you again you're not disqualified, you are not forgotten.
- 9:12Speaker 1: You are the pen still in God's hand, a voice still rising, a dream still breathing, a kingdom builder still becoming.
